Order. It was fantastic to be able to order breakfast at night for pick up in the morning. The app was easy to navigate and place the order. Will definitely use the Denny’s app and let other know how wonderful it is.

new app interface. The look is nice, but the speed of loading everything is like using dial up, could almost imagine elevator music playing in my head. I live near 3 Dennys! I could pick and choose before, which one delivered to me, now it seems automatic. That auto feature removes my ability to get the menu items I wanted, because the 3 Dennys don’t carry the same items! Super slow, look ok, but when I first logged in I got a black screen of death. Overall, wish the old version was back.

Shiny bright 24 hour location w/ a great and friendly staff!. I've been in about a half dozen times since it's one of the only places open late late. And I enjoy the wee hours. Nice - all that quiet. This place opened like very recently. Maybe 1 month since opening. It's quite good breakfast food, yummy pancakes. I do no just okt recomment the pot roast - it's just weird when you can't cut a carrot - i think it comes from a frozen veg that hasn't thawed all the way and then gets flash cooked. Strange consistency, Toothsome but not in a pleasant way. The server said he could take it off the bill, so that was easy because I just gave the feedbak, and he offered straiht up. Pumpkin pie (first of the season) was just ok. Nations does a better one - similar price point and venue. Friendly, inviting. And the service has been very good to excellent each time. It is the nicest and cleanest Denny's that I have ever been into. Thanks to all who work there for your friendly hospitality!!

Impossible to get to “ wallet “ and rewards. I have tried numerous times in the app and their website to get access to Rewards that have been sent to me. Unfortunately I log in and then select all the options I am supposed to select and then get asked to Log in again. It’s been this endless nonstop loop that is maddening. Denny’s has definitely lost out on a lot of potential business because of how ridiculous this is.

Very Frustrating to Use. The app started off okay. I thought the categories were terrible and it wasn’t intuitive to me. Choosing and adding items was straightforward and easy. The worst part was trying to input the information needed to deliver and buy. The first page with the delivery info was bad. I could type in the information into the boxes but when I went down to click the box for contactless delivery the app went back to the previous page, I had to click the box first and then fill in my info. The same thing happened to the rest of the pages where you put in your info. I had to fill out my info 3 times before I figured out how to make it work which is very frustrating to me. If you don’t have an abundance of patience for using this app just call to place an order.

Easy to use. As a busy mom of three I am always looking for ways to make dinner time as easy and delicious as possible. With the Denny’s app I’m able to do that. I was able to order my food on the app and it got delivered right to my doorstep. The app is super easy to use.

Anthem Location. I am a longtime customer of the Anthem AZ Denny’s location. Over the years it has gone through its ups and downs with staffing. Lately I have noticed significant improvement. I have been very pleased with Candy. She is often there for the AM weekday shift. She generally remembers my order from visit to visit and always has a positive attitude, even if she is there alone. Never Puts My Order Through. Every time I try to pay for an order it says it cannot take my payment at this time. I go to the web site same thing. No matter what card I use or ApplePay never wants to go through. So I end up calling the location but the call is routed to a phone center that there’s a 50/50 chance that they don’t take down every item ordered so once I pick up I have to wait for the food I order onsite to be ready.

Amazing app for a family like mine. With the craziness of my life, being a full-time nursing student and full-time mom, I have used the Denny’s app on many occasions to get me out of a jam when I just didn’t have enough time to cook for my family. The streamlined ordering and the ease of re-ordering previous orders is really what has helped me. I recommend this app 100%.

Missing a lot. Not a great app, does not have half the items that are on the menu. For instance, why can I order mozzarella sticks in a pick three, but there is not an option to just order mozzarella sticks. There is not build a slam. You can’t order curbside, even though the dennys I go to has parking spots for it…. Oh also it always makes you leave a tip, have not found away to not order one.

