Missing Face Angle. The app and device seem to work ok but the app doesn't show an important stat; the club face angle at impact. Please add that function and app is a 5.

App update has made this useless!. I have logged over 1000 swings in this app and after this latest update it does not allow for easy swing selection from the library! Basic functionality is no longer working. Very dissatisfied and disappointed from Sky Pro. This is a big brand manufacturer that needs to fix this.

Crash and Burn. You got me to the store, where I plunked down some hard earned coin so that I can improve my swing and putting stroke ... instead this app crashes after *every* stroke. So disappointing. My first SkyPro product. SkyPro? More like NoPro. Find something else

5 stars if you add face angle during impact. Great app, can you please add face angle at impact, this is a major item missing and you already record it everywhere but impact. This would really complete this product and make it even more useful than it already is.

App Crashes. I was able to use most of the features prior to the latest update. Since the update the App has become useless. Almost all the time it crashes on the first swing after calibrating. It also crashes on the first swing of a Groove session. The Swing Library screen does not match the Swing Library screen referenced in Help. Other than layout differences there is no calendar button. In Swing Libaray : Edit, at the bottom of the screen there is 'DeleteButtonTitle' and 'ShareButtonTitle', which are obvius references to the functions attached to them. They should read 'Delete' and 'Share'. Selecting 'ShareButtonTitle' in Swing Library : Edit enables a pop up window with 'Email', 'Twitter' and 'Facebook'. Selecting 'Email' opens a warning dialog, "Couldn't Upload Swing. The resource could not be loaded..." and creates an email with the swing resources file. Selecting 'Twitter' and 'Facebook' provides the same warning, which when acknowledged takes one back to the Swing Library. and the Edit screen in the Swing Library : Edit, on an iPhone 6+

Hoped for more. Recently received my SkyPro - 1) The on-club Device looks pretty slick, except for the little (big) wheel… a little distracting. 2) Calibration is pretty embarrassing at the range… plus you have to put your $600 iPhone on the face of a filthy/sandy club face every time you want to switch clubs. I'd hate to try calibrating with my iPad... 3) Out of my first 6 swings it only recorded 1 4) I don't really like that you actually have to interact with the app at the range to get any value out of it. Some of the similar apps/devices display all of the pertinent information immediately on the screen, whereas with sky pro you really have to dive into the screens to get any valuable data out of it. Expected more with the Skygolf name behind it. It seems more like a toy/gadget than a real learning/improvement tool.

App doesn't work. If the app crashes every single time I launch the application, I essentially bought an expensive brick. Very disappointed to say the least

Open/closed references are backwards.. First of all I love this swing trainer. It's a great tool to help analyze your swing. My only complaint is that when it references your club face position at the top of the swing (open or closed) it's backwards from what it actually should be. I took the Skypro to my PGA Pro and told me how it works. He noticed it while he was filming my swing. The app said I had an open club face when it was actually closed. Other than this it's a great product.

Can't upload swings anymore?. No way to manually start uploading swings to cloud. Also, what the hell is an 11 iron or 12 iron? Can we get with the times? Also, none under 75 hits a 7 wood. They are hybrids. Can you name clubs what they are? Or are we to associate data for a 13 iron for a 60 degree lob wedge? What golf company would do something so idiotic?

Very useful data points. I've been using this app with my practice on the range and it really has helped me improve in all the areas I wasn't aware of that needed more work. The app itself is hit or miss some times- I do believe they should update the app software!!!!

Sky pro. I've used the unit twice since I bought it. It works quite well and is pretty easy to navigate once you follow the instructions and read the related help topics. All in all I'm very satisfied with the product and it clearly shows the routing of my swing and the numbers based upon initial swing setup. My two concerns are I sometimes lose Bluetooth connection to my iPhone 5c and the app crashed a couple of times. Otherwise it's simple to set up, calibrate the clubs and get frustrated at what I'm trying to groove, haha. Lastly, I use it in conjunction with a high speed camera and can literally see my positions and corresponding numbers as I play back my video. I'm only giving a four star because of the app crashing.

No updates for two years?. Why?

It DOES work!. I have a 5s, latest OS, and the app works very well. I find its best use is to show you what you aren't seeing, but THINK are doing right. Example: thought my takeaway was good... Found I was actually taking it back too inside. That's where the "groove" feature comes in. You set the limits for the parameter you want to work on, then swing... In groups of ten, each giving feedback on whether you are in those limits - it does help. No complaints here. I'm hoping they add additional measures with s/w updates!

Does a great job!. The putting addition is really useful. Getting to know how to use. The other software corrections have only served to make this app/device a real help-mate in working to improve ones game.

Does not work. New version crashed multiple time. Deleted & reinstalled . No good. Still not working with putter

Piece of crap. Just got the app installed it, calibrated, and several menu items don’t show up. I have been doing at the Bellman for a long time and this thing is a piece of crap.

iPod touch 6th Generation Support. Seems not to work with new iPod touch 6th Generation even though supported devices say iPod touch in the store. My iOS is 9.3.1. Bluetooth settings recognize the skypro, but software will not recognize it and keeps saying no device connected even though Bluetooth shows it as connected. Please fix this and I will give a deserving rating once I can actually use it on this iOS device.

