Love the digital access but app keeps crashing. I'm not a huge print person when it comes to magazines so I like that I can get the digital version. But the app keeps closing every minute or so when I try to open the magazines to read them....also it's sort of crazy that you get a digital subscription with the print subscription but no additional resources or services to make the 20$ app purchase worth it if you choose to go only digital. -sincerely, yours Wanting this app to work correctly

Ease of access.... Accessing anything with ADHD is that much more difficult. This makes me want to throw my phone. It does not let me login to access my subscription - with email, without, doesn't matter. 👎🏼

Unusable - Keeps Crashing. I love the idea of accessing the back issues of the magazine, but I can’t actually access the PDFs because the app crashes every single time I try to open one. There’s no point to the app. :(

Super Content!!!. I, as an adult, have really been blessed by ADDitude Magazine. Don’t see why others have not given it a 4 or 5 star rating because it’s detailed, very comprehensive and so informative!

Bad want refund Now. Took me for 19.99 when tried to buy issues for 1 year it won't even restore. I want a refund ASAP.

Would be great if it didn’t crash. I need the information in this magazine (for obvious reasons) but I cannot download even one issue because it crashes continually. I deleted and reinstalled the app but the problem remains. This would be an amazing app if it actually worked. ADDitude: FIX THIS APP.

Doesn’t work. I can read the articles on the home screen but can’t log in so I can’t get any subscriber content and can’t read the current magazine or find back articles.

Would give it zero stars if I could.. Took my money as well and won't restore! Complaining to Apple

App is not useable.. I like the magazine so much that I paid for a digital subscription to access back issues. App does not work! I’m good with computers and phones...it’s not me it’s is app. I see all the other negative reviews of the app. Why have you guys not fixed this or removed the app from the store. This is not a responsible thing to do with your brand/product. Get it together guys.

More frustrating than ADD. This is singularly the most frustrating app I have ever tried to work with. Notice I say tried to. Even the tutorial is awful. New Hope Media, what were you thinking??? 😥

Took my money as well. I contacted company and they try to buy app again, but iTunes will only let you subscribe. They basically stole my money. Shame on you guys! There is other reviews that say this but I bought this app a couple of months ago...I didn't think they would rip me off...but they have no intentions of giving me a refund...please fix and I will change my review.

Yikes. The idea of having mobile access to the magazine is amazing, but it literally won’t function. I can’t download anything.

Crashes constantly when trying to download magazines.. Crashes a few seconds after opening when downloading magazines. Almost useless.

I don't understand?. I downloaded this "App", but it doesn't do anything. I can't open it and I can't delete it. It's just "there".

Please look into crashes. App always crashes on start in iOS 11. Leaving this review to encourage maintainers to address this. 5 stars it were usable....

wong issue. I wanted the Summer of 2013 and get an out dated and corrupt issue of Winter 2012 nothing I can do to delete the issue!!! unfortuantly I can't give a "-10" rating Ed

It's NOT free!. It wouldn't be so bad if only the developers didn't put it on the app store labeled "FREE" then I after downloading it find out I need to pay 20$ for a subscription! That is as low as those stupid developers that add in-app purchases in games and app one has already bought! Back to the point, it's NOT free, next time be honest about that!

Don't pay $20 for this!. Although I am interested in purchasing a print subscription which comes with free access to this app (for the same price), I cannot through their website. It glitches. I bought the app for $20 and it does not come with the printed magazines. Only a virtual newsstand subscription. I gave up on the whole ordering a print subscription (which I would like to stress costs the same amount of money and you get both- print AND digital). So anyways, I get the digital version, but you can only access the most current magazine even though all of their back issues show up in the app. They only have four publications a year, so when O am done reading my one digital magazine I will have no use for the app until the next issue comes out next season. What a waste of $20 for sure. If you decide you want a refund you have to go through Apple which is a near impossible feat to get your money back. I would suggest just using the free website that the magazine offers instead of wasting your money. I wish I knew all of this before wasting my time and money.

0 Stars if possible. Worthless. Can’t open purchased content and it won’t get out of the pay screen. Criminal and a rip off.

Charged me for subscription. This app charged me 19.99 through the App Store even though I already have a subscription to the magazine & therefore I should have free access to the app. I emailed the company & they just said Too Bad, take it up with Apple. I will request a refund through Apple and cancel my subscription through the website as well. I hate the forced auto-renew for the print magazine anyway & this was just the icing on the cake.

Same for me. I have also subscribed only to find that I can't access the magazine no matter what I do. Contacted the support people that facilitate the service and they have given a couple of suggestions, but I'm still not able to utilize the subscription. Hoping this can be rectified quickly.

Good content. POOR app.. Wow! A news app designed to be used by people considered “Neuroatypical”. Nice idea. Unfortunately, the app has the design and UI flow of an archaic HTML site from the 1990s. Needs a top to bottom reworking (imho). The fact that the reviews here are largely negative and years old makes me want to end my subscription.

Additude yearly subscription. I'm not impressed. As with 'virtual terror' 18th May- I paid $20.99 for a yearly subscription- but it didn't install. Apple have my money but I can't get anyone to tell me why it didn't load?????

In-app subscription not recognised by app. I purchased a yearly subscription, and there was an error saying the purchase was not completed, yet the payment has been successful with apple and I can see the subscription in my account details for my apple id.

Never a problem. Having read old reviews, I am pleased to say that I’ve never experienced a subscription problem or an app problem. (Touch wood, now that I’ve put it out to the universe!) The valuable advice, support and information within these virtual covers is without peer, as far as I am concerned. If you are an adult with type 1, type 2, or combination ADHD; or you support someone who does. Do yourself the best favour you can; subscribe, read and put in action.

Hopeless App. Can not do anything in this App. Shuts itself down as soon as you try and download anything and doesn’t recognise that your a subscriber when you login

I realize that this review is supposed to be about the App... and my review does cover the App. In tandem with this company’s website, this App rounds out the most complete offering of expert, community, and parent resources on ADHD I have encountered. As a magazine App, the App works perfectly to my expectations. With my paid subscription, I have access to archived issues, am notified to download the latest issues and read the magazine in a standard mobile reader format.
