How did DreamMapper make it to the App Store. I rated it a 1 only because I could not rate it with negative numbers. If you don’t mind umpteen attempts to register plus attempts at signing up to share data, you may be happy. As I remember from my wife’s attempts to use the app, A Lot of Effort for disappointment with the results. Main Gripes: 1. Unlike other apps, this doesn’t offer auto fill 2. It doesn’t offer suggestions for fill, e.g., name (first/last), email/snail mail addresses, etc. 3. it doesn’t allow the user to go back a window or re-enter a page if an errant move of a finger causes the window disappear or time out. 4. It took me about 12 tries of re-entering data from the first field and screen to the last. The process started over From Block 1 each time. I’m smarter than the average bear but these 79 old arthritic legs, feet and hands are no match for an app that requires retrieval of data from places far away or nearby on another device. Pause = restart the process from block 1. 5. Their request to share data remains incomplete and will so unless the disappearing screen behaves like iPhone apps should, swipe the bottom of the screen to the right and your previous screens fall into view. I did this earlier today to create new contact from a screen view that didn’t allow creation of a new contact.

WiFi and App worked great for six weeks. I think all of the high marks this app has received must have occurred in the first month of operation, and were never updated. I would have done the same in my first six weeks. All of the negative comments are consistent and right on target and usually occur in the second month. My WiFi/Modem/App operation after the first six weeks has been inconsistent, non existent for several days at a time, and a constant wasted time sink and frustration of rebooting and reconnecting the WiFi connection. Upon taking it back to the supplier for “repair” for the second time, he said he could do nothing. He said Phillips is really good at making a CPAP device and not so good at WiFi. How true and how pitiful and worthless to the consumer. Not mentioned in these evaluations is that Medicare and some insurance companies require this daily data to make sure that you are using the device before they pay for device. What does inconsistent and incorrect data do for you then? That is a rhetorical question.

🎵 Ba, ba, ba, ba baaa🎵 I’m Lov’n it🔚. It took me a few hours to the day to understand the app. It has been working very well for me and I had no issues of downloading the app and blue-toothing to my phone. I guess I am one of the lucky ones. I love that it shows the AHI, the hours of sleep time, and the mask fit. I also like the bar chart as well because it gives a perspective on my days of sleep. I also look at it online where I can see the whole picture better. Online DteamMapper gives a 14,30,60,90 days in which when you click on any of these numbers you can see the bar chart of Udage, AHI, and Mask Fit. It’s pretty cool. My Phillips DreamStation also comes with an SD card in which I can load into my computer all the data. One suggestion / recommendation I would like to see added to the DreamMapper is a tab that reads “months” and have it at the top in the menu bar. And then when you click on it a drop down window appears with all 12 months listed. This way you can select your month and click on the 30 day and see your data for that month and compare it to other months; oppose to using the arrows on each side to view past or future months . Vet nice app🔚👍🏻.

Limited functionality. Could be a lot better.. The only data the app displays from the machine is the number of hours the machine was on and mask fit. The Goals tab does show how many days the unit was used, consecutvie days, etc. but it isn't very useful for determining the quality of sleep or the effectiveness of the unit. The unit uploads more useful data to the server and it would he etrememly helpful to have this data, e.g. number of apnea events each night, how many hours of "good sleep", the ability to drill down on a single night to see hour-by-hour data. If there is a way to extrapolate any method that actually indicates when the user is dreaming or in a REM state, then this owuld be useful as well. *The app is called DreamMapper, but gives no idication of dreaming.

I’m new to CPap & appreciate the Phillips App. Thankyou for the video helps I’m in my first 30 days of using a CPap machine. I’ve tried several masks and am choosing the Dreamwear Nasal mask. My Dr’s staff was helpful in fitting me with a medium headgear and large nasal pillow. I would have given up on that mask without their intervention. The medium nasal mask covered only 2/3rds of my nostrils - compared to the large. I appreciate your online short instructional videos. I’m considering purchasing a CPap sanitizer - but realized that I’ve not been taking all the pieces apart as I wash & air dry the head gear Or that you recommend top rack of the dishwasher for regular washing and air drying. Thankyou for the info. I’ve been suffering this week with an upper respiratory issue and fever & it started after a night - that water droplets were blowing out the nasal valve on each breath - when I put my mask on. I thought it wouldn’t matter - after a few times inhaling and exhaling - it seemed to stop. However, the next morning I woke up congested snd the next day developed a fever. It could be coincidental, but I am also going to put your video training techniques into daily practice. Overall, The sleep therapy has been appreciated - by my husband - I sleep very quietly now. And I am generally refreshed.

I HATE this useless app. I have been using my B-pap machine for over 2 months now. I don’t have sleep apnea but rather severe asthma and my machine helps me breathe at night while I sleep. I do not have any problem with my machine but this app is deplorable and absolutely useless. I would give it minus stars if I could! Forget about contacting the brilliant minds that came up with the app. They’re getting their $ for the machine so they could not care less if the app doesn’t work properly!! I know my machine works since I have actually set a timer to make the time I used the machine lines up with what the machine says and it’s right on. This is what this pathetic app is supposed to be doing. I have no clue where the app is getting its information but it’s not from my machine! That is of course when it decides to record anything at all. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app so many times I can’t do it one more time. The support from the company is non-existent and I am documenting all my attempts at trying to get help so I don’t have compliance issues with my insurance company and doctor, so should compliance become an issue, guess who I will be holding responsible!

Frustrated. I am a new user of CPAPs and have had my machine and this app for less than a week. I was diagnosed with severe apnea (70 per hr) and really need to stay informed on the effectiveness of my therapy. This app is hit or miss at best. When I sync to my phone it “successfully” uploads the info, but shows nothing for the night before. So, it eventually displays the info but it may be as much as 8 to 10 hrs later. No rhyme or reason for the spotty results. Also, I have to manually connect the Bluetooth in settings every time in want to sync. Half the time I have to forget the connection and reset from scratch. This is on an iPhone X-XS with latest iOS. Another issue is the day of the report. It is always showing the prior day. Example: my Monday morning report shows as Sunday. I started my therapy after midnight but always shows the day before. Wouldn’t it make sense to have the reports dated the next morning AFTER your sleep???? Confusing...

Ruins the DreamStation experience. What a disappointment. What frustration. I have not one but two philips auto CPAP machines the DreamStation and DreamStation Go (the portable version)- a considerable investment and brand loyalty. The DreamStations machines work great. And for the two months this app worked fine it actually helped me a great deal. It provided feedback for me to see 90% maximum pressure used which I could use to improve my sleep quality. I used to be able to try new things (like rinse my nose w a saline solution) and see if it lowered the number of AHI fir the night. However after 2 months? (No longer sure since it was 6 or 7 month ago) the app has crapped out. it now struggles to connect BT, connects, finds new data, downloads it and only shows dashes instead of numbers for the night. I have unpaired it. Pair it back on. Update the app. All taking a lot of time with no results. Every morning it struggles to download data but only shows dashes instead of numbers for that night. The next day if I’m lucky it fills out the dashes with numbers of the night before last but again shows me dashes for the current (recent) night. Meaning it runs two nights behind if I’m lucky. Sometimes it doesn’t fill any dashes with data for several days in a row. Frustrating. Trashes the whole learning experience about your own health. Why? Both app and machines (expensive as they are) are made by the same company. Get it together Philips.

The dream station that God Blessed me with!. So I prayed and asked God for a New CPAP machine because the one I have doesn’t help me fully and I’m always tired. So a month later after I said that prayer, the director of our church Foodbank (Food For Families in AZ) calls me and says a CPAP machine was just dropped off and it looks like a good one. So I get there and it’s a brand new DreamStation, so I thank Jesus for answering my prayers. I tell you what, this is by far the Cadillac of CPAP machines. I think it’s been used once and the old man that owned it had the same first name as me on the paperwork that came with it. I haven’t slept this good in my whole life, I can sleep 2& a half hours to 5hours now and be full rested . Thank You Jesus for giving me a Answered Prayer A truly blessed man Anthony C1969

Good, but wish it would include.... This is an easy-to-use app with basic info to give me a sense how my sleep was the previous night. I can see how I am doing at staying compliant with insurance needs through reports. Where it could really help me track my sleep, recognize patterns, and have useful info for my sleep doctor is if it would show a breakdown of sleep events by the hour PLUS have a journaling feature where I could add brief daily notes. Sometimes the most useful info I get is out of a half hour nap that is on a new day (after 12 noon) and not added yet to the overnight score. I am frustrated not to be provided my more detailed info given I know darn well my doc gets the detailed info. I have run into app bugs twice in the past three years. Each time I contacted customer support, they responded, and the bugs were resolved in a reasonable length of time (and I work in IT). The other feature I wish for is interaction between Phillips and my Fitbit sleep and heart rate info. That would be really useful!

Works fine but use improved ergonomics.. The app loads well and features a compact weekly summary of relevant information. Swiping left shows the previous week. It does not have analytical views over larger time frame such as 30 days or 6 months. If your AHI, Mask fit, usage vary day to day you will need to write them down and average it yourself. It won’t help you understand why your numbers vary. You wouldn’t for example be able to observe that over the last three months every night of poor sleep occurred on a New Orleans Saints game day (or your jogging schedule or when mowed the lawn). It won’t export data to the iOS Calendar so you can review you schedule. The app is not designed for ergonomics. The fonts are too small to read without bifocals. When are you most like to load the app? In the morning. When you wake up are you wearing your bifocals? No. Do you need to use bifocals to use the rest of the apps on your phone? No.

Can’t stay connected. I’ve been using my Dreamstation and DreamMapper for over a year now. Suddenly, my iPhone is unable to connect to my Dreamstation. I have the latest software version. I have how to settings on my phone and clicked on “forget this device” on Bluetooth. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have paired it twice. I have done two hard resets on my phone. It’s still the same problem. When I open the app, the app checks for new data and it’s suppose to display the previous night in a dark blue vertical column on the right side of the screen and mine only displays the night before that. I can’t reach anyone for help sooooooo........I’m leaving this review. Maybe it will get someone’s attention so they can address and fix this problem.

