Read the Privacy Policy. Here’s a little snippet from their privacy policy. Note the app continuously does this, even when running in the background regardless of if there’s an active workout in progress. “We and other third parties may use the information (a) to customize ads in this or other apps (for instance, if your device is often located at or near music venues, you might receive offers for music tickets); (b) to measure effectiveness of those ads; (c) for disease prevention and research, security, anti-crime and law enforcement; or (d) for market, civic or other research regarding aggregated traffic patterns (for instance, a company that analyzes shopping trends might want to learn whether more or fewer devices are seen near malls or in other shopping districts).”

Fun and effective app. I have used this a few times to get myself in ship shape for a 10k. It does have some frustrating features though. The “motivational” notifications telling you to dust off your sneakers and run I feel are condescending. Especially when they pop up an hour after i just ran and used the app. The app also pauses itself or shuts off in my pocket. I wish it would remain steady and need a few steps before it shuts down.

Helpful Trainer for the I experienced runner. Good, motivating trainer. The short to longer runs w/walk or jog breaks inspires me to run longer. I’ve increased my pace & endurance as a result of using this. If I haven’t exercised in a while (busy, work, laziness, etc.), the earlier weeks get me going. I would def recommend this - or the 5K version - to any beginner jogger/runner. About 1-1.5 years ago (2016?), I had some probs w/the App crashing. I dumped it then reloaded it in mid-2017. No Probs since.

Best Medicine Ever. I am diagnosed with Verifiable Mental/Emotional disability...... and running and cycling and swimming are the best medicine I have ever used. My quality of life has improved in the way I can't say with words. This app made it easy to run and listen to my audio. I want to know what it feels like at the finish line of a marathon next. On a fixed income so I can't afford the bundle. I would use it if I could though. I recommend this for people struggling daily with mental health issues. Once the endorphins kick in regularly you will thank yourself for doing this.

My audible Coach. I’ve been using this for a few years and it is better than ever with or without an Apple Watch. The watch app is now easy to see with a large logo that pops up to let me decide if I need to read what I already heard in my ears (sometimes I’m distracted and missed the verbal cue), but the haptic buzz helps. I’ve had to restart my training after two months off and 10K let me choose where to start. I backed up to several weeks earlier very easily. I use RockMyRun’s music, and 10K’s verbal instructions weren’t lost- worked great together though I had to choose “None” in the app for the music. I have used the app to play my own music and that works great, too. You can set the screen to dark or light backgrounds depending on what you need. The update makes the music and light controls easier to access and it has always given a short, and useful description of the time breakdown for warmups, walking, jogging, and cool down. I recommend this app for getting your body ready to jog a 10K. It focuses on time spent, not actual distance. By the end of the training you can do a full 10K. It gets you there. Afterwards, you’ll need to work on upping your pace.

good app. This app is helpful for beginning running. My neighbor and I use the C25K (couch to 5K) app and when she and I can’t run together, I use this app because they are identical until it gets to the 5K part. I keep restarting after periods of no running, but that is okay because I will reach my goal. Maybe this time will be that time. In any case I am getting stronger and healthier and closer to my goals. What is your goal?

Thank you.. Thank you for addressing the volume issue. I felt that DING was going to either put me into cardiac arrest or impair my hearing. 😖 I think this app is great. Rather than doing 3x per week, I run 2 days, take a day off, run 2 days, take a day off.m, etc. A “week” isn’t quite a full week, but you get more exercise in to keep up the endurance and accomplish the same goal. I love having a guide to get me back on track.

I initially was skeptical. I hadn't run since middle school but have been wanting to start again. I had heard about this problem and despite being skeptical that it would work for me, I began the program. With determination to finish the program I once again became a runner. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to begin a running program.

Great app with missing features!. First off, for those who are new to running (like me) this is probably one of the better apps out there. It’s helped me quite a bit in the past. I stopped running for a couple years and just started up again. The reason for the 3* stars is mainly for the fact that I purchased this app $4–6 (don’t remember the exact price at the time) but the one feature that I really wanted was placed behind a subscription paywall and that’s Apple Watch integration. For something so basic and users by many, this should be standard which the “Pro” purchase. Anyway, great app but lacks the feature I wanted most, and was placed behind a subscription. Unless that’s changed, I’ll be using Interval Pro.

Really Works. I’m 66 yo and in fairly decent shape but have never been a runner. I didn’t believe that this would work. Every new week I’d say I’m never going to be able to run for that long. But by week 14, I was running, really running. I had tried to do it on my own and was never successful. I also loved that I could listen to my music and it would pipe in and tell me when to walk and when to run. It also tells you when you’re halfway through. I would highly recommend!

Same product without Apple Watch. I purchased this shortly before buying my Apple Watch, only to realize that there is an identical app, for the exact same price, just for the Apple Watch compatibility. I wanted to do an exchange, but when I realized this, I was over the typical “90 day” return. I contacted the developers, who said there was nothing they could do and to contact Apple. I contacted Apple, who said to contact the developer. When I told Apple I already had, they said there was nothing they could do. I’m pretty frustrated that I have to buy the exact same app 2x just to be able to have Apple Watch compatibility.

If you want to run a 10K you need this app!!. I just completed my first ever 10K and let me say it wouldn’t have been possible without this app! I ran so confidently based on the progressive training through this app. I am forever grateful for how this app didn’t throw me into a race I wasn’t prepared for. Based on the time I completed the race I’m now ready for a ten miler and soon half marathon.

Love it. This app as well as the C25K app have helped me loose weight and begin to actual enjoy running (I used to HATE cardio). You can listen to your music and run the app at the same time. It never pushes any in app purchases down your throat or interrupt your work out. I accidentally closed the app mid run and was able to pick up where I left off upon reopening. Love this freaking app.

Please read!. This app is spectacular. Whether you’re already a runner who wants to improve your time, or you’re a new runner. When I began I was a mix of both, I could easily run 1 mile at a decent pace 8:45/mile pace. However, I wanted to increase my distance while keeping my time at the same pace if not better. Yesterday while running I ran a 7:15 mile. This app works, trust it. I can effortlessly run 2 miles at an 8 minute pace now. Definitely recommend to new runners, and seasoned runners struggling to shave off some time.

Good app, could be great.. This app has really helped me get back into running and holds me accountable. I pay for the upgraded version and always get frustrated when I try to go back to look at my routes and it doesn’t have the option. It also glitches and pulls in data from my previous run instead of updating with my latest results. Would love to see these things fixed.

