Aftership App. So far, this app has been on par with the other tracking apps I have used. I have an MSN main email address that this app does not work with. This app probably works fine with gmail but since most of my ordering and traffic are connected to my MSN email, one must manually plug in all shipment tracking numbers. This is a lot of xtra especially since most of the sites I purchase from have their own tracking already. This app works but is (as all the other apps) at the mercy of the shippers and their reporting processes. I have received my shipments a lot before any tracking info. appeared on either the shippers tracking or any of the tracking apps I have tried out. This is not the fault of Aftership but the sometimes huge lag in the shippers reporting. The one star loss is only due to the inability of this app to work with any other email besides gmail.

I really needed this package. I like the shopping on line for a lot of my purchases. Especially now with the Corona Virus everywhere! My purchase was several days late this time but I understand why and I’m glad it got here at all! I live in East Texas and my package came from Florida, which the original arrival time was 1 1/2 days, which was 4 days ago! But there were several tornadoes that came through the Mississippi area, (I believe it was Mississippi?!) so my package was delayed, of course! I wouldn’t want to travel through it! I appreciate the driver for taking care of my package, it’s medicine that I really needed, there wasn’t any here in my town, and I was almost freaking out! I had enough for one more application and it just arrived at my home! Thank you Walmart and thank you even more to the driver! I really appreciate you!

Additional tracking info. I decided to get this to clarify when the tracking information is left with gaps. I happen to live in an area where reading address labels is problematic for the delivery person which creates problems with me getting correct delivery. I also want better information on the package as it travels across the route, no matter what transport used in transit. You would be surprised at how many spots don’t acknowledge the package has passed through, which you need to know to insure your package is in route and not lost or stalled in process. This app makes all services that process packages give them the information ( sometimes faster ) than they give you directly plus it contains a better tracking history. This helps me better follow my packages in the transit process. There’s a slight delay from the tracking information from the individual carrier but I get more information about the delivery process which explains better the delivery process. Certain areas are not as professional along the process which causes lost packages to disappear from the system. I had one package that sat at one site for days because it probably was buried under other packages because of its size and didn’t move for 10 days. The best is getting a message from the carrier that the tracking information is too old to track even though the package is still in transit. Using this enables me to tell them exactly where the item is and to hasten the process along.

Review of AfterShip. I really like this app. I like the tracking map of the packages from start to delivery. The heads up is great so you can go pick up your package from the outside before someone else walks off with it. Thanks for creating this app! This app has been a god sent. The one thing that I would possibly change on this app is like in a circumstance that I had where the postmaster delivered my mail to the wrong address and they were sending it back to original sender, if there’s a way I could have caught it before it got out of my post office and had it directed back to my address and not missed it period than that problem would have been taken care of instead of me having to contact them and the company having to resend the package. I tried to contact my post master when it happened but couldn’t so I would be greatful if y’all could work that out on this app. Thank you. Shalana Russell!

AFTERSHIP IS APPFABULOUS!!!. I’ve been an iPhone user for the past 8 years and no other app has impressed me the way AFTERSHIP has. I’ve had 3 scheduled deliveries since I downloaded the app two weeks ago and this app does exactly what the developer says it does. I recently made an ebay purchase and waited for the seller to ship my item. Once the tracking number was made available to me on the ebay app, all I had to do was select that number as if I were copy and pasting it, but I didn’t actually. Upon selecting the tracking number in the ebay app, Aftership automatically copied it onto it’s own clipboard then pasted it into itself. I didn’t have to do a thing, the tracking numbers appear automatically within the Aftership app. I’ve had USPS, UPS, and FEDEX deliveries so far and it worked absolutely perfectly for each one. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this one.

All In One Tracking Service. This app is outstanding! I admit, it’s a little nerve wracking to import orders as I don’t share my login information with anyone. Thankfully, if you are a worrywart like me, 2FA can remove any chance of foul play. If that’s still too much, you can both scan and manually enter tracking numbers. It comes at no cost and is also AD-FREE as of this review date. AfterShip obsoletes Fedex, UPS, and USPS tracking apps. Somehow, it also seems to run WAY better than all of them too! Give it a try, I am sure you’ll come to the same conclusion I have. NOTE: They ask you to write a review so they can keep the app free. I have no clue how that works, but it is completely optional to do so. I chose to simply because I genuinely like the app. It’s a great concept and executed very well. No offers, no fluff, no nonsense. Straight to the point with organizing all of your shipments in one place!

Great app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Iv used quite a few these kinds of apps this past two years and this one by Far beats out the rest. With the quick updates, constant review and most of all the automatic search of the carrier is what helps me most. In some cases for my business I buy multiple purchases from several different sites, and not all these sites will give you the carrier name itself, and when it’s coming from another country it is obviously super hard to guess the carrier. Other sites do not give you options of search results or if they do, they are not precise. In case, I do not end up tracking my package at all. This app saves me all kinds of stress and aggravation with this feature alone. Thank you for doing the thinking for me on something I’d never be able to do without you! You rock! Highly recommended!

Great package tracking app. They really want access to your email.. Update: Responding to the dev, I really want to like this app, but “trust us” is the wrong answer from a dev. As a dev, I don’t ask for trust when asking for access to your emails, I would prove it, and respect user choice (unless that’s how we make money?). “Hey, we'll work to make the email access request less intrusive” is the right answer. Original review: I love the app. It has great features, no real ads and just keeps working. I love the notifications. But there is a less favorable side. They really want access to your email. I get it, it’s one of their defining features, pair it with your email and it auto adds packages. But it has full access to your emails. I know they say they use it supposedly only for finding packages, but they are so insistent on you linking your email, it could only be because they are using your email data to sell to other people, anonymized or no. They have to pay their staff somehow, there are no ads, and they really want email access. Even after setup, creating an account using a regular email and password, they keep asking every time you open the app. If you do SSO via something like Google, it only works if you grant them access to your emails too. I like what they do, but back off on asking to gain access to my emails. I’m not interested. My emails are for me only. I’m happy adding tracking numbers manually.

I wish I knew how to make apps. This is a brilliant app that I wish I had created when I thought if it several years ago. I am a business owner and we receive packages from all courier services. I love the idea of a one stop shop. What’s really nice is it takes about 30 seconds to enter the tracking number and the app does the rest. The only thing I wish they would fix and it is probably an entry thing, but I wish for international shipping, when the package reaches customers in the US, the tracking information is automatically entered with all of the tracking information. It’s hard to track an international package in this case. They offer will have another tracking number associated with the package from the initial courier but the switch to domestic tracking number once the package reaches the US often doesn’t automatically populate. Still 5-stars. That one thing is more of a human entry thing I believe.

Confusing “Updates”. The app keeps Repeating Updates on packages that have been shipped and delivered. It keeps notifying me of the progress the shipper is making; when I’ve already received the item. When I order something else, it keeps telling me that my Already Delivered Items are “on their way.” This is frustrating and confusing, as I have to call the merchant to make sure that they are not re-shipping my original order. The app has notified me Today that an order (which I received Five Days Ago), will arrive in Five Days. This causes me to have to contact the merchant, (who has to investigate); and notify my credit card company (which has to investigate); to see if I am being charged over and over for the same items. They even post a Picture of one of the (previously ordered, delivered, and Paid For) items, so I have to keep reading the same email (which includes the Amount To Be Charged to my credit card), over and over. Please Stop This.

Love AfterShip. I love the AfterShip app!! Firstly it's free!! I love how it knows when you're looking at any tracking information on your phone for something you've ordered, bc then it automatically copy and pastes the tracking number into the app for you. You can then go into the app and give a title to each order you have. It makes it super convenient to easily keep up with all of your packages(no matter the carrier), know exactly where they are in transit, and when each package is to arrive!! It then gives you a dinging notification on your device when your package has officially arrived!! I personally like to know exactly where my package is, and when it is to arrive after I've spent my hard earned money on something, and AfterShip makes that super easy and convenient to do!! 10/10 recommend!!

Love the app, but…. I’m not sure if this came with the latest update, but the map is not updating. It’s been a few months since I have used the app. But I recently decided to use it because it’s been a while. The text updates are updating which is wonderful. But the map is not updating the location of the package. The map is still in it’s original location (5days ago) when the texts say it is now in my state to be delivered tomorrow. I hope this feature is recognized and fixed. The reason I loved this app because of the map feature showing where the package is. I got it mainly to track from international places. Right now, without that map feature updating it’s just like the other apps: ups, fedex, USPS. Just telling me it’s on the way. I dropped one star for the map feature not updating.

The honest review. First thing first I’m not the guy that normally leave reviews I understand things happen and you can’t please everyone especially being a business owner myself I understand people can be difficult to deal with sometimes but these guys are a complete joke!! This is why I’m leaving this bad review on here I was shopping for a good product for my shoes to not get creased and one of my friends told me about kickshield so I checked them out they seem legit I ordered some of there products as I was ordering them they made me download there app call ‘’AfterShip’’ when I download there app to track my shipping it said it was in India so I waited as it was getting shipped I waited 4 weeks thinking that would be a enough time for them to get it to me after month of wait I reopened the app and it says my order was fulfilled so when I shot them a message on Instagram and they left me on read and never responded these guys are a complete joke don’t spend your money on them all there gonna do is take your money go somewhere else you’ll have a better chance of getting the product I also have the Proof if someone thinks I’m lying Kickshield is a scam!!!

Great app! A few hiccups. This is probably my favorite tracking app that I've tried so far, and I've downloaded nearly a dozen. It has pretty good UI, an extensive carrier list, and tracking updates that are always on time. However, tracking for Korea Post doesn't work - it's always stuck on "waiting for updates," even for parcels that I know have already been delivered. I order and ship a lot within Korea, so this has forced me to find alternative apps instead. This is the only thing that keeps me from switching over to Aftership completely. Until this is patched, I'll be using competitor apps. Devs, please look into it as I love this app and want to make it my main tracking app! Edit: carrier problem is fixed! However one more thing prevents me from giving 5 stars. I wish there was a way to set your time zone. I don't know what time zone aftership uses, but some of my shipments will have really random timestamps (for example saying something was delivered at 3am) and the like. I've also stopped receiving push notifications despite having them turned on in Settings. Any future updates addressing these issues would make the app near perfect!

