Great! I just can’t get it to stop!. I got this app in need of a metronome, but when I try to use it I can’t get it to turn off. In the end I take almost 5mins trying to turn it off! I also saw some reviews saying you had to pay to use it. Where it says that, it also says in the very middle of the page “or continue with the limited version”.

Good. This metronome app is pretty useful- especially for my clarinet practices and I like the games but the metronome setup and how fast or slow the metronome goes is pretty confusing. I never seemed to get the timing exactly right. All in all good app. (The premium thing is a little annoying too. Could you try to allow more access without having to pay for premium please?)

I mean what did I expect?. After clicking on this app through an advertisement that made it seem like it’d be a fun rhythm game, I’m disappointed in myself for being foolish enough to think I could do anything in this thing without paying $50 (no joke) for unlimited access. You heard me right, folks. $50 for a metronome you can buy at a music store for $2. “But what about that sweet button game??” You ask? You can play that... once. Then, of course, you’re asked to pay $50 to play it again. But don’t you worry — you can count simple 4/4 rhythms on the backs of red and green colored birds like you did in grade school until your little heart is content. Price for that? Only suffering through a few advertisements for how life-changing the $50 version of the metronome will be. So why a one-star rating? The one star is really for myself, to be honest. For clicking on an Instagram ad. For downloading an app like this. For believing that maybe this wasn’t a total scam app written by some middling music theory major with a minor in entrepreneurship trying to make a quick buck (or $50!!!!!!!!!) off the backs of average Americans just looking to tap out some rhythms with their poor overworked thumbs on a random Wednesday night. This one star rating is for me. And for you for even reading the reviews of this sorry app.

Fufils Requirements. Every time I open the app, it asks me to join premium. Hidden in the text, it says “or continue with original.” It took me a while to figure it out. But once you click it, you have your metronome. It is useful and very nice. It looks like a old time and new time metronome with the notches. I am pleased with this app.

Money thirsty people. It’s sad how when people want a metronome to help you out, people charge you for it. Unfortunately, it hurts people to make just 1 non-profit metronome for less fortunate people to use. I am 13 and there is no way I have money to pay every month. There are people that can’t pay your stupid 20 dollars for whatever. Only 18+ people. The rest of us 15 and below are left to die when we all have a love for music and just want a stupid metronome. Hope you enjoy your money you non-compassionate people.

WARNING: this app’s goal is to trick you into subscribing. I did the free trial and it was actually a pretty neat metronome app, but the subscription cost seemed a bit excessive to me so I cancelled my subscription before my card was charged. Months later, I was showing the app to a friend of mine. When I first opened it, it had some text on it and a big orange “next” button. The following pages were the exact same, but with different text and the same big orange “next” button. Naturally, anyone who wants to just use the app is going to quickly click “next” until the metronome appears. They know that. And that is why at the last page. They placed the exact same button at the exact same spot, except that time it said “subscribe” on it. Obviously, I tapped it by accident, and my instinct was to close out of the app, it when I clicked my iPhone’s home button, Apple Pay read my fingerprint and the payment was processed. Call me crazy, but I don’t believe this was “coincidentally” set up that way and I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened to. Any app that does this trickery to try to scam you into an extremely expensive subscription for the value deserves a 1-star rating in my book.

Thank you for the offer. Thank you I am very young I will see eye doctor tomorrow for sure yes yes I I am not going to come two hours Teuwhxuhwoahd Hehshfbs Thank goodness for you too ty and your y o two hours with the kids in a row I have a good job I will be there tomorrow morning thank you you for coming today let me know what

Cool and interesting! Recommend for piano. Hi musicians! I totally recommend this app because it helps a lot and there are games to it that makes it more fun. I play the piano and this metronome helps with counting. The games are fun. I think the pop up to get the premium should pop up less often because it is annoying. I also like to change the sound of the clicks to this drum sound because personally it helps me better. You can change the tempo easily.

Virus Detected. Ok, I get that I signed up for nag ware when I didn’t buy the upgrade. That’s a fair deal, since the app was useful to me and performed as I had hoped. BUT within a couple months the “ad” I started getting was a virus warning that felt suspiciously like ransom ware. The warnings ceased after I deleted this app, and I’ve seen no problems in the month since I did so. I wish Apple would pull this from the App Store, using their leverage to discourage developers to not pull this kind of nonsense.

Love the new update, won’t open!!. When they did the last big update I loved it, but they also started bombarding me with adds. I loved the games but mostly they where locked, other then one, which you had to watch a add to play. This morning I woke up went into the app to play the game, and a pop up showed up, it said 7 free day access to unlimited plan. I didn’t want that because after it ended it immediately started billing your App Store account. There was no way to get around this pop up, so I could not even get into this app.

Good metronome, bad everything else.. I’ll start with the good: The metronome itself is actually quite a good tool and seemingly well developed. I enjoyed using it. Next, the bad: The games section (at least the free part) is atrocious. It’s glitchy, lackluster, and not worth your time. Stick with the metronome. Finally, the REALLY bad: You have to be completely out of your mind if you think $6.99 per week for a metronome app is a good value for your customers. I have a feeling a vast majority of your subscriptions at this level are accidental. I understand you need to make money to continue development, pay your employees fairly, and grow, but come on guys. Quit being predatory and show a little respect for your customer base. These kinds of shady practices are going to ruin the App Store for good. You are trading long-term customer loyalty for a quick dollar. Maybe that’s your goal, but it doesn’t look good on you. I don’t need a generic and dismissive PR reply to this. You know what you are doing, and I highly suggest you rethink your business practices and focus on bringing a loyal customer base for the long-term.

