Upsetting. Won’t let me log into my account unless it through Facebook. I shouldn’t have to use a different app to log into another. This is real upsetting I bought features in this app and I had this app for years.

bad. this app doesn’t allow you to long in with your instagram account, only with your facebook account.

Very im depth & easy to understand. The only thing I would update is a section for Reels!

umm idk. this app is actually legit but i don’t understand why you have to pay. They said they can help you out with tracking but they just make you pay so you can’t even use 3/4 of the app. unless u want to pay monthly or yearly i don’t recommend this app that much😬😬sorry...

SCAM. This app is such a scam. There was no place for me to see who isn’t following me back. You have to pay to use any helpful features. I’m worried I just gave a bunch of data to scammers who will send me junk scam mail to my email now. There was an option to clear data but I was afraid that would delete stuff from my accounts. Logged out and uninstalled the app in 5 minutes. Horrible.

This is to complacated. Why do do you gotta sign in 15 milion time why do have make everything so difficult!!!!??!

Hashtags section has error messages. I really like this app. It has a lot of useful information. I love that you can study your competitors. I love that is has an audit of what you are doing right and wrong. I love that it has goals and suggestions. Here is what I don’t love… I was able to get a bunch of hashtags analyzed. But now when I enter in a hashtag to analyze in the search field I get error messages, it won’t take anything to search now. I don’t know how to get around that or fix it. That is really inconvenient and unhelpful if I can’t search hashtags for analysis. Second, I wish there was more of a description on how to read the insights because they are charts, bars and graphs, but, if you don’t know how to interpret them, then how helpful is it really? This app has great potential if they fix these issues.

Very helpful app!. Super helpful app if you are looking to make actionable improvements to your Instagram. This app is full of beautifully designed features, and surprisingly a lot of them are free. I bought the annual subscription to support the developers - well done!

So helpful. Loving the app, it’s helped me improve my business’s social media in one day. Can’t wait to see how far I can go! Best features are the suggestions for improvements to my page and the ability to see all of my posts in order of engagement to immediately see what kinds of posts are performing strongest, as well as linking competitors social media to get the same tracking and see which of theirs perform best. It also tells me when my followers have the most activity throughout the day and week.

Much improved since the last time I tried it. I tried this app a year ago and there was nothing on the free version to even try. I’ll see how it goes for a couple of months to see if it’s worth the pro version

Facebook Logins Only. I was never able to experience the app because they don’t give you an Instagram log in option... only Facebook. Not sure if they’re trying to access more info on us or if it’s technologically impossible to IG login info but either way I didn’t proceed.

Love the app. I love how it has predictions and you can create goals. I also love how it tells you the amount of followers you gained.

Changed original purpose. App was originally to track down who unfollow you. Then they were forced to changed due to policy. So they can’t do anymore a service which users originally paid for. So app now try’s to bypass new features with others so they won’t get sue by pre-existing users. Will file a dispute to reimburse what was paid for this app.

Facebook acct required?. I am not going to set up a FB account to log into this app. I understand that they are all owned by the same mega structure, but I don’t want or need an FB account for this Instagram acct. No thanks, bye!

Great for consumers or marketers. This is an AWESOME app... need I say more? I own a digital marketing agency but am also a Content creator and analytics like these help me not only build my own page and stay aware & up to date but ALSO great for my clients. We have used this app for our clients to better understand their positioning/how they can grow their page. Personally I enjoy the scheduling feature and the recommendations they give me. All I do is schedule out my posts for the week then take their recommendations as they come! I truly have seen an increase in growth from using this app.

Love It, Great Features. Love this app. It has many great analytical and tracking features, plus some extra goal setting/tracking and audience demographics. Been looking for an app like this for a long time. My only wish is that they didn’t suddenly introduce premium, and it’s so high at that.

Using it since 2014 & loving it. One of most useful Instagram insight reporting app. The feature of setting up achievement goal is very useful to keep track on what action must be considered taken.

ANNOYED!!!. I’ve been using this app for years no problem until recently I had to uninstall it because it was no longer loading. Upon installing it again it won’t link my Facebook account to be able to use the app even though it’s said that it’s been linked but still need permission to link. I’m beyond FRUSTRATED!

SOME PERMISSIONS ARE STILL NEEDED ERROR MESSAGE. I typically use this app about 5 times a year more towards the end of the year for the Year Wrap Up. I’m getting an error message that’s saying that more permissions are needed. I don’t understand why it’s not connecting. I’ve tried multiple things from resetting my phone, making my page public, etc.

Developer is a scam artist and only responds to fake positive reviews. This does not do what I originally purchased it to do. Bait and switch, total scam. Avoid.

Awesome.. This is a really good app to use if you a familiar with how to read instagrams analytics. It basically tells you everything you need to know to keep your Instagram up to par, and increase your following. My favorite feature with this app are the goals they provide you to increase your engagements, and following. Keep up the good work!!

Excellent application for the most part!. Did what I wanted it to do, nevertheless, it failed to deliver after a unfollowing 25-35 members.....requires you to Waite a good hour between sessions. Not very convenient. Yet manageable. ;)

🫤. Not free.

It’s thorough but not too complex.. The app is clean and well laid out with not so much information that it will confused an untrained marketer. Has just enough data (and suggestions along with it) that a person needs to keep track of their growth, where strengths and weaknesses lie, and how to improve the numbers. Instagram has something similar within the app for advertisers but I tend to go here first.

Great App for Instagram Analytics. I like the information shown in this app. It’s very useful. I use it to track growth for multiple accounts I manage on Instagram. It’ll be nice if you can post automatically to Instagram.

Disappointing. I paid for the involvement pack and the information was not accurate at all. A lot of people who never comment on my IG account where in the “Most comments to me” section, in the “Most comments or likes“ one... The information in those premium packs is not true, so I paid for nothing. Don’t waste your money.

