Could easily be a five star. Just a couple tweaks could make this a five star for me, run of the mill handyman. Would like to make notes for each line item billed. Sometimes customer likes to know what that specific item was used on. Would prefer the quantity to be blank, not default to 1. Forces me to delete, adding extra keystrokes. Once entering parts/item list, maybe have button that says "next". Currently wheen choosing "done" goes back to screen where I gave to choose "item" again, to get to screen to enter more part numbers. Maybe if I could choose "next", it would return me to item screen so I could save time invoicing multiple parts. HOWEVER,program is quick to set up, easy to use, templates included offer very simple and professional document layouts. Solid app, would recommend.

Horrible experience!. Started off excited. App seemed intuitive enough. Well it turns out they’re also intuitive on giving other companies like Stripe complete access to your money by pre-activating accounts for you. Now my customer has to call her cc company to dispute her payment to me because I never activated an account with Stripe. Their excuse is that This app automatically does it for you but that is a LIE. Theirs a whole section that allows you to sign up which I never did so they went ahead and created an account behind my back to have access to my customers funds.

Do not buy this app !. First , they are headquarted in Slovakia , and so they only answer questions on their time zone and only by messenger in the app . Very bad customer service . The app stated we would receive notification of payments , but it doesn’t happen and then they say it takes 10 days to do so . You can’t run a business like that when customers are waiting to see if you received payment ! Ridiculous.

Best billing app I have ever used. My start with this app was shaky because the way explained on the App Store it would be billed monthly but they removed the entire years worth from my account which was low at the time. I was impressed by their rapid response and willingness to help me and keep me as a customer. I am glad I stuck around because it turned out to be the best app I have used for billing and recommend it to anyone with a business regardless of size or industry.

Great app. I recently started using this app for invoicing and it is great. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for a couple of minor changes I'd make. It would be nice if there was a way to add items to the products list while making an invoice instead of having to go save it in the list first. I also would like to be able to change the order and delete lines on invoices because I sometimes group certain things together on one invoice so when I'm doing several small jobs the customer can see what material/labor goes with each job. I contacted the developer with a question when I was first trying it out and got a response with an answer very quickly which was what made me decide to stick with this one. Great app for my electrical business.

Used to run Invoice2Go but so buggy even after 5 years. Glad to find Billdu. Replaced Invoice2go and so glad I did. Works smoothly and well thought out. Can enter more information than necessary in my book but you don’t have to if you don’t want to. Running reports is a little cumbersome I need to set up multiple locations and can only get reports by one location at a time. Would like to run one report by locations I select. If someone can tell me how to do this would be appreciated. Also one more small thing, it would be nice to be able to tap and move invoice line items up or down instead of deleting and re entering the info. I’m still learning. But very happy and have been using it for 3 months now. Customer service is usually 24 hours out. A live chat would also be helpful to answer quick questions.

Deceptive. I downloaded another application because I was looking for a free invoice making for my small business. That application suggested Billdu, the ad stated that Billdu was free. I spent the entire day entering my product info one by one. When I attempted to create my first invoice I see a notification at the top of the app stating that I’m on a 30 day free trial, that is ridiculous!!!!!! That was never there before neither was it started during the process of me entering my details. The time I took to enter the product info was a sacrifice because I have a ton load of things to do but I really wanted to get my business off the ground. Im so disappointed

Huge help. This app has done wonders for us so far very simple and professional. My only suggestion would be to try and be more clear with the explanations of terms and sections. It’s awesome that they have a spot just for helping you understand what different terms and layout mean and what they are for but I didn’t get much clarification from the quick answer guide but that is also particularly me and the fact that I am still learning this logistics stuff. But all in all I’m loving it so far.

Awesome app. This is an awesome app for my landscaping and Tree Service. It has everything I need to bill invoice and receive payments. It also lets you attach receipts which is awesome. Completely awesome. It would be nice if I could allow my customers to pay through the ZELLE app through Bank of America where I hold my accounts instead of PayPal. It would be awesome to also allow me to input my mileage or track my miles to and from job sites. Just a suggestion

Can't open mobile app. After using billdu for years, it's becoming more problematic. Now the mobile app continuously, force closes on every start. It's very inconvenient to give a quote or an invoice to a customer quickly. Now I have to wait until the end of day to log onto the web browser for billdu and try to to remember everything that needs to be added to multiple invoices from throughout the day. For the amount of money that we're spending monthly/annually, there shouldn't be any issues that hinder our businesses.

Good App, customer service is slow. The app is good however it also has some issues. I’ve used the paid version a few years now. I reached out customer service over a year ago about the issue but they have yet to resolve it. If you have invoices with more then one page, the page break will cut out some information and start the print at the highest point of the page. Additionally customer service is slow, like at least 24 hrs slow. Their chat indicates they usually respond within 1 hour but that has never happened.