The reviewers must be Phillips employees. Another reviewer has mentioned, this app does almost nothing and gives no new information that you cannot already see on the device. I was so thrilled to see it “transferring data”after I connected it via Bluetooth! Now I can send a report to my doctor, I thought, just like the doctor asked. But no. None of the two months of history was transferred. But wait! — the app now supports Belgium! because after all, there are so many people there! So to summarize -no app history, no new info, but it now supports other countries with what - a crummy app. (BTW, I lived across the border from Belgium for 3 years and love the country and the people. If the nice people of Belgium use this app in its current state, they’ll be as unimpressed as I am. My experience is that the Europeans build better apps than Americans). I think the marketing people got way ahead of the technical people on this one. Go ahead and download if u want, it’s free.

No Apple Health. Was trying to find out why my sleep in the health app didn’t match up with what the DreamMapper app said, and I was dumbfounded when I realized it never hooked up together. Why? It’s not that hard even…you can do better especially at the price point of these machines….it should do some laundry or dishes for me while I’m sleeping at that price point. You could at least put a little effort in and give us our health data the way that we are used to seeing it. Please add this ability so we can use the data! Even if there is a way to export it so we can then import it ourselves, then I will up the stars. Other than that, I haven’t had any of the issues that others have mentioned with the account and such. Added and hooked up to machine easily. Every once in a while it will pop up and not be able to connect to the Phillips server but it will still download the data from the night before. Sort of wish that process was automated. My machine stays on all the time so there’s no reason why you can’t automate it in a background process but that’s asking too much probably. I don’t necessarily love the machine but it helps and I am sleeping better now…and I’m not dying in my sleep anymore lol. Thanks for that!

Good App, Bad Interface. First off, I have to say, that this is a great way to be able to see your sleep numbers. When the app works you're able to compare several nights sleep or compare from week to week very easily. That's sad the interface between my iPhone and the dreamstation doesn't work very well. I'm always losing the Bluetooth connection. That means that I have to forget the device in settings on my iPhone, turn off Bluetooth, then unplug the dreamstation, because there's no turn off switch, then turn the machine on, turn Bluetooth on, have my iPhone locate the device and pair. Unlike every other device I've ever used, the dreamstation asks if I want to pair? I understand my phone asking if I want to pair, but why the device? Regardless, it's nice to see more days than just one. Like I said, good app, but the interface needs work. My Toyota Prius NEVER loses the connection with my iPhone...

Good App some improvements needed. It’s nice to have this App to see how my sleep is doing and being able to look at how it’s done for 14, 30, 60, and 90 days in the reports. The recent update will not let me look at last nights sleep. So if today is Monday, I can’t look at how I sleep Sunday night until Tuesday. Prior to this update, I could see it right away as soon as the machine was off. It is nice, however that I can finally see the settings on the lower part of the main screen. It would be nice to be able to see what my actual highs and lows were for both inspirations and exhalations for the sleep sessions. As well as how many Central SAs and Obstructive SAs there were.

Bluetooth Pairing Never Works. I haven’t been able to update my sleep in the app since February 19, 2019 and it is currently June 26, 2021. I have turned Bluetooth of on both my iPhone and on my DreamStation BiPap. Then unpaired both devices, then turned Bluetooth back on on both devices and then followed instructions in the DreamMapper app to pair the devices and I get an error message in the app every time. I have uninstalled the app and followers the above steps multiple times. It always ends the same in the settings in my phone it shows as paired, in my setup on my BiPap is shows paired in the app it gives me the error and shows blue tooth as not connected and will not refresh. It is upsetting because my dreamstation is not keeping accurate data on how much I am sleeping. It always says 0.5 hours for the 1 day and 7.5 for 7 day. I always put my mask on when I lay down to go to sleep and take it off when I wake up generally 10 or 11 hours later. Even when the app worked right back in 2019 pairing the device took a lot of attempts. I’m very disappointed especially since my Pulmonologist asked for my pressures and I didn’t know and couldn’t get them in the app and I should have been able to.

Not what it could be. Every month or two I have to re-pair my smart phone with my Dream Station. That’s a real hassle. My machine gives me almost all the same information every morning right on the little screen. My husband’s is not set up to do that so he has to rely on the DreamMapper app to tell him the quality of sleep he just had. Leaks and AHI and pressure are not showing on his screen. Only hours. Our doctor is not able to change those settings. He had a lot of trouble adjusting to the CPAP and having more info available on screen instead of only on the app, when it’s working, would be helpful. I could get along fine without the app. My husband needs it to see trends especially. His daily personal impression of the quality of his sleep often doesn’t match the info on the app!

Love this app. I use this app multiple times a night to check my progress using my BiPap. I have found it to be fast and responsive and supplements the information that my Dreamstation BiPap displays, such as providing an updated AHI. I LOVE this app!!! I just checked some other reviews of this app and was rather astonished at the negativity expressed by some. I use an iPhone 7 Plus and have NEVER had a problem with a Bluetooth connection to my BiPap. Regarding the information provided: I personally enjoy being able to easily generate summary data within the app (graphs for 14 days, 30 days, 60 days etc. for the three categories provided by the app--hours of usage, AHI and Mask Fit). If you need more than that, go to the on/line version or one of the more detailed apps/programs available through other sources.

What’s the point????. What’s the point of even downloading the app if the Bluetooth never works. Just about every review I’ve read has issues with Bluetooth listed. I’ve had the app for several months and get frequent messages saying the connection failed. Usually after a couple of days it will finally download the data but it has been a couple of weeks now and I can’t get it to connect. I decided to delete the app and reinstall but boy was that a mistake. Now when I open the app, it takes me straight to Phillips website to create an account. I went through the process to sign back into my account and got my machine connected in my Bluetooth settings and it does say that my phone is connected to the machine but it still takes me to the website when I open the app. I press the button to “login” but the webpage just refreshes and takes me back to where I started. Really aggravating not to be able to use this app any longer.

Seems like a pretty strong consensus, it's a bomb. I used an earlier version of DreamMapper with moderate success. With some fiddling around I could at least sync with the DreamMachine with my iPhone. But over the past few days, I think since I updated it, it has refused to even connect. I downloaded the new program (the one on this page) and it will not even allow me to enter the serial number of my machine without crashing or being totally unresponsive when I try to "save" the number. Nor does it even allow me to enter the model of my machine though there's a line for it. Phillips, whomever you paid to write this software ought to refund your money. Get an update out! 74 "ONE star" ratings and climbing.

Poor Bluetooth Connectivity. The app is ok for use. It is a little cumbersome to get used too. Finding info the first time is hard but you get used to it fast. The part that is terrible is the Bluetooth connectivity. I’m new to the CPAP thing, so making sure my device is working right is critical. The Bluetooth connection worked for 6 days then just stopped. Now I cannot keep a connection long enough to transfer data. I ran through all their suggested fixes with no connection. I hope they can get this working in an update. From the other reviews Bluetooth connectivity sounds like a very common problem.

Omg.. what a pain!!. I loved this app!! Key is loved.. since the updates and changes it has become useless. I can never sign on, locks up all the time.. Got a bran new Apple Phone and same thing. Web site is horrible they lost or failed to retain my equipment information the site said I have no registered devices. Won’t let me regester it again, Very hard to work within their platform. Overall for a big company I give them a one star I would give them 1/2 star but that’s not an option. User friendliness a big zero!! FYI I am a very tech savvy individual, and I’m frustrated with all the walls I keep hitting..:(

Major Bluetooth connectivity issues. When you can actually get Bluetooth to connect and your sleep data to download, then the information is very useful. My problem is keeping a Bluetooth connection. This has been going on for months. Almost every day, I have to clear the pairing, turn off my iPhone, unplug the DreamStation CPAP, then turn phone and machine back on and connect Bluetooth. It will not hold the connection. It is not my iPhone because Bluetooth stays connected for everything else. There was a recent Dreammapper app update around October 27th and now it will not connect at all! Yesterday I went through the same process of clearing the pairing on phone and machine. This time I also uninstalled the app itself from my phone. Unplugged the machine and turned off my phone. Turned machine and phone back on, installed the app again, and went through the pairing process. I did this 3 times before it finally connected and downloaded my data. Then today I opened the app to download the data and I get the usual “check your Bluetooth connection”. I just do not have the time to do this every single day. Developers- you have a good app as far as the data available to track your sleep; however unless you can correct the Bluetooth connectivity problems we can actually download it, the app is useless.

Annoying app, but useful.... First off, I do use this app daily to view the quality and the direction of my sleep each day. I have used that information to train myself to sleep more and understand the quality of my sleep. The interface presents little information beyond the basics, and the Bluetooth connection is difficult on my iPhone 5. This is one of the few apps that I have difficulty with and that creates much annoyance. It will not stay paired with my iPhone and requires a re-pairing frequently. I know it's the app because the apps for my cars stay paired pretty much permanently even when I am away from the car for long periods. I am surprised that this has been missed by the Phillips engineers but nonetheless it is so. Because the CPAP machine is mounted permanently at a lower level than my bed it is difficult to turn the knobs and dials and the machine has to be restarted frequently to get the readings, but the information it provides is worth it even if annoying.

Mobile app has several problems. I’ve used this app for almost 6 months, recently there was a problem when it would not download my sleeping data. I’ve tried to call there number and waited for 20 minutes, a lady finally answered and I discussed this problem to her. She said I need to talk to the technical department, so she connected me to them. After another 25 minute wait I hung up. This is horrible customer service. I finally deleted the app and reinstalled it about 4 hours later. It was working okey untill Now I keep getting a message saying “ your data is outdated”. I contacted the company where I bought the machine and they say I need to contact the manufacture. There is no way I’ll spend 45 minutes on the phone and get no answer. They should have a customer email link to contact for problems. If I had known this much problems and poor customer service, I would have purchase another type of machine. I can’t recommend this product to no one. The selling advertisement is worthless.

Buggy - what a mess. This is a disaster. Hardly works at all. You can try it, if you can get through the sign-up process. Then get ready! You can tell it wasn't created with users in mind. I do think Phillips put a lot of effort in to this - I imagine they had meetings, "so, are we sure we've made this as bad as possible? Have we dug deep to include everything we can think of to make this software buggy and difficult to use? Also, have we made sure we get plenty of unnecessary private information? Let's assure hackers can get full information on patient health - name, phone number, email address - and tie it to data about users' heart health and sleep patterns. We could even sell that information to health insurers! And to companies selling snore remedies! And our marketing team wants to send every cpap user daily marketing emails and texts. Ok, before we end this meeting, everyone's homework for our next meeting is to email me 1 good idea for making this app difficult for users, helpful for insurers, or profitable for Phillips."

