Your information stays private even from us because it’s encrypted using zero-knowledge encryption before being stored in your cloud-based vault. Your passwords and other personal information can be even more secure by enabling two-factor authentication, plus you can use Apple’s Touch ID® or Face ID® so you can access your vault even faster.

Creating and remembering complex passwords doesn’t have to be difficult. Norton Password Manager helps you safeguard your personal information by making recommendations to strengthen passwords, adding more security to your online, digital life.

Your Decision. I was going on my second year of service with Norton. Didn’t have any issues until I changed my phone number. I couldn’t access my account. Contacted customer service and they said I would have to set up a new account because of the two factor authentication (?). Anyway, I asked why can’t they just change it to my new phone number. They said they can’t do that. Never received an answer as to why. I’m very frustrated. Asked them for a phone number. After a few tries of asking for a phone number to talk to someone, they finally gave it to me and said the answer would remain the same, no refund and I would have to set up a new account. As a customer, I am supposed to trust these guys? Absolutely NOT! I will take my business elsewhere. If I could give negative stars, it would. Never seen a customer service like this. I would caution people before using this company. Ultimately, it’s your decision.

Constant server errors the past few months. I have been a Norton customer for many years, I am a LifeLock and Norton 360 subscriber for the past few years. Have been using Norton Password manager for almost 3 years and have loved it and put many friends and family on it. Starting a few months ago, it has been constantly logging me out on my phone, and when I try to log back in, after password and Authenticator app confirmation, it will keep giving “Server communication error, please try again”. At that point, the only solution is to try later and use my Apple Key chain (thanks for that backup). Norton password app on iPhone becomes useless and can’t use it to unlock desktops either. This is not just my iPhone but is happening randomly on my wife’s iPhone as well. 2 different iPhone models, both iPhone 13’s, and have tried numerous times to uninstall and reinstall the app to no avail. I have loved this app and have become dependent on it and hesitant to change, but these months long repeated failures keep costing me time and Aggravation I can’t afford and concerns me about the security and reliability of my data on a security product. I am hoping this resolves itself soon or will be forced to switch to another product. Apple keychain built in to iPhones and macs is pretty good and saved me many times with Norton is failing, but I wanted my security info on a separate service that is cross platform compatible.

Ease of use is keeps improving. I have my phone synced with my two Windows 10 computers thanks to this wonderful tool. If I create a new account on my phone but discover limited website features on my phone’s browser, I just switch to Windows. The login is virtually seamless because the phone app asks permission to sync my password vault. And my Windows browser knows all the login info necessary to pick up with the login and go. I have tried other products like this one, but I’ve always hit a proverbial wall when it comes to mobility between my computing platforms. Now that my phone OS allows me to choose the Norton Password Manager when searching for a saved password *and* make it the default, I am enjoying greater utility on all fronts.

Stop thinking so hard!. I bought the Norton Password Manager and quickly came to 235+ passwords. There is no way to remember all of them. It’s so easy to log in regardless of the device. Click to open the website with them login and password is already entered on a computer. Open the website and then click on “password” at the bottom of the cellular device and with face-id the password is loaded. Super easy to edit. Super easy to generate passwords so you don’t have to try to reconfigure the same password different ways-and then confuse them when you’re under pressure. The other products with the subscription are nice, but this is why I buy the subscription.

Update version doesn’t work and customer service is nonexistant from Norton. Finally fixed it almost a week after they were informed there was a problem that tech support didn’t acknowledge. Don’t they use their own app? I’ve used this successfully for several years. The new “improved” version wallet does not work on an ipad or iphone. It crashes. I’ve made that comment several times, when asked to rate it within the app, but it still doesn’t work. As an update, he couldn’t resolve the problem and told me to contact Norton help for them to access my devices to solve the problem. I called the helpline and got a woman who didn’t have a clue and wanted me to do exactly the same things I had already done three time before. Did she really think the result would be any different? Finally she made an appointment for a level 2 tech to contact me by phone. The call was supposed to be yesterday at 11 am. I’m still waiting for the call. The call came 4 days and two hours after the scheduled time. I wasn’t in a place to take the call. I just got in and saw an update was available. It works! Finally!

