Helpful for harried ADHDer. Being a self-employed freelancer with inattentive type ADHD means I’ve tried — and quit using— just about every type of organizer you can imagine. I usually wind up feeling the app/system is missing something. I decided to try this and began slowly (not my usual gung-ho style), and much to my surprise, it’s replacing several other apps. I’m a month into using it and I love it. It’s not only helped me stay focused on the task at hand, it’s helping me maximize and prioritize work knowing what pays the best hourly rate now for sure. It’s also helping me better manage my precious time for life away from work. Definitely worth a try for others with ADHD!

Great app, easy and intuitive. My time allocation at work is split 80%/20%. Great app, easy and intuitive. My time allocation at work is split 80% / 20% and I constantly get challenged on where my time is being spent. This and especially the category feature has made it easy to defend my actual time allocation. I’m an engineer who, at my level, never would have expected to need to track my time but I do and this has made it easy. Before I’d have to export my outlook calendar into excel configure some logic and categorize everything, very manual and every time it took me a couple of hours to communicate my work allocation. And my outlook doesn’t capture most of my work, all the non-meeting activities. But with the export feature I send that pie chart to concerned parties and I’m done. It’s great to have this at my fingertips.

Excellent. Amazing app to track your time. Easy to create categories and tasks. You can group task into a category. Syncs up with Apple Watch that makes easy to turn on or off a task. ATracker can synch up with your calendar and can easily associate or convert calendar task to a task on the app. One can set up time based alert on a specific task if it is going over time. Great reporting features that shows time spent on a specific categories and task. One can view activity report by day, week, month and custom date range. You can also back up with cloud and export your activities into an CSV. I suggest to explore the app and get used the features and buttons then it’s easily peasy.

Changed My Life in One Day. I have been trying to kick my social media addiction for way too long, and this app helped me do it in one day. In the past, I had tried to limit my social media time by scheduling certain times of the day that I was allowed to be on it, but that ended up being too restrictive for my personality. Now, I can limit myself to one hour each day, but have the freedom to use that hour in bits and pieces throughout the day at any time that I want. I simply tap my social media task in Atracker, and it starts my timer. I get notified at 50 minutes and then again at 60 minutes, so the only thing that’s up to me is honoring the commitment when the 60 minute notification lets me know!

Amazing tool to get handle on time. Not sure where the day goes by? Well then you are like me and will immensely benefit from this wonderful tool! There’s a bit of learning curve but if you are looking for a time tracker you probably are serious about changing yourself. I highly recommend setting up all activity categories/projects ahead of time. Don’t waste time on going down to task level even though the tracker calls it tasks. That will make it easier for you to see where you are spending time and also to put enough time on key activities/projects (goals). I think goals is part of the $5 pro version that you should be using if you are serious about change.

Great app. I'm using this app to guide myself and caregivers on activities to work on with my special needs daughter. I also upgraded the same day. It's great to have a more accountable routine. I have coloured activities in terms of physical and sedentary to get a easy view on the pie chart of how active she was that day. She has cerebral palsy and needs to work on getting stronger to achieve her walking goals. I keep reviewing and tweaking the day and activities to give her the most productive day for her needs. It also allows the caregiver to know exactly what needs to be done and there is a lot less down time. It's going to make a huge difference for the future of my daughter. This app has helped so much and I'm sure we will be using it everyday!!! Well worth the money.

Great & easy time app!. UPDATE: I have been using this app for months now, and it continues to be so helpful to me! At first, I was using it only to track my hours for different projects. I am now utilizing the charts & reports, and find seeing how my time is being spent to be very useful, too! I can also select a time period and get my hours for work reporting with ease. In general, anyone who needs to track hours for individual billing or project management will benefit from this app! I have been using this app for about six weeks to track different projects at work, and it’s exactly what I need! I love being able to tap to start and stop for each project. I can go back and edit, as needed, and I now have an easy way to accurately track my time.

I feel like previous buyers should be given a refund. I paid full price for this app before they introduced the yearly subscription model. When I bought it, it included the option to sync between my iPhone and Apple Watch. This feature was the only reason I bought it. Now they’ve added a higher tier that adds a web browser tracker w/ a recurring subscription. It’s fine that I don’t get this feature because it wasn’t available when I paid. Fair enough. But they ALSO TOOK AWAY the option to sync w/ my watch and added that to the subscription tier. This is completely unfair.

Simple, intuitive, free but I upgraded. This app is perfect for what I need - a simple, intuitive way - to capture times on several different tasks throughout the day. Got the Free version which allows you to Track 5 tasks (I believe?) - trick is it already comes loaded with 3 or 4 sample tasks but you can edit those to suit you. Shortly after I had the apo I realized there were more tasks for me to capture so I upgraded to the Full version for a few bucks, don't remember the price but it was inexpensive. To Developers: please allow user to track multiple items at the same time. Currently, when I do one task & switch to another, the timer on the first one stops. Example: I 'clock-in' when I start work (Timer 1 started), then I click 2nd Timer - "Reading Email" to track how much of my day is sucked-dry by email. Timer 2 starts, but Timer 1 stops.

Perfectly simple time tracking. This app is the best. Exactly what I wanted. I filled in a million types of “tasks” (I put in : talking in the phone, talking to family, texting, emailing, studying, and more) and then just click between the millions of options I put in to track my time. I’m not sure if I just haven’t figured it out yet but it looks like I can’t track two things at the same time if I am “multi-tasking”. But it is a good reminder that I can’t actually do two things at once and I can see what one thing I am actually doing more than the other. I used this obsessively for a few days and kind of burned out. If I can remember to use it it’s great. I think I need to find a balance with it. Maybe delete or simplify the amount of tasks I have (group them). It won’t be as specific but it’ll be easier to use. I’m going to see if there is an iwatch version of it. Having to constantly take out my phone to switch what I’m tracking is a little weird/annoying because I do a million things a day and taking it out in front of other people feels a bit rude. But it’s still amazing. It also helps keep me motivated. Really. I’m super grateful for the other reviews. They describe it really well. Thanks guys!

Life-changing. I've been using this app for the past 1.5 years, and I would struggle without it. It's such an easy to use tool that I use it to track almost everything. In the beginning, it was to see where all my time was going, since my days just hadn't seemed very productive. Now, I mainly use the tasks so that I have motivation to focus on what I said, rather than drifting off. A few weeks ago I tried to operate without it, and while my natural time-management improved, I wasn't nearly as productive as this app took the question out of everything. Bought pro for $5 over a year ago and haven't looked back.

Perfect for personal projects. I wanted to track time spent on personal projects so that I could keep myself on track and build good habits. Most habit trackers are too simple - just a check that you met your goal — and most time trackers are designed for businesses. This one is perfect: it allows me to designate several tasks (hobbies, projects,) group them with tags, clock my time easily, add notes describing what I accomplished, and set daily time goals, and then it creates cool pie charts showing how I spent my time. And I love that the upgrade is a single payment instead of an annoying subscription model. Well worth it.

Pro Features Removed. I’ve had this app for years. Originally sync from watch to phone was included with the Pro purchase. I don’t remember there being limits to goals or anything else. The only difference with the premium subscription was access to the web app. I understand the need to make money but its not right to have features that I paid for taken away. As far as the actual app goes… I appreciate the customization options but found it hard to figure out the best way to make use of tags. A tutorial or examples somewhere would be very nice. My favorite feature is the ability to set reminders for stopping the time. I just wish there was a way to automatically apply this to every task.

Know where your time goes and change it to fit your lifestyle.. I was wondering where my time was going. I had a feeling that I didn’t have enough time in one day to do all of my things but couldn’t pinpoint what I was doing wrong with my time. After tracking the majority of my activities throughout the day using this app, I am now able to track how much time I spend doing all these little mondaine things that we all need to do in our regular lives to make it run smoothly. Now using the report from this app I can correct my behavior in spending more time in tasks that are important and less time in the ones that are not getting me anywhere.

Super app, helping for crafting your own time. This app has been really fantastic: it has a really satisfying design and is easy to use, and it has wonderful colors and graphics. I track for activities: three that I want to do more of, and one that I want to do less of. All this means, most importantly, that it has been key in helping me track time spent on activities that I want to do, and also those compulsive or addictive tasks for which I want to limit time spent the day. The editing of tasks function is great, as are the reports. Thanks so much!

Excellent. So easy to track and customize and helpful reports. The one thing I’d love is to be able to track locations and other stuff (timing of migraine symptoms and triggers, for instance, some of which I can track in a separate app) and chart them separately as a group. Like I like to keep track of when I’m in my foster room with my foster cats, but that’s not really an activity. But I can tell the app not to include that in the pie chart, which helps. But tracking potential migraine triggers by time then migraine onset and severity alongside those would be extremely helpful to be able to chart separately from my activities. Anyway: I love this and am grateful to the developers!

