Terrible and sometimes impossible to navigate. I love gameinformer and decided to try the digital edition. The navigation is the worst I’ve ever experienced clicking on some of the buttons just doesn’t do anything. You can’t even flip through like a magazine. Getting to the previews just didn’t work. Can’t read the previous at all.

Terrible!. Almost as bad as GameStop!... WOW THE 2 go HAND AND HAND! By the way it was always $15 for a year of GameStop Pro membership back when you use to get a phisical copy of Game Informer in your mailbox, delivered by the postal delivery person!! No longer the case!! Just get cheated out of issues by a TERRIBLE APP! And now get charged $25 by GameStop for, $5 a month you can barely use!! First they took the magazine... the rest is a slow death... shame shame!!!$$$!!!:(:(

What Happened?!?!. I used to be able to view the digital magazine with my GameStop Pro membership but now the My Account pages shows a constant error to which it doesn’t allow me to sign in. I’ve even tried deleted and reinstalling the app. Now it says I have to pay for issues when I should be subscribed. I have an iPhone 15 with the latest iOS software. Please fix this app!!!

Subscribed but can’t access issues. Can access issues on the web fine but can’t access anything in the app without paying. Followed the instructions, everything is linked up right. Can’t find anyway to actually contact someone for help resolving the problems. Love the magazine, but this app has some problems.

Uninformed. While viewing an issue of the magazine you realize you are done and want to return to the menu but for some reason this app has decided it can only direct you to subscribe, an ad for something else, or simply having to restart the whole thing it becomes apparent they would prefer you cancel your subscription and visit a competitor instead. The built in apps have figured out how to do it, get it together GameStop/GameInformer. As I feel held back, not informed.

Wake up, CEO!. Why is it not letting me login? I created an account verified on my Mac but now I cant login through here on iPad? I just paid for a year for GameStop Pro rewards to have a digital subscription to game informer, and now the app won’t log me in. GameStop offers a digital subscription option. If it doesn’t connect to GameStop apps WHY IS IT EVEN OFFERED????????? And I’m sick of these app devs, too. Terrible coding! Can’t software work right for once without ANY BUGS???????

It… doesn’t work?. I activated it and logged in and it shows you the magazines with either 4.99 or subscribe under them. Hit subscribe and it tells me I am already subscribed yet it won’t let me view anything. Pls don’t waste your time on an app that doesn’t work.

What a joke. It’s truly a shame print editions aren’t included anymore in GameStop subscription. Would have been easier to opt in 5 dollar coupon per month OR print copies of a beloved magazine. Can’t even log into this joke of an app with subscription not found, it’s unstable, it’s rated a whopping 2 stars.

Still no digital magazine access 5 weeks after sign up for my PRO subscription…. The app AND Game Informer website constantly gave me errors and “subscription not found”. I’m signed in and it still says I don’t have a subscription. I signed up for a PRO Gamestop membership last month and the app/website will still not recognize my subscription. Customer service is terrible and has not helped. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

From favorite magazine to this trash app. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed Game Informer. You were my favorite magazine for the last decade or so…I’m assuming there will still be the same quality game reviews & news on this app. Unfortunately it’s too broke to find out. Goodbye Game Informer…RIP.

I can’t read any of the issues.. I have a subscription with GameStop and its for the digital issues so I signed in on the app but because Apple wants you to sign up for a subscription with them to read is them my GameStop sub isn’t working.

Not a Perfect App. It runs a bit sluggish even on my iPhone 13. It’s missing an option to return to the main menu or I can’t find it, so I find myself constantly having to close the app and reopen it just to pick a different magazine to pick up on a different article. The bookmark is fine but it doesn’t always work. It would be nice if it had a more fluid interface that didn’t feel like it was about to take a crap and prompt me to close app. This app definitely needs attention that I don’t think it’s getting.

What a rip off. So now instead of getting the physical copy we’re forced to look at the magazine on the computer or our phones and still pay the same price as if we’re getting the physical copy? It constantly crashes and I’ve been a member for two years and I have to pay $5 a copy to see it on the computer when I’ve been subbed all year???? This is not even about the consumers anymore and just a money grab with crap content sent out. I also got charged more at GameStop for my pro membership that is completely pointless to have if I don’t get the physical copy of the magazine, that is the ONLY REASON I sign up for the pro membership with GameStop, your games are overpriced garbage and you pay nothing for trade Ins, id rather go online and buy the games at a fraction of what you charge. I was rooting for GameStop to not go under but after all of this nonsense I couldn’t care less and I hope they do, I will never buy a gamestop pro membership or game informer memberships ever again after this subscription is over. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years, I’ll happily take my business elsewhere! ✌🏻

Already disappointed. I am new to Game Informer and it’s been over a week that they have not been able to find my subscription. I’ve tried contacting them several times and they either do not answer or reply to any of my emails. I just signed up with Game Stop Pro & Game Informer and I’m already thinking of cancelling everything.

