This app is awesome.. This app is so good and no I’m not a bot if ur wondering. Some or even most of these comments are complaints and all though they may be right, I haven’t had any problems yet. So far I just got this app and I’m 4-5 days in since u can only cash out if u have been a member for at least 72 hours (3 days) and I have already made $20 working on $30. This app is so useful if u just want to earn a little extra money for in app purchases like Pubg and fortnite. Although the downside is that you only get iTunes gift cards, those that have a iPhone have a better advantage with this app which I do. They email u ur gift card and u simply redeem it onto ur acc. I have bought UC dollars and even the royal pass from Pubg using this app. As for right now I have no complaints or even problems. Thank u to the creators of this app u are truly generous!

Effective and consistent, but with a glaring problem. After using QuickThoughts for some months now, this app is definitely one of the most consistent ways to earn through surveys compared to the other apps out there, and for that alone I’d recommend it. However, there is a problem with the app’s interface: Often in a survey there is media that needs to be played in order to proceed with the survey, and more often than not the QuickThoughts browser cannot or will not play the media. This makes it so that you have to cancel the survey in progress, effectively wasting the time you spent filling it out up to that point and also preventing you from receiving the disqualification compensation. This has happened more than it should and is the most glaring problem of the app, and support has not acknowledged this problem when I brought it up a few months ago. I’d be happy to re-review once this is fixed.

this is a horrible app.. I downloaded this app because my brother told me about it so me my brother and my sister had the same acc and we almost had 20 dollars we 19 and something cents but my sister practically got us banned because she kept on answering the questions “wrong” and they keep on saying “your opinions matter”. And so then my brother made a new acc and we both used it but not my sister because we didn’t want to get banned again but I would get a gift card for her. when I was about to have enough money for what I wanted. IT BANNED ME. Right when I finished the survey I hate this app and now when my brother finds out he’s going to prob make a new acc and get mad at me he’s prob not going to give me the acc.😒 I’ve been doing surveys since yesterday and today but they wouldn’t give me two dollars when I finished them completely they just said at the end of it “thank you for doing the survey” and there was no exit out of it except the arrow but when you press that you get out of it but with no points. This had been happening to me for 2 full days. So I decided to email them about it and they haven’t responded yet prob bc THEY BANNED ME this app is the reason why i’m crying rn. Thanks a lot quick thoughts my life is sooo much better now. 😐

Requires a lot of patience but works!. At first it was fine, gave you 5 surveys a day to help you easily make $5 for the first day. Then they screw you hardcore allowing the last $1 (to reach $10) the hardest task possible. Making you waste hour after hour waiting for a survey that is “compatible”. For instance, you click male for the survey? Oh, nope “not compatible”. You spend 5 minutes in a survey? “Oh oops something went wrong!” Horrifying. Completely wastes your time just to make it seem like you can get a benefit from helping others. I guess this app is just a one way street and it’s pathetic. If and when these surveys are actually legit, I’ll edit and fix my review. Until then this seems more so like a scam than anything. Edit: Later on they actually sent in legitimate surveys, ended up working and got my $10. This is legit and a great way to help others if you have the patience. (Took me about 30 hours to make $10)

It's great until they ban you and keep your earnings. I loved QuickThoughts. I told all my friends about it. Over the course of five months I really enjoyed sharing my opinions and occasionally trying samples. And sure, there were hiccups. Some surveys seemed to deliberately get all your answers before claiming you didn't qualify some 20 minutes later. Sometimes I brought it to QuickThoughts attention and sometimes I didn't, but they were usually quite good about compensating me when it was clear I'd spent a lot of time. Because of this, I assumed they were a good and honest operation. Then one day I tried to log in and they had banned me. Mind you it took a few weeks of nagging them to be told that. And like an idiot, I had over $60 in my earnings that I was saving for a gift for my son. Their terms state they can do that and keep your money, and they did. I'm a rule follower. I even exited surveys after qualifying sometimes, if I felt I wasn't able to provide good data. I followed all the rules, took my time, answered honestly always, and they banned me without any explanation other than a form letter saying I'd somehow violated their terms and conditions. So while it was great while it lasted, beware. Cash out the minute you reach $10 and don't be surprised when they blacklist you.

It’s Great Until It’s Not. I had the app for only a few hours before it blacklisted needs for “fraudulent activity”. I was super confused about why this would happen as I wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary; just reading surveys and answering them as honestly as possible. I see now after reading reviews that I’ve had the same exact issue as half of you people. I’m a fast reader. So fast that it shocks people sometimes and I have people asking me “did you even read that?”. So I’m assuming my account was flagged for...being too fluent? It’s just an extremely faulty system. I intend to fight with the developers about it...if I can even get something more than a bot to respond to me. But the descriptive options to choose when you contact them don’t even touch on this issue that so many people obviously have. It just gives you the option to complain about a glitch with a survey or something. The reason I’m so angry is because it’s actually a great app; I’ve never earned so fast on any other survey taking app so fast. But they really need to improve their flagging and banning system because clearly it’s pretty faulty. If I can get a real person to talk to me instead of getting an automated email from - you guessed it - a bot, then I’ll change my review.

Edit of first review. Okay, so... Granted I am “intelligent” according to standardized testing yada yada...but I got shut down temporarily for apparently answering questions too quickly. Once they reviewed the surveys I’d taken, they decided to reactivate my account. My only problem with that is that they could’ve handled it a lot better than just shutting me out and making me wait a week in order to understand why they shut down my account without notice. What was happening is that the computer assumed I may not have been actually answering the questions but just trying to put whatever answer in, in order to get past to the next screen and be done with it, in order to get the pay for it. In actuality, I’m an extremely fast reader, like, very fast. Once they read my responses, and realized I wasn’t actually trying to cheat the system, they reactivated my account with all the previous money I’d earned, so in all fairness, they did fix the problem fairly quickly...for this kind of an app, a week isn’t that bad of a turnaround time, I suppose. Just be aware. That said, if you’re willing to invest the time for a small payout, it does add up over time. Having a $10 iTunes credit here and there for answering a bunch of questions at my leisure is a decent deal.

Does work, but I do not recommend. First of all, it disqualified me for practically every survey I did no matter what I chose. I was only able to earn about 0.40 after about 2 days. Sometimes the surveys take longer than expected and after about an hour of taking a survey, they disqualify me and don’t give me a penny back for the amount of time I spent. I am a fast reader. Second of all, right when I was about to redeem the gift card, they deactivated my account, claiming that I was just messing around in the surveys to get my money when I was actually reading each question carefully and selecting my answers. I do not think there is a valid reason for why my account got deactivated. I honestly think they just want me to spend time on their app making me think I was gonna get rewarded for it. Please deactivate my account. I spent a good amount of time and effort on it. Oh and be careful about taking certain surveys because those types of surveys are there to just take your personal info. The app is also buggy too.

Do Not Use This App!. I should have read the comments before wasting my time on this. Worked great initially. I was able to redeem $30 dollars worth of gift cards. When trying to redeem the last one, the app made me update the version and then shut my account off before I was able to obtain my gift card. Customer service took over a week to respond and told me they shut down my account due to “issues”. After a few more emails, the only thing they could tell me is that my account was flagged for concerns about the thoughtfulness and attentiveness of my answers. After taking several surveys, it becomes easier to answer the demographic information quickly. I did take considerable time to write feedback and responses wherever appropriate. I thought the purpose of surveys is to give your opinion. I don’t understand how my opinion is not thoughtful. Very disappointed in the communication and how my issue was handled. They also would NOT allow me to redeem the gift card that I already earned. Complete waste of my time.

Glitchy.... I used to think this app was a fairly solid, decent survey app. I’ve had much better luck with it than any of the other survey apps or sites. But that said, I’ve been finding it extremely frustrating lately! More often than not, there’s some kind of glitch in the survey and it freezes, forcing me to exit it with no way of going back to finish and collect my reward. It’s also getting harder and harder to qualify for surveys, but the worst thing is you’ll spend 10 minutes on a survey, answering many detailed questions, just to have it kick you out and tell you “you’re not a good fit for the survey” towards the end. This is ridiculous!!! At that point you’ve already answered most of their questions. It shouldn’t take more than a handful of questions to determine eligibility. Also you’re supposed to get $0.10 for your trouble for the surveys you don’t qualify for, but it’s hit-or-miss. Sometimes you get it, sometimes you don’t. If they could just fix those issues, it’d be a 5 star app.

Worked great, at first. So I got up to $26 on this app. A few days ago I took 2 surveys and just before I finished them (literally the last question on both surveys, and having spent like 30 minutes on each) I got disqualified. Then to top it off, after I got disqualified from the second survey, my account got locked. I have sent 2 emails to the support team that clearly states you will receive a message back “within 24 hours or less” to quote, and have not received anything in the last couple days... don’t call it support within 24 hours or less if you can’t go by that. Won’t be using again, clearly shady and unreliable.. I also wish I had my time back spent on this, or at least my $30 I technically earned so I could move on.. UPDATE: So I finally got ahold of the “support team” and they told me that I was suspended from the app and I am no longer allowed to complete surveys on here. I spent so much time to get up to $30 and now just because I wanna cash out, you wanna suspend me? Is that it, huh? Total junk app, waste of time and I urge everyone to not support this developer. Like I said before clearly shady and unreliable, and yeah for those of you actually getting your money, congrats to you! You managed to be one of the lucky few they choose to give money to...

Love the app. Obviously this is not the first survey app I have ever tried, but out of all of them this one is the best. I love spending money on games so the 10$ iTunes gift card you get for redeeming every 10$ you get from surveys is great. Unlike other Survey apps this app gives me from 1$ - 5$ on one survey depending on what type it is, and if the survey is not for you they still give you 10 cents for your troubles. I also really like how if there is a problem you send them there issue and in under 24hrs they will contact you back. I recently had a problem where I was halfway through a survey and I was kicked from it because of my internet, actually this happened twice. I contacted them about it and they gave me my 2$. I know this because my balance went from 7.20$ to 9.20$. The one thing that is really big is it isn’t a scam like others or you have to do like 700 videos to get like on thing, in two days I made 10$ and it only took me 20 - 30min a day, now tell me that isn’t good. Know I cannot force you to download the app but you can. Really just try it out I did and I don’t regret it. Thank you for listening.

Don’t waste your time!!. This app is just a scam. I would give it 0 stars if it were possible. I used it with no issues for approximately 5 weeks, and then once I tried to redeem my almost $50, I was suddenly banned. I wrote in to support to receive a literal copy/paste response... “Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account. As a member of our program you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys. When we have concerns about any of these program rules we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accounts. We do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when account issues have been identified. At this time your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website. Thank you for your understanding.” I know I did not break any of their “rules,” so it was very frustrating to lose that money and time I spent earning it. I emailed them three times, and got the same exact response every time. I never could get an ACTUAL response from someone. Don’t waste your time... obviously they are just fishing for your information, and don’t actually pay out the rewards..

It WONT WORK. So I had Quick Thoughts years ago and it did worked. I did get money. I decided to download it again after many years again on a different phone. I open the app and decided to create a new account. I put in all the detail for creating an account like address and name and all that. After I finished, I pressed Continue but all it did was load for like 2 seconds and bring me back to the creating account page. So I pressed continue again and the exact same thing happened again and again and again. So I swiped closed the app and opened it again. Tried creating a new account again by filling all the details AGAIN AND IT DID THE EXACT SAME THING🙄🙄🙄. So then I tried logging in with my old email and password, and I did put in the correct information. So when I pressed log in, all it did was load for a second and nothing happened. Did not take me to a new page or anything. Just stayed on the log in screen. So very disappointed and will be deleting this app for good since is serve no use other than waste time.

