Ages changed problem?. Anyone having an issue where when you open up the game it says ages change restart app and I didn’t know what this meant I restarted my phone and nothing worked the only way I could fix it is if I delete the game and reinstall it anyone have any other suggestions otherwise great game

Keeps randomly pausing. I’m playing on a new iPhone XR running IOS 12.1.2 and every 10 seconds or so the pause menu comes up as if I reached over and paused the game...resulting in it being near unplayable. The reason I’m giving this 3 stars instead of 1 is that apart from that bug, this is perfect. It looks great, otherwise runs great, and is exactly what I want in a mobile port. Fix the pause menu bug and it’s a 5-star game. Until then, not playing it.

The game is awesome but.... I loved this game when it was Xbox so when I found it for iPhone I was super stoked. When I downloaded it and opened the app it played fine but once I close the app that’s where the problem comes, when I try to open up the app it says “Age’s changes, please restart app” I close app and reopen it and it still says it so I tried uninstalling the app it works fine the first time I open up the app but after that it keeps saying the same thing every time I open up the app 😕

Great arcade game, one issue. I absolutely LOVE this game for how fast it is, it’s a great substitute for when I can’t play the arcade version. Now there’s just one small issue with the game and that’s the sound, instead of it coming out of the speakers it will come out of the ear piece of the phone. This makes the game quieter than it should be and to make things a bit worse, sometimes the sound will switch from speaker to ear piece. I hope that this can get fixed soon so that I can enjoy this game to its fullest.

Not for the die hard fan. The game is still fun and I’ve spent some hours playing it, sadly though lots has been removed, from the vocals and of course the classic product placement. However the worst to be removed would have to be the ability to Limiter Cut, which really makes the game 10 times more fun and separates the skill level. Always loved going as fast a possible. There is also less traffic than the classic arcade and dreamcast version as well, but that’s expected. I recommend grabbing the game on pc or go pick up an old console to get the true Crazy Taxi experience if you are playing at home. However if you are traveling or pooping and you don’t care that much, this version is for you.

Awesome and Free. Love this game as a kid and I love how SEGA are starting to add games on the Apple Store. Ya there’s ads but for 2 bucks you can get rid of them. I really hope they start adding more games. Game plays great and fun like the old days! Better than most of these pay to play games out now and days!

Age’s changed. Great game, still has the same feel as it did in the old days. I recently started playing this game. However, everytime I play and come back later, I get an error messagw that says “Age’s changed, please restart app.” Even after restarting, the message doesnt go away. You can delete and reinstall, but it will come back. Please fix!!

FLAWLESS PORT RUINED BY UPDATES. I’ve been playing this version of the game way back when it was $4.99. Excellent port, great feel, quick load times. However, I did end up updating it recently and it’s much worse. When I click on the app, it’s almost 30 seconds of black screen before the SEGA logo comes up, and the sound is coming out of the ear speaker for some reason! Plus I get a lot of Sega ads as if it’s one of the SEGA Forever titles...I paid $4.99 long ago, yet there’s no option to restore the purchase to get rid of those ads. The game isn’t as smooth anymore, either. If I go to Crazy Drift, it hardly reads at all. I don’t get vibration feedback at Crazy Boosts anymore, either. Instead it vibrates at every little bump and jump. This used to be a 100% spot-on version of Crazy Taxi, but now it’s really annoying. What happened??

perfectly fine for the most part. i've never played the original crazy taxi until i decided to get this. this game feels just about as good as i'd expect the original to be, with no issues about it at all apart from the fact that a handful of the sound effects don't load on launch (the announcer, the drivers, and the customers as far as i know). [[edit: and of course the fact that we HAVE to be online to play it is extremely dumb for several reasons, but i've been able to let that slide for the most part.]] apart from that, it's a solid port of the game, i really enjoy it.

One of my favorite games from GameCube. Ruined by ads. Also, the game volume is too quiet and you can’t raise it above a 2 (what the heck?). The vibration mode should be updated to use the haptic vibration instead of the regular vibration motor, which is too coarse. The vibrations don’t even happen at the right times and lag, so you get them sometimes 10 seconds after you actually hit something.

