Calories burnt isn’t accurate!. I really enjoy this app, I use it 4x a week to track my progress. My only complaint is that the calories burnt is not accurate. Harvard Law did a study that showed the average person burns 90 calories every 30 minutes doing strength training exercise. Honestly I view this as a huge issue, it’s spreading false information about the amount of calories you’re actually burning which can lead people to eat more. I did a simple 60 minute strength training workout tonight and it said that I burnt 900 calories, this is obviously not true. This is almost false advertising. Thank you.

Didn’t find it useful. This app really doesn’t work for me. I️ can barely do anything as a result of the constant nagging to upgrade to premium. Sometimes it’ll freeze on the upgrade screen, which makes me want to upgrade less anyway. I️ downloaded this app to get meal plan ideas that fit my dietary restrictions and when I️ take the quiz, it gives me suggestions completely disregarding them. The app has a fantastic UI, but the functionality needs work. Great potential here, but poor implementation. I’m deleting it for now and I’ll try again in a few months. I’m very hopeful for this app because it seems like this could have been a winner if it wasn’t for the aforementioned issues.

Too bad. This app was amazing when I first downloaded it. I had been using it for over 4 years. I loved the custom workouts, the single muscle workouts, the targeted group workouts, there wasn’t the ghost ding of doing two sets before the rest timer set off. They fixed that last one but moved everything I enjoyed about this app behind a pay wall. So no, I refuse to pay for it when it was free for the entire time I used it prior. It’s a shame but I’m going to delete this app and most likely won’t be back

Good but could be better. This is a all around good app but need a lot of work. It doesn’t have all the exercise machines that the gyms has so I have to customize it. Another problem is they need to have much more single leg exercises that I can log says left leg and right leg because I got injured and one leg is much stronger than the other. And the app often crashes on me mid workout and all my stats are lost. The recipes are good though:

Good price, but needs work. I lift weights and I’d like to plan my workouts better. To make the app better you could add the following- customizable workouts based on what is recommended. I don’t like how the workouts are the same. We should be able to design our workouts based on the muscle groups we want to hit and there should be recommendations for what we need. We also need different kind of sets for instance, super sets, warm ups, pyramid bench, etc. lots of other things that need improvement. Wouldn’t be that hard to program a rest timer into the app or having different workouts for a weight lifter vs a bodybuilder. I’d be glad to help, I’ve tried a lot of different workout apps and I know the exact layout that could make it a lot better.

Great for those who are self motivated!. The app is wonderful. Even the free version with ADs provides an individual with way more coaching and guidance than needed. The reminders to get a premium version is really their way of telling you; “hey look what more you can get at A ridiculously low price!” The premium versions work out plans literally can eliminate the need for a gym membership. They use compound exercises that don’t require you to work out all day. As a mom with 4 children and one of whom is disabled this is exactly what I needed and I’m so glad they pestered me to get the premium version. This app when used as a self-motivated indivisible is amazing!

Great App I paid for now its a subscription!. I purchased this app and absolutely loved it, it’s the best workout app I’ve used to track my weight training and I used to compete. Now the app is subscription based like so many apps now a days and I can’t blame them but you would think that the first purchasers of the apps should be grandfathered or something. Now the app is free to everyone and I paid for it. I’ve tried other apps after the developers changed to a subscription model but I keep coming back to this one.

Disappointed. I bought a year subscription, because of the all the positive reviews and I am quite surprised by the app itself. When I finish a workout it takes ages to get recorded to the Calories tab and even then it disappeared over night. Step count is totally inaccurate ignoring info from the Health app, where my fitness band is synced. I cannot report the bug in the app, because the function is not working for me (please set up your email). I have to use 3 apps (Argus for dashboars, Buddy for workouts, Calories Mams for intake, to take photos of the meals) and yet I still do not have correct overview of my day, as recorded information can disappear over night.

Awesome workouts, worth paying for premium.. This app is great, I use it every day. I use both the pre made and I build my own workouts but either way it makes working out so much more efficient. I used to jump around to different workouts in the gym before because it was hard for me to keep track in my head. This settles that and has made my workouts so much better. You can also see what weight you used before so you can beat it. It has a lot to offer but once you get to the highest level there isn’t much for variations, more should be added.

Not worth it - everything is blocked until you pay for premium. Looks like a great app, but about 85-90% of the app is just a big tease unless you upgrade to paying $10/month for premium. Each area only offers one workout option (ex: Stretching tab only allows access to upperbody, everything else is blocked.) Don’t waste your time downloading it unless you are planning to foot the money. Dear app developers, just have a free and premium version, or better yet, tell us what are actually getting before wasting time downloading and CREATING A D*MN ACCOUNT before even letting us see the crap this is.

First exercise app I tried. Pretty happy with a total results. The app is helping me track my progress and it’s also encourage me to work out more so for that reason only it’s worth the money. It’s hard for me to compare to other apps but it seems there is could be a few improvements they could make , but all in all I’m extremely happy

Maybe an option?. I’m enjoying the app, like the workouts and eating plans. What all these calorie tracking apps are missing are a way to set your days. I work 3rd shift and so halfway trough my “day” the counter and workout change over to the next day and I have to change the day when I’m counting back to the previous day or I’ll forget and record things on the wrong day. Maybe you can have an option in settings to customize when your day starts and ends. That would help out a lot! Thanks!

Good content but exercises take too long to download. I have been using the premium service for a week. I like the structure and exercises provided. However, it takes a very long time to download exercises and there are constant timeouts. I wish they fixed that and provided an ability to preload the videos so that it does not interfere with the workout time. I would rate 5 stars if this issue was fixed.

Used to love this app. The app has gotten slower and slower over time. It keeps trying to get me to buy stuff, so it keeps trying to go out to the internet and pull down data. I shut off cellular data to the app and it still tries to go out and retrieve data. It got to the point where I had to completely delete the app and start from scratch. But the problem persists. Originally the app had way more exercises, but now they scaled back for non paying customers. I'm looking for another app at the moment. I'm not paying a monthly fee, not as much as they want.

Loved before change.... Still do like the app but “booo” on the way individual exercises are searched and filtered now! I used to be able to have both intermediate and advanced level exercises appear in my search… But now it’s just one or the other. Here’s a suggestion… When an exercise is search based on a particular muscle (i.e. abdominal, obliques, flutes, etc), I believe there should be a sort option that will show 1st show the exercises where that muscle group is targeted most, then second, etc... i’m not sure if I’m describing that well… But if I want to work my glutes and it is the fourth in line muscle that is targeted in an exercise, I don’t want to see it at the top of my list just because it falls that way alphabetically.

Got premium, not worth it. I got premium and it doesn’t make anything better. I should have only got one month to test it. I am “advanced” as far as weight lifting and nutrition are concerned but this doesn’t do what it advertises. I expected advanced muscle building program to make me a program with some lifting of weights, but it’s not. I get body weight workouts and I can’t see when it gets better. The nutrition plan isn’t any better. It doesn’t help me pick meals. It suggests 3 meals for the day but it’s only 1000 calories. I’m 230 lb man that’s a recipe for anorexia!!! Anyway, no suggestions on total calorie counts. No shopping lists. No meal duplication. Ymmv.

