Beware of mail saying free coins. I will start soon at saying that I used to really enjoy playing this game because you could earn coins to play and when you did buy coins you got more coins for your money. But the games are not so fun anymore because not only do they take your coins so quickly even when you buy them. Often you’ll get notifications saying too just as an example follow us on TikTok for free coins sometimes it’s Facebook sometimes is some other social media but when you go to try to get the coins it doesn’t allow you to download the coins it makes you update the game and then when you’re finished it still doesn’t give you the points so just beware unless you want to follow them on social medias don’t go for the coins because it’s likely you won’t get them. I have had a couple of instances where I have purchased coins and they never loaded and whenever I would try to contact them and let them know they say they will investigate but you never hear back from them or if you do they’ll say they did not find a reason to refund your money. So just some up I do enjoy the game some white, but not near as much as I used to and just beware of any offers that say they will give you free coins

Total Scam. I do like this game but this is the biggest ripoff app of all times. Don’t expect any customer support. Every time leave a game and come back or open a new game the change your bet to some ridiculous large amount. Earlier I lost 80 million when I got pop notification and after close the window it changed my bet from $180k to $180 million. I contacted the company and their response was that is was my fault because I didn't check the bet level. I should have quit then but I didn’t I had finally got up to 4.5 billion with a combination of playing and buying chip. Then I was playing my usual $180k bet and lost 2.9 billion out of my account. Once again their response was it was my fault and I must have left the game and come back with out checking the bet. I never left the game. How realistic is that I going to make one bet for 3 billion. Zero customer service and they try to trick you into making huge bets. I think what they do is totally unethical. I won’t spend one more dollar with them. Trust when I say don’t invest your time and money. Look at the other reviews that have similar issues with glitches and no customer service. Please be warned.

All about the money. This ap is good in that you can play the same games found in a casino. But, that’s all. The ap is all about making money. They want you to spend and spend. They lock the games so that you don’t win any large amounts. Gifts that they give don’t even come near what you will spend on one spin. And the new challenges are set to spend even more. I love challenges in games, but I also like to feel like I have a chance to win without spending money. If I want to spend money, then I would go to a casino where I have a real chance to win back. Poor customer service. Slots are varied and fun, but extremely pricy for those who purchase packages for credits. I have been playing for years. Another good thing: very few glitches. Many other sites have constant issues. My problem arose with a recent $60 package for 750,000,000 credits. During a high stakes bonus round, the game glitched and on spin 5 of 20, just vanished. I wrote and asked for a refund or the 750,000,000 credits. On spin #5, I was already at 70,000,000 credits and I was placed #1 to win the high stakes tournament. When I returned to the game, I was no longer even in top 3 and I’d lost even the credits I had won. I received a response almost immediately: Nope, we can’t give you a refund or restore your original credits, but here is 100,000,000 credits. I responded, that isn’t satisfactory, and re-explained what had happened. No further response. Zilch. When we purchase packages, we have to trust that customer service will be responsive and take responsibility for glitches in game programming. Their initial response, then complete lack of follow up, was extremely disappointing. $60 for gameplay in which is it not possible to win any actual money ... it is realistic to expect they will take better care of their paying customers. I will never again play this game.

Don’t do it!. Enjoy the occasional trip to the casino to blow a little cash on a slot machine? Great. Go there instead of downloading this app. And whatever you do, do not spend a DIME on this app. Spending REAL money to buy FAKE money is a mistake I urge you to avoid. At least at the casino, there is a (slim) chance you might win something. Or at least come out even. With this game? You will lose. This game simply will NOT allow you to maintain any kind of decent balance. Betting the minimum on a daily basis? Not fun. There was a time when this app not only allowed you to win more, but it allowed you to build up your fake cash reserves (even if you weren’t playing) so that you could bet a decent amount when you chose to start playing again. Nowadays, they keep adding gimmicky side games that only confuse and frustrate. In my opinion, this app is not worth your time. I regret the fact that I still have it on my phone, but that’s how they get you...with streaks you don’t want to break. My advice? Don’t download it to begin with.

Where did the slots go?. I have been playing this for about 2 weeks. It seems like when I find a game I like and start playing regularly, it disappears from the list. This has happened twice now. Anyone else see this? There should be a way to tone down the “level up” nonsense. If you are betting big, it appears every few spins. Can we just have a setting that turns that off? Still give me the coins, but don’t make me click through. It is a waste of time. I know the idea here is to keep the user engaged. Frankly, I find the interface and all of the popups distracting. The games you play the most get moved to high limit which changes the minimum bet. They also raise the bet sometimes if you exit and re-enter a game. Shady. Very shady. Just no fun anymore. Have had this game for a while but I’m just about to delete it. I don’t spend real money on fake money so I haven’t bought any coins and I’ve bumped along the bottom with a few big wins here and there, only to lose them quickly the next time I play. The big attraction of the ap is the jackpot party game and you have to level up a lot just to be able to unlock it and now they have made the minimums for it and several other more desirable games 500m which often prices me out of it. Leveling up takes a lot of hours of playing so many games continue to be out of reach. The tournaments are lame and if you don’t get into a tournament the message keeps flashing on your game that you didn’t qualify for the tournament. I don’t need the negativity as I’m aware I’m not in the tournament nor attempting to be in it but there it is. Honey-do lists are repetitive and there isn’t any fun in those. The lightning leagues are another chance for the ap to tell you more negativity that you were demoted to a lower level. I’ve had enough.

Good App But Not Greatee. 3 1/2 actually. Last week I would have given a 4 at least, but I’ve been on downward spiral and nothing seems to work to break it. I feel like they are trying to force me into buying coins. I don’t like someone trying to force me into anything! If I buy (which Seldom I admit), it’s because I want to..:..not because I’m forced. Down from a 5 to a 3 to a 1 in about 5 months, that’s quite a feat. I was really enjoying the game, but I figured it was going to be trouble later, because at first I could barely loss. Now if they had a section to buy a win, I still couldn’t win! I haven’t bothered to buy coins, I’m disabled and on a very fixed income, so the amount I can afford to buy wouldn’t help. I’ve saved up more than that and it it gets drained away, if I bet big or small. And I’ve gone to FB for extra coins-had no luck there either. So I guess I’m not supposed to play. I’ll wait until tomorrow, then I’m deleting it if I don’t win my party present. So sorry this turned out to be another “honey moon” game. And it didn’t have to be. All those big wins we got at the beginning wasn’t necessary, if you had given us nice steady wins & losses over a longer length of of time, I probably would have been a customer for a long time. Tried and True. Out of the many games and many years there has been one game I have never deleted and later reinstalled. Jackpot Party is it Sure you do no win all the time, thank God, as that just gets boring but they seem to have the timing down on how much of a loser a person can stand to be vs how much a person needs to feel like “The Big Winner”periodically. I have played for a few years and have tried many others and have yet to find one to compare. I have gone a week or two with minimum bets and can’t win a party prize to save my life to being able to bet 10 million plus for a couple days. Yes I said it, Days, followed of course by slowly losing it all (sometimes fast, but never yet on the double black diamond slope so many others use to send you back to the bank) back to minimum bet build up praying it won’t be a long dry spell. But, hey, That’s called GAMBLING. So Jackpot Party is not predictable, but it is/has been very reliable and that is what sets it apart from all the others. My #1