Oh ,The Nostalgia!. This game takes me back. I had in on Dreamcast and then years later played the Xbox 360 version (but that version didn’t have the original songs). This mobile version has all the original songs. Love it! The only thing that isn’t great about the mobile version is you can’t really drift because of the controls on the screen. Or at least I haven’t mastered it yet.

Time to make some crazy money!. Controls are easy to use and all the maneuvers are easy to preform. The graphics are better than he original arcade and the offspring soundtrack is still in place. You can also choose your own music from your library. I was blow away at how good this game is on the phone. So we gonna have some fun.

It’s Flawed But Still a Classic. The lack of voiceover really bugs me but it shouldn’t stop anyone from enjoying the game. I think my favorite part is that they forgot to censor Way Down The Line and there’s a lot of swearing in that song. The soundtrack has always been one of my favorite parts of this game.

One of the reasons Dreamcast was awsome!. Fantastic game, except everytime Im done playing and I go to reopen, Im met with a message after the Sega Logo that says "age has changed, please restart". Ive had to delete and redownload the app 3 times now, and that just kind of kills my inner child. Love to keep this on my phone, but its kind of pointless when I have to delete it and redownload it just to play it for a few minutes here and there.

I first loved this game when it came out on Dreamcast. I still love playing this game. However, I noticed the option regarding the traffic between low and high isn’t in there and another opinion is missing, as well. Why do these ports always have things missing when they shouldn’t be. I really wish game companies would stop doing that.

Mid-game ads, really!?. I love this game. I’ve loved it since it first came out on the Dreamcast. I’ve had this months now on my phone and I’ve been quite happy with it. Today though, I was in the middle of a game and it just stops my gameplay to show me an unskippable ad! This is a time-sensitive game so it’s pretty F’ed up that I would be interrupted for an ad that then returns me to my game without even the decency to at least pause and return me to the menu—no, it just spit me back into the game with the timer still rolling! Unacceptable, I’m cool with ads but not like this. Uninstalled.

2 things. This game is perfect the way it is. But only 2 things I wish I could move the control stick I just hate pressing the button and I wish I could move the camera! I’m gonna give it 5 stars because I love crazy taxi every time I’m playing with my dad and he wants to take a nap I’ll play around of crazy taxi and after it’s done I’ll wake him up!

A must download. Love this game! Reminds me of the Dreamcast days definitely takes me back I’m not sure why there’s bad reviews on it I currently use the iPhone 8plus to play and have had no issues whatsoever everything works like it should! If you are looking for a fun challenged game this is it! My favorite classic game of all time it will never get old!!!!!!!

Fun but one minor problem. While the game itself is fine one major problem is that I can’t hear the sound effects. There is no voice or anything during gameplay and it is minor nitpick but still.

Bug. There’s something wrong with this app I can’t download play it with my controller or I can’t play it on my phone every time I start the app it say age changed must restart app I done deleted this app numerous times just to play but you need to note that this needs to be fixed ASAP I love this game it’s a great child hood memory to me and teaching my wife how to play she began to love it but we can’t play because once we exit the app and try to play it say AGE CHANGED RESTART APP!! Please fix it

Paid to remove ads. The advertising is not fully removed after paying 2$ to have them removed. The advertisement isn’t super large. But it’s not what was promised. When you say that it removes ads. I expect ALL ads to be removed. Regardless of how big or small they may be. Not to mention it is self advertising for the company; SEGA. This is false advertising and is definitely open to a lawsuit. There was no fine print allowing personal ads. It was simply labeled. Pay 2$ to remove ads. Which the generalization of this is ALL ads…

Finally, a good mobile port from SEGA. When SEGA first started porting their classic games onto mobile they were riddled with imput lag and ads, ads everywhere! Naturally, I was a little skeptical of this one, but when I played it, oh man it felt good! There weren’t as many ads and imput lag was nonexistent, it was classic Crazy Taxi action from start to finish! It was a true Crazy Taxi experience, and I was very happy to play it. Good job SEGA, you made a good port on mobile for once.

