App Bugs. I have been an existing TGIF rewards member for many years, so I had a lot of points in my account when Friday’s changed their Member Interface which required me to ‘transfer’ my old account to their new system/app. I successfully did the transfer because I get notification emails about new offers and notices of my points Balance. The problem is, if I try to log in using the app, it treats me like a new member asking me to fill in my name, password, birthday, etc. when I do this, it gives me an error window stating my email is already in the system! The app won’t let me log in as an existing member. I’ve tried deleting the app and reloading it. Only way I can get to my account is through the internet. Please fix the app!!!

Bazinga!!. Awesome app... well just to be clear.. not a spokesman or brand ambassador(wish I was... where do I apply for the job?) Great, consistent products. Awesome atmosphere, and yes, yes, yes. The service is great. Thank you for being consistent and always keeping true to your promises(rewards programs and always willing to assist with a technical glitch) Great people working for you. If you need an extra technical guy... I would be more than happy to assist(for a fee off course... whiskey glazed buffalo wings.. yes pls) All and all(all bs aside), this post is to say thank you to a brand who has always been consistent in delivering the same delicious food. Needs improvement. My friend and I went in late night. We ordered an appetizer and one drink each. We received our drinks and appetizers in a decent amount of time. However waitress never checked back with us. We would have ordered another cocktail but, by the time she came back… she told us last call had been made? We were never asked if we wanted last call. Never heard any last call. We were in the bar area. The waitstaff acts as if they are doing you a favor waiting on you and don’t seem to need to make good tips.

The app is easy to navigate but has bugs!. The app was weird because it would not take apple pay and it worked everywhere else all day so it was the app. Then it wouldn’t take the picture of the c/c and only gave me the option to give them full access to my pictures which I didn’t like. Also when asking if i want utensils 🍴 it was weird. It asks if i would and the yes/no are in this order and its a toggle and yes is the no spot and vice versa. Confusing which is pretty obvious and simple. It also put all my info on my pick up like first last phone address and i was just picking up already paid so i didnt feel comfortable.

Poor service & incorrect order. Got a server in training and short of staff. Ordered chips and salsa as I am a rewards member. Server in training came by to get our drink order - which we had already placed. She left candy back 8-10 minutes later to get food order. Asked if the chips and salsa order had been placed. She assured us it had. While waiting on our food she delivered chips and salsa to two other tables who had come in after us. Got our food. Still no chips and salsa. Have been here almost an hour and a half to get Cobb salad and drinks. Trying to pay check and leave. Still no chips and salsa. No mention of it by “server in training”. Never saw the trainer. Every time the trainer came by her comments had something to do with “I am one person trying to do it all by myself.” This is why a group of 8-10 who used to come on Tuesday nights has stopped coming here. Poor service, orders not correct, harried wait staff who were constantly and consistently composing about the shortage of staff. No customer comes in to hear that. They will simply stay away. I had hoped things had changed and I could possibly get the group to give this location another chance. That is not going to happen at this point.

Great update but where are my current points. I can not log in. I logged in via Apple and it when o try to create my account again, it states it already exists. Not happy. I have spent a lot of money in this restaurant. If I could give it a zero, I would. As of today June 4, I was told to try downloading the app again. It still does not give the option to login using your Apple ID. I have spent a lot of money in the restaurant doing caterings and my points that I earned are lost. I support a IT department and I do not get this update or why important questions were not asked or answered before this was release. This app continues to tell me I already have an account but will not allow me to click “forgot password”. Such a disappointment. Another 0(zero) for the app and the generic response from their support staff.

Bad. This app looks ice but it looks like it is just a wrapper for the website. There are annoying problems: 1. Seems like every time I open this it asks me to log in again. So it's constantly logging me out. 2. The login page is set up in a way that breaks password auto fill. This makes the logging out thing that much more annoying. So every time I have to log in, I am forced to type out my email address every time. Is something you want to do?

Awesome App never a problem. I have been using this app for years with never any problem whatsoever!! So all the bad reviews about the app crashing is FALSE!! I have it on iPhone 6s and a iPhone X and both have worked flawlessly. I use it constantly and have over 4500 points. I redeem points and order food online without ANY problems. GREAT APP!!

Not the same. Fridays is not the same. The food has gone down hill and customer service too. Raquel at store 1217 was not very nice. My daughter who is 21 ordered a drink…Raquel looked at the ID for a long time then said I will let you slide??? Let her slide…she’s 21. She needs Alcohol Awareness training. Don’t insult my child or myself. She then came back with our drinks and was saying something under her breath and I looked at her crazy then said never mind. My water had little white things floating in it. Our food came, the loaded mash potatoes were watery. Exchanged them for Mac n cheese, that was watery. The chicken was gummy. It’s just not the same food consistency. We used to love the food here.