Before I got to the metronome it made me pay. I know a lot of apps have in app purchases or like monthly pay subscriptions for other features. I don’t have a problem with that. How else are free apps supposed to make money? What I do have a problem with is when I hit the exit button to the add telling purchase a monthly subscription for other features of the app it automatically made me pay even though I pressed the exit button. It said I can cancel anytime but It doesn’t say how at all in the settings. It’s not even a good metronome just some cheap one and then they try to grab your money. Don’t get this app!

It works but it’s annoying.... It helps me with the little use I need out of it, but it constantly is bothering me to pay to upgrade. I get if they show and ad when you first get the app, and when you attempt to use a special feature. However, when an ad for it pops up every time you open the app it’s inconvenient, and if a little child was messing with my phone they could easily accidentally buy the upgrade.

Gross. You’re allowed to play the button game ONCE before it becomes off-limits (and it’s a horrible game anyway, the beats do NOT line up AT ALL. You can’t even justify it by calling it syncopation.) After that, the only free game available is the one with birds tapping beats. The metronome function itself is horribly flawed! If you’re reading this, DON’T waste your time or money. If you’re looking for an amazing metronome app with like 50 other features and you’ve got a dollar to spare, I’d recommend something like TE Tuner. If you’re looking for games to play, just go find an app that ISN’T this one.

Good until…. I used the metronome app for years and it was never an issue until this change. I was trying to practice piano and I was going to change the time signature but I’m not allowed to unless I pay for it. I find that quite annoying. Why do I have to pay to use something that should help me? I don’t think I should have to pay for that. This was never an issue so why start it now? Everything else with the app is amazing but that is the only problem I have.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT !!! ( never use ). If you do not know english good, ( like me ) and if you have cash on your account, you should not install it. This program, without any notice, withdraws money from your account !!! And it countinue withdraws every week. it takes from you almost 10$ every week, As long as your account is empty, after that, the program will be demo !

Straightforward. This is a very clean metronome app — nothing fancy, nothing unnecessary. The developers have added a few improvements from time to time, and for this app that doesn’t mean they’ve added stuff that make the interface complicated for little gain. It’s easier now to change from 3/4 to 4/4 than it was a few versions ago. The nagging is a drag, though, and at $5 a week, the subscription is pretty steep.

They only want your $$$$$. The ONLY reason I'm giving this game 4 stars is because the game IS great. But you cant play ANYTHING except for ONE of the games. You gotta pay to play anything else. Also I played the button game and then it locked it and said i had to get the subscription so i rest my case. Like WHY can’t they just make it a one time purchase for the whole app in the first place LIKE THEY USED TO???? Then you didn’t have to worry about ads or in-app purchases and those were THE DAYS. Bc that’s what you get with “free” games. You pay by having to waste half your time your in the app watching ads and STILL PAYING for other features in the game. So deleting this one.

Rather have ads. I saw this on Snapchat and thought it looked like a cool game where you tap to the beat. Turns out you have to pay $7 a week just to play an AppStore game that includes a simple little metronome that you can find for free on other apps. It also said nothing on the ad about a $7 a week subscription. Like really, it’s a metronome, it ticks back and forth for a beat, I don’t think that should cost $7 a week. In conclusion, if you want this app for the metronome, find a different free app. But if you wanted it for the games like I did then I guess you’re out of luck.

Terrible subscription service. I downloaded the app a few months ago and signed up for the trial really fast because it kind of forced me to. I then deleted the app thinking it would cancel the subscription but it didn’t. A week later I got billed 8 dollars for an app I don’t even have and only used once. I haven’t paid back the money and haven’t been able to download apps for months and pretty much making my phone unusable until I pay off this stupid overpriced subscription.

bruh moment…. I’ve been using this app for a fat minute and there have always been cheeky ads for their premium service with hidden “no thanks” buttons, but today I found no such button. Only the option to upgrade… I just need a metronome I don’t want to play your shoddy games or use whatever crap you think is worth paying a premium. I tried reopening the app to see if it was bugged and turned my brightness up but nope they really just did that. Oh well. Downloaded another and am now leaving this as forewarning for any who happen upon it.

This APP is a CHOKE ELIMINATOR!!!. This app has saved me from embarrassment so my times I don’t even remember the exact number; especially if you get very nervous playing in front of people (aka choking). Even with songs I can play blindfolded I run the tempo thru a Bluetooth in ear pod just stay on beat; aka, choke eliminator.

This app is really great!!. I really like that this app includes rhythm games so that you can also practice your rhythm while having fun, which makes it so much better for me!! I’m learning drums, so having these games to practice while I’m away from my drums is amazing and I love it!!

?PHONE VIRUS? This app is nonsense!. I used to love this app. Easy to use. Great options for setting tones. Until today, while practicing, my phone starting making a noise similar to a building fire alarm. An ad popped up notifying me my phone was infected with a virus and I needed to select an option from below. WHATEVER! I wasn't about to "make a selection" and the incessant noise wouldn't stop. I shut down this app and immediately removed it. I shouldn't have to stop in the middle of a J S Bach composition to shut off a fire alarm! Doesn't that defeat the original purpose of a metronome?

Holy Rip-Off, Batman!. Three stars because the app offers a variety of metronome styles, etc. The price is ridiculous. [Especially when you haven’t been using the app at all since they got rid of the two free metronome versions, then realizing that you’ve been paying $10/WEEK for a metronome app! (I suppose I can probably thank my child for that lovely $1,000 gift).]. Save your money and go for one of the myriad FREE metronome apps.

Good, but has a major downside. So, as many free apps do, this app has many ads that pop up. This is fine, since it doesn’t make much of a difference to the app. But, I started to notice that the ads don’t even need to be clicked to open. So, I was casually just practicing a piece for the cello, when an ad opened up that started playing a high pitches siren/fire alarm-type of sound that scared the **** out of me. Shame on the devs for allowing this kind of thing. Uninstalled, and now I use a different metronome app.

