Great app. Great app.. only problem is one day I went in to email a document and everything was switch around as far as being in order by date. Overall I like it.

Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse. Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse,after the update to iOS 14 constant crashes, lost data, this used to be a perfect app, I use it every day many times a day now it is a disaster.

Years of use and still love it. Been using this app for years and still love it! I'm a Realtor and love that I have a scanner at my finger tips for contracts, floorplans, surveys, disclosures..anything I need scanned to a PDF instantly!! The ease of borders and color vs black and white or grayscale allows me to get the right image every time. Stores as well so I can retrieve them instantly! Love it!

Engineering Degree Must Have. I’ve used this app for the last four years doing my undergrad in Mechanical Engineering and it has been so nice. It easily creates files with mutiple pictures, connects to OneDrive, DropBox, files and more and takes really great quality pictures. I found myself wondering dozens of times how this app could be so wonderful and so cheap (or is it free?) I can’t remember but if I costs a couple bucks it is completely worth it. Anyone with one of those affordable printers that college students might have knows that integrating the scanner on them with your computer can honestly be such a hassle. I highly recommend this app.

So Helpful. Use it to scan all my receipts, pay stubs, & other important documents. So nice to be able to scan a document & email it to whoever needs it in a matter of minutes. I love not having to keep track of piles of paper anymore!

Great for handwritten notes. Love the iCloud integration, auto-scanning and the ability to scan more than a few pages at a time. I don’t know the limit but with the paid version I have scanned ~25 pages at once, converted to PDF and then synced to my 3rd party cloud service. Worth the upgrade for a polished and smooth app.

Perfect little scanning app for on the go. I use this app to organize all my receipts and documents when not next to my full size scanner. It can do a great job with 99% of what I need done

Document disappear. Got the scanner mini by readdle and upgraded to scanner pro with due payment but my documents disappear when the app is initiated. Some dicuments come up later while others hang somewhere I don’t know.

Bricked!. Scanner Pro is back up and working fine. I have received a lot of support from Kate and managed to get it back working. Thanks. I had downloaded another scanner app, but having the REAL DEAL is so much better.

Disappointed. I have been using this product for years, purchased upgrade, and it has been getting progressively better over time. So much that I have recommended it to many as the best scanner app. Since IOS 14 the quality suddenly dropped, the edges of the pages are being shaved more than before and more importantly there are random dots all over the pages (has not been there for many versions). I have scanned 1000s of pages without issue until now. I reported this to tech support over 3 weeks ago, I received my first response within an hour, I replied then a reply came a week later, I replied and I have not received a response since, I have pinged them a couple times but still no response. This is disappointing because the product quality has dropped so much and I am getting no response from the company. Soon I will have to search for a different product. :(

Great, easy to use. This app has been a lifesaver. It’s easy to use and exactly what you need on the run when you need to get the job done.

Simple and good. I’ve been using this app for over 4 years and love it. I have tried downloading a couple of other apps but found this one the simplest and easiest to use. My needs are fairly basic- to scan, pdf and email which works great. The detection of the page to scan is great and the output most of the time looks like it’s been done on a flatbed scanner if done under proper lighting conditions. The shadows do affect the scan which is one area I wish can be improved upon.

Scanner always ready when I need it!. As an actor, I can always count on this scanner to let me sign and send contracts for work no matter where I am! So easy to scan and email or messenger casting people as I did today! Timesaver for sure💟🎥💟

Was great but no updates?. I’ve used this app for years now, along with a few other nice apps from Readdle. I paid for the “Pro” upgrade (which was advertised as being the same as buying the separate, paid, Scanner Pro app) a long time ago to create and use workflows, which are great. But I am disappointed that there has been no updates since late 2020. Will there be an update for ios15?

Better than my office scanner!. Best iPhone scanner out there! (And I've tried a bunch!) It's quality is better than my mini-scanner in the office, plus the automatic Dropbox sync makes it far more convenient than any other scanner!

Would recommend. The app is easy to use and reliable. It makes scanning on the go quick and easy. No need to wait to get back to the office.

