Unavailable outside the EU. Whether the app is good or bad doesn’t matter because I can’t stream live TV from it beyond the EU borders. In the EU it works for streaming. Not the US (geo-blocked). News stories on the app are not updated often enough and breaking news alerts I get on my iPhone are almost never mirrored on the app itself or added as a story in a reasonable time. Basically the app needs a better and more plugged in staff.

Now ads blocking the stories. I loved this app until today. Trying to read two important stories that were blocked by an ad. No place to close it and no sign it would time out and disappear. I ended up clicking it and reopening to finish story. I dont like being forced to click on adds. I now know ill see that same ad everywhere. Hope you fix it. If not ill read my news elsewhere

Good news stories, bad app. The app cuts off the bottom part of news articles so you can’t read to the end. Super frustrating

European News Central. good to have non Anglo point of View when reading world news. App functionality is OK. Would like more options to increase Font sizes

Stay abreast. As a person who has traveled & lived in many places throughout Europe, the Balkans, & the Middle East, this is a great app to stay abreast of what’s happening Internationally.

App switching annoyance. Every time you switch between this and another app, it forgets which article you were reading and returns you to the home page. Incredibly annoying

All great except the display orientation. Why isn’t it possible to read the news on this app in portrait mode? Please make a setting for the display, at least. I like the content of the paper, but just cannot read it as it is. My solution: I deleted the app and put a link to the Euronews website in its place. Same content, but by reading it in Safari I can have the orientation I like. But I must add that Euronews offers an amazing selection of languages (12 all together) in which to read the news. This is unique among news sites as far as I know.

Seriusly, what’s with new notifications?. April 2018 review. Euronews: stop sending non urgent notifications to attract traffic. Your new clickbait news flashes (example: “Sweden has a problem with hand grenades, here is why”) destroys the quality of previous notifications and are bothersome. If you don’t come back to your senses I’ll remove notifications altogether.

Complications with sharing system. There is something wrong with the sharing system; whenever i share an article, something else is sent to my contacts. I’m using Persian interface.

Better than others. Great work regarding the design.

THE CUBE. PLEASE PLEASE transfer the rat face commentator with his difficult to understand presentations at the cube... sometimes also at the news Desk How many signatures would you need to do this?

Too many ads. After the latest update, there is a 20 seconds ad before every 60 seconds video! I have never seen so many ads in any other app or website.

Not compatible with iOS 17. The application stopped working right after the recent update of iOS17 and does not work on iPhone 15 Pro at all.

Persian Notification. Persian Notification won’t show up for more than 6 months.

Keeps crashing. Since iOS 17, it’s not possible to tap anything on the app. Totally frozen. Deleted, reinstalled, etc. No difference. And yes, way too many ads now. 😔

Read it everyday. A good basic news app for those who are interested in the European point of view.

Wrong video for current article. When I click any article with video it’s start playing me video from another article. Each time. AWKWARD bug! Also1: start play video and rotate my phone- see just black screen and everything now not responsive/ Also2: during scroll annoying banner ads loads and inserts into list with jittering and awkward lagging. Feels like cheap app made by low level noobs “programmers”..

Idea. Just more engagement with the readers and watchers. Able to comment and discuss articles and news. Either way I like it.

Ads Ads Ads !!!!. After the latest update, there is tons of popping ads, just removed the app.

iPhone X video Scroller Problem. Please rise the video scroller item because fast forwarding the video is conflicting with switching tab bar on the iPhone X at the bottom of the screen.

Opinion. Liberal media view without any alternative points of view. I guess it’s a simple propaganda channel

Most important World News, Great Language Selection. Glas to see EuroNews larger presence in the USA through so many free streaming services. All iOS, MacOS app are easy to use and to the point. Language selections are great.

Propaganda rag. If you like left wing bias and you want your news to divide people under the guise of wokeness, then this is the news app for you! It’s just like MSNBC but focused on Europe.

Euronews Radio. What happened to euronews Radio!? !! I loved that app! Where is it?

Biased. I used to love watching and and sharing the news from this organization. I now see how extremely liberal and biased euro news is. It’s soo sad that another news organization like yourself has now lowered their standards like many news Main stream media organizations around the world.

