Not 100 push-ups?. The title suggests the program will lead you to 100 push-ups yet after paying I notice that the last workout is 5 sets of 20 with a rest in between each set. A set of 20 is a far cry from 100, only a real beginner will find full benefit from this program. I also wish it had a calendar, you have to figure out when you want to do them and track it yourself, kind of pointless if you are buying an app to do it for you.

App is great but not 100 consecutive pushups. The app works great, but the final day has you do 5 series of 20 pushups with a 2 min break. This is not the same as 100 consecutive pushups. Of course you see that only after buying it. It would be alright if you could add custom daily pushup goals (so that you can add more weeks where those 5x20 slowly becomes 100) but you cannot. I will finish the program but I cannot say I will have done 100 pushups at the end. If they offer the option to continue at the end I will add 5 stars.

Fast and effective. I found this app so convenient and effective! Very well worth buying the bundle of fitness22 apps. I see and feel a difference after every day and it only takes a few minutes a day! DO IT! 💪🏼

Great push up builder!. For anyone who has had success with C10k or anyone who wants to increase their upper body strength. I love that you can start with either wall, knee, or standard push ups and build up from there. Definitely worth the small cost. As a nurse, I need all the strength I can obtain and this program helped me to help my patients.

Perfect one-task app. I needed something to motivate me to do push-ups. That’s it. This app does it for me perfectly. I started out able to do 5 push-ups in a row. I’m now currently on the workout that does 58 push-ups ( split up amongst 5 sets) and I’m excited to keep going!

Change to subscription base?. ***FIXED THE ISSUE*** - back to being a great app Bought this app a while ago and now they’ve taken away all the premium features I paid for and are asking for a subscription. Gotta be a mistake.

Great App to start off with.. Just started getting back into exercise and have used their 5K, 10K push-ups and sit ups app and am making steady progress. This is an app to get you in shape not turn you into Arnold Schwarzenegger. If you're looking to get back into shape or back on track I'd suggest starting with these apps.

Might not be what you’re looking for.. This app does not train you to do 100 consecutive push ups. It trains you to do 5 sets of 20 push ups. If you’re a beginner trying to build upper body strength, or you can’t do traditional push ups yet, then this is a great app. It takes you through a progressive program that will help you achieve your goals. However, if you want to train for 100 consecutive push ups in a single set, then you’re better off with something else.

Dope app. It’s cool for times when you just need a quick little workout to do that holds you accountable. I usually do the pushups and on the rest time do nonweighted squats until the rest time is up. This gives you a tremendously quick little “full body” session.

Great app. It’s a nice simple push-up app. Straight to the point, and you can add a little music. Perfect for someone trying to get a little exercise in, start working out (again), etc.

If your out of shape this is for you!. Every time I get lazy and depressed and put on a few pounds. This is one of the 1st apps I go to start my fitness journey. I’ve never completed this app for the years since purchasing that’s my goal 2021. It starts off easy then progress at a mild interval.

Misleading, waste of money. I thought this app was meant to help train people up to do 100 push-ups. What it really trains you to do is five sets of 20 push-ups. This there’s no endurance test to see where you’re at, which would be helpful in understanding if this app will be useful for you at all. And you can’t look ahead at the plan beyond the first week without purchasing the pro upgrade. I would not have purchased had I known I would be coming in beyond th usefulness of app.

Great customer service with an excellent workout product. I had purchased the package with the different apps a few months ago to help me stick to a workout routine. Unfortunately with a recent update they required additional membership to use the app, and upset I contacted the company regarding this. To my surprise not only did they reply in a timely manner but helped me with the issue regarding subscription. I’m genuinely glad to have received such prompt service and will continue using their many apps on my fitness journey.

It's a buy.. Simple and effective. I'm a couch potato and this got me off my asz. On Week 9! Amazing results. Just stick with it and remain on a level until it's easy before moving forward. Twice weekly is enough time to rip and regrow muscle. Do NOT rush. I started January and spend a couple of weeks on each week as defined in the program. Buy it!

Back on my regimen. I love the suite of apps. Separately or in conjunction, I use them to come back to my health and fitness when I’ve lapsed. I’m 42, and jumping back into workouts can be a challenge when I hit it too hard, too fast. These apps help me get and stay on my grind.

