Picture not loading. The picture portion will not let me view my photo roll, yes I have it turned on to let apps access my photos. Very discouraging for an app that I had to pay for not work. 😕 I can put all other info except for a photo of my soldier!

Refund. I want mo money refunded since it won’t let me add a picture!

One unhappy Mom. This app would not allow me to upload photos from my camera roll. And I tried every way to contact the company and or owner of this app, to no avail. Every way I tried, it said that there was an error or that was not available. I find this very bad business. I paid for an app and I cannot even use all the functions of it. Very unhappy.

Would be 5 stars but.... Would love this app if it would allow me to add my daughter’s picture. Every time I click the add photo link my screen goes white and I have to close out of the app and reopen it. I have the iPhone 8 plus, not sure if this system supports the app. @ mythsayer 1 year ago: I am an EXTREMELY PROUD parent of a pre-med student who has temporarily sacrificed HER education and comforts to become a SOLDIER WHO WEARS DRAB OLIVE! I can understand the pride you have in your Marine and that you have issues with the app. However, I feel that you didn’t need to offend loved ones of soldiers by labeling our colors as drab. The way that your review was written gave me the sense that your insinuating that your marine is better than our soldiers.

I love this App But........ I love this App because I’m a mom of a solider but it would be nice if there was ability to choose solider, marine, Airman, etc.... Everyone with someone in the service are counting down the days. Thanks to all that reads this for their sacrifice

Needs Percentage. This is a great app- but I do wish it had a percentage countdown. Also, maybe a theme for the different services would be nice. Other than those minor things, this app is awesome. I look at it everyday.

Small fix. It's a GREAT app I absolutely love that I can customize it and gives a detailed countdown it's awesome! Just one small thing it closes when I try to open it the first time. Could you please fix that

Great app. Worth the .99¢ to watch time countdown to when you see your soldier again, but only iPhone 5 or iPad has days showing. Mine shows months. Weeks, days, hours, minutes, seconds, but not total combination of days.

Choosing a picture Personalize. The app won’t let me choose a picture only take one. We need more space to write.

Can’t upload a photo. Wish I hadn’t bought it now.

A mess. I didn’t want to give it a star...it won’t download a picture at all

No Photo!!. It won’t allow me to upload a photo! I’m thinking with as many complaints are on here about that, the developers would fix it since it’s an app you purchase! Very unhappy!

Wonderful app but a small new gliche. I love this app. I use it every time my husband is deployed and seeing the numbers decrease every day helps boost my spirits and gets me through the day. However all of a sudden, the badge on the app that shows at the corner won't change the countdown number unless I go into the app, and re-save the date. Developers- PLEASE fix this Cuz I love using the app but having to do this everyday stinks! :( besides this i would give it 5 starts hands down!!

Badge won't count down.. Obviously, the developers left this app to fend for itself. I feel that if you have an app that costs money, or free for that matter, you should be responsible for keeping up with the bugs and iPhone updates or your app gets taken out of the App Store. Pro - it does count down.

Awesome!!. I love this app!! It's the best one I have been able to find. The only thing that I have an issue with is sometimes it closes immediately after I open it....and maybe get a multiple countdown going, for those of us who have more than one soldier gone. Other than that I love love love loovvveeee this app. :)

Notification badge not updating. Like the app and it would be perfect if the notification badge would update.

Great app!. This app is a great way to keep track of when you'll see your soldier again! I love that you can even add a picture of them to have even more if a visual. Only slightly annoying thing is every time I open the app the first time it crashes.

Review. Hello. I love the idea of a soldier countdown anticipating the next time I'll be able to see my soldier again! However I was disappointed with the picture part because it doesn't allow for the picture to be cropped, to fit in the section. I have to use a photo that positioned further back instead of one I'd prefer. Also because it's kid of a journey tracker there should be a place to make an album for my soldier. Considering we can share. Just an idea thank you for your time.

Soldier countdown. I wish there was a Marine Countdown. Marines do not like to be called Soliders so I can't use it for my youngest who is in the Marines but live it to use for my oldest - who is a soldier.

Love but with same glitch as others. I'm going through my first deployment with my fiancé and it's been rough. Within a few days, I found this app and downloaded it! Worked great for the first week then the badge notification stopped changing unless I went in and reset the date. Developers, you've had enough of these complaints. It's time to fix it!!! Otherwise, I love it!!

Won’t load picture. The countdown works but it won’t allow me to access my photo library to upload a picture of my soldier. Pretty disappointed. I could have used a free countdown app if I didn’t want a picture of my soldier on it.

Great countdown app. Worth the $$. It's just a countdown, but instead of days it gives you down to the seconds. I miss my man in BCT and this lets me see his picture and see how much time it will be before I get to see him graduate!!

