For antibiotics or refills, don’t bother.. The most common antibiotic for a recurring issue you’ve dealt with for two decades shouldn’t be an automatic “you have to go in.” Before it was I need a non narcotic refill of a common migraine medication zomig called in - nope you’ve gotta go in. What’s the point of telehealth then? Not to mention there are hardly ever any drs available and no mention of wait time when you do sign up for an appt now. Could be an hour, could be two, could be never. I paid CallOnDoc $30 and got the antibiotic I needed right away. Won’t use this app ever again even tho insurance pays for the visit they’re not getting my insurance money anymore. I’m in TN maybe that’s the issue idk but before the update, there were never any drs available and you’d have to waitlist and MAYBE hear back the next day or two, and it doesn’t matter bc even if you do get a dr they won’t help you with anything that’s not over the counter anyways. Amoxicillin and common antibiotics shouldn’t be gate kept for those of us with recurring issues we know what it is.

Not worth the $35 copay. So far I’ve used this app twice as it’s covered by insurance. The first time I was legitimately told to gargle salt water when in reality I had strep, which I told the doctor my 3 already had. The latest time I was told to take OTC Mucinex for my issues. I had already been taking it for two weeks with no improvement. The point is, both times I was told by LiveHealth to follow up with a doctor if I didn’t feel better in a few days. So yeah, I had to go to in person doctors both times since they did nothing and I had strep and an ear infection. Trust me, if you’re drawn to this because they take your insurance, you will end up spending twice your copay to actually get better. Go to the doctor or use doctor on demand.

Being pushed back in line. Awful weeklong experience.. I never ever give 1 star reviews however for 4 days I have attempted to see a doctor and I have only wasted time. The app will say 10 ppl are ahead of me, then 9, then 8 , then 9 again. It has fluctuated up and down, never allowing me to seeing the Dr. Or once I finally get close, telling me the doctor is offline and when I go to select a new doctor after waiting 2 hours for the previous one, I see that the first doctor is still online with 20 ppl waiting. After a full day of trying, I called support and they told me to re-install the app and turn my phone off. That hasn’t worked. On day 4 of my attempt, I wake up at 5am to avoid wait times and sure enough: 5 ppl ahead of me, then 4, then back at 5. What a headache. I’ve tried this at least 20 times and over multiple hours since Monday and it’s Thursday of the same week. Unacceptable.

BEWARE - WASTE OF MONEY. The first time I used this service for my daughter I thought it was the best thing ever. The second time I used this service it was a complete waste. My 10 year old daughter needed antibiotics. All 5 other people in my family had been on antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for sinus & throat infections. The doctor we “saw” was awful and no prescription was given. We hung up and went straight to urgent care where we had a positive strep test & sinus infection and were prescribed antibiotics. She has no insurance so in addition to the lost work time and urgent care fee of $145. we also had the live health $59. fee. I called and spoke with customer service who assured me they would refund the account. That was almost 2 months ago and still no refund. I call weekly and am told a supervisor will call me back and/or issue the refund. Still waiting. Beware! Don’t waste your money. There are many other better services out there.

Absolute waste of time. I like the idea of the app, but after my first and only experience with it I am less than thrilled. We waited in queue for a pediatric doctor for 3 hours. After waiting through 23 patients it told us finally we were the next patient. It was like that for almost a full hour. I finally created another account to look at the list of doctors and the one we had just waited 3 hours for was now showing offline. So we were just left in the queue with no information on this and not going to be able to talk with this doctor. This is after waiting with my 2 year old and it being midnight when we found out. Not a fan of an app that doesn’t even give you a notice the doctor went offline. Or I don’t know, maybe switching you to a different doctor since you obviously were waiting for medical advice for your child. Thanks. Not a fan, and I’d rate lower than one star if I could.

Quick Service, but not great listeners.. I first had a virtual appointment with Dr. Authrine Whyte, who cancelled on me after I waited 20 minutes to see her. Interestingly she was again available when I tried to find another physician. Next, I chose Dr. Ronald Stratton, who has two other virtual patients waiting, but quickly saw me after maybe a 5-7 minute wait. Dr. Stratton asked a few questions and came up with his diagnosis before allowing me to finish answering. As I was trying to ask him a question, he instructed me to press the “End” button. He was not rude, whatsoever, but he was dismissive and seemed rushed. I’m sure he’s seen similar symptoms so often that he knows exactly what’s going on and how to treat it, and I’m sure his methods allowed him to be able to see me so quickly, but I believe it’s important for doctors to hear patients out and be sure they’ve addressed all questions and concerns. Overall, I still got to speak with a physician and get prescriptions from the comfort of my own home and for a very reasonable price. I will absolutely be using this app again, but I believe the physicians should be more considerate that they’re still working with human beings and should treat us as such.

Easy and fast. I’ve had so many simple UTIs, I can pretty much diagnose them on my own. It got really old going back and forth to time consuming office appointments for something I know could be over with in less than 5 minutes. That hassle and lack of time has kept me with the same UTI for months on the past... but not anymore. For these simple infections, LHO lets me speak with a doctor (of my choice) and begin a course of treatment in around 10 minutes. The wait is usually no longer than 2 minutes and the doctors I have seen all had good bedside manner. For those common sense occasions where you know you should see someone in person...take your health seriously and go see the doctor. For the rest of the day to day sinus infections, UTIs, and sore throats, this app is a godsend.

Consistently Awful Service. I’ve been using this app for two years now (Spring 2016-Fall 2018) and its consistently been subpar. I’ve used it for both therapy and medical visits and while the people on the other side of the screen have always been professional, the service itself is poorly maintained. The desktop version is absolutely awful, and I’ve had close to a dozen visits with my therapist where the meeting had to be dropped because of errors either on the app or on the desktop. For some reason the developers decided to remove the ability to grab a therapist out of the waiting room, so when my meeting drops because of app glitches, I can’t just select my provider again. The app also hasn’t been updated to work on any new screen in several years. This app is trash, and I’m hoping my provider switches to Talkspace because I hear good things about that platform. The only reason I’m continuing to use this app is because I like my current therapist.

10/10. I don’t know how I’d get by without Telehealth. When I found out Medicaid had their own, I got so excited. My car was done, and is frequently, I do not like full waiting rooms or unknown wait times at urgent care, this is on my own time, and I feel like most of them just want to rush me out without double checking or seeing if anything else related needs to be discussed. Here, they listen, they actually assess you, and make sure they’re taking care of your needs. They double check at the end, and everything is available for view in the app when it’s done. I never have problems with my prescriptions. Now I can handle seeing a doctor.

Seamless User Experience. For me the process was a seamless one. The doctor canceled my visit for me which was nice though, because I had a sore throat which I believed to have been strep. The doctor was reassuring but indicated that standard practice is that they do not diagnose or perform treatment unless there is a swab taken. It is understandable since they need to be able to test whether it is the flu or a bacterial infection as viral infections cannot be treated successfully with antibiotics. It is only because of this I did not give a full star review. These kind of symptoms will not be diagnosed or treated online by them so buyer beware. I will probably not be using this service again for that reason. Be sure to ask your doctor to cancel the visit on their end if you have these symptoms and have to go into your primary to get swabbed ASAP so you don’t feel worse. Feel better everyone!

Not as good as it used to be. I was an avid and loyal user for years. Had you asked me before this last year I would have said 5 stars. The last 3+ attempts to access care for my kids has been the absolute worst. The visit was Canceled by the doctor, only after waiting tooo long to be seen in the first place that the doc selected doesn’t treat minors. After second attempts to get care and waiting for a different provider, that provider canceled with no message. Just Dr. So and so canceled the visit. Again! This is the third time in a row for my kids the exact same issue and no one has time to sit around for 25+ to get cancelled without a message or for a good reason. Hie about you don’t show me docs that don’t treat minors to choose from? You know it’s a minor when I select a child’s profile. Do better please. At a minimum tell me no one can see her and I’ll use my time more wisely to find care somewhere else on demand for urgent needs. Too many choices today to deal with wasted time and a bad member experience… time to move on.