KV. Finidng the app a bit buggy. Crashes frequently and the view that shows Hogan's swing planes the planes dissappear after a few swings and I have to restart my phone to get it going again.

Crashes. I have installed this app on three different Apple products: iphone6+, ipad3, and iPad mini (all of which SkyPro says are compatible) and the app crashes when I swing the club. Calibrate club no problem, but doesn't record a shot. Worthless.

Needs some fixes, but promising.. First, can't seem to delete the demo swings. I was able to delete my swings, so I know how the delete function works, but no dice on the demo swings. Annoying. Second, my device said "Rico" on the Bluetooth list. Took me a minute to figure out that it was the SkyPro device. Not sure why it says "Rico." Third, customer service this far has been poor. Über long hold times, and no email option I can find. Other than that the app is slick and fairly intuitive. The device seems pretty accurate as I manipulated a bunch of swings to see how the device would respond and it did well.

Great app. Actually works.. Makes the other devices on the market seem like toys versus golf tools.

Fix bugs. This is awesome when it works. However I am unable to calibrate my clubs. Also, I have multiple clubs of the same name (ie, five 7 irons with different lofts, lie angles, etc). I would like the ability to delete them if I don't want them to avoid confusion.

no data thru impact or cloud/website. my biggest complaint is no data thru impact and the follow thru. My second is the docs refer to your data being backup on a cloud with reports on their website….not true. That's suppose in the future. This is more like a prototype than a finished product.

A lot to offer, but..... SkyPro does some great things. But when I need ️its help the most it bugs out. In the groove (practice) mode, when I try to access the description of the various swing parameters, it crashes. It's aggravating.

NoExpiration. Great app! The ppl that wrote the app spent a lot of time and hard work!! I highly recommend the SkyPro device and this app. See your swing and correct your mistakes on the fly. Five Stars!!

Genius!!!. A big thanks to the creators of this app. I can finally visualize my swing flaws by myself. This app has the features that many other golf trainers are missing such as the ability to see multiple angles without having multiple cameras. I can use this by myself without needing a 2nd person to snap the video. I highly recommend it.

Good app but..... The latest update still does not correct the black display issues on an iPhone 4 showing the list of swings. The rest of the app works well, but the display issue makes it difficult to find a particular swing to review.

Good, but needs data transfer,. Good consistent data, but need a way to send the detailed data to something like Excel where it can be seen easier and also plotted. Almost all of my swings have been recorded without issue. As with one of the other reviews, I would like some instruction based on alerts.

Crashes a lot. The app will calibrate just fine but every time it tries to record a swing the app crashes. Same results on iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2. The device is worthless without a functioning app.

Great App. This is great app for improving your swing. The "groove" feature is awesome so you can focus specifically on a certain part of your swing until you correct it an it becomes habit. The developers are working with users to add the right features, just wish they had something native to the iPad to make better use of the screen real estate (e.g. show last 3 swings or use camera to video capture show side by side with digitized swing to see what body is doing in relation to club.)

Great support with great potential. The developers on this product have been fantastic! Every request we made on golfwrx has found itself into this update. The technology is in the little white and orange thingy... Infinite upgrades can and will be made to the app to interpret the data. It's already great but has still so much untapped potential. I for one am looking forward to what's in store.

Fix videos. Instructional videos don’t play sound. Other than that it’s a great product.

Believer. This device has helped my groove in ways even a good trainer would relish. Instant feedback! If you are doing everything correctly behind the ball, who cares about after impact? I've had this device for about 2 months now. I'm not only hitting better, I'm looking better, too. A+++

Good. Not great.. I like the app and analyzer, but why can't you get the entire swing in 3D. Currently you only get half of it. I know that the sensor is capable of doing this, so why not make that available?... I just don't get it.

Great Tool and App for Swing Analysis. Great way to analyze your swing and make swing changes using the groove feature. It would be a 5 star app if it had the video feature like Swingbyte. Another nice 5 star feature would be the ability to switch easily between profiles to track different users swings. I find it hard distinguishing between mine and my son's swings when we're at the range.

7 strokes off so far. I've been working with SkyPro for the last few weeks. It's a great product at a reasonable price. It does have some deficiencies but overall I would recommend it to anybody. SkyPro has helped me straighten out my swing and take strokes off my score. As a matter of fact I beat my best score by seven strokes just the other day. I only have two complaints about the SkyPro. I wish it had Face angle at impact and drill advice on how to fix your alerts. SkyPro will make you the envy of everyone at the driving range except the instructors.

Pretty good, but?. Very good so far. But, how do we get information Barbour the cloud storage. Also, how can we access the swings on our other devices?

Ipad App. Can you guys get this into an ipad format as well. The app is good just wish you had it available for the iPads. Much easier to see and show stude to on the larger screen.

