Purchased the "get everything" in-app for $2.99, never appeared or showed up.. Great app, great features and great filters! *BUT, definitely some things need redone. Purchased the "get everything" in app expansion for $2.99. Purchase never showed up and requested for me to buy again if I would like that feature. I'm sure its just a minor glitch, but something that needs to get fixed asap. Very agervating, $2.99 or $299. Still money I spent and didn't get what I intended.

Update. App needs update to support iPhone 10+

Doesn’t work anymore. I cannot get this app to work on iOS 12 on my new iPhone X. Tell me I need to give the app permission to access photos in privacy settings but the app isn’t listed in the Photos privacy settings. Gets the devs gave up on this 3 years ago...

Looking for something that was unique. I just started with this app an hour ago but already I am having a lot of fun and getting some ideas for a project. Very glad I stumbled onto this - based on a review of another not so great app .

Was a favorite. I loved this app. So easy to use with great results. Until we couldn’t use it anymore because of privacy issues. I can’t go into settings and privacy and photos and allow the app to have access. It’s not showing up in the list. Possibly because the app isn’t speaking with the iOS and requesting it. I spent money on this app. Time to look for an alternative app.

Best photo edit app. Really love it. Have had a lot of similar apps, but this is the best.

Can’t give it access to albums. I love this app but it won’t access my albums because it doesn’t have photo access. I went to settings but the app doesn’t pop up to allow access. I’m stuck with a useless app right now :/ please help cause I used to use this all the time on my iPad!

Such fun!. I love being able to pull out the focus of my pictures and make them pop with the fun effects! Easy to use and create new images.

Can’t give access to photo album.... Just upgraded to a 2018 pro. After installing this app it won’t allow me to give access to my photo library. When I go to settings/privacy/photos....PopAGraph is not listed. A little help would be appreciated.

Unique Pic Edit Options. This app is great for editing pictures and making the focal points "pop". I love the range of options available and it's pretty simple to use. 4 stars because more intricate photos are difficult to outline and can look sloppy.

Good options in free version. It takes some experimenting, but the free version has many great features and is easy to use.

Flaw in recent versions. Earlier versions let you have a bank background and with the "clear" effect you could overlay items in some other apps like Union. Now clear is a white background that isn't clear any longer.

Great tool for this effect!. Thank you for the update! I missed using this app with the upgrade to iOS 12, and now with the app update, I can use it again! Simple to use, nice effects! Thanks again!

Great app. I love trying out apps I've never used before. I've had this one for a while but didn't really get the chance to play around with it much. However after getting the chance to see its full affects, I rather enjoy using it. It can really ad a touch of flair to your work. Wonderful app.

Zero stars. I purchased this app and have used it for years...since the last update, I have been unable to use it because it will not access my photos. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. What a waste.

First use. Great app ! No regrets. I haven't uploaded a edit app with this much technical production without paying mucho $. Great free version for all the 7 iOS and earlier version phones. Watch the tutorial first. No confusion , outline the part you want to pop out -push buttons -choose effects-finish you edit. 5 stars.

Can’t access the app. I used this app often, but as of 5/9/19 it keeps saying to allow app to use photos on the privacy settings. It doesn’t show up on the privacy setting though. Please fix.

Awesome app. I have tried a lot of photo and graphic manipulation and editing apps and so far this is what I always come back to. It does what I need it to do easily - most the time I use it to remove backgrounds from -images. It does that and way more though. It’s affordable and even the free version is packed with features.

Bringing Life To Your Pics!. 💚💜Love!💚💜 This is a fun & creative way to make your everyday picture come to life by bringing the focal points alive with color. Although the drawback being any detailing is difficult to do and can become frustrating leaving your efforts look rather careless.

Won’t request permission to access photos. I have had this app since the beginning and love it. I have installed it on a new iPad I received, and it won’t request access to photos to use the app. It says to go to settings and then privacy to allow it access, but since the app has yet to request it in the first place, Apple doesn’t see it to allow or not allow photo access. In other words, it’s now a useless app until it is fixed.