Blows ResMed app away. I loved the ResMed AirSense 10 machine because it is smaller and quieter than my Phillips DreamStation. However, the ResMed app is a joke. Phillips app is so much better. Phillips gives you way more data such as obstructed vs clear airway events, hypoapneas, max/min air pressure, avg air pressure, etc. RedMed’s app doesn’t give you any of that data. Phillips app also connects via Bluetooth to your phone, so you get your data within seconds of waking up, and it’s all stored privately on your device, unless you choose to export it. ResMed doesn’t have Bluetooth, it uses cellular. That’s a huge problem when traveling or if your bedroom has poor cellular reception. And even when it works, it takes hours before your sleep data shows up. And they store your data on ResMed servers for a year. Phillips doesn’t do any of that. The app connects immediately, privately, and gives you way more data. The only requests I have are to integrate the app data with Apple Health and/or with sleep tracking apps, so we can see how the CPAP data affects our quality of sleep each night. And maybe the next generation of DreamStation could have a more compact version in black, similar to the AirSense 10. But other than that, it’s fantastic. Thank you!

User Account Setup Needs Improvement / Bugfix. The design phase for human factors missed a flaw that can delay, and therefore deter users from establishing an account. This is an APP designed for smart phones. Users often switch between a password keeper or other apps where usernames and passwords are either typed out or saved to paste into the login / account setup screens. When setting up a new account, the app resets and dumps all previously entered info when switching between an app to copy and paste information into the setup screen. Users of apart phones don’t want to make a hard copy of passwords and other info when it is already on the smartphone. I hope this results in a bug fix as it has kept me from setting up a user account and will have to wait until I think again to do it and have the time and desire to register.

A Necessary Tool for the Phillips CPAP. I have found the Phillips Dreamware app to be a necessary diagnostic tool for helping me understand the quality of my sleep each night. I have been using it for many months now. The application indicates how long you wore the mask, the effectiveness of the seal it had with your face, and the overall AHI sleep index with a breakdown for the number of occurrences of obstructive apnea, clear airway apnea, and hypopnea during the sleep period. You can also generate column chart graphs for up to 90 days that show how long the mask was worn, the effectiveness of the seal, and the overall AHI index for each sleep period during the chosen span of days. Note: the breakdown of the AHI index is only shown for each sleep period. The only bug I have observed with the app is when it pops up an error message saying it failed to connect via Bluetooth, and yet when you click "OK" the data usually transfers despite the error warning (false error). One nice additional feature would be to download the sleep data as a CSV or tab delimited file so that you can better look at the raw data in Excel or some other spreadsheet tool of choice (for those who are more analytically minded).

Good, but could be great!. This is a good app that syncs with the Phillips CPAP, providing data on mask fit, sleep time, and the number of apnea events throughout your sleep. They are constantly making updates to the app, but it would become a great app if it would communicate data into other apps tracking your overall health, like sleep tracker or Apple Health. I am trying to get a more holistic picture of my overall health and several apps are starting to communicate with each other, sharing data so that I can see a snapshot of my health in one place. Since DreamMapper does not share its data, I am left with a piecemeal approach, having to put various pieces of the puzzle together on my own.

Dream mapping app. Gotta say new to CPAP this App has been a lifesaver allowing me to work through the largely difficult job of attempting to locate a mask that fit correctly. After several meetings with sleep doctor, it was determined I was a mouth breather as such even though given a few different styles/sizes was pretty much left on my own. Were it not for the machine read out I would have NEVER known using what appeared to be ok fitting there was leakage I never would have known existed but more importantly my AHI readings were off the chart 13 and higher, yet below 2 utilizing a nasal mask and chin strap. Don't get me wrong the information provided was NOT what I hoped to see, god knows I wish I could simply wear a full face mask but after equipment provider coming to my home with numerous samples and actually finding a mask that seals 100%, in my situation it would never have been known excised without having this app and substantial I fit provides.

Love my Machine like the app. One of the best purchases I’ve made! The headgear is a great design—-unobtrusive (I barely notice it’s on as toss and turn at night). It took a little getting use to on the nose pillows (originally it was making my nostrils sensitive during use). This issue went away over a couple of weeks. Adjusting the machine was easy after I found a video online (produced by someone reviewing the product not the company videos). Machine started helping instantly and after a couple of tweaks, it is dialed in perfectly (I never sleep without it). The app is helpful, but could be more helpful if it could be used to diagnose a problem (then guide consumer to making proper tweaks to the settings).

So many issues!. I swear the Engineers and software developers for this app are clueless and do not do any regression testing before release of updates. I always have to uninstall and reinstall the app on each update! After updates the app will not sync with the device to pull data to allow me to see how my therapy went! So frustrating! To boot their servers always seem to be offline during the day when my DR. Is trying to review the data..... how is this supposed to help me when I and my doctor must constantly fight for information! When it works the information is great! More tests before the launch of new updates so stuff is not all messed up!

Awful. 99% of the time (no exaggeration) this app says that new information was found and uploaded when it in fact was not.... no new information is ever available. There is not even a bar above the dates and all of the usage details have a dash instead of the data. I have had this app for 10 months now and it continues to disappoint week after week. I close it out and try it multiple times a day and it still does not give me updated information. Days of empty data. It will display older dates which is funny because those dates were unavailable when I was looking for them. I perform all of the app updates and it still doesn’t deliver. Awful. I would have given it one star if I could but it won’t allow that. It makes you choose a nickname (displayed next to your review) and all twenty five choices were “already taken, until I gave it a higher rating. Unbelievable.

Latest Update 2.27 Leaves Me Wanting. I have used this product for many years on my iPhone and it has been great with the exception of when it can’t connect to the server. However, after this most recent update about a week ago I find I can rarely make a connection to my phone. Several mornings it has taken over ten tries to connect. This morning, like others, it never connected and I had to upload my SD card via my laptop. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I have paired it again and made sure the unit was on and sat my phone next to it and still no connection. These connection problems started right after the newest update. So for the foreseeable future I will have to upload my SD card each day, which is a hassle.

Excellent. I use this app almost every day and I am very pleased with the results and the clarity regarding my sleeping. Between the average hypopnea index and the length of time that you sleep it is really helpful and fairly accurate. There are a few bugs here and there and you have to be on your wired network in order to get results but it does not take too much time to set up and again very accurate. And let you know whether or not your CPAP is actually helping you or whether you have some sort of change in your sleeping patterns. I do like that you can check historical reports all the way back 30 days or more.

Useful when it works. This is my second review. The now warrants 4 stars up from 3. There is still a lag in updating but performance has improved since I’ve starting keeping Bluetooth enabled on my phone overnight. If the developers would modify the text on the app’s messages to to tell you it may take another 15-60 minutes after you stop using the machine in the morning for the previous night’s data to appear it would be OK. It is the message stating you have the latest data in the app when it isn’t showing the most recent usage information that keeps this app from getting five stars.

It’s ok but could be better. The Phillips dreamstation is probably the best out of all of the Cpap machines when it comes to quick data transfers, the resmed took hours vs this machine that takes 1-2 minutes.. however I feel like this app could be MUCH better. Being as it is a sleep tracking device Phillips should make an optional sleep tracking ring that tracks your oxygen levels, hours of actual sleep, time spent in each stage of sleep “light, deep, rem” and the number of times you woke up. Similar to what my tempur pedic mattress does. I know there are other device like my mattress that tracks that stuff but I feel like it would be beneficial for people to have it all stored in one place. A lot of people would buy that product if it was offered.

Version 2.30 is broken (NOW FIXED). Latest version of app no longer downloads correct stats from my DreamStation 2. Just started having issues with latest app update (which is oddly no longer described in English on the U.S. App Store, too?). Are time zones jacked up, perhaps? My DreamStation says I used the device for 6:32 two days ago, 7:50 one day ago, and 9:24 last night. The app, after re-connecting to my device multiple times via Bluetooth, says 6:32 two nights ago, zero one night ago, and 1:28 last night. I’ve tried rebooting my CPaP, deleting the app, re-pairing the devices, rebooting my phone: nothing has fixed the data on the app. So my question: is my doctor going to think I’m not using my device? EDIT: 2.30.1 was resealed a few days later and seems to have corrected these bugs. Good job, developers.

Started out well but now junk. This app started out great. For the first two months it synced perfectly without issues and allowed me to track my CPAP therapy, including nightly usage hours, breathing issues, mask leaks and fit. It also provides alerts when its time to clean or replace certain supplies or parts. Things were great until around month three of use. Suddenly, it now fails on nearly every sync attempt. I’m lucky if I get a good problem-free sync on the first attempt twice in a week. Sometimes data is corrupted during a failed sync and I have to power cycle the CPAP machine to get sync back to normal. I keep getting an error that the DreamMapper servers are unavailable. Quite frequently, I can’t access my sleep therapy data at all, not even offline. I don’t know if the app or the machine is to blame. Reinstalling the app didn’t help. I have to decide on a permanent machine soon and this is strongly making me consider trying Resmed instead.

I have learned to love it. When I first got the app, I struggled to Bluetooth connect to my CPAP machine. It must have been a learning curve, because now it uploads automatically every morning. As soon as I turn my machine off, I literally just tap the DreamMapper app to open it, and syncing is automatic. It is a little quirky if you try to "do the most" in connecting your Bluetooth. This is the only Bluetooth device that once connected will display the CPAP as both a connected and a connectable device (listed twice, which creates confusion, and difficulty if you try to "fix" this. Just connect once, and open the app daily and it will auto sync. The app gives you: Sleep hours, apneas, hypopneas, and is searchable by week with bar graphs, comparing your nights. There are helpful videos, goals, and product suggestions, which is nice to know about certain things, like the new portable CPAP for hiking, and things like that. Love it or hate it, I've learned to love this app and accept my sleep apnea. I've learned how to use it, and it is a super-easy component to my morning, which I believe it was programmed to auto-grab data every morning off the cpap. Just make sure the cpap is on (i.e. You just turned off the air) then open DreamMapper

Dreammapper. I have iOS on my iphone 8. The app used to work sorta ok. Now bombs regularly to the point of uselessness. The bluetooth, which used to sync easily, keeps dropping the sync. and thats with both units on the nightstand within inches of each other. Also, the device regularly fails to locate the server it talks too. My biggest gripe with the app is lack of ability to set the data collection ‘days’ vs ‘nights’. It considers the day to be from noon to noon as most people sleep through midnight. HELLO, SOME OF US WORK NIGHTS! So all of my data, when it used to sync the Bluetooth that is, ONLY SAYS I SLEEP 3 HOURS OF MY 7 ACTUAL SLEEP HOURS DURING MY WORK WEEK, AND THEN SLIDES HALF OF MY DATA TO MY PRIOR SLEEP SESSION. It looks like I might be able to change the time of day from AM to PM to ‘workaround’ the problem’, BUT NOW THE DEVICE NO LONGER SYNCS VIA BLUETOOTH. I’m spending too much time on this, 2 stars instead of 1 in case the bugs get fixed SOON.