Has been great but acting strange lately. The app has worked great in the past and I’ve seen packages delivered when I was at home and the app notified of the delivery within a few minutes. Lately it has been much slower to notify me and sometimes it’s as late as several hours later. I’ve also seen discrepancies between the package movement timeline and the map. The timeline will show that the package has moved from its initial point halfway across the country to my state and up to the package service near me but the map will show that the package is still halfway across the country. Today I got a notification of a delivery while I was at home, but when I checked my mail, nothing had been delivered. I looked at the app again and it stated “delivered”, but then in the timeline comments it stated that the package is still out for delivery. It also shows that the package was delivered at 5:00am!!! Seriously, the USPS, (and I think almost all delivery services), do not make deliveries that early, unless it was something extremely critical and my package is not.

Wonderful tracking!. Aftership was recommended to me by my manager at work, so I downloaded it to track an international package. Before, I was logging in to UPS every time I opened the page just to be able to see the details of my tracking, and I only got a notification when it was delivered, despite what the website said. With Aftership I got notifications for every stop my package made, and when it was transferred to USPS for delivery, the app automatically picked that up from my email. Obviously, the app’s accuracy is only as good as the courier’s (USPS has absolutely terrible tracking. The site- and by extension, Aftership) told me they hadn’t even received it yet, then suddenly it was delivered) but obviously that would happen anyway. When there actually were updates I don’t have to log in to a website to see them. 5/5, I’ll definitely be keeping the app even though I don’t order that much online!

Partner During This Holiday Season. Didn’t hear about the app until sometime in October, but downloaded it to test during Christmas. This app has been my go-to for the past few weeks, helping me keep up to date with all of my orders. Updates just as fast as USPS, UPS, and FedEx tracking, and is much more convenient to use since all of my orders are in the same place. Lots of reviews complaining that this app doesn’t update you, and blaming AfterShip, but they fail to realize it goes based off of what the delivery service is updating as well. Wanted to clarify that because I thought the same thing when I first started using the app, but I realized my carrier wasn’t updating the status. This is the first app I’ve ever reviewed, figured I’d support them in order to keep the app free because it’s that useful.

Great app. Way better than the actual couriers services.. Love this app. It works great and I love the syncing with your email. Makes it effortless mostly. I really appreciate that you can add a shipment that hasn’t reached a drop off point yet because usps won’t let you do that and it’s extremely annoying. It’s also very nice to be able to rename the packages to their contents so your not getting a 20 digit number blasted to your phone from usps amid many other packages. So easy to lose track of what your even receiving. Would’ve given 5 stars if: 1) you could link multiple emails to it because I’m constantly switching between 2 emails to take advantage of “newsletter signup offers” so I don’t consistently use the one email I have linked. 2) the gps map actually worked decent. Not that it matters much cuz I really don’t look at it too often but it just flat out rarely works correctly for me. If I have a package that leaves let’s say San Antonio, TX destined for St. Louis, MO it may not even show the correct departure city and then it’ll most likely show that it’s either en route to or in some random city super far away like Indianapolis, IN and usually will not update anything past that despite the actual text notifications changing saying that same San Antonio package hit Oklahoma, KC, STL and then went out for delivery. Just a strange feature to have if it’s not going to work properly.

Great overall. If you’re someone like me who does most of their shopping online and hates trying to keep up with tracking emails for their purchases, this is definitely the app for you. I look forward to getting my tracking numbers to input into the app. The reason I give 4 stars is because I find that the app doesn’t update as quickly as the mail providers’ websites. If it was just a few minute difference between the two I wouldn’t mind but sometimes if I haven’t seen activity on a package in a while, I manually enter the tracking number onto the provider’s website and the progress will be updated and be a lot different than what the app is telling me. I’m sure that over time this will smooth itself out. Overall I’m very happy I decided to download this app and would definitely recommend it to others!

Deleting this app and not returning. I have used this app many times in the past. When I was selling on eBay, when I was constantly shipping from my home business, and from time to time whenever I would be expecting several packages at once and I needed to see everything on one screen. This app was always my go-to. I would recommend it several friends who needed the same. My reason for deleting now is that I have found a major lag in updating tracking. I didn’t mind needing to input my email even though that was a new change for me since I last used it. But I am finding myself constantly coping the tracking and going to google only to find the tracking date on fedex, usps, AND ups are all updating with more than an hour lag from the app. To clarify, the tracking on those specific shipping websites are showing my package in one location whereas the app is saying a previous location or still “label created” but not yet shipped status.

Put my mind at rest!. Discovered this app at the start of the holiday rush this year and it was a life saver when this year, more than others, I was sending way more packages. Having all of the packages listed in one place and automatically updating me when the status changed was a time saver and I didn’t have to keep notes or all the info in my head. It’s been great for packages I am receiving as well. I live in an apartment building where packages get dropped, unsecured, by the mailboxes. Knowing immediately when it is delivered means I can collect them promptly and avoid the dangers of having them stolen. I love that you can link it to your email so it can automatically pull in information. Most importantly, for all that this app does, I appreciate that it is still simple and easy to use.

Best in Class. This is a new class of live service and so useful to me. I’m living overseas so I can really monitor the long and winding road to my deliveries. I started out with another app that would tell me when my package would “arrive”. That app was snappy and had a cool animation of the transit route. But it often lost track of my packages. It was also inaccurate many times. I’ve been using AfterShip side by side for five months now. AfterShip is no-nonsense accurate and simple to use. The other app morphed into more than a transit app and allows more functionality but it does that poorly. I’ve stopped using the former app and now dutifully use AfterShip for every purchase. I do wish I could get more detail on the locations of “partner facilities” and that the app would stop asking me to monitor my gmail account for shipping notifications. I would never let Google monitor my purchasing habits so I never use gmail as a customer email. Privacy is king!

Great organization of my online orders!. It’s always a anxious time waiting for packages. During COVID online ordering became more of a priority for my shopping and keeping track of all of my different orders in my head and visiting each different website, finding that order email they sent me, or going to whichever parcel service my package is with. Needless to say it’s stressful. But having all of my orders in one place is amazing ! I am more patient now because it takes such a small amount of time to check on everything that I find myself wondering what to Do with the extra time. It’s awesome and now I get more chores done and have more of a free day. I do order a lot online and I’m sure someone else who does can relate. Aftership is a very good tool to have.

Extremely helpful app!!!! Highly recommend!!!!. I have been using this app for several months now and I have to say it has been the biggest timesaver for me. I have a lot of products shipped to me and I also ship a lot of products out. This app easily tracks all of my inbound and outbound packages. It is easily configurable and highly reliable. I really like that it automatically finds tracking numbers in my personal and work emails. The interface is easy to use and you can easily drill down to see details of any particular shipment you were trying to track. Whenever you buy something online and you get an email saying who’s your tracking number. This app finds it put it in the list and every time there is a change to your package delivery schedule you can be notified if you wish.

Very dissatisfied with Dec 2016 update. I literally never write reviews but I was so dissatisfied with the update I felt compelled to make an exception. I've been using this app for over a year and never had an issue. I liked the functionality, the notifications that a package was out for delivery then delivered. It kept the packages I ship for my business all in one convenient place. I ship a lot of packages but I'm still a micro-business owner a one person operation so keeping things simple is best. With the new update and the requirement to create an account to track more than a certain number of packages is ridiculous. AFAIK there was no limit in previous versions so it's not like the app can't handle more than X shipments, they simply want your info now. It's not necessary and the fact the devs have decided it is "necessary" it makes me wonder what they're planning to do with my personal info. I also don't like having to see all my previously delivered shipment on the main screen. I liked the separation. There wasn't anything wrong with the previous version so why mess with it?

This is a review for the after ship app. I decided to give this review because it forced me to use it to have some idea when my package is being moved for one place to the next. Nevertheless it gave me no kind of comfort where being able to watch and understand where my package is and how it has moved from one shipping partner to the next. It’s a big waste of time. Never have I been so dissatisfied with any app. I plan to never use it again, as well as purchase from this company again. If you intend to track your package with any type of confidence this app is defy NOT for you! It has never been my intention to downplay anything that I may not quite understand it’s nice when you can be found not to understand how things may work. But that’s even a waste of time. It showed that my package sat in one place from May 25, to June 1, and the it showed me no activity until June 6, whereas it did not move one bit. And there’s no one you can call about your package. You can get more help from those tracking programs that are presently in place. And they to are a waste of time most of the time.

Wonderful. This app is great for tracking any packages from anyone, anywhere! Its incredibly accurate, I haven't had a problem with it in any way, yet. No bugs as far as I’ve been using it. Really useful, I highly recommend this app for anyone who orders on a regular basis. Anyone who would like to track packages sent to you through different carriers, you can track them all in one place, right here on this app. Im in no way affiliated with this company, I genuinely just use this app to track all of my packages that get sent out to me for work each month. I receive about 4-5 packages from my workplace alone each month. Because they use different carriers (Usps, FedEx, UPS) I don't like having multiple apps to track packages. With this app, I don’t have to make multiple accounts. it’s a life saver!

Saved me money and lots of headache!. I recently had a shipment that was sent using DHL, which I wasn’t aware of. DHL had incorrect contact info for me and without the notifications I got through this app, my package would have been sent back to China without my knowledge. Saved me money and lots of headache. So glad I downloaded! Thanks developers! This app works perfectly and is really handy, especially when you are receiving packages sent internationally. It’s interesting to watch the journey your package takes on the map. The app will automatically add packages from your clipboard or even your email if you allow it to. It detects, tracks and gives you important notifications from all major carriers along the way. Must have!

Mostly good, a little not so good. App is bar none the best app to track packages because it conveniently crawls your e-mail and adds them automatically, sometimes instantly (as soon as the e-mail is delivered). However notifications are absolute trash. They need to look at how other package tracker apps do notifications because theirs are terrible. I get notifications for things I explicitly ask not to and there’s no quick toggle to mark as read (delete, and mark as delivered only) so you have to enter into the page for a package for the notification to address it. Second, the tabs should be simplified and organized from most important to least useful, something like: Shipping and Delivered. To be shipped packages can go in Shipping just mark with a different color, icon, status etc. and All can just be gutted. In place of all, consider adding a new page called Archived where delivered packages can be manually or automatically archived after some time interval.

Invasive required permission settings for email syncing. I really like AfterShip. Out of all the package-tracking services I’ve tried, it is the quickest app when it comes to giving me notifications for shipment updates. The problem is, the email-syncing feature of shipment-tracking apps is the biggest selling point and I do not want to enable that feature with your app. I was going to set it up, but then looked into the permissions I was to grant your app through my Gmail account.... “View and modify your mail in Gmail” ... “May move mail to Spam/Trash” ... “Compose and send new email” ... “See your personal info including any info you’ve made publicly available.” You also don’t have the option to opt out. Why is any of this necessary? When I linked my email with Shop, they didn’t require any of these permissions. I unfortunately had to delete your app because I went with Shop instead.