Excellent, worth to pay for add free and report export. It's great and simple to use for people that need to track time in different projects, tasks, etc. The widget makes it super quick and easy to start and stop / change time to another task. I highly recommend this app. The only thing I wish the team will enhance overtime is the Report view. I like the "Today" option and it would be nice to have a arrow left/ right to see the previous/ next day(s) accordingly. I'm using the. "Range" option instead but it takes a bit more time to adjust the start and end dates to view the hours and fill out my time sheet at the end of the day.

Alright ok!!. This app has taken my time management to the next level and by that I mean there was none now it’s all I think about I used to browse Snapchat maybe 6 or 7 times a day without even a second thought now I scroll towards it and right before I press it the thought comes “yea you go ahead and open that but you better start the tracker” then I’m thinking no i don’t want that on there and just like that what would’ve been the first time on Snapchat in almost 2 days becomes time I can use to get done what I need to do that I can get to bed early. I could say so much more but I will leave it at this. This app is therapeutic, innovative and whatever else you want it to be. I’d highly recommend it!!!

I LOVE this app so much!. It’s simply amazing: being neat and concise, it gets the job done without overwhelming your brain with a gazillion settings. I enrolled in a self study program, and to keep myself organized I aim for a specific number of study hours per week. This app allows me to start/stop tracking duration of my study activity with one simple click, then review my daily total as well as weekly total, be it on its own or as compared to my target goal. I wish I had the device sync functionality included in the Pro, but I understand why it makes sense to keep it under Premium. Appreciate the free version regardless. It’s a great app, great work. 👍

Life Changing!. This app is fantastic! I’d been looking for something to help me keep better track of my time for specific personal & work areas, but nothing really fit the bill until I found this. It’s so easy to understand and input/edit my data for each category & sub category and to be as detailed as I like, which is important to me (I upgraded to the full version right away in order to have more than 5 categories - well worth the one-time $5 fee). The pie chart and graph options for seeing your daily/weekly/monthly results - for all activity or just specific ones is exactly what I wanted out of an app. Well done and Thank You!!!

Tracking multiple projects with a click. I opted to pay for the full version pretty quickly because as great as the app is, having it on my computer is better. I use this for work and love the accountability it gives me. I can see how much time I’m spending on getting water, restroom, talking to co-workers, and on individual accounts. I can easily view the time spent over different periods of time, in different categories such as personal or accounts. Editing mistakes in timekeeping is incredibly easy. The “last” time feature is very helpful. It’s not the shiniest or most polished, I would guess, but the degree to which this just does what I’d expect and gives me the options I want is truly fantastic.

Great for tracking your life!. I use the app to track everything I do. I think it’s so cool to be able to look at the pie chart and see where my time goes. It helps me make improvements with my life! I love how customizable it is, yet simple! I love that I can use my Apple Watch to keep track of stuff! It’s so seamless between the devices! The app is just so good! After using this app for over a month, tracking every day, I’ve changed so much already. When you track everything you realize your habits, and it helps to change bad habits you didn’t even know you had. After using this app it’s hard to go to other apps hahah! I just want all other apps to have a lot of detail like this one has. What do I wish they did? Maybe it’s a personal preference, but I think it would be cool to be able to put the tasks in folders with drop-down menus. They do have tags that you can sort stuff with, but for me personally I would like if the tags could look like folders or something that you could drag and drop tasks into to sort. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A good program that could be better. Basically this does the job; it’s a simple program that is effective at tracking where your time goes. A minor thing that bothers me a little is that it doesn’t seem designed with me in mind. The very first set of icons to associate with your categories is dedicated wholly to infant children: a bottle, a rattle, etc. Whereas there’s virtually nothing I can use related to my business (I’m a writer) and very little that’s client-based. The icon list suggests the the app’s targeted customers are people who spend all their time on sports when they’re not burping baby. Who is going to use this app to track their time on the slopes, anyway? A few people, but not many. More attention to who’s likely to need such an app would really be. I’ve.

Simple and effective.. This is the only app I have ever written a review for. I downloaded probably 25 different apps for the purpose of tracking my time, this one wins in a landslide. I use the one time payment slightly upgraded version, but even for just the base version it’s worth the subscription. After taking some time to set up, all it takes is one tap to change tasks. If I forget to change tasks all day, I spend just a few minutes at the end of the day to catch up. Probably 5 times faster than using the original calendar app. The reporting is great too. Being able to see how my time is being spent on individual tasks, comparing them with other tasks, grouping tasks together and comparing them, it’s the whole nine yards. In the two months I have used it, I been able to get to a place where I am spending almost all of my time wisely. From 40+ hours a week playing video games and watching TV, to about 5 and still going down. Obviously that took some doing, but if you are motivated, this is the best app to help you spend ALL of your time well.

The brilliance is the simplicity. I’ve tried every task manager, calendar app etc and I was in the process of a massive deletion when I saw this app. I have severe ADHD and this combined with my Apple Watch has been a revolutionary change. I’m not being over dramatic but this app lets me run two tasks at once and that mixed with the tagging feature make it so I know how well I do when multi tasking and how I actually spend my time. For reference because I feel like there’s an app “type,” and #1 is Structured and this is right behind it. I’ve never felt like I was ripping off the developers because the price is so unbelievable before either but after purchasing this app I felt like I somehow scammed, because it’s just that well done. If I could rate more than 5 stars- this would be when.

Valuable, useful and easy to personalize. Has become one of my most important apps. Let's me track my time as a consultant with great ease and valuable live and historical-record features, including customizable date ranges. Let's me see at all times where I'm putting my hours, days, weeks and months to use. And works like a charm. My one complaint: when I deliberately pick the option that allows me to run task tracking simultaneously, every time I add or turn off a new task I get a pop up window asking if I want to turn off the other task(s), making using the simultaneous tracking mode a pain.

It’s my favorite app.. (Update) It’s my most used app on my phone. I use the history tab and set it next to my work for motivation. It keeps me focused to put in more work. It made me more productive than just clocking in and out of tasks when I first used the app. I lean on it so much that I paid the subscription every penny as it saves me lots time when getting things done. (2014) I am currently working on my time management skills and this app helps me visualize my current levels and better analyze my pitfalls and sucesses. ATrack provides me with the objective feedback necessary to develop my skills. The graphs, charts and calendar sync make it easier to see my progress. It also has a beautiful interface with customizable icons and themes. A live sync entries across devices would make the app better. Neverheless, it's still worth every penny. Note: This app mostly helps people who are already somewhat organized with their time, but it provides an easier display for the visual learner. This app achieves nothing by itself, so it's pretty much a "you get what you give" kind of app.

Best Means of Organization. Perhaps what I like most about this app is it’s preference to not restrict the user from the fine details. Many other apps, especially those designed to keep track of time, abstract those details away from the user. Love the simple and accessible UI, and the option to export the CSV data is a great touch. I wish the paid options were the same, though I do understand the choice to monetize it the way that they have. I will surely be upgrading to the monthly plan once I get in the full habit of utilizing the app. Great app, and it has helped me in keeping my life in order!

Great app, could use more robust goal tracking. I’ve been using the free version of this app for years to track time for freelance work and the amount of time spent on long craft projects. It works great for those purposes. I recently started another big project and decided to upgrade to the premium subscription so I could utilize tags and goals. Both are great additions, but I wish the goals were more robust. Currently the only options for goal setting is number of occurrences or duration of time per week. I would love to set a goal for 500 hours and then watch my progress over time toward that total goal, but there’s no option to change the goal period to more than a week.

Awesome. I have used this app for a year and decided to unlock its pro version for $5. I’d say it’s totally worth it. The free version of the app already does everything i need. I can set up multiple tasks, different goal for each task. The goal can be fine grained, from time per day to per week or month. I love the report feature. It helps breaking down the time spent for each task in the past 7 days, the current week or even a range. Even with the free version, the app saves all the tasks to calendar too so you can see your past activities on your calendar too. I have tried many different time tracking apps but this is the only one that works for me cuz it’s simple.

Amazing app to improve your time management. I’ve been using this app for a little while and absolutely love it. I was originally using it to track how much time I was spending on Reddit, but now I use it to track my entire day to see how much I’m working, cooking, driving, relaxing, etc. It’s most powerful with the Shortcuts app where you can track when certain apps are opened or start a tracker with a voice command. It’s really helped with my productivity and cutting down on time-consuming apps or activities. I highly suggest downloading and using this app to track your activities and help manage your time!

