Like this a lot!. I'd really like to be able to store my own items somehow, for example I sell custom birthday outfits all the same costs so to easily add that to the party somehow without always typing "custom party shirt" would be cool, also I allow clients to rent items from me so I'd like a way to track what's out, and who has it. Love love this app and looking forward to seeing it grow. Super easy to manage my events now :)

Ridiculously. The app itself is alright, has its flaws, but I guess it is the best Party planning app out there right now. In order to use it on two devices (iPhone and iPad=same apple ID) you have to pay on top of the $4.99 for a subscription for four or twelve months! Really? Useless for me, too expensive! Might be worth it for an event planner, but not if you only plan a kids Birthday Party... I just waisted 5 bucks 😡

Best app planner. I plan parties and events...a lot. I've tried several different app options for a streamlined planner to help keep my pre-party planning on task and on time and this one was so much better and easier to use than the others. It's not only user-friendly, but it looks sleek while it's being used. I'm able to get everything planned beforehand - guest list, menu (and in doing that, the app makes a grocery list for you!), seating chart, schedule, RSVP and response lists,.. I could go on. I will not go back to any other party planning app. This one will not disappoint you - it's entirely worth the hefty (for an app) price tag.

Feature rich. This is by far a well thought out application. Packed with anything I could think of I need to plan and organize a party and then some. Things I would not have even thought of like keeping track of party favors. Keep up the awesome work!!

Best Party Planning App!. This app has by far been the best party planning app I've used. It's been a huge help with planning my daughter's birthday party. Only 4 stars because I'd like to see an actual number of yes RSVPs under the Guests section instead of a percentage and in the Budget section the spent and amount left doesn't tally correctly. Hope to see these in an update.

New App with Great Potential. To be fair I downloaded this app on the first day it was released but it still has too many bugs and crashes that should have been addressed during testing and before release. It has a great Guest List Tracker that interfaces with iPads address book. No problems there. The other planning tools in the app caused the it to crash repeatedly. And some of the drop down categories could not be selected with taps as instructed. I'm hoping for updates soon but I don't think I'll be able to us this app for an upcoming party other than to track my guest list.

Best. Party Planning. App. EVER!. UPDATE: Has some glitches every once in a while, but nothing major in my experience. Still the BEST party app I've ever used. Thank you! -------------------------- I have successfully used the app for two events now and I can't name any app out there that is better. I downloaded so many and this one is just hands down the best. I highly recommend it. Easy interface, customizable for each type of event, LOVE the guest check-in feature, and the customer support is unlike any other I've encountered. Thank You for this AMAZING app!

Ap crashes. The ap consistently crashes each time you attach a picture to the profile or of the gift received. Other than that the ap is very user friendly. Would give more stars if everything worked as advertised.

Excellent start but has room to grow. Party Planner is a great app that helps you organize your event by task, plan budget, map the timeline of your event and much more. I was very impressed with the how customizable the app is and how easy it is to get started. There are little holes in the app though that may make it frustrating when planning an event. For example: You are able to create tasks, and then assign a time frame for the task. ie: Set Tables, Day of Event. However, the app doesn't allow you to set a due date after the event. As any event planner knows, there are loads of tasks that take place day after, two days after all the way up to several weeks after the event. Other suggestions: it would be nice to have the ability to assign specific due dates to tasks, in addition to the 1 day, 2 day, 1 week, 2 weeks 1 month etc. It would also be great to assign multiple people to tasks rather than just one. Lots of tasks are accomplished by two or more people. On the timeline tab, it would be nice to assign windows of time for tasks, not just start times. Finally, the app tells you if certain tasks are overdue, but i could not find a way to sort the list of tasks to just show overdue tasks. There are other sort options, but that did not appear to be one of them. Overall, the app is very useful, but with a few extra features and some small adjustments, it could be great! Hopefully there will be an update soon!