Best if organizing multiple shipments. Overseas shipping has a lot of caveats and the app has mitigated them for the most part. I used to get updates in other languages that I couldn’t read so I’d just have to cross my fingers. I’d have to search and keep track using different apps and on line but now they’re all in 1 place. If the overseas shipping agencies were more like USPS or Fed ex as far as alerts and updates, it be perfect but the app is as good as the services it’s tracking will allow it to be. So I’m impressed but not totally fulfilled as last night I had a package delivered but no notification til this morning but again, that’s the shipping company more than the app. Great tool and looking forward to using it more....but I am curious as to what information it keeps about me and where does it go?!?! Hmmmm

Shipping. My item was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 15 business days. It would have been at least a month if I wasn’t assertive and after contacting pilot and the company where I purchased I’d probably still be waiting. Thank goodness it wasn’t a gift. I ended up picking it up at the delivery center in Latham. They were very nice there, but the incorrect tag information wasn’t on the label. I’m lucky they found it snd it was sitting there for at least 5 days. Not sure who was responsible for that. The tracking app is fairly useless as it never showed progress. After leaving countless messages, whereas no returned my calls even though they had called me with a tag number, going in circles with the contact us phone number I finally got through to someone out of state who actually hung up on me the first time. Infuriating. When I did pick up my item the box was damaged, but luckily my item was not. The wear house person was extremely nice, but I’m very disappointed and will never order anything that uses pilot delivery. Lesson learned. Free shipping isn’t always worth it. Use ups or fedx and pay if necessary. I hope this review inspires change.

AFTER SHIP. After ship is a great app to find out about your package. After ship let’s you know when the shipping label is created and will also inform you if your package has been shipped. Just because the label has been created and the sender says it’s been shipped after ship will alert you that package has not been shipped just label was created. Then once the sender does ship package After Ship will then start tracking your package. Also if carrier does not scan package After Ship will alert you that no update has been made on your package in however long in has been since last update from USPS or whoever your carrier may be. After Ship will also track foreign Postal Services. So if you have a package coming from Canada After Ship will track the Canadian postal service and once your package enters the USA After Ship will pick it up from that min until it’s delivered at your home. I highly recommend After Ship

Peace of mind. I used to love the SHOP package tracking app, but it is terrible now and misses more than tracks! So far AfterShip has been good and very simple to use, there’s just a few things that would need to change for it to be #1 and 5 stars again. When I first switched from the SHOP tracker (which I still use when I get frustrated here) I was so happy...... then they did an update that really mucked up the simplicity of this tracker, therefore forcing me to swap between the 2 trackers. I may be suffering from a severe mental dumb down moment and just need easier more clear user interface with instructions or it has gotten a little more complex, for what I can see thus far, very dumb updates. I don’t need all the fluff of package info, really less is more, just shipping label created, package with carrier, package in transit, package delivery, and of course any fail info. Everything else can go bye bye. The biggest thing I miss about the SHOP tracker is the map real map package tracking. Get rid of the fluff add some user control instructions as well as a tracking map and I WILL PAY FOR THIS APP because it would be perfect!!!!! 🥰

All Carriers On One App. I have been using this app slightly short of a month. My wife and I, on average, have nearly 20 packages sent to us from around the country, so I can criticize with some assurance. This app is awesome because it tracks all major international and national carriers, which allows you to remove others apps (FedEx, UPS, etc.) that’s taking up GBs of data on your phone. Also, if your package is arriving late or is held up at a hub after a few days, it will alert you to call the sender or carrier, nice. An improvement I see is the tracking number omits the last four numbers, I don’t know why, it should show the entire tracking numbers for an accurate verification. Hopefully support will read this and correct the problem. *The new version is total garbage, as of March 28, 2021. You cannot remove the update notification dot, your screen is frozen when you try to clear your new notification(s). A new version is needed on the new version.

Really Helpful App!. It’s so great to be able to see all of your active online orders, in one app! I no longer have to go each store I shopped from to see when it’ll be in transit and/or delivered! With AfterShip, if you shop a lot, you can click back from the App to the order to refresh your memory of what you purchased. You have several options as to how you’d like your App arranged. They have numerous categories and labels within, like Current Orders: Shipment Being Prepared, In Transit, Out For Delivery, etc. AfterShip’s information is completely dependent on the information they’re able to access both by you and the business you purchased from! Some businesses a are better than others, but overall, I haven’t run into problems, much at all. Whether you the things you bought are coming via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, etc. it will show you and give you how many days until you get you stuff in 1 App! No more chasing around to every store! If you want to make your life a little easier, download AfterShip, it’s free!

Better than Arrive (Shop) and free!. AfterShip is a great tracking app. While I haven’t actually ordered anything from wish or AliExpress in awhile I still have items that haven’t arrived yet. I actually got a hoodie from wish I’d ordered in mid February in mid July. AfterShip was my only app that actually showed it was out for delivery even though the tracking number had expired. I’m very happy with it except that it doesn’t translate like 17track does. I’d also love to be able to search easier than basically creating a tracking entry each time. I use will continue to use it as others for theist comprehensive tracking I can get on a smartphone it’s great for domestic shipping too. Recognizes more carriers. I rarely have to change the carrier it automatically supplies. Thanks from a professional shopper!! Great job!

Favorite Package Tracker. My favorite feature is the ability connect AfterShip to my email to have it automatically pull tracking numbers from shipment confirmation emails. This is much easier and more efficient than having to manually input tracking numbers or forward emails somewhere to get info into an app. A cleaner and more modern UI would bump this to 5 stars for me. A lot of negative user reviews are people leaving feedback that they haven’t seen packages move, or had a package marked delivered that wasn’t. AfterShip is not a courier or shipper, so it does not handle packages. It’s an app designed to aggregate shipments being handled by various couriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc..) into one location (the app) to make it easy to see all packages shipped to or from you. If you are looking for updates on packages that haven’t moved or errors in delivery, you have to contact the actual courier directly for assistance.

A clever take on tracking. This app takes a unique approach to tracking consolidation apps. It reads your email to find orders with tracking numbers. As long as we can trust them reading our email, it’s a clever approach that means you don’t have to do any work to get tracking data loaded into the app. Of course you can always manually add tracking numbers too. Some weird reviews for this app. Some people seem to think that AfterShip IS the shipping company! Nope, it’s still Fedex or UPS or USPS. Ha. There are the occasional quirks like if I get a follow up email from a vendor (asking how the product was, for instance) aftertrack may see it as a new order and try to track it. But easy enough to slide over to delete or mark as delivered. Overall a clever app to see all your tracking in one place while requiring as little work on your end as possible.

Very helpful. As a consumer in this day and age, you, like many others, are likely impatiently waiting for your package and wondering of its whereabouts. Well I’m sure you’re also tired of the inconvenience of checking multiple different carriers for their tracking numbers and hoping you don’t misplace them, right? Well this app, this baby right here can help you solve that issue in no time! With the automatic email sync, you can save more time being a consumer and less time waiting to consume! The tracking information is updated nearly as fast as the carriers’ website, with the bonus feature of a convenient map and contact information! Solid app, great details and easy interface, need I say more? I hope not, because it should already be on your phone as we speak. Download it. Now. Do it. Click the little button. Do it now.

Nice but need more improve. It’s free, no limit on how many tracking. However I will happy to pay premium fee to scan multiple tracking at the same time without hit scan and then choose carieer and then back out and redo it for EACH tracking as I have hundred packages a day. I would love to have my tracking sort by the day I scan, as I scan there are so many and I can’t even know which one is which from which day. Maybe some package haven’t been scan by usps and just lost somewhere the date would give me more info of the batch going on that day. Feature that need attention for the packages, I have some packages have been returned back due to wrong address or need to manual redelivery in specific window time or it returned to sender, I love to have option to sort all the need attention tracking visible in hundred of tracking.

Easy to use. Pros: This app helps by keeping all my orders in one spot regardless of store purchased from, and that makes checking package tracking is super easy. You can sync to your gmail account so that the app will automatically populate with shipping and tracking info. Or if you don’t want to give this app access to your gmail (as I did not feel comfortable doing that) you can simply copy tracking numbers from your shipment emails and paste into the app and it can find your package tracking info that way too. Overall great app. Cons: it does not give you an expected delivery date for all packages and carriers. It will track anything but forgets to tell you when it should arrive, for some things (most things). But it does make it easy to find more info, such as delivery date, online since it will also show link to shipping website where you can check that.

Best package tracking app. This is by far the best package tracking app I’ve ever used. It’s really convenient that it pulls the information from my email and provides updates any time there’s been a change in status of my orders. The app was originally suggested to me when I was complaining to my brother about an OnTrac order not having updated its status in several days. AfterShip had WAY more insight provided than OnTrac ever did, and it was convenient to have the shipper’s contact information provided in AfterShip. Aside from problematic orders, it’s also nice that it’s one tracking app for all of my orders instead of three different apps for UPS, FedEx, and USPS. I don’t have to remember which seller shipped through what carrier and cycle through several apps to get an update.

Best ad free tracking app. Tried quite a few tracking apps even the official UPS one which was full of bugs to the point I wasn’t even able to update my address… also most of the other tracking apps that are decent have ads or limit the number of deliveries to something silly like 3 at a time unless you “subscribe”. I can see an app like this charging a subscription fee for business use, but they should create a separate application or section in the application intended for business owners, etc who realistically would use the app on a consistent basis for customer order tracking and tailor the paid features around that without limiting regular users or annoying them with pop ups, or calls to action beyond an initial one-time screen advertising the business features. Most regular consumers will only use this app maybe 1-3 times a month if that and would certainly not justify a subscription fee.

Preferable Parcel Tracking App. This app is extremely useful and the interface is simple and to the point. Once a parcel has been delivered the app will automatically transfer that to the “delivered” section within the app, and you will receive a notification— if you choose to enable notifications. If you simply need a great tool for tracking your parcels without the burden of needing to enter the tracking information each time you want an update, then this is the app that can save you time, end your frustrations, and provide accurate, real-time tracking information directly to you via notification or by simply opening the app; your choice. It has a small lag time, but it seems to only lag during the delivery update and updates around the same time of the carrier update. Because I don’t care about the delivery lag, 5 stars.

So Far it Has it All!. So I get a lot of deliveries and some from international distributors. I used to use a different tracking app but they no longer seem to add new carriers. That led me to search for a new tracking app. That’s when I found this app. And so far, it has it all! Every carrier I’ve thrown at it shows up. And I’m talkin international carriers I’ve never heard of before! You do have to make an account though, which really shouldn’t be necessary to track packages. But it’s FREE and there aren’t any ads! I haven’t received any e-mails or solicitations from them. They do have a random pop-up asking for ratings (like all apps do), but it’s not as often as others I’ve seen. So as long as the devs keep the app updated and running smoothly, I’ll continue to use it without question!