The timers are off.. Years ago, when this app came out, I could hit start on this app at the same time I hit start on my treadmill and the timers lined up perfectly. Now, a few “improvements” and updates later (you can now buy a lot more options/add-ons/features), and the timers don’t align. The app always ends up many seconds behind my treadmill. I used to wear my phone in an armband so I couldn’t check why the timers fell behind. I upgraded my phone, and it no longer fits in my armband, so I had to put it on stand beside my treadmill. Doing this, I was able to watch the app and figure out the issue. The timers end on :00 and switch over and start at :00, giving you an extra second per interval. If they fix this and stop asking for money and ratings, this could be a fantastic app again.

Not nearly as useful as Active’s app. I definitely like active’s couch to 5k app better. Unfortunately I don’t like their 10K workouts. I wish that this app would stop trying to sell me things...I’ve already purchased the pro version...which just downloaded another app to my phone but didn’t sync the two. I want to run this app on my phone and be able to see which interval I’m on on my Apple Watch but I don’t think I can do that. Super frustrating all around. Also different beep sounds would be great for half way and 1 min left. I started running at the halfway beep bc it took too long to tell me what the beep was for.

Wish I could use without location!. I like the app and don’t even mind paying for the service. However, I wish there was a way to turn location off, both for data privacy and practicality. I do a mix of indoor/outdoor running and hate when I drain my battery with location services while running on the treadmill. Additionally, calories burned are very inaccurate. This is not the app’s fault; it is incredibly difficult to calculate the calories burned in an activity, especially when users vary in height, weight, body fat, sex, and intensity. The calorie estimation is not valuable enough to warrant mandated location tracking. I was disappointed when I read the Privacy Policy and learned that this app sells data to advertisers, both when the app is running and not, even though this is a paid service. Be sure to opt out via the privacy policy if this concerns you, or toggle location services on/off as you use and close the app. ZenLabs, please consider allowing users to use your product without location services.

Love it. Have to say I love this app. My fitness level was pretty much in the dumps post-baby, and this app has gotten me back on the road to health. I love that the workouts are in very doable increments—just 30 minutes at first—with bite-sized periods of running mixed with walking. It’s not intimidating and because of that, it feels easy to get out there and do the workouts. Love! I also got the music, it’s fun to run to!

Love this app!. I’ve used this app twice: once when I was starting to run and once after an injury got me out of the habit of running. Both times, C210K helped me with the necessary conditioning for high mileage running by easing me into a regimen that I would not have followed without the app. It’s helped me create discipline while making it fun to increase my distance each week. I recommend it to anyone looking to get back into shape!

Convoluted, busy, expensive. I was looking for an app to make my watch give me intervals for a couch to 10K. This app is advertised to do just that. However: Poor watch integration: the watch app is stand alone from the phone app. They do not talk. You have to open the watch app and the phone app at the same time to sync, or you don’t get the workout logged in activity. Cluttered, thirsty app: 80% of this (expensive, subscription) app is it marketing you other apps. The rest of the functionality is bare bones. Poor support: after the trial I had issues with syncing the watch with the app. I wrote support and never heard back. Bad workout: on top of all of this, it’s not even a decent interval workout. Week 5 workout 3 is “run for 20 mins”. Week six “run for 10 WALK 3(!!!) run 10”. It’s nonsense. I’ve paid $13 already for this junk and I’m dropping it mid-subscription for a new app.

New update disappointing. Originally I was having issues with the app crashing, however to developers reached out to me and confirmed they have fixed the issue. I didn’t run into any issues today, and it seems to be working properly. This app is great now and I high recommend it for anyone who is training for a run or simply wants to get into running. Thanks for your great communication Zen Labs.

Helped me loose 85lb. I started using the 5K version when I was 14, I weighed 275lb back then. In the course of 6 months I had lost 50 pounds (also with the help of watching my calories) . Then I fell off the horse because I moved. Got back on a year later after maintaining 228lb for a year. Then I got back on and lost another 38, finally getting to my current healthy (and aesthetically pleasing) weight of 190 pounds.

Love it. I started with the previous one and I thought I would not be able to do it. I am running 10 min with a one min rest for 40 min running in total last time I have that ability I was in high school. I enjoy the message at the beginning of the day and it is like a demonstration that your body can do way more than expected as long as you give it the time for it. I will recommend it to anyone who wants to have a bit of a structure during the time in the gym and to celebrate the progress. Hope this will make you try. I started because Vineland an NPR journalist recommended and thank you so much for that. Great book excellent recommendation

The finish line for running moved closer. I once listened to a ted talk that said the difference between physically fit people and non physically fit people is that the finish line seems too far away distance wise for the unfit people which causes the brain and body to not like running... well with c25k and couch to 10K it feels like the finish line is a bit closer for us non physically fit people. I mean I have learned to breathe while running and the breaks and cool down periods in the app are awesome for beginners like myself. I'm happy a friend recommended I download this.

Love this app; speed suggestion. I just ran my first 10K with this app! I never thought this would be possible for me. Before starting the 5k program, I didn’t think I was capable of running for even 5 minutes. If I were to give one suggestion, it’d be an opportunity to gain speed once the program is completed. 60 mins is fast for a beginner so I used the MapMyRun app as well to make sure I was hitting my 6.2 miles. It ended up taking me an hour and fourteen minutes, but my goal is to be under the 60 minute mark!

Does NOT work with Apple Watch. I loved c25k. Worked really well and synchronized with Apple Watch perfectly because I don’t like to run carrying a phone. Then bought c210k, a new Apple 6 watch and a new iPhone 12 Pro. Zen labs now makes you pay a subscription for Apple Watch solo running and IT DOESNT WORK. I lost workout after workout because the Watch data simply will not upload to the iPhone app. I reinstalled, I rebooted Watch and phone. Nothing. Wrote to Zen Labs and they said issue was resolved. It was, for a day. Two days later, same problem. I am hugely frustrated.

The BEST running app out there. I first used this company’s C2 apps about 5 years ago when I first got into running. I worked all the way through the C25K, but at that time, I went to jump up to C210K and it had me start all over! I attempted to train using my own cues but was very inconsistent. I picked the app up again about a week ago and I am so glad they fixed that aspect! Now, it is totally perfect and I have no complaints. So excited to run my first 10K this fall!

Can an app hold you accountable?. Turns out I don’t hate running that much. 😜 I needed an accountability partner. A friend told be about the app and I’m enjoying to use it. The app is my accountability partner now. I did run a 10K last year. Rather unprepared and probably because it is a very popular run I just dived into it. My goal for this year is to beat last years time which should be easy to do, since my accountability partner is making me train for it.