Meh. It's the most minimally acceptable app for what it is. I don't feel it gives me any more info than what's on the machine. Except the machine can show history. If you didn't download and start using this app from the start, then you're out of luck because this doesn't import history. Even though all that info is on your machine and on the card. Also you need to manually open the app and connect to the machine every day. Not a big deal but because it only imports the most current day, any day you missed is gone. There is no glossary of terms. I don't know what everything is and have to ask my doctor what terms are and how it reflects in my data. It would be cool if this showed a better graph of info within the night. I know the data is there but instead it shows exactly how it's displayed on the machines LCD. Very lukewarm app. Only good if you don't like spinning and clicking the machine.

Cream in my Coffee. This is is as important to me as my morning coffee. This is the second thing that I do after turning on the coffee pot. I check my numbers to see how well the night went and this lets me know how my day is going to be. I have also been told that I pay to much attention to the numbers and shouldn't get stuck on them. This seems wrong and the numbers tell the whole story. I will keep using the app as long as it stays up and running. I have had very few down times with it and hope it continues to be that way. Thank You

DreamMapper leaves much to be desired. The Phillips Respironics Auto 10 CPAP is a great machine. I am very impressed by the ease of use, functionality, options and beauty of the unit. I was really excited to see that my unit had Bluetooth and an app! I downloaded the app and was excited to see my sleep information. With all the updated features of this machine and the multiple settings, I was expecting more data. The app only displays a minimal amount of information, like how long I have slept and that my mask worked. I was hoping to see more information regarding my sleep patterns or breathing information. I have a Fitbit that gives me far more sleep data than this app. While the app looks nice, it has very little practical use for someone who really wants to understand their sleeping patterns. For that reason I am a bit disappointed and gave the app only three stars.

Unreliable Bluetooth connectivity. I’ve had this app for about 2 1/2 weeks. At first it was great. Then after a few nights for no reason it would no longer connect automatically through Bluetooth. I went through the tedious process of unpairing and then re pairing, all seemed fine. And then a few nights later it happened again. Last night as I was going to bed I allowed the app to do the update that specifically said it was an update to correct the Bluetooth bugs. This morning I woke up to the same message of check Bluetooth connection. I unpaired and re paired several time. Then followed the directions found in the app to delete the app and then reinstall the app. And now it simply won’t pair at all. With any other app I’d be completely done at this point and give up because I don’t have time to deal with apps that don’t work as intended, but since this particular app is supposed to be keeping me informed about my 4 yr old child’s sleep quality while using his new medical device I will continue to struggle on until I can once again gain access.

What happened?. I have been using for 2years and other than the occasional hiccup when you need to change passwords without it telling you has been fine until Saturday. I got the blue circle of death and then try again later. After this continued to happen I checked Bluetooth which said was paired. I uninstalled and reinstalled which then took me to a Phillips webpage. I go to login and it says no account under that email. Another tab on Phillips page looks like it tries to take you to a login page and then misfires. I called Phillips and they said they are having issues but the people that work on the app and sleep machine side of business don't work on weekends. Alrighty then. I guess we will get to you when we get to you applies even though they have thousands of customers.

Good reporting interface. This is my third CPAP machine and the first Phillips machine that I have had over the last 20 years. It is the only one that has an app to record data. I have had some problem getting the Bluetooth setup but I have now figured it out and it stays paired even when I travel with it. I found the reports function that creates PDF files that I can use and send by email to my doctors office. This is very useful for insurance compliance requirements and I don't have to take the machine or the data chip in to the office. The data report is detailed enough to be used to address my treatment and make changes as needed. Overall I think that the app is a great step forward and it added a lot of functionality to my CPAP machine.

Oh. My. God. Bad app instructions!!. Just got my new replacement machine. Set it up & thought ‘I’ll try connecting to the app’. It’s important to note here that I’ve had a Phillips cpap machine for years & have tried multiple time to connect my older machine to the app. It would work for awhile, then it would lose Bluetooth connection & it was a huge PITA to get it to connect again. When I got the new replacement machine I was sure it would work better because it’s a newer machine. Do, I reinstalled the app, logged into my account & tried connecting to the machine via Bluetooth. A half hour later the only thing I had accomplished was an escalation of my frustration & blood pressure! The app would act like it was trying to connect, a window would pop up asking me which accessory I wanted to connect to but the stupid thing was the window was bland & didn’t list any devices for me to pick from. Gah!!! I read & reread the instructions, nothing helped. Then I thought, ‘what if I change the serial number in the app to my new machine’s’? Once I inputted the new serial number suddenly, like I had found the right key, it connected to the cpap machine & i started making progress in getting the app & machine connected & setup. So, for those having trouble connecting, learn from my experience and enter your machine’s sn FIRST! Then try connecting via Bluetooth!

App does not recognise the new serial number. It was all good till I received a replacement device and the app didn’t recognise the new serial number. It’s gives and error and warning must start with J or P and be 13 characters or D and 14. Mine complies as t start with a J and includes 13 characters but includes an alpha not all numbers, so rejects it!

Well worth it. I'm so glad that I spent the extra to get the modem on my CPAP machine. It's really very handy to be able to follow my progress regularly and not to have to wait until I go in for my regular check ups.

Good machine and app. I like using the machine and the app is very convenient and is easy to use. That’s worth a 5. BUT the statistics it provides when generating a report are not as useful as could be. I would be happier if I could get a statistic that shows me the average daily AHI over different periods of time. I find I have to contact my service provider for that type of stat.

Great Graph. Great and easy to read, lags a little and takes a while to update but overall is a good app

So bad you will never buy another Philips product. Approximately 50% of the time this app won’t connect to the Dreamstation OR, it won’t connect to the server. When it does work the stats are mucked up with days missing and you can not be sure if stats are shown for correct day. Every version released in 2018 has had the same bugs. One can only imagine that Philips just don’t care about you or your therapy. Even if the app does work, if you leave it running, it crashes when the phone goes to sleep, so when you wake your phone you have to re-open the app which then doesn’t connect and arghhhhhhh.

iPad problem but works well on iPhone. Great app giving fingertip info. But Bluetooth does not work on iPad. Have to install on iPhone get it to work.

Frustrating. This app has a tendency to crash and stop working. I was unable to use it for weeks then it started working again so far no issues

👍. Love the fact that I can look up how thing are going with my DreamMapper. Thanks 😊

Dreammapper needs to show more info. Great app/website for Dreamstation CPAP/BIPAP users. But very limited info available for users. You can get software for free to look at the data, but it would be nice in the Philips app.

Review of Phillips Dream Station. Low useage at times is due to my claustrophobia which is made worse when the weather is hot. Also my diagnosis of Multiple Systems Atrophy contributes to disordered sleep patterns. The Dream Station is a great machine which is easy to use. The low useage is not related to the Dream Station it is because of my issues.

Needs work. Bluetooth connection unstable and is tedious to reset. Help menus strangely slow. Takes a long time to load the main menu, then submenu, and strangely the main menu again after returning from a submenu. Looks pretty, but seems dumbed-down and slow. Prefer/need more detailed data from throughout the night. See apps like SnoreLab as an example. Difficult to get meaningful info from averages of the entire night when one shifts through several sleep phases many times in a night.

Invalid DreamStation Serial Number. I was unable to add a DreamStation to this application by serial as it was reporting it was an invalid serial number. When escalated to Phillips they advised to add it via the website, which accepted the same serial number without issue. Once serial is added via the website this application will then work. Also the Bluetooth pairing of the device is not very intuitive, as you do not pair via the native iOS Bluetooth menu, but rather via the application, but after it has paired via the application, you must use the native iOS Bluetooth settings to connect. These issues were observed in version 2.24 of the application on 28-Sep-2020.

Poor app vs excellent machine. Machine in itself is very accurate and easy to use. However after downloading the app, I can’t even register without error messages coming up! Slow to load each page, enter all of the information needed including lengthy serial number to link machine and up comes the error please try again, after three times now I will just rely on reading my machine for info. Thanks but no thanks!

Pairing an issue after app upgrade. Never upgrade the app if it has worked before! Used it for 13 months saw there was an upgrade and installed it, now I find it impossible to get the app to link to my CPAP machine. Very frustrating. Please supply a patch!

Data?? Where did you go??. A few weeks ago I noticed that ‘last nights’ sleep data was missing when I did an update one morning. I checked the Bluetooth connection; tick! But no matter what I tried, short of a full delete and reinstall, I couldn’t get ‘last night’s’ sleep data. Tried again the next morning and the previously missing night was there, but again ‘last nights’ was missing!! Check every morning now and yep, still the same error. Must have something to do with the ios12 update. Other than that, it works as described!!

App Doesn’t Work Properly. Just bought the Phillips Respironics with modem over a week ago. I just installed the app. It has issues seeing the unit’s Bluetooth. Eventually once you get it to connect, it says it is transferring data but it shows absolutely nothing. When selecting generate report, it tells me there’s no data. The unit has both a modem and SD card installed. Next week I will ring the people I purchased this from to see whether they can see data on the server because of the modem option. Perhaps it’s a faulty unit?

Stopped working. In the past two weeks the app has stopped working. You open if and after a few seconds looking like it is trying to connect to download data it crashes. You can’t choose any options. I’ve tried reconnecting to the network and shutting the app down completely. There is also nowhere other than in a review to register an issue and seek support. I’ve had the app for over two years and it’s only now it’s stopped working.

DreamMapper efficiency. App used to work efficiently but the last 2-3 months there have been many glitches eg not downloading or saying nothing to download or already downloaded when it has not Last update has not fixed the above problem if anything worse The DreamMapper has not updated for the last 2 days yet it says it has

Last update has killed this app. Since the last update this app has become incredibly unreliable, slow and the Bluetooth connectivity has stopped working! Please fix immediately! Thanks.