Loving it!!!!! UPDATE: Still loving it!!!!. **UPDATE: I’ve now had this app for a very long time. I use it not just for medical supplies but for everything since COVID-19. And I am beyond pleased with this app! You will not regret using it!** I haven’t had this app long. But I receive packages from multiple carriers due to medical supplies. And this truly eliminates the need for all the carrier apps, and allows me to track all in one. Sometimes I can get more info off the carrier app or website, but mostly I get more info off of THIS app! I’m loving it so far and recommend at least trying it out. If you get a lot of deliveries, it will absolutely help out a lot! Thank you AfterShip! You save me so much time and hassle! And your app is very user friendly :-) Just an updated after having after a few shipments. This is been amazing! I get to see some of the smaller stops that USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc... do not show me. And it’s nice to know when I haven’t had an updated from the carrier, that package is still moving. I guess it depends on your need for this. With medical supplies always coming, me ordering everything online right now (constant shopping 🛍 in quarantine lol 😂🤦🏻‍♀️) for me and my family... we have a lot of packages. So this is extremely helpful. If you don’t get packages often I guess you wouldn’t really need this all that much. But either way it’s free and it’s helpful!!

Nice app to keep my shipments organized. I order alot of things and i'm always going into my mail to check the traking numbers over and over again. i had this one coming from the UK that used a weird carrier service and i hated using the tracking website they provided. So I searched the app store to track just this one package and realized I could do so many things with this app! I was hesitent on connecting my email access to the app but decided to give it a go and as soon as I receive an email with an order/tracking it adds it to the app. Super conveient i dont have to input anything. If i end up getting a tracking number from another source, i can just copy it, go to the app, and it will ask me if i want to track the number in my clipboard! Great and I really enjoy! Hopefully it stays free and no ads :)

I use this app all the time even add my ups tracking as it’s tracks my packages 100 better.. I had to add that I ordered a shark purse through this company a little over 2 mo ago. It was one of those companies you order it they say you will get it within 30 business days I am being very specific so people pay attention I paid March 16th 2021 I got it yesterday May 7 not through the company they told them they were sending through here pretty sure it’s because it’s because they sent me an email on April 1 saying this . So I kindly write them back not once but twice saying nope it was showing missing through your wonderful app . I want you to know that funny I got it from New York in a new package because I checked the tracking # from the first set to on 2nd package they were different. Without your app I might not have gotten my product as they tried to say I received it when I hadn’t. I have bought 2 other products this way no problem . Thank you so much . Tracking # on shark purse that I finally got in mail is this tracking I am reviewing plus you know the other one . It’s the first one I joined with. Can verify all with my emails if need be. Thank you. My granddaughter is so excited . So I kindle write them back not once but twice saying nope it was showing missing through your wonderful app Hi Annette, We fulfilled your order from our store Tiamo Stores 14 days ago and would love to get your feedback. What do you think about Whale Shark Shoulder Bag?

Know what’s in your mailbox!. At 1st I thought I’ll probably regret adding another free junk app.... well... we live & learn. I currently have the USPS mail notification. This is we’re the USPS scans every piece of postal mail & sends an email with the scan so you see what’s in your mailbox before you even walk outside. I thought it was great for confirmation of things people say they send, yet; I never receive. (Such as bills) Get this: this FREE APP does a better job than USPS with their own service. Not only can this app tell me when orders I place are leaving the fulfillment center but can tell me the minute a shipping label is created! This seriously keeps me updated on its current location the minute someone starts working on my orders. Monthly subscriptions who blame COVID, lack of staff or shipping are now proven to be the only issue with shipment delays. My orders are sitting up to 3 weeks before a label to ship it out is even created. That’s at almost every place I buy from. Ticks me off enough I might just stop buying anything until these companies get their “ESSENTIAL CEO’s” off vacation & working for once in their life. FREE APP’s like this, deserve our hard earned “essential worker wages” & our hush stimulus money!

Fast Acting and Up to Date. I have only used this Aftership for three parcels so far but it has impressed me. It is much quicker than logging in through the tracking advisory that the company sent me that I am purchasing from. The up-to-date notifications save you from continually checking for updates too. Well done.

This app is really helpful. This app is really helpful in keeping tracks of all your parcels that has tracking number and where your items are. It will be even better if we can edit and add information next to the tracking number for it to tell us what item corresponds to the tracking number. That will make it more efficient.

CurrentlyBuggedOut. This program currently doesn’t work Error message says bad request you have exceeded 100 per month tracking requests downloaded. Only downloaded from apple store last night 28th March 2019 Australia. Downloaded the program to find one parcel and the first number I type in for tracking comes up with this error. Never tried to track an item from China before. So it’s not possible for me to be over 100 tracking requests, would recommend sticking to web site tracking until they fix this issue

Changing my review :(. AfterShip used to be pretty good and was my go-to for years for tracking my regular DHL and AliExpress Standard Shipping deliveries. Until today I went to add two new AliExpress tracking numbers and found AliExpress logistics no longer comes up in the list of couriers. There are plenty of other tracking apps I can use to track DHL, but it was the AliExpress delivery tracking that made AfterShip my go-to. So disappointing. I tried to ‘Send Feedback’ through the app but it seems to require the ‘Mail’ app to be installed, which I don’t use (not all iPhone users use Mail - the Gmail is my default). So it’s sad, but I’m pretty much ready to give up on AfterShip - for me it’s no longer better than the rest.

Multi-Courier parcel tracking all in the one place!. The AfterShip app is excellent for people who send with more than one courier, or people who order shipments from several different businesses each of which may use a different delivery service. AfterShip app avoids the need to install an app for each carrier or to check on multiple websites in order to keep track of all your parcels. Instead AfterShip app makes the task really simple and convenient. It supports tracking on a wide range of courier and mail services so it will probably support the delivery you need to track. The free version is available without requiring registration, and for a lot of people that is all you will need.

Works perfectly and seamlessly. the process is very simple, it’ll either take shipments automatically from your email for you can very easily paste in your own. the widgets make it so much easier to check on that one package you just can’t wait for instead of scouring through your emails and going through courier websites. 10/10

Great!. I’m not a big online shopper but that is changed in the past month. I was having great trouble tracking the goods on the sites that the supplier stated they were using. After a particular frustrating tracking day I decided to download AFTERSHIP and so far I am super happy. I still don’t have my parcels but at least I can kind of (depends on courier info) see where they are.

One step app for all shipping tracking. So impressed with the app, all information collaborated in the one place. It’s as simple as creating an account and logging in, your phone does the rest for you. Picks up all your current items and your recent history. Live updates and notifications directly from your phone when you order, I even have tracking numbers sent to me via text that the app automatically picks up and asks if I would like to add. Online shopping just got easier, especially when I have multiple orders on the go at the one time !!!

THANK YOU AFTERSHIP!. I am so grateful that you keep a track of my purchases data, date, price and tracking information. By using coloured pictures and a detailed description, I know exactly what I bought and when to expect it to arrive. You have certainly made it easier to buy on line! I trust your service and praise you for your quick delivery during these trying COVID-19 pandemic time!

The best a shopper can get!. This app is amazing! It caters to all my shipping and tracking needs in one. I’ve used many before but none of them compare to this. The UI is easy and friendly. The overall layout is very aesthetic and I’m having fun using the app because of the constant updates I’m getting on all my tracking numbers. I highly recommend it!

🤩🤩. This app is surprisingly really good, i didn’t expect all the information it was giving me like where my parcel is and when it’s coming. It’s a bit of a mission going into my email to look for the information in my inbox, the app puts all the information i look for in a convenient ‘folder’. Highly recommend this app!

Never received my package and no way of contacting the courier. At first I received a confirmation of delivery notification, looked high and low and asked the building manager to check the cameras. It was never delivered then after a deeper dive it turns out I was sent the wrong tracking number and had to track another one, I waited over 2 weeks, again, I received a notification for confirmed delivery. The package was never delivered. I tried contacting the courier but it is in Chinese and the phone message hangs up after 2 minutes. Very disappointed and definitely don’t want to have to use this service again. :(

Easy to use. Fabulous app for keeping track of shipments. Works with many companies and reasonably accurate. There’s a decent lag on notifications so it’s not useful for anything critical but a good backup. Had a few tricks with companies who don’t have unique codes (AfterShip seems to pick the first and that’s it).

Great but can be improved. The app is great idea for time like chrismas when i cant keep track of everything i ordered and dont know when what comes when. But maybe let us add multiple google accounts as sometimes i use 2 emails to shop at the same time.

Good but it’s not perfect. I’ve been using this app for a while now. I have two problems with it. 1/ it decides to log me out periodically and then makes it difficult to log back in. 2/ I added a couple of items from Wish the other day and it listed them as delivered already. The only place they’ve been to is their final Chinese Destination. They have even arrived in Australia yet so they definitely haven’t been delivered. I can’t change them so now I can’t track them either.

Great tracking app!. It’s way better than other tracking apps and I highly recommend it to anyone for tracking mail. It supports a LOT of carriers, nearly all of them. Among other things, I like how it allows tracking a given number with multiple carriers simultaneously and how it shows the carriers names and icons on all the items on the list unlike with Shop (formerly Arrive) and others which only allow tracking a number with a single carrier and only show the carriers name and icon when you go into the individual item. My only complaint is that the app won’t give up on telling me to add a gmail account. This should really be fixed, it’s even more annoying than when I find the app logged out on launch occasionally. I think it’d be nice if the developers could implement a grouping feature where a single press opens/closes the group. A map feature like Shop has would also be nice.

Gmail integration allows them to read, send and compose emails. I've emailed them three times re why if you choose to activate the Gmail integration, why they give Gmail permission to “read" AND "compose" or "send" emails from my account if I choose to enable it. Asked the same question three times and they've side-stepped my question each time saying it’s my choice whether to use this feature and it’s designed to make it easier for app users. Doesn’t explain why they allow the composing and sending of emails!!!!

Great app. This app is helpful on keeping track on parcel deliveries that you are expecting . The only thing I don’t like is not a fault of this app at all but when the senders don’t mention what courier they will be using so you can’t be sure of what one to put into this app to get it started . Overall great app highly recommend it.

Great All in One Tracking App. This is a great app for tracking deliveries from a wide variety of carriers. The notifications come before the carriers app which is very strange but fantastic. I thought the carriers own app would come first. To make this an even better app, you guys should develop widgets to show updates on the Home Screen. Overall a great app and you should defiantly get it!

