My Happy Place. I love Russian architecture. I love how accurate this weather app is. Most of all I love how I can “visit” this peaceful city whenever I’m sad and always feel better when I do.

Still awesome. Got to love this lot of activity going in some times you can interface with what’s happening takes weather forecasts to a new level every time I find new surprises got to love this definitely my favorite app the best a lot of work into this awesomeness

Like it so far. I like the concept of the landscape animations. And the swipe (horizontally) through the hours of the day feature is great. I cannot see a way to add 2-3 additional locations, which I do with my other weather apps, though.

Fun and entertaining. All weather apps (weather providers) have inconsistencies from time to time, and this app uses data from the National Weather Service so it isn’t really fair to blame the app for incorrect weather. The app is very well designed and I particularly like the Town scene which is my favorite. The Christmas lights that appear in December are a great touch too, but they’re many things to appreciate and look at in this app.

I have the original weather app on my phone but I was searching for another weather app, and I found this YoWindow oh my gosh ...I love it so much the pictures are sensational, you can actually hear the wind, and see the tree limb moving. I see the bright sun and at dusk you can see the light from the windows. When the heat is on you see the smoke coming out of the chimney❤️No regrets whatsoever for purchasing this weather app. When I am on my phone I open the app all the time to check the weather, it is so refreshing and amazing. I have never seen an app like this one before!❤️❤️ Thank you!!!!

This Weather App is BRILLIANT!. I have a few weather apps, but this is the one I use the most & like the best. It's just brilliant; you can read the figures (temperature, etc.) or just look at the animated picture. It reflects the conditions in your area, even showing how windy it is in the grass or trees! There is an amazing amount of detail. **Could we PLEASE get a new background?! Like I said, I’ve had it a few years.**

Beautiful Landscapes, & More. I'm glad that I came upon this. Even though I do have, in addition to YoWindow, another weather app that reflects my particular microclimate, I refer toYoWindow just as much. The landscape modes are lovely to look at, and the weather information is clear and straightforward. As mentioned by others, there are some fun and creative hidden features in the landscape vistas. With the seemingly countless weather apps available, this one is refreshing and unique, and has obviously been made with care.

Beautiful design and actuate. Love this weather app super duper much! I cannot find any accurate weather app with such cute design except this one! I especially like the town live landscape! It’s so cool with sound effect and I saw the cars are moving on the live landscape. keep up your good work!

A nice little app. Better than many of the other apps that have some boring background. The weather reports awe from NWS so they are accurate. You can add your own picture and well. It is still nice to find hidden gems like this on the App Store

I have had it for years over many a phone.. It’s accurate, clear and simple. I love that if it’s raining outside it’s raining with sound in the app. No mistaking the weather that way. And it gives you a good idea of the days ahead. You can also make the background look anyway you like, with one of their nice pics or one you upload. I love this app!

Nice app. This is a great weather app ,but I’ve been waiting for the new cross platform version to come out so I can use it on all my devices and desktop. Any update on when it’ll be ready developers?

Still wildly inaccurate. This is such a fun app but it is always completely wrong. I left feedback before and they said to change the weather service to set it at but that doesn’t work either. Right now the sky is nearly black here. There’s thunder rumbling. It’s raining and the trees are swaying like crazy. You can hear the wind. YoWindow says there’s a low chance of rain and shows light winds of 15 mph. It shows sunny blue skies with a few fluffy white clouds. This is typical of this app. It would be so much fun if it was remotely true weather.

Doesn’t track in real time at least in my county. This app has beautiful landscapes but for my location it doesn’t match the weather according to my location.. Saturday it poured down rain all day and never once showed on the app in real time.. so I don’t know if it’s actually predicting the weather in my location or somewhere else, won’t let me put in the state. I don’t recommend

Love this!. I liked you the minute I found you but what really made me smile..big time..were the Christmas lights on the house and they even stayed on all night. 😄😄😄 Love the graphics as well as the accurate weather forecasts. Thanks!!

Neat app. Full screen for iPad Pro please?. So it looks like this hasn’t been updated in a year, but... if you’re reading this and can make it scale to full screen in landscape mode for the latest iPad Pro models that would be the proverbial bee’s knees.

Very Cool. Stunning....in a class by itself! I especially like the horses in the live landscape. I tried out the beta city scape and it was really amusing and well thought out. I still love the horses in the country landscape though. Works without problems. Very cool app!

Quality. Wonderful app. The graphics are excellent. I love the options. But most importantly, the weather is accurate! Easy to use; easy to understand. A quality product that I constantly recommend to friends.