Here’s to a great institution of dining. It’s nice to know you can get a meal you can count on at T.G.I. Friday’s. I have been going to Friday’s for over 40 years and always enjoy the dining experience. Great staff, interesting and widely varied menu and always appreciating its customers through the Stripes program, you can count in them for a friendly relaxing atmosphere.

Frustrated. When trying to use the app for my rewards it told me I had to download the new app which I did and reset my password successfully. However, it will not let me log onto the rewards. I keep getting error. After resetting my password 3 times, I could still not get on. I tried to fill out a contact me page and it would not accept it because the I am not a robot would not function. This is all very frustrating as I am a frequent quest at TGI Friday’s and I am not able to use my rewards. Lots of bugs in this app.

Annoying Bug. Overall I like the app, BUT the last 2 updates have failed to fix the annoying, ever-present “message badge” LONG after the message had been reviewed AND deleted. The only time it “changes” is when Friday’s sends a new message notification; then the annoying badge gets “changed” to reflect 1 new notification. Go in & read message, delete & the badge continues to appear (like it was never read). I’m to the point I simply ignore the notifications now, which from a marketing perspective isn’t what you want a customer to do. If Friday’s ever fixes this bug (which wasn’t there initially for the longest time), then I’ll start reading their motivation messages again. In addition, I just “updated” the app, which required a password reset. Thanks to the “stellar technical guru” who designed that change, I can NO LONGER login to my account at all! Simply fantastic; now I can no longer access my rewards to redeem for free food! “Thanks,” Friday’s for that brainstorm. Now the app is COMPLETELY useless.... 🤬

Login Doesn’t Work. I’ve never had any problems with the app before the update. The last about 6 times I’ve tried to log in to see what rewards I have available or even to scan my receipt to get more points, it won’t let me. It keeps telling me the email and password doesn’t match. Yet I can go online and log in just fine using the exact same information! Extremely inconvenient! What’s the point of the app if you can’t log into it to use it? Please fix it. Trying to keep from deleting it but looks like I may have to after all.

Family Meal OMG!. Just ordered the Family Meal for curbside. It doesn’t feed 4-6. I think it feeds 10 people! At least 50 big fried shrimp and maybe the same number of chicken tenders. Enough French fries and fresh salad to feed an army. It was 25% off too! Delicious and had I known I would have invited people over- if we weren’t practicing social distancing. Leftovers galore

Buggy. No pickup time specifier?!. I don’t understand why pickup food apps exist that don’t permit you to specify a pickup time. Half of the point of ordering pickup is that I want food LATER. So you decide my pickup time for me... but the app says 9:47PM and the email sent simultaneously says 9:57PM. That and other bugs, including the submit payment button not working, and one time the fields for credit card info not even showing up, and you get a pretty half-assed app in terms of coding and QA. It would also help to get to see a summary page before you give a final submit. I had to cancel an order after realizing I’d picked the wrong restaurant, since the summary doesn’t pop up until AFTER you pay. Feature request after fixing the absolute basics: updated calorie counts based on which ingredients you remove. I hold so much appreciation for apps that do this, as a calorie counter.

Still needs work. Love to pick up food from here but I’m still surprised that some simple features are not included such as being able to use my reward points during a mobile order. Track order status. App screen doesn’t fit my phone screen (iPhone XS). Ability to request extra sauce. Give reviews about my order when it’s not ready on time or incorrect. Other apps have it, seems standard nowadays.

Now Unusable. It was never great - glitchy, extremely pushy, and only actually good for keeping track of my stripes/points. But now it won’t even do that much. It’s rejecting my password, only offering a reset by email, then not actually sending that email. It said “a few minutes”, it’s been hours. No, it’s not in my spam folder. I’ve been refreshing that as well as my inbox. I had the email (re)sent almost two hours ago and it’s still not here. I’m waiting to find out that this is just a cover because my points are mysteriously gone.

TGIFridays needs an overhaul. Customers are not coming here, I remember the days of waiting in line. Food and service were always good. Menu has gone downhill for years. There’s nothing good on the menu. Go back to what made you good or you’ll be closing your doors. Today there was no help. Manager finally took our order. Manager came back 1/2 hr and said overcooked one meal. It was being remade. Order arrived finally and my appetizer was overcooked and horrible. You charge too much for bad food, limited options, and bad service.