Best app for your business. I Wrote this review last year and been using this app for more than a year and I absolutely love this app, makes my life easier and my business way more professional!!!!!! I use this app for my painting business, very easy to use and professional, save me lots of time and i don’t have to use the computer. You can do anything with this app!!!!! 100% recommended from me!!!!!!! Also very good costumer service for any question you may have!!!!!

So professional and EASY!. I LOVE this app! It makes my invoices look so professional. It lets you customize the invoices/estimates with colors, your business logo, signature, and many more options. The app is also SUPER easy to use. I can make a new client invoice in just a few minutes. Once you have your client’s info in the app, you can create and send an invoice in less than 2 minutes. It is definitely worth the price- plus, the price is a tax write off. A++++

Excellent but not sure if it fits our needs. We just sent our first Estimate through the app and have paid for the full year of service. But we have two business that we would like to put on it and it seems we’re unable to add our second business so we have to go back into settings and update our email address each time. As well we run a radon Mitigation company and handyman services. With the handyman services, more times than not the client provides all necessary materials and we only need to provide a labor estimate with a description of work to be completed. We worked around what was available but would like an option to place a labor only estimate that didn’t have Items on there as we won’t have any items to provide. But it does work well with our radon Mitigation company since we do the purchasing of the materials those do need to be listed. So it’s a 50/50. I gave 4 stars because it is an excellent app with so many options for our clients and us, but does not meet the necessities of our other company nor can it be added as another company. Thank you!

Nice App. Overall the app is easy to use. Some updates have been made to the expense section since purchasing a year and a half ago. When taking a picture it automatically brings up what color you would like, black or white etc. which is kind of annoying. I have never been able to get the receipt scanner to work either. It is nice that it shows statistics and produces very professional looking estimates and invoices. There is also no way to import automatically, that I have found, to a tax program but Everything is organized well on the app so it’s not that big of a deal come tax season.

Great app.. I’ve been using this app since the beginning of the year. I’m a General Contractor and the ability to create and save my items list is more valuable than I thought. For the price it’s great. I haven’t set up my payments acceptance yet but I’m sure that would be just as good! If you’re looking for a software that’s easy to use to send off bids, that look professional and is cost effective, this is it!

Smart! Smart! Smart!!. I have been in the game for a long time and quested for the best mobile platform to handle bidding to invoice and this is it. They are the best. Most of what I would put into an app is in here and I am very smart! And humble;). Seriously, this is the most efficient and effective app on the market. Quick books is du for a lesson from Billdu! (See what I did there, I added “du” instead of “due”. No jokes though. This is the best. I do not write reviews often. I am impressed.

Random issues. I have been using the Billdu software for the last four years. Over this time I’ve had a couple of random issues. There were times where I rolled out these detailed estimates that were very time consuming. And I was unable to save or send them. Now I am having an issue with customers being able to open up estimates. When they click the link it says unavailable. I believe the company is based out of Europe. And they are six hours ahead of me US eastern time. When I try to contact customer service, it is always a bot that responds. They do have a customer service team, but it seems when I’m having my issues they are not available. Again, I have been using a software for the last four years, so I am going to give them an opportunity to fix this issue.I am not the most tech savvy guy, I own a small painting company and do not have any administrators so I do all the Billing an estimate to myself. Just a guy from Cape Cod trying to make it!💪🏾

Amazing app. This app is so simple to use. It basically guides you through your steps with ease to make sure you are not forgetting any info. Have been using it for years now. They are constantly making improvements and updating us with the new changes along with a guided tour of any new changes made. Love it!!!

Lack of basic customization make the program weird to use domestically. Been looking for a good invoicing app, I have probably tried every one in the App Store. I started playing with this one and it is the best one by a pretty good stretch. But... there is a lack in basic invoice customization that makes invoices really awkward. Adding United States and “(USD)” to local invoices is strange for local invoicing. Literally nobody does that. This program doesn’t let you remove that from your invoices. When brought up to customer support they made it pretty clear they didn’t plan on fixing that bug anytime soon. I’m talking about 10 minutes of their devs team time to add a hide button for currency type and a blank option for Country. Simple “thanks for the feedback, ya that’s easy to do, expect that in the next update or two” would have made me a convert and probably use for years. I’m using it for the time being. Dealing with the issues. My experience with customer service so far isn’t great but I hope they’ll eventually get to these fixes. We’ll see

Still developing. There are a lot of things still on development and faulty sometimes, support is not as cleared sometimes, they Blair your devices when they cant figure out an answer for the errors the app constantly have, i don’t see much of a problem since i don’t create invoices or estimates on a daily basis, so i can live with it but some one who’d need to open the app daily may be should stay away for a little longer. Desktop browser does not have the same features of the mobile or even iPad app are different in very little features but you’d expect to have the same across platforms. Also few common feathers aren’t there like discounts by item only give you % and not the amount discounted, you’d have to do that manually and believe me is a pain. Templates are not very customizable, all you can do is add your logo and change the color to the already existing one but you cant do any layouts.