Can’t add instagram account. This app seems like a lifesaver, but i couldn’t even add my instagram account. it took me through an endless log-in loop and kept wanting me to add a facebook page. I was so excited for this to work :/

Awesome. This app is fantastic, I have a fitness page, and there are so many people that follow you to get you follow them back then they delete you grrrrrr so this app has been a savior to get rid of those fake page builders

It's awesome. It occasionally misses the one or two followers that get away from you and you're unable to see if they've unfollowed but oh well you get that, other than that it's an amazing app!!

Fantastic!. I have used apps like this before and they always used to crash but this one doesn't! And it's not slow or anything! I wish you didn't have to unfollow/follow 60 users every hour but that's only because of instagram not this app. GET THIS APP!

Pretty good. This works pretty much as advertised, so no complaints there. Would be good to have some power user features like filtering of long long list by name, date etc. That would make it 5 star I reckon. At the moment this seems to be targeted more at the proficient teen user rather than professional use.

Good app but has bugs. I can see the value that this app is offering but this version has bugs. 1. I can't follow 'my fans' or when I do the app automatically 'unfollows' them. 2. There is a limit per hour where you can unfollow people, but again I think there is a bug because even though it's been 24 hours I am still unable to 'unfollow' those who aren't following me.

Gutted. Absolutely gutted and annoyed with this app. I have been using it for ages and it's been of real value. I noticed a few days ago that most of the app features I was using were no longer working. I just thought that it was some kind of free trial period was over so I purchased all the features to get full access and no change. I wish I had come here first to read the reviews to realize it wouldn't work regardless of a purchase or not. Hopefully no one else is a sucker like me!!! Seriously don't waste your money!!

If you work, it works.. Great app for businesses trying to increase their social media following. This is not a buy fake followers app, you need to work at it to gather active followers. This app simply helps you manage those followers to make sure you keep active followers. It also lets you weed out those who don't follow back or are inactive.

great app but i have suggestions. It's a nice way to track your instagram for analytic purposes. However, I do wish that there shouldn't be any hourly limits for unfollowing people. Also, it would be better if we can see recommendations on who to follow based on location or hashtags. also better if we can get analytics based on each hastag we include in a post.

Expensive but Great. Would be better if there was a cheaper option of paying around $5 to unlock everything instead of $2.49 for a few packs and $1.29 for the others. Besides that it is a fantastic app that gives heaps of insight to your Instagram. Best part is the feature of multiple accounts, but again, needs to be payed for.

Great app!. This app simply helps you to organise and find your 'followers' and your 'following' into smaller groups, for example: your best friends, the ones you follow that don't follow back, fans who are ones that follow you that you don't follow back, there are many many more. Therefore I recommend this app. However, many of the groups require money for you to unlock them. So bear in mind, only some of the groups are free.

What it's doing to me and maybe others. Well I only just got the app. I will not let me log in to view my information from my profile. I do not give out apps on Instagram but I think the app is perfect to view all you need and probably want to view your information. I reckon that should just touch up the app and make it run faster with log in. It is great and I am excited to go try some more. Most new packs cost money. I haven't seen an ad son I am unsure of that. It is a free app and is perfect for Insta lovers!!!:) I suggest you have a go. If it doesn't work maybe refresh it. It may take a little time for me to get use to it.

Constantuser101. The app is good but it becomes even greater once all functions have been purchased. It's a bit expensive and there should be a small price, e.g. $5, to unlock all functions instead of individual prices, but other than that, it's a good app and I strongly suggest it to all Instagram users!

Useful for Instagram Users. You can track those who unfollowed you. Which is very useful if you follow for follow, or use the follower system as a friends option. If someone follows you and you kindly follow them back, and they unfollow you. You can use this tool to unfollow them back. Very useful for those trying to get popular on Instagram.

This app is literally pointless at this point.. Much like everyone else that's reviewed in the past couple of days, I'm no longer able to access any features, bar maybe one, of an app I have used and paid for since last year. This has happened before, but last time it was due to Instagram apparently telling the developers they weren't allowed to access the information. At least last time they explained this to us. We should all report this app to apple and demand a refund, and then use literally anything else instead of this app.

Was good until the update. Paid $10 for the full version a few weeks ago. Now after the update can't even see who I'm following, who unfollowed me or even unfollow people all together. Disappointed waste of money

Fantastic for managing your Insta Accounts. It's just easy to use, understand and the functionality is self-explanatory. From a business perspective, the app makes light work of managing, tracking and organising your accounts. The add-on to manage multiple accounts is fantastic.

Update has Ruined a Great App. Just opened InsTrack for the first time since their latest update and found it unusable. From the moment I opened the app I’m constantly being prompted to ‘subscribe’ to a ‘Pro’ or ‘Advanced’ subscription (neither of which are reasonably priced). Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for in-app purchases to unlock certain features, but a SUBSCRIPTION just to use the app at all? What a scam. I’m disappointed that it’s gone from being a great app to being absolutely useless since the update.

DELETE THIS APP ASAP!. Every other review on here is BS and probably not even real people!! I logged into my Instagram account through the app, then i tried un/following people and it told me I needed to log out then back in. I logged out, and my password had been changed. I couldn't log back in, I received a message "the owner of this account could have changed the password". I had a forgot password email sent to me and fixed it but yeah, this app is BS and jacked my account!

Very helpful. This app helps me to make sure I know exactly who has unfollowed me or blocked me. It allows you to see ghost followers and "best friends" also your most liked pictures and your least liked pictures. Very good and helpful but my only problem is you need to pay to get half of the features.

Showed Promise, but sadly epic fail. Was very happy with this ap for the first week. Then sadly it started to advise me that people that were still following me were no longer following me. The only reason why I picked it up was that they were good friends and I was stumped as to why the out of the blue unfollow by a few. When looking at their profiles on instagram they were still following me, sadly the ap was messing up. Have now uninstalled and looking for something more reliable.

A good app. Not perfect, some glitches ...doesn't always follow when following through their app. Also not everything available even though paid for all. Works well & use it regularly to ensure others play fair & keep it real.

Pretty good, too expensive.. I only need the app to see who isn't following me back however it would be cool to be able to see all the locked features. Unfortunately, you cannot do this without paying which I would not like to do. I believe all aspects of the app should be 100% free.

