- Doesn’t save your workouts

The content is good but there is an issue. I’ve done about 20 workouts on the premium subscription, only 2 saved, so I cant even advance in programs. A bit silly. Seems like many others have the same problem Fitbit charge 3

- Would be nice if the workouts could be cast on TV

I like the workouts but I would prefer to cast them on my TV. Sadly this option is not available (or is it when you start paying for premium?)

- No fitbit integration

Given this app is tightly linked with fitbit i would have expected better integration. Fitbit data is hardly used to customize your programs. Moreover, the calories burned are different on the fitbit VS the app. the video’s and programs are good however. Still you would assume you could do so much more. I also think the number of excersis stays pretty similar. Not much updates.

- For beginners

This app is clunky. Workouts cancel midway and don’t track. The music is crappy background music with three choices and as you do a move the same 10 secs repeats. Videos are basic - not for those who are used to gym classes or apps with intense workouts as the videos don’t run smoothly.

- Bad

Literally everything on it is for premium and you need to pay monthly just to do workouts. It’s ridiculous. There’s only 2 free ones on the whole app and they’re the really basic 5 minute ones. Can’t do anything decent on here.

- Can’t login

Three password resets later and still won’t let me login to my existing Fitbit account.

- Pay premium for what??

Helllo?? Does anyone even read these? Do you not care about your end user?? Still cannot access after paying $14+ WTACTUALF??? I have just completed the free 7day trial. I couldn’t get access to Fitbit Coach due to “Validation Error”. I have now had $14+ deducted from my credit card; but still cannot get access to Fitbit coach due to the same reason. I will be cancelling my membership if my validation is not successful within the next week 🙁

- There only a few things wrong

I love the app use it regularly the only issue I have is I can’t choose what exercises I want to do and build my own plan. As I would like as currently have a sore knee is an option to do low impact on my lower body. Or if I have a sore shoulder work on lower body ect.

- Bug

Please fix the bug with the app so that when purchasing the premium subscription this is immediately reflected in customer’s account. programs should be unlocked immediately not after hours have gone by and/or customer’ initiate contact prompting this fix.

- Paid for premium and still can’t access it

Have lodged a complaint with Apple Paid the $63aud today which was confirmed (money taken immediately and received receipt from Apple) and all exercises still locked and tell me to upgrade to Premium... You have a day to fix or I will be disputing the payment...

- Can not log in

The app now wants me to connect to FitBit, but it won’t accept my FitBit login. I’ve paid four this app but I can’t log in to use it!

- Given the price of a Fitbit

You would think they could at least have one free lesson/session under each category... I’m sure I would pay for more lessons in each category if there was a free one in each to get you started

- Really lame evaluation

I have s Fitbit thought I would try coach downloaded it ran fit test.... didn’t do it just watched to see what it’s like. Then found I can’t do it again for real seriously you want money for something a person can’t evaluate at all. Found one only program that wasn’t upgrade to unlock did it can’t repeat no info as to why or when I can do it again sorry not wasting my money on such a lame app if I can’t evaluate it properly .....bye deleting it now

- Really disappointing for a Fitbit fan

I recently downloaded this app looking to get more from my Fitbit during a period of sustained motivation and signed up for the premium subscription. I found the app extremely poor and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. - It has poor ease of use, I wasn’t looking to spend much time trying to figure the app (impatient and busy), so that was frustrating from someone who is usually quite tech savvy. - No ability to play own music whilst following a workout. - Music in the app is very limited and plays so loudly over the vocal workout instruction I couldn’t hear what the vocal instruction was. I tried the app three mornings in a row to accompany my home workouts and was unfortunately so disappointed that I have immediately cancelled my subscription.

- Can’t log in

Very frustrating when you can not login to the app, but can on the website online. Trouble shooting steps don’t work. From what I’ve read the issue goes back to April 2018 and it is now May 2019 and the issue is not resolved. How can I log into the app!

- Disappointed

I’ve used Fit bit since 2015 and bought several devices to track different type of exercises and yet ... I still have to pay for workouts on this app. I can understand the costs associated like other workout apps, but as Fitbit members we should be entitled to have more access.

- So far so good!

I’ve done a couple of workouts so far and I love it! I used to be a gym junkie but with my work I haven’t been able to go and over the past four years I was becoming unfit and gaining weight. Don’t have time to go to the gym, especially when classes are on, and I don’t have the energy to make my own programs. This app seemed great! I was a little annoyed when the fit test didn’t ask me to rate exercises due to an error, but I just chose a program and went for it. It actually asks you to rank difficulty of exercises at the end of every workout, and following on it adjusted for my ability (I can’t do push ups anymore). Pushes me and I haven’t sweated so much in a long time. Awesome feeling!

- Horrible music, uninspiring. Annoying coach

I hated every minute of the 2 programs on the treadmill I did. The coach and music was just awful, like a 10second loop the whole time and so unmotivating. I was watching the clock every second. The coach spoke like he was talking to a five year old with slogans “you got this” I am also using other apps like Motion Traxx and Aaptiv which seem to have more workouts, great music and different for each program. Don’t wast your money with fitbit coach

- Use Another Fitness App

Downloaded this app—even after reading the negative reviews. But alas, it is worthless. Everything is locked under the premium service. I mean, if you’re ok with paying $69 for Fitbit certified trainers to tell how many times to squat versus the thousands of other free fitness trainers online then go for it!