Awesome. I left Invoice2go after 6 years and switched to Billdu. This app has every feature I need that Invoice2go has at a much better price. The ability to customize the email settings is awesome and a major plus over Invoice2go. The actual invoicing process itself is for the most part more streamlined and easier to do. So far the only thing that drives me crazy is the fact that I have to input the country of my customer every time I add client. If I could just type it in or leave it blank, that would be awesome. But instead I have to scroll through the list of 200 countries every time and it is so incredibly annoying and pointless. I don’t do any business outside my county, let alone my state or country. Please change that option, inputting the country shouldn't be mandatory! Otherwise excellent app!

Love the concept... payment too slow and subscription billing issue seems unfair. It is a pretty good system but why does it take a week to receive payment to your bank account. Also I upgraded to a larger subscription a couple months after purchasing the original subscription. They bill you annually so it’s pricey. I would to have thought there would be a price adjustment for the original subscription but instead I was billed full price for both. I have emailed multiple times for assistance or explanation but no response.

Excellent. This app has been a game changer when it comes to invoicing, estimates, appointments. My customers love the new invoice system. 100% positive feedback from customers. No more leaving checks in the mailbox and no more Venmo. My customers can pay me directly through the app w/ linked accounts. Best program i have used. I can keep records for “lifetime” according to the app. My accountant thinks this is better than using Quik books and other billing software. I have nothing but good things to say.

My on the road go to business app. This app saves me so much time when I’m on the go. I can whip out my phone, shoot off a quick PO / Estimate/ Invoice, even check on payments on the fly. Once you input data it’s there when you need it for even quicker access which is so awesome. I’m sure I’ll be send up some ideas of how we can get this to become even better, but right now this is what I been looking for to run the business more quickly with record keeping/ email in one place on my phone. Yes, I own a Surface Pro and it’s great but I’m not always rolling with the SP when the deal is happening.

Easy to use. Very happy so far with this app. Only had it a few weeks but has worked perfectly for doing up and sending out estimates. Only minor issue in my eyes would be when I send an estimate it sends from the app itself and not my business email which means keeping track of both my business email and the app email system. Other than that very pleased so far.

Works really well. Great customer support!. Glad I got the app. Quick professional looking invoices in minutes. No hassles and very flexible. I am a clutz when it comes to using these types of apps. The support team is “T” Totally Awesome helping me out with my handicap! I highly recommend this app for anyone wanting a professional looking invoice with the support team to keep you growing your buisness!

Awful Customer Support. The app itself is great. Easy to use. Anytime anything goes wrong good luck finding someone to talk to. You’ll spend days messaging someone back and forth, and you can’t actually call customer support. I fixed my problem on my own, and then was chastised by the so called customer support rep for doing so. It’s really hard to recommend this app just based off the poor customer support I have encountered.

What a rip off. I bought the small package for way to much money! The app never really worked for me , every time I was listing something it would jump to the next screen like I was done with that section a few letters in. To write out clear coat took 5 trys, when I tried to reach out they couldn't understand what my problem was ? Then I gave up and tried a week later same results . When I reached out again they had no reference to my account or my past problems, and I felt insulted due to the price I paid. I still want my money back I maybe got one invoice almost done before I quit. Hella stupid !

Ivans. Good app and presentation. But often very gitchy. The app always glitches when you go into a “service” for example- when you look up a “service” and then return to the previous screen, it glitches you into the landing page instead of the “previous page”. Very annoying. And now I cant print an invoice. There needs to be more checking for bugs before releasing an update. Also, I’ve tried to suggest things that would turn this app into an app closer to the far more expensive apps out there and my suggestions are ignored. For example, how about making the customer Sign and adding a slot where you can add a sentence or short paragraph such as “by siging here I agree to pay upon completion of proposed work”. Great for small business owners in the trades like myself. Nothing wrong with adding MORE and charging more $$ for this service. Not everyone is counting pennys, some of us dont mind paying extra for a better experience. Please stop keeping things so cheap (your prices) and sacrificing on quality and user experience.

Great Business Tool. This app is great. Been using over a year. Billdu guru’s continue to make minor tweaks and improvements. Like all apps, there was a slight learning curve. Now. It’s just crazy. App on phone, give an estimate and send by email, customer can sign, can be turned into an invoice. Then can bill, emailed to customer. A picture can be taken if you like of work performed. Customer has pay options. Very seamless, efficient, time saving. Of course, you can keep every business expense. End of year tax gathering last year took a few minutes to send all to the accounting. A couple times in past year, had questions. The Billdu team response was fast and very helpful. Thanks Billdu. The Glass Inspector.