Love my Dennys. Hey when your hungry Dennys is the only place to order from. The cooks really put their heart and soul into making sure you have a top quality breakfast or anything else you order. It’s always great, fresh, hot, just can’t thank them enough. Need to have a place on there to be able to tip the cooks. Mike

Denny’s is impressively SOLID. I have loved Denny’s for years. From my years in high school for sure. It’s one of the only places I can go any time of day and get what I want! The great part for me is I can get breakfast for dinner and vice versa. I also love that I know I can get what I want there without any fuss. It’s solid on my list of places to go late night and early morning.

Easy to use. Layout is pretty easy to use only thing the phone didn't offer to save password for the app like it does others didn't know if that's an app issue or what but like it otherwise

Dennys 1*. It doesn’t have an easy to use UI some stuff is hard to understand as in whether you’re ordering with or whiteout certain ingredients. Some stuff is preselected as if you don’t want it so if you don’t pay attention you can order a burger meal and get a burger with no fires because “side” is automatically selected as “no side”. Instead of having you select it it’s already selected for you. Overall horrible ordering experience do better.

Missing side selections. Additional note line too short. Everything seems to work great with this update. I’m still having issues seeing some of the sides that I can select in the restaurant. Seasoned fries with a cheeseburger for example. Also, the additional notes line could be longer. I can not request a substitution within the allotted character limit.

Excellent app. Easy user experience, well designed, and super convenient. I like the rewards offered and just the overall look of the app itself! My first use of it was seamless so I’ll definitely be using it more in the future.

Pick up orders. Don’t recommend you to order extra items on the side to go because they will never give it to you They always forget to add extra items that You pay for They even hate that you are going through the order in front of them you are they always wish you need to leave

App needs to get fixed. I added the app and a few of the selections are missing items that are in description. The 1st selection said ham was included but didn’t give the option nor showed it in the checkout cart, so I tried a 2nd selection and the description said it included eggs but didn’t show the options for me to choose how I wanted my eggs cooked. So I tried adding in the box for special instructions and it said max 37 characters, so I started to type and it stopped at 26 and my sentence wasn’t going to be even 37 characters. There is no telling how many other selections are missing options when they are included in the description.

Good app just need to fix sizing issue. The app is decent and straight forward the only problem I had was ever time you click something the screen would zoom in or move the page like if it was on a browser not a app. Other that that it’s solid

Free delivery?. I’ve always loved the food at Dennys, but the costumer service needs overhauled at almost every location. The last time I ordered delivery, not only did they mess up the food order, but refused to take responsibility for it, and blamed the delivery service in which they use. And would do nothing to correct or compensate for the mistake. And claimed free delivery, but as always in life, NOTHING is free, and if it sounds too good to be true, it ALWAYS is! Hopefully the order I just put in is correct. 🤞🏻

Why is it so hard to get your birthday breakfast. I’m sick of trying my birthday breakfast has timed out,page can’t be found, Dennys will reset my password to no end. Why don’t you just say we don’t want to do that anymore and you will get sick of trying and give up but you have a month to get your whatever kind of breakfast and we want to send you all kinds of emails to save you money and that doesn’t work either! I’m going to give my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing

Update…Not really…Trash. No Apple Pay.. I’m not the type to leave a bad review, but after this update I’ve been so freaking frustrated. The MAIN PROBLEM is the payment. I enter my payment info and it has an option to save it for future reference but NOPE… the last app had Apple Pay which was sooooo freaking convenient but now every time I order I have to keep entering my card info😑😑 It would be extremely helpful if Apple Pay can be added back, PLEASE.

Overall good. For breakfast a personal favorite is the whole grain pancakes. Don’t order online often, tend to look for these pancakes in the general breakfast section of app. Just need to keep in mind to pull up the pancakes and crepes, nothing too hard but as mentioned don’t use the app frequently enough to keep this simple process in mind. App works very well, mostly easy to navigate.