Invaluable. Use this app almost everyday. Only thing I don't like is the security part. I mean, if youre an idiot, like me sometimes, you confuse yourself out. And there are two layers you need to get through. Which, again, if you’re not smart, ahem, I forget that. And I enter the first password both times. Or the second password first. I have had to call my wife twice now in the last however many years to get back in. So as a password keeper, it’s great. Not super great for my self esteem. And not a real confidence booster for my wife either. She’s confident on computer passwords. Less confident in her matrimonial choices. Other than that, it's a great app.

URL/Username checking issue. I love my Norton Password Manager (and have relied on Norton products since the earliest IBM PCs) but I’ve encountered an issue… I happen to be a software consultant and have multiple clients with software in the Cloud hosted by the vendor. The web address for each starts out the same and then has a / followed by the client name and environment (PROD, TEST, TRAIN), each of which may have different data. ALL of them use my work email address as my login. But when I try to save another of these various instances with a different password, I get told that I already have an entry at that address for that login. So I think that it may only be looking at the first portion of the URL, which doesn’t work for me. For most people, this won’t be an issue, but unless I use the same password (and have only one Norton entry), then I have problems.

App is good but not transferable.. Ever since Norton merged with LifeLock they have been, obviously, obsessed with monopolizing the security segment. They will save all of your passwords but if you get a new computer or change your account, you cannot transfer your password manager to a new account. Norton also bombards you with “doomsday” pop ups and emails about how you need to upgrade to a more expensive plan to get “all the protect you NEED.” I have a Norton account and 2 LifeLock accounts and Norton has yet to put “2 + 2” together and consolidate my accounts. Soon, I’m just going to move on from both. I have been using Norton (and formerly Symantec) products for more than a decade and previously would have recommended them to everyone but, I don’t do business with companies that try to make monopolies. Keep looking, you will find a company that makes a good product with out the huge price and monopoly.

Like the vault. I really like the vault and the security it provides. Specifically I love the fact that it requires a two step process to access through my phone My only complaint and it’s a big one so that’s why I only give 3 stars. The vault is very difficult to use when setting up or generating new passwords through it. So as a result I find I have to still create my own passwords and write them down before the vault will even accept them and ask to remember them. It makes it extremely difficult and frustrating to use the vault to actually generate new passwords or allow me to edit and cleanup older passwords that are less secure Hopefully someone will actually read this and either provide more assistance or a more straightforward step by step tutorial for setting up new passwords through the vault Excelbiss

Love(d) the app. I used to love this app and the way it seamlessly integrated online, with my work PC, and my personal iDevices. Then, I started having problems, which were mostly resolved after three calls to support. However, I recently upgraded my work computer. I went to the Norton site to download The ID safe and install it only to find out that Norton is no longer supporting this product as a standalone package. Between that and my iDevice app closing on me every time I want to go to or search my notes, I now need to shop for an alternative solution. While I know and trust Norton, and although this product generally gets very good ratings (that have soured since Norton made this decision), I neither need nor want a bundled product. In fact, I cannot use a bundled product on my work computer, and it is superfluous on my phone and iPad. Sadly, since the product no longer receives support, and therefore kills my app when attempting to open my notes, I cannot give the app 5-stars, and I have already moved on to another product well-regarded by PC magazine.

