Amazing.. I’ve personally been using this app for months. I’ve used it for a lot of things because it’s quick and easy. I bought the pass for everything and it’s just amazing. This app is great for simple things you need like some text here and there or some other things that you want to do without buying a whole app that doesn’t work in the end. In my opinion, this is highly recommended.

Software has kinks. I’ve been using this photo editor fir a year or so. I only use the basic package. If it was a seamless perfect software photo editor I would likely pay for the top tier photo editor. It works about half the time. Which means 50% of the time I have to re-do a photo edit or close the entire app and start over. I will say I’ve been able to get some cute edited photos of my grand babies using the basic package - it just took me a few tries to get there. I’m retired software / firmware training specialist so I feel my expectations for users is reasonable.

Shady. I have used this app for a while but after today I will be deleting it. I was editing a picture and it asked me if I wanted to remove the watermark one time by watching a video. I selected yes. I then got a pop up box that said "video can not be loaded" and immediately after a pop up box that said "congratulations your purchase for $6.99 was successful" (the amount to remove watermarks permanently). I did not select to purchase and did not authorize it. Apple was extremely helpful in removing the charge, however I no longer trust this app.

Tries to double charge you. I had already purchased the expanded features and was attempting to modify a photograph. When I tried to remove the watermark, it took me to a screen requiring me to buy the features again. I could not recall how long ago I had purchased the features, and thinking maybe my purchase had expired, I agreed to buy the features. Luckily the Apple store indicated I had already purchased and asked if I wanted the features for free. I said “yes,” but when I went back to my picture, it wouldn’t let me finish but instead I was again taken to the purchase features window. I tried to close out and go back, neither of which did anything, and then hit the “redo” icon and it said my prior purchases were “restored.” Why would I need to restore something I have already purchased? What an incredible waste of time.

Edits Don’t Show Up When Saved to Gallery. I have been using this app forever and I have never experienced a problem until now. I edit a picture and usually the words I’ve written on the picture have disappeared or have been cut off once I save to gallery. I love this app but it is not serving items purpose of the edit doesn’t hold pass the process of saving to your camera roll.

Never Works. I am so tired of this app never working correctly. I’ll add text and when I save it, it is always cut off (even though it doesn’t go to the edge of the picture) or it randomly changes the size and place of the text. I then have to take a screen shot that I crop. About 75% of the time I’m not able to change the color of the text and the only way to fix it is to start completely over. If you do plan on using this app just plan to work on a photo project x3 or x4 longer than you figure it should take you.

Breaking. I love PicLab and have used it for years but recently parts of it legit won’t work. Glitches. It shuts down randomly. Part of the pic doesn’t save. Words are missing. It’s so weird. I have deleted and reinstalled it and the same issues are happening. Also updated my phone. Still having issues. Can’t seem to get ahold of anyone to tell this to... so posting this review. If they can fix the issues, it’s a great app.

This is so good. If you are interested into some filters and fun customization things for your pictures then download this app! I’ve been using it for a little less than a year and I’m so addicted! I’m still learning how to do the cool filters but overall it’s a good app. It does have some in app purchases but it doesn’t pop up all of the time (unless if you are using a filter it might pop up) like some of the other picture apps I’ve tried. So if you don’t like it well... Everyone doesn’t need to like this app but it’s good for me

Great, But There's Just One Issue. This app really is fantastic, I've just got one problem: my purchases aren't restoring. I paid $7 for the full upgrade but later on I deleted the app, reinstalled it, and even though I logged in it's not working. I click the shop, get told that the restoration was successful, only to be redirected to the shop and thrown into an endless loop of this. Anyone else have this issue? I'm gonna delete and re-download to see if that helps. Other than that, it rocks! 5/5 stars for sure.

It is so close to greatness. This app just isn’t capable of much. The filters are cool, and the tools are alright, but your just too limited. The text option is broken, totally ruining your photo if you add too much. The ads are unbearable unless you purchase free mode, with a pop up for PicLab pro IN YOUR WORK SPACE. For what it’s worth, they never advertised themselves to be anything more than a way to make cool photos and add headings, but I would have liked it if it could just do more. Not new tools, but just less broken.

Not Great So Far, First Timer Here. I just downloaded this to spice up my instagram photos. After my second text box, the next few I tried kept jumping into the middle of nowhere (not in the picture frame) and I couldn’t move them. I paid for the premium version thinking that you could only have so many text boxes on one photo and that may have been why it was glitching. I had to re-do this photo twice because the app unexpectedly closed down. I’m hoping this turns around or I will be reaching out for a refund.

Does Not Work Correctly. I have been using this App for about 2 yrs. At first it worked great. Since the latest update I can’t see the stickers :( I have had to purchase the stickers 3 times and still can’t see them in the app. The text edit tools freezes and doesn’t let me go back to edit color ... Why is it so bad? I wish I had the old App. I’m deleting it and getting something else.