Fraudulent. This app is wonderful when it works but at least once every few months my account gets flagged and shut down for weeks at a time. Right now it says it’s shut down for fraudulent activity?!?! The only thing fraudulent is them holding my money from me. Just be warned. Update: my account was closed due to “fraudulent behavior “. I’ve been in this panel for years and have never been fraudulent with them. They just didn’t like that I was making so much money. I still have money in there I doubt I will see. Im going to the BBB. DO NOT USE THIS THIS APP. Update: I was given my account back after they realized my account is not fraudulent. I recently asked for a YTD account so I could see what I’ve made for tax reasons. It took three separate emails and me reminding them that they must provide this information by law to get it because even though my account is supposed to show me this information it just says no history available. After giving me my YTD history QuickThoughts has suspended my account. They definitely aren’t on the up and up and do not play fairly.

Actually works !!!. Ay I’ve been downloading a ton of these apps ever since I was like 11 and this is the first time in my life that it actually worked and isn’t a scam. I earned enough credits the first day I got it the only problem is it made me wait until I’ve been a member for 72 hours to redeem it, I guess that’s fair though. Anyways I’m actually surprised it worked for me and I’m definitely happy with this app. - - Second review — I just redeemed my second iTunes card! I’m extremely happy with this app! Definitely the best of its kind :) I do have some things I think are wrong with it though. 1) I really wish you could tell how long the survey will be before you click on it. 2) I also wish that ALL of the surveys have a percentage meter on it that tells you how far you’ve gone, some of them have it but not all of them. 3) I would love to be able to earn $ for inviting friends and having them type in my Id. 4) It would be very helpful if you guys could add more 5 min surveys. Thank you :)

Don’t waste your time. Downloaded this app and I was able to complete about 10 surveys, all good and no issues. Then I quit for a few hrs and went back before bed to do some more and the app would not let me log in, suggesting me to contact the support team, which I did explaining my issue. I don’t leave reviews for any apps but after being taken advantage from this company, I figure I’d try to save somebody else from falling into this like I did.

This app is a scam and does not want to pay out.. I downloaded this app about a month ago. At first there were many surveys to complete, but then they became less frequent. This frequency worked out to 1 per day which worked well for my schedule. When I finally finished enough to get my first reward and attempted to cash out is when all of my trouble started. First, the app could not verify my phone number. I sent a help ticket. A few days later I get an email that my phone number should work. I go to sign in only to find that my account was blacklisted for fraudulent activity. I sent another help ticket very upset. This time it took almost a week for them to get back to me and they have decided that I was not being truthful in my answers. They were “very sorry, but this was a part of their quality control.” It’s odd that the only time over the month long period they had an issue with my account was when I wanted to cash out. It’s not worth your time and has proven to be a scam instead of a legitimate enterprise. I should have listened to the other 1 star reviews of this app.

Beware of cash out issues. Sign up was quick and surveys were available right away. I qualified for surveys, took my time and answered thoughtfully. At no point was I told my answers were inconsistent or being flagged for review. After several days I accumulated enough points to cash out. Upon cashing out I was told my account had been flagged. I contacted customer service and over a week later got a reply that my account has been terminated due to inconsistent responses. I was told that I was only allowed one account. This seems odd since I only had one account and at no point did I offer answers that were inconsistent. Leads me to believe it was a canned response with just the typical reasons why an account can be flagged. I also find it funny they had zero issue with my answers upon completing surveys it was only after I requested a payout that they had a problem. Upon further research it appears the owner of the site is Dynata and a significant amount of people have complained about the same thing across their many operations. Please be aware and think twice before downloading and using this app.

Dishonest company. I had this app for a few months and was able to earn enough rewards to get a couple of $10 iTunes gift cards, which was great. However, like so many others, a few weeks ago I couldn’t log in, so I emailed support. After they looked into the problem, I just received an email saying that my account was suspended - “As a member of our program, you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys.” I have completed surveys with other companies before this one, and through all, I have been honest, and have taken my time to provide accurate and thoughtful responses. In fact, in most of these surveys, they have a few “trigger” questions that make sure that people are paying attention and if they provide the incorrect response, you get kicked out, which has never happened to me before. In my opinion, once accounts earn a certain amount or cash out a certain amount at a time, then that is what “flags” an account. I just wish that this company wasn’t being dishonest about what they are doing. Don’t even bother. Unless you want to spend time completing surveys to earn rewards, and then having your account flagged when you are ready to cash out. And now that I have read the other most recent reviews, I am convinced that this company doesn’t have the money to pay people anymore.

My review(not pleased at all). I have used this app for years and have deleted and redownloaded it multiple times, it’s legit HOWEVER Dynata tends to be very ban happy so I don’t recommend this app for beginners…. I recommend everyone who installs this app only do 1-2 surveys a day to avoid getting unjustly suspended/banned just for being a “bot” or getting flagged over “suspicious activity”. I’ve been suspended multiple times just by answering surveys back to back(even though I read and answer carefully). Tread carefully with this app but I personally do not recommend it at all. 💯 —————————————————————————— P.S. I highly recommend everyone to contact the BBB(better business bureau) just in case anyone gets unjustly suspended/banned for false claims of “suspicious activity” Edit: So I was unfortunately permanently suspended for whatever random claims of “multiple account violations” whatever that means…so I asked for the specific reasons seeing as I’m not aware of what happened just to simply receive a typical generic reply of “unfortunately, we cannot discuss the specific reasons why as it would compromise our data security”…..utter rubbish!!! What kind of company doesn’t inform their users on why they were specifically suspended or whatnot. Truly, this is nothing but irresponsible and suspicious if you ask me….not to mention ridiculous!

Miss leading waste of time. I originally had downloaded this app because it was a condition to download the app and use it for at least 30 seconds in order to get a different app that I want it I figured I might as well just check it out the part that is misleading as the fact that it lists it’ll be a dollar per survey and then in small print it says even if the survey is not a good match you will get $.10. I’ve taken at least for now and every single one says sorry this survey is not a match and it gives me $.10. The survey that is actually leading me to delete the entire app is a survey they had for Covid that said it was going to take about 20 minutes and it would give three dollars I thought that was pretty cool I took the survey it was general questions and at the end of course it says the survey is not a good match and it gave me $.10 for 20 minutes of my time how is it not a match when it’s asking personal questions about myself and my family are they wanting me to use specific answers in order to fit how they want the survey to be answered to be publicized? I would not recommend

Problems Galore. When the app is working, its pretty good. Every other survey app it takes forever to get enough to cash out. This app only takes about an hour or 2 to cash out (which is $10) But...thats about it. Theres so many complaints of people being banned for doing absolutely nothing, customer service not responding until weeks later (just for a copy and paste reply) as if they are a super busy company like HBO go, etc. Some surveys are ridiculously long when it said it was only a 15 min survey and next thing you know its been a whole hour. Oh and even sometimes either the long survey crashes or they kick you out near the end if you answered a question “too fast” or happened to be the race they don’t want or dont speak mostly Spanish 😭(without getting the 10 cent compensation) Right now, no ones able to make an account and people have their rewards pending for days without getting any information on whats going on. Its a hit or miss app.

Scam! They never pay out!. I just started using this and several other survey apps a few weeks ago. A few days ago, I wasn’t able to login to my account for Quick Thoughts. After emailing support, I was at first told my account would be fixed within 48 hours. However, today I received an email saying my account has been suspended indefinitely for violating one of their rules, and I was told that I have to be “thoughtful and attentive” with my responses. I have been taking my time and answering truthfully and consistently, and I haven’t had an issue with any other survey apps flagging my account. It looks like I’m not the only one having this problem, and it’s been going on a while. Basically, this company is making free money for themselves by having people take surveys, and then “conveniently” finding the users in violation of their terms before they are expected to pay out. Save yourself the waste of time and use another survey app. Google Opinions and Survey Monkey are two reliable alternatives.

Worst App Ever. If I could give a no star rating I would have. Upon creating my account they deactivated my account in less than 4 hours before I get the chance to even use it. I contact their support and days later it was deactivated. I have this app for less than 3 months and have had plenty of issues with it. Couple of times it wouldn’t allow me to redeem my balance. About 3 weeks ago they deactivated my account again out of the blue, I have about $7.60 on my balance. I email asking why I can’t login into my account and why it was deactivated. It took them close to a month before I could get a response. Once they responded they told me my account had violated their terms and conditions and that they are permanently deactivating my account with my points balance. Such a waste of time. I don’t understand how doing just surveys can violate terms on conditions. I only use this app because of the positive reviews but all I have had is negative experience with this app. I have never had any issues with any other apps I have used and continue to use. Never been deactivated before. I know that response was a BS and the owners of this app is dirty no good people. It’s the worst app ever. Stay away and don’t download it cause you will regret it. Try a different app. Good luck to those who heed my warnings.

Shady Company Do Not Install!!!!!. Shady company who make money on consumer data & they never pay you. From what I’ve seen they use to pay a small amount of people but now it looks like everyone is getting the same message so you can’t complete anymore surveys. Because they got enough data from you & they don’t want to PAY YOU! Terrible app SHADY company. I always answered accurately & the surveys did take some time. I got up to $7.50 & then got locked out. Figures when I get close to the $10 it said “Unfortunately we are unable to record your participation in this survey”. This message popped up on surveys I haven’t even done. So there letting you earn money until you get close to the $10 or a higher dollar amount then they lock you out. You rack up money and eighth before you try to cash it in for your gift card you get locked out. So they don’t have to pay you! So there getting paid for data & not paying the people who are actually completing the survey. Time is priceless this app just wasted so much of mine!! I gave this 5 stars to it would appear at the top.

Better. Beware this App is a scam. Do not download!!!!! They will screw you over. I downloaded this thinking it would be a nice way to save up for some app money that my kids could use in Pokémon go. I wish I would have read the other reviews because it looks like a lot of people are running into the same issues. I completed their surveys over a two week period and earned $20 in rewards but when I went to redeem the rewards the app froze and when I tried to log back in I got an error message that said their was an issue with my account. After contacting their customer service and waiting for 4 days I received their standard message that my account has been suspended. The reason they give for the suspension is not being thoughtful and attentive in my answers which I’ve done nothing but answered Accurately. Their measuring means are off and it’s just a waste of time for most people. Don’t make the same mistake. You will get scammed. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!!!! I’m reporting them to the better business bureau. They have worked hard to fix the issues they were having. I’ve been happy with the app recently and have been able to redeem rewards.

I loved it until... This app was my holy grail. I was frustrated with a game I have been playing for years because I really wanted to spend real money to be able to succeed more. I had spent about $50 of my own money when I was told about Quick Thoughts and it changed my life. I loved this app and never planned to stop using it until about a week and a half ago my app stopped working and said “account error” whenever I tried to log in. I emailed support and waited for a reply. I received an email the next day saying they were reviewing my account and would hopefully get it back to me in a couple days. After about a week and a couple more emails to and from Quick Thoughts, I was told my account should be working in 48 hours in two different emails. After 4 days, my account still was not working. I emailed them one last time yesterday and received an email today saying my account was suspended because I violated their terms by “not being thoughtful and attentive”. Now I am a very fast reader and thought that was a good thing until today. I don’t feel I should be penalized for reading quickly. You could easily review my answers and see I was being truthful and taking my time. I’ve see many others with the same or a similar problem as mine. Unless Quick Thoughts addresses this problem of mine and many others, I stand by my review and advise everyone to read VERY slowly if you choose to download this app.

Great app. This is a pretty solid app when it comes to survey taking. I like that they tend to offer higher rewards for each survey opportunity afforded to you, especially compared to other apps/websites that offer the same. The only problems I have encountered so far are technical ones. I experienced a situation a few minutes ago where I was more than halfway into my $2.00 survey that I had qualified for and each time I tried to click the 'next' button to move on to the next screen, the app would glitch and refuse to move. After waiting several minutes for it to fix itself, I was given an error message instead and lost all chances of completing it for my reward. This is understandable if it happens in the beginning when you are trying to qualify for surveys, but it becomes unforgivable when you are qualified and have already dedicated your time to completing it when it kicks you out due to technical issues. I would be more willing to overlook it this once if it wasn't happening as much as it is. I feel as though this app has great potential and just needs to focus of perfecting these types of technical difficulties so they don't lose users.