A waste of time and money!. Needs a lot of work. My event is six months away and you can only timeline up to two months before the event. What about weddings where the planning can start a year in advance? There is no way to assign dates and alarms to tasks. There is a set number of references for tasks and I can't add to them or even get the preloaded ones to activate. My budget tab doesn't work. I tried to enter $5,000 and it is stuck/frozen at $5.00. The guest list set-up is lacking. You can't print the list or even manipulate it in any way. You can't even alphabetize it. i can email the people in the guest list but you can't email the list TO anyone. I had high hopes for this app but it doesn't deliver.. I'm bummed that i paid $5.00 for it. The only positive thing is the ability to snap photos of the venue. I am by profession an event planner, this app just slows me down.

By far the most advanced Party Planner. This is a giant leap compared to my all spreadsheets!!! The seating chart is so easy to use, moving the guests from one table to the other is super easy, the augmented reality is also very unique and makes it really easy to collaborate because others can see really easily where everything goes. It manages every single aspect of my parties and makes me look real slick! I strongly recommend it...

Love this App!. Finally a good party planning App! I installed it on both my iPad and iPhone and it works like a charm… The Facebook Sync is really nice too, getting the Guests Status updates in real time helps a lot for the planning

Awesome app!. To manage my daughter's sweet 16 party this app was incredible! I was able to do all the important things that I needed to get done and planned. It's all there right in front of you with the easy interface. I was able to budget plan seating arrangements everything alright there on one app. All those other apps are very hard to work and use this app feed everything simple I would recommend it any day to anyone. Great job!

Great App!. I don't know what the other users are complaining about...this is a great app and very user friendly if you have any computer skills! Also, unlike previous reviews state, you CAN add you own activities and other items...just hit the '+' button. I just started using it, but so far there are more features available than I expected, and it's making my party planning incredibly easy! I especially like that I can add users and task my husband with things to do...no more excuses! I would give it another star if I had the ability to export lists (ie. guests, gifts, timeline, budget etc.) to a spreadsheet, but the fact that I can print to PDF is great for the time being! One last thing for the developers...in the menu section when you select the food type (i.e. appetizer, main, etc.) dessert is misspelled.

Support 404 not found. I purchased this app a month ago, paid for the premium monthly subscription and the synch/collaborate add-on. I’ve tried several times to send invites to collaborate but the “click here to start accessing the event information” link in the invites are “--“. I also deleted the app and reinstalled, still have the same issue. If I try to backup or export I get the following error “insufficient permissions: request had insufficient authentication scopes”.

Best Party Planning App. This Holiday season I am looking forward to using this app to help keep the different parties organized and prepared! With so much going on during that time, it is great to have 1 app where I can find everything I need to think of to make sure it is a spectacular event! I am going to start event planning soon and cannot wait to use the app even more! Love it! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ADDING THE LOGIN/SYNC feature!! Great planner !. Used this app to plan my mother's 79th birthday party. The original 50 people attending turned to 70. Don't know what I would have done without this app. Was able to track guests, food, decorations--all in one place. Gave it 4 stars because would be great to sort lists by different fields. Would have helped to sort by stores. Will definitely use this app again!

Don’t do it!. This app was very hard to use, not intuitive at all. I’m convinced all the good reviews were written by the developers. I wanted to use it so that my siblings and I, all in different cities, could coordinate and delegate planning of our fathers 80th birthday party. I did not anticipate that we would all need to pay the subscription fee to be able to use the app. I had hoped we as a group would only need one subscription for a single event. I never got any farther than inviting a sibling and it was apparent it wasn’t going to work for since even that was a struggle and a lot of the features that were supposed to be there I could t even find.

There should be a warning that they are no longer updating this app. I could totally see this being a great product but not with all the bugs and crashes. I scrolled through and see that many of the problems I’m having were posted about over a year ago. Obviously, they are no longer updating the app and removing bugs.

Yes!. I love to organize parties for my family and this App really made my life much easier. It is just so nice to have everything in one place and being able to visualize it using the Augmented Reality, very slick!

Great sync w google apps &seating arrangement functionalities. Love how easy it is to use this app. I am impressed how quickly i can export the data to Google docs and print when i need To. The augmented reality view is every neat.