This app helps me so much.... I think that beginners and advanced players, can really benefit from this app. I am a 10 year old child who plays piano and saxophone, all-throughout my life I have struggled with counting and rhythms, I knew how to count but I never got into the habit of doing so. This make my so much easier. I love how you can find the perfect beat for what ever piece you are playing and you can choose how many beats per measure and get very detailed and specific with what you want.

Simple. Simple and pretty straight forward. The few options you have with the free version are nice. There is an ad bar on the bottom, which is fine. I’d rather have ads than exporting any information. But, after a certain amount of time, when stop the metronome, the app pops up its request for a monthly fee for the full app without ads. This is annoying even for a free app. I would probably buy this app, but it’s not worth a monthly fee to me.

Not a review, but a suggestion. I didn’t rate this good, nor did I rate it bad, for the sole purpose was that I just saw an add and it made it look like a game. All that I’m suggesting is that perhaps you could just make a game version where if you were interested in playing with rhythms, you could go to that mode, but only that mode, for free. I doubt this would happen though and I am just waiting for hate comments :D

Works great!. I especially like the different sounds, including the typical metronome click. I do wish that you could change the meter up or down; its time consuming to have to circle through all the possibilities to get to the one you want, but realistically it only takes a few seconds so not a huge problem. Update: I figured out how to easily change the meter, simply hold the meter button down and you can set the meter easily for any rate,

Excellent tool for reading. Great reading tool. Are use this to practice my pacing when I’m reading. It really helps me to read faster and to stay on track. I love that this tool actually looks like an old fashion metronome versus the other Metronome tools in the Apple iPhone store that do not. Way to go. Good job. Thanks.

It would be fine if. I just want a metronome that whenever I open the app it doesn’t give me an add, and every 5 times I stop it, it gives me in add, it’s so f$&?!?$?7$?&?&$?&!!?&$?!?$&?&!!?$&&$?!?$&&$$$&?!?$?7$?&?&$?&!!?&$?!?$&?&!!?$&&$?!?$&&$$$&?!?$?7$?&?&$?&!!?&$?!?$&?&!!?$&&$?!?$&&$$$&?!?$?7$?&?&$?&!!?&$?!?$&?&!!?$&&$?!?$&&$$$&?!?$?7$?&?&$?&!!?&$?!?$&?&!!?$&&$?!?$&&$$ing annoying plz have a way to tern off adds. Plz don’t get this app in till they fix this for your own good. And what is the point of paying for a METRONOME Anyway!!! Really, are you serious, that is the whole point, your app says that it’s FREE but it’s not. just make it a payed app. Omg stop that’s only for 3 days that doesn’t help even a little.

Better than a "real" metronome. Of course, it fits in my pocket,in a device I already carry with me. I can use it anywhere on the spur of the moment. This app stands out among its competitors because of its interface, the ease of use and variety of sounds used to mark the time. My only beef is that on the various iPhones I have it on, it does not recall the time signature. It always starts with anything BUT the last one used. However, it does remember all the remaining settings. As for the adverts: “generally” they are unobtrusive, and anyhow you’re not looking at the screen. However, every now and then, just as soon as you touch any control it pops up a full-screen advert at you. Fortunately, the metronome just keeps ticking away.

It's ok in a pinch. Initially looks "cool" but that quickly fades when you realize you don't have much control with the traditional metronome setting. The sounds are neat and the flashing is fun but to set anything it's with "multi-taps" you can't just, say, tap the "timing" area and set 6/8, you have to tap until it shows up and heaven forbid you pass it and have to start over again. Same with the beat. Setting the beat is tricky, I never was able to get 120, it jumped from 96 to 144. I like a little more control with my settings. I'm definitely willing to pay for a good app but I'll have to pass on this one.

Says free but need to pay anyways. I downloaded it thinking that it would be free cuz it says free as soon as I open the app it shows an add about premium saying have more access to the app so I thought it would just be like oh you can close it and that it but it wouldn’t go away so I tried closing the app completely and opening it again and it still showed the same ad I did it three more times to see if the result would change but nothing came from it

Definitely a life saver!. I take piano classes, and play the piano. I was recently recommended this app, and I love it! Whenever I have 4 3 time, I always use this because that’s the time I get most mixed up with! Using this will help me in classes, and definitely is a life saver. I also love the games, it helps me get a beat and very fun too. I have one con though, and that’s the ads. I know the developers have to make money, but it’s kind of a pain to stop my timer to get an ad. I know I should probably get VIP so that can be fixed, but I currently am saving up for something, and don’t want to spend money right now. I don’t want to complain, but maybe just add the ads to another part of the app? But all in all, this app is a life saver for me, and is one of my favorites!

Better than what I expected.. It took me about 5 minutes to understand all of the functions that are useful to me. Once I was done with the learning process, I realized just how good this new app is. Its strength is that it is simple. If you want to increase the tempo, just turn the dial clockwise. Turn it counter clockwise to reduce the tempo. To change the time signature press the button on the bottom left corner, and a window appears where the time signature can be changed to just about anything that you would want. There are other features that are like icing on the cake. The tick sound can be changed from a simple tick to the tick sound of a piano, drum, etc... this is a free app with better than expected features.

Never worked. Originally i found this app through an ad that marketed this as a game. Come to find out this is jus a normal metronome with a few simple games. The beat matching game was fun but quickly grew stale as the same beats came up. It said after achieving a certain score I'd unlock an expert mode that never came up. The other two games were variations of each other. I don't see the point of only being able to use the app with a subscription.

