I Love Bloomingdales!!. I always shopped at Bloomingdales from a child and now a full grownup and I shopped for my kids as well. I love Bloomingdales cause they always have different clothing, shoes, jewelry & accessories for your family and the employees always make you feel welcome into there stores. Me and my family will forever keep on shopping at Bloomingdales!!

Cannot make payments or review your account on the app. I never had any problems with paying my bills thru the app. Its been a month since the app has been broken. Everything u click on, whether it is making a payment, view your account summary, credit limit and etc it doesnt work. Their a message saying were not able to show anything at this time. I had to long on a desktop to make a payment. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

Flawed checkout process. Everytime I’ve shopped on the Bloomingdale’s site, items in my cart become unavailable after I have started the checkout process. This is very frustrating and annoying. This should not happen. Once checkout has started on the other sites, for example, the customer has a specified amount of time to complete checkout before the items can be purchased by someone else. Please fix this.

Difficult to set up. I downloaded this app recently, and even though I already have a loyalist account, it wasn't able to carryover any of my contact information. Not only that, but when I placed my first order, I had to re-enter my mailing address, even though it was already associated with both the new account I was required to create, AND my loyalist account. Would be nice if the systems could connect, without all the data entry.

In love with bloomies❤️. Bloomingdales has always come through for me! Best quality and best styles! Never sorry about any purchase made at Bloomingdales. My main “go to” store I can rely on for service as well as great delivery speed for online shopping! Keep a list going. You won’t be disappointed!

Inventory issues. You would think Bloomingdales would fix this... I can never buy the items I place in my basket 😡. When I am ready to check out, the item is NOT AVAILABLE! Why is the piece of clothing even showing as available inventory? It is so frustrating and lacking of customer service. Sometimes I feel like Bloomingdales pulls some inventory when a good promotion is offered. Not happy at all!

Needs improvement. 1 - when you click on items on the wish list, wish it would take you back on the description page. Instead of searching the item again just to read the description. Too cumbersome. 2 - Easier access to the reviews 3 - more detailed information on products.

False deceptive advertising. First time shopping at bloomingdale. This company is very deceptive. They were pushing 20% rewards on new credit card sign up so hard in May ‘23 and we fell for the trap. On phone when I was placing the order I was told that I will get 20% cash back as statement credit. After my first statement was generate and didn’t see cash back applied and knew something was up. When I called their customer care to sort this out, I was told that the items I shopped for are excluded from that offer. 😡

Horrible! They cancelled my order two separate times!!!. After cancelling my order twice, and being on the phone they told me they cancelled it because they couldn’t verify billing information. They are also very vague and keep saying use differently information and “ call other companies” make sure your information is correct. The credit card I use, I have been using for years and I verified with them twice. Since they’re so vague, I asked to speak with a supervisor. Their customer service plays games every single time you call and ask to speak with a supervisor. The minute you ask to speak with a supervisor the customer service representative all of the sudden starts to say “ anyone there, I can’t hear you, I’m going to hang up” then they hang up. They play games and pretend they can’t hear you every time you ask to speak with a supervisor. Horrible customer service!!! I don’t have time to keep calling back several times.

Changes?!?. Don’t like recent changes. The ‘chat on line’ option interferes with viewing/looking at what’s on the page. Happens even when you slid the image to the left since the black arrow remains on screen. Don’t like when you go back to search results after viewing an item it takes you to the top of the page search results instead of back to the item you just viewed. Don’t like changes to filter and sort, prefer the way it was when filter and sort were separate choices. I do most of my viewing/shopping using my iPhone. The above changes appeared mid-search. Maybe these issues only happen using the iPhone but that’s how I Brown Bag shop.

Quality brands, good incentives to purchase. I have been a loyal Bloomingdale’s shopper since the late 80’s. I love the quality brands including the variety from home to fashion. If I encountered a problem, customer service is efficient, very helpful, and most of all they sincerely do all that they can to make your experience better.

