Good luck getting pw reset. They have absolute zero customer support. They determine what tables you play. The more chips you have, the higher they set the minimum buy in that you can join.

Rip Off. Don't waste your time. Play is normal in the beginning. If you do not purchase chips from them you will find the play changes drastically. Soon you will notice that you are playing against Bots which somehow manages to break billion to 1 odds many hands in a row. Or notice that they call with nothing but flop trips 5 hands in a row. Or for instance. Call a big bet preflop with Q 4 off suit three hands in a row. Not only did they have same two cards all three hands but this was the 3 flops. 944 944 Q44 You don't have to be to smart to figure out that it's impossible to have exact same 2 cards 3 hands in a row and also flop the nuts everytime 3 hands in a row. Not possible!! Or to have you lose over 60 hands in a row playing with Just 2 other players and in every hand those players have trips. Not Possible!! But if you fold they bet big on nothing and at the end have nothing. Other player even calls with nothing on the river if you are not in the hand. Who would call all the way with 5 high on a board with all face cards? No one. Except a bot designed to rip you off. I would say they try to hide the cheating but it sometimes has a glitch and all the cheating comes at once. Very noticeable. I made it to one million in chips without buying chips. And then lost every hand in a row no matter how good you play or how good my cards were, I lost to 2 crappy cards for over 50 hands in a row at same table with same 2 players. RIP OFF.

Doesn’t Work- Crashes. I used to play this game all the time but I stopped playing it for a while (about a year) but now whenever I go into the game and try to play it will load for awhile and then just crash. I have tried repeatedly and it is still the same outcome every time. Please fix because I really used to like this game!

Great.... usually. I love this app. Been playing for years. The only problem is that the tournaments have stopped working for almost a week. I’ve unloaded and reloaded several times and have still had the same problem

Don’t Buy Chips You Get Bad Cards. Used to enjoy playing but now nothing but bad dealing. Cards are deliberately weak and certain combinations NEVER come up. I never bought a chip and now the game is not playable. Fake Cards!!!!!

Used to be a good app. The app glitches, won’t load, freezes and black screens in the middle of the games. Also removed the daily bonus 😒👎🏽

Unreliable. I’ve had this app for a number of years now and only play occasionally. When I do play it is usually in a “sit and go” tournament. At random intervals I’ve experienced the buttons not working (that others have reviewed). This usually happens when I have the best possible hand. Other times I’ll experience a disconnection where the in-game timer for each turn will just run out(automatically booting you from the table if it happens three times). The “best hand” feature doesn’t work since I just got a royal flush and my account still shows a straight flush best hand. The option to “contact us” doesn’t work and has failed to open every time I try. Other than these problems, this app is fun every now and then for a short amount of time.

Dragonplay a once respected app is now dead!. I’ve played this game since it’s inception. Then they got sold to Bally’s then sold to SGI. Each time the app got worse and worse. Support is non existent and the once in app features don’t even work let alone exist. Trying to get app support is a farce! Apple needs to force the developer to update and fix this app or remove it from the App Store!

No service. The game just keeps buffering and won’t let me play the game. Really frustrating after all this time being able to play

No longer opens. As of August 14 it will not open up to allow log on. Maybe I was beating the bots too much. It would often freeze and glitch when I did play the past few months now I’m unable to log on.

Keeps crashing. Every time I get ready to play it will crash and exit me out of the game. It never did that before they upgraded the game.

Takes your money. After you purchase chips it limits some play. Crashes a lot! You lose the chips you purchase.😡

Don’t buy. I made the mistake of buying coins today. Yes, I know, dumb. So I was bought the package that was supposed to be 180M coins, but only received 25M. Don’t play unless you play on what they give you.

I miss it. It was simple. You could just play a game of poker with friends. Now you have to look for a new game, full of ads and extra nonsense. Goodbye old friend.

Game great, support poor. Love the games, but reported issues with Double or Nothing only result in canned replies blaming connection issues using 3G/4G. I only play using Wi-Fi and told them so. Consistent screen locks at end of game whether winning or losing, both on iPad and iPhone. It also doesn't show hands at end of game.