Unreasonably ban happy. I was really pleased with this app and made around $50 in iTunes gift cards. The surveys were kind of fun sometimes and generally easy to do. However. When I was redeeming two gift cards the last time, I received one and when I went to switch back to the QuickThoughts app, it wouldn’t let me log in again. I passed it off as system maintenance and would get my other gift card later. I have not been able to log in since. I contacted customer service with a screenshot of the error. I received a response saying they had permanently suspended my account based on some sort of quality control and “taking the validity of their surveys seriously,” but are unable to provide evidence of anything I may have done. The last survey I did allowed for a lot of writing about the cars I have driven. I wrote a ton about my fondness of Toyota. Apparently this isn’t “valid” enough for them. So it’s good while you can get it, but don’t expect to use it long term and cash out gift cards as soon as you get them, but do expect to be angry that they are scamming people for their consumer data without paying.

Great for earning rewards. This is a great app if you’re looking to build up credits for games or for paying for your Apple Music Subscription. I’ve had a few surveys that have glitched out while taking them. Also, my biggest complaint is some surveys will take you 75% through (or as in the case of just a moment ago 100%) and then tell me I’m not qualified. This is unacceptable and the developers should make the companies that want our opinions be more specific about what qualifies and what doesn’t pertaining to the survey takers. If I pass the first part and I begin the survey, don’t kick me because you don’t like how I’m answering the survey. You have ASKED for my opinion. Overall, most surveys pay well and other than what has been mentioned, it’s worth it.

We do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when account issues have been identified. At this time your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website. Thank you for your understanding.- Just so you guys know, this app when you first downloaded it will take you right away to your profile despite not having any. Once you got log out after earning lots of money, their tech support will pop up. Once you sent them that the app isn’t working. After a week, they will send you an email just like mine from above. Started off great. Like my title says, it started off great. I earned about $30 in 3 days. Had a bit over $30, so I cashed out for 3 $10 iTunes gift cards in one day, started saving up for another one. It wasn’t too hard to reach another $10, but when I tried to cash that out, it said there’s a problem with my account and to contact customer service. I’ve done so and received no response. From what I’ve seen online, QuickThoughts is “quick” to swing their ban hammer when they think people are answering surveys too rapidly. As the previous reviewer mentioned, I am also a fast reader, so it’s not difficult for me to complete surveys fast. It seems as if I’ve been banned for the simple crimes of being able to speed read and having an addiction to in-app purchases that makes me spend an inordinate amount of time in completing surveys. Don’t waste your time with this one. Or, if you do, cash out quickly and don’t look back. I’ll gladly edit this review if that changes, but for the time being, I think this is a fair score.

Previous review was very critical but…. My previous review was very critical. I had a lot of problems with my account being wrongfully deactivated, probably over several times. I think it all has something to do with their security system being kinda bad. I believe if you go through a survey too quickly your account gets disabled until you reach out to customer service to resolve the issue. Anyways, that’s the number 1 con about this about. Now, let’s get to the pro (which highly outweighs the con). I kid you not I started using this app again back in July and have made $1000 💵💸in Amazon/iTunes gift cards from being a loyal and dedicated user to this app. $1000 in 3-3.5 months it’s absolutely astonishing and beats any other survey app I’ve ever used in my life (and I’ve tried over 50 different surveys apps/sites). Nothing beats QuickThoughts. At first, you may think what I’m saying is ridiculous. Though, if you put the effort in and use the app enough, you’ll realize how easy it easy to make money with this app and just how great this app is compared to other survey apps where you only make like 50 cents a day. This app has its problems, like many, but that should not stop you from giving this app a try. It has truly helped me out a lot and I was able to buy a lot of stuff I’ve always wanted with the money I made off this app‼️‼️ Note: This is NOT a paid review 🚫

Scam Behavior. Someone suggested I give this app a try as a way to earn iTunes cards for a mobile game I like to play. The surveys were easy and frequently available and I earned $13 in a few days which seemed fantastic despite how often the surveys will crash or how often you will not qualify. I went to cash out for a gift card but was told accounts must be active for 78 hours before redemption. No problem. I come back several days later and attempt to redeem my card then and am told that there’s an error with my account and I’ve been blacklisted for supposed fraudulent behavior and am now locked out and am being denied my gift card which was the entire point of downloading this app in the first place. This feels incredibly shady, especially after taking a look at reviews from others and seeing how common this experience is. They appear to ban on a whim and collect your earnings without any qualms and leaving the user taken advantage of. They’re collecting your data from you and then stealing your pocket change to add insult to injury.

Waste of Time. Like other reviews, when I went to claim my first reward, my account stated it was suspended and to contact customer service. I did so, explaining my account was locked and to please reinstate as my answers were accurate and my account is not fraudulent. Like the other reviews, I read fast and it does not take me long to provide my answers and opinions- which would make this app a great opportunity for me to provide feedback and earn iTunes cards in the process. Win/win right? Well about a week later when customer service was finished “reviewing” my account, they decided that they thought it was actually inaccurate/fraudulent and have suspended my account permanently. All of the time invested and rewards earned was for absolutely nothing. The app glitches, half of the surveys have formatting issues that make them difficult, if not impossible to complete properly. As an iPhone app, they should only show surveys that are formatting compatible with iPhone screen size but that’s too much to ask. Try to complete these to the best of your ability with accurate information and you’re subject to being blocked. I decided I’d waste just a little more of my time over this app reviewing it in hopes that others will be aware of the issues and not end up completely screwed over as well.

Don’t bother.. I had this app for a couple of years and actually was able to redeem one iTunes card. Then I had so much trouble with their app and actually qualifying for and completing surveys that I just quit. When I gave it another try a while later my account had been locked and I had to get it reinstated. I still never qualified for any surveys and the app crashed constantly. I thought I would try again recently and I was locked out again. When I contacted support they respond like they don’t even have an app (like they NEVER MENTIONED THE APP AT ALL) and I was asked very invasive questions even about what internet provider I used. I felt most of the info they asked for was unnecessary to just get my account unlocked. They reinstated my account with a "warning" but I still have no idea why I got a warning or what it could be about? I logged back in and found all my earnings (I had $7.50 accrued) was missing. I went back to the email thread I had and asked where my funds went and I have received no response. I finally just deleted this the other day because I’m sick of fighting with it. Don’t waste your time. I wish I could give less than one star. But I did at least redeem one card (but it took forever to earn enough to get it) so I guess one star is fair.

Great if you’re desperate. Ok so I downloaded this app a little under a month ago in hopes to earn enough enough iTunes credit to buy an in app purchase on one of my favorite games (that I swear to never spend real money on). At first, everything went well. I took some surveys, and began racking up dollars. However, I began to notice that I would get 90% through some surveys and suddenly have a “glitch” that would force me to have to click cancel. It was a well placed “glitch”, because the survey would get what they wanted out of me but not actually have to reward me. In addition, the game DOES NOT give you unlimited surveys, after you use up the surveys on your dashboard there appears to be a “find more surveys” option, but it only works about 50% of the time. I estimate that the app only is willing to give you about 20 surveys a day, if which maybe 5 of which you will qualify for and be able to receive the reward. Also, if you need this app real fast, maybe if there’s a sale on a game or in- app purchase, you are out of luck. You can’t redeem a gift card until 72 hours from downloading this app. Last, this app is extremely glitchy, and does not let you turn it horizontally which some surveys require. Be warned, this app, while it seems cool, is only really good if your desperate.

Was good in the beginning. I loved this app when I first started using it a few months ago. I easily redeemed over $250 in iTunes gift cards. I had a few issues with surveys crashing/not giving rewards a few weeks ago. I sent it two help tickets and never got any real response back—just some randomly generated response. About a week ago, I stopped getting surveys, and when I tried to redeem the $20 in my account, I could not. I sent in another help ticket and get a generic response back that didn’t not address my particular problem. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling thinking maybe that would install any updates, and now I can’t log in at all. I’m expecting to be told that my account has violated their terms, like others here. If my issue is resolved and I get my $20 back, I’ll change my review. But in the meantime, I’m really disappointed at what started out for me as a wonderful app. Use at your own risk. Your account might get locked for no reason and you’ll lose your rewards.

Waste of time. So I downloaded the app and made the $10 payout. Went to cash out and it said they had to review all new accounts and it would take 72 hours. Ok no problem. I waited 72 hours tried to cash out got same message. Contacted customer service they said if you try to cash out before the 72 hours again it resets your time. So I gave it a week and tried again. Once again my account under review. Reached out to customer service again and they said the suspended my account for multiple accounts even though I only had one. I asked them to let me know what other accounts I had and now they said after review my account was suspended, but didn’t give a reason why. This company is making false promises and having people waste time in surveys and not paying us out what we are owed. I only have one account which is why they can’t tell me what other accounts I have. Don’t waste your time. There is other survey apps out there that don’t give as much money but do pay out. Zap is one of them.

Glitch Heaven - Don’t bother downloading. I downloaded this app about a week ago. Problems started from the beginning. I entered what seemed like an endless amount of info only to have the app freeze! You literally could not to anything! I had to slide it off the top to close it. Went back in, almost the same thing happened, but when I got to submit (the info entered), it paused and said it was unable to proceed at this time, to try again later! Third time was the charm. Now more problems. You pick a survey that from the front, says will take 6 min, but when you click on it, it now says 15 min to complete. I wouldn’t know the actual amount of time because it either ‘glitches’ and locks up everything, or after a couple of questions, it says you don’t qualify and gives you a whole DIME instead of the $1.00. After ALL the questions you have to fill out in the beginning to find surveys you qualify for, the surveys offered should already be ones you qualify for! I’ve deleted this app and will be contacting Apple because I think this is borderline fraud. Especially after reading a previous comment. I would like to know how much in total they have actually paid out? I’m betting it is around ZERO!

Nope. Don't bother.. I spent an HOUR taking what was supposed to be a 20 minute survey, and was cheated out of the promised reward. I submitted the first ticket forever ago. Finally, weeks later, someone responded, asking for information (what was the survey about, blah blah) It had been so long that I had to login online (not into the app, as it offers nothing as far as necessary information goes) in order to look at my survey history. When I did this, I saw that the survey in question was marked: Unfinished! What? Are you kidding me? So I replied with the info I was asked to provide, and included the above-mentioned. That it was marked as unfinished. I spent an HOUR on that thing. This was three weeks ago. I'm being ignored. I've decided that this is all too stupid to worry about, and am deleting the app. I don't recommend bothering with QuickThoughts. It's not "quick" and you won't receive what you're promised at the end. Then? No one will assist you when you ask why. This app, along with their customer service team -for the birds. Garbage. Don't waste your time.

This is okay I guess. I rather have other options than an iTunes gift card. Few things I don’t like. 1. You can’t turn the screen at least I can’t. So over half of the surveys require screen scrolling to read really wide surveys. 2. Some of the surveys are super long and I find repetitive. I did a 30 minute survey that was terribly boring. Probably asked the same questions four times but in different ways. 3. There are hardly any short surveys. Almost all seem to be 20+ minutes. Some will be screening you for up to 5+ minutes then decide you’re not the right fit. So you waste at least 5 minutes. 4. For some reason with my new iPhone XR it tells me I have a new survey but when I go in, there isn’t anything new. But if you go in via the notifications screen right away it will take you into a survey. But it won’t show you took it or update your money. I’ve double checked this on my iPad to see that it’s in fact an issues with iPhone XR.

DO NOT USE. I downloaded this app because I wanted to buy a game on the App Store without spending my own money. It only took me a couple of days, but I managed to qualify for and complete $10 worth of surveys. However, when I went to cash out my prize. I was met with an account error and was told to contact support. I sent my support form and it took three days for them to respond. In the response email, they told me that they had to suspend my account because I either owned more than one account or answered the questions too fast. First off, I will admit that I did have another account. But that was only because my old account suddenly stopped working and allowing me to sign in. I also got no help from support there. So unless QuickThoughts is able to fix their broken system, I don’t understand why it is against the rules to create new accounts. Second, I answered the questions truthfully and thoughtfully, and even if I didn’t, it’s not something that QuickThoughts has the power to determine. The surveys themselves have ways to make sure you actually pay attention, such as a dummy question. If you weren’t paying attention and answered these questions wrong, you were removed from the survey. So, wouldn’t the fact that I have $10 worth of surveys completed mean that I followed their rules? I can’t believe I wasted my time on this app again and I advise no one else to download it. The low ratings are well deserved.