App is great but employees should know how to use it. I wasn’t sure how to redeem my rewards. I didn’t know whether to redeem before or after I ordered my food. I had to call the store for help, they told me that employees are not allowed to use the app! Anyway I think you order the food first then redeem. It’s a little confusing

Don’t waste your time. This app is useless. It allows you to enter all of your information but when you log in to get your “rewards” it states that something is wrong on their end and to try again later. When reaching out to their “customer service” they tell you to delete the app, reinstall, and request a new password. did this 2x with the same results. Finally someone requested the error message and the replayed back with their standard email: delete the app, reinstall, and request a new password. Forget the app and wait for coupon in the mail.

I love Fridays...The Server was Horrible!. Allen was very standoffish and inattentive! Seemed agitated when we inquired about the specials, forgot our fries, no spoons for the tea, brought the check and 10 min later still didn’t return to get the payment. We walked out and left the cash on the table!! Horrible experience and we live 1.5 hours away and had to leave, but will contact the manager in the morning!

Quality of Service. 1. My waitress (Nikky)met me at the front doors, Iwith a smile on her face, I was impressed! 2. Her understanding of menu item, which make the service at this Friday’s, smile never seem to dwindle no matter how many tables she had. I was really stunned of her quality. 3. My order and my food seem to be taken/received at the same time. Everything was exactly what was needed to enhance my food to the level I like. Smile, still going strong. 4. The food was great! 5. Ask for to go boxes, everything was brought to match my whole table. She even placed the items in containers, I still am enjoying that smile while going 90 miles an hour so she can satisfy her customers! 6. Wow, she’s a keeper!

False Advertisement. Don’t bother. This app does not give you rewards credit for your purchases, nor do you get a free appetizer for signing up. The full site, mobile site, and the app does not work when it comes to more then half of its features or services. You also can’t get a response through they’re customer service number, nor the inquiry sheet they make you fill out when there’s a problem. It actually doesn’t go thru at all. All I’ve gotten through numerous attempts for weeks to get my balance corrected was technical difficulties. I’m filing a formal complaint against Friday’s with the FTC, and any other agency that protects consumers against fraud and false advertisements.

Awesome service from Deven!. I’m always pleased with the quality of my meals at TGI Fridays! The last two visits I’ve had at the Newburgh, NY store I had the pleasure of being served by Deven. He is a outstanding server! Even though on the last trip he was very busy he gave me the best service! I look forward to returning and hopefully Deven will be my server again! Upset Customer. I am very upset! I have been trying to log into my account for the past week. Myself and my entire team at work eat here almost daily spending thousands of dollars here and now all the points we have accumulated are unavailable this is unacceptable! I am unable to log in it keeps displaying wrong password so I reset my password knowing for a fact my password I enter in is not wrong. I have now changed my password for the 3rd time this week and I keep receiving an error of oops it’s probably us not you. What is going on? I have well over 500points available that I am unable to use. We need answers!

Last visit. I’m out of town on business and I found a TGI Fridays I get my normal order Parmesan chicken with the ribs and the ribs were not very good at all which is not normal so tonight I thought I would try a different TGI Fridays and got potato skins I drive 20 minutes back to my hotel to dip my potato skin into ranch instead of sour cream might not sound like a big deal but when you’re in a hotel with nothing I am disappointed twice,didn’t even eat the potato skins

New version much worse than previous. Don’t know what Friday’s did with their app but the new version is a significant downgrade vs their previous version. The new revision is noticeably slower and less responsive. Even after downloading a newer update with “bug fixes” the promotions screen is still not accessible. Selecting the promotions screen makes the items appear briefly before the app shifts the view to the rewards screen. Is Friday’s trying to discourage using the membership promotions with this change?

Game on!. I cannot name all bc I would leave that or several names out. Great working collaborative togetherness. I tip my hat. They get flooded and ambushed due to location alone. They make it happen. Especially during these challenging times. This place makes me happy. Why? Because of the servers and atmosphere!

Hot Mess - Can’t login or reset password. Attempting to use app after not using it for a while. So my login is not working. I’m assuming because I need to transfer to the new rewards program. After multiple requests to reset passwords, finally received one email response. Reset password successfully and the login still doesn’t work. I even attempted to create a new account but no it says my phone number is already linked to an account. Just an awful mess no matter if I use this app or the website. I gave up and went to Chili’s for dinner.

App Update Is Terrible!!!. The new update is awful! Point structure for rewards changed so now the points don’t go as far…that’s if you’re able to actually load that section of the app. The past couple of times I have tried to load that section I get an error. I was someone who used to enjoy going to Fridays at the end of the work week at least 3x a month, so much I reached VIP status. Between the terrible updates to the app, the terrible service I have been receiving in-store, and the quality of the food deteriorating I’m honestly just waiting until I can redeem whatever points I have left & I’ll find somewhere else to wind down my work week.