Donation Trickery - $15 CHARGE -REMOVE it !!. You’ll get a five star AFTER you REMOVE the sneaky false advertisement of $15 promotional bonus offer which was automatically in the basket and ended up being a CHARGE of $15 for an education donation. It is likely NOT for the type of education that I’d morally support!!! You almost got us. Because of this, we’re deleting the unethical app and will only use the website which means our visits and purchases would be less frequent due to less convenient!

Customer Service. Hello As a Bloomies shopper for 30 years I am very disappointed with the customer service in the women’s shoe department. The helpfulness has gone downhill and Also I find that if shoe is not in stock the associates do not want to do a check in the system or call another store ?it’s as if they don’t want to be bothered? Bloomingdale’s is supposed to be a high end store that goes above for their customers/ clients and should be building a relationship with us so that we have a pleasant experience and want Most importantly we are spending thousands upon thousands of dollars in the store where we can also take our business somewhere else ? Very Frustrating. Tried several times to place an order through this app and kept getting an error message that the phone number I entered was an invalid number. Then tried to order on the website but the “APP only” promos do not work. I ended up on the phone with customer service late at night for over 1/2 hour and hoping they were able to place the order for me but I still don’t have an email confirmation at this point. The whole process took way too much of my time and I’ll be searching for a store with better mobile app technology next time to place my order with

Decent App. The app does what it needs to overall to but in some area like My Loyalist, you should clearly be able to see when (list the date) future power points will convert into rewards versus just seeing thousands of points with no timeline of when they will convert over. The app also does not update with new balances, points timely enough. It should update at least twice a day.

Checkout issues: Store Mode. Hi, hoping you can please fix the checkout issues I have been experiencing. I am unable to check out on both the Bloomingdale’s app and the Bloomingdale’s website under my loyalist account. I created a second loyalist account in order to resolve the issue. This worked once and then the issue proceeded. When I cannot check out, I leave Bloomingdale’s and go onto another website to order an item. The only other option is to call customer service to place as an order. Unfortunately it takes a long time because they enter in all our information one by one. Hoping you can take a look at the issue and I look forward to better experience with Bloomingdale’s!

Beautiful store, bad app. I’ve been shopping at Bloomingdales online and in store, but I’m very disappointed in the app. I’m always having difficulties with the app, it glitches really bad and there is no upgrade for this app. I have problems logging in and it keeps deleting my items in my wish list. This has been an ongoing problem.

Little things to fix. When you’re in the shopping bag, you cannot click on the item and view it. So I have to search the item again if I want to see it. It’s a bit annoying. Also, there should be an “add another” feature where I can add an item in multiple sizes or colors to my bag rather than having to search it again and add it in the other size or color. Thanks!

Grey mcm tote bag. Very disgusted with Bloomingdales I ordered a tote bag on line and also called so to make sure order was put in representative said it was last bag I was so excited my mom really wanted this bag and 2 days later the order was cancelled and I was not notified through email or anything that order was cancelled never shopping here again

App is useless when in store. The one reason I would use this app in store is to price check an item to see if it has any sales, but for all of the 10 items I tried throughout the store there was always an error message or it said see an associate for price check. Really!? What’s the point of a price check app. Also the price check scanners throughout the store were all not working either. From Walmart I would expect this, from Bloomingdale’s I would not! This app is useless in my opinion.

It used to be good. I always like to use app instead of the website but this app makes things hard and complicated after each update and push me to use the website instead. I’m point some big issues that I have. •first, I noticed in the new update there is an extra banner on top of your list under search bar which is for ads!! It’s a big banner for a phone’s screen and you are not able to get rid of it. Not to mention when you’re looking for something you have all the search panel on top and this leads you to just see 2 items in your screen at the time when you wanna check something. This is a huge turn down if you wanna look for something with the app and complete waste of time!!! •second, when there is one size available for an item, I’m not able to see the size on that! In fact, you need to add the item to your bag and see the size at checkout which is not normal. I don’t know the reason for this but again it is such a waste of time and nonsense. •Third, as we all want to have a easy to use app specially for shopping this app crashes a lot more than usual (compare to other shopping apps) which makes it inconvenient for users. I hope the developers fix this issues soon because in this case I perefer to use the website than the app.