Needs better customer service and work on some feature. I’m just trying out this app but already I’m noticing some issues. For some reason, when I do a workout, the calories out are not logged as part of my exercise (yet for some reason the amount of calories is posted to my profile feed). This is a annoying bug as it makes it hard when I look at my nutrition page to see all my calories out, and seems like it would be a simple fix. Also it would be nice if I could quickly add meals, exercise and weight information in the app on any page. It wasn’t intuitive that those options would only be on my profile page and for some reason the profile page is the far right option? That being said the recipe suggestions are nice and like the customization based on goals.

Mix n Create. I love this app! Not only does it provide you with a myriad of workout routines it allows you to create your own workout for variance. I have only been lifting for about three years the last two years being more serious about my workouts trying to gain mass while getting fit! This app has allowed me the independence to use one of their workouts and then fine tune it with some additional routines! I live it, well worth the money!

Great, minor tweaks needed. Love this app. Helped me a lot when I was making a lifestyle change that incorporated hitting the gym. One thing I wish would improve is: sometimes the app closes itself while you’re in the middle of a workout. Once that happens, it completes your workout right then and there. If there was a way to possibly “resume” the workout rather than having to start all over and manually check off the exercises, reps, and sets all over again, that would be awesome! The breakdown of each muscle group and exercise is fantastic. Love this app, definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get in the gym and do it right.

Complete waste of money-HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to send them a message about the app not working and received a “failure” message every time. I just got this app today and I’m completely dissatisfied. This was the message I repeated tried to send to them : “ Hi, I purchased your app today and I’m not satisfied with it at all. It set up a basic 12 week program for me to lose weight but I didn’t put any information about my weight in the app to get this plan. When I found where to manually put in my current weight and goals it told it it would develop a plan for me to lose my weight by May 25th. I went back to see if any thing had been updated and nothing had changed to reflect my new plan. I took several of the nutrition quizzes to see which would work best for me but once I answered the last question it just took me back to the last page without any explanation whatsoever about if that specific plan was right for me. I do not want to pay $30 for something that is not going to deliver the results it promised. I would like my money back.” What a complete rip off.

It keeps you on track. I’m one of those people that tend to wander aimlessly around the gym wondering what else to work on. The app is great to keep you on track as you input your reps and sets and even the resting time is convenient. I even like the meal plans available as well! My only issue is that the app glitches every time I try to share my workout on social media. It’ll first say error and then have a window repeatedly open and close and you can’t get out of the app unless you turn your phone off. Fix this bug!! Cuz that’ll only motivate me more if I can share my progress and gain support from friends and followers!

Almost perfect. This app was the most comprehensive and flexible compared to all of the other apps I looked at. If you don’t choose it over the rest, the only reason I can think of is because some menu options are tricky to find. Otherwise you are missing out on keeping a comprehensive record of what you’re doing to go where you want to go! Don’t forget: failing to plan is a plan to fail. Failure to document means it didn’t happen.

I lost 166 lbs, didn’t go to the gym one time.. Had the app on another phone awhile back. I was almost 350 lbs and pre diabetic, high blood pressure, the whole gambit. Tried a few other apps but this one resonated with me, had workouts I could do at home and with minimal equipment. I started with the beginner routines and eventually worked my way up. Don’t try to start too fast, go slow, like a day working out then a couple off. But stay consistent and your energy level will rise, mine did. I started doing workouts every other day and began to pick and choose parts of different workout routines to make my own program. It was awesome. One of the aspects I liked most was for every exercise that was being done, there was an alternative to it in case you weren’t at the gym or had that specific equipment. I didn’t even weigh myself the first 6 months but knew I’d lost some and firmed up. Doc said I’d lost 78 lbs in 4 months which just spurred me on lol. I eventually lost 166 lbs over about 15 months. I felt great and was on nothing except vitamins and supplements. No blood pressure meds, no diabetic stuff nothing. This is it right here, everything you need to do whatever you want with your body. The knowledge is in this app. All you’ve got to do is motivate yourself.

Too many pop-ups. I really, really love this app. But the incessant pop-ups on every single page to choose premium over free/trial are driving me nuts. If it was just on the opening page, it wouldn’t bother me at all, but having them hitting me every time I touch a button has made me not want to use this app at all. I’m probably gonna look for something else when I might have actually upgraded if it wasn’t so bothersome.

Meh.... So I just upgraded to “premium” and the first thing I find is the Get Started system doesn’t work properly. You can’t see all the questions, there is not a “next” option and you are not able to scroll further down. Because you can’t answer all the questions you can’t Continue. How can you Get Started when you can’t finish your questions to set your goals? I will give this an hour and check again before requesting a refund in case it was my poor performance on my phones behalf. It’s a new phone so though so...

All-In-One, Great Features, Responsive Support. I only downloaded this app today, but I’m sold on it already. With custom workout logging, thousands of exercises, tons of workouts, comprehensive plans, meal guides, and top-notch calorie input, and more, this app is truly an all-in-one jackpot. I look forward to logging my progress and reviewing insights all in one place. I was considering paying higher, separate subscriptions for three other apps that did what this one app is able to do! And the subscription cost for this one is cheaper than any of the others! There are a few features that I would love to see added like widgets, exercise swapping, and custom HIIT / duration based workouts. I have experienced a few glitches while diving into the app, and I got immediate response & resolution from their support team. I am going to continue with the 3 day trial, and as long as the app continues to run smoothly I’m sure I will be purchasing the full version!

Used app for years .... ... without any issues decided to upgrade last year and all was okay before and during; until I did not renew upgrade. Now MANY exercises are locked, that were not locked before upgrade. Tried deleting and reloading app with no luck. Still many locked exercises that were not locked before.

Features. Great app but customer service is lacking. I bought both versions of this app along with a premium membership. All of the features listed in the App Store are not available. I sent a support ticket to their email and their email has been full so it keeps coming back to me. I sent a message in Facebook messenger and they asked me to send my receipt showing I was a premium member. Which I did. They also told me to send future inquiries to their support email. I relied that the box has been full for two weeks. No word from them since

Audio feedback.. Loved the app and its workouts but, when working out, I always feel like there we need som kind of sound after an exercise or rest. Similarly, it would be great if a simple audio feedback will be added there. Some people just use Bluetooth and don’t want to look back to their phones.

Used this app for years!. I’ve used this app for 10 years or more. I’m a premium member now, but I also used it a lot in its free version. I’ve created workouts, used meal plans and love the gentle wake alarm in the app. But it seems that alarm function is gone? Is that the case?? I improved my sleep with that alarm. Please don’t say it’s gone.