Used to be a fun game. It took way too long to get into the app. I don’t know if it is any good anymore or not. I had not played it in a while so I clicked on the game. The first thing it did was ask for my iTunes password. No. Then it made me answer about 10 questions about how I wanted to play. Then, once I got past all of that, it slapped me in the face with a full screen ad before it would even let me see a single frame of game play. DELETE! I will now never know if the game is as good as the last time that I played it. It was fun before they got so ad happy (but not fun enough to deal with the frustrations of starting the app). It also doesn’t help that internet access is absolutely REQUIRED to play. Got this for my ipad that does not have cellular. If I am not at home I cannot play. It makes me wonder what kind of info that sega is secretly stashing away about me while I play. Thanks SEGA for ruining a good experience.

GREAT GAME, but...... It only a little glitchy, and maybe you could add more modes. People say there is a sound problem but I don’t mind that. I think to start off you could add a little more time. I think you should add more maps just so we can explore a bit. Over all it’s a great game, just needs some fixes.

Flashback from childhood!. This game is awesome! I loved it back then when I was younger and I definitely still love it! But I have a glitch problem that whenever I go to another app or to the home screen and return the app, it says “aged changed, restart app”. I have to literally delete the app and re-download again. Any advide on this? Other than that, it works awesome! I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the glitch.

Good but there a bug. Good but there’s a bug on crazy box where when your doing 3-1 it gives you 120 seconds but after you pick up your second customer it immediately glitches to 56 seconds

Pretty good!. Not bad SEGA, not bad. Pretty nice game. The controls are responsive to me, the game Is fun to drive around, but there’s one little Issue I kind of experienced while playing the game. The cars that you crash into or get in your way, doesn’t move out of your way. I don’t know If it’s intentional or a glitch but It’s kind of annoying depending on where your going. Also sometimes when your almost out of time, certain npcs will make you go places that are like 523 miles away from you, and you are 9.00 seconds away from stopping. They even make it 30 seconds to get over there before they change their mind. But I guess I wasn’t fast enough. (What she said) But great game indeed SEGA.

Love it!. I used to play this game non stop as a kid on my sega Dreamcast! I’m stoked to see a mobile version! My only request is because it is so frustrating beating the crazy box last challenge to complete the arcade map in 4 minutes the prize should be a big truck with a giant plow on the front to ram through all the traffic! Just a thought! I would also love to see crazy taxi 2 on here!

I used to play this a lot on my Dreamcast. As someone who played the original back on my Dreamcast, this is indeed a faithful port, visually and controls wise (worked with my Voyee controller), except I can’t get the speed boost to work (it claims I’m supposed to double tap and hold the drive gear instead of the old way it used to be done with switching quickly into reverse and back, but I still can’t get this to work). Other annoyances are the announcer voice over doesn’t play, the character voices in game seem broken, and the music sometimes stops during game and doesn’t begin the next song. (I will say I’m really glad hearing the original music though.). Yea it’s not perfect but it also is free. Thanks for making this port!

full controls. The controls for this game is absolutely awful the scrolling is in reverse you have to use buttons that people never use for backing up and go in forwards and the turning is also awful to you can’t even stop in the game because there’s no breaks don’t get the game just give it a one star when you download it and then delete it it is absolutely a horrible game! I couldn’t even get three seconds in and I’ve already messed up three seconds and can’t even do it

Ads Ads Ads (Edit). It's a fun app and really does do well to capture the essence of the arcade/Dreamcast classic. However I paid for the app to get ride of ads and they still pop up each time I start the app. It's very frustrating, especially because my young kids enjoy playing the game. -after the developer response I have become more okay with the adds. I thought all adds would disappear but now I know it was only the third party ads.

I can’t play for more than one time. This game is a lot of fun and it is nice to play this without having to buy an arcade machine, but when I opened up the app for a second time, it said “ages changed, please restart app. When I do restart it, it says the same thing. The only way I can stop that from happening is to delete the app and reinstall it. Please do something about this so I don’t have to be depressed about this.