Can’t Sign In to App. While GameStop is pushing digital subscriptions (they don’t even give you an option, just will sign you up for digital unless ask specifically for print), the app is not usable at all. I am unable to even login to my account, there is no option to sign in the page just errors out. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app still does not work. My recommendation is to get a print subscription or to simply not sign up at all.

Garbage. Constantly have issues logging in. When trying to reset the password no email is being sent. This will be the last time I get pro membership since they signed me up for digital edition and didn’t tell me.

I want Printed Versions for ALL. I can’t read anything. Not ANYTHING. Click to download. Slow progress. Get to 97% and the download resets to 0%. Every time. Click on a magazine and the whole app quits. I’m going to the store or calling/emailing the company to make them reinstate my printed edition. I’m way past asking.

Horrible App. Won’t let me log in. Contacted customer service and they stated they have no issues on their end. This was working several months ago and now I can even get in.

Bruh. Tells me it’s unable to find a subscription linked to my account and redirects me to their website where I’ve already created an account. On the website I’m able to read the newest mag through the browser but if I try to see a archived mag it tells me to subscribe

Usability? Nope!. It resets to the beginning every time you reopen the app even when the tab is open. It’s just annoying having to start from the beginning every time I get a text or want to change a song I’m listening to. What’s worse is that this is a paid subscription through GameStop and we can’t even get a premium app! Okay so you can forgive the functionality of the app but what about the content? Every game is rated above an 8 I swear! No harsh criticism of any game at all. Your review on Gran Turismo 7 was pathetic! A paragraph? That’s it, that’s all you get? Look I understood we’re not printing magazines anymore but this is the best you can do? In all honesty I’m expecting even more content with a digital subscription. All you get are some photos, an option to buy the game or watch a trailer. Please change the title of your magazine to Lame Informer until you decide to stop being lazy and actually provide your paid subscribers real content! IGN blows you out of the water and their free! I gave you an extra star only because your app doesn’t crash, yayyyy! You did something right 🤦‍♂️

Seems fine to me. Using the app, I was able to access back issues and find the information I was looking for.

Ads after purchase, really?….. I get it when a company needs to monetize something that’s free, sure it makes sense, but after I pay a year subscription you are really gonna put ads in the magazines?… really?… the app itself is awful and the fact that it has ads as well is a double whammy for poor leadership. Switching back to physical copies. This is an absolute joke. It’s a shame really because I grew up on these magazines and loved them.

Issues won’t load. Only can purchase. My subscription does not sync and I can’t view from this app. Has been an issue forever and is pretty ridiculous at this point

Signed up for this finally. Took forever for my to finally get to install this but as GameStop goes to work towards proving better content digitally this app helps reading the magazines on my iPhone 12 Pro Max

*WARNING*. I don’t write reviews often but I had to for this one. This app is a waste of time it doesn’t give you your magazine and you have to pay for any previous ones even if you’re a Pro member. I expected better from a struggling company, but here we are.

Will not download issues with subscription.. After getting subscribing at Gamestop, installed to get magazine. App needs to link into Gamestop account to confirm subscription and mentions it needs 24 hours before downloading any issue. When new issue became available, couldn't download it even after signing in and linking account. Until maybe a week passes then I have an option to read the issue. Next issue comes out and it only has option to purchase the next issue. Resigning in and linking seem to keep repeating the same issue. Im tempted to just go for print magazine instead but i don't see the issue to just do the additional 5 dollars, but spend another 20 for the annual subscription.

Good for what it is. I enjoy the app and like having the magazine easily accessible. The app doesn’t respect the phone safe areas which is irritating and should be an easy fix.

Half baked app?. Logged in. One screen for “Issues” of GI. No way to sort or filter the list it has a categories button that has one option “all”. So every game informer there is. No “library” of owned GI issues. I own the Aug 2022 issue but in this app it acts like I don’t? If I want to read it I have to pay for the issue. Clicking subscribe says I already have a subscription. The menu has 3 options. Issues, account, and help. Account just tells you that you’re logged in and gives you the option to log out. Someone probably got paid a ton to build a crappy app and then someone got paid even more to approve the half baked app and release it…

Boring Layout. I like game informer the magazine but this digital format is very boring to read. I think layout is very important to draw the eyes around. This setup is like a 13 year old using microsoft word made it. Makes me want to skip even the articles I really want to read. GI should just upload a pdf version of their printed GI. I regret not getting the printed version.