Do Not Download This App.... I should’ve heeded the negative reviews as well about this app. At some point I’m sure this app will no longer be on the App Store because they are very dishonest and take full advantage of users by not paying them. Which is disguised as “We need to review your account”. Then you get an email stating your account is suspended. I had $21 in my account and a survey I completed for $2 didn’t pay. I contacted support and they stated they were aware of the issue, but never credited my account for it. Go figure lol that’s red flag number 1. Red flag number 2 is when I couldn’t log into my old account and never received a password change email. So I created a new one, I wasn’t even thinking about gaming the system but this is what they assumed instead of giving good customer service and finding out what my issue was with the original account. That’s red flag number 2. The third red flag is the fake toned email they send about reviewing your account. Which if you look online thousands of users get this “generic” email only to be told days later your account has been suspended. Then they had the nerve to tell me they’re a renowned research survey company. I fell out of my chair lol no you’re a renowned scam company... lol

Why is everyone so negative?. Apparently other people are going through hell with this app. I’ve had my fair share of mishaps and occasional lock outs of my account but after contacting customer service a few times I’ve always been able to resolve the problem within a week or so. I’ve had This app for almost a year and I’ve made close to 200 dollars with this app despite not using it that often until recently. I’ve actually been using this app as a way to make money to expand my cosplay collection. In about 3 months I’ve made 135 dollars. I’ve done every survey truthfully and made sure to take the time to read each message displayed on the screen. I hope you guys are also able to have a positive experience on this app. You might as well download it and give it a try yourself :D I plan on buying my Kokichi Ouma cosplay after I finish this review! I’ll end it here and leave it for you guys to decide on your own if you want to give QuickThoughts a try.

Messed up company. Don’t get this app. It’s the worst. I used to love this app and had it for like 3 years. There was a time I wasn’t using it much and then I started to use it often again which was recently. Well it changed a lot a lot. When I started to use it again I’d barely get any surveys and I did my profile thinking that would heighten my survey qualification. Well it didn’t work so I decided I wanted to delete and deactivate that account. Then I really missed the app and thought maybe I can create a new account (I had already deactivated the other one) at least that’s what the app said. Anyways I went and created a new account and I started getting decent amount of surveys like before when I was a frequent user. I got to rack up to $13 in balance only for it to give me problems and not being able to cash out. I decided to reach out to the team and they told me my account had been “flagged” and that I could never use their app again. I know one of the rules is that you can’t be having more than one account which I’m aware of. That’s why I went and deleted and deactivated my previous account. Long story short don’t get this app.

Pretty decent AT First. So this app started out really good. I would be invited to several surveys and started fairly quickly earning $$. By fairly quickly I mean within probably 2-3 weeks I was up to $50 which for my experience is pretty good. However when I reached that $50 amount and wanted to redeem suddenly I was was unable to access the redemption page. When I contacted them I was told my account had been flagged for some unknown (or at least untold to me) reason. Rather suspicious as I had done nothing unethical to have my account “flagged”. All I did was answer as many surveys as I could. I also agree with another review I read that many times just as they had gotten the information they needed from me I couldn’t continue and was forced to cancel and thus they didn’t have to credit to my account. Don’t recommend this app and have told everyone that at first I had recommended to download this app to forget about getting your money and just delete this fake app

Cheats you out of your money. I’ve used this app for literally years, and have earned over $100 in rewards. They recently suspended my account without cause, told me it would be reinstated in 10 business days, and when I hadn’t heard from them I followed up and was told the following: “We thank you for your patience with us and apologize for the inconvenience caused. After a thorough review of your account, our Accounts Department has determined that the activity on your account has violated our terms and conditions. Unfortunately, accounts that violate our terms and conditions can no longer be restored. Our Accounts Department has made the final decision to permanently deactivate your membership along with your account balance. We truly apologize for the inconvenience. We value our members as well as our clients who make important decisions based on input from the responses our members provide. For more information, please review our Terms and Conditions under (Unauthorized Uses) and (Suspension; Termination; De-activation of Panel Membership Accounts).” I have never violated ANY of their terms, but upon reading their “terms and conditions” it basically says they can terminate your account for any reason (or no reason) and not pay. Which is what they did to me, with over $30 in my account I was attempting to redeem. I wish I could give them 0 stars. If you do decide to use this app, NEVER leave more than $10 waiting to be redeemed. VERY DISHONEST APP.

Was great until.... I had used this app for quite some time and have earns over $40and was about to redeem my next $10 until out of nowhere it told me to that I had an issue with redeeming. I decided to try again later except when I came back it told me that my account had an issue and to contact support. A lot of the other reviews seem to have this issue, and if it is not fixed soon I will report this app for scamming and wasting time. I have contacted support and I still haven’t got a response.

Reviews should make everyone RUN AWAY!. Hi As one of your reviewers said a few years ago; honesty goes a long way and is a two way street! If you continue the dishonesty I can’t see how you can continue to remain in business!! Why not just do the right thing and be honest or remove it all before you get a lawsuit to answer to. Nice. Works well. Used the itunes credit rewards to pay for my netflix subscription. Some surveys are too long though, and then you just get a $1. If you just want to pass time, this is a must try.

customer service. look this app is great! i've made about $200 w it and it's so annoying when i log in and it's like "new accounts get evaluated for 72 hrs" then 72 hrs go by and still no reward, pls respond to your feedback and actually do something about this because not everyone has the patience to wait longer. You also respond VERY late! I made a complaint a couple of months ago on the same issue about the 72 hours and your company responded 2 weeks later 🙅🙅

Don’t know. So I had already just about 60 dollars and it was going great. Then when I tried to redeem my 10 dollars it said there was a problem. When I refreshed the app, it wouldn’t let me log back in because it said ‘Apparently there has been some activity that does not lie to our terms of service. Pls help me. I sent them an email but they haven’t replied an it’s been 6 hours. Help me QuickThoughts, I’m on 10 dollars ready to redeem😭

Easy to use. This is the first online survey that I wasn't frustrated in using because it was actually accurate on how long it will take me to fill out the survey. Also it's easy to use, not every question you have to fill out (most of it is multiple choice). I would recommend this to all people I know to earn extra money because it's not time consuming like the other ones.

Great app but Verry annoying. This is a great app.I would just want you to fix the issue when you finish a survey, it takes you on another page and you cannot get out which means that i have to press cancel and cannot earn any money!

Sooooooooo many errors in these surveys. It is possible to earn money doing these surveys but a few caveats: you get nothing at all if you don’t pass the screening questions; and you only ever get $1 no matter how long the survey (can range from a couple of min to half an hour). My biggest issue is that the surveys are so full of errors!! Sometimes you’ll get halfway through and there’ll be no way to answer the survey (no options on the drop down menu, say) or it’ll crash or it’ll be unsuitable for mobile and you have to scroll awkwardly to the side. If you report the error they usually say “best not to use mobile” or “give us a bunch of info about the survey, what page you were on, screenshots” etc. Why even make a survey available through a mobile app if it’s not suitable for mobile?!? If you have to exit a survey, all your answers are lost and you get nothing. So be prepared for a whole heap of frustration.

Exactly what it promises. Easy to use and some quite interesting surveys. Sometimes they take longer then time given but always easy and straightforward.

Could be better. I’ve been using this app for about 4 days, even got my first $10 pay out. The more I use this app though, the more frustrated I get. I’ll get 10-15 minutes into a survey and it’ll boot me out and say it wasn’t a good fit for me- it couldn’t of realised that at the start rather than kicking me so far in because I didn’t shop at the place they hoped I would? Don’t even get any compensation for spending 15 minutes on a survey for it to kick me. On another note, when I do complete a survey that’s 15-30 minutes long, I still get a measly $1. Now why would I want to do a long survey for $1 when I could do a 5 minute one for the same payout. Lastly, I get surveys that sometimes ask me to identify a noise, but the noise won’t play on my phone, so I get kicked for not being able to identify the correct noise. This is frustrating as it wastes a survey oppurtunity.

No body replies to emails! Can’t redeem voucher!. All was good until I went to redeem my $10 Apple voucher and it took the $10 away but I never got the voucher, it says “pending” next to the voucher. It has been like this for days. I have sent emails to the “support” team and nobody has replied, it’s been days. What’s the point in doing loads of time doing surveys every single day if I can’t even use my rewards?

Great survey app. Over time I've tried lots of survey sites, most were unreliable. I haven't been using this one for very long at all but it actually is doing what it says, So far very happy 😄

Pretty decent and legitimate app. This app is the first legitimate money alert I’ve used and I just reached the $10 mark but does anyone else know how to redeem the iTunes card because it says contact us the continue the transaction which I did but what do I do know?

Half and Half with this.. I will start off by saying this app is fantastic for getting cash quick and redeeming it for Gift Cards or by simply cashing out with a card, etc. I’ve redeemed around 130$ of surveys within the period of 3 weeks and I still get surveys everyday with 2$ rewards. …but that is where the positives end. However, the catch with this is that you SHOULD NOT enable your location as it will not bring up surveys as surveys are being recommended to you by your location. The app is also extremely buggy as well, videos sometimes completely break, the UI of the survey crashes and completely breaks, and the fact that surveys can disqualify you at any time for basically no given reason at all other then you screw you over. Overall, the app is a 6/10, the surveys are great. App optimisation and scumminess are not.

Story of my life. Great! So much fun & it all adds up to a nice little cash reward at the end! So happy with this app, never crashes & the quizzes are actually fun! So impressed with the quality of this app too! But 5000 words are needed to review this app so I don’t really know what else or how descriptive I can be about this?! It’s got great resolution too? I just wanted a quiz app I could kill some time with but leaving a review has turned into a novel! Sign up was easy & there was already 2 quick quizzes I could fill out. Also this app is free, great bonus! Should I start signalling for bread & water now? Because at this point, I’m going to be writing this review all night!!

What’s going on with app. I have used this for a year now and no issues. Until the last couple of weeks. I can’t log on to my account as it tells me there is an error and to get in contact. Well you don’t answer anyone when they contact you. I’m still waiting and have heard nothing. Disappointed as this is a really good app. Please answer people back when they have issues.

Good way to take pressure off my wallet for my mobile game habit but tedious. It's a way to get a little something here and there in your spare time. In the way of rewards vs time spent, it's not that great and gets tedious and long. That being said, I can't really complain with a gift card here or there in exchange for my free idle time and a bunch of my data... sSo thumbs up guys just like up the rewards just a tiny bit ;)

How much is your time worth?. If 30 minutes of your time is only worth $1, you don’t mind getting halfway through a survey and it’s buggy or non-mobile-responsive, or not suited to you after already answering 10 questions, then this app is for you. Ideally that $10 voucher is going to take about 3-4 hours of your time. It’s just not worth it, the gift cards are always on sale anyway! Don’t bother with this one

Only money app worth your time. I think I’ve made about more than $50 with this app. Finding surveys that are only 5-15 minutes long is not that hard and they mostly pay off. Your luck just depends on where you live and your survey frequency. I guess if you’ve been with QuickThoughts for a while, you’d have better chances of rewards... one thing I don’t like is the new update but it’s easier to use when you find good paying surveys. Overall, good app; best app for getting free vouchers :) would give 4 stars for app quality but it gives the codes like a champ and admins always do their job. It just works for some and doesn’t for others...

Dodgy App. I suddenly remembered why i stopped using this app. I completed survey and was told “we are were happy” with my answers but because I declined to be spied on for $68 per year I suddenly don’t qualify for reward due to issues with completing survey. I know remember issues previously where you would be answering questions for 10 minutes to then be screened out with no payment 😡App being deleted.