Awesome for tracking time against multiple projects. I used this app every single day in 2018 to track every minute of my time to better understand how I was spending it and become more aware of where I was wasting it. I learned a lot and since then I’ve used it almost every single day to continue tracking my time at work. Being able to export so easily to CSV makes it a piece of cake for me to figure out how much time should be charged to each project when it’s time to submit my time sheet. I appreciate all the improvements and added functionality the team has added over the years. I cannot recommend this app highly enough.

GREAT! Simple but amazing for time tracking. I’m really bad at telling how much time passes with certain tasks, and I’ve been trying to find an app that helps with that. Other apps were a little too flashy with their design that it was distracting, as well as some having features that I needed but had to pay for. Like having more than 3 tasks or being able to see a monthly overview. ATracker doesn’t need that! On the free version it gives you 5 free task adds, which is all you need really for tracking basic stuff like Work, Meal times, Breaks, Shower Time. (For a remote worker at least) The time tracker is simple enough with just one push of a button. And the widgets aren’t bad either! I even created personal IPhone shortcuts to start/stop time tracking when I open specific apps. (Good for telling how much time you goof off haha) Goals were a great function too! I can tell how much time I need to work now. Tried ATracker for a couple of weeks, and bought the upgraded version! Worth it! One time purchase too. :) Would recommend to students with ADHD. I’ll consider buying the pc version when I get a job in the future!

Versatile, reliable. Nice time tracking app. Very light and straightforward: you press a button it starts a timer, you press a different button it starts a different timer. It doesn’t have many more features, but I like that because it lets me track my time the way I want to, rather than using some prescribed technique (pomodoro or whatever). It’s data presentation is similarly straightforward, pie chart and list of totals, but you can export to excel (or anything that takes .csv) for more advanced data manipulation. I wish you could customize the csv files a little more, as it is I have to eliminate and rearrange some rows by hand before doing any analysis... but it’s nothing that takes more than a minute.

Handy little app. I like how simple it is to start/stop and modify tasks. Some of the instructions are wanting, and I wish I understood what some of them (like the “shuffle” icon )are supposed to do...I wish I could drag and drop to a suitable order, or see all of my tasks, grouped (instead of filtering just one group at a time) if there is a way to see a daily report on just one task, I can’t find it...a graph showing how much I’m improving on spending more or less time on a certain task over a week o(or month or year) would be helpful to me. Nonetheless, overall I’m glad I purchased this app. Got a message from developer! There IS a way to drag and drop tasks and it is by using the cryptic “shuffle” icon! Hit shuffle, then drag and drop from the right side! I can’t improve my 5-Star rating, but for me, this is a big improvement.

Works great. Does what it says and once you learn The tricks and set up it is even better 2d review yup it's that good. I could Get into the fine details of how easy it Is to add events you may have forgotten. Perhaps the simplicity of changing events could be mentioned. No I think just saying it does what it say without question is worth a 5 This is my third review. I think it is a five. I could spend more time writing down notes for each event that I record. I do not. But I do find it useful when I do. The APP does exactly what it says it's going to do. I use use this app every day Monday through Sunday when I use it for work. It does a great job. If I wanted to break down the hours to specific tasks it is easily done. If I want to add times over a 30 day. It's easily done. Exported to Excel is easy. It's a great product. 4th review I see they now have a subscription price and the app will now do things it could not. I will not purchase the subscription. The Pro does fine so if I were to rate it as a stand allow now it would be 4

Please revive the original display!!!!. I've been a faithful user of aTracker for years, and been subscribed to it because I loved all the features. However, several months ago, the main tracking display has been updated and I find it VERY disturbing.. Even if I do certain task for 5 minutes, it is displayed as if I've done it for 30 minutes because a minimum width has been set for displaying the task name and duration time. It was not like this before; PLEASE let users to at least choose to use the original version. This app is for tracking time and seeing the time usage intuitively, but this update is making this goal NOT attainable. I'm 100% certain that most of the users will be able to distinguish tasks according to the designated colors of each task.

Powerful, flexible and easily customizable. This app does everything I want. I am able to track the time I spend doing professional development, the time I spend preparing curriculum and the time I spend actually teaching. The reason I downloaded it is that I am a computer science instructor and I wanted to know how much time I actually put in for the amount of money I get for each class. I get paid a set price per class rather than by the hour, so I wanted to figure out what my hourly rate actually ended up being. I’ve been tracking the time I spend learning a new programming language, the time I spend developing curriculum and once I am assigned a class, the time I spend actually teaching the class and grading assignments. It’s been perfect for that. I could build my own app, but why when this one does everything I need? It’s flexible, easily customizable and has never crashed.

Amazing. I needed something to help keep track of everything I did throughout the day to prove that I need another full-time nurse in my office. This app is exactly what I was looking for. It’s incredibly easy to set up and use. It allows you to enter your information quickly and easily with just a touch of a button/category. I have aproximately 10 categories that I needed to keep track of (emails, nursing visits, travel, collaboration, phone calls, pharmacy, patient charting, etc. etc.) so I had to update from the free version because it only allowed five categories. It cost just pennies and worth every cent! The pie chart is so helpful. I can’t wait to take this information to my supervisors. They won’t be able to argue with facts! Thank you! Thank you for such a wonderful app!!!!

Simple as in elegant as in almost perfect!. I have a sophisticated task manager where I enumerated all tasks I could possibly think of, but I was always not finishing them. Bought this app to get a handle on why. Tried it because it looked simple to use and I could keep the data local. Bought it a day later because it also was very flexible, gave me history and reports that were just just what I want and best of all I could go back to adjust the data to correct entry errors! I hope the developer keeps this same, simple, functionality and would pay $ubscription to not make it much more complicated. Only complexity I could see would being able to export history and report summaries as CSV files for excel and possibly optional tags for more flexibility.

I love this app.. Ever since I read "Deep Work" by Cal Newport I was looking for something to track my time so I could use it more wisely. Tried a few competitors but either they required too much time to update or didn't offer enough flexibility with logging tasks. This app solves both of these issues. It's super quick whenever I need to update it and switching between tasks is a breeze. I, like many other reviewers, got the paid version right away and did not regret it. This has already added so much value to my life and it's only been a week. One suggestion I have is to offer a third view for analytics. So far we have bar graph and pie chart, but I would love to see a linear, hour by hour breakdown of my day. That way I know if I need to adjust my morning or evening schedule to achieve my goals. Thanks again for creating a wonderful app.

Great but. I purchased and use this app all the time, and it's great for so many things. My only complaint is in the "REPORT" tab. For some reason "7 Days" only does 6 days instead of 7-24 hour periods. This adds several unnecessary steps of setting a date-range to see what I've logged in the last week. Is it possible to make "7 Days" simply "this day/time last week?" Also, the report seems to ignore the option/setting of when my day starts. So things I logged on Monday will show up as Monday or Tuesday depending on which part of the app I'm using. These inconsistencies make the report function either cumbersome/less useful. It's a great app all around, wonderful even with my gripes. There are frequent updates and features being added. Anyone looking to organize or track their life should have this app.

Great App. Very Customizable.. I like being able to record whatever I want to record and the interface is great. It took a little getting used to but it’s very intuitive. It would be nice to even add some logical expressions to the goals. Such as when I set a daily and monthly goal for the same task. For instance reading, I have a goal of reading 4 books a month (1 per week) and breaking that down on average of 9 hours of reading time to accomplish one book. So I would set my daily goal at 1 hour 17 minutes per day of reading (9 hour book divided by 7 days in a week). Then I would set my monthly goal as an occurrence for 4 occurrences to meet the goal. Each occurrence would be fulfilled if 9 hours of reading were achieved for the 7 day period of time. That way it automatically tracks my progress and when I look at the status of the goals or reports it’s in an easy to view format showing however many books I’ve read so far this month based off the duration of time read on a daily basis.

Phenomenal time tracking app. It requires a slight learning curve but once you know how to use it, it’s extraordinarily powerful. I once saw a show between two very successful and accomplished people. They thought they had incredibly productive lives until they started tracking their time carefully and minutely. It was then they realized how much time was lost to unproductive endeavors. Social media, anyone? My life has vastly improved using this app. I am more laser focused and aware of how my time is spent and can now warn myself when I see myself beginning to waste time. What you will find is how much time in a day you actually do have to accomplish your goals and those outside excuses you used before are really inside excuses. And now what are you going to do when you look at the mirror and realize it’s not your job, the kids, and your commute that are keeping you from achieving your goals, whatever they may be.