Cheerful and informative!. Love this weather app I found thru AppsGoneFree! Has all the pertinent info- humidity, sunrise/set times. A visual - complete with sounds of dogs barking, roosters crowing- of what kind of weather to expect that day in your area and the days ahead. I only wish the TV weatherman would be as succinct!

Finally! Something you can count on.. I must have 8 weather apps..some paid some not..bench mark for me is accurate temp/forcasting. Even my Acurite 5 in one weather Pro is unreliiable junk..like the news and Weather underground which, as I understand it,the Weather Channel bought and sabotaged. Enough said. Yo Window backed by NWS wins the Oscars in every catagoery. What a relief! Thanks

Please Disable Autolock! See below... Wonderful app. The graphics are crips and clear on retina. For me it seems even more realistic not being hyper realistic. Really like it. Each scene even has ambient sounds. One thing... I can’t enjoy this continuously because the app does not have the ability to disable screen lock. I know the developer thinks its against the App Store conditions because it would make the app a screensaver, but please check again in updated terms. There are plenty of apps now that disable screen lock.

Prettiest weather app ever!. Update: Developer responded to let me know they have not abandoned YoWindow and are in fact working on a new version! I like this version of animation window weather.. I really like this, it is a true weather app. The weather is real-time, and the scenery is animated. I so like all the extra little details, the occasional cloud that looks like a rabbit , the ghost during Halloween, etc etc Okay it’s my go to weather app.

Thought I’d seen all weather apps. I looked through so many weather apps for the best and can’t believe I missed this one. It’s so innovative and downright beautiful I could just sit and watch it. Try it!!!!!

Different. I’ve had a lot of weather apps but I prefer this one visually. You get a feel for the weather instead of just obtaining information about it and there is also some nice occasional surprises.

Most usual, but enjoyable weather app!. Never seen a weather app like this one. Not only functional, but entertaining. Should also be a good attraction for the grandchildren. Interesting enough scenes just to leave on your screen. Inviting to see what touching something does. Worth looking into!

Privacy?. Good app but hasn’t been updated since Apple began requiring devs to share their privacy policy in detail. Wish the dev would share his privacy policy. Until then I will probably delete.

Nice Weather App, but.... Where are those 700 photographs of cities around the world? When I tap on the photo Icon on the top right, it only shows the usual 8 pics it's always had, and the options to get pics from my photo album or my camera. What gives?

Yo cute backdrops. I really like the way yo does the weather it makes me want to check it and scroll through the day! I enjoy using it. It’d be cool if I could add a couple cities to it with their particular backdrops like one for Seattle with the needle San Fran with the bridge etc Toronto with their tower you get what I’m saying. Thanks for a sweet app I should’ve mentioned how much I do so love the detail you’ve added Americana has your city name on h20 tower and airport does also movie playing changes names sound effects lighting from day to night sweet! I love it lots! Thanks sooo much

A different weather experience. I’ve had this app for several years now and it offers a completely different experience than almost all other weather apps I’ve tried. Other apps are all about numbers, which are important, but are purely cognitive. One does not feel numbers. When I open this app, I can feel the weather, not only through the weather animation being presented, but in the environment I have chosen for the presentation. The environment I have chosen is one which evokes calming and pleasant feelings of childhood, so I have an immediate connection with the app. The only, truly only, issue I might have is an absence of (here’s where the numbers come in) predictive levels for rain, snow, etc., you know, where the normal weather app tells you there’s a 60% chance of rain this afternoon, or 40% chance of snow tomorrow. Apparently, this app has a base threshold of chance at which precipitation is predicted and then displays it. There may be something about the clouds or the slanted lines from the clouds depicting rain (few lines = slight chance; many lines = strong chance), but I don’t know. I do know that a lightning bolt in a cloud is a prediction for thunder storms; but, the other, not so sure. All that said I really love this app.

Fun & useful. A really fun way to get the weather. I have to admit that I probably check it more than I need to just to see the different effects (and I have plenty of other weather apps!). It also has enough detail to suit people wanting more info (dew point, wind, barometer, etc). Don't forget to toggle on "I want to have fun" and touch various things in the scenes.

Unique and fun!. You can tell that they put a lot of effort and work into this app. A totally fun and beautiful way to check the weather. And accurate as well. Lots of weather apps on here, but I’m enjoying this one the most on my phone and iPad.