Writing this review out of anger.... This is ridiculous I’ve done 9 surveys $9 and as soon as I’m 1 off getting a reward.. they just start saying that something that I’ve done doesn’t work. Please fix this immediately otherwise I’ll have all my friends nit download and participate. Absolute waste of time!

WOOHOO!!!. When I first got this app I thought it was ‘another one of those scam apps’, but I today I redeemed my first gift card! Though, one thing to add is more gift card options, but keep up the great work guys!!!

SCAM. I tried to redeem my $10 and it had an error. I contacted support who told me it would take between 7 to 10 business days for them to get back to me. After two weeks I contacted them again and they say I need to wait longer as they have had no response from the incentive team. $10 I won’t see because they are scammers!!!!! Do NOT download! Only gave a one star because I had too!!!!

A Great Survey App!. This app is definitely one of the best out there. You can earn up to $1 a survey, and cash out at $10! That’s great! Answering honestly is the best route for me, and although the surveys can get a bit tedious I don’t mind since they’re paying you for it. Great!

Needs a refresh button.. I's a great app but sometimes when I'm half way through a survey something goes wrong or I can't press to go on the the next page and I end up having to cancel the survey or close the app and I lose the survey I was doing and and my progress so it ends up wasting my time so it needs a refresh button.

So far so good. Have only done a couple of surveys but they are engaging enough to not get bored with. Have been booted out of a few before I even answered any questions but this happens in all surveys.

PLEASE READ. This app is awesome so far, but I want to make a couple of suggestions: 1. Some surveys are 10 minutes, and others are 40 mins, and it’s annoying how I spend more time on some surveys for the same amount of money. Please make each 10 minutes $1, so if we’re doing a longer survey, it’s worth it. 2. A lot of surveys say that the particular survey isn’t for me, and I spend 5 to 15 mins doing it!!! Please pay, like $0.50 for each survey that isn’t fit for me, or just do the $1 = 10 mins thing. 3. A lot of people say you’ve been declining them when they try to redeem their money. That’s so unfair!!! If you continue to do that, all your customers will be unhappy and they’ll leave, and new ones won’t come, so your business won’t have any customers, so what’s the point of even having it?! So it’s a down - down thing. Make it a better thing by being honest, then you’ll have more customers. Then it’s positive for everyone! Please please please consider these options, they took me a while to write. But most of all, I want you to think about the honesty. Thank you for reading if you still are.

Terrible. Did 3 surveys and got $3. 20 surveys that I tried afterwards kicked me out for not being qualified. Very annoyed that i’m wasting a lot of time starting surveys that end up kicking me out. A day after and there is still no new available surveys. Not even sure if claiming the $10 iTunes card is even legit when I do manage to rack up $10 from surveys. As well as the surveys taking quite a while (10-30mins) might be kicked out from 8/10 of them, seems like waste of time for just $1. Well thats what you expect from a dodgey app 😐. Not sure abt others experience but good luck if you try this app.

Update required. I have earned $10 but couldn’t redeem it, the reason was you gotta check up dates for it and the it should redeem the reward loving this app

scam. highly do not recommend this app. i have answered a total of 10 surveys which means i have $10 to claim in the account, i press redeem but it comes up with nothing but a blank screen. i email them and apparently i am suspended for having multiple accounts? bruh i do not have time to take surveys on multiple accounts. they said i am suspended and not allowed to claim rewards nor answer surveys, right after reading the email i took another survey. Very sketchy app, do not recommend.

Don’t bother. There are quick surveys (5mins) and long surveys (up to 25mins). Sometimes a video clip question will pop up 15mins in to a long survey and won’t play, so you have to cancel the whole survey. Also if you accidentally pick the wrong answer, you can’t go back and cancelling the survey clears it from your list so you cannot choose it again. I diligently worked up $40 in credit, then tried to cash out. My account was BLACKLISTED INSTANTLY. Apparently my survey answers were “inconsistent” as per the several template emails I received to get this resolved, with no actual specifics on what I did wrong and no warning. My account was closed after their final template email - this seems to be their only resolution. I tried my best and got shafted. This is the dodgiest survey app ever.

Better than some others. This app definitely offers some better rewards ($1) per survey & doesn’t require too much personal info compared to some other survey apps. I have redeemed about $30 in iTunes vouchers from it but now I am finding almost every survey - says I don’t qualify/not a good fit after I have completed over half of the survey- so I don’t get paid. (Seems a bit of a scam to me as they may of collected enough info & purposely deny you so they don’t need to pay) There is no way to chase this up with admin from the app. Considering some surveys take 30 minutes it’s not worth my time to attempt further surveys

Great way to earn a bit of extra $$$. I've been making $1 for every survey I complete, which is a lot more than some other survey apps. There aren't a lot of surveys to complete, and some can be quite lengthy, but the rewards are worth it.

Started off alright. I completed some surveys. Worked fine. I have just tried to complete 3 surveys, on average 10 minutes each. As I answer the final question and click next, it says something has gone wrong and to refresh. Except it won’t refresh in the app. I have to cancel the survey and go back to the start. When I try and use the in app help feature, it says it can’t link my email account. When I try and log into the web page, it won’t accept my email and password. How do I contact these people to report issues? If no one gets back to me, I’ll be reporting this to the App Store for being a con and sham

Awesome!!!. Easy quick quizzes and it’s really quick to build up money 😊 sometimes even surprise random tasks!! Redeeming is instant!! Haven’t had one problem since I start 🤘

Works but annoying. Most the surveys always kicked me out for not being the type they were looking for, then you have to collect a long and painful $10, after that, you have to wait 3 days or more to claim your reward, did it once, got my $10, bought the stuff I was looking for, and stopped using the app. It’s a good app overall, it’s just kinda annoying what you have to go through, but, it’s free, so I shouldn’t complain, I would recommend if you have patience and a lot of time.

Better rewards. I like doing the surveys but sometimes I'm not informed by a tick so have to access several times a day to see if I have a survey I would also like it if I earned gift cards coles supermarkets for example as I don't buy much of I tunes etc Anyway it's all good fun thanks

Best app for making money for iTunes. You get 1 dollar per survey which is a lot for what other surgery providers give you but, it’s a little glitchy at times and just now the app closed and I can’t get back into it without it crashing, it comes back after a day but it’s annoying, please fix it and then it will be perfect!

Cant login. I was trying to do a survey this morning when it keeps saying that there is a problem with the survey, i close the app then re-open again, suddenly it logs me out and trying to log back in but keep saying that there is a problem with my account. Trying to reset my password but im not getting any email back regarding the password reset confirmation.

Pretty good but has some problems. You get 1$ per quiz it’s pretty cool but it takes ages if you want to answer honestly and it doesn’t quit explain how to get the type of gift card you want but still you are getting 1$ per quiz so it’s pretty amazing.

Thought it was great until.... Did the surveys, no problem. Thought it was a great setup as I’ve done a lot of these on the computer. There are a few surveys you get to a certain point only to find out you don’t qualify, but that is ok and expected. I got it to $10 and was glad to claim my first reward only that it wouldn’t redeem. Said to try later. I came back to try later and when I went to log in to my account it says there is an issue with my account and to contact via email. Did so, no reply and still no access to my account. Feeling conned as I did everything by the book and answered all the surveys properly and just conveniently when I achieve the target amount required to redeem a reward the account is inaccessible.

App is ok. Did the reviews got my $10 gift card but my account mysteriously signed out tried to reset password and nothing from my email so not sure if that’s just me but if you’re doing this don’t expect it to be long term $1 a survey is too good to be true :/ also your account needs to be active for 72 hours / 3 days to claim the reward.

Scammers. Do not get this app. I downloaded the app and did the surveys properly. Worked my way through until I got more than $20. When I tried to redeem it, the app says error and to try later. When I tried later, could not even log in. Kept saying there’s a problem with my internet connections, of which are working fine. There is no answer from support. Wasted more than a week of my time with this fraudulent app. Do yourself a favour and don’t download it.

Bugs. Overall it’s pretty good, but I have 2 continuing problems: 1. If I click on a photo to enlarge it (as requested in survey) I can never return back to the questions. My only option ever is to hit cancel, even if I’m 80% completed 2. I can never get sound in the videos that some surveys include, meaning they don’t think I’m a “good fit” but there’s nothing I’ve been able to do to fix it. I’ve lost a lot of potential money JUST due to these 2 issues. If it weren’t for those bugs it’d be a perfect app.

What the heck happened?!. Two years ago this app worked like a charm and I actually earned money. Now, I complete ten surveys and go to redeem my ten bucks and it tells me to try again later, then it logs me out and tells me there’s something wrong with my account. I was instructed to contact you with a guaranteed reply in 24 hours but got nothing. What have you done? This app is terrible now and just a great big con.

Some suggestions: • I’ve had 1 survey worth more that $1 for the whole time I’ve been with QuickThoughts • it would be good if longer surveys paid a little more • annoying to get over half way through a survey, to be told I’m not a good fit • a fair few times the surveys seem to glitch, freezing mid survey • sometimes the estimated survey length on the dashboard significantly underestimates the length that survey itself says it will take • often the estimated length is significantly less than the actual time Positives: • Love redeeming for iTunes cards. Yet another scam app (Not a fake review). After almost a year of use, earned over 60 bucks off this was-great app, I’ve been trying to get yet another reward but I’ve received multiple errors about my account being frozen and such, and trying to login to the website version does nothing, no good service and support, not even a proper way to reset a password, and doing the surveys is useless for getting some App Store credit. Save your time, and buy a real physical card, because of this crash months ago, nothing can really be free, and not all good things can last forever.

Bad support. I would not recommend this app, surveys take too long, they sometimes don’t fit the profile you provide so you end up having to abandon them. There are better apps and sites that would give you better money for time like Swagbucks.

For anyone reading reviews. I decided to give this app the benefit of the doubt despite other bad reviews, and literally i did 4 different surveys, finished them all, gave answers even if they were a little invasive, and im not bloody kidding you the end screen told me each of the 4 times i got a 0.00 dollar reward. Its incredibly passive aggressive, if not just aggressive and rude. It is a waste of time. Do not download this. Do not give it any of your time. I might even report it to apple services to let them know such a horrible scam app exists. Im gonna uninstall it and hopefully it wont do anything to me or my accounts.

Basically completed surveys will say that you’re not eligible. I’ve done so many surveys where I spent 8-10 minutes filling out the questionnaires before they say that I’m not eligible at what essentially feels like the last step.

Add Amazon gift cards. Can you please add Amazon gift cards and a wider variety of gift cards! I only have access to the Apple store one. Great app though collected about 50$ in a month, worth it if you wanna out the time.

They block their users for no reason. They've blocked my account with rewards in it. I got blocked while trying to redeem my rewards. I contacted them but no one replies. Really disgusting!

Waste of time. You’d get more money working a normal job I’ve been blacklisted and it might be because I accidentally pressed the wrong button sometimes which happens. I gave up so much of my personal information but to blacklist me and then have to go through so much work just for 4$?! Once was good. I like this app it filled in some time I’ve got a few payouts but for the last month I’ll get the notifications but when you log in there’s no survey and when you go to the payout page it’s not working. Stuck on $7 I’ve contacted the support and nothing it didn’t change anything hope they fix it

Bugged at the moment. It says I can complete a survey for 7.50, but I can’t actually click to start it. It won’t go away and it’s annoying to get my hopes up everytime.

It was good before, not worth it now. More than 6 months ago, this app was kicking! Half of my family (including myself) installed QuickThoughts and we got loads of $10 iTunes gift card. For myself I only ended up getting one $10 iTunes gift card and took a break. Before 6months to now, I accumulated $6 and which I’m stuck now because this app has changed and it isn’t what it used to be. There are no surveys when you open the app. You’ll get a notification and the settings aren’t even working properly. I thought it would have been worth getting the remaining $4 but it is not. Today as I am writing this, I will uninstall and not look back. Guys, this app is not good anymore. Do not update, don’t give them money as you won’t get anything in return.