Dennys app rocks !. Dennys new app updates constantly and is always getting better. Ordering pick up on the app is by far the best way to get the food. It literally tracks the time for you so you can just pick it up when it’s time. More resturants needs more of if the way this app is built. Thanks Dennys keep up the good work. Been a loyal customer since birth! Thank you.

The app needs work!. The app is so simple. It does not have a go back button, if you make a mistake and want to go back or edit your order, it starts again and ask you to start placing your order again, and ask you to choose of your closest restaurant, which you did at the beginning of the signup feature. In the search button, if you’re looking for something in particular, it displays that there’s something wrong, then you find it in the menu after spending more than 10 minutes browsing through the whole many. It also doesn’t have that many options (the menu and the app), overall from 1 to 10, 10 being amazing, I give it a -10.

Nice looking update but that’s it. First, I had to click on the order submit button 4 times before lucky number 5 actually worked. Second- where did all the drinks go? Just coke/Diet Coke/sprite - no iced tea or milk for then kids? Third, I have a gift card balance that I confirmed in my profile and there is no place to use it when I check out. When do I ever get to use this gift card balance once it’s in the app? Fourth- no way to tip.

Updates. Needs Apple Pay back. That was super convenient to have on there. Plus with the new updates there needs to be a back button instead of clicking on the full menu or having to use the new drop down, then scrolling option of selecting each menu section.

Seamless and easy to use app. Ordered some late night Denny’s while having friends over and it was such a great experience. The new app design looks awesome, and ordering through it literally took only a couple minutes. Food showed up fast and we enjoyed!!

Needs improvement. I’ve been using the Denny’s app for a loooong time now and it has never failed to either crash or be super slow. Feel like i’m using the app on an iPhone 4 every time. Needs to be a smoother experience on the app

One of my favorite late night places to go. Denny’s Is one of my favorite places to go because of the selection of food that they have. They also have a senior menu which helps a senior to save money. The food is cooked well it’s hot, good, and the staff is very nice! They know us by name and treat us like family! Thank you Denny’s, keep up the good work!

You took the tip option away. Your new app is much smoother and sleeker than the old one. And I like that I can select curbside now (because one employee was upset I didn’t place my “pickup” order as a “curbside” when I wasn’t given the option on the old app). However! You took away the ability to tip. Restaurant workers, including those doing to go food deserve a tip. I don’t always have cash on me. When it comes time to pay, I want the option to tip. Please fix this!

Fake reviews, app function is disabled right now. Not sure how this can have this much good reviews, but the app is not functional at all. There is no possibility to sign-in and order food(Register button disabled.) Even browsing the menu is a terrible experience where you have to re-enter all the information if you want to go to a different page. Going from sandwich to dinner section have to start over from the beginning. This App can’t even properly display the menu, let alone the rewards & ordering function.

I thought apps this bad died years ago... Worst app, too many errors messages..hire experienced engineers because this app was created by a ten year old im sure. Cannot sign up and cannot skip birthday rewards nor put accurate information into birthday rewards…having something free for my birthday is not the point, but i cannot get past it whether or not I input values. Then various error messages pop up when I did nothing wrong..like i said, apps this bad died years ago. Catch up with the times..and thank you for not working actually cus you made me realize eating dennys is a mistake anyway

Fantastic people and service!. I am unfortunately stuck in the area due to the extremely bad weather back home and have been VERY surprised at the Dennys here. It’s just across the street from where I’m staying so it’s very convenient to walk there, Dennys being famous for cheap somewhat good quality food but this restaurant seems to go out of their way to not only provide some of the most helpful and friendly staff I ever met in one of these restaurants but the food is actually really good! Thank you everyone that works at the 1235 Harbor Blvd, Sacramento! You have the best friendly HELPFUL service as well as some really decent meals I have had in awhile of traveling! ❤️

Horrible app!!. Don’t waist your time or effort! I signed up while sitting in the restaurant. Every time I clicked rewards it sent me to Safari to login to the website. I would log in and it would go to the order page. I’d hit rewards again and it opened a new page for me to login again. On the app, I clicked rewards history and 4 came up as expiring the day I signed up. We took that to the register when we were paying and they didn’t even know what to do with it. Needless to say we weren’t allowed to redeem anything. Staff kept asking if there was a barcode for them to scan. They had no idea how the app worked when we told them of the issues. They couldn’t even tell us where to go to attempt to find a barcode. We clicked everywhere and nothing was working.

