Other misc. bug fixes.
This app used to be pretty good and now it has deteriorated. I played UNC Finley Golf Course and it will not recognize the course or put a score in. If things do not get better I will be looking for another app.
Don't install the recent upgrade. Simply horrible. Can't even log in now to get to its pathetic functions.
Yesterday scores would not post. Today, won't go past the login screen. App is now absolutely useless. I downloaded the USGA Handicap Tracker app (by same company) and it is more cumbersome but can actually function as it is supposed to. Deleted this one.
The updated app is a POS...can't navigate the screens. I'll be deleting ...
The recent update caused a significant increase in effort to post a score. What used to take two or three taps now takes half a dozen or more. Graphical layout is nowhere near Apple suggested functionality. Not terrible but could be much better. Edit/Another huge annoyance is the constant prompting for my Apple ID password when posting a score. It appears doing so triggers a check for a subscription of some kind which shouldn't be happening as my "subscription" is through my club and not directly through GolfNet.
The app used to be simple and easy to use. Now it's anything but. I keep getting error message when I try to post a sore. I also can't fing olded scores. I really regret buying the 3 year subscription
The previous version worked fine, and the update is absolute junk. Look elsewhere.
What was once a good app has been totally changed to where it is no longer user friendly. I cannot add names to people I'm following, I have a quick score that somehow got started on 4/3 with a zero score that I cannot add to or delete. Finding new courses is complicated. I have to use the app, but it is total garbage.
Posting a score is a nightmare on this app. There must be better choices. Do not pay for the premium version before you try loading your score. Good Luck! Painful to use!
Wow. You guys must have worked hard to screw up your own app this badly. You should SERIOUSLY CONSIDER going back to the previous version before all your customers leave you!!
GolfNet – Golf Handicap Tracker App Apk download for Android/iOS Smartphone
Easy to use.
I signed up for GolfNet to establish a GHIN number. Played 5 rounds as designated and posted the scores - no where on app tells me how I obtain GHIN! Club look-up is terrible. Clubs listed 'near' me are 2500 miles away! Tried to lookup 5 local courses but this app can't find them - SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Bad!! If you have ever used the Ghinn system. Stay with it. This system is so bad, you deserve an explanation from your golf pro as to why the change was made to this system
I'm a junior golfer and people ask me all the time what my handicap is and I finally know what I am with this app
I would like to see my handicap trend history (via bar graph or some other means) so you can see how it's changed through time
This is a great app for handicaps. It is not a great app for tracking strokes because it has no GPS. If it had that it would be fantastic.
It is very handy . It would be nice to be able to add scores for other people not on golf net also . But it is great for keeping you current . No excuses for not entering scores !
Don't buy this app if your not prepared to purchase a higher level. I needed a valid handicap to participate in a national tournament. Thinking I was was Googling USGA Handicaps I was led to this site. Unbeknownst to me this one is useless you upgrade. On several attempts I went through the right channels to get a refund. Starting a couple hours after my purchase. I've yet to receive my refund. I keep getting a runaround from the person in customer service. DONT BUY THIS SERVICE. go to your states USGA site and purchase a GHIN number there.
Love the app and the service. No need for any paper printout. Just show them on your phone. That easy. Search is the fastest and easiest. So glad I switched. And I love the stats option. Helps know what to practice.
Good ap that is easy to use. Could use a card printout for tournaments. Most other trackers have this options and it would help when participating in events requiring you show your handicap.