Review. This is my first time using the app since it has been upgraded. Before now the scanner has been very useful. Except it didn’t store things in any helpful order. Since the upgrade it seems TOO a sensitive. It snaps an image before I even have my phone centered over the document. When I moved to to stop taking a scan it proceeded to scan the FLOOR! UGH

The best app ever. I have not used my old fashion fax machine for anything under 10 pages in two years. This app is quick - perfect resolution and I have a copy on my phone to always refer to a previous “fax”. This app is my traveling fax machine.

Awful Update. I bought this app because initially it was amazing and I used it every day. Ever since the iOS 11 update, it will not work. I open the app and once I begin scanning, it immediately crashes and I have not been able to use the app since the update. I love this app but please fix the crashing issues because it does not work right now.

Lifesaver. Scanner mini has changed my life! I am so effecient and I can scan and email from anywhere!!! What a wonderful app that has been a life saver and increased productivity!

Wonderful app!. I'm a student and I use this all the time to scan things from my text books or other hand outs then I send them directly to google drive! Very reliable and accurate.

OCR not included in free version. I only downloaded this to do a quick down and dirty OCR job on a few files, and it looks like i have to pay to be able to use the OCR feature. Other than that, I suppose it’s clean and simple, seems to function well. It’s very snappy and responsive, I like the layout and what it looks like. Very clean. I was able to crop easily, works excellent and fast. But no OCR unless I pay, so not a great review from me. Seems great otherwise, honestly!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Excellent scanner app. I have started scanning a book and I'm a hundred pages in. I've also used this to scan a couple smaller documents as I'm trying to go paperless. The scans come out very professional looking and the text recognition is exceptional.

Amazing app for any business or school opportunity. I got this app for a class to turn in scratchwork and after buying the full access version I immediately fell in love with the app. It works amazingly and it comes in handy whenever you need to scan things. The full access version is worth every penny because now I know I’ll never need to worry about scanning documents with a printer ever again. I can scan anything at any time and any place.

Scanner. Why do I have to pay again in order to get my scanned document out of your app? This is the most useless ripoff I've ever been scammed with. You ought to refund my purchase.

Great tool!!. Scanner Mini has been a great app & a huge help. I work in military contracting & hire & manage HCWs across the US. I recommend Scanner Mini to all new hires when they need to send in paperwork. Beats sending uneven out-of-focus pictures of documents; much more professional!

Lost all my scaned copies. Not sure what happened, but I had a lot of scanned copies that were all saved and one day they all disappeared. I wish there was a troubleshooting support email or number to help with these things.

Great quality but I can’t share it without paying for Pro. This app is really easy to use and great to scan photos of your handwritten work. However, when I tried to share it to an email, I couldn’t do it without buying the Pro.

Very easy to use. With this app, you will capture and recognize documents and upload them to dropbox or iCloud quickly and seamlessly. I must say, however, that glare from overhead lights on documents that I am photographing on a tabletop substantially distorts the color of the image, and even obliterates part of the text, which is a serious flaw. Camscanner app did not do this.

Very useful. Very useful for everybody. I always use it for all documents I send out. Comes out clear all the time. It is suppose to be automatically take pictures, but sometimes the auto doesn't work It takes a long time

Have to pay to share your scans!. This is the most ridiculous thing, I have a scan of an old document that I would like to have (ie don't need) but the app doesn't allow me to share it anywhere with out paying for the pro version. Why even bother have this app when it has absolutely no usefulness of utility!! Other free apps allow you to share your scan, as this one users to allow, seriously ridiculous!

Slow to capture image sometimes. Sometimes the software has a very difficult time capturing the image and other times it does it without hesitation so I don’t know what the problem is.

Absolutely Wonderful and easy.. After spending 6hours with trying to get scan to work with windows and HP I found this and boy what an easy delightfully fast experience. I bought downloaded and used it in less than 10 minutes!!!!!! Thanks

Highly recommend. I am extremely impressed by this app. Given the recent events, I have to do a lot of work from home. This app allows me to create quality pdf scans of documents without an office quality printer/scanner. It also can have multiple pages for one document. It’s everything I wanted from an app like this.