Miss honesty. Easy to make an order just couldn’t find some meal options im usto ordering unless they have removed it recently otherwise it was easy to select options and order and given option of rewards if available!

Queyoun’s Denny’s App Review. I absolutely love the Denny’s App! My schedule is getting really busy right now between the holidays and getting everything wrapped up for the end of the year. I always have a long list of things to do, and sometimes preparing and making a meal can become a bit of a large task in my day. I downloaded the Denny’s on demand app on my phone and I ordered dinner and had it delivered straight to my doorstep. The process for creating an account was simple and the delivery process is always on point. The Streamlined Ordering Experience makes for a quick and seamless ordering and check-out experience. I received text messages from Denny’s app while my food was being delivered updating me on the estimated time of delivery for my food. The food was amazing and I had absolutely no complaints.

Some obvious features missing. Denny’s Rewards has its own menu option, but it just takes you to the website, which tells you to login and install the app…which is currently running and logged in! What purpose does that serve? Meanwhile, when I eat at a Denny’s restaurant, the app has no way for me to scan the barcode on my receipt and apply it towards my rewards. That seems like a huge oversight. How do you get your rewards without jumping through a bunch of hoops?

Denny’s App/ordering. The app is great and the rewards are greater! However I had a couple issues figuring out how to find the rewards and I also had problems finding the correct app to download. It was very frustrating.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Waste of time!!! Don't download!!! I'm sure they spent plenty of money updating this app, and it looks great with the new updates. Too bad it doesn't work. No matter which Dennys location I choose or what payment method I try I get a message at checkout that says they're "unable to take my order at this time". They've got this whole new rewards section that customers are unable to take advantage of as customers are unable to place orders on the app. They updated the app and took all the convenience of using it away. Don’t waste your time.

Love the new presentation. What an amazing app! We ordered our Denny’s favorites and got it from the app to the door in just a few minutes. We loved using the personalized guest profiles so we could each order our favorites and they came warm and delicious. 🤤

Eric Hayden. Of all the on line business that I use Dennys is the absolute best. Very logical and easy to follow. Perfect category’s on menu. And beautiful anticipation of what the user may need or want. Your programmers must use the web site themselves and understand what is needed. PLEASE PLEASE don’t change it and muck it up like others do. I know online web sites where after a half hour of complete frustration you are convinced they don’t want any customers. And make the web site into an unsolvable maze.

Low quality app. This app is no different than visiting online. Yet they make you download the app to get your birthday reward and yet there is no where to enter your birthday information. How does that even happen? And don’t think you’ll have luck by calling corporate and having them add your birth date to your profile. I did that and still didn’t receive anything for my birthday. What happened to this being a simple process of just showing up to your local Denny’s and showing them your ID? Not everything has to be digital especially if you can’t even build a quality application.

Curbside Pickup. Yesterday, I selected curbside in Kapolei, the phones were down and guest were waiting to be seated. I had to pick my inside 45 minutes after I ordered. The 5 stars is the way my order was packaged with all the condiments. The food was very well prepared as well.