Update has now locked even the basic features.. Unfortunately since the update app users can no longer view even the basic information. The free version of the app is now just a platform to advertise all the features to pay for and unlock. I will always rather pay an initial price for an app rather than paying exorbitant prices for multiple "unlocks". Time for me to move on to another app.

Is ok. I have used this app for a while now and it is ok. It just doesn't seem to show all the people that block you. Say I get blocked my a particular person, when I refresh the app it doesn't say I have been blocked by them. So I don't know why it didn't work.

Update is awful. Everything about the app was drastically changed. Cannot use features that I use the app for. Can see how many followers lost/gained, but it won’t let you view who - which defeats the purpose of this app. Incredibly stupid update and would not recommend this app if you are wanting to track who’s following/unfollowing you on Instagram. I am deleting this app as it now has no use to me.

Incredible for Business. I wouldn't bother downloading this app for personal use (do you really need to know who does and doesn't follow you back?) but from a business view, it's incredible. The information provided is extremely useful.

Marketing research. From a business point of view it is invaluable to know who your followers are, which posts are best liked, etc. All this info is available via this app. The only thing I think would be better is to offer the complete app for a reduced price rather than having to pay for specific features.

Some minor improvements but otherwise great. I use this app to monitor the company Instagram page. The free features include gained and lost followers, however, majority of other features require payment ($1, $2, $3 etc). I found a slight inconsistency with the "Blockers" section compared to other Instagram monitoring tools and it does take a bit of time to load your Instagram information, however, considering the limited information Instagram has available for social media monitoring it is a great tool. Hopefully in future we have more information on demographic of followers and reach. Also love the fact that there are no interruption from ads.

<3. I love using this app and have for a long time. The only area that needs improving is the 'lost followers'. I find that it doesn't always reflect on my follower count and takes a long time to register an increase or decrease in who has followed or unfollowed. Other than that it's great!!

AMAZING INTERFACE. This app is amazing and very visually pleasing; you do pay for it though and there are cheaper apps out there but they don't look as beautiful. It does everything it's supposed to r.e. Analytics so 5 stars on that as well of course. Really with this one, it's up to you to decide what you want from one of these applications and pick the right one for you ❤️.

Must Read. This app is very helpful and interesting but this after you spend at least 6 dollars ): I my self have spent 6$ I think If the creators were to make everything free the app would blow up and become viral. Overall 8/10

Ok. Constant bugs need fixing.. Worked okay initially. The "extras" are a bit of a sting and tbh you need at least some of them to manage a decent sized account properly. Constantly having issues where I can't use the "like" function within the app - which I use a lot rather than switching back to IG. Also, some of the data re Followers isn't accurate (lists ppl as Ghost Followers when I KNOW they're not etc.) Support seems non-existent. Have contacted the developer a couple of times with no response/improvement. Happy to take your money though!

Best out there. I would say this is the best Instagram managing app because it has all the basic tools for free and more. Plus for the extra options which are really helpful in managing your Instagram account come for a very cheep price. 😄

Meh 😐. This application seems pretty good, but when you download it, you have to buy all the other options if you want to be able to do cool stuff -otherwise it's not very good. I definitely recommend "followers+" - I use that and really like it, it gives you the options to do many things, and if you want to do more than you need to, you can buy more packages - but it is fine without them.

Was great now useless. I use to love this app but now only displays lost likes and comments all the other sections can't be viewed contacted support twice no response I fear an abandoned app, shame cause it was worth the purchase when it worked my advice is don't bother until after if they fix it. Update 18th July finally got response from Devs that Instagram has new policy so they had to disable features Shame now app is pretty basic and ain't worth paying for :-(

Good. I like this app but I do t like how you have to buy every thing I think when you pen the app and log in you should be able to choose a feature and get just that for free because I have to answer all these questions to make sure it's me and I can't remember them and nothing is working

Disappointing Update. Since the latest update, almost every feature I used the app for has been wiped. I used the app for years with no issues, and it’s now useless. The design has been modernised, but all functionality is gone. I had a laugh about it with fellow businesses at the markets today. I’m now jumping ship and will find a better application. Shame on the developers for screwing over their customers.

Works well. The app is currently working well for me and it's great knowing who unfollows you although it would be better if you didn't have to pay for the other features of this app....

Alright. Overall, this apps capability to analyse and find out who your fans are, your recent followers, etc, is quite impressive. Though this is true, it is quite annoying that most of the info on this app is locked and you must pay to unlock them.

Works but can be useless. Kept giving me an annoying popup telling me about swapping to creator or business account to keep using it ans logging in via a newly created Facebook page to make it more official to supposedly “keep using the app”. The procces doesn’t work and now considering this app a waste of time and effort having moved a lot of stuff across to keep using it. Goodbye instrack for the second time

Hmmm. This app is pretty good. My only problem is with ghost followers. It says I have so many certain ghost followers who in actual fact like plenty of my photos. I'm annoyed that this isn't an updated part of the app. I like to unfollow ghost followers after a longer period of time but this app is far too inaccurate. Disappointing considering I paid for the engagement pack that contains this info.

Easy to use, many features, but need to pay extra to access those. The app is pretty easy to use and is easily understand; no instruction is needed. Provided many features to review your Instagram account, and even more features can be unlock if you are willing to pay extra cash. Too bad the extra features are separate in difference pack instead of just one bundle, feels like ripped off. Other than that, everything is pretty good!

Love this app. I've been using this app for a while now and I love all the information it gives me about my two Instagram accounts. It's still a shame I had to pay for access to everything individually and not a discounted price if you wanted to access the whole app.

Garbage. You literally can do NOTHING with app without paying. Used to be a good app to show unfollowers and who doesnt follow back. Now its simply trash.

Don’t download. New update is a joke. Can’t use anything with out a subscription. There are better apps out there.

GLITCH. I paid $15 to have the ability to know who unfollowed me and when and I was very happy with that purchase. Now you’ve been forced to disable that option - so I want my money back. It’s ridiculous that you can keep the money. It amounts to stealing.

