7-11 on Lyons & Apple. This is my favorite 7-11. They have the BEST ice (important to me), they have diet Dr Pepper in the fountain drinks (others don’t) and most importantly, the people who work there, specifically Janet & Sandra, are by far the kindest, most caring staff especially for regular customers and they always want to make sure the customer is happy. If the store is out of stock on something, they do their best to help find a similar item or even give an approximation of when the item will be in stock. When customers are belligerent or angry, they diffuse the situation sometimes at the risk of their own safety. It’s wonderful to see how many police officers come in to get something & are treated with such respect. But again, Janet & Sandra treat everyone with respect. They even ask me how dialysis is going for me or give me a heartfelt wish for a good treatment that day. Thank you for these wonderful people.

Needs improvement, can be very buggy. Overall, I like this app. The fuel savings is a nice touch, and being able to pay from your wallet is nice as well. However, the wallet is where I tend to have issues. There have been SEVERAL times when I only add $10 to my wallet, and then later that same day, I decide to add my funds to my wallet…but the app won’t let me. I get an error message stating that I have reached the daily dollar amount that can be added to my wallet. Huh?! After only adding $10?? What’s the daily limit anyways?? The app offers no further help when this happens. I also think that the fuel amounts should be broaden. There’s no option to do $15, $25, $30, $40, $45, etc. I may not always want to add the options that are currently in the app. Please update it to fix these issues.

FRAUD! Very dissatisfied.. The app is fine, they actually deliver your stuff within the time frame. They work through door dash and postmates though which was a bit confusing but it still worked. Except, every time i would order -which was only 3 times- i would get a $9 charge to my card from ‘Raptorflash’. Then my card would get locked and i would receive a fraud alert message from my bank. I wanted this app to work so badly which is why I ordered two more times in hopes that it wouldn’t happen again but sadly it did. The idea is nice but whoever made the app and whoever agreed to the app is stupid and lazy. Security system needs to be updated. Get your own delivery system instead of using other delivery apps and WHY CANT I DELETE MY CARD OFF THE APP? I just want to remove my card but every time i try to it just says ‘error’. All in all 2/10, wouldn’t recommend to anyone, ever. My new debit card is on the way and i will not be re-downloading this app. If i could give 0 stars i would, Garbage.

LIARS!!! False advertising for bonus points.. Made 4 more attempts to get the bonus points but never got them. I got an email saying I was going to get some coupons to use because I didn’t get the bonus points. I sent my address that they asked for and I haven’t received anything. Now my 4th attempt at getting my issue resolved. I’m just going to copy and paste so that I don’t have to retype everything over again. **************************************This is my third message on my issue. I made a purchase yesterday of Jack Link’s jerky. I only purchased this product because there was an offer of 1000 extra bonus points. I took a screen shot of my points prior to the purchase and after the purchase and the 1000 bonus points were not awarded. I have sent two prior messages on this issue and I have not gotten one response back. Please make contact with me so that the issue can be resolved.

I hate he new app update. I love going to 7-11 however when my husband and kids and I wanted to go (which is usually every other day) we gain that 7th cup fast and since the new updated app I have gained the cups and they have sat in my wallet in the app but the app is not letting me collect them. When I get to collect something it takes my points away. I’m not sure why. I have called and emailed about this and there seems to be nothing that can be done on this issue. No one knows what the deal is I have signed out and back in as well as deleting it and downloading it again on my phone but no one knows what the problem is in this app. I am about to drive to Dallas to the corporate office and talk to someone they are only 3 hours away from me. It seems every time I call I can’t get anyone who speaks English anyways and when I do they still don’t know why I can’t claim the free drinks. Can we please go back to the old app.

Discounts and Redeeming. So far I’ve had my far share of great experiences and poor one. I’ve had trouble with cashiers that aren’t familiar with the rewards program and had to jump around from store to store just to redeem or even use my rewards. Recently I had received 2 rewards and claimed them without issue, but when it came to the discount cigarettes, the associate was unable to help at all. The deal was for $2.50 off 1 pack of camel cigarettes. When he rang it up, it came out to full price. He was unable to honor the $2.50 off even though it had shown in the app that the location I was at was one that the deal was valid. It also has no barcode to scan to receive the deal so this made it difficult for the associate to assist me any further. I ended up paying full price but was disappointed. The whole reason I went to the particular store was to take advantage of the deal. I’ve tried at another and have had no luck. I like the app and rewards, but a few things need to be changed.

Why so many 5 stars the app doesn’t even work properly.. I work in the tech field, I work on apps...this is unacceptable for a company of this magnitude to have such a crappy app. My app stated I wasn’t connected to the internet, which was an issue I had months ago when I initially downloaded it and is why I originally deleted it. I downloaded again and it worked fine up until a few moments ago. I pulled open the app and noticed the no internet message. Everything is off of my LTE data, I have unlimited on a major carrier, it isn’t a connectivity issue on my end. So I proceed to delete the app, and now I cannot log in, nor can I make a new account. It keeps giving me an error message. This is a bug that has been ongoing for a while...7-11 developers you respond to all of these complaints yet, you don’t fix the issues? The purpose of these ratings is to help you fix problems and this appears to be a very large one. Will be deleting the app until you all can get your heads out of your arses.

No XL Coffee Cups for 2 months. This is by far my favorite stop because I can get off the freeway and on easily. BUT for AT LEAST 2 months and probably longer they don’t put out the Extra large cups for the coffee. Now I get that they don’t like to play ball with the 7-eleven promotions but come on 2 months no extra large cups. That’s not fair when even my most disliked 7-eleven stop offers the cups. I get coffee every day with my husband Monday-Friday & sometimes even Sundays. I like that I can have flavored and he can have regular. Which is why we just don’t brew at home. But the guy working the regisois an amazingly nice person and so is the lady doing coffee which I believe is the owner. Just hate that they are holding out on the XL coffee cups. AND she even hides the large in the corner so that if you are not a regular you would just get medium. Sorry but not right

3rd shift asst manager. I work at the one in front of the new jeep and dodge dealership in Spartanburg, South Carolina and my manager, which is a third shift assistant manager taught me just about everything I know, except for what I’ve had to learn on my own. She is one of the best people in person I’ve ever worked with if there could be more people like her in management a lot of these places would have more employees. She works very, very hard, under the circumstances that she goes through, I give her more than a five gold star. If I could give her 100 gold stars, it still wouldn’t be enough. But she is very well thank by me, if anything was to ever happen to her that store is going to go downhill. I really appreciate everything you do for me and she is the only one. That I’ll let call me rere I look at her as more then a manager or coworker. She is a friend. And I really really do care about her as a friend. Keep it going, and you’ll always be in my thoughts and prayers, and you know exactly. Who you are

Out of Coffee. They r always out of coffee during the morning rush hours. There is a promotion going for coffee, which means there should be around the clock monitoring. Every morning I go I almost all the time must wait for columbian coffee to brew, while a crew member stack shelves, which to me is not a priority during rush hours. Also the coffee station is not well manned; wet with coffee, sugar, milk etc. That too should be manned continuously. On a whole the staff is very friendly and cordial, except one guy who always seems to have an attitude. Doesn’t smile at all, and when u tell him they r out of coffee, always seems like he has an attitude. Love the app that I can scan and pay electronic. Overall, love the store, the Columbian coffee (my choice),convenient location, the rewards and perks.

Convoluted. Edit: After leaving my original review, 7-11 did reach out to me and took care of the issue within a couple of days. While I had previously called their rewards program to try to get help with this, the support I received after my review was courteous, quick, and resolved my issue. Thank you! Original review: My most recent issue is that I just changed my password online, went to the app, signed out the signed back in with my new password and my 300 points were there for a second then vanished and now it shows I have 0 points. My biggest issue is that I had a card before the app came out. I use my phone number to accumulate points, but have lost the card. When I try to add my phone number to my account, it fails and says this number is associated with another card. EXACTLY! I’m trying to combine them, but the app won’t let me. I’d live to access my 2300+ points in the app, but I can’t. I’ve called 7Rewards and they opened a ticket, but still no resolution. This app has dropped 300 points and won’t allow me to add the 2300 points associated with my phone number. Tell me what you need from me to fix all of this!

Not wanting to redeem my free rewards. I had 3,800 points and I redeemed the points for a free medium iced coffee & i had the 7th free cup. I got myself a double gulp for the free cup and I was suppose to get the free medium ice coffee. The worker didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t know how the points worked so he called the manager. When the manager came he said the double gulp was free , I explained to him that the iced coffee is suppose to be free as well and he kept on changing the subject and he said “The double gulp is already free and the ice coffee doesn’t need to be free come back next time. You didn’t redeem the points” It was right there saying “Your rewards | 7th free cup, Medium Iced Coffee” I told him I just redeemed the points here at the store , I haven’t used them. He repeated saying the big gulp is free not the ice coffee even though the rewards is saying for it to be free. All he needed to do is scan it but he didn’t want to. If 7-11 is going to create an app they should inform their workers how to understand the app! Because from what I can tell they don’t understand how to redeem my rewards and don’t understand that I don’t have to pay for my REWARDS.

APP does not recognize my email and phone number. The app does not allow me to sign in - AT ALL! I have reset the password, followed the prompts and still cannot log in. Now it tells me that my phone number is in use as is my email with every attempt. Here I thought that it was me putting the information incorrectly (and YES, I do double-check my typing!) but it isn’t. I never wanted to give my phone number at all but it kept asking for it for verification purposes, and kept sending me codes which still doesn’t allow me to logon. All I wanted was to see if you still had certain items still available. You shouldn’t have to log on just for viewing purposes! Not happy at all. I can’t even use my other email address to register because that option isn’t available without doing a different phone number! How stupid is that!

