Great alternative. Been using this for a while. It works seamlessly and is a great way to have an alternative number to txt from. Works even with pic texts as well. Due to all the robo calls when I have to give out a number to someone I don’t trust this is my go to service.

Good 2nd phone line. I use this app to separate my work calls from my personal phone without having to carry another phone around. I like it calls are clear enough and who can beat the texts. Only thing is that the minutes go pretty fast, sometimes I’ve only used 5 minutes and the app will deduct 8-9mins from my credit. Other than that good

2nd Line. My second line has come in handy working from home! I don’t want everyone to have personal number. It’s easy to determine which of my lines are ringing. I plan to continue to use the service.

Hands down the best I’ve tried. I have had one number on here for over four years now that I use for business. It’s great to not have to carry a second phone or use my personal number for clients. The iOS calling integration means incoming calls ring on my phone just like a “real” number. I also get new temporary numbers from time to time when I sell things on Craigslist and don’t want to publish my cell. It’s nice being able to block creeps when I’m done selling. Love this app!

Great option for my small business!. I can’t say enough good things about the above-average level of support I received from Unlisted when I was researching different options for a business line. Unlisted made the originally frustrating process of trying and picking this kind of service much less frustrating by providing what I needed in a budget-friendly, easy-to-use, and aesthetically pleasing interface. 🙂 I chose Unlisted because of the quality of the service and support, and the price-points and features compared to similar providers. I’m very satisfied with the service, I’m so happy I found it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Unlisted!

Bad app. Three days after I submitted to this app, I couldn’t find a way to cancel it but I emailed them. I haven’t got a response back but they keep charging me $43 over and over in any plan you have a Apple wallet clearly they just took my Christmas money in the card you have sent to them. They will charge all of them as they did. They did get the money from my card Now my Christmas is ruined I want a refund before Christmas. I mean I got over 60 different messages saying payment declined payment declined in a few minutes ago. Your family was accepted. I have a use the app I don’t want the app and I have no use for it.

Payment. It’s cool I didn’t realize that when you bought minutes that you are not really buying minutes you are paying for a month and get so many minutes to use during that month. I still have 30 something minutes but because my month is almost up I need to pay again. I wish that was explained alittle better

Why I think Unlisted is awesome!!. You literally have the same quality as you would if you were to pay a buttload on a phone plan. Plus you get chances to earn 100% free credits for texts and calls, that you wouldn’t receive on a regular phone plan! Definitely worth downloading! 😊

Superb. I’ve tried all of these 2nd Line phone & text apps. This is by far the cleanest & smoothest and most importantly easy to navigate with no complications. I’ve been so impressed that I’m telling friends about Unlisted! This is intuitive and clean and just employs a no nonsense approach to everything you expect from an app like this! Great service, overall best deal around. This is a great service because you can have multiple phone numbers for different businesses or whatever you need and then pay for one set of texts or phone calls which can be used amongst all of them. And it’s a pretty fair rate

Fix this problem. I have been using unlisted for about 8months now and my confession that ,this app is a top notch with a slightly mistake .my problem I have with this app is that should have options where by you can logout other devices signed into your unlisted account because you phone might get stolen or get missing then all the information have with be on the other devices whiles you have gotten another phone..it’s very frustrating please solve that problem .

It works,But... I used this app before and at one time kept a number for over a year and never had a problem. This time the number I picked continuously gets random calls from all over the country including Canada. Twice I called the missed call right back ..Once it turned out to be a business, nobody there called me they believe there number was cloned. Another time they were collection companies, Or I can’t call back due to being nonexistent numbers ,how is that even possible? I reached out to customer service and there response simply was pick another number. What I’ll do instead if I happens again is pick another app instead of yours.

Weird issue with purchasing more time/texts. Despite being prompted to do so, you can’t buy more time or texts unles you ALSO buy another number. This is super frustrating. UPDATE: There IS a way to do this, see the developer response below.

The number I signed up and paid to use wasn’t available. Hours after signing up and selecting a number the app shows me as not having any numbers even though I see a pending (3 days away) charge in my Apple App subscriptions. Unfortunately I already used and can’t change the number I initially selected for my required purpose and now I have no access to it. Vendor responded the bug has been fixed so I will try again when I have the need.