I figured it out…. I figured out a way around what I posted below, so it’s good again. I have been using this app for over a year, and I have loved it. After a run or a bike ride, I could do a quick strength training workout. I could specify the amount of time, what equipment I had, and what parts of my body I wanted to work, and it would give me a workout with a variety of activities. With the most recent update however, I can no longer do that. I have to choose pre-programmed workouts, and I have to do three repetitions of each one. I don’t like the new format and I miss the old feature. I may not renew next time my subscription comes around.

My thoughts. I have only been using this app for 4 months but it has already shown a big difference. It has allowed to lean out, build muscle and do the exercises wherever I wanted to. It is a very useful app that is well organized with a lot of helpful content.

Free to download, otherwise.... The app is actually pretty good, if you want to pay for it. Otherwise you have got a serious lack of exercises and features. You can’t add your own without paying. And committing to a year plan for thirty bucks is a little over the top, one month is 10 bucks. I wish they would be able to give you a free trial of the app for a month so you could see if it’s even worth it, at least. One last thing, Azumio should really look into adding stretches, because that is a part of the workout. Then I would have probably been more willing to try a month first.

Loaded with bugs. I have had a membership with this app for over 4 years. It used to be a good app, then they updated it and got rid of all the features I loved and introduced tons of new bugs… then they just completely quit caring about updating the app. It has had many of the same bugs for over 2 years now. The bugs that are very irritating is, after an exercise the app shuts down completely and you have to relaunch it. When you choose a time to exercise it keeps resetting to 31 minutes. Every single exercise you have to keep messing with this over and over until it finally works. I lose about 5-10 mins by messing with the bugs each time I exercise. It keeps reminding me that I haven’t exercised in days when really I exercise everyday. The only good thing about this app now is that the membership is cheap, just like the effort put into it. When my membership expires I will not be renewing, I tell everyone to avoid these apps due to the lazy developers.

Workouts are great, some features dont work. The overtraining test and meal plan test don’t give me any results. I wish the (+) icon at the bottom right was accessible from every screen, it’s annoying to have to click over to another screen before adding my food, weight, etc. The workouts are awesome and really help me push myself. Love the feeling of having a plan. Thanks.

Love the app when it works... FIX YOUR SUPPORT. I use this app nearly every single day and love what I can do with it! I’ve been an avid user for nearly 6 years now, and have trimmed the fat and put on serious muscle by being able to track and progress. Unfortunately the update that released today caused breaking changes which causes my app to crash immediately upon opening. I have tried restarting my phone and even deleting and reinstalling the application with no success. Even worse, their website has no link for customer support (that I could find). The only option to contact them outside the app is a contact form on their website which does not work. It displays a “failure” message, which I have seen others experience in past reviews. This app is wonderful but if you are going to release changes that cause it to break, and not address the issues with your lack of customer support options, I can’t give it a 5 star review like I would normally... Please fix your app and address your customer support.

Was Great. When I first got the app, it was exactly what I needed. The first few updates were good, but the last few have been horrendous. They have dropped a number of the workouts and added a lot of fad exercises that don't produce results. They also constantly interrupt your exercise with ads to buy the "premium plan". The latest update has significantly reduced the number of workouts available unless you purchase their “premium plan”. Find another app or download one off the internet.

Worth the price. So far I pretty much love the app. Workouts are great and the videos are easy to follow. If I could suggest improvements, it would be this. You should be able to enter the weight you use for each exercise to better track progress and make setup quicker. The other would be if you could export the grocery list for the weeks meals.

Free version OK, paid version TOTALLY worth it. I started with the free version and it allows you to get a taste of the workouts. But it doesn't give you many options as to how many days you want to work out. After I purchased it for one month ($9.99) I was able to get the full experience which gives me schedules depending on the number of days a weak I work out. I can honestly say I have. It felt this sore in a VERY long time. It gives me a work out plan that I have not done before and it keeps track of my pst workouts so I can increase weight or reps as desired. I have not tried the recipe section, but the foods look good at least. Looking forward to using that section to help in trimming the fat and eating more healthy.

Everybody’s gotta make a buck. I have had this app for several years. A few weeks back it started removing all but the first exercise from my workout sessions (so I’ll show 42 minutes worth of workout time for one set of dumbbell presses). I thought maybe the latest update would correct this, so I downloaded it only to realize all but the most very basic of exercises are “locked” and can’t be added to any workouts. I bit the bullet and paid for a year subscription. Curiously, there a bunch of ads now popping up for other Azumio apps and services. Mostly just cluttering the process of trying to get a workout in. ...and the app STILL removes all but the first exercise in my workout sessions. This USED TO BE a really good app, but there are some updates necessary to get it back to satisfactory status.

Organization a plus. Calories needs improving. I really love this app for the organization factor. I’m able to go back to a date of the week and see what I worked out. This app keeps track of your reps, sets, and weight of each workout. Only downside is the calorie tracker. I rarely eat packaged foods so finding simple foods like fruit can be annoying to find. Example: I typed banana, and a big list of branded foods pop up, and an actual banana is somewhere at the bottom of the list.

Trainer or not you need this app. I’ve tried various apps, gyms and trainers but nothing has kept my workouts consistent like Fitness Buddy. It’s amazing to me that others are still using less comprehensive and structured apps. Fitness Buddy gives you everything from pre-made workouts that fit your specific goals, to the ability to create your own exercise plans, to individual meal plans that will give you optimum results. This app can be your own personal trainer for a ridiculously low price. Or it can keep you on track with your trainer as I recently started doing for myself. I’ve used Fitness Buddy for almost 2 years and it just keeps getting better and better.

Love this app. I love this app! It makes my workouts soo much better😜 it’s nice to have someone showing you have to properly do and explain the different work outs. I love the fact that it reminds me when I need to work out and you can design those workouts to fit your needs. I just wish that I could get it on my Apple Watch, but other then that it’s an amazing workout buddy! I highly recommend it to beginners or someone looking for a buddy!

So far so good. I love this app just got one year membership however Im lost i don’t know what i should do I don’t know what sort of workout plan i should have. They don’t have clear one there is might but im lost. I’m not yet able to make my own plan workout. I would wish to see workout plan pre arranged for us if it is there i hope to see guidances for it overall this is a great app

New paywall for access to different exercises. There has been a change in the way this app works. The developer has taken what used to be access to all the exercises and changed it to put maybe half or more behind a paywall. Meaning you cannot log normal gym exercises unless you pay up for their worthless premium membership. What a sad state of affairs, there are other workout apps out there. I will be using one of the ‘‘em going forward. Also, the app is now inundated with ads. This app is garbage now.

Too Noisy to Properly Function. This has always been my favorite app. I love the function of selecting exercises by muscles and the explanations of which exercises main effort which muscles. Since the app added as many pop up ads that cannot be exited out of as my computer as a kid when my mom wasn’t home, you cannot use several of the filters. This is due to the ads at the bottom of the screen blocking the, “Apply” button in many instances. This app no longer being any different than myself going to DuckDuckGo and looking up, “exercises for [insert muscle name here]”, I’ve opted to give this one star. I came here to get off the Internet, not use a smaller version of it.

