Needs update for iOS 11. I really like using this app. Today’s iOS update to iOS 11 has me in a bind. Need an update to this app, please. It was a 5 rating up to today. I’d like it to continue being a 5 rating after the update.

1 was change. Fantastic app and the best of the 3 I tried. Great variety of locks and very clean design. BUT... as you continue to type, the page won't scroll down so after you type a certain amount of words down the page, you can't see what you are typing. It is a minor bug, but the app is simply unusable and I'll have to get a new one. Hopefully they change update this, but as of July 5, 2018 I would not recommend. Otherwise it I would give it 5 stars.

IOS11. All my items can not be retrieved as they are locked due to the new system downloaded today. Hate to lose all my information. Can we get a update please. Or can you tell me how I can retrieve my information one time do I can write them out .

Used to be great, now it’s terrible. Updates caused several issues: 1) you cannot search by keyword for a note anymore. This feature is completely gone 2) you can’t delete notes now This is really terrible if you’re searching for old accounts you wrote a note on and you can’t find them now without looking through every note ever written. Also terrible if you no longer need something and can’t delete it.

Like it except for one small thing.... I enjoy this app very much and have been using it for months now. Recently I wanted to share my notes with someone so they too can see them once downloading the app. I thought maybe there was an option to email them a link or maybe when they download the app they can simply type in my email and password to log into the same notes... but I found out that that feature does not exist. Really upsetting but I hope in the future this can be added. Other than that, it’s a must have.

Great app!. Had the app for a long time now but once iOS 11 hit, this app was not up to date. After multiple inquiries regarding an update on the app, they did it! Thank you soooo much! They listened and fixed the issue! Love this app and love the people behind it.

Like it. This is a good simple app to keep your notes secure. Looking through previous reviews made it easy to figure out how to edit and delete entries so thanks everyone for the advice to make this app really useful.

Very good app but…. This is a good app to protect whatever it is that you want to keep private, but I do think the developers should add something along the lines of data retrieval because I have a lot of important things in those notes and now my phone has been broken. I would simply get a new phone but I can’t part ways with what’s in the locked notes so I might have to pay a lot of money to fix my iPhone simply because this app doesn’t sync with the cloud and has no data retrieval. Other wise it’s been a great app.

I like the app but..... I currently use your Lock My Notes app. I like to ask on your next update could you add other characters and symbols. I am a Chef and I like to use various characters and symbols for temperatures and measurements when I make my note and recipes. I really like the app and would like to do more with it. I would like to point out with the ability to categorize and delete old notes would be great.

Developers please update. I have notes that I need to get into and cannot get into since I updated to iOS 11 if I had known that it would do that I would’ve change my Notes+ to another note pad. Loved the app til I lost all info. Before the IOS 11 software update I couldn’t open the app because the developer needed to update the app. So I did the software update and still couldn’t open it, I sent 2 emails to the developer and her nothing from them. So I called Apple. Not much they could do. I deleted the app, I thought all data was in the cloud, which then I found out it wasn’t. So I downloaded the app again and notice that they finally updated it. But I lost all my passwords, so upset!!!!! Can you help me get it back???

NotesSecured. I would like to be able to save my data to flash drive, and print my notes for backup.I am unable to do this. Hope this feature can be added. I upgraded but did not give me any enhancements.

Love it. I absolutely love this app. It hides everything i need to be hiden away. But with the new ios 11 i can no longer access it until you update it. So i was just hoping that it would be updated soon to support ios 11. I truly love this app and if you could update it soon would be amazing.

NO Sync or Storage!!!. What’s the purpose of having this app if your locked notes/photos cannot be accessed if you lose your phone? The notes are stored only on your phone, if you lose your phone, you lose your notes. I have my passwords locked, but when I got a new phone I had to manually add the notes from my old phone. Fortunately I didn’t reset my old phone or my notes would have been gone forever!

