Help me. Idk what is wrong with the game but every time I download the game it zooms in only allowing me to see one corner of the screen which is problematic because I just recently found the game again. I had it when I was younger and played it for hours upon hours. To this day it would still be my favorite game on my phone if I could get it to work. Please help, also good job the game is fire. (ps ima still give it a good rating even tho I’m upset because the game it’s self is great n i don’t want to tank your ratings)

An Element doesn’t work. This is an awesome game. It is fun and addicting. Maybe a little pay to win but I can deal with that. But....the “Killer Swarm” element doesn’t work for some reason. Whenever you place it, the killer swarm goes to a human and right when it touches the human or whatever you are trying to kill, it crashes and exits you out of the game. When I get back on the game everything is normal. But the minute I spawn in a killer swarm and it touches an animal or human it crashes again. I don’t know why it crashes but please fix this. It’s so frustrating. I do recommend this game though. It is still very fun.

Nostalgic. Even with how buggy and outdated this game is, it’s still a Masterpiece, this game brought back so many memories, made so many fun moments, and it even got me introduced to the invincible series. That being said, it’s extremely buggy now, as I’m if you open the app it gets super zoomed in to an unplayable level, but I found a way to fix it is to turn your phone sideways before opening the app and it will run almost normally, still a bit glitchy but it works like it used to do it checks out

Major glitch (that seems more of a feature now). Ok, so if you get this and it works, I’d suggest it, but for me at least, it zooms to the bottom left part to the point that I can’t click anything. I’ve restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and waited for updates, but nothing ever happens, proving they’re fully submerged in the “better than ever” cash grab sequel where you have to pay $60 a year to get most of the better items. I’d give it 5 stars if I could still play. This company isn’t doing crap about the many many reviews stating the same problem. This shows the company is out for the money and really doesn’t care about the people playing. -Months later the problem still exists, and ironically I’m realizing what shows is something about “middle of the screen”, I really don’t understand why they’re doing this, and even worse is the new game is total trash.

Nostalgic. I played this game in 1st and 2nd grade a lot and downloaded it for some nostalgia. Unfortunately I was met with the glitch everyone else has left in their reviews too. Fortunately it’s easily fixed by turning off the “portrait orientation lock” off. The thing that makes your phone not flip the screen when you flip your phone. Anyway, the game doesn’t fit the size of the screen and I can tolerate that, but if the developers see this, make it fit the bigger phones and stuff! Don’t change the dang game just make it fit the screen and not glitch🤘🤘 In any case, this game is awesome and super nostalgic, stoked it’s still on the App Store.

Money eater!!!. First I got the new game then I got the old one then I played it and you have to buy other stories!!! It’s a money eater and when you buy a element after a couple days you lose your element and I putted some humans and you can’t have a bunch of humans arrrrgh! So annoying! I like the new one it’s better because it does you do not lose elements and you can buy them all and use mana to get stories that’s lot better then the old one The old one is a money eater get the new one it’s better then the old one. You creators can you make a new the sandbox

A Glitch.... This bring back memory's. I miss the game, but...there's seem to be a error with the game. Even if I try to redownload the game, the screen is zoomed all the way in, and I can't even zoom out. And I'm on mobile by the way. I'm just wondering. Can the game fix this glitch because...I do love the game and trust me, I do want to play this game. So, please try to fix this glitch and if the glitch is fixed, I will give the game a 5 star review.

Badly needs update.. I liked the gallery where people built all kinds of contraptions and it wasn’t “game” based. It was more along the lines of a falling sands game. However the newer app doesn’t focus on this form, and instead focused on making games with controls. I want my good old gallery back. At the least the devs need to update this app back to working order. iPhone X screens are zoomed in and the UI is unnavigable. Fix this app, then I’ll think about investment into your other apps. I need to know you care for your fan base and apps.