Trouble with Facebook.. Please help. Trouble getting in via Facebook. Message is that FB Key is wrong . I don’t know what that is. Unable to send a message to “support”. Errors out. I generally play every night.

Pro bot Hold’em is lame Not the same app anymore,. Phuk you dragon play. The app developers clearly disagreed with the well known saying, “do not fix anything that is not broke.” The rollout of multiple updates/versions degraded this game to lame. As a result too many great players and friends to list no longer use this app, even though they have hundreds of dollars worth of chips. Russian players were all over this app when I first started playing about a year and a half ago, Now I hardly ever see any Russian players on this app anymore. Which is probably why this app’s developers have increased the amount of bots in order to compensate for the loss of its “live player base” so therefore a game title change should be in order to have the “LIVE” taken out!!

Poor user experience. Sometime it doesn’t respond to your pier action (fold, check, etc) even the visually indicated you press the acting buttons. Also, it should let you check or fold in before your turn. Lacking this feature make game go slower. Additionally, if I press fold and someone raise, it reset my action having to press the fold button again. If I’m going to fold, why on earth I would call a raise. Duh. Another thing, none of the tournaments are working. It just freezes when you tap on tournament from main menu. I believe this app have been abandoned since it haven’t been updated in a long time.

Rip off. Don’t buy chips off this app. the amount you see well not be the same amount you get once you pay. False advertisement

Used to be good but not anymore. I’ve had this app for at least 6 years. This used to be the best hold em poker app available. Not anymore. You used to be able to “walk through” tables playing varying amounts of blinds and find an empty seat to start playing. Now, you cannot choose a table and blinds, you are automatically put in a table with seemingly random blinds each time. Also, the tournaments used to vary by buy in and payoff amount where the cheapest tournament was $5k in gold I think. Now, cheapest tournament is $125k. Lame. Deleting this app.

Dragon poker. The creators can go screw themselves. All set up hands and people get lucky every time. Skill does not matter. Barely any daily chips and the worst poker app I ever played. Again the makers need to either fix the game or need to evaluate life. Lol.

Does not give the correct amount of chips in purchases. Purchased chips on a few occasions with a promise of 300% more free. The correct amount of chips is never given. You can’t contact support as the link does not work. Do not spend any money on this app. Not worth it.

Biggest Ripoff App Ever!!!!. On 3 separate occasions I purchased chips from DragonPlay and received far less the the amount advertised. They take my money and offer no way to resolve the issue. Worst poker app. App is absolutely rigged, everyone gets action hands and somehow you manage to lose with Sets . Flush .straights, game is coded to bet your maximum chips so forcing to buy chips .. which I never did . Garbage, stick to wsop app

Enjoyable live play - could be improved. Have played on other apps and soon discovered bots playing. Have not encountered that here. Play on iPhone and iPad - dragonfly treats that as two separate accounts. Refuse to pay money to purchase chips. IPad have accumulated almost $4 million but still less than $1 million on iPhone. Play is realistic to real life. High card, pair or two pairs are common winners. Game lacks information on features. Today, can not find anything explaining XP. Now that I am posting this, hopefully they will add at least info on XP. Due to lack of info, end of playing different games to understand what they are. Would rate 3.5 stars because of documentation and buttons (fold, check, raise) are sometimes available before turn, other times not. Sometimes when they are available, clicking a Check button at the same time as someone bets $x, automatically calls $x.

They really screwed this game up now. They have taken away the nightly bonus and instead put a bonus system that is almost impossible to win and makes all of the idiots make outrageous bets trying to win enough games to get the bonus. Smooth move Dragonplay. Now I can’t even get in to play a game. It puts you straight into the most expensive bet with no way to get out without losing millions in chips.

Hmm?. This game already notices u lost ur hand before it’s over... for example 2 ppl call all in the winner collects money before cards even flipped basically stating that the winner was already pre picked!

Something is wrong with the app!. For two days now, the app will open until the option where you choose the buy in for the tournaments. After that the app restarts and it take your buy in fund!

Eh. Really don’t understand why certain things were taken out. Where is video poker? Where are the options for multiple chip levels in tournaments instead of just massive buy ins? Why are there fees in tournaments on top of the buy in? Wth

Stalls every time. I used to love this game. I stopped playing for a while but now it stalls every time I play. Either it stays at 0% when opening or it’ll open but not let me into any poker rooms.