Does not always credit points. I am surprised at all these high ratings. When playing the games utilizing selfies, etc to earn 7 rewards they often do not credit within the 24 hours or not at all. That means you miss out on many free items that could be earned. Sending an email is useless. They take over a week to respond if they even do. When and if they respond they ask “what the issue is”. After you explain, you never hear from them ever again. The people in the store are clueless as one other person mentioned. In one instance the rep scanned my phone after he rang my items up and cleared the register. He said I would still receive the Points which I never did. The worst part of this experience is the support when there is an issue. A friend of mine deleted his app after experiencing the same issues. Other stores such as Dunkin’ Donuts have a much better system and support with their app.

Support please. I racked up a bunch of rewards now I can’t get into my account. The free coffee expires and going to 7-11 almost every day I never saw the free golden doughnut. Can support please help me get back into my account? I’m just about done with 7-11 very poor execution this app. Ps not all 7-11 even are capable of accepting the app too! *** update they responded with a phone number that I already found and called a few days ago and guess what? Still no response. I’ll call again and give an update. I’m beginning to dislike the overpriced 7-11 experience. I can’t wait to talk to someone. The issue was my Facebook got deleted so my account was not able to be logged in. After 13 mins with support I created a new account with a new email. I hope it’s not tied to my fb anymore. Time will tell.

79 cents misleading advertising. Got coffee 12:15 full price, guy ahead of me had 2 coffee complaining too about it not being 79 cents AS YOU ADVERTISE I explain to guy it’s 7/11 playing games with customers, advertising 79 cents coffee 12-7 pm but charging full price me myself stop drinking your coffe due to misleading customers, the coffee I got was for my wife who works near by who wanted coffee ! I think 7/11 has got some nerve with misleading advertising which I been putting out on twitter n Facebook ! I think it’s horrible n when you mention it to any 7/11 store they pull the “ I have no idea what your talking about which makes it 100 worse! Absolutely disgusting!

Poor customer service!. I get we are all in the digital age, but, to many employees always on their phones while not taking care of customers, listening to their music, running outside vaping when 3 customer are in the store and the other employee is taking care of them, and there, are you talking to me or the person on your phone? Not for anything, but, you get paid to work and provide customer service, my job has a personal electronic policy, may be you should look into one. I spend a lot of money at this store with my vice of cigarettes and beer, what’s astonishing to me is that you sell bud light 18 packs, keep 4 in the cooler, and 30 sitting on the display floor- guess what there’s been 3 time in the last week - no 18 pks in the cooler- maybe if you employees weren’t on their phones they could refill the cooler once in awhile. Just an insight to what I see while I’m at your store.

Great rewards! Thanks. So i go to 711 everyday maybe even twice a day. The only thing that bothers me is that i don't always remember to grab my phone before going in so i miss out on a tremendous amount of points ..I could run to car but the whole point of this store is fast efficient purchasing and running in and out is a waste of time! Please consider entering a phone number at register or even allow me to scan my receipts at end of day. Please?!? I practically pay the rent at my location ...lol no joke! Oh and another cool thing would be using points to enter a “pool” per store that would allow you to obtain one of the fixtures they display stuff on after they are finished using them..like the corona fire pit they currently have displayed. Where does that stuff go?? I want in! Lol i know the employees prob deserve those perks! Because the certainly and one heck of an awesome bunch of people! Cheers! Thanks for reading my review!

Worst rewards program I’ve ever seen. First of the all the design of the app is nice but is just way to overly user friendly, provides way too many ways to access features and makes it oversimplified and confusing. But my main complaint for the locations in North Carolina at least is that they have the absolute worst rewards system I’ve ever seen at any chain restaurant, gas station, grocery store, etc, in my entire life. Tiered rewards by the 1000?!?!? It takes $100 dollars (on qualifying items mind you) just to get 1000 points because it says you only get 10 points per dollar spent. Imagine spending $100 to get a free ripened brown banana or brownie or a bag of chips... or $500 for two free Red Bull’s. Absolutely ridiculous. And those who say the other ways to get points is beneficial obviously hasn’t played the slurpee game that gives out 5 points on most days. Or am I missing something ? The special promo deals they do at least at the stores near where I live are just not worth the time or money. Especially since they don’t participate in the Fuel Loyalty program. Come on 7-11 I expect a lot better. Bout to start going to Quik trip

Will not let you delete account!. I downloaded this app just to have a slurpee delivered while I was sick. After finding out that slurpees were “unavailable” for delivery I tried deleting my account. However every time I clicked “delete my account” it redirected me to a page that said I wasn’t able to delete my account due to living in the state I was. Which isn’t true there is no law against it. After reading a how to guide (yes it really came to that) I was instructed to go to their website, however after entering both my phone number and email to sign in I was repeatedly just given the message “error” or “web registration is currently closed.” Basically I can’t delete my account and now I will get flooded with spam emails which I will never read. tldr: DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND CREATE AN ACCOUNT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DEACTIVATE THE ACCOUNT OR DELETE THE DATA 7-ELEVEN HAS ON YOUR ACCOUNT!

Lack of Training. The associates are kind when there is no issue; however, when I use the touch portion on the card reader it always reads, “invalid card” and the employee says it aloud. My card is not invalid, but the machine may be broken because when I insert the same card into the card reader, it accepts the payment. That has happened more than once. They must fix the problem instead of telling the customer (out loud may I stress) that their method of payment is invalid. Perhaps it's a training issue. One that I do not experience at any other 7-11. If they are not able to offer the “touch” portion of the payment method for whatever reason at this location, they should tell customers before payment is submitted. They should stop telling the paying customer that their method of paying is invalid. Using the touch payment is the safest method of payment so it's frustrating that no one at this location has bothered to address this particular issue. It's enough already.

The only way. This is the only way I purchase gas unless there happens to not be one in my vicinity being that I have 2 homes. Being able to pay with your phone while you’re sitting in your car next to the pump is very convenient especially if the weather outside is inclement, you don’t have to worry about the card reader not working at the pump which happens all the time. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars is because there are 7-Eleven that have Mobile as the gas station and you don’t obviously get the discount that you do if it’s a 7-eleven pump. To this day, I can’t figure out why they wouldn’t just only have 7-Eleven pumps but I’m sure it has to do with the fact that the 7-Eleven store was around a lot longer and therefore some of them have different gas stations associated with it. So you have to pay attention when you’re looking on the app to make sure you’re not on the 7-Eleven convenience store but on the 7-Eleven fuel pump.

app discounting. to whom it may concern On multiple occasions, I have entered different locations without having my cell phone to be able to use discounting that is applied. I am aware that entering my phone number at the point of sale should apply the same discounts because my phone number is tied into my apps of reward. Unfortunately, this is not the case for pumping gas, or receiving discounts on items, such as beverages from the fountain, although the modest $.30 difference( large beverage drink in this example) most people would scoff at for me, it is the principle of the advertisement that coincides with the use of the app. I was told on more than one occasion that it was the computers. Obviously, I am not blaming the rep/cashier at the point of sale. However, once the difference has been acknowledged that the discount did not apply, I do think that the right thing to do is to correct the error at the point of sale, instead of overcharging, shrugging your shoulders and asking if i wanted to continue with transactions. I hope this message falls on the correct set of ears and it is used for education and possibly correcting the computer errors so reps don’t have to give a customer A DUMB look and not be able to problem solve.

Need to pay with app to get points. App is okay, but the clerks are not well trained in scanning. After loosing points and thinking “hmmm… I thought this coffee would be free”, I realized that most clerks act like they are scanning you phone but are not. There is no green light / check that tells you the transaction was good. Outside of getting a paper receipt and constantly checking your transaction history, the only way to ensure you are getting credit is to pay with the app. This forces the clerk to actually do the scan. Downside to that is you will often be stuck 1-2 minutes while the clerk figure out what to do. So, app is fine, but the overall ability to use the app is poor. If they said up front “you have to pay with the app to get points” I’d be okay. At the moment it’s more work than I’m willing to invest in.

My Long Review. Because of the changes back in I think July 2018, I will more often than not opt for a different store chain now. I’d rather drive closer to home than 4 miles out of my way since going to 7-11 really doesn’t benefit me anymore. You can look back at the money I have spent since becoming a rewards member until the changes were made. I spent a bit of change at 7-11 because the variety of merchandise worth bonus reward points was awesome and the points per dollar spent was also fair. The variety now- well there is No variety now. I signed up to participate in the bonus rewards program initially to help my friend in Colorado. She was/basically still is homeless and was/is trying to stay away from an abusive ex boyfriend. She was/is unable to hold down a job because he would find her, cause a scene and she would be let go. I had my friend download the 7-11 app and log in with my email and password. By me spending a lot of money at 7-11 near my home in Texas, my homeless friend in Colorado was able to get something to eat and or drink almost daily. Now it is not worth my time or money to shop 7-11 on a regular basis. It’s sad. Side note: The new salads are ick. Please bring back the old salads. Thanks for reading my review although I doubt anything will change except I’m afraid, the continued loss of business for 7-12 stores. Respectfully, Rebecca McRorey

3400 points disappeared after update!!!. This evening I saw on my 7-Eleven app that I had ~3400 reward points, so I planned to use 1000 points to purchase a Big Gulp drink at the closest store on my route home. I stopped in and filled my cup with my favorite diet soda then went to the app to redeem the “1000 points for a Free Big Gulp” offer before going to the cashier. But all I got was an “invalid” error message. I closed the app, logged in, and tried again with the same result. The app didn’t mention needing an update, but I went to the iOS App Store anyway, and it indicated the 7-Eleven app DID need an update. A couple minutes later, I opened the app, logged in, and was shocked to see I had ZERO POINTS! I clicked on “Missing points?” and it said “you may have multiple accounts. Search here with email address or phone number.” I did, but I knew I only had one account. Granted, a $.79 drink doesn’t sound like too much to pay, but the Covid Pandemic has wrecked my two businesses, and I’m emptying piggy banks to pay bills. I rarely drink sodas, because that is a luxury when funds are tight, so I have appreciated this loyalty Rewards app to get an occasional soda. If nothing else, please create an alert on your app when it needs to be updated. But I still don’t know why my 3400 points disappeared!! Can someone restore them or tell me why an app update would make my points disappear??