Was bad now it’s amazing!. The surveys are all good, they all offer $1 which is much better than any other survey apps. Cashing out was bad before, it said that your account must go under review and check back in 72 hours which after that time it still said that. I sent them an email and they quickly resolved the issue and I was able to cash out for a gift card and I got an email with the gift card instantly! This app is really good and I highly suggest you give it a try!

Scam.. I tried to collect the $10.00 gift certificate they offer with Amazon and my “account doesn’t qualify”. It qualified to waste my time but not to pay me. Don’t waste your time making them money. You’re suppose to get $1.00 for 20-30-45 minute surveys (they take longer than that) and at the end, you get nothing. Some surveys ask questions and say thank you...Not even $1.00. Shameful that they do this especially in 2020 when people are just trying to get by. Don’t waste your time!

Waste of time.. This app is a waste of time. You spend hours going through surveys and then are told half way through the survey you’re not eligible to complete it. So basically the last 20 minutes you spent filling out the survey was a waste of time. Also pictures look nothing like the app actually works. There’s no missions. There’s no food diaries or tell me what’s in your purse for $3. There’s only surveys that are $1 but take at least 30 minutes to complete. What a scam! Not worth it. Might as well just save the $10 payout over a couple of days because it’ll take you at least a month to find surveys you’re eligible for and complete them for their $10 payout.

A scam. 1. I spent hours doing surveys and then finally got 10 bucks to get my Amazon award and when I tried to claim it, they ran into “technical difficulties.” And I had to contact customer support but there’s no where in the notification that gives you a number to contact 2. My #1 should be enough to not download this app but if you need a second option... many times you’ll spend 20 mins answering questions to only have them say “sorry you weren't a good match for this survey” and you just wasted that much of your time This app is definitely a “too good to be true” type of thing

DOES NOT PAY. Once you have earned enough money to redeem it, the app does not let you do it. they keep sending you a message that they are trying to 'verify' your account. WASTED SO MUCH OF MY TIME.

Too Strict. Had to change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. The app is legit and it works great..if you follow the rules religiously to a T...which isn’t possible. However, 1 small difference in your answers in a different survey or if you enter a different postal code/zip code once for the sake of your privacy will get your account flagged and banned with no repercussions nor notice. This app had great potential and was the only app that was accurately advertised. But if you mess up once, you’re banned from the app permanently.

Scam. The number of times I’ve had to follow up by email because I’ve spent a significant amount of time and provided a lot of personal data only to be told I don’t qualify is astounding. They will credit your account (and will be petty enough to hold back 10 cents despite admitting via email that you were giving them exactly what they want), but they are clearly counting on people not reaching out over $1.00 and getting data for free. There are much better companies out there doing this right. Don’t waste your time with this one.

Poor. Not eligible for most surveys, but takes 5 or 10 minutes filling out a survey before they tell you you’re not eligible. No partial credit either. App crashes, kicking you out of a survey with no chance to retake it. Notifications don’t work. Useless in its current state.

Locked out. I’ve filled surveys and received rewards but I got locked out somehow as my password no longer works. I’ve asked to reset my password and the app says it sent an email but I’ve received nothing. Thinking as others that this is a scam and the developers kept the reward money.

It doesn’t payout. I’ve been using QuickThoughts for 3 weeks, I earned $25 in the initial 3 day span so I waited until the 72 hour period for them to review passed. Long story short it didn’t let me withdraw so I emailed them and they said I should sign out wait 3 days then retry because my account isn’t on hold. I do that and it still doesn’t work, I’ve reinstalled the app but it’s to no avail. I email them again and since that email 3 days ago it’s been radio silence. Very sketchy pretty sure I just wasted like 8 hours of my time doing surveys here.

Scam. They will close your account with made up reasons and take back the money that takes you forever to make . Why is there so much negativity?. I downloaded this app less than 2 months ago, and I have redeemed 3 times. Not once has my account been deactivated or suspended. It has high paying surveys, and if I’m not qualified, it still gives me 10 cents. On average, the surveys they give me pays me $2 if I complete it, but I have received surveys that pay me $3, $4, $4.50, and $5.00. The only annoying thing is that after a while, it stops giving you 10 cents if you’re not qualified. But that’s understandable, because if it kept giving me 10 cents, I could easily get my self disqualified 100 times, and then redeem a gift card. Overall, I find this app one of the best of the very few apps that aren’t scams.

Used to love now disappointing and hate. I’ve had and used my account since 2017. Redeemed a decent amount of gift cards throughout the years when I needed them. I went to redeem a gift card and it said “unable to redeem” and kicked me out of my account. I’ve contacted support through email and they never got back to me. I commented on the QuickThoughts page and they told me to pm them. I private messaged them my account and they replied that they would hope to have my account back in 2-3 days. It’s been a week since then. I’ve heard many people also having the same problem. I’m super disappointed in this app. I’ve recommended it to people for years. Now I think the complete opposite and it’s very disappointing, especially since I’ve done nothing wrong to get kicked out of my account and I can’t even redeem the last $10 I earned and no one bothers to fix the issue.

Worked great, until it didn't...SCAM!!!. This was a promising app, one of the best for survey payouts and reward. I cashed out $20 in iTunes cards. Then, the sieverts starting booting me out but not before getting ALL the information they wanted from me. 10-15 mins in and all of the sudden I wasn't a good match for the survey, so NO reward. Over and over again it happened. Sometimes I'd get the .10 cent consolation prize, sometimes I'd finally finish a .40 cent survey. Eventually I managed to earn another $10. I tried to cash it out and the app kicked me out. Logged me out and I haven't been able to log back in since. 'Somethings wrong with my account.' I contacted customer support repeatedly, it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard ANYTHING from them. Not ONE WORD. They just ignore you. After wasting so much of my time answering and doing survey only to get kicked out, and then get ripped off for the money I EARNED, this is a SCAM. They are thieves!

It Was Good While It Lasted.... Used to use sporadically to complete surveys for Apple giftcards and noticed change a couple of months back when reward values decreased. I didn't mind initially but had issues completing surveys due to app error and then being unfairly compensated upon reporting to support based upon "average amount of time I spent completing survey" (usually $.30) and surveys were always "incomplete/I didn't qualify for" despite having completed it...Most recent update has caused app to crash 3 times now and new survey selection gives you illusion of choice but after answering 101 questions for free for survey selection purposes, the surveys you are presented with are not necessarily the ones you selected from home screen. Not really feeling the changes (despite app becoming difficult to use) and might migrate to Curious Cat or whatever else I have seen recommended in reviews here. $7 and some change still stuck in app. :/

So frustrating!. I’ve had this app in my phone for a good while. Right now, I’ve earned a balance of $36 and wanted to redeem the balance, but every time I’ve tried for the past few days, it says the rewards redemption is unavailable. I finally decided to contact the app for help, and I can’t even do that because I get an error message when I try to send my message. Also, I’ve only gotten credit for a fraction of the surveys I’ve taken because a lot of the time, I get halfway through a survey (or more) only to be disqualified halfway through. When that happens, I been only 10 cents instead of the dollar or whatever it is the survey was worth. I’ve taken so many surveys (think of how many you’d have to complete to earn $36 at an average of 10 cents each!) and now I can’t even redeem the rewards for all of that time spent! I’m beyond annoyed with this ridiculous app.

It works, but one problem.... I managed to redeem 2 iTunes gift cards in the past week, which I’m very happy about! It was easy the first time, but on my 3rd gift card attempt, it’s kinda hard because I was only able to complete one survey successfully and get rewarded for it. However, my biggest complaint I have for this app is I would be at the beginning of filling out a survey, or halfway, then it kicks me out of the survey and tells me that the survey wasn’t a good fit for me. How would it know it wasn’t a good fit for me when I haven’t even finished the survey yet? It’s very annoying. Please fix this. Plus there were already a couple of surveys I did and now I’m out of surveys.

Make some coins on the side. This is my first review of an app ever. I learned of this app while watching IOS 11 Hidden features - Top 11 List (check it out) by AppFind. I Loved the profile questionnaire so they can customize the surveys that I will be able to relate to and give my honest feedback. You earn money just for taking the survey. It was a bit lengthy for myself because there are parts where you can type in responses and I was detailed but I wanted the surveys to be as customizable as possible. As you can tell by the length of my review how I did in the questionnaire. So on that note, download this app and begin earning immediately.

Terrible - no support. The concept is great and the app is very easy to navigate. Surveys were short and fun. Within earning my first $10 or so it stopped giving me surveys and wouldn't let me redeem what I had earned. All it said was ”there was an error” and ”no surveys available right now, try again later.” I reach out to support and my account was ”flagged” for ”suspicious activity.” I asked if they could tell me what exactly I did wrong and haven't heard back from them in a week. I can't imagine what I could’ve done to get my account ”flagged, ” other than the fact that would sometimes have to get up to take care of my three year old so maybe it looked weird to have a couple few-minute gaps where questions weren't answered. I asked them if that could be the problem in the email that they never responded to. I've read reviews of other people having no idea why their accounts were flagged.

In love with this app. PERFECT FOR POKÉMON GO PLAYERS. This app is great. It definitely takes some patience though. When you first start out, you don’t get a lot of surveys, and a lot you don’t qualify for. I used it on and off and now I LOVE it. Sometimes there aren’t as many surveys and it has its bugs RARELY, but it gives a good amount of surveys that you can qualify for. Now I can make almost $10 a day somedays. I also love that the minimum to cash out is $10. Redeeming your gift cards is EXTREMELY quick and easy. This app rarely ever gives me any problems and when it does, their customer service is very quick and courteous. They are always willing to make it right. I definitely recommend this app!

Edit to my first review. No real customer service. After not receiving any surveys in weeks I stopped checking and life got busy. Decided to try and boot up the old app and they closed my account. Understandable since I had been inactive but when I tried to email them to reactive it I just got some prewritten write off that didn’t answer my questions or even indicate if they were going to let me log in again. So yeah, guess my survey days are over. At least with this app. Which is fine because 10-20min for a survey just to be told at the end I didn’t answer the way they liked and so I didn’t get paid for it kind of was a bummer. Original review: Had to uninstall and reinstall the app before I could get it to open. I like earning iTunes credits, but it's been weeks since I've been able to take a survey. I check every day, either there's no surveys available or when there is one it rejects me.

Talk about a waste of time.. Don’t be surprised if the flag your account. I too was flagged for fraudulent activity. Not sure how to commit fraud on a survey app. I was able to redeem my first reward with no problems. Once I had enough for the second reward is when I ran into problems. For whatever reason it would not redeem no matter what I did. I even sent an email to support with a screenshot of what happened. I get back on the app and managed the redeem the second one somehow. Keep in mind I never got a response back from them. Ok so fine I move on and rack up enough for a third reward and the I get hit with the we flagged your account for fraudulent activity. The whole experience has been terrible up to this point. Most of the surveys give errors or freeze. Or you can’t complete them because of some glitch in the app. Use this app at your own risk. Trust the bad reviews on here please. It’s not worth your time.

Creepy. I made $60 on this in fewer than three weeks; however, out of nowhere the system kicked me out of a survey (an error, it said) and then all my surveys disappeared and never came back, and I can’t access anything but a blank account. I was careful to answer all the questions correctly and paid attention, so I don’t know why this happened, but reading other reviews, it’s very common to be banned, etc., for no reason. The worst part, I contacted them about it, and they said I have to verify my identity by showing them a valid ID and taking a picture of myself. Why? What does that have to do with anything? Why do they need my ID and a picture of my face? I no longer trust this survey company and am deleting the app. I do not recommend. You will take a bunch of surveys, lose access, probably lose your money, and then they’ll try to get too personal of information from you. For nefarious reason? I don’t know.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The most I considerate people ever. I took my time being thoughtful and precise when answering these surveys. I answered them to the very best of my knowledge and never rushed, and I’m being punished for it! After I redeemed my very first gift card, I was indefinitely suspended from QuickThoughts because my account was “flagged”. They gave no explanation - nothing! When I contacted them they gave me no insight as to why that would happen. A few days later, a QuickThoughts rep contacted me to tell me my account was going to be reactivated and I was so excited! I tried logging in but I was not allowed so I contacted them regarding this new issue. I was informed that the last rep was incorrect and I am still banned. Excuse me but your customer service is horrible and I will never recommend this garbage app to anyone. Your employees are just as bad as the system used to “flag” people’s accounts. Disgusting.