Agree-Rip Off. The game used to be fair until the robot players were introduced. You cannot beat them. There are 5 seats at a table. You may end up playing against at least three “bots” I know of. You can identify them by clicking on them and seeing a red negative sign as if they’re included in your friend list already. Occasionally they show negative EXP for level experience. Had the app since 2010. I am deleting as of now. Shame they ruined a good app.

It used to be a cool poker app....... I’ve had this app for years. I would say at least 2-3 years total. Initially it was an okay app to play poker. But now, it takes forever the boot and the increased the limits forcing you to buy extra chips. At this point it’s not worth it. So I’m deleting the app.

Five Years Lost. I’ve played nearly every day for five years. I was at Level 73 with 148, 200,000 chips. A few days ago I couldn’t log in via Facebook. Now I’m a level 1 with 500,000. And there’s no way to connect the %$&@ing developers.

Update and crashes. Can’t pick my on tables just crashes when I try to slide the bar over to choose dominations all the time also once I get over 25 million in chips can’t play on any tables except fast fold or 400$ blind table ..but I have to sit and wait for a long time for someone to join if they join at all on the 400$ blind table What’s going on with this game ?? Where’s the support ?? Why don’t they update the game ???since it’s been years since they have .I enjoy the game but unless they fix these issues I will delete this game and find another one.

Comical at best!. This is app is so rigged it's comical. I've never seen so many flops that had pairs. I started out with $5k and accumulated over $1 billion over 6 months and lost all of it. Why, bad luck? Yeah right. I never changed my style of play. Never paid a nickel for chips and that's why. Read all the 1 star reviews and you'll see a common theme. Look elsewhere for a realistic game.

THE END, OFFICIALLY DEAD APP. Been going downhill for years finally hit rock bottom you can’t even play it freezes you on the table, or drops you, in the middle of a hand so you’re not even able to play or are you lose a Hand that you would’ve won. Thousands have already left the app here very few people playing most of them are donks and their bots. strange, but every player is a new player what are the odds. And the algorithm is as bad as it can get because you can’t even win. THIS GAME IS FINALLY AT ITS END ESPECIALLY IF YOU CAN’T EVEN PLAY A TABLE WITHOUT GETTING DROPPED YOUR FROZEN ON THE TABLE.

Find another poker app. I’ve been playing this for awhile when suddenly the app crashed on both my iPad and iPhone after an update, now hasn’t worked in months and no one to call.

Rip Off. I read the one review and I have the same issues. It is rigged and same cards show up at multiple times one after another. U can win but then it goes into a lock mode where obviously the game is taking away your win. I’m not playing anymore. It’s a crooked game.

Actuallh the worst app I've downloaded. Download it, boot it up, opens a website in my browser? DODGY. Next thing that shows up on my screen is "cannot finalise your purchase" I DIDNT TRY TO PURCHASE ANYTHING, now i cannot get the app to boot, deleted, wont be redownloading.

Fast Fold game doesn’t load. On restart of phone game works at tables, however I can’t open fast fold as the whole program freezes. By closing the app and trying to restart the game it stays on 0 percent and does not load properly. The phone must be re-booted.

Won't load. Besides some minor bugs, WAS an incredibly fun and reliable play money poker game. Since this new update, my app will not finish booting up, and I therefore cannot use it at this time. A new update may perhaps be needed. I have restarted my iPhone 5C as well, but for now I think I will see how much faster The Simpsons: Tapped Out is on this newer model phone..as opposed to my old iPhone 4 model. PS: If in the future this game is fixed, I will gladly give a 4-star rating!

Talk about a BS poker app. I made 3 accounts played 3 third round tournaments with 500 diamonds, first tournament only won 1 hand and bleed out from not being able to win any other hands, second tournament won 3 hands proceeded to bleed out from the blinds and third tournament won 0 hands yeah I'm not even kidding zip zero nadda. While down to my last 300 chips I got dealt AJ flop comes AJJ flop a full house I'm thinking to myself this has got to be the one only pocket AA could beat me so I go all in, guess what the other guy had? That's right! Pocket As couldn't win one hand. Unbelievable.