Used to be great. I had an unlisted number for years for my business and never had an issue until today. They blocked my account from texting or calling and said my account was under review for recent messages….how? I’m blocked from sending messages which means I can’t respond to any inquiries. It’s so frustrating. 👿 Good look with getting any live support.

Nice but still needs some improvements. It’s definitely a nice app but I would advise that some improvement be made, sometimes messages don’t get sent or received and that has happened multiple times. I also would like to see gifs added in the media uploads option

Great App, Great Support. Unlisted is probably the best second phone number app I’ve used, it’s pretty affordable too. Not to mention their support team is super helpful, and actually nice to talk to. Overall this is a great app, I would definitely recommend it.

Messages sent but not delivered the past 11 days I have payed for a new number. Hi Erik, I have been enjoying this app for months before I decided to change my number and get a new one. Ever since I started using this app only 7 messages have been delivered out of 25 messages I have sent out. The calling is working perfectly but messages won’t delivered. I have contacted your support team no reasonable solution. Erik kindly help me fix my 2nd line number as you are the owner of this app and I believe you can see my review messages.

Great phone app!. I’ve been using Unlisted for a couple years now and I absolutely love it! Unlike every other phone app that I’ve tried, there isn’t any kind of lag during phone calls. It’s simple and super user-friendly. I highly recommend it!

Good find!!!. Am actually glad that I found this app as I have a business account and did not want to pay $100 a month for another phone, and line. Both personal and business calls come directly to my phone so no need to carry a second one around as I already have quite a bit of things to carry around.

Convenient and easy to use service!. A great tool if you have multiple calling groups, sales prospects, friends or clients. No lengthy fine print contracts we dont read and no 30 minutes wasted with a cumbersome application to get started!!

Decent App…. UPDATE: The developer was very helpful and it looks like the bugs have been fixed. I appreciate the personal attention! Rating updated. *** My only complaint is the interface. It’s buggy—if my phone is locked and on vibrate, the notification will pop up on my lock screen then immediately disappear. So if I don’t catch it, I won’t know I got a text. And sometimes if I look back at old text messages, chunks of previous texts aren’t visible. And I can send gifs! (FWP I know!) It serves its purpose, but it feels like the app’s holding together with paper clips and gum.

Super Service. I have had two different phone numbers through Unlisted, and in each case my service has been excellent my privacy has been preserved, and I recommend I recommend this affordable app, particularly as a woman utilizing dating apps.

Updated for extra stars.. Customer service was hard to contact but did respond eventually, and problem was solved. App works pretty well once you’re signed up. Was reliable but expensive. I’ll use it again in future but won’t keep it live due to price.

Glitchy and can’t delete your account. A bunch of the numbers I received from them couldn’t receive 2FA texts and it’s fairly pricy to buy a number from them. So for the cost, it’s highly unreliable. I’ve also email their support team multiple times because you can’t delete an account from the app itself, even though there is a delete option in the app. That option doesn’t work. You have to email their customer support for your account to actually get deleted. I’ve emailed the for over a month and still nothing.

I’ve been using this app for almost two years now.. I’ve been using this app for almost two years now. I haven’t had any issues with my number stating active at all. The few times I’ve contacted support, they were very helpful and timely with their response. I primarily use my number to avoid spam, telemarketers and as an alternate for my freelance clients. Voicemails come thru clear when I access saved messages.

Nice, but audio stop working. Seems great, so I gave it a shot. First call, couldn’t hear the audio dropped 60 seconds into the call. Call did not drop, no it kept going. They get great reception at home so it wasn’t on their end. But I couldn’t hear the person I was talking to. Called them back from my real number, was fine, so I know the app was at fault. Next two calls were fine. Fourth call, left a message. That person called me back saying the audio cut out after 60 seconds but the message kept recording. He wanted to know what the rest of the message was, but was also afraid something had happened to me since I seemingly had stopped talking mid sentence. Fifth call, shorted out, after 60 seconds. Called back, it worked. So when it works, it’s great. But it’s crap 60% of the time. My phone never drops calls or has audio issues. But this app sure does. Worst part is, if I leave a message, no way of knowing if this app shorted out and the person didn’t get it. Stupid. Unless they fix it, just use *67.

