The only app actually able to transfer my contacts!!. I would give this app 100 stars if possible. I tried several apps but only this one could migrate my contacts from one phone to another

Best app ever!. Forgot to back up my contacts before and lost them all. Saw this app and figured I’d give it a try so it wouldn’t happen again. Easily done and emailed right to my inbox. No more having to click on each contact one at a time and save them! Highly recommend app.

Easy Backup review. It was fast and “easy” to use. The app does it all practically. There is enough however for you to feel like part of the process. However, I did not find the developer’s hawking the PRO VERSION on my and directly stating that because I didn’t purchase his upgrade that I was leaving my information unprotected. Scare tactics don’t go well with me. And then to read the reviews. Read them! I didn’t feel the least bit pressured into going with EASY! Thanks for your help.

Easy to use than icloud. iCloud wouldn't back up my contacts kept saying I didn't have storage but I was only trying to backup my contacts nothing else. Anyway, my phone was dying and this worked super easy and fast!

So far so good. The app works great BUT I just wish that they were honest and up front with their pricing. Nowhere on the app description did I see that there was a $12 a year subscription and then add $2 for the Pro version until after I downloaded the app. If you want to see the program and how it works you have to sign in which enrolls you for the year. There is no option to opt out, or address to go and cancel your subscription. Very poor.

So Easy. I have to take my iPhone in tomorrow to get the battery replaced. I had to turn pop off "Find My Phone", which I did. I didn't know how to do the backup but then found this great app & it's now backup is complete & I didn't have to pay extra to the computer store to do it for me! Great app!

Amazing utility. Been using for i think five years. It always works. Its easy. Probably one of the best apps as far as keeping updated with the times. I don’t rate many apps but this app has worked for me time and time again.

A nightmare if you don't backup. What a life saver. If you didn't have a backup all contacts are gone. Works great!! Email yourself the backup and when you change phones or lose your contacts--on click and they are all back. Can't imagine why anyone wouldn't give 5 stars......

DOES NOT WORK WITH ICLOUD ANYMORE!!!. Updating to the latest version of Easy Backup automatically changes the account being backed up from your iCloud Contacts to CardDav, and there’s no longer any way to point it back to your iCloud. CardDav does not have all of the iCloud Contacts. So your backups are screwed. That’s a big problem. I had used the Easy Backup app for a few years and loved it. I upgraded to the pro version couple of years ago to use the cloud features to have access to my backed up contacts from more than 1 device. I backed up my contacts on Oct 31, 2017 and the app found and backed up all of my 419 iCloud contacts. After updating to the latest version of Easy Backup which changes to the account it’s backing up to CardDav Contacts the app only finds 308 of my contacts. I have sent 2 messages to Easy Backup support but haven’t received a response other than their automated one.

Soooooo goood. So fast, so easy, so good I couldn’t believed, did a back up on my old device, my iPad (same iOS version), into my new iPhone, didn’t take me 3 min to complete the hole back up and restore. It’s great. (Couldn’t do it in an other iPhone 4, with a much older iOS version, but there are earlier version and it let my back up my info in that version) Super recommended.

Simple to use but no mention of costs. Good simple app but lures you in to use restricted half operational features so you feel compelled to purchase. There’s other good thorough apps out there which don’t require purchases and allow donations. Thank you for this app, just too bad it felt a little underhanded to cut off half of the features.

Missing contacts. Quick and easy. Was able to import my contacts from the iPhone to the Mac in under three minutes. Highly recommend.

It was easy. I have spent over 4 hours trying to get contacts from iPhone 6 to icloud then upload to new iPad running ios12. In desperation I downloaded this app. Less than 60 seconds I was able to upload thru email and download to iPad. Thanks so much for this service. This will save people so much time and frustration. I used the free version.

Works but with effort. This app does save my contacts. It usually has to be done in more than one step. For some reason it groups my contacts and only backs up one group. Could be the way the contacts are stored. Business contacts don't group with regular contacts, but some regular contacts are grouped with businesses.

Great Product. My iPhone 5S locked up completely this past weekend and ended up getting the last iPhone 8 and was able to pull in all of my contacts with Easy Backup. Thank goodness for this app!

Contact backup and transfer. I tried 5 different apps before and this is the smartest one... by separating my 4000 plus numbers of clients,friends, family and prospects into three smaller files and different types of groups it made it easier to download... AWESOMENESS!!!

