Dear Megapolis, if there’s still players on this game cause it’s old but updates this game, relays on megabucks you see not all of us can do that stuff especially for someone like me who is very impatient for the most part but not at everything but still no players on game makes it so boring no comuncation what’s so ever but yet best game I’ve played I love name ur city the construction is cool to see how it works but the one mega buck per vid i think that’s good but I think you guys should put options in like if you see 3 mins of vids you should get 4 megabucks but if you don’t it’s cool just my idea so yeah like the game so much it’s cool therefore I am giving it 5 stars plz more updates and bring old building back.👍

5 Star Game does not work correct… when is it going to get addressed?!?. Ok, this game is everything that I’d hope for(a 5 star game…) been play for quite awhile now. However, this last update had many… many! bugs! From simple, graphics not aligned correctly, to major, game freezing (from clicking on ads for free megabucks/extra items.) I’ve reached out through the game help chat two weeks ago and was told working on them…. Well, sadly there has not been any updates to address these issue that many players are talking about… I’m hoping to get some kind of status or a game update by now!!! I’m just worried that the time I’ve put into an amazing game is going to be for not because it will take too long to fix and I will have moved onto something else….. So, play, and experience this game in all its greatness, but know it has many issues!

Update is Cheap Looking. I have played Megapolis for several years and would rate it as a 5+. Unfortunately, today they did a major update, even to downloading a new “app” — so far it is NOT an improvement, it may work better, that may take time to find out. However, the new icons and overall “look” has been “cheapened.” It looks cluttered with icons that are far too large for the screen. Not only is it cluttered, but it has lost it’s previous “classy” look and now looks like a “kid’s game.” PLEASE give us an option to return to the OLD layout, please? This new layout is Very Distracting; if it is not fixed or provide an option to return to the previous layout/icons, then Megapolis, in my view, has dropped from a 5+ star to maybe a 2 star, at best. PLEASE go back the old format!

Wonderful addictive game. I love this game. There is so much to do and build. It does take awhile to build things since you need to get items from your friends. It's best to concentrate on one building at a time. And make sure that all your friends are gift givers. If they aren't, then delete them and invite a new person. It's also important to focus on the tasks given since completing them often gives you materials that you need. The only suggestions I have are to be able to move the screen 360 degrees and to be able to get more friends without having to pay mega bucks for them. But overall this is a great game that really fun - especially since it's a free game. Great graphics and lots to do. I love this game!!!

Help!!, glitch in the game. I don’t know how to reach the devs, but my game seems to be stuck on a tutorial I can’t exit out of. I exit the app and go back in but it’s stuck in the tutorial, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and didn’t fix it, the tutorial is glitched, it’s like some collect resources thing, but I think I’ve already collected them before doing the tutorial, I don’t really know, but can you please fix this? To dev about reply- how would I get the game ID, it’s not letting me click anything except being stuck on tutorial screen,also is there any other way we can communicate besides reviews? - it won’t let me click on settings because when I open the game it puts me in the tutorial cutscene where I can’t click anything.

City Building Extravaganza. I've been playing this game for over 3 years. So far I've had 3 cities, one lost to a phone transfer, another where I decided I'd made poor choices early on, and finally the crazy sprawling metropolis I call Coruscant. I check in just about every day. I've learned that it is very important in this game for players to focus on specific buildings/areas, otherwise you end up with a ton of half built stuff you're unlikely to finish. Another reviewer mentioned that they don't participate in the new set events for this reason. Personally, I use them to get cheap boosts to population caps that don't eat up space in the portion of town the player has control over. Meanwhile, I focus my actual building and asset allocation in the industrial area to unlock new resources and products. As stated above, I've played and enjoyed this game for along time. One of the key things players need is patience. And the other is a firm grip on their wallet as the temptation for instant gratification is both intense and constantly shoved in your face.

New updated review. My third update and review. I would appreciate it if the developers would be sure that the game points you to all the buildings when doing State tasks. I have multiple buildings of the same kind and it’s hard to find all of them with so many buildings. Searching through my massive cities is hard. Way too many buildings. I now group bldgs for easier access to finding them. If a team has won a challenge three times in a row, then please make them wait 30 days before they can enter again. Same teams are dominating the game. Makes it pointless for the rest of us to even bother if we’re never gonna be able to get a top prize. Makes the game boring. I no longer enjoy playing because I have had to bunch bldgs to meet state tasks so my cities look awful now. the Soccer Challenge. the leaderboard is not loading and it doesn’t calculate your tasks points. I’m doing tasks like mad only to see my level drop way down and my points stayed where they were. The developers say that it doesn’t calculate in real time. Well after doing over 30 tasks and no update to my points for all my tasks I did, I’m very upset. This is causing me to get way behind. To keep this game fair, please give a new challenge now.

Want one little thing. Absolutely love the game. It’s the only one I’ve seen that has just about all the aspects of a modern city. There’s just one thing that bugs me, the tall buildings get in the way of other ones behind them. This is why I recommend a view where all of the buildings are hidden but the ground areas they take up are still there. The icons like housing and income also should remain. If you added this, it would be much easier for us users to find certain things without needing to move things around. If you did this I’d also give you five stars. Once again; love the game, I just think some tweaks could be made here and there.

Awesome game, just slow progress.. I’ve loved this game since it came out, back then when I started I was young, lost my account, but that’s not what this is about, wasn’t that far. But now I like it more as they’ve made it easier to progress in game with the video for mega bucks, and video for materials, I just think you should either round off the video mats to 5, cause lots of times I find myself having to watch videos for 1 and not getting the other two since I only needed 1, or increase the amount of times you can do it per day, or make it 1-1 and let us do it way more so we can complete more. Cause there is ALOT , to do in this game which is why I love it so much, I just can’t seem to justify the amount of money for megabucks cause there not worth it unless on sale with certificates. Or if they increased the amount of mega bucks earned for the videos for mega bucks instead of a measly 1 mega bucks maybe every hour( if I can get on every hour) maybe 3 just like the materials. If even watch a 30 second clip for 3. Unless they do something to make those points better in game I’ll keep 3 star.

Fun but can get expensive. Fun game for those who like city-building / resource management types of games. You can build the city to your own liking or take on challenges/tasks that guide you in what to build. Instructions for some tasks are not clear- I frequently have to consult the external wiki about Megapolis in order to understand how to accomplish a particular thing. The developers add new features to the game regularly. The timed-quests are frustrating unless you are willing to spend lots of real cash. I actually don't mind spending a little money from time to time- developers have to eat to and the game is updated regularly- but the price of things are prohibitive. I hope they add a search button for the storehouse. I also wish they would add an option to hide the "accept all gifts" button.

I’m one of the original players in this game but I am also full time college student. I enjoy this game very much, I research the locations of each building and try to place them in groups of locations matching their location on the Earth. I do not as of yet have an exact idea of I will do once we start adding buildings in places, like the moon and mars, for example. I suppose that when we begin building on the moon as well as places like Mars the administration could add other 3D or maybe 4D or 5D or stronger locations for us to interact in. I wait patiently for that to happen as we grow older helping each other to achieve our dreams individual goals. Peace out brudders and sisters. Have a safe healthy and wonderful day.

Addicting with staying power. I’ve been playing about 2yrs. Compared to other building games like cities and farm games which I’ve played many of. This doesn’t have the pressure of completing certain goals. There are some goals that run out but not too bad. I love that they give you options to gain cash unlike others where you have to fork up $$, this you don’t. Watch videos or finish certain goals can earn you those. There is nothing really too bad about this game. It’s manageable. There are A LOT of things you need to build but nothing that keeps you from having a nice looking city overall. The only thing I wish was the ability to move bldgs to the other islands. AND to be able to have more neighbors. Otherwise, happy overall.

Good game, but could use some minor changes. So most things about this game are good. You can kinda do what you want, and build whatever, I mean you still have to worry about money, but there is a lot of cool stuff you can get for cheap. But the one thing that kind of turns me off of this game is the big projects. They require materials that can’t be produced with factories or stores, and you have to rely on friends donating them to you, or your own stash of megabucks. And sometimes these big projects are mandatory for you to move on in the game. Now I agree that it should take time and effort to do these projects, but I think you should be able to complete them yourself without relying on friends or megabucks. I think maybe you should be able to make these goods by maybe stores or something, or maybe other missions, or anything, I just honk you should be able to complete them yourself without asking friends or splurging megabucks. Again, I think that these projects should take time and effort, but from you, you should be able to do them independently, and without megabucks. I think that megabucks should be more optional of when you spend them, because like I said, a lot of times these projects are mandatory to move on in the game. Anyway, besides my rant, this is a good game and you are pretty free to do whatever, the only reason I gave this 4 starts is because the problem above, otherwise it would be a definite 5.

Never ending, so hard to quit. Started playing this almost 2yrs ago b/c I like SimCity type games and this looked interesting. When I began there was a dozen or so different types of materials to complete building projects and game has steadily added obscure materials to the point where it’s cumbersome (have to scroll to find each- no search bar). Have noticed more and more places within game that megabucks (or whatever game cash is called) are needed to progress. I totally understand a certain amount for developers to profit, but it’s become excessive and off putting. There’s no way to convert earned coins to megabucks either (though I’ve suggested it)... I’m sitting on 300mil+ in coins and counting; silly. Game gives you just enough free gifts, earned cash and contests to keep you on the hook. New items (that require more & more materials) periodically added to keep it interesting and never ending. New “State” feature allows chat & gift exchange with limited users, but the other features aren’t well explained. Fair warning.

Pretty Fun Game, but there are some problems..... I downloaded Megapolis a few months ago, and it’s probably one of the most addictive games ever, and I mean it in a good/bad way. I mean, I really love to build my own city, and there’s sooo much to do like all the special events, the districts, the new areas (like the Tourist Island, Rocky Mountains, and Las Megas), etc. I mean it’s all good, but Megapolis is super time consuming (a good/bad thing), I mean building things is slow at times (even though you can trade with friends and you get 16 things to use every day), but you really need to buy megabucks to progress faster in the game. Also one question to the game developers, is the Overpass going to be connected with the Nepilim World Center (sorry I didn’t spell it correctly), and also if the time to get 3 items to construct things (which is 4 hours) could be at least two or three hours, since 4 hours to wait for an ad to get three things is a bit too much. Overall, Megapolis is a fun game, but it could use some improvements.