Need lots of improvement. Bought this app because I have a Christmas party I need to arrange at home for about 20people. I find the apps needs a lot of improvement. When I added the guest list, it seems to have a bug, like some lines can be empty. When I clicked on a name of the guest, it shows another guest's name. The features, look and feel are great however, I still need to explore more to see how things can be improved.

Awesome App. I'm not sure why so many people are having trouble with this app but I have had no problems with it. It is a great help with party planning. However, I wish there was a more functional option to log ideas and plans with pictures that I could easily maneuver.

Overall good app. Overall I really liked using this app for the surprise party I was planning. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I wish it had more reliable sync between the iPhone and iPad.

Good planning app. Overall, this app has been easy to use and works well. One suggestion - I'd like a view of the guest list that tells me the totals of guests actually attending my event instead of the total number invited and the percentage responded. To accurately plan food and favors, one needs to quickly see how many adults and children will actually be AT the event. Also, there should be a field to mark how many guests are attending - if I invite four, but only three from a family can attend it'd be helpful to have this info somewhere.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!. I had been looking for a party planning app since years ago, there have been a few but very bad ones and seriously lacking. Your is amazing, the augmented reality is very innovative! But I really want to be devoted to this app, I am not a professional, but LOVE to make parties, and this app is helping me tons, I would definitely recommend you! Keep adding improvements please!!

A Must Have for Party Planners. Just stumbled upon this in time for my 4th of July Block Party. Super convenient and easy to use. This app was well thought out. I highly recommend it even for the most organized planner.

Unhappy 2 DISAPPOINTED. App doesn’t work as quoted by inventors. This app starts off nice ends for me in crash and burn unable to delete items can’t get the timeline entered as desired. Table set up drag and drop option worked in the preview not on the app. For me very disappointing especially when you get to needing things to fall in place. Contemplated trying the wedding app.. don’t want to throw good money to the wolves and be in the same situation. Update this to what’s paid for really need this to work. INVENTORS 🙏🏽🙏🏽UPDATE THIS app!

Has everything, but not user friendly. This app has the potential to be great, but it misses the mark. I find it difficult and cumbersome to navigate, organize and use. I will keep using it however because it has potential. I hope that they come up with updates to make it easier.

Robotic Overloard. i bought this app to help plan my parents 50th anniversary party. At first it seemed amazing however after the first few days, i relized it was very limited on the task it can automate/ complete or even help with. As eveyone else seems to think its main function that works is managing the guest list... perhaps a renaming of this app to reflect its main function is in order.

Party. Great party planner. I just organized a birthday party, for my 80 year old aunt, for about 60 guests and it made my life so much easier. I find it easy to use and it's really nice to have all the logistics aspects of the party in one place. It is so user friendly and every detail is taken care of, even ones that I would never have thought of on my own. The gift tracking feature is a life saver!

Good, but not what I want.. I'm looking for a good, easy to use party app. My wife and I entertain 2-3 times a month at our home and want an easy way to generate a guest list, send out email invitations and keep track of who's coming. I have purchased about 10 party Apps and none of them are exactly what I want. On generating a guest list. I want to have the option to import a group list of my friends that live in the City that I'm having the Party. This app and some of the other apps, import from my complete contact list on the iPad. I have 1400 contacts on my contact list and don't want to go thru all the names to invite 50 people. So, it's important to me to import from a group. On sending email invitations Most apps have all the names of the people I'm inviting in the email. I don't want my guest to see who else is invited. I don't know about this app, because I never got that far into the program. This app and some others, spend a lot of effort on seating , budget, etc I don't care about these things, because all my parties are house parties

Love the Augmented Reality!. I am using the augmented reality to show my clients the planning once ready, they just love it and makes me look real good! I have been managing about 10 parties so far with this App and love it!

Helpful. Great app that helps you keep track of your guests, rsvps, their info, and much more. I haven't even used all the features. Plus it syncs with your iPad. I found it hard to share with other collaborators but overall I recommend it if your planning a large event.

Good but needs some improvements. I throw a lot of parties and I use this app anytime I have more than a handful of guests. There are some really good features but the app could also use a little modification. It's not always intuitive to use and the "tutorials" are more like advertisements than helpful videos. In addition, the interface could use a face lift.