The Money Isn’t Right. I previously purchased the full version of this app and several others by Fitness 22 in a bundle. I was using and enjoying them but took a break from them for a couple months. Now I decide it’s time to start exercising again, open the app to pick back up where I left off (the beginning of week 5), and instead I’m greeted by a page asking me to start a subscription. I try to restore my purchases and am told I haven’t made any. The app remembers all of my progress so I know this isn’t an account glitch, it’s the developers trying to get me to pay for something I have already payed for. I enjoyed these apps, they were helpful in that they made it easy to follow a fitness plan of gradually increasing difficulty without having to plan it out myself. That was worth the $15 I believe I payed when I purchased the bundle. But are they worth a recurring payment? I think not. And I think it’s worth mentioning that it is not made clear whether the subscription is for just the one app or for the whole family of apps. If it’s just the one, then it is DEFINITELY not worth it. Just google a push up plan, you’ll get all the info and probably more context for it than you will from this.

What a waste!. If you can already do push-ups, this might not be for you. I thought it helped build you up to 100 push-ups in a row. Nope! In its 10 week program, it builds you up to doing 20 push-ups in a row, 5 times (sequentially), with breaks between each set of 20. I’m 42 years old and not in great muscular shape but still thought this to be laughable considering this was the advanced setting. If doing a few push-ups exhausts you and/or maybe if you have no ability to do 20 push-ups without some coaching, then this might be helpful. For myself, I could do this on my own in a week. I’m just not motivated and find apps helpful to reach goals; however, doing 5 sets of 20 push-ups is not a goal I have, especially a 10 week goal. Thankfully I only wasted $2.99 on this.

I fell of the wagon. I remember two years ago, when I first saw this app while browsing the App Store, I downloaded it and decided to try it out and it did me some serious justice because I lost over 60+ lbs. and went from a size 48 to a 38 in pants and from a 3XL!! Now

Best push-up app out there.. Wish they had a way to choose two workouts a week vs three. I’m 68 and can do 50 real pushups. But with all resistance training I need that extra time for recovery or my progress stops. Can I do without that expanded schedule? Well, yes. But the schedule is an important element to me, something I use in my fitness planning.

Very simple app that does exactly what you want. There is so much to like about this app. Small chunks of time, three levels of difficulty, easy to skip ahead or pause for rest. Helps keep me motivated. I think I will buy their other apps eventually.

Missing a couple key features. While the app is decent it is missing a few things. First, when you upgrade from free to paid, it only keeps the journal entities for your previous workouts. It does not actually mark them as done. Second, it doesn’t auto advance to the next workout after you have completed the one you are on.

Try this. You’ll like it!. I’ve been anti-running for a few years after falling off the wagon. This gave me the push to get back into it and actually like doing it. Before, I would run, and if I had to stop...I felt like people were watching me and felt guilty...this app tells you to walk, and that makes it ok, then tells you to run again. Then you do! Love everything about this program!

Simple/ effective but annoying features. This app is simple and effective for those looking to get started with pushups. Downgrading the rating due to the following extremely annoying features in the paid version: 1) repeated popup requests linking you to a five-star only rating for the app 2) the app is littered with links to this company's other paid apps 3) requests asking you to sign-in with a facebook login everytime you open the app

Circuit Training. I do the push-ups, then during the rest period I do the same number of sit-ups, then body-weight squats. After the rest period is over, repeat.

Don’t buy. I bought this app. Used it for a couple years. Loved it. Then with the latest updates I no longer have access to anything more than the free trial version. There is no way to restore purchases. There is no way to go back to a version in which I can use more than 4 days of workouts. I just opened it one day and it was all gone. I bought this. One of the few apps I’ve bought. I get updates are necessary, but if you own it it should be yours and you shouldn’t be updated out of ability to use. When a new car model comes out the dealer doesn’t come and repossess your car and make you re buy your car back. Bad business.

Simple is good. I tend to make excuses why I can’t work out. This app makes it simple. I can exercise anywhere, anytime. I like the every other day routine and gradual increase in repetitions. Feeling stronger, and have a positive experience. Exercise is about just doing it. This app makes it easier. Thanks!

Beat your face. "Beat Your Face", Army jargon for doing push ups. It is a great app that motivates you to get on the ground and knock out some push ups. Good rest periods in between to rotate your shoulders, and gently stretch your chest muscles. Try it, you'll like the app, you'll enjoy your push up improvements, and you'll love the results.

Follow the plan and get to 100. I’ve completed the plan once before and it got me to 100 push-ups! I’m doing it again because it’s easy to build in to my current exercise routine and it’s effective. My upper body strength is not spectacular, but this program is doable and it works if you stick with it. I like how quick it is and how I can build on stretching time during the 1:30 break between sets. Highly recommend this app if you want to get better at push ups and feel strong! 💪

Love this app! Slow and simple. I'm 50yrs old and want to keep strength, flexabity and muscle mass. This program is great because it doesn't rush you. Tried many times on my own and I always hurt. Not so with this one. Follow the simple prompts and you'll there. That easy.