Disappointed to see ads for Vapes upon completion of training. I used the C25K program, and loved it. I am just starting with the 10K program, and I was anticipating that it would be great too. But I was very disappointed, at the end of my first session, to see an ad for vaping. This app is approved for ages four years old and up, so this type of ad is completely inappropriate. Additionally, I think it’s just import taste to advertise a Vape and people are using to try to improve their health. The fact that 10K is advertising the Vape, Is likely to apply to a smoker looking to get healthier, that a Vape is a healthier alternative to smoking. It is not healthy to Vape. Now I cannot let my children use this app. I look forward to 10 K removing the inappropriate Vape ads so that I can change my review to reflect my true feelings for the program.

Love. I have used the c25k, 10K and 13.1 apps and love them all. This is my second time doing the 10K and I have noticed it runs smoother now. I love that the workouts are accessible, challenging but doable. I also love that the app tethers to my Apple Watch so I can just put my phone away and revive the prompts on my wrist and through my headphones. I recommend this to anyone who it just starting out running.

Was great, new glitch. This is the second time I’ve decided to use the app to get back in running shape. The intervals are very reasonable, and the app is very easy to use. However, this past week I’ve had a lot of trouble with the app retaining the data during my runs, and completely shutting down of my screen goes dark or if I decide to switch to a new podcast. When I emailed support, they simple told me not to run this app in the background and to not let my screen go dark. This wasn’t a problem in the past, and now I need to TOTALLY drain my battery by running with the screen on if I want to use this app? This is a new problem I’ve experienced, and I’m disappointed with how my concern was handled.

A decent app, though could use to be more gradual. I like the app in general, however... only thing I don’t like about the app is it increases the difficulty a little fast. That’s my only complaint. It could increase the difficulty more gradually, and then it would be perfect. If you can handle the incline of difficulty of the app okay, this app should meet your needs for getting into shape.

Turn C210k into C220k. I have enjoyed this app very much, went from c25k to c210k and after doing the 10k for awhile i thought about going to the next thing, did not want to pay the subscription. Just go back to week 9 run the 10 minutes 4 times and then i just started it over for another 4 times, instant 20k same free price. Will keeping doing this until the end again and see if i can go three times.

Love it!!. I have done a C25K app similar to this one years ago. I stopped running after I finished it because I couldn’t didn’t know how to work into a 10K. (and lost motivation) I decided to try this as inspiration to work straight to a 10K. Loving the fact that when I complete it, I can click a link that will take me to their half marathon training app (if I decide to go there).

A good start. As a health and fitness professional, I will encourage my patients to use whatever tools work for them. This one is popular and I’m giving it a go myself. My first impression is that it is good for accountability. A long second to an actual running partner, this app still may help us to get out the door. The progression is simple, yet walking alone should be the first step from the couch for 1-6 weeks, depending on one’s fitness. What is lacking for me is that other side of running- the sprints, tempo runs, fartleks, hill work, etc. Some may argue that C210K is powerful in its simplicity. I just see it as lacking. If running a 10K truly is your end goal, fine. But if you want to improve your fitness and longevity, I recommend adding core exercises, carries, toe and heal walks, and much more that could easily be integrated into the app.

Unable to track with another app. I had been tracking my runs (along with all my other activities like hiking and walks) on a different app, while I ran and walked when c210k told me to. It worked great because the tracking app would tell me when I’d hit my miles and my pacing, and C210k would tell me my intervals. But now I can’t use both apps at the same time. Very disappointed that I truly have no idea how I did on my run today - because I have to pay to be able to see my stats through this app. Frustrating enough to get me to stop using the app. It’s a shame because I was really enjoying it and nearly halfway done. I only want this app to tell me when to run and walk. I want my other established tracking app to track so all my activities in one place.

I really hate running. I hate running, but this app makes it easy to do it. I don’t have to do anything but show up and start the app. I like the lock button so I don’t have to “accidentally” pausing it. I don’t have to track anything like how much water I drink or what I am eating or how much I weight. It’s only, put on your shoes, start the app, lock it, and just let it led you. It tells you to warm up, run/jog at it’s at your speed, walk, etc until you get to cool down! That’s it! It tracks where you are and that’s it. I like the simplicity of this app. I’ve used it in the past for PT test prep and to lose weight.

This app changed my life.. I have always felt like a runner in my head, but once my shoes hit the pavement it was proven otherwise. I would be winded after 1 minute of running and wouldn’t try again for a long time. I downloaded the C25K app August 2018 and really struggled the first two weeks. Fortunately the reminders and breaks in between running is what kept me pushing through the program. I was running 30 minutes non stop and enjoying the program in no time (2 months later). I took some time off because I had a hard time running in the winter time, but when spring came around I knew I was ready to jump back in. Naturally, I downloaded the 10K app. If you have completed the 5k program, it will start you off at week 9 which was great because I needed to ease back into running. Honestly, this is the best program. I feel like a runner, I have more stamina, I have lost 30lbs, and it’s all because of this app.

Great for training, but problems. I was so happy to be training for a 10 K using this app. It has been fantastic and building up endurance. My one problem is app worked great for the first 11 weeks but then it stopped working altogether. I have to have the app open, but if my phone “falls asleep”, the. The app kicks me out. I tried “locking” it, but it also would randomly shut down. The problem started three months ago and today it is still not resolved.

Not what I expected. I downloaded this app to get in better shape. When I started I was in terrible shape and had not run in about a year. I liked how it gradually works your way up to more running, however only having it go 3 days a week I don’t think is enough to really build your stamina. I also hate that the app doesn’t track your mileage and calories correctly. I started running with my Fitbit and found that the app is recording about 1/4 mile less than I’m actually doing and sometimes recording 50-75 calories less that what I’m actually burning. So when looking at your progress it is really off which is very frustrating. Overall I think this app is ok, but if you want to be able to run a 10K you need to be running more than 3x per week.

A great app. A friend and I decided to run a 10K. I haven’t ran for years and being older, the thought of getting ready, seemed overwhelming; knowing the dedication, the hard work it takes to work up running a little over 6 miles . My friend found this app to get her ready and told me. I tried it for the first time yesterday, so impressed, because it is giving the person the pace you need to start. Often when one starts, you overdo in the beginning, taking days to recover. This app indicates when to run, when to walk. I am excited knowing one more 10K will take place with the help of this app-pacing me.

Great to get you started but!!. I love that this app is a cheap option to get you started on a fitness journey. The simplicity of it is what makes it wonderful. If you’re wanting to get serious, though, this app ain’t it! It is lacking sprints, fartleks, etc. I also recommend adding cross training to help out. I also hate all the glitches with the watch app. I paid for the subscription because I HATE carrying my phone but there is often problems with retaining the data and syncing. This app WILL get you to a 10K though and it is easy to follow and stick to. This app helped me love running again.