Fun. Such cool effects with so little effort... It's a must have in my photography Arsenal.

Update. I gave it two stars because its a great app but unfortunately I am not able to allow access to my photos. This may be because the app hasn’t been updated in years so it’s no longer compatible with the newest iOS update. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP. It’s a very big inconvenience because I purchased every feature related to PopAGraph🙄

Works greats since the update to support for iOS 13. This is one of the best photo tools apps on the App Store. It gives you the ability to create a really interesting and amazing photos that only professionals could make on Photoshop. I love this app and I’m grateful the developer updated the app for the iOS 13.

Is a really good app.. I’ve used this app countless times and for several years now , however since I’ve gotten current gen iPads their seems to be a compatibly issue. Needs a update. This is a awesome app to have in your tool box. All effects work and doesn’t break the bank. No bogus monthly fees , hidden charges either. Just needs a update that’s all.

At least give me my money back. I purchased the premium version and can’t even access pictures fix the glitch or give me a refund. Very unhappy. DO NOT DOWNLOAD until they fix this problem!!

I paid to play developer hasn’t delivered. There seems to be a problem with how this app interacts with newer iOS versions. In app it states i need to give permission via my settings. But in settings this app doesn’t appear to allow me to give photo permissions to this app. Waste of time PicsArt works better

I had already paid for everything around the time it first came out so I'm not sure why I had to sign up to be charged again but honestly I love the app so much that Idc because I support them! 10 bucks for a full yr subscription isn't bad at all for the quality of the app so yes I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Love the filters and 3D effects sooo cool!!!

Used to be a great app but then bait and switch.... I used to recommend this app to everyone after I purchased it, because it was easy to use, affordable and made good quality results. Now I would not recommend it to anyone and say do not purchase or download it and I will never purchase another app from this company. The app I paid for, somehow without showing it was updated through the store but was, now requires me to subscribe to continue to use it. I cannot even try to use the app until I now subscribe to a product I already purchased. I do not endorse or use products from companies that commit such bait and switch so buy this product only if you are prepared to deal with such fraudulent activity from this company.

Awesome customer service!. This is the only company on the App Store that has operated with integrity. I paid for the app before it went to subscription and they still honored it. You other app developers should take notes 📝.

A fatal flaw. If it always cuts off my podcasts I won’t use this. I use Overcast, I’ve tried many other pod players, I bought an Echo because I thought I’d have a reasonable pod option (I don’t- it’s lousy) and even held on to an old 4S because it could play Overcast for a time... In other words, I’m not changing my pod player. It’s up to you to fix your photo editor.

Great photo app!!. I use this all the time to improve photos & to turn them into printable personalized wall art. Its super user friendly (my 7 year old uses it now). I used it this year for all the pics on our holiday card & got tons of compliments. Definitely worth the extra $2.99 to unlock all the filters, although you can definitely use the free version to do tons of stuff. It's also nice to not be asked every time to rate it (after using it literally hundreds of times I just got my first invitation to rate it). All around great app!!

Free version did a great job with photos. Did as advertised! My images jumped off the page. I was impressed with the free version. I'll be checking out the features of the premium version next.

Seemingly complex effects, amazingly simple to produce. A fantastic addition for your complement of photo editing apps.

Good app but.... This app is awesome but its working unstable. Sometime, after those effect, it's look beautiful but after rendering and save into my photo library, it's look diffirent, like : some detail in the photo, look ok before render but it's lost after render, and the thing i like the most is the filter with name is Frames, it's make my photo pop up, very impressive but after render, it's look terrible. So, i hope you guys can make this app work much better on your next update, and you will deserve with 5 stars instade of 4 stars like now .Thanks alot for your time to read my review .

Why people complaining?. This app isn't very hard to use. If your photos don't look as good as the examples then try practicing to get better using better photos. Shocking how people these days assume things are bad when honestly they just don't know how to use it properly. Thanks :)

Great app for images!. Use it for cars making and Instagram. Great app! For cards the ability to add text and standard ratio pics would be wonderful!

