Bad service, indifferent to helping me. I am only giving 2 stars because until this last weekend, I LOVED Drizly. This last weekend I tried placing an order for delivery in time for a brunch I was hosting. Well my order was canceled due to a payment error. After calling my bank and determining nothing was wrong with my card, I tried again. Canceled. I got an email requesting I confirm my info. I replied. Whoever from Drizly responded I hadn’t filled out the requested info; he clearly had not scrolled down to see where I did. I told him never mind and ordered from UberEats. I preferred Drizly to UberEats so I tried again to order more bottles for an NBA Finals viewing party I was hosting yesterday. Again, canceled. I tried asking what was wrong. No reply all night. So I went back to UberEats. I tried to follow up this morning, as I am a regular of Drizly. Got a formulaic “we can’t process your orders with the info provided” email. No explanation. So I replied asking why, given I have used Drizly regularly with all the same info for two years with no incident. Nothing. So I followed up with a message stating I would hate to go but it looks like I can’t use Drizly anymore? Got a reply saying they will close my account. No effort to help or save my business. I guess UberEats it is. Disappointing.

Thieves. I just downloaded this app a few days ago to have an order delivered to me. I have never used an app like this and wanted to try it out. I placed an order and the first problem is that it took FOREVER to show when the driver was en route. I probably waited a good hour before the tracker showed that my order was en route and on the way. The second problem is , I never received my order. I repeatedly checked the tracking and it kept showing up as en route , I checked it again and it said my order was “delivered “ but when I checked outside of my house there was nobody there and nothing there. I called the liquor store and they claim they was waiting outside of my house but I never received a call or text message staying they were there. They then also claimed they “left it outside of my fence” ( which is also completely out of view ) but I checked there and my order was still nowhere to be found. I finally got tired of waiting around for this issue to be resolved and I contacted someone from the Drizly customer support by email MULTIPLE times requesting a refund for my money back and I have YET to receive a reply. They stopped replying to my emails when I asked for my refund so they pretty much stole $70 from me. I don’t recommend at all . Horrible communication and horrible service.

Good service. Very bad app design. I’m in Brooklyn so the convenience of delivery is very much appreciated for someone without a car. And for the most part, I’ve had great service (as far as deliveries go). However, I’m constantly being bombarded with ads. A new one (for instance) constantly goes full screen animation anytime I use the back button. Very annoying. Searching for categories is a bit disorganized. Some categories aren’t even listed at the top, and I would never find them had I not decided to go down the endless page scroll. After ordering, my current order is buried under favorites? Took me awhile to figure out that’s where it was, as I scrambled to find the status of my order after exiting the order delivery screen. Also the delivery ID verification software NEVER WORKS. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stood outside in the dark, or rain, while some poor delivery person struggled with scanning my ID, only to give up and type it in manually. Honestly, the thing that keeps me coming back is not the app, per se, but the fact that the local liquor stores send really nice people over and even give me free snacks if they notice I’ve ordered a large amount.

Customer Service is the worst. Overall I was extremely happy with this service until my 4th order. The card I was using was declined as it was a gift card, I switched it back to my regular debit card before replacing the order which was on my account the whole time. Suddenly I can’t access my account anymore and I am told I cannot order now or anytime in the future until its fixed. (Can’t fix it if I cant get into my account) I then entered a chatroom and was asked my info, then asked what was wrong. I explained, then I was told the exact same thing the app told me “you need to fix your card”. Then I was instantly booted from the chatroom. I filed a request for information as to what was going on and as of two weeks now I still have not received any response or help. I was extremely friendly during the whole process which is why I am giving them a 1 star. Great service/idea however, the customer service was insanely terrible, rude and disrespectful. For anyone using this, just check out as a guest. Having an account with them is simply a bad idea.

COVID response...not so great. Company is having a tough time scaling to meet surge in demand but was having challenges before the surge. Of four orders, only one has worked. The other four have been plagued by various issues. I’ll never come back to this company. Ever. Well...on second thought...maybe for a free bottle of booze. Now that the app has crashed, I’ll put high hopes out of my mind. Drizly is giving the Dunkin Donuts app a run for its money for terrible app design and order processing followed by weak customer service response. The credits for service failures only work on delivery fees. If the fee is $5, who cares if you give me $5-15 credits for my next order. I rarely write reviews - only when an app melts your face it’s so awesome or when it stinks so bad it needs to be burned. This one needs to be burned. Drizly. Sad.

Unprofessional. I’m seeing a lot of 1 Star reviews and now I know why. I placed a $168 order last night around 5pm. The app said the order would be at my house between 6-7pm. We waited until 9pm... never got a call nor text from Drizly about the order. I called the store that Drizly was supposedly going to pick the alcohol up from... they tell me my order was placed but they close at 9pm. I go online to try and contact Drizly to ask why they charged my card $168 but never delivered the alcohol nor reach out to me to give the status on my order. I find out the only way to contact them is to leave an email and wait for their response. It’s now the next day and I have yet to get a response from them yet they still have charged my card $168. So unprofessional and so frustrating. Not a good way to handle a business and attract people. I understand delayed delivery times during this pandemic but when a business doesn’t contact you at all to tell you that they’re running late or ask if you would like your order cancelled but still takes your money... that’s robbery!

You still have some bugs to work out. I use the app because hey... it’s alcohol delivery. But the app is seriously broken right now. Some of the issues: at random times I get “an error has occurred”. (Sometimes even during the payment process) When I open order history it says I have no orders until I pull to refresh. I’ll select a product and the not all the stores that have it show up in the list (if I browse to a store that wasn’t in the list it will show in stock). I get an email confirmation that shows my order but the app will be missing items (I have to call the store to verify that my order is correct). When I place an order, I can’t look at the current status unless I close the app and reopen it (it will show my previously completed orders and not the new one). Thankfully it does it’s job at a basic level, I order my booze and it gets delivered, but not without these annoying bugs. I would love if the devs added a map tracker system instead of text updates. But fix the basic functions first.

Drizly selling spoiled/tampered product. tl;dr - They work with stores selling substandard or spoiled product and they will not do anything if you are smart enough to call them out on it. I ordered a relatively expensive bottle of cognac in NYC from their app. Upon opening the bottle it was clearly either spoiled or tampered with. Upon reaching out to support they told me they would send someone to pick up the bottle and return it to the store for exchange or a refund. This seemed like the appropriate level of customer service. When I replied back with times they could pick-up the bottle a different support person (this time someone in a Senior Customer Experience role) told that they reached out to the store who told Drizly that the product was properly sealed and packaged and that they would not be exchanging or refunding the product. Of course they would say that, especially since this particular brand is known to be tampered with. Out of principle I’m now taking this up with the proper authorities. Avoid this app.

THIS REALLY DESERVES ZERO STARS. I’ve tried other liquor delivery apps and never went through what I went through with this app. Like they say “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”, I should have never even gave this app the benefit of the doubt. Based on my first experience I would not use it again or recommend anyone I know to use it. Every time someone mentions it I tell them don’t do it to yourself and proceed to tell them what my experience was like, I’ve saved a bunch of people from the nightmare I went through. Not only does it not come in 60 minutes I never got my order at all. Called the liquor store multiple times SINCE YOU CANT TRACK YOUR ORDER and all they can say oh it’s coming in 20 minutes. wasn’t until about 2 hours after I didn’t get my order that the delivery driver finally decided to reach out he said he had other deliveries and that he wasn’t coming to me and for me to cancel my order out.

Loved it…when it worked. Placed an order for a bunch of wine to enjoy with friends for my birthday (today 😑). Had more than enough in the account to cover the cost. The order got declined. So I reached out to Drizly’s customer support to find out what happened. They said they needed additional information to process it. Ok, no problem. Sent that additional information. 6 hours went by and nothing. So I reached out again to see if there’s any kind of update, so I can know if I have to make other plans for my birthday (again, today) or not. The response was oh, if it’s en route contact the liquor store. It’s not en route. It hasn’t been reprocessed. Still no resolution, and I’ve wasted half the day on this. I’m not sure I could be more frustrated. So be warned, folks. It works great, until there’s a problem and you need customer support. Don’t waste important days like I did. Go through someone else if it’s actually a big deal.

Terrible Experience with Delivery. I ordered 20 bottles of wine for gifts at a a party and they only delivered 18. They never contacted me to let me know they didn’t have enough stock. Customer service did refund the two bottles, but it was an embarrassment not to have a gift for all attendees and a terrible disappointment. SIde note: Customer service took over a week to get back to me. Additionally the app itself is difficult to use - it shows you wines to select, but they will only be available at certain stores. If you are trying to select multiple products, you don’t always have the same selection of retailers listed. The app does alert you that your order is across multiple retailers, but it’s a huge pain to have to go back and find a common retailer across your entire order. They should allow you to see inventory and selections from a single retailer instead.

It’s very good. Not great.. It’s very good for providing the service it does. The app is quirky- if you want to keep the rather excessive fees limited to one shop shopping, your choices get limited fast. This is obviously due to the two facts there are thousands of options (in sizes, prices and labels) that most small participating liquor stores cannot stock and that the app offers EVERY known size and label, making the one stop shop far too confusing to happen. Say you want 375 ml of Schmirnoff, a 750ml bottle of extra dry Carlo Rossi vermouth and six bottles of Angelina vin de table all from one store nearby. You’ll spend 20 minutes trying to figure out how to buy the whole batch from one shop. Very frustrating… And that’s why I rate the app with 4 stars, not 5.