The amount of ads infuriates me. I’m an aspiring musician and need a metronome for my work. Every. Single. Time. you pause and play the metronome there’s an ad. It’s absolutely infuriating. I understand that app developers need to make money somehow but this is absolutely the wrong way to do it. And no I’m not paying them to stop playing the ads, if you’re going to do that then why not spend your money on an actual metronome that you can hold and set without ads? it’ll cost you less i’m the long run. to anyone who needs a metronome this is not one you want. please go buy a regular metronome.

Subscription Issue and fix. Thought I’d try out the app since it seemed interesting. First I thought it was weird that it wasn’t letting continue through the app without making me subscribe to their “premium” offer of 1 week free trial. So I did thinking that if I didn’t like it I could always cancel my next bill which turned out I wasn’t really a fan of the app so when I went to go cancel my subscription, no where on the bottom of the subscription offers could i find an option to cancel it. This really made me angry since I felt like this company was trying to cheat us into making us pay, I almost called apple into helping me cancel my subscription but before I did I went on my computer and onto the ITunes app and luckily found the option to cancel it their so for all you people out their who can’t cancel their subscription, if you have a laptop, go on your iTunes their to cancel it and save your self some time from calling apple. This app should be taken down until it can fix its subscription cancellation option on the phone.

Metronome. The app functions well but too many ads. When the ads pop up, the metronome sometimes stops clicking. Sometimes ads will pop up one after another. This makes it difficult to use. However, it does make me try to internalize the tempo until I can close the ads. I am contemplating buying a metronome from a music store the next time go to one.

Awesome!. I play piano, and both of my metronomes broke, so my teacher suggested a metronome app. Therefore, I browsed the App Store in search of one. I came across Metronome. Metronome is a great app and has not only improved my beat skills, but has also substituted for my two sadly deceased physical metronomes.😝😝😝 My only beef is that to get a lot of the stuff you need to upgrade to Premium. Otherwise, amazing app!

Forced to pay. Before you can even get a chance to test the app, it wants you to start a trial which after it ends is $8 WEEKLY! Absurd. (Yes I know “yOu cAn CaNCel ThE TriAl AnYtiMe”) Many other apps I’ve been on have allowed a test period, be it 10 minutes or 10 days, before asking for you to start a trial or sign up and some of which won’t even require you to get the premium service, but limit you to playing only a certain amount of time a day. This is for a METRONOME app. I can buy a real metronome in a month with the amount I’d have to pay for this app. 🚮

$32 dollars a month. That is insane. I wish I could give negative stars in a review. Apple, no one will ever knowingly choose to spend $32 a month for a metronome app. This is a predatory practice that, hopes someone will forget to cancel timely before the free trial expires or aren’t paying attention to what they’ve agreed to. It’s only a matter of time before there’s massive user backlash and legal issues over this practice. Please resurrect Steve Jobs to avoid further tarnishing the Apple name and to prevent The App Store from turning to complete garbage.

It’s great. I love it kinda cause I’m doing piano and my teacher told me to get a metronome to get faster at my sonatina so I come across this and it’s cool I just wish more stuff were like not just members only and stuff cause I like exploring 😆 even though it’s learning I just wish I knew how to use it better cause it’s so confusing but other wise it’s awesome

Gave me pop up “four virus” message. When I clicked on the more link I was rewarded with a pop up message accompanied by an annoying beeping that wouldn’t stop until I closed out the app. When I go to settings it asks if I want updates and my only option is to click ok. I don’t want them! And I want to get to settings without being hassled. Otherwise I like the way it works, the view, and the sounds.

Beats per minute. I downloaded this app because I am a paramedic and a CPR and first aid instructor. I instruct my students to use this to keep time when doing CPR. It’s hard for your mind to do two things at like achieving depth and speed at the same time. With this app, it will give you your speed and you only have to concentrate on Depth. Great tool for doing COR in the field.

Fake discounts. I don’t recommend this app. It constantly bombards you with ads, half of which are ads for itself. It has a “Premium” feature where it removes the ads. It claims to be a “last-minute chance” for “our old buddy”, with a “discount” of 85% off, and the supposedly discounted price is $25 per year. Unless you plan to use this app for a long time and have the money to spend on the premium, I don’t recommend it. I only use it because of the visual element, where there’s an option that shows the metronome arm. Zero stars.

~Paying weekly for a metronome is absurd.. The developer is charging 7.99 a week to use their service. I would highly recommend that prospective customers go to any music center, where they would be able to buy a pocket sized metronome for under the monthly subscription cost of this app.i don’t even understand why anyone would pay monthly to use a metronome, let alone weekly. If the developer reads this, my suggestion is that they charge a flat, one-time only price.

worst app ever used. again, like many other people i have seen on these reviews, i would vote 0 stars if possible. this is the worst app i have ever used in my whole entire life and i wish it was non existent. after downloading it, i opened the app to see that i needed to pay 8 dollars PER WEEK?!? are you kidding me? there is no option to do anything on this app and everything about it is slow and horrible. a couple minutes after i downloaded it, i deleted because it was truly horrible. now, (a week later) i get a bill for 10 dollars and i am truly disgusted because i had canceled my subscription, yet, it still charged me. with all my life i beg you to use your money on MUCH better things. DO NOT BUY THIS APP. anyways, have a splendid day.

Amazing. This game is really good for people who are learning the drums so it is easy for them I would recommend it to all the people who are playing the drums it is really fun :)

You have to pay for a metronome. As soon as you open the app it asks you to pay to have access of the app it’s so stupid

Honestly for what it does it’s way too expensive.. Cancelled after a day. Don’t waste your money.