Note. Pro: The only thing that I like about the app is that it has a lock. Con: (1). Would not open once because it was not supported by the ios. A fix was made by the developer a day or 2 later. I now use a backup app under a different title for my writing that I want to be kept private, but may need to have available. 2)*** Cannot delete out a note***.You can delete what was in the note. Unless it's REALLY IMPORTANT and You are NEVER going to delete it, otherwise use an "unlocked" note app. 3). You cannot see what you are writing without hitting " Save" first. This drives me crazy mainly because the iPhone continues to create words that you did not Swype WHATSOEVER! If the developer of this app listens to these reviews, it would be an awesome app.

Too simple. I love your app, it's great. But I must admit it's a bit too simple and you cant do some certain things in it. You can't reorder the notes and they are ordered on the built day but sometimes you need to move up/down and note. The second thing that strikes me is deleting the notes. It's not as easy as other iphone based apps are-I mean sliding left. So pleade take into account these simple suggestion into its future updates.

I keep getting a warning that this app needs to update or it won't work anymore. I love this app a lot. I just keep getting a warning on my phone that this app needs to update or it won't work with iPhone anymore.

Good App, one small problem...Please Fix!. This is the only App I found that allows to me to have a lock on private notes, so that’s great! The only problem is that now that I have many notes and occasionally scroll down through them, once you exit a particular note, you are brought back right to the top of the list to the most recent notes instead of where you just were in the history of your notes. It’s not a huge deal, but it gets a little annoying when you have to constantly scroll back down to see where you left off. Please fix! Thank you!

No way to contact developer. I loved this app until I changed the passcode the one where you use your finger on the circles to draw a pattern and I forgot what pattern I used and now I can’t access the app with my very important information I need. There is no way to reset it either. I can’t contact the developer to ask how I can retrieve it . 🥲

Just missing one thing. I love it and would give it a full five stars, if only I could flip my phone over to be able to type with it sideways, but it doesn't allow me to do that. Other than that, it's perfect for my wants and needs. Thanks for a great app, just wish it could let me type sideways! :)

Last update problem. The app is greAt and i love it so much But the last update version seem to have a little problem When I launch it, it's for a second show all the notes .. then it's lock it and ask for the password.

Good, but needs Touch ID, password recovery. The app is great and I love the idea, but for iPhone users who normally don't use pattern passwords, you need a password recovery, or Touch ID that can be started up without unlocking it. If there is anyway you can put in password recovery, I, and many others would deeply appreciate it. Also, deleting it can't be an option, since I have important notes on there that can't be deleted. iPad App needed. This is a good app, that simply does what it says it will do. It would be nice to have a few more bells and whistles i.e. organizing notes alphabetically, and easier way to delete Notes and being able to type with phone held sideways. The one thing I would really like to see is an app for the iPad that syncs between the iPad and iPhone so I can have my notes on more than one device.

Forgot Password. I loved the app for a long time but recently I changed my password and forgot it. I poured my heart and soul into some of these notes so they’re very important to me. Why is there no way to recover notes or reset passwords? I need to get into this app but the developers haven’t responded to my email. If they help me fix my problem it will be a 5 star. I don’t mind the keyboard covering I just hit the enter key a few times and scroll when I reach the keyboard. Please help me and let me know if there is a way I can fix this.

Please update to work with iOS 16. There's a glitch in iOS 16 where the screen will not scroll down when you reach a new life of text, which makes using this app very inconvenient. I have been using it for years and have been very happy with it, so I hope this can be fixed soon. Thank you

Good but doesn't show up in iCloud. I luv this app. But I am disappointed that it doesn't save all info put into the lock notes. Nor does it open with notes in it on new devices but other apps do.

Update needs work. Prior to the ios11 update this app worked beautifully. Now, however, the screen won’t scroll when writing so each note needs to be very short or you add text blindly, hidden by the keypad. Nor will it rotate horizontally if I turn the phone. If this gets fixed then it’s worth 5 stars. (I’d try reinstalling - in case it’s a fluke problem - but don’t want to risk losing my data. )

I LOVE THIS APP!!!. I love this app sooooo much, I bought the full version too, but you can completely use it without the full version. It does exactly what it says it does and more. But as someone who suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder, I would really love it if you could create folders and sub folders. That’s the only con. But besides that it’s perfect. ❤️☁️

GREAT SIMPLE APP. Great for making quick notes very legible easy to read not full of distractions very simple straight and clean so far it works extremely well I have had it for about three weeks now Definitely an app you should look at it's far better than the notes app that comes on the iPhone from Apple

Anything to do after lost password?. So simply I lost my password one day I had it next it went out of my mind, and I do not want to delete and re-download cause I have some notes I would love to keep, so what I'm asking is that maybe you should add a password recovery? That would help people that forgot their password, thanks <3.

