Whole heartedly recommend. This app is fantastic and most of all very user friendly and well thought out! Great app - FYI did not see this implemented: Illinois law change effective Jan 2015 regarding tax on lease amount and not entire vehicle can be reflected.

Essential for research and negotiating. Used this app prior to buying a car. While researching, this app helped me figure out the price I could afford. Knowing this before buying was hugely important. Was able to input all the variables and calculate the cost which gave me much more confidence at the table. Get this app if you're thinking of buying a car and use it a lot while researching.

Great App. Works as advertised. Use right at dealership to keep things honest. Only thing I wish it had is a sign-and-drive option. Currently it always gives you a "due at signing" amount but it's common now to roll first monthly payment into the lease so you pay boring at the dealership. This, obviously, increases your monthly payment.

Fantastic App!. I learned about this app while doing research on the bimmerfest forum. Best two dollars I've ever spent on an app in the first time I hope to write a review. Armed with the right numbers and this app, I was able to calculate the exact numbers the dealer calculated and adjust for options, down payments, etc. I could make changes and tell the dealer the impact before they could calculate it. Never been so glad I paid for an app! The configuration options are what make this app so fantastic. You can adjust taxes to match the laws in any state and make adjustments for program variations like waives first payments, applying MSDs, etc. If a dealer tries to sneak in extra fees or bump up the money factor you'll know right away.

Very helpful app!!. This app is pretty accurate and allows to add most of the fields that dealers put in their worksheet. Takes one run through with a dealer to try and organize things in your head the first time but the app guides you well for that task. Suggestion: I wish the total cost of lease calculated at the end reflects the cost of trade in. It can be misleading if you just look at the number currently

Don't Negotiate a Lease Until have this App.. This is a very good app and should be used before you complete final negotiations on a vehicle. The only thing I would like to see is a help menu and tutorial. The developer was very responsive to my questions and I had my questions answered prior to finalizing my deal.

Amortization table money factor off. Table useless without showing payment number need to look at decimal place on money factor when I use the ones provided by Chrysler it’s off by one decimal place

Not a bad tool. For the price you pay for it, it's not a bad little tool. It gets a little squirrelly sometimes if you change a lot of things back and forth. But overall, a good to get you by in a jiffy if you need to.

Brilliant!. If you want to be sure the dealer is calculating your lease rate correctly, this app is is all you need. I was within $1 of the dealers bid. Just be sure you are entering the correct data in the right field Steverino

You need this app. This app really helped me understand and verify that I was getting the lease terms I was expecting. Using this app identified an unaccounted overcharge in my dealers lease proposal. I did not sign the deal and got the proper lease elsewhere. Saved me hundreds of dollars that I didn't even know about.

Keep the Dealership honest. This application works like a gem. The dealership was playing games with the numbers (they claim they had an error on tax). I sat with the financial guy and he had to bring in the director to work with me. In the end it saved me over $500 as I plugged in all the numbers line by line with him. The app could handle any situation. Best return on investment you could make for a 2 dollar purchase.

Don't lease a car without it!. This little app absolutely gives you the upper hand when negotiating a car lease with a dealer. I was amazed how easy it was to expose the dealer marking up the bank money factor / APR. I was able to take out $1800 a year off the annual lease or $5400 in total. What else can I say? Until car dealers become more honest, this one's a must.

Love it!. Looking to lease an equinox today. I plugged in the numbers and I came up with $325 month with $500 out of pocket. Sales manager came back with $385 month. After questioning his numbers, MF, residual and rebates, I found he was charging $1k over sticker and padded some other numbers, then he offered $319 month. This app is supper easy and just helps keep the dealers honest and gives you a better understanding how they get to the final price, wish I found this app 10 car leases ago.

Works very well. After learning how to do lease calculations on paper, I found this app and it is spot on and of course, much quicker than doing it by hand. It's been very helpful during my car search and going up against car dealerships, who are quite skilled at manipulating numbers. I highly recommend.

Good lease calculator. It calculates very accurately as long as you know the Money Factor and residual value. Need to have some basic knowledge about lease terms before using this app. Basically this is a simple calculator for lease payment.

Perfect. Fantastic app, accurate and enough tweak options to get an accurate estimate of what you will pay. No more waiting for your sales guy to come back from finance with tweaked numbers, just ask rates and figure it out on your phone.

Very Helpful. If you know the tax policy on leases in your state, this is very helpful. Do not assume that the default on the App has the correct policy. IL law has changed and the App has not updated accordingly.

You can’t landscape!. This is probably the best car payment app calculator out there. The only problem is you can’t landscape it on the iPad and it’s a big problem especially with the magic keyboard.

Works great!. App works well. Using it to determine financing on a used car. The only thing I ask for additionally is that you could capitalize additional fees adding more control. Great otherwise. Easy UI to work with.

$6000 in savings. I read all the reviews and thought for a moment that the guys who made the app might be writing reviews. I can tell you now this app really works and will save you money. Went to the dealership for a brand-new Civic told me $290 a month $5500 due at signing. When home downloaded this app went back the next day walked out with the car for 275 a month with nothing due at signing. With the price reduction on the monthly payment and the removal of all cost due at signing this app save me at least $6000.