Needs review / updating ASAP. iPod 7th Gen 256GB. App does not let me see / is missing the My Account under the hamburger menu. Typing anything into the search bar crashes to the Home Screen. Please update this when you can.

Why..... I don’t know if this is just my experience but this is a very NOT seamless digital magazine app. Magazines will say they are downloaded, and when trying to open them, they appear not downloaded. Regret signing up for digital on GameStop Power-Awards.

Fix it. While reading through an issue it will constantly freeze or randomly jump ahead to the next page. Will have to close out the app reopen and then you are right back to the beginning of your issue. Hoping as you swipe through pages to get back to where you were it doesn’t freeze again. Extremely frustrating. And yes I am all updated to current version of app and iOS.

Is anyone home!. Honestly I am confused on how they can promote this subscription. It doesn’t even work properly and app crashes all the time. I would give it zero stars to be honest this shouldn’t be an app. It doesn’t let me login at all. You go to gamestop they tell you to download the app and then they say welp contact support for more help called support. I got no answer called multiple times and still nothing. It has terrible coding!

Nope. Went back to GameStop and had to buy another year upfront to switch back to paper gameinformer just to read them! This app doesn’t ever work and never did work for me. Even went into GameStop to have the employees try it for me to see if I was doing something wrong, they just laughed and said this app is notorious for exactly this and to buy the paper magazines back. Be forewarned, the app is trash.

Done with GameStop. GameStop used to be my favorite store. One of my favorite things every month was getting the Game Informer magazine in the mail that came with the pro membership. This year they auto-renewed my membership and stopped doing the printed magazines and didn’t let anyone know. There’s no where on game informer or GameStop websites stating that they’ve stopped offering the print magazine subscriptions. I don’t like digital magazines and would have been willing to pay more for a subscription to the printed magazine.

Stuck in magazines no way out. I see why this app is so terrible it works the first time you install it then it’s completely garbage. I can’t back out of the magazine I’m viewing horrible interface app crashes a lot . Worthless the devs don’t even care

Digital Version is a Waste of Time and Money. You can’t even open the digital magazines. It won’t even download. Don’t get me started on logging in and having all your “free” issues cross over. Miss the old school simple physical mailed copies. At least you could read those.

Buying more after Sub!?. Recently got a digital subscription and downloaded the app but when try to read a issue it says I need to pay $4.99 for every issue. Anyone know how to fix?

Terrible UX. I haven’t come across a reading app, which this essentially is, that is so poor at its job. Tack on to that slow, large files, and terrible navigation between issues, leaving an app that kills off its own business. Put the magazine on Kindle, it could be enjoyable in a different format. Please, please stop this, there is a better way.

Unusable. I’ve subscribed to Game Informer for a while and the app has gotten worse and worse over time and now it is unusable. I got logged out of my account and can’t log back in, the requests keep timing out. Which means the servers in the back end are turned off, so, I have to presume Game Informer is no longer supporting this app. Their online help is worthless, I reinstalled the app and got the same result.

Great alternative to magazines. The GI app is pretty good for browsing your magazines on the go and it’s convenient. FAIR WARNING: Before downloading the app, you need to make an account with THE SAME EMAIL ADRESS as your email that you have registered with GameStop or you will have problems.

Horrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Been a loyal reader for years but after 1 month of talking to there god awful customer service who have been no help and not even been able to access my subscription… I am done, not going to renew GameStop Pro anymore as the magazine was the last reason I even visited GameStop.

Won’t register my login. I can only access each issue by going to the website and saying I forgot my password, then it gives me access, but only through the browser. I’ve not once succeeded in using the log in function, even after immediately resetting my password. I can read the issues through the browser which is ok, but I wish I had just stuck with the paper subscription and recommend you do the same.

App needs to be open to download new issues. That is an absolute terrible understatement. I have a short attention span and must downmore than one thing at once checking in on it every couple of minutes would be great BUT NO!!! THE APP MUST BE OPEN TO DOWNLOAD THE NEW ISSUE. if you start the download and and switch to another app or just put it in the background the download STOPS. Not fun. Other than that I don’t have any issues.