50/50. It’s a 50/50 for me, the good thing about it is almost everything because the app is good, it’s accurate and trusted for sure but ye one thing I don’t like about this app is that sometimes, randomly it says “ account expired “ so after that message was sent to me I had to create a new account so that it works. Please fix that , it would be great and I would really appreciate it.

Used to be great. This app used to be awesome because it was straightforward. I only used it to track followers and now I can’t even find the function that does that. Bummer.

Things I paid for have been removed from the app.. I paid for a bunch of the packs and I now can’t find them in the app. Specifically blockers pack and some other ones. I’m hoping there’s a way this can be fixed because this app used to be my favourite for tracking things and I spent money on it...

Not useful anymore. I don't know what happened but suddenly you can't see who unfollowed or followed you anymore as of July 12, 2017. It just shows numbers now which I can basically see on Instagram anyway. I even paid for the history pack, which is also useless now.

Careful to look for most recent reviews first. I’m not sure why the oldest reviews show first. Well, because they are higher. When this app came out there were paid features to unlock. It was a great app. Suddenly everything stopped working and now lo and behold the app is back with a subscription model. They mention they have unlocked some features as a credit for your previous purchases but it’s really not the same. I find it baffling that apps can switch their models like this after people have paid for subscriptions.

Don’t waste your $. Stopped working after paying for all the upgrades.

Zero Stars. This app doesn’t do anything more than what you can do yourself in the Instagram app. They also continued to sell *more features* which is actually nothing, for SOME time before posting they no longer supported any of them due to Instagram restriction. Extremely disappointed. If I could figure out how to get a refund I would.

Insanity. Not only do they refuse to give a refund after taking away the sole purpose of the app, but they have the audacity to try and charge extra for features still deemed ok by instagram??

What the EFF. I already bought this app. The reason I purchased it was to be able to see which accounts have unfollowed. It doesn’t even do THAT anymore. Besides this, it doesn’t matter at all that I bought it before and restored purchases. It still unlocks nothing because there is a WAY OVERPRICED MONTHLY or ANNUAL FEE. What have you done to this app devs? What have you done to yourselves? Keep it simple. You have way over complicated your app and way overcharged. ABSOLUTE TRASH. I have been holding off on updating this app because I knew the new update would prohibit me from seeing who unfollowed me in accordance with Instagram’s “regulations” which is the only thing I use the app for (to track unfollowers duh). It used to be great, but it just stopped working. Every time I hit refresh it says “Failed” so I closed the app, reset my phone and now there’s a message telling me to update....you know what that means....TIME TO DELETE THIS APP! Because it’s now useless

Watch out. I kept finding that I was following random accounts once and a while. Turns out once you give them your password they use your account to follow people who buy followers. Not recommended.

No longer working. I sent an email to support since the app no longer was working, as you can see from the numerous reviews and I have yet to hear back from them. I sent in my email a week ago and nothing but radio silence. I also paid for this app and I expected to hear something from the developers. I'll go to Apple and request a refund if the developers don't respond soon. As the app no longer functions the way I had paid for it, I'd like a refund. Update: This app finally updated, and low and behold you need to make a new payment to use their services. This time it’s a subscription. So for all of us who already paid for this app we still have to pay, and pay for services we didn’t want initially. Refund your customers.

Great for simple things for free. This app is great at tracking who follows and unfollows you--and allows you to unfollow, check their profile, and like photos from within the app. Much of anything else in the app is for single use pay each time, and not cheap. However, it did allow me to unlock something to explore which was nice. I did pay to check out the silent fans, secret admirers information just to understand what it was, which was interesting. It allows you to engage with likers who don't follow you in an easier way so that you can maintain or deepen their followership. It will analyze your "best" supporters by the day--don't know if that will have time options as my time having the app increases--but it has all these iconographics that I don't understand and isn't readily explained. It does seem to have some bugs still--where not all of my unfollows show even within the app itself, or they do show in the app and fail to transfer into my instagram account. If you want a free way to track those annoying people who follow you to dump you--it's great and simple. For the pricing scale of eveything else--it's way overpriced and has some mentionable shortcomings (time parameters, better in app explanation of things, software glitches) that might make you look elsewhere. If you have money to burn, it does offer a decent amount of analytics on your account in a rather simple ui--if you do not mind fully understanding its methodology for computation.

Pretty Great. I got this app to keep track of unfollowers and ended up pretty satisfied. It has that feature for free including gained followers, people who you follow who don't follow you back and people who follow you that you don't follow back (fans). This was actually more than I expected from the app and it's great! For cheap prices of .99 or 1.99 (depends on which, you can buy everything separately if you want) you can extend your app to get media and uses insight and find out engagement. I really love it and it's pretty cheap if you don't mind spending a dollar or two for more information. Overall, if you just want the basics it's one of the best free apps!

Misinformation. It's good for seeing who stops following you, and who you follow who doesn't follow you back - but that's it. If you want to see things like who blocks you, how many pics someone liked, how many comments someone left, etc., then you're going to get incorrect info. It said someone liked only 1 of my pics but they have liked many more. I tested two other ppl to see how accurate this was and it gave me an incorrect number. Same thing with comments. Also, the app will show you that someone blocks you even though they don't block you. I'm sure there is other false information given by the app, I just haven't tested it. It's a useful tool but take everything it tells you with a grain of salt.

Please read for most truthful review. I got this app a couple months ago and I loved it soooo much. I would unfollow anyone who wasn't following me back. So of course I had to unfollow a lot of people at a time. It usually let me unfollow 100ppl/hr so that was VERY convenient. But recently it's been only letting me unfollow 20 ppl/hr which isn't much at all. That new update completely ruined the usage of the app. Although I'm VERY disappointed with that, the app still has a few good things. It does show who unfollows u, who u don't follow back, who doesn't follow u back, etc. But there are better apps that will do the same exact thing but will let u follow more people at a time. I don't recommend this app after the update, but before I would recommend it anyone. Overall I'm very disappointed and hope they come out with a new version that will let u unfollow/follow more people at a time.