Very nice city builder game, a little confusing and expensive. Really annoying that you can't rotate the screen to 360 view your city. And I'm still confused about how I am supposed to get all these parts to build these things as the only means I see it is with cash which I have already spent some on this game and haven't gotten very far with it. I wish there was a better tutorial on this. And I seem to have a bug, I've had the supplies for a track and have applied them like 10 times to completion and it's kept the supplies and not completed the track each time. All in all I don't know if I will continue with the game as it looks it will be super expensive. I honestly would rather pay up front, or pay a cancel at any time monthly fee and have all mega bucks be no longer based on actual dollars. Other then it looking like it will be too expensive the game is really adorable and diverse if you have the money to spend you can really create a unique and satisfying SIM. I wish they had something like this is a Sims4 just buy the game once format something like this I would play for hours if I could just create to my hearts content. Please consider doing a pay once pc game like this.

👍🏻. Cool game, but add more features as you level up. Objects become maxed out once you hit a certain level. If that’s too tall of a task, once objects are maxed out, you should be able to get more than 1 buck per level up. There should always be something to loo forward to as you continue to play the game. Lastly, some objects from older versions are hidden… if I want to build a canal pathway, I have to manually type in, I can’t just pull up a menu and select it. If older objects are still an option, make them available without having to search.

Fun game but,. I mean it’s a fun game and all, but it’s one of those games that take forever or a while if you are that one person who plays for hours. Only because, their is all this building plots or more space, but it takes a while just to get a little. Just like Hayday and it’s land plots. It takes a while to be the best. Or, in Hayday, to get another level. Only the successful one actually get to be the best, or those people who play at least around 3-7 hours unless your that person that does a day. Such as, get your money, build new building, go waste money(not just fake money), so this is a game for gaming people who play hours. And I am not saying that is bad, because, in my opinion almost know matter what, video games can help your brain, or to be more specific, Prefrontal Cortex. Ask Siri/Alexa for what that is.

Add a city search option. I have been playing this game almost daily for 3+ years. As much as I love this game (obviously) it’s lacking on key feature. With a city/map so large and thousands of objects and items, my only recommendation would be to add a way for me to search my city for any particular building or item. Sometimes I finish upgrading a structure but have no clue where to find it to see what it can do for me. Like can I add additional buildings from it, upgrade it more or collect a tax? Sometimes I have no idea because I have no idea where that place is on my map. Other than this minor request! Absolutely fun and enjoyable game!

Great game with some down sides. The game is really fun but it has a few downsides that I don’t like. One being the fact that you can only sell one item at a time, it is very rare that I only want to sell one of my items at a time it is not very fun. Also the introduction of 360 view would be legendary and would change the feeling of the game. Along with that I think I have a bug with one of the things I was upgrading. The Main Laboratory Complex has other buildings you can gain after upgrading, yet I can’t build the radar or the helipad and I have the max level. I spent so much time building that for me to get nothing. Finally I wish it would be a little easier to get megabucks and I think the video for materials should be more materials or more often. This would bring people back more often. I still love playing this game but some updates would be great.

The Great and the Ugly. I love this game soooo much! It’s an unbelievable game with great graphics and a wide variety of buildings to choose from. It’s very addicting and relaxing to play. However, while this game is so great, there are some flaws that bother me a lot and probably many others. First of all, it is impossible to make enough megabucks to satisfy you to buy building materials or buildings. It would be great if when you watch a video for a megabuck, instead of just getting one single Megabuck, it would be great if we could get 5. Also, I would like for there to be more options to watch ads for megabucks since the bubbles to watch the ads rarely pop up. Also, when watching a video to get 3 materials, it would be better if we could get at least 5 and for the hours to be consistent. The fact that after watching a video to get 3 materials varies from 4 hours to sometimes 17 hours is absolutely unfair and crazy. Please make the hours consistent. If it has to be 4 hours, and not less, then make it 4 hours each time. Also, just as a possible addition, it would be nice if we could have a 360 view option to see our cities. Overall, I love this game, but I do find that when it comes to both megabucks and materials, it is very unfair.

Addicting with staying power. I check in every day, usually more. After two-plus years, I could probably write a user's guide. Don't enter all the contests, be very selective with this else you will develop a city of half-completed projects and be frustrated. Spend your mega bucks on adding friends with whom to exchange gifts. It pays four itself in a week and then keeps on giving. Be connected to a reliable broadband or strong wi-fi, the games saves its status continuously but certain things like moving to another area or tapping on special feature like a train, will cause it to crash if it's in the middle of saving. It could use a few minor improvements, like the ability to move materials among buildings under construction, and adding treasuries and town halls in the outlying districts. It would be nice to be able to have the option to get rid of contest buildings once the contest is over just so I don't have to look at all those building frames that popped up because I was curious. In all, it's enjoyable, and a never-ending engineering project. If you like building games, this is a great one.

Great, but too expensive. This game is beautiful, and I love the way it looks, and how big you can grow a city. However, you have to use ‘megabucks’ to upgrade almost everything, you get a free megabuck for watching an ad about every 25-30 minutes. The only other way to get megabucks, in quantity is to buy them with real money. This is no doubt a little bit too much, The developer will say they give daily gifts, and friends can help with materials, but it’s not nearly enough to complete construction on a large build for days or even weeks depending on how often you can play the game. Personally I think this issue could be fixed by just allowing upgrades to be purchasable with gold. I love playing this game but I don’t know how much further I can go without putting in a lot of money, please if not changing to gold at least charge less megabucks for things :(

Great game BUT.... I love everything about this game except for two things. Number one is that it is super hard to organize my city. I can’t move my buildings around because there is not enough space but I don’t want to have to sell everything. There should be a button that when you press puts all of your buildings and roads in storage and then you are able to put them back in one at a time. Number two is that the materials like pipes or sand or rebar are hard to get. I know that it makes the game more realistic but you should be able to BUY the materials needed, not have to scavenge for them. Overall awesome game but PLEASE take into consideration my requests.

Why?. Update: Worked with customer service for a while and eventually got my city back. This was including the fact that I wasn’t able to provide very much information. Customer service will work with you to solve the issue. Customer service was very attentive and will solve your issue. 5 star for the service ————————————— After the new update, despite the UI looking horrible, it also reset my city I had been working 3 years on. I contacted support yet they didn’t answer after giving me the same generic response. I recommend you not download this, the devs seem to be pushing new things without checking how it will effect everyone. Customer support is no help. If you do play be prepared if you can’t get your city back

Tireless Ted. Or Hubvertamperwomp.. I enjoy the game greatly because of the simplicity and you’re not bound to a challenge. There is no losing really. BUT 😡😡😡😡 as of 9/7 the latest update is 100% garbage. I cannot X out of it So the game is stuck with the tutorial now and I can’t do anything else. I’m trying to follow the prompts that are there but it will not allow me to completely scroll to go to the metal. Honestly I don’t know which one is metal because I can’t read it most of the print is too small to read. But not being able to not to just X out of it and play the game is very frustrating. I can’t even go to the menu in the game so this is the only way that I could complain. And I very so much want to remove this once things get fixed like the last time the update was terrible and it was fixed promptly.

It 's a money burner game to play.. I came back to play this game like 5-6 years ago. And the game is money burner. To finish those buildings you will not megabucks, and the fastest way to obtain is spending your own money and lots of money to make your city looks okey. From collect materials faster to complete, extending borders, it totally encourage players to pay their money. It's very expensive game to build the city to impress... No one. The game should focus more in building interacts between players or make the building process more “fun” not wait endlessly to collect materials. Keep extending the city, and create more projects wont attract players and motivate players to play. It makes the game very confusing and hard to navigate. Create so many buildings are uncompleted and the city looks like a big unfinished construction project. Maybe I will delete this game soo

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. This would be a fantastic game but it’s not possible to do anything because of the cost. You have to upgrade EVERYTHING multiple times (the highest I’ve seen so far is 8), and the megabucks it takes increases exponentially each time. You need megabucks for everything. EVERYTHING. Sure, you could use supplies to upgrade, but where do you get them?? You buy them with megabucks! It’s ridiculous. You can watch a video every 4-8 hours to get THREE supplies...at that rate it will take months to upgrade just one building. This is the most expensive game I have ever seen. They sell FOUR megabucks for .99 (and that’s what they call a 55% EXTRA DEAL!!)...those will get you absolutely nowhere. It’s extremely obvious the developers of this game are GREEDY. I play other games that I happily spend money on, but the developers also give a lot for free. Absolutely not the case with this one. *Update to developers response: Instead of actually doing anything to make their game less expensive they just try to direct you to their FB page. NO. I do not want to “enter your contest” or “friend” a huge bunch of people I don’t know. I want you to actually LISTEN to EVERYONE and make this game LESS EXPENSIVE. What a ridiculous and idiotic response from them. I’ve just now noticed how they FORCE you to upgrade buildings for hundreds of megabucks or the buildings won’t preform their function. This is NOTHING but a GIGANTIC cash grab and FB scam.

Absolutely Awesome Game, but a few ideas and suggestions. So I’ve been playing this game for a while, and I like it a lot, but when there aren’t any events going on, there really isn’t any motive to do stuff like launch probes or rocket ships, or military operations. This brings on the first idea/suggestion, host events/contests more frequently. It would really encourage a lot more people to try and progress with military, or research. Another idea/suggestion is to add more building variety. In other words, if you place a building down, the wooden house, for example, you could edit the color so that when it is built, it will be different from the original color, and now for my final idea. You should add more things past level 52 I think it was, because you don’t really unlock anything new around the map past that level. So I’m thinking maybe add a heliport, just like the new airport, but for helicopters, then maybe a big racing thing, but you focus on holding all of the tracks, and you can sponsor teams, stuff like that. I also think adding a bit better detail, (graphics and stuff) would be pretty nice. Well that’s basically all I have. Other than that. It’s a great game that I would suggest to friends. Keep up the good work!