Better Than They Say. Heard a lot of bad stuff about the app. I wish it saved my spot, but really this has all you want in a digital magazine of GameInformer. The writing is always great. Awesome content.

What a joke!. Like a lot of others, I can’t even sign in to the app. Hasn’t worked for years. Browser works, but not always convenient. Why have an app? It’s a waste of storage space. I used to manage a GameStop many years ago, so I know how cheap they can be. This surprises even me… Going to cancel. GameStop will NEVER listen to anyone’s complaints. They refuse to. NEVER HAVE, NEVER WILL. Again, I know 1st hand.

Login Works On Website but Not App. Very disappointing to see people reporting this issue for so long in the reviews but it never being fixed. Basically makes the subscription partly pointless.

Bug on Digital. When viewing the digital version the page constantly tries to go back a page weather I touch the the screen or not. It does it pretty often and makes reading online a hassle to keep going back and forth

Good mag, rubbish app. I like the articles and I am a subscriber....but the app is rubbish...and always has been. Slow to load, stupid navigation system, automatic downloads never work. Fix it now would ya!

This is (not) the app for you!. Do you like repeatedly downloading 700MBs of data only to have the download fail unexpectedly, necessitating a restart? Do you like getting halfway through a download only to have the app unexpectedly crash, and with no local caching, being forced to download again? Do you like being presented with a notification that there is an update to an issue available - except it's not a delta update of the stuff that has changed, but another 800MB download to endure? Do you like being unable to risk multitasking lest for some reason any background downloads disappearing for no reason? Do you like spending money on a subscription but being unable to make use of it, contrary to most consumer protection laws requiring such a purchase to be fit for purpose and to perform as advertised? THEN THIS IS THE APP FOR YOU! Do you like a simple, reliable digital magazine that elegantly downloads itself once, and once only, in the background, allowing you to spend most of your time actually, you know, READING THE THING? Then give this one a miss. And you wondered why the magazine industry was going under...

Yeeeah boiiii!. Best virtual gaming mag to hit App Store... One thing that caught my attention was the short clips to advertise up coming games. Anyone who subscribed to GameInformer should switch to virtual. It has something that no hard copy mags in the world has.

My account?. Loving the idea, but not seeing how to login to my account. Keep up the great work, I have a hard copy subscription but when I'm away with work it's great to just be able sit back and get all the latest from my iPad.

Is it that hard to code a functional download process?. Seriously... Every download fails at least once meaning the entire 700MB file needs to be re-downloaded.

Clumsy. A clumsy app. Poor UI, no offer of support or an email for help, and cover doesn't change to current issue. Needs work.

Download Stuffed. I am total annoyed with this magazine in digital form, as I am having the same problem of my downloads not completing, nearly every month now, & I have written emails asking for the problem to be fixed, but they seem to be totally ignoring me now as I have not been able to download the last two editions, & have sent several emails. I am also annoyed at the way they don't allow zooming, I mean that is one of the best things in iPad is the zoom capabilities, no they must think everyone has the new iPad. Two strikes, I am thinking of asking for the rest of my subscriptions money back, come on guys get your act together with download or get out of the online digital magazine business, as it is beyond you.

The best way to read Game Informer. This is by far the best way to read this brilliant gaming magazine. There is loads of extra content including additional photos and hours of video demonstrating the games along with developer interviews etc. I would rate this app 5 stars (due to the amazing array of content) however it has issues with crashing sometimes so for now only 4 stars.

Broken. OMG guys fix your app! It's been two years now and magazines still delete themselves, refuse to download etc. would be awesome if it was stable and actually worked :(

Still drops out. The same data sponge it always was. I have not successfully downloaded an issue for five months and have just had the same experience with this upgrade. Will not be renewing my subscription.

Disappointed. The December issue was great, it featured the GTA IV article. But as mentioned in the other review I have not been able to download the January issue with constant timeouts and downloads that do not resume. Once this is addressed I may change my review but for now I regret the 12 month subscription I made.

Not downloading new issue. The app gets worse every time. Now I can't even download latest issue as the app keeps telling me I have no connection, despite every other app on my iPad running fine online. Don't think I'll renew subscription next time. To much trouble

in-app Purchasing is Painful. Trying to download the issues in-app is a real pain. Not only does it take forever, your constantly having to re-start the download as it times out if the ipads goes to sleep. If you could fix the background download of this, it'd help alot. I wouldn't then be worried if its still downloading or not when i leave the ipad alone or go to do something else on it. Other than that, the issues are outlayed well for the ipad and are a good alternative to the print editions.