App crashing. This product worked for about 3 putts in my living room tonight. Then the app crashed and I have not been successful at getting the app to get past the splash screen. Upon getting the product everything worked well. Paired, calibrated, made a few putts no issue. Then looking through the data the app crashed. I have not been able to get past the splash screen since. Reinstalled the app, restarted phone, and even reset all phone settings. No luck. I hope some from sky golf sees this and can find an issue or I will likely be sending the unit back if the app can't stay running. I believe I have the latest version as it said it was released on 6/23 but I can't open the app to even be able to check.

Great product!. No other product lets you view your swing in 3D! This is great!!

The best swing analyzer by far. After having tried GSA Pro, SwingSense, Blast, Swingbyte, and others, I can definitively say that SkyPro is far and away the best swing analyzer. It has the most data, is the most accurate, is easiest to pair, works and captures swings most consistently, has the best user interface, etc. 5 out of 5 stars

Pretty Good. I have only used the device for putting (over 6k putts now). You can't email customer service now - you get an automated response email stating their phone number. I don't like the hassle of calling because you get very nice reps who are not golfers or don't understand technical questions. It is a waste of time trying to get answers when calling. I cannot figure out how to filter my library of putts to only see favorites (Skypro if you ever see this, I'm using an iPhone 6 Plus). I see how to do it in the help menu guides but do not see the options available. I also want to know how "path direction at impact" is calculated because as I understand it now, I think the data may be invalid for that spec. Overall I do like the app and device because I can see progress and I feel that I am using my practice time much more efficiently than if I didn't have a Skypro. For those who don't like that on non putting swings you don't receive face angle at impact be thankful that they at least won't bs you with sketchy data values and you end up trusting faulty data. Hopefully it'll get added in an update. Again I haven't actually used the device for full swings, only putts. Generally pretty happy. The app does close unexpectedly on occasion or disconnects once in a while. I just recalibrate and keep going. I don't know if the app performance will diminish the more swings or putts I add, I'm over 6k. I can't see where to "select all" and don't want to have to delete 6k swings individually. That'd be ridiculous. I want to at least be able to save my favorites.

New bugs. After sometime without using this app, I've used it recently and found it very difficult if not impossible to calibrate clubs. On the calibration screen it says to press more firmly yet when I do just that the firmness sensor on the screen causes the app to crash. I have been able to manually calibrate clubs, but even after that the lag between a swing and the results is significant. When I first purchased this device a couple years ago it worked flawlessly. I am hopeful that the app makers will update the firmware to resolve this issue and potentially add new and improved measurements.

Horribly unstable app. What a great piece of technology, when it's working. Love the feedback and game improvement potential. Unfortunately this version is brutally unstable! I've spent more time dealing with app crashes and club calibration than actually practicing. Absolutely frustrating given the potential of this technology.

App crashes every time. Received the skypro for Christmas gift and started messing with it...calibrated my putter and went to try it and the app crashes and everyone I open the app, what do you k ow it crashes....kind of hard to give it any stars since I don't know how it actually is

Hardware problem. The plastic casing on mine popped open after seven swings with a seven iron. To the company's credit, they replaced it promptly by mail. Only hoping that this one is more durable. The software works well.

Not good. Can't run the app. It will load, the crash. The device is useless without it so.........

Pretty Awesome. The sky pro device is great. It really helps you see the swing path. Would like them to show backswing and swing as different colors to identify easier.

Best app update yet!. Incredible new looking app, and now I can use my putter. 6 stars!

Not as expected. The app works ok with the device. It measures most swings without a problem. I was expecting a lot more feedback from The device itself, Skypro. The groove session only helps you repeat a move on a swing you have already performed, but never teaches you how to perform or feel that mood. Although it does point out flaws, i would have liked a straightforward approach where the app would not only tell you your flaw (which it does) but a tip on how to improve or work on that flaw. It tells you a few flaws at somepoint in the swing and leaves you on your own. Also, only measures club, and not body (shoulder turn for example). Very incomplete in my opinion, but hopefully they upgrade the app to cover these things in the future.

Pretty good. Needs enhancements. This is pretty good. Paired with the swings analyzer it will tell all the useful information without overloading you. Swing speed, swing path, impact angles and information on what they all mean. Would like to see swing after impact and the cloud features working tho. The device itself is very secure and no buttons to mess with while you swing. (Records about 30 swings before requiring a sync with the phone - but you can check your swing anytime).

Cool app...but. Best $100 you can spend to see some cool stats about your swing at the range. Cool app but hasn’t been updated in over 1 year. Needs to be improved to fit iPhone 10. Hoping to get face angle @impact included into the app and lots more pro data loaded into the stats so I can compare my wing stats to that of the pros. If that gets added I’ll give this app 5.

DOES NOT WORK ON 6S 9.3.2!!!. Does not work on 6S with 9.3.1, 9.3.2. Please fix Also, tried on friend's 6. Connects but calibration does not work.