Easy to use time tracker. Easy to keep track of hours worked for different projects. Customizable colors and icons. Concurrent or consecutive tasks via timers. Able to create or edit entries quickly. Add notes to each entry. Change the display order of timers to most convenient sequence or alpha order if that is preferred. Rounding up or down by as much as +/- 30 minutes. Pick any day to start the week. Zoom in or out to show more/less entries in the calendar view. Reports easy and intuitive to understand. Pie charts, bar charts easy to print/export in CSV format (pick date/time format for export). 12/24 hour settings available. Worth the $2.99 one time price. Just wish I could hide the notes on some tabs to make it less cluttered. And distinguish total hours from start/end times a little better so easier to see.

Easy to use, easy to personalize. I have to admit that I downloaded this app because when DH comes home and says "what did you do all day" it makes me consider homicide. So instead of going to hail for murder, I downloaded a handful of apps that I could use to show him every minute of my day is busy. Out of all the apps, this one is my favorite. I got rid of all the other ones. This one lets me pick colors and icons for my activities and I can add activities as I go through the day or ex post facto. I can make things as specific or vague as I want--which is important to me. More than showing DH that I don't eat fritos and watch soaps all day, it is really helping me analyze and see where I could be more effective in time management. You can even set alarms to remind you to do things. Although this is not a feature I currently use, I appreciate that it is there in case I decide to use it later.

Intuitive app. You can tell the developers and product managers actually uses this app, every feature I thought would be useful there’s a way to use it in the app. I found setting daily and weekly goals for the same task very helpful and unique. Same as assigning labels to different tasks helps me see how many hours I work per week etc. I first tried it 4 years ago during pandemic, I switched to different apps and came back last month to get premium. I highly recommend for free lancer and students, can’t think of a better time tracking app.

Most Productive App I Have Ever Owned. Quite possibly the best productivity app I have ever owned. The seamless integration with my calendar and one button reporting is perfect. I am an industrial engineer and wear 8 hats... literally... my time is very important while I am at work and I need to spend it on the right things at the right times. After spending 30 min and setting up custom active tasks, I was up and running. I also have an Apple Watch and have it setup to where I do not even need to pull out my phone. I could never tell managment where my time went because daily operations were that chaotic for me. Now... I know where my time has been and can simply produce a report and show managment exactly what and where I have been. This has been an overnight success for me but it also gets better with age. I have been looking for an app like this for a long time. I am looking into the desktop version as well. I really could go in and on but I just don’t have the time haha.

Awesome, Helpful & Useful!. Once I learned how to use the app, I realized it’s awesome. I read other reviews, and it’s clear that the developer has continued to improve the app through the years. I can already see how helpful it will be in improving my productivity. I’ve tried multiple apps and couldn’t find an app that has everything I need. This app has covered what I need. It’s simple to use, I can set different times for each task, add notes, stop and start the task one or more times, easily copy tasks to other days, report on my progress, set alerts, put tasks in categories and sort the tasks. I arrange the tasks from my highest priority to my lowest priority or according to what I want to complete first. I track absolutely everything related to work or my personal life. It helps me to maintain balance in my life. I find the pro version to be very helpful and useful.

Easy to use and track. This app does what it is supposed to do extremely well. I have been using it for several years and with each iteration it does what it is supposed to do better and better. There is no clutter, no useless features - everything makes sense and easy to use. This is my favorite app from usability perspective. Tracking time is boring. But this app has become my everyday companion. The charts are so helpful! I am able to quickly see when I start spending time on the wrong things and correct. This app allows me to have work life balance. Thank you, developers, for the amazing usability. Love the app.

Great app but need help restoring data. Bought premium but uninstalled app and have lost the last year + worth of data. Please help?

Awesomely customisable. This is a great app for setting up and tracking any sort of goal you can imagine with iPhone, Apple Watch and Mac. I’ve been using it almost all day every day for over a month and cannot think of anything that I don’t like about it. The features are intuitive and really well designed, with the ability to view reports for activity towards each goal over daily, weekly, and monthly periods. I hope it gets bigger in the future as it’s such a good fit and complement to Apple productivity and Health apps.

Fabulous time tracking app!. User friendly and very intuitive way to track work time spent and generates coherent graphs/data for self analysis and managerial assessment of spending time on the tasks that matter!

Features are awesome! Tracking every minute of my life. UI can be designed better though

Does exactly what I want. I find the app to be fairly simple to use, but very flexible. Its better than I imagined when I decided I needed an app to track my time, and I don’t regret paying for it at all! I love that it has both tasks and topics, and that I can add goals for each. Would recommend for anyone who wants to see where their time is going, and wants to be more mindful with their days.

Easy to use, gets the job done.. Perfect for seeing how many hours you allocate to various tasks. Keeps you on track throughout the day.

Easy to use and reports are great. I changed tablets this year and it was so easy to import my previous settings and data. The pro version is worth buying for seamless operation across several devices. This program does an excellent job of keeping track of my numerous tasks during my day and I love how it is so customisable and the reports it produces. My time taken on a task is readily identifyable and has shown me where my time is taken up. I love this app.

Excellent App!!!. Is use this app everyday and it really helps me stay motivated and inspired about my habits and practices. Love the report interface and thoughtful functionality. Highly recommend!!

Excellent. I love how simply you can move from one category to another .. phone call comes in for a project and you can track the time easily ..

Minimalist app. This is exactly what I wanted. Nothing crazy, dont need a crash course to use app. Great. Will consider buying it after sometime.

Love it. Very easy to use and love how it pie charts the data. Loving the insights I get about how I use my time from tracking it. I’ve been reading Laura Vanderkam’s books and inspired to keep track of my time so I can use my time better.

Great app. I tested a few time trackers out and this was the one I’ve ended up picking. Some things that would be helpful though: 1) I use it between my iPad and iPhone. I use the Dropbox sync but it would be good to have a live sync rather than after the fact, as I use the widgets while working to check time. 2) I use the tags so I can split my work tasks between clients. I can only seem to see my full work hours in a report, but I’d love to be able to see the split between different tagged events so it’s easy for me to see a detailed wrap up at the end of the week.

Very useful time tracker. To finally see where my time is going in 30 min blocks is eye opening.. to focus more time on the revenue generating activities that matter has been game changing.

Login is broken. Great app and I pay for the PRO subscription but it has started logging me out every few hours which loses the sync between my devices and its extremely frustrating to have to log in every few hours…

Time tracking. Easy to use and does the job. The only thing I have to remember is to start and stop it. Stopping is made easier by reminders from the app. You can have many projects and time them individually.

Handy tool. I use this to track my workload and review where I spend my time. I’m now using it as timesheet while working from home and starts work with a command or quick tap. Sometimes quirky to select reports but otherwise very simple and quick to use.

Quick and Easy to Use. Quick and easy to use. Allows you to track a wide variety of activities (tasks) with the ease of a few clicks. Especially efficient when you have frequent interruptions (or ADHD). It is a bit more time consuming when you need to manually enter in times spent on an activity, in case you did not have your phone with you while doing the task (charging your phone for example). Goal setting is easy and effective, both for maximising time spent on productive activities and minimising time spent on vices. Goals can be set for every day, or for particular days of the week. You can only set a max of 8 goals without a subscription, so you would either have to focus on the most difficult or important tasks, or set the goals to tags (custom categories that multiple activities can fall under). The pie charts can be displayed for a day, week, month or any customisable range. You can choose to display time spent on all tasks or particular tasks, or even display time spent on tags (categories). The app is well worth the price for one time fee. I cannot rate the subscription as I did not purchase that.

Excellent tool for micro business. I’ve had the paid version for a week and am very impressed. One of the biggest challenges in small business is working out where your time goes (and therefore what tasks should you be outsourcing). This app allows multiple tasks to set up (email, websites, customer contacts etc). When you start a task you just press the relevant field and it starts calculating time spent. When the task is finished you press the task again and it stops counting time. You can the see a breakdown of time spent, by day, week or month.

Fantastic App! Highly Customisable!. I have been using ATracker Pro for a number of years. It is highly customisable and very easy to use. Ideal tool to use to track how your time is being used. There is often a wide gap between how long we think tasks take vs reality. ATracker solves this problem. Reports and data backup is available. Buy it - you won’t be disappointed.

Best time Management App I’ve ever used.. Tried 4. Love the flexibility. Love the reports. I charge myself out as a consultant and my clients accept the pie charts as chargeable hours.

Wonderful App. I’ve tried a number of time tracking apps & this is by far the best. The updates to it have been great & I love how customisable & simple to use it is. I don’t normally write reviews but this app deserves one - if you’re keen to track your time, whether it be for work or simply personal interest / self improvement - this is your app!

Just what I needed to track my time. Tried several apps for the time tracking. This one is exactly what I need for everyday time tracking with simple interface and comprehensive features. Eureka beautifully with Apple watches.

Amazing app for tracking my daily tasks. The new goals feature makes it even easier for me to track my productivity and account for my time.