Keeps crashing. Every time I try to select payment method is crashes, when I try to enter my company’s details it deletes everything and I have to start over, failed to create an invoice, bugs need fixed for now it’s not functional. 👎🏼 I first wrote this message March 2, 2018, it is now August 22, 2018. The app still keeps crashing every time I try to enter my company’s information. This app needs a lot of work, I mean a lot of work. Also if you have multiple businesses you must get the premium, I got the basic and that only lets you set up 1 business. I feel taken advantage. I will be submitting a refund request, definitely not worth $15 dollars.

Just what I was looking for.. I went with this app for quoting because it lets me add an item as a negative value for sales and does the math for me. I hope they give the option of being able to itemize the options I quoted without showing the price of every item i.e. my side of the quote shows the prices the customers side of the quote shows discounts and sales and final price only. I would also like to ability to turn this feature off in case a customer asks for a detailed view.

New Experience!. I had been eyeballing this program for a while to facilitate the dealings with my business, this week I decided to go through with the commitment and I am not disappointed at all. You can do sooo much on just the app which is really helpful for me since I’m constantly on the field. Overall, it’s easy to use, has so many features and does everything that I need and more. This app is great for the regular person trying to run their business as simple as possible.

Auto save?. Things were going great with the estimate I started the other day. It seemed like a pretty handy app. I can’t remember if I actually hit any save button when I put my work down but with most apps I use it doesn’t usually seem like I have to (maybe a less passive aggressive statement would be something like “I don’t think I *should* have to hit save cuz why would I have even started the thing if I didn’t mean to save it and if by chance for some reason I didn’t want it it makes more sense to just manually delete the automatically saved estimate than to have to manually save it so it doesn’t automatically get deleted.”) Anyway, I opened the app this morning to finish up the estimate and it’s just gone. No more estimate. Took me an hour or so, can’t remember the numbers, gotta do it all over again. Lame.

App user. I’ve been using this app for over 5 years, but will love if they could figure out a way to convert the date system to where it won’t change the day, to the month, to me it’s a big issue because if I forget to correct it will go into a total different date, and then I won’t find the transaction if I need to go back. I have discussed the issue with the tech a couple of times but he doesn’t understand what I’am talking about. I don’t know if anyone else it’s having the same issue. Also would love for this app to give a itemized total value per category at the end of year for tax purposes also give the users more flexibility on to changing the some aspects on the document settings. Other than that I totally love it.

Amazing interface and ease of use!. This app is the best invoice and estimating tool I’ve ever used. In business for years, the seamless transition between payment and customer communication is mind blowing and such a comfort to have used and accepted by my clients! Even the fact I get notified they read my estimate and I voice in their email is wonderful! Thanks!!

Great!. Let me first start off by saying that this app has been great for me. In the past I used a form of excel (Smart Office) that I modified as a quick fix. This app is set up perfectly. The 3 things that I miss from the other was that I had the option to send outgoing mail through my gmail app which is more reliable than the standard iOS. Also I was able to send through iMessage, which helped with a few of my customers that don't check email frequently. The other being making an option for Net 10th which how most of my customers are setup. As of now I have just being doing the custom option and manual choosing the 10th of the following month. I know I'm being a little picky, but all of these greatly help me if you all could consider adding these options. I highly recommend this to anyone creating mobile invoices.

Horrible. I am simply trying to print off the summary of last year‘s business for tax purposes and I cannot do that from the app and if I go onto the computer and export it it is only printing a blank page. I have been trying to do this for the last two hours and have had little or no help from the help desk. This app is OK for building and sending invoices but it should not be this difficult to print out a simple annual summary. Not to mention I went to sign in and forgot my password and it’s not allowing me to reset my password either. So frustrated.

Love it!. Absolutely love this app! I love the fact they let you try it out for 30 days for free. Which I ended up loving it and when my time was up, there was no doubt in my mind that Billdu is who I’m going to use for my small business. I don’t currently need anything big right now so Billdu is perfect for us! We just wish we had a way to keep up with our payroll in this app since it’s only us right now without paying another service and another fee. If you’re a small business like us, I highly recommend them! :)

Needs to add a few things. I am really looking at getting away from QuickBooks but there are a few things this does not do. It won’t let you change titles. Such as I don’t use Proforma invoices but a do use acknowledgments. I can change the letter head but not the title in the app and not in the email button that opens it. It won’t let you add or change Columns It won’t let you transfer input between different companies. Changing those few things would be so helpful.

Billdu saves me hours on invoicing. I am a professional organizer and work with many different products every day. By having the barcode scanner on Billdu, my invoicing time has been cut in a third. It’s really changed the way I do business. It is simple to use and highly effective. It is time consuming to build your master list of items. I wish it already knew the prices, but once entered, it is a simple process. Highly recommend!