Party Planner. I really enjoyed using this app to plan my daughter's Sweet 16 last year. Last year, I used it to plan my 50th. I wish that I was also able to use to send e-vites; especially if I could use my own pics for themes. This would be great because all of the info needed is already in the app. That is true "one stop shopping". This year, I'm trying to plan a family reunion & the app will not open on my iPad. It works on my iPhone 5s but not my tablet. I have renew my subscription & it still doesn't work. It really helps to have everything together & be be able to collaborate with others. But if I can't get it open, what good is it.

Awesome app!!. Loved this new app. It allows me to finally track my parties and get togethers. It helps me budget right, prepare properly and minimizes my last minute surprises. It is easy to use and I definitely recommend it.

I want my money back. I bought this app so my sister, my wife and I can plan a party. I've tried to add them as collaborators and it won't let me. I send the emails but they don't get them. So I tried to send to me and I never got one. We got the app so we can plan a 70th birthday party for our parents. So much for that idea. I guess we will just go back to using what's app because that works.

Missing Some Basics..update...DON'T BOTHER. Updated 3/25 Well after trying to use this for a simple restaurant bday party, I came back to take away a star. Frankly, one star is generous. The final straw was trying to put numbers in the budget. We have xx number of guests coming for a $xx a plate lunch. Pretty basic meal formula for 99% of event venues out there. Surely this nifty "party" app will handle this in a snap. NO. No way to enter "price per plate" then have it use your # of guests and do the math for, nope. Get out a calculator, this worthless app wants the total number. I'm dead serious, you are better off with a spreadsheet, don't waste your money. Got this to organize a birthday party for my 80 yo mother. Party is at a restaurant. This app has no place for the basic venue information you constantly go back to, address, contact name and phone number, place to log calls/conversations,etc. I've had to stuff it all in "notes". Meh.

Good app for basic party planning. Good app for the basic features of party planning. I had a couple difficulties collaborating but overall I would recommend compared to other party planning apps.

DonnaRenee. I have been a meeting/event planner for over 25 years and I am totally impressed with this app....it's powerful and robust and the features are amazingly intuitive, allowing me to easily manage all the details of my events. I used this on my IPad and can take it with me when meeting clients to go over budgets, planning, task lists, and guests! Love it!

Awesome app. I LOVE planning parties and this app is absolutely amazing and helpful. It keeps me so organized. I don't use the dad contact feature, so I can't talk about that feature. I put in all the food needed, decorations, and miscellaneous. There's a timeline feature that I love for the day of the party. I seriously just love the app!! It is the best party planning app I've used.

Great App. I do a lot of events for my church and wanted something that would help me stay organized as well as help other connect that were on the planning board also. I was going to create this kind of an app but why when this company has done a great job already! It connects other that are helping me to the same information/file, plans out my budget, etc. You just have to take a little time to get used to how it works and your ready to go. Thank you for all your hard work.

So much potential, but very disappointing. We looked at a huge number of apps to try and find one to use for planning an event for a nonprofit. We had a number of volunteers who were coordinating, so we were hopeful that this would work for us to be able to sync info between us all as we worked to coordinate the 140 volunteers as well as all of the guests. We found that the app was not very user friendly. We hoped that we could use some of the features (like the photo of the venue) as a way to assign staff to specific areas to serve. About the only thing that worked for us was getting a data base of our volunteers but checking them in didn't sync between our multiple devises as we had hoped. (If you used both at the same time it wouldn't save and sync both information- we were hoping that it could sync during the event to see who was there with out having to reset each time to sync.) Prior to the event, we had to be careful to not accidentally delete the work someone else did by resetting during a sync. All this to say, we will be looking for a new app to use for our event next year :(

Great new App!. This App is great, and very easy to use. While planning for a 4 year olds birthday party I was able to keep track of the guest list, menu items and tasks that still needed to be completed. At one point I handed my Ipad to someone else while oppening gifts and they were able to use the app without much instruction. Much easier to keep track of who brought what present (than the old way of writing it down somewhere that you usually can't find later!) I would recommend this app to anyone who throws a lot of parties, or for the person who just has a hard time keeping track of things while planning an event. It helped me stay stress free and calm the day of the party !