It does what is advertises!!!!!. I bought this app earlier in 2020 because I wanted to be able to track all my packages and was skeptical as to whether this app was going to work. My main skepticism was that I didn’t think it would be able to track packages from more/less obscure carriers and handlers. Low and behold this app has done everything it advertises and even more, providing FAQ’s and contact details for every carrier I’ve ever had. AfterShip does have room for improvement, however I would generally say that right now it is an amazing app. Rarely do you see apps providing an adequate service, especially when trying to rope together multiple third party sources. Not to mention, it’s free! I’m truely thankful for the service AfterShip provides and wish them continued success in their app.

Very underrated. I love having one app to track any and every courier service I order things through, it is very handy and I love that this app isn’t plagued with ads. It’s extremely useful for anyone who orders a lot of stuff or if you get given a tracking number and are unsure of what courier it is from this one automatically knows which one it is. And you can link it to your email to automatically grab tracking numbers for you to make it even easier :)

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one is worth it!. It’s hard to find a decent app that is capable of tracking parcels from lots of different carriers, that also sends you notifications at every step of the parcels’ journey. It also provides more detail than the carriers’ own tracking portal!

Tracking 5 stars. So far this is the best tracking app I have found has all the different types of couriers you can think of, when adding a new track record it guesses the right tracking company about 85% of the time, so can't complain there. It gives you push notifications of updates when they happen and has even integrated apple watch notifications. Thumbs up from me don't wait get it now.

Amazing for tracking. I tend to buy a lot of packages from all over the world so being able to track all of them from different couriers is super good. Some tracking even includes a map so you can see the journey your package takes and i just think thats so cute.

Good App to Track Shipments. Very good app to track shipments. Only issue I encountered was that it automatically chooses a carrier given a tracking number from a vendor. Waited and waited from an update till someone informed me that the tracking number defaulted was the wrong one and had to manually edit and change the carrier. After that, things went well.

You shouldn’t force gmail users to provide read/modify email access. I’ve been using your service for a number of years and happy to use gmail authentication for access to your service. Today I was asked to reauthenticate and approve a permission to allow you access to read/modify my emails. I understand why you want users to provide access but if they choose not to grant it you should simply not provide the auto generate function on new delivery emails. Email inbox access is often used as a 2nd factor to authenticate ownership and I wouldn’t recommend anyone grant access to read and modify emails to a 3rd party (no matter if for innocent reasons).

Great App. I have to say that this app has been far more reliable than any of the courier companies that I’ve used lately. It took Aus Post ages to find my parcel even though I gave them the tracking number and where it had been located for over a week. Obviously not at my place. Yep this is a great App. Thanks Guys!

Great app. I haven’t had it long but every delivery so far as been able to be tracked through the app. I’m located in Australia. I get tracking for eBay purchases from China and all other local postage from couriers to local post companies no worries. It can be a little slow to update the detail, for example I just got an email notification to say an order of mine will be delivered today and the app hasn’t yet updated to the same status.

All my shipments in one place. This app is incredibly smart at logging all my deliveries as soon as I’ve done some online shopping. I have several email addresses and I love that it allows me to have all my shipments in one place and notifies me as soon as there’s an update so I can easily keep track of them all. It’s free, easy to use and you don’t get hit with annoying ads!

So-so parcel tracker. For the parcels it does recognise it’s a great app; its shipping updates are very accurate and being notified on where your item is gives peace of mind. But the number of carriers it recognises is limited; we make a lot of purchases from Asia and the app barely recognises any of the carriers based there. It also only reads shipping notifications sent to gmail, which I don’t use for parcel info. A larger carrier database and access to other email servers would make this a 5-star app.

Good but stop the gmail requests. It’s a great app and it’s very clean and simple to use. The updates are almost always correct and on time. A couple of times it’s been out of sync with what the currier reports (e.g. I had a package delivered but the app said it wasn’t for days until I manually marked it as delivered), but it has only happened twice out of dozens of deliveries. The one thing that really annoys me is that it insists in you giving it access to your Gmail account. I get the convenience but I don’t feel comfortable giving any app access to my emails, plus, I don’t even use Gmail for my online purchases, so I decline... every... time. And still, it keeps popping up the message to connect to Gmail. It’s annoying and intrusive. I wish there was a setting to just tell it I don’t want to connect ti Gmail and be done with it. It would be 4 or 5 stars if it didn’t pester me for Gmail access.

Best app for tracking. This would have to be the best app I’ve ever found for tracking parcels. It automatically connects to your gmail email account and inputs the tracking numbers for you. This is so easy to use and hassle free and the fact that it covers so many parcel companies is what makes it the best tracking app out there. Get downloading now!

Irritating. I like the app and it does a good job of tracking my parcels BUT please stop asking me to enable email sync every time I go into the app and every time I check on individual package tracking! I have tried everything to try and stop it from popping up all the time but nothing works! I do not want to enable email sync!! Would have been 5 stars except for this annoying pop up all the time!

One stop shop app.. Great app - one stop shop with all carriers. Handy for anyone that orders or sends items from different places that uses more than one postal carrier. Never had a problem connecting to updates on parcels & very accurate. Also a very user friendly app. Would definitely recommend.

FEDEXPRESS has very bad communication. Please tell FEDEXPRESS to be very clear in communicating about delivery to post office parcel box numbers. It’s wrong for FEDEXPRESS to say it’s wrong address and then when paying customers call FedExpress they say they don’t deliver to the specific post office but to the main office/ post office which then delivers to the correct post office Branch. It’s annoying and waste of time for paying customers. They even tell customers to call and follow up with the main post office or head office. It’s impossible calling the main post office or even branch post office. They make callers wait a long time on the phone.

Records disappear without warning when “your session has expired”!. Every now and then I get a message saying that “your session has expired” and all my past and even current tracking records disappear without warning! Also most of the time the system recognises the courier from the tracking number, but lists the company from a different country! For example if a package is being delivered by FastWay Australia it is listed as FastWay South Africa!

So far so good. This app seems to be solid. The first parcel I’ve tracked is a problematic one (obviously though no fault of the app). The application sets clear expectations based on the previous history delivery company being used i.e. deliveries from this postal service and country usually takes 20 days. So far seems accurate.

Very easy to use. Love knowing where my package is and when to expect it. It’s a great way to find out when exactly your parcel has been sent and then being able to track it. Also love that it automatically finds and then tells you all this without manually looking it up.

Christine Steref. I find this tracking service to be one of the best available out there I use it all the time over and above all of the others on offer. I also enjoy the fact that my phone gives me quite a different tone to let me know when there has been an update on my package so then I know to go straight to the app and check thank you for being a great service

Good app for tracking multiple parcels from various locations with all different carriers. It works well maybe a little over the top with its notifications and It gets a little confused at times as to where in the world it thinks things are coming from im sure the makers will refine it to become better with time

Excellent app for tracking only let down by lack of auto detect. Intuitive user interface and able to track an range of parcels. Only criticism is that often need to select carrier rather than auto detect when this isn’t always obvious (other services auto detect). Suggested carriers often incorrect. Otherwise very good.

Excellent app. When I am getting non-Australia post deliveries this app has been awesome at tracking my deliveries. I would have given it a 5 star except it doesn’t always pick up the correct courier service when adding a delivery manually but you can change it yourself so no biggie. I also find the courier service doesn’t always update where the delivery is. Eg if I buy something from America, it doesn’t track it all the way, I only get updates once it has landed in Australia and then I can track where the deliver is. I’ve only had 1 delivery courier not listed so far.

Fairly good app. This is a fairly good app but one suggestion I would make is being able to translate into your own language. Items I’ve been tracking that have gone through other countries are in that countries language so unable to understand what it says about where item is and what is happening on the journey to the destination of arrival. Especially items that have been being tracked for some time and are sitting somewhere but unable to understand language to know if it’s delayed due to customs, quarantine etc especially during the covid-19. I used it a lot in the past, but not as much now due to not being able to translate the language. If it could be translated so that I knew what was happening with my parcels I’d be very happy and most likely give 4.5 stars out of 5. For a free app it’s pretty good especially as there doesn’t seem to be a limit on number of items your tracking, some other apps have a limit and then you need to purchase or watch advertisements to track extra packages.

Very user friendly and up to date. Since using this app to track my parcels I’ve found that the interface is by far the best I’ve seen and the tracking information is always as up to date as possible. The map showing the current location of my consignment is a great help and I have no doubt in recommending this app to anyone wanting real time and easy to understand status in a fast responding and detailed format.

App hasn’t let me down.. Very easy to use, automatic copy feature is extremely efficient. I’ve used it for so many orders over the past year and it’s so handy for keeping track of them. I was able to check on a handful of orders easily through one app instead of going onto postal websites and checking emails. Nothing bad to say.

AMAZING app!. This app is incredible and I cannot for the life of me believe it is free. The ease of use for this is absolutely phenomenal. I’m planning a wedding on a tight budget and have deliveries coming from all over the world. This app gives me the power to see everything at once, as well as know how many packages I’m waiting on and how many are expected to arrive that day.

Great product although some enhancements could be made. Fantastic product although may I suggest that users be able to utilise expected delivery dates to order their list of tracked numbers if available? Also, a little more detail in the status; I find that I am having to click out of the app onto the website to get a detailed description of where my package is up to. Thanks!

Great App and tracker of parcel deliveries. I’ve used other tracking apps to track parcels I’m receiving and AfterShip is the best I’ve seen and used to date. Once linked to your email address it notifies you immediately where other tracking Apps have delays in updating the goods status. I thoroughly recommend this App.

Easy to use. Love this app!! I often have many parcels coming and this app lets me track them all. They also recognise Ali express and wish postage methods too, which is great because these platforms don’t always tell you which service they are using. I also love the gmail syncing. Now I don’t even have to manually add items.

Incredible. I am absolutely stoked with this application. It picks up my tracking ID from the clip board automatically and it has every courier that I’ve used so far. I highly recommend it is so secure and makes me feel really good about ordering online. I can’t wait for the developers to continuously improve this app and hopefully it becomes an application that EVERYONE uses. Seriously, i do so much of my shopping online and I am just sooo impressed and so happy with this application. Thank you AfterShip for making my online experience exciting, secure, and most importantly, EASY!

It's great. It's the best tracking app

Yessss. Finally found the right app to keep track of my numerous trackings but wish it was free to add more ... thanks

useful. very helpful when major companies don’t offer this.