Meal planner needs work. This is a great little workout app, tons of workouts to choose from that can fit into pretty much any schedule! The meal plan section needs some work, the meals say they are one serving, however the quantities of ingredients and calories listed don’t match so it looks like the recipes might actually be for 4 servings. The vegan section definitely needs some better planning, some days the meal plan would only work out to about 800 calories for the day which is too low for anyone, especially someone who is exercising! There are no instructions on snacking or portion sizes to consume.

App is not working correctly. Is there going to be an update soon?? The app is not working right. It keeps shutting down in the middle of my workout and I have to go back in and start everything over every few seconds. It’s very frustrating. I had to stop using it and go off memory which screwed my workout all up...

Mark Nolen. I can't speak for those of you who are committed to exercising regularly that know what exercises to do (and how to do them). But for a novice to (regular exercise) this site is so useful. It shows not only how to do the exercises, but provides a person to exercise with "at a pace" controlled by me that I can manage to keep up with. I'm mounting a tv to my basement wall where I exercise so I can plug my smartphone into the USB Port and follow the personal trainer much easier by sight, and remote control. 😊👍🏋️

Nope, too annoying. I subscribed to the annual program and deleted it almost the same day. I want a program that provides gym workouts using dumbbells, barbells, and machines. I don’t want to be forced into fitness tests and I want to be able to preview my upcoming workout. I was either limited to the pre-set and unchanging gym workouts or - when I tried a program- I was held hostage to the fitness test. I tried one program and completed the fitness test, reluctantly, and waited eagerly to begin the program. I was quite disappointed when I saw it was all body weight exercises. So I decided to switch to another program, only to again be unable to progress until I completed a fitness test. I don’t want fitness tests. I’ll be able to gauge my increasing strength through the workouts. I don’t want to be tested before I can go on and I do want to be able to preview my upcoming workout. How could I choose a program without any samples to preview? On to another app... Wish I could get my money back....

No good. I purchased the premium version assuming I could add drop sets and super sets and this isn’t the case.

Premium upgrade. Dont upgrade if you have been using the app for a while. I lost 12 months worth of history when I upgraded to premium and it still didn’t do what it was supposed to. Support person did what they could but just kept saying we can see your history here which was great but I couldnt! Not happy at all

Seems good. Seems like a pretty good app, good meal plans and workout guides, but the app itself is a bit difficult to navigate. Can not delete information that has been inputted (e.g. blood pressure). Furthermore, can’t find anyway to change the day of my workouts for my plan (seem to be stuck from monday to thursday). -Premium user

Crashes on iOS13. Unusable on iPhone iOS 13.1.1. App crashes after the timer reaches zero. Cannot complete or log a workout anymore

Awesome. I love this app, it's everything I need all in the one place. I love that you can customize a workout and record what you do everyday. Makes me feel great looking back at my calendar to see what I've done.

Removed old features to hide them behind paywalls. Been using this app since 2015, had custom workouts and used the soccer sports workout for quite sometime. Fell out of the gym for a while and now want to get back to working out but low and behold features that were standard years ago are now removed and trapped behind a paywall. When monetising your product it is always wiser to give more than to take away and hide features. Taking away burns bridges and reduces the chance that consumers will pay for your product. Too all those thinking of getting a subscription, keep in mid some of the features use to be free.

Great app, fun workout, but.... The referral program is a bit confusing. My friends signed up using my link, but still no premium. I would love to try the premium features before signing up for a year

Was Excellent Before Current Update. I paid for a years' subscription, and was really enjoying the app. But after the newest update, I can't even open it - it has the loading screen and then promptly crashes. I have attempted reinstalling, changing settings, etc. Very sad, considering I used the app fairly frequently. Sorry now that I paid for a year rather than a month. UPDATE: The fault was not with the app, but with my device. After rectifying the issue, I have restored full functionality of the app and am once again enjoying the workouts and recipes!

Don’t bother. This crashes every time you start a workout. Home workouts always contain one or two exercises that requires equipment you would not have at home. Images do not relate to the exercise, for example a barbel chest press but the image is showing a dumbbell shoulder press.

Money Grabber. It was expensive to start off with, but wait there’s more... they keep wanting to charge you along the way for everything! I’m out

Was great. I have iPhone 11 and lastest software and the app keeps on quoting and end of rest timer please fix

Great app. Greatness in a box

Money hungry rip-off. Purchased to just get it and then immediately wanted more money for any content. I should have read the reviews. Disappointed!!😡

Pauses music everytime you view and exercise. Pauses music everytime you view and exercise

Who needs a personal trainer when you have this app!. I have this app on my itouch and I love the fact that it doesn't require the Internet while your setting up your workout at the gym. I especially love that it has exercises that are both gym and home friendly. I have kettle bells at home because my gym doesn't have them so I can use this application to accommodate all my workout needs. I have never monitored my workouts until I found this app and now I am motivated to review my progress in the app. I also have it on my iPad too, I can't get enough if it, I love it, this is by far the best app available

Need to pay multiple times. I paid for the full version of app and later when they upgraded i need to get premium for each exercise. Need to pay again and again. Not a good app.

Enjoying fitness. It's a good app to use in your simple daily workout. There are a lot of cool and free features.

So easy to use!. Very easy to use. As 1st time user found easy to navigate. Let's me choose which muscles and if I have equipment or not. Very comprehensive and informative on each exercise AND muscle groups! Great job guys.

Terrible. I hate this app. It reverses the sets, ie you do a warm up set at a lower weight, so that becomes set 1 BUT when you complete your last set, it reverses all the set numbers so that your warm up set is now set 4. Also it quits your workout when ever your iPhone turns itself off to save power ( which they all do) and you can't go back into the workout you were doing, you have to start a new workout. Also when you try to add a note the keyboard pops up but that hides the box in which you are typing and you can't see what you are typing. Further there is no way to close the keyboard once you have opened it. Am deleting this app now. It is useless.

Don’t waste your time like me. Don’t waste your time. As soon as you open this app they will just try to sell you the upgrade plan.

Subscription unmanageable. I am already subscribed to one year premium plan. Hence I couldn’t enjoy the workout and meal plans. Whenever I attempt to make plans or meals it’ll lead me to the page to subscribe or manage subscription.

Weird payment approach.. I tried to get trial (3 days) but they charged full annual cost directly without any sign. That was really weird an unacceptable . I hve also sent an email to them but they did not even respond. They must improve this behaviour, payment issue and aproaach. This is completely scammer style app.

Great Features. Awesome app, definitely worth getting. Many nice features but wish you were able to make more than 2 of your own custom workouts on the free version so you can properly track your progress!

Push notification for random US holidays... Hi guys, thanks for the push notification however “Memorial Day” isn’t a thing in, you know, the world outside of the United States. Thought you might like to know...

Do it for yourself!. I was unsure about the app at first thinking it's another money waster. Glad to say I was wrong! Can customize your workouts, or go for a pre-planned workout, short and intense for focus on specific muscle groups. Has meals as well as eating plans. As a mum of 5 I wanted my body back and this app is like having a personal trainer in your pocket at home or in the gym!