Favorite Game App. I love this app. Some reviews complain about loosing. Sometimes you will go thru dry spells for a few spins or more spins. Same as with live machines. I live in the Vegas area. The game choices are good, entertaining and I have had bought my fair share of coins and yes, I do play other game apps but always go back to Jackpot Party. I don’t do and refuse to create FaceBook account. When I had issues with loosing coins with a new iPad I sent them an email thru the app. I keep a picture of my account number for reference. Customer service has had inconsistent responses, depending who opens the email. However, I have had them restored. Game issues reported to them are fixed and usually you’re compensated with coins for the inconvenience. Bottom line it’s a great app, and you win and loose… If loosing, take a break, change games, reduce your bet. Just like in the casinos.

Hello..........Is anybody there?. I've enjoyed Jackpot Junction for some time. I think I was at a 1100 level. Two days ago, I was just beginning my Honey Do list (BTW, I was holding over 35 billion in coins), I paused my play for an hour or two and when I returned to my game, the screen reflected a balance of 7 million coins, and I was offered a tutorial on how to play this terrific game!!!!! I went through settings to get customer service. In previous times of "snafus", I would use their email to detail my issue, I would receive an email soon thereafter to acknowledge my problem and would get another email -usually the next day with the issue resolved, and usually some coins to cover the error. There is no customer service anymore. There is a computer that scans your emailed issue, finds a keyword and gives a response that has absolutely nothing to do with the problem at hand. Like a fool I tried to do the same thing the second day. Still no 35 billion, still no level 1100, still the same cyber stupid response. Surely there are better ways to amuse myself.

No customer service usually equals no customers. Let me first start by saying that I am at level 463, I’ve been playing this game and purchase coins every few days. Over the Christmas holiday, I purchased a larger than normal coin package and also bet higher than usual. While in the Wizard game(betting 10 million a hand) I won a jackpot of 1.8 Billion, which if added to my account would have put me at over 3billion coins. The coins didn’t add to my account so I immediately contacted support with a full description of what happened. Shortly there after I received an email response that they had received my ticket and after their investigation they would respond accordingly. A week or so went by and no response, they did however respond to my second request on another issue (double charging). I send a second request with no response this morning I filed a THIRD request for a follow and was told that unless I could provide a screen shot, there would be no further inquiry into my ticket. How do you screenshot the failure of coins to be deposited on a winning? If the game is still going? I have bought a significant amount of coins and as another reviewer wrote the winnings are few and far between. (Haven’t won a jackpot since that day) I guess Jackpot Party got big and now they’ve forgotten the very people that made them big.

Used to LOVE this…not anymore. I used to love this game and enjoyed it so much that I told several people about it. Now when I buy coin packages, I am double and triple charged. I was just able to prove that the other day by doing a screenshot in my treasure chest, where you could see that I purchased a coin package and got a key. I was charged three times for that one purchase. I have sent an email I have not heard anything back after told me to contact customer service. I am extremely unhappy and I am making sure that the people that I told about this game know what has been happening to me. This has happened several other times to me, but I thought perhaps I had purchased coins for my phone and not just for my iPad, so couldn’t really nail it down until this last one, that I mentioned above. I had only purchased the one package in that week and was ripple charged!! Not to mention, in my daily bonus spins, I never get above 4 to 5,000,000 when the wheel spins and the jackpots in the games, never happen. When people spend money to play this game, you’d think that they would allow for more abilities to win and the fact that they charge double and triple just makes me sick 😡

Crappy. I agree with a lot of other reviews. You have these stupid machines it’s impossible to win. I got rid of this before and thought that maybe you’d make it better. Boy was I wrong. Just as ignorant as it was before. I spend, every time I get free money, every bit of what you gave me. Then I get this ignorant offer to buy in using my real money!! Do you think that I’m nuts. Losing its appeal. Oh this game. So the games are really fun. The funnest. However, getting to play them can be impossible. The payouts are so rare anymore. Ok so the recent update of the honey do list - it was awesome at first. Paid out over 2 billion coins and 19 bingo balls. Now your lucky if you get 1 billion and you only get like 7 balls. And they're usually gone in minutes. And I'd really like to know how to play these high roller games. I've been playing this game for years and one time have I ever won enough to max bet and actually play for a while. I was up to like 600 billion coins at one point. Max bet on the games I usually play is around a billion. Even to purchase it's like $100 for a billion coins. That's 1 max bet. I've contacted support with my frustrations and disappearing party prizes to no avail. I just want to play. I've spent hundreds of dollars in real money to play only to be shut down. Betting modestly. It's just gotten ridiculous. I will not be spending any more money on this game in the future and if it continues the way it's going I won't be playing anymore. The frustration is outweighing the enjoyment.

Jackpot Party is literally the BEST of them all. When you are an avid slot player and have played multiple different slot apps the one thing i kept thinking about is why aren't you more like jackpot party? I know ive complained a lot, spent a lot, won a lot, lost a lot but the team there is very responsive, respectful, generous and the dev team is just plain special. Not sure who has been coming up with all these recent ideas with honey bucks, extra credit, pick em party, tourney of champs, but that person or persons deserve some high praise and recognition because again its those very things that always has me asking that question when i am playing other slot apps, why aren’t you more like jackpot party? Love the game. I’ve been playing the game for the past few years, and I’ve just run into my first technical issue with the game. When I go to collect a Party Prize, an error window pops up and says it’s not able to connect to the network. I’m connected to my personal WiFi in my home, all of my other apps are working just fine. I cleared my internet cache, deleted the game, reset my phone, downloaded the game, and it’s still not working right. Only reason I’m saying all of this in the review, is because I couldn’t find a way to get any support for the app. Yes, I’m aware of the App Support option under the “leave a review” or whatever, but there is no “contact us” area anywhere on the “support” site. So, if my WiFi is working just fine, and all of my other apps which require an internet connection are working just fine, then there has to be something wrong with the app/game. I’m also aware that the most recent update was a month ago, so, there might be brand new bugs to fix.