Just what I needed!. Finally a app I can backup my contacts on. My toddler son as factory reset my IPhone 3 times this year and I such time I’m not able to fully retrieve all my contacts from the cloud. This app option is just what I needed!

Easy and quick. It was super user friendly and quick to back up my contacts. I expected ads and 5 million hoops to use the app but was pleasantly surprised that that was not the case. I love the duplicate feature where it showed if I had duplicate contacts

not saving all my contacts - see question below. I love this app., but I have a question about it. Lately I've noticed that every time I do a back-up, it saves 375 contacts, however, I have more contacts than that. Is this app. only saving my first 375 contacts and then none after that? If that's true, then my 3-star rating stands. If it's still saving all of them, even though it only says 375, then I rate this app. 5 stars. I tried going to the apps. support page, but it kept crashing, so that's why I'm asking here and hoping someone sees it and responds.

Crap App. This product backs up your contacts to an unknown cloud location, then wanted you to immediately upgrade to a paid version in order to find your backup or backup to locations of your choice. The app directed you to sign in to your Apple account to approve the'upgrade' without telling you the costs or what the benefits are of upgrading. Lastly, the app wants you to click on an 'ok' to post a five star rating... No other options but five stars. I am highly suspicious of where the app stores the contacts. The app gets my ZERO star rating - it doesn't belong on Apple Store.

Worked great!. I needed to clean out my iPhone contacts, but wanted to save everything in case I regretted some deletions later. This app saved all 726 contacts to an excel sheet which I then emailed to myself for storage on my PC. It couldn’t have been easier! Thank you!

Great App for minimizing repeated Contacts. I use I-cloud to back up my Apple mobile devices. Within my mobile devices I run and use a Outlook via from 1 of 2 Microsoft Accounts. In addition I have office 365 Business Premium and use Exchange for Microsoft using the same Outlook app. All my email accounts have its own contact list, that all backs up to I-Cloud. This causes contacts to have multiple contacts show up. This App merges mutable contacts to creat 1 completed contact. So a contact that repeated with it just having a phone number, email, location address all combines into one complete contact. So far it works great, I'm using the Free Version to get better understanding of the setting and what other things this app will do before upgrading to the paid Version.

New device - wanted to use this app again but... It has worked well in the past. Simple Download. Snags your contacts. And easy upload into a new device. But then for the first time I looked into company, and they are Israeli based. Israel is the cyber spy/tech hub of the word (Pegasus was born In Israel). So anyhow, I won't be using this app any longer. Especially considering they can't bring themselves to say on their own description that they won't use your personal data.

Suspicious. I downloaded this app to export my contacts to Excel. It backed up my contacts painlessly but then wanted to charge me $3 (with a convenient automatic annual renewal!) to export them. This fee wasn’t made clear in the description. Also, the app prompted me to rate it 5 stars but didn’t allow for a lower rating. Lastly, most of the reviews are obviously written by non-native speakers and are intended to fool the user into thinking they are legitimate reviews. I don’t trust the writers of this app. Thank goodness I didn’t upload my backed up contacts to their server, wherever that is. Who knows what they would have done with them?!

Wow! Super Easy!. Missing over 200 contacts on a new iPhone transfer and was freaking out. My teen told me about this app. I downloaded it, hit a couple buttons and saved contacts. Hit a couple more buttons and uploaded every single contact into my new phone. SO easy. Thank you!!

Easy Backup. I've used this app for five months now and have never had an issue. I was immediately impressed by the speed, accuracy and ability to re-assimilate my contact data fully intact once I needed to. There wasn't any unnecessary removal of duplicates and all contact data was represented neatly and orderly. I've just downloaded an apparent newer version of Easy Backup and I'm again impressed by its speed and how quickly my contacts are assessed and packaged, ready for SMS, email, etc. Redistribution of my contacts were equally as organized. It's a nice app!

Perfect for what I need. I don’t like to back up everything from my phone. I only like to save my contacts. This does exactly that. I have been using it since it came out and it had never let me down. Very easy to use! I actively recommend this to everyone.