Great app. It works great, and has a lot of little features that I find useful (ie being able to add notes to individual recorded tasks) If you are wanting a way to record task times quickly and effectively this app is great. Plus being able to use it on my Apple Watch is an added bonus!

Simple yet powerful.. I have tried many time trackers but this one seems to fit my requirement of being as simple as possible to use, whilst maintaining more detailed options in other tabs/settings. I especially appreciate how you can stop the previous activity and start a new one with a single tap. Modifying start and end times is also refreshingly easy. Finally, no subscription requirement is wonderful.

Very conveniet and works. I could improve my efficiency and consciousness about time with this application. It is easy to export and analyze the information in excel and the alerts give you a challenge to improve your daily route

ATracker is APlus. Absolutely LOVE this app. Does everything I was desiring and more. Very simple interface but a powerful tool that provides detailed reports and data.

Worthwhile app. Installing ATracker has resulting in being much more aware of how my time is spent. What you measure you can manage. The app helps keep my day on track and allocate blocks of time to the most important tasks.

Pro ver. Only supports 8 goals. Before the purchase this app proversion, you should know that Pro version only support 8 items to have a goal. Thus, I believe that this is not a eventual “UNLIMITED ITEMS” on pro version. I really frustrated when I fronted this problem, and I cannot be refunded.

Nice app. Had trouble at first because I had entered every task and place them into 1 of 5 categories, great for planning the day but no good for changes in day, flipped the list and now just enter details in the notes section for each task (which are actually my categories)if there had been a way to flip this I’d given 5 stars. Be nice to add photos, maps or even PDF’s into the notes section.

Excellent app for time management.. I got this app to manage my time, it is very easy to set up and use, gives excellent insight to where the hours go throughout the day.

I really want to like this app, but it just has a couple of features missing to make it really good. This app is great for some things, I love the tracking by day of how much time spent on various things. What would make it really useful is the ability to set the amount of time you need to spend on a task (total time, not just each day or how often), and then be able to complete the task to remove it from the list. Being able to set up sub-tasks and track overall completion of the main task as well as time spent in both the sub tasks and overall time to complete the main task would make it magnificent. Then looking at time each day (or number of time completed) and comparing that to your estimate gives you a great idea of whether you are on track. This would make the app a really useful tracker and manager, rather than just another habits app.

So handy. Really happy with this app, easy to turn timers on and off, does good statistics breakdown so I can work on my daily average. Really well designed.

Wow Awesome. I have been looking for an app like this for so long. This is great for my language study as I can use the task and then create a tag eg speaking, listening etc to ensure my study is balanced. Great graphs too. Very motivation and reminds me to stop when I get too involved. Love it !

Absolutely invaluable. Love this app. It’s made me more accountable and productive at work, where I am regularly across numerous projects with different funders. ATracker is perfect for keeping an eye on billable hours and is really user-friendly.

Great app!. This is a great app for anyone who needs to keep track of time spent on multiple projects. Easy interface, clear reports - love it! Well done to the developers.

Simple and functional. I use this app daily to improve my time management Recently I used the free version on my iPhone to track my husband’s work hours on the computer. Free version works perfectly with very minimal advertising at the bottom of the screen. Definitely one of the better apps and overall excellent performance.

Love it.. Excellent app. Very flexible. Highly recommend this to others. I don't often take the time to leave reviews, but felt this one is worth it.

Simple. Works. Excellent Reporting. I was looking for a simple app to record time on different personal tasks such as fitness, study and more. This app delivers. It’s simple, provides useful reports, allows me to set my goals, and allows me to add or edit entries later. Probably loads of useful features that I haven’t explored yet - but for me, simple and reliable is best. This app is both.

Great time keeping app. This app does what it says it does, setting up is intuitive and is easy to use. The reporting is super simple, helpful and quite powerful. Good once off price 👍🏼 This app makes me consider buying an Apple Watch!

Best time tracking app. I’ve tried all the time logging apps. This is by far the biggest bang for your buck. Feature rich and everything I need. Great watch support too. Also glad it doesn’t have yearly payments. One time payments are great.

Love this Tracker. Easy to use and gives me the information I want.

Great Time Tracker. I have been looking for a time tracker that is easy to use and integrates well with my own calendar. This is it! Very useful in analysing my time and how i is spend it.

Love the tracker. Easiest app to track time for paid and unpaid work. Makes it easier to do my time sheets and monitor my video watching. Have recommended to my teen to track her music practice etc.

Been using it for a year. I have tried out different apps during this year but every time I will always go back to this one. The interface design is concise and user friendly, but most importantly is it helps me keep track of my times. it is like a timer, habit trackers, time manager all in one app! It frees up so many spaces on my phone, as now I only need this app. love this app and will continue using it.

Useful app for time management and tracking. Very useful. In particular I find the reporting graphical representation of how I spend my time helpful. Quite customisable.

Love this App. Works well and makes it easy to track my time on projects... Sure this is the suggested response, but IS true!

Brilliant and simple to use. I’ve recommended this to everyone I know who is trying to keep track of their arts based buisness.

Great Widget Update. Thanks.. Awesome time-tracking app, no other app can beat the power of this one time purchase app.

Dead easy to use and effective too. I use the app to log minutes of work I do for certain clients. It's easy to start and stop and switch between clients. You can add notes to each time slot or chose not to. You can easily edit the times in case you forget to turn off (or on) your timer. And the reporting is very good as well. I can easily attach the report of hours worked along with my notes, to my invoice for each client to verify what I have done. Very happy with the simplicity to use, but the results are excellent. Highly recommend.

Love it. Used years ago when I was in school. Using it again as I want to get back on track! Best app

BUYER BEWARE!. They want you to buy monthly subscription. The one time pro version for approx. $5 is listed to have “unlimited active tasks” but limited to only 8 active goals. Each task is associated to its own goal so really this is a bait and switch to say “unlimited active tasks”. This 8 active goal limitation is NOT mentioned in their price comparison.

ATracker. One of the best in time tracking. I have tried several. No glitches, at least major ones. Good sync.

Very limited unsubscribed options. Can’t really get an idea of how much value is in this app when I can only enter such a limited number of tasks a day. I can remember how much time I spent/wasted or needed to spend on 5 tasks! Even if I couldn’t there a calendar app for that. The App is only of value when you are easily able to monitor the 500 things you did during the day that were simply a waste of time.

Love this app. This app has made me much more productive by helping me to realize how many hours I was wasting each day.

Best time tracking app. I have tried many different ways to track my time and this app really impressed me with its ease of use. My favourite feature is the option to allow me “fill the gap” when I forget to start tracking during the middle of the task. Few things can be improved though: 1) for the Apple Watch app, I wish there’s an option to display tasks in compact icon box, as it becomes very difficult to scroll and look for a task when there’re 10+ tasks to select 2) the iOS shortcuts are quite buggy, all “start a task” doesn’t seem to work For the app itself, it makes the tracking process so painless and I don’t any complaints so far.

Très utile. Merci pour cet application, très utile, même la version gratuite me laisse faire becoup de choses. Bientôt je vais payé pour débloquer le reste!! Bravo

Cool. Pratique et simplr

Exactly what I needed. I paid the one-time fee to upgrade to unlimited activities. Tracking and reports are wonderful. I can now see how I spend my time and improve my processes.

General Manager. This app is amazing!! Exactly what I was looking for.

Wonderful. This app is just what I need to keep track of the time I spend on a handful of tasks. Few taps required and nice plots of the data as well.

A Real Time Saver. The Premium version makes tracking my workload so easy. It even allows for multitasking.

Works well. Lots of features, easy to use.

Ljr47. Enjoying it so far. Ease of use.

Wonderful app. Exactly what I was searching for

Simply the best. This is a wonderful app. Simple and comprehensive. This is all you need to track your time and setting goals. I would like to have more alert sounds to choose. Otherwise it’s probably the best app. I used ever.

Love it. This is exactly what I was hoping to find for keeping track of how my time is spent. And it’s so well done! I was also thrilled to learn it’s available on Apple Watch with a super convenient complication. Thank you!

Appli géniale. J’utilise très Digest cette appli pour tracker mes moments de prière. J’aime beaucoup les widgets. Je mets 5 étoiles car même sans payer j’ai accès à ces fonctionnalités géniales ce qui est rare de nos jours. MERCI

Reminders. I like many things about the app but the biggest miss for me is remembering to change my task throughout my day. The addition of a timer or reminder beyond the iPhone notifications would address this for me.

Great Tracker. Love how customizable this app is... I wanted to be able to log my time spent practising. This app does it and more. Great how entries can be added in later, and the calendar sync is awesome!! I also love how you can add “notes” to the task entries, great for keeping track of what I worked on musically

Does what it says, great app!. I love it. No issues so far.