Money money money. Have been a member since 2012 I love this app but when you have to purchase packages because even doing a 2 or 3 million bet you lose 600 million don’t get one bonus and go 20 or 30 spins and hit 1 or 2 million tends to be a little frustrating. I have spent a fair amount on the packages almost 200 $ maybe little more in the past month and somehow it doesn’t seem random to me that I’m losing that quick even with betting 50,25,10 million. Even at lower bets still can’t hit nothing. In my opinion think I would have better odds going to a actual casino. Also in the past I have bought consecutive packages which would of given me over a billion coins charged me twice and only received it once. Figured wasn’t any sense trying to get my money back that it would be to much of a hassle. Game is great slots deceiving. Love playing the game and it really helps to pass time when your disabled but at the same time I find it somewhat irritating. I have honestly watched some of the slots not pay when your a winner, I have also seen the slots bounce off a bonus after landing on the bonus which is super irritating. It’s difficult to get bonus points since the Facebook group stopped giving them and you are forced to go through Instagram to get extra coins to play and I hated having to figure out how to get them. The instructions aren’t really good as far as knowing how the avatar works and I’m still try to figure it out. All in all like I said it’s a fun slot game to pass time with, oh I wish they would keep up slots like the flinstones instead of taking some away and forcing so many you don’t want to play.

No fun anymore. Because of low payouts and very small bonuses, these slots can only be played for about three minutes at a time before running out of credits. Simply the best on-line casino site.. If you’re going to do a for fun casino app, Jackpot Party Casino is the way to do it. It is a sophisticated, high-quality app with loads of features. I honestly can’t say when I enjoyed something more. If you’re lucky enough to hit one of the bigger jackpots (I won a 21 trillion “Grand Jackpot” on the “Hold Onto Your Hat” slot), it takes the game to a whole new level. Betting max without worrying about your credits changed everything. You can still spend a lot of money here without buying credits - I routinely pay to speed up the prize openings - but if you consider it entertainment, which I do, I don’t mind. I’ve been chasing another grand jackpot on “Huff and Puff” which, so far, remains elusive and my credits are almost gone. I’ll be sad to see them go. Wouldn’t give one star. So I’ve played slot machine games more so then not and this one is one I wish I would not have wasted my time on the wins are so low compared to the bet you place you never stay up enough to play anything but Zuce 2. Fun but where did the popular games go?. I like Jackpot Party, play a lot and would normally have made it 4 stars. But it is 3 out of 5 stars because you keep dropping popular games and maintaining less popular games. Popular games may appear for a day or week and are then gone and may appear again but who knows when. Why? I play other casino games such as Cashman Casino, Heart of Vegas and Lighting Link. Those sites maintain all games, including popular ones, and also add new ones, more like a casino. You do not maintain popular games. When you do have them, I and others enjoy them, but are frustrated when they are dropped, and I take my purchases to the other sites mentioned. You would be better off as a business to maintain all games which would keep customers like me playing and buying, instead of taking my funds to the others sites I mentioned until your popular games return.

The on thing. Hi! If you want to play in the best online casino, install the "Egyptian Treasure Puzzle" app, all newbies get a bonus with their first deposit, i've already withdrawn $1999... Downloaded the game to see if it was for real. Saw the option to have your winnings get deposited directly into your bank account. I entered my debit card information and deselected the box to save my card information, thinking it would help as an extra safeguard for getting my information stolen, and I was curious to see if it had done anything to my bank account. So, I log into my bank account app and I see 4 transactions, one for $22, another for $5.95, and another for $4. I will be in contact with customer service hoping to get a refund because nowhere in the terms and conditions or in any of these reviews did anyone state that there is an initial charge made to a financial account, nor did the game directly tell me that I was purchasing something through the game. I thought I was just linking my bank account. I am 28 years old, married with a 7 to 8 month pregnant wife and 4 year old kid and I'm the only one working. This game gives a false hope to actually win money like all of your ads portray. I was legitimately hoping that this could help bring extra money to help my family but now I'm more than likely going to have to figure out some way to make up for unknowingly wasting $45 on this stupid game.

Jackpot Party Money Grab. I don’t expect to win all the time and I have no problem with the developer making money. However, having played this game for years I’m now deleting this app since it has turned into a total money grab. You almost never win and the daily coins they give you are based on if you win. The way the “lightning league” is set up you need to bet big in order to gain enough medallions to maintain or increase your status. It’s impossible to even just maintain your status without buying massive amounts of coins. With each new update and iteration of the app the frequency of wins has decreased. This latest update is the last straw. You will go broke trying to gain enough wins to get all the “free” coins. Just no longer worth it. It’s one thing to spend real money to play a game and get some enjoyment for a few days. With this game you can spend easily $50 and get less than 15 minutes out of that. “But you’re betting too high”, you say. Maybe, but if you bet the minimums good luck progressing in this game or collecting any of the “free” stuff.

All set up - like they all are. It’s insanely ridiculous how set up a game from an app is. I only go on these games for fun and won’t pay money to keep getting more coins, etc. When you’re playing games and see how the “pay lines” go and you’ll see X symbol on the first row and then Y symbol on the next to break up a pattern a/k/a pay line, and then more X’s all of the rows after, and you barely see those symbols on any other spins, it’s obvious they set it up to make you anxious that you’re going to “win” a lot of coins but that one row throws it all off. C’mon - this is supposed to be fun and it’s a free app minus buying the extras, and they can’t give people more coins and let them win a good amount every now and then?! It’s crazy. Better Than Pop Slots For Sure. I am new, so I don't know what has changed, but playing Pop Slots for years made me feel there was no better app, but after a while the constant pop up ads and lack of ability to close them, the running out of funds and the app pushing for you to purchase them, the laggy slow working game, the ugly character designs being forced in your face every second, the horrible changes to navigation UI, the very minimal daily bonus', I can go on but... well it's just nice to get free money if I run out and get into a game in about ten seconds. Instead of 3 minutes just to get into a game because of all the pop ups, lag, and UI navigation stuff. I like this game a lot. And to the people who complain about not winning, guess what... You didn’t even read what any of the negative reviews have to say nor did you address them. It’s a just some blanket response. If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been playing for years. They’ve made it so you HAVE to buy coins. And the price it’s ridiculous. As soon as you purchase, the game won’t pay. Not that it pays anymore anyway. The minimum bet is so high on almost every single game that it’s virtually impossible to spin more than a few times if you aren’t buying. The payouts are lower, bingo cards are ALWAYS the max amount of balls now and the honey pass is so difficult now it’s not worth the money. While I can appreciate that the developers need to make money, this is just bad. And forget the so called deals. I am a higher level then a friend of mine and their coin deal is 10 times what I am offered. Make it make sense. You’ve lost a player. There needs to be an investigation on this app. I come back every now and again to read some of these reviews and there is an increasing amount of anger with each review with similar complaints that I had. Tight slots, ridiculously low winning percentage, no bonuses and the worse of them all coin purchases with shady results. It is certain the 4.5/5 rating is completely rigged with all the complaints about this app. There should definitely be an investigation on this app and the developers running it. For those who made multiple purchases and felt they were scammed should be reimbursed because they spent their money in good faith supporting this app and were hoping to have fun with the slots. It is a shame the developers of Jackpot Party have gotten away with deceiving their customers for this long. Hopefully an agency will look into this and hold these people accountable for everything they’ve done to their customers whether it’s the Better Business Bureau, legal team or law enforcement. The critical reviews of this slot app need to be taken seriously because it is abundantly clear there aren’t any intentions to resolve customer issues or improve this app. Hopefully there will be some justice for all those who were affected by this scam of a slot app in the near future.