It’s ok very time consuming. So, I’ve been playing this game for quite sometime now, and honestly I haven’t gotten very far. I mean yeah I’ve made it to level 47 but that took some years and that ridiculous the BUGGEST DRAW BACK IS it takes way to long to accomplish building things cause YOU NEED FRIENDS OR MONEY that’s why not give us the option to earn these thing thru time or coins or even missions idk. But not everyone has friends on fb that wants to play this game I’ve asked it got annoying and not everyone has money to invest into this game, over time I could just buy simcity 🤷🏻‍♂️ and be done with it. I really like this game I really do but constantly having to ask for things is just way too much I have a regular job and don’t really have that kind of time I started this game in high school almost 10 years ago, so can y’all make a “in between side” of this game like a part that I don’t have to constantly ask for stuff or pay, I much rather make one payment for the whole game 10-20$ sounds fair seeing how it’s a app 🤷🏻‍♂️ in the mean time I will have to draw back from this game too it’s time consuming.

New update broke an already bad game. I at least knew how things worked before. The “game” was boring with a map littered with things you couldn’t interact with until a lot of time elapsed or you spent real money. So I just helped my neighbors and collected train money and sent off two planes and called it a day. A rote, zero fun time waster. Today they broke what little I did. Now I have to manually hunt the map for the other train stations as the “Info” map no longer allows me to jump between stations. I can’t send planes as planes are disabled. My previous factories are gone and a new paradigm for producing goods is there but it is far less intuitive and very difficult to use with odd and inconsistent dragging and tapping. Plus my Warehouse that I had upgraded to store 80 items is downgraded to 64. I guess I’ll still log in to aid my neighbors but now I have even less desire to pursue the hundreds of tasks spread around in as difficult to access a way as possible.

GET OUT YOUR WALLET. The progression of this game if you don’t spend hundreds of dollars is so slow you’ll be playing for years and have nothing to show for it. At level 5 you have to wait several hours for each single supply and you need lots of supplies to do anything. The average wait time is 3 hours, Really!!! Because of the long wait times you can only play the game for 5 minutes before your grid locked and can’t do anything. And to make matters worse the higher level you get the longer the wait times. They seem to increase exponentially. Solution spend your real money on mega bucks to speed up the process. But 20, 50, even a hundred dollars ain’t going to get you much. The cost of accelerating a single item development can be 5 to 12 megabucks! ??? you’re $100 purchase will evaporate in less then an hour? 100 dollar an hour game play I don’t think so! DELETE!!!

Pretty good, but there’s a few things that could be improved.. First of all, ever since the newest update, there have been game-breaking glitches. For example, the city center’s underwater tunnel for some reason is now glitched into the land. Then, the missions always have a very strict time limit, and they require a lot of materials to be completed, which is hard to get since you have to either rely on your neighbors, or spend megabucks. And yes, there are other methods of getting materials, but they’re fairly unreliable and barely make a difference. And if you don’t complete a mission in time, your final reward changes to a different structure, and you never get to have the original structure. Why can’t the final reward stay the same? Besides, I have many missions going on because the game forced me to start them from leveling up on experience. Finally, I think it would be more helpful if you could request more different items at a time, like 15 or 20. Thank you for your commitment to reading this review. I still think Megapolis is one of the best mobile city building games of all time!

Really fun highly entertaining strategic builder. I love this game. There seems to be an endless supply of projects and buildings to complete. Like many others who have left reviews, I wish there were other means to receiving the necessary materials to complete buildings. I would like to see a store to use the coins earned from buildings to buy these materials. Particularly with the materials needed to expand the rail network. I need hundreds of rails and sleepers to connect one station to the other but there isn’t really an option to accumulate a large quantity. Rewards and achievements will get you 5-10 at a time but if I have $20 million coins I should be able to use those to buy rail supplies.

Daily Login Gifts. I’ve been playing Megapolis for about 5 years and for the most part I’ve enjoyed it. There are a few issues that have almost caused me to stop playing. The Daily Login gifts are great; the more consecutive days you login to the game the better the gifts. However, since I hit day 300 (about 2 years ago) it reverts back to day 271 instead of continuing to day 301. I’m not sure how many times I’ve hit day 300, only to find myself back at 271. I have no idea why this happens - did the developers think no one would get to 301 consecutive days? The only other complaint I have is regarding buildings that disappear or are relocated when there is an update. For example, why was the zoo moved to an area where I can’t develop anything around it? Obviously I enjoy the game, having played it many, many consecutive days, but it is frustrating when you run into a problem with the program and have no way of resolving it.

Unfair.. This game is very addicting, however it’s extremely unfair with it’s secondary currency, megabucks. Megabucks are extremely hard to come by. There is free ways to get them, however it’s usually a very small amount. Often times it’s only one megabuck. On top of that, the game makes you spend way more megabucks then you do coins! It’s ridiculous how much you NEED megabucks. And if you do blow a bunch of real money on megabucks, then it is extremely slow progress. This game has so much potential. This game would be by far the best city builder if it megabucks were easier to come by. Response to the developers response: I now think this game is a 3 star game Because if you play correctly, you don’t really need to spend money. But again, it’s still really slow progress. Which is kind of a good thing because it’s never ending, but this is kind of ridiculous. I am however disappointed with the developers for giving no real response. They are not listening to people when they say the games to expensive. Instead, they just say things like “go to our Facebook page” or “watch ads”. I don’t want to friend a bunch of people that I don’t know on Facebook to trade materials and watch videos because that option rarely pops up. I could go on and on about things they can do to fix there game, but they wouldn’t listen. I’m still going to list two of them. 1. Buildings that produce megabucks 2.ways to produce materials

Extreme Patience required. First off if you want to build any of the premium buildings per say. That provide you access to newer areas and higher revenues you will need materials and lots of them. This is where the problem entails as there are only 3 ways to receive these materials other than buying the in game currency which enables a faster purchase of materials. The first way is to receive it from neighbors but you have to be lucky enough for them to give you what you have on your wish list. The other 2 ways are through time gated ads that you can watch. If you can get past that it’s a great game. I remember how many days I’ve logged in a row but it’s somewhere around 200 also *ADD A 360 VIEW PLEASE*

Love it!. I’ve been playing this game for over 5 years and I love it. But I do have an issue with a few things. First off, there should be a place to permanently put buildings you have currently set down. With no limit. That way we can fix the over population issues that coincides with not enough water or electricity. I’m constantly having to put new infrastructures down because population issues. I’ve run out of room. It’s extremely hard to balance this without having to place the same 5 buildings all over your city. And then secondly. I also think there should be a bigger map for the main city. We need new areas open for more buildings.

Great game, not fast paced but.... Great game to do a little every day. I've built my city up over the years spending hours on it for the first 6 months or so now about 10 minutes every day. With that said I've seen unpleasant changes: changing the design of a building you've purchased to a design you might not like, threatening loss of game if not connected to Facebook (love this as an anti-social media person), then erasing all the time and resources put into a project (yes, I'm talking about the new airport "upgrade" which I will never use). Long story short, make changes, just make them going forward to not affect what we've already put so much of our time into. And the latest: a major benefit of the game stopped functioning after an update. A chat conversation led to subsequent updates that didn't fix the issue. Much back and forth led to Megapolis closing the chat without solving the issue and telling me to start a new chat all over again.

AWESOME GAME. This game is super cool I have had so much fun with it and so far I have not come across any bugs even though I go around games looking for them! This is the most stable game I’ve come across and I really enjoy playing it. For all my reviews on other games on the App Store, I make game suggestions for developers who are out of ideas for new games. A city tycoon was one, but I don’t think that’s available. My suggestion is an Online army tycoon where players make their account and make a huge army and try to take over. That is my conclusion and I really hope you guys see this. I will be happy to read your response if that happens. And for conclusion, this is a five star game! 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

New Materials too Expensive. I have enjoyed this game for many years, and I actually enjoy the new airport update. My only complaint with it, is the amount of these new materials required to complete projects. For example, the FRAME for the Noah’s Ark Residential Complex would cost over 6,000 megabucks to complete, and would certainly take years to gather the materials for that one project. If the number of materials required was dropped to something more reasonable, maybe 20 of each new material, then I feel it would be much more possible to complete the infrastructure projects. It would simply take too long to make any infrastructure progress, compared to pre-update. I really hope this can be fixed in the near future.

Ideas for improvement. I have been playing this game for over 8 years. Its so fun building your dream city. Recently the updates keep focusing on more factories and mining….in my opinion this takes away from the original purpose of the game which is to be the best city building games. I would love to see more areas…and more new objects to build instead of always recycling past events. If they came out with amusement park rides this game would become one of the most popular simulation games. Please go back to what made this game so popular and stop with side games to try to make more money. People will pay if you give us what we want instead of temporary worlds and factories.

Getting clunky. After too many years playing, this is an update I just can’t get behind. It’s taken the fun out and made it feel like work. My city’s growth has been stunted and I’m losing interest in trying. I was happy to see the airport return, since it’s the best way to improve the city. Unfortunately the new production system is way too clunky. It’s hard to navigate between factories. You can’t produce quantity in one go. You can’t store enough base materials with all of the new items added. Add in too many steps between start and end product and you’ve got a mess. It’s too grindy and unnecessarily complex. Adding on the significant production quantity limitations and it’s no longer worth it. Taking the quantity of planes and rewards down, restricting and adding even more building materials on top of the tons already required. After 5+ years it’s finally dead for me.

Great game. Needs changes. This is an amazing game, I play it all the time. I think the game would be more fun if you could build anywhere instead of having those boundaries because in all honesty it doesn’t make sense it should be more of a free for all like it already is now if that makes sense. Second, there should be more buildings for schools because there’s nothing to use for an elementary, middle, or high school it’s just a bunch of random stuff. And lastly just more variety of houses like middle class homes, lower income ones, and even upper class. I just want a variety because I don’t like using the same stuff more than once. Other than those I love this game.