Super quick and very responsive. Ordering on the Denny’s app Hass to be one of the easiest things that you can do nowadays it literally took me less than 10 minutes to find what I wanted to eat The layout of the app in general just makes ordering on it such an easy process if you like Denny’s you should definitely download the app

So easy to use!. The Denny’s app is impressively easy to use! Among other apps out there it is so much more user friendly. Just a few taps and breakfast was ordered! A few minutes later it was at my door, hot and delicious, highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Glitch in your app!. If you order from recent orders and something in that order order is not available after 10PM. There is no way to delete that item. All my recent orders had something that you couldn’t order after 10 PM. You can not delete it. There is no pluse or negative next to it to get rid of it it’s stuck in you cart till it’s available again. So you can’t order anything. Closing out the app doesn’t clear your cart. The only thing the app would let me do is change recent orders. But all my recent order had something I could not order after 10 PM. I could delete the items I can order but not the the ones I can’t order. So they are stuck in my cart till a time when I can order them again. The app won’t let you put an order in when there is something in your cart that is not available.

Problem with App. I can’t open my app because I don’t have my pin. I can log in online with my email and password but apparently the app wants a pin. When I click for a pin to be sent to my email nothing shows up. I’d like to be able to use this app but so far it’s been impossible. I tried to report a problem but it only wants to know about problems with a restaurant. I’m not having a problem with a restaurant I’m having a problem getting signed into my app. Some help would be appreciated.

Search option would make it better. Used the Denny’s app for the first time. It was good, but would be better if you could search for items. Also, would love to be able to add waffles to the order. Couldn’t find where they were available on the app.

Slow app. I wanted to order Denny’s during my drive home after dropping my daughter off at school this morning. The app takes so long to put an order in that by the time I finished I was already home. They lost the sale because their app is too slow, it’s tedious. You click things and nothing happens for a few seconds you don’t know if it’s frozen or if it’s processing what you just clicked. They really need to update this app. Shame it’s 2023 and they have an app that’s programmed from the 80’s. Lame.

Doesn’t recognize Canada. No option to select or find a Canadian location. New stores opening and you can’t order, view menu or find location. Based on other comments some over a year old the developer and Denny’s doesn’t give a dam about Canadian customers or this would have been corrected.

I like Denny’s. I just wish they would fix the App for Canadian locations. It does not know that Denny’s exists in Canada!

Doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work at all. Can’t make an account says there is no locations in Edmonton or anywhere in Canada. Keeps updating but is still not working.

Points gone. Went to open app, wasn’t working downloaded this new app and it’s only US, can’t even reset. Lost all my points so I guess the lose a Customer

Location not working. No matter how many times I try, this app will not use my location (Saskatoon, SK with three Denny’s), nor will it pull up any restaurants when I input the city name. It just says there are no restaurants nearby.

App won’t let me sign up. Won’t let me pick a favourite location to complete the sign up has been a problem for way too long now please fix

Dishonest. Your nutritional counts especially for carbs are either very poorly researched or dishonest. Things like grits, potatoes and bread are listed far too low for their real value in grams. This will put the presumption on the customer which will sabotage his or her diet.

Doesn’t work in Canada. Annoying at one time it did work. Now it can’t find any locations. I tried to re-register no go. I’m Calgary Canada and there is a Denny’s 2 minutes from my house…. Not according to the apps. 😡

No locations. App does not recognize my location in Calgary and says there is no locations near by, but there is one a few blocks away.

Dennys Canada App does not show locations. Useless.. Searched Apps for Dennys Canada. Downloaded app. Searched for Dennys in my city Lethbridge AB. app does not show our restaurant here so can’t order or make account.

NOT WORKING. Had to uninstall as it’s not working. I couldn’t even get past creating an account. It says there’s no Denny’s in our area. I really do hope you can develop your app more 😊🙏

Never go. Denny’s is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been never go to this place EVER

Wake up Denny’s your app is terrible. Worst app possible, terrible UX and Canadian credit cards will shows an error stopping you from being able to order if you are traveling in the USA due to the non numeric postal code. You basically managed to create an app where you can’t find a restaurant if you are in Canada and can’t finalize your order if you are in the USA.. how worst can it possibly get ??

Outdated, missing Dennys Medicine Hat. Love Denny’s but can’t even use the app to order food from our local restaurant. Dennys Medicine Hat Alberta is not in the app. It works fine on the website.