More details. Please update app to show the same level of detail that gets sent to the dr. Ie what type of apnea and when they occur throughout the night and when the pressure changes occurs throughout the night.

NEEDS APPLE HEALTHKIT INTEGRATION. I cannot understand why this app doesn’t allow Apple to collect data regarding sleep duration... being able to turn the device on and off from the app would be amazing too but given the speed at which the app is upgraded this probably won’t be possible for a decade...

Very poor App Update & support. Have been using DreamStation for nearly 1 year. Very nice device and performs as advertised. DreamMapper App on iPhone worked fine with occasional Bluetooth connection problems. After recent updates it connects okay with Bluetooth but the data shows 0.00 after upload or previous night data not shown (only shows data from two nights ago). The DreamStation shows the data correctly always but the App is not showing data correctly. Tried reinstalling App as well as resetting Bluetooth pairing. This does not help. Various calls to Product Support remained unanswered after over 45 minutes waiting on phone on multiple times. Email sent to product support has not provided any feedback. Very poor product and service from Philips! Very disappointed. Pull up your game Philips or loose customers!

Lucky the CPAP machine isn’t this unreliable!. The reliability of this App really isn’t up to scratch for a medical device. There are regular occasions when the App loses contact with the (overseas) server and won’t pick up data for days. It also loses account information and crashes the Bluetooth connection from time to time. The data presentation itself is OK, with AHI info that is clear and easy to read, but very basic, and lacks key information like time and duration of apneas and sleep. There doesn’t seem to be any integration with other health Apps either. On the whole, not great.

Disappointing. When it works it is great. But the Bluetooth is unstable and 3 times I’ve had to delete the app reinstall and try to connect. This time it works fine only for a week before throwing a sad after an apple update. I’ve had to change email addresses, I can’t access my data. Phillips should employ tech people who can fix it and throw money in to make it less clunky. Even my cpap provider hates ringing support for help and says many of her clients have this issue. Again when it works great

Dream mapper. I have gone in circles with this app. (2 hrs )While I was registering this app. I put in my email address, my iPhone shut down without entering my passcode. Now the app tells me (when I try to register) that my email is already recorded. Ye gods I am fed up. I cannot use the blasted app. So I’ve deleted it.

Useless app. Pretty useless app which only displays the same info that is displayed on cpap machine. Unfortunately Philips/Respironics seems to believe that end users can’t be trusted with all the information that their cpap’s collect each night. An app which gives users all this information would be much better.

Pretty good, has the odd glitch. Really useful to track how you are going with your cpap. Occasionally has glitches which is annoying. It will miss days, say your usage is low, then days later the missing data turns up. Overall it’s very useful though.

Re entering information. I went to use the DreamMapper app after not having used it for a while and was very disappointed to find I had to enter all the information again to use it. Was very inconvenient and I wonder how long is the time frame that it can be left in-used???

Good so far.. Is a handy reference to see what is happening with my partner but not always sure the mask fit data is accurate as he has had nights with audible leaks and mask still shows 100%.

App stopped working. Currently having connection issues, not accepting serial number, removed and reinstalled app then app physically isn’t an app anymore just the US website where log in doesn’t work. Not happy Philips! Please arrange for app to be working correctly so I can reinstall, I am in Australia so unsure if this issue is global or unique to Australia.

Excellent. I or anyone would be curious to see how many hours they sleep. I find this ap well and truly doing exactly what I need. It makes you feel great for the day knowing you have had certain amounts of sleep and explains why if you haven’t, without having to bother the sleep clinic every couple of months to see how your tracking. Excellent Ap 😊 happy Jenny

Tells me Bluetooth is off on my phone when it’s not!. I don't know how this is possible, but latest update has made Bluetooth connectivity even LESS reliable than before :(. How is it that such an expensive device has such terrible software. No bluetooth connection completely defeats the purpose of having the app in the first place! It’s so frustrating I’m seriously considering switching brands.

DreamMapper stoped working with IOS 14.2. Great software, but now IOS 14.2 has been released the software is very unstable . When I attempt to do a Bluetooth sync with my dream station the DreamMapper software just closes. Never had issues with IOS updates previously, I hope this gets resolved soon....

Bluetooth transfer issues. I have had Bluetooth transfer issues since I had had my machine. I have had to delete and re connect Bluetooth most times I transfer the data, which is very frustrating. It has taken be a bit of time to get used to wearing the mask. I use a full face mask. When purchased originally the mask available was with the tubing coming from the front of the mask. I found it very uncomfortable as I move around in my sleep. I have purchased one of the new masks with the soft tubing either side of my face with the cord coming out of the top. This mask has been life changing. So much easier. I would highly recommend. 🤓

App needs to enter 2019. The app functions well but it misses a lot of things especially where it integrates and the old fashioned UX interface . It should be able to talk to the health app and other often used apps like fitness pal and Fitbit. Then you can combine these data points and get more insights. The settings of the machine could be shown in the app and preferably be manipulated from the app. Come on guys, it’s an expensive excellent machine. Give us an app that is worthy of the machine.

SO SLOW. Each page takes AGES to load, the reminders don’t send notifications and the information is very limited. It would be nice to have options for how much data we want. Either basic (as it is now) to what the downloads provide. It would be good to have regular sleeping app features added too such as sleep level, times and patterns to help encourage good sleeping habits. Really needs improvement. The device is so expensive. It should have a better app!!

Will not log me in.. I received a replacement machine with a different serial number than the one I had before. I had previously deleted the app, after the switch, but now reinstalled it. However, I forgot my user name, password and the serial number does not agree with your system. I don’t know the old serial number and it would be useless (why I deleted the app in the first place). What now?

Dream Mapper. The app works well giving the basic stats from the Dream Station. The mask fit data isn't much use mine reads 100% all the time and never varies. I have not had any blue tooth issues.

Nothing flash. After using another device for traveling and using its associated app, this one is very basic. It doesn’t give you any detailed data other than AHI. More data on sleep quality, events per hour, pressure etc would be great. Resmed app far superior.

What a useless app. It is so good, I was not even able to register. Even after I ticked all the ridiculous permissions to allow myself to be hammered with notifications from the manufacturer, it still did not allow me to register. Nice machine but with useless software. Is it true that no stars is not allowed, how stupid. Won’t work and gets one star, great revue system.

Add a data download option. The data is useful but since it’s my data I would like to be able to download it in excell format or some other way…

EJH. Nice interface and display but unfortunately not much use if cannot connect to device. Now, even after several clean installs cannot get the app to start at all. Until this app gets fixed I am left looking for an alternative. Very disappointing as the machine is marketed with the app as a major selling point - surely this could be resolved by bringing in the required technical expertise for the price of a few machines.

Bluetooth fails too often to be useful. The app is really clunky. Even when it works, it is slow to open each page. The Bluetooth connection to my phone keeps dropping off. Last time this happened, it was impossible to reconnect, even though I spent at least an hour trying all the fixes, including deleting and reinstalling the app. Useless.

Need to fix bugs. Will not connect without manually selecting in Bluetooth each time. When it does connect always missing last few days. Please fix. Does not inspire confidence in the product which is a life saver.

Ok app, but needs improvements. The app is great for letting me know my AHI, but the report is totally useless. The graphs have question marks for the values, and there isn't much on those reports. My provider shows me the reports they get, and there is 100 times more data. That's the stuff I want to see! Especially a graph that shows the different types of apneas when they occur. A good app, but with a few improvements it can be so much better.

Not Nearly As Good As ResMed's App. This app only shows you how much you're using your machine each night, but ResMed's app can actually turn the machine on and off and even start the ramp function for a gentler start to your sleep...

Constantly crashes when connecting to Bluetooth. As the title suggests, this app constantly crashes when trying to connect to Bluetooth. Has not always been this way. No exception message, nothing. Just crash and back to home screen.

Dream Mapper. Works well except every 3-4 days I need to reset the blue tooth connection witch is really annoying and I do not understand why there has not been a fix put as ye? Using since November last year in Australia...

Waste of time!!!. This app is a waste of time. If you buy the Philips Respironics for its connectivity dont waste your money. You can buy cheaper machines that basically do the same without the false advertising of connectivity. Philips have been using this same app for years knowing it doesnt work with machine and regularly drops out. Waste of money considering the RRP is about $2500 and the app is useless. Philips obviously doesnt care about its cpap patients to have a working app. They just want your money and dont care about what happens after they sell you the product. When this machine stops working which I’m sure wont be long I will be purchasing another brand. Over priced machines that havent progressed to the 21st century. And a useless app. Dont bother!

Does nothing!!!!!. This app is terrible. It just takes you to the Phillips webpage. All links on the page are circular and it doesn’t let you log into dream mapper or connect your device. Used to work a while ago but since upgrading they have clearly messed something up. Absolute garbage!!!!

Bluetooth. App keeps dropping the bluetooth connection to my iPad. Complete bluetooth reset including unplugging and restarting the CPAP is needed to establish a new connection, But that connection does not last very long before it fails again.

No updates. App needs refreshed data points. Horrible integration with device. But what do you do? They want you to spend money on specialists who recommend their products

Good app, needs to add Apple Health support. This app is solid and polished, so I was a bit surprised to find out it didn’t have Apple Health integration. They should really add that functionality.

Terrible!. App is consistently slow and unpredictable. Disliked it before, but today it has kicked both my wife and me out of the app and we can’t get back in. I’m removing it when I finish writing this review.

Handy App. Great app for checking data while on the go. Would be amazing if the app had HealthKit integration to be able to have all your sleep data show up in Apple’s Health App

This app is junk, I own the device... the app blows. Total crap

Bluetooth unreliable. Even with many updates it appears the developers have no understanding as to how to have a reliable Bluetooth connection. Ridiculous window to select an accessory commonly appears which has no listed items. On a happier note it now doesn’t work in many more languages! Please get it together this could be a reliable app.

Bluetooth deficient. 9 fois sur 10, la connection ne se fait pas. L’app donne très peu d’infos utiles sur la qualité du sommeil. La seule utilité est de pouvoir envoyer les rapports complets à l’inhalotherapeute… quand Bluetooth fonctionne

Where is HealthKit support???!!!. It would be so nice if my sleep data was added to my HealthKit. The app is like a car without tires.

