Perfect for fans of the books. I looked everywhere for quality maps of the worlds described and never anything on the internet. The maps are amazing here allowing to zoom in and read on the specific towns or landmarks. Changed my reading experience completely for the better having access to good maps, and the characters and places sections are just a great bonus. I end up reading on this app as much as the books themselves. Easily worth the 5 bucks.

Excellent supplement to the books and the show!. As I read the book series, this app is very helpful in following the travels of each of the characters and referencing maps that are not included when you listen to a book on Audible. I highly recommend this as a supplement when you're reading the books or watching the series. The maps, pictures and descriptions enhance my imagination as I listen to the books. It is well worth the money in my opinion.

Great companion. ... to the books. This is my third time reading the books and I love being able to look through the maps, log journeys, look up a person, etc. The one thing I wish the app had is menu with a family tree for each house (I'd be willing to pay extra for it). But the app is more than worth the $5 the way it is now.

Great App, Worth the Purchase!. If you're a fan of the ASOIAF world, then you should probably add this app to that literary collection. It features exclusive chapters from upcoming unreleased books, interactive maps, lineages, character breakdowns and links, etc etc I could go on for a while. In short, it's definitely worth downloading, and the extra few dollars for full access to all of the content. Great as a Reference Tool, great as an app on its own weight. Five very well-earned stars!

Getting better. They have added a ton of characters within the last year, which is great to see. I would love to see more houses added. There are currently only 15.

Wow!. What can I say about the price and content that hasn't already already been offered? This is the most complete encyclopedia to this world as one will find without putting years into studying every part of each book in this series. It is well put together and easy to use. Don't take my word for it... give it a shot if you are a fan!

Pretty good. Pretty good basic level app has basic information on a lot of things but I’m not paying extra just for information that I could find on Wikipedia page or in the books have already bought every book for a song of ice and fire I’m not paying extra to get that same information in an app

Brilliant!. With the massive storyline that George R. R. Martin has woven, it's not utterly surprising that an app has been created to assist fans to reference source material that may have been forgotten over the course of the years. It's a brilliant app; to avoid spoilers, it has a slide-bar that lets you decide what material is shown, based on what books you have finished reading. Text is clean and updated based on new publicized works. Maps are included, but material and maps must be bought. Honestly at the low price, it is totally worth the investment. It's also nice for those who watch the television show, as it enables you to see the true happenings and also gives you the maps to refer to while watching the show. Five stars.

Amazing and informative. I love EVERYTHING about the world of Ice and Fire, and this is the perfect guide if you want more in depth information! I recommend you buy the spoiler packs if you've read the books and seen the show!

I’m conflicted on this app. I’m still not sure if paying for the app was worth it. It’s very neat that you can follow characters through their quests in the book but many times when I don’t know who a character is and I look them up they’re not even listed. It’s annoying. It’s not even people that are mentioned once and never again. I’m currently reading book two and Arya is reciting her names and I didn’t remember some of the people she mentioned so I looked them up but they’re not listed. And it’s not just one it’s several that aren’t listed. Ser Amory, Dunsen, when I was in book 1 there was another character I didn’t recognize and he too was not listed, I don’t remember his name now but it was knight. It’s also pretty buggy, sometimes after finding a name after clicking on it the app will just bug out and freeze as it’s loading the information. When this happens a reset won’t even fix the issue it’s hard to tell when the app will decide to work and when it won’t. When it does work or when the information IS listed it’s great though. Detailed and concise. However there’s blue links on sheets sometimes that work as links to other pages and they don’t always work. It needs work

Amazing. This is a very nice guide to utilize while you are reading through the series. Definitely a great visual guide so you can explore where you are in relation to the series ;) However there are some glitches to this app. When I select some of the headings such as creatures or things, nothing comes up and it's left blank. Fix this bug please.