Convenient private use number*. Glad to have tried and have the use of a private use number, it came in handy fir calls I didn’t want to make from my personal/private number. I only wish I would have known that they only provide this number fir a month and if you don’t use the minutes you’ve paid for you lose both the money/minutes AND the number! That’s not so convenient.

Customer. This is a very good app. At the beginning there were a couple minor problems but quickly resolved:) Unlisted is a great app. I use it a lot because predator sales calls do fly at me 50 times a day !!! Keep up the great work and thanks.

Very handy. My phone broke and wouldn’t register a SIM card so I was out of luck for a while before finding this app, so long as I have WiFi I can make calls and texts so it really saved me from having to buy a new phone for a bit. Simple and easy to use but very handy.

I had to go…. I use this app for certain reasons and at first everything worked well. And then I was forced to deactivate my app because i stopped receiving messages and when it started working again all messages were delayed sending and receiving. Then it started working again for not even 12 hours and then the problem started again. This was frustrating, I spoke to management and I did ask for a refund or atleast a percentage off my next month because of the inconvenience I was then told “You have used it for 3 of the 4 weeks of this month's subscription and we are experiencing slower than normal sending times just the last couple of hours, we will not offer a refund.” This was really inconvenient because I paid for a service and it wasn’t just “delays” it was also non received of messages and calls. At first I Thanked them because it was fixed but then it happened again. When you pay for a door dash order and something messes up or is missing you get compensated immediately. Overall without the problem it was a good app when it was working.

Not sure what the delay is?. They say I paid. I tried texting myself on my cell phone and I got nothing so far. I guess I will wait a half an hour and see if it’s happening then? Or get my money back!

Disappointed. I notified the company after I got my new phone and I asked for my old number back well it’s been two weeks now and still they have me covered the number! The Worse Part OF This I had $35 credits that I lost. And I don’t really care that I lost $35 in credit didn’t really make an effort to recover my number which can be done because they were notified. If you really want to get a number from them think twice that’s my best advice. The least they can do is find a way to pay me back for those who lost credits

Competition not a chance. I feel like this App is The best for calling or texting it actually feels like your on your own phone and they don’t have all those random commercials and ads that pop up out of nowhere and don’t let you go back to your texting takes you automatically to some random game to download

Great Service. I have had wonderful success with his app. Super easy to change your number or add one. Had four at one time and sent a simple email to let Unlisted know that I no longer needed three of them. Not only did they refund me partially on them but were very diligent in getting done. Customer service is nothing short of amazing. They answer the phone, they respond to emails and they take action when necessary. I’m very grateful for this app. It’s versatility alone, dictates that I won’t even look at another app for this service. Unlisted is the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Question. My phone is issued through my employer. I purchased this app for privacy of phone calls and texts on the phone bill my employer also covers. I have tried to contact and figure out if my texts (phone numbers and context) as well as phone calls show up on my bill, but can’t get a response. I really liked the privacy possibility while not carrying two phones but I wish I could confirm if it actually did that for me or not!

Very good app. I needed to use the app when my boyfriend and best friend were going behind my back and texting each other. And decided to block me, I got a new number and sent them the words they deserve.

Great App. I use it for my Rentals. I use I This to give out a number so I’m not giving my personal number. It helps me keep track of who is calling. When I sell my Real Estate, I give out my unlisted number so I don’t keep getting calls after it’s sold. I can just change it to a new number. Love this app!!!

Works great.. If u don’t see the app in the notifications menu just re install. Works perfect now and I get real time alerts. Wish I didn’t have to remember to always buy more monthly time but that’s only issue I have. Much cheaper than other 2nd line app.