Was great… then they updated it.. I am on level 126 and the game, with the latest update is no longer fun. All the land upgrades are super expensive and hard to get. Additionally with each new “update” things seem to become more pay to win and less fun. For example the last update before the most recent one introduced a ton of glitches, some of which still haven’t been resolved. The latest update is making me consider uninstalling the game. For one thing, land expansions are no longer worth it, but still needed. Another thing is the UI is really bad. Finally, the game is super laggy and crashes if you try to contact support about the many bugs.

Megapolis. I have been playing this game a while 4+years and it’s a wonderful game and I do buy megabucks on occasion but I have great neighbors and the state I belong to is one of the best . The graphics in this game is outstanding. Especially for the quests . The tech support is also great . They get back to you and are a big help . Aside from the cheaters who come in and ruin it when there are the contests and quests for us long time players. When someone has almost 500 points and someone barely has 300 and nothing built but somehow have hundreds if not thousands of points, it’s not fair and many long time players no longer participate in the quests or contests . This is one of the best games out there and I will continue to play as long it’s here .

Good game but a few ideas. I love this game but there is a few things I want to recommend which could make the game better. One of the things that annoys me is placing roads. If you guys can, you should make it so we can put a road down and drag it to make the road longer. It’s kind of annoying to place each one where you want it to be. Another thing that I think would be cool would be the state house. When you’re getting points and building stuff for your state, you should make more options for the material. I feel like all the coin ones you have, are really high. There’s a lot of housing ones, which I’m fine with but I think there should be more coin options too. This one isn’t that important but when you have like special events happening. You should make better prizes, I’m not going to spend a lot of time doing one just to get like 1000 coins. If it were to be more than that and maybe some building stuff, I think that would be kinda cool. Also, you should make new things available as you level up. Once you reach level 50 or 60 (I don’t remember) you don’t get anymore places unlocked. Like you can still build more city areas but nothing that new. But overall, it’s a really fun game to play, I’m level 70 something and I’m still not bored of it. You don’t gain levels too fast nor too slow. If you’re looking for something to play and pass time, I recommend this game.

Excellent game. True some say it is expensive however there is a lot free with the game. I have built lots of buildings without having spent megabucks...some buildings do if you wanna finish them. And by choice when they offer discounts on mega bucks I buy them. Especially when I can get 400 to 500 for the cost of 150 ...so like 20 bucks at a time. I mean I spend that on stuff in real life I do not really need so rather then do that I put it into the game. For me I really enjoy this game it is A LOT of fun. If there was 1 thing I would gripe about it’s when you expand a territory it is a pain in the rear to move everything to make space in the expansion to work right. Wish there was a way to temp clear all buildings in that one area at once then able to replace on the area that stuff.

Great Game! Suggestions. Overall, I think this is a really great game to pass some time, and all the buildings look really great. However I do have some suggestions that I hope developers will consider to make this an even better and more enjoyable game. First, it can sometimes be quite annoying that you can only view your city from one angle and you can’t turn the camera to different angles. Sometimes having the camera fixed at one angle can block the view of other building behind it, so it makes it difficult to show all your buildings without wasting a lot of space. Also, it takes WAY too long to gather enough building materials to construct special buildings such as overpasses and airports. It should not take weeks to finally have enough materials to do the FIRST STAGE of building an overpass. If you guys can make these changes into the game, it would really make it a much better experience and I would be willing to play it more often. Thank you!

Am I missing something? Way overrated!. All these people bashing EA’s SimCity but this game is the same if not worse. Am I missing something? The game relies heavily on Pay2Play and the use of mega bucks. Every time I open a new window there’s a pop up about buying a pack. There’s 4 or 5 icons on the main screen just for that. You have to wait hours to collect a few hundred coin. You have to wait hours for your materials to finish building. The city hall is such a scam. You have to pay megabucks for your “employees” to automatically collect your coin or register residents except it’s 1 wage per collection. So if you have a couple of dozen buildings or hundreds like most people it will cost 5+ mega bucks each time city hall collects. What a rip off. And if you want to collect yourself? Well good luck tapping on the smaller buildings behind larger buildings. You can’t see them! The mechanics are bad regarding that.

Used to good now its to hard. This game used to be my go to game to chili, however since the recent changes to the game. Its now all about buying mega dollars to get anywhere, which makes it extremely BORING…As i will not be buying mega dollars to get anywhere, so i will just not play and i do not like the airport why change it.. it worked good before.

Are they for real?. The Developers have removed the feature to assign resources to build buildings from the inventory! You now have to check EVERY building separately to see if it needs a resource to build it. It takes hours and you still get nowhere! Utter insanity! Bring this feature back or you’ve lost another player! And don’t get me started on the convoluted airport/lab/factory update!

Review. Enjoyable game, however do not like the fact that if you miss a day your bonus goes back up to 40 plus days! It is not always possible to be online every single day at the same time-holidays included. It also can take forever to build bridges, airports etc. All the same an enjoyable past time. Some of the latest additions are a little complicated and no information of how to.....

Bit annoyed. I do like this game. I like it better than township. However, the reason I’m annoyed and can only give it 3 stars is because this is a game. I understand that, yes, you need to buy things sometimes to do things but come on, seriously, get real. Purchasing everything? Why not make it so you’re using the money you earn in the game. You shouldn’t have to use real money all the time to do something with every little thing. It’s the only thing I hate about this game. You don’t need to make it easy, just make it more achievable without using real money all the time. At least I do t use real money all the time with township...that’s why it has 5 stars. Make this game more achievable and I might change it to 5. Something to think about 🤷🏻‍♀️

New content. I’ve been playing this game for over 5 years now. Great game but the new updates aren’t that good. I’ve already spent money on upgrading the my factories and now I’ve got to do it again. Megapolis, you should have left it all how it was

Update has ruined game. The recent forced update has slowed the game so much that it is no longer enjoyable to play. It takes longer and is more complicated to produce items for sale and then the monetary reward for those items has been greatly reduced so it’s not really worth the effort. Not to mention that the planes have been grounded so there is no longer any way of securing additional assets. This option used to help let the game move at a good pace making it worthwhile to sink some real money in occasionally, but unfortunately no longer. Unless things change, I'll be giving this game a miss. Unfortunate - it was fun before the update.

Good but a little confusing. This game is awesome with all the features but (I don’t know why) The roads are making buildings disappear that are on the other side of the map therefore I can’t build so I have to put all the building in storage

Building materials. I am enjoying the new aspect where I can receive building materials by use of the planes transporting materials I produce in food farm etc. but what needs to be done to make seedlings? How do I fill the extra creation spots that are currently blank. All buildings are fully upgraded, my warehouse capacity is at 170

City Editing. I really enjoy this game but some times my city get a little crowded with all the buildings and stuff. Maybe in the next update there could be a place where you could edit You’re whole city section at a time.

New update ruins game. The new update has added so many layers of complexity, the game probably isn’t playable. Many helpful features have been disable, as well as buildings that I spend actual money on have been removed. Looking at older reviews, seems they keep changing the format and wiping everyone progress. Will update review if things improve. If.

Good game but can get expensive. I’m enjoying this game apart from the fact it can get expensive as you go through megacash quickly. Another thing I don’t like is the cyber bullying I have encountered, you need to join a state to do quests which I did and when my efforts made me mayor the previous one verbally abused me by dropping the F bomb and my name in the chat area and said he shot me. I’m sorry but I didn’t play this game to get abused by others. I hope this doesn’t happen to others, never had it in other games.

To spacious. Love the game, been playing for years now. But it takes up to much space. Need to delete a lot of other apps, to keep this one on. If it keeps growing like that, I won't be able to play anymore. No use for cleansing, when it just redowloads everything. There has to be an option for light version... That would be awesome. New update is no good. Game reloads every time the screen is made active again. Please fix this.

So disappointed. Been playing for years and the recent update as lost all my data and work now back to level 1. Very disappointing and I see I’m not alone. Very frustrating no longer playing and the new update was not user friendly.

Happy. I’ve played the game for a few years and at times it is very frustrating. No matter how much infrastructure I buy, the sign flashes for more. Instructions on how to maximise play to clear projects, does not exist. I do not understand strategy and have no money to buy expensive assets to clear projects. I cleared out buildings to start again, but am back to infrastructure requests after a day when I’ve bought $40,000,000 worth of infrastructure. Should I buy more housing? Should I finish bus, train and airport projects first? Should I buy multiple pizza places? Why military and space. Never going to do it. Maybe I’ve just complicated my game too much. I will keep playing as gifts are moving the game along.

Great!. Been playing this game for years now and the only thing i would like to be added to this game is a 360° view. Where we can view our city from any angle. Apart from that. Its a great game.

Poor UI update. Moving from the HD version to this, the UI was quite a change. After using this version for a while now, the readability of the UI is quite poor in many situations sadly. White text on light blue backgrounds make reading some labels almost impossible. I can’t see if the game is saved as easily now. Some UI elements are oversized but others are tiny and I’ve made a number of mis-taps now as a result. The graphical styles also seem a mix of a few different styles. I’d like to see better consistency and usability. Overall the interface has gone backwards for me.

Love. Hi there. I do like this game a lot but how come I can’t suddenly access my account as it says “connection to social network failed!” Please Help, I have gone a long way in this game and I don’t want to lose my progress

Link Facebook account!?. I have been playing this game over 3 years now and getting a daily notification saying to link my Facebook otherwise risk loosing my city progress? I’ve haven’t had a Facebook account for 6 years why all of a sudden my progress is being threatened for not linking a Facebook account? Ridiculous. Also rewards for daily plays never let you pass 300 days. Always goes back to around 270 days then 300, back to 270, so on. Tired of receiving the same useless rewards. Add some unique one off buildings or something. Actually rewards consistent players. This game has been lots of fun over the years and a nice way to kill time. Would hate to see it go with my progress. Apart from those things, great work. Game runs smoothly (iPhone 11 pro max). Game animations and graphics are fun.