Spiders' Web Unlocker. This app is easily the most useful app in my collection. I've read all books (to date) watched every episode numerous times and followed several websites, but this app pulls all the disparate storylines together and makes sense of off-hand remarks. My only complaint is that the differences between the books and the TV script are made murkier through the app. The relationship between Mance Rader and Giantsbane, for example, confuses readers as there is no explanation about which is the book story and which is the script story. It happens so seldom, however, that it hardly distracts from the value of the app. No fan should be without this crib-sheet.

Way too basic. I’ve paid to unlock all of the packs, and I’m sadly disappointed in how little detail there is compared to other online free sources. Naath’s page, for example, doesn’t mention that the butterflies are poisonous to those not native to the isle. You don’t even have Symeon Star-Eyes as a character either. I feel like anyone who has read the books will feel that most of the details you pay to unlock are far too basic. I expect to be able to find any detail I want from the series if I’m paying for an app. I was expecting a lot more for the price. The fan pages on A Wiki of Ice and Fire are infinitely better, and free!

Great App. This is a great resource for finding quick information about ASOIAF’s characters, locations, and events. While it doesn’t contain everything, it is a good source of information if you are looking for a quick refresh on some bit of information. Seeing the map with the main character travel paths throughout the series is also very useful and insightful when looking at the overall story and picture of events throughout the novels. Overall, it’s a fantastic app, although I would like it see it updated more frequently with information. It has been a while since that has happened. Lastly, if the developer is reading this, I noticed an error with some information. On the Sorrowful Men page, the last sentence refers to “Maester Illyrio”, however this should read “Magister Illyrio.”

Great companion / reference app. There is so much great info and reference work in the app; I highly recommend it if you have read or are planning to read the books. There was nothing like this available when I started reading the series in 2003. If you're a just a casual viewer of the show, a lot of the info may seem to be from a parallel universe. It may just convince to read the series to see what you're missing.

Needs to be updatable. The app was cool before all the other books came out and now I am finding the App in need of an update, adding all the information from the world book and from the fire and ice books. Also the app prompts you to buy books that they do not add the info into the app. Need to make it more then a one time use product. It should update with the updating of info. Like how is Daemon Targaryen only mentioned as a kings grandson, brother, and father. I have all the books I just felt having the app put it all in one place and it's just a snap shot in time .

Restore Not Working. I purchased all the Info Packs and the restore link is not working, it keeps failing-since the last update. Love the app, I use it all the time while watching the shows, but please let me know how to restore my purchases.

Almost perfect. This is a nice app to have while reading the books but the font is soooooo small especially on the characters profiles.. If it had an option to either increase the font or pinch the screen to make the text on the profiles easier to read it would be 5 stars easy. Update to 5 stars: FONT INCREASE added! Not to mention the entire interface has been beautifully redesigned. AMAZING!!!! Great job!!!!!

Developer please help. Have tried to send email after hitting the help icon but I am not sure if it’s the right email address. First off let me say I really love this application. There can be a lot of confusion due to the complex story lines and so many characters and locations. This application is so helpful in keeping everything and everybody straight in your head. I appreciate the brief but informative backstories of the characters and locations as well. The maps are so very thorough and so easy to navigate as well. It’s worth every penny. Now to my issue DEVELOPERS- I have purchased everything and have the slider all the way over to the 5th book but in spite of that some of the characters journey’s are locked. For example I chose Brienne of Tarth and it informed me the book she first appears in is not unlocked and sends me to the slider screen to unlock it. The slider is already set to unlock all 5 books(all the way over to ‘the right side over ‘A Dance With Dragons’) Could you give advice here and or send me the correct email to direct my question? This is a really awesome application and I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you!!!!

Pretty Good, But Could Be Improved. I love the fact that I can access so much information about these characters without going online to wikis and such. I also love the general layout, and the some of the features. The ability to see a character’s journeys across the books are also nice. For improvements, I’d like to see tabs within each character’s entry. For example, if I’m viewing Jon Snow’s entry, I’d like to be able to click a tab to show what he did in Book 1, then tab over to see his actions in Book 2 and 3 without having to manually scroll down through all that text. Kinda like what a Wikipedia page does on the Wikipedia app. All in all, if they can make this app just as good as, or better than, the Wiki of Ice and Fire online, that’d be ideal. I happily paid the five bucks.