Fantastic App to Keep All your important information!. This app is one of the best downloads I have ever made, no joke. I use it constantly to store any password, credit or debit card, or personal important information that I need. I read that some people say it’s glitching but I haven’t experienced that at all. I am so happy I only have to remember one password and Norton does the rest. I have this app on all my devices and have never once had an issue with it. Sometimes it does take a minute to login but that is because, depending on the protection you want, of all the security measures. I would recommend this to anyone who is tired of trying to remember password after password for every site on the planet. I now have over 160 passwords saved and Norton helps me sign into all of them with little to no hassle. 💟💟💟

Works but needs to load faster. I’ve had Norton for about 8 or 9 years. It has worked well except for one recent day when it just wouldn’t come up (the only time) and one major problem years ago (I let the tech person into my computer and he wiped out all my passwords and they couldn’t get them back; never again!). I have to say, I don’t understand why Norton isn’t straightforward about offering a full package including all virus prevention available. I thought I bought everything and then find out later they are offering a different anti-virus package, and not cheap. They charge plenty and that should include everything. I also don’t appreciate that passwords won’t automatically load unless I use Norton’s search engine. I am now duplicating passwords on the “keyword” app on my devices, which are mostly what I use. Lastly, Norton Password takes way too long to load when I’m trying to get a password. I sigh a lot when I go to put in my Norton passcode because I know I’ll have to look awhile at the picture of that poor guy who shows up each time at the wait screen. He must be very tired of showing up to wait with me! Norton, if you want to keep most of your customers, you need to upgrade a few things, and not at their cost.

Good pw option and bundled with security basically free. Overall, happy with the app works well similar to LastPass which I use for work accounts and more secure and features than say google pw free manager. Only complaint with the app and reason for one less star is when changing or creating a new account pw the first time last pass and google will auto pop up asking me if I want to save. I don’t get that auto pop up with Norton. Solution I’ve found is to log out and log right back in then I’ll get the prompt. Otherwise it’s great face recognition integration on iPhone seamless. Little bit more hassle it’s bothersome that the two other pwmanagers seam to have no issue with it. Maybe this is intended for a reason unknown to me?

Pros & Cons. Pros - works well on the phone. Trusted brand. Secure and easy to use. Cons - terrible for the desktop. Don’t install it. The software is set up, automatically, to grab every password you enter on the internet. If you have passwords that you don’t feel comfortable retaining within a password app, the software will fight with you every time you type them in. It’s a real battle. You have to tell it “no” multiple times and it screws up your login. I don’t understand what engineering genius on something so private as a password ap designs a product that tracks all your desktop inputs to attempt to capture any login that you deem confidential. It’s the most stupid thing ever and a perfect way for Norton to tarnish what would other be a decent product.

Norton Life lock—I love this app!. As someone who has lots of passwords, I especially love its password manager feature. I can generate a password with features that I select, and then set it up to automatically sign me into my sites via my thumbprint or facial recognition. It also has other great features like a vpn, and a tool that allows me to see the information that sites like white pages and others have on me, as well as a tool to request that my info is removed. Lifelock also contacts me when a credit check or credit card application has shown up for me. So far, these have been instituted by me, but it’s nice to see how quickly they contact me for verification.

Don’t Use This App. I used this app for two years. ALL of my passwords were stored in it. Then one day the face recognition didn’t work (it still worked on every other application so it was just this app that stopped working). And, the password also wasn’t working so it gave you directions on who to contact to reset your password. I talked to several people the first day and they told me there is no way to reset my password. I called back two days later and the agent promised to escalate this for me and someone would be back with me within 48 hours. That was over two weeks ago. This is now causing me many hours of frustration to change all my passwords. I thought this was a trustworthy company with good products, but since they can’t reset a password, it makes me wonder if any of their other products are protecting me. I will be changing to another service and also advising others not to use these products.

Excellent PW Vault. I've been using Norton products for over 10 years and I absolutely love them. Norton password manager and the Norton Vault make me feel VERY secure when it comes to managing important credentials. Two step authentication makes things that much better and is an absolute MUST for any login really. I trust Symantec and have for many years, I will continue to trust that they are on top of the latest IT security threats and know their engineers are busy keeping their suite of products updated to always protect their customers #1 asset, their data. Thanks guys! Keep on keepin on and NEVER stop the fight for cybersecurity and reducing the impact of cybercrimes.