Update failures. Since I agreed to the update, I am finding that the territories are taking longer to load. I see blue dotted lines everywhere for at least 10 seconds. Also, what happened with the zoo? And the bird show? That has now gone from the megapolis city which is disappointing. It was another source of income. I also do not like the new format of the tool buttons, they all look the same and are the same colour. I loved the previous version in colour and you could easily recognise what tool you need to use. It’s not very user friendly now, which is disappointing. I do love playing this game, but please keep things as they were also!

Happy until now. I have been playing this game for a couple of years now and have loved it, until today when I was encouraged to save my game and then upgrade to the new version. Not only have I seemed to have lost everything, but I can’t log in. Not happy at all. Before today I would have given you 5 stars.

Slow progression - Expensive. This is my second time playing this game, and I’m quickly remembering why I loved it...but also hate it. In a nutshell, unless you spend real money (which I am) it’s very difficult to progress in a timely manner. The reason I stopped playing was after spending lots of money, I still kept hitting a wall. The same thing is starting to happen now. It’s a real shame as the game is honestly great. Personally, I think it’s quite unreasonable to be required to pay excessive amounts to play. In saying all of the above, the developers have created a great game and deserve to be paid 🤷🏻‍♂️

Problem with latest update. There is a problem since the latest App update. game keeps freezing when trying to do tasks for state. Very frustrating having to close and reopen App when it freezes up

THIS GAME IS SO FUN I PLAYED IT 9 HOURS STRAIGHT ONCE :D. This game has almost an endless amount of time you can spend playing this and I really enjoy it once I started playing one day at 11:00am I didn’t even notice the time but it had been 4 hours

Materials take too long. Perhaps making materials obtainable by in-game money would be better rather than mega bucks or real life money. I have been playing this game close to 5 years now and absolutely LOVE IT however I notice I go through times where I’ll play for a month straight and then get so frustrated at the lack of materials I’ve received that I need and don’t play again for 3-6 months sometimes even longer. I wish materials were easier to obtain so I could progress further without the need of in-app purchases. I just find I’m always receiving materials I don’t need rather than the ones I want, this has stopped me from progressing a little smoothly and making the game a little less enjoyable. If materials were easier to obtain so I could build my bridges and objects around the area I would have given this game 5 stars. Such a shame as I really do love this game. Still %100 my favourite app just wish I could see more progress. I just look at it and think I’ve got %10 unlocked in 5 years and each time I play the time between playing again is longer so it would take me about 5+ years to get to %20 I would most likely die before I even complete %50 haha.

Airports, Trains And Train Stations, And Finally People! One Thing I Like You To Add Is That You Add A Button Somewhere On The Screen And Make It Say “Become Person” And You Get To Be A Person In Your City! Well thought out but EXPENSIVE. Jesus. Lol. It actually costs you hundreds of REAL dollars to get anywhere. It’s super boring if you do not. Lame. Bored already after a few days and sick of spending $$$ Yes, you can play for free however you miss A LOT of you don’t spend money and it would take years to win enough free dollars to get even the basic items. Cashing in coins for dollars would be a great idea. I stand by my review. EXPENSIVE

Terrible. Rudest customer service. They update the game and force you to do the update before you can connect back into the game, and the updates always remove things that you spend REAL money on. It’s theft. They’re money hungry and do not care about their clients whatsoever. Do yourself a favour and don’t even considering playing this game.

Hit and miss. I’ve been playing this game for years now and have sunk countless hours into it. I enjoy it but there’s so many annoying features that have remained the same for years that annoy me. Like why do I have to tap the screen 500+ times a day to send gift to other players? How hard is it to make a “send all” button and be done with it. Depending on the time of the day, I can spend 5 mins tapping or 20 mins tapping hundreds of times just to send daily gifts. Also the coins are simply pointless. I now have over 6 Billion in game currency and it’s completely useless. How about utilising some of this, as I rarely need to spend any of it? Lastly you’ve got so much unfinished content because you focus so much on adding new content each week. I have buildings which have features unavailable because they say “coming later in the game”. It’s been saying this for years! Instead of pumping out so much content each week how about fixing some of the features that need an update?

I was enjoying until.... Great game to start off with...but when you get to a point where the only way to succeed is to constantly spend actual money, no matter how successful you are in the game, it kind of gets a bit old! Don’t get me wrong...I have spent the occasional dollar buying coins etc but when you can only earn 1 note every level and you can only expand with notes, seems a bit pointless in the long run🤷‍♂️

My new obsession. I discovered this game a little over a week ago and I am obsessed. I am already on level 40. This is my favorite city building game and I can’t get enough of it

Was a great game.. Loved this game and have spent many hours playing. Installed the update today, please change everything back this update is not refined enough to be out in the wild. Interface is now clunky which makes the overall game experience now frustrating. Please put it back and there is no need to fix things that weren’t broken.

Blown Away!. Wow! The game ran smoothly and it was surprisingly easy to get coins and progress your city. The main obstacles are the water and energy source. Every time you level up you get to buy heaps of buildings and get heaps of coins and notes, but sometimes you cannot place all of your buildings because they need a certain amount of energy! So stay on top of your energy sources and water sources! This game was so amazing and I cannot stop playing it, and I recommend it to any ages! Have fun!

Brilliant but..... This game is without doubt amazing, the amount of buildings and tasks to do in this game simply outweighs SimCity. The only thing I think this game needs is the ability to 3D roam around like in Sim City so you get a full 3D affect of the city and to be able to see every icon that isn’t hidden behind your huge towers. Apart from that, brilliant game! P.S - please release the castle / mine area as an expansion update not just for a 1 week challenge map

Not a real game. Online connection or game stops. Doesn't seem to be any way to loose, there's no crime, there's no disasters, nothing costing money except buying more buildings. Dear developer; please go play sim city(any of them except the one on here) cities xl, cities skylines or just about any pc based city building games and you'll see how a game is meant to be done. This isn't a game, it's going through the motions with the offer of going through them faster constantly advertised to me. Please do take this on board. Your "game" could be so much more if you just put some time and effort into making it playable not just watchable. Also loading times are a bit annoying. I'll give the developers one star back for being prompt with replies and listening to customers.

Can not run the new vision. This game is perfect but just hard to run it smoothly, it sometimes always turned off automatically. And today, the worst thing happened, after I updated to a new vision, it never start the game successfully. It might have some bugs need to be fixed, please help

Version 6.3 Trade Centre. This new update is just horrible. You now have to pay for raw materials to make things for the shops to fulfil orders. Not only that, they have added a heap more materials required for items which makes things even more confusing, and also means it takes longer to get the items. Also I had all my factories set up in my city just how I liked them and now they are all gone with this new trade centre plonked no where near where I want it. Also they don’t set the trade centre up so I’m at the same point as I was before, I now have to unlock a whole heap of things to keep moving forward. Another thing, it used to take say 30 seconds to produce a piece of iron and 1.5 minutes to produce wood. In the new update these take 10 minutes and 2 hours respectively. Yet these materials are just as crucial as before. As such a big part of the game and how you progress, this makes the game nearly unplayable. I wish I could go back to the old version but it is a forced update. This is probably enough for me to stop playing the game. Edit - This is now the third time I’ve edited this review as I keep discovering more things wrong with this update. On the order board, I was fulfilling orders worth up to 400,000 coins. Now, the same items are required to fulfil orders, however the biggest reward for completing an order now is 5000 coins. Yet items and buildings still cost the same amount.

Great game. Megapolis is a game which has so much going on that it can keep you entertained for hours. There’s just enough ways to progress through the game without getting dissolusioned. Lots of interesting contests and challenges to keep you engaged.

Latest updated dropped this from a 3 to 4 start to a 1 or 0 star. If there was a way to rollback the latest release I would in a heartbeat. This is so useless and buggy I don’t think the developers even bothered to check if it was iPhone compatible. Pressing on things that use to take you that treasury now just drop you exactly where you are. Great game. Firstly I love the graphics it’s and the fact there’s so many things you can do plus how spread out the locations area, the only downside I found was that its cost to much money to continue playing due to mega cash running low so quickly and there not being ways to gain it back fast enough to within the game to keep progressing.

Update Oct 5 and update Dec 11. Installed update yesterday. Moving around the map was extremely slow. So today I deleted the game and reinstalled it on my iPad. Now game does not start. SQ starting page pops up and crashes after a few seconds. Now Dec 11 update again is a total screw up. Worst update ever. Not only was the lagging ever fixed, now it just freezes all over the place.

Quel dommage. Je jouais à tous les jours à ce jeu, intéressant constructif et quelque peux challengeant. Mais depuis la nouvelle mise à jour quel désastre et rendu très plate à jouer, un jeu d’adulte rendu pour enfant. Sérieusement pourquoi avoir fait une amélioration négative sur une jeu qui fonctionnait très bien. Vous auriez du travailler à voir différent vu de la ville, avoir une vu 360, améliorez la récupération des matériaux, et plus encore . Quel dommage je suis même pu intéresser a jouer.

New update. The new update sucks I had my warehouse upgraded to 105 , had to sell few items to make room for other items. As I was selling the items my limit was going done as well from 105 to 79. I wouldn’t dare go any farther. This is not cool!! I’m sure it is a glitch of some sort. But the new changes not bad just a little hard to follow.

Fun but ads are getting out of hand. Good game but the ads are getting longer and longer. Not just this game but all in general. Used to be 10-15 seconds but now getting close to a minute. I get they need the funding but I’m honestly not watching the ads or going to buy whatever they are selling either.

Good game if you can figure it out. Overall it’s a good game. But there is no documentation that I can find that explains how certain things work. It ends up being a trial and error thing to figure stuff out.

Game gone to hell. Every time they upgrade they make this game worse. Now you have to be careful or you’ll be spending mega cash unintentionally because of how they upgraded. They make everything to small, too many building not enough land. 0 rating from me.

New update really sucks. This new update with new materials and the very low amount of money generated once completing the order made me stop playing this game. It takes forever completing the task and very frustrating trying to get the right materials. The old version was so much better and way simple to use.