Poison ivy!. Generally I would have to walk into my urgent care and then wait for my turn to go in with the doctor or nurse practitioner. With Covid-19 around and the fact that my time is valuable this has proven to be a far better option. I’ve used this in the past for other concerns. I had a doctor I really liked on here who was an IU graduate. More recently as I’m married to someone who wasn’t born in the USA I have decided to try and give others a chance and send some business their way as well. Today’s visit seemed to go well. The gentleman was kind of hard to understand, but I’m used to those with an Asian accent and I believe he was from somewhere else. He did after I said what was generally provided to get rid of the poison advise me he had included that and would send me a list of instructions. All I could honestly understand was a cream of some sort.... I have used those otc creams with no help so this was concerning. Thats why I insured I let him know that this other thing was generally what would assist it in going away and me getting some relief from the itching. The fact that he knew I must’ve had a bit of trouble and that he’d type out and send me directions and everything is great. I’m thankful for that. Quick visit and provided he did prescribe the needed meds to assist in getting rid of this I am very thankful.

Future of healthcare! LOVE THIS. Best thing since sliced bread! My husband & I work for the same company & we don’t want to spend our personal time at the dr for minor medical problems. My husband called yesterday & received a Rx for his skin rash; tinea versicolor which he only needs usually 1x every other year. Today I decided to try online health to get an rx for my adult acne which begins every summer due to the environment of my career. As an inventory analyst I go from my cold office environment to the dusty, hot production floor. My pores open in the hot environment & allow dirt to enter my pores. Then my pores close up trapping dirt inside once I’m in my colder office which causes clogged pores & breakouts. The dr wrote me a short term low dose antibiotic rx (clindamycin to quickly combat the breakout then another Rx topical cream for a longer term solution. Giving this adult acne the ole one-two punch! Great drs! Great service!! Once you’ve set up your account it is a 5-10min process!!! Each person needs their own account. Saved the app to my iPhone & my husband’s iPhone. And Avoided 2 longs wait at the family dr!! This is the future of healthcare, perfect for us working class folks!

Waisted $49 on an appointment. My 8 year old son has swimmers ear and I was looking for an affordable way to get a prescription to help him. I do not have health insurance right now do I was very excited to use this service. Setting up my account and getting an appointment was quick and easy. The doctor was nice and did say he sent a prescription for ear drops to a Publix pharmacy. I had to call customer service after an hour because Publix didn’t receive the prescription. They assured me it would be resent and they would call me back in 20 minutes to let me know when it was resent. They did not call me back but I did get an email from Publix when it was ready. I was shocked to find out the ear drops he prescribed are $246!! I couldn’t afford that so I called customer service again. I let the representative know the pharmacy was closing in an hour and asked if the Doctor could prescribe something more affordable. He said he would get it worked out and call me back before the Pharmacy closed. I have not heard back and it is now 11 pm and my son is in a lot of pain. I have to keep rotating Tylenol and Motrin. I cancelled the $246 ear drops at Publix so now I have waisted $49 and have to find somewhere else to take him in the morning that can help us. I’m very disappointed.

Waste of Time!. We waited for 7 hours...yes 7 hours, today. We started with 15 patients ahead of us and watched it countdown...and then back up all day long. Finally, we closed out the app and opened it back up, and the doctor we were waiting “in line” to see was no longer available. We received no notification of any kind, we weren’t assigned to a new doctor, NOTHING. Decided to give it a second chance, this time we chose a phone call instead of video chat. After signing in (again), a screen popped up and said that we could close the app, that the doctor would call when it was time for our visit... 2.5 hours later (now totaling 9.5 hours) we have been 10th in line with no movement at all. Because we chose the call option this time, we weren’t able to cancel and choose a different doctor. Good thing we checked on the status of this doc as well, bc surprise surprise, he was also offline after another long wait. I understand the Coronavirus has our doctors, nurses, and all medical staff drowning and overwhelmed, and I in no way blame them for this issue, but this app needs a TON OF WORK. So, so bad and a complete waste of time.

Would not recommend. I recently was night swimming about a few days ago and developed a series of bug bites on my upper right thigh that also moved to my buttocks. I decided it was fleas, because I’ve been bites before, and wanted to prevent infection by visiting a physician. I decided to try this app, considering the pandemic is still ongoing. I was linked with a doctor fairly quick, and within 10 minutes this doctor tried to convince me I had shingles. After I then told him I’ve had no previous experience with chicken pox, and have been vaccinated, he then said he would further access the photo and call me back. After less then 5 minutes, he called me telling me I had herpes. After arguing back and forth about how that isn’t possible and about how I’ve been tested far too recently for that to me true, he continued to tell me I was wrong and sent an anti-viral medication to my pharmacy. Upon picking up, I asked a pharmacist to consult me and take a look themselves. After barely even looking, the pharmacist confirmed they were flea bites.

Update forced me to miss an appointment. Unaware of an update, I tried to log into my therapy appointment as usual, a few min before the appt time. I was greeted to having to refill out everything and accept the terms and agreements again. I then had to answer the normal appointment questions, refilling out my insurance information and needing to enter my credit card information again. When I got to the second to last screen before the appointment could begin (the payment screen) it froze with any button I pressed. I got in contact who tried to help and they could not resolve the problem after 16 min of trying. By that time the appointment window had passed and I could not enter anymore. I’m very thankful I was not in a mental health crisis or borderline, I can only imagine what this could have meant for someone really struggling but afraid to call for emergent help. There is also no where for me to enter or edit CC information or insurance information ahead of time so I have no idea if this will work by my next rescheduled appointment. I really hope these bugs get fixed.

Lifesaver! You have no idea. The worst part about having a cough/cold/phlegm/flu is having to get in the car and drive, wait, fill out tons of paperwork, and wait some more to see a doctor all while in a waiting room with others you might spread your germs to. Even worse is when you’re far away from your regular doctor. Livehealth is great when you know what you have because you’re an adult and you’ve gone through this before. Livehealth has been a lifesaver in these kinds of situations. I’m so thankful they are there. It’s like Facetiming a doctor. At the end of the visit everything is typed neatly so if you forget the recommendations the doctor gave, you can reference their notes. I will recommend Livehealth to everyone! Thank you, Livehealth!!!!!!!! 💕👍

Healthcare Simplified. I live in a high-allergy state and I’m allergic to everything here. Lol. I get to know my symptoms when they cross from allergy into sick. These visits save me from delaying my medical care. See, for allergies it’s a fine line you walk between OTC and Rx needs, and from coping to SICK. For example, I could tell about 24 hours ago that my symptoms were way worse. Knowing what is in bloom, I knew it would be bad-bad in less than a day. Because this allergy issue is so constant for me too frequently I am trying to fend it off just doing what I normally do. It never works. I end up with a killer sinus infection. But it is a huge hassle to physically see a doc for this. LiveHealth makes me healthier. For my son and myself, I am quicker to reach out for medical care thanks to the app. The quality of doctors I have had is astounding. They ask the right questions to get the a more complete picture effortlessly. My doc tonight was the same one I had this last time I had COVID. Tonight he asked how I had recovered since COVID. I felt like I knew him and he knew me.

Dr. Krad - A genuine lifesaver. I’m 52 years old and since I was born I have spent one night in the hospital as a patient. I’m not a “tough guy” just been fortunate until last Tuesday when I was stricken with severe abdominal pain. Our insurance has recently and aggressively been promoting this service to relieve the Fund of unwarranted ER visits and costs. That coupled with the fact that my plans did not include an ER visit, prompted me to gave it a try. In less than five minutes I had all the information requested entered into LiveHealth, spoke with Dr. Krad and was on my way to the ER with, as Dr. Krad accurately diagnosed, a severely enlarged appendix. Who’s to say if I would have waited any longer what the outcome might have been but thanks to Dr. Krad and LiveHealth I won’t have to find out. Instead, I’m recovering from a some more than typical appendectomy but that’s on me and...... I’m recovering just the same. Will I use the service again? BET ON IT! Will I be promoting going forward? BET ON IT! Thanks Dr. Krad!!