Lost a business number of 4 years. As I explained. I signed back into my account. It kept defaulting and asking me to make “ a new account.” After 4 years I know how to use the app. It made a text notification sound and when I went to open the text the app totally wiped out of my iOS. One of your techs couldn’t even reference the email it was connected to. Another reached out over a day later with the same unhelpful troubleshooting. I don’t need to continually be told - I logged out and need to log back into my account. Your customer service is awful and I’ve notice throughout the years that the app isn’t what it used to be. I’ve had more than usual bad sound quality, dropped calls, and hard to understand voicemails. Consumers there are too many options out there. Go with another 2nd line option I went with “ burner subscriber “ it’s Amazing and less expensive for 3 lines. Thanks , Paul

AMAZING!. I was so impressed while testing this out that I went ahead and subscribed for a year before 7 day trial was up! The support is quick and amazing! Everything is working as advertised! Just know there’s only so many texts you can send on a free trial before asking to subscribe. That’s understandable because a lot of people just use free trials to spam. This is way better than the other app I was using that is ranked really high in the Apple Store! It has more features and even costs less!

Exactly what I needed!. Unlisted is an awesome app to have if you don’t want to give out your personal number for any reason. They have several different subscription options that are affordable & a bunch of settings to customize the app to your liking. Such as - notifications, color choices, voicemail preferences & incoming call settings (meaning, you can have the calls go through the app, fwd to your phone, go to VM or block calls all together!) I’ve never had any issues with this app & the calls are very clear. You really don’t need a cell contact anymore if you’re usually connected to WiFi. Bonus: they have a ton of available area codes & phone numbers to choose from! Thanks for an awesome app!

Amazing service with great service offering. Over all this service is amazing and you get a reliable feeling of a voip telecom provider. You get the phone number, text messages, notifications, voice messages as expected. It’s great that they have in app chat support however their model is not based on active or live chat. You leave a message and they will respond on the first availability which has gone to couple of hours in my case. (Suggestion) It would be great to see more active or live agent communication. Another great option is that they give the option to port out your number if needed. However it has been extremely difficult (impossible) in my case to port out my number. I heard that there have been other port out requests which have been going through successfully with unlistedapp.com. It would be good to have 3 way call support between different parties (such a support is provided by a lot of providers)

Restore text delivery!!!. I am writing to report a problem with my text message delivery. For over 24 hours, I can receive texts but my texts don't deliver properly. It is causing inconvenience in my daily communication and business. I have checked my phone settings and network coverage, but the issue persists. Awesome second number!. I’ve had my 2nd number for over a year. It’s very helpful for when I don’t want someone to have my main number. Texts and calls are easy to make.

I’m looking for a reasonably priced app that will give me a second line for my phone and at first glance thought this one was a good alternative to Burner because there was a $2.99 a month and a credit pay option. I paid the monthly fee and then discovered you also have to buy credits on top of that to make it work. Go for the good app that already has a good reputation and get Burner. It’s cheaper!

Unlisted. Unlisted is the best app out for Disguising or for using a different phone number rather then using your real number. I have been using this app for quite some time and don’t plan on leaving it

Review complaints. I don’t always get my notifications delivered immediately whesomeone makes contact with me and even though I have the notifications on for instant notice. My phone doesn’t always ring when someone calls.

Unauthorized charging. No, im not a person who forgot about a trial and got billed. I have a message from the company saying it would be canceled, then a charge, followed by no support in their help section. This is an app review because that’s where you get “help”. Also the enter location for numbers never worked and really don’t like free apps that really can’t be used without a subscription.

Unlisted. I love this app it really does have a lot of great features and being able to keep your number private is great.

No longer works. This app was working well for me until today when I tried to get a new number. The first time it got stuck on the screen right after I paid for the new number. I tried to get another number (paying yet again), same issue - screen hangs right after the payment is accepted. I have an iPhone XS Max with no issues with other apps.

Best app for a 2nd US phone number. I hate when websites ask for my phone number. I have one and I intend to keep it for a long time. LineUp is the perfect app to get a 2nd number that I can give to all the websites. Love it!!

Charging me for texts. I’ve had this app for a while and I really enjoy it. I haven’t had a problem until now. For some reason it keeps adding texts I didn’t buy to my account. I’m up to 10,000 texts now. I don’t need to be charged for texts I’m not actively buying. Thanks for your attention.