Problem since last update. I’ve been playing daily since 2013! ❤️ Megapolis is by far my favourite phone game. Currently I just have a small problem. Since the last update, I’m unable to apply the assets I’ve collected towards the buildings and structures I have in my city. When I click on the asset (ex. Paint), it no longer gives me the option of where I can apply the paint to a specific structure in my city. :(

Just terrible. Devs have added to much, game used to be simpler and a lot more fun. Game forces you to do unavoidable micromanaging tasks you can’t opt out of and there’s no more actually playing.

Donate alert. Chill with your ads and donate!! From first minutes it’s ask your money. Tons of clicks on map every 10 sek. Everything limited. And final map looks buggy and disgusting (click on mayor and see by yourself) it’s not worth to install even!

Can't get anywhere without paying. Any resource in this game requires megabux, which you have to buy. You can also trade for resources needed with neighbours, but at that rate maybe you finish one building a month. I have nothing against games with micro transactions, but this is taking the concept too far.

Megapolis fun. I enjoy the game. Occasionally I’ll buy extra cash packages. Loved when you could earn 3 cash for free every 4 hours. That disappeared ? Very disappointed about that so won’t be visiting it as often anymore.

Whats going on with the new update. I had 60 room storage and sold 12 items and now I have 48?

Look out for the updates. Each time the update comes it shut down your key building supplies for months look for something more reliable

For sending gifts, need a button to "send max # of gifts on wish lists of neighbours". Scrolling through 30 pages is terrible. New version: New airport is terrible. Only requesting resources from mines. Significant loss of invested resources in old airport and planes.

New updates. I have played this game intensively since 2020. I loved it. It was beautiful. Recently the developers have decided to change it into a FarmVille style game. They have destroyed many features making the game boring. Their new update doesn’t even work. I have just deleted it. I can’t support a game that gets worse not better.

Developers make no sense. I see them responding to people about needing neighbours when people complain about how you have to spend money to get ahead, may as well play Simcity

Update and optimize. This game is so full and so interesting at times but is completely and ridiculously old. Developers need to update the game and make it better. It has to compete better with SimCity for example because their game is also good but lacks the features and ideas of Megapolis. For example, if it turns 3D that might make the game more compelling to play. Whatever, this game needs improvements graphically.

Can’t get past login. Have been playing this game for years and I might be done this time. Can’t get past the login screen 98% of the time and losing out on game challenges. Closed the app, deleted the app tried everything and nothing makes it work. Very frustrating, disappointing and annoying.

A chore. The latest expansion with all the new factories has rendered the game more of a chore than an enjoyable experience.

Downgrade+ room for improvement. Have been playing this game for years since it came out on Facebook. The latest upgrade is actually a downgrade: all of my upgraded 8 planes have simply been erased, only have 3 now and warehouse has shrunk as well. That means time and resources spent have been wasted and simply thrown out. Disrespectful to your players. Also problematic things have not been resolved: - still cannot move buildings from zone to zone ( from megapolis to Rockies etc), - event buildings are anarchically imposed on the map: either group them thematically on the map ( space, military in one area, historical ones in another etc) or allow us to move events buildings around. I do not want a missile launch right next to a Chinese resort or a railway by the gate of Buckingham Palace. - The helicopter thing is even more useless now, as we will all be busy filling in those miserable 3 airplanes with the large amount of warehouse they are requesting, forcing us to mass produce only 2 or 3 categories in the warehouse.

New updates are removing the fun. Many bugs, the game is just made harder to play for fun, ads and revenue has become main focus rather than players who play the game, it was original when it came out but now it is falling by trying to compete against other games that are not as fun,

New Updates Decrease Game Play. I’ve been playing this game for a while. I originally played it when it was on Facebook many years ago. I’ve been a huge fan of Megapolis for some time. I now play via the app and am a part of a fairly successful state. I have a number of neighbours to help with obtaining materials. Participating in the state contests really used to help with building my city. I had so much fun unlocking new areas and beautifying them. Gameplay used to be one of my favourite things, rivalling even my favourite Nintendo games on my switch! However - the last few updates have nearly ruined the game for me. There are multiple glitches occurring. Not only is the game interface now buggy with floating items, but following technical steps from the developers and reporting the issues does NOTHING. On top of the bugs that the developers don’t seem to care to fix, the “additions” in the new updates force game players to use the factories or buy EXPENSIVE land tokens to unlock new areas. The special blue/purple building materials for unlocking and building city levels - are nearly impossible to get within a satisfactory time frame. Some of these materials are significantly high, even into the hundreds. How is anyone supposed to get the materials in a satisfactory game-play time frame? I don’t want to use the factories 24/7 in a game. I want a mix of using factories, unlocking areas, state contests, strategy and building beautiful cities like the game initially was about. What a horrible horrible idea these new updates are. The developers don’t even care about the feedback of dedicated players :(. Their responses are condescending and dismissive. I hope someone on the development team actually starts to advocate for players like myself and other people in our state who are sharing feedback. I miss the old Megapolis prior to these horrible updates in the last 2 months. It’s such a shame. The game used to be one of the best strategy and simulation builders in the App Store. These new updates make long-term players like myself dissatisfied. I loved it so much I was actually hoping they’d someday make the game on other platforms like Nintendo. Instead they want to make it a money grab on the App Store when it could have been something INCREDIBLE.

Used to be Great. For the last 8 months we‘ve had no new TQs and mostly repeats of other events. Droves of older players have left the game. Hanging on by a thread here.

I just finished a rockets tournament with winnings is $30.00 for the first placing and second place paint $15.00 while playing the player against me that had nothing for city or had very little rockets built but kept placing first place when the final 2hrs to finish this tournament I was 1,000 point in the first place. But this cheat had no rockets built built was 1000 points back in second place impossible to finish in first place and be ahead of me by several 100 points. I will never buy dollars from this game again. This game promotes cheats and gets first place every.

New trade Center. This newest upgrade would be nice to play but unfortunately I can’t get pass the first steps of the tutorial on how to place the metal onto the grid thingy! It’s frustrating since I play everyday and now I’m sitting in limbo ! Please fix this issue ASAP I want to play my game… Ty

Fun but costly. I was having fun for about a week. Then like any other game most of the stuff you need to build for quests costs mega bucks that you have to ‘buy’ with real money 😡

Carry on. I have been playing this for a year now, longer than any other game I’ve played. Patience is key, people. I have not spent a cent on it. I seem to be in the middle of the road compared to my neighbours. I like the special occasion games ie. Christmas.

Pricey but good. This is a fun game and I do like it, but I also spend real-world money on it even though the prices are kinda steep. Mostly the point of this review is to let the developers know there’s a glitch: in the most recent Lucky Chests I managed to get the National Promenade. When I placed it on the board, the 3x8 place-holder grid and actual decoration don’t match up in the same location. The decoration is about 4 tiles down and 4 tiles to the right of where it should be. I hope there’ll be a fix for this and I’ll see it in its proper place where I actually put it.

Slow go. I really like this game, it’s just a slow go at all the things that I want done and how I want things done where I want to put things. I guess I more or less am trying to zone my city. Like my housing on the outside of city limits kinda like subdivisions and my production factories my tall buildings ( downtown) to be right in the middle with stores and parks fountains statues swimming pools activity fun spread throughout the city to make it look like a real city...but I need a bridge that will hook to 3 roads to one road on the opposite side and there’s not one. I still enjoy the game it’s fun and a good time passer by

Love this game but can use improvement. I love the game. It’s not fast paced and lets me take my time building things. Probably a little too much stuff needed to build things. I can see the added features like watching an ad to get megabucks can be helpful but I hope that this app doesn’t over do it. I would like a feature where I can search my buildings from my map. It’s getting really big and I can’t remember where everything is. Also would like to have either 360 rotation of buildings or rotating map so I can see different angles. Overall great game!

Crashes frequently. When I first began playing this game, I really enjoyed it, it reminded me a bit of SimCity 2000 that I played all the time in my younger days. Unfortunately, games today, including this one, that claim to be free can become very expensive if you are not patient....very patient. In the beginning, I’m almost embarrassed to say that I probably spent over $100 to get my city to a certain level. I’ve been able to control my spending, but now, every time I try to switch to a different part of my map, the game crashes. This will happen 3-4 times EVERY DAY! Since I spent so much money on this game, I was trying to get my money’s worth...but I’m done.

👍but too little space. It’s really fun and relaxing! I love how you get to build your own city! But it is not that easy. You have to strategize on what will make you the most money and what will grow your population. So it works your brain, too! Well balanced building game.. I rarely write reviews for games, but this is an exemption. Megapolis is a very enjoyable game that I recommend. There is a list of things that make this game good. 1. There is a really low amount of ads, normally mobile games throw ads at you but this game doesn’t have any other than a few optional ads. 2. The progression of the game is very balanced, I do not level up too fast or to slow. Completing builds also doesn’t take too long, but you have to choose what you want to invest in. There is a lot of ways to make money. 3. The game has options for both players that want to work together with others, but also room for solo players like me. 4. The game is not pay to win, you may occasionally get stuck and wait a bit, especially later in the game, however, you should do fine. Thank you for making this game very enjoyable and I wish that more and more people play this game.

Really good but needs update.. This game is really fun to play and I have been playing it for a very long time, it just needs a new bug update. It hasn’t added a new place to build a city for a very long time (this last time being the industrial complex). It has a lot to do in the game but it gets to a point where you want something newer. Who knows, maybe they are waiting a while to make a huge update to the game and I’m just really impatient. And don’t get me wrong, I really love this game, I just really want a knew place or big thing in the game.

Fun! Time investment required.. I’ve been playing this game for quite a while now. It took a little time to get used to all the little details but it can definitely keep you busy. Several comments / suggestions: 1. It would be fantastic to see how many days it’s been since a neighbor has sent a gift. I’d really like to prune out the people that are no longer playing but that information just isn’t available. 2. The unique structure item pop up message boxes that appear when collecting from airports, railroads, military, etc. are poorly placed and really interrupt the flow of the game. PLEASE just put the items in my inventory without the pop up! I can provide more info if necessary. 3. I’ve already built all the airport related unique structures but I continue getting items from airplanes. Please stop giving me these items, they are useless and I don’t want to take the time to sell them all.