Fix the scrolling. The app has lots of info and really good content. My only problem with it is the scrolling. It doesn’t feel as smooth and quick as normal iOS scrolling does and makes for a sub-par experience while reading longer bodies of text.

Must have for all Readers. Martin is a complex author, and his world is populated by a wide array of characters. This app allows readers to plug in the name of any given character and learn much about their past, who they’ve interacted with and more… I can recall being 2 sentences into a Cercei chapter when she mentions Lollys Stokeworth… after checking the app I became familiar with Lollys (who I thought based on the name was a knight not a lady) and how she fits into the story. I spent the next hour falling down a rabbit hole, as I clicked on other characters and places in her description, that lead me to more characters and more events. The app allows readers to finally understand the story, lost in an ocean of Names , places and histories of Westeros.

I never rate/review...but this app just deserves it. I have never rated or reviewed any app, restaurant, podcast, movie, etc. online, but this app is a beautiful thing if you love GRRM’s incredibly extensive story and it’s world. I was introduced to the show first then decided to read the books. I am obviously glad I did because as good as the show is, the books are better and this app is the cherry on top. The map is a great aid while I have been “rereading” the story via audible. Minor characters have bios to help you recall them from previous books. Being able to follow a favorite character on the map through their story chapter by chapter is awesome...I could go on and on but the free content is great and the option for full in-depth info is well worth it to me for just $5. I love it.

Amazing app. Every character, every house, only missing one thing .. the Things section is very weak for all the things westeros has to off I mean they didn't even have wildfire and that's a easy one plz add more and complete this app. Also a time line for the books would be cool

Can’t buy spoilers. I’m on an IOS device and can’t even buy the info packs/spoilers for the app. Seems like a great app but it isn’t complete and from what I can tell you can’t even get the complete version with in app purchases like they say you can because the app doesn’t let you select the option to buy the info packs/spoilers- would certainly give a higher rating if the developers fixed this major issue. Would not even recommend downloading the free version until it’s fixed as it’s simply a major tease of what it COULD be.

Great reference material. GRRM's world is so massive and so complex that it's easy to get confused. This is a great reference for when you come across a passage in the books that doesn't quite make sense. I'm well into my second read through of the series, hoping to finish by the time TWOW comes out, and I still refer to this app when I need clarification of something. It has greatly helped my comprehension of the series.

Perfect for new and veteran ASOIAF books. Has great information for when you want to reference locations or who characters are that you might not remember to well. Definitely worth it.

I love this app. Fun for book readers, not for TV show only watchers. The only thing I wish for is more pictures! Maybe eventually making to where you can explore the towns. Artwork for every person, place or thing. That's my wish. I'm sure they'll have to be approved me Martin because so many characters are dead and some will never make the cut for the show but as a book reader it would be fun to have a visual concept of the known world.. I know he has requested more art. I dunno. I just think that's something possible and the only thing I was a little sad about.

Love it, but a lot of storage. I love looking at all the maps and reading about all the people, but the fact that I have one app that takes up over a gigabyte of storage bothers me. I wish the information could be stored online, or at least partially so it wouldn't take up so much space. I believe a good idea is something similar to the maps that you have to download to view. Maybe be connected to the internet to view documents, unless you choose to download them to take up space. But overall, I thoroughly enjoy the app.

The best companion to the books you could have. The information is great. The illustrations are amazing. The maps are super helpful in visualizing battles that get very geography heavy. The spoiler protection is a PAID feature but is easily worth the 5 dollar asking price. Just select the last book you read and the information updates to only show the things established in the latest book you read. It’s genius! I wish the bottom of the pages had a little bounce when you scroll to the bottom and that the UI was a little more clear. These are minor suggestions though and I still stand next to my 5 stars.