Why do we have to pay. It’s rly anxiety how we have to pay because all I need to do is practice but u have to pay

Annoying notifications. I hate it when u put annoying rate us notifications on the screen

Metronome app. This app helped me with my drumming and percussion homework. I rate it 4 🌠s

Great App. I use this app for drumming and found it very useful indeed.

The best. Easy to pick up and start learning

Bugs. Sometimes when I use the metronome the sound just stop. It is extremely annoying especially when you are playing and have to stop every now and to restart the app.

Takes a while to work out. Takes a while to work out, but does the job in a fancy way

False Advertising - Huge Disappointment. I saw this game on an ad whilst paying a different game. Surprisingly it looked pretty interesting compared to the other game ads you see here and there. Downloaded the game, opened the game then realised the content that was included is locked and can only be opened by paying for it. Yes I realise that companies need money in order to host their games but find a different way. If you want people to spend money on your games why don’t you just set the game to a price instead of having it as a free game. Installed the game and uninstalled it within 5minutes.

Lots of ads and misleading. Used for a bit but started getting lots of ads and forces you to subscribe. Be careful with young kids clicking on subscribe with you knowing.

Works well in what it says it does. Works well.

Pay to use. For a game that advertises itself so much it fails to mentions you have to pay for access. This disappointed me.

Love it!. It’s absolutely amazing!

Simple and works fine. Easy to operate, simple and works fine

Free Metronome. Has helped immensely slowing my guitar playing down as I am an absolute beginner with no patience

NOT GREAT. I’ve had this app for 2 days, I haven’t opened it today, but it used up 64% of my battery! I don’t know if it is just my phone, but I would delete it if you find that it is using up your battery.

awesome. it’s got a fun game, you can customise the key signature, it’s got two metronome styles - everything a metronome app needs!

Frustrating and expensive. This game is not fun. When you press listen again the rhythm is totally in a different place to the first time! Plus, nice way of solving the problem of complaints that the free version is too lite- just remove the free version!

Clickbait. The only way to play the game is signing up to a free trial to then have to pay for it. What a joke. Deleted immediately.

To much advertising. Your app is grate but you try to make us pay

I love this app. It helps me with my piano🎼

Me. I like it but there’s not much sound choices

Not worth it. The games seem like a good idea but you’re better off just sitting with any metronome with your instrument. Ridiculous subscription service for not much benefit

Good, but don’t like limited version. I like it but I don’t like how you have to pay for full version.

Excellent and great but just one thing.... This is awesome but can you make the games free? Some people don’t have much money.

They just want money. Made for a good 3 minutes of fun, even if the button game was completely janky the beats were cool. But after playing it you are required to pay an absurd amount just to keep playing it. And as soon as you open the app they advertise their subscription. Just pass over this one.

Good. It’s great for using with an instrument to keep in time. The games are fun but you quickly get bored. It needs more levels

Efficient and practical. As a musician who plays many instruments, metronome is a helpful and practical app that allows me to play musically and thoroughly.

Metronome. Games are fun. Maybe more variety of metronome sounds?

Absurd charges, impossible to unsubscribe!. I never wanted to subscribe and now I’ve been charged for several weeks even after deleting the app and reporting to iTunes . Shameful way to steal money from people!! Still waiting for an answer and in the meantime being charged !

Metronome. Great app, I’d be lost without it! Thank you

All should have access. You should be able to access all the games and features without paying. Who would pay $17 or what ever it is for a metronome???

Fun🤑. It it’s fine it’s joyful and actually really cool just play around with 🤤 most people might not like most people I like my choice and it’s 4star 🙀

To exclusive to the payed version and rip off. You can only access one part of the game and even then you have to watch a 15 second ad in between every game, i would never pay $13 PER WEEK just for a few extra game modes and no ads.

Trash. Don’t waste your time downloading this unless you want to sign up for a free trail and then automatic renewal. Shows that the developers don’t have any faith in their product it they demand you sign up before they will even let you look at the app.

Awesome. But I think you shouldn’t have to pay for some of it.

I don’t have a title. This is fun and it is helping us to learn ❤️❤️👌🦄

Good. Too many adds for the updates.

Great. It is great it gives people experience of music beats and I use it for piano

So upset. I am so so disappointed with this app as I have jut discovered such a. Huge amount. Of charges to my account. I really need help to fix this please.

Why do you need to pay?. Why the hell do you need to pay. 12 bucks for one metronome.

Good app. It is a good app and gives you the basic things 😀 but I don’t know why you have have to pay for the games😕.

Stay away app. This app is not worth download. It is heavily add supported asking other apps to download. Or pay 2.99 My answer is uninstall the app forever

Great app. Great tool! Works perfectly for all that orchestral part practice!

The best ever. This app helps me a lot. Thank you !

Metronome App. The pricing of this app is hugely disappointing. Will never pay the subscription rates for this app. Will now delete it and look for a free metronome app... that is just a metronome without the f”&$@$ ads!!!

😒. Too much premium I’m sorry but it’s true... But I understand you’re trying to make money

Can’t do anything except one thing on the free version. The ad shoved a free app with a metronome game but when I downloaded it, it was saying like $70 one time payment or like $10 per week or something

forces adds. the x button for ads are hidden

Terrible. Wonder how many people fall for this. All the responses say you can close the banner ad but you can’t. Good waste of time if you’re into that

Amazing love the games. I love the games

Dont be fooled. not actually free, asks for membership

Perfect. I love it!

Honestly pretty smart.... How big of a scam this is, imagine paying $10.49 each month for a metronome. Not even worth the time with the free part. Way to go developers, you successfully tricked 12 people into giving you a total of 120 dollars each month, I bet you’re rollin over.

Very good to use. Really good. Just a little too much advertisements if you don’t pay.

A joke. Looks free, most certainly is not even if I was willing to pay for the app the subscription price is a joke don’t waste your time downloading...