Awesome game. This is the best city simulation game out there. I have tried countless other games, but they have all failed to surpass this one. I love all of the details and thought put into this game. I do wish they would add more suburban elements, such as, strip malls, varieties of houses, large shopping centers , grocery stores, and things along those lines. As long as you are responsible with your megabucks and only use them to expand city limits, then there should not be a problem with financing. This game does take patience!

Great game. Been playing for years on and off and has always been a nice game to thumb through. The only problem I have recently run into is that they require a Facebook account to save your city. I quit Facebook book years ago and it will be sad whenever I change phones I will no longer have any progress. I’m just glad this was a casual game and I didn’t invest any money. Otherwise this review would probably sound a lot different. Still a fun game keep it up 😉

Good Game, Terrible Customer Service. Good game, but terrible customer service. One of this companies where it’s obvious they are after your money but not taking care of their faithful customers. For example, I accidentally delete a building. I email them the accident and ask it restored. Essentially they say “stuff off, that never happens”. Accidents happen and taking care and going above and beyond for your customers are essential. They need to do better at that.

Great game but needs love. So I have been playing this game for many years. As much as I enjoy playing I feel like it’s out dated. It feels like the same game I was playing about 7ish years ago. Some things I would like to see for more flair to the game is maybe go 3D. I would like to really get in touch with this game and have a connection with my city. I would also like to see some sort of Notification Center within the game to show which contracts have been completed so that I’m not have to scroll forever to find every single finished contract. Another good idea that I saw from another player in the reviews was a drag concept for roads. This would be really cool as well as maybe some sort of storage location to pick up built buildings so we can move things around. Other than these few things I love the events and interaction with our captiols. (Maybe update the chat for some additional love. Not that it’s bad).

I’m so confused. I stopped playing for a while and I recently came back and I have no idea what is going on. What’s the point of this new trade bit when nothing helps upgrade anything or finish any quests? I don’t get it at all. I would LOVE to be able to finish building all of the things I had to leave behind but I’m not a millionaire and can’t spend that kind of money every week, actually it doesn’t even look like you have those offers up anymore. It’s harder to find things and can’t finish anything without money.

The big problem. Love this game but there’s a few big problems I wish that you could gain MegaBox faster and build your city faster I also wish that some buildings were cheaper in that you could level up and build stuff faster my city has very few buildings because I don’t have enough materials to build them I wish that if you could add an easier way to gain materials megabucksAnd money this game would be easier and better in your next update please focus on this and get back to me thank you

Great game however. I enjoy this app more than any on my phone. I am perplexed though by its spinning wheel deal. When pressing the stop button it continues to run until every time it seems to stop on 60%? You can shear a sheep many times but you can only kill it once. Although I like the haircuts, I’m about to bleed out from the knicks. Your version of the stock market is another. I believe it was developed by democrats. Really not sure how much more I will spend or keep the app. I know, I know. We are a dime a dozen. You don’t care. This comment won’t get posted, nothing will be done and I’m sure I won’t hear any feedback.

Love it but…. As has already been stated, the megabucks issue is a problem. Too many demands for way too many megabucks! The construction upgrades are ridiculously high. Also, there is so many tasks to complete on multiple levels and areas, and I have spent megabucks constructing facilities that I haven’t needed yet. (LasMegas is an example) The queues to upgrade facilities should be clearer, and expanding to different areas should be more gradual. Instead, you can touch every building, feature, and area and upgrade it. Hope that makes sense.

Too many unusable parts. The game has amazing graphics and great opportunities. There will always be something more to build, however there are A LOT of parts needed to complete many of the buildings. You can receive these parts through friends or with Megabucks, aka real-world money. My issue is that I've got over 600 parts in my storage that I can't use (gifted to me over years of playing this game). You can't sell these parts for Megabucks, (even though that's the only way you can purchase them) you can only sell them for regular coins. This is a major flaw in the game.

Great game but a bit buggy after latest IOS update. First off, this is a wonderful and addicting game. The developers have done a great job and put a wonderful effort and planning into it. After the 13 IOS update though, noticing some minor issues. Some construction items are missing the ad option to get the item. Many times they are all missing and require a reboot of the app to refresh; on the ski resort though, I am not seeing some populating. Hopefully an update is in the works... Overall this game is worth the time and effort but it takes time and patience. Better than Sim City. Stay in it for the long haul.... it is worth the effort. For the developers. 1. Allow map rotation, please 2. Ski resort and Tourist Island: bring the ability for city hall for single click to capture rent and taxes 3. Should be able to use megabucks or coins to move build Thanks!

Fun game but it’s a money grab. The game is fun to a point. You won’t build very fast because the drops include everything you need across the board randomly. You may be able to finish a few quests in time early in the game but later on it’s impossible with out spending money. You can get random stuff off your wish list each day but it’s still won’t cover the huge amount of resources needed. Also there are missions you will NEVER finish because items to Congolese them have been removed from the game so your mission log fills up with crap you can’t get rid of. You would think that they could take 10 minutes to remove them completely.

Great game. Great builders game overall. They have really revamped their game and given free ways to earn dollars and contests to engage in. Cons: when deleting certain materials no longer needed for certain contests there is no option to sell all, another is when you buy something but have to build it there should be somewhere you can access how many unbuilt buildings you have instead of manually clicking each. This game has a lot of buildings to build and multiple areas so it would be easier to have a place to access everything!

Very nice and interesting but expensive and do something about the view point. The game is nice and interesting I’m always excited to improve my city really involving game ! If you want to improve fast should spend tons of real money on this game if not you should be patient play everyday and watch lots of Ads ! By the way, do something about the view point !!! When I built a large skyscraper, where should I put it without covering dozens of my small houses and infrastructures ??? You should find a solution for this annoying problem !

I LOVE THIS GAME!! But here are some things that could make it better. This game is amazing, the only thing I want in it is different angles, I want to see more angles of my city, u want to see my city from the top, right side, north side, and left side, the only way you could see in the game is from the south, so I think more view options would be cool, and if you could Human size tour the city that would be AMAZING, I’ve seen many games with this feature and I think they are pretty cool, but Megapolis is just as cool without it but I think it can be even cooler with it.

Latest update. The most recent update to the game this week has left it glitchy and buggy. It freezes if you’re trying to send trains, planes or ships on tasks. Sending gifts to friends takes forever because how you do it changed. Plus, the game freezes when you try to send something. I’ve been playing this game for years and have built up a pretty large city. I’m in the game every day. Please address the glitches and bugs. This happens every time you do a major update to the game.

Glitch?. I’ll start by saying I really love this game. I’ve been playing it on and off for a few years. I recently started back up and I’m unable to complete any new contracts. Every time I click on it, it says I need to buy missing goods. But it won’t let me buy the missing goods, it just stays stuck on that screen and won’t let me hit anything. If this could be fixed some how that would be amazing because I would really like to continue playing this game

Fun at first not so now. I downloaded this app b/c it reminded me of Township in a way. It was fun for the first couple of days and now more than month of playing this game it not fun at all. You get items that are useless and in order to advance you need to spend real money, which is okay if your into spending money to win. 99% of the items you need in order to complete a major task requires megabucks and you only get 4 sorta free megabucks a day thru video ads. At this rate you’ll never finish a major task unless you break out your wallet. As for me if the game isn’t fun then there is no reason to spend real money or even keep playing. I’ll just stick with Township and uninstall this game, sorry but it’s just not a fun game when you have to spend real money to advance.

Love the game, could be a little more user friendly!. The game is great when it comes to imagination, but lacks when it comes to how to do things! To build things you need to collect different items to build them. The game tells you what you need, but lacks on how to find these items. I have a collection of random items, but once again, the game fails to tell me where I can even use these items. Other simulation games do have this feature, Megaopolis needs to add this! I am not going to spend anymore money on the game until this feature is added.

Can’t even play game.. I’ve had this game for 2 years and really enjoyed playing it. Recently, I am unable to even load the game more than once a day to play it. I have been in contact with help forum in discord but have yet to get any resolution to this problem. I’ve been using the same device that I always have to play the game. I have reinstalled several times and reset my iPad numerous times as well. I’ve already lost out on the opportunity to win in the science contest and wasted 40 megabucks. Why put out a game if you are not equipped to maintain an application and can’t even troubleshoot problems and still have no solutions after 2 weeks.

Update is bad. This most recent update made the whole display look so strange and bland and the game is acting buggy after the update as well. It seems like they keep coming out with these frequent updates that seem to change the game pretty radically and it’s getting somewhat annoying because I liked the game how it was and now it’s different so I don’t like it as much. Game is still fun it’s just things like these that get on my nerves, especially with an idle game that takes a lot of time to develop anything significant in it. Hope the developers see this.

Hungry money suckers. I’ve played this game on and off for a few years now, and each time I start I remember again why I quit. Starting off is really fun, you make a lot of progress and see nice development, but you basically reach a point where unless you are willing to dump piles of your real money into it, you will go NOWHERE. It’s nearly impossible to build a location without somehow having enough friends to send you the materials, or dumping your real money into being able to finally complete them. The concept of this game is brilliant for city building game lovers like me, but unless they figure a new way to let us build things for free this is getting deleted again

Mega builder creator. I love this silly game. Why? Because you can create and recreate by tearing down and rearranging etc. Weakness takes up too much time but it saves where you left off and you can resume the next time you play! I wish you could give neighborhoods you created names of your own choosing and the lighting changed with the time of day. Vegas is always in the dark all others always in the light of day! It would be awesome if lighting changed with time of day played. I would also love more color options for sidewalks, buildings and moe... too much to ask?

Great game just an issue with the ads. I love the game, love how they improved a lot of stuff so the user doesn’t need to buy a lot of megabucks or coins to go ahead in the game, however I want to report an issue with the ads, since that is a way to get megabucks or construction material, the ads play, but at the end of the ad, it froze so I am unable to claim the reward for watching the app, I uninstall the game, reinstall it, restart my phone, close the app a bunch of times and the issue still persists, I would love that this could be fixed so I can use this rewards and you also can get more money through the ads.