The BEST!. I love Drizzly! I have used this service for a few years. The app is especially clear and set up very nicely. It is very user friendly! Most notably, their customer service is on point! I wrote in for the first time ever with a complaint about a delivery driver who refused to complete the order (this was not a driver who worked for Drizzly). I received a response within a few hours that was some of the best customer service I have ever seen! Even though it was not their mistake, they made up for it above and beyond. I have a full time job in customer service, answering emails, and I know good practice when I see it. Thank you for being so professional, I will of course continue to use your services because you guys are the best.

It’s a ripoff. It’s a ripoff for the customer that gets absurd fees for products and late deliveries, and it’s a ripoff for the retailer that has to carry over all the fees which amounts for more than 50% of the profits. And even if money or your community is not you concern you have the issue of your data being mined by the big liquor corporations that pay Drizly for it. This “company” is as baseless as it could be, they don’t have the drivers, the liquor, the license... it’s just a marketing company making money off the poor mom and pop stores while they sell of your information. So please, if you have any respect for your local store. That is not making anything on the sales of the bottles due to how hard they force them to lower their prices. If you have any good memory in your heart about a time where our lives where not dictated by spineless boards and marketing companies that leech on all sides. If you have any love for anything that’s real, do not get this app.

Very disappointed. Totally unreliable. Especially for a gift. I tried to order a delivery gift for a friend for her birthday while I was out of town and ended up having to get a refund. First- they contacted my giftee that it was coming, which I was hoping was a surprise. Then when it was supposed to be delivered... I got a notification the driver “was outside”. That was it. I texted my friend to let her know and she looked and no one came to the door or anything. My status was changed to “packed”. I had to try to contact them through the only contact they have... a submission. I finally got an email hours later Saying they could t deliver after attempting to contact me by phone . The only number they had was mine and I never received a text or a call. I was told my order was delivered back to the store and I had to contact the store. I finally did and just cancelled my order and ruined my bday surprise for my friend. Poor communication indeed. I will likely not use this again.... not reliable!

Inconsistent overtime. I started Drizly back in December 2020, as a gift for a family, the first purchase was good, it was scheduled and came at the right time. Then I decided to use it myself over the past year, and since then, less stores have been on the app, and they take longer than ever before. Even worse, apparently almost all of the few stores that are left on the app (based on my location) are RELYING on Uber and the Uber takes so long to get to the store (which means evening longer for it to get to me). Especially in 2022, I’d buy from a store on Drizly, then it would take almost 2 hours for an Uber to get to the store, and canceling is a hassle in 2022 than in 2021. So I can’t do Drizly anymore (I even tried to buy a bottle this same day doing this review and it was taking too long). Over the past 2 years, I’ve seen stores that I bought from and had good service disappear and the remaining stores take so long. I bet I could buy 5 Large pizza pies from Dominoes and it would arrive in 1 hour before an order of 1 bottle of liquor from Drizly lol. I’m sorry, but my experience.

Not worth the download they are not ready. Was very happy to try since I got home and was very tried . We decided to use theirs service . First ordered a advertised special at 78 % but with min of purchase did not mind . Waited and waited not change call the location was told that they don’t have any order after waiting so long emailed tech support and expressed my issue was told that they where under staffed and they where going to cancel my order. To place another order somewhere else. I went ahead and reordered at a different location more expensive . Waited and wait called location was told same as before from the other location . Spoke with Drizly tech support . I Was told order was cancel and refunded but know I have to wait 5 days for the refund. And I never got my order . Know I am out almost $60 till I get a refund . My question is why advertise if not ready for the clients. Hope they get there stuff together because the idea is great.

This service is going down hill. I was a very frequent drizly user, I had no issue until tonight. I used it on a Wednesday night with no issue but two days later, Friday, I tried to place an order and have it delivered to my boyfriend but it never showed up ( we live together and it never came when I got home). After trying to gain access to my account (because I was somehow signed out)to figure out where the order was and trying to reach customer support because I couldn’t reset my password, I found out that my card was declined and from a rep, Jacob, was told that I could not get into my account until the issue was resolved. Desperately wanting alcohol before I step out on this cold Chicago evening, I tried drizly again with another email only to have the whole ordeal happen. Once. Again. Now I am sitting at home with 61 dollars missing from my bank account.

Driver harassed me. I was harassed by a driver from Drizly, and that’s an understatement. He also stole my order. I was tracking my order the entire time and also was by the door the whole time. It said it was delivered, yet he never came. I reached out to the driver to see if this was a mistake and he started insulting me and trying to get MORE money out of me “if I wanted to get my order” That I PAID FOR?! Never got my order. He later texted me again about 30 minutes after this ordeal and started telling me how he knows more about me than I know. Was saying he knew which window led to my bedroom, what TV show I was watching (clearly peeping through my window), what car I drive, my dads name, where I work, etc. I reported him to Drizly and they said they would do something about this, but THEY DID NOT. Next time I ordered, about a month later, I got the SAME DRIVER. He was once again creepy and he purposely stalled my order 3 hours to get revenge or something for me reporting him. This company doesn’t care about the safety or well being of their customers clearly because I reported him the second time and they did NOTHING about it but a terrible apology. DO NOT USE DRIZLY.

Saving lives & money!!. I used this app. I was already a little tipsy after not having a drink for some time and their only being a sip of what I had left before using. I had heard about this app and felt “if they want a drink n r outta booze they WILL DRIVE DRUNK FOR MORE” so I want to support the app. I was expecting everything g to be crazy high priced. But it had BETTER DEALS THEN MY LOCAL STORE! N I figured it would be hard to use! I HAD my order In hand with-in 32 min (and I live in middle of no where) and it was CHEAPER THEM if I went myself on cost. The delivery charge was not even 5 dollars and that covered tip. Of course people if these folk let u stay home and party and never worry about a DUI OR WORSE!! You need to take care of them, this is basically a designated driver site for people who want to stay home and party or find themselves in the position they’re just not comfortable driving. So think what would u tip to ensure EVERYONES SAFETY AND STILL ALLOWS U TO PARTY OR EVEN JUST ORDER A BUNCH OF JUCIE AND ENERGY DRINKS the next morning !

Okay, but…. Sometimes this delivery service works great, but I’ve had some issues. The customer service is slow and unhelpful, but recently I placed an order that was supposed to arrive around 5:15. At 5:17, I get a notification saying my delivery driver is here with my order. I head down to my apartment lobby, but there is no sign of a delivery driver or my order. Thinking perhaps someone stole my order somehow, I tried contacting customer support (but there was no option for this issue) and calling the store. Finally, I was able to get ahold of the store and tell them what happened, and apparently they were still on the way- either Drizly falsely completes orders after a certain about of time, or the store says it’s been delivered to give the illusion of good, quick service. I’m glad I called, but I received the order at 6:12, almost an hour later. I understand companies are busy and traffic is bad, I don’t mind waiting- what I don’t like is being lied to. If this is a problem with the store and not with Drizly, I still think it’s unacceptable- they shouldn’t allow this to happen, as I thought someone had stolen my order or I’d been scammed out of money, and started trying to get a refund. Hopefully they fix this issue.

Terrible Service, Sketchy Practices. I placed an order with Drizly. When it arrived, I provided my GlobalEntry card, a federal photo ID. The delivery person fumbled with it for several minutes before I dug out my driver’s license. He became irate and yelled at me, so I asked Drizly to remove the tip. Drizly refused, claiming that it had been delivered by UberEats, which they called a “third party service”, even though Uber is the parent company for both of them. That it would be delivered by UberEats was not revealed until after I had placed the order and could no longer cancel. In effect, this is a classic “bait and switch” — they promised the service under one set of terms, but delivered it under another, less favorable set of terms. I have filed an FTC fraud complaint, but everyone should be aware that their terms are not trustworthy and their customer service is nonexistent.

Can’t bring myself to rate it 5 stars. So I’ve used this app once, and it works great. You can find any kind of booze near you, and the delivery folks are great. But there is one problem, and it’s not even with the app. If this was actually Drizly’s fault, I’d probably rate it 1-2 stars. Since it’s not, I won’t penalize Drizly for it except by one star. All the liquor stores charge a $50 minimum. FIFTY DOLLARS. This is insane. I’m not an alcoholic. Usually when I want to order some alcohol, I want a $8 six pack of beer, a $20 bottle of wine, or a $25 bottle of liquor. But who actually buys $50 or more of booze at once?! If you do that, you’re either an alcoholic or you’re buying some super fancy French champagne. Like I said, I know this is the fault of the liquor store charging this minimum, not Drizly’s, but it still renders the app impractical.

Awful Everything. I was very excited to place a Drizly order and get some booze that’s not available at my local liquor store. I placed the order at 4pm and chose to have it delivered between 6 and 7pm. I got a notification around 6:30 saying the order was on the way. I got a notification at 7:30 saying the delivery driver was outside with my order. He was not. At 7:45 the status of the order was changed to “Delivered” even though it clearly wasn’t. I reached out to Drizly and they got back to me an hour later saying they had no way of checking the status of the delivery. By 10pm I gave up hope and didn’t even feel like having a drink anymore. I decided to go to bed. At 11:18pm the driver called me saying he was outside with my order. I had to get out of bed, put clothes on and meet him outside. I would have canceled the order, but didn’t have the option to because the order was essentially not active having been marked as delivered. Do not use this app. You could walk back and forth to your closest liquor store 3 or 4 times in the time it takes Drizly to deliver your booze.

Need a search my store function. The app is definitely convenient but I am having trouble figuring out how to search by store. The way it’s set up now, I’m spending way too long finding everything that I want without having to split the order which is pretty annoying. for instance, the other day I wanted A particular brand of wine and I also wanted vodka. After finding the brands I wanted, I clicked on them only to discover that they’re not at the same store. So I have to scrap my cart and start over again and try to find the selections again and hope that the same store has them both or I have to scrap the cart again. I’d rather not have to wait for a split order. I want what I order all in one go. Please add a function where we can choose a preferred local store and order entirely from their selection. Thanks.

