Useless. Waste of my money. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

Didn’t work and was frustrating. It moved some, not all my contacts and would not update. Very frustrating to use and was a waste of my money. I would like a refund as I had to buy another app that was way easier to use and made the switch perfectly.

Amazing. This app does one thing, and does it well. It doesn't mess everything up trying to be extravagant, and keeps it simple. It allows you to transfer and merge your contacts with the click of a button or two, and is delightfully user friendly and effective. Would highly recommend this- after all, it's free!!

App review. This's the good work

Techie. The first time I tried this... It just brought down all gmail contacts... There's a delete button at the bottom with no edit button to let me select what I wanna delete ... I didn't proceed because it may delete my contacts in my gmail. Then I was checking the options to see if there was a setting. I clicked on the merge contacts - & it asks me to buy it! None of this information was online in the app description. The easy way is to export from google to vCard format. Email it to your gmail . Open that vCard in iPhone & I am hoping that will do the job

Weak. Free version is doing nothing

Beware. I purchased Pro version, but still had to pay in order to use the Merge Duplicates function, and pay again to sync in other to Sync more that 100 contacts. I installed the app on a new iPhone that I got and they expected me to pay for it again even thought I’ve already purchased that in my appleID history.

I like.. My contacts were very messy. This app helped me clean up with the “merge” function. Very happy with this app.

Super easy!. This was so easy to use. I searched for hours on how to transfer contacts from Hotmail (on my iPad) to Gmail so I could finally get RID of Hotmail for once & for all. All the instructions in found did not work. My last ditch effort was to search for an app that might do this. Done in less than one minute! Thank you SO MUCH!!!

Worst app experience. Even after purchasing ,app doesn’t work fine

IT WORKS!!!!!. I have spent the last four hours trying to backup my iPhone contacts to my Gmail account...all to no avail!! Somehow I came across this app, downloaded it and whalaa...in less than one minute...it worked like a charm!!!! (Wasted a whole evening for nothing!) Highly recommend!!! The only drawback is that you're limited to only 100 FREE contacts; any more you'll have to pay $3.99. Still worth it though even if you have to pay. The price alone will make up for the aggravating headache you avoided trying to manually sync the contacts any other way!!

Do NOT Use. This scrambled my contacts beyond repair! Does not work!

It works as advertised, but..... This app does indeed seem to solve the common sync problem between Gmail contacts and IOS contacts. I walked through the process, and came to the point where I was ready to sync, and was met with a popup that said I needed to pay $4, as I had over $100 contacts. Seemed quite reasonable, so I clicked through and purchased without a second thought. On the next step, a backup was suggested. Seemed like a good idea, so I chose that option. Turns out, this is also an added feature that costs more money. I thought I had already purchased the app? This sort of thing seems a bit deceptive to me.

Shop elsewhere for good contact mgmt program. I purchased Pro version: 1. Does not automatically dial # when selected. 2. Have to purchase multiple programs for full use, many functionalities are duplicated. 3. No help function. 4. No return if not satisfied.

Stop asking me to rate after every action!!!!. Title says it all!

Quick & Easy. I love how it was Self-explanatory. Easy interface & within a couple of seconds I was able to have all my contacts switched from my Samsung to Apple. Thank you! I would recommend 2 everyone!

Does what you need to free. Title says it all, really. The one time I’ve had to use this, it’s worked brilliantly.

Amazing!. I tried to import from iphone5 to samsung galaxy5 with 2 other apps, they did not work. This one worked at once with the google account sync when the app asked for it. In less than one minute more than 600 contacts pass to my samsung. Yes! I need to pay $3 dollar, but it was better than to be 3 days trying all the internet recommendations without success. Time is gold. Thanks for this app, works great!

Could be improved. The application does what it stays. However, it does not copy pictures from iPhone to Google. Also, the application has size limitation of 100 then you have to pay $2.99. Also, the application does not merge. It asks you to pay another $2.99. I think these issues should be clearly explained the beginning so you know what you're getting yourself into. Be very careful in synchronizing from Google to iPhone 3G me and she made the iPhone you will lose all your pictures and lots of other information.

MONEY GRAB. This app is a money grab scam. Just add your google account to your device under settings and save yourself money and trouble.

Misleading, beware!. You can download the app for free. But you must pay to sync more than a fraction of contacts. Very frustrating as I was only able to learn this after authorizing access to my contacts. Idk if the programmers/company are nefarious, but this is a red flag imo.

Scrambled Mess. Tried to sync Google with FaceBook contacts. Ended up with double of each entry and some merged within. For example, Howerton, Karen became "linked" to Howerton, Andrew so if I called Karen I also got Andrew and visa-versa! It also took contacts from programs other than the ones I designated (it only gave me 2 apps to choose from). For example: I clicked on Google mail contacts and Face Book contacts to sync but it also added contacts from LinkS, only it was just email addresses. I'll never use this again!