One-Stop Shop Covers All. Norton has always been one of the leading antiviral providers for both personal and business clients. Had gotten away from them in the early malware evolution. As that threat has grown and perpetuated to an exhausting level through the computer on line sales sites of everyone; my protection software increased to met my protection needs with 4 additional software packages. This went on for a decade or so, but even with all that, I experienced the calamity of being hacked. So after 2 months of changing accounts, I investigated Norton as an improved software big brother. By migrating to Norton, I was able to eliminate all the other service packages and put everything under one roof. Results was a huge savings with even more coverage. Why would you not do that?

Amazing. Works even when i don’t feel like it!! Have gotten multiple alerts over my 3 yrs of using and have not yet gotten an error (as far as i know on my side but have been saved thousands of dollars ; not to mention hundreds of hours ; trying to recover what I had lost OR had been taken from me - simply because I didn’t know how or what to watch… to monitor my own cyber protection and although I had been lucky so far I knew it couldn’t last ! When I Heard Elvis in the morning of the radio and were promoting LifeLock are in 360 to give it a try, all I can say is: PHEW!Not a moment to soon; thanks to Norton Lifelock 360 I feel confident and safe paying them to monitor my accounts and help me prevent my identity being stolen; especially without me even knowing it was or had happened!!

Absolutely worth it. I love this product! I have literally a hundred passwords that I have to keep track of due to my job as a medical professional, this keeps all my passwords safely on my phone and multiple computers so I can log in to any site I need just by one main managing password that saves all others. It work’s fantastic! They also notified me when someone was trying to open an account at Wells Fargo in my name. I called Wells Fargo to let them know that I got a notification and they were clueless on what to do. I called Norton and they knew exactly what to do and got to work protecting me from fraud. I have recommended it to all my family and I will never again go without it. If you are thinking about getting it I would highly recommend it!!

Good app, but not what they promised originally. I like the concept of a PW manager app, and I liked it even more when Norton made it available offline so long as you had the vault password. Then for some reason, which I am not aware of, they decided to change it to a web based app. Not to sound paranoid, but it makes you wonder why they decided to go that route instead of storing your passwords locally on your own machine, then giving you an option to sync to a cloud or other service only available with a subscription. Then even if you went with another program for protection, you could still have your passwords, they just wouldn’t sync unless you paid for Norton. Sounds logical to me, but I guess they need to focus on enormous pop ups telling me my computer has too many “junk files”. I’m starting to get some Hegelian dialectic vibes. Well the devil you know is better than the one you don’t I guess.

LOVE this app.. This is a great cross platform password manager. I've seen some of the bad reviews and I find them unfounded: 1. "The pass word won't paste" - that is a function of some websites, for security they block a direct paste to the password field so you have to jump through hoops to get it pasted. I fail to see how is this an app issue. 2. "Locked myself out of the vault" - what are the specific circumstances? Are you attempting to reopen from the same account and the same credentials? I don't work for Symantec but I have been using the Norton vault on a daily basis for about 5 years and have hundreds of passwords there. I use it both on my Windows and iOS devices and I could not live without it. I have seen other password vaults and they don't seem any better or worse to me, just different. I love all the features including the password gen, sure some things could be better and some other features could be welcome but I highly recommend this app., especially since is free if you already use Norton in other platforms.

Ridiculous!. Spent all night adding my passwords to the free app. Not very often you see a free app for passwords. I was impressed by this so I did some reading and wanted to give their LifeLock a try. This is where the problems began. They asked for my password. Says my password is wrong. Ok? So wth I change it. I enabled a passcode. Several times. Which was disabled several times! Every time I added my password it says it’s the wrong password! Ok! I change it again!! Seriously folks this is an app to remember your passwords. I may be blonde but I’m not this stupid!! So I call customer service. He treated me like I was stupid but ok no problem. I wait the dumb hour even though I explain to him that I’m not locked out of the password manager that I know my password I’m just trying to pay for LifeLock and it’s asking me for a password. I’m also trying to add it to my iPad also asking for a password which keeps coming up wrong. Like I said I wait the hour as I was told like a good simpleton. I follow the directions. Pretty simple. Click the link. Password reset. It doesn’t work. I’m currently locked out of the iPad app?? Plus the LifeLock app. However can still get on the password manager! Can’t make changes? Can’t pay for their services. At this point many hours spent but do I want to spend a dime on their service’s?? Hmmmm I might be rethinking this one!!