Just call your neighborhood liquor store. Safer, faster. we’ve used Drizly for 6 years and enjoyed the convenience even if their inventory system is NEVER up to date and the store would end up calling to tell us half our items were out of stock. But since pandemic hit, there’s been not much change in their policies. I get that they need to see an ID but after dark, your ID won’t scan through a glass door. You’re going to have to be face to face with your delivery guy. Many times I’ve had to ask the driver to take the mask off their chin and put it on their face. Then there’s an endless and awkward exchange as they manually enter you ID and mess up, backspace. I timed the last one at 8 minutes. Outside, thankfully but think about 8 minutes breathing in your couriers breath 2 feet away when you were trying to be safe and stay home. They all say the same thing DRIZLY REQUIRES US TO DO THIS. Now we just call the neighborhood liquor store. They’re cheaper, quicker and leave the sh outside our door because they know us. Drizly it’s been real and it’s been fun but it’s now a pandemic and you need to not require me to catch a plague to have a couple beers in front of a tv.

Super Awesome!. I just used them for the first time. I just moved to the DFW area and do not have a car yet. Got home and to my astonishment, I had no wine!!! The closest store that sells wine is over 3 miles from my apartment. Looked up on-line to see who delivers beer/wine/liquor and a lot say that they do, but beer only. So disappointed! Then I found Drizly!! I figured, what the hay, I’ll give them a try. So not only did I find the wine I love, which is very hard to find in this area, but I got it delivered within an hour. The delivery driver was very pleasant and courteous. I was afraid he would not be able to find my apartment, because I live in a very large complex. He found me just fine! I am very pleased with this service, and will be using it again. I have read some of the reviews and you can take them with a grain of salt in a glass of water. In my case, I have no transportation, so I rely on many delivery sites, this one is a keeper!!!

Outstanding!. Ok, some days the wait was longer than estimated, once it was A LOT longer, but when you account for the pandemic, and they notify you pretty much every page on the app/website that you may wait longer than estimated, this is a great app!! Their customer service alone is worth joining! One order, they just up and gave me a free delivery on my next because my order was a little under the estimated time. One order that was abnormally late, I contacted them and got free deliveries on my next 2 orders! I seem to have the same driver each time, which I love, because we are starting to develop a "business relationship" and my last order came in 15min early!! Late or not, with this app you can order and get your much needed alcohol in a only a few hours. These guys are doing an outstanding job considering the state of the world right now....I highly recommend!!!

Not available for use in my area 🙁. I've been seeing TV ads for this app several times an hour, so decided to give it a try. I soon discovered the service is not available in my area. Why are they spending advertising dollars in my area if I can't use it here? Sad. After submitting my review, the developer responded indicating "There does not appear to be an account registered to this email address. If you could please provide an order number, email address or phone..." I guess they missed the main gripe of my review... the app tells me the service is not available in my area. It did not ever get to the point of placing an order successfully, since the app tells me the Drizly service is not available in my area. Thus no order number! The user has no way to know this BEFORE downloading the app, and inputting details for an order, wasting my time for a delivery that they can't provide!

Unprofessional mess. Zero stars if I could. I tried this service for the first time and am extremely disappointed in it and their customer service. I ordered one bottle of margs for dinner for my friend and I at her house. I got a call over an hour later from door dash saying that my order had been cancelled, but the app said my order was still in the works. I emailed Drizly asking about my order. The app fine print says that if I cancel I might be charged $5, and I was trying to avoid that because it wasn’t my error. Finally after the second email and over 2 hours later I received a response from Drizly telling me to give them another hour to see if it showed up. I asked to cancel and for a refund because I had left my friends house at this point (almost 3 hours after I ordered). My order was canceled, but then the next morning I received an email that I actually WOULD be charged because it had been delivered late at night. Overall I was charged almost $40 for one bottle of margs from a liquor store 10 min away that was delivered almost 4 hours after I ordered that I never received.

Horrible Timing. Most of us have a grocery or liquor store close enough to drive to fairly quickly, so the main draw to this app like any food delivery service is the quickness and the convenience. I understand at this time delivery services are busy or overloaded because everyone is staying home, and especially liquor stores because most are closed except for delivery/pickup. However, it should not take more than an hour to get something delivered that’s down the street. I could drive to the store I ordered from and back home in 25 minutes. I’ve ordered on this app twice in two different locations. The first time it took an hour and a half. This time my order sat on the “packed” status for 35 minutes, after waiting 15 for it to be packed in the first place. There’s no updates, it just sits there so you have no idea if someone’s on the way to get it, if they’re held up somewhere else, etc. It takes so long to get something delivered that it’s not worth paying for the “convenience.” Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc are bigger companies I understand but they at least update you along the way and it never takes an hour. After I make sure they don’t charge me for the order I will be deleting this app. I hope they can get their system down better in the future.

It’s my alcohol and I need it now!. Remember that ad? I do. All those people wondering where their money was. This is like that except with alcohol. I placed an order for delivery on a Friday afternoon around 7, Drizzly says their are lots of orders due to this dang virus that’s messing up the world (crazy times, can’t wait till this is over, hope everyone reading this is safe,) so it might take a little longer than usual. I’m not impatient. As long as I get it that night I’m happy! Planned to make some drinks. Liquor never came. Waited hours and hours, no calls and no emails and no texts. I wake up late next morning to a notification saying my order was delivered. Woke up excited, expected it to either be in my entryway or apartment and it was nowhere to be found. I called the store, the owner remembers seeing my address in the queue but doesn’t remember anyone delivering there. So I asked Drizzly where my stuff was. No answer. For a whole day, no answer. So I tried again the next morning and again no answer. I finally wrote at 5:30 on Sunday about 48 hours after I placed the order and got a very quick reply and found my money was being returned to me. While I thank Drizzly for finally making things right, it took a ridiculously long time and I’m looking elsewhere for liquor delivery. If you choose to use the app, I hope your experience is different.

A Let Down. Please don’t advertise that you can deliver items within an hour if you can’t guarantee it. Downloaded the app and was excited to use it for the first time. I was running late, so decided to give it a try. I placed an order while i started cooking dinner. By the time I was done cooking and ready to eat, I decided to check my order an hour and 10 minutes later. It was still at the store! Couldn’t find a phone number, so i had to write an email. To their credit, they responded quickly. Amazingly enough, after I wrote the first email, I then received a phone call from a driver apologizing it was going to take longer than advertised (an additional 25 minutes). This is a phone call expected within the initial hour. I then get a reply stating “I'm very sorry there was a delay with your order. We're working hard to bring on additional retailers to cut down on delivery time in the future.” The liquor is less than 10 minutes from my house. They offered to credit my account on their next two replies, but I just wanted to cancel my order because at this point it would be faster for me to go to the store and get it myself. I do want to compliment their customer service. Replies were quicker than expected. I’ll be monitoring my bank account to make sure it’s returned. Tried to use their service because it was convenient at the time.

Bad Customer Service. I was excited to see a flavor of cider that’s hard to come by- ordered just for this (but also ordered corona just to meet minimum spend). Unfortunately, the flavor of cider I ordered was out of stock and they replaced it with a different kind (raspberry which I am allergic to). Did not inform me - I noticed once the delivery person was gone. Did not offer me my money back or anything - only if they came to pick up the cider I did not want but I was in a time crunch as I was leaving on vacation so stuck with this cider now that I had to pay for (including delivery fees, tip etc) when I could have easily just picked up corona near my ap. I decided to just let it go but they reschedule a delivery and charged me for the full order again the next day when I told them I would not be home. Customer service was extremely rude and didn’t understand why this was frustrating for me. They eventually voided the second delivery but I still had to pay for the original mishap and had to deal with many many many phone calls and time wasted. Not worth it to be treated so poorly as a customer.

Amazing service and great selection!. I have used Drizly since it premiered and have always loved it for days when I have no time to pick up wine on my way home from work. During the recent shelter in place order all of the liquor stores in my neighborhood closed down but some offered delivery. I tried Drizly again for the first time in a year and they were careful (masks, gloves, distancing or leave order on your porch), and had a courtesy message on the front page of the app letting customers know that they are working hard, but expect delays due to increased volume. I didn’t notice that my order was late but got a call from the liquor store updating me on an eta and letting me know that drizly had over 300 orders that day. I said no worries, I understand at a time like this and tipped extra. Highly recommend Drizly.

Started out great! Went downhill. Loved the app after the first few orders. They were always on time, usually had our drinks in stock. Over the past few weeks our drinks have only been available at one particular liquor store. The owner texts immediately after the order is place and warns that it will take 1.5 hours longer than the original ETA. Then proceeds to tell you the app is glitching and is going to say the order is delivered when it’s not. I know he does this to everyone because my husband ordered from him 2 weeks ago and had the same sketchy texts sent to him. To top it off, he shows up with replacements for the drinks he doesn’t have(even though I chose the do not replace, just refund option). I haven’t heard back from Drizly and I need a refund. This app is not working out for us anymore😢

Potentially good?. Since NYC is on lockdown I figured I’d give it a shot. I found the dollar amount per store to be a bit high, but as we’re probably going to be quarantined until mid to late May I thought it was ok to stock up. I ordered liquor and beer so my order came from two separate drivers and the tip I left was split between them. Delivery was actually pretty quick, roughly an hour. The only thing that needs improvement are the notifications. I placed my order at around 6pm Monday and didn’t get an email confirmation until 2:30 am Tuesday. My items were delivered before the app told me they were on their way and I got repeat notifications that my items were on their way well after they’d already been delivered. Tl;Dr: convenient alcohol delivery. Dollar amount you must order per store is high when all you want is a six pack or a bottle. Delivery was fast even with a disclaimer that it could be delayed. Notifications need work.