Can’t create an account. I’ve been trying to create an account for the last 5 days and it won’t allow me to. I wondered if it was the app but I went to the website and filled out the sign up form and that said they’re having problems. So I can’t use the app, it’s mildly frustrating because I’m looking for a bar to go to for football season and found a fridays close to me with nice bartenders. I like perks for loyalty like most people so I don’t plan on spending my time I make to watch football games at a place where I can’t access the perks of the apps because my application isn’t being accepted.

Loving it. The Fridays app is great. The only suggestion i could give is to allow me to make certain request to items that are on sale. Like when i ordered the drink, entree, and app for $13, i was not able to customize my entree to get the avacado and other stuff off the sandwich. Still a great app and love the direction you guys are moving!

Store visit. It was evident today that this location was extremely understaffed. It took approximately 15 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was about 15% occupied and an additional 10+ minutes for our waitress to come to our table. This happened only after asked who our waitress was. The hostess who seated us informed us that she was supposed to be off but remained due to the short staff issue. Once our waitress came over and picked up our table, service was great. Emily was very attentive even though it was obvious she was running between multiple tables. Our food came out in a reasonable time and was great!

Stopped working since the latest update. Since the latest update, I’m no longer able to access or use my rewards in the app. When I click on “Rewards” a loading icon comes up, the pages loads about halfway, crashes, and then the loading icon comes back up, and the process repeats over and over. It never fully loads without crashing. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but the same thing happens. I turned off my phone and turned it back on, but rewards still won’t load. I changed my password but the rewards page still glitches. I’ve never had this problem until the latest update.

Needs Updating. Overall the TGI Fridays app is ok. You can place mobile orders and receive rewards, however you CANNOT customize parts of your order. You also cannot add notes/instructions for your order. This is an inconvenience because I like my food in a specific way. Ordering through the app should be similar to ordering in person. You can only add 1 extra sauce in the app as well. I should be able to add as many sauces as I would like, and should be able to customize any part of the meal.

What did you do to the app???!!!!. I just had to update the app to the newest version and now I can only actually get logged in about 10% of the time. When I do get logged in and go to the rewards page it just keeps flashing and doesn’t do anything. I have 111 rewards points and can’t even use them. Absolutely ridiculous. Stop trying to fix something that wasn’t broken to begin with! My app was working fine just a few weeks ago and now I can’t access anything. Definitely won’t be going to Friday’s until this is resolved and I can use my points and know for a fact I’ll even be able to redeem points. This is definitely a good way to lose loyal customers.

Rewards and new policies. I have been a long time customer. I had many rewards points maybe more than 400 last I checked. I often took parties of 8 or 9. NOW THEY ARE ALL GONE! Not at all happy about that! Also have alway had a hard time connecting to use rewards at the Dickson PA location. As a Result mostly just kept adding instead of using point. It was explained to me today at Dickson Pa that I will have to plan to eat at that location before I leave home to use my point. This location is 50 miles from my home so I seldom make a plan. Well, where are many other restaurants in that area to choose from.

Lost Out on 4 STARS🤷🏾‍♀️. Couple months back, my best friend & I went out a FRIDAY’s franchise. As the waiter completed our orders, he asked “if we had the app?” He told us how you can get rewards and get free appetizers, etc. On our first lunch date, everything was good! We received our receipt and took a photo of the receipt. Okay, great... rewards! Following up with another lunch date, meals was good and collected the receipt. As I tried to take a picture, nothing happen! Ok, type in the points.. completed.. but as days went by and went to another lunch date, no rewards!???!

FIX THIS!. I absolutely love Friday’s and I go there literally once a week or order food from there once a week but this app is broken. I use it in WIFI and it works perfectly fine, I USE IT IN PERFECT CELLULAR DATA CONNECTION AND IT SAYS THERE IS AN ERROR WITH PAYMENT! I TRIED FOUR TIMES IN TOTAL TO NO AVAIL! I called my local Friday’s to order instead, and told them of the little mishap and they said my order DID go through FOUR TIMES. As I am writing this I currently have three of the orders pending on my account because my local Friday’s told me they’d fill one of the orders because it’s the same order I called in. Now I’m currently waiting for a little over $70 to stop pending from my account because the app IS BROKEN.

Great time 🙂. Had a great time with my husband. Waitress was awesome 👏 very attentive and right on point with order. Food what can we say it was excellent we ordered the same thing the Whiskey 🥃 Burger 🍔 with fries 🍟. And it came to us just as we ordered them med rare with extra crispy fries, xtra pickles on the side and jalapeños on side. It was so good cooked perfectly hats 🎩 off to the chief 👨‍🍳. We will be back again Oh I forgot to mention husband had to 603 beers 🍻 came to him nice and cold 🥶

Great Lunch Special. My husband and I both enjoyed the awesome service, fresh million dollar Cobb with grilled chicken salads and yummy grilled salmon and delicious whisky ribs, with most flavor tomato basil, clam chowder or French onion soup, the best thing is our fav server Mary, spoiled us every time, as soon as we said yes to her smiling “The usual?”, we got all we wanted and courteous service ever! We’re so happy to have lunch here almost everyday, why bother even to think anywhere else?