Get it together Bloomingdales!. I placed an order this past weekend and found out the next day it was cancelled. I called customer service to ask why and they were unable to provide a reason. The rep placed the order for me again and 24 hrs later I see no evidence on my account the order was actually placed. Every time I want to use gift cards for my online order I have to go thru the hassle of calling customer service to place the order because the website will not recognize the giftcards. I am also unable to use my loyalty rewards. Get your systems fixed please!

Site is terrible. I can’t delete an item from the wish list, I can’t make the wish list shows 1 item row instead of 2 which shortens the description of the item so I have to click on the item to see the description then go back to the list again. Also more sorting options are needed. The promotion is not very clear.

Woman’s shoe department. I have shopped at Bloomingdales for over forty five years yes there has been changes yes there has been many changes some good some Maybe not so good for me there is a shoe salesman name Scott at the Willow Grove Mall he will try his best to be helpful I wanted a pair of shoes by Aqura they were not in my size I tried to MAKE the smaller size fit Didn’t work he said “i will check and maybe another store might have them in your size” today is Tuesday I need by Saturday I wanted those shores I was upset what am I going to do the closes store is in NY and I need those shoes Saturday for the fashion show on the way home all I talked about to my husband was this pair of shoes that I wanted and my toes was too long so they could not fit 8:20 at night store closes at 9 I call the shoe dept ask for Scott he remember me (the lady who was upset about her toes being too long) Scott please order me those in size 9 He was so nice I receive my shoes the Friday before the fashion show happy happy some people do try to make the customers happy they like what they do and some.... everyone is not a people person

Ability to zoom out items in your wishlist. I enjoy the app! However I wish that when you save your items in your “wishlist” you were able to see them big again, to zoom them again.

Signing of promotions is confusing. Today I received a text alert from Bloomingdales that advertised “Take $25 Off Every $125 You Spend on a Large Selection of Items”. I clicked on the mini URL, then I clicked on Home Items. At this point I expect that all products I see will be included in the promotion. Some products have the promotion listed on the product detail page, but many do not. This is very confusing. If there are items not included in the promotion, then don’t include them with products that included. Also, I am not a fan of “Discount Taken at Checkout”. I believe most consumers prefer to see the final sale price listed after all discounts for each product. I also like to see what the final % off MSRP is after all discounts are taken.

Cannot see PDF statements.. I recently unenrolled in paperless billing because I cannot see my statements. I even tried viewing them online and I cannot. I’m not sure if the reason I cannot see them online is because I am no longer enrolled in papers less billing. Nonetheless I cannot see PDF statements on my app. Please correct. I’d like to go paperless again.

Infuriating customer service. Every single time I have purchased an item I’ve had to call and verify my information. This is now the fourth order I’ve purchased that has required verification over the phone, and my information has never changed. The customer service representatives have not been helpful at all, instead they keep on telling me to check my information and place my order again. And again, my information is correct. So I am on the phone again, trying to replace the order. Absolutely not what I would expect from Bloomingdales. This is now the fourth time I have been on the phone with customer service for almost an hour, and have concluded I just won’t be ordering anything from Bloomingdales in the future.

This use to be a good app to use.. Once a upon a time, the Bloomingdale’s app was great to use. Especially when tracking your loyalist points and reward money earned. I was able to make a payment on the app and now I can’t do that anymore. This is very infuriating for me for, I can’t even make a payment online through the Bloomingdale’s website either. I basically have 3 choices which are send by mail, make a payment in store or make a payment by phone. This app needs major updates and improvements.

Tracking Past Purchases. This app can’t give you information on past purchase. Even if I link up my account with the credit card. Sometimes I want buy something I previously bought, especially make up. Check out the Target app. They do it and I didn't have to link my credit card. My credit card was already associated with my online account. Call them and ask them the technology they used, it’s great!