Great but missing some features. This seems to be a great fit for my company and I was planning to switch over from our current estimating/invoicing software to Billdu at the beginning of 2019. However, it seems the app is missing some features that would be helpful, and that are offered through my current software. When entering our companyphone numbers it doesn’t allow to put in any parentheses right dashes, so you can tell it’s a phone number instead of a bunch of numbers. Second, there is no financing options available for my customers, which has been a huge plus when using my current software. Also, it would be beneficial if when inserting new services and pricing, those services should be able to be saved for using on other estimates or invoices to avoid having to type it all out each and every single time. Also, I have been unable to attach contracts to the documents. If your unable to meet these needs, I will unfortunately have to stick with my current software.

Great app. I have been looking for a while to get the best on estimate to invoice and Billdu fits almost perfectly. Few small details to make perfect but so far so good. Decent price, help is available but usually on Europe clock. Still 4 1/5 stars for me for not being able to add terms and services, they said to add as attachment but doing this every time is horrible.

Great customer service. I have needed assistance and chatted with them on the weekends, even after i have gotten the automatic message that someone will get back to me Monday morning. They have helped me in any issue i have had with my cleaning company The Busy Bees. They make any interaction feel like your a part of them. Thank you Billdu team for always helping us through our intricate times. 5 star customer service!! And if you’re in business you know customer service is everything.

Very nice, professional invoices!. Makes very nice invoices, keeping my boutique bakery business very organized. My only complaint is that when I started the app, I chose the free option until I was sure it worked for my particular business. When I upgraded, I lost all of my previous saved information: contacts, previous invoices and orders. Otherwise, I would suggest this app!

Very Efficient Workstation App. This app has helped speed up the process at which our family company can create professional invoices without having to create my own templates. I highly recommend this app to any company looking to create quick and easy invoices/estimates and have a simple but well put together organization system that keeps up with due dates as well as clients.

Very unsatisfied. Poor customer service.. I have a repair company. Though are are some features that I really enjoy. I have had a number of glitchy issues but the biggest issue is the atrocious customer service. Everyone is polite, but the resolutions are NOT HELPFUL. the answer for everything is to delete the app and re install it. The photo feature is great but they do not print well, the invoices mysteriously double everything on the customers side but looks perfect on my device. You can’t speak with a live person at all. They don’t care about suggestions to the app. I paid for the whole year and after all of my issues in asking for a refund for the rest of the year. The answer is iTunes won’t refund it? I switched to invoice asap and love the app. They have live customer support and they address the issues.

Everything I need and more. This app has helped me in ways that I didn’t realize I needed. From writing estimates to converting those estimates into invoices, this app has the tools for those “on the go” businesses. I like that I can start my work onsite and complete the entire transaction all in one visit. There are tools that I haven’t had a chance to use as of yet but I’m excited to know that Billdu is continually improving to help improve me and my business. Thank you Billdu!

Professional Yet Easy. First off I’ve used the others such as Invoice2go and this app is by far the best. Professional layout features and options and doesn’t crash. I use this now for my business and makes sending estimates and invoices extremely easy and fast for both the business owner and the customer. The edit features are also nice. This is one I’ll gladly stick with.

Home business fantastic if you can navigate it... It’s got all the things you need as a small business but a little tricky to navigate. I was using another invoice app and it linked me to this one. It had a lot more to offer to the business owner and the client but the annual fee may be a little high for someone just starting out with their ‘at home’ business. But I would definitely check it out.

Finally I have a good Bill System. I was lost u til I got this app on my tablet and phone. I find it very simple to use and it tracks everything for me. I’m relieved to be running so efficiently with this app. Highly recommend it. Big or small businesses would find it helpful. My team can all use it easily also.

Seamless, professional, a life saver!. I’m not very gifted when it comes to technology. I recently started my own business and needed to be able to send invoices that looked professional. Not only are the templates great to look at, the interface is super easy to navigate and I continue to discover little extra’s along the way that make invoicing a cinch, even for me!

Pretty comprehensive for a small business. Got this for my dog minding business. Love that you can add photos to your invoices which my clients love. Great to have the summaries so at a touch you know where you are for income/ expenses. Only thing I think could be improved would be the processes involved in sending a receipts and then marking the invoice paid - a number of steps - would be great if once you sent the receipt it automatically marked the invoice paid!

By far the best invoice App I’ve used 👌🏼. I’ve tried heaps of apps and this one takes the cake , being a business owner time is money. So like everyone you want a fast efficient and professional look . This hasn’t disappointed once. Any trouble with anything the team is all over it and answer any questions or queries straight away. How easy to to & features. I was looking for an application to replace my point of sale system (POS) with, I found lots & tried them all. I thought this 1 might be the best. I found that it works on both iPads & iPhones, it has the ability to have a wholesale & retail price put into it. But I found that after paying for it I can only have 1 other person use it (other then me) I was looking for something where I can have more then that, I do not want to pay hundreds of dollars, so be carful when choosing your plan, they are very unclear on what you get & there customer service is anything but great, I would think twice about any application made by this company, so just be where.