Review of AfterShip App. My review is as is: If it wasn’t for this shipping app, connected to my email, I wouldn’t be close on guessing, where in the world my orders are. I’m so happy for being able to know where my orders are. Thanks to the creator/s for this free app. Brad Nelson

Awesome. It does what it says it does, and it does it well. Frequent updates, and they answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Would highly recommend it. Best package tracker for iOS.

Nuce. Apps

🫡. Ça marcher bien 😌

Tracking packages. Reliant and relevant

very nice app. It even have map view!

Allow to view my email?. Authorize to scan and view my email? Hmmmm. I don’t think so

BEST APP EVER. This app is the best tracking for everything

Awful. I don’t want the app to sync to my email and so I’m not able to search for my package otherwise. Do not recommend.

Flawed. The app tells you when your packages are scanned and delivered but the locations are crazy. My packages have all said that they are shipped back and forth across the country various times, then when the package is delivered it says it’s delivered all the way across the country. The app was completely useless in giving any knowledge of where your package really is.

Best tracking app. Track all carriers in one place. It is the one I am looking for

Nice. Excellent appli pour la suivi des colis facile d’utilisation

Axel wears. Merci beaucoup je suis mon colis je suis content à la prochaine!😃

Communication. Very poor communication and no updates

Best ship tracking. Aftership app works smoothly, fast response , easy to navigate, real time tracking info and it has all couriers name and accurate tracking. This is an all-in-one one stop ship tracking I would recommend!!

Not working. Just downloaded and tried to track my parcel. It tells me I have exceeded my tracking of 100 per month. I have never even done one. Piece of crap app

Amazing. great translation for shipping updates and very accurate dates

Amazing App. Now I just need one app for all my trackings. Even Amazon.

Awesome tracking. Awesome tracking very reliable

Karen Bradley. You guys are the best

Awesome. Works great and gives you way more updates than the main stream tracking apps. On Canada Post I’ll get three notifications on AfterShip. It’ll show me up to 10 notifications and update days before I would get them on Canada Post.. also US PS it would tell me things about the shipping that the regular tracking companies didn’t

Best tracking app.. Best tracking app I ever used.

I love the app. Track my shipments with ease. Awesome app :)

Scammers. Absolutely untrustworthy app don’t use!!

Doesn’t work. Said I exceeded the maximum per month but I have never used the app before. Downloaded it for the first time 2 minutes ago.

Great app. Seems to be correct and in a real time delivery

Great app. Free and good

Très bonne application. J’adore cette application je peut suivre tout mes commande en un seul endroit.

Awesome functional app. Works great, runs smooth and k use it all the time

Great app. Easy tracking

Great!. Very useful and handy

Good app. This app seems to work really well and it gives consistent updates on your purchases I rely on it to see when my stuff will arrive cause my post office only holds packages for 15 days.

Love this app. Streamlines all my packages in one app. So much easier to keep track!

No updates for my delivery for almost 2 weeks from E-POST GLOBAL. My item shipped 13 days ago I have no idea where my item is and it’s very bad that no updates was made for 11 days. Very bad the app not good and no updates from app very bad from E-post Global and this is my second time getting a delivery from this company and the same thing happened. No updates for 2 weeks very bad. Item Shipped from USA TO CANADA.

No annoying ads. Much better than Shop app for tracking packages as it is ads free.

Doesn’t sync. As title says, it doesn’t sync from email therefore giving absolutely no use to downloading the app.

I don't see the point. This app is very good at 'noticing' when you make a purchase and get notification in your email; it automatically adds it to your delivery list. The problem is that it almost never tells you when a package is delivered. It will even note that it has been delivered when you click on the item, but it will not have notified you of the delivery, nor will it mark it as delivered. I find this app to be useless as a result.

LAZY!!!. Instead of delivering my package you turnaround and are returning it to sender unbelievable

My feeling. Excellent

Excellent. Very accurate

The map is all wrong on it. It’s ok but going to Canada and says it’s in USA

Review. This app is ok but it would be nice to get more updated information on tracking a parcel

Majnuji. So far so good

Great. Best tracking app for all of your parcels

Online shopper. I find this app very reliable and I enjoy using it. It gives me up-to-date information on my packages as long as I granted access to my email. I am happy with it.

Muy eficiente. Encontré nitro mi paquete de inmediato

Awesome app. Keeps track of all my shipments. Works great.

All your shipping conveniently tracked in one spot. I read other reviews saying there was some issues with tracking out of country. I have not done so yet so cannot say. I can say, i had several packages I was waiting for that were Christmas gifts. Most were through USPS but some I was not even aware of the carrier but the app was first to update me with that information when they received it. I still continued to do text updates on my tracking which I sometimes received updates sooner than the app did. But then other times the app updated me sooner than the tracking I was doing individually. But the convenience of seeing all my purchases listed in one spot, made things so much nicer!

Review. I've enjoyed using Aftership for the past few years. They always have good information displayed and with nice graphics. Thank you. A suggestion is to make it easier to edit a product title. Each time I want to re-title whatever product I'm waiting for to be delivered, it's usually just to correct a spelling error or to make some other adjustment. However, whenever I tap on the "Edit" tab, it goes to a blank screen, which means I have to re-title my item from scratch. Why does it do that? All I want is to make a small adjustment, not being forced to start all over again. Please fix this glaring error. In the past this wasn't an issue, but now it is. Thanks for listening.

Great little APP for keeping track of multiple orders simultaneously. This app has been working flawlessly since I got it about four weeks ago. I have placed approximately it doesn’t orders with vendors that utilize this platform for their shipment tracking. This app automatically knows when the orders have been placed, and alerts me as to the current status of whether or not my product that I ordered has left the facility yet and then when it does leave the facility, it diagrams a stop by stop diagram of the expected route that my shipment will be taking in order to arrive at my location. It’s extremely impressive. Kudos to a well-designed application!

Peace of mind!. I, like a lot of people am anxious about my packages making it to the right place and me getting it before some d*ck steals my package. We all know how carriers never update the tracking until all of a sudden delivered. This app fills in those gaps and shows you when it’s out for delivery. And while SOME carriers SOMETIMES tell you, your package is out for delivery this app tells you all the time (so far). Along with it automatically takes all the packages/ tracking numbers in your email so all your packages are easily checkable in one place instead of searching your email for each individual one. I would 100% recommend this if you get a lot of packages or you just want some peace of mind.

The brilliance in AfterShip is astounding. I don't write reviews. There's usually nothing to say. But this app folks is just epic. How can a simple app be so great? If you're a tracking junkie (or run a business or are a serial online shopper) this app is the best one out there. In my opinion it's the only one. Everything is simple. Easy to use. Organized. Understandable. Features are great i.e. barcode scanner when you're at USPS sending something. It's 2016 NO ONE WANTS TO TYPE A TRACKING NUMBER. The guys who made this app understand life as it should be and I had to share that with the world. THANK YOU! I can't remember if I paid for this app but if I did, I did not pay enough for it. End message.

Becki And Chris Garcia’s review. This app is great it’s up to date with all the arrival and departure times and locations to keep us informed it’s great with the information about your item and it’s very easy and convenient to use anyone can use it all you have to do is provide a tracking number and hit add shipment the app does everything else !! So thank you it’s great easy and convenient we love it !! So sorry I meant to add this to it We use it when we send things or receive thing it’s convient both ways and keeps track of everything in the mail so a lot less if not no more lost packages or documents !!!

Thank You for More information. Tophatter is ok to see if your item is on its way, but this app . AFTERSHIP , is more precise and I wouldn’t have known where my item was if not for AfterShip I took a snapshot of my item and found out it got delivered in Pennsylvania far North in the States and I live in Texas Far South in the States!!! I Never did get refunded from tophatter because of that , but sent it to BBB and Attorney General! Since no one at Tophatter could look beyond their app to help me get refunded ! When it gets delivered from Tophatter so beware ! With Their policies you do not get refunded IF it goes to a wrong address ! Also you cannot get in touch with the seller. . Thank you AfterShip!

AfterShip App Recommended by me. So far I have received updates to my original order from a fedex distribution centers I didn’t like that the app requires access to your contacts but I did allow that feature so I will give it a try And for those of us who’s purchasing is new to the process of online shopping this tool is free and we hope that it will remain free . Due to COVID-19 epidemic; we in California are still suggesting that the residents here stay inside and only go out if an emergency so I am doing my shopping online and this app is wonderful to use, in hopes that my purchases will actually be delivered to me and not missing and leaving me with having to pay for orders that I never ordered. Now I may track what purchases I have made and do get delivered to me !

Thank you!. I am not a shipping professional, I just have a lot of packages coming in, and got sick of having 10+ tracking tabs open on my browser at any time. I tried many apps, but all of them want to charge for tracking. Enter AfterShip, which is completely free and does exactly what I needed it to do. The only feature that is inconsistent is the automatic detecting a tracking number from your clipboard, if I have a tracking number copied, it usually does not get detected, but other junk in my clipboard does get detected, once I had an image that it tried to add. It is not a problem, since I can just click cancel when it suggests adding the bad tracking, but wanted to bring it to the attention of the developers.

Best Tracking App !!. This is by far the best app for tracking shipments. The best thing about this app is that you can consolidate all of your tracking numbers into one app. That means no more going back-and-forth between USPS, FedEx, Pitney Bowes, UPS, so on and so on. This is also a great app for Etsy Sellers, because this allows you to track all of your shipments from the time you ship it to the time it gets delivered. All with great and convenient notifications. Seriously though, if you do a lot of online shopping, trust me, this is the best app to track everything in one place. Plus the super amazing part on top of the great functionality … is that it’s free, free, free, free!!!

Outstanding prices and top of the line products!!!. Gosh, I had this almost done and the phone rang. haha. Hi, everyone! Just a quick note to say how wonderful my dresses are, the jewelry I bought, and the honest dealings with you all ! The materials are absolutely gorgeous and well made! Washes so well! Beautiful designs that make the item pop! Colors are superbly blended and chosen! The wait for items takes a bit of time from overseas, but it is worth it! I love the animal prints on the tees as they look like they are right here! Perfectly done and wash very well! Thanks to you all! What talent goes into these wonderful items is simply top of the line!! Love you all keep it up! Jan

Great App. I’m not entirely sure where or how I found the AfterShip app but I’m glad I did! It helps keep track of the on line shopping I do throughout the week. I used to assume and/or hope I was receiving everything I order without keeping a “diary” of my purchases. AfterShip helps me keep track of my orders once the shipment is initiated and tracks all movement & locations until it’s delivered to me. Thank you AfterShip for taking most of the anxiety out of on line shopping for me! Is there an app that would keep a register of all my on line shopping transactions exclusive of payment type or account? I know PayPal is a good tool but It’s not always an option and at times I don’t want to use it.