LOVE!!!!!. I love this app!! It has been great in keeping me organized for event planning. Took a few days to understand how to work everything but it's now "my go" to for planning. I would suggest adding a shopping list separate from the task list and allowing to itemize things within a category with the budget. Other than that I love it!

Not happy. I was hoping for a robust app. Like the layout but it is confusing, you can't delete items & there is no flexibility in scheduling on the timeline. Good start but need an event planner to help you think through better functionality.

So far so good. It's great so far. Can sync between devices which was one of the reasons I bought. All the necessary features you expect, I'm looking forward to using it on my iPad. One thing I would recommend (if you don't already have it), is a way to communicate with other people you're synced with. Like a "questions and answers" page where someone will post a question/opinion and people can give a response.

Worst app I’ve ever used. Spent ages setting up my event, invites got sent out but didn’t go to everyone, couldn’t figure out what was going on. Even the people that received invites couldn’t RSVP. Total waste of time. Not intuitive.

Paaartay!. Love this app. Keeps everything (and I mean everything) all in one place. It's really intuitive and easy to use The only "fault" I have found so far is that you can't add an existing Facebook event, the app creates a new one. I had already invited and received RSVPs when I discovered this app.

Will be fantastic with a few updates. A great app, but would be fantastic (probably even worth 5 stars) if you could import from a spreadsheet, and print guest and task lists Also having to pay $3 for a few moths of sharing... Bit rich, I won't be paying for that, don't mind buying the function as a once off purchase but having to subscribe to it for only a few months!!

Excellent!. Awesome App assisted greatly in organising a combined 60th! Kept everything in order and I knew exactly what was done, needed doing and who was going to do it!

Suggestion. Great ap! Could use a plus one function for guests to make it easier to track these extra attendees!

Easy to use. Using this app has made my event planning really easy and more organized. The only thing I can suggest is perhaps make already created event on Facebook sync with the app. Also make another line in each guest details where we can put or choose the table numbers. Don't waist your $. I have been using this app for organizing an Communion. Here is what the problem is with this app. 1. When you create a a table and who sits where it won't show you only the guests that are coming but every guest that you invited ( that makes almost useless to put who is not coming) 2. The table doesn't show how many people are at each table you just need to know!! Useless to put how many people are in each family. 3. You can't print the list of who is seating at which table even though you have a nice list that you can only view it. Useless!! 4. The budget is so complicated with all the attachment that I just stick with the basic and don't use the menu planning tab as its completely useless. That won't print either. 5. Printing guest list is the only thing you can do and it shows everything but the important stuff like where are they seating. This app is missing so much and the person that created was most likely never threw a party in his live. And for all of you that think it so great I think you must of been the creators family or friend. Lets get real if you are going to make an app like this organize your brain first!!!!

Need help with app opening. This app is pretty good at keeping me organized for my Frozen party. 2 things: 1.i just bought this a week ago ... Last 2 days When I tap on it nothing happens! It won't open.. Can you fix this problem? 2. Can you allow us to add more categories along with ones provided eg; decorations .. How about supplies etc.

First time planner. The app was easy to use and I like that you could sync across devices. Would have been nice to have more options for making different lists and seeing your whole to do list at once.

Useful so far. So far I like the app. I just got it so I'm still exploring... But one thing that I noticed that would be useful is having the day of the week, as opposed to just the day/month when choosing a date for the party.

Great App, like that it syncs across devices. The app is a great party planning tool. It gives you the ability to manage guest lists, budgets and tasks. Best of all- you can sync the information so that you can use it from any of your devices! I've used great apps for planning before, but this feature gives Party Planner an advantage.

So so. Did not work for me... I was looking for ability to rapidly and easily manage my guest list .. Who is coming with who? are they bringing a guest? or are they with someone else on my contact list ? who are my top 50 invites, top 80 etc. ability to adjust and do hierarchical planning. I have to cut off somewhere. It is not even easy to delete a name from the list using this app. A simple delete button would be good!