InsTrack. InsTrack is an app my friends told me about. I decided to use it because there were either people I followed that didn't follow back or people that followed me and I followed them back and then they would unfollow me. I was following more than a thousand more people that were following me and that got me irritated. When I used the app, I got so excited when I seen the chance where I was able to unfollow the people that weren't following me. InsTrack is an app that I would recommend others to use to see people who they are following that aren't following back. They can see their gained followers, lost followers, non-followers, and their fans. They also have one where it shows the people that blocked u but that cost money and to be honest that seems dumb to me but otherwise InsTrack is a very helpful app and I recommend others to use it. 😊

Something Left to be Desired. My friend and I found and bought this app together not realizing it cost a dollar. Sure, in the whole scheme of things a dollar isn't much, but being the "cheapy" that I am this app shouldn't cost anything. There's not enough stuff for lack of a better word in this app. There's so much potential in this app. Sure they have the "best friend extension" but what about: the picture with the most likes, the person who likes all your pictures, the person who comments you the most, the person whose pictures you always like, the person who you always tag? There's so much that this app could hold but instead you get a "more extensions to come." Well I'll be still waiting for the new extensions and see if it improved the slightest.

Great app, except for.... Overall, I really like this app. It's helpful to know the analytics of your account, and to understand what your strengths and weaknesses are within the social media sphere of IG. What irks me though is that they give you some basic information, but if you want to know more, you gotta pay. $0.99 here, $1.99 there.... I'm guessing if you wanted access to everything in the app, you're gonna have to pay upwards of $10 or more. And they don't give you a flat-fee option to unlock the whole app, which is absolutely ridiculous, and makes this app developer look greedy and ungrateful despite all of the people who have downloaded and used this app. I'm gonna keep the app, but if I want to see specifics, I'll stick with logging into the Iconosquare website on the Safari browser. Everything you need to know and it's FREE.

App keeps crashing. This app was good for awhile. They need to update to fix bugs. It works good and then will not load and just crashes and won't open. I have paid money for the extras and they don't work. It'll say what pics someone likes and it's not even accurate. I will know for a fact someone recently liked 10 pics and it will say they have liked zero. Please fix this to do what it's supposed to or refund my money. I do like it when it works and how you can put multiple accounts... Just don't pay extra for ghost follower info, etc because you don't get what it says. If they fix all the extras to be correct and the problem with crashing, I will give it 5 stars. UPDATE: still crashes some. Problem Now is they make it where you cannot see names of who followed or unfollowed. If you are following someone and they unfollow, it shows a number and no name so it renders this app completely useless at this point. Please fix this ASAP! I love your app when it works. Was okay, now annoying. App did what I wanted it to- showed me who unfollowed me and allowed me to see who I was following but wasn't following me back. That's all I wanted/needed out of this app. The update overall went fine for me- I haven't seen any problems EXCEPT ONE : the app won't let me unfollow anyone from the app. I can unfollow people from my Instagram app just fine, but every time I try and unfollow someone on this tracking app, it says that I've unfollowed the max number of people per hour and I need to wait; even if I haven't unfollowed anyone for over a day. Very frustrating. OH! Also; if you use this tracking app, you'll never be able to use another tracking app. I uninstalled this app and tried using two other tracking apps- both were denied access to my Instagram account and there's nothing I can do. Seems shady on this app's part.

A little ridiculous. So I liked this app because it did what I originally wanted to use it for. I got the app because I wanted to see who I was following and if they were following me back. Then I started to look around the app and there was some really cool things you could look at. I tried to open those things and it said something like to unlock this you need to pay $9.99 or something like that and I thought at first oh it's just a couple things but every single thing on the app costs money to open except where you can see who is following you and your not following back or who your following and there not following you back. I don't see the point of getting this app if you can't do the majority of what the app offers with out paying $9.99 it's good for the simple followers and unfollowers but the rest of the app is extremely unreasonable.

very useful app. it tells you so much about your Instagram account you choose to link on to InstaTrack -- although, you're able to have multiple account on this app. it tells you who has unfollowed you, brand new followers, and you're able to unfollow people from InstaTrack. you do have to pay $4.99 to unlock everything, but it's worth it. unlocking everything gives you; 1) who has you blocked. 2) who has I liked your photos. 3) best friends of your Instagram account, and many more. overall this app is just simple awesome. I would recommend it to anyone.

New User - Decent so far. I own a clothing company and I lost a substantial amount of followers these past few days. I was wondering why and decided to get a tracker, this is definitely the best out of the ones I tried! Mainly, because this app gives you a lot of stuff to play with; however, the downfall is that they allow you to pay for most of the apps capabilities. I have yet to buy those because the app is doing what I want it to do, for now. What they allow upon signing is pretty great, they also have an Instagram account that you can follow, but it doesn't seem to get updated. Not too sure if that's worth following, but up to you guys. I say give this app a shot, what they offer in the beginning is a good starting point. It's fluid, straight to the point, and crazy simple to use.

No longer works, and I paid for features.. I've received no response to my email contact I sent the other day to support regarding nearly ALL of the features no longer working. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, which didn't help. One of the few apps I've ever given money to, as when it worked, it worked well. I never leave app reviews, but it's frustrating to pay for something and have it stop working then be ignored when you reach out about the issue. It's understandable that bugs can occur with an app, but it's upsetting to have support not reply with even a template response that they're aware of said issue and are working on a fix. There are many other apps that have the same tools- I'd advise downloading one of those instead. EDITED: changed my review to 1 star after giving support another 24 business hours to reply... nothing. Highly recommend seeking another app.

Hacked my profile.. The app seemed good at first, slightly scammish. You had to pay for the stuff you came for, even though it seemed to be advertised for free. I decided I didn't like the app, then, and just left it. I would delete it later. But then, I got an email from Instagram. It said there was speculation of someone hacking and the supposed 'hacker' changed my password. At that moment I was confused. Who would hack into my account? It's not a private account, but none of my friends who were the most likely suspects follow it. Nobody would've guessed my password though, since it's a random jumble of letters and numbers and is only used for Instagram. I decided to go onto the app, and I was logged out. I entered my password several times, being very precise, but it never worked. I realized the most likely suspects were the app owners. So I deleted this app immediately and decided to write the review. Shady quality of app, and owners.