INSANE. You absolutely have to use internet while playing, so you’ll get bombarded with ads. And the privacy policy is trash. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. They will collect so much of your data, read the privacy policy before accepting. Shame on you SEGA, you have enough money but you just need to grub more and more through this app by selling our information and feeding us endless ads. I was playing this game well before the update, deleted it when I was asked to allow my info to be collected, then just redownloaded it hoping that you came to your senses. Deleted. And fwiw, I would’ve just paid to use this app if it meant not dealing with this.

Game doesn’t even open. I LOVED playing this when i was a kid, now I downloaded this game and i even paid for the adds off version of the game and every time i open the game.. i see the sega logo and then it kicks me out to the main screen of my phone, you can’t even lower down the music just turn it off, you can barely hear the voice actors, and i dont think they’re gonna update it at this point, but i want a refound cause it doesn’t open, sound from voice actors are TOO LOW that you can’t even hear them, its just a disappointment and i was a big fan of this game.

A classic. I’ve been playing this game for almost eight years. It was a game I grew up with and enjoyed. Unfortunately, a really annoying part of it is the adds. They pop up and are sooooo annoying. I want Sega to fix this. Other than that, it’s a really fun game and it’s not too complicated. Games such as this, “Subway Surfers”, “Geometry Dash” And “Minecraft” are the games that my brother and I grew up and still continue to play sometimes.

One of SEGA’s Best Mobile Releases to Date. When I got Ristar’s SEGA Forever mobile port last year, gameplay was slow, the saving system sucked, and the ads were unbearable. Now with Crazy Taxi, I see SEGA Forever has improved greatly. The game doesn’t lag a bit, not sure about saving but I’m guessing it’s improved, and, thank Yuji Naka, you don’t get an ad each time you touch the screen. Aside from SF’s improvements, the game itself is great and fun to play. You get to choose the difficulty of your next job, the music is great (of course it is, it’s SEGA), and it has a ‘90s charm to it. I may not have been alive when this came out, but still, it feels like I’m playing GTA San Andreas but better (and not nearly as gory). Overall, 5 Stars, and I didn’t even rate it that to get featured, honest. Now I’m just waiting for the Sonic 3 & Knuckles mobile port by Taxman and Stealth. Yeah, that’s right SEGA. People still want that.

Needs iOS 13. I see other people being able to play with their iOS 13 update and are able to play on their ps4 or xbox controller, but I’m not! I connect my controller through Bluetooth to my iPhone and go into the app. Instead of it saying press A to start it still says tap the screen.. I really hope you reach out to me so I can be able to play like I want to! Thanks.

Mostly Great. I would like to give it 5 stars but with touch controls there’s no way to press the horn. Why not have the horn play when you press the middle area of the screen? That wouldn’t be too hard to add, right? It’s a minor thing but it would be cool! Overall it’s a very nice and smooth port though.

Feels Great on Touch and Controller. Have owned the iOS version since first release 10 years ago and it is continually fun to revisit the game every once in a while. Recent update has muted the voice lines from the game, resulting in a strange vibe. The soundtrack still shines through, especially since other re-releases omit it. Touch controls seemed to have changed a bit to account for newer screen dimension resulting in more frequent accidental turning.

Where’s the bug repairs. The game is buggier than when I complained about it in 2019. Now the brakes or drift don’t respond when you need them to. Instead of refining the bugs they should’ve just been repaired. The boost no longer functions, the drift only works if you’re in a corner now, It won’t respond when I’m just driving. I’ve noticed they changed the drift to double tap when in a certain direction but didn’t actually say that in the manual. The old controls were better because they were less complex. The game’s map was already complex so the control should’ve remained simple. That why I’m saying the bugs should be repaired not refined. You can’t refine something that isn’t functioning properly.

Wish it was the XBOX version.. This game is good. I just wish it was more like the XBOX version. I liked in that version how the driver could pick up more then one person at a time. And I also liked that there was more worlds to drive in. Still this is a good game. Please update this app. I just tried to open the app and got a message saying. This app may slow down your iOS device. The developer needs to update the app. I don't get this message on apps that were updated recently only apps that have not been updated in a while. Please remove adds. In 2015 when I found this game I had to pay to get the game. And for a while I’m getting adds with this game once and a while. And now the game won’t start. Please update the game.