Simple and no frills. Like the simplistic close design with the original Apple Notes. It's like the upgrade version. In my opinion, the texts are too big. Maybe you could give the options for text size. My recommendations? Features fingerprint id, camera captures during log-ins. These extra add-ons would justify if you add price on it.

Needs an update!!. I've been using this since 2014 and I love it, very simple and does everything i need it to do. However, Apple is saying that it needs to be updated to work with the new iOS updates! So please update it!!

One of the better lock note apps. This is a good app. I like that you can use either a numeric or an alphabetic password, or even a pattern instead. Also that there are various fonts and backgrounds available to customize it. One reviewer said there's no way to delete a note. There is. Tap the + button as if adding a new note. The pop up window gives the option to edit notes. Tap that and then a red dot with a minus sign will appear by each note. Tap each one you want to delete. It would be better if you could swipe them away but this is a minor detail. Edit. For some reason, the notes no longer will scroll up as you continue to type down the page. Your cursor just goes on out of sight as it approaches the keyboard, and you are just blindly typing from that point on. They say they have fixed support for iOS11, but until they solve this, they have not. Changing my rating from 5 stars previously, to 1 star. Too bad, because I really enjoyed this app.

A few simple things.... I love this app! Personally I don't like the super complicated apps that have you do 1,000 different things. But it would be nice if you could organize the notes the way you liked and be able to delete them a little easier, (though it prevents me from accidentally deleting a note!) I think a way to retrieve your password would be great for forgetful people!

Simple but one mistake. Love the minimalistic design BUT deleting a note is annoying. For the default note app, all you need to slide it to the left on the note and delete option appears. BUT this app won't let you do that. You gotta click on the plus sign on top right corner then edit notes then it will give the option to delete. How annoying is that? Other than that its fine.

Deleted twice. Be warned, twice I have had this app delete everything. First time I lost 12 months of private poems I had written when going through a hard time in my life, I’ll never get those back so that’s fun. Happened when I updated to a new iOS version. Thought surely they fixed it. So I tried again. Happened after another iOS update and lost more notes. Do not put anything in here you actually need. Very real chance of never seeing it again.

Forgot my password. You definitely have to come up with a way to retrieve forgotten passcodes because I, having an apple device that doesn't get pattern locks, decided to switch to a pattern lock. I put in my new pattern then I typed a note and left the app. I wanted to see if it requires the passcode immediately. It does. I put in my passcode 40 times I got badge app icons that said every time I had attempted to get in. It kept saying it was wrong. I don't know what to do. I just got this app 11 minutes ago. 😕👎🏼👎🏼

A-mazing!. Easy to use; Notes+ is an excellent app. It's helped to keep me organized. Notes can be searched by entering keywords. A passcode feature is available. There are a variety of fonts and backgrounds to choose from. An upgrade is available for storing photos.

Possibly needs updating. When you type the screen does not move with the keyboard so the keyboard obscured everything at a certain point and you can’t see what you’re typing, at least that’s how it is for me right now.

Thank you for updating.... I recently gave this app a 1 star because I could not get in to the app after upgrading my phone to iOS 11. I needed all my passwords and was very important I get into this app. Thank you for updating the app! I now am able to get back in and get all my information! Love the app. First off, great app and well done. It’s functional, simple and reliable. I have never had to worry that it wouldn’t save what I’d written, no matter the amount, nor fear it’d crash while I worked. It’s always ready to go and I’m glad it’s keeping up with updates. Thanks a million for your creation. :) My only complaint, which is no true fault of yours, is since the recent update for compatibility with iOS11 my words get lost beyond the keyboard and I can’t type and see what’s being put down at the time. It just doesn’t follow along. It is truly an issue, and seeing what I’ve managed after dropping the keyboard is almost comical, but not at all productive. 😏 I would be so thankful for a fix so I could continue using this awesome piece of work. Really great app. The only issue I have is that you cannot change the size of the font. When I’m typing out notes I feel like everyone can read what I am typing. Also if I have too much typed out, I can’t scroll to the bottom to see what I have typed out if I’m still typing