Fantastic app. This app really helps build your regiment to a solid routine. I’ve tried many exercise apps and imo fitness22 has the best programs overall. I had trouble when returning from a hiatus because my app would only allow the trial version even though I purchased a bundle of apps. If you have this issue just go into settings through the app itself and restore purchases then kill app and restart. Once you open again after restoring it should be open all the way to the 10 week mark if you originally had it and/or payed for it. Keep in mind when you restore the purchases it might say that you have nothing to restore or something similar but tap ok and proceed to kill app and reopen. This has to be done for each app that may be glitched into a trial mode.

Works well, easy to use. I like this app. I recommend you learn how to do push ups correctly because most people flare out their elbows. This will make push-ups way more difficult and less effective in strength building.

Recommend!!. Use push ups!! I have been through a lot of exercise apps. Fitness22 has it together!! I love all! Just wish the "great" series was available for iPad. But got them on my phone. Everything good about F22. Timing, music allowed, music softens for prompt, voice, exercise sequence!! What can I say--- GET THEM!! Thanks F22 for helping us stay in shape.

Great App!. I'm a wellness coach and have been using this for several years myself. The fact that you can start out at counter push-ups and work up to full-body, makes it a practical resource for clients. Advancing through the app leads to nice upper body definition and strength for women of all ages.

Great app!!!. This app is amazing. Helps me get through workout step by step. I would rate it 5 stars if it had some/ all of the following components: ⚪️ Able to sync with the other Fitness 22 apps (10K Runner, Squats, Sit-ups)! This would save time between having to flip flop between apps. I purchased all of the apps thinking there would be a way to sync them all but there isn’t. ⚪️ Sync all apps with my Fitbit! ⚪️ Include instructional videos on techniques for beginners. Maybe tips on stretching the different muscles being used, as well as nutritional advice. Overall, these are not deal breakers, as the apps are all awesome individually and totally recommend them!

Recommended. I’ve been using this app for four months and I like the training schedule it takes me through. It’s been years since I’ve done push ups or bench press or any resistance training. I had doubts of ever being able to do push-ups. After following this app I can now do close to 100-push ups, granted it’s spread out over 5-sets. I’ve tried the other apps and they’re too vague or too aggressive in their training schedule. I recommend this app for people who want to get back into being able to do push ups or wants to get started doing them. By the way I’m no spring chicken anymore so you can do it regardless of your age.

Great easy way to build your push-up count and build muscle. This app is very straightforward, but a great way to build upper body strength if you only have a little bit of time each day. It's well laid out and allows you to strengthen your upper body while also building up your push-up count. Also lets you listen to music and gives helpful cues along the way. I recommend this along with the other apps these guys do, if you want simple easy progress on basic exercises you can do anywhere.

Simple but effective. This app is a great way to challenge yourself and incorporate push-ups into your workout routine. I use it as part of my warmup 3x a week. It comes with three levels of difficulty so if you can't do a full body push-up yet you can work up to that.

Good for all ages. This is a great workout app for all ages. It progresses you from doing 3 push-ups at once to 25 push-ups at once. It also takes barely any time to complete a workout and you feel great after you're done.

Only for beginners. I got the free version of this app because I thought the training program was for 100 consecutive push ups. After seeing that the beginning workouts are way too easy, I find that there is a pro version upgrade. Ok, so $3 for an unlimited subscription isn’t a big deal. I buy that, and I’m scrolling to the workout I should start with in the “advanced” program with regular push-ups , and it’s the last workout in the whole program, which I completed, with no follow on sessions to improve from there. I didn’t need an app to have me do 5 sets of 20 push-ups with 90 seconds rest in between. I suppose this app might be good for beginners who can’t do many push-ups to start with, but if you are already able to easily do over 50 consecutive push-ups, this program is not for you.

Give away of the day my a...... They say pro but not really... They give you about 7 days of "training"... Thanks but no thanks... I get 7 free days at a real gym if I show interest in getting a membership there... Pound salt "push-ups"... Could you have anymore of your friends write 5 star reviews... A bit sketchy if you ask me that you have hardly any 4 star reviews... Most people's or write 4 stats because there is always something that can be improved upon!

Great Push up builder. I started using the free version of the app and tried it out for the first couple of days offered. I felt motivated to keep pushing, pardon the pun, and went ahead and spent the $2 on the full version. As long as you keep up with your weekly regimen, you will see yourself hitting the higher up goals that seem daunting at first.