What Happened Here???. I touch the text to bring up editing features like the three bubbles for shadowing and it no longer shows the shadows of any color on any color font! You can’t put letters on same color backgrounds anymore and when you use this feature it saves the top left portion of the text only??? What happened to this app? I didn’t pay money to have all of the features unlocked only to be screwed in an update! And it’s not a hiccup because I deleted the app and reinstalled it - in the immortal words of Yukon Cornelius...NOTHIN’ Well, you said you fixed the shadow effect for the fonts, but no! This recent update did not fix the issue that is most frustrating to me. And for you to give a response to say the problem is fixed is very disingenuous. I hope people read this and don’t actually pay money to unlock features if they’re only going to be changed or messed up and developers can’t even figure out how to make a small fix. Especially when it used to work just fine! Very disappointed 😔

Used to love it but.... It still edits pictures fine but if I save it to my phone and then go to post in on Instagram it either shuts down ig or posts as a black square. The entire point of this app for me is to post on Instagram. Why aren’t they compatible anymore? Update 6/3: I can’t use it for anything now! If I try to use it on any app, even after saving the photo to my phone first, when I try to share it to ANYTHING it glitches out and closes whatever I had open. Please fix this. I didn’t pay money to not be able to use this app.

Needs work!! Badly. I’m giving it a 1 star a few reasons. I really couldn’t tell what all this app could do and so I paid the full price for everything. Once I did that the shop page acts as if I still needed to buy separate items and when I went to change to the main page it prompts me to watch a video to remove the watermark. Excuse me? I just paid $6.99 for that (EVERYTHING). Strike one. Ok so I import a pic to edit and add a basic filter to. Even tapping ORIGINAL which should restore the image to its original state destroyed the original imported image and smeared it with this weird foggy layer - it’s awful and makes filters unusable for me where other apps work just fine. Strike two. Next I tried the magazine layout because that could be useful for some things I might do. Each layout has a template with words across but I couldn’t figure out how to edit the default text so it says useless things like PICLAB and never in my life would I need your app name on any project I’m working on. Strike three. DONE. I’m not asking for a refund because of my own idiocy. Don’t make my mistake thinking buying it will make it more useful. These guys obviously never tested this before shipping it out or don’t care what customers think. Either way enjoy my $6.99 - you deserve this review

Practically Perfect but…. I don’t really have any complaints with this app. However, there is a particular feature I wish was added. When it comes to choosing borders, I feel it would be a lot easier to increase or decrease the border size based on a number line, rather than having to expand or shrink the border size by only being able to guess what is a decent size. With a number value applied to change the border size, it makes making photos of the same size much easier.

Love it but one problem. I absolutely LOVE this app! I use it to create cute pictures to promote animals at my local shelter. I upgraded to the full version because it's totally worth it, but you can definitely get plenty done with the free version. The only problem is that for about a year I haven't been able to use the backgrounds. I can use the single color ones but none of the others. Please fix this!

PicLab was the best picture app ever. I am applying for sponcership for my truck and I want professional pictures and I only get one shot so as many as I can add in a single photo can be a huge advantage. I've been trying to remove the water mark considering I've purchased the full unlock. I haven't used it in awhile but the app is acting like I've paid nothing tried restore app purchases, tried app support (it's a useless tab on the website. I've tried every way to contact support and there's no such thing. Kinda funny like they are forcing people to buy they're in app purchase again....

It’s gone downhill. I’ve had this app since like 2014 or something. With every new phone I downloaded it again and again. But recently, it’s just stopped working. I edit my photo and go to save it and an ad pops up, I exit out of the ad, then it goes to a black screen and I have to close the app. I’ve tried 5-6 times and it’s still doing it. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it twice and it’s STILL doing it. This app used to be my go-to but now I’m trying to find a replacement but none are as good as this app USED to be. I miss the old app I have no idea what happened. It’s just so bad.

Paid for it twice still not working!. I was using an iPhone 5s when I got this app. I paid to unlock everything. When I upgraded to an iPhone 8 plus (using the same apple id) I redownloaded it and restored purchases but it didn’t work. I contacted apple support and they told me to contact developer. As adviced by apple support, I contacted developer and it took them forever to respond. I decided to just pay to unlock everything again and didn’t bother wasting time waiting for their response. 5 months after, the sticker pack won’t download. The borders that I previously downloaded one by one have to be redownloaded again. This is very disappointing.

One of the best Photo Editing Apps. I got this app for free a few years ago and paid the extra $6.99 to unlock everything. It’s a bit expensive to unlock everything at first, but it’s my favorite app for editing photos because of how many stickers and filters they have to choose from, and because of how easy it is to restore purchases. My only complaint would be that they removed the FRIENDS sticker package from the updated app. I understand it may not be as trendy anymore or there could be copyright issues, but I really liked being able to slap Joey’s face and catchphrase on my photos.

Can’t change font color any longer. I have reached out to support who keep telling me what I already know. However, when I click on the color wheel, nothing happens. Frustrating and will have to find another app to make album cover art. Used to love this app, but it’s useless if I can not change font colors.

Sub par. I bought this because I was trying to do a text overlay with my 11 pro max and didn’t want the watermark. However, This app is very un-user friendly. If you save a photo with text on it, and then try to continue to edit it, even though the app hasn’t been closed and the image is still on the screen, it completely messes up the format and you basically have to start all over. The beauty tool- I’m unaware of what this does because it prompts me to open my gallery or search the web for an image. It’s just such a poorly designed app- there are wayyyy better free ones without the frustration this one comes with. Going to delete off my phone and chalk it up to a $6.99 loss. Hah!