Doctor finally answered. I tried use this app and the doc never answered the call. Twice! I called the number and talked to someone who walked me through it. Got all the was to the waiting room only to have the call disconnected by the doctor. Called back and the nicest CSR sent me a text with a link. I used it and got all the way to another waiting room and that doctor never answered that call. It said I was 4 on the waiting list, then 3, 2, 1 and that’s where it stayed for at least 30 or 45 minutes. All I need is a form filled out by doctor. It’s mandatory and time sensitive and I’m between doctors. My insurance covers this visit. I’m going to try one more time with the app. Update: I tried again and it did work. Talked to a doctor that helped figure out my problem. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

very pleasant and comforting.. only used this type of service Twice now however both times have been really awesome. Also love the convieince of not having to go physically to a hospital. Nowadays days the thought of all the protocols and possibilities of an accidental exposure to covid-19? i am overjoyed and relieved that i can get a prescription and i am allowed plenty of time to express my heath concerns without feeling rushed. One more thing. I loved the two different female doctors I had.I would hope to have either again in the future, however so far my experience has been wonderful. Because if this , I’m open to having a different Dr in the future if necessary. thank you for making me feel better. sincerely Sophie

Great Experience. Cristina Cavanaugh was professional, polite, and knowledgeable! She addressed all of my concerns about proper eating, drinking, and medications to use during breastfeeding. She was beyond thorough as to understanding how my nutritional habits could impact my milk supply and the development of my newborn. I feel so very relieved that I was able to speak to such a positive and thoughtful nutritionist online as my family has decided to self-quarantine with our national pandemic. I can’t reiterate how grateful I am to have this service provided during this crisis. I was so pleased with my appointment that I am going to schedule a follow up appointment once my son has had the procedure to fix his tongue-tied condition. I would HIGHLY recommend and endorse any breastfeeding mother to contact Cristina Cavanaugh! This session really gave me relief and optimism during a stressful period in my life when I cannot leave my home to seek out medical assistance. God bless this great company!

Helpful. Helpful app that I’ve used a lot to avoid physically going to the doctor. The only critique I have is that I’ve had providers cancel at the last minute and I’m not as concerned about that but I have to put in my information again every single time. If a provider cancels or closes their doors then it should auto save my information and give that to the next doctor. Also, maybe doctors should have the ability to close their queues so that new people can’t join but they can finish with who has already shown up. I would love to see lactation consultants available here too. It’s been a good service that my family and I will continue to use as we have saved a ton of time and money this way...and honestly it’s more convenient than trying to get a puking toddler to the doctors office.

This App is a Complete Scam. I called and made an appointment in order to receive a referral to a dermatologist. The doctor was very nice, but very brief, but stated that he was just going to write me a generic referral letter, not to anyone specific. I asked if this would actually work, and he said yes, not to worry about it. Well, the referral letter was not accepted by the dermatologist, because they did not accept open ended referrals. They wanted it faxed to them, and made out specifically to them. When I tried to contact my Live Health doctor I couldn’t get through. There was no way to message him without making another appointment and being charged again. I called customer service and asked for a refund, because I was paying out of pocket, and after many minutes on hold I was finalized able to ask for a refund. In the end I had to make an appointment with a different doctor at a different organization in order to receive a referral to the dermatologist. I never received a refund or a proper referral from Live Health. Using this app was a complete waste of time and money. This service should be reported to the Consumer Financial Protection Agency.

Easy and Convenient. This was great! I needed a refill on a motion sickness patch that I use for when I go traveling. This was super convenient for me to call in, talk to a provider and get the medication refilled. Dr. Harrington was super nice and very thorough. Obviously this is a medication that is topical, I had used before, and was not restricted so it didn’t require an office appointment or any type of addition lab work or assessment. I would totally do this again—I tend to put off drs because of the hassle to schedule an appointment around work, travel to an office through traffic, park a mile from a building to walk in and wait for 30 minutes to only talk to a dr for 5 minutes. This was great as all the data from my health wearables was preloaded and I was able to discuss what I needed and why and get the script sent in! We’ll see how the pharmacy does tomorrow when I go to fill it but this service was great!

Comfortable, professional and effective experience. I have allergy – induced asthma and was experiencing a flareup which was a build up of phlegm in my respiratory system. I felt like the situation could be turned around before a trip to the emergency room was necessary. Before I initiated the contact with the physician, I made sure that I had notes at hand that explained when my condition was aggravated and it’s current status. After the doctor reviewed my history and examined my throat via the camera and had me take in and let out a big breath, she prescribed medication. I had two questions, which she answered to my satisfaction and that was the end of the visit. The whole experience felt so normal. I’ll be using it again I’m sure.

The most amazing physicians ever!.. I’m permanently disabled young woman that has a hard time getting to the doctors office for a in person visit. I’m very grateful when I do come across a doctor that I feel comfortable with and not feeling like I’m being rushed to get the next patient in because I do wait until it’s absolutely necessary to see a doctor and I want to be able to give them all my concerns and take care of it at once so I don’t have to worry about coming back if it’s not necessary. For me personally it’s very hard for me to find doctor’s that actually take the time to listen to all of your concerns and are compassionate and caring also because honestly nobody enjoys having to go to the doctor. I have seen 2 physicians so far and they have been the most amazing ever I actually broke down crying with gratitude for being so kind and compassionate to me, it’s not very often that you are treated like a person and not a number. So I’m very grateful for this app and the physicians that have helped me.

Everyone should try LIVEHEALTH. I love “ LiveHealth online” . I’ve used them a lot, you don’t have to go to an ER, URGENT CARE, or wait til dr office hrs in a waiting room around who knows what. You see a real Dr, you can pick what field you need to be seen with. If you need medicine they seen it to your own pharmacy. I know, I know you say they are doing the visit on camera. You list all you health history and medicine same as you did here. You are being looked at the same amount of time or better as you would in person. You can move in closer or wherever you need to. Be this is in your home or back yard, car, anywhere. And anytime, midnight, 2am,1pm or whenever. I really love LIVE HEALTH my husband is in IBEW LOCAL 317

Excellent. I am not one to review on Apple but I just have to with this app. I cannot believe I am just now discovering this. This app is a huge time saver. My insurance does not cover the service, which without insurance is still very affordable at $49 per visit. I tried calling my doctor but was told I needed to come in by a very rude medical staff. Being that I can’t walk because of cramps, it was a total inconsiderate request since I know exactly why I am in pain (UTI). So I decided to use Live Health Online — amazing. Got to talk face to face (sort of) with a doctor within 5 minutes and he was able to answer all of my questions. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy right away as we spoke. Telehealth is the future! Love it.

No Insurance needed antibiotics. So, after researching online doctors. I ended up going with LiveHealth bc typically I spend $100 just for a consult and here it was $59 or more depending on type of issue and severity of case I assume. The app lets you know due to covid 19 things are a little delayed but I didn’t mind waiting. I had to wait for 30-45 mins before connecting with the doctor but it lets you know how many people are ahead of you once you select a doctor. I had 1 ahead of me, so wait time not too bad. I like that it gave options on different doctors I just picked a family doctor Dr. Rayner. She looked tired but was really nice and very professional. The app itself was easy enough to figure out. I asked about how long before prescription would be ready and she said right away unless system has issues then she would have to call it in and that could take 30+ mins bc she also had other clients. I said no problem, contacted the pharmacy 10 mins afterwards and it was already being processed. Overall I say it’s well worth it for simple issues, I can’t speak about more severe cases. Less than $100 in all 👍

You’re basically FaceTiming a doctor!. You know how FaceTime always feels a little awkward while you’re ringing the other person but then the awkwardness goes away as soon as you’re connected? Yeah, that’s this experience. I was really apprehensive my first experience (in 2016) but I felt so sick I didn’t want to leave my bed. Plus, at the time it was the middle of winter in New England, peak flu season, and the paranoid new mom in me didn’t want to expose myself to those germs in the waiting room and bring them home to my brand new baby. But, as soon as I was connected to the doctor the awkwardness wasn’t there. My husband was then able to then go pickup my prescription- easy peasy! I’ve since used it at least a dozen times - being a teacher with a daughter in daycare I’m sick a lot! I recommend this service to everyone I work with, it’s so convenient!