Fabulous. A great fun app. After a short learning period 10 mins I created my first of many fun pics. Love it. The effects pack all of them well worth it

just a worse version of adobe photoshop app. it lags alot and you have to pay for just 16filters their is no options to adjust the filters no settings and their is no feathering options for the mask either waste of time downloading recommend the photoshop app! at least you have better options and its more stable

WOW. If you really knew what this app is capable of doing, it's worth doing it... This app is worth every cent and more! You could combine this app with other photo edit apps to make it pop .. You will stand out BIG TIME! Videos are really helpful to make you learn as well.... You won't be disappointed

Utter garbage!. This app doesn't even come close to delivering the type of pics shown in the demo. How this got showcased in the App Store blows my mind. Not worth the "nothing" that you pay for it. AVOID!!

DOESNT WORK. I have now tried around 12 times to get it right, I have followed the instructions exactly how they tell you to, but it cuts everything out... And when I try to fill in the cut outs it doesn't respond!! So... What I'm trying to say is, clearly no one was paying attention to the MASSIVE set back of the app, seriously don't even bother getting this.

Great for separating subject from background. Some cool filters for 'popping' a subject off the canvas. Would be nice if there were a few more image correction options among the filters (brightness/contrast levels etc.) to avoid having to pass via Snapseed first. Also then the ability to layer multiple filters into a mask. Overall I love this app though.

Best photography app. Great for professional photos. I have only had it for a day and already have used it heaps. Another way to make the app more useful is to add collages so the photos you have just edited can be placed together but anyway it is a fantastic app.

So much fun!. I love it! It's so professional (the auto-masking tool is much more effective than many payed-for apps I've tried!). However, I'd have given it five stars if there were better already-given filters (and THEN even more impressive purchase filters.) and if they gave the option for the square border to go behind the masked part of photo without giving a colour border, but instead letting the background continue beyond the square's borders. I would pay for this app! I hope the developers make more great apps!

Must Have App!!. If you like to give your photos a little something extra then download this app. I have been using it for quite awhile and it is part of my ‘Go To’ photo arsenal. With the masking you can create objects to be in the foreground or background then highlight them separately in different styles. This makes it perfect for occasions like birthdays, weddings, special events as well as everyday fun. At a recent wedding friends choose a picture I’d used this app on as the photo to go on their thank you card!!😍 Plus The developers just did an overhaul of the app keeping all the good stuff and adding even more options!! Give it a try yourself, you will be glad that you did!!👍👍👍👍👍👍

Good but Could be better. This ok and I thought ok to pay inapp to open features. Then find that it only opened half and now need to pay more for the other half to open. the price of inapp purchases are a little too expensive. Would be better to just ask for a one price to open all features as not as many features as was expecting. I am now sorry to have paid at all. If I had maybe re-read all the info before downloading I would have realised but most apps for photography include a one off payment. An expensive price to open my eyes. Very disappointed now. Would have rated higher if all had unlocked together

Watch the tutorial! It only takes a second. Great app, does what it says. Yes you have to buy add ons for the majority of the effects but it does work. I was like a fish out of water when I first opened the app. But after watching a 2-3 minute tutorial I was blown away by the simpleness of this app. I would put it rate it as one of the cooler photo apps I own.

Popagraph. It's quite good, with masking I don't like how it sort of changes the masking when you click lift. I like how it is easy to use and if you buy upgrades for filters and stuff you get better options. I like the Sketch and Picasso filter because if you have the sketch one it looks like a real sketch. IT REALLY GOOD!!

Bug fix?????. Since downloading the last 2 updates the program stalls and shuts down constantly!!! Before these it worked fine and I enjoyed using it, tried using it 20 or so times since the update and ready to delete it and find something else, very frustrating when this WAS a great app.

Amazingly simple, quick rendering, new weapon in my arsenal. This app is so easy to use, it's incredible. Edge detection is clean, and easy to manipulate. I find that I get about 90% there, and it's easy to clean up the little bits if you're using an appropriate pic. Buy the $1.99 "everything" pack, it'll give you all kinds of ways to take a ho-hum pic to the next level of memorable.