This is the most fun and amazing game!. This game is fabulous! I love all the prizes when we have contests. The only thing I do not like is my team. The leader/mayor of our team is no longer active and it has made me mayor but I cannot change the name of our state. Also my teammates will not participate when we have state contest and it is costing not only my team but myself to lose out on great prizes. How can I rename my state and also get rid of lazy mates and add new mates?

Reverse the last update please.. For year I’ve been playing this game. I’m in level 181. This game is unique, fun, incredible. But please. This last update change everything. All visualization changed and sincerely is no longer the same feeling. I feel lost at stake more of childhood icons. Please take our opinion into consideration. I've recommended this game to hundreds of people and their feeling is the same. Don't damage what was good. Still I can give 5 stars.

With IOS 13 upgrade doesn’t work properly. I was playing in this game for 3 years for now, and was playing every day. But I never feel such a problem with a gameplay. After I upgraded my IPhone Max S to IOS 13, the game just stopped work , most of the problems is when you going back and forward to the state to pick up a task even to pick up a task is not right away, you have to wait and sometimes a lot of time. Everything in the game slowed down like 10 times.

Downhill slide. I’ve played this game for a significant length of time. No money put into it, nor do or did I plan to, and so I’ve had a front row seat of this games downhill slide. After they changed the UI from something simple and solid to something crowded, overly cartoon-ish design, I’ve physically not been able to pick up the game. And I do agree that there’s some problems with money and how hard it is to progress, it’s not *that* bad, but still definitely slow. I haven’t been able to bring myself to try the new updates, especially after scrolling through the reviews for it. Not to say that the game is all bad, but there’s definitely been a decline in the game.

Great Game. I think this game is fantastic, it’s fun and engaging, as well as pretty in graphics. The game does take patience and time to enjoy. Most people who give bad reviews, complain over things that are their own fault such as spending money over Megabucks. There’s a few flaws in the game like: There’s no 360° rotation which makes it hard to place certain things and it’s hard to see other things. Plus objects can only rotate two ways which is not realistic. If the rotation was like in Roller Coaster Tycoon classic, I’d be perfect! Wish it were possible to obtain more than just one Megabuck per add, and that the adds were an option full time. It be great if it was possible to ask for more than one of every material in the wish list. Besides that, the games great and entertaining. By far one of the best city building games for mobile.

New airport and rewards are horrible. Been playing game for years and have enjoyed it until the latest updates to the airport. It is very hard to get supplies for upgrades and builds and I have rely on constantly watching videos every 4 hrs. The original airport provided an alternative for supplies until the so called amazing updates. Now it is way to complex, too many gems and jewels for not enough reward. You get like 1 item and the rest is junk to send more stuff thru the airport. Huge waste of time and effort with no reward. Even the events and other games give you more crap for the airport so it is impossible. Worst update ever and most people I know who play don’t bother with the airport…losing interest

Pretty good. I love this game it is addicting. The few things I would change if I got the chance would be a way to earn dollars better than only paying with real money there are a few things you can buy with just the coins, and the other thing would be more simplicity it is very complex and at times when I want to play it to relax there is a lot I have to read to understand what I need to do. The graphics are pretty good and the overall game is great.

Not HAPPY with game , they alter the game as you !. I having playing this game for quite a wile and Put a Lot MONEY in to it , They said I sold a tunnel , AND YOU CAN NOT SELL a tunnel . They lied to me. ,I had Two Buildings that are at the Rockies , could not move them to main area , can not compete a quest , and they would not work with me to fix . In the Military area I would have a quest with 3. Or 4 items , then it would jump up to 8 or 10 items. I have screen shots of all of this and will show APPLE . TO me this game should BE PULLED .I found a worm in bed it in sever , at this I do not if it has removed , APPLE is a where of it , will not pull. Did some cheek if you play ,the HIGH JACKER bought the game, I Highly not get it ,they are using it for money lander there money,DO NOT PLAY ,was owned S Q GAMES,ALL there games are involved

Scam. This is not just a bad review, this is an alert to people that are foolish enough to constantly pay these people for a product that is set up to bleed you dry. There are games you pay to play. This game could be pretty fun. However, in order to upgrade or expand and unless you have a lifespan of 1,000 years while you wait for “free megabucks” they are stealing your money for a virtual product you will never see back and they could shut down at any time. When you begin they load you with megabucks. It’s the only way to get you hooked and making you feel like you’re progressing. Then it runs out and you are left with hundreds of possible expansions. All required giving megabucks and “territorial expansions” (which support was yet able to define how to actually acquire them without bucks and without spending my entire life trying to do so). Seriously, this game is meant to be a scam. It’s meant to steal your money. Apple should ban this from the App Store. Let me just pay you $5 for the game so I can just play it without the other junk.

Years of fun. Great game. Lots of challenges. You don’t have to spend money to play this game but if you do pay a little at the beginning it will give you a great start. Don’t expect to build quickly because there are many levels to achieve before you finally get something built fully. Rome wasn’t built in a day, been playing a few years and the way it looks now it will take me ten years to have most everything built as it stands now. Good luck🤩

Typical “must have” real money to truly get the full affect. Sad that a lot of these games are like this. I spent easily $2,000 plus on this game, over a course of a year. Only to get to a point each time that I must spend more real money, if I want to accomplish anything. Yes they do advertising money adds now, in which this game gets paid for too on. Lol. But those videos only help the beginners, in which the game only takes little money/green bucks to build. Once you get advanced into more territories, there is no way you can build your cities, without real money. You should get rewarded for building a properly structured territory. Sure they give you little rewards daily but those rewards don’t help truly, once you get decently into the game. Instead they force you to spend real money, if you want to keep up with building and expanding your city. It was fun for sure, when I had real money to spend. But you get to a point, where you ask yourself, “what the heck was I thinking”. - I hate to be so negative on a review but I’m just disappointed how you must have real money, to continue playing.

You have got to be kidding me!!!. This newest update is just too much!! The Airport/Cargo/Trade Center update is requiring ridiculous quantities in order to send out and receive materials and experience. It used to be somewhat relaxing, now it’s a chore trying to figure out what needs what and how many you need…it’s just too much. I am shocked at how long it takes to acquire the multiple items AND the unreasonable quantities you need. It’s all too confusing and convoluted. I played this game to relax and build my Megapolis. Now it’s a frustrating chore to try to keep up with all of it. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD AND RECONSIDER WHAT MADE THIS GAME POPULAR AND FUN.

I hate this game and I still been playing since 09. The only reason I still play this crap is because it reminds me of sim city back in the day, but this game is crap if u don’t want to spend money, u will probably need 20 years to build everything in this game, but what drives me crazy is 2 things the lack of roads on buildings specially buildings sitting in the middle of nowhere and have no roads to get to them and for some reason many of the fixed buildings don’t pop up after competition of a set of buildings if u go to some player maps u will see they have buildings that for some reason don’t show up on other players like the stadium by the airport or the launching pads by the meteorite crater.

Great game but bit of problems.. I wanted to sure you about some difficulties I have with playing Megapolis. First of all, I wanted to address that purchases on IOS (I’m not sure on other operating systems) and I cannot purchase my megabucks. Also, I am a little frustrated because when you place roads and you want to spam the roads, you cannot control where the roads are being placed. These were the issues I had and this game is overall the best city tycoon I have ever played.

Awful Developer, Crashing Frequently. The game is built around the idea of funneling money from players - most games are these days. HOWEVER, the game has free cash and parts offered every few hours. This makes the creators money in the form of advertising dollars. Pretty standard, except in this game the system crashes on a regular basis causing lost game cash and parts. When brought to the attention of the developer, I was told I should have let them know sooner and they would’ve offered “the fix” sooner...except “the fix” didn’t work. This developer is a shyster, will not assist should you have a legitimate complaint other than saying, “you should have brought this to our attention sooner.” Acting as if the issue is resolved, these knuckleheads repeat the same thing repeatedly, instead of fixing THEIR mistake and righting the wrong.

Fun game. This is a great game to play and very addicting. The only draw back is, and I've read numerous reviews saying this, is its hard to build all the projects without spending a ton of money. They should make it easier to get mega bucks or materials. You should be able to use coins to buy materials as an option instead of just mega bucks. One suggestion is to have a locate button or tab for projects under construction. When you pull up your supplies it shows all the buildings it will go on but it would be nice if you could click something that would take you to that building instead of having to search for it on the map. Sometimes it’s hard to locate a building if it’s mixed in with a bunch of other buildings. And I have to say I am sick of the ‘State of Survival” ads. It gets really annoying watching the same ad over and over again. Other than that I would recommend this game to anyone.

Generally Very Good. Going into second year. At first spent WAY too much money but learned to budget and city grew. Also addition of earning by watching videos keeps me coming back, thank you. Very detailed and can be entertaining. Biggest complaint is on the off mainland islands. On the mainland you can clear both coins and people with a single click in each territory. With a city this large very helpful. But on all islands, this is not available. Yes you can buy a feature to clear but very expensive. This has caused me to ignore all but the industrial island. Sad because there are some fun things to do but extremely time consuming.

Great Game and Support. Wonderful game that is meant to be played over a long while. You build relationships with other players leading to even more building and resources. When a huge upgrade came through, I lost my two year old city. I contacted support and after a few excellent try’s to regain my city, success! My support rep was fantastic and worked time after time to ensure my city was restored. Great game, great support and great company!

Quality Declining. To begin, why can we no longer use megabucks to buy territorial expansions for Highlands? That is a not a good change. To make it worse, using the materials you have to obtain in order to expand only unlocks one small section rather than expanding all sides. That is another terrible change. Also, why did you get rid of the zoo? I never got a chance to work on it. The new user interface is also terrible. Everything not only became too small but now all of it is in one single blue color, which makes it confusing. In addition to all of this, I do not like how state contests now repeat themes.

A small change. I feel like that for any discounts on materials, have a section in which you can buy materials using coins so that we don’t constantly have to spend megabucks constantly to complete missions and have the city of our dreams. I hope you consider this idea for another update in the future, as I believe that we should have a section in which we can use coins to buy materials that can switchboard daily and also have limited stock so that player don’t need to spend too much megabucks.