7-11 client. I was extremely tired but wanted hazelnut coffee with hazelnut cream. This was the third 7-11 I visited but they had what I wanted. The bonus was a free muffin. Approaching the register, I thought I removed $3 and a bag full of change. I gave the worker the bills and change for a total of $3.06. Moving towards the exit door, the worker advised me that I overpaid by $1. I thanked him and explained I had just finished feeding the underprivileged a Thanksgiving meal and there was so much food left over so they were able to take a meal home for another time. The worker thanked me for my service to the community. I smiled and thanked him. While sitting in my vehicle before leaving the parking lot, there was a knock on my car window. It was the worker with the corn muffin I picked out with my coffee that I forgot at the register. That was a fabulous move. I now need to change which 7-11 I do my business at . 😉

7 Steps for Mobile Checkout?. UPDATE II: And stop with the “splash screen” there’s no need to add dead weight to the app and use up valuable time when all the customer wants to do is pay. This new version takes longer and bogs down the user experience. Just hire back the original developer. UPDATE: The developer response was why they shouldn’t be in the app business. If the issue is too many steps to purchase an item with the updated app, and the response is a phone call, 7-11 needs to rehire the original app developer that designed the easy-to-use prior version. Just removed a star based on the absurd response. ORIGINAL: This app was 100% five-star all around for the longest time until they decided to make the update and now mobile checkout throws stuff into a shopping cart which defeats the whole purpose of speed. It takes seven steps plus verification at the front counter for mobile checkout on the new version of the app. The new app developers were obviously not 7-Eleven customers that just want to grab a coffee and get out and the fact that there is no option for quickly checking out with recent items is another feature that 7-Eleven should have borrowed from McDonald’s.

Very useful app. I love that the promotions on this app allow you to earn points without making a purchase, and that the app is easy to use in store and can be updated immediately. It’s important to me that the rewards app be available in the future, so I would prefer if referral reward points be given when you refer someone and they make a verified purchase. I know most people but all of their stuff at full price and many people just aren’t willing to download apps on their phone. One thing that bothers me is that once you verify your age, the pop up telling you to verify your age doesn’t go away. It makes me worry that my age isn’t verified, but when I click on it, it turns out that yes, in fact, my age is verified. I also dislike that 7/11 stores do not accept all cigarette coupons and that you must use digital coupons approved by 7/11. Many times I would prefer to use the paper coupons sent to me in the mail.

Complaint. The last two times we went in! The employees (a lady and a guy)during the day are always on the phone, not acknowledging their customers and when you have a problem with a price they look at you instead of finding ways for you to leave happy because the tag is there or something is sticker in the wrong spot ! They need people that speak English and are not living on the phone while they have customers! The guy in the night time he is amazing and I believe he’s the owner! He use to work days and always took care of his customers! He knows us as we are on going customers! Something needs to be done! We walked out today due to the lady not acknowledging my boyfriend she was too busy on the phone while he was trying to pay! I have over 15 years of customer service and this is not great customer service at all! Your going to lose great customers with this kind of service! Thanks

DO NOT USE 7-11 DELIVERY. I’m always amazed when a major corporation releases and heavily markets a product like #7now but doesn’t catch stuff like... updating delivery time... in a delivery app. Fun fact, the app also does not tell you what it’s password requirements are during account creation or allow hyphens in last names, shows out of stock items as available, does not have a way to contact the driver or modify the order once submitted, sells your personal information (US only so it’s legal to require you to opt in to email marketing and associated data barter), requires you to call customer service and wait on hold for upwards of 45 minutes... to leave a voicemail, and the best part is it’s not even 7Eleven delivering your order... it’s Postmates! Also can’t request a refund on an order through the app, Microsoft Anna yells at you about there being “three people ahead of you” although that number doesn’t change and eventually just dumps you to voicemail, cancels orders hours after stated delivery time without reaching out to customers and in some cases without notifying them, delivers partially fulfilled orders and sometimes charges the full amount. I’d be genuinely amused by the incompetence on display here if it wasn’t standing between me and some skittles... which means that this is true to the in-store 7Eleven experience at least.

THEY STOLE ALL MY MONEY. I have been coming to this store frequently and I had gained close to 7000 points by purchasing all my friend’s items. Then when I got back home I opened the application and discovered that my account was disabled due to suspicious activity!! They told me to call “customer SUPPORT” and so, I did. I dialed the number and then was put on hold for over an 1 hour and 30 minutes!! Finally, a woman picked up and she extremely rude. She was unenthusiastic to help me. After half an hour of me trying to recover my account she hung up on me!! So I called back and started to get frustrated and impatient I was put on hold for ANOTHER hour. Until the same woman finally picked up. Eventually understood my story told me how to fix but I had recently got a new email and I had forgotten my old email. So she hung up on me again and I was left with no account or not even a new with all my points restored. I am very shocked and angry at this “customer SUPPORT.” DO NOT GET THIS APP, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!

Can’t use it at many locations… money added is money down the toilet. I had an emergency situation in which I had to get some gas money to a sibling. Created an account, loaded up the 711 wallet… turns out she couldn’t use it because they don’t accept it (and the 711 staff at the location where my sibling was stranded was like, I don’t know anything about no app… get bent, scammer! So that was nice.) It turned the crisis we were already having from bad to worse. We found a workaround, and I thought, well, that was a lot of unnecessary stress, but not that big a deal… I’ll just use the balance in the 711 wallet to fill my own car at the location up the road. Except, you guessed it, they don’t accept it there, either. So if you want to do what I did and put $100 into the app, you can’t spend it, and you can’t get it out, and as far as I can tell you can’t contact anyone at 711 who can help, but you can look at the number 100 on the screen, so that’s something I guess.

Exactly what bugs have been squashed?. I am a FREQUENT 7-Eleven customer. I’m there at least every other day; it’s where I pick up my supplies for my work day. Coffee, energy drinks and cigarettes...those add up. One of the employees was kind enough to install this app on my phone so that I don’t have to dig out my physical card, and I can easily keep track of my points and rewards, such as free coffee and sales that are being offered. I don’t know what’s happened recently, but today I tried to check my balance and all of my information was wiped out. Only my name remained...my card number wasn’t even on there, and it wouldn’t let me re-enter it. I forgot what kind of message I was given. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, no luck. I signed out, and tried to reset my password. All I keep getting is “oops...your session timed out”. Something happened with the app, and it’s odd that it was just updated 3 days ago. Sometimes, leaving something alone is good enough. I spent $40 today that won’t count, because I guess I’m not a valued customer anymore. Thanks, “developers”. Smh.

System Designed To Scam You. I downloaded this because I go to my local store a lot for coffee etc., and when I looked into the wallet thing it listed my location as one that lets you pay with a 7 Eleven wallet. As soon as I added money to my account, the option to pay at my location disappeared and now the app says my location doesn’t accept payment with the wallet, despite there being signage up saying they do and the app saying it accepts it when I click anything else - but the function to pay is completely disabled so my money is just sitting there, unusable unless I happen upon a location somewhere else in the future that the pay option actually works at (which has yet to happen). I’m glad I didn’t put a lot of money in, but I’m frustrated I can’t use the money at all and it just sits there, untouched and untouchable, because the app decided my location doesn’t accept payment after saying it did and allowing me to add money in the first place. I want my money back.

So disappointed. I have been a patron of 7-11 for 40+ years. I got the rewards card a very long time ago. I’ve just loaded it back to my phone because I have over one thousand or so points. I pay full price for coffee and still these people know the app doesn’t work. Well, I cannot register with any email, no phone number(although this comes up in store) and no resetting. Also, it is choosing a FB act I don’t use. I simply cannot use it. So, therefore, I simply get coffee from QT. Other things yes. It is 0.2 miles from home. If there was a helpful number or email, this could be solved. Until then, QT is what it will be!!

Wow. I go to the store almost daily and never normally have an issue except for the coffee being old. I went into this location as usual this evening, there was 3 employees there, 1 I’m assuming was new, and the 2 seasoned employees were incredibly rude. I attempted to brew a pot of fresh coffee myself, as I always do, so that I don’t have to bother them, and the 1st employee stopped me and was so nasty that she had to brew coffee. Now mind you, I was brewing it myself again to not bother them. I did not ask her for help. She took it upon herself to take over and then was a jerk because of it. Then, upon checkout, I grabbed a pack of muffins and noticed they expired tomorrow. I asked if these were the only ones because they were basically expired and she said yes but did not care that they were out of date. Just a horrible experience! But let me sip my jerk off coffee and eat my stale muffins in peace lol

App and mobile functions keep getting worse. Updated May 6, 2022: Dropping a star and adding to my earlier review below… I was going to use the mobile wallet portion of this app at the urging of a local 7-11 employee, but trying to set it up, it refused to accept my phone number as a valid cell phone number. That’s one way to stop a customer from using your product. —— Original Review: The rewards program has potential, but rather than being generally useful, 7-11 uses it to push specific menu items and products. What’s more, the largest coffee you can redeem points for is a medium. So, it takes a LOT of time and $$$ to earn rewards, and you can only redeem them for specific products that 7-11 wants to promote, and the most basic item in the store, a large coffee, isn’t an option. Additionally, they leave expired offers in the app well beyond the expiration date, cluttering up the app with ads for stuff that’s no longer valid. —— The appearance of app itself is fine, but the rewards program and the maintenance of the content leave a lot to be desired. Dunkin’ does this entire thing 1000x better. Copy them.