Great. This has quickly become my go to photo editing app.

Crashes on iPad Air. This app looks interesting, but all I've been able to do is create a mask. If I try to do anything with it, the app crashes, each and every time. I've kept the app around through several updates hoping this would get fixed, but I'm almost ready to delete it, since it's completely useless to me on its present form. Too bad.

Crashes everytime. Was reading great reviews. Loved what I saw. Expected great things. Downloaded and tried. Sadly, it keeps crashing everytime I load a photo.

Can’t use it.. The app can’t access the camera roll anymore. Permission has to be granted but the app doesn’t appear in the confidentiality list. For the time being, this is totally useless... I paid for this and there has been no updates in 3 years.

Does not work with new iOS. The app was great, but then it stopped accessing the camera roll and no longer worked. I contacted apple support who were unable to help and said I had to contact the company that made it. The company emailed me back immediately to find out what phone and iOS version I was using. That was about a month and a half ago and they have not responded to any additional emails since then!

Great photo app. I downloaded this app on a whim. It is easy to use. And easy to navigate through the menus. I also like the choice of options to share the finished product from camera roll to various social networking sites. While there are in app purchases this app lets you try them to see how they look or what you can do with them before purchasing. That is a big plus for me.

Wow. So,I downloaded it thinking it would be a cheesy picture app that is just like every other picture editing app but no. It was amazing. With a steady finger and 5 minutes you can get a picture looking totally different and look very professionally edited. Would be really cool if they did add some psychedelic effects soon

Very nice. I've downloaded numerous photo enhancing apps, many of which I promptly deleted. After editing just 2 of my photos I decided I'd upgrade to unlock all the features. It's easy to use with very nice results. I've taken some just "okay" pictures and turned them into something I'd readily share.

Incredible!. This is an incredible app! There is so much to do, and you can transform photos a little bit, or a lot with different effects each time. There are so many, and you're pictures at the end really do pop! Great app! If any of you are familiar with the app iPhoto ($4.99) at the App Store, this is very similar to that, in fact, in my opinion maybe even better. Wonderful graphics and different ways to display your photos!

Wow!. Ridiculously easy to make some really cool an creative edits to photos on the phone (and that I would have no clue how to do on the desktop). Much better than the lame retro filters out there, you can pick out your subject, add some frames, filter the background, and make something really unique. And it all takes 30 seconds, it's something I will actually use.

Fantastic!. People love the photos I produce with this and are always asking what program I use to edit my photos. This is one app where upgrading to premium is worth it. However, I wish there was an all in one purchase instead of frames and filters separately. ***Also PLEASE add higher resolution rendering because the .8 megapixel output is fine for Facebook, but terrible for prints. Not photoshop. But it doesn't pretend to be. It's easy to use, fast results so you can go from quick snap to something special in a couple of minutes. It's easy to make busy backgrounds recede and highlight your subject. My nine year old picked it up and was showing me the features in less than five minutes . I download the extras, to.

Great app. This is a great app. Easy to use an good assortment of filters. Can't wait to see more. The auto masking is very good, an easy to edit the few areas that have similar background colors. The in app purchase is worth the money. Would be nice to freehand text or drawings to image to make personalized back ground messages, but all in all one of the best and easiest apps to use for custom photos...

Great app, only if the navigation would've been slightly easier. I absolutely love this app and it is extremely powerful. Would definitely rate it slightly better than Kitcam (equally powerful image editor). Have a suggestion for the devs - the app navigation is not very intuitive and can be done a little better without the slide-out menu. Gets kinda confusing. Great app otherwise and I would highly recommend getting the 'Everything' pack. Definitely worth the money.

close....but not quite perfect!. A I wanted this app cause I loved the idea of making the focal item in the pic POP! Well..it doesn't quite do that. Yes, it separates it out, frames it, but it doesn't quite get there for me. The outlines are so thin you can barely see them. It took me abt 5 min of tapping the icons before I realized it was actually changing something. IMO, to make this app a 5 star- add the ability to make the outline thicker/thinner and change color; change to more than 15 seconds of music; and the ability to colorized just a portion of the focal point.