Scam. My first order with this app went great. My second order was a nightmare. First off none of the promo codes work for me but I still ordered. I had three separate transactions on my card, 1st: the amount of my order, 2nd: $1.99, 3rd: $4.82. I got no information on what the other two transactions were for. The driver never showed up or contacted me. I live in a very easy to navigate building, so I can only assume they never got out of the car. I was then told that my order was sent back to the store and I had to call the store to get the driver to come back out. Well obviously the store never picked up the phone. When I contacted the app I was told to cancel my order and pay the store a $20 restocking fee, on top of hoping I get a full refund including tip. This app may not be an outright scam, but there’s no way to protect you or your money if something goes wrong. Thanks to a A series of events that were out of my control I’m out $90 and the customer service department has completely stopped responding to me on the matter. I hope this helped someone before spending a bunch of money here.

Drizly Is Not All It Claims To Be. My order got split in two, which is fine, but Drizzly only delivered one of the two orders. They did not notify me of a problem with the second order. I had to contact them and inquire after my stalled order. The Drizly Customer Support person asked for confirmation of my credit card details. I provided and assumed my order would then be on the way. Nope. Never came. I again had to reach out to them (now it’s the next day). Then they only cryptically replied by email that there had been a ‘processing error’ and my order had been cancelled. Drizly never proactively told me this. I had to reach out to them. Two days have now gone by. I place a new duplicate order with the same credit card, … and it goes through! Drizly gives me a delivery time, … and they then are about 30 minutes late past their latest estimated delivery time. Drizly has Customer Support from the Third World. You’ll deal with a different person every time you reach out to them, none of them really own your problem, and their people are not empowered to help you and ignore many of the questions you ask. (Oh, and last time I ordered, they brought me a wrong bottle.) I’m very disappointed in Drizly.

0 stars if possible. Ordered some wine while celebrating Christmas with my all adult siblings, we’re all in the service industry and I drive for a different delivery service, so we were patient up to the expected delivery time, at which point I called drizly. The order showed as delivered but wasn’t at my door, and I couldn’t communicate any more because it was “expired”. They called the delivery driver who had supposedly marked it delivered accidentally, and was (I was told originally) 7 minutes away. I called 20 minutes in and it was a miscommunication, they were 30mins away on the first time, so they’d be there soon… 20mins later, still no wine. At this point I called and told them they were going to refund me, and they sent an email ensuring this was the case. My bank and I will be calling Monday if it’s not there. I’m not even a “Karen” or whatever, but this was too much back and forth with my $$$. I draw a line…

Bad service. The only reason I’m giving 2 starts is because the customer service representative I spoke to 3 times was super pleasant, otherwise it’d be 1 star. When I placed my order, my driver was 10 minutes away from my location. Within 15 minutes of placing my order it said they were on the way. My driver gradually got farther and farther away from my location. When they were about 25 minute away, they called to say the store didn’t have what I wanted, which was weird considering they said they were on the way with my delivery. I called customer service after 50 minutes of the driver continually getting farther away, and the customer service rep called me back and said my driver was 15 minutes away. 15 minutes later, my driver is still about 20-30 minutes away from my location based on the map. I called the customer rep back and requested my order be cancelled and my money be refunded, as my driver was right down the road from me at the start of this ordeal and now an hour and a half had passed and they were still no where close. Point being, if you can wait an hour and sober up enough to drive to the store yourself, do it because chances are your driver will take just as long if not longer.

Horrible!!!. This must be the worst delivery service. I have them 2 chances and both times was a mess. I was over charged. The store didn’t have what I ordered so they just sent what they had without communication to me about it. Then it took 5 days for Drizly to refund the money. They are not answering the phone. The store I ordered from didn’t answer the store. 2nd order..I placed the day before thinking..they will surely get it right this time. When the order was 2.5hrs late I canned the store and they haven’t even boxed my order stating that something was missing. They too did not call me as I indicated I wanted them to if something was missing. An hour later the order was still not here!!!! I reached out to Drizly to ask where my order was. They didn’t respond or send a message via email as they promised..I got a txt saying my order was enroute. 4 hours after I was supposed to receive my order I got my a damaged and taped up box of wine during a pandemic! Despicable!!!!!!!!!

Wow!. Needed some emergency wine and had a sick kid so thought I would give this a shot. I ended up ordering more than I ordinarily would have given the disclosed $5 delivery fee. What was not disclosed was the automatic 10% driver tip, which only showed up after I had placed my order and it was too late to cancel. All told I spent $30 extra to have wine delivered. I am not opposed to tipping, but I wouldn’t have ordered the volume I ordered had I known about the mandatory tip that is based on dollars spent (a $10 tip for one delivery is in my view perfectly fine - a $25 tip for the same delivery is over the top). On top of that, the app is awful. It is painful to navigate, slow, and clumsy. Won’t be ordering from this place again.

Privacy/Safety Concern. I learned about the app the week before the covid-19 lockdown and wanted to try it out. Limited selection to choose and some of the items are overpriced compared to the actual price at the store. You are notified throughout the entire order process through text and app which I really like. My experience went south when I learned my order was picked up by a doordash driver (your order is either delivered through doordash or the partner which you don't find out until much later in the process). A mysterious vehicle with tinted windows pulls up in front of my driveway and takes an odd amount of time to demonstrate that he is the delivery person. During the interaction, I learned that the delivery person, also a stranger, is required to take a photo of your ID with their personal cellular device which to me is unsafe and not practical from a privacy standpoint. Customer service via actual Drizly employees (customer service, legal) was great but I can not support a company where a stranger, especially from a third-party such as doordash who has experienced a privacy/security breach, is taking a photograph/scanning my ID on their personal device. There are other workarounds to ensure that people of legal age are ordering and using the app. Update: deleting your account and info is a hassle since a third-party vendor (One-Trust) is managing the data.

Confused about be assigned a store. I had a great experience with Drizly based on a friends recommendation. I recommended to a family member who lives just down the street. She didn’t get the same store listed as I did. In fact she got two listings from other parts of the state that are far away. I have friends who live close by and they also have other local stores listed. But those don’t appear on my map or my sister’s. With some items not available at some stores, why can’t we choose from any local store that participates? I know there are other stores close by that participate but I cannot access them through the website or app. So I guess the great experience I had was more with the store than the app. The app doesn’t seem to work right if it isn’t showing all the local stores that participate.

WORST EXPERIENCE!. Had the worst experience ordering from Drizly. First of all, my order was over $76. Received a notification that my order was on the way about an hour after I ordered. Never heard anything after that and never got a call from the driver. Waited a while longer and then checked the app only to find that my order had been marked as delivered. I am under the impression that the driver has to see me and take a pic of my I.D. before they can deliver the alcohol, so this makes no sense. I called the liquor store and they couldn’t do anything so they gave me Drizly’s customer support number. Called Drizly and they said they couldn’t do anything either since the driver was a DoorDash driver. Drizly said they’d contact DoorDash and get back to me. It’s been almost 3 days and still haven’t heard anything and still haven’t received a refund for the load of alcohol I ordered that never showed up. Very upset that this situation has been so stressful and that the 3 companies I’ve had to contact have not been helpful. Would very much so appreciate my $76 back.

Open notes to outside companies or mandate. So I bought 3 bottles of wine in a city I just moved to. Apparently you outsource to other companies which is fine with me. But I had notes to delivery driver to deliver to the backside of the apartment building since this old building does not connect the front and back. OkPuff - which is the company it is outsourced to- sent me a text saying where are you? I ended up walking around and explaining why I was waiting in the backside of building to the individual that dropped off the order. I explained why I was not out front… he showed me his app on OkPuff and some apps that utilize that app communicate notes but apparently Drizzly does not pass in the integration these notes… as a software programmer there is no excuse for this. Fix this! Passing delivery notes between apps should not be an issue… especially from customer to delivery driver to expedite delivery and improve customer service. Fix this.

They messed up my evening and could NOT care less. I ordered a beverage for myself and a bottle of wine for my wife, thinking we could have a nice evening together at our hotel. I requested Drizly contact me if the order had to be modified or substituted. Instead, I got an email 4 minutes later that stated my order had been “adjusted.” I clicked the email and saw they deleted the bottle of wine from my order. Ok, well, no wine, no order for me; I’ll reorder from someone else who can deliver the wine. I click cancel 1 min after receiving the email. Drizly says I cannot cancel. I contact their customer support and they more or less tell me to get bent even after I plead my case. The driver shows up and she’s an Uber driver. Drizly didn’t do anything but send the order to Uber. Save yourself the time and headache and just go directly through one of their “competitors” that is gonna fulfill the order anyway. They actually have customer service who will help you. Now I’m stuck in a hotel room with a sober wife. Would give this company zero stars if possible.