Fraud when purchasing twice. This app is fraud. I purchased chips twice and both times didn’t give me chips as per advisement. First time charged me 40 dollars for 180 M chips but it only given me 85M, my second purchase was for 20 dollars 90M chips but only given me 14M. I’ll be taking this to Apple .

Challlenging & fun. Lots of different tournaments & variety of games! I have been playing for months! It is challenging to get to upper levels. My only issue is sometimes it kicks you out when you win a tournament & have to restart. Very few glitches!

Worst of Worst. I strongly suggest you do not play or pay for chips on this app. Everyone who has commented negatively about the BOTs is absolutely correct in my opinion as having played and watched this for a long time. You are going to lose your chips no matter how good you are. I complained loudly to these guys several times after I was obviously screwed by them and ever since then I have been unable to win anything and my app "mysteriously" crashes when I have a great hand. This has happened multiple times. Be warned there is nothing in this for you.

Good game but has issued that players cheat with. This is a great game except players let time run out and game freezes. Ruins everything when that happens. They need to fix it so of people let time run out often they are dropped from the game. I have lost thousands of points because of this issue. Makes me not want to play. You can be doing very well and people resort to cheating instead of playing smart poker and game freezes. Love this app except for that issue. Please address this some how and it will be the best app for poker available.

Very VERY SUSPECT!?. This game has to been one of my favorite to play. However there seems to be a catch! You will go on an extensive run and then all of a sudden go on an extensive losing streak just to stay at the bottom so that they want you to buy more chips. And when you're on the bottom it never comes back! It tricks you because you will have an ace and everybody else has aces to, to make it exciting! And if you're on the losing side you'll have a full house and they'll have 4 of a kind and how often do you really see 4 of a kind!?

25 million chips taken by game!. Periodically, their system has connectivity issues and they seldom respond to lost chips that are removed if this happens in the middle of a game even though you didn't bet, or lose, them. They aren't the best with customer service but having just lost 25 million chips when connectivity issues occur and you've purchased chips, they should fix whatever bugs. Buy chips and play at your own risk! You may not lose them at a table playing cards but also when their system has a problem! Buggy software IMHO very buggy software. I will look for other poker games to play when I run out of chips here. Suggest you do the same!

Not looking good. My wife and I have played for years and now we can’t play cash tables. And can’t select any money denomination. Really irritated

rigged dealing and program glitches. Ghis game could have had potential. But, it has to msny program flaws ( screens go black in the moddle of a game and it freezes causing you to reboot), cards are to small causes eye strain. The biggest problem is the phoney dealing. I'm a serious card player. In one day i've had my full houses beat by 4 of a kinds and straight flushes more then in 30 years of poker playing. Even worse is if your down to the last 3 players and your chip leader it is almost a 95% guarantee you will lose. More come from behinds here then in a gay bath house. Card play is unrealistic and Pocket aces and kings heads up get beat at a very high percentage if your the chip leader. Find a more realistic game if you really want to play. If your an all in, no skill poker player then this is the game for you. Take your 2,7 offsuit and watch them turn you into A poker god.

Messages Galore & Annoying Update. I feel this is a great app, however it is annoying as ever that updates make it more and more difficult to play. The free chips for app review is a farce as the larger the payoff the less likely you will get your reward. Secondly you can no longer change your screen name or photo. Thirdly, and most annoying of all is the gazillion messages you get from players taunting you to beat their score. I am just learning this game and I have learned quite a bit using this app. Please get rid of the annoying message that take up so much space. Revisit this app and the functionality please.

Could be better. I played this game and lots of other apps. 2 stars maximum. TX Poker is the best variant, if you're looking for real poker. Don't waste your time and money, as I did when I was trying to find an ideal app for myself. Now I can share my experience and prevent you from doing the same mistakes. What's so good about TX Poker? It's easy (nice and intuitive UI, easy to play and learn) and difficult (lots of missions, leaderboards, sit'n'go tournaments) at the same time. Choose a table according to game bet, speed, number of players, small and big blind and play. The best thing for me is that when I win with a combination or get a Big Win, I get additional bonus chips on each win! Live Holdem Poker Pro is a nice game, but there is so much to work on.