Best Photo App on the App Store!. This app takes everything you like from Instagram, and multiplies it by two.. literally! You can mask an object quickly, and the algorithm this app uses to define borders is astonishing with only minor touch ups required by the user on some instances, which are also easy and quick to do. The best way to describe this app is that it essentially works like Photoshop in which you are playing with layers of a project. Except in this case, you are only playing with two layers: The background and the masked "popped" object. It's clean and simple, and you can create some amazing photos quickly because of this. I instantly purchased all of the in-app options, and it's worth every penny! I'd have easily paid for the free version even, for there is a lot of things you can do with just some of the samples, including grayscale which is a favorite I like to play with in other apps. One thing I would like to see added is a more customizable filter option with a color, hue, contrast, saturation, and brightness adjustment meter, and it can be a purchased add-on which I'd gladly pay for. This way I can make darker grayscale backgrounds or popped objects, or also create more specific colored backgrounds that are tinted to different levels of saturation. Asking for anything more would be me essentially asking for Photoshop which would be too cumbersome for the iPhone.

Wow!!. I see a lot of the same effects done in many apps these days, but this one has certainly taken it to a higher level!! I absolutely love what can be done with this awesome app! Give it a try, and by all means, buy the upgrades...well worth it for the results you get!! It truly does make items in your picture POP out with fabulous results! This app actually lives up to the marketing. Accept that you WILL want the in-app purchase(s) {go on and get the complete set for $2.99 and save}, because you will like what you can do with your photos using this app. I didn't want to stop using it even long enough to come throw 5 stars into the pot here, but these folks deserve the praise. It's distinctly unique and versatile -- and fun and/ or cool :-)

Mostly Amazing. I have been able to make some really nice pictures with this app. The result gets it 4 stars. The fact I needed to purchase a dollar or two filter pack was ok except what I was getting was less than informative. I think I bought an extra "pack" that I really didn't get anything from. If that was explained better and Lots more filters were added it would be 5 stars. If I could isolate or "lift" other non touching areas in one picture it would be my go to photo editing app!

You know an app is bad when.... ...they pay a company to write them fake 5 star reviews. I think this is one of the lowest things an app company can do. Just look at how each 5 star app is written. They are so obvious when you start paying attention. The grammar, the fact that they have not ONE bad thing to say. They look like a PR persons speech. And my favorite part is the user names they make up. Really, if you don't believe in your app enough to let it stand on it's own reviews, don't make it. And for you all out there that do read reviews, ignore 5 stars and listen to the 4s. Those are the honest ones. Ps, this app was not unique at all and didn't work anywhere near as it was reviewed to.

Neat, fun, & simple. Cool little app. I've had fun playing around with it all day. Even the additional filters & features are reasonably priced. They are not necessary to have to make cool pics but I will probably end up purchasing them!! Only 4 stars because app crashed a few times when I was trying to save / share my photo, but my work was still there when I reopened the app and saving worked the second time each time it happened.

No update in 3 years. So now the app isn’t usable because it’s not compatible with iOS 12 since the app hasn’t been updated in 3 years.

🌟🌟🌟Deserves extra stars 🌟🌟🌟. This works better than advertised. It's very intuitive. The tutorial is wonderful. The only thing u would change would be adding the ability to "lift" more than once, but even without that it's fantastic. Totally download like now in case they change the price.

Mask is sloppy. Ugh I've spent 1 hour trying to mask a white cat from a brown background and it will not do it correctly.

Super App!. It takes just a few minutes to get used to, but it is well worth downloading. It is also worth upgrading for just a couple dollars so you can use all of the special effects options. I am very happy with it and will enjoy enhancing many of my photos.

Pretty cool. This really is a pretty neat app... I just got it today, so I'm still figuring out things, but so far I've created a couple of really cool pics! I wish the frame option was a little easier to use, and I think $1.99 is a bit much to unlock the background/popped image extras, but I did pay it... The extras were needed! All in all, I am enjoying playing with it, and I think with some time and practice, I could do some awesome pics!!