Running is the worst, right?. I hate running, and I imagine if you are using this app, you are not a big fan either. But we all want to be healthier, and it would be nice to not have to deal with a gym whenever you want to exercise. It is easy to get discouraged, but the schedules and programs in the app make it easy to build up to running the 10K. You can do this!

Disappointing Ads. I love this app and have used it several times over the last few years, even recommending it to my kids. However, I was recently disappointed to see an ad for vape pens showing up at the end of my workout. Why would a health app support advertising something so unhealthy? I will discontinue using this app if I continue to see ads of this nature.

Great for the novice that I am.... I’m not really a runner and I do have ankle and knee issues. However, running is a great and easy exercise that I can do. 10K has been a great app for me to get started. It gives me commands of when to start, stop, warm-ups, cool downs, run, walk and even lets me know when I’m at the halfway point. Whether I am training all week or just a day or two a week it is easy for me to pick up where I left off. I have not run a 10K yet but I’m still working toward it! I highly recommend the app.

C25k graduate. After starting and stopping the C25k app several times I finally graduated and moved up to this one. So easy to use and love how easy it is to just start where you are...or stay where you are...or even go backwards if you need to. If you can get your mind right and make the time to do it (keep your commitment to yourself) then it’s an easy program to follow.

Thank you! Easy, helpful, encouraging app. Keep up the great work!. Great app. Very easy to use, and almost identical to the C25K app. After I completed the C25K running app, it gave me the option to download this 10K trainer, the next app in the series. Once I did, instead of starting me at the beginning, the program started me at week 6, because it recognized I was already capable of the 5K. That was a great feature...it's a huge perk how all these training apps are from the same company, so they're all connected and easy to use. It still gives you the "one minutes remaining" audible announcement, which is handy. I like all the voice notifications (when to begin running, stop running, and when I'm half-way) because then I can just go and listen to music, without having to look at my phone. Thanks for the easy-to-use, beginning runner-friendly app! Combined with healthy eating (and minimal extra sugar and bread), I am in the best shape I've been in, in 5 years.

Abandoned their customers. I purchased the bundle with all of the running apps 6 years ago, but now due to their subscription model they have taken away the program from those who already paid for it. I feel taken advantage of, charging nearly $30 for a software bundle only to make it unusable due to a business model change. It’s unfortunate that everything has gone to a “subscription model.” Especially when the model doesn’t really give anything new from what was previously available. Stay clear, there’s better options out there.

Love it... But!!!!. I’m loving the c210k trainer. It is definitely helping to build me up as a runner. I’m only halfway in but I feel stronger everyday. My only gripe is there’s not an Apple Watch app. This would make my life soo much better, especially as Spring approaches and I’ll be doing more outdoor activities. It would be awesome to be able to leave my phone because I have this app downloaded to my watch. There is a similar app for the Apple Watch but it does not allow for the Apple Music capabilities and what’s a run without a great playlist? Please fix this!!!!

10K. Expensive and too many in app purchases. The app should do the basics like Music without having to buy . I’ll stick to the other running app for now

Great app to get you motivated. Easy to use lots of options and able to play my own music ... love it!

Fantastic!. Great way to return to running, and train for a 10K running event.

Run like you stole something. I've never been a jogger let alone a runner but this app has been the perfect training companion… easing me into this insidious world of exercise… and I like it! I've noticed a few of the exercise app crash whilst in use but just keep the app active (as in not locking your phone) fixing this easily. Enjoy!

Disappointed. This whole program used to be free. Now only the first week is? It’s a shame you’ve lost sight of the goal of helping people instead all about the cash.

Love it so far!. As an overweight person trying to lose weight this is a really great way to motivate myself to exercise without focussing on weight loss... instead giving me another kind of goal that I can see a different kind of progress in every week

Old version was better. I love this app and am constantly encouraging people to get it. I've only just got back into things and so is my first time using the new app and the ads at the start did my head in! I also prefer the option to lock my phone and still hear he prompts as it helps save my battery :) but the little lock thing on the app will suffice! Still a really wonderful app!! :)

10 K Trainer. 2nd time around. Great training tool. Recommend.

I don’t understand why your app doesn’t work on landscape. I don’t understand why your app won’t work on landscape..

Awesome app. I love this app. Easy to follow and easy to ease back into running. I also love that I can do the whole program through this app. Thanks 10K!

The best. What more is there to say? Consistent, motivating, easy, gradual way to reach the 10K goal in a non judgmental way. When I started I struggled to run 1 minute and here I am -just finished week 13 day 3!!!

Good but needs work.. The basics of this app are good, however there are some improvements needed. Firstly the lack of any automated sync of data between Apple Watch & iPhone is so stupid these days. Instead users are forced to run a clunky manual sync each time. What year are we in? Secondly, for anyone that wants to use any other fitness tracking app to export/record their activity will be disappointed. Not only does this app not export map/gps data, there are also issues with pace, distance details being shared to some apps.

Unbelievable app that helps you to start working out. Love this app, it helps beginners to start jogging without hesitation ...

Do not purchase unless you want to run with your phone. How is this app getting such high ratings? I paid for the pack. C25K works with Apple Watch after some fiddling 10K and subsequent apps are not compatible I would like a refund. Product is not as advertised nor fit for purpose.

Good structure for beginners. Love how 10K eases you into running in a way that doesn't cause injury and is actually enjoyable! Voice prompts good.

Great way to get back into running. This app is great motivation to start running and has really improved my fitness. I like how it tells me when I am half way so I can just run in one direction and turn around at the half way mark.

Why is it called 10K if it’s measured in miles.. See title.

Awesome app!!. I'm the couch potato that this app is for. So good not to have to think about when I have to walk and when I should run. Gives me an incentive to run to try and keep running til the app tells me to stop. Great intro to preparing for a 10k run. Love also that I can listen to my music at the same time. Thank you for designing such an awesome app!! :D

Only use if you want to pay. The most recent update means the ad-version (free) is only available to week 2. Used to be available for the whole program with ads. I now can’t access my week 4 data without paying. Unacceptable with no warning.

Great ‘Get Started’ app. I have used this app a couple of times to restart running after extended layoffs. Very easy to use and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

10K Trainer app is awesome!. I have used this app several times now to prep for a 10K race. I love the ease of popping in my headphones and having the voice tell me what to do. I don’t have to worry about any time consuming tasks of programming intervals into my phone or watch, it’s all done for you.