Disappointed. This used to be my favorite game. Until I came to reopen it today after sometime of not using it. (Adulting got in the way). When I open the app, the screen is only showing me the bottom left corner. As if I was playing on an iPad but I’m just using my phone so it won’t fit the screen. I can’t click or do anything. I tried turning the screen, closing the app, restarting my phone, hell I even tried undownloading and redownloading it. I guess it’s just time I said goodbye to an old favorite. When it worked it was a classic! I loved the game and could play for hours. Wish it still worked because I would love to play again. Good luck if you download it, it’ll go 50/50. Either it’ll be the most amazing game you’ve ever played, or you can’t even click the menu or settings button cause it’s larger than a computer on your tiny screen. Have fun.

Developers don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve had this game since the iPod 4G released. I had every single element, and basically had the entire game completed and they wiped my data for no reason one day. It’s also 2019, and the app still has the screen size of the iPod/iPhone 4, so when you open this app a lot of your screen will be black. Despite updating the game multiple times to support newer iOS versions, they still have the old aspect ratio, even though no devices with that aspect ratio can run the app. They’re stupid.

A way around the half screen zoom in glitch. This way works for me, I’m also on phone. Open the game while your phone is sideways, it should open normally. So far it has worked every time for me, so hopefully it will for you as well. I know the devs won’t ever update the game anymore, but I do wish they for some reason do, its a great game that’s been abandoned.

Good game but bugs. This game is amazing and was the golden game when me and my cousin played we loved it and there was no bugs fast forward 2-3 years and I’m wondering what changed in the game I get it and everything is new and I was happy the only problem is when opening the app the screen is only fixed in on one place and it wouldn’t let me do anything,I tried many other things but nothing happened and that was the only thing that happens every time amazing game but that’s the only bug I got

It's ok, but.... The game is great don't get me wrong, but I feel mostly as if it is a pay to play game, most campaigns cost money, and you have a high level of mana that gets taken away due to the fact that you are playing missions, and the dude asks you to buy elements that take way to much mana, ads are ok, they don't pop up frequently, but I feel like it could've been more. There was a high level of potential that just went to waste

Great game but major visual bugs. This game brings back so many nostalgic feelings and I love this game but the new update brought ads which are annoying and I get constant visual bugs wether it be as small as he screen being a bit off center or as large as being permanently zoomed in making it unplayable, I have an iPhone 8 and I hope they fix these bugs

From great to fail in 10 mins. . .. Although I had always enjoyed the game, especially creating scenes and contraptions, I had not used the game on my iPad for many months (too busy with projects & events). But today I wanted to update & add it to my iPhone. I was up & running in just a few minutes and even though it didn't retain all of my mana & elements, it was easy to start creating & to buy what I needed to design and electrify circuits, etc. I saved my standard background and recorded my creation, then tried to save/share it. At first I got an error message and then it crashed. Now any attempt to open the app flashes the home page/menu with a Welcome back or a Please Rate message for an instant. Then it closes completely. I have tried turning off phone -- tomorrow the App will be removed and reinstalled but not sure it will work or if I will trust creating anything with it.

Bug. Used to play this game a lot but when I got it on my iPhone 7 I noticed there’s a bug. Whenever they set up the port or whatever they forgot to scale the UI properly for iPhones so when I launch the game the ui is actually a lot bigger than it’s supposed to be and it makes the game unplayable. All the menus are blurry and clearly not meant to be scaled up this far, and my past experience with the game tells me this is probably a problem with the specific version I’m using on my iPhone.

Please don’t listen to the haters just keep doing your best every single haters just saying you care about yourself and your money I bet you don’t I hope you don’t to so just keep adding more things to this game and keep doing your best be your best and just you know keep working on the game keep doing the good work and have a good day bye (keep up the good work)

Sad. Game does not work on my iPhone 11, unfortunately the screen is super zoomed in, I cannot even get passed the starting screen, this is extremely saddening because I used to play on my Samsung as a kid and I completely forgot about it until the other day, I was super excited to experience the nostalgic feeling of playing this game again after all these years just to be brought to the disheartening realization that I cannot play it despite it being in my App Store. Please fix, thank you.

Classical building game. This is a great game, and even today, it is still standing well. Sure, it’s sequel, (or Sandbox Evolution) may be a lot better, but this is the inspiration of this game, and this game has been one of my favorite games before the sequel has been released. I am proud of this game, and keep up the good work in “Sandbox Evolution”.