It's hard to fault. Great variety with a huge amount of detail and information. But it's very well designed so it keeps it easy to navigate through the app and log exercises.

Great App. I'm a beginner to working out with weights and using this app makes it easy with both written instructions and video demos. I like that you can log and track your workout. Great motivation tool. Would love it, if you can incorporate a section on appropriate stretches for each muscle group that your work on.

Useless. Need a subscription to do anything. It’s all locked

Exercises removed. It's a good app but since they upgraded it they removed basic exercises and cardio basics like cycling on the bike or xtrainers and can't find bench press with a bar but you can find it using dumbells.

Pay Twice app and subscription ! No response support. Purchased the premium edition when it was a one off app, was good , but after releasing new update now requires subscription? Ridiculous....double price and also couldn't sign in with existing account, wrote to the customer support 3 times and got one response that it will look into it , no response for half a year... disappointed! Many apps provide some kind of comp for there old user and great customer service , clearly this app doesn't care about the old paid user and doesn't respond to customer after sending so many times GAVEUP!

Good app gone bad.. Used to be one of my most used apps with lots of my own programmed workouts and weight tracking. Now all this is lost behind a expensive paywall. I’ve found alternatives that provide more for free. Good bye fitness buddy.

?. Can i get a refund? ai purchased the wrong premium plan and would like a refund to purchase the other plan. But overall and amazing app

Scam app. Just charged me $80 then wants another $46 don’t bother I want my money back

Apple Watch App. Great app! 10/10 No need for a PT when you have this beast of an app!! Just wondering if Fitness Buddy may soon be compatible with the Apple Watch to make life at gym even better :)))

Great app!. Easy to navigate, good design and clear instructions. So helpful to guide one to eating and workout out right

Good. Not a bad app paid version probably better. Dont like how it stops in between loading exercises even after updating. Please fix bugs

This app has made me so toned!. I've only had it for a short time, but already I look more toned after just 15min of bodyweight exercises a day. I don't even need equipment or a gym membership. Best app I ever downloaded!

Upgrading. The app wouldn't let me upgrade my membership. When I click the upgrade tab, it loads and does nothing.

Barcodes for food tracking. I was disappointed to find that none of the barcodes I used today don’t work at all. I’m located in Australia and it seems that only US barcodes work on this app; which is absolutely useless to me. I’ll be seeking a refund for the purchase of this app.

Poor user experience. I want to create and schedule my own workouts but the form for this section is pretty frustrating to use and some of the buttons don't work. It's a shame because if this section had worked well I would have upgraded to the paid version with no ads.

Try this app. This has helped me get fitness more in my daily routine thanks

Crash all the time. Start workout and when few minutes left the app doesn’t respond and I have to restart the app. On iPad it’s worst it won’t even open the exercises directly it closes app... only thing works is rate the app give 5 star.. very disappointed.. I even paid for annual subscription..

Okay. Wasn’t to bad, would be great if it was actually free and no hidden in app purchases !!

This app is amazing. I have used this app for a very long while and it just keeps getting better and better. This is a library for workouts.

Tracking steps ??. How do I work the steps ?? Keeps coming up with change health data settings To change settings go to health app- press sources, then fitness buddy. I have done this and still can not track my steps !! Why ??

Not Happy Jan!!. Love the content, but doesn’t sync with your Apple Watch to say you have worked out, so annoying. I have rebooted watch, app and phone and still doesn’t work.

Loving it. Every session you make is progress, progress with guidelines like theses is the recipe for success, love this app and all it’s helped me with

Why is my birthday invalid? Website of no help. I downloaded the free app as it looked interesting however I can’t get past the setup stage as apparently my birthday is “invalid”. There’s no support email and nothing relating to how to fix this bug on the website. Please advise?

Be Careful. I have paid for an annual subscription however my account was deleted not long after. Going around in circles with Danica refusing to fix my issue. Don’t pay for something you won’t receive people and horrible customer service…beware…

Its mostly good. Mostly good for tracking gym workouts and food. Surprisingly doesn’t contain what I would have thought are commons names and variations of gym exercises in the database but the add option makes it easy to add those custom exercises. Could do with a UI upgrade but I use it a lot so mostly good :)

Doesn’t work at all. I purchased the premium subscription, and can’t get through one workout without the app crashing. Not worth the money.

Pain in the.... Erased all my workout history and custom made workouts with the new update. Frustrated.

Needs improvements. Disappointed cause when I work out and there is a set time exemple 40 min once the 40 min is reached then it kicks you out and it will not let you finish. Also if you do the math and calculate the rest time there is no way you can do that work out in 40 min. You can go back but the timer is no longer available. Also I did some work out and it shows I done nothing at all. I feel that there is a limited amount of work out plans available. Needs improvements in many ways! Should include measurements and body weight records which if it is there I did not find.

Last update erased my history. I had previously paid for this app. Since updating my records and history are gone and I can’t even keep track anymore. Looks like I’ll have to pay for a subscription to access. Not happy

A lot of features but overly complex. A pretty decent app with lots of features but takes a while to navigate through all the options.

Terrible. The app crashes within 5 minutes. It’s completely unusable in this state. Avoid and get one that actually works.

Perfect workout. With the covid 19 it’s an excellent program and I have to say I used that workout program since 2018 and it’s really good at all levels. Good job Buddy you keep away to be insane.

One time payment.. Hi, do you have a one time payment option please. I’d like to unlock all exercises only and don’t want the monthly subscription. Thank you

Works great, just wish could log food easier. There are tons ofworkouts and easy to build a custom plan. Only drawback is the food journal is pre set. But overall the app is ver solid with a lot of features!

very recommend. i just downloaded it ,how i can cancel it and get my mony back? that was my review last couple days ,and today i have to say i am sorry for the owners,i really recommending everyone how looking for loss weight and don't know how to start! with very low Budget !this app is the best for you(from 0 to 10) 👍🏻👍🏻

Good app. Please make it easier to view past workouts at a glance rather than have to go in each one. Do that and this app Will be 5 star.

Can’t do anything custom now. I’m pretty sure I paid for a full fitness buddy app a long time ago. I’ve recently gotten the motivation to be healthier again and I came back to this app expecting it to be the same. I was wrong. What used to be perfect now feels like a trial version. Now I’m looking for something to track my basic custom workouts.

Impossible to use without paying. Every single tap brings up a subscription page, even the x on the ad brings up a separate ad. It is absolutely not worth it free.

Amazing App. Really enjoying this app. It does everything from setting up works outs and diets to reminding me to drink water with notifications. I definitely recommend for anyone trying to live a healthier life.

Misleading advertising. Don’t purchase this app. The ads are completely misleading as to the content and the app’s offering. The workouts are basic, and can be found online. There are no videos of the exercises; rather, pictures. Save yourself the money, and find the same workout on Google.