Great app to get into it. Could be better with the logging and tracking of the run, but great as a training tool

Not free anymore?. Why have I suddenly lost all my data and being forced to pay when I’ve always used this app for free and tolerated the ads? I cannot navigate past the ‘go pro’ and can’t access my data.

Great App. It’s a great lap for people who have never really enjoyed run but want to start

Love this trainer. I've used the 10K Trainer by Zenlabs from start to finish three times. It's great for beginners to intermediates who like a structured training program that will help them achieve the goal of running 10Km. I'm 55 and have recently recovered from back surgery after an injury that stopped me exercising for over a year. The 10K Trainer is helping me back to full fitness.

Perfect Training App!. With voice prompts to tell you when to run, walk, when you're halfway, and when to cool down, and all with easy, quick transitions back to your own music, this is everything a running app needs to be. I love the design and look of this app as well; no unneeded bells and whistles. Perfect training app!

Barefoot running transition. I found this app while I was planning a slow transition from normal running footwear to barefoot running. I needed a structured plan to force me to ease my feet into barefoot running. This has been outstanding. Looking too far ahead, the sessions seemed a little frightening for my naked feet. But like starting to run from the couch, my unprotected feet gradually improved their "fitness" & the program has been ideal. My feet & I are about to start the 9th week- increased mileage to get to 10km. It's starting to feel achievable without the aches & pains of old. Great graduated app.

Unreliable. Whoever developed this app obviously doesn’t run and doesn’t know much about iPhones

Getting there. My level of running before this was a big fat zero and slowly but surely I'm getting through this. I'm at week 4 at the moment and generally find day 1 of each week the hardest to get through. The only thing I'd like to see is a little tip on running for the beginning of each week and maybe a motivational quote.

Mimi. Nice easy way to ease into running again

Best beginner app. Great for anyone looking at getting into running. The app does crash when streaming music, I’ve also had issues with alerts when using Garmin connect to record my run. Apart from that the interface is clean and easy to use, plus it’s free 😜

Great when it works. Often goes to white page and nothing

Apple Watch please. Great app, but not using due to not being to use it Apple Watch! Please please develop for Apple Watch so I can leave my phone at home!

Start walking, start running too low. The prompts for Start walking , start running volume level is too low and no apparent way to raise the volume when listening to a 3rd party music. Therefore not fit for purpose. Annoying. If you can fix that. Plus overpriced subscription model let’s it down.

Family friendly. My daughter and I loved doing this together . It was achievable for the both of us!

Excellent.. Very impressed with this app. The increases for each run are small enough to be achievable when you're starting out from no running at all but also enough to keep it challenging and interesting. I wasn't sure I would be able to keep up with the progress but I did. Being able to measure how much you're improving is such a good motivator. Couldn't recommend this app more highly. Love it.

Best running app. I’ve never been able to run anymore than a couple of minutes at a time. I’m now running 25 minutes straight. I would definitely recommend this app if you’re looking for a structured plan to reach your goal.

Great tool to start running. Have completed week 2 and find this app very beneficial. I'm of moderate fitness but don't run at all (never have) and found this is a great way to get started. Love the ability to listen to your own tunes. Just make sure you turn your ring tone sound on and enable notifications so you know when to change.

Not everyone lives in America. I was disappointed in the lack of customisation available. There is no way to change the distance measurements to metric, which is interesting seeing as the app is called 10K.

Awesome for a starter. This is such an easy to use app. Love the pop up inspirational quotes you get just before you start. The only thing I'd add to it is the distance you have achieved leading up to the 10kms. It helps to know how far your running before you reach the full distance and gives u the push to keep working at it. Also the voice doesn't come up sometimes and I'm not sure weather to run or walk. Other than that I love this app, already recommended it to friends and totally love being able to play my own music on it!!

First work out down - I like it!. Having had a 3 month holiday recently, I knew I had lost a lot of fitness and was dreading getting back into running. This app makes it really easy to build up slowly, and being able to access your own music in-app is awesome. I love it!

Only app that could make me run!. Great app highly recommended if you’ve never jogged before

NOT for Apple Watch. Don’t waste your time. This should be zero stars because app is not at all fit for purpose. This app is not the one for Apple Watch and it needs to say so. This tells you it’s free and then when you try adding it to your watch it says you must subscribe. I subscribed and even waited overnight to see if it would work. But the message that you have to pay never goes away and the app never works on the Watch. I looked online people say you need the Pro version but to me that should be what you’re upgrading to when you pay in the “free” app. Seriously misleading and the developer needs to make this clearer to people that this cannot be used with Apple Watch if you want to leave your phone at home. Which is kind of the point for runners owning an Apple Watch.

Highly recommend. Easy to follow program, great at building up your running. From someone who Is not a runner and has short stumpy little legs this app has been great! Highly recommend.

Awesome app. Hi Guys this app is awesome.

Feel better than I have in YEARS. I hadn't done any running in years so I started out with the C25K version of this app which was brilliant but after completing that program I just wanted to keep running! I have moved on to this app & love it- I ran my 1st 10km race last w/end, couldn't have done it without this app :)

Getting there.... With this app, I've got an excellent chance of achieving my goal of running 10am with ease.

Watch app update?. I am enjoying this app so far. Really feel my fitness increasing. But I’d love to drop my phone at home and just take my Apple Watch out. Could you please make an update to allow this? Thanks.

Great app. This app keeps me accountable and therefore more likely to achieve my goals. Using for a second time after injury break.

Best!. The best app ever! I always hated running but since I found this app I got so exited I can't wait for my rest day to pass so that I could go out and do my my run! Training to do 5k run for a good cause. So amazing, still can't believe I started running and really enjoying it. 10 stars for this app!

Great app. This is a great app to get you running, as a beginner or after a lazy winter. I had an issue because I had my settings incorrect, and the tech support people were helpful and quick to respond.

Simple and effective. Great gradual training to start running. Voice commands for intervals are clear and concise - exactly what I was looking for!

LOVE. I honestly LOVE this app! It has helped me in the past while training for a 10 k. I like that you can redo days, and train at your own pace. I am currently using this app again training for a 10 k in the summer, and I know I will get back to where I was. Also, this app has been a key factor in my 45 pound weight loss. I can’t say enough good things about this app!

Nice app. Love the app for running but it has its problems. Sometimes I don't get the alerts and so I feel I need to be always checking. UI is clunky making it difficult to navigate

Very useful; use it consistently.. Good.

Usually I like this app but.... Since I received the notification about the Zen Unlimited update just a few minutes ago, the app will no longer open. At all. Even after a reboot, switching off wireless, etc. Might try reinstalling, but if I have to go that far, something is clearly broken.