Extremely fast!!. Was originally going to order off of Instacart but wouldn’t receive my order until sometime on Monday since I live in Tx and liquor stores are closed on sundays & they weren’t taking orders anymore for Saturday night. I go on FB to see an ad for this app, decided to look at it and saw they were still accepting orders. I sent my order at 7:59 and then started to read the reviews after lol. I saw a lot of negative ones and began to worry. I then went back to the app and saw that my order was already picked by 8:09 so I got excited. My order was here by 8:15!! Not only was the guy super fast with delivery, there is one less fee compared to instacart (I believe alcohol delivery fee 🙄) and the fees are less in comparison. All in all great experience! I hope all my others are the same. *knocks on wood*

No delivery or response. Lost $50 to this app.. I ordered some drinks to my apartment Friday night. They said they wouldn’t get there till around 11:44 pm but oh well better late than never. I got a text from the app saying that the order was on the way at 10:52 pm which sounded great to me. A little after midnight I got a notification that my order was delivered but nothing was there. I emailed the support team who were very quick to respond at first. They asked if there was any way the reception in my building stopped the order, I told them no. After that I received no response. I went down the next day and asked the reception if they got any deliveries for me that night they said no. So I went ahead and emailed the support team again letting them know that the order never made it to the building. From there I have not received a response or any help. Use door dash if you don’t want to risk losing money for trying to simply order drinks.

Jessica Rocks. Thanks to Jessica, I trust this service.

Sad. Doesn’t deliver in Montreal, Canada 🥺 I understand the reason why but that’s the only place that I can get Three Olives white Grape vodka. I’m sad. Would be great to have it in SAQ or LCBO.

Not enough stores. Went to make my first order & the store closest to me was closed early for inventory. There's another store from the same company 5 blocks away but wouldn't give me an option to choose that store. There should be a setting to change your store or even one to pick your favorite store.

Favourite App. This is a great idea and a great company! Definitely one of my favourite apps!

Downloaded at 7:21 pm - Deleted at 7:22 pm. I live in the City of Vancouver. Immediately upon downloading, I received this error message: NO STORES DELIVER TO YOUR LOCATION. Goodbye, Drizly.

Use to be good.. Use to be awesome here in calgary now all the items as my favourites are not being delivered by the liquor store so I cancelled my account and will not use it again. Pointless if you can't even get the stuff you like.

Amazing app. Great selection, prompt service. Why have you not already downloaded the best way to get beer and wine yet?

Order voided and cash taken out of my account. Order got voided without any reason along with money being charged on my account. I tried multiple cards and making a new account.

Worst experience. I entered my credit card number in once and now I am not allowed to order from drizly ever again.

Always a great experience.. The app is so easy and I can reorder from previous orders. Service is also great, quick delivery and nice personable delivery people.

No. What’s the point in the app if it doesn’t do same day delivery. Fkn wack lol

Awesome. Got me my drunk on.

What’s the point if not delivering same day?. Imagine if Uber or skip the dishes only had next day service... Edmonton needs better.

Privacy concerns. You have to send a request to ask them not to sell your info lol

Fast Efficient Service. Delivery was fast and accurate

Use A Different Company. Liquor arrived 2.5 hours after the order was placed. Your drivers no-showed so the liquor store owner had to drive it himself after he closed down his shop. You guys are a joke. Won’t make the mistake of using this app again.

Great. Really happy

Easy to use. Great app!

Best delivery app ever. I always look forward to the Friday notifications!

Don’t bother. This app is waste of time and headache.... won’t even accept my card. And the order will say “placed” then I get a cancellation email. Letting me know I will get my money in 5-6 business days....

Got my hopes up!!. Ordered, watched a movie, and then called to see if it was ever coming and they told me they have no idea when it will arrive lol.

Absolutely love it!. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for coming out. Too dam slow!!! Catch a cab if you want your booze under 2hours

Wow guys. So my first order never showed up. I had to get a refund. I ordered again tonight. The driver: oh hey sorry I got through a bunch of orders and we honestly forgot about yours. Sorry. I’m serious. Won’t be using this app again.

App is totally broken. iPhone 10S Max - unable to complete a search, filtering on red wine showed no products at all (!), after I finally found a product the button to order it mysteriously disappeared after five seconds. I wasn’t fast enough on the draw I guess. No feedback or explanation from the app for any of this. Anyway, unusable app, deleted, need to find another way to get some wine delivered.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I was just scammed $600 through this app. Drizzly takes you order, uses a third-party retailer, who in turn uses a delivery service. I never received my order. Tried contacting the retailer and the delivery service and I was given the run around with regards to my order. Nobody wanted to take responsibility with tracking down myordered. I later exchanged many emails with Drizzly about this. I requested a refund and they refused saying that the order was delivered. Not even an attempt to resolve this further. THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT USE!

Drizly rocks. These people ROCK the orders are always correct and delivered fast. GO DRIZLY 👍

Invalid CVV. Entered the information for two different credit cards and still couldn’t get a payment method approved, it kept saying incorrect CVV when everything was entered correctly.

Love it. A little too much if you know what I mean

It never arrived. An hour and a half after placing the order, customer service said they had personally contacted the driver, who was en route and just a few minutes away. 20 minutes later, and still nothing. Terrible

A+ Highly Recommended!. Great selection of products, great drivers who are courteous and remember their regulars. Totally worth the small delivery fee.

Amazing. Honestly this app is a lifesaver since I don't drive. The delivery guys/ladies are super friendly and polite. The app is super user friendly. I've recommended it to so many friends! Love Drizly!

Love Drizly. I love Drizly. Alcoholic Beverages delivery to your Door.

Love it!. My favourite app!

Outrageous delivery fee. This used to be good although slow at times but $10 for delivery now? Good thing another local company started up and is offering $5/delivery won’t use this again.

👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Hey-They definitely know what their doing. Fast, efficient, smooth process 👍🏻

Cant deliver in Toronto?. Am i missing something? You havn’t even fully expanded within one of the largest cities in north America?? Bye

Terrible. Just terrible.. Horrendous app. Cancelled order when we called to modify a typing error on our order. Belligerent staff on the phone, were not helpful. Would not recommend.

Essential Service!. Alcohol is hard to say no to when you are stuck at home for weeks! I’m very glad that Drizly exists for anyone who might otherwise have gone to the store and risked contracting COVID-19, or decided to drive over when they shouldn’t be behind the wheel. The service in this app has been consistently good, and whenever I have trouble, their support tends to reply within an hour or two as opposed to “1-3 business days” that some other organizations do!

Lousy. From their website: “ Don't let us tease you with things you can't have. That would be mean. Once you tell us where you're at, we'll show you what's available to you today.” Tried placing an order for 4 items. Got a call from the liquor store saying they didn’t have 3 of the 4. So much for accurate stock and “not teasing”. Lame app, get better for inventory tracking.

Don’t bother. I live a 5 min drive from the liquor store and Drizzly said the earliest they could order is 24 hours later. Thanks guys, I’ll just sober up by then and go my self. Edit - There was a store available as I said. I phoned the store and asked if they were open - they would be open for another two hours after I tried. The problem is on the DRIZZLY end of things. The APP is the problem. That’s pretty cheap of you to think this is somehow my fault.

Convenient, friendly & professional service!. Awesome, well loved delivery!

Way to botch your rebrand.. So I’m sitting there, thinking hey I’d sure like a cold beverage this evening, but there is one problem, kid is in bed, can’t leave. Ok I’ll just use the Drizly app to order. Drizly app: oh you want to login? Nope sorry not happening. Here, let me flicker your screen at you uncontrollably to see if that helps.

Great App. I love this app! Fast delivery and friendly service. Want's not to like?

AVOID !. That app is a complete mess. Wasted hours trying to order a bottle of wine. Never worked because the app -when in fact pretending to be local in many Canadian cities- actually only works using US zip codes. (They also keep from mentioning that their prices are in US dollars, even if buying and shipping from local Canadian cities). The ‘tech guy’ kept offering excuses along with ridiculous solutions that never worked. Overall awful experience. Keep away (and buy local).

Very convenient for me. Sometimes I just can't be bothered to put on pants when I want pizza and beer, now I don't have to.

Excellent. Very good app and very good service

Just fab. Once the baby is asleep, I can order some ME TIME. Just dandy.

Irresponsible. This service offers no warning as to the addictive and destructive force that is alcoholism. I do appreciate that you may help prevent people from getting behind the wheel, but it is socially irresponsible and just plain ignorant that, in this day and age, you disregard the health of your clientele and ignore the opportunity afforded you to direct people toward places to get some help. Eff you.

10/10. Free delivery hell yea

Surprised. I was very skeptical of this app after reading the mixed reviews, but I decided to give it a try. I have ordered twice so far, and both times have not disappointed yet. My order comes within an hour and they send a driver complimentary of Doordash to make my experience better and efficient. My only concern is not being able to see the location of my driver when they are en route. Nonetheless, I will be using this service again and hope for similar experiences in the future.

App is great, selection great, driver screening terrible. Everything is as advertised. Sometimes things are late but it’s very rare. Something that is consistent; the shady bottom of the barrel delivery drivers I’ve encountered. I’m sure my last driver did time for murder no question. I’d say 8/10 delivery drivers are probably felons. At least in NYC. I know they need jobs too, but, sometimes I’m scared of who’s bringing my delivery. It keeps it interesting if your into that kind of stuff. Prices are usually a bit bumped up but who cares you can order while you party. It’s awesome. Honestly drizly is a 10 star app with a 1 star deliver service. If you don’t want to have your Tito’s with a black eye just grab the delivery and smile.

Drizly. Shady and dishonest.. This is the first review I have ever wrote. I feel compelled to help people who may be looking for an alcohol delivery service. If you’re looking for a service to deliver alcohol just use Uber eats or another service, this company does not offer a cancel option through the app or the website. You must email only to get a hold of a bot, they will still charge you after they cancel. Then they asked me to contact my bank to get your refund. Your bank of course will you through the whole circus of getting a refund. there’s really no reason to use this app when there are so many others that just do it better and are more honest and forthcoming and frankly quicker and just better. Drizly is shady and dishonest . steer clear.