50. After 50 attempts and a new router I've finally successfully downloaded January's issue. February downloaded after a few attempts fortunately. I love the product but for the love of god please fix the server connection issues! Glad to see I'm not the only one having problems.

Constant errors whilst downloading issues. I have tried repeatedly to download single issues from within the application without success. It always errors out indicating that the connection to the server has been lost. Often times it will not resume downloading which is very frustrating - yesterday I download 630MB of 631MB and it lost the connection! I am on my corporate fibre connection so my internet link is reliable. Please, please, please fix the caching so that partial downloads can be resumed under this worst-case scenario.

Fix Your App!!. I don’t write reviews usually, but Geez guys, this app randomly crashes, you try and open it and it flicks on the screen for .2 of a second and then dies (even though it’s still sitting as an active app). I have to redownload issues every.single.time, you can’t view portrait, and there’s no obvious way to leave an issue. FIX THE APP OR LET PRESS READER HAVE IT. WE’RE PAYING GOOD MONEY FOR THIS MAGAZINE. and it’s not like you’re available on any third party magazine application!! I wish I could give an app a minus score.

Waste of money. Bought a 12 month subscription but can't download any issues due to internet connection problem apparently. Seems weird that I have no problem downloading any other mags I have subscribed to. Emailed gameinformer about problem but they said my email address doesn't match any magazine subscription accounts. This is impossible as I have had only 1 email account for as long as i can remember. Also emailed the receipt from iTunes for the Subcription but got the same reply. Easier to just pickup latest issue from the newsagent!

Can't login. I can't find out if the app is any good or not since it refuses to let me login, and all the support options assume you have an IQ of 1 so need to be guided through even the most basic of tasks. Most unimpressed.

Download issue. One of my favourite printed mags, thought I'd change from the printed subscription to a digital one, big big mistake. I've tried downloading a single issue over several days without any joy. Can never download the whole issue without the file reseting back to 0MB, and having to try again. Waste of time, money and ISP data allowance. Will be asking for a refund.. Very disappointing.. 21/5 Have been refunded the subscription payment.

Crashes in Newstand. Unable to open and read my first magazine because it crashes

Unusable. Downloaded this app to try to take advantage of my annual subscription (which is virtually unreadable in safari). Would love to read more, but keep getting told my username/password don’t match your records.

Brutal Experience. Boring Content.. This app crashed constantly - had nothing exciting in it content wise when it did open (the one time) and overall is a glorified PDF reader. If this company is doing even half as well as this app - they're in trouble...

Can’t share subscription between devices. I purchased subscription on my iPhone but I can’t use it on iPad… they only have annual subscription option too. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Can't exit help menu. They misses adding a close or back button from the help app, I closed the app and reopened it and it took me right back to the help page which I still couldn't close. I considered uninstalling and reinstalling the app but decided my time was better spent elsewhere than fighting with an obviously unfinished and untested app. I mean seriously guys hire even 1 qa person.

Would be good, if it worked.. What good is an app that won't even run? Continuously crashes.

Broken. Downloaded the latest issue (Witcher 3 cover) but the app hangs every time I try to read it. I've tried downloading again multiple times but I keep encountering the same problem. Avoid.

Great magazine, but crashy app may be deal breaker. Finally got it to work, but there's definitely a problem here. No way it should take 7 tries to download/be able to read an issue. I did uninstall and re-install the app. But the problems I experienced persisted (for issues Dec 2012-Feb 2013). Is this an Apple or Game Informer problem, I don't know. If it matters, I'm using an iPad Mini. Love this magazine and the app IU, but if this problem persists, it'll be a deal breaker for me.

Subscription cancelled. Like many users I too have suffered from nonstop crashes. Reinstalled app, reboots galore but now i can’t even open issues. I love the mag but this app is poor. Cancelling the sub... which is really too bad

Crashing again. App worked very well and I love the magazine but lately it keeps crashing. Loads issues page then crashes. I have reinstalled, signed out, “rebooted “ my iPad- nothing works. Frustrated because I have almost a year’s subscription left!

Great magazine, Terrible app. In this day and age, if you can't create a simple magazine app that equates to little more than an interactive PDF reader, my advice would be to just pack it in. At first the app was great and then was prone to crashing and freezing at the startup screen. I have updated the app and am still trying to download the Jan issue. I have tried on almost 10 different occasions to DL this issue with less than satisfactory results. It's DLing as I write this. I'm going to go back to the app in mid review and see what's happening... BRB... Okay, surprisingly it didn't crash and it's at 312mb. So far so good. The content is fantastic and that would get 5 stars, but the app needs far more stability. The Jan issue is now mine to read... Let's hope next month is hassle free.