Get a new perspective: international news. I have started to read this first every day, for its objective Coverage. Well- written articles👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Live Tv does not work. I have tried to get the live tv option to work on my phone and Apple TV. Neither work.

Reading Vs Screaming videos. I much prefer to actually read the news. I don’t like pushed into all video. When I first discovered this app I could read articles and then all of a sudden everything was video! Why can’t we have options for both? Can’t tell you how much I hate auto play! I put up with it because it is a good general news app for European news and events.

Advertising will ruin this app. It started recently, it is annoying that every time you click a video to watch the same advertising for 30 seconds first. Are you serious?? Very upset with your app update with tons of advertising.

Like the stories iut of Europe. I like to get different perspectives on what’s going on in the world so this app helps with that.

iPhone X problem fixed. Thanks, I missed the coverage I get from Europe that frequently doesn’t make it to other news wires. This is a very good, simple news app without a lot of nonsensical features or obtrusive adverts. Coverage is tight and frequently includes video clips. I hope the recent NBC Universal purchase of a 25% stake in EuroNews doesn’t ruin it, but I fear it’s days are numbered. Plans are to integrate it into NBC news. Enjoy it while you can.

Primary news source. I like the short daily updates and the goods segment.

Stories not visible. Since the last update, the link from the home page goes to a blank page. NOTHING shows up. It never completes download of text nor images - just completely blank. I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it still has the problem. Only the homepage with the previews show.

Video adverts forced me to delete the app. If you like spam video adverts to watch before clicking into An article then this app is for you.

Euronews. Have been a fan for many years as an expat working in the Middle East and Asia... was sooo glad to have it’s perspective as I want to know the other story Love “No Comment” Carry on

Iranian’s regime censoring. Unfortunately the Regime censoring the news from application which talk about against their power or ideas!!! If I wanna read or watch those specific news I have to use proxy. Please do something about it. In the end everything else are just fine👍🏼

Live TV in German. Would rate it 5 stars but for some reason the Live TV in German and English don’t seem to work. However, I tested it and Italian, Spanish, and Russian seem to work so I’m not really sure why German isn’t working. Hopefully this is fixed soon as I was hoping to use the German live TV to improve my German listening skills.

App closing. I really dislike the app. Every single time I open the app, the load screen appears then closes the app. I then click on the app again, it goes through a waste of 20 seconds to display images of no interest before the menu appears. And the menu is only different languages, so again a waste of our time. Generally one person will listen to the same language every time!

App keeps crashing iOS17. Unfortunately, after having installed iOS 17 on iPhone 13, app keeps crashing. Not able to scroll and/or watch Live TV. Please advise. Thank you.

Search Function Stale News. There should search function. I can’t seem to find a way to search by category of news. example the environment or music. Also the site is not updated as well as the live broadcast.

Problem in Persian edition. Still a great problem with opening the articles in persian edition. This problem occurred in the last update and even this update that was released today hadn't solved this issue. I used to get the news from this app everyday but now it's useless for me. Update September 26th 2018: The problem still insists on Persian version. After 2 updates I hoped that this issues would be solved.

What’s the point?. It the same as the website. I thought I could at least turn topics on or off. 🤷

No dark mode option. There’s no option for dark mode making the app difficult to read at night or early morning.

Pity the ill informed.... For reliable and trustworthy local and global news in Australia, all you need is the ABC and EuroNews apps.

Is it European?. While the app is good, you wonder a euro-centric news outlet lists the date in the silly American m/d/y format.

Pleasant surprise. With better information than the BBC. With better graphics than CNN. This little app is a very pleasant surprise, well done and keep it up.

Missing countries. The app is good all in all but it’s missing countries like Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia that I know have Euronews studios on their territories.

Text broken by adds. The advertising is making impossible to read the articles. Continue flickering of the text caused by the advertisement, and looks like google is the culprit, the eternal wild greed.

Old News. Very little in the way of new information. No way to share or comment. Good News vs Bad news is ambiguous at best.crashes often. Would suggest improvement to the functioning of the app, more news and another button added GOOD-BAD- (?)