Pn. Love the app so much live daylight is the best I recommend that people take their pics and cut holes in where the sky is and put on the screen and have sky live in pic needle is required and cutting tool it's the best

Warning Privacy concern. One star, for lack of privacy. When you click on the camera icon within the app it asks for permission, but to my surprise clicking on the photos it has access right off “without Asking for permission “, which I never gave. Another nasty trick when you go to setting, privacy, photos the app is not on the list “so you can’t turn it off”. “Ask For my permission”. Don’t download until they fixed it.

So so lately. I've enjoyed this app for several years, but lately it is merely so so. Temperatures reported are off 10-20 degrees too high consistently for my location. It also places my location at a town 6 miles away from my town.

After All These Years. I have loved YoWindow since I first found this on my PC. I can’t say enough about how refreshing it is to see the weather in this way. The only thing is that I can’t leave it on my iPad all the time as it doesn’t register like a video and the screen turns off unless I change the setting.

Weather. This app is so lame! I looked at it just now and it said we were getting light rain. No, it isn’t light rain when it is heavy snow and has been snowing constantly since last night. Everything about it is wrong. The only good thing about this app are the pictures when you turn the app on but even they are never depicting our true weather.

Love. I just love this app. I’ve had it for years. Way better than looking at the weather on any other app.

Delightful!. This app cheers my morning with its animations. Today Santa Claus was walking down the street. You have a choice of scenes that change to match the weather or you can choose your own photo as background. The sun is in its proper place in the sky and the moon shows it’s stage. The weather forecast is taken from a location just a mile from my home. I just love this app. Just discovered something new. Was using it as 9:00 arrived and it chimed 9 times nine times. How fun is that.

I love this weather app!. I work in a department with no windows, so when I want to look out the window to see how the weather is I just look out my YO WINDOW! I have had this product for a long time, and it has gotten better and better. I have turned all my friends on to it and they love it too! I love the sound effects and little surprises that the developers sneak in every once in a while. My coworker and I were obsessed with finding all the Easter eggs back in the spring. Most importantly, the weather forecast is accurate! Love you YO WINDOW!!!

Nice different weather app. Have had this app a few years. They have added great new features of your home city or your own pictures. Love looking at the progression of the sunrise to sunset, thunderstorms, birds, animals, seasons, not just a regular weather application.

Great Weather App.. I have downloaded this app previously & it was very exact for the towns I have to look at. I have it again & the most I have noticed was all the added features.....cat meowing, birds flying, airplane plus the falling leaves. Accurate map, works in widget screen. This app shows a lot of weather information, a lot in pictures, and scenes. Works in the iOS widget screen and shows the temperature without opening the app. It is not a huge app like some other weather apps.l, and has some fun features

Really cute, but needs a few more things. I really like this app but I wish it would give me thunder storm and lightening alerts. I’d also like to know if it’s going to be possibly windy on a certain day. These extra things would turn my four stars into 5, Thanks!😊

Love, love, love!. I use this app mostly in the winter, because it has allowed me to easily monitor both temp and windchill from one screen all night long for my outdoor kitties. I like the themes, and I love the holiday decorations that appear throughout the year. I especially like that the temps reported seem accurate for my location. Even better than the major weather apps in fact. I live just outside of major metropolitan areas, so getting weather for my exact spot is often difficult. I hope this app stays around for a good long while and continues to function.

Love it. While Yo doesn’t have a radar and a lot of the bells and whistles of other weather apps unless you’re a Meteorologist you won’t miss them. Yo weather gives you 1 of several animations of a background with the current weather outside, on top of that you get hourly and daily forecast.

This is an awesome interactive weather app. I use the town in landscape mode. Tap on the people, they make the Mario sound and grow taller. Tap the dog or cat, they make a bark or meow. Tap the cat a few times- it runs off. Tap on the food trucks, they play their own individual songs. Cars honk horns. Tap on windows at night to turn lights on or off. Tap on doors to open or shut them. Shake the device during the day to see hot air balloons rise or clouds change shapes. Shake the device at night to see fireworks. On the village setting, tap on the cow or horse to hear it moo or neigh and fly. This app is pretty, but most people underuse it. Its also pretty accurate for weather where I live. Great app!!

