Poorly designed. No way to search for local events without knowing event type.

For the ability to export notes from each session - 5 stars. In general this app was a pleasure to use. Loved the room finishing feature, ability to pop between main schedule and my schedule, etc BUT - the ability to cleanly export notes from all 12 sessions is fantastic!! All the session headings were in top, divided into 12 segments, amazing!!! Great app! Super happy with having such clean, easily organized notes!

Keeps crashing. Not helpful this time. It keeps crashing unfortunately.

Prisoner. Once you commit to one event, you are locked in. I cannot get into a conference today because I used the app for another conference 6mo ago.

Almost useless.. Constant logon on notifications, useless information. Clear example of building an app for something that really doesn’t need one!!

Doesn’t let you post articles like other apps. This app does not let you post articles like other apps that display publication titles and pictures when referencing magazine articles, etc. It’s a terrible user interface and limited functionality and frustrating. Fix your app, get your app act together.

Help. I opened the app. I am not able to enter a search for the 2019 Young Living Convention. I used the app for 5ge 2018 Convention. That is all it opens to.

Completely useless. I’ve used a number of conference schedule apps and this is by far the worst. Can’t save a schedule offline (our meeting has no WiFi in the rooms) or without creating an account with them, which just - no. The rest I can’t say for sure that it’s the fault of the app as opposed to the conference organizers, but it’s completely useless beyond that. No ability to view what talks are going on concurrently, not even any titles.

Awful App. I have spent an hour trying to download and when I do it opens to the Spring meeting and the current one. What a waste of precious time

Creates calamity. The app signed me up for every meeting during the conference so I had constant conflicts in my iCal. Had to offload the terrible app. IPhone 7+ on ios12.3 . The app deleted all my bookmarks 1 day before my event.

Works fine. Helped manage conference track schedule

Very Accessible with Voiceover for the Blind User. I am an entrepreneur and author. I am attending an event that this app supports, and I am very impressed with how accessible it is with the Voiceover screen reader for the blind user. So far, so good. We’ll see how well it works when I attend this event. But props to the developer for having buttons labeled properly and an easy-to-use interface. Other devs in this type of market should look to this one for guidance on accessibility.

Looks awesome but.... I signed in through the desktop for the event and created my first schedule. Later I updated the schedule from the desktop but the app would not up date. And you cannot modify your event schedule from within the app.

So much low hanging fruit. This app works. But one has to wonder if they've actually used it at a meeting themselves. Some font sizes are too small. You have to login over and over throughout the day. Navigation is odd and usability is average in many spots. Visuals are dated and don't present the various events attractively.

Impossible to register. I cannot be the only person whose company blocks all unknown external emails. Which means I can’t register because the conference registration is linked to my work email address only, not to a cellphone number or secondary email address. Apparently no one thought to create an alternate verification method (or at the very least ask whether we received the registration email and, if not, whether it should resend it).

Works great, when it works. Great during the pre-conference at IHI, but stopped working on Day 1 of the main conference. Saw there was an update, so downloaded it and it still doesn’t work. Dec 13, 2017

Two Thumbs Down. Sorry, this app simply does not work. Cannot find my event. I originally created my account and schedule using the web app. I tried deleting and reinstalling; however, it still did not find the event.

Ability to change time zones. With all of the virtual conventions going on right now the ability to change time zones for a Calendar export would be greatly appreciated.

Had to reload every time I opened. This app would not stay loaded on my iPad and iPhone. I had to go back to the download link every time I opened the app. It was great once I got it open but a real pain to find and use

This app can cost you - make a written copy of your schedule. This app has deleted my agenda (including manually entered commitments to my customers to meet with them). I have had to uninstall / reinstall multiple times due to unfounded optimism that it was a transient glitch. I supposed the only good thing about this is that everyone at the conference seemed to have the same problem so they were somewhat understanding of my delayed arrival. Use of this app in its current state is risky at best. Do not rely on it.

Can’t find. The event I’m attending says to use his app but I can’t find it. What gives?

Does not support iPad multitasking. The attendee application doesn’t support iPad multitasking, which is painfully ironic because I wanted to take notes while having this application on screen at the same time. Unfortunately this app cannot support split view (1/3, 1/2 or 2/3) with another app at the same time. (Although one can have another app appear atop on the right side 1/3 width, yet this covers some content of the attendee’s app.)

ACF App Not Loading. I received a notice via email that this is going to be the app for this year’s convention, however I’m not impressed. It’s not even loading!!! Please advise us when it is fixed.

My Schedule not Syncing. In the past the Tyler connect app would take custom events added by the user on the website and would sync between the apps. This is not currently working.

Easy to use. Easy interface. It’s as simple as it should be. I’ve only used as an attendee (not as an event organizer). One suggestion: add a feature to allow meeting attendees to propose questions for forum based meetings. Also allow people to “vote up” other peoples’ proposed questions so that meeting moderator can ask the questions with the most “up votes”.

Frustrating!. I hate this app! It clicks off of a video very easily. When that happens you have to go through the whole log in process again😡Not only that, you have lost your place in the video😡😡😡

Needed to be reinstalled in the middle of an event. In the middle of an event, and it can no longer even find my event. I found out that if you uninstall, reinstall and then reregister, it starts working again... pretty poor behaviour for an event manager! There will be lots of lost feedback because people attending classes don’t know this! They just assume it isn’t working any more which makes the association look bad!!!

Setup almost not compatible. Unable to click next while setting up my account due to iPhone feature “home button bar” Most new iPhones have this. Easy fix just move “next” higher and not in corner.

Limited. Can't cut and paste anything. The navigation is not immediately obvious, which is bad because this is not an app that people use all the time. There are maps of the conference space but the sessions are not linked to them. Sometimes the messages won't open and then the next day they will. Shared links sent by text message by a co-worker were torture to open. The app was helpful but could be a lot better.

Was hopeful..... Downloaded app prior to event and planned out the event. The morning of the event, my schedule was gone and the app could not even find the event. So disappointed....

Love it. I love this app! It is great and really helps me navigate through my activities! However, it was a little hard to navigate and confused me a bit at first but eventually found my way around it!

Poorly integrated. What’s the point of having us save a schedule on the conference website if it doesn’t sync to the personal schedule on the app?

Create Account. I couldn’t create a account, only had a log in option. Tried to put info in and thought it would ask if it was new account.

Awesome App, keeps everything organized!. I used this at a recent conference and it is so much better than carrying the books and materials around. All the info I need was in the app so I could find my sessions and see updates of they moved last minute. Also a great tool for networking. Every conference should have this!!

Update issue. Just installed latest update and now my event is gone. Tried to reload and it won’t work.

Notifications don’t work. App has quite a bit of functionality, but despite enabling notifications on my iPhone settings and digging through the app to turn on notifications-I’m not receiving message notifications. Pretty important for conferences which is what I’m using the app for otherwise we’ll need to communicate outside of the app.

Modern and easy to use. I found this app to be pretty simple to navigate and responsive to my needs. I liked the modern interface and that it updated through the program.

Add landscape mode. Most of the time I use my iPad in landscape mode for ease of use for keyboard, etc. Would really be helpful for the app to run in that mode.

Don’t give them your phone number. This app works well except do not give them your phone number. As soon as I did I started getting tons of spam texts. It’s infuriating. App makers like this should find a new profession.

Great idea needs work. Could not keep up allowing credits for education. Kept freezing, disappointing

Best event app. This app is awesome. I’ve used this as an attendee and as a planner of an event and it’s very intuitive and super helpful for communicating key event information and changes. It created tons of engagement opportunities and took the events to the next level. Support is unrivaled and the app always performs. Highly recommended.

Social Media Links do not work. App asks you to connect your social media to bring in your profile, but the button doesn’t work when you try to connect the app.

Not working for me. Can’t open the conference info. I have no idea when any of the sessions start/where they’re at. I’m hoping SAS Global Forum doesn’t use this next year

Can’t find event. I downloaded the app on my phone and it worked just fine. I’m trying to download it on my husbands phone and it says it cannot find event. We’re doing everything the same. Why won’t it work on his phone?

Search function seems disabled. I get an email from a conference directing me to this app. I download it, search for the conference... nothing. Changed the database, redo the search.... nothing. And there is no other functionality on the app to contact customer support, help file,.... nothing

Conferences switch. I can’t go from one conference to the next, very annoying!!! At the moment, can’t get out Verge.

Can’t add sessions to your schedule. This app won’t let me add sessions to my schedule after I select “+” sign. It says “you can’t register for this type of session”. So, how does one add sessions? 😤

OK but not great. It has some nice features, but does not allow me to stream video directly in the app. Additionally, it repeatedly failed to save notes I added to it, despite hitting "save." Don't count on it to save notes.

Constantly looses data and requires reauthentication. On poor network connections, often the case during large scale conferences, this application craps out, forgets your schedule, and constantly asks you to reauthenticate. Very poorly engineered.

No iPhone X support. Does not look very good when using iPhone X

Not user friendly at all.. This is the second year I've tried to use this app for my company's annual convention. Getting logged in on my iPhone is just not happening. It keeps sending stuff to my laptop, which I'm not carrying around. It's probably pretty cool, if you can use it.

Terrible app. This app is completely useless and impossible to use. The UI is terrible, slow and completely user unfriendly. The developer should really learn how to build apps.

Not very good. If you have a new conference organizer who chooses to use this and you’ve had to use it before for a previous conference, the only way to use it for the new conference is to completely delete the app and it’s data and download it again, losing anything you may have wanted from the previous conference. Also, the login and verification for a new conference is slow and glitchy. It took quite awhile to email a verification code so I could complete login.

Amputee Coalition. Tried using the app and registration could not receive a confirmation code. Also couldn’t find how to get any support tried letting the organiser know but nothing went through. App still needs work as well as teach support

Fails to load. Works for a while, then the screen goes blank and nothing happens. You have to delete the app and then reload it. Pain in the butt.

Nice but broken. App does not show + near all events thereby not allowing me to add them to my schedule. I checked this on an android device and all the + signs were there. Odd. Please fix ASAP!

Crash on search. Consistently crashes on trying to search. ios7 iphone5s

Does not send verification code. Yes I know about junk mail folders. I have checked the accuracy of my name and email address. Can't even log in.

Great!. Wonderful app! Very user friendly and so much easily accessible information.

Frustrated. I've tried multiple times to get a verification code so I can log in to the app. Each time I request a code it says it was sent to my email but I've never received a code.