Messed up my contacts even worse than before.. I purchased this app in hopes of correcting some missing information between my Gmail account and my iPhone contacts, but ended up with duplicate, triplicate info for many of my contacts. Also, the app took forever to sync initially, and it didn't even provide any info about the updates...I actually thought the app was frozen because it didn't five any feedback about what it was doing. Personally, I think it's better to manually manage my contacts using the Google desktop contact application.

Great App. Had problems with a locked iPhone. Couldn’t get in to swap data over. With Contacts Sync just copied everyone from a earlier sync to gmail

Perfectly what I needed!. I just converted to iPhone from droid. They make everything so easy I was worried the conversion would be painful, and it would have been if it wasn't for this app. I would only suggest that the developer switch the lite version to say pro cuz I downloaded pro and was prompted to buy lite for my excess of 100 contacts..., so if u don't keep lots of peeps in your phone the free version is more than adequate. Good job at interesting dev's

Ok boomer for this gen Xer?. I am not an idiot. I am pretty tech savvy. I was using personal computers before most people as a child in the mid 80s. But with this app, I basically lost my entire contact list across my ipad and somehow, my phone. Not intuitive, and apparently high risk of doing something stupid and irreversible.

Takes too long. This app is just as crummy as all other contact syncing apps. Every single one I've tried either takes to long or doesn't let you sync enough contacts for free. This one takes too long - I had ten contacts and after 5 minutes it hasn't finished. In another app I managed to download all 20 max contacts within 2 minutes. Don't waste your money and time trying to use syncing apps, I've tried most of them and unless you want to pay, do the syncing yourself by hand.

Messed up my contacts. Couldn't even handle 300 contracts. Totally screwed up all my contacts.

Not the Dull Monty. After buying the app, you'll pay $5 to sync all contacts and remove the duplicates it creates. It will mix up pictures for contacts with Google profiles, and when you fix this is Google it will not register the change in Google contacts and sync to the phone -unless- you also change some information about the contact. You have to tap 5 buttons to -actually- sync (meaning you may think you synced when you didn't unless you click all 5) and you will be reminded to rate the app after every single sync. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that it did eventually work....

Lil confusing at first. Worked great for iPhones

Beware: doesn't sync notes category. 4 bucks wasted... This app does sync the notes category from gmail contacts! Huge issue if you keep miscellaneous info in that category. Seems very odd.

Contacts Sync. This is one of the best apps I have ever run. I maintain Google Apps on all my office computers and it serves to maintain every contact we have ever had. The problem was that for contacts originated on my iPhone, I had to re-enter them to get the email address up to my desktop to send email without re-typing the address and getting the name as well as the address there. Now I just sync them up and I get the complete contact information, in addition to just the email addresses. I strongly recommend this app to anyone who maintains a Gmail account and wants to access their iPhone data on their desktop.

Works really well. Don’t even need iCloud to work now. This does it better and works well across platforms!

You'll eventually do everything you need with this app.. While this app is what it says, I don't know from their somewhat misinformation for instance why you would want to backup with them for an admittedly small price when contacts are backed up on the apple cloud and with your gmail account. To have them in an additional place could be unnecessary risk. Cleaning up your contacts is also difficult with this program. I synced everything, cleaned up on my iPad, deleted all my gmail contacts, and then synced iPad to gmail account. I'm glad it had this flexibility. Still I give it four stars for working well and quickly.

Not Working on IOS14. Contacts not loaded & backup not working ..

A real time saver. I could find no other way to copy my iPhone contacts to my Google contacts. The cell phone store did it incorrectly, none of the suggestions on the web worked (including the iTunes method), nothing. This app gives you control over which contacts to sync and in which direction. I don't understand the negative reviews. It works well and is free for up to 50 addresses. I had almost ten times that many and was happy to pay the price of a latte to get the job done.

90% accurate and screwed up the other 10%. High hopes for this app. I created a test contact on my iPhone and another test on my Dell laptop using Google Contacts. Addresses and notes didn’t sync and many pictures I had of friends now show up on other contacts, on both devices. I am erasing the app after this review.

Doesn’t work on iPhone 5s. Title says it all. No error message. Just fails to work. “Bought” it twice.

Works Great. The purchased app works great. I was a little confusing until figured out that it was a bit “modular”and that I had to figure out which parts I had to purchase before I could actually use it (hence 4 and not 5 stars), but after doing that, I had no problems.

Contacts lost. On sync, my 2300 contacts spread over 6 contact lists are now 800+. My goal was to unify my list in one place, and nowI am scrambling to figure out where they are located. No time savings through this process.