Mediocre app. I have had issues logging into the app before. I have been also been able to log in without any issues. I have always thought my issues were my fault. I recently tried to log in when I was told I needed to change my password. I thought my issues were over. I changed my password twice, still cannot log in. I will wait a couple days and try again. Ok, I waited 3 or 4 days, tried to log in. No good. I changed my password again (probably the 6th time since the recent update) still not able to log in. I’m getting frustrated.

Mr Carlow. I recently dine at Biscayne Fridays and my meal and beverages were great . But I was utterly upset at my server and one the managers that I had to deal with he was rude to showed no remorse or concern to what was done to me I was over charged for my bill . And I wouldn’t have known had I not check my account immediately before leaving after my wife over and saw the sever do something shaky before bringing us the bill and the server didn’t even think to explain what happened I raise concern when I ask to speak to a manager I spoke with Marques .C who was nice enough to explain but the other manger on duty care not to explain nor give his name upon me saying I was upset and it was an inconvenience to me to go threw and a hassle to receive my money back which might I add was not refunded at yet and I am very upset at how I was handling!!!!!😡

Additional instructions. App needs to add additional instructions or options on side orders. Every week I order online and then have to call the restaurant to tell them no seasoning on my side order of fries. When you order the burger that comes with fries you have the option of no seasoning but not available on just side orders. I hate that I have to call and bother the workers to tell them no seasoning on my side order.

Great service. Melissa was amazing the best service I’ve ever received coming to this location. She was very attentive& pleasant . My only concern was the host and the Colleagues around was very loud and seemed like they were looking for attention. Yes the location was Closing soon but the one gentleman with the durag On was very disturbing & irritating. Other than that our experience was great . We will hope to have her next time thank you Melissa

It’s broken.. Since March 22, 2019, when I downloaded this app, it’s been useless. Every time I try to add anything to my order it says, “Please select 99 options for Toppings”.. It is now March 25th. Granted, it’s only been a few days, but you’d think it’d be fixed, at the latest, in 24 hours. I began ordering from Friday’s website through my phone, but this weekend it was messed up so that nothing could be added to the order but still said 5 things were added before I had even chosen anything. After calling the Mentor, OH restaurant 4 times & no one answered, we decided to try the app. The app was no better; you can’t add/ask for extra or less anything, there aren’t even any fields to enter special requests. That is a huge deal to me. Even with a character limit, let me say I’d like extra onions, sauce on the side, or whatever.

Rewards?. I used to love this app. Kinda still do because I eat here often, and I enjoy seeing my points add up but whenever I log into the app for some reason I’m unable to redeem my reward points. It’s been this way for months. I don’t see any contact details to call or email. All of the “bug fixes” within the app but still didn’t do anything about the rewards section. I hope you guys fix this soon. Changed from 3 stars to 5 stars because now it works. You must redeem your reward points using the web. Unfortunately the app isn’t working for me when it comes to redeeming my points.

After updating app and transferring account big issues. After updating app and transferring account it keeps asking to transfer account information and create a password etc. I already did it a few days ago and now it keeps saying account already exists. So then let me login!! It won’t give that option. I have tried everything including reinstalling redoing everything. All my points I can’t access. Only can create yet a new account again or guest. Every time you click existing you get the same run around. Please fix this issue.

Cleanliness. Hello. As you can see by my account, I frequently go to this particular Friday’s. As time goes by, I’ve noticed the cleanliness of the facility is decreasing. From the time you open the door and enter, a smell hits you and it’s not a smell of food. We sat at a booth and the wall was a bit dirty. The floors look like it needs to be washed because it was sticky when walking. I’m a huge fan of Friday’s so please accept this as constructive criticism. Thank you 😁

Lacking some minimal features. The app is very user friendly. It is lacking a feature I believe should be present in all mobile ordering food apps. If I accidentally order at the wrong store I should be able to cancel before food is prepared without having to makes calls. After food is being prepared then yes I should have to make a call. I’m on hold right now because I realized as I was using my fingerprint to pay that I ordered from the wrong store. Fix that problem and it’ll be a 5 star app.