Love it. I'm currently prom dress shopping!! I'm one of those people who put my trust into online sellers and hope for the best. As you can imagine, I chose to order all sorts of dresses from all over. One of the companies I ordered from recommended I use this app to track. It has definitely been a game changer!!! I love not having to open a thousand apps and web tabs to track my packages. Absolutely love it!! Also no pesky Ads constantly popping up and no unwanted notifications. You immensely are giving the option to have notifications on or off. Overall, I love it and will definitely be using it after Prom Season.

I love this free app!. It’s nice to see the actual tracking of where it is, where it comes from, and how long it actually takes to get from place to place. The original estimates for delivery of overseas packages are usually the date it leaves that country, not the actual expected delivery date. Ex: I ordered from Australia, I guessed it would take a month. The app said it would be delivered 2 weeks after I ordered it. It left Australia 2 weeks later, then another 5 days before it was delivered, once it landed in the USA. BUT, the map said it was “delivered “, and showed Philadelphia as the delivery location, and I’m in Florida. I was worried until I got home and saw that it did indeed arrive at my home.

Each update is worse. Update: Uninstalling this and switching to a better app. The automatic shipment tracking kept importing orders for free digital items that had no shipping required and the whole app experience is just miserable. They've completely lost the plot. Go elsewhere Every time they add a feature in an update, it continually takes away what made the app great originally. It's a bunch of new features that clutter the information, and make the core functions increasingly obfuscated. I don't want to give you access to my email, stop asking. Why is there a giant map hiding the tracking that grows even bigger as I try to navigate back? You nonstop ask for users to rate the app, and review so here I am. Stop sabotaging yourself. Focus on the information everyone is there for, and stop hiding it away behind incredibly unnecessary graphic design. You're making your app unusable.

Dissatisfied with over all account verification and processing. Did not receive any email from you regarding my account verification unfortunately and didn’t do anything about it! No second attempt was made! I have been trying for hours anyway when prompted to proceed to process information needed to add all the shipment details and information about my sellers and delivery carriers! My email address account link was not working properly at all with no progress in your attempts to access emails from my gmail account! Nothing was working! Too much time was wasted with my numerous attempts to add all my shipment tracking information for all my purchases/ orders and the necessary information for the delivery carriers! Just too much time wasted and needed to finalize setup of this tracking app system! Just not for me! I’m a senior and don’t need the aggravation! Hopefully you can appreciate the fact, time and effort I put in and took to enlighten you! Good bye!

Super easy to use and great for tracking shipments via many shipping providers. Love this app! It’s so easy to track packages using this app. You link your email to the app and it will automatically add tracking info on the app based upon shipping info found in your email. No more having to keep up with tracking number or having to copy and paste it from email. This app gives real time updates on your shipment and does not have a lag between the time your package is delivered and the time you receive the delivery notification like I have experienced with some other shipping tracker apps. Can track packages across many different shipping providers.

Best delivery tracking app I’ve ever used. I’ve tried a number of apps/services to keep up with deliveries (sending and receiving, AfterShip is hands down the best I’ve found. Does exactly what it says, and what you expect. developers: i seriously would prefer to not have to log into the app, or to have it cache the log in forever...as it is, the app forces me to log back into it as the most inconvenient times...and i use an offline password manager, so i have to not use the app until i am with my offline password manager in order to log back in...that’s kind of limiting to me...i mean, plenty of other apps don’t force me to periodically log back in after logging in the first time...just make it like that

Potential, but needs work. This app is great for someone like me who is always receiving packages from different carriers. The app enables you to track multiple packages from most if not all delivery providers. The added email addition is great but it’s only available for google and outlook I believe. My biggest issue with the app is the notification problem. The app doesn’t really provide a push notification feature, but I don’t even know if that would be possible because of the way the tracking has to update. The only way I get updates on different packages is if I click on that individual tab and it will update it on the map screen. If that problem were fixed this could be a 5 star app.

Number Unavailable to Call?. I’m trying to call to call a number through my review for the tracking of my package and the option that it gives me to call a number is not going through & the reason why Im making this review because my package is taking about 2 months now and I don’t have a clear update on what’s going on with my package and why it’s taking this long? I sincerely need help with this. I don’t want my money to be wasted on something that might not even be arriving any time soon so this is my only way of being able to contact someone and see if you guys can respond and help me out here, I’ve never had a package take this long before with unclear updates as to when it’ll arrive and why it’s taking so long. Please help, if this is a fake purchase I made then I need someone to redirect me to a source to get my money back.

I lived all these years without this app? No way!. This is just phenomenal. Especially as we order from several online sources, we can look in one place to track and retrieve. We’ve had items ‘walk’ off our property, or get stashed behind furniture or plants, only to be found days later. We are loving this. Our garage is at the back of our property and we don’t always hear our doorbell. We are also out quite a bit. I’m talking all of my friends and relatives—those whose mailboxes are out by the road, those that live in apartments, those that are frequently away—this is THE app to get next!

Good app... could be great if... It's a good app. I find it very handy and the notifications useful. 4/5 stars. That said, it does have a few minor bugs. 1) sometimes the shipments don't update correctly. For example, checking at the source will tell you your package is out for delivery while the app info remains unchanged. 2) The app doesn't let you edit tracking info well or intuitively. If you input the tracking number incorrectly, you have to delete the whole listing and start over. 3) The app detects tracking numbers sitting on your clipboard and offers to track them for you when you open it. Problem is agreeing to let the app track it for you yields nothing. You still have to input it yourself. Don't know what the point of that is.

Best Tracker by Far!. I’ll have to say, sometimes the UPS or FedEx tracking apps are a little more accurate, or should I say rarely. But to say the above, at least weekly and usually multiple days per week, UPS, FedEx, and the USPS apps and websites are down and not working at all. After ship has been the most consistent, most accurate ways of tracking the above as well as multiple shipping companies from China, Japan, the UK, and Australia. It just works, it’s more detailed than most of the others and unlike many of its competitors on the App Store and Google Play, it’s completely free. And if it has ads, I haven’t seen any at all. IT JUST WORKS!!! Thanks for a great free app!!!

THE BEST APP FOR PACKAGES!. I honestly got this app for one carrier, as they weren’t from my region and it was annoying to track, the carrier suggested this app to track it. Now I’ve used this for ALL my packages. It’s only about 1/2 an hour behind the actual carrier site which is amazing, in comparison to amazons tracking that I usually use which has been so messed up, Taking HOURS to update. If you want real time notifications, like the moment it’s on the move , you’ll probably need to just keep refreshing whatever carrier you’re using. But if you just want constant timely updates, this app is by far hands down my favorite. Everything is very intuitive and straightforward and the app didn’t need any explaining.

EASY. CONVENIENT. 5 STAR!!!!. Soooo much easier to simply all my packages! I order most of my items rather than shopping locally mainly because of my health issues and this crazy covid epidemic. And I actually had a package from China the other day that said “it was delivered” at my home (in WI) thanks to this app we found out why I couldn’t find it anywhere- it was in an entire different state via the GPS tracking of this app so I was able to get my money back. Otherwise the company was saying “no we delivered it to your address(in WI)” and I was able to prove they delivered it to someone across the whole country not a similar address or anything…clearly some scammers! So now I will always use this app!!!!!

Perfect way to keep track of all shipments. Ship pulls tracking numbers from sites I’ve shopped @ automatically, from my linked email. One thing I really enjoy is being able to edit the names of each package, which is different from other apps. Instead of the brand name followed by the perfect package description I’m able to shorten the description so it fits in the given ‘title’ space. Other apps (may say) you can edit the name, but it never works out. It’s a small tweak but helpful/useful on my end. In case there’s an order that didn’t make it into the queue I can add the tracking # along with any other info I see fit. There’s more I missed, but I’ll leave that for you to find out ;)

One Stop Tracking. EDITED UPDATE: The app is useless now. They sold out and I cannot retrieve my tracking history archive and cannot login without linking my gmail account for them to read all contents. No thanks! All my primary is through IOS, so it’s a waste of space. That’s a shame because it was awesome until the update ruined it. Now, more than ever we need a way to track incoming packages. I utilize e-commerce for business supplies and personal use. I constantly have deliveries coming to and from multiple locations. AfterShip quickly recognizes tracking numbers and updates me on progress with notifications and exceptions. I’ve never used an app that’s so easy and intuitive. I can’t say enough good things about how smart the architecture is. Quite simply, it just works.

Delivery status? Still no word. March 19, 2022 So the third delivery date has come and gone and like with the other two delivery dates I haven’t received an email nor my product I ordered. Today I sent an email asking how can I get my money back let’s see if I will get a response for that. I really was looking forward to using this product. March 14, 2022So it’s been one month and one day today since I placed my order. This review is so far the only way I can seem to reach out to these folks. I’d rather not do it this way, instead I’d rather just reach out to them and say can you tell me what the status is? Not going to rate any stars at this time but at the end of two months if I have not received either the product I ordered and paid for or at the very minimum an email explaining the delay I will star rate at that time. Peace out for now ✌️OK so now it’s making me rate before I can hit send so I will do a middle of the road star rating

Nothing has been delivered…. Not really. Everything has been delivered and this app totally delivered when I first installed it. Now nothing updates. According to AfterShip I have nearly two months worth of “pending” shipments just sitting around going nowhere when in reality everything shipped and was delivered on time but this app just suddenly randomly stopped reflecting that. It seems to have no problems figuring out that I’ve bought something but that’s all it does now. I do all my shipping online and receive packages from any number of carriers so I highly doubt the issue is updates somehow never being communicated by every single one of those carriers, particularly because I have all the shipping confirmation emails. AfterShip just completely misses those for some reason even though my email account still shows as being linked to the app. Bummer - I really loved it at first.

Fantastic app!!. I got sick and tired of maneuvering back-and-forth from FedEx to UPS to USPS etc. and then I came across this app and it all compiles in one screen for me. It’s super convenient it’s super easy and I don’t even have to look for a tracking it automatically upload all the tracking information just according to my name and my address granted I had to give out my name and address in some light personal information. Nothing serious, but still it’s phenomenal. It’s a huge help and it illuminates so many apps on my phone!! I will say I have used other tracking apps, but this one is the most accurate up today and on point and remain a customer/user. Great job Devs!!!