Fitness buddy. I bought this app for 5$ is this one payment or will they charge monthly

Used to be great. Over all the time I’ve used this app, rather than add more features the developers have continually removed access to features with each update and pushed them over to the paid version. I wouldn’t even be able to make the custom workouts I have now due to many of the basic exercises only being accessible in the premium version. Here’s a tip dev’s, add more new features, don’t just take them away! It’s effectively been the same app for 3 years just with a different GUI. Now I’m building my workouts in an alternate app that’s not only giving me access to all the things that I had before, but also full of a load of cool stuff I never even realized I was missing after using this apparently barebones logbook for 3 years. I’m somehow meant to be willing to part with money to get these things back? No thanks. See ya later fitness buddy, it was good while it lasted!

Used for a few days and deleted.. You pretty much have to pay for everything. The only thing free is logging in your food and a few times the foods I had consumed wasn’t in their list so you have to fill in your own recipes, which is fine, but not as often as I had to. After a few days the logging food portion stopped working altogether and pop up windows kept demanding an upgrade which of course you have to pay for. Deleted app and returning to my fitness pal. This app has the ability to be good if they get rid of pop up windows, ads and scarcely there free options.

Upgrade...upgrade...upgrade. Maybe the app is good, but it keeps asking in all the screens after everything that you do. Upgrade!!!

Worth the time. Excellent App. I literally started seeing result. Completely worth it as it allows you to customize the exercises

Inadequate and Rudimentary. I’m not very impressed with this app. The app doesn’t work with my Spotify so you get music or you get the app unfortunately they also use very low quality pictures or thumbnails so when you’re looking for workouts it’s hard to distinguish what you’re looking for. The layout of the app was extremely rudimentary at best and felt like I’m using DOS (from from the 80’s). The stretch section forces you to watch videos. It would have been nice to see the stretch as a simple picture as I don’t care to sit in a gym and watch videos. Free apps give a Grocery List... what is going on? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Buggy. Paid for the subscription, and the extra info wasn’t worth the price-any gained info could be found with a little searching on google

Last update.... Last update doesn’t allow you to review the exercise or your history while doing a workout..

Removed more than half of the free content. I was enjoying the app till they updated it and removed most of the gym workout plans. Now there are only some beginners ones that are not helpful at all. It is so frustrating.

No Apple Watch app. Shame shame shame.

Keeps freezing! I want my money back for getting premium. Great that it has tons of programs, but the program workouts keep freezing on me so I can’t complete the workout... really hate that and feel ripped off because I paid so I could have like a trainer and the programs.

Issue with costumed workouts. Customizing workouts aren’t very user friendly. Also the application been acting unstable lately as It shuts off automatically on its own! I think its a good app with so much room for improvement and development!

Keeps me motivated. I like being able to track everything and the options for work outs are good. With cause all these apps out there... really confusing!

Refund. I purchased the premium year pack and canceled it on the same day. I would like to know when do i get my money back? Thank you

Pas traduit en français... seulement les menus. Très déçue.... Pas traduit en français... seulement les menus... très déçus.

Wants your money. All it wants is your money, which i get, but then why are all the advertisements targeted like it’s a completely free app?

Very good but not perfect. The only reason o gave 4 stars and not 5 is because we can’t run the app on the Apple Watch. Otherwise very nice app!

Over all a great app.. Have used this app for some time now. I really enjoy it. Only thing that I do not like about it is the fact I have the ability to see what is blocked off for premium users. I don’t have it so why are those exercises on the list that I’m viewing?

Paying for nothing. Payed over $5 just for the app and then you cant move on without paying even more!

Sound settings need an upgrade. Needs improvement: 1) there needs to be a way to shut off the “coach” and/or the music while keeping a volume setting for rep counts and start timers. I’d rather overlay Spotify while working out, but can’t seem to do that. 2)doing a stretching workout using this app is silly. If I set it for a 15 minute stretch session, I do the same 3 stretches too many times each. 3) there is confusion about what equipment maybe required for workout plans. For all the exercises loaded in here, I should be able to filter on/off resistance bands, dumbbells, etc. 4) access to body metrics is cumbersome Best features: 1) great tracking features for strength training 2) extensive exercise library!!! 3) great value!!!

Crashes under iOS 13.1.2. Long time happy user for many years. Since updating to iOS 13, this app is unusable. It crashes every time the timer expires, or if you switch to a different app (to check your e-mail, for example), and requires you to restart the app and the workout every time. Huge inconvenience. Hoping the developer is on it and working on a fix. I have tried many different fitness apps over my 10 year gym career, and this is far and away the best on many levels.

App crash. L’app etais genial avant la mise a jour de la dernier version 5.158 elle crash toujours a environ mi-entreinement et on perd tout le historique!!!

Crash App don’t bother downloading. I have used this app for a couple years now and it has not crashed maybe 5 times. I paid for it and it would be a good app if not for the constant crashing but as soon as you try to change something, add to it your workout or reps, it crashes. Crashed on me 10 times this morning there’s got to be something else out there that can do the same thing if not better so don’t bother with this App because it’s useless and annoying. I’m deleting it right after this review!

All they want is your money. Terrible app , difficult , all they want is your monthly payment

Great but.... It’s a great app. Probably the best that I’ve used (minus the yearly subscription, but it’s peanuts) but it’s annoying when you do a Planned Program Workout and it doesn’t register as a regular workout so I always get notifications saying “it’s been 2 days, 3 days etc. that you haven’t completed a workout”. Don’t know if this is a bug or not. Other than that it’s a great ap.

How do I cancel my subscription????. I’m trying to cancel my subscription but I can’t find instructions anywhere. I’ve tried to send a message through their site but I keep getting “message failed” message. Can anyone help?

Recipes are out to lunch. I bought this hoping the meal plans would complement the workout schedule, but a lot of the recipes are ridiculous portions (12 eggs and 1/2 pound of sausage for breakfast????) with not directions for portion sizes. The workouts seem okay but the meal plan is unusable.

Regretted for the premium. Saw the super high rating on this app , so I spend $52 Canadian dollar the whole year plan.Looks fancy and lot features but I don’t find it helpful.

Glitch that shuts down app. Used to love this app. I am a paid subscriber and I like the new update- having music instead of a guy speak to you is much better. But it glitches and the app shuts down while I’m trying to work out. Sometimes I return to the app and skip to where I was and it’s fine- but I have to start the timer over again bc the app doesn’t recognize that I already did it. Today it just won’t let me skip to where I was at all. It continues to crash non-stop. Every time I restart and try to skip ahead it crashes

Manque une connexion apple watch. Apple watch app qui manque

How do I get premium?. I can’t find the button to upgrade to premium and there aren’t enough adds on the screen. I can still almost use the app. Took me 10 seconds of trying to X out the add to realize this is a scam like click bait $$ hungry app.

Get rid of premium. why is everything so premium. If you wanna workout out; get premium. If you wanna see some plans; get premium. Just stop cause god app sucks. NOBODY GET THIS APP YOUR GONNA WASTE YOUR TIME.