An amazing app but lost in adds. Euronews is great, with high quality content and translated to many languages. However, I found it annoying that there are adds embedded in the app.

Great app. The app works great and is full of terrific reporting and content - with the exception of the NBC news content. The American news is horrible and has no place in this app.

Live streaming video. Can't stream live video in Canada. Why?

No option for portrait mode. Great app but why does the iPad version not have the option for portrait display? I never view my tablet in landscape mode. I will only install when the app offers the option to display in portrait.

Auto Play Video Advert Makes Me Uninstall. title says it all. Ads are ok in a free app, but loud video ads with no mute or close controls visible equals immediate uninstall. It’s a shame. Ok app otherwise

Lost interest. News needs to be verified.

Live TV still doesn't work. "No Connection". Content portion is smooth, as is navigation. TV feature is still not working. Been years now. Is a geographic block? No Connection is what it displays.

Great News App. I have been living in the States for the past several years, and needed a news app with precise info and up to date breaking news of Europe.

Great news app. Gives a better perspective on both US and world news and events the most US based news services. Have had a few glitches here and there but I'm not sure if it's the App or my I-pad.

Not quite good. I like its layout, the multilanguage capability and the app stability. However: a) The app does not store content text offline, except for headlines and those articles one has already read (e.g., useless for airplane reading). b) Environment section latest article is two year old. c) Real time tv resolution is poor. Should definitively have an option for offline reading. Content is somewhat shallow.

Neutral News. As an American this is my only source of fair news without any pro-Israeli propaganda in it. App could run a little smoother, otherwise great news, great reporting. Take notes CNN!

Wrong News. This is a fake news. There is nothing European. they work for the Turks.

Easy to use. Exactly everything that you might need in a website exist in this software and a real handy app . Also all languages works perfectly right . Good Job

Content is good but..... Unlike other apps, this app shuts off your audio when you launch it. Even though you want just to read and not listen to anything This is a huge drawback and as a result I am not opening it that much. I rather open other sources that do not cut off your audio. It should be up to you to shut it off when you click on an video link.

New Version isnt good. Nice new layout but the videos don't open as quickly, and many times it shows "no connection." This never happened before with the same exact internet connection in the same places i usually use the app. Also i noticed less videos and more articles are posted - this app is specifically best for its videos so without them there is no need for the app.

Negative attached. I am shocked by all this negative attitude in the reports about Iran.

Not so good. Videos take a long time to load on slow connections (no low quality version is available). Why do videos load by default anyway? I could not find the world map in the app as previews show. In general the app is very sluggish. Edit: after two days of trying to cope with it, i am giving up. I delete it. It has so many issues that makes it almost useless. Its rubbish.

Fantastic. This app is fantastic.

Alert. Your alert pops down from the top of the screen, good so far it when you touch the alert to follow the story you go off in never land! The alert should be linked to the story alert but it is not. You can scroll down all you like and never find the story. Link the story and high lite it! Other wise one gives up trying to find it, very very annoying. And one drops trying to find it. Reuters is much better! Good headlines but no story all hat and no substance!

Great app!. I love this app a lot--it provides me really useful information about what is happening in Europe, because I live in the U.S and have no idea about what is going on. I just have one request: could it be possible to add more languages such as Polish, Romanian, and Estonian? I have friends from these countries living in the U.S with me and I had introduced the app to them, but it didn't have their language, except Russian, which my Estonian friend can speak. If the app would be able to add more languages, it would be very appreciated. Thank you so much!

It does NOT allow to rewind the video a few seconds and screen disappears. Overall it's a decent application, but the fact that you can't rewind back a few seconds in the video is rather annoying. For example, I am watching, I missed something that was said and I want to go back a few seconds, it doesn't allow me. I have to restart the video if I want to go back and listen to something I missed. Also, sometimes when trying to take the video back a few seconds it takes away the whole screen. A little touch o the screen makes the video disappear. Lastly, I click send to send you my feedback and it doesn't go through. This is the 3rd time I am trying to give you feedback and it doesn't work. I think you need to fix a few things here.