I love this app, but.... I’ve been using PicLab for years now. I love their features and think the variety and number of stuff you get from the package deal is awesome. But I recently got a new phone (iPhone XR) and the different screen makes it so some things aren’t accessible, such as the “Family & Friends” sticker folder. Additionally the ability to add shadows to things has just completely disappeared. I’m only giving two stars to bring this to their attention partly because I’m not sure where my mobile message to support went but also because I’m hoping that this is seen ASAP! Other than these minor glitches it’s pretty awesome, although the inability to have shadows does make it harder to complete a lot of projects involving pictures with text &/or sticker overlay. Hoping a fix for these issues might already be in the works, and if not then I really hope they will be soon! The one sticker folder I can live without for the time being, but the shadows I can’t given the type of projects I use the app for. I don’t want to go anywhere else but I may have to in order to complete my projects 😔 I’m really bumming out because this app has been my best friend since 2013! I’ll definitely be revising my review once I know it’s on their radar!

BEWARE: They’ll take your money but won’t help. Support is a joke. I purchase the $6.99 unlock bundle a few weeks ago. After purchasing I was still unable to use the premium features, it just kept asking for me to pay again. I sent WeHeartIt support numerous emails including screenshots and actual screen recordings from my phone that show I was logged in with the Apple ID I used to buy the upgrade but still unable to use the premium features. The purchase also shows under my Purchase History. After a few emails back and forth and then sending the screen recording and another follow up email, it’s been five days now and “support” has completely stopped responding. I would not recommend upgrading to the paid version of this app because if you have an issue getting what you paid for, WeHeartIt support won’t be able to help you.

Love this app!!. I love this app! My friend told me to take a few pictures of her, and so I did. Before she asked me to take pictures I had never used the app. I decided to try the app out after taking the pics, and they turned out AMAZING!! 😍😍 Even my friend said soon she’d might have to start “paying me” because of how much she enjoyed the pictures. I love using this app to edit my photos! It’s the best and my recommendation to any person who needs a photo editing app!

I will be moving to a different app.. Iv had this app for years & have been using it for years but all of the bugs, issues & advertisements have gotten worse slowly & slowly & Iv came to the conclusion that I can no longer stand it. I cannot save anymore photos from this app, every time I finish editing a photo & try to go save it to camera roll.. an AD pops up & when the AD is done my screen goes black & stays that way till i go back to the home screen. I have a brand new phone & tried reinstalling the app. Still does it everytime. Also, the watermarks got bigger & takes up a 3rd of my photo. I dont wanna have pay just take a word off my photo. No one wants a watermark dude. I just wanna put a border on my photo & save it okay?

Half and half. Sometimes the app works like it should, frequently, though... it falls short. When adding text, it typically works well for the first set. If you want to change the color, shadowing, etc. it normally works well! If you add another set of text it 9/10 times will not allow you to change the color of the text, adjust shadowing, etc. Then if you happen to click the first set of text, it typically kicks that color back to white with no way to adjust it back. Hence needing to close the app and start over. Extremely inconvenient!

Issues with Text Box. I am having a very difficult time trying to add a text box to a collage. I would add one text box and be able to change the color of the text just fine, but when I add a second box, I am unable to change the font color or font style. Also when I finish editing a picture and save it to my phone, the result looks different from what I see as my final product. Text boxes not showing up or randomly placed on the picture not anywhere near where I wanted it. Long story short, there are a lot of bugs with this, and if someone can respond to this and fix the problem that would be appreciated. I paid for this app and it would be nice if it worked properly.

Needs work. When I try to edit a picture and adds a quote and border to it, it shows an ad then a black screen appears and I have to start all the way over multiple times. Also, sometimes when I add words to a picture it saves looking weird, like the words aren’t proportioned on the picture correctly at all!! This is very upsetting.

Extremely frustrated. This is the BEST, most superior photo editing app I have ever used, except that text import bugs are not really fixed. I have complained for years, but the problems persist. You cannot copy and paste text without it being absurd to edit. It comes into the app in a long vertical column, each word stretched out. When you try to fix this, it goes into an enormous horizontal configuration. When you try to fix that, it freezes, or deletes text or you have to do all this manual manipulation which takes forever and usually won't give you the prompts you need to get it done. I normally would go directly to tech support, but after doing this many times, the problem is still there. I am extremely frustrated. I've tried using other apps instead, but none are as good as this one minus this problem. Please fix it!!!

App keep crashing. This app is great in terms of the filters and stickers it offers. However, recently my app crashes every time I click on and open a pack of stickers. Additionally, the very last pack of stickers, “friends and family” will not open on my phone. Disappointed because I use to love and use this app a lot.

Multiple times purchased. Not only have I purchased this app and the other pic editor app 3 times now, there are a lot of bugs. I cannot download the various borders, shapes, and countless other things, nor can I seem to be able to contact support. It keeps telling me “purchases restored.” Not happy with this app.

Previous stickers. I have used this app for years and recently decided to update. Disappointed the old “stickers” are no longer available to use. Would have been great to just add the new ones in with the old ones or maybe have a package to purchase the new ones. Please listen to your customers and bring the old “stickers” back. This app has been easy to use and my “go to” for any photo editing but now I will have to try and find a different one if the classic tools don’t come back in a near future update.

Perfect for my needs. I’ve used this app for a few years for everything from organizing photos for my recipes to sales on sites like Poshmark, Etsy and eBay, as well as personal photo editing. I would love to see a few new collage options, especially one allowing for six uniform pictures. Maybe for a future update? Thanks for an extremely useful app. I certainly feel like I have gotten my money’s worth (and then some) by using the upgraded package.

