App does not work!. I just subscribed and the app freezes constantly. I’m on an iPhone 7 Plus with the latest iOS 11 update. Please fix! I subscribed for a year. 😕

Autism parents. I already pd for a subscription and it seems that there is none What is going on and will a magazine come in the mail? Is this a scam? It sounded like it would be great.

Awful delivery system, and you only get your “free” issue after you subscribe. The app is awful! I had no idea I was subscribing to a digital-only magazine. Not to mention, the “free” issue is really only a discount off your subscription once you subscribe. I was able to download an issue when I first subscribed, but I have no idea how to get new issues when they come out. The app is so convoluted, why don’t they stick to publishing a magazine and forgo the app? Clearly they can’t figure out how to deliver digital subscriptions.

Retract my single star. I had given a single star and I am retracting it. I was with difficulty though able to download magazines that I have access to from getting a “good deal” one year subscription. I am going to read the article and apply them to my son who was born with Down syndrome but I believe also is on the Autism spectrum. Looking forward to reading

Wish app was as good as the customer service. It’s been so time consuming to access issues I’ve paid for on this app. Love the magazine, but not this iPhone app.

Poor app. Need lot of improvement, not portable across windows and ios even i have yearly subscription. Customer care is very poor , I explained the problem multiple times but everytime they reply with standard templates, its like robot is replying not humans.

Easy to navigate, great sales during the holidays. A great resource, easy to purchase individual issues or bundles. They have had great deals on bundles over the holidays, too. The magazines are easy to access and to navigate.

Must have magazine. Love this app! It’s so convenient for people on the go and the topics discussed are very helpful

Misleading. The magazine itself is amazing I love the content I’m new to the diagnosis, but when it said for a year I thought I was going to get all the content that was being shown.... not true limited and almost $5 each for those not included. Kinda expensive for an online magazine.

Autism parenting magazine. Excellent and helpful articles.

Great articles. I am a retired early childhood special ed teacher who now has a grandson with Autism. The articles have been a tremendous help to my son. I highly recommend this magazine.

Won't let me download new issues. I paid for a year subscription and had no problems with the first 3 issues, and then no more issues will download. Upon contacting customer service they said I needed to provide proof that I paid for a subscription such as an iTunes or credit card receipt. I'm not looking back through months of statements for a possible receipt! The few issues I did receive were nice, but mostly just life stories/other people's experiences. I didn't learn anything new that I didn't already know about autism and how to help my son.

Lucrative opportunity. It is sad that they are trying to charge parents that they are looking for help

Not the information I expected. Mostly a shopping app rather than an informative app.

Never Feel Alone. Having access to this magazine is not only comforting but so helpful. I laugh, I cry, I scream "me too"! about 100 times! It's so nice to feel part of a community that understands what your going through. Accepts that it's not the exact same thing but that we are walking down a similar road and if we ever need any help... it's there. It's a family in a magazine. Article to share, information to digest, and antics to remind you to laugh! Thank you!

Don’t bother. What a disappointment. Very misleading. Nothing about this app is free. Just look at the magazine cover and google some of the topics that are on the front cover. You’ll find the same information for free :) you’re welcome.

Autism Magazine app. I have the app and I have subscription to the magazine and I have yet been able to open a magazine to read it. The app keeps asking me for money. Ugh what a waste of time and money.

App does not work.. I have downloaded this app several times from the App. Store. It does not take me to a login page nor does it offer to forward me to the login. I can only login from the browser!!

Rip off. I bought every back issue when I became member and when I chose an issue to read it charged me for it.

Great source of information. Just got the annual subscription. There is lots of great information on there. It would be great to have stories from older teens/adults that are on the spectrum. Sharing their ideas on what helped them. A special edition for parents that suspect their child has autism- what steps to take to make sure they are doing all they can to help their child.

I love the articles!. I love your articles! However, I am a bit confused with which magazines I have actually purchased. I also want to have hard copies to leave around the house for relatives to read. Maybe they will pick up some pearls too!

I love it.. I love it, but I have some suggestions for articles to write to put in autism parenting magazine: 1. What is Vocal/Verbal Stimming 2. What are the benefits of Stimming for autistic children 3. Why do autistic children have meltdowns/shutdowns 4. What are excellent ways to calm an autistic child down

Horrible…. This app is horrible it will not let me load onto my device at all. It keeps popping up with a message saying connect to internet and I am. I can’t stand electronics.

Always leaves me wanting more!. I love this magazine, there is so much good reading and the fact that it is written by parents/caregivers is a definite bonus. I know that if I’m working through a difficult period with our grandson, I will find the help I need in here. I would also like to have print issues but there are definite good points to having it only digital. I don’t misplace one before I’ve finished an article, someone can’t borrow it and not return it, the dog can’t play tug-of-war with it, and the kids can’t tip over a bowl of soggy cereal on it. One terrific magazine, and I do want more of it when I read it!

Don’t waste your time they just want your money but won’t give you access to the material. It’s only one star cuz I can’t post this with out tapping a star I wish they had negative starts to tap! I’ve contacted the company on 2 separate occasions trying to trouble Shoot their app so I can read what I paid for.. I’ve gone down that rabbit hole so many times doing exactly what they say I need to do to to get access to the paid material. It doesn’t work at all.! When I asked for a refund they tell me it’s pass the 30 days refund policy. They refused the give me a refund they kept sending me on a wild goose chase to try to trouble shoot the app so they could say I was no longer in the 30 days. As a parent with autism children my time is valuable I so t have time for this ring a round bull crap. What makes me more angry they claim to understand and want to help parents with autistic children but they don’t. They are just out to steal your money!