Avis. J’adore le jeu

Scam. LOL $10.49 a week for this. Such a rip off, you’d have more fun taking that money and literally lighting it on fire

Scam. Don’t even waste your time unless u wanna get the free trial but then forget to unsubscribe and then pay 10$ WEEKLY (not even monthly). Scam.

It’s s metronome. What else can I say, it’s a metronome with some cool games

It’s great. Practical and beautiful.. I love it

J’adore votre application. C’est super

I play drums. Beautiful, just wish the vibrate was a little more vibrate because i don’t feel it in my pocket when I have certain styles of pants; most common is jeans

Not what you want. Although it starts out as a free App, they quickly start an auto-subscription at $10/week...that’s $520/year for a metronome!?!? Highly suspect and underhanded. Don’t bother. There are many option out there...this one is unreasonable and ethically highly questionable.

not a metronome. It cannot be called a metronome if it skips beats! …which it does.

It is good. It is good but makes more games

Huh?!. Forty dollars per month for a metronome? I don’t think so sweetie. Biiiit rich.

Wow. They only let you play one crappy game unless you pay about 10$ a month. WOOF WOOF, AROOOOGA.

Deliberately trying to mislead. I understand you can play for free but don’t pretend like you’re not trying to scam people who don’t understand or don’t look at what the cost is into paying that OBSURD amount for an app.

Like. Ok so I’m just going to say I love the app

Seriously, fk you. I’m getting really sick of downloading these things that are represented as free only to find after you have downloaded them they want a subscription fee monthly. Not just buy it, rent it every flipping month. How about NO.

Stupid. Literally can’t even play the game unless u pay 10$ a month for a stupid metronome

Ueujeiskskzll. It’s good

unreasonably expensive. Why is your metronome app comparable to a cheap phone bill? Fix your ridiculous business model.

Perfect for golf tempo. Works wonderful

I want to cancel the subscription but cannot figure out how to do that.. The subscription is auto renewed each week, I want to cancel the subscription but could not find out a way to do that.

Awesome!. Very fun and helpful!! Although, I would recommend that you make it so that if your phone turns off, the metronome doesn’t stop, as it stopped when my phone turned off

Too many adds. As title said

It does exactly as advertised. I have the basic free version and it’s great. I’m kinda lazy when it comes to practicing- I leave my trumpet sitting out on my dresser so I can’t ignore it completely. This app on my iPhone or my iPad (it’s on both of my devices) means I spend more practicing and less time hunting for my little digital tuner circa 2005

Goody. Good

STAY AWAY. It’s $10.49 WEEKLY. They let you download the app for free but can’t even try it out unless you subscribe for 10.49$/week. 42$ a month for a metronome?! So many fake reviews and it’s a shame they’re doing this. Also they say you can close the subscription banner but it’s literally a very small arrow that is barely visible on the top right. What a joke of an app, 10.49 a week.

ToniD😝. I love this app I play piano and it it way easier than going out and buying a metronome! Although, I wish that the exercise games were free, but overall it’s the best thing ever!

Freaking out. I’m so nervous for a grad performance this app help alot thank you sm

App metronome. A good app and very user Friendly!

Helpful. It works and it works well.

Love it!. It's simple, easy to use and does what it's supposed to do.

Yes. Lit

Cant do anything without paying. Doesnt allow you to even use the app without starting a “free trial” that turns into a paid subscription.

HOW much?!. $40 a month, for a metronome. What a scam. No app with these features is worth that much money.

amazing app always come in handy. handy app and fun too some how !

Can’t play without paid subscription. No way am I paying 11 dollars a week for a game

Dont get. Cant access ANY features without subscribing to the week free trial. Which will continue billing. Scam

Cheaper prenium. Needs cheaper prenium

I hate these apps. At least let people play a limited version? How do you expect people to give you $10 a month when they have never tried the game before. I’m so sick of downloading free apps that you can’t even play unless you pay money. Just make the app cost a few dollars to buy in the first place? Your not worth a subscription

Metronome. The metronome needs cheeper perineum

$$$. Pour jouer c gratuit t’a deux mode de jeux gratuit et le reste faut payer 11$ à la place investisser plutôt sur Netflix la c worth

Frustrating. Goes to a trial offer screen asking for $ and a subscription. Try as I might, cannot get off this screen without signing up.

👉 Are you looking for an Adsense alternative advertising platform?

Adsterra is the most preferred ad network for those looking for an alternative to AdSense. Adsterra is the ideal choice for new sites with low daily traffic. In order to advertise on the site in Adsterra, like other ad networks, a certain traffic limit, domain age, etc. is required. There are no strict rules. Sign up!

This is literally a paid app in disguise. Felt like an alpha early access game on steam, if you had to pay a recurring subscription and the game was so skeletal that you finish any sort of progression of difficulty etc. Within the first hour of purchase. But hey, it does have a metronome! Why pay a couple bucks at a store for a cheap metronome when you can pay more every single month for a crappy virtual one?

“Extras” cost WAY too much. It is very convenient to have a metronome on your phone that you can get for free, but I don’t like how there is a weekly charge of $7.99 for the full version. You can get the same extras on other apps for one payment or a monthly one. Other apps would also cost less. If you are just looking for an app to keep the beat for you, then this one works fine.

Don’t Believe The Ad!!!. In the ad you can see someone playing the red and blue button, but once you actually get into the game you can’t play that one without paying for a membership, it’s ridiculous especially because it’s $7.99! That is a crazy amount just for a game that plays a beat! I wouldn’t recommend because you can only play 1 game and that is the 2 birds chirping.