No more app. Don’t know why can’t use app in Canada

US Oriented. I thought this was the Canadian app but it doesn’t show any locations for Canada including the one just up the street from me. App is pretty useless unfortunately, maybe one day they’ll fix it.

Doesn’t work. I’m from Canada went down to states on a trip with the family so I downloaded this app cause we love to eat at Denny’s but couldn’t use any of its perks on this app not even the discount nothing works on the app it sucks. Need to fix it so you can use this app anywhere or anytime!!!

Lousy app- doesn’t work in Canada. You cannot create an account unless you pick your favourite Denny’s, but it won’t pick up on any in Canada! I had to pick one in the states! Then once you get into it, The Denny’s header hides the options to see Rewards, Favourites etc. Awful app!

This app sucks. I am right next to a Dennys location and the app can’t find it. Trying to order food to pick up so I don’t have to sit there and wait for it. NOT VERY HAPPY. Better find a new place to eat. Bye bye dennys.

Just doesn’t find a Dennys. I suspect the bug is that this is not a Canadian app. It seems that Dennys inc. is American? Another app says UAE but most do not specify a country. Devs should address this as urgent.

Doesn’t work. Standing in front of the dennys In London Ontario and it can’t find a location fix your app and try again

Misleading. Local website recommended the app. Closest one on the app is niagara falls, a good 2 hour drive away and pick up only. Why even offer this when I can just go to a closer Dennys (20 minute drive)

Awful. There isn't even a location remotely close to me that's listed on the app even though there's a denny's about 10 minutes down the road from me. All i wanted was some dang denny's and i was met with pure disappointment. Update your list of locations

Useless App!!. This is a useless app- I cannot access my location nor Dennys menu, etc.

Location Feature Broken. Will not accept my location, and cannot go further in app without entering location. Cannot manually enter location nor use locate me feature. Both options are broken and not working. I live in a major city. Makes app completely useless as I cannot move on to next step without entering location.

Old Points App disappeared. A while ago, we noticed the points app disappeared. We had some points we’d earned but, “poof” they’re gone. The new app just lets you order stuff for pick up but now, even servers are saying “here the bill with QR code for your points” but we have to explain to them that there ARE no more points.

Not available in Canada. Cannot believe some of the comments here have been posted more than a year ago and the app is still not working. Won’t work in Canada!!! Wow!!

DeeLicious!!. Our favorite restaurant is the older yet better Lynnwood, Washington one!! Jason, the very alert, professional, quick, and courteous wait-person is such a pleasure to experience!! We've been to many other locations, none of which hold a candle to this one!! The chef there is superb!! The portions are generous, and we particularly enjoy the 'strawberry lemonade'!! Keep up the excellent reputation, we'll keep patronizing. This 'app' should make communicating with this restaurant even easier!! Thanks!!

gps. Update the GPS, says the closest one to me is in Niagara Falls..... when there’s one 10 min away from me

Does not work for Canada. Facebook and Apple signup flows do not work Cannot complete profile since app does not recognize any Canadian Denny’s Probably best to take down app from Canada App Store

Doesn’t work. Tried to use the gps locator, says there’s none around me, I type in my city and it says nothing and then Toronto, and then says the closest is at Niagara Falls, despite the closest one is like 10 mins away from me. This is ridiculous.

Quick simple online order. No issues

Direct is best. Going directly through the Denny’s app is so easy, order is always perfect, you can choose delivery, pick up, curbside. I use ApplePay to pay. I get rewards for my purchases.

Says it was completed. I went in to get my food after seeing that it was completed on the app but I still had to wait 10 mins before they actually had my food done. I hate when things lie to me..

Categories. When you go into a category app will not allow you to go back into all categories, so you need to click on other categories until you find one that lets you click on the top left to get back menu.

New update is trash. I updated the app to the latest version and now I can’t order food bc of “an invalid string of characters”. Needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!!!!