Fantastic and life changing!. I knew when it was time to seek a therapist that I was going to be given the tools to change. Experiences with therapy in the past consisted of much talking about what went wrong and things I have held onto from past trauma. I knew I wanted to have things that I could change to make what didn’t work actually be different. In short order I was shown things that could be different if I was willing to choose it. Once I uncovered the blocks, I received such positive encouragement that I could remove those block. I was shown that I could put down the old heavy baggage by the side of the road and actually walk forward. I have been sprinting ahead and everything about my life is changing for the better! What a wonderful gift! Absolutely worth it!

Can’t switch between family members. The primary reason I have this app is for therapy for my daughter. But because she is not the primary subscriber on my insurance I can access her appointments on the app calendar. The PC version also has issues so it’s not a good alternative. It’s very frustrating that I have to email the therapist on the PC just to get messages to her (which doesn’t notify me). The therapist is great but this app doesn’t for the need and makes it difficult every week to make sure the appointment is kept. This all is only an issue when the therapist schedules the follow up herself because she schedules under my daughter’s name (which is appropriate as she is the one being seen), it is not an issue the first visit because we have used the app to schedule. The issue is the ongoing treatment scheduling requires so much run around. The therapist has to open a slot for a few seconds and I have to grab the appointment right away before someone else takes it. It requires too much out of app communication. I thank the therapist for working with us on this.

Professional acting doctors. I’m a youngish woman and have had two separate male doctors who have both been very professional and quickly helped diagnose and send antibiotics my way. I have a couple chronic conditions: ear infections and UTI’s. This app/program is such a relief to me. It USED to be such a hassle having to go to the clinic or my doctors office every single time I had an infection (several times a year between the two), especially when you have children in tow and work. I was a little apprehensive when I tried it the first time. I chose a male doctor because he was available the quickest and I was in pain, even though at the time I wanted a female. He squashed my anxiety and was super. Now that I know there are a couple of doctors I know I can trust, it’s really sold me. Very impressed indeed.

Good “Bed-Side Manners” & Easy. I was a little apprehensive at first because I was not sure how the visit would go and the kind of doctor I would get. I was having extreme ear pain. I was connected quickly and the doctor had great bed-side manners and made the experience seem so natural. My daughter kept grabbing my ear (of course she had to do it at this time :)), and the doctor smiled, was okay with it, and stayed focus on my diagnosis. I was able to put in my pharmacy ahead of time and my prescription was sent over and filled quickly. The entire process took less than 5 minutes. I can also review what we discussed, my medication, and my discharge follow-up info from the app. I will definitely use this app going forward. Don’t feel “weird” about it - it feels natural after doing it once.

Skip the walk in clinics. A fantastic replacement for the little things. If you’re dying of cancer or broke your arm in six places or having seizures or are really having anything serious obviously you go to the emergency room. If you have something that’s more complicated or you need specialized care, obviously you go to a regular doctor for an in person evaluation. But for everything else that comes along, that would be your typical going to a Walgreens or CVS or grocery store or walk in clinic to get checked out by a PA and then set on your way, this is the best alternative. It’s fast, convenient, and you don’t have to go out in public to do it. It’s nice when the only time you have to leave is to pick up your prescription as opposed to getting up going to an office waiting around for 30 minutes seeing somebody for 10 then leaving then waiting for your prescription to be ready for another two hours then going to get your prescription and then finally going to home and/or work. This is much much much more efficient.

Terrible company, unreliable, unprofessional. I’m pretty sure most of the reviews are fake because this company is horrible. So the first therapist I had canceled the appointment 2 min before our appointment, I then got another one and then all she told me was that she couldn’t help me through live health but I should join her privet practice. So then I finally found another that I liked, but then she disappeared. I tried calling their customer service but they would not help me. Key word, would not, not could not. I then found out that she’s out for a couple months. It took me weeks to figure it out. I’d expect the company would let me know and put my into contact with another provider. You also can’t email any of the providers. I tried emailing my dr through it and I’d get no response except for an automated email saying that I should contact 911 for an emergency. Looking for a provider is a horrible experience. You have to go day by day looking for someone. And they even show providers that arn’t taking new patients. I’m dropping them right now for a more expensive provider. Don’t bother with live health, they don’t even have their own customer service. They contract it out and those people do not care about you at all.

Other services are better and I’m disappointed. I was forced to switch to this service due to my job changing our telemedicine provider. I use this service for mental health services because through my job there is not copay. Originally i was happy to learn that they offer same day mental health appointments, my excitement has since stopped. There are a limited supply of psychiatrists and they are always booked a month or more out. I scheduled my original appointment in February and have since been rescheduled by the Dr all the way out to the end of May and have never been seen. When I called about (2x) nothing has been done. Just “sorry about that we’ll file a complaint” and that’s it. The last service I used understood the importance of psychiatric appointments and made sure to reschedule within the same week, they don’t care. I called about another issue due to a confusing email i received. I was on the phone for an hour before a supervisor finally agreed to actually see why i got the email. Customer service is a joke and they don’t seem to care to resolve issues The only saving grace is that i have a psychologist that i actually like. I’m going to take all of my issues to my HR department because if this is the service my company is paying for they should know that it may not be the greatest idea to renew the contract.

Life Saver. I had a minor procedure in my back and have been in agonizing pain. I needed a doctors note to keep me from work until I can see my doctor who did the procedure. Dr Linda Rayner was hands down beyond amazing. Not only did she help me with the current situation at hand but she also went above and beyond making sure I was ok all around just by what I had checked during the appointment scheduling. Needless to say I will pay 59 dollars any day to see her again and get her expertise. I generally don’t leave reviews but she was so exceptional that I wanted to make sure I gave her recognition because I don’t think there are enough doctors left that are as knowledgeable and genuine as she is. I will absolutely be seeing her again even if it’s for something completely different because she is just that good.

Great Doc but website unclear. My wait was longer than usual due to the fact that there were not clear instructions as a first time user. It said I was connected with the first two docs but when I spoke I did not get a response. I then was on hold with customer service and got disconnected with her while on hold for the third doc. Customer service had told me I had to have a video visit and not a telephone visit because I needed a prescription for my infected arm. My second choice did not become available and I was holding for the third Doc who was professional and the visit was short. I will use the service and the doc again as it was better than driving across town and waiting even though I like my primary doc.

Easy peas..... Omg I was dreading getting dressed and driving to an urgent care, just to get antibiotics for what I KNOW is a sinus infection. Spoke with the doctor and had my Z-pack called in within 10 minutes, from start to finish. I’ve had about 100 sinus infections and am VERY familiar with the symptoms. I hate having to take time off work, drive time, wait time at an urgent care, wait time at the pharmacy, just to get antibiotics when I KNOW what I have. I’m self employed and having to move clients around and take unpaid tome off is the worst! This is my new go-to, for sure. Connection was great, wait on the system was less than 5 minutes... while I sat on my enclosed porch with my dog, watching a storm. What a Godsend this service is.