Wish list annoyance. Each time I go back from one of choices on my wish list, it brings me back to the very top. Also when I try to delete the item from the list, it doesn’t register that I’m trying to touch the “x” to delete so instead it brings me into the item page and when I go back guess what, I’m back again at the top of the wish list. I don’t know how many times I’d to scroll through my wish list again and again and again......so I give up after awhile, just too annoying!

REWARDS Card. I received a Rewards Gift Card yesterday at the Store towards my next purchase. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the Rewards card with me when making an online purchase today. Bloomingdales should add reward dollars to your Bloomingdales Credit Card Account so it automatically applies to any purchase either online or in the store. It will save on paper especially since you are now charging 5 cents for each paper bag. (I assume to save on paper) Macy’s automatically adds reward dollars at check out so you do not have to keep track of any paper promotional cards. You should definitely link Rewards dollars to each cardholders account. Thank you!

Difficult to order cloths. In filling out my credit and shipping information I found the Bloomingdales’ app to be clumsy. I had to enter the same information more than twice in several instances and it was very slow to accept certain characters. I also find that your filters do not work as well as they should when shopping. Several times when I selected an item the site told me my size was not available.

Always happy. I m surprised to read all the bad reviews so maybe people write only when unhappy so they deserve a good one. I bought my lingerie here a couple times and I ve been very happy and have received everything as expected day delivery and product. As a French in love with NYC but living in San Francisco Bloomingdales is a place where I find both American and European fashion brands I love .

Pointless. Downloaded to buy my wife a gift. The 15% discount you get when signing up has a million limits and doesn’t work with most brands that you shop at Bloomingdales for (so it’s basically useless and used as bait to get you to give them your information). Entering credit card information is an entirely manual process. They should at least have Apple Pay. I’d rather use a desktop computer if I have to manually enter all of the information. Deleted the app within 5 minutes of downloading.

Love Bloomie’s; App is OK. I love shopping at Bloomingdales and the app makes that easier on the go, but there is some room for improvement with this app. There are not as many filtering options as other stores/apps which makes me need to scroll through a little longer to get through the options. Also, the share-by-text feature doesn’t automatically show a preview image in iMessages, which is inconvenient when I’m sharing items with friends. Other than that it’s a good app and a great store with nicely curated high quality clothing!!

Back pack.. The bag was a hit with my daughter. She absolutely loved the quality and space available in a compact back pack. My personal experience shopping for the bag was comfortable thanks to the sales associate at the store. I always shop at Bloomingdales because of the personal assistance I always get from my favorite associate.

Sandra. Your website it awful. I just called last week to order over the phone because my password wasn’t accepted and resetting the password was a nightmare. I reset it with help on the phone. I just had the same experience right now. I reset it again. I know from talking to the man last week that’s it’s what the website does continually. It’s more than a nuisance, it’s a waste of my time. When i can’t order from Bloomingdales online I give up and go the Lord And Taylor on line or other vendors that are easier to navigate. I have coupons so I am back to Bloomingdales but honestly you are more work than my time is worth.

Wedding registry app glitch. I selected items off of a wedding girlfriend registry and when I tried to check out the couple’s address didn’t auto fill. I called customer service and they eventually determined that there was a glitch in the app. The agent told me he had to transfer me to his supervisor. I held for 5 minutes and then the call disconnected. This was my second time trying to place this order. Today’s experience took over an hour and I never got the issue resolved. I finally texted the groom and got the address from him...which I really really didn’t want to have to bother him with.

App not opening. I got an email my order is being shipped and now the app won’t let me log in . Gave me a number to call since my password isn’t wrong and I got a voice machine telling me to only reset my password . App keeps crashing and i asked to speak to someone and ended up being silent for 5-6 seconds then the call ended from the voice automatic machine . Hope the online site works fine with my account.

Items in Cart. My biggest complaint with this app - and its very inconvenient - is that I can’t go back and view the detailed page of the items I have in my cart. I’ll often scroll through black dresses, put a few in my cart to compare later, and then get frustrated when I can’t actually click into the full item description/enlarged pictures. Seems like such an easy fix/request.