If it only worked. The articles are great, the production values are superb, and I can’t access a damn thing. App let me read most of one issue before it started crashing constantly.

Not sure what the problem is?. For those having issues theres tons if info in the faq to solve your issues. I struggled with signing in a bit but the faq solved my issue. Great magazine and a good app

This is not an app. Pure garbage. In order to be called an app your offering must do at minimum one thing...good or bad. This app does nothing but crash, and therefore is not an app.

Doesn't work. It freezes up and regularly won't finish downloading issues. It hasn't worked at all since day one.

The app sums up all that’s wrong with GameStop. Is there a worse run company in the USA? I don’t think so. It’s so frustrating to have anything to do with GameStop. While the store employees rock- there is no doubt that the leadership at GameStop is the worst of any publicly traded company.

ZERO STARS. WHAT A MESS!! Good luck trying to get this to work. GameStop should be ashamed of this absolute disaster of an app. I tried hard to get this working jumping thru hoop after hoop for it to just end up frustrating the heck out of myself. TERRIBLE! -5 STARS!

Needs a redo. Just not worth using. Be great if they’d just create a regular ebook and allow users to view on kindle.

Confusing. Determining the weight of the Higgs Boson is easier than logging into the app. I’m 100 percent positive my login info is spot on. Reading the magazine on the website is useless. Logging into the app is useless. Called customer service. Very unhelpful

How do you get out of an issue?. Every time I open this app it goes to the issue I was in. I can’t get to the home page to go to another issue. It’s horrible.

Asked to pay for issues with active subscription?!. I have an active subscription. So why am I being asked to pay for new issues n the G I app?! FIX THIS PROBLEM

They don’t care. Such low ratings. Bugs galore. Yet they do nothing. They do not give a crap. For me I can’t even log into my account. So app is useless.

Garbage app from garbage company. Imagine that right? GameStop forces digital issues on customers and then does not let you access the account regardless of jumping through all the hoops to activate the subscription. COOL! LOVE IT!

GameStop pro Member. It says I have no subscription linked to my email address. It doesn’t even work if I put my member ID in. What’s the point of going pro if you can’t even download the issues

See bad reviews? Please read this one. I think that as with other apps in the app store, people don't take the time to read the directions on use. I find this app to be just the way it should be. You just have to read the tutorial provided in the app to learn how to navigate through their well designed app. Sure it's not perfect, but it's free (with your GameStop or EB games subscription that you already paid for unless you made the in app purchase which would be silly because it's cheaper in the store). Anyway, I would be curious if the people saying that it doesn't load properly are trying to use it in portrait mode, because it only works in landscape. Landscape is fantastic for me! No you don't get the feel of it being a magazine, but you are on an iPad you are suppose to "Think Different"! If you are having a problem with it loading improper, try uninstall and reinstall. Nothing is perfect and who knows maybe it didn't install right. But for you non tech savvy people find someone who is and exhaust all troubleshooting before you write a one star review. Hate to say it but in most cases, it seems like user error or the inability to read and follow directions. I was going to make this a 4 star, but I just changed it to five stars! Won't let me subscribe. When i try to subscribe it says i already do, but i do not have access to new issues. Turns out I don't have a subscription. But it still won't let me subscribe in-app.

Worst magazine subscription. This is the worst app for magazines. Can’t figure out how to use it easily. Was forced to get digital subscription from GameStop. Can’t get physical copy anymore. I will not be renewing my subscription again. Hate it so much. Frustrated beyond belief.

dont work. ive tried for quit a few yrs to get the game informer to even work on my phone cant log in EVER its madning cause i pay for a sub. and cant even use what im paying for super dumb😖

Needs an overhaul. Just feels clearly outdated. Also needs a cleaner integration with my GameStop account.

Cant close issues and download time. I dont know i might be doing something wrong but i cant seem to be able to close an issue to get back to the main screen? Also the issue download time is sooooo long

IMPOSSIBLE TO USE. Impossible to use! Login page does not load and there’s no way to view previous magazines. Pathetic app! Right up there in top 3 worst apps ever, just like the GameStop app!

App rarely works. I’m not sure is it’s just a bad app or clever ploy to get people to buy the hard copy of the magazine but this app rarely works.....

how do I activate my subscription?. I paid $15 via Apple to activate the subscription and the app is still charging me $5 per issue!!