10/10 would recommend!. It’s always been so hard to find a provider that you click with. This app makes it so easy to find one though. You can see a picture of the provider which helps because I can pick who I feel like would make me comfortable. I’ve tried so many different therapists because there were only a limited amount in the areas I’ve lived in, but this app has opened that up so much. I’ve chosen an amazing therapist (Zelda Kitchens) who I feel very comfortable with, even from the very first second we met online. The app also shows you how long they’ve been in the field, where the graduated from, and the therapists have a little bio you can read to see what they specialize in. I really like this app, and I love how easy it was to find a great therapist from the comfort of my home.

Great unless you have a prescription. I have an ear infection and was initially really satisfied with the service. Signing up, choosing a doctor, and getting through the visit was great. However the doctor sent my antibiotic to the wrong pharmacy in a totally different state. I called the customer service line and waited for over an hour, but the representative was helpful and said he called and left a voicemail at my pharmacy for the prescription. Well apparently that still didn’t work and the pharmacy never received the information. I tried to call the customer service line again, waited on hold another 75 minutes, but there was still another 86 minute wait. I decided to hang up and try again tomorrow. Once the visit is over, the app gives you no other way to follow up or fix an issue without calling the customer service line. There really needs to be a better way to follow up on prescriptions or request it be resent without having to go through a phone call. Most of my doctor’s offices have a mailbox feature so that you can inbox issues like this and a MA can go through and help resolve them. I have no idea what they’re going to charge my insurance for this telemedicine visit, but I’m sure it’s going to be a ridiculous amount for speaking with the doctor for 3 minutes and having to be on hold/talking to customer service reps for 4+ hours.

Terrible diagnosis.. I called the other morning because I already knew what I had, and just wanted antibiotics because I live in a small area and all the offices around here are booked due to a small flu epidemic. I had several (about 10) pictures I took of abscesses, boils, yellow scabs, etc. that I uploaded for this “Doctor” to look over. As he’s talking to me, asking me how this all first started, asked me my temperature and whatnot, and why I thought I had Staph/MRSA. I then explained how it started, explained my fiancé just had MRSA a few months prior, explained the coming of the yellow scabs. I told him I did not currently have a temperature. He told me I could not have Staph/MRSA without having a temperature and ignored the fact my household had just gone through this, but continued to tell me what I had was a herpes outbreak. Seriously, I’m not making this up. So, I told him it was definitely not herpes, and he said to him that’s what it appears to be. He was dead set on his diagnosis and there was no changing his mind. He told me to make an appointment with a physician, and ended the chat. By the time I got into to see a real doctor, the infection had almost gone sepsis. I was given antibiotics because I currently have MRSA. Thank you idiot “doctor” for your wrong diagnosis and almost causing my infection to go sepsis. All I wanted was antibiotics.

Finally!!!. I have been struggling with depression and anxiety but couldn’t seem to get the help I needed…everywhere had a wait list and even my regular doctor was scheduling out for months (and would not see me until I was given a full physical) but I needed help NOW! Finally found this app by looking on the back of my health insurance card and I found a psychiatrist to see me within 24 hours. She asked me questions, listened and understood. It was quick and effective. She prescribed medication I had experience taking in the past, and also offered helpful advice about how to get out of my anxiety/depression cycle. I am so satisfied and feeling hopeful for the first time in so many months. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs help! I did pay a $175 fee but to me it is worth it knowing my life is finally getting back on track. There are some doctors who are available for lower fees but I needed a psychiatrist for a prescription and also needed help immediately so that’s why I went with this doctor. Best of luck to anyone reading this. You are worth it.

Absolutely Amazing. I noticed that some old symptoms were coming back last night and as soon as I woke up this morning, I was looking up urgent care clinics near me. A few were closed due to COVID and the ones that I did find charged a lot for a very simple exam (I don’t have health insurance). I came across the ad for this app on Google and decided to give it a try. The app itself was super easy to install and set up an account, did it in minutes. They asked a few simple questions, gave me the option to upload a picture for the doctor, and provided a list of available ones. It tells you how many people are waiting ahead of you but there were a few doctors immediately available. I picked Christopher Withers and while they set up the video call, an automated chat box asked a few more questions. I didn’t have to wait longer than maybe 2-3 minutes before the doctor was ready. The doctor was extremely kind, helpful, and professional and honestly, the entire visit was over in less than 10 minutes and I never had to leave my room! He sent my prescription to my local pharmacy and said it would be ready within the hour. This will definitely be my go to option for non-emergency medical care !

Fast, easy, inexpensive from the comfort of home.. I love this service. I was able to book an appointment at 2am in the morning without notice and I was able to see a doctor immediately. The Doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, efficient and his demeanor set me at ease. I would recommend LiveHealth to my family and friends and to anyone who wants to save time and money on medical expenses. For $49 (or no charge, if you have health insurance) you can book an appointment last minute, 24 hours a day and receive immediate help from a qualified physician who can prescribe the medication you need. All this is done, from the comfort of your home. Now, that’s first class service!

Logistics. In the past I’ve had appointments set up yet when I begin the appointment there’s five things that have to go through successfully or the appointment won’t initiate if I struggle from more than five minutes to try to accomplish those things my appointment gets canceled so despite that not having happened with this counselor, it has been extremely frustrating in the past so I would suggest the steps required to book an appointment, be extended to include a dry run of the real time data and payment requirements upon initializing the actual appointment that way if it’s going to fail, you have time to correct it before it’s a requirement to initialize the appointment, or some solution be derived from that very frustrating event, resulting from unsuccessfully, navigating them within the timeframe required for the visit. Alternatively, it could just be me and nobody else has the issue so who knows but I know I experienced it so I’m sharing. Thanks a lot.

Technical issues spiral. Several appointments we lost signal and had to continue the appointment over the phone. At least two times the phone connection did not work so the visit was just cut off completely. Paid missed visit fees of $40 multiple times when the visit was missed due to technical issues from the app. My therapist ended up leaving for a different job. I set up a new patient appointment with a different therapist. Had more technical issues when trying to log into my visit with the new therapist. After a few minutes the new therapist ends the visit stating that I need to follow up with the original therapist. The one that just quit. Now I know that therapists are not going to keep track of each other especially if they are working virtually and don’t know each other, but common sense would say that if I’m making a new patient appointment with a therapist I’ve never seen before, I am unable to see the therapist I used to see for some reason. Even if it is by choice. I feel like I dodged a bullet there as I don’t have any interest in receiving therapy from someone who actually thinks I didn’t make the appointment with her purposefully. VERY frustrating especially when trying to get therapy for rage issues.I would not recommend this app if you truly need therapy.

Best online physician service. This is positively the best source for immediate health care! Quality doctors ready to help busy parents, kids sick in the night, college students, business travelers or anyone else who need help with non-emergency medical needs! I have used this service many times and recommend to friends and family! Why would anyone waste time in ER or Urgent Care when you can see a doctor online? Today I was 3,000 miles from home and needed help for my asthma, before I was traveling and had a UTI. Getting care is quick and easy!

Visit with Online Health. My doctor was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable and listened to me about my conditions. Experience with her was great but the connection wasn’t very good I was actually sent around I believe to 3 drs before I could be seen. I don’t think it was on my end I haven’t had any issues or any with OH in the past. I appreciate this service very much I have finished chemo and radiation treatments in august and still getting over it and did not want to go sit in a waiting room full of people that are sick very thankful for that. Whoever thought of this is a genius.

Doctor was a joke. I had a visit with a doctor today about an illness. After explaining everything, I told said doctor how I thought I was taking every precaution to avoid being sick and instead she laughed at me and told me how I’m really not, and essentially belittled me. The best part is, I needed a work note today and was told to be Covid tested. I received no after visit summary and no work slip, and there’s no way to review my previous visits of which doctor I saw without them sending me a message.. how convenient. So I basically paid for a doctors visit for someone to come on screen, belittle me, and then have zero evidence to provide to anyone (including my work) that I saw a doctor. Excellent execution on the app development if you ask me…

Conveniently successful. I’ve used LiveHealth Online for a child’s hangnail infection. The doctor was able to see the infection and prescribe medicine. My prescription was available at in network pharmacy within an hour. Super easy to use. Clear connection. I just used LiveHealth Online for my child’s cold and flu like symptoms, and I’m sure that this will be knocked out within the week. Doctor was also able to prescribe medicine for this while my son was able to rest and not get others sick or have to go into a doctors office or waiting room, another sickness prone area.