Christi. The guy working the night shift was very nice and even when I’ve come at night before he’s has always been great. Ashu, Dogar and the guy who is the owner are all very nice and have great customer service. The only person that works here who doesn’t have good customer service is a female. At least she doesn’t work here all the time. She doesn’t smile, say hi or if a customer says “hi” she doesn’t say it back and when you hand her cash for your purchase she slides the change on the counter and doesn’t place it in her hand. On my last visit here, she was yelling at an employee while he was helping me. This is the best 7-11 that I’ve ever been to and overall has the best customer service, employees and fresh food and ice tea. I love coming to this 7-11. My family loves this 7-1- too!!

Terrible. I go to 711 multiple times a week and have saved up tons of points but when I try to redeem rewards I get “oops member does not have enough” when right at the top it clearly displays all of my points and is just mocking me. Profile will not allow me to verify my phone number and claims another profile exists using my cell. Believe me, I would not create multiple accounts for 711. Update: I wish it were possible to give negative stars. Emailed customer service to explain the problem. Got an email back saying I have no points and that the ticket was closed. Signed back into the app to see that they DELETED MY POINTS. Instead of trying to fix the problem they just took my points away (luckily I took several screenshots). It was only a few thousand points but man that’s really effing shady. I really like the people that work at my local 7-11 but I don’t think I can spend any more of my money at a corporation I that pulls this kind of bs.

Awesome. I don’t usually go to this 711 because it takes forever and it’s a pain to get in and out of it and it’s always extremely busy and the people have been rude, however I went in today to get my 1.2 billion dollar lotto tickets and of course the line was a mile long however the two people working were AMAZING with how busy they were they had everything extremely organized and they had amazing spirits along with the sun glaring right in their eyes. They got people in and out swiftly and they worked so good together as a team. They deserve an extra day off for everything they have to deal with as everyone was buying lottery tickets.

The worst “rewards” program out there.. With the money I spent over the last month, ALONE, with 7-11, I could’ve gotten two free meals worth of food with other rewards programs……. with 7-11, I have enough for a whole, SMALL cup of coffee. I’d laugh if it wasn’t so sad 7-11: please don’t constantly bug us about using this program if the returns are so insultingly meager. Really. Really sad. And why are NONE of my coffees credited toward this supposed program I see on the app for a free coffee? I buy them EVERYDAY and have one next to me, as I write this, and can take a picture of the PILE of them in my paper trash. Or, I suppose I should say, I have my LAST 7-11 coffee sitting next to me. And yes, I am one of the few Americans who actually won’t give someone my business any longer, after promising not to. How this app has almost 5 stars is BEYOND me, considering the fact that I see NOTHING but negative reviews. I’m guessing Apple has some sort of rule in place, where bad reviews are eliminated, once the company places a fake, sugarcoated response under it, that solves NOTHING. Lol. And I’m guessing mine is a double whammy, now that I’ve brought them into the picture. It truly is disgraceful to see just how dishonest corporations are allowed(by the government and us civilians) to go on playing the games they play.

Great! Don’t update lol!. Awesome app. Earn rewards really fast and there are so many random deals to take advantage of. I downloaded the app just in time to take advantage of them giving away a Nestle cookie sandwich everyday for FREE by just scanning the app. Plus you got points for it even tho you didn’t pay anything. Awesome! Smart marketing because I used to go to Quiktrip everyday and buy stuff now I will frequent 7-11 instead because of these rewards and great deals. They know giving away some things free brings customers and I most certainly always buy other stuff anyway when I’m in there. Great job! I took 1 star away because they’re changing the reward system from 25 to 10 points per and it makes me sad lol. I understand the 25 was probably racking up too fast for people.

I am deleting this app. This is one of the worst store rewards apps apps I’ve ever seen/used. First, it’s very confusing to look at. Second, it feels like it has bugs that won’t load what you want to load or do what you want to do. Half the screens I tap on give me an error message that says “Oops” when it won’t load correctly. Third, it takes a very long time to gain any points before you can actually earn any rewards - they should at least give you some smaller reward options earlier on. Fourth, the app keeps giving me a notification badge that I have an unread message or something in there, but no matter how many times I open it I don’t see anything there for me, yet even after opening and closing the app my notification badge is still there on my phone. Fifth, I’m trying to deactivate my account before deleting the app - I don’t want them to have my name or address in their files - THERE IS NO WAY TO DEACTIVATE YOUR PROFILE! This means when you delete the app, your name/account is still in their active database. After having this app for 6 months, I feel it’s more frustrating than it is helpful, so I’m deleting it today. I don’t recommend it, unless you enjoy confusing screens, and fake notification badges when there’s nothing for you there.

Horrible app. Despite all the advertising about the app, it doesn't even work a lot of times. Every time I try to use it, I get a window saying I am on the phone, even though I am not, and that I am off-line, which is not the case in reality. I emailed 7-Eleven so many times to say it wasn't working a few months ago, and someone wrote only to say they would get back with me, but no one ever did. The function on the app but to get a help did not work at all, or even access any help. Once I got it to work, it was OK, but I really didn't get all the deals from it I should have, because of all the times it didn't work. You have to spend a lot of money at 7:11 to get anything for free from the app

Terrible. I put money in the wallet for gas since I have a store right across the street. Worked great at first but over the past couple of months I’ve had nothing but issues. At first it was just annoying little things like having to force close the app to get it to finally pull up the store location I was at so I could pay for my gas. Tonight was definitely the worst. I tried to pay using the wallet at the pump and it would either allow me to pick pay with wallet and then go right back to trying to use Apple Pay or it would simply say “get started” like I’d never used the wallet before. Even tried going into the store to have them ring up the gas then pay with wallet and it just spun every time the two different associates tried. I have over $50 in the wallet that I can’t even use now. I’ll definitely be calling and getting a refund or disputing the adding of funds with my bank.

Not stocked well. I love the coffee bar and the selections that are offered at 7/11. Although it’s one of my favorite places to go, the coffee bar was un stocked and things ran out... I wanted the chai tea latte but they were out, so I had no choice for a cup of regular coffee (which was not fresh). Then as I’m making my coffee the cashier tells me there isn’t any sugar available they ran out, so I’m trying my best to just make a cup of coffee as best as I can but I was just not even in the mood for my cup by the time I got in my car. I love my 7/11 stores but being stocked up and not having a good selection any time of the day/night is a bummer after I worked all day! Cashier was nice and helpful (still looked in the storage for items even knowing they were out) so it makes it better at least for a cashier in a good mood.

So aggravated. So I just made a purchase with my 7eleven app, as I loaded money into the wallet, and instead of getting the $2 muffin and coffee deal I was charged the FULL PRICE of $4.69! When I asked tb guy behind the counter why that was, he said its because I would have had to has a DIFFERENT BARCODE scanned first and then the wallet barcode! HELLO, newsflash, if you have the app with the 7eleven wallet, then you have a rewards account! Why should TWO separate barcodes need to be scanned?! This is stupid, and I want my extra $2.69 back! It might not seem like a lot of money, but it's the principle of the matter. You need to change it so that if you are paying with the wallet, you automatically get the discount!

App is ok... Customer Service... needs improvement. ***UPDATE*** They replied with what I put in the first review... yeah, you already told me 90 days. Thanks for actually reading my complaint... (that’s sarcasm... just in case you weren’t aware) What you didn’t let me know earlier is that there would be an email. I never received an email from your company saying they would expire. You should list his on your app since most people won’t look for emails. Or your reps should have said this when they had us download it. I honestly don’t know why I’m wasting my time on this. It’s obviously not an issue to the company as it actually saves them money not allowing me to use the points. Haven’t been to 7 11 since this incident. Original: So I downloaded the app during SDCC 2017. They were doing a bunch of incentives so I figured, why not. I racked up 2300 points. At the end of December the app ( that I hadn’t opened in 2 months) still showed 2300. I played a couple games and the app shut down for some reason. When I reopened, only 40 points showed. The answer I got was that the points expire after 90 days. If that’s the case then why were they showing in December? These should have expired in October based on their response. Needless to say, I deleted the app. No one said anything about points expiring. What doesn’t the app tell you? And if it does, why isn’t it in an easy to find spot? It’s a bummer because I do actually like 7-11.