Useful , but needs updating for iOS 11‼️. This app is really great & it has a passcode for every time you open the app , but needs updating ! Ever since I updated to iOS 11 it won’t let me open the app unless it is update to the new iOS ! 😠

Missing Search Feature. The search feature was removed. When you have tons of notes it is very difficult to scroll through them when there is no search or a way to alphabetize the notes. Put the search feature back PLEASE!

Good but not great. I like this app, but feel it is missing some important features. It does not have a search function, nor a delete button. I use the app to hold some passwords and if I am looking for a specific password, I have to open up each tab to try and find what I’m looking for. I’ve also made a tab for something that I no longer want. There’s no delete button, so I’m not able to delete it, for me, it is just clutter now. It also does not have the feature to share, which is fine because I figured I’ll just copy and paste. However, that is not an option either. Besides those three issues, everything else works well.

I love this app BUT.... I love this all but I really would like to have the option of how I would like to order my notes. I would like for the most recent note to be at the too instead of sorting it by date. I think the update looks great but this feature would definitely make it five stars for me.

A little stuck..... It's a great app, does what it says and a little extra, but it is a little TOO simple. I made a secret list for my girlfriend's birthday coming up (she likes reading the notes on my phone - so I needed a way to hide this one from her) and I accidentally added a note tab that I didn't need, but there's no way of deleting a note once it's there! So if there is any way you could add a "delete this note" feature, that would be excellent and I'd have no further complaints...and you'd have your 5-star rating! Haha Love the app otherwise! =)

No Search?. Longtime user of this notes app. Glad we got iOS 14 support finally, which fixed a lot of the lost position bugs from previous versions. However, sadly the app seems to be missing the Search filter, when you drag down at the top of the list. Please try to restore this feature, would make the app much more useful.

Best. Actually, there is a way to delete an un-needed note. Press the + button it will ask "new note" or "edit note". Press edit. Then click on the note you want then a thing will show up asking to delete it. I love this app because I am writing a story for my friend and she likes to snoop around my iPod so I like this app for the story for safe keeping.

Works as its supposed to. Excellent app and nice to see this one has black text and not grey. The only improvement I can think of would be to be able to highlight text.

iOS 11 can’t access. Don’t down load this app if you have update to the new iOS 11 it won’t work or open. If you are already using it all your stuff is gone or you can’t access it. Please update so it can be used.

Lock notes. Really good app and I store a lot of information in it. It used to have a search function but now it doesn’t. I’m sure that’s not a complex addition to the app so could you please put that feature back.

Lock notes “original”. I have had the lock notes original app since 2013 how do I delete a note there’s no delete button?

Great :). Love it! Only negative is the lack of autocorrect/predictive text as it can make typing a little bit tedious (i.e. no auto-capitalisation, etc.). Other than that, it looks nice and is straightforward to use. I recommend it :)

Can't delete old notes...? Pls help. The app is basic with no glitches .... But I can delete my notes...?

Worked great until they stopped updating it!!. This app worked great for me but now after updating my phone to latest iOS this app isn’t updated. All my info is now locked in the app as the app wdnt even open now. Plzzz update the app

Doesn’t delete. Can’t figure out how to delete!!!! If there is a way you should make it more simple for people to figure out. Why would anyone think to click on a plus button to delete???? That’s the stupidest thing I ever heard and the reason you’re only getting one star. Apparently if you fixed that you would get lots of good reviews, but you refuse to fix it, so.......NEXT!

It’s The best! I’m very Happy!. Don’t Listen to anyone who says it’s bad. You can delete stuff all you do is click on the plus button. then it says add notes or Edit notes. Press edit notes then pick which one you wanna delate. People just Don’t want you knowing they like it. And there’s No adds on this No glitches. Good idea to Download this.