Even on mobile devices the game lives up to its name. This is a personal favorite of mine and after playing this gem it has made me very happy there are a few bugs to work out the music stops mid-game but it’s not that bad but that’s my only problem everything else is perfect even controller support brings a tear to my eye 🤧

I literally could not play the game because of the ads. Every time I clicked on anything there would be a minute ad that wouldn’t let me exit until it was done. When it was over I would go back to the same screen. I’d click my option once again only to watch another add and it repeated until I gave up. I used to love this game but this is a joke. Don’t download the app. It’s a waste of space and time.

Fantastic but SOUND PROBLEM. Used to play this game on the Dreamcast for hours and I love that it’s now available for iPhone! There is a problem with the sound however. Even on the loudest setting, the sound comes out of the earpiece instead of the speaker. The ads come through the speaker, but not the game. It makes it super quiet to listen to. Even when you put in headphones, it still comes to the earpiece. Can you fix this?

Improper formatting for IPhone 12. I LOVE crazy taxi, it’s one of my favorite games from you guys, and to see it on mobile for thousands to play warms my heart. But since I have upgraded my mobile device to an iPhone 12 Mini I have come to find that it is improperly upscaled, putting the touch controls at the absolute edge of the screen, making it very difficult to control your vehicle during heated gameplay. It runs great, looks amazing and sounds incredible (thank you so much for keeping the licensed songs in the mobile app!) but it just has some up scaling issues that you can easily remedy.

This game is crazy and I love it!. As fun as this game is, every time I close the game and open up the game again, I only see the SEGA logo and then I can’t continue from there. I always have to delete the game and then download it again. It works after I download it again. This is so inconvenient and annoying! Fix this please!!!

Sound is poor, game is great. I’ve had this game for a while now and it plays well and I’ve never had any issues with it being buggy or crashing but the latest update has destroyed the sound quality. You can’t hear anything when you’re playing.

Fun game but app is glitchy. So I just tried playing it for the first time and all went well, then I completely closed the app for a few minutes and then reopened it to play again and it keeps giving me an error or something saying, “Age’s changed, please restart app”. And the only way I’ve figured out how to fix it is to delete the app and re-download it. It only starts glitching out after I try opening a second time. I’ll download the app, open it and play, close the app, reopen it, then it won’t work again until I delete it

Needs a way to play offline. This game is pretty awesome to play and the soundtrack is perfect. The only complaint I have is that there is no way to play without an internet connection and if they added an offline feature this game would be perfect. 🚕

Great game with one exception. I would actually give this game a 5-star review. But I have about 10 achievements that I’ve accomplished but can’t collect the diamonds. When I open the achievements tab, there’s nothing there. I can’t see any of them. SEGA, if you read this, please push out a bug fix or whatever needs to be done so I can get my diamonds! Lol Now that I’ve gotten that out of the way, this really is a great game. It’s a lot of fun and really easy to use. Cool upgrades and customizations you can make to your vehicles. I just wish I didn’t have to wait so long for my gas tank to refill so I can keep racing...and yes, I’m that cheap that I won’t spend $10 to have unlimited gas lol. But you won’t be disappointed if you download this game. I really enjoy it.

The original and the best. This mobile conversion is same as original it has all the offspring music and the KFC and Pizza Hut. So I paid $2.99 yo remove adds and it’s perfect. So happy as it brings back memories. The console version on Xbox has all new music and is ruined so this is brilliant.

Please bring Daytona USA to iOS. This is an awesome game - still very solid gameplay after all these years.I hope this game is a sign of things to come from SEGA because I would love to see some other classics come to iOS such as Virtua Racing, Daytona USA, Sega Rally, etc. Please please please!!!!

Was lead to be free full version not add filled , seems soon as you get splash screen page then go past options asks for your log in details , then takes to another page where you select how you want to play this game no matter what I selected it loads up a final fansty game ....... not worth the wasting bandwidth on this ...