Best app everrrrrrr. I love this apps cuz I see everyone that unfollow me and they put me right on they page for me unfollow then back nice and easy , I don't need to search for the unfollow ppl by my self , like I was doing before I found this . Well it's to bad that ppl is like this ask for followers or accept ur follow and then unfollower us like a kids . I hate that . If u don't post as much or if I have littler follows u will see a lot post from the same person . But u don't need to unfollow just look all ppl that like u post . Not that great anymore. In the past this app was great. It was all that you could hope for. You can check who blocked you, unfollowed you, and tons more. Now, all it seems to do is show you graphs and it doesn’t tell you anything like WHO blocked you, all it shows you is how many people blocked you. This seems to be the same issue for all of the other categories like lost followers, gained followers, and even the people that you follow. Sure there are new features, like a complete redesign of the app. Sure, those thing are great, but it doesn’t cover up the more important things. This was not what I paid for and I wouldn’t have given my money if I had knew about this. I wish you could give us more info about our accounts, instead of giving us facts we already know.

Good for tracking gained/lost followers but inaccurate calculations.... Got this app a few days ago. The best friends feature unlocks for free so that's cool. I purchased the other features (all except the blocker function). I think I spent cca $4? Can't remember for sure and I haven't checked my statement yet. It is a good app if you want to track who unfollowed you and who your best supporters are. It is much easier than trying to go down the list on your IG page and trying to figure it out on your own. I did notice, however, that some of the calculations are not correct. For example, one of my followers who liked several of my pictures is coming up as a ghost follower and showing they haven't liked any of my posts. That is just one that I noticed, I'm sure there are many other calculation mistakes. If this will get fixed, I think this would be a really awesome app. For now I give it 4 out of 5 stars!

Unfair. Ok so I have had this month for about 5-6 months now and it is a great app for seeing all the sneaky stuff about your Instagram and the people who follow you. So there is an option if you want to see who blocked you, but you have to pay which I did awhile back. I also paid for another pack to see your secret admirers and stuff like that. But today I went to check that stuff and it said I had to pay for it, but I already did awhile back as I stated before. And it was working fine for the past months and I think it is completely unfair that I paid for those special features and it says I have to pay again! I want a a refund conserving that I paid quite a lot!!!

LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE - Terrible App. Terrible App the whole time ever since first day I started this app. It made me loss followers. I also remember one time with blocking I thought this person was blocking me on instagram for real and saw that person and asked him why he blocked me and he said that he never blocked me and I started to it was a blocking glitch. Today I had to revoke access with this app with Instagram which I didn’t know about because I saw that I accidentally unfollowed that person I knew for a long time for which I didn’t even know about. Good thing I revoked the access with this stupid app Instrack with Instagram. I am very lucky that I did not have another blocking/unfollow glitches with someone who so important to me and to my life. SCREW YOU INSTRACK, UNFOLLOWGRAM OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY APPS FOR INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DON’T EVER USE THIRD PARTY APPS FOR INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS.

Nagware. Most features require additional purchase. The app regularly nagged me to rate it, and even though I said no and not "later" every time it kept popping up. I was not going to bother rating it, but since they asked so many times they have earned their 1 star. The main feature of tracking gained and lost followers works ok. It seems to use a local database on your device, so it is not something you can use on multiple devices consistently All of their other features require many individual purchases, which for an app like this is rather unpleasant. Would rather have a free version and a paid version (or at least a single "unlock all" purchase) rather than many sporadic purchases Update months later: I wrote a review and this app still nags me to review it. Paid for added features, which it turns out are totally not worth it, and it still nags me to review. Another update, after a few more months. The key feature that made this app valuable (knowing who unfollows you) has been removed. That feature helped you to identify users that were gaming the instagram system by following people to get a return follow, and then automatically unfollowing days later. This was apparently removed due to an instagram API policy that is horrible. Why should we know who follows us, but not who unfollows us? This app has lost all its value. Until they can work with instagram to return the unfollow identification it is not even worth the one star in this review.

Stopped working right after I paid for the add-ons. When you hit 10K followers on IG it only shows how many followers you have to the nearest hundred. I wanted an app that would tell me the actual number. I downloaded and installed Instrack and was really impressed with all of the features it had beyond what I wanted m. However, you need to pay money to fully unlock them all. I thought it would be cool, so I paid the $10 for all of the add on packages. A few hours after I did that the app stopped working. It said my IG token was invalid. I did everything I could think of-- I reinstalled the app, upgraded my iPhone, ensured I had the latest version, even tried removing and the app as an authorized source from IG and adding it back, but none of it worked. I sent the Instrack people several emails but they never got back to me. Now I just want my money back.

Scam- be aware. Should be removed from App Store. I purchased the full package after using the app for a year and being bombarded by pop ups about all the amazing features I could unlock if I simply paid $7. Finally, four days ago I relented and all was well! I could see who was not following me, I could see my unfollows etc. This morning I get on to discover NONE OF THOSE FEATURES WORK ANYMORE! So I spent $7 and bam the app is junk. Now it just tracks your stats which tons of other free apps/sites can do. How can you charge people for functions and then remove them days later? No response from the company. Contacted apple asking for a refund (which I've never done in my 8 years of using the App Store) This was a complete scam and they should be removed from the App Store. Turns out they then "updated" their app so these bad reviews won't display. Nothing was changed when it "updated".

RIPOFF - BEWARE!!. I never leave reviews for apps but I had to in this case - I am livid. After reading amazing reviews on the App Store and making the purchase to upgrade to full features, ALL of those features disappeared three days ago with no rhyme or reason or warning from the app or creators. Emails and inquiries have gone ignored and unanswered about any kind of fix or solution. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one, as I thought it was some kind of bug with my own account. After my last email specifically stated I would resort to social media to post about my experience, I still didn't receive a reply. So, that's where I'm headed! I'll make sure as many people as possible know about this scam and avoid being ripped off. You have a problem - you let your customers know. Period.