Recent Update. UPDATE: Apple refunded my money so they agreed that this was fraudulent. So if you purchased coins and feel ripped off, complain to Apple because you won’t get anywhere with this greedy developer I received an answer from your tech desk about the problem below. Apparently you had the “up to” 138.4 billion coins in the prestige chest incorrectly displayed for over 3 weeks until you did an update 6 days ago, then it changed down to 1.34 billion. This meant people like me were fraudulently lured into purchasing the new honey pass with a false sense of possibly winning a lot of coins after completing the various challenges. You should give people their money back or give them the coins. If not, at a minimum, you need to get reported to the app stores that allow you to commit such crimes. Hopefully you will post this…doing a screen shot just in case! ************** Thought this would different. Bought the honey pass and made it all the way to the PRESTIGE CHEST! Manipulatory Tactics. I love the game, I don’t like the guilt tactics to buy more coins. I finally deleted it after a year and actually feel relieved. Once you achieve a new level, you have to play daily and often to get enough league points to keep your level and benefits. If you fail, at the end of the week you are demoted. I got tired of feeling stressed out trying to get enough league points. I bought a 10 dollar and a 25 dollar package (4X sale) today and the coins lasted less than an hour and that was even with me trying to play it safe so I could earn enough league points to get out of the demotion zone. I realized I was spending and spending, not for enjoyment, but to not feel bad/disappointed when I get demoted. Too many times I left this game feeling stressed and finally had enough. I didn’t care for the manipulation into feeling like I had to keep buying coins or that I had to play all day or even everyday just to keep my game achievements. I’m embarrassed how much I spent just to realize how terrible this app is. I prefer Monopoly slots or Golden Casino where you can play when you want and not feel so stressed to play all the time or worry about losing your game achievements.

I still love this game……. I still love this game, but bit by bit things that used to be certain values or amounts dwindle to lesser amounts. It used to be that the games with the purple Lightning League medallions would pay up to 10 times the medallions for each spin, it doesn’t anymore. It used to be that they would offer coins for sale to the tune of over 1 billion for one dollar or more coins for one dollar. Not anymore. Disappointing. This app used to be my favorite casino game to play. I don’t know what’s happened over time but it’s no longer fun to play when you can’t get any bonuses, no big wins and end up losing all of winnings faster than you win anything. The games are great games but it feels impossible to win anymore. Every update says your making improvements and making it more fun for the players. Buy coins, win rates decreased. Uninstalling after probably 3 years played and lots of real money spent. You’ve become far too greedy. I have several accounts I have used to record the stats. Of you buy coins from these people you get a short burst of mediocre wins (sometimes slightly better) then it goes into drain mode where they expect that you will spend more money (why not, they now have your account marked as one that is willing to spend). Meanwhile the other accounts where I have spent no money have far too better winning percentages. You’ve jacked up minimum bets on featured slots to $500,000 which was recently $180,000. Reduced bingo balls from what was previously 4-16 (or somewhere around there). The size of wins used to determine the size of prize box you won. Now it is random and usually a mini. You just got far too greedy. The odds in many of your games are worse than the real ones in casinos. Unless some major changes are made. Myself, my wife, my mother-in-law (who has probably spent close to $1000 this last year) are all deleting the app. We will not recommend your app and will make sure everyone we know never spends a dime with you. Thanks for what was initially fun a few years ago and has slowly gotten worse as time progressed. Nobody cares about how cool your games are if they can never afford to play them.

VIP Bonuses Don’t Exist?. I have been playing Jackpot Party Casino for several months now depositing just about every day..... I feel as a vip status player I should get a bigger player bonus hourly than the 200,000 or the 400,000 given 2-3 times a day on Facebook. This App Has Gone Downhill. I have played Jackpot Casino for years. However, during the last year, it has really gone downhill. They are always giving new incentives, but they are worse. It is impossible to win. I would buy the honey pass at the end of each month and last month spent $49 on the super honey pass. However, the more money you spend the worse the payout seem to be. If you play at level 15, you can only earn their bonuses by playing at level 16. So you up your bed and you play at level 16, the next time you are required to play at level 17 & so on. The bigger your bet, the more you lose. I think it’s time to find another casino app. It really is too bad because this game used to be a lot of fun! I received your response & it is basically the same blanket response you give to every other person complaining about how Jackpot Party has gone downhill. Scam, Ripoff, and Scam, and Ripoff. I’ll start with good, this app has some of the best slots of all the slot games apps. If not for that, I’d give them negative stars if I could. The bad: 1) if you purchase tokens, it’s a 50/50 chance that you will get them. 2) algorithm seems to be set to where once you’ve reached a certain amount of tokens, instead of winning bets, you start losing your tokens fast. I lost 150B tokens in under 30 minutes, but before that, it took me days to get to that amount. 3) App is geared towards forcing players to buy their tokens and products in order to play all the upgraded slots, and to keep up with bonuses. The best slots make you bet a minimum of $1M-$50M, but depending on your level, if you want to win bonuses and rewards, you have to bet $100M-$500M in order to qualify for the bonus. If you win a bonus or reward on a $50M-$500M bet challenge, you could win $20M in tokens, or you could win $100M, but it’s never an amount that justifies competing in the challenge. 4) The tokens are insanely expensive and a waste of money buying. The $150B I lost in 30 minutes, if I were to buy them back, it’d cost me $250 in real money just to amuse myself with a fake slots game. I could go to the casino with that and actually win real money…. I could go on, but just stay away from this game. If you’re bored, go to Dubai; it’s cheaper!

Gotten significant worse!!!. Save your money folks... I had purchased many times to play when they had specials. I thought I would help fund the game and maybe enjoy myself for a while, then reality set in. The payouts have been worse than ever!! Don’t bother with this app. This app is full of bugs - slots in portrait mode have frozen my iPad Air 2 and I have to do a hard reset to get my iPad working again. I reported the issue 4 times now with no success. And by the way, I’ve reported the issue to Apple and they ended up refunded my purchases on this app and they recommended not to do any further purchases until the developers fix the app !