Made iPhone to Nexus 4 switch easy. This app made it so easy to transfer my contacts from my iPhone to my Nexus 4! I looked up numerous sites, but they either didn't work, would cost over $40, or were too complicated. The Lite app only allows imports of 100 contacts max, so I paid $3 for the rest. It worked wonders. Thank you guys, for the great app.

did not do the job despite in app purchase. signed in got to point of syncing with free version - infromed me that free version would sync only 200 contacts (despite the fact i was only syncing 22). No way forward to proceed with sync. In app purchase of $1.99 - consistently crashed at 12th contact. No contacts added to contact book. don't waste your time or money

Pathetic App. I just bought this app and put $4.95 in drain. I have total of 258 contacts all in iPhone and when I want to sync it with google it only does 158 and doesn't want to sync. I am missing 100 contacts in my gmail. I drfinitely don't recommend this app.

Holy crap it just deleted all of my contacts!!. I'm not happy. It Recommends using their backup before syncing.. Then it deletes all of the contacts off of my iphone. To say I'm not happy would be a ridiculous understatement

Feeling ripped off. The app DOES import contacts from gmail into the contacts in iPhone, but that is literally ALL it DOES do. If all you want to do is look up a contacts phone to call or text them then the app is useful, but none of the incoming messages or phone calls register the numbers as the names of any saved contacts that it imported, they still all show up as an unfamiliar phone number, so i don't see much point in it.

Needs more touch. It looks working. But go freeze some times. User interface is not straitforward. Need more merging option.

Ummmmm. This is a little more frightening than I thought. I have bought the highest package at 8.95 and it is less clear than before. I hope it works and doesn't duplicate everything. Update: it duplicated everything and gmail doesn't auto fill some of my my used contacts. I will fix the sync and then delete this app permanently.

Unhelpful. No point in downloading this version because the Pro app has the functions you need (merge, delete etc.)

Garbage!. I give it one start because it does sync with my Gmail account, but the merge feature is terrible! I "clean" my contact list before the sync, but it doesn't do anything. I tried running it a few times, and now I have 5 different contacts for the same contact. This rating is harsh because I expected better service since it's a paid app.

Money well-spent.. When an app works as advertised, as this one does, I'm always pleased. This happens so infrequently that I usually expect the worst. This works quickly, intuitively and transparently. Well done!

Good App. It worked well and gives you options on how you want to sync. I did not use the clean up option because of a couple of reviews. Yes you can sync 100 contacts but I had 340 so I bought the extended version. It was only 3.99. It really helped and I think it was worth the cost!

Works well. Needed to get all of my contact from blackberry to iphone along with my notes. Was able to upload/sync blackberry and gmail and then sync gmail and iphone. Great!

Horrible App!. Originally installed this app to sync up my duplicate contacts but after I installed it set it up properly and click sync it mixed up every single contact in my iPhone. Wrong pictures on wrong names, I can't find people that I call every day, and I have to reset up every contact profile that I have spent the last year setting up manually. I would not suggest to Sapp if you have many contacts in your phone and you want to sync it up.

Too much money or too little features. The free version limit you to hundred contacts. OK Start buying the extended version and $4.99 and you still have to buy the merging add on for $2.99 and the back up feature for $2.99. For such a simple program they sure when a lot of money and it's not anywhere near perfect. If I hadn't been in the middle of it and desperate need to get my contacts cleaned up I would've never bought it. Do not buy

Syncronizing my contacts. Best contact sync app for Apple users to have their saved google contacts on your IOS device

Saved my life. This app totally saved my life! I was so like so not looking forward to entering in all of my contacts again thank you so much this app rocks!

Buggy. It helped a lot, but it still needs a lot of improvements as some contacts were lost and the interface still causes duplicates between iCloud and GMail.

Good contact sync tool. Works well. Helps keep contacts aligned across multiple tools. It especially gmail and the iPhone. Having backup files saved is a bonus

Stuck on Done button. I just downloaded then upgraded to paid version to sync contacts, particularly wanting to see groups in my ipad contacts. It prompted my to backup. Did. Then I am hung up because the back button on the download page doesn't work.

Good job. Ok this app is the first sync contact without asking for you money. Here is how you do: After sign in with gmail There is the arrow o the top right corner keep click it about 3 time it will take you. To a page that will have the button "sync" on the bottom right corner. And that's it done without spending 3 buck @@

Deception Alley!. Unlimited should mean just that, unlimited! I don't like apps that have continual hidden fees for functions that should've been included when you made the original purchase for the app. Don't call it unlimited if there's gonna be future fees to unlock features you will be needing. "Oh, you wanna clean up your contact list? Well that's another fee! Thank you Sucka!!!"