Too many extras. I’m sure the app is good at hat it does, but I haven’t used it for 10 minutes before it popped up 3 ads, 2 banner ads and 4 requests for me to pay for the service. Little tip: don’t ask for a review when you’re doing this to those who are still hacking out your product and deciding if they want a review. I get that you need money, but it’s a little too heavy-handed.

Lovely, Easy to Use Metronome. Lovely app... easy to use. Definitely better than a physical metronome. Thanks for your labor in creating this lovely app. Very user friendly and easy on the eyes as well.

Love it for practicing. This app helped me keep my tempo very well with many different settings. It also has games and up grades(with charge) I’ve tried others apps but this one worked the best. I defiantly would recommend it.

Shuts off when phone screen goes off.. So I just downloaded this and as I’m using it the app stops working because my phone went to sleep. I picked up my phone to unlock it thinking that was weird and it began tick tocking again. I set my phone down and again the app went silent. Deleted it because I of course can’t keep going like that. Sorry!

Great little app. I just started trying to learn to play the guitar. I actually downloaded a couple of metronome apps to try out. Keep using this one. One of the easier to use and understand. Plug my phone and headphones into my amp and I’m good to go.

Scam app. The app tries to get you to sign up for an $8 a week subscription the second it launches. And it deceptively tries to make it look like that is the only way forward. (If you tap around on the screen you can find a way to skip it, but the skip button is deliberately hidden). I tried it because it was on an AppStore best-of list. I am shocked that Apple would be going out of their way to recommend this scammy app to people. Stay away!

😡. I downloaded the app and then deleted it and the subscription service has been charging me a dollars a week for along time. I just realized it today. I couldn’t figure out what all these charges were from Apple. I thought it was Apple Music. Turned out it was this app. They’ve probably taken hundreds of dollars from me already. Be alert of the subscription service.

$8 a week? For a metronome?. Do NOT download this app! I downloaded what I thought was a free app but it locked me into a seven day trial that converts into an $8 per week money sucking scam. On the subscriptions listing in the iPhone settings, there is no way to cancel it. I’ve already contacted the company to get them to close it out and reverse any charges. Still waiting for a response. Bottom line, why would anyone pay $8 a week when they just want a simple tic toc app?

Good but too intrusive and expensive.. It’s a metronome. It’s functional and useful, especially the meter recognition and tap-tempo. I really like the visual, audible, and haptic feedback. BUT the free version is too intrusive. Every time I launch it I have to go through all of the splash screens, and then find the X, ever more cleverly hidden in the artwork. Then I get ads several times while trying to use the app. Upgrade, you say? I’d love to. But NOT FOR $7.99 per week! That’s over $400 a year. For a metronome. I wonder how many people subscribe to the upgrade, thinking it’s a one time charge, and then figure out weeks later that they’ve been getting hit with that charge every week. Shame on you.

They just want your money. $32 a month, $8 a week this app will take from you if you forget to cancel your subscription, which is what they’re counting on. That’s $384 in a year. An insane price to play a metronome game. I’d buy it for a dollar or two but I’m not even going to risk putting my password in for a trial, these companies making every dumb game a subscription service should be banned

Flexible app. The way it subdivides the measure is very helpful. I can change volume, too, who h is very important, because I play many different instruments that each have different volume levels.

No functionality at all without trial/subscription. No functionality at all without trial/subscription. How did this get through app review? Edit: Developer’s response is correct. In the top right hand corner there is a hard to see chevron icon which scrolls out of the way with the content. It does dismiss the upgrade pop up if you can find it.

Does exactly as advertised. If you were looking for a highly adjustable dual mode metronome with some very nice additional features , Look no further. This one fits the bill!

Love it. The only annoying thing is that sometimes it doesn’t stay on when your phone screen is off.

Well built. Decent app. A clue if you can’t get past the pop-up: click the WORDS that say ‘continue with a limited version’. 👍 Don’t expect it to be perfect if you aren’t going to support the devs with a teesy bit of cash.

Pretty good. The games kinda help with rhythm, but get old boring and the same over time. The fact you have to pay a monthly charge is unnecessary in my opinion, I think for what you get you should just pay $5 dollars upfront and not have to pay so much for an app in which you can get a similar metronome easily and play those kinds of games on FREE websites.

Really good freebie metronome. A great freebie...after you find the tiny hidden “x” to close the ad, this is a useful app. Loud enough to hear over the instruments. A really nice feature is being able to select from amongst all the time signatures. Thanks!

Waste of my time. I couldn’t use the app because as soon as I open it, a screen pops up forcing me to subscribe to a different app for a « free trial » and there’s no way to exit. I downloaded the app for one single purpose, and that purpose did not include being solicited... Immediate delete from my phone. Unfortunately I’ll never know how good their metronome is and I really don’t care! There are many other metronome apps out there :/

New User. Great! Only wish the basic free version was a bit less aggressive with the pop up adds. If/when I decide to pay for an App (vs my actual metronomes) I would purchase this one. Has a ton of great features and I’ve improved my rhythm b/c of this App :)

Scam App. Download this app if you want to, but my experience has not been good. After about the third or fourth time launching the app, you are forced to an advertising app for software to download. From there, you can’t get back to the original Metronome app. I realize that the whole purpose of creating apps is making money, but this is ridiculous. I am deleting the app now and will never recommend that anyone download it.

Metronome. I really enjoy this app! I’ve only done the free one so far but the adds seem fare enough when they did the work to create this, so why shouldn’t they get paid?

Seems pretty good!. Everything is good. The way is operates, the different sounds and beats to choose from. The only thing is the ads are a bit annoying and I believe by filling out a review it stops them for you I guess?

