Can’t change gaming system. I am not able to change the system have my games on they are all stuck on Xbox one but other than that it seems to be a solid app

Loading screens is a pain. I usually don't review things but this time I had too the loading screen is terrible one of the worst I've seen on an iPhone but the app does its job eventually

Nifty app. I'm just giving this a shot cause I've got RE6, wanna see what points have to offer, and said "eh, why not." Not bad so far, profile updates were quick. Loading times aren't THAT BAD either if you have just a hair of patience. Login was a cinch, but I did register and account through my computer before I stumbled on this app.

Very Useful!. The app works great and allows me to not need a computer in order to track my stats and unlockables. I enjoy it very much.

Ok-ish. This is a pretty good app but for some reason it won’t allow me to enable steam.

Amazing app in every way. I really love this app so much been using it for years now. Always kept me updated On what I unlocked and upcoming online events! It's like a brand new social platform just for the RE fans you can see contests like edited photos from other users and interact with them. So so cool this app is I'll give it 5 stars cause it had provided me everything that I expected form the app

Don't forget me. Cover everything you love from the site But there's something weird when agent levels are being sorted, also the app takes too long to load each page and on top of that, there is no "remember me" function, you ALWAYS have to enter your capcom account password and then you have to log in on PSN to greet certain records... You have to log in TWICE without being able to use saved passwords, roughly this wastes about 5 minutes in logging in completely adding the fact that the app is still slow

It a good start.. It’s great to keep track of your progress and to see we’re you stand with others. Although it feels like it is only half done. I can see what you tried to do. You wanted it just like the website but that won’t work for apps. I’ve unlocked multiple icons but it won’t let me change them. Maybe do some updates and treat it like an app instead of the website. It would make navigating it so much easier. The app could be so much better.

Not horrible but needs improvements. I actually do like the concept of the re net app but it needs to be more polished. I waited till one week after the first event to do a review and I am happy that much of the lag is gone. But two problems that I have so far that have not been solved are no remember sign in info and I cannot buy items with the app. Please fix these problems and I would give this app 5 stars.

Love the idea. But I feel like the app is being neglected. Though the idea is great and it can be very useful for those who are massive RE fans like myself but the app itself needs some work. I feel like the menus are all over the place and it takes too long for anything to load. Then i have to log in every time I go into the app. I hope these reviews are being read because I do enjoy using it. I’m also using the iPhone X. The app can be enjoyable if it was maintained and not feel like it’s been neglected.

Needs overhaul for RE2 Remake. What would be a better companion for our RE2 Remake ventures than a complete overhaul of this awesome app? Re:Net app feels dated and needs some talented creators to breath new virtual life into its mouth. I would give it 5 S.T.A.R.S.

Broken App. Every time I go to login, it keeps trying to get me to register, and when I click on ambassador, it shows that I am in fact logged in, but it won't let me see any game history or anything other than rigistrstion page.

Update please. With Biohazard and RE2 coming out in a few weeks. Please update the app. It would go a long way.

Why do I have to login every time!?. Could be a fun app to pair with the re games but it’s annoying to get into every time...

Re portal. I want to like this app but they are making people that use the app migrate the account, which it’s a complicated process and my password doesn’t work on sign in and I know that’s the password because I just reset it idk what’s going on with this app.

Slowest app ever. I’m not sure how it’s even physically possible to load this slowly.

Nintendo switch. Please update resident evil 6, it’s on switch but I cannot upload my play data to the site. I also think updating the entire app would make a massive difference. It’s confusing and slightly out dated. Other then that everything is great. Thanks guys!

Too many bugs. I give the app one two stars just for being reliable on keeping up to date on my stats and events. However, i can't purchase anything with my points because of a bug and the app is too slow. Too many bugs in the app as well. Pleaae fix

Can’t get ambassador. I tried linking my twitter account, tried selecting country and language and then the ambassador card and agreed to terms, but the next button won’t work

Need masive update. The app is completely abandoned, it crashes in the login screen. Pls update it to the latest ios so we can use it also a overhaul to the interface might do it some good right now its very outdated.

Nice. Nice app to go along with the web service for the best game to date. A little slow right now like the site but does its function fine.

Useful Great but.... This app helps me with my resident evil experience, I love that I can check event progress from away from the console. The only issue I experience is loading and the occasional crashing. Please try to update this app to help my experience feel even better! Thanks!

Wrongly categorized as a game. Don’t call a utility or news app a game app.

A Little Slow to use/Navigate. The App Works, Just not exactly 100% Bug Free, Sometimes it will just not do much of anything other than Load.