ADHD friendly. I have severe adhd and have been looking for a timer that I’ll actually remember to use. This was easy to set up and use right away. Full of useful info at the end of each week that helps me to plan my week based on previous use data. Love it!

very userfriendly. I like how simple it is, and it’s very user friendly

Absolutely awesome app!. I’ve used this app 5 years ago in my role as an insurance business analyst. Project time keeping was essential and this app made it so easy for me to complete my weekly timesheets. Extremely easy to use but with such depth of information. Since retiring 5 years ago I use it regularly for everyday tasks. It keeps me focused and I find my household projects actually get done! Pair it with your Apple Watch and you have an amazing tool. Enjoy! The developer has done an incredible job!

Incredible. Incredible tool to level-up your life.

Feature loaded, easy to use. Such a great app. I rarely leave reviews but wanted to thank the developers for making this.

Perfect Time Tracker. I’m impressed with its simplicity and ability to customize tasks and tags. The reports are also great to monitor trends where time is being spent. If you’re looking for balance in your life, spend less than $10 to see how your time is really being spent. Also, the developer has put out some updates to make tracking even more personalized. Thank you!

Amazing but. Amazing app and feature set including a very useful widget but no 3D Touch options. Also pricing is unclear as the site and app don’t match, also pricing should be lower compared to all the other similar apps by others then I’d buy in. Pricing in the App Store is also different from the apps homepage/site. Will continue to use for now and watching out for pricing and feedback implementation.

I don’t know how to function without this app anymore. I have been using this app for a couple of years now and I love how intuitive this app is and how easy it is to track your life! It makes me feel more organized and in control of my time. I can honestly say that it is hands down my favourite productivity app of all time!

the best. one of the best apps i have ever used!! i like to track my day to see how much of it is productive, and i really love how it opens my eyes to see how much time is actually wasted in my day! great for seeing how long something takes.

Great app. Does what I need, simple to use, has widgets

Love it.. Started using it recently.

Almost perfect. Best time tracking app for your day but needs Dropbox for sync, would be better if iCloud sync was used instead or as an alternative. Still worth the upgrade cost though. Great job!

Very useful. I really like this app. I use to control all the time I’m working on different projects. It is super easy to use.

The exact time tracker app that I need. This app has the useful and convenient features to track my time.

The best and most comprehensive yet versatile way to organize your life. May the force be with you. :)

Wonderful. That’s amazing app

Life saver!. I love this app!!! I have it on my phone, iPad, Apple Watch and desktop and it’s a real game changer. I work for a small consulting company, so I frequently work from home and love to keep track of my hours. I’m able to see summaries over time, and track not only all my different work tasks (like conference calls and research) but also personal tasks, like doing house work and going to the gym. It’s made me more intentional about how I spend my time, and this app makes it so easy to track.

Exactly what I needed. Using this to set maximum amount of time spent on some activities across multiple family members. I do r need anything fancy and this works really well

Facile à utiliser. Simple a configurer Beaucoup option Couleur agréable

Bonne application. Sa va bien

Great simple app. Like you can use pc, would like options to be same as app and perhaps few more options to report with tags. But overall a really great app! I have been looking for one like this for a while

Fun way to track side projects. I whittle away quite a bit of time on various side projects. Wanted to know how much exactly and this application really helped me find the answer

Good way to hold yourself accountable for your time. Solid Free App!

Wow. J’adore intuitif et personnalisable

Perfect. It's perfect for me. I use it as a baby nap and feed tracker. Fast and easy. Reports are awesome. Thanks

Amazing! But Pro subscription questionable. This is an excellent app. I’ve been using it for several years, and it’s a valuable addition to my time/task tracking. BUT The web version A. Looks like a website out of 1995. B. Clumsily wants to run as a separate browser window, which if you run a lot of tabs set to reopen at launch, you know is an issue, and most importantly, C. Doesn’t have the same (excellent) functionality as the mobile app on iOS.

Would be 5 stars if.... Enjoyed the app but I got tired of having to add the same tasks everyday. It would be 5 stars if you could select what days of the week you want to add and then the time. Wastes a lot of time needing to add everyday.

Great for studying. Excellent for maintaining productivity, and the Apple Watch app is extra helpful

Not what I wanted. I was looking for something that I can use with my work calendar and tasks but it was difficult and not easy to use not a lot of guide how to use tried even you tube for any guide nothing helped

Creepily intuitive. You can tell the developer actually uses this app because it is so creepily intuitive. I use this app every day to keep my life in balance and make sure I’m not doing too much or too little of one thing. If you’ve never tracked your time before be prepared for a rude awakening on some of your categories. This has been a more flexible way of managing my productivity instead of working with calendars or to do lists. I know if I’m spending X amount of time gardening per week for instance, I am going to complete my goals. Thank you for this app! This is one of my top 5 apps.

Easy to use with robust features. I have tried many methods to track my time at work, from spreadsheets to websites to apps, and this one hands down is the best I’ve found. It is so easy to set up, and the quick tap start and stop plus manual add / edit capabilities is perfect for fast tracking. Reporting gives me good insight into where my time is going at a glance. Lots of extra features if you want them, like notes and calendar sync, but they don’t get in your way either. Especially like being able to categorize tasks too for a higher level review of where my time is focused.

So GREAT! A bank statement for your time!. First app I was confident I'd get my money's worth (time is money after all). Started with the free version and upgraded that same day. This NEVER happens. Been recommending to all my friends. Love the interface. Clean, simple, easy to understand. Instantly recorded tasks down to the second. I appreciate the color coding and range of icons. Pie chart is useful too. Wish it came with automatic categories so I wouldn't have to input but I can't complain since the unlimited customization is what I needed. Saved me from keeping up with a pen and paper time journal. Gave me more accuracy.

Good, but could be better. I like the app in general and it works very well. I would like to be able to have the tasks repeat though. So, if I schedule, say my morning routine, then I can add it automatically to update each day instead of having to add it one at a time. Also, when you click a task to add, it should auto start on the hour instead of randomly, say 8:07. Usually tasks start on the hour, not randomly like that and it is annoying to have to move the task to the top of mid of the hour. Overall, though, great app and I use it every day. It has really helped me manage my time better. Keep upgrading it!!

Try it, you wont regret it. Honestly this is one of the best apps I’ve ever used, it is simple yet has several very good advanced features that make it more intuitive. Ive been using this not only for my personal life in tracking how much time I waste on certain things like games/tv but I started using it for logging OT hours and client hours at work. I am able to then review where I am lacking and where I spend too much time. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for ways to improve their life / schedule.

Extremely Impressed by this app. ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE MONEY!! I use this to track how much time I spend on my classwork and my Japanese speaking listening and kanji writing. Love the pie charts, bar graphs, the stats records are great. I really like that I can choose each category and see the exact amount of time I’ve spent on it over various time periods. For example a week, a day, a month, 30 day intervals. And the note taking feature is why I paid for it. It’s so convient to go back and see what exactly I worked on. Love the customizable colors as well!

So far… just great. The app does what it is propose to do. The main errors you my get are related to human potential mistakes (i.e. getting a coffee break and getting distracted a and forget to swap activities). I suppose with practice one may reduce those. It would be nice to have a way to correct a “Restroom break” left for an hour, when we forgot to select another task (there is a way to correct it, now that I’m more familiar with it) The app is really easy to use. Reports can be share with others. Excellent to keep track of working hours, as contractor.

This is my favorite time management app. I’ve been using this app since the beginning of its launch. The biggest reason I chose this app early on was it easy way of using it and it’s not complicated. Each item can be easily added and it’s too convenient to use icons, colors, tags, and more. In addition, it is so attractive that I can freely modify the time, make notes, and have a pie chart. The steady progress of development is attractive. Recommended for users who want to use simple but important features in time management!

Use it everyday.. I use this everyday to keep track of how to bill my time at work. It works great! I especially love the fact I can easily do it on my Apple Watch. I do have one suggestion for scenarios where I forget to change my billing time. For example, say I was working from 8-9am on company 1 and then I started working on company 2 at 9am. At 9:30am I realized I hadn’t switched my time tracking to company 2. I click on company 2 to start its time tracking and I adjust the start time to 9am (as expected). The app tool isn’t smart enough to automatically readjust my company 1 time end to 9am. While I realize the auto readjustment may not also be applicable, it would be nice to have the option. Maybe a popup box. I do notice sometimes that the phone and watch go out of sync. It doesn’t happen too often to bother me though. Thanks for the great app!

Great Time Management Tool. I love this app. It allows me to track my time so I can see what goals need more attention and what hobbies have become excessive. As someone using this to manage my personal time, I love how easy it is to use. Very clear instructions. Some of the subtleties require a little effort but these are only details. You can easily get up and running quite quickly - with prep time minimal, depending on how specifically you want to organize your tasks. I especially like how easy it is to edit my tasks and view time spent over weeks and months. Thank you!