Messed up. Now that I have used my money to buy chip this game has all kinds of glitches

Algos r bad. Seems it's set up to drain your money to get u to buy chips. To many good hands and get blown out 90 percent of time

AWESOME Poker Site. If you love poker then you'll love this app. I love to play Texas Hold'em this app has a variety of play rooms to choose from. There's fast play, tournaments and play rooms all offer different levels of play. You have a daily bonus and if you play your cards right you can really build up your gold up and get into higher level tournaments. I have played many Poker sites this is the best app in my opinion. I loved bodog which is no longer in the USA due to gambling laws. This is the closest you'll ever find for excellence in Poker.

The bottom disappears lately!!. Over the last few days when the bottom menu switches to your actual turn, the menu items disappear. Sometimes they come back and you can make a selection in time, sometimes you can't forcing you to fold. But today, it came back as the screen was switching and made me call on a $50k+ raise that I would not have called, forcing me to not only lose the hand but also about $53k and change. Only happens on my iPad. Galaxy s3 version works great, so far. I love this app, but this glitch has got to be fixed in order to get the 5 star rating it deserved a week ago.

Can no longer play any games!. App loads but can’t play games on iPhone 7 anymore. Tried deleting and reinstalling too!

Please read. I really enjoy this game. It is fun entertaining and relaxing but yesterday I had 16 million gold coins and I lost it all in less than 10 minutes by hackers. I was wondering if you could give them back because it was very frustrating and difficult to get those coins. Thank you for your attention, my poker name is abczue.

Enjoying Play. Winning is great and I think this game is a winner. Enjoying the play with hardly a lag time or crash issue. Sometimes my bad by not being sure I tapped Check was registered or not causing me to lose a hand that I would have won but was dropped out of. Icon change in illumination needs to be a little bit more distinct. Otherwise compared to several other poker players and players this is my favorite.

The worst poker app. Cheating!. I lose no matter how great my hand is. The other player could have a near impossible hand and he gets the card! Now, when I have the nuts, the app crashes "mysteriously"! I've realized that only the players that spend money on this app will win. Since I'm a good player and I win legit, they take away my chips. As soon as I'm done with my chips I will delete this app and will never play it again. My friends who haven't spent money on this app are in the same situation. The one friend that bought chips is winning with crappy hands. An app like this will never get my money (I was actually considering spending some money before I realized this is a cheating app). Do NOT play this app!

Great Poker game!. I honestly love everything about this game everything is easy to see all the cards are easy-to-read it's fair and the play always acts right! I've played a lot of poker games on my I phone and some are challenging. A big deal I've had with a lot of them is that the print on the cards is so small it's hard to see and you can't tell what they are. But this one; everything is very clear! There's nothing I could change for this game. If you're reading this then it's because you want to know about this app before you download it. And all I have to say is. "Download it now! And start enjoying the best Texas Hold'em app their is!!

Waste of time. Would give zero stars if it was an option!! Have been using their site for more than four years. Recently, they raised the minimum by ins on their Hold'em tournaments from $10,000 to $2.5 MILLION...needless to say, they're not attracting many players!!! Been trying to complete round 2, of a 3 round tournament for over a week, and no one is playing!!! Sent three separate communiques to what they think passes as CUSTOMER SUPPORT...not so much as a single response from them!!! Checked my support history to be sure they got them...all three showed "open"...THEY GOT 'EM...THEY JUST DON'T CARE ENOUGH TO RESPOND!!! Will be uninstalling their app!!

Offensive language. Offensive language is prevalent. Players can say whatever they want with no consequences. There is no way to report this abuse.

Harrassment. Hi i was not sure how to contsct u but i knew u would see this. Someone on your app is harrassing me and refuses to leave me alone leaving me nasty voulger comments in the rooms chat his name is will69 is there some thing you can do i would really appreciate it. We were in room 40 of beginners i was in the room w my husband dirtysouth89 who also ask him to leave me alone in which he refused. Please do something bc i wont play ur app until i feel safe playing it

Live poker pro- doesn't work!. My app crashes and doesn't load when I go to fast fold just idles and doesn't open can't play at all. Fix this problem getting it to work again. Playing in any room idles and crashes also! I have uninstall and reinstall every time I want to play, I'm missing out playing poker with friends, this started on the update which should of never happened so frustrated!