Ms. Great app if used consistently.

The loading ad has gotten too obnoxious. Time delay ad on opening the app

Just right. I’m a former Ironman competitor trying to get back in shape after a long break. I find this app to be very well balanced with its gradual build in endurance. I feel like I accomplished an effective workout with goals that are just right for me.

Great. Easy to use

Great app for running!!. I am a beginner runner, and this app easily helped me train for my first 5K! I am glad to see it extends to 10K.

Great app!. I went from being out of shape to running a 5K and I'm amazed and proud each day that I complete the next level. It is very doable and I love these apps!

I am NOT a runner!!. My boss asked me if I’d be interested in doing a 10K with her! I told her I couldn’t do it. She said if she could I could. I’m 47 and overweight but this app truly makes me feel like I can do this! And if I can do this - I can do anything! This app allows you to gradually increase your strength and stamina. I’m only just done week 2 day 3 and I can’t wait to start the next set!!

Limited progress. I’ve used this app for years now and it’s a great app but I now downloaded it on a new phone and I see that you can only have the first two weeks on the free version. Real buzz kill.

Excellent!!. Download the app and use it! Fantastic training program that literally took me from the couch to being able to run!

10K. It needs better option no such as voices and tempo of the run. But fairly good app. Used it for years!!

Excellent. Keeps me motivated and let's me get better slowly without getting hurt!!

Worst timing. This app pesters you about other products and services at an extremely annoying time. For example, when I try to start the timer, and sync it with my treadmill, the app will ask if I want to track stats before the timer begins. This is incredibly annoying. Just as I begin my movement is the WORST time to ask me if I want some other feature. Ask me at the end.

Je recommande. Ça fais maintenant 2 mois et demi que je cours grâce à cette application !

There are cheaper options for the same thing. week 1 + 1/3 of week 2 before charging. There are a ton of podcasts and cheaper apps to run the same program. Even their own 5k app only charges for the extras not for the runs. Honestly this leaves a bad enough taste in my mouth to make me want to delete that app too.

Flawless victory. Every spring I follow the directions in this application to the letter, and every summer I can run 10km easily. I feel great and I look great. Then every fall I stop completely, destroy all my progress, get fat, and wait until spring. BUT - every spring, without fail, this application gets me on point. It’s simple, easy and actually works. Do exactly what it says, even when you think you can do more. Your progress will be natural and smooth. Every time. 100% recommendation. It’s simply works.

Helped me move up in distance. I love this approach to training. This app helped me get from 5 to 10 and I felt great doing it.

Great running app. I’ve used this app every year for the past few years to get me going again after the winter. This year my 9 year old decided she wants to try with me and it’s provided a beautiful daddy daughter experience. And that’s the greatest thing about the app is that it lets you go at your pace so it’s great for all skill levels and ages. From a 41 year old man to a 9 year old girl just starting, it’s such a great way to expose yourself to running, safely and effectively!

Nike is better. Used once and then went back to Nike that offers pace and distance free of charge. My sister is a newbie runner and had recommended this but once I got her to try Nike run club she switched to that too.

Used to love this app. This used to be one of my favourite running apps but now they are trying to charge and obscene amount per month. Why does everything have to price gouge lately!?

Excellent. If you’ve used the C25K by Zen Lab, then you know what the program is about and how it works. The 10K is a basic extension of this. I do enjoy the change in voice and ding noise when it’s time to transition during the run. My only complaint is that it’s not MFP compatible like the C25k. Can you fix that?

Great!. Compatible with Spotify! Makes running better :)

Best app for running. Best app

Great app. Very good app, very motivating.

Great tips on start. Just did my first run and the app asked if I was a C25K grad. If so, I could star in week 9. I found this very useful. Just completed week 9 and had a rough but enjoyable run.

Helpful. Good way to get yourself going and track your progress if you're trying to get back in shape.

Best app!. Best app thanks you!

10K. Easy to use .

Fantastic. Great app. Really kept me on track and easy to follow for a beginner.

Great, easy app. After taking a longer than expected hiatus from half-marathon training, I found this app helped me safely resume regular, injury-free running. It would be nice to be able to customize days -- eg choose to repeat a given day until ready to move on-- and to be able to see the full plan at a glance, but for a free app one can't complain. It really works !

Great app. Offers great motivation to slowly train for a 10 km run!

Great for first time runners!. This app is awesome for beginner runners. I love how all you have to do is press play, play your music and the app does the rest for you! Times it and tells you when to start running/ walking etc without having to look at your phone. It's made me want to really take running on as a hobby. 👍🏼💪🏼

Definitely Not Free. The app looks and works well. Apple Watch integration is solid. But even the most basic necessary features are not free and require an ongoing subscription. I’d happily pay a couple of bucks, one time, but I’m not interested in a subscription for this. Looking for alternatives…

Good app. It's good

Works for me. It’s a good app. Minus all the adds on the bottom. But in reality, when you are running you are not looking at the screen!

Used to be entirely free. Now wants money for more than second week. The app was okay before. It was a nice ramp up to 10K that I started and re-started every year to get into shape for a 10K race. But really all the app is is a set of timers and a schedule that you can find any of 10 other places on the internet. I can set up the timers on my watch. I just had no reason to before. I’d pay maybe $10 ish for a permanent no ads always able to start again version of this. I’m not going to pay $30 a year for a set of timers and a schedule that 10 other apps or websites have free Actual app? The timers were mostly okay. But I had occasional problems with them stopping mid run or the app crashing. That was last year so maybe fixed. It attempts to do gps but does a bad job at it. Never used any of the other features

Great. Excellent so far!

Great but poor sound quality. Really amazing running program to make running a 10k achievable but in the last few updates sound is very poor when the phone is locked. If you leave your phone open the sound is fine but it drains the battery to keep it open. With this problem you have to check your phone while running in case you miss the prompts. Difficult when phone is attached to your arm or waist.

Love this app!. Easy to use and gentle on my reluctant body!

Great app until they charge. This was a very good running app, sweet n& simple….until they start charging for subscription. I stopped using it for this reason. Penny wise pound foolish. think they run two big screen ads when I turned it on is plenty for money.

Great app to get you in to running regularly!. The daily motivational quotes are actually pretty helpful too!

Great workout!. Easy to follow and get to listen to my music:). Big thumbs up!!

Nothing to see here. Lots of running apps that are better than this one... and free. No stats or anything other than a clock unless you fork out the $

Love this app!. Love this app! It gets my booty off the couch and moving!