Love it but needs an 'undo' button.. When you use the stickers it's very easy to accidentally delete it when you try to shrink the stickers very small. I must have accidentally deleted an edited sticker about 15 times. It's annoying and there's no way (that I know of... correct me if I'm wrong) to undo a sudden change. It's really frustrating. But other than that I love it.

Great general purpose editor!. I’ve used this for years as it is simple to use and has the most common editing features for free. I have added sticker packages at a modest price. Responsive customer service—occasionally a bug is introduced with a new version but they usually fix it in the next update.

Even after purchase of full product (went pro). It keeps showing items to buy. I bought the pro thinking it sounds familiar but I couldn’t find where I had purchased before. I was still being asked to purchase watermark removal. Etc. just not to keep on how app “works”. It’s not as smooth as it could be. Well after further investigating, it seems I also purchased remove watermark for 1.99 in 2018. So now I have that and the purchase of pro and it’s still acting like I need to purchase some of these items. Just frustrating. I’ve got the newest updates. Ive updated all my apps and IOS.

Please update again. I had had this app for YEARS. Its literally the best photo word/sticker editor out there. I love it... except the new update!! Ugh its buggy from hell. My export’s wording is always messed up (half there, makes it tiny and in the top corner, ect). The stickers are working but they too sometimes are half there like they were erased! I paid for this app, and the extras and love it... except now its buggy 😕 please fix and I will leave my better review!

Great!. I love this app! It is my favorite one to use for monthly updates of my kids! There’s always plenty of options for me to express my creativity and each milestone of my children’s lives! I would recommend it over any other photo design app!! Love all of the stickers and can’t wait to see what new ones are added!

Almost perfect. It used to worked perfectly for me, it has limitations obviously is not an editing software but it works for me, my only issue with it is that when I try to arrange things like pull something forward or something back it works in the app but when the image is saved the items appear in the order they were placed. If this was fixed I would give it 5 stars.

Frustrating.... I hate when profits overshadow customer care. I used to use this for fun items randomly and did not mind paying for the extra stuff. I could create a pic and save it or share it for free but with the updates my friends can no longer see the photos without downloading the app and I cannot save the photos to my library anymore. It’s pretty much useless to me now. I would have to pay for the free version to be able to use it. Don’t download the free app unless you’re willing to upgrade to the purchased version.

Session Token is Expired. I’ve contacted support 3 times in the last few months about this. I have still received no feedback so I’m taking it here. I paid $6.99 to unlock all the extra stickers to edit my photos. Now, every time I go to use the stickers to edit my photo, none of them open and a message that states ‘session token is expired’ is displayed on my phone. I wish I could be given some information as to how to remedy this, as I’ve used this ap for years to edit my photos and always been pleased with it. However being ignored by the support team and not being given any help on how to use a service I PAID for leaves me no option but to rate this ap with 1 Star.

Very glitchy. I have had this app several months. I am unimpressed with its functionality. Problems have not been corrected with updates. Constantly freezes and certain functions will stop working mid use, requiring a reboot of the app. (Inability to change the color of the font is the one I run into most often). This closes out anything you were working on without saving it, so you must start over. I use this for business so it actually interferes with my work and wastes valuable time. I paid for full access to all features, and while I like the options it has, it isn’t worth all the trouble. I will be purchasing a new app for photo editing. Disappointed to have wasted $6.99.

What Happened🤷🏻‍♀️. I loved this app and even purchased additional content for customization when I first started using it a few years ago. Back then I would’ve rated it a 5. Recently, the screen locks out and doesn’t register selections like font or color change. It’s supposedly the most updated version so idk.

Fun app but most of it is for sale. I enjoyed editing my picture but there aren’t as many options as many other apps that I use for photo editing. It didn’t take long to find out that much of what I wanted had to be purchased. There would be one and sometimes two stickers or sayings that I would have liked to use, but they were only available for purchase of a whole set. And I couldn’t find out if I could color the stickers so they weren’t all white, which doesn’t do much if your background is white or light.

Edit/web search doesn’t work. I’ve tried to contact support on this app twice over their edit/web search feature and they never answer. Their web search clip art feature no longer works. It hasn’t worked for over a week and no sign of it working. This was my favorite part of this app. Adding clip art. Very disappointed.

Quick switch it back! This new app is horrible 😢😢😡😡. Wow, what were you thinking 🤔 when you updated this app? This use to be one of my favorite apps, & now I am about to delete it. As my Grandpa use to say, “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. Your newest update took something that was good & turned it into something that is less user friendly, and no longer worth having.

So bad!!. Okay so when I got this app, I thought the stuff on there would be free like advertised. WRONG!! You have a few free things but that’s it. 1: the stickers, you only get 4 free ones out of like 50. 2: the free collage choices are: one split in half vertically for 2 photos, one exactly like like the first one, but horizontal, one with 3 boxes for 3 photos, and finally one split into 4, for 4 photos. 3: for fonts, you get like 10 free ones out of like 60. 4: special effects like snowflakes or leaves, or light leaks you only get a few of the light leaks free. 5: borders. Download them once and you can use them a few times, and then they somehow just disappear. 6: once you save your collage, it’ll but all your stickers or text in the corner of you collage. That forces you to make super big, and even then they cut off your text. 7: the magazine covers? Not a single one is free. This app could definitely use some work to make it better.