Great app (finally) but awful support. I spent some time adding in all my passwords in this mostly simple to use app. I then realized that Touch ID would not be a great option in my country where you could easily be forced physically into pushing the Touch ID button if your phone was violently stolen - which happens. It's not evident how one switches off Touch ID in the app - there is no switch for this. So I did live chat with Norton. The person was clueless- didn't know the answer. And he said that Norton no longer support the App as of June 2017 - true/untrue? A dismal and useless support service. I then spent hours looking at alternative apps with the prospect of having to rewrite all my passwords. Then I finally figured out that if I disable the PIN it also disables the Touch ID - which is fine but not at all properly labeled in the App. The support was just lousy and I wish I could bill the support agent for wasting hours of my time looking for an alternative when, if he had known his product would have taken 10 seconds to give a proper answer.

It’s nice when it works. 2.5 stars really. When it’s working, it works well and does what it’s supposed to. This is my first password manager so nothing to really compare it to. But about 1/4 of the time I get the “something went wrong” message and either the mobile unlock just doesn’t work, or it won’t even let me sign into my password vault. This is what’s happening to me right now, after turning on my computer after it had been shut down overnight. I just can’t access any of my passwords. Update: sometimes the issue previously mentioned can be solved by restarting. But if you are using more than one chrome profile on your computer, usually one of them can’t open or use the password vault. Also, on my phone, the password vault is suddenly requiring me to enter my Norton 360 password to open the vault (which I stored in the password manager under the reasonable assumption that as long as I remembered my vault password that would be enough). So you need to remember multiple passwords to even be able to use the vault. And you never know how long it’s actually going to take to access your passwords—could be 30 seconds, could be 10 minutes, which makes things dicey if you have a meeting in the morning, for example.

I would give a 5 star rating, but I wish I could back them up elsewhere. Pro’s: I really do like the app, it’s easy to use and seems to be secure. It’s also the only free password app I’ve come across so far that allows unlimited passwords. Cons: I really wish I could back up my passwords to iCloud or securely download them to my files ect. As of now they’re all inside this app, so if anything happens to the app.. (or my phone?) I’m guessing they would all be lost with it? So, I’ve been having to write them all down elsewhere, therefor making it double the work. And the reason I wanted this app was to have something that made this whole process fast, easy & secure so I didn’t have to do this, but have peace of mind knowing my passwords will never be lost or leaked.

Fantastic App! Use it daily w/ no issues. I use this app multiple times a day with no issues. I’m surprised when I read others reviews because I’ve not experienced any of the issues they describe. In fact, this app has helped my family become more secure with our logins. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I wished the app offered a reminder to save new login information without having to sign out of where I was. Example: I just set up a Cavna account and Cavna kept me logged in. I almost forgot to log my login information in the vault otherwise I would have lost the password and would have had to reset it. The only time I get the question if I want to save to the vault is when I’m logging in for the first time, not when it’s being set up. Other than this issue, it is nearly perfect app that I find easy to use everyday and again has truly helped me become safer on the internet.

Just Stopped Working. I’ve had Norton for 6 years and have accumulated over 200 logins. When I got my new phone last week, the Vault started acting weird. It wouldn’t populate a login on a page so I would have to manually go into the Vault and copy/paste the login where I wanted it to be. I thought I just needed to redownload the app, so I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Now the Vault won’t let me login with my password, and I know I haven’t changed it in the last week. When I called about getting help, the manager I spoke to, Cusjal(?), basically told me it was my fault because I deleted the app and didn’t know my password, even though I had not changed it, also, there was nothing he could do. That I would have to delete the Vault and create a new one. I literally had everything in that vault, it will take me months to get half of what I had. I don’t plan on renewing my subscriptions, honestly I want to cancel it right now but I need to find something and do research before I do. I will never use Norton again.