Too resource hungry. They have some great games however since the last update it has all gone awry. They have increased minimum bets, not nice. Review. This is a great game. There is so many great slots. Fun game. I have been playing this app for quite a number of years and it really is quite fun. So many different varieties of games with so many different features. Win-lose ratio is on par I think cause what’s the point in playing a game that pays all the time (boring) and vice versa. Only little problem I have is with the tournaments that a run every 15 minutes, if your betting minimum bet you get placed in the lowest tournament group which is fine but then you get other people who increase their bet after being placed in that group and there’s no realistic chance of coming 1st 2nd or 3rd. Just finished a tournament where the first place winner won $400 million plus, and second and third were not far behind. That’s impossible on minimum bet. Should be once you increase your bet you get moved to the a higher tournament.

Worst slots ever. I have played this game every day for around three weeks I’ve even brought one lot of coins and how many decent wins have i had in that time not one you do know its not for real. Ripped off. Paid $30 to play jackpot party and played for less than ten minutes…this game is not worth playing…whatever you do don’t pay them money🤬🤬🤬

Still pays poorly. Last review I read from last year said this game pays poorly, same thing again a year later. Paid well initially when first installed but now it’s like getting blood out of a stone.

Lost credits and features. I had 250,000,000 credits and a cludo feature, my iPad went flat, went back into the app my credits were only 80,000,000 and the feature was gone, the last time I buy credits on this app.

Good game, pity about the unauthorised payment for chips.. I’ve been playing this game for a while and I like it and I’ve made in app purchases. I was sent a receipt for a purchase I made yesterday..I didn’t make one. I haven’t made a purchase since Christmas...I disputed this with this company and they sent me an email telling me to take it up with the company who issued the receipt (paypal). So I did and paypal said they won’t refund because they found the purchase was authorised because I had subscribed to Jackpot Casino...I hadn’t..so I’m out money without any way of stopping it. I had to go into my paypal account, change the password, change the settings and make it somEVERY transaction from now on needed me to personally enter my password...very annoying. EDIT to add. I haven’t had a problem in over a year. However, the last two days it won’t let me log in with my FB account. If I try to log in as a guest, I lose all my credits. I don’t think I have any option but to delete the app.

Steals from you. It seemed like a good game up until I decided to purchase some coins, cost me $7.99 and was suppose to receive 20 million in coins but got nothing, messaged them to tell them and no reply. Machines are good... but considering absolute minimum bet is 50k (some machines are 180k or even up to 5M minimum bet!) and you get a max of 1M free chips... this game will try bleed money out of you just so you can see what it rarely does for features. Poor pays. I feel the pay ratio is poor, you have to have a big bank to take part in any of the features and the level required keeps increasing. You seem to get a couple of good days, then a run of days where pays are few and far between.

Great fun but costly. Gamer are great fun. Better not to buy credits as they take away the credits just as fast as they provide the purchased credits. They somehow turn the bonus portion off after you buy credits.

False Bonus’. Never received the 80 spin bonus & when contacted to the support team was told they would give me another bonus once I spent $10 or more I never received that bonus either. I spent over 3 hours with support team to be nothing but very frustrated, disappointed & dissatisfied

Cheap on coins. I miss the old version where it was possible to obtain 300,000,000 coins upon completion of the third tier bingo card. Can’t seem to play longer than 15 minutes especially when daily spin gives you 700,000 coins. I have to play at 54,000 the whole time, which makes it a bit boring.

Game payout has deteriorated severely. This used to be my favorite. However I n the last few months the payouts from this game have deteriorated significantly. While you can earn « prize » packages the amount paid out have shrunk incredibly. Major and Mega prizes now barely award more than mini prizes and in some cases less. You can play dozens of bingo balls with almost no hits. This use to be fun to play but due to the reduction of the awards it has become a frustration and big disappointment. Awesome game!. Just need to be able to cleanup games out of favorites. Trying new games automatically puts them in favorites even if you don’t want them there and there are too many pop ups and features popping up on start up and in and out of games this is very annoying. Bad. Recent update is awful. The diamond pass thing is atrocious. Winning seems to have disappeared. Line wins seem to have been reduced. They don't correspond with the actual versions of the game in the casinos. A line win in dancing drums that will give you a net win of a small amount in the casino is a net loss on this app. Just another tactic to drain your coins. I get it, make your money but at least provide a fun game that I can kill more time then 5 minutes... Also the daily wheel spin is a freaking joke and should just be removed. Deluxe Pass charged but not given. Update: I went to that site and there is no way to reach out to you unless you login through Facebook! When you go to the screen where it says to “submit a request” it won’t even let you type anything in there to submit it. On Nov 28th bought the Deluxe Diamond Pass, which I had gotten to level 17 and account was charged but due to glitch, Jackpot Party put me back in previous month for a day. Then they started new month over again and my Deluxe Diamond Pass is locked now and I could not get a refund on my account. Jackpot Party stated they were working on issues but now it’s the middle of the month and too late now to even catch up on the quest, even if they did activate my Deluxe Pass again. I used to get the Deluxe Pass every month, even when it went from $4.99 to $9.99 a month, but I will never buy it again after being charged and never receiving it! THAT GLITCH WAS JUST A BIG RIP OFF!

Changes are disappointing. I have been playing this game for a couple of years. I used to absolutely love it. Unfortunately, there have been significant changes. They were slow at first, starting with the change in the bingo game. The 300 million credit bonus drop to a new version giving you only about 25 to 30million credits. Then, the bonus games became fewer and fewer and many wins per game would not even return to you the price per spin. Now, I have lost 8 billion credits in one week. When I do get a major win, such as 500 million credits, I am given a “mini prize” of 6 million credits and two bingo balls. It would seem when you have such a large win, the prize should reflect that. How much do you have to win to get a decent grand prize? I find when I buy credits I lose even more. Like most people who play I occasionally splurge on a few coin packages, but I can’t do that all the time. It just frustrates me that I found something fun to do while I rest at home and that has been ruined by impossible bids. I will play till I run out of coins then I will be done. Sad.

From ok to just plan bad……. As someone who invested countless hours on a game that was really enjoyable at one point, I can honestly say I’m done!!!! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in game for coin rewards and must say to those that are new, don’t waste your hard earned dollars. Jackpots used to be readily more available and now are almost non existent. All challenges within are designed for you to spend coins at a higher level to achieve certain rewards. If said rewards are obtained, it won’t even come close to what you have spent to get there in the first place. I understand these games are designed so that the company can turn profit but don’t let greed get in the way of your community that helped you get there in the first place. If you enjoy slot machines, your better off taking it to the real casino so that you may enjoy some true rewards.