Love Yo. I have had this app for several years and it is as Awesome as it was from the day I installed. No problems, works great and is accurate. I love being able to pick the setting I’m most familiar with. I love the little snowman in the winter. The application is truly detailed. You can also cause the application to have images in the clouds, fireworks, balloons to float as desired. Find out how to make this happen on You tube. There are planes and comets that shoot across the screen. Being a visual person really helps me to sense the weather before going outside. The application also lets you monitor your friend’s weather even thousands of miles away. What is there not to love about this application. You need to get it. My favorite application 🥰

Really cool weather app. Love this app. The graphics are really good, the weather is accurate and it's a lot more interesting to watch than just a set of figures. The incidentals ....like birds, the cow and horse, and even the plane overhead all add to the experience. Gotta love the actions of the horse and cow when you touch them lol This is an amazing app. Get it! You won't be sorry

Amazing!. I really do enjoy this app! After using it for a short while I can see that it’s very user friendly and looks very relaxed and easy to understand, having a visual understanding of the weather could lead into some better insight on what to do next, and having such a friendly ui allows all users to easily interact with this app. What’s even greater about this is the fact that you can hide all the technical stuff, and vice versa, which makes it very versatile for a wide range of peoples.

Cute weather App.. Love the real-time animations and different scenery that matches your location/weather. Even more scenery would be great (mountains, beach etc). You can take a picture of your view and have that as the background too.

Sweet app, great graphics, accurate results. I have been using this app for well over a year, I live in the middle of the Pyrenees mountains where the weather can be very unpredictable. This weather app is very accurate & being an avid photographer/hiker I rely on this app to keep me abreast of weather changes, it has never let me down. Not only is it brilliantly accurate but the graphics are adorable. This is one app that really delivers all that it promises, well done to the developers for not only creating a terrifically accurate little app but for managing to put it in such a sweet package.

Best weather.. I have lots of paid wether apps as it help me with my work. YoWindow is so great that I would keep it open all day and night just to look at the interface! It's by far the most beautiful wether app and a real pleasure to use. If your thinking of buying a wether app, get this one first! It's fantastic. Very interesting app. I really enjoy the layout of this app, it's very aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. Yo window. This is the best weather app. I love to look at it several times a day and I find it accurate, I love the beautiful scenes too!

Great app. I have used this app for quite some time. I love the graphics, and being able to scrub through a day and see how the weather will change. It gives great results, precise.

Scenery obscured way too much. The scene is almost totally obscured on my iPad Pro, much more than is shown in the screenshots for this app. There's only a small square visible in the bottom left now. And why is the text so big, it's huge on my device. Liked it better the way it was previously.

Great app with great concept. If you move from stable weather northern plains of Bharat to anywhere else on the earth, you realise that weather is so unpredictable with untimely rains and sun and winds and cold and heat all in a single day, so pathetic! Reading weather forecast is a must and this app makes its hilariously simple. Simple graphics with no read to read test, just graphics and sounds. Absolutely brilliant idea and execution. It is a bit slow to run and seek but still workable. And with the amount of usefulness it has, such minor drawbacks are ignorable.

Useful and fun!. This is easy to use and gets the weather forecast in a beautifully displayed way that is pleasing to look at and helps me plan out my day! Or the days ahead, a perfect app for the busy person that loves a clever pretty weather display.

Real pleasure to use. The nicest looking weather app I have. Never checked its accuracy, but as far as use, the easiest and most fun to use 😊

This is a nice app. Good app: 5 out of 5. Only criticism is that forecasts aren't available for all suburbs so your forecast could possibly be 10 km off, depending on where you live. However the weather 10 km away probably isn't that much different to the weather where you are located.

Yo window. This is the most beautiful weather forecast I have seen, and will tell my friends about it. I look at it every day. While I was in hospital I would leave the weather open just to be able to see the movement, and be able to enjoy it.

Very accurate. I find it very helpful as it shows clearly what the weather is exactly every minute of the day and most important of all - very accurate! I definitely recommend it!

Simple, accurate and lighthearted. This app appeals to me because of its sense of whimsy but it accurately reports weather as good as any app out there. It launches quickly and tells me what I need to know while providing as much info as I need to know.

Wonderful way to display the weather. Everyone checks the weather. Most of the time there are too many taps to. Get a simple answer. yoWeather you can see at a glance, check future weather with a simple swipe. It's so easy and pleasing to use that I put it on my 90 year old mother's iPad. She loves it.she said it's like being outside, which is great since she can't outside much. Great job

Love Yo Window but.... I love the Yo Window app but two things......I wish I could look at a scene with no type on it and I wish the Apple version had all the same scenes as the Samsung one.

Excellent!. Label has done an amazing job of putting together excellent graphics and smart meteorologists to give me easy to recognize forecasts with higher rates of accuracy than our local forecast. What’s not to love?

Makes Weather Fun!. Screen movement brings the weather interesting and “alive”. So much better than the usual flat, “still life” weather apps. More scenery choices would improve the app.