Outdated. It’s time for a revamp. With a little care, it could have been great. I love the idea of the app but after all this time it’s as slow as ever & the ambassador tab asks for a login just about every time. I’d be hard pressed to recommend it over just using the site on a browser instead. Not to mention it could use a fresh coat of paint. It still has a back button from over a decade ago.

Unusable. I have an iPhone 5 and this app is even slow on that. As in every time I click something I have to wait about 2-3 minutes for it to show up. The login button doesn't do anything until you press it about 20 times and once you are able to put your information in it just says "the page has expired". I love this game, I play it religiously and I was really looking forward to this app because the website doesn't work that well either but it's broken too. Fix it and ill change my rating.

Great IDEA to tie your console and phone... BUTTT there is such a lack of polish. It's acting more like a web page rather than a dedicated app. I love the idea of getting info on my game right on my iPhone, it's a solid concept, but there is so much polishing and refinement of the experience that needs to take place. At least I'm liking RE:6 so far

Not a game. This is NOT a game. Why T.F. Can’t anyone offer resident evil as a game instead of notes and pictures?!?

Trash. The app is horrible. That’s when it decides to work. Save your phone storage for an app that works.

Great idea. The interface is wicked outdated, though.

App COULD be great. The app is almost great but because it is essentially a bookmark for the web app it is kind of pointless. Having to login everytime I use the app defeats the purpose of having the convenience of a non web app. It seems like its just a skin for the web version as even loading times for things like image assets hang up like they are being pulled from a server rather than locally. These complaints have been in reviews at least 2 years old too so it’s kind of disheartening when you see these same issues haven’t been addressed. If you don’t know how to bookmark webpages then get this app, otherwise I would stick to the web version as its the same experience and takes up less space.

Idea was good nothing in the end though sadly. Great idea horrible follow through though. Event ends then wait a week exactly for the rewards! This site has been up this long but catheter any better with sending out rewards nor can you go back and resend yourself rewards you have received in the past. Money market scam if you lose all game data then theirs nothing you can do. Updates are nice but what is really getting updated? Nothing that will help people that play these games. Never take advice from players. So what exactly is this site worth in the long run? I know I will get a computer generated reply! Worthless. I’ve played these events for a long time and I’m the end when I needed help the most nothing in return. Except “oh buy this” garbage.

Helpful. The only issue i am having is that its slow and i unlocked a wallpaper and whenever i try to use it, nothing seems to change. Other than those 2 issues this app is great

Could be great , needs upgrade. The idea of the Resident Evil Net and iOS app could be very good. It needs big upgrades kind the PlayStation app before it was slow and confusing like yours but after the last update with complete make over now it’s very intuitive and nice. Hope you update your app read all reviews big part of the people thinks the same

For loyal fans. Its pretty good overall, but after I beat the games i hardly use this. Its for Hardcore players

I love the app, it helps keep track of everything, but there are a few bugs that need addressing; the first is that sometimes the app won't even load leaving a blank screen, and the second it that it won't synchronize my game since March, which caused me to fail several events. PLEASE FIX THIS

It’s not a horrible app…. I like this app, especially since I’m really starting to develop a newfound appreciation for the resident evil games, only thing I would hope they implement is for the ambassador program when they give us other options for linking instead of Twitter, other than that it’s not a bad app

PLEASE CAPCOM!. PLEASE PUT RESIDENT EVIL 4 BACK ON MOBILE! With more content! I would definitely be a first buyer! RE4 was and still is my absolute favorite so it would be amazing to have it mobile please capcom!!!😭😭

Still doesn't work. This is by far one of the slowest apps I have ever used. The idea was good however the app does not work. Once you log on if you can log in it takes forever. Pressing any tab takes at least 6-10minutes to load if it doesn't time out. I would suggest using the actual website but it's apparent that the site suffers from the same type of problems though not as bad. I've come back every now and then to see if the updates in the app improve anything. However after this most recent installment of the app it seems that the improvements however minor still aren't good enough. The app works if you can manage to wait it out. Hopefully the creators can fix this problem so if you have no choice use the app otherwise stick with the site.