Fun, but the ads are atrocious.. This game is fun and interesting after you’ve unlocked some elements, but almost every time you enter the menu or go into another section of the game an ad will play. Not to mention the random pop-up ads that can come up at any time. I would be fine with this because it’s a free game, except it also has a shop that you can spend from $10-$20 per item. This is only the in game currency though, but there should be no reason to put pop up ads and video ads every time you go to a different screen. Would have rated it at 4 stars, but the ads are just too much. Go into airplane mode if you play this game.

GREAT GAME. this is a very fun game and brings back so many memories. I dunno why everyone else is complaining about random crashes. Although you only getting 0 mana from daily challenges is annoying challenges is very very annoying. Although if you have the game long enough it’s possible to get all the elements without money! The way you do this is with daily challenges. Yes it does give you 0 mana. But most of the tome 500!

I GOT IT TO WORK. Since it works now, 5/5 games made my childhood good stuff yada yada. I believe the last update for this game came out BEFORE apple implemented the tilt lock feature (tilt lock allows your phone to remain in vertical or horizontal mode when you are not orienting your phone in that direction) As such, the game isn’t designed to display the screen in vertical mode, so having your phone locked in vertical mode simply zooms in and doesn’t let you play. How to fix: Disable tilt lock and start the app with your phone in the horizontal configuration.

Was fun but now you just seem money hungry.. So when I first got this game when it first came out, it was great almost one of a kind. Now it’s full of, “buy this... buy that... get mana so you can get somethin’ that ain’t worth it...” and not only that I can’t even play it correctly because the resolution is broken. Probably just a bug. I’ve tried re-downloading it many times... and nothing. All I’m saying is it would be a great game but it just isn’t worth the money anymore... love your game but can’t play it...

Zoom in bug. It always makes it zoom in for every screen on the game for me and it seems like it’s only putting the camera in the bottom left corner and I’m also playing this on the phone. But I think it started about 2 years ago (I THINK) hopefully I’m Correct

It’s good and all but…. This game is really really good and I actually like it a lot but it’s just a little thing that I would probably Change. I don’t like that there are big Prices what if you can make the game cost money but everything in the game is free because that’s how I like things but you know I don’t want to be needy so you can keep the game however you want but I think that I would rate all five stars if you change the game just a little bit. You know what I mean? OK so if the person that made this is listening then he will probably like this Report because I am one of his customers and he cannot ignore his or her customers. So if you could please try to make things cost less money or something like that then I’d be happier. So can you like maybe do that please?. Small glitch but cool. I absolutely love this game I redownloaded it and I had nostalgia. While things have pros, they also have cons... when I try to go into the app itself it looks all zoomed in and big into a specific spot and I end up having to exit and enter many times before it actually works. It’s annoying but besides that it’s cool.

You got to be kidding me. I was making a level and I decided to put humans but every time I tapped a place to put it It didn't put it and the elements screen had TOAST on it. I NEVER BOUGHT TOAST! I ALSO HAD A BUILDING SHOWING. I NEVER BOUGHT THAT. It also has been continually been crashing And teleporting me back to MY HOME SCREEN! And when before it crashed the first time I bought the human element and guess WHAT. IT CRASHED AND WHEN I OPENED UP THE GAME IT SAID I DIDN'T BUY IT! Please fix this I really like this game BUT THIS IS FREAKING UNBELIEVABLE! For right now I am still keeping this game IF I haven't had anybody respond to this AND FIX THIS I will delete this game and never download this game AGAIN And you will lose me as a game player. . 2 days later and now I can't even get into the menu without getting logged back out to my home screen. Deleting this game now. Last strike READ THIS REVIEW PEOPLE!!! You guys really only care about your self and your money. That is what I call cruel.

I love it but…. I used to play this game ALL the time, just redownloaded after getting a new phone and it won’t let me play. I can’t see the whole screen right after it starting. Anything either of us can do to fix that?