Excellent service, fast delivery. I have ordered multiple items in the past few months .I received excellent speedy service. Bloomingdales has excellent customer service as well. Shopping using their app is very organized. Thanks Bloomingdales for always treating your customer with the highest regard!

Wishlist needs to be more seamless. When you add an item to your wishlist, you should just be able to press the heart and it should just add to your wishlist automatically but it asks what color and what size you want, which is annoying when you’re trying to shop for a certain item and trying to just breeze through. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

Online acct info should carry over to App. I spent a good 15-20min trying to get my shipping/pick-up straightened out and after all said & done, 3 of the items that were in my brown bag were unavailable. Usually when I order online, I don’t have any problems like this, just a simple click click click and i’m done, but because I had to verify certain areas of the order, I missed out on what I really wanted to purchase. Not using the app again.

Easy way to shop. I really enjoyed shopping on the Bloomingdales app as I was tempted by the email offer to save 25% on an order. The app downloaded quickly it was easy, clear and concise in usage. Everything was available once you logged in - credit card number and loyalist rewards for easy viewing. Thanks for being able to shop away from home or away from my PC.

They don’t have items they advertise. This is the third time I order something and they don’t have the item. I ordered shoes to pick up same day at Beverly Center, which isn’t close to me, and when I got there they informed they don’t have the shoes and there was nothing they could do Twice I’ve order items for same day delivery and they cancel the orders after I’ve paid saying there’s nothing they can do. I ordered something for Father’s Day and apparently they use door dash. The carrier decided not to leave my package at the door like every other package I receive. I wasn’t contacted and they simply cancelled again. When I called customer service they said again there’s nothing they can do and they’ll see if they can refund the delivery charge. I asked to speak with a supervisor because it’s not the first time and the representative said no. It’s completely unacceptable for a place like Bloomingdale’s to have to many issues and don’t make things right by their customers. I for one will not be ordering online anymore from them.

Horrible experience purchasing an item. I had put two items in my cart on the app and then realized I couldn’t use my Rewards unless I called and spoke to a live Bloomingdale’s representative which is ridiculous in and of itself. Anyway, it’s been a week since I bought and received those items in the mail but my shopping cart still has the items in it on the app - seriously? They have been purchased under my account which I am logged into on the app - those should not still be in my cart. Very frustrating purchase experience.

Problems with the app. This app needs improvement. Once you click on “size” to make a selection, there is no way to actually select a size. The “Done” button does nothing. You are trapped in the scroll menu without being able to choose a size and must close out of the app altogether to escape it. The app also crashes frequently. I tried to place an order and most of the items were sold out by the time I finally made it to checkout. It was extremely frustrating. I will only be using the website from here on out.

My Experience with Bloomingdales. I decided to download the app and found a great number of deal son Saturday. So I also decided to apply for the credit card. There are no Bloomingdales in my location. Do, I can only shop online with them. Anyway - I placed my order and spent several hours on the phone asking them to use my new card. The order was canceled several times. I ended my call where the agent assured me her supervisor would place my order for me. I came to find out this morning that my order was canceled again. Much of the items I wanted are no longer available and the major discounts are gone. Ugh. It was a horrible experience. I even had trouble leaving a more private comment.

It’s a disaster not an app. I believe a department store like Bloomingdales should have a much better app than this!!! It’s so complicated to place an order that at some point you end up going to other websites to buy staff! 1. Payment options: the app is so sensitive that every time you have to re-enter the information over and over again. If you want to change your payment method or you want to use more than one card forget it! You will get a headache. 2. If you want to add a gift card or you have a store credit there is no way you can guess where to input the information. And again you have to go back, call customer service( which is great by the way) and find out how to do it. And, of course, you have to start from step one!!! It’s not good for such a respectable and famous store to have this type of app.