Glad I found this resource, but please proof-read!. As a parent of a recently diagnosed daughter with ASD, this magazine is the first resource I've stumbled across that addresses a wide variety of concerns and current research. I really feel excited to read more. However, the amount of typos is appalling. I ran into 5 or 6 separate typos in the first 3 articles I read. The proof-reading is apparently non-existant. There is a desperate need for better editing. Often, the highlighted captions don't make sense. This is so distracting to me and makes me doubt the quality of this publication and even the research behind it. Please clean it up!

The worst app and clueless people. The iOS app is garbage. No option to sign out and log in. The email customer service reps are clueless. Very slow response via email , takes many days for email reply and that too with clueless agents responding. The social media team are clueless and don’t help with anything

Worst App! Stay Away, it’s a scam!. After reading all the reviews, I still went ahead and subscribed because I figured it was worth a try. I was COMPLETELY WRONG! First off, the app does not work. I paid a year subscription to not be able to access any of the issues. After contacting their “customer service” multiple times and receiving the worst service possible, I have realized the best I can do is just to warn others, since their “customer service” will resolve absolutely nothing. After reaching out to them and letting them know the app didn’t work (trust me, I tried EVERYTHING they said I had to do) and asking if I can just get a login through their website instead, they stated I would have to subscribe (AGAIN - meaning paying additional money) for an online login. It makes no sense, I already paid and have received ZERO access to any issue. Complete scam and rip off. Unacceptable.

Informative and Timely. Autism Parenting Magazine is extremely helpful. The articles that are written touch on so many important topics for families to read. It’s a wonderful learning tool and just by sharing these stories can really help parents realize they aren’t alone with their day to day struggles. I highly recommend subscribing to this magazine.

Most informative magazine and user friendly app. We are new to the world of autism and the Autism Magazine subscription has been perfect for us to read up on ASD and get ideas and moral support for our journey. If you want to have back issues of the magazine, the offer is there. I have had zero trouble using the app on my cell phone, PC and iPad. I am able to print and share articles with my family. I highly recommend the app and the magazine to those who love someone with autism. H Stone

Great Magazine. This is a very informative magazine with lots of good information and stories from parents. I have found in my autism journey that I get the best information from parents and teachers. So for this magazine to be written by parents of autistic children is a real treat. I originally had the iPad app for the magazine but my autistic son took control of the iPad and I couldn't access my subscription when I wanted to. So I emailed Mark at Autism Parenting and requested to switch to the pdf version of the magazine. And within 24 hours I was up and running on the website for the pdf version.

Thanks for fixing issue .... Now I can fully enjoy magazine. Thank you!

Not useful and greedy. I have subscribed to this 2 years ago and read maybe few articles since as it wasn’t quite useful in assisting my autistic kid. I got billed yesterday again for this year subscription and tried to cancel and get refund right away as I didn’t have any use of this product so far but they refused to refund the money as probably this is how they thrive on people forgetting about the subscription .

Expensive. Only a few articles in every other magazine are of interest. And most of that info can be found for free on the Internet. I'll be cancelling my subscription when I return home.

Scam!. Don't buy this magazine!!! It is a scam! I paid for 12 months plus past subscriptions. When I try to download it it says I need to pay again! What kind of people take advantage of someone looking for help and answers for their children with autism!! This is so wrong!! Very sad and disappointed!! I would give this 0 stars but that's not an option!

Autism Parenting. The topics that are chosen for your articles are good, but please watch your proof reading before they are submitted as I'm finding a lot of errors and this reduces your magazine's credibility.

Won't unsubscribe me. I have tried reaching out to customer support multiple times asking to unsubscribe, and they have been less than helpful. All I wanted was money back and no more issues. And yet, here came another one today.

Good Information. This is a great magazine. I love the articles. They add to information I have found on my own. Some have prompted me to look deeper into a topic. Others have helped me feel that we are not alone in our struggle with autism.

Great Magazine. Insightful, informative and a "pick- me- up" for parents with children on the spectrum. There's just only so much one can read or hear from the "experts" who do it 9-5. I appreciate these are good articles written from the parent perspective.

Very helpful. The information is a wealth of knowledge from new autism research, to apps, social stories, parenting tips, home school, going out in public, etc. it really addresses autism holistically across the life span and is for all- new or old to the world of autism!

No good. Purchased a subscription so I can use the magazine for reference but guess what? They don't have it in print just online. The app itself is horrible.

Autism parenting. Not happy

Good information - poor execution. This is a terrible application. I purchased a 1 Year subscription and back issues. When I try to access on the iPhone or iPad, it prompts me to purchase the again. I've signed in with the code from the site. Also, I get 3-4 marketing emails a day, telling me to subscribe and purchase back issues! Very annoying!

Great information!. Full of information of treatment techniques and study trials relating to autism. As a grandparent of a child with autism I suddenly found myself looking for reliable information pertaining to autism, which was a whole new world to be discovered and understood.

App never remembers you. The content is ok, but certainly not worth the ordeal it takes to access something that was PAID for! Ugck! account number? Really? Autism parents are doing great to know their own names on most days! So when content is locked behind impossible log in info it becomes the worst content possible, a waste of money and time.