My honest review. I want coins.. This game is a great time killer but incredibly frustrating at times. Glitchy and freezes on a regular basis. Hands fold without actually folding. When the hand locks up, you have to click on a players profile or the freeze will last through the hand and you will be kicked off for being idle. Aside from the obvious freezing issues this is the best poker app out. Fast poker is a blast. Fun gifts and promos for tournaments. All in all the game is great. Just have to remember to click on someone's profile if you this the table is freezing.

Crashes. After the IOS update you can’t play regular tables, crashes immediately.

Agree with Too Glitchy. If everything worked, this would be a great game. However since migrating to the iPhone it is been nothing but glitches. This includes the action bar on the bottom disappearing, the game itself locking up frequently, and now with latest update you cannot exit the game with the control arrow in the upper right. I really hope that they get the glitches taken care of because the game is addictive

Good game but.... I enjoy playing online poker with the Dragonplay app but there seems to be an issue with lagging. When I play and am in a hand while the betting goes around the table there will be a pause on the player before me and when it Finally becomes my turn to bet or raise ( which is usually the case) it will fold me from the hand and also kick me off the table. I have also found that when I purchase chips it is nearly impossible to win a hand. I found that after making a chip purchase I will lose 9 out of 10 large pot hands. What gives Dragonplay?

LOVE IT & HATE IT!!!!. Lots of glitches on the iPhone version. Love my husbands droid version...has much better graphics. iPhone version locks up and IF I get on and leave the game have to turn off phone and restart to get back in. Betting bar dissappears often and always when you have a great hand and you fold by default. Really frustrating. Would be great if these were fixed. Also don't like the newest version. With so few beginners tables can NEVER get on a table. They added a second option of tables for amateurs why not beginners?

Please Fix The Problem. I've been using the Live Holdem Pro under Dragolay for 2 years. It used to be fast and fun. For approximately 2 weeks te game has been pure crap. It doesn't properly award my daily bonus, the screen constantly blinks, and worst the thing keeps crashing when I am the chip leader clearly on the way to victory (especially if you are playing the high stakes tournaments). I have contacted you all with no resolve. I'm tired of building my bank to only have you unrightfully snatch my cash in 500k increments. What used to be fun has turned into a big frustrating headache. Hopefully you all will get I together. What a fraud!!!!

Best poker app. Look no farther. I have downloaded numerous Texas Holdem apps and deleted them not long after. They had awful bonuses and required real money to realistically play them. Dragon gives great daily bonuses,allows friends to send gifts of game gold and offers games and tournaments for any amount of gold you have. Yes, you can also pay real money to buy more gold for in game play but I found it wasn't necessary after I won a million dollar tournament. Great fun and the first that allows you to play with real odds on the cards rather than video poker style crap.

Fix Fast Fold!. The best game on this app has been down for over 2 weeks!

Newest version is very buggy. Been playing this app for a couple of years and it has got bothersome if not downright frustrating. Freezes and some icon functions won't work. Deleted and reloaded program and my $13M stack was gone. Set up a new acct (never via FB so that may be the key, i.e. Guest players get dumped). Somebody must be new in the programming. A couple of version ago things were much improved but now....not good at all. Winning hand is barely shown and then folded. No time to analyze the exposed hands. Not good for practice. The "Z" is the gold standard for poker, people.

Fun but how many times can it freeze. I've started keeping count over the last two days the game has frozen 17 times. 4 of these when I was one of last two in a tournament. Unacceptable. I have reinstalled 3 times. I am surprised each time to see my chip balance is the same. But I would estimate losing 500,000 in chips from tournament entries and regular play. This could be an awesome game but it is clear the developer has no interest in finding out what is causing the crashes with myself and the many others that have posted. Whatever you do don't buy chips. You will end up losing them as the game continues to crash over and over.

Review of Poker. The one thing that would make things a bit easier would be when you send gifts to people. There should be a select all or send All button, instead of clicking on each person. To also make it where you can see where you stand when actually playing cards.