Defaults some items to pick up. Whenever I’ve bought a few items at once, it always sneaks one item into “pick up at store” mode while keeping the rest as delivery. Trying to undo this is nearly impossible, and requires a gauntlet of emails back and forth. The problem never gets corrected; it just gets cancelled after two weeks.

Dorian Mec. Bloomingdales truly is the greatest store in the world ! In person or on line , I always have a stellar shopping experience that includes fabulous perks, great discounts, prompt shipping or pick up and wonderful selection. My go to store for everything. I’ll always be a Bloomies girl !

Solid app, missing a few features. This app is great and well-designed, but I wish you could swipe to see all the pictures and item has from the main search results page.

App really needs bugs fixed. Love Bloomingdales but the app always glitches. My current issues is cant pick a size. App just freezes so wont let you save or purchase anything. Have force quit it multiple times but doesn't fix anything. You're better off going in person and just hoping they have what you want in stock.

Makes searching for favorite brands easy. This app is clear, fast and has good search fields. It is something you can do when you just have a few minutes. Great efficiency to check out too. Bravo design and programming!

The best fit Levi’s. These jeans are very good quality. I am in between sizes I can fit a size 29 but after a few hours wearing them they get loose around the waist. Next time I will order a size 28. Overall I love my purchase. I would recommend these denim.

Completely disappointing. I’ve been a Bloomingdales customer/loyalist for decades. This app has major flaws that continue to go ignored by the developers. 1. Size - the app “freezes” the ability to modify sizes in drop down menus. You have to use the website to build your shopping cart, then come back to the app to complete the purchase if you want to take advantage of app exclusive specials 2. Payments - you cannot pay a current/statement balances if you have a scheduled payment. You get a weird error message stating you must maintain a balance of at least .01. Adjusting the payment doesn’t resolve. Again, go the website. Very frustrating and discouraging shopping experience.

Room for improvement. Hard to delete items once added to bag Glitches won’t allow all items to load when you filter. Maybe just needs update.

Feedback. It would be nice if you had a shop a looks section in the app. I have a hard time putting outfits together and it would be helpful to have personal recommendations based on my liked looks.

Love but technical problems. Normally love Bloomingdales and the app is usually pretty easy to navigate; however since the last update keeps saying “having technical difficulties” and intermittently shows my wishlist empty. The app needs a fix so I can get my shopping fix!

21st century and beyond. I am super particular about clothing and have only really shopped for new clothes at Bloomingdales and Macy’s. This app is awesome, just ordered some stuff I wanted, it took about 2 seconds, and I used PayPal. So easy and a pretty app/ layout. Bloomingdales has the best stuff IMO...

This Apps is easy to use. I love using the Bloomingdales App I can browse very quickly and even when I leave out and come back the app remembers where I left off during my visit on the site.

Black Beauties. I received my shoes and was VERY excited! They fit as if they were customized just for me. I don’t care where I go shopping or what the cost is, I will NEVER find a shoe that looks this good on my feet or make me feel like I’m a black beauty! Kudos to Bloomingdale’s for getting to me in such a timely manner!

Cannot ever check out on app!!. I have gone through three updates over the course of 6 months and each time I’m astonished nothing has changed as far as app functionality. When trying to check out the app just spins until it crashes. I can’t ever check out. So, I call up Nordstrom have them match the price and check out seamlessly with them from the start if I see a price difference. I won’t bother with my time on the app any longer.

Riverside customer service ...NONE. Honey posted a review of the show dept From dec24th and I now have had the same horrific level of service myself. When I escalated to shoe dept Manager that the sales person refused to accept my online exchange and made me return and wait for credit to process and then repurchase... we were leaving for a 2 week vacation and between my daughter and I we had about $1000 of shoes and boots and ended up walking out

App stall. For quite som time the app “stalls” when I have the option to choose a size. Pop up comes to scroll (iPhone) and then I always get stuck on the app and have to shut it down. I just use it to search and wind up shopping online.