Almost everything one might want. The app has functionality for what I’m sure everyone downloading it is looking for, but the developers have a strict freemium model. I think the biggest turn off for me what the cap of FIVE “tasks” you could record time for. More than five requires paying, which I’m not going to do if I can’t understand if the app is right for me (i.e. by not being able to use the app fully). The reporting section has some decent statistics but the visualizations are poor. Not to mention the overall lack in UI design. Overall, it has a lot of good functionality potential but free user can’t realize that without upgrading to get it; a paradox.

Awesome way to improve efficiency !!!. As the owner of a financial practice, in an industry that is constantly reducing profit margins, I have to manage my time in the most efficient way possible. I don’t use this app daily, for months at a time but, when I want to analyze how I spend my time, I turn it on for several days. There is an amount of effort required, on your part, to keep track and make a few manual entries but, the data is easy to adjust for those moments we forget to make an entry. It has helped my practice, tremendously!

Fantastic Tool!. As someone with ADHD I have found this app so helpful in keeping track of how I spend my time. I’ve used this for five years now, and have customized it often to meet my changing needs. The tech support is excellent: quick response and helpful advice. I’ve tried other apps and find this to be the best. I have also paid the monthly fee to synchronize my three devices. If you’re looking for an app that is trustworthy, flexible, with a very pleasant look, ho no farther than ATracker.

Great Little App. I’ve been using ATracker for about a week and I love it. It’s everything I was looking for to help me keep track of how I spend my days. I’ve been diligent about tracking everything so I could gain insights into where my time goes. The reports are very revealing. For example, I spent most of my time on personal items (showering, getting dressed, fixing my wife’s phone, etc.). I haven’t spent much time on many of my priorities such as playing my guitar and writing. The interface is easy to use and gives you the ability to adjust start times, end times, and notes about what I am doing. I also like the goal setting feature. Even though I’m retired, I don’t want to squander my time on meaningless activities. This app helps me track and refocus my time on things that really matter.

Excellent efficient app. Worth the $5 to upgrade for unlimited tasks. I love how efficiently I can enter my data in this app. I can tap a task to start a timer. Or I can key it in. Or I can enter it on the calendar view. It also has a great interface for entering the time (a “now” button and a button to fill the gap if I want it to go back the when I last finished a task). The reports are great. I use it to track where I am spending my time to help me better prioritize and decide what tasks to outsource so I can get to the most important things in my life. Great job.

Perfect time tracker!. I have been using this tracker for over a year now to log violin practice time. It’s perfect because there are you can set different trackers (up to 5 for the free version) for different habits etc. I love how you can customize how you view your data by different trackers, charts, and time period. There are also ways to set goals for tracking your time as well. Overall, this is a great app with wonderful functionality (even in the free version). I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to start a habit or track the time they spend on things! :D

Absolutely fantastic. This time tracker has every possible functionality and customization you could ever want, and a gorgeous and intuitive interface. It gives you five free tasks which could be more than enough, but the premium is only a *One Time* payment of $5.99 - I don’t understand why more developers don’t do this!?! I could have gotten by with the green version but paid for Premium to support the developers (and now use about 10 tasks 😂)

Love this app. I'm a community-based social worker and this is how I keep track of all my times for billing. Paying for the pro version was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Way more convenient than some paper log, faster to track those small little billable moments that add up, and the fact that I can link it to my Apple watch is a godsend. I wish I could end timers from the lock screen or something similar, but otherwise the best app I could ever hope for. I've recommended it to at least five different coworkers so far, and don't plan on stopping anytime soon!

Useful time tracking app. I find this easy to use for keeping track of exactly what it is I’m doing all day. I find it intuitive, even though I’m old and not given to computer “intuition.” It’s flexible enough for me - I can either click on a task in real time to start and stop, or I can go back and fill in what I’ve been doing. Or both as needed. I can edit what I’ve been doing, too, whether today or in the past. I make my own task list and categorize the tasks the way I want. I can get reports in a few different ways. I tend to use the pie chart reports. All in all, I’m happy with it.

Great time tracker, exactly what I was looking for!. Once I understood the interface completely and had it set it up to my liking, (about an hour or so) it was so simple and convenient to use. Really does help visualize where my time goes and to make the adjustments necessary to be my most productive me. The Apple Watch app makes things even more convenient: having it as a complication on the watch face means it’s only two quick taps to start the timer on a different activity. Again, the most convenient tool I’ve tried so far to see where my time actually went!

Really great!!. Absolutely amazing for keeping track of my time and letting me be better understand my priorities. There are some features that are locked, and I would love to buy the Pro version if I’m still using this app in the following 2 months (we’ll see), but jot being able to write notes or add more than 5 tasks doesn’t take away from the convenience and functionality at all. Ironically, just being limited to 5 tasks really makes things a lot less overwhelming and even simpler and more effective!

So helpful!!. Especially with the Apple Watch app- super easy to track my time and gain insights into where I am investing my life. With tags and drop down menus, it just works for me to categorize to the depth that I desire. Took a while to build the habit so that I use all of the functionality, but I’m rocking it now! My only gripe is that once in a while (every 2weeks?) the watch app freezes- I usually just restart my watch and it works. I’ve got it running 24/7 though so idk if that’s an issue. Still totally worth it.

LOVE this TIMER. This timer is unbelievably wonderful. Stop looking around for timers and just get this. I am a business consultant and I work on multiple clients and I was always having difficulty keeping track of how much time and what I did for each of them and now with a simple press of a button I can start and stop timers and at the end of the day enter everything into QuickBooks and I know exactly what I did for Home. I absolutely love this timer!

Better than Pomodoro apps!. This app has helped me manage my time and be more productive than several other apps combined. The “tomato timer” style apps that just give you an arbitrary 20 min timer and 5 min breaks in between only promote mindlessly grinding away at tasks. This app, on the other hand, allows a person to track his or her time and, most importantly, choose how to spend his or her time. By instantly viewing a report of the time spent on various tasks, you can consciously choose how to plan your day, instead of feeling like your time is structured by some other factor entirely.

Amazing, robust, powerful and fun!. Truly cannot believe the value of this app. The intuitive interface, the design, the customization, the utility. Have tried other time tracking apps — including ones that generate reports — and this is heads-and-shoulders above the rest. So appreciate the thought and attention that has gone into creating this app, a tremendous value for the money and valuable to track where one’s time is spent and what one focuses one’s attention on. Thank you to the developers! Keep up the great work.

Easy to use. I was looking for something that would easily and quickly allow me to track my work day. I don’t regret spending a little money for functionality. You program your tasks once, not every freaking time you change tasks like some other apps. I do wish there was a place to make a note on going-ons of the day - like if something chaotic happened on that day. That’s about it. Other than that, I love this app.

An essential part of my WFH life. Both prior to COVID and more so now, this app helped me have real time management and solid work-life balance, which used to be a huge problem for me when Working From Home. It let me know when I was slacking off AND when I was in need of a well deserved break, on a day to day basis and overall weekly trends. Set up generic “bucket” tasks to track your work, and just tap away. The UI can be a bit overwhelming with so many control/config options, but those options and flexibility enable the app to adapt as my needs adapt, meaning I don’t have to go get another app and learn that.

Best straightforward time tracking app. Pretty great solution for tracking activities and time spent in projects. Really pleased it will synchronize between devices through Dropbox. It continues to improve. Clean and easy to use. Looked at a lot of similar apps this had the best balance of features and portability. Easy to set up and manage. Really good chart visualizations in the app and the ability to export data for reporting in another systems as needed. Newly added Goals help ensure I’m meeting my allocation to stakeholders. Glad I found this, keep up the great work.

Good. A lot of good settings and a nice export functionality. No subscription needed. Totally happy spending money on something like this. The new widget support has been amazing because I don’t forget about the timers running. The only thing I might want is for the alarm functionality to have an initial and then reminder timers. For example, I might set a two hour timer when I start playing games but then after that I really should get off so it pings every 5 minutes. That’s it, maybe make it look a bit nicer, but I think it looks good enough as it is.

Awesome app. The app is great. The support is awesome, they respond within 24 hours. And I made a suggestion about adding a new feature and the developer said he would add it in the next release. I spent many hours searching for an app that does exactly what this one does. It's really easy to track your time for multiple activities and then have reports and history for the different activities, even has a custom range as well.