Hear me out everyone. Okay so I also had been fiery disheartened by the glitch where you open the app and it zooms in so you can’t touch anything, and I had believed that the developers did it on purpose, just to make a new game to make money, the new game isn’t like the old game. But here’s where I want you to head me out. If you really loved playing this when you were younger like me you’ll give it another chance, I just downloaded this game again and had the same glitch like 3 times but I then opened it a fourth time and it played it normally but the screen was a little zoomed out now, which I can’t complain because I could now play it upon opening the app, if this opportunity never happens to you then I suggest memorizing the spilt second of the menu screen you see and then trying to t start the game because that may have been what helped me. Edit: the screen is smaller on both sides so I think it just wasn’t working because the iPhone screens gif too big that is if you have an iPhone, and the devs just stopped working on it Edit: alright it worked once and never had again, but I feel like If I keep trying one day it will, that is how much I’m not a fan of the second game

Download an earlier version.. This game had been great. It used to not have many ads, coming out with new updates often, everything that came in with an update was free until the next update or about there. Now, in the version 2.3 (the number is shown on the startup menu when you open the app) every time I complete a level for 500 mana, I only get 100 mana. This is not that big of a deal, but when you start a new campaign, you are supposed to receive a large mana bonus which is specified in the screen you see to confirm your purchase. The game rewards you with 100 mana regardless of how much you were lead to believe by the message on the screen you are sent to when you tap on a new campaign. Also, the daily task has a glitch that I have experienced in past versions; the glitch is that the message is “Hi buddy! I have a very simple task for you today. Finish it to earn 0 mana!” Also, if it does say it will reward the player with however much mana, it will give you either 0 mana, or, again, 100 mana. The ads are also annoying. Truth be told, the ads can be avoided by turning on airplane mode, or -since that has stopped working on iOS devices since a recent update- turning off the internet access, the Wi-Fi. The “Restore Purchases” button doesn’t work, doesn’t even function. TL;DR: • older versions were better • ads are annoying • promises of mana after purchases aren’t kept • cannot Restore Purchases; that doesn’t do anything.

Bugged out. I used to have this game on my iPad, and decided to get it on my phone, only to find it unplayable. The menu didn’t fit the screen at all, and I could only see the bottom left corner of it. I’ve tried a few things but nothing worked. My previous experience with this game was pretty positive (except for the fact that you have to pay for 90% of the levels), but I’m super bummed I couldn’t get it.

Good but bad. I had this game a LONG time ago on my old iPad, and it was awesome! Not too many ads, new elements being added consistently, and not to complicated mechanics. I just rebought the game recently on my phone and I have to say, a lot has changed. A lot of new elements were added which is a good thing, but the moment I open up the game I get an ad. Ok not so bad. Then after I finish the tutorial, I get another ad. The same one. This has been going on ever since I re-got the game. Whenever I go to the menu, or finish a level, I get the same ad over and over again. It's really annoying and I wonder why it's the same ad. Another thing that's been a problem since the game came out, is that you have to use mana to buy things in the tutorial. WHATS THE POINT OF REWARDING US IF WE'RE FORCED TO USE OUR MANA TO COMPLETE LEVELS!? I feel like the game would be so much better if we didn't have to buy things. Just let us do what we want with the elements that we want. Trust me this game is really good, but it's almost like a game where you have to spend money to do anything.

Completely broken on iPhone X. I used to love this game when I played it on my iPad years ago. I was excited when I discovered it was still around, and wanted to check it out again. However, when i tried to open the app, I noticed all the display scaling was all off, and a popup was covering anything that may have been usable. I really want to give it credit because it really was a great game back when it worked, but now it’s unplayable, regardless of what it used to be. I do know there’s a newer version, I just figured I’d try a little nostalgia trip before I tried anything new. Hopefully i can get that version to run instead.

Needs to be updated. I have always loved this game and had tons of fun with it, however ever since I got an iPhone 8 it has been pretty broken ex. There is a large dark portion of the screen that is useless.. I am aware that the sequel most likely has these problems fixed but the thing is I’m not about to buy all of the iap in a new game and would love to retain them but I’m sure I can’t. Thus the problem: I have all elements and campaign but the game doesn’t fit my screen at all and I don’t want to get the other game(I probably will soon enough) and buy everything(I probably won’t) if you could refine the game so that it supports all these newer phones and what not it would be greatly appreciated by tons of people who played this game as a child and whatnot. I sincerely hope that you take this into consideration and don’t completely drop this game like other game developers have.