Without a thought. If you're reading the series this is the perfect companion, the free version was way more than I needed so I decided to buy the whole "pack" and I've been hooked ever since

Detail is great, but spotty. I appreciate much of the detail of information on this app, but there is still so much missing. For instance, you include a nice bio for Brynden Rivers, yet only a mere mention of his mistress, Shiera Seastar. This occurs with many characters. As well, I would love for there to be more pin options on the maps. I'd like to be able to tap on the "step stones" and read a detailed description of how the children of the forest destroyed the land bridge connecting Essos to Westeros and why they had to. There's very much detail in some parts, but many times the information right next to those parts is missing. In spite of this write up, I really dig the app.

WORTH IT!. If you're a fan of ASOIAF you need this app. It's good reference to come back to while you're reading the books. We all know how complex and intertwined the narratives are, maybe you're reading the 3d book and a character pops up, you feel you've read their name before but you don't know when or where, then you go to the app and search the name and read about it (there's a spoiler control thingy so you don't have to worry about spoilers) and also the maps are so AWESOME they have tracking paths for different characters so while you're reading you can check where everybody is and have prospective. In conclusion the app is convenient, easy to workout and inclusive so BUY IT!!!

Essential (but one small complaint). This app is essential for reading (and re-reading ASOIAF) but I have one small complaint. If you have the spoiler control on a certain book and they die in that book, please move the “place of death” to the bottom. I found out about Ygrittes death a few chapters to early when I was refreshing my memory about something. Imagine if I’d looked up Lysa, Tywin, or Joffrey.

Very Helpful and Quite Awesome. Really glad I found this app. Not as pricey as I thought it would be. I've gotten a LOT of info for $4.99. So far everything is working fine. Purchased the extra features for the books on my iPhone and was able to get them on my iPad without paying again. A review I'd read mentioned having to pay twice but I had no problems. Recommend this to anyone who loves the books and /or series to use as a reference for everything GoT. The maps are pretty awesome. Love it.

FAVORITE APP EVER!!. Even for the most casual of fans, (whether of the T.V. Show, OR the books) this app is like a digital archive of George R.R. Martins’ actual mind itself! The map brings the entire “World of Ice & Fire” to life, & makes it feel more like an actual historical event, rather than just simply the imagination of a great author. It draws you into the world that he’s created almost as realistically as opening the front door of your Home brings you into the real world. Then there’s the biographies & summation that provide SO MUCH context, as well as left out material from the show, that it truly does help you to better understand, relate, & enjoy the characters (known & unknown alike) Bottom line, of you like Game of Thrones I was OR the books... PURCHASE THIS APP!!! P.S. To the creators of this app... PLEASE UPDATE!!! Add more locations, myths, & histories. I would buy even the smallest of in-app purchases that you release, so PLZ DO SO

Best companion app for ASOIAF. I found this app to be super thorough, with the most extensive and in depth view of the novel’s characters, plots, items, Targaryen dynasty, etc. I find the maps to be extremely useful as illustrating the character’s journeys. If you are constantly asking yourself who so and so is then you should definitely get this, and having all the spoiler’s unlocked will help all fan. I will state that I would love to see more of the House lineages, or family trees. Maybe a section for banner men, minor houses, liege-riders, etc at least describing what houses and banners fall under allegiance to their prospective Lord Paramount.

Map exit. EDIT: They fixed everything mentioned below! The developers really read and take into consideration these reviews. Thus, it now goes from a 4 to a 5 star app for me! ________ This is an amazing app!!! The only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star for me is the problem of zooming in and selecting of a specific town or geographical body. Once you select a town/geographical body for more information- you cannot simply back up to where you at on the map before selecting said item. You must find the entire region (Westeros, Essos, etc.) again and zoom back in (which takes some time because it is a very excellent, extensive, and large map). However, that is only one small correction. If you are a ASOIAF or Game of Thrones fan- this is “must have” and very helpful! Thank you for making this wonderful app!!!