Dead for iPhone iSO 14.2. Since iSO 14.2 Phillips hasn’t updated and the app is useless

Needs data csv option or better reporting. There is so much good info being recorded and yet the reporting available is useless. Let me download my data so that I can parse it myself or give me some useful stats!

App Needs to be Fixed. This app never works

Data Not Useful. This app provides very little data. It’s handy at a glance to see AHI and usage times/pressures for a whole day. If you really want to monitor your settings and performance use the SD card and export the data to Oscar on your computer. Also, this would be much better if it could be used with Apple Health.

DreamMapper troublesome. I would enjoy it a lot more if it wasn’t constantly having to be paired, as it constantly drops connection and sometimes it’s very hard to bring it back online

Besoin d’aide.

Crashes after first BT pairing. Unfortunately the app crashes after the first BT pairing.

Dreammapper. J’aime bien pouvoir suivre mes données à tous les jours sur mon cellulaire

Doesn’t work with dreamstation go. The app doesn’t let me register my dreamstation go. I bought this CPAP hearing tons of reviews about how amazing the app is and I can’t get past the registration because it doesn’t recognize my serial number. So disappointed.

Rendez-vous pneumologue. Ce programme m’a permis de transmettre les informations de mon appareil et résultats pour le test d’apnée

Usecloud. Serait bien que les donner soient enregistrées dans le cloud.. quand je prend mon iPhone ou IPad :)

Handy app. Very handy, easy way to monitor your usage

Login problem. Can’t login or use forgot password option because I no longer have the serial number for my original machine.

CPAP. Sur mon IPad le tableau est vertical et je ne peux changer le sens Ce n’est pas la fonction rotation qui est en cause Comment régler le problème

Merci de nous simplifié la lecture.. Simple et compréhensible la lecture.

DreamMapper. Super application simple a utiliser.

Useless. I usually cannot connect to the DreamStation… When I do, there is zero data. This app should not have been released. It’s not even close to a beta version.

Sign in. Forces a sign in after upgrade I don’t know what it is Too hard to use for what it is

Lousy Connection. The internet connection keeps cutting out. I have keep unplugging (reboot) the Dream Machine every couple of days. And my router is only a year old. All my other devices work with no problems.

PHILIPS. Pour une grosse compagnie comme Philips je suis déçu 2 ans et 8 mois pour réparer ma machine Dream station bipap j’avais réussi à gagner 10% de mes poumons

Program OK ... BUT!. A daily NOTES section would be nice. Some nights, I can’t breath. Would like to note those nights. OR Something where I could number code so custom issues, if you don’t want to include notes. The program falls very short here!

Rien ne fonctionne plus. Depuis la dernière "maintenance " sur le système, aucune donnée ne s’affiche dans l’App même si celles-ci semblent se transférer de l’appareil à l’App. Vraiment décevant

No integration with Apple Health. It’s ok.

Broken with the most recent update.. On or about February 9th, the app stopped syncing. I get a pop-up to pick an accessory, then the sync stops and displays "there was a problem in pulling the data from your device." Nothing changed on my end, cpap is still running fine, just can't get my data anymore. It used to be a good way to check how my night went or if my doctor asked how things have been, but no more... If you're still able to sync, might want to hold off updating.

Mediocre at best. If you can get it to work, then you will get some detail that is helpful to yourself to some degree. There’s a lot of data missing on the report to make any meaningful conclusions or therapy decisions.

What happened. This app worked for years. The last update killed it. I still cannot get it to sync my data. Great CPAP / BIPAP machines but lousy app. When will this get fixed? Where is support?

DreamMapper. Tous les jours. Ça me permet de suivre l’évolution de mon apnée. Merci

Difficult account creation. Tried creating an account on this App with my name, email, phone number and my Dreamstation SN... but it just errors. All the info. is correct, I know my own personal info and the SN that starts with J is pretty straight forward. So what’s up with that DM creators?

DreamMapper. This is a very good App, gives clear concise information on your use of the CPAP Machine. It reminds you when to clean the mask, tubing, humidifier chamber as well as when to change the air filters. There are also great tutorial videos about sleep apnea, and explanations of the data that is gathered while you sleep. The app is updated regularly and I have not had an issue with it in the two years I have had this machine.

Mr. Bisson. Excellent module!!

Doesn’t allow you to pair with unit. App doesn’t let you pair with the device. When you click pair there is no keypad to allow you to enter the numbers. I updated the app. No impact. Can’t get any doubt it without being able to pair.

Connexion Impossible.

Unreliable. Did a great job of forgetting who I am, and then subsequently losing all of my data.

My DreamMapper app keeps crashing.. This has been going on for weeks ever since iOS 14.2 was rolled out. I’ve tried this on both the iPhone XS Max and the 12pro Max. I’ve updated the app and it still crashes.

Nice app and really useful.. Needs health kit integration to report sleep analysis to health app on iPhone

Graphique. Avoir un graphique de la nuit de sommeil Mais ne fonctionne pas toujours

All of a sudden, app doesn’t recognize the serial number. My dreammapper app and cpap machine was working fine for months. Then with a software update, the software doesn’t recognize my device. I try to create an account, and now it doesn’t recognize my serial number. I see many others complaining about the same thing. This is garbage.

Flaky. Not stable. Nothing new there, as per others. If it loads information, that would be a surprise.

Differential when not asleep but machine records time on. Having issues sleeping past 4:15 wake and may take 1/2 hr to go back to sleep say 50% of the time. However it records as sleeping total time.

Good app, doesn’t play well with Apple. Only complaints: The password in the app is not compatible with the Apple keychain and the app does not talk to the Apple Health app.

Convivial. Facile à utiliser

Server Problems. This app is critical for me to keep my career as a truck driver. However, my system hasn’t connected to the server since January. I can’t keep my medical card current (and therefore can’t keep my job) if I can’t generate a report detailing my last 60 days of use. You’d think a critical failure like this would generate a notification of some kind. But I had no idea of the problem until I checked in just out of curiosity a few days ago. I’m probably going to have to go back to using an SD card because I can no longer trust this app.

Terrible user interface re pairing; unable to pair. If you can’t Bluetooth pair, you can’t use the app. I’m an app developer, and can see many classic mistakes in the Bluetooth pairing and user guidance around that. After three rereads of the manual and about 30 retries on pairing, it’s connected twice and failed to connect or read data 27 times. Sample interface errors: Menus show up with nothing in them to select, error messages appear and then disappear so quickly you can’t read them, system settings say “connected” but app says it’s not. Makes Phillips software look amateurish. And what user has time for this? This app needs a user interface review, especially around Bluetooth paring, by a third party independent from the development team.

I’d give it a 5, but…. For starters, connecting to Bluetooth is usually easy for me on iOS, but when trying to scan the SN on my brand new DreamStation 2 Advanced, it failed to read, so I had to type it in manually. It’s a pain, but easily overlooked. Then I tried to see if the DreamMapper app can connect to Apple Health, being all my medical syncs to it at first start, even the VA apps sync, which is awesome, because now my veteran medical records I can get from the health app, without having to go through the painful process of logging into Veteran’s Affairs website. If and when Philips adds Apple Health support to DreamMapper, I’ll instantly give it a new review, with 5⭐️!

Most UNreliable piece of software ever used. First, the Bluetooth connection routine is very fickle. The documented procedure works occasionally, but mostly, I end up having to resort to pulling the power cord on the Dreamstation to get it reset and turn off Bluetooth on my iPhone to get it reset and then let the battle of the Bluetooths begin. When the devices finally do get paired, the app cannot find and transfer any data. This limits my visibility to my usage data. Yet, the data IS in the Dreamstation as my medical service provider supposedly can see it—unless they’re just guessing. Considering the initial cost and the cost of supplies, I would expect the quality of the monitoring process to be much higher than I’ve experienced. A “one star” is too high of a rating for this! *****. Update for 2019 ==>>>My original review is still accurate. This application does not reliably link with the Dreamstation, and so I am not able to monitor its performance and benefits without the local equipment provider downloading the data and giving me an assessment. This is extremely disappointing as I was able to do this initially when I first got my Dreamstation at the end of 2016. Still a “one star”.

Great app. I am new to the Cpap world, and had the machine about two weeks before I knew about the software. Nobody told me about it when they set the machine up. There are Bluetooth connectivity issues, but I unpair it, turn off Bluetooth, and try to connect again. It doesn't always connect the second time, but it does eventually work. I think the app itself is great that you can keep track of your apneas, and whether there was a mask leak and how many hours you used it. I've already had to replace the modem in the machine itself. All in all, the app is the first thing I check in the morning when I disconnect. I think it's very useful, especially to newbies. Update: as of October 6, 2017, it no longer recognizes the Bluetooth. I’ve uninstalled the app and that fixed it for a week, and now I can’t get it to connect to the stats at all. Is it the machine or the software? I’ve tried everything including pairing it and nothing.

Incomplete data showing for dream station auto Bipap. I use a dream station auto Bipap. The items min,max and 90% pressure don't show on the app. Also, it would be great if periodic breathing was viewable on the app. All of these items are viewable on my machine. Without them on the app, it means I need to look on the machine every day and i can't keep track over time. I did email support through the app and got a timely reply. They said there is an issue on Bipap models with the app. Fixing this would be really helpful. Btw - Blue tooth connectivity works well. Only problem I had was when I tried it out of range. Then I had to reload the app to resolve it. UPDATE: blue tooth still good. But a problem started this week. My current data is not loading or, it is a few days behind, and when it does load, it is not accurate. It's different from the machine. How do we fix this? I've emailed support but have gotten to reply for several days. I'm changing to 1 star as app is useless right now.

Pretty good. I like the app for the most part, the information is laid out clearly and I’ve found it very easy to use. The only thing I would add is that I wish there was an option to add notes for the day. Last night I woke up at 2am with my mask off my face lying next to me, and I don’t know how long it was like that. I would like to make a note that it happened, but there doesn’t seem to be an option for that. I also wish it would give actual times for when it was put on and taken off, instead of just the total hours and minutes.

Updates cause bugs. I’ve used this app for five years and while it’s simple, it effectively shows how my treatment is going. Great for comparing how I feel with how I slept! However, I’ve always had issues and every time I open the app immediately it says it can’t connect with my machine and I have to reload a few times. I also use two machines (one for travel) and set them appropriately, but it often takes weeks for the data from one to upload when I switch. With the update in Feb 2020, it logged me out and when I try to login, it doesn’t go to a login screen. Going through the MyPhilips account gets me to a login screen, but it says my emails aren’t registered. It seems the app is now useless to me as it won’t allow me to login.