Great!. The best party planning app I could find!! It fitted everything I needed and wasn't a waste of money. As far as I'm concerned, it's great and I'm glad I got it. :)

Waste of money!. I'm 12 and I bought this app because I love planing parties and $5 is worth more to a 12 year old than it is to a 20 year old. I payed for it and then I updated it and it disappeared from my iPod!! I payed money for it and it was a waste! I tested the new update on my mom's iPad and there wasn't anything inappropriate or mature! I loved this app before I got ripped off. Can you guys please lower the rating! If I didn't get ripped off I'd rate this 5 stars. Since when was there "frequent intense sexual content" or "mild horror fear themes"? The only thing in the rating that is true is "infrequent mild alcohol use" but that is only when you add alcoholic beverages to the menu!

Now this is a party planner!. Awesome! I've been searching a long time for an actual planner, but all that seems to be out there are "check list" apps. At home, I'm always working on a party of some kind (birthday, craft parties, holiday parties, & even slumber parties). This app lets you plan everything for your party. Drinks, food menu, activities, guest list, even the decorations. And there is even a tasks section. I highly recommend.

Has potential. So far I ve spent a couple hours (way too long ) trying to make it work for me. It would be nice to have a to do list on the bar and shows up in summary, or the other list that is in side bar to show up on summary. Easy to see check list crucial in party planning. If this is in this app then instructions need to improved on. I will continue using but many improvements needed.

Totally awesome. Very useful and convenient. Takes a little getting use to (but what doesn't) maybe a graph for the timeline?

Needs Update. Trouble connecting contacts. Bugs needs some work Lacking features for virtual events. Sync with other co-planners is not working. Would be nice to be able to connect and share pictures, etc. This has been a good app over the years. Note: if it doesn’t get some updates on features it will become an app that is outdated.

Life Saver. Love this app. Exactly what I was looking for. Lately I've been involved planning multiple events an needed something to keep me organized n coordinated with all involved. So easy to use.

👍. Consider updating contact feature to save the total number of attendees within the contact name. Frustrating having to add each member by name to each party, and having to check each one that they will be attending.

Not user friendly. So I downloaded this so that my group could plan an event together. It’s supposed to have this function. When you try to add contributors it sends a link with screenshots that don’t go anywhere. It was a waste of money for me.

Need Dates. Has potential. Please add a calendar opposed to using 1 month, two weeks, etc to the to do or task list. Also add calendar to the timeframe. This will make the app more useful. Thanks

Good App. I just started using this app and like it so far. It would be helpful to have attached, recipes and shopping lists for the party you are planning.

Pro Party Planner Rocks!. I am organizing my kid´s 6th birthday and I loved how easily I can arrange the room as well as plan the decoration and seating arrangement with the augmented reality view. I will be telling all my friends about this app.

Easy to use. App is idiot proof. Love the simplicity. Makes everything handy.

works pretty good. Used it for a recent halloween party I was planning with a friend. We couldn’t get the collaborator feature to work. Good app to keep your party planning organized and on track - I just wished the sync feature worked.

Waste of money. I was very disappointed in this app. I got it for the menu planning function and quickly regretted the purchase. I can do more creating and using an excel spread sheet. This app is just a list and it doesn’t organize at all.

Loved it. I loved this app until it stopped working on my iPad. It works on my phone still, i had only planned to use it on my iPad. No one can tell me what's wrong with it.

App crashes when you try and add guests. You have to add guests manually which takes too long. Service team is non responsive. Too bad since it has promise and I paid $5!!

helpful. I like the app, it worked well for my daughters wedding, and was cheap enough.. It isn't as user friendly in the seating chart area as I would like, you have to drag the name instead of simply assigning the seat in the guests box.

So so. Nice app if you are planning by yourself. The real time sharing part does not work. Tutorials are not very clear.

Weekend Planner. A one-stop shop for party planning. Covers all the bases needed for planning a party and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Very effective and recommended.

Great tool!. This is great to use when planning large events.