User friendly and awesome features. I really like the Norton Password Vault. Not only can you store passwords, but also addresses and it has a wallet section for your cards, online banking and apps such as cash app and Venmo. You can make notes and generate strong passwords that are automatically saved and add another layer of protection by clicking the toggle switch that activates the need for the vault password to access a certain app or profile password. You can also select sign me in automatically for each individual website, which is super convenient. The password manager section on your safety dashboard tells you how strong your passwords are or how many times you’ve duplicated that password, how long ago you changed the password for each site. It has an option to auto change it right there. You get an overall score on your ability to create strong, safe passwords. When you generate a password, you can edit it, and make it longer or smaller and it tells you the odds of someone being able to figure out your password. My only complaint would be, you know cause we have to have at least one complaint lol I noticed it doesn’t always update the password if you have to change it, so I get stuck because it tries to enter and old password. There may be a way to fix this that I’m not seeing but that would be the only thing I dislike.

Great App (when working). I love this app, great place to store all my passwords instead of trying to remember them. Usually works great but it stopped working for me about a week ago. Chat support told me it was a known mobile app issue and that it should be resolved in 24-48 hours. When it was still not working more than 72 hours later Chat support now tells me to contact the Norton online forum because they don’t deal with apple products. This is the Chat support the app itself takes you to. I asked for the phone instead which told me to try a delete and reinstall. This eventually worked but the app fought against signing in at first. Kept rejecting my VIP request approval. But finally let me finish signing in and app seems to be working fine again. The frustration caused by the poor support and the signing in problems cost them the star.

Questionable Protection. Not sure that I can trust Norton 360. I have been getting Open Vault requests, on my phone, at times when I have not attempted to open my vault, from my PC. When I contacted Customer Service via chat, I got a person, with a foreign accent (sounded like someone in India - I should know because I had a career in IT software development and have worked with many amiable developers from India). Unfortunately, level one support did not seem to understand the issue and I was bumped to a higher level of support, who also could not help me. Third level, same result. Wanted me to open my vault. I received two more requests, to open my vault, today, though I didn’t initiate the vault opening. I’m concerned that some nefarious party has obtained my phone number and, if I opened my vault, as requested, would have access to my passwords. Contacted a higher level of customer support, today, by phone. Was escalated twice. Still, no one has a clue as to what to do. They wanted me to open my vault, as requested, though I didn’t initiate the vault request from my computer. Clueless as to what to advise. They want me to talk to her another level of customer support, who is going to call me about this issue . . . .

Why didn’t I start using this sooner?. Managing my passwords had become very frustrating. The idea of generating truly secure and unique passwords for all my various logins was not something I thought I could trust. What would happen if I lost or forgot one of the new passwords? Finally, the whole password thing overwhelmed me and, out of desperation, I tried generating a new password and login and put it in my vault. When I went to login to that site again, I was prompted to use what I had saved in my vault, and one click later I was logged in. I really had no idea it would be that easy. After I felt more comfortable trusting the app, I dug a little deeper and saw that several of my logins were repetitive and should be changed for better security. Looked easy, so I followed the simple instructions to make my online accounts more secure. It was all a lot easier than I expected. The sense of security is great. I highly recommend.

MAKES LIFE EASIER!. I say it makes life easier because for me this is true. No more do I have to get my password book out. Find I didn’t update any changes in my password book etc. In addition, signing into various websites I visit often, is a breeze! I also don’t mind that if there is a problem I need to work on it to fix it, I can usually figure the glitch out in just a few minutes too. Norton does offer this password saving program in their anti-viral programs as well, with support. I found I didn’t really need that so I just have this part of their service. If you down load this APP have patience and take your time. It’s a bit challenging but so worth it in the end. I have been using this app for about 8 years now!