OMG -_-. CAN u fix the update for ios11 i lost everything

Really good.. This app is really good. I have never had a glich with it and I'm happy to say my family can't get in it. SCORE! It's also useful too keep passwords in here too. Now I never forget a password. Mainly lose them. ;)

Reliable and Easy to use. I was looking for an app that worked like the Notes app but with a password. That's exactly what I got. It's easy to use and everything's pretty straightforward. I can't wait for an update that allows you to create sketches too.

no flaws. This app is simply the notes app but with a passcode on it. No glitches so far, and it is very easy to use. Definitely no need to buy the premium update though.

App is very slow on iOS 10. This app hasn't been updated in a very long time and each iOS update just makes it run slower and slower

Pretty disappointed. Need to be able to delete notes. Can’t do that now Need to change font size It’s Too big Accessing camera directly for photos does not work (disappointed I bought the upgrade)

I just wish there was coloured texts/font options ;). I have not had any issues with this app and I’ve been using it for about 2 years. Someone said they can’t delete the title but you just open that entry and delete the first line which is your title and hit save.

Lock Notes (One Wave AB ). This was the best app I found. It "was" simple and easy to use. But now for some reason it freezes up . I purchased this app months maybe even a year back upon discovering it. Only because it was simple and not cluttered with features I don't need. But not it has glitches. Freezes up upon the passcode page so I can't enter the password or do anything else. When I tried to restore my purchase the left side panel disappear where it has all the settings. It's just now a black side panel with no accces to notes, albums, or anything.

Update Required. Please update the app to support the newest ios for iPhone. Please please please.

Good app- needs update. This app is awesome! I’ve been using it for years. Recently, the notes aren’t scrolling down. So when you get down behind the on-screen keyboard, you are typing blind and there is no way to see what you are typing. You have to close the on-screen keyboard to see what you have written and move the cursor. Other than that, this app is great.

Are there plans to update this app?. I love this app and use it all the time but got a message from Apple that it will not work with the next iOS update. Hope you update the app so I can continue to use it!

Picture problem. So I’ve accidentally put a few duplicate pictures in this app and no way to delete individual pictures off of the app. Can you guys please fix this?

Update to iOS 11. A great app, I use it for all my sensitive material, however the app itself needs to be updated for iOS 11 or it won’t work at all. I updated to iOS 11 and am currently unable to access the app. Please update.

Lost Data. I love this app; however I just bought a new iPhone and downloaded the app but my data did download. PLEASE HELP! How can I get my data on my new phone? Is it backed up somewhere for me to access?

Best in Class. This is the only free note app that lets you save as many notes as you want. Good for keeping kids out of stuff you don't want them in.

I can’t search!. It worked great and all of a sudden I can no longer search in my notes making it impossible to find anything quickly. Will this feature be added back?

love this. Love this app but please update it because for the people who have the iOS 11 update it doesn’t let us access our Notes+ without you updating it.

Good. Love this app but there’s a new glitch with ios11 where the keyboard won’t move when typing, covering up what your typing. Please fix. Other than that the app is good but not sure if there’s a way to back up data.

Amazing. Been using this app for a while now, & it's great. It's simple to use, which is great for me. People complain about the simplicity of deleting the notes, for a completely free app. It's the best.

Great but one thing missing. I like it a lot but I think it should have a secret folder where it has all the recently deleted notes and that it has a expired date but if you want to you can recover them

Can't change font size. This app works as advertised but it would be nice to adjust the size of fonts to stop the text from wrapping

Make a Non Delete. I really like this app, it keeps my thoughts away from prying eyes. But is there any way to make it password protected so the app can't be deleted?

Update App. Please update app for 6s/7. So notes can be deleted if needed. I can create a note but I can't delete it. And keep it up to date. Apple sent a notice saying this app will slow down my phone. They said it needed an update.

Once was great!. I used this to keep all my personal info in. Now I ant even get into the app because it isn’t upgraded for iOS 11. Please hurry up and do something! I can’t even access it to get any of my much needed info that I used on a weekly basis.