Joy to use. I have used this app for my kids birthdays, wedding shower, and a baby shower and find it really helpful to keep my guest list, food, etc organized.

Has potential. I would have liked to see better Facebook sync. I already had an event planned, and this app couldn't syne anything properly. I like the idea of this app and I love how many features it has but I wish it worked better. Wish I could easily get a refund like on Google Play.

Love this app. This app is a dream! I am already using it to plan a 4th of July party and my son's first birthday. It even has a way to track gifts for thank you notes! Genius.

Very helpful. Would give 5 stars if the app would print to PDFs or csv . Would also like to backup to pc with iTunes file sharing. Afraid I'm going to lose my data. Otherwise the app has been incredibly helpful with my party planning.

It junk. It no good it junk!!! It's hard to understand .I have had For a month or two and still can not work it. My function will be over be For I can understand it. Junk Junk!!

I want my money back. Unable to get any support on simple error messages. I was willing to eat the cost on the subscription but not with no help for tech issues.

Customer. Complicated to use, not user friendly, receive a lot of error messages when using, and do not like the limitations when synced to Facebook.

Crash! Crash! Crash!. I have invested a great deal of time and effort into setting up my party on this app. Now it’s beginning to crash every time I open different categories! Someone needs to fix this now!! I will update this review if/when it happens.

Unsatisfactory. Paid for the app, I couldn’t import my contacts as it would crash every single time I tried to add people. And I even email for support and still no reply... horrible service.

Good. I like the functionality of the app that u could track everything. However everytime I put add new item it crashes. An if crash the unfinished entry u did is gone and I have to restype all over again.

Has potential, lacks saved lists. Needs a saved list of items (per category) so you don't have to type items in over and over again from party to party, i.e. plates, balloons, utensils, etc.

Planner app. I don't like the interface and its inability to be user friendly. It also needs more design specifications such as Social Tables app. That app is perfect in the design aspect however, I will say I appreciate all of the detail this app has. Regardless, it can have all of the cool detail a designer needs but if it's not easy to use, then it's pointless.

Great party planner. This ap is fantastic!! I used it to plan my fathers 60th birthday party with over 100 guests. I would recommend this to anyone likes to throw a good, well organized party.

Keeps crashing!!!. This app would get 4stars if I hadn't just spent $5 on it an hour ago and have had to reenter data multiple times because of constant crashing. So, one star remains until the developers address all the bugs. It's very irritating given how much the app costs. So much so, this is the first review I've ever bothered to write!

Good. It would be nice if I could change some headings under planning. Also the blue completed marks should be darker under planning. Otherwise good app.

Better than paper!. This app helped me to be organized and not forget the details of a successful party. I highly recommend.

Confusing app. Just bought it and am quite disappointed. Started a new event and am stacked, can't go back to main page. It also have poor vision of your contacts. This app still needs a lot of work.

its ok, not great.. Good for a party, but not for a full range of events. I could not get the sync to work with my co-worker - she could see the event listed, but not the details. Crashed a couple of times during data entry. Its ok, but I’m not in love with the app.

Very disappointing. You can't import a group from your "all contacts" list for your guestlist. You have to add each guest one by one. You can't making a seating layout.

Not worth the money. I quickly bought the app, feeling excited. However, after trying to plan an event on it, I realized it was a waste of $5. The app kept freezing up and didn't seem to import guests from my Facebook friends list. It turned out to be almost useless. I am disappointed.

Awesome Seating Chart. Once I added the guests, it was so easy to the seating arrangement. And the ability to see the guests status makes it real easy to visualize the overall status of the tables. Love it.

Very useful. I plan events and this app has been very useful. There a few things that I wish was better but all in all I think the app is worth it.

Garbage App w/o the ability to PRINT!. I hate I bought this. I want to be able to email the files with whatever email account, but the force me to use google! I never thought there would NOT be a simple option to PRINT my forms!

Sorry but it didn't work for me. I bought this app so my sister and I could plan my mother's upcoming 60's Birthday Party. It was hard to share and use. You may not customize it to fit your needs. The only thing we found easy to use was the guest list. Sorry but will not recommend it or use it.