Fax is extra cost per page,. But doesn’t seem to be any option to receive during a call.

Best IOS Scanner Apps. I have been trying a lots of pdf scanner apps. At the end, i fall in love in this apps. Paid features is really worth it. The integration between apps and cloud drive are so user friendly, ans easy to use. I just want to thanks the team who developed such a nice app.

Fast reliable and plays nice with other app. I've come to use this app a lot. I frequently use it for important docs. It exports to many other programs/apps and is very reliable.

Have used this App for several years, I find it is magic for recording everything from medical records, store purchases and warranties, especially family history and photos that other family members have and do not wish trust loaning same - just snap them immediately into a PDF, so alleviates borrowing same. I will never change from using this specific App.

Handy little app!. Very handy and useful when you don't have a scanner nearby or when you just want great results using your phone! I don't waste time scanning documents with my home scanner anymore( my scanner smells when i'm in a hurry and it usually stops working when i need it the most!) and i get great results out of this App! Highly recommended! :)

Excellent features, a couple of annoyances. I purchased the app because the Scanner Mini appealed to me with its ease of use, and the distortion correction was very impressive. However it was not until after purchase that I noticed 2 annoying things. Firstly if you make an in-app purchase from within the Scanner Mini app, the restrictions are lifted but you are stuck with the free app icon on your phone! The second annoyance is relevant for people who care about minimising file size. Even with compression turned on, black & white documents with simple text are about 850KB for an A4 page. That is atrocious given that most scanners and even scanning apps can transmit the same image for under 50KB. Sure the 850KB file has high quality features but it would be nice to downscale the file size (and quality) to suit our requirements.

Really good. Really efficient, quick and convenient. Sometimes crashes but the information is not lost upon re opening the ap. Good for when you need to photocopy something but in a hurry.

Not compatible with iPad 2. I really like this app. I'd really like to use it both on my iPhone and iPad 2. However, I can't even install it on the iPad as it is incompatible with the iPad 2nd generation (this app requires a camera with auto focus). Still great app though, fantastic and clean interface!! What a shame, because this app backs up via iCloud! But as it doesn't run on my iPad its kind of useless for me because I was especially after a PDF scanner that backs up and synchs via iCloud. If you make it compatible with the iPad 2, I'll be your greatest fan. Love your calendar pro to synch with google cal!!

Really useful but.... A great app for scanning, easy, simple and good presentation. The only problem is that you have to pay to get the best experience, however that price is justify when you use this app.

Significant Problems. At first I thought this was a great App. Unfortunately, not only does the scanning quality leave a lot to be desired but if you happen to scan pretty much any more than a couple of pages the App is useless. When trying to email these scans the mail application constantly crashes and causes no end of grief. It is beyond ludicrous that these files can't be reduced in size rendering the App worthless for anything more than 1 page documents. Easily one of the worst purchases I have made - very disappointed with what should be a very good tool.

Great app. Does what is says on the tin brilliantly - makes scanning anything easy. Needs an app home button / fresh document button rather than just a Save button (I'm uploading the docs to Dropbox via the app, and don't need to keep them in the app also)

Automatic photo trigger is useful. The feature whereby photos are automatically taken (once a rectangular shape is detected) means you can rapidly scan multiple pages. Sometimes the auto photo trigger feature doesn't trigger straight away or at all, so the feature still needs more "intelligence" and work by the developers.

Excellent App. But CamScanner is much better sorry guys. Also, with CamScanner you can unlock all features for free with a .edu email.