Used to love it but now.... I loved that app. So well done. I’ve started with the free app and bought it. Now, I have just deleted the app from my iPad for the 4th time. It doesn’t open. Anyone else with the same problem? Please, let me know, cause I really like it when it works properly.

Visually appealing. Needs thunder and lighting update. The app is fun and graphically appealing. The temperature and weather forecasts are accurate. The only thing that doesn't have is thunder and lightening on those days when the weather person is calling for that.

Accurate with Great Visuals.. I live in Canada and quite often find that many of these weather apps are less than accurate. I’ve been using this one for several months and am quite pleased with its accuracy. Coupled with its impressive and unique graphics, I have been very impressed.

Love this app. It is not just cute but it is also accurate. The animation is sweet, sooo meaningful with the small little towns. Just like my home in Europe.

Crashes on startup - delays in loading.... Always a great app, although with our recent timechange in Canada, the live clock is not currently reflecting this change. Our clocks changed 1 hour back. Please update your app so it reflects the current time. Thanks!

Drains Battery. I loved this app and was my go to weather app. But recently it has started to massively drain my battery. Within a 24 hour period, it has drained over 60% of my battery and I didn’t even have the app opened and background refresh is turned off. The app has decided to run constantly without permission. Seem fishy. Time to delete and use the default weather app. For those that are wondering, my phone is less than 6 month old and on the latest 14.4 update iPhone 11 Plus Max so it has a huge battery... 60+% is crazy!

Lots of fun. Not only being very accurate, it is cool to play with. Great backgrounds and animation. Perfect for the couch potato that is too lazy to get up and look out their own window. :)

Brilliant. What a BRILLIANT, INNOVATIVE and ACCURATE weather app!!! It's my first go to instead of The Weather Channel and Weather Network. Not that they aren't good but this app also creates an incredible Timeline of the weather with different feel good scenarios!!!

Wonderful Weather Window. Since the very first version we have loved this beautiful and interactive way to view the weather. The developer has shown consistent devotion to further development by constantly improving and maintaining this excellent app. Recent improvements include using personal photos as backgrounds, and, the addition of pictures of cities from around the world.

Cute but not accurate. When we open the app in the morning, it always show a bright sunshine even if it's pouring rain outside. Seems a little bit more accurate in the afternoon.

Love This Weather App. This is terrific interactive weather app. I find it quite accurate and very easy to use. I would like to see the lunar phases in the next update, if possible.

A nice app.. I really like it. Im thinking of making it my go-to weather app. Personally I don’t care if the weather app has beautiful photography or animation but I understand that it may be important to other people. My only suggestion is: it would be nice to have the ability to switch between favourite locations through a simple swipe rather than having to go through the menu. I had that with Yahoo and other similar apps and I find it very convenient.

info is not accurate. The temp here is 14* and you are showing 25*. That is a big difference and I will no longer be using this app. I did enjoy the landscapes but the weather info needs to be accurate.

Great App. This is a great little app that I love to use.I live in a farm community so I love the picture of the house in the country. My own dog perks up her ears when she hears the dog barking that's on this app.

Amazing coverage. Some glitches with the sound in IOS. It disappears. Sometimes rebooting the phone helps. This is an amazing app. See how often it is raining in Puyuhuapi, Chile. No drought there!

Percy. I used to love this site but it is constantly wrong now. I’m sitting here and it’s 73 degrees and cloudy. This site says it’s 86 degrees and sunny. I check it every day and it almost always says that we are having a thunderstorm when it’s sunny out. It is never correct anymore.

Review. When I put it on my desk during the day, it's very comforting. When I sleep and I use it for the alarm clock it works extremely well.

Interactive. The app does a really nice job with weather results. If you want to have some fun with it,turn up the volume on the "Town" page and tap on things like the people and vehicles. Store lights tap on/off at night. Cats and dogs do things, and if you long press a person, they get gigantic! Pretty cool.

Pn. Love the app so much live daylight is the best I recommend that people take their pics and cut holes in where the sky is and put on the screen and have sky live in pic needle is required and cutting tool it's the best

View screen background. Just 1 complaint; when a photo is used as background, it reverts back to one of the included locational photos. Otherwise its great

Worked great until iOS 11 Temp Way Off. Love this app, but lately our local temperature is way off. It’s 40˚ in Lake Tahoe but according to YoWindow it’s 76˚ which would be hard to fathom Dec. 23. Please fix!

Not accurate at all. I call this the lying weather app. Right now the app shows that it is pouring rain and thundering and lightning in Collinsville Connecticut, yet I look out the window and the sun is out. This happens consistently I think I have to just delete the whole thing