Making me purchase app twice. I purchased this app a year ago I been using it faithfully since one day I get a new phone and redownload the app just to see there charging subscriptions now and have lost my purchase data

Great App for beginners. I tried another app and it was having me start a ridiculous number of reps. But this one starts at a much better pace. I liked it a lot and look forward to seeing how much it improves my strength.

Nice!. I’m recovering from a back injury and cannot lift weights anymore. I want to stay in shape and have never been good at pushups. I bench 250 but can’t do 25 straight pushups...go figure. Anyway, this app breaks you in slowly and makes it easy to work your way up. Plus I can listen to the music in my iPhone while I’m doing the workout!! Really like the app and can’t find anything wrong with it.

This works. This app is a nice, easy way to slowly build up muscle without getting frustrated or over doing it. I’m almost through the program and initially could only do a few pushups, but I’ve been able to slowly follow the three times weekly recommendations and have gotten significantly stronger over the months. I’ll say it again. This works. Looking forward to starting the extreme pushups app in a few weeks to keep the progress going.

Helps build strength and good habits. I've been looking for a super easy way to track and build strength over time and this app does just that. Especially if you are out of shape and want to get started this app gets you going.

Good motivator. Good motivator and tracker. I do push up, sit ups and squats challenges. I’d give it 5 stars if they’d lose the annoying 5’ pre- and post-workout stretch prompts and change the workout session day tracking to numerical order only instead of the weird week/day situation. I’d rather know how many times I’ve worked out at a glance. That being said, I gifted this entire package of all the challenges to everyone in my physical therapy clinic.

Not to my liking. Not helpful at all. I exceeded the requirements. Not for me. Spend $2 bucks on junk. The app is very misleading. It says 0 to 100. But not to just be able to do 100 reps in sets. I honestly thought it was going to help me be able to do 100 push-ups at one time. I read the whole description, but not a once does it explain that factor. I was looking for something that was very challenging. I was looking for a few free apps that did just this. If you are a person that can do more than 50 push-ups at one time, do not purchase this app if your goal is to do more than 100 push-ups at one time.

Good app - does not go high enough though. This works very well up until a point. I’ve used a few different push-up apps and have had problems with some of them leading to repetitive use motion pain in my shoulder. This particular program seems to work its way up into higher counts without that problem. I’m not sure why, but it’s been more successful for me. The count for the advanced level doesn’t get very high though.

Push up App works. It works by getting you working and keeping you honest. Step by step. I'm well past halfway to the 100 target. Very satisfied.

Doesn’t sinc!. Doesn’t import data to my phone or watch activity so it doesn’t get logged. Pretty bad for an app that I have actually bought! The other ones for lunges and sit-ups is the same!

Misleading. There’s no course to 100 pushups.. Only maxes out at 20x5 and you’ll only find out after paying. My previous obsolete app had me reaching 100 consecutive pushups. 20x5 is not useful for me as I’m way beyond that. I tried to refund but denied. Oh well. I don’t recommend this to those who are used to push ups already.

Good, could be great.... Very good and would get five stars if it added ALL push-ups done... Especially when repeating higher levels to build up strength... Oh and a reminder please!

Sensible Progression. I found push ups in the past can irritate my shoulder, however this app is a sensible approach to gradually build up the number of push ups achieved. I'm hooked.

Easy. Its great just to have something set out for you, and there's the paid version for later on aswell.

LOVE IT. I'm a champion couch potato and these apps has allowed to me to be champion athletes in my couch! It's awesome! Love it! Suggestion: should make ones for squats! Like 0-100 or 0-200 squats! :) Thanks so much for helping me lose ugly fats hahahaha

Watch out for the sneaky charges. I paid for the full price for the pro version in January and now they ask me to pay again in the in-app subscription. I don’t trust this app anymore.

Loveit. I love this app I've been getting bullied saying I'm fat when I'm not so I've decided to do something about it, it's really easy to use and when I'm finished I will punch hard!!

Lack of challenge and programs. Useless. The ultimate goal is 20 x 5 which is 100 and that’s it, you cannot progress any further with that plan.

Great app to keep you on track to achieve your goal. I love this app & have used it in conjunction with the related 200 sit up & 5k runner apps to improve my fitness astronomically in just 10 weeks. I really like the fact you can post to Facebook & Twitter as I find that the feedback I get from my friends after posting my achievements is really motivating. Also the incremental 3 stage nature of this app means that you can start from a very basic fitness level & graduate to 100 proper push-ups in about 7 months.