Needs to Integrate With  Health. DreamMapper™ is a very good app all by itself—it can connect to my DreamStation™ CPAP device via WiFi, so it can be updated from anywhere. It provides all the data I need to measure my sleep, AHI and hours of therapy, among other data, and provides periodic nudges to clean my humidifier chamber or change a filter. One star removed for its inability to connect with or feed data to Apple Health. Given the wealth of really good sleep information available it is unfathomable Philips can’t or won’t fix the app to make the data available in Health.

If only my Dreamstation Cpap had advanced data. The app is fine and it connects easily through Bluetooth but the brick that I have only records hours of use and percentage, no mask leaks or any of the other sleep events that I would like to see how well I’m sleeping and the effectiveness of the machine. I only have mild sleep apnea and the basic machine is fine but I would prefer to have the Dreamstation CPAP Pro for the advanced data. I tried downloading the data to another sleep app but it only records the very basic data. Now to see if they’ll upgrade me. If all you have is a basic model, skip the app. You won’t get much knowledge that will help understand your sleep.

Poor and careless design. It is obvious that there is no thinking behind the user experience with this app. I tried to login with my new device and I had forgotten my password. The old devices already returned because of the recall. now I can’t retrieve my password because I have to enter the serial number with the email address to reset my password. I’m trying to create a new account instead. When it asked for the password, I went on my password generator site to create a strong one, and when I returned to the registration page, all the information was lost, and I had to restart from the beginning. Quite frustrating experience. Shameful of a big company like Phillips to not put any effort in testing the user interface properly.

Frustrating app. When the app works, it is fine. The problem is that a lot of the time the app messes up and you lose your streaks/goals through no fault of my own. Their system must crash. I have used my cpap machine every night (NEVER missing a night) for over 4 years but as of today, my app says my streak stands at 4 days when it should be between 1095 and 1460. Will this matter to most people? Maybe/probably not but it matters to me because I like to see how long I can keep a streak going. It’s just real frustrating. Just don’t expect this app to work well consistently and for your goals to ever be met unless it’s short term goals.

I can only save to cloud options?!. I want to “save to file,” when I’ve generated a report but there is no save button AND I have to force close the app to even start over. I can print and a truck I used to use would allow me to open the preview from the print option but I can’t even save from there! Isn’t the idea of sending my medical records to a third party over just storing it on my device a higher potential liability? Am I the only one who wants to send my doctor this document via “mychart,” (a secure system that works)? Am I the only one who has tried to save it to my files on my device?

Updating my review back to 4 stars!. Thank you, thank you, for fixing all the issues and bringing back functionality again! The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the process for getting my daughter’s C-pap device linked with the app was a little tricky, but not too bad. And every once in a while it has a hard time connecting and downloading (same parameters and variables, so maybe a server thing)? But it always rights itself. But once it was set up, it’s easy to use! And I love being able to output her usage in charts so that we can work on reward systems for her to keep wearing her mask longer. Having the bar chart is great, too. Thank you!

No average AHI. The app provides some useful info, giving you your daily AHI but the multi-day report doesn’t give your average during the elected time period. With all the info provided, such as blower time, days of usage etc, why is the most important information to the user, average AHI and other sleep quality information, not included in the report? Please make the report more than just about compliance data. For people who use CPap all the time your current report is NOT that helpful. Sure, our doctors can give us more detailed info but that is only a day here and there. Empower the patient so we can really track how we are doing!!

This app does not work. Got my new c-pap yesterday and was excited about all the extra information I would be getting with this app. After three attempts I finally got it to pair with my phone. Then I couldn’t log in, server couldn’t be reached, Bluetooth disconnected and will not re-connect and I have absolutely no new data about my sleep. No customer service on weekends. No anything. This product should have a negative rating. Update: days later app started working. I am not sure what the malfunction was but the lack of support was beyond annoying. We’ll see how long it continues to work.

Almost awesome. With the ability to change settings not being used and see current settings it was a let down. The app only exists to motivate you with training to use the equipment and through problems, give you a little of the highlights of your previous sleep results. Why no give the same results that doctors see? You could make another app and call this one DreamMapper lite but lite may be giving too much credit. I want in the next edition: 1) change my humidifier and heated tube settings from my phone. 2) see a hour/min graph of all the data that is being recorded and sent to my doctor. The when and how long.

App disconnect. Been using the app for a couple months, recently it has disconnected when I get up and turn off the machine, reconnect when I go back to bed. When I bring up dream mapper in the morning, it shows only up to the disconnect. When I go through the long repairing process, the app will then show the entire night. Anyone else having or had this problem? Other than this, it is a great app, I use it daily to make adjustments to my sleep pattern, ie staying off my back, changing bed, elevate feet or head etc. Repairing every morning to get the info is a pain.

Just a little buggy with DreamStation 2. I got a new DreamStation 2 to replace my regular DreamStation, and I’ve noticed that the app doesn’t receive exactly the same data that is on the machine! For example, last night the machine shows I had a 0.7 AHI, while the DreamMapper app pulled in a 0.5 reading. In addition, the hours of sleep on the machine versus the app are slightly different, last night showing a seven minute difference. Lastly, the app shows that I don’t have the ramp turned on, so gives me no info for that, but I do have a ramp set on the machine! I didn’t notice any of these problems with my own old DreamStation and the app, so not sure what’s going on.

Almost useful. This app is close, but has a couple problems. It is slow. Takes too long to grab data and display it. Maybe that’s the fault of my machine, I don’t know. My biggest problem is the app rolls over days at noon. If you have a non-standard schedule and usually sleep past noon, it splits your sleep across two days. If you just want to see an average over time, it is fine. But if you want an accurate idea of how much you sleep each night, you have to keep track separately how much time you have on either side of the split. I would like the option to change that rollover time. Without that option, the app will never be more than almost useful.

Valuable tool in managing apnea when it works. Updating review to reflect connectivity issues where the App no longer provides data. Contacted Philips. They walked me through deleting and then reinstalling Bluetooth pairing. That fix worked for a day. It makes the app useless for the purpose of monitoring and improving apnea management. Disappointed. Update: Current Bluetooth connection works after 3 or more attempts. Otherwise review remains the same. It's very helpful to have the data provided by this app. In my first week of using it, I have not yet seen connectivity issues. The data helped me to make initial adjustments with leaks on my mask. I could also correlate different levels of apnea with my sleeping position. It would be more helpful if it wrote the data with the Apple HealthKit so that I could see how other aspects (exercise, diet, schedule) improve sleep. It would also be great if one could tie in blood O2 levels from a reasonably priced pulse oximeter. I don't have a job that requires the "Big Data" from this device yet, but I hope Phillips continues to develop the usefulness of this app with appropriate HIPPA safeguards.

Could be more useful and interesting. I was excited when I first learned that there is an app that works with my CPAP. Much to my chagrin I receive no more information than what my machine already gives me. I was hoping it would provide me more information than how many hours I wore the mask. I'd LOVE to know all the information. For example how many times did I have problems with the seal on my mask etc. VERY DISAPPOINTED! UPDATE: Git a new machine that this app ACTUALLY works with so that’s nice. However it’s a little confusing as to the info provided with each update every morning unless you know how to read it apparently.

Frustrating. This is the most frustrating app for those of us who want and need to track their hours of sleep each night. The data is never up to date. I have deleted and reinstalled it multiple times, connected and re-connected it to Bluetooth multiple times and it still is always a few days behind. I would not be so upset with it except for the fact that this information goes to the doctor and I would really like it to be accurate for insurance purposes. I wish there was another app you could use.

Terrible software. Customer support even worse.. The device rarely is able to detect and connect to Bluetooth. The app constantly forgets your settings and so you have to spend an hour digging through your 7000 unread emails in your junk email account to remember which email and password you used. Use Face ID people. If you use forgot password it will be a nightmare too as the scanner often cannot read the serial number and being near the device isn’t always convenient. A complete hassle that I keep thinking they will eventually improve but am always surprised they haven’t. Don’t bother calling Custer support about the software. When they return emails or calls at all they won’t have any answers for you.

Needs improvements. App needs to be able to interfrate with the Apple health app. This way data can be made avalible to my health provider as well as myself so I can be able to get good recommendations as well as have a more complete picture of my overall health. Also add a tool in the app we’re my equipment provider knows when I change filters, need replacement houses or mask parts this way they can place a order and have it sent out to me and have a way we’re I can be notified when they processed the order, when it was sent out and when to expect delivery. This would be very useful if this can be done sometime soon.

Needs More. I like the information this provides, however, it does not capture min/max pressures when using a BiPAP machine. It also fails to capture time details associated with apnea events. For example, if it reports 2 obstructive apnea’s, the app should tell the user when they occurred during the sleep period. It would also be nice to include a log or diary to track particular sleep details in order to capture spikes or reductions in apnea’s and mask fit through the night. Also, it would be nice to be able to turn the app sideways and to be able to enlarge print. I doubt cpap users are predominately young with excellent vision. I would wager that most use readers at a minimum. Fix these and I will give 5 stars.

Add more features please. Using the Omron blood pressure or Fitbit apps as a model it would be nice to have some graphics that track the AHI & the nightly use over time. Also the various apneas -clear obstructive and the hypopneas would be more useful if they were also in an index and reported on per hour basis instead of total only and with tracking graphics. And if the programmers got really clever they could actually show us when at night these events are happening. That would be very cool and keep us more engaged -so get on it Phillips and do us masked creatures proud.

Good app but bad service. We REALLY like this app. It helps my husband with his sleep apnea. HOWEVER, it usually requires several tries to get it to come up, if it closes & I get it back up, I have to wait for it to load all over again!! REALLY!!?? About once a month it won’t come up at all. Recently, it was down for a whole weekend, Friday- Monday!! REALLY?? It takes four days to get it maintained??!! After that, I couldn’t get it to come up at all!! I finally deleted the app & tried reloading it & after innumerable tries, I finally got it up but it didn’t have any of my husband’s information!! We like Phillips Dreamwear but if we could find another product similar, I’d drop this in a heartbeat!!