Soda bar. Visited this store today as I always do. One of the worst I’ve been in. Told them they were out of Dr Z pepper Root beer an Diet Coke to return 5 hours later that they new about it but weren’t sure they had anymore. Also came here a few weeks ago wearing a fitted dress I had to leave store to get my phone for payment and when they didn’t have 2 out of the two products I was looking for I left to basically be accused of stealing a drink Really?? I asked the lady where she thought I would be hiding it and the time b 4 that using my ebt card buying cold and hot drinks I paid cold first and she gave me the balance a charge for large coffe I grab my cold drinks leaving my friend to pay for his coffee and five minutes later he comes out saying I didn’t pay for my drinks so I checked my friendly little app at hand to see that the charge had been processed meanwhile holding up the line making it seem like once again I stole something out front of all theses customers sheProceeds to tell me that the cashier had voided the whole order and wanted to re-charge me for the beverages it was at that point in time I said she could keep her beverages and that she needed to reimburse me for the original order how embarrassing and humiliating can one store make a person feel one more time and my thoughts are going to be going in a different direction shame on theses employees they have no respect for the people paying their paycheck

misleading claims! (in my opinion). They advertise 1000 free points when you sigh up. It DID NOT EVEN LET ME MAKE AN ACCONT!!!! It just said “Please enter a valid mobile number” like what do they mean they are not even letting me make an account. Let alone get the 1000 points they advertise!

7-eleven points. I used to have a 4000 points but after the update it suddenly became only 51. Real disappointing....

Canada isn’t Canada?. When I try to look at locations in the app, it tells me that my profile is for the wrong country, so I click to go change it to Canada, and it’s already on Canada…

Shopping gets easy and fast. Its very convenient and safe to use. You dont have to wait for your cue.

No way to add point card to Apple Pay. Pls fix the bug

7 can f*^* off. No longer can get free points unless you verify your age

app won't open after the recent update. Its been updated just 2 days ago but it keeps crashing. The app won't open. Please fix this.

Great ladies. The ladies here r always so so so nice and fast.

App is broken. App is completely broken won’t let you sign in or make a new account

Helpful cashier at 72 bd ave and 200 st Langley Esso. Female Cashier was smiley and pleasant and helped me to use mobile check out . Outstanding. Always have good experience at this location

App SUCKS. Applepay does not work in app. Cannot add app to wallet it keeps saying oops something is wrong. Duhhh, ya think? Mobile ordering does not work. Delivery does not ask for address and says pickup only. I cant ever get the delivery promo discounts. App SUCKS!

Super Buggy App. App is unusable. Apple Pay doesnt work. Login sometimes freezes. App looks like it was developed by a elementary school student

Somethings wrong with app. Tried installing app several times, provided an email and then it asked to verify by mobile, entered my number told it was valid, all in all I ended up deleting the damn thing as it wouldn’t allow my to verify anything. I gave it 1 star as it won’t allow you to go lower, just tried to reinstall it yet again asked for a mobile number I provided one it sent me a text saying here’s a number to verify so I typed that in and hit the button and the number I had just entered disappeared and it says no number was entered, hey 7-11 your app is a POS

Game. I had 2000 points and I played the games that they had on the app and now I only have 50 points.

Tax on Gift Card. Why theres a tax on the gc i bought?

Broken. Shows 0 points despite purchases multiple times a week for over a year. Also prompts “Please select a store in the US” every 2 seconds despite us being in Canada and selecting a Canadian store when I created my account.

Update is slow!!!. The new app is so slow!!! Takes ten minutes to start it!!! So it cost me three drinks because it takes so long to start. Please speed it up as it’s slower than the older version. Frustrating!!!

Trash. The redeem section is blank since update. Brilliant move, have a rewards app where you can’t redeem rewards. Trash

Where did my points go??. I had 10000 points like 5 minutes ago then suddenly they all disappeared and nothing is telling me why

Fast friendly service. I go to this location on Homer Street often and the staff are friendly and quick.

Self checkout. DONT USE THE SELF CHECKOUT AS IT CHARGES MORT TAX (Toronto ont. Tax is 13%) it’s charging 15-18% I’ve been dealing with 7-11 with this issue since April 3 2022. (Still have not received any money) Who ever I talk to regarding the issue they all say they are doing what they can to resolve this problem. No one has contacted me I always have to contact (2-3 hours each time on the phone ) 7-11 to see how the progress on my issue is going, I get the same answer We are working on it.

Error. Filled in all the fields then got “domain error can’t complete” just so you know this is annoying

Bad experience of App. When I try to order it always tell me that I’m in another country and when I type in the address it always says there’s is no 7-11 store in this ear, even I type the 7-11 store address. It’s ridiculous! If you’re not ready, please DO NOT upload the App to Apple Store.

Rude service guy. Rude service guy. I visited 7 eleven store at 2480 Lakeshore Blvd west today around 4:00 PM. I claimed the lottery win money. There were two Indian guys. One With eye glass and other without. The guy without eye glass told me to wait for 5 minutes. I waited for more than the time he said. In this covid-19 pandemic, people doesn’t want to stay long anywhere. He was collecting and counting cash from another guy. but wasn’t calling me, instead attending every customers coming after me putting the cash on table. I then asked him are you short in cash? It was over $500 winning I thought he must be in short of cash. Because some store tells they don’t have enough cash tell people to try other store. Suddenly he looked at me with rude face and said how much you want, a million? Winning may be $2. I said you work here you should have asked me how much I won. He then added DON’T TEACH ME. Every time I visit this store I find him with rude face. Just because of his attitude I’m changing the store. 7 Eleven enjoy keeping such kind of employee who doesn’t care about the customers especially in this pandemic.

ID. August 24 at 3 o’clock I was at your Bowen Road store. The cashier swore about the signature on my 649 ticket because the signature was on the back and who the F changed that. I told him he’d have to talk to The gaming commission because I believe it it always been there. To buy a new ticket he insisted on my birthday. I am over 50 and reciting my birthday date is an invasion of my privacy. I will no longer purchase my lottery tickets at any 7-Eleven. I do not look 30 or under and my age and birthdate is none of his business or 7-Eleven’s business. This employee was snotty aggressive rude and swearing while on till. The other employees were standing in front of the 7-Eleven smoking and gossiping. The experience was not enjoyable and I will not return to that particular store again

Location issue with the app. I cannot use the order for delivery. The app keeps saying my location is in a different country than my profile. I am in Canada and my profile is Canada. Reported this over a week ago and no updates.

They advertise deals but you don’t get your points. Never been to 7-Eleven until I heard about their points system. I’ve bought their deals and three times in a row I didn’t get my points I will not be going back to 7-Eleven.

New update is great. I love the latest update. It is a lot more stable. With the old version I had to constantly verify my phone number everytime I opened the app. This app looks much more modern and sleek.

Trucepooo. First time using the app and it didn’t give me any free offers or points even though that’s what it advertised.

Can’t add to apple Wallet. Says oops something went wrong

Generally okay, account management is poor. App functions really well, does everything except add the card to apple wallet. Requested to delete my account to resolve the wallet problem, now my Sign in With Apple token is stuck on their end, and I can’t even go as far as to use hide my email with SIWA. Completely locked out, lost my points for nothing. Bonus: they don’t respond to your data privacy tickets. Been a month.

Worst App. I hate this app. Unusable trash. 0 stars. Fire the programmer.

Delivery and pick up is broken. Constantly says I’m in a different country even though my country is set to the same one as my delivery address is in. As for pick up, it just says that there are no 7-11s nearby even though I live in the middle of a city with 7-11s everywhere.

Good store. I totally benefit from this app I get free stuff no

Points disappear!. I've had 10,000 points, enough to recieve a carton of Almond milk and when I went to use the points, they just disappeared! It didn't happen once but TWICE! I've complained about it and 7eleven was good enough to reinstate them but I went to use it again and they were GONE!

Kathy. Cashier very very nice lady dealing a lot with the system down and people are getting aggravated because they’re not getting their points until it happens and it’s back working but she’s been very patient and nice to people considering they’re not.

Can’t even leave a feedback on your website. So here we go: When me and my daughter signed up separately we both received 1,000 bonus points. We went to redeem the free slurpee offer the first time you guys both took our 1,000-1,000 bonus points away and never gave it back. Why did you jack it? What was the purpose of that? We have a sour taste in our mouth I can tell you that.

Can’t register. Asks for a postal code, doesn’t let you type letters... therefore can’t register. brilliant design 5 stars lol

Update app bug??. I can’t remember the email i used for my old account, and since my phone number is linked to the account i have no way of accessing it. Every time I choose the “create new account” option, it “cant update request” and i have to call support. What is going on??

Booo. Hate the phone verification… i changed my number now i can’t get on !!!!!

Unable to login. I have tried around 20 times to login to my account. Tried to my phone number and my email. Used Password. Created new passwords. Verified my account with a text codes. Nothing works.

Can’t log in. Does not let me log in because every time it sends me a code it says it’s the wrong code or there’s a problem and can’t make a new account because phone number still in use

The only (unusual) app which doesn’t let you reset password. Have been a app designer and web developer and taught novice developers. This is the only app where the users are never able to reset their passwords. Never seen this missed feature from a Branded company assuming they hire experienced web / App designers.

Compliment. Always gd deal and the location I went service always great pleasant and polite 41 and oak in Vancouver.

The app doesn’t login. I use to use this app on my old log phone. When I updated to an apple, the app no longer allows me to log into my account associate to phone number. It sends me the verification code, never move past this. I have even tried signing in via email address and change the password. Nothing works. Little disappointed because I have earn lot points that now can’t access.

Scanning my Drivers License. Why do you want to verify my age (scan my drivers license)? You were offering 2000 points, but now you you are offering 1000? Sorry my privacy is worth more than that.

App problem. The store is great but the app is so slow like it takes forever to get in it would be nice if u guys could speed up the app so when I am in the store I don’t have to worry that I have to pay I paid two times because this app won’t open

Thnx. Thank you Great

I’m legal!. Apps great, I just think it’s BS that I’m being harassed that I need to “verify my age” but can’t until June because I’m under 21. I’m legal in my country, and have been since 2017, so explain to me IN DETAIL why I can’t do what update my account for another 6 months but I get the notification EVERY DAY.