Crazy Taxi with more streamlined controls. I own the original crazy taxi on GameCube and this is a perfect conversion to mobile, I dare say it the controls in this one are even better than the original. Everything is here even (to my surprise) the soundtrack which heavily featured the offspring who really bring the hectic nature of this game to full circle. Absolutely recommend this version, it’s even worthwhile to pay for the ads free version if you can.

It's crazy taxi what more can you expect. Yes the ads are annoying, but the app is free and it only costs 3 bucks to remove them. That wouldn't even get you two goes at the arcade! It is crazy taxi as you know and love. Seems to be relatively bug free and you can still do all the techniques that you can do in he dreamcast and ps2 versions (crazy boost and crazy drifts for example). A very good game to play on the train!

Iconic Arcade and Dreamcast Game Returns!. Very fun and crazy simulator. You can crash into anything while driving around town or just focus on collecting passengers within the time limit, either way it's an excellent release from Sega. Even though the 3D graphics are from 1999 (arcade) and 2000 (Dreamcast) they have stood up considerably well even in the year 2015 with this re-release for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. This game only has English language support, it would be nice to include the other translations of the game such as Japanese because iOS apps can handle multiple languages. Note: The music is intentionally obnoxious.

Awesome Driving Game!. To be honest, I'm not really a big fan of driving games on iOS. (both iPad and iPod touch) But this game is the best of all driving games! You actually have more control over your car in this game than in most other driving games, because you have manual accelerate and reverse, it's not auto-accelerate, and you're not forced to travel one way! It's a real classic, and it is still as good as it was back on the Dreamcast! This just shows how good old games are. Thanks, SEGA! I recommend it to everyone! I have iPad 3 and I experience next to no issues at all, except for occasional lag, especially in Crazy Parking. 5 stars from me for making the ultimate driving game on iOS! Takes a while to get used to the handling though. Note: iPod Touch 4, iPhone 4 and iPad 2 users may experience lag, slowdowns or even crashes. If your device is not equal to or earlier than that, get it, otherwise get an upgrade.

AWESOME!!!!. I love this game I have no issues with it and I never get sick of it! There's so much to do in the game!!! I especially love how you can choose how long you work for and trying to be fast as possible! I've been playing this game for a long time now and I have some suggestions for a update: • add another female player. • add some more towns or cities to play in. • maybe upgrade how the characters and people look?

Better Than old Ps2. This game is AWESOME! It's so much better than the old ps2 I mean if you double tap the car it goes faster and the screenplay is more clear to see better.

PS2 STILL BETTER!!!. It's still great! The textures and music remind me when I played it on the PS2. Fortunately I still have a PS2 and a copy of crazy taxi and still think it's better on the PS2 Still great

Easier than I remember. Great nostalgia hit! Can't work out if they've bumped up the amount of time you get to complete the crazy box challenges or if I've just gotten much better at gaming since I was a little kid?

Crazy. This game is amazing. really nice controls and i love doing tricks and smashing things all the time. one thing i dont like is that i cant find how to drift. 5 stars and i am addictive. ps: most reviews i try to be nice but this is amazing a must get game

A classic is reborn!!. Awesome on the new iPad. No crashes. Smooth controls and awesome graphics!! Well worth the $5 for a universal app! I paid a lot more back on the playstation2 & beyond. Get it!

Complete Scam. Like others, I paid full price for this app in 2014 when I bought it. Now it’s free and ad-supported and I have no way of turning off the ads even though I paid for the game. I tried searching in the settings for restore purchases and it’s nowhere to be found. I’m also using the latest version of the app, having updated it just five minutes ago. Better than ps3 and Xbox. This is so much better than both the ps3 and Xbox releases both of witch I own. The music is so so so so much better in this version, it is still fun to play in the others but its so much more enjoyable with the good soundtrack .

It is great. Lags. I love this game. It's a really fun game and I'm so glad it is now on the iOS platform. I would give it 5 stars but I can only give 4 because of the following reasons: It has crashed several times It's really lags when your in the middle of game play I have downloaded it onto my iPod Touch 4th Gen. Why Dose This Happen?. I think Crazy Taxi is awesome but when I play the game it scratches at times and that can get really annoying also why dose the game cost that much money? I could buy a song for that much and that price for a game is crazy but over all it is a great game just try and fix these problems PLEASE!!!!!