Great customer service. Don’t be quick to judge Drizly for a retailer’s mistake. I ordered some wine and a bottle of whiskey. When checking out I have the option selected to contact me if an item is unavailable. Sure enough the whiskey I ordered was out of stock so the liquor store sent a different whiskey instead. They did that without contacting me to see if I even wanted it. Over the course of hours they didn’t answer phone calls or emails from either me or Drizly. Fortunately Drizly stepped up and did the right thing and refunded me themselves.

No beer available & don’t deliver in 60 minutes in my city.. Downloaded the app excitedly. Went through the entire set up process then it tells me that delivery’s to my address will be 2-5 business days! So I tried searching for sour beers, no results.. IPAs, no results.. light beer, no results.. tried “beer” and NO results! The only thing available is about 4 different wines that could be delivered in 2-5 business days. No liquor or beer. I live in Greenville NC and there are plenty of bottle shops, ABC stores and grocery stores with 10 minutes of my house. It’s ridiculous that I can’t order beer even if I was fine with it taking a few days. The app is really well built and the concept is awesome but the selection is terrible in my area. I’m quickly deleting. Will try it again in the future if the app catches on in my city.

Drizly will give out your personal info to pretty much anybody. Placed an order through Drizly. Then the order is outsourced to Doordash. Now Doordash (a service I’ve never used before) has my personally identifiable information so one of its drivers can complete the order. Driver shows up and wants to see my ID (age verification, presumably. I show him my driver’s license AND HE STARTS TYPING THE INFO INTO HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE. When asked where my driver’s license information is going, he replies “Doordash” (again, a company I have no prior relationship with is harvesting data from my driver’s license via some guy’s personal cell phone). At no point did Drizly allow me, nor give me the option, to cancel the order first before thrusting Doordash into my life. Oh, and to delete your Drizly account, you need to give them EVEN MORE personally identifiable information, which is hilarious because that won’t delete whatever personally identifiable information Drizly misappropriated to Doordash, it would seem. I doubt anything about this company is GDPR compliant. Do yourself a favor: Reach out directly to local liquor stores. They may deliver for you without hustling your personal information all over the Internet.

No good for “country folk”. I Just downloaded this app because I saw something about in store delivery available. I have a rural address and live about 10 minutes outside of Waco, TX. When I try to set up an account, it won’t recognize my address. No big deal, it happens so I adjusted and used a secondary address in town. The app said it’s not available in my area. Interesting, considering I first heard of the app from the staff at a major liquor store chain 10 minutes from my house. Any way, I was hoping to save time and shop for my favorite whisky from home and pick up in store. Apparently, if choose to reside rurally, you don’t count and can’t use any feature of the app. No sweat off my back, but a single star rating for the inability to use any app features due to my address not being urban enough for me to have an account.

Best Service Ever!. If I could give 10 stars I would. We had a very large party and of course, we ran out of alcohol very quickly. Instead of jumping in the car I decided to do a quick google search for an alcohol delivery service. That's when I found Drizly. The app was so easy to use and I found what I needed right away. The best part was that they showed up in about 30 minutes! I could not believe how efficient and courteous they were! There is absolutely no need to drive to get more booze while risking a DUI when you have Drizly! I will absolutely use this service again. Thanks Drizly!

First time. Very impressed. I'm not really a delivery type of guy but me and my girlfriend were relaxing after a very difficult work week. Saw the app on Reddit and decided I'd try it out so we can stay in and just relax. Delivery was prompt, driver was above and beyond polite (refusing a tip I wanted to add after seeing how far he drove). Just all around a great service that works like it should. I even had an out of stock item and was called about it and changed my order. These guys are like calling a buddy to "swing by with some beer". One of the best uses of an app fixing a problem effectively I've ever seen. Will use repeatedly as this really fits my work life very well. Let's keep these guys in business!!!

Not yet great in Nashville. I love the idea of this app, but at least in my city (Nashville) it doesn’t quite deliver on convenience, selection, or value. To start, the two participating stores are somewhat far from my home and have fairly limited selections—especially when it comes to my drink of choice: local craft beer. That’s okay, though, sometimes convenience beats out selection. I was going to order a case of Founder’s All Day and high-gravity Straight to Ale bottle, a solid session IPA and something regional, which would have been around $40–slightly more than the place around the corner, but not crazy. Alas, though, when I went to check out I learned that my selections were stocked by two different stores (the “split order” warning was helpful, at least) with a $50 and $75 minimum order, respectively. Yikes! Perhaps I’d need that much booze for a party, but also I tend to plan things like parties in advance. This is *not* the app for a last-minute bottle, unless your last-minute plans involve a few dozen people. I would rather support a small startup, but perhaps my needs will be better met by PrimeNow offering alcohol in Nashville, as they do in other cities. Grizzly, can you up your Nashville game before that happens?

Best Delivery Company. We’ve had a few hiccups here and there, one time our order was late because there was a single driver, but all understandable. The drivers are always super nice and friendly in my area, plus the store itself I order from is always super helpful, especially when I forgot to update my phone number like an idiot. I love their customer support team as they always get back to me quickly and tend to do a little more than asked for. This is the best ordering app I’ve used out of all the popular ones. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Great concept, poor execution. I ordered a gift for someone. When you order, there are two charges: one from Drizly and one from the company fulfilling the order. The first time I placed the order, my credit card company rejected the charge from the store, but not the Drizly charge. I authorized the charge and placed the order again. Two more changes. This time, the store canceled the order. That’s okay. Things happen. I placed the order again, from a different store. Two more charges. It says delivery can be scheduled in about an hour. I tell the gift recipient to expect another email. It never arrived. So now I have three Drizly charges and two additional charges totaling $220, but no gift. The charges should fall off in a week or so, but it’s frustrating.

Bad UX and it’s consequences. This app used to be revolutionary, now it’s barely working. The delivery notifications don’t work, and the system allows drivers to get around checking ids. One of my orders arrived 2 hours before the window and I was not notified so my order of alcohol was left outside, the driver never tried to contact me. Another order I received the same day can an hour late, and as the driver was taking my ID info, the order timed out on them. I think that’s what happened to first time. This is such bad ux. And could lead to minors being able to obtain alcohol. In addition the lack of notifications, the lack of a good tracking feature, and the lack of care make this a frustrating system to use. As a ux designer, get better UXers or start listening to the o!nes you’ve been ignoring.

Authentication bugs. Edit: the new version of the app has a setting to turn off marketing spam push notifications but whenever you attempt to turn them off, you get an error message. I have attempted to turn off frivolous marketing notifications no less than 25 times since they push notify me every day but it never works. How convenient for them. I’m about to uninstall the app. This is borderline harassment. New version of the app makes me login and retype my address and phone in a “create an account” screen every time I open it, even if I logged in a minute prior but closed the app. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my time. If they can’t nail auth, just imagine how well they’re managing your credit card data. Yikes.

First Experience Horrible. They called ten minutes later and wanted 130 for one bottle of that wine I ordered and already paid 100 for two bottles of it in the app- So, they said 130 and would only give me one bottle- horrible bait and switch experience - they said they could not give it to me at price I paid already and after I said No, they said cancel the order. This was my first experience- so I wrote them and received email saying nobody would respond to support and to follow a different link to contact support- really? Wow, they blew a chance to have someone who spends thousands in wine every few months. Super disappointed. Update, nobody from Drizly ever got back to me- I will spread my experience with my friends and family and coworkers next- Horrible experience from wine store all the way to Drizly support.

Poor unreliable service. Ordered twice in San Antonio, Texas and both instances had loads of problems leading to returns or refunds. The first instance the carrier didn’t text call or notify that they had arrived and did not go to the door so he returned the order to the store leading to another carrier being sent hours later. The second was the carrier who I can only assume is not familiar with T.a.b.c. Laws here in Texas and tried to say that my expired government issued I.d. Was invalid because it had expired. Which is completely in accurate and on the website of t.a.b.c. As such. Leading to the items being returned to the store. When I contacted customer support they didn’t even help out they just issued a refund because the carrier decided to list this refusual as me being under aged 😑. Horrible service and customer service. Do not use.

No delivery, card charged, no response to my emails. I ordered once and the delivery came within the hour. I was really impressed. I ordered again a week later, it never arrived. 7 days after the order the pending charge on my card went through and Drizly still hadn’t responded to my emails. I couldn’t dispute the charge till it went through. I also couldn’t cancel the order. Still trying to get someone from Drizly to respond to me. I can dispute the charge now that it’s no longer pending. I’ll be doing that next. I won’t be purchasing from Drizly any more. I was really excited to use them but the customer support has been awful. I would have been happy to cancel and try later if they’re having issues. But to not respond? And to show the order delivered when it wasn’t ever delivered? They’re messing up big time.

Took my money but store unaware of order. Twice I’ve used them, the first time I waited 2.5 hours and then order was mysteriously cancelled. I decided to give them another chance today and it’s been over 3 hours and order status still says “placed” and both times I’ve contacted them I just get a generic response that they contacted the store and that the store says they’re running late. I then contacted the store directly and I was told that not only is there no order for me, they weren’t even aware that they worked with Drizly! They said that no, nothing was pulled from the shelf for me and they have no idea why Drizly claims they are running late - they’re not running anywhere because Drizly never sent them the order or let them know that their store is listed on their app!!