Clunky. I’ve had this app installed for 6 months now and paid the $35 subscription upgrade to unlock the features. I have to say it’s still quite clunky. While using at the gym you don’t want to have to spend a lot of time fidgeting with all the data inputs. It should flow more smoothly and allow you to spend your time working. Also there is A LOT of stuff on here they advertise as features that the average person will never use. It only works online so your gym will need wifi or you’ll need a hefty data plan if you’re going to the gym 3-5-7 times a week. What I did like was the all the various routines based on level, the ability to create your own plan (although that process needs some work too). All in all, I wouldn’t pay for the upgrade and have already moved on to the Fitness Anytime app which seems to have a lot of the features I want for free.

GREAT APPS. WOW this APPS help me staying focus and motivated to reach my goal and be health

Good workouts but also a bad idea. I bought the premium and all was going good but after a couple weeks my phone started to glitch when opening the app and I have an iPhone 7. So in the end I lost $50. Not happy one bit and I can't find any way to get a refund so I'm stuck. I don't recommend this app for any one with iPhone 7 down. I I tied to get a refund but they aren’t giving it. Never buy this app EVER!!!!

Not a bad app. This wasn’t such a bad app, if you look past the constant insistence to upgrade. There are a couple bugs such as reminders to workout (reminder: you haven’t worked in 3 days) even though you have. Then for some reason, it refuses to connect to my Facebook. I was ok with it all, until they changed the format, which also deleted several of my workout records.

Crashes a lot. It’s pretty bad for recording your workouts in real time. The features it has are cool and I love how it has some recipes that are easy to follow and make for the subscription. The only fault is that it crashes a lot and it doesn’t let me see the recipes sometimes. I wish I could get a refund or something because it’s not worth it.

Excellent support. The app was crashing in IOS 13. After I reported it, the developer contacted me several times in order to understand and then THEY FIXED IT. What more could you ask for. Excellent!

The right exercise at the right time. Having a guide to the type of exercise to do at any given time is key. It’s like having a target to hit and one gets results if the plan is followed.

Fitness Buddy. This app is Awesome tells you exactly how to work out to get whatever Body type you want. I just started doing it 2 months ago and have already lost 20 pounds. Thank you so much Fitness Buddy you’ve helped me more than anyone else has

Great App , not so great update. I have been using fitness buddy for a while, I did get a new iPhone a few weeks ago and when I re downloaded the app I guess I got the most updated app. Unfortunately now I have a lot less workout to chose from and I cannot see 75% of the types of exercises. That’s kinda annoying to me.

Too Many Pop-Ups. I would rate this app higher but I just wanted to try it out and every few clicks when trying to close the ads at the bottom would pop-up the ad to upgrade to premium. I couldn’t deal with it and just deleted the app, I think to have it constantly pop-up while using the app is too much of a deterrent for the content.

How do you use this app?. I spent about 20 minutes just trying to figure out how to enter nutrition info for eating breakfast; never figured it out and gave up. Clicking the meals icon just takes me to a list of recipes. Where do I log my food entries? The app is constantly nagging at me to sign up for a subscription. I don’t mind paying for software, but I want to be able to try it out first. Free version of app seems to do literally nothing except advertise for paid version.

Great App But Can Be Improved. The App is Amazing. The only improvement I’d like to see is a shopping list for the meal plans. I’m pretty busy and usually shop for a week of groceries at a time, this would be a great addition.

Charging you to create your own plan. This app literally just has lists of exercises or daily workouts that you choose from and add on your own to create your own plan. If you’re looking for something that will create a plan for you, this is not it. It doesn’t do anything for you, other than keep them in one spot. Anyone can put together exercises and make their own plans. This just charges you for it. Waste.

Reviews are crazy!. I’ve had this app for about 25 minutes and want to drop it off the side of a building. Horrible in almost every way. Music - awful. Exercises - lame. Can’t lock your phone without it rebooting. Can’t set your phone down without it pausing the awful music and asking if you’re still working out. Rope you into downloading the premium version and then you just get sad. Not recommending this to anyone!

It’s pretty good. I have the app for the longest time. I spent the last two months using it at home. It showed me video of this one girl working out. I just copied her tempo and breathing pattern. It gave me a better control over my exhale and inhale. Made my overall exercise better.

Needs work. The only part of the app that I use are the exercises. The workout if the week hasn't changed in maybe 6 months, literally. The meal plan section is blank, and customer service has not replied to me about the issue, it’s been a week since I wrote them. Free version of the app is fine, but not worth the upgrade at this point. I regret it.

Loyal User. Have been using this app for more than 5 years. I highly recommend it especially if you don’t have a personal trainer and you love working out alone.

How can you cook something different every day?. The app is good and it has a lot of healthy recipes, but i cant use them. Is this app made for rich people that dont need to go to work? I don’t have time to prepare so many different meals for the week, and i cant cook something different every day... i thought the app would give me meal plans to make one day for the whole week...

Rarely updated. I used to love this app but after months of doing the same workouts over and over, it would be nice for the developers to release some new workouts . It’s been months since they’ve updated this and even then, it was only for bug fixes. For the amount of money they charge, they should release new content. I’ll be searching for something new

Lack of workout for arms :(. So far I’m loving the app, I’ve been using it for almost a couple weeks now. However, during my cycle of exercises I was heading to the home exercises for arms and there’s a bug that shows that there aren’t any workouts for that. If that could be looked into soon I’d gladly give 5 stars.

Don’t like it anymore. I know apps must make money but not this way ! I used this app for a while. Stopped going to the gym so I deleted it. Came back to it thinking that’s its as awesome as before ... absolutely not. Very complicated and I HATE when apps keep pushing it in your face That you have to upgrade ( pay money ) I don’t mind advertisement I’ll love with that. But every button I click takes me to : upgrade to premium ! I’m deleting it.

Amazing. This app is great I’m 16 started 110 lbs no visible abs what so ever now I am 145 lbs great 6 pack and then some I feel great this app gives you diets and workouts for both at the gym and at home love this app and all the progress I’ve made because of it 11/10 recommend

Good app but...... Although I like the app but it doesn’t register all my steps. I JUST ran 3 1/2 miles and let just say if off by a lot the app missed about 1500 steps. Still I like the app but just take into account until this is fixed your steps are going to be off if you’re running.

Great Exercise Programs. Fitness Buddy provides excellent training instructions and detailed guidance on routines. Keeps me from becoming stalemated in doing same routines over and over, and it links directly into my Argus account, this is all good. I use this regularly. Dr. Mo

Issues with settings goals on the welcome page. I am highly disappointed already. I just purchased the app and I can’t get past the welcome page where it ask for my information and goals. It’s stuck on this setting and won’t let me continue past how often I would like to workout because I am unable to access the rest of the question to answer it. This was a waist of money and I would like a refund

Interface Is Confusing.. As a seasoned lifter, I downloaded this “freemeium” to spruce up my workouts. However, everything I find is all bodyweight or dumbbell focused and seems to be centered more fore inexperienced lifters. There are “variation” workouts based upon level but only a few per muscle group. Maybe I am not looking hard enough, but for that reason, I am reviewing this app as a bust based on ease of access to more than beginner workouts.