Addictive. Definitely one of the better slot apps. There's a huge variety of games, although you do have to level up to unlock many of them. The daily challenges keep you playing and make the games addictive. Unlike another app I've used, the daily challenges are reasonable and achievable. You can build credits very quickly...but lose them quickly, too. And I mean, you can lose credits ridiculously fast. As in 1 Bn credits in a day or two. I don't like the arbitrary minimum bets. Some games can be played at 50,000 credits per spin, for example, while others must be played at 500,000 credits per spin. In addition, featured games tend to rotate. This forces you to try new games, which is fine unless you don't like them. If your favorites are not among the featured games, you have to find them and the minimum bet will be higher than the minimum for the featured games.

Real casino slot, but not real experience. I’ve been playing Jackpot Party for about 5 years. I have played many of these exact same slot games in real casinos across the world. So, the games are fun to play for me. Also, the graphics in Jackpot Party are very pleasant to the eye. The reason for only two stars is that after a while, I have learned that although they are real slot games, the gameplay is not like an authentic game experience. In a casino if I get a good size payout on any one machine and that game then goes cold, I can then move to another machine. If the new one isn’t paying a good return, I move to another one. If I get a good size win in Jackpot Party and the game goes cold, moving to any new game seems to make no difference. Once the payout of one machine stops, they all stop paying out until all of your money is gone. I have made note of this over several years, so I am certain it hasn’t simply been rotten luck.

Used to be fun. They’ve ruined it. I have played Jackpot Party slots for close to 10 years. I’ve consistently played daily and enjoyed completing the “honey do” daily tasks. At the beginning of this month, they changed it all up so drastically that ALL the fun is gone. The Diamond Dailies are really no incentive at all to play. “Extra Credit “ tasks went away with the changes. The monthly season pass used to be a fun way to really build up a lot of coins without a purchase, but I was paying $9.99 each month for even more rewards. Now that has also been ruined. I hardly play at all anymore. I spin the wheel once a day, spin a few times in the slots and then leave because all incentives have been destroyed. But it’s odd that my spouse’s account did not have those ridiculous changes but mine did. If I’m part of a beta test, let me tell you clearly that it has failed.

John Wicks impossible task. Let’s paint a picture. You have over 3 billion credits. You’re betting just 2 million per spin. You’ve won several big win party prizes, ten or more through the day, each meaning you win at least 50 million. Plus all other winning spins, so still expect a net loss yes but not much. By the time the ridiculous “get a 5 spin win streak” task is finally, painstakingly done, you’re down to about 125 million. You’ve spent 10 billion or so between all prize pay outs and wins and all that, betting just 2 million a pop, before you finally get a win streak that on other days in the app happens every three minutes or less. That’s the kind of bull that this app has become. Very disappointed. Updated: the developers responded to this and quite clearly ignored absolutely everything I’ve complained about and instead has tried to tell me that surely I’m just not collecting enough free coins off social media. So developers, tell us you use a crappy bot system to reply to your customers without telling us you use a crappy bot system to reply to your customers. This is why I stopped giving this app more time than it takes to collect my free bonus. The development team doesn’t give a hoot about anything but what it can squeeze out or gambling addicts who’ve been banned from real casinos.

Call me STUPID !!!!. Here I am sitting home like so many other’s, ran out of chips, saw the add to give & was SUCKERED in to buy some chips. STUPID STUPID STUPID ! Never in the years I’ve been playing have I lost so much so fast. It sounds like a good thing to do, but don’t do it. These greedy #@%$@ are not in it to help anyone but their own selfs. Was enjoyable best games & graphics out there. You would think they could give a little to all the bored people just wanting to take their minds off of things for a short. But they take far more than their giving. Don’t bother commenting or trying to explain. When I’m finished with my rant I’m deleting instantly. LATER, DON’T BUY ANYTHING, YOU’LL BE SORRY!!! Call me stupid AGAIN!!!! Book 2. Came to miss some of the games & decided to try again. Maybe things had changed, they did, WORSE!!! Even paid for some coins, big mistake!!! Now the bonuses get smaller as your bank does. A real shame, nothing but greed. So what part of zero do you want, no matter how you slice it, it’s still “0”.

LT player. Have been playing this game for a couple of years and initially it was great. Slowly it had evolved into something not so good. In the past when you lose a large amount sooner or later you would have a winning streak and regain your losses, but that no longer happens. It seems there is more emphasis on making a purchase with ads every time you change games. If you have won a lot the bonuses you win are larger and will keep you at a high level but if you only have a few billions then your bonuses are smaller and less frequent even though you’re betting the same amount. So if you’re not at a high level you’ll eventually lose your money and if you want to keep on playing you’ll need to make a purchase.

Amazing slots. Impossible to win even with real $$$$. Slots are just like the casino!!!!! You lose all your money anyways. You’d think that buying FAKE coins with REAL money might let you complete all the tasks this app puts in front of you but nope!!! Spend $20 and win nothing after spinning for 300 times. I would say you probably have better chance to win at a real casino than this money grab. I’ve deleted this app before and give it another shot before they let me down again. Most frustrating app I’ve ever downloaded. It’s my own fault for coming back but man make it at least possible to enjoy an app without money but this app demands money for enjoyment. $50 mill minimum bets or go play a crappy old game and lose anyways. It’s a casino app and they run it like a real casino. They want all your money without providing entertainment.

Fun but frustrating. I’ve been playing this game for years and stopped playing for awhile after I got frustrated with the lack of wins. I’ve purchased coins but mostly I just collect daily coins for months to build up playing time because winning is tough. I started playing again about 2 months ago and nothing has really changed. They’ve added some new ways to earn coins but it still requires winning big which is nearly impossible. I started playing other casino apps, some from the same maker of this app, and winning seems easier. I’d play more if I won more but winning is difficult so I’m likely to take another break and check back again to see if changes are made. This can be a very fun game at times.