Be warned. You may not get what you paid for.. I recently installed Billdu and used it on my iPhone. Initially all was fine, user friendly, well set out and simple to use. I’m using the cheapest package with 10 clients. Problem is when I tried to add a second client it said all the client spots are used up. When I looked at the clients list, vendors had been added as clients, when they are two totally different items. I got in touch with help and this is the reply I received, it’s cut and pasted from the original reply including the bad spelling. “There isn't unfortunately to devide clients and vendors, all those can be saved in the clients section. So either you will delete the amount of your clients, or upgrade to a higher subscription plan”. As can be seen above, Billdu have not supplied what I’ve paid for and are now asking me to pay for an upgrade after less than 24hrs use.

Billdu. This Application is very affordable and has everything you need to start a small business. It is user friendly and simple to navigate.

Most of invoicing app or tools will have the same features of creating invoice, quotes, proforma and all those extra features...the one thing I love about Billdu is the “Create Receipt” feature. So for those clients who doesn’t understand that invoice with “0”’zero balance means that they are paid...sending them the receipt satisfies them. So yes, so far...All Star Travel & Events is happy☺️

Limited documents!. The app is good but it’s very unfair that they only give you a limited number of documents, after that you have to choose a plan. The app is already very limited, so they should give us options to have better quality and new features if you want to pay more, and not give you only 4 documents. I don’t recommend it.

Easy to use. Not bad, I’ve used other invoice products and have found them so difficult to use and navigate around. This one did not take long at all.

Great app, some suggestions.... Would love the ability to have access to a calendar via your app. We use this to book weddings and events and would love to have the invoices in date order and linked to a calendar. It is running well and we do enjoy the easy database. Another improvement would be, When adding new items into a new estimate or invoice- it would be good if it automatically saved that item as an item to be used again. Instead of having to manually enter them into the item list each time.

What a shame. This could be a good app if they didn’t auto charge you without warning. I woke up to the shock of being charged $73AUD I wasn’t expecting at all, having not used the app for the better part of a year. I have complained and am awaiting a suitable response - a full refund! It is unfair to not warn people of an upcoming payment for an annual repayment. Will happily retract this review when I have been refunded and an apology issued.

Bad value, bad service. The program functions well but the subscriptions sneakily disable functionality based on your payment. For example 2/5 of the subscriptions lead you to believe they are based on qty of invoices you can send, but actually they also reduce the existing app to minimal functionality. Was ripped off and told to pay a further $101 just to be able to send a quote before the invoice. There are way better apps in that price range.

.. Hello, I asked two days ago how many days it takes a transfer to a bank account made in Australia. I got the answers that from 5 to 7 days, the first transfer. The transfer was made on March 3, today is 7 business days. After checking today, I find out again that the date was changed from 13Mar to Monday, 16 Mar. This is already a joke, slowly patience. It is no longer 7 business days but 8 and 9.

Very simple. Efficient , I’m not tech savvy so this app has been a game changer. Saved hours on quotes/invoices. I love how you can simply convert an estimate to an invoice at end of job and edit so easily if need be. Further more I’ve tried to enter about 7 nick name to submit this which have all failed and that’s the most frustrating thing I’ve encountered so far 😂

Quite Good but some annoying bugs. I’ve been using Billdu for a bout a year and a half now- I run a small business and I like it, and I find that it does most things I need it to do very well. But there are some annoying bugs. The thing that annoys me most is that it doesn’t keep proper track of the Invoice numbers, so I ended up sending out a couple of invoices to the same client for different jobs but they both have the same number on them. Somehow the invoice sequencing is out of track, and each invoice I send out keeps being numbered with a previously sent one. For instance I am up to Invoice number 117 now, but it keeps setting it automatically to number 113. You can change it manually, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to reset the automatic counter. Similarly, you can’t set an email to be the default, so it keeps defaulting to a personal email address rather than my business email address. Little things like this mean that the app requires more attention to manually adjusting small details in the process than it should while using it. Otherwise it’s pretty good. I will continue using it.

Everything you need. This is a great app for small business that just need to invoice people. I use it for my photography business and has it has been a simple and quick way to send invoices to clients.

Highly recommended!. Typically I’m not one to write reviews on applications, however on this occasion I have and that’s due to how great I feel this application is. I use the application on my iPhone more so than the web client or browser based option available for your PC. I’m able to do everything from my iPhone that I can on my PC with ease. It’s simply to use and in my opinion faultless, I’ve not had any issues with version updates and document compatibility issues when upgrading. This most recent version update has a great new look and feel and the new online store option is a great addition. I started with the free version option and later progressed to a subscription based plan so as your business grows, the application scales very well to suit a wide audience. For these reasons I highly recommend this application.

Awesome app. Just found this little gem when was looking to kickstart my business again and needed to quote and invoice. Easy to use, no problems adding information, logos and pricing. I have used an alternative app (....2go) which has aggressive payment options, and mobile only experience.