Menu not easy to navigate. Once you check burgers, and want to go back, throws you all the way back to pick a store... just to see the main menu. Although it was not time consuming.. it was a bit annoying .

Extras. There needs to be a place to order the creamers and sugars for coffee. The rest of the app is good to order but you can only put so much in notes. The notes section should be better also for things like extra butter and extra syrup.

Much easier to use!. The new version of the app is much better than the older versions. It’s much easier to make choices and add customizations.

Better now, but no Apple Pay. They finally fixed the issue where we couldn’t specify a custom tip, so that’s great. Thanks for finally fixing that. But in the process, they took away the ability to use Apple Pay. Why?!? Apple Pay is so convenient. I’d rather use Apple Pay.

Better than IHOP. Could actually do an online order. IHOP said online ordering was unavailable and call-in orders were unavailable after 9AM on the weekends. They just wanted me to come in. Crazy. IHOP needs to shut down.

For the people with apps. Download Dennys app get digital coupons stored in there for future discounts! I found one for 20% off my total purchase this made my day.

Sad but still good.. Arrived to find only the manager working. Ordered online. She brought it out. Too bad that this kind of thing can close doors forever and take jobs with them.

Nothing Loads. I have had the app for 2 days. I have tried logging in since signing up and it will not load. I type in my stuff, and it does nothing. I click “forgot password”, nothing. I can’t load any coupons that I was supposed to receive. I’ve tried logging into the website on my phone, laptop, and tablet. I’ve tried logging in on the app. It doesn’t work.

Dinner menu...would have liked to order sides available.. I didn't see any options for sides except salads. Thank you.

Saved the day!. Love this app so much! There are times in the middle of my hectic days with 3 toddlers that I don’t want to cook anything and just want something easy and fast. This app really comes in handy and comes with a new fancy looks too!❤️

Easy to setup and order. Works without any issues. Easy to sign up with Apple ID (hide email) and pay with Apple Card.

Menu. I like the old menu. Wish you bring back items from the old menu.

Ordering made easy!. The app is super easy to navigate! Everything is pretty self explanatory and easy to understand. And check it is even faster with the Apple Pay option! Love it!

Wrong phone number. The phone number for the salem, Il Denny’s is wrong. When the app wouldnt check out I clicked on the phone to call in my order and it was far from an Illinois Denny’s. Please fix this. That Denny’s said that it had been an issue for them as well.

So Annoying!!. Glitches after glitches after glitches. I was just trying to order something for my family and every time I tapped on something the screen, it zoomed in. It also took very long to respond.

Denny’s Delivery. I always have an amazing experience ordering and receiving my delivery from Denny’s! Food is always carefully packaged and the delivery drivers are so friendly. The app is easy to navigate! Thanks Denny’s!

Denny’s App. Makes ordering fast, efficient, and accurate. Also perks/ discounts for using the app.. I would download the app even if you only eat at dennys occasionally.

Don’t order delivery. I am just giving my opinion of delivery via the app. If you order delivery via the app, it is delivered by Door Dash. That is all fine but if the order is not correct, they expect you to pick it up and will not send anyone with the correct order. On top of that, they will offer you a credit for your next visit instead of a refund. I will never order delivery again and the Vineland, NJ Denny has the worse management around!

The website was down so I had to download the app.. It does work better that the website though.

Convenient. Im a student in Denver so I’m always on the go. This app makes it so that I can pick up my breakfast on the way quickly if I order ahead of time. I love it.

Rewards is non-functional.. As others have stated, the option in-app for rewards redirects to the browser. The web site does not appear to be compatible with mobile safari, and fails to display the rewards.

Worst app. I’ve been trying for weeks now and not able to log in either via app, safari or chrome. It’s useless and can’t use the bday reward or any other reward because of this. They need to have IT fix the issues. Doesn’t make sense that nothing has been fixed by now when so many ppl have reported this issue

Dennys New App Winner. I have been a Dennys customer for years and I love the convenience of the new app. To be able to order and get my food delivered with ease AND use coupons to save…total win for me

Breakfast to go!. We order frequently because the food is always good and they are one of the very few places that gets our order correct every time!