Needs fixed. I used to play this game a lot as a kid and still love this version but i just recently downloaded it again and had to restart. Thats fine but after one day of playing i sign in the next day and everything is destroyed. Its like its zoomed in super far but still trying to fit all the ui options into the screen. Its hard to explain but i would love to start playing again. Great game otherwise

I have questions!. I just got this game a couple of days ago, and, for some reason, it will open up, and be zoomed in by 5x and it’s weird. I have an iPhone 11 if that’s of any significance. I will give it 5 stars though, for what I have seen, which is lots and lots of pixels which must have taken forever to make each screen and stuff. And I appreciate games that developers actually put time into.

Fun if you don’t get the bugs. When I first started this game, I loved it. It was easily one of my most played games for a time. There are a bunch of levels spanning a variety of themes, from world-building to puzzle solving to platforming, and that’s ignoring the user-submissions. Now that I come back to it though, a lot of bugs started cropping up since I last played. The main problem is with the screen. On iPhone (7), the screen zooms dramatically in the corner every time I open the game. I can’t reach any useful options, and the screen zoom feature native to my phone doesn’t undo it. On iPad mini (gen 5), the zoom feature is gone so it is at least playable, but there still is a minor bug. On the daily quest for mana, try not to restart from the world menu, as that tends to open a blank menu and put you in an empty default world. TLDR: fun game, but desperately needs a bug fix update.

Good but.... The games fun. But I think that there should be another way to unlock the other worlds or whatever they’re called than spending money... for example maybe it cost mana or complete missions unlocks other worlds or something else beside spending your money. I guarantee most of the players are kids and not all kids have money and my parent personally aren’t gonna buy these levels so I’m stuck playing like 5 levels and then deleting the game. If you don’t have money or you don’t want to spend your money on this little semi fun game then I don’t suggest at all.

Great app but unplayable. I love this game but the app cannot be played. Upon opening the app you get a text bubble that is zoomed in. The first part of the text is cut off but the line that is visible states “in the middle of the screen. There is no way to zoom out or close out of the text box. Dev team please release a new update that fixes this. I would hate to have to give you a bad rating if the flaw remains unfixed. You guys have so many games to enjoy.

Would rate more if I could actually play.. It should be embarrassing that this game can’t even run on people’s devices because of this bug. If you had any respect for people and their money you would fix it. We supported you with our hard earned money to buy elements and packs and this is how we are treated? I’ve read several other reviews with the same problem. And I know you read comments because on your newer game you write generic non-answer replies. The game doesn’t even show up completely on the screen. It’s totally non playable. Fix it or we’ll ask for refunds. I have a problem investing money in something that is totally non usable now, but can be easily fixed.

Fix the game, it’s unplayable!. I used to love this game! I’d spend countless hours on it messing around and making my worlds. But I recently re-downloaded it and there’s a huge problem; it’s not fitting! The screen is twice the size it should be and I’m only seeing the bottom left corner! I can’t press any buttons or see the writing, and it pains me because I really want to play this game that I attach to so many memories. Please fix this. I’d give it 5 stars, but currently it really only deserves one, as it’s less of a game and more of a fourth of a screenshot of an opening page on a game. Please, please fix this!

Ok so I’m confused. So I love this game and used to be able to play it a lot but for some reason my phone (Iphone 5) keeps zooming in to the bottom far left on the opening screen and keeps doing it whenever I reinstall it and open it which sends it to the screen you get when you open it for the very first time. It keeps doing it to the point I can’t use this game and that makes me kinda sad because I love this game and my phone doesn’t let me play the sequel game

Used to be better. I played this game a few days after release, and it was great! It was basically a newer version of one of the best games on the App Store, and I loved it. Nowadays, the game still retains it’s fun aspect, and that’s about it. EVERYTHING is paid access only now. EVERYTHING. Character creator-paid. Level templates- paid (I think it was always paid though). Even certain level packs that were purchasable with gems now cost money. Come on, guys: bring free games back.