Perfect App for a busy schedule. The first time I used this app I was very disappointed, I waited over an hour and my order never came. I didn’t get an email from Drizly apologizing about my order, and they gave me a credit. It was unexpected but, it definitely demonstrates that they care about customer service. I decided to give it a second chance today, I received my order and it arrived promptly. I did notice that this was a different store from my previous order. Thank you Drizly, now I can enjoy my mommy juice while watching the playoffs 🏈🍻

Terrible. I decided I wanted to drink some twisted teas but only one store in the app had them so I ordered two things from the store. My estimated time was an hour which I was fine with. 40 minutes goes by and I get a notification saying it’s going to take a little longer, I figure they’re just waiting for a delivery driver. Over an hour and a half later my items still have not even been packed. My order was sitting there processed the whole time. So I decided to cancel my order, after I did that I checked to make sure that my money was refunded which it wasn’t. I then contacted my bank and asked about the charge which they said went through and there was nothing they could do while drizly tells me that it was never processed. So either drizly or the liquor store in the app stole my money. Will never use this app again.

Wonderful way to send my customers a gift!. I wanted to let you all know what a fantastic job your doing. I was a first time customer today and my experience was fantastic. I was sending a very good customer of mine a bottle today in appreciation of their business. The order went extremely smooth and my customer was floored by the service you provided. I will be using Drizly again and again. This was a great way for me to send a nice gift to my customer and it was delivered in under an hour! I made a customer for life and so did you! Keep up the great work and I look forward to serving my customers as wonderfully as you have treated me

Great first time experience. I’ve checked this app out in the past but they never were able to deliver to my address until recently. I tried this for the first time and am very impressed! My order was delivered within 40 minutes. My delivery driver was easily able to find my apartment which is surprising because most delivery drivers get confused with it being such a large complex. The only thing I recommend is they work on the order tracking status and notifications within the App since it was a little delayed. Overall I’m very happy and will be recommending this to friends! Cheers!

Bad Experience. A cautionary tale. Ordered through Grizly and they use Uber to deliver. If the driver decides not to deliver you have no recourse. Spent $70 on alcohol. The Uber maps app is terrible. The driver ends up in BFE. Calls me to say he’s at my house. Turns out he’s 21 mins away from where I live. Liquor store is 7 mins away. Wife’s car was in the shop she was working late and had my car so decided to try Grizly. The guy never showed up. Tried contacting Grizly. No response. Wrote a bad review and got the “hey we use a third party, sorry you had a bad experience.” No tracking availability. Now some rando has my alcohol and I’m out $70. Grizly has no way of knowing if your order has actually been delivered. And they have no ability to find out who picked up the order. I may need to sign up for Uber to start getting free alcohol!

Do not download. Do not use this app. I placed an order and cancelled immediately after because I had put the wrong address. They still charged me. I made a second order and waited atleast an hour and a half before calling the store to see what the issue was. The owner of the store informed me that he had my order and contacted Drizly for a driver to go pick it up and they never responded to him. He said it had been happening all day the day prior and he had lost 20 sells because of it. I still got charged!!! So now I’m out $80 and have to contact help for a refund. Not that it’s going to be any help because i has requested a refund before In which they said they would provide; yet they never did! So I had to dispute it with my bank which I’ll probably have to do this time too. This app is a huge inconvenience. Do not use this!

Amazing, will use again.. Actually amazing! The app said i would have to wait 60 minutes but my order came in less than 30 minutes. The driver however felt the need to complain about how i was tipping because i decided to tip in cash and not through the app. And one of my drinks were incorrect but Ian B from customer service was amazing and responded quickly and gave me a refund for the drink. I feel like the most important thing with any company is how well the customer service reps work. They responded quickly and gave me no issues. Fairly good experience for a first time order.

So close to perfect. Just tried this app today, car in the shop and had ppl coming over — figured I’d give it a shot. Overall it’s one of the BEST delivery services I’ve ever used. Driver was nice and called instead of driving around my apt complex for 30 mins. The ONLY thing that holds this app back (and this is major): You can’t filter by store on the app - that kinda hinders the whole thing guys, you gotta implement this since you basically are trying to order from a single store. I got frustrated and went on your desktop site - and bingo - store filter. I’ll def be using your service again, but until this feature I can’t recommend the app.

Dishonest distributors. It’s not the pandemic people. It’s dishonest distributors and Drizly doesn’t care!!! Ordered my drinks. Within one hour it was marked delivered. You cannot cancel the order once marked delivered. Called the distributors and they said “15 minutes”. Flat out lie. Multiple messages to Drizly in app because they have NO EMAIL and NO PHONE NUMBER to contact them. One day later and they haven’t deigned to respond. Almost 1 in the morning I get a phone call that the delivery person was outside. That’s four hours after my one hour order. Three hours after the “15 minutes” call. If they had just been honest I would have rescheduled to the next day. Also, the store distributing is literally 15 minutes away by car. Next time I’m going out to the local place myself.

Great, but not…. Timing was excellent. One of the fastest app-to-door deliveries I’ve ever received across any platform. However, the driver/delivery person was not wearing a mask. Sure, it’s not mandated where I am anymore but I think it’s at least courteous for delivery drivers who will be interacting face-to-face with you to wear one. The problem was that he made a comment that I’m young and don’t need to wear it. Sure, but my 60+ parents need me to wear one. Which I told him. I also told him I think it’s courteous to wear one. He made a few more boomer, “covid world” comments. I probably won’t be using this service again because of how uncomfortable this conversation made me. Drizly, I’m not asking you to mandate your drivers to mask up, but I at the very least don’t expect underhanded comments from your drivers about my choice to not catch COVID. Train them better.

They just don’t care. This delivery was late, there was no communication from the company. Only the driver was smart enough to contact me. The site hasn’t updated locations for the past four orders, in some cases it lost the order for some time and I have to resort to the email that was sent to get the tracking back. Same issues they have had for years. That’s why it’s more reliable to go to the store yourself or find an alternative/competitor. It shouldn’t be up to the driver to make the initial connection. I contacted customer service via email because that’s the only way they have their site set up. They still have to reach out to me within 48 hours. Think they would at least respond.

Awesome!!. I ordered at 12:30 and got my order in about 40 minutes after they called to tell me they were out of a certain flavor but had others (7minutes after I placed my order-not bad I’d say!). I switched to one of the flavors they did have and got my order not long after. This is an amazing service! Think of how many DUI’s they are preventing! The service was great and I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know! Also, I saved $5 since it was my first time using the app. BONUS! Cheers, y’all!!

If you only want wine, seltzers, or beer. I genuinely cannot find anything on this app that doesn’t fall into those three categories, unless it’s non-alcoholic. Which is amazing, because they suggest that I look for whiskey, and have no whiskey, or scotch, or bourbon, or gin, the list goes on. And it’s not like those things can’t be found near me, I’ve been to the ABC that’s 10 minutes away, it has all of those things with multiple brands of each. The best part is that any time that I try to search for any of the things I actually want, I get a nice 5 minute long loading screen before it lets me know that there are zero results for the alcohol that I bought a month ago, not far from me. So essentially, I haven’t even used this app because I’m not gonna pay whatever ridiculous delivery fee to get crappy alcohol, or soda, that I don’t even want.

No Refunds for Missing Orders. I placed an order yesterday for delivery in Chicago. I opted for text notifications and shortly received a text stating that my order was on the way from Broadway liquors. I checked every 2-3 minutes to see if our order was delivered. It never arrived. It wasn’t until I checked the app to notice that my order was delivered at a time that I was most definitely outside waiting for it. Mind you, a group of us were on site for 5 hours and didn’t receive our order during the entire duration. I contacted support. They said that would reach out to Broadway liquors. Now they’re telling me that the order was delivered and that they can only offer a $5 credit on the app that clearly stole money from us. In short: This app took our money with ease, but never delivered what we ordered. Beware using!

Terrible again. Second time my husband and I have been screwed over by Drizly. First time I placed an order and waiting all day for it with no update. Finally got through to customer service and they told me it was up to the store to fulfill the order. I called the store directly and they told me they never received my order. Back to Drizly with no resolution. Second time - my husbands work friend ordered him a gift to be delivered on his birthday. He scheduled the delivery the day before. On his birthday he received texts multiple times to reschedule the delivery. Was never delivered on his birthday and then the next day he was promoted again to reschedule. He tried again and the same run around happened. He got in touch with customer support who told him that the store that was set for delivery (by their recommendation) didn’t have anyone delivering. He asked if they could change to order to another store and the customer support person just cancelled the order and refunded his friend! No birthday gift for my husband thanks to Drizly. Not even going to give them a chance for strike three. Would never recommend.

Use to love, disappointing now. Drizly seemed to work before. Now it doesn’t. They have whored themselves out to any and all alcohol shops. With that, they have allowed shops to give delivery times that the shop can never fulfill but attracts customers. When you reach out to drizly that you didn’t get the order and it is already 30mins late, you get this crappy form letter about customer service. When the order is over an hour late, the same thing happens. And there is nothing you can do. So do not use this if you want the alcohol before a game, especially if you have guests coming. If they actually hold stores accountable and start real initiatives to handle customer complaints, maybe I’ll come back, but right now they have sold out for a couple dollars and they will continue to lose customers. If you are in New Jersey look at wine dads

Disappointing Experience. I decided to use Drizly for a product that is not available in my local area, but was purportedly available near my daughter’s workplace. Because the store had a minimum order, I had to order an additional item to meet the minimum. At the last minute, just before delivery, the store adjusted the order, removing the item I really wanted and leaving only the item I added to meet the minimum. I had no option to cancel the order. I was left with an item I would not have ordered through Drizly in the first place! After the app notified me the driver was outside, the status soon changed to canceled. The address on the order is my daughter’s workplace which is a coffee house. I got an email saying: Unfortunately for liability reasons, our retail partner needs to deliver to an approved business or residential address. I fail to understand how the delivery address is not an approved business? At least I won’t be charged for the item I didn’t really want. I won’t be making this mistake again! Drizly deleted.