My therapist is awesome. While my psychiatrist has some limitations (he can’t fill my adderall or Xanax bc they are controlled substances), he collaborated with my primary care doc to help me get the right meds. I meet with my therapist at times that fit in my crazy schedule and she (Kerri!!!!) is so compassionate and gives great feedback. She doesn’t judge that I am usually calling from my car and is helping me cope with my trauma, stress and depression. If you have trouble accessing mental health (I called so many local providers that never called me back), this is a good service. The only downside is my insurance doesn’t do a copay when I log in, but they usually do a reimbursement in a timely manner.

Breathing. I called my Simply Healthcare to talk to a nurse and she helped me set up live video with a doctor. Best thing I ever did as this was a weekend and my doctors office is closed. The doctor I chose was very helpful and told me what I needed to do. I have a hyaidel hyena and it’s acting up and the doctor told me what to get to calm this down and it should get better. She was very informative to me so I can feel better. I haven’t felt too good this whole last week. She told me to get Gavascon extra strength and stop taking calcium as this is causing my stomach issues. I would recommend this to anyone if they can’t get out. I feel much better now that I know what’s happening....

Not accurate Wait time.. It’s really convenient to be able to do this and not have to go to the ER. But I have used other apps before and and not take as long as this one. I literally have been on the phone for an hour and a half waiting and it said I had two patients have had a meet. It took her less than three minutes to talk to me so I know there is no way it took that long with the other two patients. There has to be a quicker way for someone to get through them to wait for an hour and a half. I’m very thankful to get the medicine that I need it for my mouth though.

On vacation. We are at the lake, basically in the middle of nowhere and my sons ear started hurting. We have had soo many ear infections we knew this was the start of another one. Instead of finding an urgent care and wasting a whole day in a doctors office then finding a pharmacy, we made an easy phone call from the convenience of the couch. Our son was comfortable and my other kids didn’t have their whole day ruined by a trip to the doctor for their brother. The doctor was great, he spoke to both myself and my son, then let us know what he thought would be best for our situation. Such a huge help!!!!

Solid option. There is tons of options now for telemedicine and I wasn’t sure to start. As of the moment I am not insured so I wanted a quick and cheap appointment for a stye that had not resolved yet. It just took a few minutes to set up an account and I love that some providers had a lgbt ally badge, that’s always nice as that is my preferred choice/what I am comfortable with. The appointment was quick and the doctor was lovely. $59 quick and easy and she sent over my antibiotics. Would definitely recommend!

Life changing. I’ve been seeing a therapist for a few weeks now online for food addiction. I’ve learned so much practical information that has really helped me begin to think about the whys and the how’s of eating and how to change my thoughts and actions. It’s so much easier to see someone online as I’m disabled which restricts my driving ability. Plus, I’ve found that I take notes while sitting in a comfortable chair in a familiar environment. This helps me recall what I learned in my sessions. Wish I could see all variety of doctors this way. It saves time, money, and effort. I’m very grateful to have found this!!

Not service based. I used to love my prior on-line medical service, they were always to quick to respond on a variety of issues! Now my company switch to Live Health and the service in comparison with Teladoc is night and day:( I have request a consult 4 times within 12 hours and all have been cancelled without any good explanation. After hours of trying to contact customer service the representative said that it is up to the practitioner to accept a consult or not. I understand we are in the middle of a health crisis but to turn down patients with issues unrelated to the crisis is terrible and, I consider irresponsible!! The worst part is that they don’t seem to care based on the the response from their service representative. I’m recommending my company to switch back to our old Teladoc service.

Not the best. Wouldn’t bother to use this again unless I had no other choice. At this point be aware ALL symptoms will be deemed covid bc it’s an easy cop out for lazy doctors. App worked fine. Got a doc right away. It’s the service. Doc was dismissive and immediately every symptom I had was automatically “covid”. And doomsday “I must quarantine now” None of my symptoms seemed like covid. Went and had both a rapid test yesterday and the nasal swab test this morning. Both negative. As I knew it wasn’t covid. I felt like she just wanted off the call so she said covid so it looked like she was actually answering calls. I was wary of the teledoc thing. I was right to be wary. No help for my actual symptoms

Excellent service. This service has really made a difference in my mental health. I really was in need of counseling, but didn’t have the time with my busy schedule to make traditional office visits. In addition to inconvenient office hours I was also not going to be able to see a counselor for weeks. This service enabled me to be seen the same day that I needed when I was having a depressive episode. I’m really thankful. I have been able to develop a great relationship with my counselor and I’m starting to feel some improvement.

Great and Convenient Service with Annoying Bugs. Always a fast and easy process for me as the account holder. Every time my wife tries to use it, or we try to use it for our kids, it’s a big hassle. My wife has to have her own account, and creating one is way more difficult than necessary. One main account should be able to hold the information of everyone my insurance covers to have this service. That way it would be a seamless process of choosing which person is needing an online appointment, and the doctor can easily pull up all of the information they need for that person. Some more simplicity and ease of use for more stars.

Grateful to be seen right away. The first time I used this service, I was seen promptly by a physician who was courteous and respectful and who prescribed the medications I needed for two recurring skin infections that require treatment at the earliest signs in order to prevent them from developing into more serious cases and causing more health complications. This was especially helpful because the my primary healthcare provider is short-staffed and the soonest appointment is a month out, while there is no urgent care clinic in my region, and I wanted to avoid waiting hours to be seen in an emergency room during a surge in coronavirus cases!

WASTE OF MONEY. I paid $59 to be told I need to see my primary Dr and this doctor didn’t care to look at my pictures regarding my ailment. The conversation lasted five minutes tops and no solution. I wrote my ailments in my file before I spoke with the doctor. He knowingly knew he was going to do nothing for my symptoms and still decided to call me and give me zero input on my situation. I want a refund and it’s a horrible way to treat a patient and the refund is a pain to get. I’ve used another online Dr. and they refund automatically in 48 hrs if no prescription was given, or they can’t help with your symptoms. Take my $59 you just lost a customer. Maybe I can have a person who is not a doctor read my patient confidentiality chart on my personal symptoms and tell me I’m not getting a refund. Awesome read back my symptoms and the doctor notes back to me and deny my refund.

Unbelievably Awesome. I commend this app, and everyone making telehealth possible. I had a visit today. The doctor was awesome. Very very nice and I didn’t realize that my pharmacy was closed on the weekends little did I fear I just called them right back and they helped me right away it took maybe three minutes for them to get my prescription sent over to a pharmacy that is open and even got them on the other line while I waited took care of everything for me. I really appreciate you guys.

Love love love. With my crazy work schedule it’s hard to make time for a doctors appointment and then have to take time off work is so much of a hassle. Now that I have found live health, I simply log in choose my doctor, answer a few questions and I’m in with the doctor in no time. It’s so much easier and the wait time is little to none. My last visit took all of 6 minutes total and I was in my bedroom watching tv. All I had to do was go pick up my prescription. What more can I ask for. Thanks for this!

Update RUINED THE APP. WOW. Almost don’t even know what to say. Been using Live Health Online for almost 6 years now. It’s always been awesome. Log in, pick a doctor, MAYBE a 10 minute wait while a video played with “fun facts” and boom you see a doctor. Now, it’s horrendous. It signed everyone out, we had to make a new account. You no longer get to choose a doctor, you no longer see how many doctors are available, you see nothing. This app now looks like it was designed in the mid 2000’s. Why??? Just why did this happen?? Now when you request a visit, you get a text message saying they’ll send you a link when the doctor is ready. WEVE BEEN WAITING for 3.5 HOURS TO BE SEEN. Absolutely awful. Hope our union takes LHO off our system and we can use another option. Such a shame. This was such a great service. RUINED.