Unresponsive Buttons. I use this app to add text to photos and sometimes add borders. That’s it. The past several months the text option works sporadically. I edited a photo THREE times this weekend and each time when I clicked the checkbox to save the photo, the text I added did not save with the photo. I also struggle to pull up the font options. I click on the font button over and over again and nothing happens. I’m so freakin’ sick of it not responding. It’s time to find a better photo editing option.

Piclab. Piclab is a very handy app. I use it all the time! After downloading the full variety of masks and fonts (As well as getting rid of the watermark), I found it even more fun to use. However, I recently updated this app. It told me that the update would categorise my masks. It did. But unfortunately, something they didn't mention was that it would make half of the masks just disappear!!! After spending money to unlock them I am (understandably) quite annoyed! Take my advice and DONT update it. Also, to the Piclab creators, I would very much like to see those masks I downloaded again!!! Sound fair enough?

Probably could add more things.... I love pic-lab, it is a great way to remember memories! I do think it should allow us to add more than 1 picture, this way I could use it to remember more things and I would definitely be using the app more!! People are always asking me what apps I use for my edits! And they're always commenting that on my PicLab edits, PicLab helps me be creative and artistic in my own way, and I especially enjoy making a masterpiece that is all 100% made by me!! PicLab could make a few changes, and I'm sure they will. But... I LOVE PICLAB!!

It's great and really awesome but.... It keeps crashing on me whilst trying to edit a photo. It's crashed on me like about 13 times now and all I want to do is edit this photo and save it but it won't let me coz it keeps crashing! Argh!! 😤😡 not so happy about this. And another thing is when you input a sticker, it's really hard to resize & rotate it and it keeps deleting when I go to drag/move it. So a lot needs improving on! But besides all that it's a WONDERFUL app!! :D

Ok already loving it. I have only just downloaded this gem of an app & already loving it. I have made purchases within the app but well worth it.... Im on this app all the time and have deleted others as this is my new go to ☺️ Took a while to find after a few downloads later but honestly this is all you need. I do recommend purchasing their packages as they are well worth it. Thanks guys great work

$ after purchasing plus pack. I purchased the additional ‘plus’ pack and it worked quite well for a year or so. Now it suddenly wants money for features I had paid for and had been using. Very disappointing. I did not purchase a subscription model, I purchased the features forever. Annoyed.

Piclab is easy for everyone to use. This app was really easy and simple to navigate, even for those who haven't really used photo editing apps before. You can make really cool wallpapers and backgrounds, and bring to light some of your favourite quotes. I have tried a lot of photo editing apps, but this one is the one that I chose to keep.

Cery glitchy. Keeps freezing all the time & have to delete and re-install for it to work.

I like the options just not the app. Bugs out, saves half of what i make, freezes, it put text then will show only a part of it. Ads are annoying and take forever. And no i dont want to pay every month for it

Since When?!. Ummmm I’ve had this app for what feels like forever and since when is everything costing me money! I’ve used the light filters, stickers and filters since I’ve had the app and now it’s not free?! And no I’ve never purchased any of the packs.

Unresponsive. Completely unresponsive. Nothing works.

Cant use unless you buy expansion pack. Unless you buy the pack you can’t use it, leaves a massive watermark with logo over your photo. should have to buy the app for money before you waste time downloading it to then find that out.

I use everyday :). I love this app, how easy it is to use and all the features. The fonts are so beautiful :) I use it a lot for instagram. Only one thing is annoying me, there is a bug and every time I finish with a photo and load a new one, the app closes by it self about 2 sometimes 3 times till I can work on it again :/ I can still use it, it's just annoying :p something to be fixed for next update :) thank you

Great app just a one problem. I have had this app for a long time and I think it is great it will make any photo look amazing. The only problem is that you can't change the lighting and saturation and those types of this anymore. Maybe it does have it but I just haven't looked hard enough. Can’t insert multiple text boxes. Just purchased the whole package. In trying to add two text boxes it puts the 2nd one way out right, way off the photo 🤬 I’m not able to drag it back to where you can see it. Not happy so far. I hope I’m just doing something wrong and it improves to become easier to use.

Can't access your own pic. gallery. Like everyone else is saying, this has the potential of being a wicked app!! They need to fix not being able to access pictures fm ur iPhone. I've tried to reset the phone and change the settings like it says but it won't even allow you to. And I can't seem to find the pictures that I've edited within the program. HOPE THEY COME UP WITH AN UPDATE SOON! Especially cause I've already bought the extras.

Hi. Great app. Does the job but a large majority of the effects and tools are locked unless you pay for them. This is annoying in you don’t have an iTunes card or anything. But if you are willing to upgrade this app is awesome.

Editing. It is a really good app to use if you want to edit your photos or add stickers. Keep up the good work!

Brilliant, but still needs some fine-tuning. This app is wonderful for adding the finishing touch to a picture, or even creating a book cover! The only draw-back is that whenever I try to edit the colour effects on the image, the app crashes and does not save my work. Please try to fix this, as it gets quite frustrating. But otherwise, great job!