Excellent database!. Has the most inclusive database of exercises I could find! It's also easy to create your own exercise with a photo! Would highly recommend for fitness buffs of all levels!!!

3 stars. This app is pretty cool because it allows you to log your workouts and share with friends to motivate each other. My complaint is that, at least half of my regular workouts are locked and I have to make notes to clarify my ACTUAL workout. My understanding is that they may be locked for people who don’t know the form or work out but it is just an inconvenience for those who do.

Over run with adds for subscription services. For me, the irritating thing about this app is that I paid for the app several years ago. They had the free app and the one that was moderately priced.I payed a flat fee for it to have access to the full app. Now it is over run with pay for this and subscribe to that. They should have just created a new app for the other features.

Missing Apple Watch support. Loving the app but it could be truly amazing if it offered Apple Watch support. Ideally if I could leave my phone in the gym locker and run a guided workout right off my watch the app would be perfect. Definitely a solid three star app but I can’t give it five until there’s Apple Watch support. It’s been four years since the Apple Watch debuted, why on earth aren’t these guys supporting it?

Easy to follow instructions. I started to enjoy and see gradual positive results after using the up for couple of weeks. I stopped going to gym after I figured out how the App works.

Good if you pay.. I got this app because it was pitched as functional even if you don’t pay. NOT the case. Very limited free access, so limited I wouldn’t even bother trying. I give this 3 stars only because it appears to be a decent fitness app if you are looking to pay for one. In my opinion though, there are many more fitness apps which are a better deal for your money.

Good app, is there a superset option?. I purchased the premium version of the app. It’s honestly very good so far, I was pleased with the amount of exercises in the database (especially the kettlebell exercises). I also enjoy that there are stretching exercises. However, I do really wish there was a way to add a superset to my workout, especially for $30 a year.

Don’t like the new settings. I’ve had this app for 3 yrs and it helped me (in the first 4months) lose over 30 by following their videos and I’ve kept off the weight. The new program structure is not something I like. I tried going back to the old version of the plans but doesn’t let me. I won’t renew my yr membership 😔

Great app. Everything is very easy to use and helpful - except when you are in a workout I can’t seem to figure out how to view how to do the workout without ending the workout. Help with this would be appreciated

More pop-ups than a 1990s illegal music site. This used to be a great app. I loved using it for my workout tracking but now it’s not even usable unless you pay $60/year. Just be prepared to have a pop up with every click you do. Deleting it because it’s pointless battling a “go premium” pop-up every time I click within the app.

Good app with some flaws. ABSOLUTELY no Custmer service. I have emailed and left contact information yet the developers and owners of this app will not reply. I do not mind paying a lot for a high quality app. Usually you get what you pay for. Not this time. You pay a lot for a app which crashes and logs the work out halfway through so you have to restart the app and restart the workout which now lost all your previous workout data.

Not what I expected.. First a friend has this he likes it , and I guess is not for everyone. I did the trial and I canceled it before it was over me it charged me , so upset. This is not what I expected , I wanted an app that gives me a weeks work out routine based on my needs. Not just videos and hope you pick and choose the one. So this is not for me and I want my money back

Functionality limited or needs improved. The workout builder does a lot around body weight and light dumbbells. I want the ability to build a 6-, 8-, or 12-week workout plan based on being in a gym with machines and free weights. Also, should be a way to enter maxes in different lifts and be app recommend weights for the workouts. Too much is left to the user to determine.

They thought of everything. Well put together. I love that I can check my heart rate. They really tried to create something useful and easy to use. I like the app navigation as well.

Rotate screen for workout videos. When I purchased this app last year the workout videos would turn with your phone’s movements, now they don’t. What good is a app that doesn’t allow your phone to sit panoramic so you can see the workout when you’re working out? Please fix this issue, I’ve sent you two emails in two weeks and no response. I will be canceling my subscription until further notice.

iPhone X has bugs. Wanted to test it out but the UI is broken on iPhone X. Also, couldn’t really navigate past ads or explore the functions due to them interrupting everything. Pretty mheh first impression for what appears or may even be impressive. Not willing to pay to test it though, especially with bugs.... a trail would be better.

Stuck with a Useless App for a Year. Any app that forces you to pay for a year before letting you see the content is probably working harder to get your money than to stay on top of the most popular workout plans. I should’ve known better. Now I’m stuck with an app that only has home workouts and bodybuilding workouts. If you are looking for resistance training, CrossFit-style workouts, yoga, pilates, or really anything other than home or bodybuilding workouts, save your money. This app is not for you.

My first and only. I haven’t tried any other work out apps because this one is so good I haven’t felt the need to try any others. Good work outs that progress as you continue working out.

Great fitness tracking. Great for planning or tracking whether u need a summer program, quick hitter or just want to do your own thing. Would like more recipes- they were great! but not why I bought this app. Recommend!

Serving sizes please!. I am a premium member and I have a question I can’t seem to figure out. While browsing the meal plans, I’m having a very hard time figuring out what a serving is. For example, the crispy rosemary chicken and potatoes, what is a serving size? It says 551 calories per serving, but I have no clue what a serving size is. This seems to be a frequent question at every large meal preparation.

When it works, it’s ok. I work out 4 or 5 days a week and this app crashes at lease a few times a week, causing me to have to restart the tracking of my workout. I have contacted support a few times but they have never provided any kind of solution.

Eh. Workout video take over a minute to load. Sometimes you get to the end of a workout and the app shuts off so you lose your workout data. The workouts are good though, but if you’re switching from another app, some of the quirks in the app itself will drive you nuts.

Who needs a gym trainer?. This app is incredible. It will give you endless workouts and recorded all of your progress. No need for an expensive trainer or gym membership. The home workouts are fantastic! I used this app for 12 weeks along with “My Fitness Pal” to keep track of my diet and I lost almost 40 lbs.

Almost perfect but a step behind. Arguably one of the best exercise listings and workouts I have come across, but while competitors are spreading out into working/integrating with wearables like GYMWATCH, Fitbit and Apple Watch, this app has done nothing. Unfortunately because of that fact I don’t use it anymore as working out with my watch and not having to carry around a phone or tablet is much more desirable.

“Free” app. This app is designed to extract as much money as I can from you. There’s no way to just try the app out without paying for something. If it at least had a 2 to 3 day trial period or a way to do the first day of a program people may be more inclined to pay for it. There is no way to actually experience the app without fully buying into it.

Workout routines won’t load.. Paid for the membership and love so much about the program, education, and data, but when it’s time to start the daily workout routines, there are a few that won’t load. Then I don’t get credit for that day. It’s beyond frustrating especially when I paid for a year. Had I known that would happen, I wouldn’t have bought the membership.

Fitness Buddy inaccessible!. Downloaded app months ago, setting up credentials. Decided app was not what I needed and removed if from iPhone. Decided it might be right tool for now & downloaded it. It flagged my email as one for which they had a decorative, but I had not saved those credentials. Four times I have selected 'Reset password' link, which uses my e-mail address. Over past six hours I have received nothing, making app useless.