Typing. I can’t figure out how to see where I ended typing last. The cursor goes up a few lines so my keyboard at the bottom is over where the end of my note would be. Is there a fix for that?

Love this App!!!. If you are looking for a simple way to store passwords or private notes, this app is for you! Just like your regular notes except with a four digit password. So simple!!

LOVE IT MAN. Dude this app is awesome! Perfect for the little secret plans for your friends or family! Like surprise parties and stuff... I love all the options for password. My personal favorite is the pattern password. I believe this is the best secret notes app, and by far my favorite!

Can't Delete Notes. This app is pretty good. But two things I wish you can do, one you can't delete notes or albums!!!!! I don't understand that at all. And two, you can't put a picture in your notes. :( can we do an update to be able to delete notes??

Great App!!. This is a great app! Just make sure you keep track of any permanent info you store here cause if you get a new phone you lose your data!

Disappointed with recent update. Been using this app for years and always worked but with the recent update and with iOS 16, there is no search line built into the app. It has disappeared. Please correct it

Does exactly what you need, no frills!. App works perfectly and the recent update adds a level of aesthetic that matches Apple. Easy passcode entry and a simple, elegant way to manage notes and info I want locked away.

Convenient. I love having all my passwords in one place. It has saved me more times than I count count when I couldn’t remember my passwords to one of my numerous accounts!

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IOS 11!!. I have sent an email to the developer and have not had anyone reply as of yet!!! I have important information stored in this app that I am not able to retrieve!! This app needs to be updated in order to be compatible with iOS 11!!! It is crucial that I have access to my information!!! UPDATE THIS APP ASAP AND WORK ON BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! Never had a problem until now and I’ve had this app for over 2 years!!!!

Font size. Great app, just needs the ability to change the font size. Also a way to reorder the notes however you want would be a plus.

Not working. I love this app, but it is still not working with iOS 11. When I try to open the app, I get the standard error that says the app needs to be updated.

The new update messed it up. Ever since the new update came it skips around the document when I scroll and it’s so annoying. I also miss the search feature you got rid of :(

Good app but.... This app is just what I needed. Good job! However, you need to add a way to export what is entered to Notes, Dropbox, etc. Using copy/paste is the only way and that's too cumbersome to do for each entry. Looking forward to your next update!

Disappointed. They need to fix this app. I was actually transferring my files from Fliq notes to this app. And was disappointed to discover that the notes doesn't arrange itself alphabetically. I then made a mistake of upgrading to premium thinking it would do the trick. I was wrong. Get another app.

Easy but not too good. I love this note, but one thing I don't like is it does not have cloud sync. I lost everything when I accidentally deleted the app. When I re-install the app, I can't recover lost information. I will keep looking for another useful note pad. No longer use this.

Needs Update!!. This is really a great app - but every time I open it, a notice comes up saying that it's going to slow down my phone until the developers give it an update. Pleeeease? This has come up now for a month. I'd will definitely improve my rating once the update comes through!

Not bad. You need two minor changes. You need a password recovery option. And you need a way to search your notes. I have a lot of long notes and I can't find things without going through the whole list looking.

Please please please UPDATE!!!. IOS 11 is out and this app hasn't been undated since probably IOS 8, I love this app but I don't want it to be slow or have problems with the newest IOS

Pretty good. This works well. But the notes need a sort feature (manual sort). If you have 10+ notes, but only use 1-2 in a daily basis, then those notes could be at the bottom of the list, and not at the top.

Good Notepad!. Easy to use and keeps notes locked. Simple is what I like about this app. It's designed exactly for what it does. If your looking for a no frills notepad then I recommend getting this. It's a keeper for me.

Great little app. Plain and simple, not over complicated and does exactly what it says it does. It's a great app with a lot of options to let you customize it but isn't over bearing.

Not the best. Whenever I click on something that I have to scroll down to read , it automatically scrolls back up so I can see the next thing and that's really annoying

It was great until it wasn’t. It worked great until I realized that once you typed past your keyboard you can’t scroll down to see what you are typing. You are just clicking the keyboard and hoping that it’s the right words.