Disappointing. I worked really hard on a photo to put on my Instagram, and I had it just right after about 20 minutes of editing. I went to save the photo onto my camera roll and the entire app crashed. This happened every single time I edited that photo, it just crashes and I have to start again. I'm very disappointed, I've been waiting for this particular flaw to be fixed for nearly a year, but every time the app updates it just gets worse. Although the editing software is very high quality, it's just this one thing that ruins the whole experience.

Issues. I am trying to edit a photo and add text , I cannot change the colour or the font style on multiple sections of text - I was able to a month ago! What is going on??

Dodgy. The app froze when I first opened it and charged me pay $4.50 without me approving it, and kept trying to charge me again every time I opened the app. Money down the drain, wouldn’t recommend.

No support... just takes my money but won’t unlock the features. I loved this app. Payed for a monthly subscription to unlock more features. Then I got a new phone, redownloaded the app. Restored purchases multiple times but the features won’t unlock. Even bought the $9.99 version and nothing... tryed to use the support link in the app it leads to nothing. Tried to do the support link on the website, also nothing.... enjoyed the app, not enjoying the scam.

Stickers changed 🫤. So sad that the stickers changed and lost ALL the others. I use this app all the time and used the stickers all the time. Would love to get the old stickers back.

I don’t know how to feel. So I’ve used this app in the past with photo edits because it’s an all around great app, but recently it’s been doing really weird things regarding me trying to change the font size and sometimes it will just edit my picture with a filter I never asked for. It’s a good app but this needs to be fixed.

Makes you pay for the actual features it advertises. The actual app itself is pretty good that is until you want to do literally anything the app has advertised. It puts a watermark on the photos and then says if you want to remove, pay for it. We don’t want to pay for something we will not use that often. Sponsor your app and make money that way and you’ll see more people start to actually use your app. I don’t recommend to anyone who wants to edit photos to get this app unless you’re willing to spend money on pointless things where you should get those features for free. Just flat out stupid.

Used to be great... The adverts popping up in between steps is very annoying. For years it hasn’t been like this and now that it is, I will look for another app.

Not what it used to be.. Says it’s a “free” app.....yet tries to charge for all kinds of extra things. Charges to remove the annoying ads at the bottom of the screen (seriously!!?). Seems to forget the function you’re trying to achieve. Seems glitchy when you move between choosing a font, and then choosing the colour of the font. Not keeping this ad because it’s garbage. Thanks anyway.

Internal Error. I liked this app a lot but all of a sudden a button pops up saying internal error and won’t let you push any more buttons. Tried redownloading it but it still happens. No mention of it on their support questions. Feeling ripped off!!!!

I downloaded this app many years ago and paid $9.99 for the lifetime option to get rid of the ads, watermark and unlock all features, I used this app a lot and loved it but now that I recently updated the app, it’s back to the unpaid version telling me I need to pay for a monthly subscription/don’t have any previous purchases. It’s upsetting because I used this app a lot and now I can’t anymore. Don’t understand why people who paid for the lifetime option aren’t able to keep it and are now being forced into paying a monthly fee :/

Can not change colour of font. I have redownload and still cannot change font colour! Very frustrating!

Buttons simply don’t work. If all of the features worked properly, I would happily use the app and even pay the $10 for premium features. Instead it is wonky and difficult to get any of the buttons to work. Adding a border causes your image to shift to the left, you can’t evenly decrease ratios, the colour tool for the text simply didn’t work, sometimes images would go in front of the text, the list goes on. Thumbs down.

Ads across your icons? Seriously?. I just paid to unlock everything. Now I get Google ads across the bottom of the screen that half block out the editing icons. How stupid is that? Secondly, how do I delete an edited image that I’ve saved? I’m experimenting but can find no way to get rid of images I don’t want. Is there a Help or FAQ file somewhere? It would be so helpful.

Overall excellent, but recently a problem. I have made many posters and other works with this app - it's great. However, recently I haven't been able to change don't colors more than once in a project. This is a problem. Any fixes out there?

Frustrating to use the borders. I paid for the unlock bundle a couple of years ago and usually love using the app and all of the content. However, lately anytime I try to add a border, I have to tap on the download arrow for the borders in a group and when they come up there is nothing there. I have tried using the restore purchase button but nothing changes. It’s frustrating to pay for access to something and to not be able to use it.

Bugs need fixing. I purchased the full version many years ago, And have had a positive experience with the app up until recently. The sticker feature is extremely buggy and other functions do not load properly. I would love to continue to use this app, but it needs to be updated badly.

Must have. I've tried several photo editing apps over the years. So I do have good amount of experience in them. I can tell you that this is an amazing app to have which has a ton of feature you can play around with.

For many uses, no photo too small or too big. This app has always worked great for putting in those final touchups in. Many filters to choose from and a whole variety of effects and editing tools as well.

Paid for the app and it broke. I paid for the app, then tried to make a picture with it. But when I finish and try to save the picture, random parts of the text I added just don’t show up. And then when I go back and try to edit it, the grid shrinks to only cover the upper left corner of the picture. Now all the text shows up, but it only shows up super small in the upper left corner of the picture, like it got all scaled down 4x and moved up & left. The app support site is down, so no help there.

What happened to the old stickers?. I loved the old stickers with the quotes; I used them on a lot of pictures/wallpapers the last few years. Unfortunately, about a month or so ago, those disappeared and new stickers came up. Why can’t they just add new ones without removing the old ones??? Please bring the old ones back!!!