Latest Update Makes You Pay. I’ve been using these apps for months now. Finished the full 5K program and was up to week 9 for the 10K. Updated the 10K app today and lost access to everything after week 2 unless I upgrade to Pro for $5/month or $50/year. I would have paid a flat price no questions asked but the workouts or the app itself do not change to warrant subscription pricing. Bye bye app.

Great app...could use a couple more features. I've been using the app for a couple weeks and it's doing exactly what it's supposed to do...get me off the couch and back in the pavement! It has a lot of bells and whistles but one thing I'd like to see is a way to control the volume of the notification beep and the voice. I often cannot hear the voice telling me to walk or run.

Middle of the road. The app is ok. One fault I have personally experienced is that it automatically assumes that you can run a 10 minute mile. If there was a way to adjust this then it would make the app better. This can also effect the amount of training it will take you to get to the 10K level.

Great for getting back in to running!. I took a break from running for a couple of years. Now that I have had my second child, I felt like it was time to get back in to running again. This app is perfect for that. It pushes me just enough each week to achieve my goal of running a 10K again!

C25K. I love that it has a time limit. I love that it tells you when to begin running and when to walk and most of all cool down. I use to never do that but now that it’s incorporated into the training I do it faithfully jmlej

Have used app for years. I prefer the thought free ease of the Zen Labs C25k programs.. Couch to 10K makes running workouts easy and fun. I can focus on my runs instead of worrying about counting laps or hoping I hear my watch beep. I rely on this app every year to get back into running shape after a winter break. This is all true.

Switched to paid app and lost my progress. I have been using this app ( and the C25K before it) and loved it. However, it just switched to a pay to use app. So now, not only can I no longer continue my training using the app, I can’t see my previous runs either. Really inconsiderate to switch it with no warning. At least grandfather those of us in who are in the middle or near finishing our program.

Ruined. They absolutely ruined this app when they started pushing the “zen unlimited” package. Suddenly, I can’t control my own music unless I pay for their subscription. I can’t use the Apple Watch app unless I pay for their subscription. I can’t get rid of the red notification badge unless I pay for their subscription. It’s complete trash now… unless you pay for their subscription. Nice try! I’ll be heading elsewhere.

Highly recommend. If you are trying to get back in shape or a beginner, this is the program for you. It helps you go gradually so that you do not get injured but get your endurance up! It has helped me so much!

One annoying gripe for an otherwise fantastic app. Every third run the app jumps to the end halfway through. So I have started setting the stopwatch at the same time as the run so that when it happens, I can stay with my time. Why does this keep happening? Only started once I got to the long runs which makes it that much worse.

Misleading App. If I had the option I would rate this zero stars. Bait and switch. I purchased the “Pro” app a while ago. This was supposed to give me full access to this and several other of Zen’s apps. I will admit I haven’t used the app for a while so when I came back to it to get back to running shape I was very upset to learn that my purchase was no longer valid. You now have to pay a monthly subscription. This is about the dirtiest think I could think of a company doing. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

Needs more features. Great app, but I wish there were some window that pops up when you haven’t run for a week or so, like “we noticed you haven’t logged a run in a bit. drop back to last week’s run to avoid soreness!” like StrongLifts does.

Pretty good. This app works well for the most part and helps keep you on track with your training. However, the voice cues didn't work if my phone went in screen saver mode and, although the pro version keeps track of your distance, there are no voice cues to tell you your pace or distance during your run. It makes it hard to tell if you are keeping pace.

Awesome new layout!. Love the app! Love the easier to read screen and you can easily tell when you should be running or walking. Didn’t give it a five because accessing my music was not working as well as it did before! Fix that and it’s a 5!

Zen Labs is always here for me! (You too!). Zen Labs has the easiest plans to follow for training. As a sexy senior, if I can do this, anyone can. If (when) you fall off, just start over or wherever you want to. I’ve been successful training for a full marathon, many 5ks and currently on my way back for a few upcoming 10ks. Thanks Zen Labs for being here!

Crashes since update. App keeps crashing mid run- never had this problem before - and if you aren’t paying attention you could lose accuracy of distance and time. It’s really annoying when you’re trying to compare past runs with current ones because you have to start over wherever it crashed at. Very very annoying.

Not bad at all. It's a pretty good app better than I expected just don't forget to turn up your volume so you can hear the prompts of winter start running and continue walking I like the program better on the road or on a trail rather than on the track because the track I look for visual points instead of just enjoying the run

Absolutely fantastic. I have been using this app for about 4 weeks at this point. Each workout is well made and easy to follow and always in manageable jumps. Would highly recommend to someone just getting into running like myself.

Can’t stream music. By itself it works fine but when I stream Pandora it constantly lowers the volume of Pandora and I have to close Pandora and relaunch it to fix the music volume. This is a petty complaint but I hate the blaring music at my gym and this is how I drown it out. Other zen labs apps don’t do this just this one.

Helping me to my second 10K. I didn’t know Couch to 10K existed, but I used the C25K app for my first 10K and found it to be really helpful. I was thrilled to have found C210K, and look forward to running my second 10K in a few days. Thanks for getting me there, app developers!

Highly recommended. Every time I need to get some motivation to complete my run and train when I am short in time I use 10K app and satisfaction on the end is inevitable. I also recommend the use of this app to all of my clients.

Progress!. The C25K and 10K Apps have been instrumental in helping me to be consistent with running again. I’m now training to run my first half marathon! Also I love the inspirational quotes that pop up when you open the apps. It feeds your body and your mind.

Won’t load on watch, support is super slow. I bought the entire pro bundle out of the gate with all of the subscriptions. 5k and 10K will only load the free versions on my watch, so I can’t work up and through each level before moving to the next. Meaning, 13.1 and 26.2 are only ones that will load to my watch for use. Support takes days to get back to you and it’s been about 3 or 4 weeks since I’ve heard from anyone now- I presume they gave up and closed my ticket.

Love it! Just wish it could track how far I was running.. I am really enjoying this app! I like that it slowly progresses to help you run further. And if you feel like it is too easy you can skip a few days or weeks! I would like it if it had a GPS on it so it would know how far I am running. I usually use another app to track how far I have gone.

Made it so easy. After trying to start running dozens of times throughout my life, at 46, I was finally successful with the c25k app. Now a I've transitioned to the 10K app & I'm still improving. I love being able to listen to music or podcasts and get background guidance that makes improving my endurance effortless and helps my workout fly by.

Good accountability, but a 1 minute run to start seems intense!. I like this app for the gradual increase, but I think as a beginner, the 1 minute running during week 1 should have started at 30 seconds and gone up from there. Also, no verbal cues when my phone is locked.