Useful. App is my go to for instagram data. Great app, useful, and easy to use. What I like most about this app is that it works for multiple accounts. You don't really need to buy the pack if you want simple data. But if you want to step up your game, a one time fee of 9.99 is a pretty worthy investment. The only thing I suggest is that are some categories that I'm not sure what they mean. Most are self explanatory but some are vague and it'd be nice to have a description of what that feature shows you. There's a lot of features so I'm pretty sure I can do without some but still nice to have and check out. Thanks for the awesome app!

Taking this up with the App Store. So I paid to unlock all of the features about a year ago... have been using this app just for fun to check on my Instagram account, and I open the app today to see all of the features (except one) blocked. Only one feature is allowing me to click on it, so I'm thinking something got messed up in the App Store and the app is forgetting that I paid to unlock everything, so I'm clicking "restore purchases" and doing everything I can think of to make the features work, then I start looking on the App Store and see that the Instatrack App is "apologizing" for having to disable everything......???? Um you can't just have people paying for something, and then take it away from them. That's not how things work. So I will be reaching out to the App Store and getting a refund. I suggest anyone who paid for this app at one point also do so, they can't just delete everything off of an app in which people paid to have. If it was free that would be different.

Just downloaded. Not much to see except who you are following and any of those that aren't following you. Clear enough interface, but anything else you click wants you to buy that one feature for .99 cents. I guess i had hoped for a bit more than that and indeed for the small fee of writing a review, i have been given the "Best Friends" feature so now I'll have to go see what that will do for me ;-) Does what it says and these days it's all about the glorious "in app" purchases. But, hey, they took the time to write it and get it accepted by the Apple App store gods so I shouldn't be whining ;-) (at least I already know that a "friend" of mine never followed me back! ;-)

Absolutely useless app after spending money on it!!!. This app was pretty useless without the add on features but they had powerful features and reasonable prices. I bought almost all the add ons. And all of a sudden all the paid for features disappeared due to licensing questions with Instagram. I understand that the root cause was Instagram tightening he policies but this is a business and I paid money for a set of features that no longer available. The company could at least offer replacement and new features as part of the transition. But no, app is back to being useless, I am out of my money, and new features cost in the app!!! Really? This is how you take care of your customers? A complete irresponsible way of dealing with customers. Stay away...

Okay app but I have a few thoughts. It's a good app and all but I dislike the whole "you need to pay to unlock this" thing. I recently transferred to an iPhone but before I had a Samsung Galaxy, and on the Samsung it was free access to everything, but on my iPhone you have to pay for like everything. I don't know if it's like a update or if it's the difference between to two phones but either way I dislike it. I also dislike the fact that you can only delete 60 people an hour it's very inconvenient and it bothers me so much. Why can't we have an app that everything is free and easy to finish. Every app that we have free access to is just a cover up to A LOT of in app purchases. I know this wasn't a very positive review but it's an honest one.

New update is horrific.. UPDATE #2: Phew, thank god. They handled the in-app purchase bugs and they are now restored. I've noticed a couple bugs of misreporting certain things (like that 2 people had unfollowed me when they hadn't, and that I deleted a comment which was still posted). With those bugs fixed, this app would be 5 stars! UPDATE #1: New update is horrific. Wouldn't restore my purchases after updating latest version of app. Also very buggy. Please fix! I don't want to pay $10 for everything I already paid for!!! Original Review: Great tool for Instagram. Lots of great features. Very impressed. I use this for my business and it helps me to know what media is most popular, what methods work (or don't work) that I just used, etc. All the features I've purchased so far on it have been great!

Pointless. This app is pointless and doesn’t show you who unfollowed you. That’s the only feature I care about. Not because I need to know who unfollowed me so I can go after them. It’s because there are deceptive Instagram users out there that follow you, and once you follow them back, they unfollow you. They use those deceptive tricks to get more followers without having to follow anyone in return. The only way that works are for those who are worldly famous. The average instagram sensation is not famous even though they think they are. I like knowing who unfollowed so that I can unfollow them right back. It’s poor form to not follow people back and many of these deceptive users do that. This is why Instagram needs to allow their users to know who is unfollowing you. This app doesn’t let you do that, so it’s completely useless. I don’t care about the other stuff.

I use to love this app. But I deleted it when when they took the features away with being able to see who followed and unfollowed you. Then I read that these features were back, so I reloaded the app, and reinstalled my paid features, and sure enough I could see those that had followed and unfollowed. Then tonight, these features were greyed out again and not usable. A lot of users do the whole "follow and immediately unfollow" to gain followers and it's annoying! I'd like to be able to see who these users are to I could block them. I know there are several other apps available that still offer this these features, but I was so hoping to be able to use this particular app because it has always been the most reliable on real statistics and analytics. Other apps give false analytics which is just as annoying.... Please deactivate these links 🙏🏻

Why Can't I check that?. I've had this app for maybe 2 years and now all of a sudden I can no longer check my new followers, lost followers, non-followers, or fans? These are main page items that used to be clickable and now for several days I haven't been able to check these. I didn't pay for several packages through this app to now have features taken away that were FREE. Bring this back or I will no longer use you app or share it. Social media helps my business and I know many others that are the same. I have shared your app with many people as a great tool, but now it seems it's no longer and good tool to have. I will keep this app for a little while longer to see if these features come back with a new update. I just updated the app and all it did was make these features grey.

akeller239. Great for monitoring your IG followers-- especially since many people apparently follow randomly just to get many followers-- and then unfollow after they get the re-follow. I'm fairly new to IG and had a hard time keeping up with those so called follows until I started using this app. The other features aren't as useful to me, however. It does show who interacts most with you, or less or not at all. Useful for some. Would give it 5 stars except the info is updated only updated every other day instead of every day, but not a huge disadvantage for me. I recommend, especially the free features 😍

Stop Selling Deleted Features!!!. I can understand if you’re no longer able to offer most of the features of this app in order to comply with Instagram’s policy, but why are you still trying to get users to pay for them??? I just redownloaded the free version to my phone to see what CAN still be done with it, and from within the app it looks like I can still have access to all the features, I just have to pay for them. But on your page in the AppStore, you lost most of those features as no longer being available. So if someone happens to purchase those packs now, do they just only find out once they’ve already paid that those features don’t exist anymore??? Stop trying to sell what you no longer offer.