GREAT OPTION. Online healthcare won’t be for everyone, but I have used this app for several years now on occasions that I have minor illnesses & don’t want to goto a germ-y office, especially during Covid. The cost of the online visit is more than half what an urgent care is, but you get the same great care. The doctors are friendly & helpful & if you find a specific one you like you can request a visit w/ that particular one. I would recommend this app for anyone, the best part is if they CANT help you - the visit is free. You literally have nothing to loose.

Lifesaver. I was on road trip vacation and was able to pull over to the side of the road IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE with just a little service. I was having severe eye pain and had developed a large bump and film on my eyeball. I figured why not give LHO a try vs. going to urgent care (I had no idea when I’d even be able to find one) or worse, doing nothing and remaining in pain. After just a few minutes I was connected to a doctor who was kind and professional and recommended a simple over the counter antihistamine eye drop. Next morning I found a pharmacy, got what I needed and was instantly feeling better and back on the road. THANK YOU!!

Poor notifications. For me personally, being neurodivergent, this app is pretty awful. The notifications for appointments by email don’t work for me, considering I don’t often check my email every 2 minutes. The app push notification also is not great. It would be better if I could add appointments to my phone calendar where it will pop up and cover the screen and there will be no missing the alert, even if my phone is on silent because those events already have exceptions. It would also be nice not to have the only computer link come in an email the day you schedule it. I had to do most of my appointments by phone and my service is not very reliable here. Having easier access via desktop would be nice versus everything being focused on the app.

Where have you been all my life?. We got a new insurance plan at work and part of it is access to this app as well as virtual visits. It is new years day 2018- just about everything is closed so I decided to try this app out with the virtual visit. I was able to see the nicest doctor ever and we did a video chat with my phone while I am sitting in my reading room. The doctor had two patients ahead of me and the wait was about 15 minutes. No filling out paperwork, getting temp taken etc just me and the doctor- I had broken a tooth while overseas for work and it got infected- 5 minutes with this kind doctor with a great and comforting phone side manner and done- prescription sent to my pharmacy and wife is on the way to pick it up. This is amazing to me- the app reaches its full potential there were zero glitches, fast, intuitive and I never had to chase down info to figure out what I needed to do. Literally the very best app I have on my phone!

Help is there when you ask for it. I’ve never been the one that needed anyone’s assistance to understand my feelings But after a severe injury that’s left me unable to work or be much of a help in my day to day life. I reached out to both a Psychiatrist and psychologist here on live health. I only have great feelings of relief that they were there to help me in MY time of need. And I am hopeful in my life knowing that there are people that will assist you and myself in probably any situation we all face at times in our lives

Savior!. Have used the service 3 times (once for me and twice for my children) and have consistently had excellent experiences! Two of us had a HORRIBLE stomach virus with unstoppable V*******G with dehydration setting in. This allowed us to be seen immediately, in the comfort of our home, and without having to figure out how to get the energy to get to a dr AND without V*******G everywhere!!! Was completely a God send!!!! I would pay BIG MONEY for this service, but it actually is cheaper for us than going to a doctors office. Also, we didn’t have to get exposed to all the YUCK that can be in doctors offices and another sickness. MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

2 Thumbs Up for LHO. In my area, seeing a doctor is a process which includes making an appointment (usually in the next two days), the time it takes to see the doctor and waiting in his or her waiting room. All land it represents about a two hour process. LHO took care of everything and five minutes including the writing of a prescription which was sent to my local pharmacy by the doctor. I can’t express how thankful I am for live health online. It might seem odd the first time you use it, yet it gets better with each use. This is my fourth experience for myself and my daughter has used it twice. Both with the same results.

Convenient, easy and I highly recommend..... Today I was having symptoms of something I was thinking could have been handled with telemedicine, LiveHealth. And within the current condition of our country with regards to Covid-19, it seemed like the the best thing to try first before venturing out to a clinic, risking my good health any further. The physician I choose, Dr Seymour, was efficient, friendly, and had great ‘bedside’ manner. I will use this medium again should the need arise. And I will request Dr Seymour again if she is available. Thank you Dr Seymour and LiveHealth!

Absolute trash service. Understandably there is a pandemic but I have tried for 4 hours to get through to a doctor. I was kicked out of the app after 50 mins and called customer service who informed me that it was a tech issue that was resolved and it would be fine now. Waited another few hours for a different doctor and made it to two patients ahead of you and then the doctor was no longer available. It switched me to a different doctor, waited more hours got to 1 patient ahead and it said doctor not available. Called customer service and they told me they can’t assist can’t access doctors and no manager was available to discuss this issue. As a healthcare employee for the last 15 years I am disgusted by this companies handling of patients in need of care.

Too Miserable to Leave the House!. This morning was the first time that I have used the Live Video Doctor service. Woke up in the wee hours of the morning with a UTI! So miserable! Once I went through the process of setting myself up all in the comfort (and easy access to restroom), I communicated with a physician in a VERY short time!! He was very pleasant and kind! Sent prescription to my local pharmacy and I expect to hear from them at anytime that it is available (for my husband to go pick up)! Sunday morning sickness lifesaver!!!

Amazing🙏🏻. I have utilized the health care, psychiatry, and psychology departments. I have had a wonderful experience! It is a great and easy way to try out several psychologists and find the one that helps you the most! I found a therapist through this app that has helped me more than the psychologist I was visiting in person. I now schedule an appointment with her weekly! You also don’t have to wait weeks to get an appointment! The psychiatrist I spoke with was amazing as well!! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He was also able to wright a note to my GP. I am so grateful for this platform and it’s so easy to use! Thank you!!!!

A blessing!. My husband and I travel a lot. This app allows me to receive the services that I need when we are traveling. When we first started traveling a lot I lost a therapist that I felt I had a wonderful relationship with. I was growing quite a bit and it was quite deflating when I had to break that off. With this app I feel confident that that's not going to happen and that has increased my willingness to be fully committed. I believe that this has also enabled me to expect that my therapist will be committed to me also. We have the opportunities to have a true therapeutic relationship.

Nice concept, really iffy. I found out through my insurance that it covers tele-health mental services through livehealth. But their app is already starting to be glitchy and annoying. I can’t tell whether or not its accepted my insurance, and when trying to schedule an appointment it mentions the copay fees before insurance being $175, but does not let me know if my insurance was successfully added. When trying to add my insurance, it loads for around five minutes, telling me its checking my health insurance information, then takes me back to the screen l was before where l put in my health insurance info. When l was creating my account, the app would glitch when adding my birthday and scrolling through the dates would cause me to end up at my home screen. How am l supposed to use such a poorly designed app?

Love this service. I absolutely love this service! as long as it’s not an emergency and you have a cold or a cough, I highly recommend using this app. you don’t have to wait very long. You can do it from the convenience of being in your own home. The doctors are extremely professional and to the point. No, waiting rooms No vigorous forms to fill out You don’t get that rude receptionist that most doctors offices have when you walk in the door LOL Like I said, unless you have an emergency, you need to be using this app!

Just go to a doctor. This app is the most frustrating app I have used to date. First off, the wait times are horrible. Usually 1-2 hours using their fastest option. The app tells you how many people are in line in front of you, but that number sometimes adds more people as you wait. The first time I used the app, I filled out all the paperwork, and then I was told that my provider was no longer available. I thought it was annoying, but I figured my place would be saved in line, and I would be reassigned to another medical professional. Instead they made me fill out all the paperwork again, and after a second 2 hour wait, my doctor decided to cancel again. Feeling tired after about 4 hours of waiting, I gave up. I have never been able to use this app to be able to talk to a professional without them cancelling first, being told that they decided not to take my case, or having the app lock me out of my account when I was close to talking with a doctor. I have tried using this app around 6 times with no positive results. I will, however, say that one time I used the app at 4am and managed to get a $50 prescription and a misdiagnosis. Just go to a doctor.