Pokémon Go coins for days!. This app is awesome. I was skeptical at first cuz my first 3 surveys I only got .10¢ for each of them, deleted the app cuz I thought it was a waste of time. I installed it again cuz why not give it another try, I was able to redeem their 10$ gift card within 2-3 days. I was able to redeem another 10$ gift card in the 2 days after that. And I’m about 2 surveys away from my 3rd gift card. I mainly use this for Pokémon go really maybe Disney’s emoji blitz. To sum it all down. 1 dollar for each survey. Ranges from 5 minutes to 30 minutes a survey (usually the longer ones aren’t really that long). If your not qualified it only pays out .10 cents which in my opinion isn’t that bad cuz after 10 unqualified surveys u have 1$ and sometimes maybe all you need are cents to complete the 10$ redemption.

Changing my Review!. I’m adjusting my review. I’m pretty angry, I just took a 10 minute survey on my political views, watched 2 short videos and gave my option on them just to be told that this survey wasn’t for me and I got 10 cents 😤this is the second time this has happened! I gave them a ton of info! it was very easy to get that first $10, but now all the sudden they can’t find a survey for me or they’re getting the info they want from me and giving me one measly dime for 10 minutes of my time. I just redeemed my iTunes reward from this app, it’s not a scam, but the surveys take 2-3x longer than they say that they take. I just took one that was supposed to be 10 minutes and it took over half an hour. Some surveys are better than others, time wise. I think I’ll still keep doing it for now since I just do it while watching tv or running on the treadmill.

This Made Me Over $150.. May I just repeat: THIS IS LEGIT. I’m an overall lazy person in general, and even though sometimes taking surveys in the pain of my day, it works. I can’t deny— for an app that claims to offer money for surveys— it’s not lying. Of course, it can never satisfy a full income, but for gadgets here and there, it’s absolutely wonderful. The key is to be very patient with it. READ ALL OF THE QUESTIONS IT GIVES YOU. Just skimming won’t do, as some of the questions repeat to make sure you’re not lying. One of the major setbacks is how I’ll get to 80%, and it either freezes, crashes, or tells me I have been disqualified. It’s quite annoying to spend 20 minutes on it just for it to disappear. However, there are many pros to go along with these inconveniences, so it’s surely worth something!

Would give zero stars if I could. Honestly, the reviews for this app are all right. It is 100% a scam. The people who run this app should be ashamed of themselves. I used this app for a short while, and it seemingly worked at first. But then after some time, I noticed I’ve been getting less and less survey opportunities until one day, I stopped receiving surveys completely. When I emailed QuickThoughts about this issue, they told me they will suspend my account indefinitely for being “inaccurate and inattentive.” Um, what? I haven’t been getting surveys at all recently, so how can I be “inattentive?” Then they quickly added that only one email can be used for one account, but I only have one account, so that is not even an excuse...seriously, support is pulling up stories from their behinds to try to blame you so they can stop you from redeeming your rightful rewards. Thanks for nothing, QuickThoughts. Hope apple store takes down this app.

Beware they may get tired of paying out and kick you out. I was referred to this app by some fellow gaming friends. I had found it to be enjoyable. Play my game, then login and answer surveys. I am probably one of the few that actually finds the usefulness of answering surveys, a business needs insight into a product or problem this is a way to reach their target customers. I don’t mind that I was disqualified from many, this happens: businesses looking for a specific age, sex, or other demographic. What I did mind was being blocked from the app because of “fraudulent activity,” and never being given a chance to defend myself (what activity are you accusing me of?). They said several possible infraction: Multiple accounts: I only have one, how could you have two?? Answering thoughtfully: I absolutely do this on every survey I take, and I take my time and provide clear responses when a typed answer is required. In short- beware they may get tired of paying out and kick you out!

Probably a scam. I grinded to get to 10 credit for about a week. I did a 4 minutes survey and because it was simple I did it quick. Then at the last question of the survey it said the survey was not right for me and gave me the 10 cents. Obviously I realized this was because how fast I answered. I already had the 10 credits so I tried to get a card. Account error popped up and I sent a email to the support service. They emailed back and said they will get back to me. A day later they got back to me and Karen explained to me how they are working to fix the problem and needed info about it. I sent the info and waited. 1 week later (6 hours ago) I got an email saying my account was indefinitely suspended for accuracy and awareness (ANSWERING LIKE AN INTELLIGENT PERSON/ answering fast). So basically I wasted my time, giving away info just for this to happen. So before you download this app remember don’t answer fast or just don’t download at all.

Was my favorite, but now.... So basically I was using this survey app for almost 2 years and I loved it! I put countless hours and effort doing surveys. I got extra cash here and there which is extremely awesome bonus when you’re a struggling college student who has to pay for tuition and also has to work multiple part time jobs just to get some extra cash. However, after racking up 70 dollars this past holiday season my account randomly got deactivated! There was no warning or response for days as I was trying to figure out if I ever was going to get the rest of the money I earned from a research study I did! It’s not about the money to me, I loved doing surveys and feeling that satisfaction when I got to redeem my gift cards but now I’m questioning whether anything I ever did for this sight was legitimate! I would love to get a response or an explanation and not some automated response... Be aware before you download because your time could possibly get stolen like they did to me! -CJ

Kinda terrible. The first week that I had this app I was actually happy. I did surveys that I wanted and I got like 2 gift cards which I spent. When I went to the app the next day, and earned ten more dollars it wouldn’t let me redeem, so I logged out and retried to get the gift card. QuickThoughts had suspended my account and kept saying that I had a security issue and everytime i emailed them they would ignore me. Eventually I made an new account and the same thing happened. I had ten dollars trapped on my account again. That’s when I started getting angry. A couple days later I made ANOTHER account. I earned ten dollars, and my account had another “security” issue. Email after email and they still hadn’t fixed it. So now I have thirty dollars trapped on 3 accounts which I can’t redeem. Seems like a scam to me and it is really frustrating. Everytime you try to email they just tell you that they will try to fix it.

Problem solved. After using the app for years, I had a problem that some have mentioned, where there are no surveys. I’d get notifications for surveys and complete them, and after I was done my balance wasn’t updated. I deleted the app, redownloaded, and when I logged back in, my balance was updated and now I have surveys again. App is back to normal Old review: I’ve made a nice amount of money with this app but one problem I’ve had is with watching videos/listening to audio. It simply doesn’t work. Please fix this so I don’t complete a whole survey just to have to exit out cause I can’t watch the video. Also some surveys say they are best done on a computer, but you can’t use QuickThoughts surveys on a computer so I’m a little lost here...

A MUST HAVE...but. This app is a must have if you own any IOS device! I’ve redeemed $170 and I’ve only had this app for less than 2-3 months (with breaks of course)! You can earn more if you do surveys more than me and don’t slack off. I’m just naturally a lazy person. Anyways, I’ve recommended this app to my friend who has already redeemed $20 of her 4 days since joining. Just don’t think you’re going to get the money as soon as you download the app. You have to be a member for at least 3 days in order to redeem your iTunes gift cards. After those three days, you can redeem as much as you’d like! Take my advice and try it. I also haven’t experienced any technical issues but I will edit this review when I do. Difficulties: I’ve been having a problem with this app. Last week, I cashed out $10 and a pop up appears saying that there was technical difficulties. Then on the side bar that tells you when you earned $2, it said pending. I waited a day and it still says it. The next day I decided to do another few surveys to try and cash out again..same problem. I would like to know what’s happening; if it is technical difficulties or if I did something wrong.

Will lock you out for no reason. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! I’ve never written a review for a product ever but I’m livid with this one. So I worked my way up to a $10 iTunes gift card and then went to redeem. There was a problem with redeeming and it wouldn’t let me even go back to take more surveys. I tried emailing them, like they said, and never a response. I tried to get back on the next day and I was locked out. I couldn’t change my password, sign up with a new account, or anything. I emailed again and no response. I deleted and redownloaded the app and it allowed me to sign up with a new email so I did that. After one day of taking surveys, I was locked out again after doing nothing. I cab’t get through to customer service and I can’t get back to my account. I repeat, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! Everything about this feels like a scam and my time has been thoroughly wasted.

Great App But..(Racism, Etc). This is a great app if you’re looking to make some money. I’ve been using it since May and it’s been treating me well until I realized I was wasting my time on some surveys. There are these surveys that say “what is the biggest headache in society today”. I answer thoughtfully in one or two sentences and when I click next, it exits me out of the survey. And also I am a black man and when I put in my correct race it exits me out of the survey whereas when I say I’m white im still in surveys. Do the developers have something against black people? If so I might as well uninstall this app because not only are these surveys starting to get bad but it is also taking longer than usual to get gift cards. I have three pending cards. Fix this app please.

Do not waste your time!!. I would leave zero stars if I could. This company is extremely unprofessional. I had my account “suspended” and reopened a numerous amount of times for no reason. I had a period of 6 months where I could not even log into my account. It wasn’t until recently that my account was “permanently suspended” with almost a $50 balance. The thing is, when I requested to know why from the company, they refused to answer in order to “protect our system from users bypassing security”. My guess is that once you make so much money, the company doesn’t want to pay you any more. I have no other idea why I would have had so many issues with just this app and no others. Please don’t even download the app, it will end up wasting hours of your time. I hope the app goes under for its lack of professionalism and customer service.

Scam! Avoid!. Do not download this app unless you like being cheated out of your time and money! I worked for several days to earn enough credits for $10 worth of a gift card. When I tried to redeem it I kept getting error messages and contacted support. They informed m that my account had been disabled because I did not provide thoughtful feedback! Suspicious that it was only disabled AFTER I tried to claim my reward. I provided genuine and thoughtful answers to each survey and did not “speed” through any. Most surveys even have a quality control question or two to ensure you are correctly answering. I worked for several days on the surveys and did not receive any negative feedback. This app is a scam looking for free survey responses and then disabling accounts when they’ve received enough credit for a payout. Other reviews attest to this.

What’s going on??. Okay usually I love this app, sometimes the surveys are a little lengthy but that’s fine, I still love it even when I go through a 30 minute survey just to hit the last question and it says I’m not qualified and only gives me 10 cents. However for the last MONTH I have not been able to cash in my $10 dollars to ITunes and I have not gotten any replies back as to why? I’ve sent several emails about this problem and they’re supposed to get back within 24 hours according to their site but I have yet to hear back. On top of that now when I go to look at my app it keeps saying there’s some kind of issue?? I’ve sent a few emails about that as well and still nothing? I used to love this app but the way the so called customer service is handling this seriously turns me off of this app.

VERIFICATION. I have been using this app for 5+ YEARS. Not ONCE did I have to verify my identity…because you aren’t paying me CASH. But had you asked ANY TIME BEFORE AUGUST in those last 5 years, I would have had a valid ID to show! It's good until it's a Scam. I initially thought this app was awesome. If you sit there and do nothing else all day you can earn enough to earn $10 iTunes credit in an afternoon. I did this and got my credit twice. The third time I was ready to cash out, I was suddenly logged out of the app and my account was not recognized. I spent a long time trying to change my password before emailing customer service and being told that my account was permanently suspended. They're indirectly implying that I was dishonest or cheated somehow, which I did not. I spent a couple hours filling out these boring, tedious, soul-sucking surveys to buy my kid the full versions of the reading and learning apps that she plays on my iPad.. and they didn't bother to cut me off until I tried to get paid. Y'all owe me $10. I'm not saying I don't recommend this app cuz it really is easy to get credit.. temporarily. Hopefully they get taken for all they're worth.