All you can eat shrimp. I had the jack daniels chicken with all you can eat shrimp. Didn’t get a refill on shrimp because they were not very good ( way too much batter). Also the chicken is described as 2 chicken breast. These were not 2 chicken breast it was more like one small breast cut in two. The sauce was good as well as the broccoli and mashed potatoes. However portions were extremely small. I’m glad I’m not a big eater. This meal would not fill most people

Ugly and unintuitive. It looks like TGI Friday’s changed their rewards vendor. They should immediately switch back. Not only is the new app ugly, but it is unintuitive and difficult to use. I now have fewer options to redeem points, and doing so requires several taps through several different menus. I am lucky that all of my points transferred, but my order history, favorite location, and everything else is gone. I also had to register for a new account, which was clunky.

Can’t access my account. I have been trying for weeks to get into my account and have failed every time. My user name and password are correct but I keep getting a pop up that says to check my user name and password. I have tried to reset my password several times but it still doesn’t work. Now it won’t allow you to even change it. I can’t add my rewards for my last visit or use any of my rewards. Please fix!!!!! I hope I don’t lose my rewards!

Never works when you need it. The idea of this app is good, rewards, pay from your table, order online... but it never works. Won’t stay logged in, won’t maintain my login (says my email is not on file when I’ve registered - try to register & then tells me my email is already on file). The app has never worked while in a Friday’s restaurant, you know when you’d like to claim rewards. BUT, boy do they give you a daily notification for an in app deal that you can’t access and actually use 🙄

Not a fan of the newest update. Rewards page fails to fully load, just glitches on the loading screen. As a result, I am unable to redeem rewards points using the app. Also, rewards members now have to go to a separate website to enter rewards codes from receipts instead of entering them in the app as was possible previously. Miss the old version.

LEM. We really like the restaurants, food and servers; however, this new APP is very difficult (for me). This evening the restaurant could not enter my purchase by phone number. I think I finally entered the purchase on my APP, but my prior points were not evident (to me). Earlier, I could not log into the APP. It is getting to the point where it is not worth my time. For the past year or more it has been extremely difficult and at times impossible to use my rewards.

Friday’s, STOP changing your app!!!!. This app gets worse and worse every time the rewards program is revamped. Just stop and go back to the original app when your users could easily access their rewards and upload a receipt and pay with the app. I’m connected to wifi and it’s slower than ever! I can’t access rewards so I have to do it on a desktop- that ultimately defeats the purpose of an app. I love your food and go at least once a week but this is ridiculous.

My complaint. I haven’t been inside but service before COVID was amazing my real complaint is that you need to bring back happy hour you are losing customers because of it you lost me ordering about 12 jack strips per year or more and you are also losing more from the rest and of my family.

Apped Down. The TGIF Ordering option on your app won’t let gift card holders pay for any order when a balance on that gift card isn’t high enough. Today I had to pay for that Friday’s Feast for $28 in full because my gift card balance is $25. Just being $3 short should not allow this debacle to ever occur. PLEASE FIX IT!

Accolades. I really enjoyed my time at Friday’s. It always has a diverse group of people and I find great conversations. Friday’s really does seem to be a neighborhood/community type atmosphere. The management really does go the extra mile to see that people are satisfied. I fully intend to keep coming here for the foreseeable future.

No way to access account. I used iOS to mask my email. They took that option away and/or masked it. No way to input my phone number to access my account. When I try to sign in to the app, it sends an email to the email Apple masked my private email with. Customer service wrote back after hearing, but did not update my account or reply to my further concerns regarding this issue. Won’t be going to Fridays for awhile because of this.

Worthless APP and Rewards Program. I have over 850 rewards points that I have not been able to use in months! Try to log in and on those few times I can I cannot select “redeem rewards” without the screen going to “oops error, try later”. Other times I try to sign in and enter my email address and password and enter and get kicked out of the system. How in the heck am I supposed to redeem my points? Very embarrassing to expect to redeem a reward at the restaurant to find “opps error”.

Fair. App is cool with the exception of being logged out after leaving the app when “stay signed in” is selected. Would also like to see and option for additional notes/instructions for mobile order. I have to call in to the store to order if I want to remove certain toppings.

Login. Every time I go on the app, I have to log in. Even if I hit save password!! It’s so frustrating especially even if I want to check another app for something and go right back to TGIF app...I have to log back in!

Love TGI, hate the app. This app is constantly crashing or popping up with errors. It won’t allow me to use any of my rewards online. If I exit the app for a few seconds it signs me out and I select the “stay logged in” option every time but its really just useless. You can’t even put in notes or special requests when ordering. The app is very limited and in general makes it difficult to order food.

Payment Options. The reason why I downloaded the app was to preorder my food so that I can pick it up and go. I have a gift card, so clearly I don’t have a need to use my card to purchase my food. UNFORTUNATELY, the app doesn’t even have a spot to plug in your gift card information. It also doesn’t give you the option to pay in store (like Buffalo Wild Wings) so that I can present my gift card then. Now I have to go in restaurant and order my food. The whole point of the app is to avoid that. It was a waste of time downloading the app.