A app hero. This app has help me contact my carrier when my packages got delayed and has helped me find purchases that were not mine, which included someone has stolen my card information. Without the app telling me about order confirmation that was not mine, I would have been charged 5 times without knowing, you may say just look at your bank activity. I don’t look at my bank activity because i thought "I trusted” apps I used or started using. But overall thank you creators of the app for making me stress free P.S - I was not planning to write a review on this app but I had to share my experience

I’m recommending to Everybody. I order some t-shirts and the company recommended that I download After Ship. This app is pretty cool and takes the stress off of knowing what’s happening to your packages. It’s pretty accurate and that is a huge plus. If anything is late or delayed you know in real time. I appreciate that time and work this app has put in. I’m trying this app for another package I have coming from a different company. I will continue to use it in the future. My packages were coming through UPS; only knew that after I placed my tracking number into After Ship. So bonus they give you that information. Lol But for a free app it’s worth the download.

Best App Ever. Since COVID and me working a lot, I’ve done more online shopping than I wanted to. Normally, I would have like Fedex and UPS text me for updates but with so many it was hard to keep track of which package was which. This is beyond user friendly, gives me the option to go on the actual carrier website through the app, can have apps and your emails sync into Aftership to add tracking numbers. I think my favorite part is being able to give shipments names so I could keep track of what package is coming. I used Parcel before this, but was saddened when it asked for a subscription if I wanted to add more than 3 packages, but I’ve had up to 6 packages on Aftership, still free.

Delivery updates. So I don’t dislike the app by any means & this is my first time using it. I love how accurate the updates are and the fact that it gives you a map. But it would really help if they worked. Why I say that is backside I had a package say it was departed from Jacksonville over a day ago but the map had been stuck on Jacksonville for the past two days and hadn’t moved. I don’t know if I can trust the accuracy of the app either. The site of which I bought the product had a better estimation the AfterShip. By no means am I downing either of the companies here, I am simply asking for more efficient updates and making sure peoples packages don’t disappear if possible.

Best tracking app for packages I’ve found!!. Everything seems to be tracking pretty good so far besides I see some things say they are not moving but when I check on the actual shipment they are. But they are at least making you aware and telling you to check on it because it’s been x amount of days. Happy with it so far. Update: They seem to have fixed most of the glitches and I rarely check anything else besides this now because it is constantly giving updates. I receive many packages a week and this app keeps everything in one place without having to put it all here myself, just attach email and your done! That easy!

WOW! VERY impressed!. I happened to stumble into this app looking for a tracking app, and I am very glad I took a chance on it! I have used it to track several packages from different sources, and it has not disappointed me at all! And the coolest thing: no hidden charges of any kind when using it! I have yet to enter a tracking code/number that it has not recognized, and time and again provided me with reliable tracking updates! WELL DONE!!! UPDATE - Sorry, but I had to take back one of the stars due to recent events. Recently the app keeps displaying a LOT of internal error messages indicating something has happened ‘on AfterShip’s end’, and will not allow me to perform any manual updates... Any idea on when will this issue be FIXED?

Best tracking app I’ve tried. I’ve been looking for an app to track packages, and there are obviously many to choose from. However, I always found something I wasn’t satisfied with, be it long lag times with updating tracking on the app, or features being hidden behind pay walls. In addition, I love how you can track internationally as well. Many other apps can only track domestically, or only specialize in international tracking. AfterShip is able to cover United States and international shipping very well. AfterShip checks all the boxes for me and has a very simple UI! Very satisfied with how everything has gone and will continue to use it!

Excellent!. Not sure why others are saying it's slow to update, etc., but on my iPad4/HP laptop/Samsung Edge+ it is anything but exceptional. From placing the labels on packages to each stop it makes, all (and I get many) of my deliveries have been tracked and updated on-time. How do I know that someone won't use this info to intercept and/or come to my house and pickup packages left without a signature? Well as with all apps, you either trust them with your info or you don't. Being at home all the time and having security cameras (and a Ring doorbell) would spell trouble for anyone who tried, so I feel safe using this app. Great job developers, perfect app for someone who receives multiple deliveries or just the occasional one.

Smooth Simple way to access all shipments in one app.. The app performs exactly how it’s advertised to you. It will save you time digging through emails for a tracking number. Make your orders, copy tracking numbers into app, and forget about them. Very streamlined interface too, for example, when you have a tracking number copied on your clip board, the app will automatically ask you if you’d like to track the copied number without you needing to look for a place to paste it. It works great with international orders too. You can opt to have the app notify you when there is an update on the tracking number as well. No text messaging/email update services necessary. The app runs smooth without any lag on my iPhone X and I’m happy with it. 5 stars.

Better than most (if not all) tracking apps available. The amount of carrier services Aftership offers tracking for is insane! I’ve had difficulties trying to track packages handled by China EMS (ePacket) and Shenzhen Jinghuada Logistics Co., Ltthan in the past, and that’s more than likely due to international shipping. However, thanks to Aftership, I’ve had no issues with any tracking from any carrier what so ever! Overall, this app provides accurate tracking, descriptive shipping updates, and who could go wrong with a user-friendly interface that’s effortless to navigate and understand? This app is better than most, if not all tracking apps available for free. Thank you developers for making such an awesome tool that I use almost daily!

I believe your good people. I would expect packages all the time. I would expect them to be late during this pandemic and I would tell myself they were way late so I would go your App or sites and type all that they asked from me and I would not get any info. Now tonight i got on your App and I finally got some info. So at first I thought it was a bogus app because some bogus sites are supposed to send me stuff and I haven’t heard anything for months so I was tickled pink when I got on and seen activity. There’s still some time left so I’m going to keep tracking and hopefully your app will continue to impress me. HIGH 5

privacy concerns. I have some general concerns about it encouraging you to give it email access (I didn’t) so make sure to read through the privacy policy if you want to do that, I guess. It also pastes from my phone clipboard every time I open the app, which is shady. It doesn’t use the clipboard to auto-fill a new tracking number or anything (which might actually be useful). I turned on push notifs but only received them consistently if I manually opened the app to refresh. I mean, I get it, it’s costly to check all the different shipping services all the time, but notifs are a bit pointless if they don’t push on time. Anyway, it does what it says for the most part, and it’s free. I like the map view. I had a bunch of packages from different services coming this week, so it filled a short-term need for me and I’m deleting it after.

Designer label baseball jackets. I have ordered two designer label baseball jackets from THISSPORTY, and I am so pleased with the way that you keep me alerted with updates and tracking information that is so specific and current that the few other companies do! I will continue to order your products at least once a month, even though they come a long distance, thank you for the updates, the tracking information and the constant info about my delivery! Each product is good quality and exactly what I expected for the price! Thank you again, and I will continue to order from you! Keep up the good work! I highly recommend the products, and please keep me informed as you always do. Thank you again!

Wonderful way to keep up with online orders. This app just keeps getting better. I used it prior to gmail integration and would manually paste tracking numbers in, and now you don’t even need to do that. It just automatically loads your shipments based on your email if you allow it to and then let’s you know when things have been delivered. I find it super helpful at my apartment complex because deliveries are inconsistent and it’s hard to know where something was delivered to (mailbox, Office, door, etc). With this app, I not only have a gauge at a glance as to when something was delivered—I can check where to confirm where I need to look for packages. It’s great.

AfterShip Rocks. I’ll have to say that giving a 5Star review is tough these days. The Covid delays etc. That being said, linking email and just watching the shipments load and track is great. There are times I’ve got to reset or give the app a little nudge by erasing a tracking number and reloading. International shipments are delayed and sometimes communication does fail. Overall, I’m always seeing my stuff everywhere and then able to contact those sellers who I see delays with. Generally they know more about their end and then I can connect the dots and figure out the breakdown in communication. I love having this available to me.

Wonderfully Helpful App. I often have 7-10 packages being delivered to my home at a time. It becomes difficult to track which package is going to arrive when or if one gets misdelivered. I tried the old pen and paper method but that was unsuccessful. I tried a few other apps before stumbling upon this one but wasn’t fully satisfied with any of them for a variety of reasons. Now my tracking numbers are autogenerated into the app. I can label each entry/package to know what it Is, see where it is along the trip to my home, and I receive email updates regarding the delivery. The app does so very much more but these few things exceed my needs for now. Thank you for putting so much thought and work into this.

Outstanding!. I used to use five different shipping apps until a happened across this little gem. I have tried several all in one package tracking apps and none of them work as well as this. AfterShip eliminates the need to have individual apps from the varying shipping companies. I receive packages from UPS, US Postal Service and FedEx to name a few and was using individual apps from each company, as I could not find an all in one shipping app to track packages. Then I came across this gem of an app. The app is well developed for its purpose. AfterShip has allowed me to delete all the other tracking apps I was using. The app receives and sends information quickly, much faster than the individual apps allowing me to have a more thorough accountability of my packages. This app is excellent for tracking across different shipping platforms and I highly recommend it, especially as it is still currently free. If you are among those that receive frequent packages from different carriers, then this is a must have app!

So Simple & Less App Shuffling. I’ve used a few different apps for keeping up with my orders, but THIS APP right here!!🙌🏻🙌🏻 I don’t have to copy and paste my tracking numbers; flipping back and forth from app to app. I have no issues with linking multiple emails I’m my settings (though you can choose to log into several merchant accounts through the app) to end up not automatically adding all my purchases- leading me to take the flip fop route. THIS APP is set up in a way that once you’ve received the notification your item has shipped through your merchant app, the number or carrier will be a hyperlink...THAT TAKES YOU DIRECTLY TO THIS APP AND...BOOM!! All the hard work is done- all you have to do is wait for that glorious “Ding!” of a successful delivery!!

Awesome app, please change design of widget. First off, thank you for giving users an app to track many shipments for free! I had to delete the Parcel app because I found out I had to pay in order to add more than three packages. My only complaint for this AfterShip app is the widget. I’d like to use the medium-sized widget, but with this app, I can only see one package with the medium size. There’s a lot of blank space on the top and bottom of the widget to be able to add another package to view (also the same for the large-sized widget). I previously used the Parcel app which had a widget that looks clean and has all the info I need in one glance. If you could fix the widget design of your app so that it’s something similar to Parcel’s, that would definitely make this a 5-star app for me!

Where has this been all my life?!. This app is just what I needed. It helps me keep track of shipments and saves me time from going back and forth between different freight carriers websites. Geez I wish I knew this app existed years ago, lol. I'm happy this popped up as a suggested app when I was visiting USPS' website. You guys have no idea how much time it saves me. I love the push notifications as well. You also get to apply a "name" to each tracking number you enter which I just title it whatever I'm having shipped. Sometimes there are so many shipments I'm receiving, I forget what in the world they are, lol so those titles come in handy. I hope you guys enjoy this app as much as I do. It's no mess, no fuss. Nice job developers!