Good job of syncing from icloud to gmail. Although i use it for one way sync mostly, it does a good job of helping me keep the two in sync

Needs multiple file download. Only one photo or video can be selected for download at a time. Strangely, in the edit mode, the app allows me to select multiple files, but as soon as more than one file is selected, the download icon is greyed out and unselectable. What a pain!

Average app. Good app. Helps get your contacts but if you have over 100 you have to pay. Doesn't save numbers either. If you call a number from your gmail account you don't know who it is caused it isn't stored so you pretty much have to store it to your phone manually anyways

Life Saver. I have never been able to get iCloud to work and this keeps my contacts safe from a hard reset.

Works great but $2.99 for over 100 contacts. Brought in the contacts perfectly. Judy know that more that 100 contacts requires a purchase. If you go into it knowing you will be very happy with the app.

Must have.. App works exactly as advertised. Quick and stays updated with addition or removal of contacts.

Instant regret - don't buy. Horrible app. After buying the app the creators of the app proceeded to buckle and dime for every additional feature. Then persisted on writing a review after every action I took with the app. It's a cheap looking and the programming is so incredibly simple each feature should be include. Even with the paid version it only allows to merge 100 contacts?? How does that make any sense?? Apple should really disallow people like this to sell in their App Store.

Generates duplicates, no response to feedback. I didn't mind paying extra to remove the contact limit. The first time I ran it, it worked like a charm. My company limits access to the Google Apps account, so this was the only way to get contacts on my phone. I synced the Google Apps account with a regular Google account. Any time after the first sync it does not recognize contacts as being the same and generates duplicates. This happens again and again. I had run it a few times before I realized. In some cases I had 4 or 8 of the same contact. It took a while to clean up my contact list. I sent feedback from within the app, but never got a response.

Problems. Does what it says but there is a bug that wont let me keep names on contacts. There are a few contacts that when they call me or text me it shows up with there phone number like its a new contact. I have tried everything to fix it but it definitely happened as soon as i installed this app.

Contacts sync for Google. Amazing! Where has this app been all my life? It's giving me back some storage too removing and merging all those duplicate contacts.

Limited ability. I pretty much use it as a second address book. I tried to sink my google contacts with my phone but i have too many contacts. No way to individually select to remove or only transfer a few contacts.

Disappointed. I am super new to IOS devices, and I thought this would be easy. The free version allows 100 contacts to download, I had 107. Aaaand I kept getting an error message saying the request timed out. I deleted and figured out how to use the phones settings to download contacts. It was worth a shot!!

Annoying. There is little you can do in this app without purchasing upgrades. This is freaking annoying. For example, you can only sync 50 contacts with the free version. Who only has 50 contacts?! Dumb.

So far so good. So far so good but I wish it had let me view the result of the sync before asking for a review, which in this case gets it 3 stars. I wish I'd read the other reviews before using as most seem very poor. IF all is well, I will re-rate the app. Bermuda.

Easy, fast, accurate. Amazing software - very easy to use and loaded with the appropriate options. I had over 500 contacts to transfer. It took less than minute . It was worth the $3 to me.

Works. I didn't find mentioned that you had to pay to sync more than 100 contacts when I tried the app, so I deducted 1 star for that. Other than that it worked flawlessly and was worth the $2.99 hands down.

Works Like A Charm!. This is my first iPhone, I've always used Gmail to store all of my contacts like an iCloud. Unfortunately Gmail only allows 100 contacts to come over. This App pulled EVERYTHING down for me!

Useful. One of the only paid utility apps on my phone that I can't live without. Great for syncing contacts, cleaning up dups, and even backing them up in a variety of output formats.

Good app but needs work. Spelling errors, annoying rating reminder despite purchasing premium, etc. but does what it claims and does it quickly and efficiently.

Quick sync. I use a card scanner and store my contact in Google. This is a quick sync when contacts are stored in my iphone and does a good job of doing the merge

Missing merging feature. The app is great except for merging. If u hav 2 contacts with the same name but different email address there is no way to tell it its the same person

Excellent app - purchase pro version. Very useful. Allows you to delete unwanted contacts easily before sync. Very user friendly. Pro version continuously updates from gmail to iPhone if you want it to. Gave 4 stars because free version limited to 100 contacts. Purchase the pro version you will love it. Very convenient.

Thank Goodness Finally. I tried about four pops to sync my contacts already all did nothing this one was fast and easy😅😅😅 very pleased 😃

Worked perfectly :). It took me 10 seconds to sync all contacts for my google account to my new iPhone

Useful. I have not fully used this app to its full potential, like sync / transfer my contacts on another device, however the concept seems constructive and useful for when the time comes.