Had subscription issues, but support was helpful with solution. I had issues with my subscription, where the app wasn’t registering that I was subscribed. Billdu were helpful and refunded me, and their support staff were very responsive. Otherwise I always found the functionality was quite good and if I didn’t have issues I would have continued using it.

Great app. Been using this for just over a month. It’s super easy to use and would recommend it if you need a basic program to send invoices, especially if you’re not computer savvy. I’m sure it does other things but it’s not over complicated. Highly recommended.

Hopeless integration with Stripe. Whenever I turn off and on the card payment feature I am forced to create a new Stripe account. I have contacted Stripe and they made it clear that this is an issue with Billdu. But do you think when I contacted customer support they offered any help or solutions? No they haven’t rather they just gave me glib responses and pointed out things that I already said didn’t work. Very frustrating and thinking of trying another service, actively looking now.

Brilliant and bad.. Had this service for a few months now not a drama in the world. Currently saying my subscription has ended even though it comes out monthly which it has recently done and still can’t use the service for some reason. And there’s no one to talk to to help u fix it. Problème de calcul de taxes. J’adore ce logiciel de facturation mais le calcul des taxes n’est pas précis au Québec nous avons 2 taxes soit TPS 5% et TVQ 9,975% je crois que la formule de calcul des taxes ne prend pas en compte la 3ieme décimale après la virgule. Ce qui cause une erreur sur le montant finale a payer. Exemple 2000$ plus les 2 taxes devrait donner 2299,50$ mais le logiciel BillDu me donne 2299,40$ donc 0,10$ de différence .

This Deserves negative stars! Developer makes false statements!. If I could give this developer a negative star I would. I have never bought any but the most basic/starter plans which cost around $15 and can show estimates I was able to do I November of 2018 but come April 2919 I can’t and I did change plans! So stop lying that most basic plans never increased estimates! And if they didn’t or don’t it’s still pretty awful if you ask me! Anyway don’t bother responding, I ditched it once and for all. This type of service never pays off, keep it! Good thing there are other options!

So far so good. The app does exactly what it is supposed to do. I also like the idea of getting paid through the app but I have not found a direct info page to tell me if they charge per transaction and how do we get paid. That would be great if they could show it.

No customer service. I have tried for about a week to get in touch with customer service and no response email after email great app but no one to talk to when there is issues that need to be addressed.

Easy to use. I use this app for basic invoicing and costing. It looks professional and is the perfect tool to use while “out & about”. At first I had problems as I entered a different e-mail, however, one of the Billdu staff contacted me and guided me through the problem. A great app, keep it up

Great App. I am a general contractor and a roofing contractor in Florida. This app is amazing! It is easy to use and the invoices generated are so professional. I was suggested apps to anyone who has a business or even want to keep track of their expenses. I am not super computer literate and they have made this app so easy a child to do it!

Getting lots of problem while updating subscription. I was using this app for last two years, and current payment subscription billdu has change is unacceptable. Very unhappy with the current changes. If this happens continuously I may stop using billdu. Must be easy using if your charging such payment. Kindly please acknowledge, and hope this message will find out some knowledge to the team of billdu.

Best invoice app. I was using a competitor recently when they canceled on me. It was very frustrating so I started looking for another mobile invoice company. I wish I had started with Billdu. Their system is extremely easy to use, and their invoices are very clean.

Great app for my needs.. Overall great app. Love the concept for my small trim carpentry business. Structure has a good flow for me and flexibility to use any device I happen to be working on. However, I am going to switch my invoicing since they are going to a monthly subscription.

Time and money saved. I have used this app and found it simple and easy to use. It calculates estimates for me and converts them into invoices with the touch of a button. The service has more than paid for itself and I have not had it a month yet.

Good Invoicing program. Very easy to use but still creates professional invoices. You can attach pictures but I would like to select more than 1 photo at a time for upload though. I tried it with the free trial and now will be a subscribing member. It has done everything I have wanted it to for my business invoicing needs.

Email. Why do you keep changing the way to send invoice via email? Before it was convenient to send email just look for person to send email to and if you wanted to copy someone else, just look for that person’s name on your contacts; click on it and it was that easy, now, i tried to copy someone else, clicked on the name; it put the name of the other person in copy but it kept telling me that email was invalid.

Perfect App. I have had Billdu for a while now and I absolutely love it, very easy to use and add products and services and I love the option of multiple ways to send the invoice. The option of sending a receipt and a thank you message is fantastic. I will definitely keep using them for my business.