What happened?. This app used to be great. Put Saks, Neiman and Nordstrom to shame. Don’t know what changed but between the massive display ads in search to the fact that I can’t add items to wish list, it’s gone downhill pretty fast. It’s shopping season, Bloomis. Get your act together if you don’t want to miss out on hitting your numbers for the year! Love ya, always.

Need bigger font capability on the app. Due to a very bad visual problem I am having problems navigating the app. It does not let me increase the font size like the non app version??? Any suggestions??? BAD eyes for small fonts:(

Good app with some hiccups. The app is very good to navigate and find anything and everything you are looking for. But you are unable to use your shoprunner account if you want to use the first 15% off coupon when DL the app. That’s a blow and an inconvenience when you need the items ASAP. This is ridiculous and in this day and age shouldn’t even be an issue at all!

Awful shipping experience. The app itself is good but I’ve had the worst experience receiving my online orders from here. Had 2 pairs of pants sent in the wrong size and a shirt missing from one order, and another was stuck in “processing” for 2 weeks only for them to run out of stock on my items and cancel the order. Really don’t recommend ordering anything online from bloomingdale’s unfortunately

Works like it does on the laptop. Sometimes a mobile app skips out on functionality, but not the Bloomies app. It works exactly like it would on a PC or laptop. I order from the Bloomies app all the time. It’s easy and convenient. And there are promotions for ordering thru the app. Try it!

Used Shoes. I ordered a pair of shoes online and I received a pair of dirty used shoes. I was extremely disappointed. I usually don’t have issues with online purchases so I am not going to hold this against Bloomingdales. Please have your shipping department check merchandise before boxing and sending it.

Formal Gala Dresses. You need a formal gown or dress and it’s 3 am - the solution is phone & Bloomingdales app! Selection range vast and beautiful — availability to pick when store opens! I did not have to input my card number - automatically went to card & loyalist number! Smart app - an Extremely Satisfied Customer!

They will charge your credit card fraudulently. Bought a couple things for a certain price and started noticing that they would start charging my credit card for random amounts. And I got no help from customer service. Do not use this app they will charge your credit card without even purchasing an item!!

Frustrating app. I love shopping at Bloomingdales but I find the app very frustrating. I often have trouble logging in and am forced to reset my password. Additionally, I recently tried to place an order and a message appeared saying they were experiencing technical difficulties and to try again. I tried several times. Finally I realized that my previous B card had expired and I hadn’t put in my new info yet. Would have been helpful if the message said “please enter a valid card”. Other apps do that.

Quick & Easy App👍🏼. Just downloaded the Bloomingdales app, so quick and easy. Shopping info was easy to find what I wanted, filled in some information, and DONE! I’ll be sure to use it as my main reference on the go! Thanx Bloomies!

The Worst Online Website!. I am shocked that a company such as Bloomingdales would have such a backward, inconvenient, and troublesome website! I can honestly say that the thought of having to do any further online shopping makes me cringe. If you are interested in finding out why please contact me. Not user friendly. When you click on their specials like”additional 25% off sale”, it will show ALL sale items including the items that ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for the additional sale

Love my bloomies. Bloomingdales has always been a staple for me. It has the brands I want and the sales people are always looking out for me, letting me know about future sales, pre-selling and going the extra mile to help me find my color or size. Don’t ever close!

Even easier to buy, oh my!. I can browse and shop anywhere. I wish the size recommendations would sync with my regular on line account but the convenience is worth it.

Botkier black tote. I love this bag. I have a gold one and black one and I might buy them in every color!!! They are a great grade of leather and the inside side pockets are so handy for phone/credit card. Throw it over your shoulder and go. Easy to get in and out of and a handy shopping bag for small items

Glitchy and hard to use. The app functionality is not great. Recently opened it for the first time in a while, and 90(!!!) random things showed up in my cart, that i don’t see through the web browser. I reset my password in case they had been hacked. But I had to individually delete every single item by swiping, and then waiting a while. I tried deleting the app to clear the cart to no avail. Seriously sad user interface.