Saved over $3000. Wow, just wow! This is the first review I have ever written, but it had such a profound impact. I used this app to negotiate $80 less per month on a 39 month lease! I had the sales person and two "managers" attempt to refute the simple facts of the price of the lease their company provided me presented in a non-sense way by using Leasematic. I would recommend ensuring that you as a prospective leader understand the numbers (I.e MF is solved by dividing APR by 2400). This helps quell the argument: "you can't use an app to calculate your payment from a major car company"

Best return on investment ever. This is my first app review since the iPhone 3G. Spent $1.99 on the app, ended up saving $2,900 on a lease. It also saved me from closing a deal I was getting screwed on. I had two deals on the table, a 42k car and a 38k. This app helped me realize that both leases actually cost the same despite lower payment, and that they were both bad deals. Using that info, I negotiated a 3rd lease from an out of state dealer that cost me $2900 less than the first two offers, after accounting for $1300 in shipping cost. It's a must have for anyone negotiating a lease, as the dealer will be forced to be transparent with the numbers.

GREAT Tool!. I am a big believer in keeping car dealers honest. Their trickery never ceases to amaze. I used to walk into dealerships with a laptop and use a regulation M spreadsheet, which was marginally accurate. This app is SPOT ON. If it doesn't save you money, it will at the very least, make you aware of every last thing the dealer is putting in your drive-off and monthly payment. FIVE STARS FOR SURE!!! Great work.

Great App! What I’ve needed. Can’t say enough good things.. Used to use spreadsheets I’ve put together, none of which seemed to really work just right. Came upon this app. LOVE IT. You still need to negotiate a good selling price (and determine what that should be), and make sure you know the correct money factor (so dealers don’t pull one over on you). Thats your job, not the apps, of course. But then just fill out the boxes in this app and it figures everything out. Worked perfectly for my negotiations. Saved me over $50/month. Hope the developer keeps the app updated as ios updates. Wouldn’t want to lose this app.

Very nice, I can put away my Excel spreadsheet. Things to make the app better. Place to enter not only the base money factor but also # of MSD being put down & the discount for each MSD, to arrive at the new money factor. In the last tab showing all of the entries and calculations, would like to be able to tap a row and change the value or jump to that page. Maybe have to hit edit first.

Great app for car buying and leasing. Great way to do homework before walking into dealership and then checking it against numbers dealers give you. You will feel well armed and empowered with this. Was able to get my lease payment down by 50/month with the help of this app

Truth in advertising. $2 saved me at the absolute very least $200. But much more likely $1200. Was all confused about the lease and the offer on the table. I went home to try and make the numbers make sense. Leasematic made it automatic. Was very clear. Went back in the next day with my ducks in a row. Came to a new price 1K less than before… and then when they gave me the actual numbers, by punching in the new figures in Leasematic right there, realized that they were padding the Acquisition fee by $200. No way I would have figured that out. This one is a now brainer.

Best app to use when leasing autos. Simple interface, very useful when working on car leases, numbers breakdown and accurate calculations which you can compare to when making any financial transactions for auto or loans. Saved me quiet a bit on my last lease, it's an awesome app to quickly run then numbers, includes taxes, customize screens, very well thought out. Not what I expected. Beautiful design but it’s not intuitive as they claim. I wouldn’t have bought had I known it’s geared for USA, doesn’t not take into account Canadian applicable taxes

Best Lease/Loan Calculator. I've tried a few and this is by far the best! Very nice and clean UI, easy to navigate and input numbers. I particularly like the state tax calculation for lease, I've never seen this feature in other app before. Highly recommend!

Almost perfect. Love it. Used it to guess at why the lease being offered me was so high. Saved another $37 per month by finding the money factor they were using. Wish it had two more things 1. Calculation of the money factor from the inputs 2. GAVT calculations in Georgia It's still very very useful.

No option to know the lease with $ down payment. The App doesn’t give you an option to lower down payment which set be default. I usually pay $0 Down. Why it asks for my state if I have to fill tax manually? This app should be free, Payed app has to be better.

Poor. Being in the auto industry for over 26 years, this is a very basic calculator which operates poorly. At the end, if you are familiar with how an auto lease works, then you will have the numbers. However, it can very misleading for an average consumer trying to estimate lease payments.

amazing app. I use this app almost daily as i negotiate deals on behalf of people everyday. This app makes it very easy to calculate the leases almost to the same cent the dealer does. It allows for you to figure out what you need to do to get to a certain monthly payment. Never get screwed again on a car deal by using this app!

Awesome money saver. I used this app and was able to negotiate a great deal on my lease for a new 535xi. The app allowed me to use current offers and price my lease while meeting with the dealer and independently verify his calculation. Takes the guess work out of pricing a lease.

Ok. Functionality of app is great however design is a little too dark. Especially the splash screen. It took me a few moments to figure out how to go ahead and advance into the software. Probably would not buy it again if I had it to do over.

Need an iPhone X Version ASAP. Works fine but with the black bars top and bottom it feels dated. We need an iPhone X version.

Simple and effective lease calculator. This app does a great job of quickly and easily pulling in the pieces of information necessary for you to calculate the values around a lease. I had a suggestion that I made to the developer and he got back to me the next day that he was putting it into the next version of the application - very responsive!

No way to create deal with no money down. Unable to remove upfront fees from deal which means I can never show a payment with no money down-this needs to be fixed.