Looks cool, but I can’t buy info packs. I tried to look it up online to see if it was broken or the app has been abandoned, but can’t find anything. I really wanna purchase all of the packs but none of them work, I just click on the button for it and nothing happens. I’m not sure if it’s something on my end or not

Great supplement to the books. I really love this app. Very useful when you are reading the books and need to look up characters, places etc. I am giving four stars because there are still many characters missing. A lot of historical Targaryen who are a huge part of Fire and Blood are not listed. Sadly, it seems like mostly female characters are the ones being excluded. I would love it if this was updated.

Great App for Story Line Reference & Pre-order Info. First off: I just received an alert for the GRRM limited Pre-order from this app and it was the most amazing and appreciated notification ever. I will FOREVER keep this app updated. It's also super useful to help remember story lines, character and places within the story. Great, but.... This is a pretty informative app. Since the books are long some people might forget what happened and can use this to look back. However, what this is missing is an "event" category. A category explaining events that happened in the books or in westeros history. Please put it in ur next update.

Crashes. Was a great app but this version keeps crashing.

iPad version crashes. This version is very buggy and constantly closes by itself. You also cannot restore purchases. Made publisher aware and awaiting response.

Literally cannot view anything unless you immediately pay $8. This app has no features in the free version of it. Downloaded it just to find everything locked behind a pay wall.

Well worth the price. One star deducted because not all places and people are included - A Wiki Of Ice And Fire is better, But this ap is more convenient. The maps are fantastic and the illustrations beautiful and all information appears accurate. The spoiler slider is a good idea for people who haven't read all the books. Very handy, I recommend it.

Other map. It is pretty gay how this company asks to remove the other westeros map which is better. This one is ok.

I'm really liking it!. Definitely helps as a book reader to have a bit of a refresh on different characters, lands and history. It's a book readers companion because it helps so much, especially with characters you've totally forgotten.

Great app. Lots of great info.. I love the app and the info provided, especially the maps and journeys sections. However one problem I have is that the illustrations of characters are too small at the top of the page on iPhone. If you could add the ability to zoom in and see them full screen then it would be perfect. I would like to see, in detail, how GRRM envisioned the characters compared to their TV portrayals.

Great App - Future suggestions. A great app for fans of A Song of Ice and Fire with incredible detail put into all aspects. Navigating through the app can be a little bit tedious at times but does not retract from the value. I would love to see a family tree feature added for some of the major houses, particularly Stark and Targaryren in the future. Keep up the good work!

Looks free, but really will cost you $6.50. Although you download it for free, you get extremely limited information unless you pay in-app purchases. Once bought though it is good, it's just the fact it was advertised as free

Well worth it!. When you consider that you pay $20 per book (on average) the $6 or whatever is well worth it. The maps are awesome as well as the app in general. It will help when you sometimes get a bit lost when reading the books or remembering which character is which.

Not really worth the cost.. The information in this ap is really good. The spoiler protection is a brilliant feature, however the maps are no good, there is not a full map of the entire world, I can search any search engine and find a map like that, the rest of the information you can find on a Wiki of Ice and Fire. It was disapointing to have to pay to unlock some of the information.

Know your 7 kingdoms people!. Great app. very useful to go back to and get to know more about the characters after watching the episodes. well constructed app and great graphics too!

It's a great app!!. If you're a fan of ASOIF.. Pick this up and pay the $5.00!!! It's worth every penny. While the downloads are a bit big it's certainly worth it from a visual standpoint. Great maps, great art and excellent drawings of the major characters from the books. You can see this app growing and adding more features as the time goes on.

Must have companion for all of those immersed in the books. This app is incredible! There are beautiful illustrations to accompany so many characters and locations. The app has so much in depth detail on everything in the realm!

Amazing. It's such a useful app for those times when you don't know who a character is or when your not entirely sure we're a certain place is. Also the layout is really good and the art is really nice.