Really enjoy the app but update has some bugs. I am really a fan of this app, it is a great design tool. But with the new update I notice that when I layer new frames over my growths, the actual saved image only has one frame. Also, it would be really helpful if we could save a template file so when one could open a new photo the previous settings of color for the frames, or previously used settings in general, could be used for making bulk icons or bulk buttons for design. All in all though, really enjoy the new features and am thankful to have found this app

A Terrifically Fun App. Great app. Something new in the photo world. Pick your picture, mask the part you want to make pop, select your background and then add a frame. And when you share it the recipient doesn't just get your completed picture - they actually see the transformation take place while they listen to a 15 second song clip you've selected from your music. Hands down the most fun new photo app out there.

Makes this limited skills user look pro. Five stars is an easy rating for this app. After using it five minutes I realized it was well worth dropping two bucks for the full features. The key is its masking abilities. No more pixel by pixel masking. The app does a great job of differentiating what you intended. I've taken some only fair photos and turned them into creative pieces, which says a lot more about this app than my own abilities. Take a few minutes to use this on your photo before sending it to Instagram or other social platforms. It's time well spent.

Best Photo App I have ever used. Love this App. Amazing how a picture can be transformed. This app makes a picture more real. I would encourage people to buy the entire app additional packs, if you consider the variety. Very easy to use compared with all other photo app. Hats off guys for making this wonderful app. I am interested in this than photoshops...

Can’t upload pictures. It says to go to SETTINGS>PRIVACY>PHOTOS but it’s not even on the list. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it still won’t show.

Love this app!. I really like the effects this app can do! Great job to the developer. I hope they keep supporting and adding even more features to an already great app! For instance, please add more options with the text function. I would like to be able to add more than one text box. I would also like to be able to rotate it diagonally instead of only being able to resize the box.

Uses to be great.... Then the update. I used this anytime I needed a background erased and an image to save without a background. It’s completely useless to me now. Will delete today

No longer works with iphone. it does not read your photo libraries. It says to go to settings > privacy > photos, but the app does not show up there.

App's slowing down my phone. I keep trying to use this app. It was going along smoothly for the first 2 minutes, then started lagging and froze my whole phone. Every time I try to open it, my phone freezes and even after I've exited it, it freezes. I can't press the home button to "wake up" my phone, I have to hold down the power button and home button because just holding the power button won't work and I need to restart my phone. Needs an update!

Great Effort. I've been extracting objects from backgrounds forever with Photoshop or whatever else so I know how hard it is to do perfect. I was so hoping this would do a better job but it doesn't cut clean unless you have a really great pic with a fairly solid Bg to extract from but in that case I'd just use a magic wand to select BG and wouldn't need this. However, it's GREAT for those who wouldn't be able to do this any other way. It's fun to play around with so it's cool. I just need better.

Awesome photo editing app!. With today's app world throwing you a plethora of all sorts of photo editing applications, this is ONE you don't want to be without! Of the many pictures I post to Facebook or Instagram... This is by far my favorite editing suite for giving my photos that extra little something, to make them standout amongst the rest. I like it so much that I bought the pro version... and i NEVER buy apps!

Unusable. Can't access photos on latest iOS version

Filter an edge-detected sub image. This app lets you pick out details within an image and apply a filter to just those details. Nice if a bit confusing at first. My only complaint is about the fact that instructions are video only. It's really sad that the Internet is moving towards presenting everything as videos. What if I'd just rather have written instructions? Can we please stop trying to become illiterate?

Great results for time/effort spent!. Takes just a few minutes to make truly amazing pictures. True that this app takes a little getting use to but spend 10 minutes and you'll be hooked! Your vacation pics will never be the same again.

So much to learn, if you want to.... ...but it's not absolutely necessary to learn a bunch of stuff just to create some fun images. I have to admit that I have yet to make the background disappear, but the ability to make short little animations is simply there. I plan to do a lot more experimenting when I'm not exhausted at the end of the day, but it's a great deal more satisfying than any game already. It'll get the 5th star when the steps for masking simply present themselves once I've chosen the masking tool.