Best app for push up training. Excellent

I got there!. It seemed too easy at first, but it wasn’t long before I was challenged. It is well-paced to help you reach your goal provided you are consistent.

Might be worst workout app ever.... $10... and then $3 to unlock pro version. The “inspiration button” is literally just a pic of a guy giving thumbs up 😂🤣. It doesn’t allow you to do a benchmark set of pushups in the beginning, which seems standard on other apps of this kind.

Pro version still limited. The app does the basic job just fine and I've been using it for a week and half now. The app is lacking reminders and dates like I've seen on other apps - instead of just coming back in "a couple of days" it would be better to have it work out what days you need to do your session. Also it feels like for a pro version it is advertising its other apps a lot, no drama letting people know you do other apps but it feels like it's every second session and the ntoification indicator in "other apps" is a little annoying - obviously this is just a nit pick. Finally the social sharing is abysmal and does not share your result on Facebook just a link to their website with no context. Doesn't share the badges or anything - I've resorted to screenshotting and cropping to keep me honest ;) As I said app is okay, not fantastic.

Brilliant. This app is a great way to gently build up to doing 100 pushups a day. I have done it twice and then for reasons unexplained I have lost my way. Eventually I went back to the beginning and started again as I have today. I am looking forward to getting to 100.

Con - not worth the money.. Very misleading. Trains you to do 100 push-ups as in 5 sets of 20 with 1minute 30second breaks in between. Not the same as 100 push-ups.

Fantastic app. Easy to use, clean non-distracting interface, great for starting or rehabilitating a skill. Company is also awesome. I have used many of their apps (literally all of the isolated exercises and running apps) and a recent update introduced changes that locked me out. I emailed and the problem was solved no muss, no fuss in less then 24 hours.

Okay app, can’t sync to health. I have whole set of 5k pro paid version. Trainings are okay, u can basically plan your own without the app, or find similar training from the internet easily. It’s just convinence to have an app to help. If u have whole set, it’s still ask u to scratch for all push up, sit up, running. I thought when I buy “plan” and set they merge together in one plan... so now I have to open different apps... and skip stretch. it’s disappointing. The problem is, It seems no data sync to health, contacted support more than 24 hours on weekday and no response. Sync to health is the only reason I buy this app. And I bought the whole 5k set :-( I want my money back! So I can get one that really sync!

Great suite of fitness apps. I picked up the bundle with Push-ups, Chin-ups, Sit-ups, Squats, and Running. I love how they're integrated together tracking the overall progress. Each starts you off at a manageable level and gradually pushed you further.

Great little app!. I use all of their apps: push-ups, squats, sit-ups. They are user friendly and well thought out. The only drawback for me is using more than one app on the same day at the same time. You are required to stretch both before and after each "session". I only stretch before and after my whole routine. It would be nice if you could turn off this feature and still have the app record that you successfully completed that level.

Baby steps for beginners. The incremental manner in which this app dials up the push-ups over a long period of time makes 100 push-ups seem outright doable.

Subscription now even if you bought it before. I guess this is just the new reality? I bought the app two years ago, and it had full functionality and access to the full 10 week program. Not sure about this..... Not sure why I PAID for the app. Sure, it sets push-up intervals, but then it says things like, "stretch for __(5)_ minutes" but doesn't give you any examples of stretches to do or how to fill the time. I guess it's a good push-up interval/tracker app? Also, not seeing any Apple Watch interactions other than the watch telling me to do a workout on my iPhone lol.

This app has been a great tool for me In the past but for some reason when I open the pro version of the app it states that I currently dont have the pro version and that I should upgrade to the pro version. I dont understand why this is happening when Ive already purchased the pro version. Please fix this issue so I can get back to my routine. This app was working perfectly fine a week ago.

Would like stretching options. App gives you 5 minutes to stretch before and after the exercise. Stretching exercises would be great. A novice wouldn't know a proper stretching exercise for before or after workouts.

It works!. I followed what the app said and now, by the last day, I was able to do 100 push ups. I was lucky to do 10-15 at a time when I started but I made it!

Excellent!. I’m 71 and this is the best app I have ever used. I’ve gone from 100 knee to 100 regular push ups. Follow the app and I know anyone can get there. No stress work at your own pace. I'm now 72. I had some problems but this is a great app to overcome them.

Nice simple app. But you may need to self modify.. Great for logging workouts and great for self adaptation to your needs. I do sets of different push-up types to ensure working the full motion and do core stuff or squats during the breaks.