Then Ask For Permission!!!. If you are in violation of Instagram's A. 19 Platform Policy, then there is a solution. Ask for permission! How long have you known that you have been in violation? You're the top company in this arena. You just conveniently overlooked this rule--while still taking people's hard earned money? People have paid you for this app and all of its add ons. It's time for you to do something. It's time to earn your money! Ask for permission to allow your app to function as promised--or give your users a refund. Potential purchasers of this app...don't...until the developer has made the necessary changes to allow the app to function as it was designed. It now doesn't do anything that you can't do in the native Instagram app. More than half of the original functionality is no longer available. Functionality that was paid for by its users. In the app's Version History, read everything that was stripped away in version 2.3.2. That's almost the whole app! Stay away from this app unless you have money to throw away.

Useless and annoying. I bought this app a couple of years ago and paid a full price for all packs. It worked like a dream. I was able to see who unfollowed me, and most importantly, ghost followers. Also, in the Engagement pack, I saw accounts that stopped liking my posts for over a month, thus turning into inactive followers. I could see who blocked and so much more. With its clear and logical interface it was the best Instagram analytics app in the store. Then they changed the app because of Insta rules and regulations. Maybe so but there're plenty of other apps out there that still work just fine! This app is just plain AWFUL with its nasdaq like graphs!! It's impossible to see anything anymore except the things no one cares about. Engagement and Audience packs are the most important yet they now show no useful info what so ever!! Silly graphs that make no sense!! Don't even bother with this app!! Check out other followers apps in the store. Some require subscription fees but they're not exuberant…The good ones all cost money but it's worth it if you're an avid Instagram user.

Arbitrary limits limit usefulness. Instatrack could be great, but it needs an overhaul. If you would like to unfollow people who aren't following you, you encounter completely random limits - both by the hour and by the day. One day I could unfollow 50 people per hour, another only 9. One day I could unfollow a total of 300/day, another 25. My account is very active and I've never gone to instajail, and can follow upwards of 500 accounts/day without issue. So why would I be limited to as little as 25 unfollows in a day? It screws my ratios unless I'd like to manually unfollow through an obnoxious process of searching each non-follower in Insta directly and doing it manually. Defeats the purpose of this paid app for those of us trying to run a business.

Great. I used this application for a while now and tried others. Great functions and extremely user friendly. Overall the best application I've used for this type of function. One recommendation I would give you (I really hope you read this) is to allow users to see inactive instagram users who they may be following. So perhaps people who haven't posted a photo in 1 month or so. It would be a great competitive advantage for your application- I've looked everywhere and no application has that function!

Poorly Engineered Scam. Bottom line - this app is more of a scam than a functioning application. This app will frustrate you much more than it should. It's simple, yet they couldn't get it right, or more likely, didn't care to. I've used similar apps for other social media for years and with zero issues, so I don't see how this developer screwed it up. This is by far the worst app of it's kind that I've used to date --and I paid for all additional features (that now do not work.) Here's a kicker; if you make selections "too fast," this app will actually give you warning messages telling you that you're abusing it and requesting that you use it correctly. Excuse me? I know what selections I'm trying to make better than your algorithm that can't keep up, as your competitors seem to do without error. Additionally, my time is valuable, and if I pay for a service, I expect it to be at least as expedient as any free app of similar tasking. 'Auto refresh' does ...well, it does nothing, so you have to constantly refresh manually in order to check accuracy. It seems to have issues following. It unfollows accounts fine, most of the time, but if you need to follow, expect to have to repeat the process from insta --every time. **All of the app's many shortfalls are irrelevant now that almost all of the features are inoperable, to include seeing who unfollowed. This app is now both 100% useless and 100% waist of money.**

Love it, but doesn't work anymore.. Everyone seems to be having the same problem "all the options are grey except lost likes and comments" You guys really need to fix this because I payed $7 for all features and I can't even get half now. People have been unfollowing after a f4f and I need to see who they are. It was working beautifully before until it just stopped doing its job. Please, PLEASE fix this! I tried everything like restoring my purchase and signing in and out of my account on the app. NOTHING. I'm going to try to delete and then download the app again and hopefully it will work. Please help us?

Yasssss. This app is truly awesome I don't really wright reviews but this seem so worth my timeeee okay so I had this app before but didn't really like it because I had to go back and forth to see who unfollowed me and go to my oh and unfollow them but now I decided to re download this app I mid way going back and forth I accident tap on on ig page and it took me to it so I tap the unfollow button thinking it would say you have to buy the full version or something like that but it didn't it unfollowed SO THIS UT TRULY AWESOME SAVED ME TIME and frustration I love that they upgraded that THANK YOU

3.0.2 hoping to give a better rating soon. I was going to write a 1 Star review after the devs released a “gutted” version of what formally was a great app and then tried to charge a subscription fee even though some of us had already paid for the premium features. Thankfully the devs credited everyone who already paid and gave them access to the premium features. Reading other reviews and comments I see that the devs are trying to follow policies while trying to keep everyone happy. I’m still a little skeptical since there are other 4+ Star apps out there that let you see followers/unfollowers. I’ll be keeping my eye on them to see if they are removed from the App Store. As for now...I’m giving 3 stars for the new features and I hope to see that’s the devs are not BSing us about the followers/unfollowers feature and then I can increase my rating.

inaccurate! Math doesn't add up!. Maybe it's because I have large numbers, but it is very inaccurate. There have been times when it says someone's unfollowed me, when they have not. But more troublesome are the numbers, the math doesn't add up! I have 9k followers total. The app says 6k of my followers, I don't followback. That means 3k of my followers, we should be following eachother. This is false because I am only following 1k total! This means that the app is off by at least 2,000 followers. That's a large margin of error! That being said I still use the app daily because it works sometimes to tell me when people unfollow me and that's good enough. Plus it's the best looking app of the ones I've tried with the same functionality. Just be warned, this app is far from perfect!