Bait and Switch for excel. The description says you can export to excel, but it’s a lie... even when you upgrade to premium. All it exports is is vcf format (v-card) which only adds the contacts to outlook, gmail, or similar mail program. The ability change format to CSV does not exist, even though the app description clearly states it is. It’s not just a sneaky ploy, it’s outright lying to the customer. I’m not alone, look at forum FAQ discussions (accessible within the app, under the “support” link. Search the forums for the word “excel” and you’ll see everyone else who feels ripped off by these liars. Avoid this app at all costs. It’s a scam and they end up with all your contacts, which they probably sell to Russia.

Best money spent. This app was a lifesaver. I got a new phone and my contacts were a mess. Duplicates people I had no idea who they even were that are pulled from my email etc. etc. Five minutes with this app I went from 1050 contacts to 290. It took care of everything with just a couple of quick clicks.

finally an app that works. i’ve just tried 6 different apps and this was the first one that worked for me. I have an iphone 6 so i understand it may not be compatible with apps meant for new phone operating systems but i really didnt expect to have such a hard time finding an app that wouldnt just crash or do nothing. thank you for this app!! i feel safer now that i was able to backup my contacts to my email

The fix after hours of other methods. I looked for an app to help me get my contacts from my iPhone to my née MacBook Air after literally HOURS of trying to figure out why my contacts weren’t backing up to iCloud. Man, I was frustrated. This app saved the day big time! It was so easy to use and worked quickly. Highly recommend!

So easy!!. I’ve been going back and forth with trying to get all of my contacts on my new phone, and this app made hours of work down into a blink of an eye!!

I wish I could give this app ZERO stars. I had Easy Backup Pro, but it stopped working. I tried to contact Support on my app, but there is no response, so I went to the App Store on my iPhone and re-downloaded the original (non-Pro) version. But now I can’t log in and I can’t create a new account. I PAID FOR THIS APP AND CAN’T USE IT OR GET ANY HELP!! What is going on???? If you can’t fix it, give me a refund!! Update: I tried to restore my purchase for this app. It didn’t work, but a pop-up box said to hit “Buy” and my previous pro version would be restored and I would NOT be charged a second time. Wrong!!! My credit card was charged a second time and the app STILL doesn’t work. WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK APP. I am out two payments for the worthless pro version and there is no response from the Support emails and in-app messages I’ve sent. This app is a rip-off!!!!!!!

Exactly what I needed. I don't have a Mac, so I needed a system to sync my contacts to something, without doing it manually. My contacts do not automatically sync to my computer since I don't have a Mac, and although they used to sync to Outlook, they stopped once I got the iPhone 7. This app was exactly what I need, is easy to use, and the information is all in one file whenever you need it. Highly recommend!

Back up was easy and fast. I did the back up of the contacts in my iPhone and it was very easy and fast. Next step will be to export them which I have not done yet, however so far so good.

Problem solved contacts backup. I needed to getting iPhone contacts to my Moto Z Droid phone. I had issues with iTunes and verizon cloud and others. Verizon cloud would not download on the droid and it wouldn't download to the iPhone either due to an older IOS. After several hours trying to transfer my 800 contacts I found this app. Fixed it easily. BAM! I couldn't believe how easy it was.

Simple and easy. All the other apps i have tried had some sort limitations to backup process which is the main thing for the backup apps 😑 but this one does what it’s supposed to do

Great App!. I had a recent experience wherein my iPhone somehow deleted some contacts, and I had no way of determining how many and who I lost. Thankfully, I had EasyBackup, which enabled me to quickly restore my all of my lost contacts!

My iPhone recently started malfunctioning after an interrupted update install and would restart giving me about 90 seconds of up time to do backups or share contacts…this app downloaded easy, set up easy and let me transfer all of my contacts in that short window. I love it. It worked amazingly and was so much easier and faster than all of the crap apple uses to keep your contact data stuck in their platform.

Nice App, well spent money. Many of you and your business depends in your contacts, customers, family and friends. If you are like me probably remember 1 or 2 phone numbers. This will save you from headaches the moment you lose your phone, get it wet or leave the company that provides you with a phone.

Backup. Had previously been using another app to back up contacts, but they haven’t updated their app so I can no longer use it. I made the switch and so far it’s been great!

Holy Cow. This was so easy. I installed this app on two iPhones with diff accounts. I backed up all my contacts on one phone and then I logged on to this app on the other phone and exported 436 contacts in about 5 seconds. It is flawless. I used my google account so I didn’t even have to set up a UN or pass. Great app. 5 stars.

simple + peace of mind. Just a couple taps and my contacts are backed up. I selected this app because my iCloud contacts are not syncing despite multiple attempts to repair the problem. This gives me peace of mind so I can try some other ways to get everything synced again.