Limited Functionality. All this has is an interval training timer. If it has anything else, I cannot find it, which would indicate poor usability. I really want something that will give me my workout history so that I can visualize my progress. I also could not increase the volume of the coach and had to strain to hear it while listening to my music.

Don’t waste your money. The basic app works well. It does exactly what I expected it to do. However, after upgrading I’m still not able to access the advanced features. The “enable fitness and motion tracker” bar that pops up AFTER the workout is completed leads to setting screen that doesn’t actually do anything. I know my GPS is on because I use it for other apps. Use the free version, use a 3rd party app for distance tracking, and save yourself some money.

Update your app!! It is fantastic. Not only does the app look better - but I was able to run it with another app up today and not have it stop giving me audio cues!! Huge win for the app 💗 love the update - thank you!!

Love this app!. I love almost everything about this app. The only thing I wish it had was a “friends” option. Being able to connect with friends who are training would be a great option for encouragement and support. Everything else about this app is perfect! I’m new to this whole running thing and this app makes training a breeze! Thank you

Good for a free app. I'm not new to running but I needed a reboot so I downloaded this app...today was the first time I've used it and I was very pleased. It doesn't tell u the distance/pace without paying so from now on I'll wear my garmin as well but I did like the freedom of being told what to do and when to do it...not as good as a coach but hey coaches aren't usually free either lol

Cannot open today. Been working fine. Super helpful for ppl need a rigid schedule. Perfect for beginners who doesn’t need to pay much attention to pace or tempo, just keep running. Suddenly cannot open it today. Weird.

It’s okay. I get that you can repeat days but the average person wants the challenge of doing each workout as assigned. Imho some of the jumps were pretty excessive. I managed, but I maybe didn’t do the workout that well and i think i would have gotten stronger faster at a slower pace. I’m using the schedule for trail running and i live at 5,000 feet. Perhaps if i were using this app on a flat, at a track, I would retract this complaint

Enjoying the program with some shortfalls. Good program though distance covered seems very hit and miss (actually miss) sometimes measures no distance other times off 500m to 1km short of mor accurate Garmin. Happy to pay for music but hard to get Z working with the app and the lyrics do far have been pretty disgusting too.

Problem. I’ve had problem for 1 month when i click start after i switch between apps and then back to 10k my app is crashed and start again.

Amazing. Now this is coming from someone who Hated running. This app is not only user friendly but also designed for people who are learning how to run. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to take their fitness to the next level.

I like it. I like the C25K app. I started with the C25K app, and when I was done I ran 5K’s for about a year. I decided to push myself, so Hy next natural thing to do was the C25K app. I finished it this week, and I’m ready for the 10K I have scheduled for next month. Will I ever do a half marathon? I don’t know.

Paywall. I used this app for years to get me back on track when I’d fall out of my training. Started with the C25K app then decided to give this a go. Absolutely loved it for the 2+ years I had it. Makes running a breeze- less thinking, more carefree runs. Then came the paywall! I decided to open the app again this month to get back on schedule and discovered they require $$ now. I’d much rather have ads than have 0 access to a program I utilized for years. Disappointing.

Location Tracking Issue. The app itself is phenomenal and I’ve gone through two cycles which have allowed me to build the stamina to run multiple 10ks. My issue is that with this version the app continues to track my location perpetually, even when I’ve finished my run. The only way to cease the tracking is to hard quit the app. If the developers fixed that issue the review would definitely go to 5 stars.

Crashes every time. I can’t use this app without it freezing. I’m not exaggerating when I say every time. At some point, the timer just stops and I have to close it, reopen and “resume.” It’s happened during the warmup and at the latest around the 30 minute mark. It does it if I have it up on screen or in the background. I’ve basically resorted to starting it just for the visual accomplishment of completing each one, but using my own timer.

Kills battery. I normally really enjoy this app, but for the last week or so, my phone battery has been draining at an alarming rate, even when I'm not using it. Nearly found myself buying a new phone! No need - it was this app constantly running in the background (for what?). I hadn't even opened it in months and it started refreshing constantly in the background. 70% of my battery life went to this app when I finally looked at battery statistics... that needs to be addressed!

Tracking. I used to love this app but they’ve made it so that you can’t use it without providing your location. There’s just no reason for this, it worked fine before when you had a choice. I appreciate the response, but there should be a choice. If you want the added benefits and are ok with the tracking great, but for all of us uncomfortable with the extensive tracking we should still have a choice like we previously had.

LOVE. This app completely changed my life. I went from not being able to run for a few minutes straight to being able to run a 10k, completing my first one about 8 weeks later. I have lost weight and gained muscle and I will forever be grateful to this app.

Decent. Free portion is decent - not a lot of talk just quick instructions... don't know about the purchased side- I'm cheap... took off a star just because I think using the app interferes with playing my own music- I have to hit play for every single song- not easy whilst jogging and I don't usually have to do that if I'm not using this app.... otherwise decent app! We'll see if I can get to a 10K in this few weeks.......

Trouble. I’ve used this app many times for a long time and always loved it! It is now not giving the voice updates if my phone goes black and will only vibrate. It makes it very difficult to complete the runs efficiently. I have updated, tried switching my settings. Please fix!

Thieves - Paid for Ad-Free. I paid for Ad-Free in 2016. Have a receipt. When I restore, they claim it was successful but ads don't disappear. Their support asked me if I'd changed my Apple ID email, which I had not, but then ghosted me. Awful. In addition, every time I tap on something, it makes super-loud knocking noises, even though I have "beeps" disabled in settings and have my volume all the way down. Crap app. I took the actual C25K program, freely available online, and spent 10 min entering it into a real running app and will just use that.

Great running app!. Awesome app! It has definitely got me motivated and helped me get back in shape. It has help me achieve goals I never thought I could. Super easy to use and follow. The only thing I wish I did differently is track your mileage, so you don’t have to use two apps.

I lost my progress.... I really love using this app. However, when I switch between this app and another, this app closes out and I lose my progress during a run. Extremely annoying, because I had to start that run day over.

Far too many ad pop up screens. Makes opting out of selling your data incredibly hard.. Provides no stats on your runs unless you pay to upgrade. Serves you an ad when you open the app and 2 back to back every time you complete a run. Not to mention the standing ad beneath your training plan. You’re essentially paying for the dings that tell you it’s time to run. Your better off downloading a training plan and just checking your watch Or finding a different couch to 5k app.

Getting back on track. I love this app for getting back to fitness. The app works well, and I love that I can play my own music. I love that the first few weeks are easy, you learn to pace yourself and pay attention to your form. Definitely going to look for more apps by this team.