App Alerts. App alerts are still showing up although the messages have been reviewed and deleted. I do not having alerts continue to appear as unread notifications. The App Store does not reflect that I need to update the app nor has it updated so that’s not the issue on my end. I simply open the notifications, read them, and delete them, yet they appear as though I have notifications from T. G. I. Fridays. Please advise how to fix this issue, thanks!

Great response to a busy Saturday. We arrived and were told that a party of 40 just put in there order... we were skeptical but decided to stay. And we are glad we did. Your staff did an outstanding job getting our orders in a timely fashion. We Thank you. Our kids thank you!!!

Winchester, VA. Felicia is not only the most amazing server she treats everyone like family!! We have been customers for many years and no matter where in the store you are being served you have the most awesome time. Management is always on their “A” game and the cooks know exactly how to create a hot delicious meal. I’m here it’s always Friday!

Exceptional service from Sean. 938. He sat us down almost immediately. Made sure that we were taken care of and that we got our food on time. Was very friendly and always smiling. Overall, exceptional service. :)

App doesn’t work. It has been well over a month! I would like to order online via this app. But can’t do that if one has to resign up every time we want to order food!

Excellent. The Bridgewater restaurants is one of the best places anyone could go to eat the manager Eric n all the other are so n so great n they come and greet every body in the restaurant the manager Eric is my kid best person there n heiner the guy who clean the table inthe evening he’s another excellent individual very good staff in Bridgewater ni number one place

Manhasset Friday’s. This is the worst Friday’s in the USA. The service is not good, the employees are seen on their phones or doing activities not related to the operation. The bathrooms are always in need of attention. Beverages always take an unusual amount of time to be delivered. We have been waiting for the past 15 min. for a manager so can redeem an award. We eat at this restaurant about once a month and there are always problems. On a good note, the food was tasty and hot.

Log in is terrible!. At this point I’m ready to delete this app. When I attempt to sign in, it tells me my password/email is invalid (which it’s not). I have reset the password multiple times. I log in with the new password & the password/email is still “incorrect”. I’m better off placing orders online from my computer & redeeming points.

Experience at TGI Fridays. Service was slow as we sat at the bar. Had to wait to get served. The table behind me had dirty dishes on from when we got there at2:30 until we left around 5:30 and the table still wasn’t bused. There wasn’t any enthusiasm from the bartenders or the severs, it was like we were unconvincing by being there. Seems like they didn’t want to be there. No one had a smile. It just didn’t feel like a friendly atmosphere.

Agree with cleanliness. I to go to the Rockford /Cherry valley TGIF location and I am not please with the overall cleaning and mess of this facility the floors could definitely be mopped and the bathrooms could definitely be cleaned hourly or at least 3 times to four times a day Just the overall Cleanliness of the Rockford Cherryvale location could be spruced up if you want people to continue to come and enjoy the atmosphere and food I hope management and staff read and Follow through with these suggestions a frequent diner

Can we go back to the past?. Um, this latest update might seem to look nice however from the start, it’s not working out so great. The login screen is a 2 step process versus entering your credentials on 1 page. Once loaded, viewing any menu takes forever to load—assuming this is due to the app now going to a webpage. Request: > Single sign on with Face recognition > Issues with viewing/redeeming reward page not fully loading

I freakin love Friday’s. I’m always traveling and it can be a hit or miss with eating take out or dine in in an unfamiliar area. Friday’s is always the same and delicious, I always know what to expect and that it’ll be a great experience. There are also always new things to try, I just absolutely live Friday’s !!!

Too buggy for a glorified online coupon. This app is terrible. Cannot log in. Tried to reset password but it took multiple attempts. Try to log in again. “Oops it’s probably us. Please try your email or password again.”

Message notifications never disappear.. I don’t use this app often, but I do look out for its notifications. However, even when I erase the messages, I still have it saying there are notifications. No matter how times I refresh the app. It really bugs me.

Does not work. This app has not worked form me in months I’ve reset the password and redownloaded the app but can never log on. I’m so tired of things not working. What’s the point of having it if you can’t use your points

Doesn’t work on my new phone. I love Fridays and I love my rewards! I was enjoying the new app, however after upgrading my phone, I cannot sign in. The app only tells me to transfer my account. And doesn’t allow me just to sign in with my current email address. Before the app update I had lost I lost mega points because of a glitch. I hope this gets fixed.