Playstation 4. Need update resident evil 6 for PS4

Sounds Promising but Feels Unfinished. Thank you for making the Resident Evil Experience extend to our computers and iPhones too, not just our PlayStations. This app sounds very promising but it's very glitchy. Logging in does not occur when you click the login button but only when you click the SHARE icon to the top right of the screen. The scrolling down is also kind of glitchy. It's more like a problem with the programing as the app in general feels like a website application rather than an iPhone app. The forum logs you in once you click login but takes you to a computer version of a web page not the forum itself as it shows up prior to log in. I hope you fix these problems ASAP and we really do need an iPad app. Thanks and hope you make a difference very soon. A RE addict since I was 8 years old, RinoTheBouncer

Resident evil. Add to mobile

Needs update. Works okay. It runs a bit slow trying to navigate the app. Also they need to add the Nintendo switch console to Resident Evil Remake and Resident Evil 6.

Great App. It's awesome to track my stats on Resident Evil 6 but it doesn't seem to support the Xbox one version, any ideas why?

Switch update. Resident Evil Revelations collection is now out for the Switch! It is a good idea to upgrade the app as Switch as Resident Evil Revelations and Resident Evil Revelations 2!

2 stars for the idea!. This app runs two ways; horribly slow or not at all. The idea is great but unless improvements are made, I'm not going to concern myself with investing my time in the community. I'll be checking in once a day but I'm not holding my breath... The game is 6 out of 5 stars so I'm spending my time there.

Good improvements but needs more.. I like how this application has iOS7 support now and Revelations is also covered. However, the app is now really slow in getting data for anything I select. It doesn't matter if I'm using wifi or 4g, the results are the same.

Great addition. Complements the game perfectly syncs data and gives rewards for doing well and completing campaigns. eg new outfits for merc mode I suggest setting up on Mac or pc its a lot easier to sync your playstation acc also make sure in RE6 game you turn on data upload in options menu or your acc's won't sync and data won't upload I think the best game/app duo so far well done capcom!

Nice ideas...... Put together poorly.. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When it does its unresponsive, it takes waaaay too long to view a page, it constantly crashes, just makes this a chore to log in, even when its a mobile!

Works fine though slow. Works perfectly for me without crashing yet, logging in was fine and all my data is synched. The downside is that the loading is slow but that's hardly a surprise since the site is really slow on desktop too compared with other sites.

Crashing upon login. Consistently crashes after doing the captcha when trying to login on iOS 13.5.1. on iPhone XS. Clearly hasn't been updated for modern day and is therefore garbage.

Good idea, spotty result.. When the app isn't crashing it's treating my account as though linking is incomplete (it's not; I linked my account to Facebook and Live at day 1); points can't be spent through the app, login is iffy at best, and switching pages takes far too long. A good first effort - but there are serious bugs to be worked out.

Terrible app. Just wraps web pages and adds no extra value.

Functional but slow. It does what it's supposed to, and it does a very good job, but my GOD this app is insanely slow. SO SLOW. Slooooooow to the point of barely being usable, and that's on an iPhone 6. PLEASE get this app up to speed.

Login error. The login button does nothing, so I can't log into my account.

Can't login. Every time I try to login with Facebook it gives me an error. The project is a good idea but its more trouble than its worth...

Not optimized for iPhone 5. Optimize this first, there isn't any excuse. This should have been from the start. Don't be lazy Capcom. Aside from that, the PC support was needed but now that it's added, things are good.

Well. Its a little slow but its portable & convenient to use.

Fine. Works just fine for me. Sure it's slow, but so is the website. I don't think it deserves the terrible rating that it has gotten.

Gets the job done. The app is slow and sadly you can't unlock costumes or any other rewards using it. It is handy if you need a refresher for an upcoming event or just want to admire your stats.

A cool app, but needs to be compatible with iPhone 6. It's a very awesome application, but it's severely slow on an iPhone 6 and seems that the app hasn't been updated in over a year.

Unusable due to speed. This is a great idea and would be handy but the app is so unbearably slow its impossible to use. The load times are the slowest of any app I've ever seen.

Stick to the web browser.... This is a joke; dial up loads less than this app. Here's a tip for capcom: if your going to make things exclusive for your game, make sure the tools needed to do the job actually work.

Really bad app.. Slow as hell, even under wifi. Login problems on/off. (it won't keep you sign in) is slow than the website and the website is pretty much as slow. Great idea but no where near to be a final version of a release. No what I would have expect from capcom.

Needs work. It's very slow, half the time you can't press any buttons and it freezes so you have to restart the app. Stuff is not very organized at all. I love Resident Evil but this app is honestly not that good..

ARE YOU SERIOUS!? ADD Wii U!!. I would like some Wii U support since I have RE-Revelations on Wii U. It also loads pretty slow but it gets the job done. I don't hate this app, BUT I also don't love it. I should love it! It also crashes.