AW MAN. This game brings so many memories, but I can’t believe I can’t play it anymore I wonder why, I just hope that the update for the newer kind has the same and same actions and interaction AND hero’s and buildings (so many “and”) like I literally want all the things from this kind to the newest because the best part was the plants for the ocean, and people actually doing something. If you already planned this then OOoOoOooOoOo.

Amazing (mostly). The game is extremely fun and that there are multi-pixel things like snakes and characters that you can control like one of my favorites for testing out the effects of different gems like sapphire and ruby which is tech trooper. But it could use improvement since sometimes there is no daily quest or thing to do to get mana and there has not been one for me for a week or so.

Memories. Wow, this game brings back so many memories and awesome times. I’ve always admired how so many few companies that produce mobile games put such low effort and thought into making games. When I saw this game around 5 years ago, I knew I was in for fun times. First off, this game has a ton of elements and things to do. Of course, as a mobile game, it’s kind of limited however you can still have a lot of fun if you somewhat of a good imagination. Now, what can you do? Well, you can take some acid and see what happens when your pour it into the Pacific Ocean. Or how about spawning some zombies in the middle of an alien invasion and see what happens? You can do that! This game provides you with a lot of tools as well as tutorials/missions if you’re into sandbox games with objectives. What’s amazing is that you can create your own community with your friends and such so you can see and play each other’s creation. Unfortunately, ever since the release of the second version of the game it has not gotten a lot more attention nor updates. I would 100% checking both this and the second game

Fun.. Yes, that’s it. The game is enjoyable. But, there are a few problems. One is that there is an ad mostly every time I close a tab of finish a level. It’s just annoying and gets in the way. Another thing is that you have to unlock elements and buy them with an in-game currency. Doesn’t sound like a problem, until you realize only about 15% of the games and campaigns playable are free to play. How does that relate? There is no main way of getting Mana other then the campaigns. Of course, you can buy mana with money, but still. A sandbox game mainly has everything for the player to use. But this game took a different turn. I am not complaining. It’s just the 2 main problems that are annoying.

I spent my money, so you don’t have to.. When I was younger, I spent money on this game to unlock every element and every level, and I remember having so much fun doing it. But the game permanently crashed, and wouldn’t ever boot up again. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and the same thing happened, rendering my purchase useless. But recently here I remembered this game, and the amount of fun I had, and so I bought it again. I didn’t have the same amount of fun as I did the first time, and soon the game crashed on me. Later, the exact same thing happened on me again! The game has crashed multiple times, and in my first play of this game, I have encountered bugs, the same bugs that I’ve encountered years ago. So I’ve waited for the receipt to come into my inbox so I can request for a refund. And when it did, I went to request, and it said the request wasn’t available for a refund, which I remember now is the exact same thing that happened when I went to request a refund years ago. So the game doesn’t allow for any refunds at all. So I suppose I’m stuck with this game on my device forever until it inevitably crashes and refuses to run again. If your going to spend $16 somewhere, I’ll request to spend it on Stardew Valley, or on Mini Metro, which both are about the exact same price as the full game.

I know what you’re doing. You made a game that you were really proud of and you put a lot of work into it. Then you realized that the micro transactions wouldn’t last forever and you decided to make the previous game inaccessible so everyone would flock to the sequel in search of a replacement. Then you paywalled the crap out of the game and put a couple crappy Minecraft shaders on the original game. You essentially forced everyone to pay for a sleazy subscription for a game they already had. Nice. You’re deplorable. There is one other possibility that doesn’t make this any better. You could’ve been bought by a big company that forced to put those paywall tactics in the sequel. Then a glitch came up in the previous game, and instead of fixing it you abandoned it completely. Pretty crappy. Wouldn’t recommend either game to anyone

I can’t even play it. When I go into the app, it’s zoomed into the bottom left corner and it’s stuck there. No idea what’s happening but I’m guessing it’s because of my phone model.

Never played Minecraft but .... A long time ago back when I was little kid, the three of us siblings shared an iPad with this game and we learnt so much from playing it. The worlds you could create was sooo much fun! Never played Minecraft but this game was our minecraft back in the day. I do wish some features were more easily available however either way it is a fantastic game especially for kids! Very satisfying and full of things to explore!