Lure you in? Yes, but know the programming. Sure they want to make money, do you see any ads? No. I’ve been playing for years, never bought coins. Switch games if they are cold, play when they are hot. They reduce the medallion wins from time to time, change games or wait until they increase. The losers lose because they over bet....just like in a real casino. Be patient, reduce your bet. I’ve had billions, and only a few thousands....work my way back up by reducing my bet. I do have fun playing the games. Only wish the graphics were better, more vibrant. Also, come on guys, make the “high limit” games more accessible for us small time betters, you know, the mere hundred thousand betters, alas, I know it’s part of making money for yourselves. Lost it’s love. I’ve been “playing” this game for about 4 years. While the game options are nice and graphics good, the payouts are total crap. Even with daily log ins, daily wheel spin never moves your bank account. Hourly bonus is even more of a joke. I get $280,000. Would sound good if the minimum bet on new games weren’t $5,000,000. Too bad, game really had some potential. Isn’t the idea to have people watch your ads and waste their time on your website? Then freaking give people enough credits to do that. I, like many others will never pay real money for fake coins. Oh also the prices you offer are laughable. $4.99 for the equivalent of 10 spins on a game that will never pay you. Real casino games. Jackpot Party has so many real slots. Like the real casino they are in it to win. I have been playing for several years and really enjoy it. You have to play understanding the odds are against you. I do wish they would offer better priced coin packages. They do have several different ways to earn coins but they make that hard to achieve. I really do like the games they offer and I have to be smart in my betting. I have bought their coin packages when it’s a good deal. There is a bingo game you can play. You earn bingo prizes playing the slots. The problem with that is that 9 times out of 10 in order to get a bingo I have a coverall even though the game didn’t call for one. If you want real casino action, this is the game for you.

Jackpot Party STEALS YOUR CREDITS!!!. They have UNFAIRLY raised my bet SEVERAL times!!! I ALWAYS bet minimum because if I bet higher I NEVER win. Several times in the middle of a game a pop up appears on screen asking if I want to buy credits and to my Surprise my bet has been changed from 180,000 to 43,800,000 or to MAX!!! The ONLY way my bet should change is to manually push the plus and minus button, which is on the opposite side of the screen! At on point I had over 4 billion, but they ROBBED me, in there desperation to get me to buy Credits!! I have written to Support several times and they just say TOO BAD, I should have my eyes glued to the screen to make sure the Bet doesn’t mysteriously change to MAX!! I have several Slot Apps and this only happens on Jackpot Party !! I hope that this isn’t happening to the people who are buying credits!! I have NEVER purchased credits and NEVER will!!

Not the same!. This app used to be my favorite. It used to be fun and a joy to play. All my favorite games are on this app. The bonuses now are very hard to get as well as big wins. So you end up losing your coins very, very fast. Especially, if you purchase the coin packages you would expect to at least encounter some bonus rounds or make it worth your while. Seriously, guys we are spending money on fake coins. I find myself feeling ripped off from my purchases instead of a “oh well you win some, lose some attitude”. I actually get mad. I’m not expecting to win big and hit bonuses every spin where is the fun in that. But playing jackpot party now seems more disappointing than fun. I also have friends and family who stopped using the app because they feel the same way. Bring back the fun, more frequent bonuses and big wins guys. Make it worth players while.

Best slot app. In my opinion this is the best slot app of all slot apps due to the caliber of slots featured and the party prize system. Can be frustrating with slow periods which I’m not sure why that’s the case. But Jackpot Party, if I can suggest a slot to add, I think Big Money Reel Monopoly would be an excellent addition. I see it in the casinos all the time along with some of the other notable slots featured in this app. It also is unique in its own way. Besides that, keep up the good work. Also, when all slots are unlocked, how come I don’t see all the jackpot slots that I have played a lot before in the past get unlocked? Before in the past every jackpot slot I played for a good amount of time would show up when all slots are unlocked.

Two thumbs down. I’ve been playing this for 6 yrs now and it seems to get worse every few weeks. Spend hundreds of millions ranking up (which gets harder every day) and hours trying to get promoted to the next level, only to get demoted 3 weeks back to back. Never gives big wins on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays so you can never complete the challenges. Barely give medallions when your betting high but, you can get them when your on the lowest bets. I used to love playing this game and now I’m thinking of deleting it. FIX THIS BLASPHEMY! Example; Stop giving the 2 bonus symbols 10 spins in a row then the next spin, the third one comes by itself. Money Hungry. This app was fun when I first started playing in 2014. However, it has become a cash cow as of late and the payouts leave you with empty pockets which of course, you can refill by spending money on micro transactions. Even on the lowest bets I will sit there and watch it drain my balance without much of payouts going my way. I get why apps rely on micro transactions but this app has gotten ridiculous. Regardless of how little or more you spend, your play experience doesn’t last very long because before you know it, your coin balance is empty again. Also, there have been a few times where I would purchase a 2x special deal package but it only gives me half (ie 750,000 x 2 = 1,500,000 but it only have me 750,000). The only way you can keep playing is spending money which I get, but please fix your payouts so that we all can have a longer play experience. I feel like the actual casinos pay out more than this app with fake coins that you can never cash out. 😂

Love the game but you don’t win anymore !!. I’ve played this game for many many years and ridiculous amounts of money because It actually relaxes me when I’m stressed or anxiety creeps in. However, now you just can’t win anything! The bonuses don’t ever increase im at max level and I can’t keep coins in my account no matter what I play or how many coins I bet!! I may get one good day every few months where the games pay out but the very next day they all are gone because the games stop paying! I think it’s time to delete my app and move on. Sad because I really enjoy this app and I’d say it’s been at least 10 yrs if not more I’ve been playing. Who knows, maybe the developers may listen to the many reviews and do something about it.

I will never spend another penny on this game. When I first installed this game I really liked it. It has a lot of the games that I know from the casinos, and a few more. I figured I could afford a few dollars every now and then for a good time waster. For awhile it was cool. And then I noticed it cheating me. Now, I am no stranger to the workings of real casinos and understand that you really don't win. But at least in a real casino you can't watch the machine cheating you. With this game you can. Again, that's the nature of the beast. So I decided to pop $20 and have a little fun. It was gone before I knew it and once again I watched it cheat me over and over. So the game is what it is, but don't expect your money to last long. Personally, if I want to gamble I'll go to a real casino instead of throwing money into an app that is obviously not allowing me to win.

Used to love this game!. I would always go to this game to play fun slots. There are so many compared to the other apps! It’s fast paced and keeps you playing… Recently it’s just been horrible. This used to be my favorite game..... ....but not any more. Even when it is hitting, it is not paying enough to keep you playing for any length of time. And don’t even think about buying coins because it never hits anything once you do. There have been times when I have purchased and played $250,000-$300,000 worth of coins, and never gotten even one free play even when betting the minimum amount. And there have also been a couple of times lately where the game has gone down for 24 hours or more which means you can’t play at all so your ranking drops, which means you get even less free money to play with. So unless the developers make some changes, don’t waste your time downloading this one. Edit: I decided to give this game another chance because it was my favorite for a long time. Big mistake! I have now noticed that every week that I don’t buy coins, my rating drops. I am done!