Ridiculously Convenient!!!. I rarely write reviews but this app warrants one. I’ve used it twice and it just makes things so easy. There are some things that, while they require a prescription, they’re such basic issues that you don’t want to waste time at a doctors office. I recently used it for a UTI. The whole “visit” from the time I logged into the app to the time I finished with the doc took less that 5 mins, and just like that, I had a prescription for the meds I needed and didn’t even have to leave my living room. It was the same with the last issue I had. I really can’t say enough good things about this app. You won’t be disappointed.

Telehealth. I am so very thankful for this service. I unfortunately get frequent sinus infections and using this resource has eliminated my having to go wait in a germ filled doctors office or urgent care waiting rooms. Doctors I’ve dealt with here have always been friendly and helpful. They are able to send over an Rx right to my pharmacy which are ready quickly for pickup. People who are not utilizing this device for non life treating, common cold, flu like illnesses have no idea what they’re missing. So thankful!

Great Service !!!. Recently having come down with an illness that seemed a lot like the common cold, I reached out to the tele-health services. Takes a bit of time to register as any new doctor office would, but definitely felt good to know that there’s a professional out there waiting to assist you at any time. Especially with the viral concerns we face today. I highly recommend giving this service a try. Dr Shashi Puttaswamy was very prompt, friendly, informative and helpful. Grateful for this service.

Terrible. This app was bad enough before they did the update. The clumsy user interface is now even worse. I’ve had to change my password so many times and go through numerous security verifications and have had to reload the app. Now I have lost access to all my providers and I am unable to see or read any of the 33 messages I have. After a very long wait with customer service, I was told they can reach out to my provider and ask them to contact me. This is not healthcare service. If you have another option via your insurance provider, I highly recommend going with that I have every reason to believe that this company is stealing and reselling your data. Otherwise it’s frustrating and useless.

Terrible app and service. I’ve been on this app a couple times. All the providers I’ve seen have been fast and very nice and efficient. Every time sapna pithwa is the only provider we wait and wait and when we are next in line she literally logs off with no notice or able to be seen. People will write stuff in the chat and when you try to respond they close the chat without a chance to respond. When you have 3 sick kids at once it would be nice to be able to rely on the app my insurance recommends. Pretty sad really. But this is the same scenario with this women. It’s literally like it’s on purpose.

Won’t be using again.. A nicely laid out and seemingly convenient app for contacting professionals when you need them right away, I booked my appointment for a voice only conference with a doctor, had to wait several hours because of COVID-19, which is understandable, I was told which doctor I’d be speaking to so I waited, once my phone finally rang I got a different doctor asking what I needed. Was rude and raised his voice like I was talking to someone who had no Interest in me and wanted to get off the phone. Told me I was overly cautious and said “ so all I have to do is tell your work it’s safe to return and we’re good?” Anyways, you get the idea. I’m not happy with the service and won’t be using it again.

The future of medicine. This is so much better and easier than trying to get an appointment with a General Practitioner! I have spent 3 months waiting for an appointment only to have it cancelled and rescheduled for another 3 months out, only to have my GP changed on me by my insurance provider two weeks before the appointment, having to then again reschedule for a different person another 3 months out! If this didn’t exist, I’m not sure I would ever get to see a doctor without having to go to an emergency room! Thank you for all you hard work and effort, you are making a difference!

Great first experience!. That was absolutely the best experience for the first time and I was amazed how well it went! The doctor was amazing and very informative and I will be doing much more visits like this in the future! Definitely when gas prices are so high and this is so convenient! It doesn’t replace going to your primary and having an in person visit especially with your child but on a Friday afternoon instead of spending the entire night in the ER this is definitely a better solution! Thank you

Doctor visit. The physician was very polite and concerned with my health. She asked me all kinds of questions made me feel comfortable in a time like this to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any signs of the virus. She wants me to follow up in 5-7 days if not feeling better. She’s calling in a prescription and also recommended something else to take to clear up the congestion I’ve got in my chest. She was very caring. I’m going to use this app in the future and have my family use it as well. I highly recommend this app. 😁🙌👍

No Therapists Ever Available. i’m sure there might be a shortage of therapists due to the pandemic, however I have been regularly checking life health online, constantly, and have had absolutely no luck ever finding any therapists available. And if there is, they charge asinine prices per session upwards of $80 a session which is horrible, it basically just feels useless and I’ve given up more or less on this app for therapy. it doesn’t help that my mental health has been very bad due to this pandemic, like most people. Very disappointed.

Great for active, full time working, single-parents!. As a single mom working a full time professional career, with my children in music, sports, church, volunteering and friends; along with being in school and myself in graduate school, there is no time to deal with the traditional doctors offices that make their hours only convenient for themselves. This app allows me to connect for the basics without disconnecting and disappointing everyone that depends on me. The physicians in the app are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. To all my Single Mamas out there—this is the way to go!

Horrible. Absolutely horrendous experience. They give you no guidance on the procedure of the visit. They then make you fill out a questionnaire that does not even begin to allow you to express your goals for the visit. 20 minutes after my appt was to start my doctor send me a message declining my appt because she doesn’t prescribe controlled meds. I wasn’t asking her to prescribe them. I just happen to be on them. She then had the nerve to state at the end of her statement that she highly recommend I get off those controlled meds without speaking to me or having any patient-doctor relationship, which in truth is illegal to do. It was a waste of my time when I very much needed something to work in my favor.

I cannot believe this is available SOOO EASY. This is going to cut down on others getting sick this is the coolest app I have HANDS DOWN! Easy very easy I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR 48 hours for a call back to just get an appointment!! Within 15 minutes I downloaded the app, made an account and was on and talking live with A LOCAL DOCTOR! Amazing my prescription was ordered and I’m on my way to the pharmacy!!! Gotta try this app GENIUS!!! And years later STILL the easiest, least time consuming and wonderful doctors EVER!! Can’t thank the people responsible for making this app! It is hands down the best app I. The Apple Store!!!!!!!!!!’

Scam. I downloaded this service only to be told; “For the complaint you mentioned you should see an in person Dr because labs are required. Good bye.” Here’s your bill for $60 for us telling you we can not help you. Why not list the type of aliments they address vs. charging $60 to tell someone to go see a real doctor? Follow up: I requested a refund on their 800 number. NOT AN EASY process. Refunds take 15-18 days and are not immediate. According to the representative the Dr. had the option of waving the fee when he realized he couldn’t treat my aliment. However, I specifically asked the Dr would I be charged for this visit and he stated it was at the discretion of customer service. I contradiction. Customer service claims they have so many Drs on the app they can not control this. So it depends on who you get. People use these apps for convenience and to save money. If you are looking to save money avoid this one.

Hard to actually talk to someone. It took 7 tries to actually be seen. I understand that this is a period of high volume , but the program seems too sensitive. My request to be seen was taken out of circulation several times without notice. If you take a call while waiting to be seen, the app kicks you off. Several times I would get to the head of the que ( told that I was the next patient to be seen) only to be re-routed to another doctor where I now had some new set of patients to be seen before me.

I love this futuristic Doctor App📌. I love this app it was actually my first one using it so I was kind of skeptical but everything turned out VERY fast, professional, and easy. My problem was minor “ pink eye” but my doctor was very helpful and professional. My medication was sent over within 10 minutes and within 30 minutes my prescription was filled. This app is the future of medicine in my eyes I will be using again and I have already told a lot of my friends about it. I mean be honest nobody likes sitting in the doctors office for minor things