Great app. Like having all the information available to do GoT homework! Would it be possible though to let the user make the text bigger? I might be showing my age here, but I do find that the text is too small and I'd like the option to enlarge it as I do with most other ipad text.

Good but could be better. Very helpful and enjoyable app when reading the series. Descriptions are very informative. Like the artwork pictures for prominent characters, however wish the artworks for the characters would change with each book unlocked to suit as the characters change/age, which I think would help justify the price for charging per book to be unlocked.

Great but.... I really enjoy this app. But it's incredibly annoying that it flips inbetween past and present tense. Please fix this. Notable examples are Cersei Lannister's page (where is says "Cersei arrives in the world with her twin brother Jaime holding on to her ankle") it would be more correct to use 'arrived'. Crashes!!. Upgraded to iPhone 6 and now I can't restore my purchases. It crashes every time I try. Please fix. If not for this problem I would totally give it 5 stars!

Good app but it is crashing.. I love this app. It's a great source of additional information. The maps especially help clarify were everything is. But I cannot restore my previous purchases. The app keeps crashing on my iPhone 6. I would give this app five stars easily if the crashes are fixed.

Having some issues re-downloading.. I loved this app when I had it a few years back and was looking to restore my download. Problem is, is that when I click the cloud icon the download never begins. Connection to the internet is not the issue.

Great guide.. I just started reading the series and wanted something other than the web to keep track of all the amazing characters and world of GoT. Instead of needing to fire up the PC or Laptop this app provides all the information you need to enjoy the world Martin has created. He created one of the most detailed, if not daunting fantasy worlds ever, and It is a bit overwhelming to keep track of or understand at first. This app has all you need to get quick references or detail about anything in the books. The maps are essential and having an idea of what the characters look like, without watching the series helps bring the books alive. One of the best parts is the spoiler control which keeps you from finding too much information too soon. The only issue is you may need to turn the slider up to see some information which it otherwise hides. You may inadvertently find out what happens before you read it. Otherwise, you can cross reference people and places with ease. The price is not too steep,about the price of a mass paperback, which is a small price to pay to have all your information in one place and conveniently organized. Sure a lot of this information is a on the web, however, the spoiler control and the one stop shop makes this app essential to getting into the series.

Great app. If you are a big fan of ASOIAF/GoT, you wouldn't mind the price. Trust me, you will find it to be very useful in keeping you on track in your journey across Westeros and beyond, considering the depth and complexity of the series and its 1000 characters.

Map. Suggestion: have an option to remove the sidebar when viewing maps, so they can be seen in full screen. Other than this the app is perfect. Full Screen maps please!!!

Weeeeeeeeelll, because of the series the drawn images don't work. I read the books first. Bought the history, then the DVDs and Netflix, now the app... I am guessing that the licensing fees are the big challenge here. BUT if the IMAGES in the app matched the actors in the series,mand their images in the series looked at least SIMILAR to the tv series representations...Then it would be. Ohesive. Right now, I'm translating.

So close. App is out of this world amazing!! I want nothing more than to give this app 5 stars but there are some bugs I've found. Most frustrating is in reading a feast for crows and when I go to maps then journeys then pick certain people like Brienne it says spoiler protected and wot let me see her journey. I've set the spoiler to a dance with dragons to see if it worked and nothing. I'd love to be able to see her journey it serves as a good reminder as to where she's at.

Pointless. This is a pointless app in a time when there is all the information available, for free, on the real Internet. Use a browser and go and fetch this knowledge in a community like Westeros.org, visit Martin's homepage for new chapters previews etc - and for anything else just read the books! Again, this does not offer any additional content. It would have been nice to have a free companion app based on all the available free content, but none of the in-app purchases actually contain any real benefit in my opinion.

Pay for everything. I think this app is a great idea, I just think the fact that you have too pay too get all the spoilers to go away is not fair, I don't think you should have too pay too unlock it, I think you should just be able too change it in setting, I have a strict budget and I can't afford too pay for it every time I want too change a spoiler setting...