Not just pay to win but pay to play. This is not a free game…unless you want to play for only five minutes a day. And you have to pay and pay and pay if you want to be competitive. All the side competitions are mostly bots and if you up your bet to stay competitive the bots just do better and you still lose. I strongly advise against using this game. I just now lost over 5,000,000,000 in an hour betting 10,000,000 a pull. And when I started the hour in which I lost 5,000,000,000 betting just 10,000,00 a pull I was at 32nd in the medallion competition…after all that betting and losing guess where I am in that competition at 4,000 a medallion..,.yup! 32nd. Horrible delete the app. Please everyone, find a new game. This use to be one of my favorite games to pass free time. Then I started actually purchasing coins. Wasted money that is just garbage, they are scamming. In the last two weeks it’s for so much worse. Something is going on, please people be smart. My Favorite. It’s been my favorite for a long time. Great variety of games! Problem is, as you make progress, you get sucked in with all of the side features, which are fun, but you feel the need to maintain your status! This can be dangerous. Although haven’t been going to real casinos much since pandemic, I’ve noticed my spending on this game has begun to creep up. So as I’m saving by not going to real casinos, I’ve begun to spend here and there on this app. When gambling is fascinating to you, and you have that tendency, this one is definitely addicting, and easy to justify a purchase now and then. Being retired, it’s a wonderful way to pass the time. Many thrills, but also quick drain on points at times. All in all, my favorite!

Buy coins, never win again. I have played this game for around five years now, never needing to buy coins. I would win during the bonuses and be able to continue playing. For Christmas I won a iTunes gift card at a work party and just recently decided to use it an buy coins on my favorite game. IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE!!! Once they know u will spend money to buy coins the game never lets you win anymore. The bonuses rarely happen anymore and if they do most of the time you just win 0 coins. It is a total scam game!! I understand not constantly winning, but one should be able to play for more than a few days without losing all their coins and being pressured into buying more. Totally a greedy company. Be careful. I love Jackpot Party Casino but I advise you to be really careful when playing. Just the other day I had a lot of $ in my acct. and I had just won a big bonus the night before but when I went onto the game the next day. I was collecting my bonuses and playing some bingo balls. And when I looked at my acct I had lost about 295 billion ... I immediately filed a report with them and had just been doing the daily stuff til I finally received a reply. They claim that the only money removed was from actual losses on the spins. But I did not spin for any large amounts I would never risk all my money on a spin or two. They however pretty much said “sorry”. And I am out a lot of money. Will prolly have to quit playing soon. So be careful if you play that your money doesn’t disappear too ...

Getting Ridiculously Annoying!. When i first started playing this game the min bet was .40 cents now there is 1game with a min bet at $100,000 several slots w/ $250,000 and then they go up up up. Depending on how much uget onyour daily spin free coins bonus u may get to play for 5min if u are lucky. What Happened to Ultimate Fire Link??!!. The main reason I downloaded this app was to play Ultimate Fire Link. Initially, I was able to play the game and then, occasionally, it would disappear from my favorites for several days, magically reappearing. Then, about 4 weeks ago, it disappeared again and has never come back this time. Addition my, the number of bonuses have been substantially reduced on the other games but be started playing. I can spend $100 for the top amount of coins and go through the entire amount, with maybe getting 1-3 bonuses. I feel like this occurred recently as we were sheltered in place. Have to wonder if this company is taking advantage of the shelter in place order to make more money because they know people don’t have anything to do but play on their phones. I’m going to give the app a little more time and, yes, spend more money for coins. But, if the app doesn’t improve, IM OUT!!

Can’t ever win. This is the worst casino game, you have better odds at the real casino. It’s actually a joke anything designed to give you free coins aren’t enough to do a spin in any game. They want to to bet a certain amount of coins to win other side prizes. Again those side prizes don’t compare to the money you need to bet in order to complete. The only way you’ll get a big win is consistently buying coins for a week, you’ll win big and for a week slowly lose all your coins until you can’t win again. Also if I’m at a higher level and require bigger wins to win party prizes, those party prizes should be comparable to my bets. Not to mention party prizes are a joke you barely get above the mini box. You’re betting 500M winning 10xs that to get a party prize and your party prize money is 2.5 M. Game is a total ripe off and no longer fun

New version didn’t update my credits and levels. So apparently there are 2 versions of this game available. I’ve guess I’ve been playing the old version for years with a “guest” login. Lately I’ve been prompted within the game saying that this version would no longer be supported. That’s fine so I updated to the new app but all my credits and levels have resorted back to the beginning. I have over one billion one hundred million credits on the old version that never transferred not to mention all the levels that I have reached and that’s on two different iPads! What’s the fix for this? After getting in touch with the developer I was able to get all my credits transferred. The customer support was excellent. They even followed up with another email to make sure everything was good!

Great… But could be MUCH better!. Since this is basically just a cousin of Quick Hit Slots, it’s understandable to know that certain slots are going to cross over, and be featured some times either on Quick Hit Slots, or this app, Jackpot Party. The big difference between the two, and I want to say that it’s worth it to make the comparison as some slots live on both apps, is that the overall presentation of Jackpot Party is too kiddish and cartoony. Quick Hit Slots takes on a more modern, sleek design for their overall interface while Jackpot Party feels like you’re at a kid’s Chuck E. Cheese party. I really hope that down the line, they’ll overhaul their looks entirely like they did with their other app Quick Hit Slots…

Disappointed. Amazing how all the reviews express the same sentiment and still the developers do nothing to address the issues. This is not a real casino, although the games have quality graphics and can be found in real casinos, I play to destress and have some fun. I can’t afford to keep buying coins. Many of us have lost income due to the Coronavirus pandemic, and still there is no give from this game. Just take. Not very sensitive to the world situation and its impact on us. I’ve been playing this game for years and am at level 2379, but I can’t score a win that will put me over 50mil so I guess I won’t be advancing any more levels anytime soon. Such a great game but I imagine the developers are trying to recoup money for licenses to use real casino games and they’re taking it out on us. I’ll go to a real casino where there’s a chance I’ll win real money.

Cost too much. I enjoy the games and the graphics are great. I have been playing these for a very long time. But it is costing way too much to play these games. I am having to reconsider playing. Every time you bet a little bit more to try to get ahead, they change the amount that you have to win to get a prize and they put the packages so high with so few coins to play. It’s just getting to be too expensive. I don’t mind paying a little bit here and there for entertainment, but it used to be that I could get packages and have coins to play for quite a while, but now they keep showing me packages that are $79 $99 and hardly any coins. And the bonuses you get are far and few between. I am going to be looking for other games to be able to play.

No way to win anymore.. I have been playing this game for 10 years, the last few months have been horrible. You can play all day depleting your coins without a party prize. The enjoyment of leveling up is pretty much non-existent . The fun and enjoyment is gone. They want you to buy more coins. I am considering deleting this game.
