Doesn’t stay logged in. If I forget to open the app every couple hours I no longer see any missed called nor do I get any notifications Edit: I don’t get push notifications because the app doesn’t stay LOGGED IN. It works fine otherwise

Must use but clunky. The software is a big clunky and is not elegant. Poorly interfaces with iOS.

Works well on alohatone.com. Push , encryption, HD and call recording working well with Alohatone.com dedicated PBX

Disappointing use over wifi and caller ID. I’ve been using this app for a couple of months. I am continually disappointed over its performance over Wi-Fi. I try using it with a very strong and fast signal. I keep getting bad reception notifications and the other caller says that the service is choppy. I know the issue is with the app, not the caller on the other end of the line. I therefore always have to go make calls over LTE instead. In addition, caller ID for wireless callers is useless. The caller ID only says “wireless caller” but not the name or phone number of the caller. Not helpful

Fix iPhone Echo Please. We have hundreds of users and are frustrated by lack of consistent echo cancelation on the iPhone App. It happens on 60+ % of calls. For some reason iPad app doesn't have the problem. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. iPhone 5 primarily we think.

Great. Great product. Very stable. Great features!

Great. One improvement would be to move the end call button to different place on screen so it is not in same place as answer. I tend to hang up right after I answer because there is a slight delay

Dropped calls. ALWAYS DROPs calls

Drop calls. My calls get dropped no matter where I’m at. When using my cell phone app. This is very frustratingly I use this app for work and can be in a important phone and lost the person on the other line. Then that person has to call our phone and hope they hit the right extension to reach myself!

Very Good App. It does what it promises to offer. Very simple to use yet amazing.

Decent alternative to having a desk phone when you’re on the road or working from home. I really like this app. My only problem is sometimes calls go straight to voicemail.

Really good app; frees us up. This app is very useful, since it allows us to have our office phone "with us", even when we're away from the office. I haven't had any problem with bugs. It also allows you to have your staff work remotely on those days when a family emergency or other circumstance keeps them away from the office. I highly recommend it.

Bria. The app is okay but comparing this one to the Yellow Bria, this one does not stay running on the background so you have to open de app several times a day to ensure the calls come in (even tho I have the option for run in background on) otherwise the call will go to voicemail. Please fix this!!!!!!!

Good idea but simply unreliable. I've been using, or trying to use this App for several months. Same issues persist. Unreliable connection on wireless data, when other services (Skype, Viber) run reliably. Also server simply loses connection intermittently (wifi and data) and App requires reboot or call to tech support to reset. Lastly on wifi, network quality can be very low, while other services are robust. Overall I would not recommend this App.

Sucks. I hate it

Next to useless. This app can't stay connected, so for all practical purposes it's useless. Even moving within different WIFI hubs in the same network disconnects it, and it obviously has no concept of auto reconnect. Same goes when moving to cellular. Connecting while on cellular is a crapshoot at best. Keep getting notorious FORBIDDEN errors!

Works great!. The app works as advertised with very clear audio.

Good voice quality. Works very well over changing bandwidth. Sometimes client deregisters and needs to be manually registered back, but generally - very useful

Dropped calls !!. Very often losing connection, dropping calls…

Inconsistent. Constantly receiving error messages that the app cannot connect. Uber frustrating.

Good with fast connection. Works good with wifi and LTE. Not reliable on 3G or connections under 3 Mbps

Great phone quality. Using Bria for corporate use and phone works great with no notable issues.