Great late night. While visiting Tyson’s My server Patrick was awesome and so attentive even after I forgot to put in my points he took the time out to help me put them in would definitely come back in for him to be my server but on another note my food was prepared and served before the bar could poor my pint of blue moon

Declining?. We used to be able to order all flats when we ordered wings. Now we can’t and have always get 80% drums/20% wings. Now we ordered fried green beans and wings and you were out of green beans. The restaurant didn’t seem that busy but our meal took a long time. Our waiter was excellent and ended up going into the kitchen to assist. Our meals were great once we got our food.

Pecan Crusted Salad. The chicken was so hard I couldn’t chew some of it. I told the waiter and he said it’s the pecan crust that makes it so hard! Ah no! It was over cooked! I couldn’t even put the fork through it and couldn’t cut it with a knife. I should have been given a new salad with chicken I could chew and I certainly shouldn’t have had to use points for my salad. It should have been free!

Unhappy customer. The experience today was obscured. The meal I order did not come out to my perfection. I am a value customer, and the management team did not come to the table to apologize for the kitchen mistakes. I will never return back to the Wayne location.

App doesn’t work anymore. The App used to be good! But the recent update made me change my password. Well I keep getting errors, it won’t take anything I put in to change my password to so I can’t log in at all. Very frustrating! And I have several others post the same. Grrr

Decent app, but constantly requires you to login/logout. I like the app and it’s convenient for redeeming, earning, and tracking points. I just wish it didn’t require you to logout and log back in so frequently. Seems to require you to logout/re-login even if you just logged in 10 minutes ago.

Lingering Odors. I’m an avid patron of TGIF. The staff knows me, my family, and friends because often we visit the location. I enjoy the food, drinks, and service. There’s a lingering odor that permeates the establishment. It’s akin to “wet mops” or “damp towels”. It would be great if it would be addressed. It has been an issue for a while. It can get to you after a while.

Ok, but notification won’t go away!. This app constantly has a 1 beside it indicating there is a message or notification, but when I go into the app there is almost never anything there! Sometimes there is a message in my inbox, but even after I delete the message the 1 still stays there in the corner! I go into the app and click on everything I possibly can, and it’s STILL there! Drives me crazy!!

Trying to open this app. Yes I have signed up and for some reason this app is taking a while to open up which no idea why also the site is a different function as well

Needs fixing. Every time I get an alert about a special being offered, it comes into the app through the messages. The problem is that the little red one indicating there’s a message waiting does not disappear when I delete the message. It’s irritating to have that “1” continuing to show up and make me think there’s a message waiting when in fact I’ve already cleared it. I’m about to delete the app because this is so frustrating for me.

Inconsistent. I go to Friday’s often and it’s frustrating that a) I have to continue to reset my password to log in because it always kicks me out and tells me my password is incorrect and b) the red notification tag always says I have between 1-3 messages/notifications despite me going in and clearing everything out. It’s small but annoying.

TERRIBLE. They updated the app, last time I couldn’t upload my points. They also changed the point system I had enough points for a signature entree now with the new point system I need to spend more money. But like I said I was unable to upload my earned points from my last visit. I don’t think I will be going back. I was going once a week. But it is what it is. Lots of places to eat in town.

Could use a few improvements. Not sure if I’m just missing something but every time I order from the app I can never find a place to add a tip. I rarely carry cash so this leaves me in a bind. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a place to leave any kind of notes or special requests. If these two things were addressed I feel the app would be worthy of 5 stars.

Serves and food. Order strawberry lemonade 3 of them and all was watered down the waitress told me the bar made it and that the other table she was serving said the same thing. Never got utensils. Sat for 20 minutes before anyone came to take my order. Also I never received the strawberry lemonade. Worst experience every

No good!!. I’m not sure what happed, not sure if it was an update or what. But the app logged me out of my account a few months back, when I go to sign in it brings me to the page to register for a new account and then tells me my phone number is already in use, but doesn’t allow me to log in!!! So my points and rewards are gone! And I can’t find any information to call to fix the issue.

Exceptional service from Tonja store #0119. I really have to say that your employee provided exceptional service like I’ve never seen before anywhere else! She greeted us at the door seated us down and was also our server and just so friendly! Food was wonderful

Broken to its core. I have tried over the span of 4 weeks, ordering probably 10+ times and there are VERY FEW menu items that don’t have some sort of error. Coupon codes do not work, it crashes the app. Customizing anything is broken as it hits me with a “error you must select 99 toppings” when there’s only 3 toppings to customize! Don’t waste your time here, but sadly their online web client ordering is often times worse. Love Friday’s, but cannot stand their online/mobile ordering!!

Wont allow login even after password change. I used to love this app and it worked very well for me , but not anymore. It wont even allow me to log in to my account . I don't like the way it constantly signs me out either, but now it wont let me log in at all even after doing a password reset. Still isn't working!! Its been months! Please hire some competent people to fix this. We've basically stopped eating at fridays until you do something about it.