Fingers in the food. I have seen workers grabbing fries straight from the container with their bare hands and eating them behind the counter. Definitely not buying any hot food from that location.

At first I thought it was awesome!. And then I got to experience the chaos it brings to the clerks in store when these lazy food dashers arrive. You should be very careful with this model your currently playing here. It seems to be great but it is not. You are literally pestering your walk in guests over delivery service guests and that’s not a very bright business move. People drop like flies from your lines when these guys show up with their little list of things their too lazy to go and grab for their little delivery. You really should change the policy from making the clerks stop what they are doing and go shopping for some lazy order in ticket. To a policy where these food dashers can grab a basket walk around the store get the items they need and then wait in line like everyone else. The worst problem I have with this is how are you gonna make someone else do the footwork for the guy who’s getting paid to do it? Clown shoes, as much as I want to support this app I have deleted it and suggest others follow suit until the food dashers have to go pick out the items for themselves then wait in line like everyone else!

It’s not my fault!. I love this new 7-Eleven especially because of the flavored coffees and the flavored creamers! I’m just sorry that the people that run the place don’t feel like a smile will go a long way. And for those who think that this post of mine is probably out of line and that maybe I’m making a big deal of it; I just think that because we’re all going through so much right now, a smile wouldn’t hurt, a kind word would not cut! It may sound corny but a smile just might make a frown turn upside down!

Will not allow me to log in on the app but website will. This 7Rewards app is completely garbage. It does not allow me to log in. I put in my account ID and password and it keeps saying “The Email/password combination is not valid”. I reset my password via desktop computer and web browser. Then, I log in and everything is completely fine. To make sure, I sign out and sign in again a couple of times to make sure that my account ID and password is valid (which it is). BUT, when I try to log in via the app itself on my phone it stills tells me that my account ID/password is not valid. How can it not be valid when I can log in on the website using my computer? FIX YOUR APP! And please do not give me a scripted Developer Response to call you at your toll-free number because I already wrote a feedback response online. Just fix your app ASAP!

Great!!!. I kind of laughed when I saw 7-11 came out with a rewards card couple years ago ...I wish I would have downloaded earlier!!! This is the best rewards app/card I’ve ever used!! If you keep aware of what gives you points bonuses it’s hella easy to build up points for free 7-11 grub. I play the apps game every day lol. Takes about 5 min & is actually fun and easy way to gain 100 points daily. Any size coffee is “1 dollar” with the app and you even get points for that 1 dollar coffee!! After only less then a week got a free cheeseburger and large coffee today ...burger was actually not bad!!!

Happy puts a smile on everyone’s face. I have had the pleasure of getting to know “Happy” at the 7-11 on the corner of 320th and Hoyt. I try not to miss a night going into see him. He is always smiling and greats you with a chuckle. The store isn’t in the greatest of areas and many businesses including this store and Happy have been robbed at gunpoint yet Happy still keeps the friendly demeanor with everyone who walks into the store. As a Vet with PTSD and insomnia I always know that Happy will brighten my day even at 0300. Happy never forgets to tell me “tell your wife and kids I say hello” and we leave each night with “Stay Safe.” Happy is a true gem and you are lucky to have him manning this store.

Confusing?. I go to 7-eleven nearly everyday before work. First off, they changed the app so it’s a little harder to know when you’ve earned a free reward. Secondly, they mislead you to believe your 7th drink will be free when if you want a double gulp you’ll apparently be out of luck as they don’t seem to include those in that promotion. Which I learned the hard way by having to argue with the cashier over the fact I had a free reward and wanted my free drink. Even though the app said I had a free one the cashier couldn’t explain why it wouldn’t scan as free. I finally suggested that they just ring me up for a normal big gulp and boom, it scanned as free. So, if you buy 6 double gulps don’t expect your 7th to be free?

Get something for nothing!!!!. What an amazing app most apps are such a waste of space no benefit to the customer but not this app this app makes it so easy to rack up points quickly! I’m an overnight nurse so 7-11 is my saving grace as in LA everywhere is closed by 12 1am the latest so I’m at 7-11 every lunch break and always grAb a quick snack drink or coffee now I just scan my app until it’s almost payday and I’m broke I cash in my points and can practically get whatever I would have bought if I did have $ better though cuz it’s free!!!! Thanks 7-11 for rewarding us night owls and always keeping the coffe and sweets stocked to keep us going!!!!

Rewards program not valid at all locations. Downloaded the app and was excited to start Spending and using the rewards. But as I soon realized only certain locations would except my reward points with that being said I would have to travel to the other side of town just so I could redeem my points. No they just went to the closest 7-Eleven which is right down the street from my house the worker asked if I have my rewards card and I get excited because I’m thinking they finally have their stores that up so I replied yes I have it on my phone let me pull it up which the worker then looks at me like I’m crazy and tells me no and shows me a different card and proceeds to tell me they don’t accept and or use the 7/11 app/rewards that I had previously set up and was using. Such a total bummer that they could’ve told me this along time ago...

Issues with the app. EDITED: I am pleased they reached out and got the problem fixed, so I am changing my review to 5 stars, I stand by that I love this program and am happy I can finally use it again. I have been having issues the past few days of not being able to log in. I haven’t experienced this before and I truly love the app and the rewards y’all offer. But it does no good if I can’t get my points. I’ve had this since last summer and never had an issue. I even deleted the app and re-downloaded it, but it did not help. Please help me!

Store Locations in Hawaii???. I’ve been in Oahu for three years and there are so many 7-11 stores on the island. I tried using the app to locate any stores nearby and it says that there’s none around the area when there were clearly two locations, which were surprisingly walking distance from my house. If you can, please add the 7-11 stores located in Hawaii. I really don’t understand how this app isn’t showing any stores on the app when there are a couple stores on the island. I like the app though! Just please add the store locations in Hawaii. This will help people like me, a college student! I’ve also tried sending feedback using the app but couldn’t because I needed to choose a store location...please fix!

Very rude and disrespectful people behind the counter. The cashiers very rude and disrespectful every day I’m in there I buy roebucks God for my daughter I use my debit card and pay debit they all take it now all of a sudden this guys fighting with me screaming and yelling was very loud and rude and disrespectful I will not go in that store again and I’ve been shopping in this town for over 35 years I spend at least $200 a week in that store I’m not going into a store that’s gonna disrespect me and treat me like that sexually since the new employees there

Worst rewards app I’ve used. Here is a typical transaction with this app: I ask the cashier if I can use my app to pay and they say yes. Then they ring up my items and scan the app. Then they say they need to scan it a second time. Then they ask if they can scan it again. Then they say I need to get scanned at a different register. Then they scan it at the second register. Then they try it for a second time at the second register. This is the point where I either pay with cash or credit or just walk out. It used to work once out of every four attempts; it hasn’t worked once in the last two months. I think it was all a scam to get me to load my money onto the app, because it’s impossible for me to use it.

DELETE YOUR APP BEFORE JULY BECAUSE THEN ITS WORTHLESS!. The greedy 7-11 corporation has decided that in July they will cut your bonus points for every dollar spent by 60%! So instead of spending $32 to just get a reward of a medium cup of coffee which probably costs them less than 3 cents you will now have to spend $80 for that same 3 cent cup of coffee reward! There cutting reward points from 25 points per dollar spent to 10 points per dollar spent. On top of that all your points will expire in 90 days instead of the 366 days it used to take them to expire! SO, The card and the app and the time it takes to use them won’t be worth the hassle! And neither will shopping at 7-11 stores! *UPDATE 7/9/18, I appreciate 7-11 Rewards replying to my valid concerns as well as many other users I’m certain. All I can say at this point is that we should all take a “WAIT AND SEE” approach to how 7-11 says that their restructuring the app..

System only works half of the time. I typically drink coffee at home or work, but when I do buy coffee, I get 7 11 exclusively. The taste is the best, but a big part of it has to do with these rewards. I like working my way toward a free drink. It’s almost fun. :) 8/10 the system is working properly, but when it’s not, it’s very aggravating. Two days in a row I’ve tried to use a free drink reward and it has not worked. It only seems to ever have a problem when I’m trying to redeem a drink though. When I’m buying one of the 6, it works perfectly. I’m started to feel a little duped here.

Vanished rewards. I had over 3,000 points and they randomly disappeared. I have contacted customer service repeatedly, referencing this recent issue as well as other issues I have had with my rewards wallet where I had the rewards but they were not deducted at checkout, redeeming my points, however, not receiving the item unless I paid for it. I have had no luck at the stores in getting any issues resolved as it seems that the cashiers are more lost than the customer and I have had much less luck with customer service. Very upset; I shopped at 7-Eleven for several items, regularly, and I genuinely believed this app was functional; not anymore.

Customer service is a SKILL. I’d like to say that customer service is a skill that one can be taught however that’s not true customer service is a skill that one must want to possess you have to want to give the customer an excellent experience you have to want to see a smile on their face and make them happy that is not the experience at this 7-Eleven. I have been coming to the 7-Eleven for approximately a year now and in that year and in that year I have spent upwards of $1000 more a month by to that store and your clerk can’t even get off the phone to ring up my transaction he never speaks directly to me he points and grunts it’s unsatisfactory at best and dehumanizing the rest of the time. I wish you well in the future , how ever you will be doing it without my business.