Love it! Finally on the iPhone. 1 of my most favourite games growing up is now on iPhone. Couldn't be happier. Well worth the price. Only downside is it doesn't support the 4 inch iPhone 5 display....make an update for that and I'll rate it 5 stars immediately and the controls/tilt controls take a bit of getting used to. But just do an update for 4 inch iPhone 5 display and it'll be perfect :)

Another review. This game is really fun. Once you actually get into the game! I press play game, then original and then 10 min turn but whilst it is loading, it glitches back to the home page. It is really annoying and I haven't been able to play it for two weeks!!! It is really fun once you access it though!

Lots of ads and no offline play. Can't play this game on the run with the iPad. Need a permanent internet connection so it can load all of the useless ads.

Old school re-imagined for a new era device. The original arcade classic first graced our home consoles years ago on the Sega Dreamcast, followed by various ports across both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Now IOS has the pleasure of the Crazy Taxi series and I kid you not, they have delivered! The unique use of the motion control, or easy to use joy pads "on screen" buttons gets you rocketing around the city picking up passengers in a heartbeat. The object is to race the clock. The more people you pick up, the higher your score. The game is done with humour, speed and a great sense of fun. This version offers not only the arcade experience but everything the Dreamcast version had (including all the mini games). My only issue with the controls is that the touch screen doesn't feel as arcade like as say an xbox game pad, but that said, this is a true port of Crazy Taxi. Seriously, it doesn't get better than this. The perfect on the road app (pun intended). Well worth it! Can't wait for "Crazy Taxi 2" in the near future.

MOBILE AD OVERLOAD. There’s too much ads after every retry, level start, EVERY BUTTON PRESS!!! And SEGA FOREVER won’t let you play offline, so you’re literally forced to watch ads every 0.001 second!

Incredible!. I play Crazy Taxi here like with my Dreamcast. I’m a games collector, had the Sega Master System and Sega Genesis with Sega-CD add-on, got my PAL Dreamcast a few years back. The benefits: - Arcade Map - Record keeping The downside: - Controls - Ads The bug I make note of: - There’s no voice acting whatsoever. I understand removing licensed locations (KFC, Pizza Hut, Levi’s, FILA, Tower Records, etc.) for, well, licensing reasons, but… I thought the voice actors were uncredited. Guess I was wrong.

This game does not work anymore.. This game worked fine on my Ipad2 before the last update in October 2018. I deleted this app a couple of months ago , because it blocked me every time I clicked on the app. Today I reinstalled the app but it still blocks me every time I click on this app, so please fix the bug on the app.

Unplayable. Unplayable on my iPhone se. hit boxes are totally off. Loading is super slow especially with the annoying “sega” chant at the beginning (please take out).

Internet Access Required. Kind of lame to require internet access given that the OG does not... Tried to play crazy taxi on a plane, but got shot down by the internet requirement. If it were offline I'd give it a better review, but i'd rather play the original without internet required. What a disappointing UX. Maybe next time the devs will get it right...

Well done SEGA!. This is a very well done port. The touch controls are just right, and this game just WORKS on the iPhone. It’s so much fun. The original soundtrack brings back so many memories. Best $3 spent ever.

Removed controller support. I loved this game, even though I paid the 5 dollars it used to cost and now it’s free with u removable ads I still loved it. But why did they HAVE to remove controller support? Was this even necessary? Deleting until they bring back MFi support. Such a shame, this used to be one of my favorite games of all time, now I can’t enjoy it the right way on the go.

Sick game :D. Honestly, found this game at the galloping ghost arcade and hopped on the driver’s seat and took it for a spin, and I was far from disappointed. It has such a fast and full of attitude atmosphere, and the characters are hilarious. Then I downloaded it on here and it was the same experience 5/5 :D

Issues - Previous Customer. Disappointed. First off I paid for this game 5+ years ago ad free and now there are ads in the game . PAID. And secondly This game has issues with the iPhone X in concerns to the audio the sound is super low at full volume and it only comes out from the top speaker. I have an iPhone SE and that one goes full so there is an issue there. Please fix this for the paid + iPhone X users.