New phones = no support. The new iPhones don’t work for this game, I used to love it but now I can’t play it

Good but unreasoned crashing 🏠🏠. This is a great game. But on the second day of playing ( today), I tried to get to create mode but it would make a rip like noise and put me out of the game!!!!! It would go fine for a couple of hours before crashing. I tried restarting... it wouldn’t work. So I reinstalled the game and got everything I needed to create. It crashed again. It was fine when I went shopping, went fine when the iPad charged. But in the evening, you guessed it... it crashed. It didn’t even work in internet. I don’t want to reinstall this AGAIN. I would also like a cat, dog, frog, wolf, hyena, llama, cobra, seal and some Australian Animals added. Apart from that, this is a great game. I recommend The Sandbox

Screen too large, unable to play properly. For some reason on the iPhone 13 Pro Max, the screen on the game expands to the point where I cant shrink it to fit my screen, and thus I can’t play the game at all :(

Mana problem. It’s a good game but all of the elements cost a lot of in game mana (money) and it is really difficult to complete levels due to not having enough mana to purchase the elements you need and getting your hands on more mana is very inefficient. I’ve tried to use the ‘watch an ad to receive mana’ option but it doesn’t give you anything and you just sit through an ad for no reason. And the fact that you can’t use all of the elements in the creative mode for free is quite frustrating because there are only a limited amount of elements you can use if you can’t afford them. Otherwise it’s fun, but please fix this dilemma game devs.

It’s zoomed on my screen. I have an iPhone XS Max and when I install the app, I get to the very first screen that’s a message about the middle of the screen, but I can’t see it or move it because it’s zoomed into the bottom left corner. Technical Difficulties. I love this game when I was about 6 my two older sisters and I would share an iPad and we would always play sandbox as it was super fun. I downloaded it today to try and remember it but when I open the app its always zoomed in and only shows one quarter of the whole app, do you know a way to fix this?

Continuous Crashing. I don't seem to be the only one with this issue, but if you tap the Photo button and then tap the Microphone, the app will crash and will continue crashing every time you open the app. I can't get further than the menu and restarting my iPad hasn't worked. Bug that has rendered the game unplayable. Soo... I love this game BUT I’ve encountered a bug that make the game unplayable if I go in the main menu and even if I restart the game it doesn’t correct it. Bugs. Sometimes its zoomed in when you open the app, simply close it and go back in, when you cancel a purchase it crashes, this isnt a bug but when you purchase a new story mode thing it automatically goes backwards, just annoying, some achievements are delayed by hours, each finished level takes about 3 seconds to be considered finished, this can glitch and you have to redo, patch these please, also give more options for mana, currently daily rewards, buying new levels and mission are the only way to get mana, and once you do all these things your stuck for the rest of the day, the mana you get is also pretty low

Here's a small tip to those who wastes money. So, I found a small glitch that hasn't been patched yet. If you have made one mana purchase you can spam click restore purchases to restore your mana purchase, effectively duplicating mana.

Why isn’t this game updated?. It’s still on the App Store yet it only supports iPhone 7 and below? I used to play this game a lot as a kid and I just came back with an IPhone 12 Pro Max and the game is pretty much unplayable because it isn’t optimized for the new phones. Fix hack. Try turning off background app refresh in settings for the game and having oriental lock turned off will keep the screen from being zoomed in all the way

Game is good but broke. So I used to have this game years ago and got it again recently. I was doing the tutorial and after beating a level a ad opened up and it wouldn’t close so then I closed the app. When I opened it back up my mana was gone and the level wasn’t completed and I had no mana to complete it. I couldn’t complete the tutorial and it was very annoying. This wouldn’t be a problem if everything didn’t cost money. I will not be playing this again.

Fun game but mana. I can’t seem to get any mana from the daily challenge, I don’t get the daily challenge at all for some reason, the daily sign in bonus stopped working and the low level free mana ads don’t work. That’s a deal breaker in my opinion bc now I don’t even want to try to get the full game as I don’t have faith that it’ll even work properly.