Good app except for when it isn’t.. For the most part the app is good. But it’s pretty irritating when it doesn’t give you the points t says you earned. For example it’s says if you buy 8 bai drinks you get 5000 points. I’ve done that and the app even has them crossed off and says I’ve earned 5000 points, but yet the points aren’t added to my reward points total. I mean i like bai drinks already and will buy them anyway, but don’t lie about giving us points if you’re not really gonna give them. Thats enough to make me drive up the road to a different gas station that doesn’t have rewards but also doesn’t lie in order to get you to buy products.

App is horrible and pts no longer work. It’s been about 4 weeks now and I have gotten no new pts. I had thousands (averaged about 20k) since I go daily. I tried other 7-11 stores near and far from me and when I scan the app my name shows up on the fancy screen at checkout. So I know that part is right. If I didn’t like the local franchise owner I would just stop going to 7-11 and do 100% Sheetz. I split it 50/50 now. I submitted a form online at 7-11 website and never got a response (in IT so don’t respond and say check spam). Lousy app / pt system. I will burn the rest of my pts and just move on. You are buying “loyalty” essentially and obtaining personal info for marketing etc so if you can’t get that part right you should just shut the app down. I hope you fix it.

Reward program. I have your app and I have built up a good amount of points but every time I try to use them the app tells me I’m not connected I have no problems with my phone both internet and phone are both working fine but the app doesn’t connect as soon I pay for whatever I’m buying the points keep adding up please help my I phone is up to date. Thanks fo the reply I done both I try downloading and it took it but when I go to the store it won’t work when the person behind the counter try’s to scan it also I been to a lot of your stores and in California central cost and in Los Angeles and they have try and they telling me that it’s my phone and how is it that I have internet and both my phone works fine but as soon I buy something the points show up.

Friendly. I really enjoy coming to this one because are always friendly smiling and very helpful I know your name when you walk in and they’re been trying to really clean up this place with all the homeless standing around outside I give them all thumbs up every single one of the I really enjoyed coming to this one because you’re always friendly smiling and very helpful I know your name when you walk in and they’re been trying to really clean up this place with all the homeless standing around outside I give them all thumbs up every single one

Unusually Kind. This cashier Nikki was working when I came in last night, then as I stopped in this morning for a small coffee, SHE WAS STILL WORKING THE SAME SHIFT! You would be forgiven to assume her mood has darkened substantially over the course of the night, but Nikki hadn’t lost a step! She was just as cheerful and kind as always. It’s a rare trait to pull off being extremely patient and kind, while simultaneously keeping the line flowing very quickly. Always considering the folks in line and whether they have everything they needed or not. I hope Nikki at the Lime Avenue 7-11, in Sarasota, FL, is given a SUBSTANTIAL RAISE, because many customers feel like I do, but they don’t ever download the app or leave their opinion. In my case it’s merely an observation I’m leaving. Nikki needs a raise! She deserves one you corporate greedy pigs! Whoa, got confrontational at the end. Good Day, NJE

Haven't tested this in humans. It's clear that they've only done the minimum of testing with this app. Half the time I launch it, it hangs, but not when notifications are enabled (passive aggressive way of insisting on notifications). When a login fails, there is no meaningful information ("The data couldn't be read because it is missing"). Apparently, the only support option is support via phone, where it's not possible to share screen shots and specific information, plus their solution is exactly the same as the last suggestion: uninstall, reinstall, try again, get the exact same results, tell me they can't help me, then offer me 200 "points" that I can't use because I can't sign in to the app. I think only Burger King has a worse app, in my experience.

It’s annoying to use and it needs to be fixed ASAP, please and thank you. For some reason every time I want to try to add the 7-Eleven and Wallet app to my Wallet app on iPhone, it always says the same error massage that says “ Oops! We're sorry, something went wrong. Try again soon.“ It avoids me from not being able to scan my 7-11 wallet app and not get points because of it. PLEASE HELP FIX IT ASAP. please and thank you. So until it gets fix my review stays at a one star then again, not that that matters I just want to get the app fixed as soon as possible so I can add 7-Eleven wallet to my iPhone wallet app.

Probably one of the best points programs around. But.... I think they secretly changed how the points are calculated. Just a few months back I had over 8 thousand points. An amount I easily achieved with not even going to 7-Eleven that often. I redeemed them one day for like 3 hot dogs and 2 drinks. Fast forward to now and points don’t seem to add up as quickly as they did. Case in point:I’ve gone to 7-Eleven about 3 times in the last few days. Yesterday as of this writing I went and had 1124 points. I went today and bought just under 18 bucks worth of stuff and only got 383 points. That’s bogus. Before a purchase like that would’ve taken me way over 2 thousand points.

My points. Well I loved going to 7-11 to get my coffe and other things I liked and I had over 8000 points I was saving them up to get what I wanted so I decided to use some of my points I went in to the store and got a salad to use my points and when I opened up my app there was only 400 points I was angry so I called the 7 11 personal and they said they will look into what happened and got no response I called again and still nothing so Iam telling you all he aware they just take your points and that is so unfair now I hardly go into 7-11 to buy anything on the account of what they did I rather go to royal farms and spend my money there and get my points that they don’t take from me I very angry with 7-11

7-11 is horrible. People who run 7-11 don’t know how to run a business I go into 7-11 looking to buy nachos ask the guy at the counter where are your nachos he tells me at the back he comes checks the machine I say is everything ok can I buy some nachos he says yes I open the tray and bag of chips inside go to put some cheese on them there’s no cheese I say there’s no cheese he says there’s a lil left I tell him nothings coming out at that time another guy comes out and replaces the cheese will be ready in 30 minutes I’m not waiting 30 minutes for nachos so I set to leave but now they want me to pay the nacho chips I opened I tell them no I’m not going to pay for something they don’t have ready and there response is to yell and threaten to call the police who runs a business like this

Service!. Every time I go to my 7-11 I get the best service and I tell my friends about that. Sometimes the prices are kinda high but that’s okay because it is easy to get in and out quickly! I have been saving my change for them because some time it’s hard to get it from the bank! It’s a great place to go! I hope you pass this to them because they usually get customers with complaints and not enough praise! I worked for restaurants for over 40 years and understand the pressures of the public!

ATM problem. My debit card purchase was declined, $3.28. I tried it twice, still declined. I ended up paying cash. I had been using my debit card all day with no problem. I review my debit card transactions and $3.28 came out of my account two times. I returned to the Diamond Bar Blvd location(near Albertsons)to let them know the money was taken out of my account twice for a purchase their machine says was declined. They told me I needed to check with my bank. This was not a banking problem. I should have been reimbursed. Now, I go to this store every morning for my coffee and sometimes on my way home from work regularly. I have used my debit card and used cash with no problems. I now think this store is shady and I am telling all my friends about this experience. I will go elsewhere.

711 is the best convenient store ever. I love you 711 you have been apart of my life as far as my memory allows me to remember! The slurpees are always superb! How do you come up with the flavors? They are always on point! My kids are also hooked! Not to mention all of the great snacks you have in stock to satisfy my cravings! You even provide healthy selections! I really love the lemon bars and wish that you carried them at all of your locations (hint, hint). This new point system allows me to have something to fall back on when I don’t have any cash on me (as long as I have enough points) it is absolutely awesome! Keep up the good work!!!!!

7-Eleven workers. Dear 7-Eleven, Y’all have some of the rudest workers ever! They are the worst, ESPECIALLY middle eastern/ Indian workers. I will not be using it shopping at anymore of your stores, even though I know that each one is a franchise owned, but I can’t shake the way these foreigners buy these businesses, place them in black communities, yet consistently disrespect the very members that the community represents. You continue to give them business opportunities to be hateful and I’m done with it. We keep a lot of your businesses going but to NEVER have anything for the communities that y’all service and only blatant disrespect for your community service members is out. I’m so done with this business and all of y’all practices. I will be spending my rewards but that’s it after that. I’m completely done with you and your raciest business owners and there employees.

Can’t link card to application. I’ve enjoyed using my 7rewards card over the course of the months. Being a constant consumer I used the card frequently and accumulated well over 4000 points and several occasion. One day when pulling up my app to redeem my points I was no longer able to login. My email and password no longer valid somehow. And the points are not able to be used. I’ve called customer support and the solution provided was not helpful. Any help please would be appreciated.

Very disrespectful. The old man that works the afternoon night shift is a pig🤢 several times I have had to tell him pls do not talk to me like that saying perverted things to me and not just once over a dozen times since I live close this is unfortunately my corner store 😢just be prepared if your a pretty lady and frequently go he will start disrespecting you too ! Now I just go if it’s 110% necessary! This 7/11 is dirty inside and out and the men who work there are perverts to the fullest! FYI this is not a joke or try to harm this store this is real life experience! I pray no one else has to go through

Not stocked. I stop by this store a couple times a week and capuchino machine is empty all the time also the cream dispenser have been empty for the last couple times I been here. If I ask the attendant to refill the machine they get mad. Also I try to buy nachos and the nacho cheese dispenser is empty all the time, they don’t stock on condiments for the hotdogs. This store is really close to my house and we come here really often to refill my propane tanks and they don’t have it or at least that’s what they say. I been having to take my business to the circle k even when I have to drive a couple more minutes

The APP is great—when the stores’ have it working.. I use this APP quite a bit. The situation is that three of the stores that I frequent (one recently permanently closed) say that the platform isn’t working in their store. Today, I happened to be passing through one of the areas and saw that the parking lot was practically empty. It was, however, quite busy with neighborhood people who walked over, including one using an EBT card. I’m sure that she also didn’t get the “deal” prices. That means that, even if you show your 7-11 rewards card, you do not get the special prices or deals. You do not know that the deals aren’t available until after you’ve shopped and waited on a long line. If the store isn’t participating in the rewards program, that should be conspicuously posted near the entrance.

This app isn’t working anymore. Major OverHaul of an Update required bi-weekly and not every month only with minor update. There needs to be bi-weekly security and minor bugs update to stay current with the newer iOS. 2FA needs facial recognition for this app for newer iPhones that support it. Wallet sometimes works and sometimes not. Needs better integration with newer iOS and newer iPhones. Only app on iOS I have experienced that the wallet has too many problems reloading and using at checkout . Please update this app bi-weekly from now on for minor bugs and security updates. iOS 17.0 came out already and now this app is not compatible and not working at local 7-eleven checkout. Pleas update this App ASAP. thx!

Hot and Cold. I was put out of my home by less than honest circumstances and needed a few things, namely coffee and a lighter after I’d been yelled at, spit on, looked over and stolen from by many people. Now, I can’t get a hot coffee because even my bank accounts are frozen even though I have been exonerated by the FDIC and I can’t get a HOT cup of coffee because the benefits I receive do not allow me to purchase a warm meal or hot coffee if I am freezing? 7 eleven can help change this policy. It’s evil. That was two short months ago. I managed to fight through it and now I can buy my own hot coffee. Mainly because the app and your kind employees at the 40th and Broadway store.

It’s all good.... I got free points just for signing up. Thanks! Way to stay competitive guys. 👍🏼 I’m going to start buying gas from you too because of the points and see how it goes. One stop shop...food for me and food for my car. All the while gaining more and more points. Crazy amazing. Been looking for something like this for a while. I was doing the fuel rewards thing with Shell but something was off about it...oh I know...it’s too inconvenient to drive around to the restaurant they want me to go to...a big thing for customers is convenience. It’s huge! You guys got it right.

Bogus app. This 7Eleven mobile app is a joke it doesn't even work!! I filled out the information to register and click "Done" on the bottom and a message pops up on screen on the top saying "Oops, something went wrong. Please sign back in." How can I "sign back in" if it won't let me register?? I tried registering on the computer also and it still didn't work! The manager at my local store told me to call customer service to ask for help with completing your registration. Seriously? I have to go thru all that just to be able to register just for a free big gulp or something?? LAME!!!! When I go to the store to buy something, I just check out and pay for my items normally like I always do! No pulling out my phone, no punching in my phone # on the cash register screen...

Non Existent Customer Service/Professionalisms. Associates at store can be rude in particular one by the name of Alpha whom questioned me about a complaint she stated she saw with my name on it for the store. She went on to explain that a complaint came to the store & that they are an independent store blah blah blah.. This woman continued her rude rant for several more minutes with multiple patrons coming in & out of the store, she also made the statement she was a manager “I would hope not” is my immediate thoughts as I exited the store. My family & I visit this store often as it’s kind of the neighborhood 7/11 so they should do better independent or not customer service is universal, general & human it expresses the fact that you can effectively communicate with another individual appropriately. Some of these associates have a major issue with customer service.#YourJobIsNotThatHard

One suggestion. I am addicted to 7-11 Slurpees. But there is one thing that bothers me and sometimes I have to go to Circle K because they use this. Styrofoam cups. A Circle K slushee lasts me 10x longer than a Slurpee. I usually grab a Slurpee, go to work at 9am. By 9:45 my drink is all liquid. Now sometimes I put it in my Yeti mug after I purchase one but then I can’t have my 7-11 Mango replenishing drink. Not sure the reason you guys don’t use styrofoam, I’m thinking it’s a money thing more than an environmental thing but that’s how a Slurpee should really be served. This coming from a Slurpee addict. You’ll see from my 7-11 card that I drink usually one a day lol. Anyways please consider bringing back styrofoam. Have a great day.

The 711 on main and greenfield in ElCajon C. Has the best customer service 😀out of all the 711’s that I have been to. They take time out for every customer even when it has a long line. They make it a point to say hello to children and are very kind to the elderly as well. And that’s just something you never see in this day and age. There store is always clean and well stocked. And the folks that work there work as a team. 🙏Thank you for always being kind. Have a very blessed day and please be careful during this state of emergency due to the Corona 19 virus.

App user since 10/14. Well. It use to be a customer friendly rewarded for customers. Back in the day there were free coffee for purchase of coffees. Rewarded the same for fountain drinks. They ended these. So I stopped buying coffees and reverted to bringing my own. A drinker of 5 cups or more a day. So it did save me a bit of money when they ended the program. Still, they did offer some great deals on the rewards. Then they took away all the sandwiches. Then the 7-11 store owners got slick and raised the prices on the breakfast sandwiches. That eliminated the free breakfast rewards, as 7-11 restricts the price rewards. So I now bring my breakfast and lunches. Saving a lot of money with the 7-11 app. In fact I’ve become a non user of this app with about 5-7k worth of useless rewards.

Bonus points. So far so good the app has been working very well the only one thing is that the bonus point items in the store say +300 for certain purchases or +200 for certain purchases of two of one item or any item such as the Minute Maid juice says if you purchase to have any you have 300+ bonus points so I have purchased twice and I have not received the bonus points. So I have asked the clerk to clarify the +300 bonus points the clerk was unaware of any other scenarios and said that you’re supposed to receive the 300 points when you purchased those items. Still have not received the bonus points it’s sad but thought the program was actually working to its full potential

Amazing App Setup. I am so shocked at how awesome this app is! More ppl should def try it. In one day I got 3 FREE things. They continued to give me bonus points so I cashed em all in lol. I got a free medium sized slurpee for Free slurpee Day (super generously sized cup compared to pre-COVID days), a donut 🍩 and a bag of chips. I could have gotten different things like a drink of course since they have a list of redemptions, but it was super easy to use at the store. All the cashiers knew how to scan my phone and I had no issues. Super impressed. Will def be keeping the app and visiting 7-11 when possible. Also appreciated the hand sanitizer station too.

App is Worse After Update. Up until the update, when you prepay on the app it will give you the exact cash amount you paid for if you pick a number instead of “full”. First time getting gas since the update, and it went OVER the amount I wanted. Customer service was of no help. 2 Bonus problems I have is that they took away the 11 cent’s for 7 pumps discount BEFORE I hit 7 visits. Also, the deal they replaced it with didn’t work, as your supposed to buy 1 of the select 3 drinks. The last one could be user error for ordering more than I'm supposed to, but I’d assume that’s what they’d want. Overall this update is so bad I’m deleting the app, as of July 2023 don’t download until they patch it.

Teresa Randolph. I am federal government employee. I work for The Census Bureau. I have a computer on me for my work that has personal information on it. I am not to let go of it or give it to anyone. I have taken a sworn oath to protect the personal information in my bag. I have discussed this with several of the security guards, shown my government ID, and I have always been allowed to shop. This time a new security guard would not let me keep my bag. The woman behind the counter Maria whom I have never seen before , also refused me service and would not let me shop. Then, a young man who has waited on me several times before with my bag - refused me service. I am disturbed by the ignorance of your staff. I am also very upset, and now having been a frequent customer will no longer choose to go back to this store. This happened at the Los Angeles St. 7-11 located at Los Angeles and 2nd st.

Valuable, if you visit 7-eleven. This app is useful if you stop at 7-eleven frequently, or even occasionally. Every 7th drink is free (any size), there are deals/coupons for quite a variety of things, and you earn points to save up for additional rewards. My only gripe is that the employees aren’t always knowledgeable about how to use the deals/coupons. When I was still new to using it, I didn’t know how to redeem the coupons, and one of the employees ended up using my points to redeem a reward instead of using the coupon. I was a little annoyed, but now I’m pretty sure that the coupons adjust the total automatically when you use the app during checkout. Overall, it is an app worth having.

Too complicated. The deals are too complicated and hold up the line It says get 5000 points for buying Doritos but it doesn’t say what size or anything else just a picture of two bags of Doritos. I asked the clerk if I had the correct one and he didn’t know either, I turn around and there’s 10 people in line behind me so he jumps on the other register and I go through the app looking for other deals to get points but there are so many and my stuff is on hold tying up the register so I just grab whatever to get out of there. You need to be more specific in details about which products qualify.

The worst app ever. After having this app for roughly 5 minutes, I can most definitely confirm that this is indeed the worst app in existence. I, like many others, downloaded this app for the simple purpose of obtaining my free slurpee on July 11. But this app denied this request by refusing to allow me access to a “loyalty account.” For this one reason alone I was denied my slurpee, which, as an American, I view as my constitutional right on the day of July 11 every year. I am frankly and utterly irate. If you are considering downloading this app, I urge you not to. No matter how much you want that free slurpee, the conditions this horrid company puts you through to earn it outweighs its deliciousness. Never before have I ever had this feeling of outrage towards 7/11. I always viewed you as the nice but very strange corner store I could come to to get a slurpee and rent a Redbox movie, but after this experience, I know I will never view you in the same light. Our relationship has been destroyed and I now know it is forever irreparable. Goodbye 7/11. Today, you have lost a valuable customer, and I hope my fellow brethren will come to the same realization as myself.

This app is trash!. If I could give this app no stars I would! This is the second time this app won’t let me sign in! The first time was with my email. For some reason it kept telling me unable to connect and to try again later. After trying for days to sign back in and getting the same error I finally made a new account. I started a new account and logged in through my Facebook the second time and now it’s doing the same thing again. I have lost thousands of points because of these 2 errors and now I can’t sign in to either of my accounts. After reading through your other reviews I see this isn’t uncommon yet you’ve done nothing to fix it. So thank you for robbing me, I will no longer be using your app or your businesses.