It makes the time go by so much quicker.. I love getting an exact countdown of when I will be seeing my Marine, I find myself looking at it a couple times a day, just to remind myself that I'm that much closer to being with him.

Love!. Love this app! Perfect for tracking days until seeing soldiers deployed or at basic training. Only glitch is that the number doesn't change on its own. To change the number you have to go into phrase and choose a different one. Other than that I love it!

Can’t add photo. I know you are supposed to be able to however when ever I open the photos the screen goes white and does not load. Maybe a bug in new update? I have restarted my phone and reinstalled it twice. Please fix!

Badge ID not updating. I've tried to send an email via app support and I get an error message. Please fix badge id. Thanks

Wonderful!. Seeing the complete breakdown into hours and minutes helps the time pass a little. I wish there were an option for just the total number of days like the circle of pain. Still, thank you for this app!

No photo. Paid for it, sure it’s only$.99, but it doesn’t allow me to add a photo! I thought it was a cute idea, now having second thoughts. :( Needs bugs worked out.

Won’t let you open Photo gallery. If you charge , you should be able to open your own photo like it says in the app description. It will only allow the camera. Please fix

Awful. I bought this and at first could not share, tried reinstall but now I can’t add photo OR share. It should work if you are going to charge soldiers families

Four stars because it is only army themed. I bought it anyway, but seriously, if you're going to charge for it, couldn't you include the other branches? How hard would that be? A color and word change. I don't have a soldier, I have a marine, and I'd prefer to see marine blue/black/red than olive drab every time I open the app. Developers, if you made this because you have a soldier, consider how you'd feel if you could only BUY (not download free) an app that said your marine or sailor (not soldier) was coming home in xyz days. You'd be grateful for the calculator but annoyed at the wording and color, right? That's how the rest of us feel. Please fix this.

Help!!!. I live this app so so much!! All of a sudden it stopped working! I have been counting down the days to see my son. The app will not open. 😢

Can’t upload picture. This app was a great idea until I realized I can’t upload a picture with my soldier. Update your app so we can have a picture of our soldiers like we paid to be able to do.

Cool idea. I love that it'a a military based countdown, but the app is not allowing me to add a picture. It's frustrating to pay for an app and such a simple thing as adding a photo will not work. It would also be cool if you could change it for different branches of the military in order to appeal to all.

photo. i would of given this app 5 stars but just recently i wanted to change my SITs photo and every time i go to change it it glitches and goes white. i tried to restart my phone and redownload the app and still the same thing happens. and now that i redownloaded it i can’t even pick a picture.

Doesn’t work to upload pictures. And I tried to ask for help through their app support and it replied technical difficulties. Anyone else know how to get my money back? I don’t want something I can’t use

Absolutely Love It!. I love how personal you can make it, with a custom saying, picture and name. I also love being able to keep track on when my husband comes home. It's a great app, all army spouses should have this!

It’s comforting.. My husband will be gone a year and this kinda helps to look at. It would honestly be amazing if there was an option to make it a screensaver on my phone but the little app does its job and comforts me. ♥️

Almost perfect. I like this app, it's nice to see the days ticking away. It'd be perfect if you had the option to switch between time left and time completed. Deployments get extended all the time, it'd be nice to be able to see how much time you've made it through already in those cases.

Love Love Love it!. I highly recommend this app to anyone waiting on their soldier! I bought this app while my husband was in basic training and I loved looking at it and seeing how much closer we were getting to his home coming!

Countdown soldier app. Doesn’t work. Do not buy. Too many glitches.

Best App Ever!. I love this app and I love that you can customize it. The only thing that is a little annoying is that it closes the first couple of times I try to open it. Although that is annoying and it makes me frown, the rest of the app makes me smile! Especially when I see the picture of my soldier and the time left until he gets home!

Keep up with the times, please. Now that the iPhone OS has been upgraded, my photo library does not show up. Therefore I can’t choose a picture. Therefore I’ve paid money for an app I can’t use.

Love it. Love it, would love to see a Navy themed one as I have a Sailor, not a soldier but I am using it anyway!!

Love it but.... They only have one issue with this app..it says soldier countdown and there is no ability to change it to a different branch, no "air force, marine, etc" countdown and only one background, army green. I have no problem with the army but it feels like a one sided app. When they come up with the ability to choose which background you want, it will be a 5 star app!

Great!. I love this app. It's exactly what I needed. It's so nice to be able to just pull up something that will tell you exactly how long you have left with out having to do the math all the time!! I really like that you can customize it too.

Has Potential. This app has the potential to be better than it is. When I click to upload a photo the screen just goes blank. It’s also solely for soldiers. It would be nice to have a selection of branches to choose from - I have a Marine - so being able to customize the colors to other branches would be nice.