A Big Move Backwards. The new app and website look nicer but you lose basic functionality. No integration with password managers like every other modern app, copy and pasting is impossible, Apple Pay missing, etc. I use to order from dennys a lot but adding all this friction to the experience has helped there competitors a lot. Do not prioritize form over function…you can produce an app that does both!

One Star. I’ve never left a review for an app before but this Denny’s app truly is horrible. The app constantly says login/sign up even right after logging in. The app is extremely slow and laggy, it is not my phone, I am using an iPhone SE 3rd generation. Almost everything you tap on in the app brings you to a link outside of the app. There is no point of an app if it does nothing, I can order from the website.

Amazing customer service. Always get amazing customer service from everyone. The app is easy to use. and the manager Angela is very good at taking care of her costumers if something is wrong. She definitely goes above and beyond

Adding extra option. This app would be a 5 star rating. Only if it gave you the option to double a certain menu item instead of picking something you don’t want. Other than that, great app and easy to navigate.

Excellent app!. I usually HATE ordering online. It usually takes me so long that it’s extremely frustrating. This took 5 minutes! Excellent app!

Warning. Never order through the app.. It happened to me many times. I ordered through the app but they didn’t have the order when i wanted to pick up. I asked them to cancel. They told me they can’t cancel or update through the app. I emailed the customer service but never received any respond. Hate to let big corporate company took my hard work money that easy. 😡

5 star but one issue. My only issue is not even with the app. It’s with dennys. . . I CANT LOG IN! Lol but other than that, app is dope. Looks amazing on my iPad 😂🤣😭. Very easy to navigate. Oh and on the app for the slams, they don’t have the option for sausage. Only bacon

Satisfied Family !!. My families food order was all different so when the food arrived the portions were satisfying, the food was flavorfully delicious and the plates were all cleaned!! Thanks Dennys We will be BACK:)

App navigation is terrible. Idk who came up with this design but all I wanted was waffles and they’re nowhere to be found. When you tap on a category trying to get back to the main screen is more difficult than it has to be. Maybe consider implementing a search function. Looks like it’s cereal at home for today!

Easy ordering for my comfort food breakfasts. This app makes ordering from any Denny’s easy and reliable since it saves my payment info and even my fave orders. Yum yum gimme sum!

NOT ALLOWING DELIVERY OPTION. Been trying to get delivery thru the app multiple times and no matter how many times I switch it, it still automatically applies pick-up. Super annoying to have to order thru somewhere else to get delivery from the same location. Would rather order directly through you guys vs. A delivery app where you lose money. Lastly, can we get some grilled chicken on the Menu again lol

Use the new App. The app was much improved and easy to navigate. I actually sat beside my daughter in as she watch the app she was very complementary of how easy it was to navigate and how good the food locked

Needs improvement. 36 characters is not enough room to type special directions. Also if you could add an option to remove things like mayonnaise and tomatoes and add on extra ranch that would be awesome

Pretty Good. Easy to navigate. Does not have everything on the in-restaurant menu. Requires you to check box to get napkins and utensils so they don’t waste them every time you don’t need them like many apps.

Shout out to Dennys. Thank you for offering gluten free bread. Breakfast is my favorite meal out but no one else offers gluten free bread. Dennis in Temple is the BEST! Fast friendly service. Most Dennys there is a long wait for food, but not in Temple Texas. Food is out very quickly and excellent quality!

Best Ordering App Ever!. I recently tried out this new and improved online ordering app and was so impressed! It was so easy to use & my food was delivered so quickly. I will definitely be ordering from this app all the time!!

Not Valid Last Name. I was trying to checkout as a guest and the app kept saying that last name was invalid so I was forced to make an account. Little did I know that when I deficated in a McDonalds bathroom that would not be the lowest I would be on my Vegas trip.