Narrator’s Voice missing. There use to be a voice over or narrator’s voice. That said the cab drivers name like Gina, let’s go, Class C license. Is my phone just not playing that part of the sound tract. I miss it.

stupid old game. I’ve never downloaded this game. I watched the video for it on the App Store and I thought it was interesting. I downloaded the game and this happened. It just showed a black screen with NOTHING on it. First, it asked me for my password. Didn’t work. So, I wouldn’t recommend downloading this game anymore because it’s old and it won’t work on new devices. Try the NEWER version.

Ripping me off. I bought this game three years ago when it was about $2.99. Now, the game is forcing me to play the free version, and extort an extra two dollars off of me. I would like to either (a)be allowed to use the full version, or (b) be refunded for my precious purchase ($2.99). Until then I am left to wonder why i spent any money to support a company like SEGA that has a history of ripping people off.

Very well done. This is an excellent port of a Dreamcast classic. The touch controls are some of the best I’ve experienced for a old game like this. You can really rack up big points without a controller. Thanks for including the original music as well. One thing, please update this app to support iPhone XR screen resolution.

Customer Service did a good job with fixing this. The recent update that happened yesterday fixed the bug / issue with the game aka the “ages changed please restart app” and man I am really glad the staff responded so quickly via email 👍

Account and profile deleted. I used to be so hooked to this game but now I hate it because my profile is deleted and everything that was saved on the game is all gone. I reached out to SEGA and all they did was tell me the developers are looking into it. And they never got back to me. So screw them screw the developers and SEGA. I can always find better.

One bug. At the loading screen when first opening the app, after the “Sega” intro, a message pops up saying “Age’s changed, please restart app”. And restarting the app gives me the same message. So now the game won’t even work, and it used to work perfectly.

Love this on Dreamcast. This game brings back my childhood!! I loved this game on Sega Dreamcast!! I wish I could hear the original soundtrack and I can’t hear any of the effects. It’s fun to play though.

Controller disconnect. Great port only issue is my controller disconnects at the start screen I have to unplug my controller and plug it back in every time I start the game for the game to read my controller. Also I know this is the classic version but I wish there was a multiplayer option added like fare wars had.

I downloaded this game because I got some heavy nostalgia while scrolling through the sega game page on the App Store and i has started playing it and offspring was playing and it was amazing, then I closed the app and I go to play it a second time and after the childhood memory inducing introduction it reads “ages changed, please restart app” I don’t know what this is but whatever it is PLEASE MAKE IT STOP !!!

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Great game! Still has the offspring for the sound track! This is the classic version and is just like I remember playing it on Dreamcast. Totally worth $2 to remove the ads.

Upgrade advise. I love the game but i will suggest you upgrade the game by adding more characters or emojis and also undate the game to have coins as you are paid and be able to buy different other types of cars put in my editing attributes to beautify the game and make is more lively

Slow down, for cryin’ out loud. Game plays waaaaay too fast, ads are frequently unclose-able, but game tips flicker onscreen and are gone before a human being has time to read them. Dreamcast Crazy Taxi was one of the most perfect arcade ports of all time, but this version is 45 seconds of an overclocked dump taken directly into that legend.

The game is great outside of having to keep downloading it .. I literally have to download the game every other day because when I go to the app it say something about the age has changed and to open the app again just for it to say the same thing . Please fix this !

Game blacked out. I have an updated iPhone 6. The game worked fine at first yesterday. Then today I try to open and play it and it just has a black screen then closes. Had to uninstall and reinstall. Worried it will do it again! But the game is awesome!

My game doesn’t seem to be loading anymore. Dear SEGA. CrazyTaxi is not running properly there is noticeable amount of lag with the touch controls as well a lack of iPhone X support as well as a speaker problem. But hey it’s CrazyTaxi for the apple store.