Doesn’t work correctly. I selected my items and selected the delivery method/shipping speed (expedited) through the app, everything looked correct, I paid for the correct amount. I checked my email and delivery method was set to standard. I don’t know if the information didn’t transfer over or if Bloomingdale’s couldn’t fulfill my order in time. I contacted the customer service department and they were unable to help. I will be deleting the app.

Easy to use. I like how my Bloomies credit card and loyalist rewards are accessible through the app. It lets you know that you have rewards available to use. No searching through emails for rewards needed.

App is Messed Up!. What just happened to this app? Now when I go to mens clothing (jeans and denim) The filter option is completely gone and the only option is sort??? How can your developers or whatever 3rd party company you use, not see this huge a screw up? I’ve restarted the app dozens of times and still have same problem.

So lovely. These little fellows will make you smile. So cheerful when they are bouncing. I have two on top of my refrigerator. They match my decor and are perfect in action after opening or closing the refrigerator. Thanks Bloomingdales for carrying them. I wouldn’t have known about them otherwise.

Dependable quality.. Bloomingdale’s is truly a one stop place to shop, online or in store. I trust Bloomies to carry top quality for a surprisingly affordable price. Adding in their always excellent customer service, means Bloomingdale’s is the place to shop first.

Zero for the app and no privacy (stolen card). This app keeps freezing up and crashing even when fully updated. When you scroll all the way down or brings hour glass it doesn’t move or crash. Bloomingdale’s app has zero security and all cc info compromised and stolen. Don’t even give them your debit card. I always delete and log out. You should really look into how wonderfully designed Nordstrom app is.

Horrible App. More than twice, I had to contact customer service and place my order over the phone due to poor App. It does not allow one to continue at the checkout although all the information was entered correctly. I tried check out Numerous of times this morning, but it did not allow me. I decided that I would not proceed with the purchase, and would not be calling to place my order.

Ability to zoom out items in your wishlist. I enjoy the app! However I wish that when you save your items in your “wishlist” you were able to see them big again, to zoom them again.

Does the job. This app is very convenient for both making purchases, as well as managing account(s). Have been successful so far and would recommend for other frequent Bloomingdales shoppers and credit card holders.

Experience. This is one store I always love shopping at . Every time I come in my experience is excellent. The people greet you and acknowledge you and they always have something I want. I wish all stores were like this.

Easy. Very easy to use. Only problem was after entering four Bloomingdales gift cards, I received for Christmas, when I went back to change an item in my cart I had to re-enter all four gift cards again. Otherwise like the app.

Easy to use. This app is great, faster and quicker to use than losing the site via safari. I’d recommend! Also easy to view your bag while you shop and keep editing.

This app is terrible. This app always freezes and doesn’t allow you to select options when shopping for shoe sizes or clothing sizes. Every time I try to select something I get stuck and have to close and reopen and the only way to finish my purchase is to go through the website.

This store has the best. Well I’m more then happy to shop here they always have my styles I’m looking for and the best brands I love at a lower price and with there loyalty points you could buy anything that others store won’t do here you could buy anything.

Out of luck on Apps only sales :’(. The app is great to browse but if they are running an apps only sale I am out of luck!! Once I find something and go to get the size it opens to view and scroll on the sizes only but won’t let me choose; then I have to arrow out cause it gets stuck. I have troubleshooted numerous times and still same issue. I have updated, erased, reloaded … IOS issue?

Terrible app. Store deserves better.. Great shopping for stuff until you have to fill up everything to pay. Not intuitive. Types from the far right (very odd). Doesn’t “remember” your info. Have to type everything again and again. It says “technical issues” instead of saying something is not possible or not available.

App acting out. This app was great, and don’t know what happened with all my information because it suddenly disappeared from the app. I deleted the app and reinstalled again and still wasn’t working. Can’t see my order history and my points, and also I placed two orders and never got the confirmation email and had issues with the delivery and return.

Too much repeat information. I had to input my e-mail, phone and address too many times. There should be an option where I can ask to duplicate the first info I input. I almost didn’t go through with the order because it was too much work. Luckily I really wanted the dress. 🙂