Horrible. This app is honestly terrible, I ordered something then the order was cancelled due to “a transaction error” then when I emailed support I was told that they “needed my address, phone number, and card expiration date”. After giving them this I was told that my card still wouldn’t work and would be refunded in a few days, and to try a different card. I did just that I tried a different card and then the same issue happened. Long story short I live paycheck to paycheck and I am now out $65 for the week which will hurt. Very very upset and angry. This app is horrible and the customer support may respond fast but are useless in giving you answers. DO NOT USE! Just go out and buy it or ask someone to drive you if you’re intoxicated because it’s not worth the trouble

Good luck getting support. Drizly offers no other support contact aside from email. My order was over an hour late, but had been marked as delivered. I did eventually receive my order. I could not reach Drizzly for support aside from email. Several hours after I sent the email, I finally received a completely useless canned reply asking if maybe a concierge has my order (I live in a house). I replied explaining my frustrations with the situation, and received another useless canned response. Now I receive this even more useless response to this review asking me to contact support. I ALREADY DID, YOU ROBOT! All said, I will not be using Drizly again. Edit # 2: Drizly, stop responding to this review. I did contact your support and they blew me off. You’d understand that if you actually read my review. You’re terrible. Go home, you’re drunk.

Wow, failed at everything. I normally don’t even bother with leaving negative reviews, but this one is worth it. I paid $90 for an order to be delivered in an hour. 24 hours later it still hadn’t been delivered despite living a in top 20 major city. Okay, I can forgive that with the pandemic and all. The next day it says a driver picked it up and delivered it. I have a security system, nobody was here. Maybe they dropped it off at my neighbors? Nope. My area doesn’t have problems with deliveries ever. Do they have customer service? Nope. I had to submit a form and got an email back 24 hours later apologizing saying that this is normal these days. Now I have to wait 2-5 days for them to MAYBE refund my credit card. Btw you can’t remove your credit card info via the app, you have to log in on desktop. I have no interest in trying them again and they make it as difficult as possible to remove my information. Run run away. Even the email responses didn’t spend 15 seconds to read about my complaint. This company is a joke and you should never give them your information or credit card.

Extra Fees. I started using Drizzly in the middle of the pandemic and thought it was a pretty great concept for obvious reasons. However I just realized that Drizzly charges you an extra fee for using your debit card $1.99 to be exact. I placed an order not realizing I didn’t have enough money in my account to cover the cost. Drizzly charged me $1.99. I transferred money to account to cover the cost completed my order and was charged $1.99 again. What if I thought it was a technical error and I continued to try and place an order I would be charged $1.99 for every attempt. That’s

Annoying ad notifications you can’t disable. The app itself is great, but they send you advertisements on the regular via notifications. If you think that turning off the “Promotions” option in the app notifications section will keep you from getting promotional app notifications, you’d somehow be wrong. My phone buzzes on the regular reminding me to go order some booze through Drizly so often it’s become an annoyance. It’s bad enough such that I’m uninstalling the app. Please listen when your customers turn off ad notifications. I think Saucey doesn’t abuse its customers like this so I’m going to try that instead, and recommend that everyone else do the same.

Need to vet their vendors. I’ve ordered over $500 worth of deliveries from Drizly in past 2 months. Tonight I received notification their vendor was unable to fulfill a $150 delivery order placed @ 7:45pm despite items advertised as in stock & order confirmed (and store open til 11pm) I understand things happen and I wouldn’t have minded with adequate notice, Drizly didn’t let me know my delivery was cancelled until over 1.5 hours after I ordered (after all LQ stores were already closed). I could’ve ordered elsewhere had I been given a heads up, so not a great experience After reading other reviews from this vendor, I realized this was a norm. If Drizly cannot capably vet their vendors and cut ties with those who cannot produce, then it doesn’t leave me with a lot of confidence as consumer to continue to use Drizly

Awful service!!!. Placed an order over 2 hours ago. The app glitches back and forth between saying it’s been packed or the order has just been received. When I try to cancel my order it says either I have no active orders or it’s too late to cancel. I’ve contacted support three times now and have only received one reply which was that it should be delivered within the hour (an hour had already passed!) and the other two requests I have heard nothing. I’m so frustrated and I will never be using Drizly again. Hopefully I will finally be able to get through to someone in order to get my money back for this ridiculously bad experience. TLDR: Don’t use this app! Waste of time and money. Use another service or go to the store, trust me you are better off!!!

Wait Times A Little Inaccurate. Overall great app. I was hoping this existed and to my surprise it did. Could use more drivers in my opinion. I know COVID could delay but they shouldn’t advertise 45-55 minutes if it won’t be here until after. Placed order at 11 and did not receive my order for 2 hours. I was starting to worry because I read reviews after saying people didn’t receive orders until the next day or many hours after. Luckily the driver arrived and everything was good to go right before I was going to go to the store myself. I wish they would send a notification or something keeping you updated on your order I was starting to feel like it was never coming but I did get my order and it was still cold.

Super Convenient!!. I love this app though I may be biased cause I haven’t tried any others but why ruin a good thing right?? I’ve got two kids and it can be hard to drag them out which any parent knows so even though it’s more expensive this way it ends up saving the extra I’d spend with two kids in any store! So far I’ve used the app 3x and have had great luck with the delivery drivers.. I don’t wanna jinx it but so far they’ve been super friendly and accommodating.. always helping me up the driveway to the steps without hesitation.. like I said, it’s obviously a bit more $$ with the tip and all but def worth trying!👍

Don’t expect good customer service. I ordered for the first time last week. Delivering time was good. Quicker than I expected actually. Well, the driver apparently does not check orders as it was obviously wrong. I tipped very well since the covid situation has drivers taking a risk to deliver things for people. I contacted drizzly and their system generated response refers me to the liquor outlet that sold the items. They said all they could do was trade out the items if I went to the store myself. Well if I wanted to do that I would have done that beginwith and saved the delivery fees and $12+ tip. That was unacceptable. So I have been trying to talk to a real person at drizzly and all I get are generic emails. I called them and their system is not taking messages, nor was I actually able to speak to anyone. Simple thing that could have been resolved that day is now going to end in me going to my bank for a full refund. Very disappointed.

Gifting feature has glitches. DO NOT use Drizly to gift drinks to friends. I tried gifting champagne to a friend living across the country. Despite providing my friend’s contact information, the order summary listed me as the recipient. The app provides the option to send the recipient a link so they can schedule delivery, but due to a glitch only I received the link. I had to cancel and place my order three times and each time the same thing happened. Customer service was difficult to deal with as they are slow to respond and get easily confused. When I tried to cancel my third order they kept reassuring me that my previous orders had been cancelled, which did not help me. There is also no customer service phone number so you have to deal with everything by email. I expect more sophistication from an app and company like this.

Awful service. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor customer service experience I have had with your app. I recently attempted to place three separate orders, which were all cancelled without explanation, and I have not received any responses to my emails regarding these issues. The robotic responses I have received have not been helpful, and I have been unable to get in touch with a human representative through your customer service line. Additionally, I have been charged over $500 for these orders, and no one from your team has reassured me of a refund. As a result of this poor experience, I have lost trust in your service and will not be using it again in the future. I believe it's important for companies to prioritize customer service and respond to issues in a timely and professional manner. I hope you can understand my frustration and take steps to rectify this situation. I am requesting a full refund for the charges made to my account. I kindly request that someone from your team promptly contact me to discuss this matter and provide an update on the status of my refund.

Bad user experience. Drizly uses a third party carrier (DoorDash in my case) to ship the order, but this shouldn’t be an excuse from them when the package is missing. So excited to discover this app and placed my first order. After about 1-2h it showed delivered but it actually not. You can imagine my disappointment back then since it was my first order and lunch was ready for it. - Contacted customer support immediately but emails got transferred from one customer service to another four times on the same day which is kind of annoying. I asked for replacement but was rejected because they claimed they’ve prepared the order and it was not them who shipped it. But they will contact DoorDash to investigate. - After four days I was told that DoorDash cancelled my order without any notice. (But it showed delivered in the app) And Drizly claimed to offer me a full refund and some “apology” credit for the next order. - One week after that I found they only refunded me partially so I contacted them again... At the same time I found the “apology” credit cannot be used at once in next order but only be splitted in multiple orders. - Five days after that I finally got my full refund. But I felt hesitated to make any purchase with this company anymore.

A Hassle If Your Order Is Incorrect. First time I ordered I had a good experience. Tried using the app a second time and it was a disaster. Ordered 7 items, but the driver only came with two. Told the driver that the order was incorrect, but since it was a DoorDash driver, they said there was nothing they could do. They completed my order anyway even though I was short almost my entire order. The only way to contact customer service is email. So I did. Only for them to send an auto-email saying it’ll take up to two days to respond. So the only way to get my order was to replace the whole order (because there was a minimum purchase requirement for this retailer). So now I’m out double my money just to get the right order and I still am waiting on customer service to contact me. So far, this is a terrible experience.

THE WORST DELIVERY APP EVER. DONT DOWNLOAD. My firat order experience was my last. The app is overpriced with the fees one(but all delivery apps are) the customer service is HORRENDOUS. You can only email and send pictures trying to get other phone woth someone is almost impossible. To top is off Grizzly OUTSOURCES DELIVERIES THROUGH UBER EATS. So your paying extra money just to realize you could have just used uber and actually have proper support when needed. My order never arrived and while i managed to get a refund processed they can’t do anything about the driver since it’s thur a 3rd party app. They even state in the refund email that have NO COTROL over the the drivers because it’s being delivered thru UBER. Once my refund is processed i will be deleting my account and the app. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN
