Scam! App doesn't work!. I paid for an app that doesn't work! Emailed tech support over twenty times and never got a response! Needs to be removed from the App Store! Customer service is non existent!

Easy to use. The app is easy to install and use. But buyer beware! App stopped working. Support doesn’t respond. Waste of money! I deleted the app.

Followers for Twitter. It doesn’t appear to be that accurate. Will show that someone unfollowed me but when I go to their account on Twitter they are following me. This happens a lot so I don’t unfollow accounts based on this app.

Terrible. Does not work. Does not load unfollowers and cannot be reset to do so. Frustrating!

Not paying for the free version.. I upgraded to the “pro” version. However, when I clicked “unfollow” next to a user I no longer wish to follow, I was taken back to the upgrade screen, which linked to the already purchased app in the App Store, which linked to the pro version’s dead page (apparently all the pro version does is log you in to the free version). Needless to say, I would like my money refunded.

Don’t buy. I bought this app for the purpose of seeing who unfollows me so I can unfollow back. I’m in network marketing so having something like this would be really helpful. It worked fine for a few weeks and now it doesn’t let me see who unfollowed me anymore and they won’t email me back. I’m definitely calling iTunes and getting my money back. Don’t waste your time.

Refund please. Refund please! App does not work even after I paid for it- not using a free version. I was prompted to purchase the app in full and given details of what that would include. However, upon purchase, those features still weren’t available and only redirects me to purchase again

New update a little invasive... no?!. So not only do you want the ability to update my profile but you want full access to my direct tweets/messages too! WHY do you need this level of access?! Deleting the app now (which I used to love).

Crashing, needs to have an update to stop the crashing. Once or twice a month this app crashes, somehow all of a sudden I have 105 unfollowers no info no pics all blank once refreshing is done still sits at 105..

Doesn’t work!. I can’t believe I paid for this app and it doesn’t allow me to unfollow people as it stated it would. It allows me to see my unfollowers but I can unfollow with the app. Trash

Cleans up Followers. The app helps me stay on top of who stopped following me and enables me to reciprocate for all of them in one step. That frees up space to follow new people, and it balances my ratio of Followers to Following.

Worthless. Absolutely worthless app. Instead of refreshing and just showing me the most recent unfollowers, it’s keeping a running list of all unfollowers since I installed this app. Furthermore, next to each unfollower is a button where I can choose to “unfollow“ these unfollowers, whether or not I ever followed them to begin with. However, whenever I try to click “unfollow“ I get an error message.

Easy & Useful. I thought I was doing a good job of monitoring my Twitter account on my own. This changed my life! Hours each month turned into 5 mins! No joke!

Freezes up. The 'who unfollowed' function is not working at all. It says I have over 100 new unfollowers, but when you click on this section it is blank.

Perfect, best $2 ever spent.. Other online apps like crowdfire and manage flitter charge ridiculous amounts like $10 a month to un-follow a limited number of people. This app is fantastic. Pay two dollars once and you can unfollow as many people, who don’t follow you, as you want as quickly as possible. Cheapest option on the market, trust me I looked.

Could be WAY better!. When I use the "who doesn't follow you back" section it shows the same people every time. I wish there was a feature where I could move some people over that I'm not worried about not following me. That way I don't have to scroll through their names every single time. ANOTHER thing is when I accidentally "unfollow" someone I don't mean too there is no feature where I can go back and undo. I have to find them on Twitter and follow them again

Why Unfollow??. I don’t know why people unfollow me!?!? Oh well, I guess I’m boring. I sometimes agree. Anyway, this app is great for me to clean the unfollowers out if my Twitter account. Love the easy and convenient way to clean up my account! Worth the $1.99 for sure.

Works Great. I left a one star review earlier because the app wouldn’t let me unfollow people. Now all of a sudden it’s working great. Idk if there is a way to go back and redo my feedback so I’ll j leave this here. I don’t remember my exact name I used it was Vanessa w some numbers.

Great app but.... This app does its job perfectly for tracking, however, I have multiple accounts and if I click on one to view, there is no way for me to go back to view the others. I have to close the app entirely and reopen to look at my other accounts. Kind of annoying.

Getting Glitchy. Loved the app for quite some time. Usually very accurate and notifies me immediately about unfollowers. BUT lately it's glitchy. I had one person unfollow me....checked app to see who it was and it says 109 unfollowers! Also I'm not able to click on people that unfollowed to SEE who they are! I have to log off and go to twitter and type in their name! Too much work! Please fix it! Otherwise it would be perfect :)

Literally doesn’t work at all. It won’t even let me log in, when I click “log in to twitter” nothing happens. Waste of money, just trying to figure out which of my ex gf friends/mutual friends have unfollowed me. Yeesh

Indispensable. There were a couple of bumps getting the app to work but the ease of use once everything is set up easily overcomes any of those bumps. I use this every day and sometimes several times a day. I cannot stand those people that want to pad their stats by adding me only to drop me later once I have added them. Works flawlessly!

Tweet Sponge. Had to delete app because often when I opened it, there were pop ups that I had to wait a few seconds before I got an "x" so I could shut down the pop up and see the app. Also, embarrassingly, the app sends out a tweet that you are using tweet sponge. Not good!

Disappointed it stopped working :(. The TweetSponge app stopped working a month ago. I've emailed the tech support & got no response. Was hoping they would release an update to fix the bugs but they have not. It worked quite well up until a month ago! Wish they would update the app & fix it! :(

Tweet Sponge Pro. I really like Tweet Sponge Pro it is easy to use and gives me a quick pic of all things I want to know regarding my Twitter account. I can follow or unfollow people within the app which makes it user friendly! This is one of my most used apps because it gives me a good snapshot of my Twitter account when I don’t have the time to do the regular Twitter things.

App not working. Loaded the paid version, and it just takes you back to the free version. Neither version works at all. Don’t buy.

Can’t use. Just bought and downloaded this. I connected my Twitter account, but when I click to see stats, crash. Developers need to fix whatever bug is in this ASAP.

A scam app. You pay for the app and it acts just like a free app that does annoying stuff to get you to pay for it. This is total garbage and the owners of this app should be charged with fraud. Shame on you.

Downloaded the Update for iOS 11. 1. I use to be able to have two accounts now it looks like only 1? 2. It says I have 157 unfollowers but doesn’t show name or profile or anything. I tap and the crashes.

Almost perfect. Everything seems to work great, except for the unfollowers section. I can't view them at all or unfollow anyone in that section. It just tells me that the wifi connection might be bad or that I've maxed out my unfollows, yet the other sections work fine. If you can fix this it'll definitely be a 5 star app!

Incorrect Data: "users you follow that don't follow you". I double checked and this app is showing incorrect data under the "users I follow that don't follow me" I have found many many are actually following me... Be careful when you start deleting... I wouldn't trust it. The unfollower part seems ok but I would still verify ... Although this defeats the purpose of paying for this app.

A week ago I would've given this app 5 stars. Aaaand now after this app wouldn't load my unfollowers for over a week and I uninstalled/reinstalled it...now it wants money to do ANYTHING other than let me just look at the screen (but not touch anything). Oh tweet sponge. You used to be useful. Goodbye. Would never recommend again and will go out of my way to un-recommend this app to everyone no matter how inappropriate it might seem to my gynaecologist etc...

Scam alert. I bought this because I wanted to unfollow those who unfollowed me. It spit out a lot of names of people I wasn’t actually following and when I checked they weren’t following me either. So this was a total waste of my money.

Crap app. Your contact address doesn’t work. Neither does your app. Keeps telling me that my account doesn’t have proper credentials. If you get back to me and fix it I will leave a good review. In the meantime this app is garbage. Doesn’t work at all.

Unfollowers has been broken for months!. I have not been able to see who has unfollowed me for months now. It shows up blank. Please fix this. It’s the only reason I use this app.

Doesn't Work. Says "Too many requests come back in 15 minutes" etc. and doesn't let me use it at all. Also says Twitter error or something like that every time I try to open it.

Horrible app. Simply does not work. People I followed thru the app were not followed. Would not allow me to unfollow. No response when I reached out to them to try and reset or figure out issues. The app appears to work, but when you really track specific followers you can see the app is not really updating followers at all.

Stopped working. Yea so the app is decent when it works... Except it should transport to Twitter so you can click on accounts in the app and jump to their Twitter page. But since going from iphone 5s to iphone 6, it has become literally useless. App support leaves much to be desired. Devs please fix for more stars.

Thumbs down. I bought this app and it keeps saying there is an error with twitter... I've never been able to use it because it does not let me past the part where it starts to access my twitter account. Please fix this app so it's not a waste of money.

Annoyed. I pay for this app and after the iOS8 update it doesn't work at all. It won't load any of the users who unfollowed. It's a joke and needs to be fixed or else I want a refund!

Lite Version is Better. For some reason the paid version crashes a lot. The lite version is actually more reliable. Also, be careful when using it. Every refresh resets the database. If you are tracking new followers and unfollowers, you only get that information one time. You cannot come back to it.

Works well, when it finally stops crashing. Works EXACTLY how I needed it to work and it extremely useful, but it usually takes me ten to twelve refreshes of the app / trying to open it without it crashing, before it actually is stable enough to load up and work! Does what it says if opens!

So so. The good news is that it more or less does what it says it does. But it's slow, inelegant and constantly freezes. Plus the prompt constantly invites you to tweet about using it which is about the last thing you want people to know. So it's a disappointment.

Not happy.. It has never ONCE not had a "twitter error. try again later" NOT ONCE. It has never ONCE worked correctly. It has told me I was unfollowed by people who did NOT unfollow me: that caused embarrassing issues between me & followers. One star just to be nice. Wanted to give zero.

👎. I just paid for this app and it DOES NOT work . It won't even load my followers talking about "error" so I downloaded the free one also and it DOES NOT work either . I am going to need for you to fix these problems VERY soon .

Good and simple but. There is one major problem. It crashes a lot and has to reload all info making new followers disappear. It happens at least 5x a day. Please update with bug fixes

Terrible.. This app is awful. It takes forever to load and glitches a lot despite the constant updates. When it does load, it loads incorrectly most of the time. I bought the app but when I updated it it made it the lite version. Waste of time and money

The app does exactly what you're looking for, which is knowing who you follow, who unfollows you, who you follow but they don't follow back, and who follows you but you don't follow them back, but sometimes when I'm unfollowing a lot of people thorough the app I let starts to say "FAILED" when I try unfollowing

Great app. I really like this app for tracking my twitter followers. However, my only gripe is that it often freezes and shuts down for no apparent reason. Also, as my count gets larger I find that it doesn't load all the accounts properly. Other than that, I do like it and find it to be a useful tool in managing my twitter account.

Love the app but your bug is still alive. Love this app but it still has a glitch. It told me people weren't following me that actually were. I'm keeping it but you need to fix it. Above me, it seems great but doublecheck because I unfollowed large accounts that were actually following me.

Wish I would have read the reviews first. This app is a great concept, but it doesn't work. As others have stated, it crashes often. I also found it is not accurate. It's almost as if it isn't updating when you follow or unfollowed someone. I wish someone could make this app better. For now, I'm going to delete it from my phone.

Big help. Twitter sponge is a big help to me whittling down my list of unfollowers. However It doesn't seem to list them all. Either way, it's worth the price to me.

Ehh.. It was great at first and worked really well. Then it kept giving me an error message and I cannot access any of my unfollowers on any of my accounts. It has not loaded my unfollowers in days.

Good then not.... Started off excellent over the past 5mths... Over the past month or so... Been getting "twitter returned error" alot and doesn't show who "recently" un followed me!!! Fix the bug and app gets 5*

👎🏼. Too basic. Says "follow" even if you're following already. Supposedly free app but I was charged $2 for it a week later. There are no extra features that would make up for this app even costing anything to begin with. Disappointed.