Hard To Use. App is very slow to start. There’s an annoying animated bird creature which is distracting and covers some of the settings. Nearly every time you pause the beat you get an ad which is hard to dismiss due to the tiny cancel buttons which are very hard to see (low contrast) and are far smaller than the purchase buttons.

I like it but. I like it but I wish you could set it so that the first beat didn’t sound different then the rest. It would make it easier to get back on track if you mess up. Other then that I love the simplicity!

Great app. This is a great app. The metronome app I had before didn’t work anymore with the new update for IOS so I had to get a new one. This one is waaaaaay better than the old one. There are so many new options that I didn’t have before. I like it a lot!

Very easy. I give it a five star review because it is useful and it works you also so have the different beats and while you move the scale it tells you the tempo in Italian.

8 bucks a week? ARE YOU GUYS STUPID?. 7.99 a week!? In order to try it free you have to subscribe to their stupid weekly scam. I hope you remember to cancel the subscription so that 3 months later you don’t realize you for got to unsubscribe with over a $300 bill. I think it’s horrible when companies go out of business. But I really wish and hope you guys go out of business with this STUPID SCAM APP. Really bs is what it is.

My fav metronome. Best metronome app I have downloaded. Love how the first beat of a new measure sounds different than the other beats. Also, you can use visually instead of using the sound by watching the flashing tempo lights.

Glitch in the system?. Almost Every time I try to play it shows me an add for the premium and doesn’t allow me to sign out until I either pay or leave and I don’t sign up for three month trials. But when i do play it’s a blast!

What are you trying to do?. Your metronome is cool, but the games??? I never would have thought I see a metronome app have games THAT WERE OFF TEMPO?!!???!??!?? Seriously? What are you trying to do, raise a bunch of musicians who are no better than the white audience members who clap along to songs in a group setting with no regard for the beat, it just sounds like you’re dropping lasagna noodles on the floor. Clean it up metro-hell-no! (See what I did there?)

Expensive, adware junk.. This app is simply horrible. Like junk mail, this is a junk app made for extracting as much money as possible from you. Some of the features, and some of the rhythm games were interesting to try. But they want to charge you FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($400) a year or bombard you with ads constantly. Avoid it. Or try it, you'll see instantly what I mean. Get Pro Metronome by Xiao Yixiang. That's a serious, fairly priced app.

Have not played in years. I have not played the piano in years. I am trying to start practicing and getting back into it. The metronome really helps me with counting and making the song make more sense.

Why I like this app. This app is nice because it teaches you how to listen and catch the beat through the games and it also has a metronome.

Nice app but lots of pop ups. I like the new update, once you get into it. They keep trying to sell me a rather expensive ($8/week) subscription service to their premiere version. I would have rather just paid for a metronome.

This app really helps me practice!. I love this app because of how simple and easy it is to use when I practice my Viola daily. It’s not gimmicky making it so that you have to pay. It’s amazing and you should pay for the premium membership!

Works and Sounds Great!!!. I’ve generally never been a fan of digital metronomes, but between intuitive functionality and quality sound, this one has made a believer of me!

5 stars!!!⭐️🌟✨💫👍🏻. Very helpful and useful! I use this when I practice piano, and the only teeny thing is sometimes the beat glitches and it messes me up and I have to start over but, all in all, I like it and am satisfied with it!!! 👍🏻⭐️

Used to be better. The app used to be free(could’ve gotten at least four stars) but now I can’t event use it. It doesn’t let me through without starting the free trial to subscribe. Which I’m not. I’m not about to pay 34 dollars per month and 416 dollars per year on some metronome. Looking at the reviews on here about the ads I’m also concerned about malware and pop ups on my phone. This is definitely the last thing I say about this app before it gets uninstalled.

Pretty good🙂. The sound affects are great but there are always adds and you have to pay to take them away. Otherwise, good app in general and it comes in handy for practicing violin. But, this metronome app is the best metronome app I have found in the App Store so. I recommend this metronome.👍🏼👍🏼

Good game. This game is good and all but there’s some bugs that need to be taken care of and ya ok I get you may be thinking why do you hate the game and all but I don’t dislike the game I love the game but my sister is addicted to it she says the glitches makes her crash sometimes so

Works fine, but subscription WAY too expensive.. I am using he free version and it works just fine, but there is no way I would buy it for $7.99 a month every month. Even the $50 one time charge seems high. I plan to try another app to see if I can get a more reasonable price point.

The subscription price. The price of the subscription is an insult to the customer for the features the app provides. You can find metronome apps that load faster, are more reliable with customizable sounds, light pulses, time signature and polyrhythms for FREE on the app store. I’d be willing to pay a few bucks for the rhythm games but a forced subscription 4x more expensive than a Netflix account is simply ridiculous.

You will be hounded by ads! Also doesn’t work with Bluetooth on. Believe it or not a metronome can be a soothing tool for meditation. I wanted to stream this to my JBL Extreme, but as soon as I turned on Bluetooth the metronome goes silent. Also when I open this app I am confronted with pressure to subscribe to the pro version and all manner of other musical instrument apps. Which. Is. Annoying.

The best one. I’ve tried different metronome apps and I always go back to this one. Love it! And it’s really easy for my students to use!

Major battery drain.. This app has a major bug that is causing battery drain. My battery life has been abysmal for the past couple weeks and I wasn't sure why. I went to check the battery details and this app used 76% of my battery in the past 24 hours without being open because it was running audio background activity for 16 hours. That is not ok. Do not install this until the developer fixes it.

Review. I don’t like the fact that my kid has to pay extra just to get a little extra help. Otherwise that the app is wonderful. Please take this review into consideration, thank you.

Pretty good.. This app worked pretty well once I figured out how it works. At first when I installed the app it was very confusing how to actually get to use the metronome although, it worked much better than my old one for example, that one kept glitching out all the time