So far so good. My review it would have to be let’s say 90 out of 100 it’s gone really smooth so far easy set up I had several response checking to see how everything‘s going which is nice so I’m gonna shoot this all my buddies they got small businesses and see if I can get them to switch them grow this thing but that’s my review really good so far really really good thanks

Very disappointed. App freezes- doesn’t work smoothly on emails and on lockout, you loose all information if you don’t save each time, problems with emails and payments

Useful app!. The app is super nice when you’re on the go and having to send invoices to customers right then. The only thing is confusing is the buying options. I had to start buying it per month because my other subscription stopped working.

Tried the rest. These are very easy people to deal with if you need to get in touch they are responsive and I would recommend this app over the rest trust me I tried quite a few

Nice app but.... Is a great app! Easy to use. I wish it could be possible to personalize templates such things as letter color and size. And the main reason I didn’t buy this app was that is not possible to make a copy directly to the phone. Is a problem for me because I haven’t an air print. So i need to actually have the document saved on my phone to be able to print it. Either way! Good job!

Cancel the “free trial”. I signed up for a month and then offered a full year at a discount but could cancel at anytime for a refund. I used the app at most a couple times and realized it was not what I needed. I lost well over a hundred dollars because no one at this app place of business would ever acknowledge or respond to my requests for a refund. Don’t be suckered like I was... They want your money under the guise of the ability for a full refund if not exactly what you expected. Unbelievable how some businesses practice these tactics for years without any consequence

Pretty good app. this is my first review ever , i figure since i use this app about 50 times Daily i would leave a review and hopefully it’ll get fixed. The search feature is so annoying, Is really a pain to use ,please fix . Other than that i have no complains , it gets me paid .

Billdu. Very easy to use. This app has really helped my business be more mobile and agile. No more paper copies and files to have to keep. All invoices are saved and the total amounts are tight at the top of the app. I like being able to easily track how much my business has made right at my fingertips.

This is great.. I'm pretty particular about what I needed to use electronic invoicing for my company and Billdu is fantastic. There are maybe 2 or 3 minor changes that would make it easier to use but I'm very happy I switched to Billdu!

Easy reliable platform. I’ve tried several other invoice platforms and this is by far the easiest to fill out for a beginner. So simple to send in an email and add attachments to. Fast setup, looks professional, by including your signatures— easy to preview. Will recommend to my freelance friends.

Biz Owner. I love this app. It actually improved, our payment system and now our customers are able to pay for our services once they receive our invoice.

Meets my needs. I’ve been using this app for my new business for a few months and am quite satisfied so far. It would be good if there were a few more options/ associated apps for customers to send payment. Venmo seems to be popular.

Best app ever!!! No lie.. I don’t think I’ve ever used an app that has worked so well and is so intuitive. Everything is there for you, click documents and it takes you straight to quotes, estimates, invoices, ex… easy to add clients and email them. The automated message and bot that talks to your clients (basic but great) are amazing and make my one man operation seem like a large, well oiled machine. most importantly it makes tax season less scary. All the numbers are there with dates, so doing taxes is a breeze. Long story short, worth every penny for a small or large business owner. I hope this helps Have a blessed day.

Great billing app. By far the best billing program I’ve used right from my phone. So many great features and the ease of use is incredible. My customers love it and I can communicate with them directly through the app.

Excellent. So far so good , just switched over from Quickbooks . I’m sure I may like Billdu even more once getting used to it. Love some of the features. Like when customer opens estimate or invoice it lets you know, also can attach job photos !

Not letting use after we pay. Please explain why you ask me to pay for your subscription, and you won’t release my account so I can keep working 23 dol on my account paid to you but still you block me

Business Owner. I have tried so many other apps but would give up on them and using such apps because they were so complicated. Billdu is the first invoice app that is so self explanatory. I can write a quote and without having to rewrite it change it into an invoice once the customer signs for approval. Sweet to know when they received it by letting me know the recipient open the invoice either by email, or text . So conveniently for my customers to pay on PayPal. It has an awesome reminder of who has payed or hasn’t as well . This Billdu app is just so amazing 😊 Thank You to its creator.

User Friendly and Professional. In just two days I’ve already used the app a handful of times. In addition to being professional looking, it is a total time saver. Gone are the days of manually creating invoices. This app saves me about an hour a day...which ultimately allows me to spend more time doing the things I love.

Thank God. Easier than pie! Finally! A billing/invoicing/estimating app. That does not require me to be tech. Savvy at all, I’m a self-employed welder fabricator, I do great work with welders, torches, grinders, hammers, ECT, computer not so much. Instead of having to contact someone else, wait for them to do my billing or estimating invoices, I can pick up my iPad and create one on the spot with ease and in no time at all. Problem solved. Easy Estimate!. This app is so easy to use and took me 1/2 the time it normally does to create an estimate! For me, as a small business owner, time is money so the more efficient I can be with estimates, the better! Love using the photo feature and uploading my pics and using the mark-up feature on my iPhone to make notes on pics.

Simple, Professional app for small business. LOVE this app! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and use this for the few clients that I see whom I don’t receive payment at time of service.