Very impressive and yet simple to use. I had somehow selected my default save option for my contacts to a work exchange account. When I bought an iPad, I had no intentions of installing my work email account on my iPad. Then realized most of my contacts were missing. Apple doesn’t offer an export or merge option through the iOS . This app worked like magic. I was able to simply isolate the contacts that I was missing, and merge them onto my iCloud contact, where they should have been at the first place. Tnx

Simple and effective!. My iPhone had a corporate managed software on it that prevented me from backing up my phone. I was worried about my phone being wiped and losing all contacts. This app prevented that and was super effective. The only downside is you will have to delete "cell" or "home" etc before the number once you sync with your new phone.

Requires payment to delete data. This app works great for transferring contact information between phones. This should be enough for me to be happy with this app, but when I tried deleting all the contacts I had uploaded, it told me I’d have to pay $2.99 to delete more than 100 contacts. Why do I need to pay to remove my data from your service? If I don’t pay the $2.99, what will you do with my data? This reeks of extortion.

Great, helpful App. This is great I never knew this was available. It puts my mind at ease to know I will not lose my contacts. It would be devastating to lose them and have to start all over with my contacts list.

Scammer no way to cancel subscription. Absolute no way to cancel subscription. No option to cancel comes up in Apple Subscriptions. Dirty business model. Stay away from this company.

Security concerns. Default setting is to ‘Share all contacts’ with them.. dodgy!. Functionality has decreased too, use to be able to ‘Export to Xls’ format, can’t now. Support Team not answering any questions.

Saved my info. I thought I’d lost all my contacts when starting to use a new phone but luckily I’d backed up to this app and so was able to easily restore them.

I can’t rate this app any higher, create an account, backup your contacts (I was able to backup a customers 1,800 contacts, other apps have a 500 maximum and then you have to pay for a premium version) after backing up your contacts you can log onto another device using your details and then restore them onto your other device! Absolutely amazing application and it saved me big time!

Great App. I kept losing contacts I had entered into my contact list. There were many numbers that I was upset about having to enter again only to find they didn't save. Once I loaded this app all my numbers reappeared! I'm one happy camper!

App works easily but I dont know where. My contacts are being stored in the cloud. So i am a tad concerned about security. Still, the app works well.

Excellent program, easy to use. All fields including the “Notes” are backed up. When the VCF file is opened via Email, it shows the Contacts without any apparent sorting and there is no search possibility. It is most difficult to find a particular contact. However, using the « Preview » feature, this problem is avoided.

A necessary utility. This seems to work great in backing up but I have no idea on how to recover the backed up items. As an excel file you can not only recover but you can look up any entree including the note items.

Moving contacts from Exchange. Great app. Back up contacts- Marge all duplicates- Go to contacts- click accounts - click exchange - Select all - select the account you want contacts in (ie iCloud)

This is a fabulous app!. No fuss, no annoying ads, just quick and simple uploading and downloading of contacts. I wish more apps were this clean and simple!

forces use of another service’s login. Doesn’t do what it says. There’s no way to create a new user account with email. It forces you to sign in with some other service like apple or google. Yeah. There’s no way I’m trusting some random developer with my critical account passwords. There’s also no way to backup to a file on your device.

So easy. There's no excuse to not backup when you have this app. If you lose all your contacts because you didn't back them up then you deserve to start over! Yeah, I said it out loud!!!

Good app. Very helpful, but problems with the auto backup. I had to pay for the app twice just to turn on the auto backup.

No Contacts. Something very wrong with this app checked for backups nothing stored won't even let me login in with Apple or Gmail accounts tried to create an account nothing backed up to iphone only showing 1 account that I don't have listed in my accounts I gave 2 stars and that was being nice

Easy directions. I have not imported my backup. So far, directions of app were easy to follow when sending backup to myself via e-mail.

Excellent. As long as your total contacts are under 1000 it works great. Some apps only back up specific information this backs up everything and was super easy.

App is not a scam. With the app I was able to export my contacts from multiple groups to a single .vcf file and then import them all into my iCloud group, allowing me to merge different groups into my iCloud contact group.