Please!. Could it be possible to add night reading option? The constant white screen gives me a headache after a few minutes of reading. Why can't Euronews Live app be downloaded or watched in America?

Masry. This is very nice app providing most of the important current news of the European and Middle Eastern, the app is very easy and clear, the news though accurate yet it's bad news but it's the fact, thanks Euronews.

Works😄😄😄 and love the content. I discovered the app while seeking a news source that consistently works, avoiding the frozen screen crashes I experience repeatedly with Slate and Huffingtonpost on my iphone4s running the current iOS software. Hurrah: Euronews operates without issues. All news, zero wasting time and attention on app issues. Particularly appreciated, the video/text resizing view so that I can stop the stream and read if I want to analyze the ideas and events. The selection of content is also admirable. Many of the most important stories are absent or buried below wardrobe malfunction updates in US based news sites.

It's simple and great. I absolutely love this app I discovered few hours ago, it's great and it's available in many languages! The design is lovely too. I strongly recommend this for people who are keeping up with the latest news!

Happy. Very happy with the app. I recently once had trouble to watch clips but uncertain if it was the app or bad connection. I live in Spain so it likely could have been the line. I liked the red layout design better but it's only an opinion and matter of personal taste.

Euro News. Really like Euro News on the television and iphone/ipad. Read it every morning and evenings! Very informative on what's happening in Europe and around the world! When the news are disseminated in the US, i had already heard or read it on Euro News. Thank you

Read via app and watch on Internet Streaming video and r. Get this app of you've interest in world events. News without the hype. News from Reporters not some "bubble headed bleach blond on the evening news." This app runs as described, been using for months with out a glitch. Euronews does this right!

Buggy !. Why do I get notifications in different languages ? If I picked a language notifications should be in that language also . I picked English as my language choice . I get notifications in Spanish about French elections. That's not the worst. The worst is when many notifications are in Arabic 🤔🙄!

No Live TV. Hi your mobile application looks good & it works great! However Please, bring back the Live TV it's missing and doesn't work. You already have Live TV on your Website and it does work, but not on your mobile apps!

Fantastic. Love a different perspective. Feature rich too! Best thing is when you click on story it provides a small screen if the news report.

Very Unstable. This application is very unstable. It takes an extremely long time trying to navigate through the app and crashes often. It is very frustrating trying to use this app to the point where it is not practical to use on any device, tablet or phone. I'm hoping the developers can resolve this issue soon. Otherwise it is guaranteed any user will delete it after the first couple times trying to use it. I know the website itself is a very useful tool for people trying to learn a new language. And if it wasn't for the unstable and lag issues with the application. It could potentially be a very popular app.

Brief and to the point!. The news coverage is brief and to the point: exactly what you need if you are in a rush! Also, you can watch short news videos and select the language of the news feed.

Incompetent US News. Needs to read it’s title, needs to focus on Europe news.

Great app, needs rewind capability.. I love this app, it's a great way to keep as informed as I can about events happening back home, and on the continent while I'm living abroad. I just wish you could rewind the videos; rather than re-watch it all over again if you missed a part.

Great NON-US based news. Nice to have European perspective on the news in a format that is easy to navigate. I forgot I had this app and now it's my main news video source.

I like the design, but not the good and bad buttons. I really love the improvements on the design, the picture in picture video, and I like the idea of the buttons beneath, the good news and the bad news one, but most of the time theyare pretty confusing, I would like to see more buttons there, more options, instead of good news maybe just to put I like or I don't like. Or take advantage and make some surveys using those buttons depending on the news, in other words make the buttons more in number and in options. Thanks, keep up the good ones! ;)

Too bad the App only posts the pic. I love being able to read and watch news stories from a different perspective than is available here in the myopic U.S. My only issue is when trying to share links with my friends, the App only posts the attached photo with no other information or link from iPhone.

Euro American. Great! Well reported news relevant around the world. Informative & balanced. I use this instead of CNN to find out what's happening outside of The States, and often I'm finding stories from the U.S. I haven't heard! And it's easy to navigate.