Works well. Seems to work well so far. I really like the functionality of this app so I sprung for the paid version. It’s very simple to use on my Apple Watch. The icon on my phone does have an annoying notification badge on it that I can’t get to go away. Sometimes the complication on my watch face doesn’t update to show my currently selected activity. It does still track what I’ve selected in the app so it’s not too bad a disfunction. Other than those two faults nothing bad has happened. I love the graph that show how I’ve used all my time. The phone app could maybe be a little more aesthetic but it’s ok.

easy yet powerful. One-touch task changes to keep fiddling to a minimum throughout the day. Real-time reporting for customizable time periods. Tapping on one section of a category pie chart drills down into a task pie chart of that category. Export CSV for further analysis. Everything I wanted in a time tracking app plus things I never thought of that are now indispensable. Would like to see tasks that straddle two days (crossing midnight) broken into separate lines (one for each day) in the CSV export.

This app is AWESOME. I set out to budget my time like my money, that is, to allocate it judiciously and extract the most valuable possible out of each available unit. This app does that. It is designed with functional and simple features. No fluff, no pretty or fancy stuff. I can overlay my calendar, zoom in and out, take categories/activities out of the metrics, integrate Siri (with my new AirPods 2!)... No complaints yet but I might find some through using it longer and post update with criticisms. Seriously, awesome job developers! Your app is why technology can make us more productive and happy.

An ok app. Used to be my favorite app to track things like how many hours I study, read, paint and more. But now you can’t even write a note after you finish a task like you used to. You need to get the premium app. You can also only keep track of 5 categories which is fine but if your looking for more you’ll have to purchase app. They also have the option to create categories within a task but it makes no sense because if you choose a category one day and chose another the next it’ll save it to the last category you changed it to. For example if I’m studying a language I’ll name the task “Studying” and you can add categories like I’ll put”Korean” or “Japanese” to try to keep track of which language I was learning at the time and it won’t allow you to switch it back and forth without changing previous study times. So you can’t keep track of what exactly you were studying on that day. What’s the point in having categories? EDIT-tried what they suggested, does not work. Used to love this app but I’ll look for something else. Thanks

Good for ADD. I suffer from ADD and this app helps me stay on task and see actually how and where I am using or wasting my time. I am also a portrait Artist and this really helps me log my time I am spending on a clients commission. I really like it, so much I went ahead and upgraded to the full version. Still getting used to it so haven’t decided if I need the monthly subscription yet or not. I have been looking for something like this for a long time. Thank you so much for this app. Definitely recommend this

Tight on Hours. This is a great app when you work non profit and have a tight budget. It allows you to really see where you are spending your time in order to adjust your duties or disperse them differently. It is also a great took to bring to your manager so they can see what is required of your position. They can, in turn, manage better because they have more information to work with. It’s easy to use and better yet, easy to adjust when you forget to clock in/out of a category. One suggestion I would have is that it had an option to do weekly averages in order to notice busy trends. This might help with scheduling time off.

i’m considering getting the pro version. this great especially for someone with ADHD, it really helps you SEE the time you’re spending. you can really play around and see how it’ll work best for you and it kind of motivates me to see more productivity on my charts. it even lets you set alarms for tasks so for example, i set one after 45 minutes of studying so i can stop the task and record a “break” of 15 minutes and it really helps me cycle and stay on track. this along with 30/30 could really help others with ADHD like me so i recommend them both!

Great Time Tracker. I’ve been using this app at work for almost 2 months to keep track of time spent on projects. It’s so easy to use and perfect for tracking time. The only thing I’ve found that I wish worked better is the export feature. When exporting to a spreadsheet, all apostrophes are turned into weird symbols and, because I am OCD, I have to change all those symbols back to apostrophes. This issue isn’t enough for me to knock off a star though - I love the app and recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and simple way to track time.

Such a help. Intuitive and easy to use. I’ve been working with this app for about 3 years. I did pay for the pro version to track my many job codes. I was able to create tasks that perfectly matched what my company needs me to track. I love the reports. When the company did a big update, they were very responsive to adjusting the app to meet old users needs while providing great new functions. I highly recommend this if you need to match a company set of tasks. Very easy to setup and easy to adjust as your company or needs change.

Best money I’ve ever spent on an all. This is the best $$ I’ve ever spent on on app. It’s as close to perfect as any app I’ve ever used. For personal time tracking, it blows competitors like Toggl Track out of the water. Simple features like one-tap tracking, or the “Last” and “Next” buttons that let you instantly line up a new entry with the previous or next entry go a long way to reducing friction, and so make it easier to stay consistent with your time tracking. There are so many times I’ve wished for a feature, only to realize ATracker already has it. This app was clearly designed by someone who is passionate about time tracking and committed to continuous improvement. Time is our most precious resource and this app makes it easy to get more intentional about how you spend yours. Thank you Jian and team for making such a great app!

Great for project management and Shortcuts app. Use this to better track my time and keep me focused. The recurring reminders on whether or not I’m still working on that task helps with reminders in staying focused and documenting time when shifting to the next item. I’ve integrated it with Apple’s Shortcuts app so it launches the time keeping group and adds it to my calendar for additional tracking. Has worked out great thus far. Recent update is great with better integration and smart improvements. I could see this really handy if I was a freelancer!

Amazing. If you take about 10 mins to sit and set up tasks and categorize them, you are set for a fully functional and highly effective app. At first it took some getting used to, but now I use this app heavily to monitor myself. The 4.99 is worth it and keeps the app clean from ads which is a big turn off. I also wish the app synced with my iPad, but overall the features help make sure I am always on track with what I should be doing. The reports help show where time is wasted and you can later see how 24 hours is plenty to get things done. Anyone else with ADD, this is one tool that helps!

Helpful - it works. It is easy to use and does the job. I like the option to share the day's schedule in my twitter account with a simple click of a button - it automatically makes a screen shot of the view you are in and attaches that to the twitter message. One small problem I noticed in the column view is that if you had more activities that day, they will not fit on the screenshot picture that is attached to twitter. Perhaps adding the possibility to hide the column chart or make it smaller will allow for more text to be displayed solving this issue. Otherwise, it works well.

Track hobbies, work and all activities. I originally wanted to find a tracker to track how much time I spent watching TV verse reading or doing other more beneficial “self development activities.” I now use a-tracker to track most of my major time consumers. I am a big fan and longtime user. My only request would be to add the ability to track two tasks at the same time. Say if I am ‘driving’ and listing to an audible book - ‘reading’ it would be nice to be able to log both simultaneously.

“ATracker Start Timer”. I’m pretty frugal (cheap?)… actually I’m very frugal. ATracker is one of the very few apps I bought. Why? Because it’s perfect for tracking time throughout my day. Whether it’s weight lifting, dish washing, or reading, all I have to do if tell Siri to start a particular timer. The nice thing is, there are multiple ways to start and stop timers if you don’t want to use Siri. I love the built-in calendar, history, and reports it provides me. The app simply fulfills everything I want in a time tracking app.

Great activity tracker!. This app is wonderful for tracking daily activities. I specially like how simple it is to start tracking your time and how beautifully and efficiently the information is organized on the reports. The color coded graph showing the total hours spent on each category by day/week/month is absolutely amazing and hard to come by in other apps. I upgraded to the Pro version today in order to track a few additional categories and can already see what changes I can make in order to improve the way I spend my time. Thank you!

Very versatile app. This is the most user-friendly time tracker app I’ve tried. Most of them seem oriented to very specific types of activities which can be frustrating, but this app is simple enough to work for anything. You can even add time waster items to track the things you’re trying to do less often. And I like that you don’t have to choose between just the free version and a subscription—there’s an in-between level that’s just a one-time fee.

The best tracker for watch. This is the best app for logging/tracking your time from a complication on your Apple Watch, 24h a day. You can believe me, because I’ve tried all of those apps on App Store. There are some bugs and inconsistencies, and it's quite ugly. That said I never had a bug causing a data loss (fortunately), and relatively easily I was able to export data to a spreadsheet for analysis, so I'm happy. I'm regularly looking for better alternatives, but I can't find anything better so far.

How can i say… best app developed for smart phone. So this app works exactly how I’ve always wanted these kind of apps to work. I can’t find any flaws, and it’s so easy to correct and change and delete unwanted tasks and times. There’s no need for any other apps, and these developers need to develop every app on the market. so intuitive!! Thank you thank you thank you I would pay three times the amount to use this functionality, along with other apps like it

More than delighted seeing the time spent…. While still only with a few hours of use, more than pleased with this app. If there was any improvement needed, just for my functions of time tracking, what would reduce the number of tasks that I create, would be to have a sub-task. i.e. under the main task of RELAXING, I would like to see the SUBTASK of a Watching TV, Reading book, Reading magazine, Researching article, etc. etc. but this is a minor compared to the functionality and convenience I am seeing so congratulations on that. Happy 2024.