Can't redeem rewards and unresponsive customer service. I installed this app based on it's high rating and it seemed decent. It took a long time to accumulate points as it always seemed I wasn't a good fit for any of the surveys. However, after several weeks, I managed to rack up enough points to earn a $10 iTunes card. Unfortunately, every time I tried to redeem, I got an error stating "Sorry. Could not redeem at this time, please contact customer service or try again later." After a week of "trying again," I finally visited the website and filled out a form to contact support. 4 days later, they finally responded, asking me for a screen shot of the error. I replied with a screen shot and now, a week later, I've heard nothing. So... angry email to them telling them to forget about it, nasty review here in the App Store, and off to create a little more free storage space on my iPad.

Either it works or it doesn’t. I’ve been using quick thoughts for about a year now with no trouble... until today. I went to redeem my $10 gift card and was told there were “technical issues” and to try again later. I tried again and I got an error message saying I had insufficient funds. WTH??!!?? they took the $10 from my account balance and it says “pending” under gift card status. I have tried to contact them in the past about issues (i.e. getting locked out of my account) and nobody responded so I just had to make a new account. I doubt this will be resolved. I’m upset because it worked great for a year and I was steadily making $10 gift cards every week or so. I have a friend who uses this app but it suspended her account, gave her some bogus reason and she hasn’t been able to access her account for 6+ months. So take your chances if you want, but if you waste hours doing surveys and then you don’t get your gift card, you’ve been warned.

Great app, except.... I have been using this app for about 1-2 months now and I’ve had only a few issues which have been resolved, one of them being that I was locked out for no apparent reason, I emailed support and within 3 days I got a response saying it was a mistake or something, so they unlocked my account. Since then, I’ve had no issues. But I have noticed one little thing, it’s that when you are at $8 or $9 it seems like you start to not qualify for as many surveys as your would before, and sometimes it takes a while for more surveys to appear. What I’m saying is I have 4 surveys available, I complete a $1 survey, I reach $8 or $9 and then the other surveys are gone. It feels like they don’t want you to get more surveys and cash out. No biggie, but I still thought it should be mentioned.

BEST APP EVER NO JOKE. Ok so I got this app a few weeks ago from PocketFlip because it was a task. And i didn't really think much of it because i thought it was some other stupid slow money app. But OH MY GOODNESS HELP MEH LORDD. I have earned $80 so far in less than a week and honey oh my I CANT STAWWP. This is the best in the world, its easy, fast, simple, AND TRUTHFUL. I have received EVERY and I mean EVERY penny I have earned. So I just wanted to thank this app because it has brought me so much joy. I have shared this app. And even my family and friends are downloading it now. Im writing this review because i noticed how many negative comments there are AND I DONT KNOW WHY. I have not yet had ONE negative experience with this app. So THANK YOU QUICKTHOUGHTS ❤️❤️❤️

Scam! Don’t even try it. Used this app for 4 days and made $9.60 ($10 minimum to collect gift card). Logged in later in the day and immediately got an error message. Contacted support and received a generic response that my account has been suspended for violating the terms of service of for not being attentive or accurate. That is a completely wrong, I have been truthful with every survey. But they never actually tell you how you violated the terms of service all you get are generic reply’s. So after a while they stopped responding to my emails and I’m out of the $9.60 I earned. My case is not the first time for something like that to happen. Look at all the negative reviews on here or redit. The truth is, I actually believe it’s not completely their fault. I think they use automated error detection software with no human reviewer. Everything is generic boiler plate responses that are so vague it can fit in any box. But, I don’t excuse them either. I was doing my honest best to accurately and quickly complete surveys. When I make money, they make money. For some reason they are not willing or able to fix the process they have in place which leads to a ton of false error reporting. Sad, this could have been lucrative for both of use. My suggestion is not to try this app. It’s seems that at some point every user has a problem that never gets resolved. Why waste the time.

Account locked for no reason. After about 6 months of no problems I was locked out of my account. I contacted support who told me my account was flagged and a few days later was informed that it was locked due to suspicious activities. After another review by support I was again told my account was locked and that was it. No information given as to what the supposed violation was, no chance to refute the claim. Nothing. I asked again what the issue I was accused of was and never received a response. Aside from other issues with surveys freezing almost 20 minutes of my time in I never really had any problems. I never gave false information, had only one account and never breached any of the agreements in any of the individual surveys. I was really happy with this app until all of this happened and am sorely dissatisfied with the support and account review processes.

Huge Scam. Like many other reviewers stated, I was locked out of my account after attempting to claim my first $10 iTunes credit. I was told that I completed my surveys without integrity and would not be granted the $10 credit that I earned. I was sent the same generic email that everyone else received and was sent nothing but very rude responses from one of their reps. Essentially it boiled down to I completed my surveys too fast and falsified information. I don’t appreciate being told I falsified anything and that I have no integrity. Who says that to a client?? I spent my personal time completing these surveys fair and square just to be scammed by these people. They took my personal time to receive my survey answers for their partners just to con me out of the credit that I earned. DO NOT USE THIS APP. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The only ones without integrity are those working for the company running this app. Absolutely insulting.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS A JOKE!. Quick thoughts cannot be trusted! They will deactivate your account for no apparent reason and you lose all of your earnings ! The customer support is a Absolutely ridiculous and worthless! It’s pretty much like having no support at all! They will reply with the most generic emails possible and let’s not forget the length of time it takes for them to reply! The email will accuse you of either having several accounts or not giving accurate information! However , they never actually tell you what did! I find it funny that everyone’s emails always read the same thing! YOU WILL GET LOCKED OUT FOR NOTHING!!!Do not fall for this! They do not like those who do well due to the fact they do not want to pay out even though they’ve gotten paid from those surveys! I advise you to go online and read all of the complaints from individuals who have been locked out from their accounts! The complaints are numerous! It’s absolutely ridiculous !

GREAT APP GOTTEN AT LEAST 2k. I got a survey that was $22 I did it and got the $22 reward. Just do a lot of surveys then you get more than $1 surveys or $2 surveys I get $4+ surveys now. I don’t know why people say this app is bad. I’ve had this app for about a year and a half and made at least $2,000 of iTunes gift cards. I see a lot of reviews saying that their account gets banned every time they try and redeem a gift card. Maybe try actually din the surveys and not rush? I’ve never rushed and I always get my rewards of $2.00 at the end of my survey. It take me about 45-60 minutes to get $10. I redeem and get my gift card in about 10 minutes. I recommend this app if your serious !!👍

Really?. I downloaded this app after a suggestion from a friend. I got on and created and account. After I created the account it wouldn’t let me log in to the surveys and told me to contact their support. I sent an email asking what I was doing wrong. Two weeks later I got a response saying “unfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account. As a member of our program you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys. When we have concerns about any of these program rules, we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accounts.” My account is now suspended indefinitely and I never even got to log in! Apparently they only want certain people and if you don’t fit the bill they suspend you.

Feels like a scam. They do have surveys and seem to provide them at a regular pace. The reward for surveys seem quite generous really, but what I find is that for most surveys you will inevitably get to 90-95% complete and it will have a “unrecoverable error” or claim that this device has already taken this survey or “you are not a good fit for this survey.” This is after going through all the work on my end and gathering my responses. I just finished a survey that had me rate several companies and then watch two ads for a difference company and answer questions on those ads only to find out I was not a match for the survey at 92% complete. I had already answered most of the questions and you got what you wanted out of me. That is a complete rip off and theft. If you can’t match me sooner I expect the full payout. Don’t download they will just steal your time.

This is a Solid Survey Site!! Very Good. I have about 6-7 survey apps. This is a really good one for giving surveys for $1.00 and then you qualify for them. I’ve cashed out $20 and have enough for $20 more!! The bad thing is I can only win iTunes cards. But they send them FAST!! Yes there are glitches and at times you can be well through the survey and you won’t qualify but all the survey sites I use have that problem. This is one worth trying. It is legit. UPDATE: I’m lowering my rating. It’s sad because I like this app a lot. Problem is I have $32 in rewards and can’t access them. The app says now for almost a week that I have no surveys but my son has the same app and shows surveys. Also when I try to cash out rewards it tells me there are ‘technical difficulties’ try later. I’ve emailed support twice and no response. Too bad. I guess if you have no problems the app is good. But look out.....

Can be good. I’ve tried a few apps and this one pays out the fastest when you redeem for the iTunes cards. I’ve made $30 in a couple months. I did have a glitch with a survey where I was supposed to get $5 but I contacted the company that did the survey and they sent me a link to finish it and just recently I noticed the $5 had been credited. My two complaints are some of these surveys take way longer than originally stated and just recently I am no longer getting at least 10¢ for the surveys that say I’m not a good fit after I’ve been in them for a bit. Also they get a lot of info for free just tying to get to the surveys in the first place. It’s good if you’re just wanting supplemental money for apps and the like and aren’t too worried how much info you’re giving out.

Five stars. But... It’s an awesome app for sure. But lately I’ve been getting technical issues where I can’t finish a survey when I’m half way through it after spending ten minutes trying to finish it, or it disqualifies me after it already told me I was qualified and I spend some time on it as well. And the biggest issue as of just recently is I haven’t been able to qualify for many surveys at all. I use to qualify for, let’s say, 8 out 10 surveys. And now I qualify for maybe 1 out of 10. And I use to get 10 cents if I didn’t qualify and now I don’t get anything at all. Especially when I spent quite a bit of time on the survey and it just tells me too bad and I don’t get anything and it’s just a complete waste of time. At least I use to get 10 cents but now I don’t.

Banned. I’ve done surveys on this platform for several years. Many failed surveys and completed surveys with no compensation. Impossible to get assistance. Unfair payout system , I myself received only one dollar surveys but others that use the same service get two dollar payouts always. If you continue with this platform make sure you cash out as soon as you hit $10, many folks lost earned rewards. Beware. I made the account literally 6 days ago after being recommend from a you tube channel I follow only made one account did all the survey right after each one survey was 6 dollars another 2.50 and rest 1dollar each. Well I go to claim my reward and comes back with error I email them for support they responses 3 days laters with the following msg. Thank you for your patience. THS IS THR BEST SURVEY APP. I don’t even know where to start . First off I got to say this. This app should NOT be a three star app this is the highest paying survey app by far and I have had no problems with it. You take the same surveys you do on other apps but get paid a minimum of $2.00. These surveys range from 5-30 minutes but on average 10-15 minutes. Most of you might be coming here to know if it is legit and yes it is. I made 120 dollars in about a week and just purchased my elite controller that I thought would take months to get doing online surveys this app is a must if you want a little extra cash to buy some things you want but don’t need.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS AMAZING APP. When I first downloaded this app I was barley knowing how this app worked and once I got a hang of it I started to get money and I started to like the app more and more. But one day when I was going to redeem my iTunes card it said that it was already redeemed. and so I was like WHAT. But after when I got another 10 dollars I tried to redeem my iTunes card and it said again this card has already been redeemed. And after I was mad and made a new account and got 10 dollars from that one but it said that I had to be a member for 72 house and so I waited but then when I tried to log on the next day it said that there was a transaction and that I had to contact the place and so I did and they never fixed my account and now I can’t get any more gift cards PLEASE FIX IT I LOVE YOUR APP BUT THERE ARE A LOT OF PROBLEMS

Waste of Time And Effort. Most people know through research that you’ll get banned after a certain amount of time. No explanation, no reasoning - just banned and unable to redeem any remaining balance. I knew it was coming, but I didn’t expect it the same day I downloaded the app. I took 4 or 5 surveys, answered them honestly, and was banned the same day, with $11 in my account that I couldn’t redeem. This app is a waste of time and effort. “Customer Service” team is useless, and this whole thing is such a scam. If you’re looking for some passive income, this is NOT worth your time. You make close to nothing, can get banned at literally any moment for no reason, and you’re better off focusing your time and energy elsewhere. Great in theory, horrible execution. I do NOT recommend this app and service. Waste of time and efforts.