- It's awesome

I love it

- Stupid - don’t waste your time

Downloaded this app as I just purchased the Fitbit and was super excited to get workouts delivered to my phone; however, I deleted the app after about five minutes, as I failed to find one workout that was free. The app expects you to pay an absurd pricing of around $69, which, after I’ve just purchased the watch, is ridiculous! Don’t waste your time getting this app, and just google workouts to do yourself.

- Can't login with Fitbit account

I honestly wouldn't know if it is any good, because there is a validation error when logging in with my Fitbit account. I know the password is right because I tested it in Fitbit. So....I can't get past the login page. I'm sure the workouts would be great if I could!

- Not as good as I thought it would be.

Was really keen to give this app a go, as I have been loving my new Fitbit. But was really disappointed to find basically all of the routines locked for premium members only. I understand it is a profitable organisation, however I do wish they would make more routines accessible for those not willing or unable to pay/afford premium.

- App not available?

I can’t use the Fitbit Coach app and haven’t been able to all day. It won’t open and says content not available. Someone please fix this?

- Not happy

Won’t let me long into it no matter what way I try to sign in needs to be fixed I’ve deleted it and re download it still the same. No impressed at all

- Hello people

Bye people ps subscribe to ZC Amazing on Youtube 😇😜

- Thieves

Paid the $13 monthly subscription then cancelled the auto renewal now cannot access any premium even though it shows I’m subscribed total rip off will be seeking full refund

- Pfft

Has actually ruined my Fitbit experience because it can’t update or be removed from my Fitbit ionic...

- Money grab

The app itself looks good, but it’s a complete money grab. You have to pay for all work outs which seems overkill after I have just paid $200.00 for the Fitbit itself. It should be free. Anyway I wouldn’t give it any stars if that was an option. Better to download a 7 minute workout app FOR FREE, then to waist money on this.

- Can not login

I have tried everything to try and login with my Fitbit account and all I get is validation failed

- I’m mad

I just purchased a $300 Fitbit versa and you have the nerve to charge for the fit bit coach as well? That’s BS. Maybe people who have bought a Fitbit should be given unlimited access to Coach and those who haven’t can pay the monthly fee

- Rip off

Paid for premium, money came out of my iTunes account, app stopped working after that. Goodbye money. Don’t even bother

- Not able to login

Will not let me login have reset my Fitbit password and tried again still not working keeps saying validation error

- Too expensive

Downloaded the app then realised it’s useless without paying extra for premium!!!!

- Pathetic.

So I can only do one 10-20 minute session a week if I don’t sign up for the premium account? What’s the point? This entire app is basically 1 free workout a week. Delete.

- 🤔

I already spent $200 on the Fitbit watch itself and in order to see most, if not all, of the workouts on here you have to cough up more money to go premium.

- Used to be good

I used to love this app. Yes, most the work outs were only available with a paid premium account, but there were still enough workouts for free that kept me occupied. Now I can’t get the app to connect to my Fitbit account so I can’t even log on! It just says “error connecting to the system” or some such thing. It is so disappointing because the workouts were great.

- Fitbit coach error

Trying to use the app keeps saying failed to reach the consent service pls fix. Pressing retry button keep getting the same message. Great app to keep you staying fit and healthy highly recommended.

- Just an okay app

Its fairly good without paying for premium and when its actually working but sometimes I have difficulty downloading the sessions. It is sad though that the free program only gives 1 free session per week. And then i have difficulty downloading that 1 free session.

- Pretty effective but...

Hey! So I just got the app and did 2 non-premium workouts, But there are many other workouts that look very nice...But their only for premium. Can you please add more non premium workouts? If so then great app! 😊

- Overpriced

Cannot play own music, not integrated with Fitbit, waste of money

- A 1 fitness app

Fitbit Coach app is a great way to stay motivated and have a different workout all the time wether it’s a gym workout or a walking workout great app I would highly recommend this app and I would also recommend the subscription part also

- Excellent user friendly app

This is absolutely worth the $62 per year for the premium service, with multiple videos and a great variety. By far the most user friendly of many apps I have tried.

- Tried logging in with Fitbit account...

...but doesn’t work. “This email is associated with another account”. How dumb. Terrible UX.

- Great app

This app is good but I hate it cause some of the excuses are locked to premium & u have to buy them to do the excuses but not much people can afford that much money to join the premium club or what ever it is called! Why can’t they just be free like some of them are for free!

- Awesome

Awesome love the app love it all

- Total freedom - no excuses

Brilliant. Started recently and i feel very comfortable with the explanation, the music, the presenters and the exercises themselves. I can now work out anywhere - no excuses but total freedom.

- So good

- Excellent

This is a really good app and excellent fitness program. You can do it in your own time, it doesn’t require a gym membership and you get to learn a wide range of exercise strategies that you can practice in your own time and without any concern for looking like a newbie or dumbass. Very well worth it.

- Paid for subscription not working

Hello, I’ve paid for a premium subscription and everything is still locked telling me to subscribe. I can’t seem to find contact information to get help to fix this problem.