Dream Mapper Benefits. By using my Dream Mapper app I can track how much CPAP therapy I am getting each night and how well my mask fit is working each night when I sleep . Also , you can see how your AHI is doing each morning after you sleep . It really helps to be able to see how therapy is going and if any changes need to be made . The Dream Mapper app really is helpful in allowing you to see your progress with your CPAP therapy . I can’t imagine not having it to watch my progress and see my sleep quality numbers each day . John Wade

Could be so useful, but isn’t. I have had my CPAP for over a year and I have had this app as long as well. At first it has interesting data but you soon find that connecting to your device is never certain on any given day and therefore you cannot depend on seeing your data. Just today it repeatedly failed to connect. In addition to that I feel like Philips is a big company and has been around forever, so they ought to be able to put more time and effort into making a quality app that can offer up more data and more insight than the canned information I got when I first started using the machine. Just frustrated because I know other apps and open source software provide way more interesting, and reliable data and service - but those won’t work with my machine. 🤦🏻‍♀️

App can’t keep up. As I have seen with a few other reviews, the app is hit or miss(usually miss) in terms of actually populating the interface with data. It connects to Bluetooth and says it has downloaded fine but it just doesn’t display recent data. Maybe once in a week it will “catch up” and show everything. It is like the app just can’t hold more than a few weeks of data, because it worked for the first month or so and then started acting like this. Unfortunately it makes the app pretty much useless. You have to check your stats on the DreamStation itself. They should really have the developers go through and test the app with a high volume of data and then fix it...please.

This Machine has cured my Sleep Apnea. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea a couple of years ago after I discovered I also had heart disease in 2017. The VA recommended I use a CPAP machine and sent me the Phillips dream machine along with a medium mask. I resisted the machine at first, but after using it for well over a year now, my sleep apnea is cured and I sleep better and feel better overall. I even take my machine with me when I go on a trip, I find I sleep terrible without it. This machine has improved my life and I am grateful to the VA for providing me with one.

2 stars because Bluetooth does not sync every day but my sleep doctor gets every day. The dream station CPAP is collecting data from every night; however, it does not always sync the data to the app VIA BLUETOOTH. FORTUNATELY, data from each night makes it to my doctor via the cell-modem so that I can be compliant and get reimbursed for the unit from my insurance company. Hopefully the Bluetooth portion of the app will get fixed. Right now, I have to get a printed report from my doctor every week to see the detailed stats. I have uninstalled and re-installed 7 times in different ways over the last 30 days. Bluetooth still says “no more data” on every other day and skips days.

Dream Station. In all the years from 2007, when diagnosed with OSA, to now, I have never been so encouraged or supported by the ease of use of this machine, The Dream Station, and its accompanying info-app, Dream Mapper. I enjoy the feedback from the Dream Mapper app. that shows me valuable Info. I personally use it to know when I need to trim back my beard, for example. In this age of smart phones, this pairing just makes sense but maximizes the experience for the user to help encourage compliance and aid the care provider in planning further care for OSA.

Bluetooth connection drops twice a month or more. Not a great app and doesn’t really give you much info - when it works. It randomly and frequently won’t work at all. It just reads “check Bluetooth connection.” Then I have to unplug my machine and shutdown my phone. Sometimes that cures the problem and sometimes not. CPAP is frustrating enough without a frustrating and somewhat useless app to go with it. Now I can’t get it to work with my new phone. Can’t give zero stars so I grudgingly gave one.

Good for geeks. I do enjoy having the info from each night's sleep available almost immediately. I was able to see the effects of a cold on my ahi and that was impressive. I wish there was info on the actual pap masks I use was included. Even with upgraded there is no info about the dreamwear or aduro lines, both of which I use. (Aduro during the aforementioned cold) I've gotten good teaching from my provider and use you tube for other questions however. Keep up the good work Nothing to do with the app, but more info about battery operated power sources would be good.

Meager information - poor Server availability. Title indicates my major complaints. It also forgets serial number of device. Communication between app and server is spotty. Way too much time with a spinning cursor and far too many try again messages. The also makes me reset the device serial number I use the scan option and enter manually. Every time the number is correct. Yet many times it returns and invalid serial number message box. Also got the data provided to the server and the provider. This app only provides some meager summary data. There should be time graphs available show when blockage occurs, when pressures change, and other information based on usage while sleeping. In conclusion it is not much of an app. I would rate it zero stars if I could

Useful!. My Philips DreamStation was my first intro to CPAP, and I'm glad. It's one of the few CPAP's with an app. While the DreamStation's LCD offers useful settings and data, the DreamMapper app offers very helpful info that informs me how I'm doing each night in a few very digestible categories of data. The fact that the app can export or print summary reports covering user-defined timeframes allows me to review my data with my cardiologist periodically. This convenience did not come easily. The app was really difficult to get up and running (synchronizing) properly with the DreamStation. That was frustrating. My ASK is for this app to share data with Apple's Health app. Seems odd that it doesn't already.

Sometimes Frustrating. All in all I like Dream Mapper. It keeps track of my CPAP therapy hours and lets me know if I’m using the mask correctly. What’s frustrating is the fact that sometimes I can’t get the latest data. If I don’t check every day, once in awhile it won’t have any data for a week! Or, it will say my Bluetooth connection isn’t working. If I ignore it, a day or two later all of the missing days information shows up and I haven’t done anything to try and correct the lost Bluetooth connection. Hence, the frustration

Inaccurate, does not handle travel, does not properly download. Medically-related software needs to be held to a higher standard. I found this application to be inaccurate, it does not handle travel, does not properly download data from the device over Bluetooth while traveling. While on a cruise, the app continually failed to download daily data over Bluetooth, claiming it need to contact some central server, a truly bogus and outrageous requirement for an app employing Bluetooth. If you don't download data every day it seems to have issues with the display, not showing the date of the latest data. If you are depending on this to show compliance, it's simply not accurate enough, and if it can't reliably download data and display the date, what else is it getting wrong?

Plagued with connectivity issues. I’ve not been able to use this app for several days because of issues connecting to the server. When it can’t connect absolutely nothing is available in the app, you are just presented with a blank screen. Update: The server connection issues are fixed, for now but the app remains barely functional. The UI is fairly unresponsive and data collection seems to be pretty poor. For instance last night I cut off my machine for a few minutes to use the restroom and then had it on the rest of the night (~7 more hours) and my logs show 45 minutes of use. This app is barely more than a web page and really could use some love and maybe a new developer.

Waste of time. Cannot even register. Every time I go through the entire process I get to the very end and get the message “something went wrong” tried calling the number, go through the automated system to finally receive a message stating we cannot take your call. So you have an app that absolutely does not work, technical support that is non existent just a fail all around. Mentioned this to my doctor and he said he had heard multiple complaints to the point he will no longer recommend the Phillips products. I tried Phillips failed

Update fail. A week ago, this app stopped updating my daily stats. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Even called my provider to ensure they were still receiving updates, which are required by my insurance to prove cpap usage (they were). Turns out an app update a week ago also turned off my Bluetooth connection. The troubleshooting section of the app had an incorrect description of how to fix this; I had to figure it out on my own by trial and error.

A few kinks but great app. This is my first CPAP machine, and I've only had it for a little over a year. I find this app so incredibly helpful and useful. At first I had some connecting issues and when I travel (particularly out to the country to visit family) having a hard time connecting. As soon as I back in the real world or my house then it syncs right up. This app helps me sleep better and figure out how to get the best sleep. And I like knowing how long I did sleep and what happened during it. I love it.

Impossible to Conenct. By “Forgetting this device” in my Bluetooth settings I was finally able to re-pair my phone and CPAP. However, it refuses to connect and upload data. I’ve had issues in the past, but it’s worse than ever now. When trying to connect I’m promoted to “select an accessory” … from an empty list! What does this mean - I don’t recall seeing it before. Eventually my request times out and I have to start over. I’ve tried turning Bluetooth off and on on my CPAP but nothing seems to work. Also, why does the app revert to the main screen when I leave it (but don’t close it!) to check Settings on my phone? It should stay on whatever screen I left it on. Please fix this and make the instructions clearer!

Unable to connect to DreamMapper server error. This has been going on for about a week. Can’t use the app at all because it won’t talk to my cpap if it can’t find the server. *NEW* Deleted and reloaded app on phone to see if that helped but now I only get what looks like a web page and I can’t hook to the cpap via Bluetooth to download sleep data. I tried to login with my email and password and it says my account doesn’t exist. So I created a new account with the same email and password but still only get this webpage-it looks like the help/support pages- and don’t get an option to connect my phone to the cpap via Bluetooth. Can somebody from Phillips respond to this or push out an update that works?

New CPAP user. I’m 10 days into using a CPAP. I like this app as it helps a little with understanding my sleep quality and how it changes from night to night and how I can make it better. The only problem so far is one night last week it did not record any data. No issues since and I double check each night to be sure my phone is connected to the machines bluetooth. UPDATE....after about 25 days of using this app, now the Bluetooth will no longer connect even after disconnecting and reconnecting. From trading the other reviewers, it’s a common problem.

App stopped working after 4 days of therapy. The app doesn’t sync to my device despite Bluetooth being on. App installed and phone connected to Bluetooth. After a couple of repairing attempts the app stopped working and gave me a message to go to their website for directions to sync data there. The directions are to take out the SD card daily and install a program on my computer to read the data there to then pull the data onto my phone which is a ridiculous suggestion to waste my time. The app should never disable the Bluetooth function. Thank god I have a ResMed Airsense 11 whose app works perfectly. The dream station just got demoted to my travel CPAP. And after this and the recall I won’t be doing business with Phillips in the future.

Not for Multiple machines. I’m still new to this app and have plenty to learn, but what I have learned quickly is that it said I could add another device and yet there’s no info for that device. Sleep apnea is hereditary in my family. My younger boys both have a CPAP and I can only seem to get data from one of the machines. I’ve scanned both serial numbers and it says they’re both saved in the app, but it gives no info or readings from the 2nd machine I added. It’s not very user friendly. I’d like to see some improvements, as this would be great if it were to work as accurately as it says it’s supposed to. It seems like it should be a very useful tool, and I believe it will be...in time.

What happened?. The most recent reviews all address the same problem. I counted 182 poor reviews & not one response from the developer. Do they even care? Let’s hear from Phillips DreamMapper app team! I have a Phillips Respironic CPAP that I’ve been using for over a year connected to DreamMapper app. Now it won’t connect. I tried deleting app & reinstalling but now I cannot get past the “register your product” page. I have an iPhone 11. What happened?? Is there a new app for my product? Please advise. Fix these bugs!!!