Pay and then crash--don't buy. Without paid content, it's useless. So I paid. Now it crashes on start. I would appreciate my money back ASAP. Thanks. Everyone else...stay away, don't buy this thing.

Restore purchases no longer works. I got all of the novel extensions but now i cannot restore my purchase in the app, when I press the button, nothing happens. So now I lost out on my previous purchase and am stuck on just the first book level of detail.

Maps. With the new update the maps seems clunky and zoom in and out too fast. Plus I noticed on some maps the pins have been lost, especially on the Free Cities map’s. Usually worth every penny, but this needs another update now.

A dance with dragons spoiler blocker won’t unlock. Great app but several journeys are locked, and I can’t disable the spoiler blocker feature for the last book. Please fix this functionality.

Good Compainon. App helps as reading or rereading the novels. There’s plenty to update from Fire and Blood. I would rather Winds of Winter come out sooner than update this app tho. One can hope but I’m getting old, and so is George.

Needs an update. With Game of Thrones back in the cultural awareness due to House of the Dragon, this could use an update. Information from the books World of Ice and Fire, Fire & Blood, and the Targaryen novellas would be helpful, useful, and interesting.

Great companion app!. This really is a great app when reading a song of ice and fire! Even if you don't use the travel function, just having the maps is a great help!

Nothing works. Don’t know if it’s because I didn’t pony up for in-app purchases, but I can only access the most basic and obvious characters, and no houses or places at all. Either the app doesn’t work or the free version is pointless. Either way, there are WAY better free apps out there that do everything they promise.

Where’s The World?!. After reading A World of Ice and Fire and Fire and Blood, I am DEEPLY disappointed by the content (or lack thereof) in this app. I was hoping for AT LEAST as much info as the Wiki.. but nope. I paid $5 for some cool art and maps, but only very shallow World. No mention of The Long Night, nor The 13th Lord Commander, or Azor Ahai, anything interesting at all in the World of Ice and Fire is missing. It’s a shame, but maybe just a temporary thing? Of course I will not be paying any more money if they should release more content, so I’ll never find out!

The New Look. The new look is absolutely gorgeous. It makes me want to read the books all over again.

Have to but EVERYTHING. There is almost no free stuff in this. Nothing to even pull you in. Not worth it in my opinion, as could just look most everything up for free. It's only 5 bucks, but its still not worth it unless you're a diehard fan.

Utterly lacking support. Fantastic reference for the books. However there is endless content that could be put into this app and it’s rarely updated. It’s been 3 years since the last time content was added! Also the map zoom it’s super glitchy. Better off with the wiki of ice and fire online at this point.

Nothing special. I was really hoping for more with this app. Descriptions are very thin and there is no added value. Free resources on the Web are much more descriptive and comprehensive. The maps are nice, but these TOO can be found on the web. In my mind, this was just a ploy to make additional money from fans.

Love the Lore but this app is barebones.... Like a lot of people I was attracted to the books after falling in love with the show...when I saw an app that claimed to be a companion aid to the books I got excited and downloaded immediately. UNFORTUNATELY, the app is very barebones and requires in-app purchases to really show you anything meaningful.

Highly recommended. Such a great useful reference book to go back to while you're reading the main books.

Spoilers section doesn’t seem to work anymore. When I first got the app everything on the app but recently the spoiler section just won’t work. I click the already bought but nothing happens, otherwise it’s a great app it’s really informative and maps are really cool.

Wishing for an update. I’m new to the GRRM universe and have loved getting into HOTD/F&B but wish this app was expanded on! Would really love to see that information recorded as well on an app as easy as this but the wikia and google will do I suppose.

Very thorough. The app is pretty much an interactive encyclopedia for Martin’s world. It’s easy to use and has some great features. I do wish the house words, those that we know, appeared with the corresponding sigils.

Best spoiler setting function I've ever used. Very comprehensive and useful. The spoiler setting function is very effective at limiting the information to match your progress in the books.