Race car with no fuel. This is a very capable and powerful app. It is easy to use but I find that almost everything I want to do, I have to purchase that phase of the app. Furthermore, advertisements lock up the app for a length of time unless “ad free” is purchased. I would definitely give the app a stronger rating if they would just charge more for the download and be done with it.

Used to be amazing. Been glitching for a while. When you add text it allows you to access the other options on the top menu (change text color, edit shadow, etc) within the first few seconds but within less than a minute you can no longer. It becomes cumbersome trying to add on more than one text. Thought it’d be fixed with the last update sadly it hasn’t.

Mine is having problems. This has always been my "go to" app and still is BUT I'm unable to open the majority of the artwork. Which limits me to only the few I'm able to open. I bought the app so it's frustrating not to have access to everything on it.

Broken on iPhone. It has been doing really weird stuff recently on my phone. The crop tool causes the image to have a really weird filter over it which makes it completely unusable. And the text features are all screwed up, like the menu for the text colors doesn’t come up anymore, so I can’t change the color of the text or add a text shadow or adjust it at all. It’s very frustrating. Never had an issue with this app until now.

So many ads and poor update. This used to be my favorite photo app but I lost all the fonts I had paid for previously when I updated. And after the update I had to sit through three add to edit and save one photo. I'm done.

PicLab is great. This app is so great at editing all my photos I love using them because it helps with taking my photos and editing them and on instagram people always ask me what app do you use to edit your photos and I always say piclab it's so great for editing ya I really love piclab

Very powerful yet remained easy to use!. I can honestly say that I am very happy with this app! Thanks to a plethora of expertly-crafted features, they have managed to find a superb balance of being both extremely capable yet still very approacheable to users of all skill-levels and experience.

Ummm I like it but ..... Why can’t all the text added to your creation be there. I have to take screen shots of the product or else I will lose it. That is why I am 3 stars and also I bought the $6.99 features but am a bit upset about the text not all being there when you check your save pic in your photos and noticing your text is not all there. Please fix it.

No borders?. I haven’t had the option to use any of the borders, except color or mirror, so spent the $7 to get access to everything. I click on all the options and it’s just blank, nothing is there. I just updated the app; this is really disappointing as that used to be one of my favorite things in the app. Sad I had to spend $7 to find out that it’s the app itself and not because I don’t have access to it.

Support Won’t Fix Download Issues. I’ve reached out to support about fixing an issue where photos won’t save to your phone properly and fonts save with weird lines through them. I still haven’t heard anything. It’s so frustrating because I’ve used this app for 4 years and have fonts that I can only access on this app for designs. I hope they fix this issue that I know other users are having as well. If they resolve it I’d give it 5 stars but right now it’s useless.

Paying multiple times. I bought the remove water stamp while I had my other phone- it transferred phone to phone several times. I’ve even paid for it on my iPhone- the whole bundle- I still have water marks on my collages

Problems and Not Replying. I used PicLab for several years happily. I’ve also recommended it to several folks. Then in the past few months, I started having a problem with the fonts being cut off on the right side of pics I add words to. I’ve send you two emails in the past month and NO reply. What gives.

$6.99 to unlock or??. Well, I want to like this app. I paid the $6.99 to unlock everything but so far have yet to see anything unlocked. As a matter fact I keep getting asked to pay that $6.99 to unlock everything. Went back through my purchases to make sure that I already did that and yes I did. What gives?! I'll gladly change my rating when this is resolved.

Bugs. I love this app & have used for a few years! But after the update- I can now only do font color if it the first thing I touch after starting text. If I write something first- then I can not change the color! I have to close the app completely & start over if I want my color to be different. What a huge pain! I use this every day. Beautiful! But expensive. I love all the filters! But you have to pay for almost everything, on my friend’s iPad, all or almost all the effects are free, but on my phone they are almost all the effects have to be paid for. Is there something different about the version for an iPad?

Booooo. I loved this app to create posts for my small business, so much I purchased to unlock the extra fun stuff. However, the app has been terrible trying to add text to images which ends up looking nothing like how it was created once the image is saved. Ex, text cut off, appear smaller, then when I go to add new text the text box is way below the picture! What’s up with that? Looking elsewhere for another app as this had been a major disappointment.

It won’t let me use past bundles I’ve bought before.. I have bought the packages several times!! When updating the app, it won’t recognize the past packages I purchased before. I’m not getting more ever.

Not up to professional standards. Nothing wrong with this app If you’re just posting selfies on SM and want to make a statement. Personally, I’m into illustration and need something for a little graphic design work. Doesn’t have to be too deep, I just need the basics. This just doesn’t cut it. I couldn’t even find a color picker. I’m gonna keep on looking for a typography app that’s up to standards.

Locked Items. The app is easily understandable and intuitive, but the amount of items that are locked is ridiculous. I understand that companies have to make money, but the amount of items that are locked is far too high in comparison to those available to non-paying users.

Can't Message Developer. I am having a small problem with the app. I cannot access the Friends & Family stickers because the button is too low on the screen. I was looking for a way to contact the developer regarding this issue, but there doesn't seem to be a way. I hope this gets fixed. I would rate higher if it weren't for these two issues.

Terrible customer service. I bought in app purchases and cannot access them and cannot find where to contact developer. I want a refund and I am going to cancel this app. Don’t buy anything inside the app!!!

Session token expired?. I use to love this app. I’ve even paid to unlock features. Went to use it today and got an error saying “session token expired” then the app freezes and nothing happens. Needless to say I’ll probably just delete it now and free up space.

Sweet layouts but fails to save. It's got all these cute stickers and text options, and I love the collage templates. But every time I go to try to save a collage the app fails and all my hard work is for nothing. Never saves the collages and the app fails before your done. Not thrilled and looking for something that doesn't fail.

So far live it photography is something I really enjoy although it's just for fun Now I'm learning a lot about picture editing so one day maybe I can get noticed for my work but for now it's all fun but this is a really cool editors with lots and lots of extras and we love extra accessories thanks

Shadow text effect not working on iphone app. I dont know what has happened but text shadow effect no longer works on my iphone when editing photos, the rainbow of shadow choices appears at the bottom but it doesn't let you select a choice. It does work on my ipad, however. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if something was my fault, but it just seems to be an issue.

Missing text and now missing shadow. I paid for watermark removal and for extra fonts at least a year ago and for a few weeks now the right side of my text are missing from the picture. I contacted support-took them a week or more to answer and they replied they were working on it. This week the shadow option for the text stopped working. I tried deleting app and reinstalling, still is not working. Sad, I was a faithful user, now I will find a new photo app that works.

Easy & Fun. This app is so easy and fun to use!! Love all the options, and I use it constantly for my social media. I do wish it gave the option to create the amount of squares you want, but I still love it!

App Malfunction. I’m disappointed to state that PicLab isn’t as good as it used to be. I contacted support several times, yet they never responded. I renewed and paid to use PicLab and it’s stickers, yet it is still locked. I rebooted my system, but no success! Very frustrating! Now I’ll have to try and cancel. Why keep PicLab if it doesn’t work!

Great app but has issues. I’ve used this app for years & have loved it. But in the last 6+ months, when I go to save a design, it only saves part of the content and cuts parts of the designs out. The only way to save the actual image like I created is to screenshot the image then crop, but it distorts the resolution. Not good, especially with the paid version of the app. Other than that, love the fonts and options.

Fun 😊. This app is super fun for me. I'm the stereotypical mother who takes gobs of photos of her children. Life passes us by so quickly that it's important to capture "the little things". The collages I create of my daughters and other life accomplishments help me to more easily assemble my scrapbook. For that, I'm grateful.

Never works. This app is really staring to make me mad. It used to work great. Now any time I use a sticker or text it either doesn’t export the file correctly or it won’t even apply the sticker to the photo. I have about 30 seconds to edit a photo with a 9 month old so I don’t have time to mess with figuring out why this app won’t export correctly. It does have really cute fonts and stickers but if they don’t work then who cares. Don’t waste your time.

Paid before DesignLab. I’m kind of upset (an understatement) because I’ve been a long-time user of PicLab. I used it before the app turned into DesignLab somehow but even though I paid fully for the app before, I can’t restore my purchases even though I spent actual money. Either at least let me have what I paid for on this new version of PicLab! And please bind it to my new account. Until I get that back, this app will keep my one-star review. This is all I really want.

Paid and now have no access. I had paid for this app to have access to stickers and to remove water mark, after ai updates the app recently my purchases cannot be restored. When I contacted customer support they told me to take it to iTunes, I had used the app for years and no longer have a receipt. Very very disappointed! Buyer beware that after purchasing the paid version your purchase may be void and you will have no access to it.

Great app, recommend it.. I use this app almost everyday and i love it. I even bought some things on it and it is totally worth it. I totally recommend it bc its for everyone. Im not very good at decorating and/or editing pictures and with this app i feel like a professional.

Don’t Purchase. I purchased the subscription to unlock all the features and everything was going well, until a few months ago when l was unable to access most of the things. I’ve contacted support for them to give the run around and l still haven’t gotten this issue resolved, so if you’re thinking about purchasing this app keep your money.

Text always gets cut off when adding to photo. I wish they came out with new sticker decals as I have been using this app for the past 4 years. I still love using the app though. It works well for when I want to create decorative or theme photos.

BUGS GALORE for ALWAYS. I’m embarrassed by how much time I’ve (wasted in vain) spent trying to make something on this app only for it to crash or bug out on me. Try to change color on text more than once? Crashes. Now all my text goes mini into a corner box and can’t go back. I’ve tried using this for years and I’d guess 50% of the time I’m frustrated by bugs. I never complain about much of anything but I’m just so tired of this. Time for a new edit photo app.

Yassss. I love this app! I love taking pictures and this is a great app for grouping pictures and editing them! Love this app! The only thing for me is when I try to edit the photos it becomes blurry and then it stops working. Is this my fault or something else? Other then that the app works great and I love it!

Bait & Cheat$$$. I’m so FRUSTRATED with this app!! I paid the $6.99 for EVERYTHING and low and behold, they then REMOVED one of best artworks (Food) that I used regularly. I thought it was a bug but this has been the case for at least a week now. Nothing has been implemented as a replacement for the artwork. Buyers beware!!!!

Do Not Download. I just wanted to check out the app to see how it worked as a picture editing app and I will warn people not to download this app. When I went to go try it out I immediately was spammed with requests to purchase “ad free access” and when I tried to click out of app using the home button it took it as me purchasing it! I’m pretty angry with this feature. I feel like the company did this intentionally to get extra money. I will not be using this app and I suggest that you don’t either.