Good, but not that good!. The quality of the final pdf is not as good as those suggested in the product blurb. To me it's fax quality not scan quality. That said, it's handy as documents produce are small and easily email or upload.

iCloud Failure. The problem with this app is that on the Pro version it saves files to iCloud but under a file called Documents. This cannot be edited, renamed or moved and due to this disrupts all of my pre-made redirections for other applications and emails. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

Best app of its kind. This is the best app of its kind that I have found. I did try some of the apps from the big software companies but none compared favourably with this. And then the price of this is great! My only problem is why the uploads take so long. Or they seem to take a long time. They’re showing that they’re uploading pending, but the scans are available to use. Oh, well. As long as I can see and use what I have scanned, there shouldn’t be a problem.

Easy to use, clear scan.. The mini scanner is really useful when it comes to capturing clear photo n make it a PDF. I usually uses iPhone to take photos of book pages at times of urgency. N the result aren't so good. Especially when the lighting is dim. So this app does help a lot.

Mobile scan. Extremely helpful app for simple jobs PDF scans mobile page uploads etc. simple to use and so far no problems with the app.

Scammer mini. This app used to allow sharing to another app, by first exporting to PDF Expert, for FREE, WITHOUT ANY WATERMARKS. Now this option has been taken away and paywalled by a hefty monthly charge.

Fabulous, so convenient. I only use the free version for personal use but it is terrific - clear images, easy to use and sufficient, easy editing options. Thank you!

Confusing app names lead to paying twice for same app.... I ended paying for the Scanner Pro app not realising that the upgrade I had done through this Scanner mini app is the same thing! Why doesn’t the app change to the Pro version after one pays for the in-app upgrade???

Easy to use. This app is very easy to use. I did crash a couple of time and restarting my phone fixed the problem. But it’s convenient and does the job well. Therefore I feel I should pay for premium version.

It used to be a good app.. This used to be one the greatest applications on iOS. But unfortunately the developers have messed it up pretty badly. The latest update seems to have cured some of the lag and crash issues, which previously rendered the app unusable. So, a word to the wise: DO NOT trust updates in the future. Clearly this company has no standards for testing the updates before releasing them.

Great app been using it for years. Love this app. I’ve been using it for years now. I tried a bunch of apps that said they automatically would upload to Dropbox or other cloud services. This one actually works. I spent eight hours trying out other apps that would not work before finding this one. I change the setting for scanning from “auto” to “manual” and all is well. I’ve recommended it to lots of people. Fantastic app. Worth ever penny. I use it every day for all my receipts. Alan G.

Garbage. I prefer companies that don't go and leave one star reviews on other scanners just to boost their sales. In my opinion, any company who's willing to sink that low doesn't deserve my money and they won't ever get it.

Useless. This scanner Mini can "scan", but you can't save the scanned image to your photo album nor email it out nor text message unless you pay and buy pro version. So this mini version is useless, at least to my knowledge.

Changes in your service. I used to be able to send my scans to my email or friends messaging and it was very useful. I’m a teacher and BOUGHT this during the pandemic and loved it. Now it’s pretty much worthless if I can’t send my images.

Completely Useless. Cannot do anything without buying the upgrade. Cannot even access the photos it’s has taken from outside of the app. This doesn’t do anything I can’t already do with the native Camera App, and with that I can do more including creating an eventual PDF.

It does the job, but not very well. Pros: it works, fairly easy to use Cons: poor quality and finicky. Also will only allow so many attachments at a time to be emailed and glitches occasionally

So much that’s not good. I don’t know why I’m even giving it 2 🌟! It doesn’t work as smoothly as others- there’s some strange bouncing around it has to do before settling randomly around my document somewhere. A couple good scanners integrate nice editors but not this.

I got totally scammed. I needed an emergency scan and... o no! You have to pay even to save any image in the library and obviously I’m not going to pay to take a picture... 20 min of valuable time I didn’t had to realize I had to pay ... after like 10 pages I modified and tried to make them look neat... had to use the freaking cam! I’m really annoyed

Feedbacj. Auto scanning not very intuitive. I played a lot and ended up manually pressing the button, which cut off some portion of my doc. Had to redo.

Rating. Initially this was efficient and useful. Later when I updated it all of my documents weren’t saved or retrievable. Therefore I am give it 3stars. Otherwise a good app when paired with a PDF app.