Does not work.. There is this game breaking bug on IPhone, that makes you unable to play. This bug basically just zooms you into the corner. Do you like progress? I do! Clearly they don’t! From the corner I could only see, I saw the tutorial on a phone I have played this game a lot on. I bet if you were on an earlier version this bug would be fixed. Perhaps this is a way of trying to get us to play their newer, shittier game. TLDR: Can’t play on phone, maybe iPad Puts you on tutorial even though you have progressed. This is one of the most fun games. I have been playing this game for a very long time now (4-5 years) and there is still so much to do. Even when you don’t have all the elements you can still do a lot with the game.

Daily Challenge bug. So... after not playing this game for several months, the same daily challenge would repeat every day. Specifically the one where you have to have the woodworker to complete it. Since I don't have I that element nor do I have the mana for it, I can't finish it. Also, the daily mana bonus does not show up.

So I sprang at least near 50 dollars to 100 getting a lot of stuff unlocked, one day I accidentally deleted it and when I re downloaded it all of the stuff I purchased was locked back and I couldn’t use any of them , I tried just playing through levels to get a lot of it back , but you don’t get enough back from the levels to unlock what I had , I’d love to get a refund back or have my purchases restored at least

Absolutely AMAZING🎉😁. Really great game guys! I love it so much but I was wondering if you could make the elements cheaper. As you well know, it is hard to get enough mana for the things that you really want. Especially when you did all the campaigns you can. Just make the elements cheaper and u get 5 stars.

Solution to glitch. A way around the current glitch is to hold your phone in landscape mode before you load the game this will allow the game to be playable

Great memories gone forever. I had this game many years ago on my iPad gen 1 and had many memories and I wanted to redownload it so I did but every time i opened it I would see the bottom left of a screen and could see words talking about an okay button in the middle that I couldn’t see so I was stuck there I even redownloaded it and it did the same thing

My data before I redownloaded this app. So I had a channel in the camera thing and my vids made the front spot that is what I liked a lot. I made a mistake that deleted this app. After awhile I reinstalled the app and my data was erased and now my channel is in the skies. I hate that a lot.

Broken game. It’s really annoying that to the developers don’t care about their games. No reason to download this game because there is a zoomed in glitch and there will always be because the developers don’t care to fix their game. Innovative, creative, and all around fun.. Sandbox has to be one of the most beautifully set up and creatively made games Pixowl has to offer. With a large assortment of elements and an open mind, you can create just about anything in this sandbox style game.

Entertaining.. I love this game! But there are a lot of money traps in the game. It's easy to play for a while until you realize it's hard to earn mana and a lot of the missions require you to spend it. It's still fun.. but this makes it frustrating.

Cannot view any screen. I used to have this a long time ago. Absolutely one of my favorite games. But recent updates have made it impossible to play. As soon as you open up the app you get a zoomed in version and are not able to change anything or get to any other screen. When this is fixed it is a five star game.

Screen Sizing. I played this game all the time when i was younger. I stumbled upon it and wanted to play it again. But i didn’t even get the chance to, because only the bottom left corner of the game is on my screen. There’s two pop-ups after I open the game. I can close the first one, but I can’t get past the second one. Idk if after the screen is normal after the second pop up, or if I’m just looking past and obvious solution, but I’m just asking for someone to help.

The screen is too big. Hello sooo this is my first time playing I press one button and it was too big so I reinstalled it and it still didn’t work I’m on a iPhone 6 Plus fix it for me please I want to test this game

Broken. If you've somehow happened upon this app in 2020, don't even bother with it. The entire game is now weirdly zoomed in, making the app literally inoperable-except for the ad prompting you to download the sequel, of course, that fits the screen perfectly. Guess they finally got sick of people who felt the first version was good enough for them and decided to break it so that the sequel would be all that's left.

Issues with iPhone app. Okay, so I download this game after years of not playing it for a while and my iPad (which I had it on before) broke. I open the game, excited— 😐 but the screen only shows a tiny part of the screen, and I can’t zoom out or pan around the screen. I can’t even click the button to begin or play at all. Please fix this as soon as possible before I give up and just delete it. My phone is an IPhone s.