WARNING!. First, they don't mention money in the description, but this app is not free. Second, either Norton has no ethical standards or they sell and share your personal information, because after I created an account, which included giving them my e-mail address, I started getting bombarded by spam e-mails from Norton telling me to protect my devices. When I say bombarded, I am not exaggerating. Just yesterday I I got eighteen spam e-mails. That is right, 18 e-mails. There were probably more but yesterday morning I emptied the spam folder and there might had been more. Norton can claim that they don’t do that, but if they don’t then it must be someone they sold or shared my personal information, because I never got those e-mails before. Regardless of whether it is Norton or one of their partners, it’s Norton’s fault for being unscrupulous and selling and sharing people’s personal information.

All my passwords were randomly deleted!!/ terrible customer service. I have been using this app for years. I tried to login on a new device and was prompted to make a a new vault password. After doing so all 100+ passwords I had saved were deleted instantly. Thinking it was some sort of glitch I closed out of the app and when I re opened it all of them were still gone. I immediately reached out to customer service and ended up chatting with a couple different people over the span of about 4 hours only for them to tell me that there is no way of recovering my passwords. Even talking to someone higher up on the phone, they were not helpful and blamed me for not remembering my vault password which I was never originally prompted to make. I have transferred this account to 3 different devices now and this was the first time I was ever asked about a vault password. I’m shocked that something like this can happen and that there is no way of recovering my information. Luckily I had most of my passwords written down somewhere else. I just want to put this review out there for anyone looking for a place to store their information. Be careful because on this app apparently everything can disappear with no chance of being recovered.

Forget your password? Lose your vault!. I recommend Onesafe. Not this app. If you ever forget your password… which never happens, right??? There is no way to reset your password and the only way to use password manager again is to delete your vault and all the info/password you have accumulated. I’m so glad I found the is out early. I have used Onesafe for 10 years now and have over 800 passwords. If I lost that I would be so upset. I was actually trying this app out for my college bound daughter after I set her up in LifeLock. I thought it would be good for her to use the password manager so I tried it out. Somehow in the set up of a vault I mistyped the password and could not log back in, after dealing with support they informed me I would have to delete the vault from a computer. My daughter is notorious for forgetting passwords which is why I though an app like this would be great! This app is useless! I will set her up with Onesafe.

Best Free Password Manager. I’ve tried all the the password managers on the App Store, if your like most and don’t wanna pay then this is the best free option. You aren’t limited to one device, I have it on both my phone and computer. You aren’t limited to saving only a few passwords. It works well in place of Apple password. There’s categories for your wallet info like cards and banks and for addresses and notes. It has a good password generator and a secure browser. You just have to remember vault password cuz you’ll be screwed if you do. There are better ones out there if you don’t mind paying for it but this one has never gave me any trouble and it’s free. Id have to pick fuzz off a peach to find something bad to say about it.

Significant work arounds to make it work. It has become very challenging to bring up a site using PM. Often it will populate the ID/PW combination when logging into a site, then the site will indicate it’s an invalid combination. So, I have to delete the ID/PW that PM populated and backup to the PM login screen for that site and copy each (one at a time) into the site’s login screen. At other times, PM does not even populate the ID/PW for a site’s login screen, again forcing me to copy both. Another issue I encounter continually is that PM indicates I am running an old version of iPad IOS or IOS, although my software is operating at the most current level. With significant contortion, I can get PM to work but I’m very concerned that my wife will never figure this out if necessary, as she does not work with PM on a regular basis. It really should not be so challenging to use that only a very patient and regular user can do so.

Pray You Never Forget Your Password. This App login setup is very weird. First you have to login with your Norton account password, then log into the vault with a different vault password. God help you if you get the two mixed up, or in my case, forget the vault password. There is absolutely no way to recover or reset it. The guide online is misleading, suggesting you can reset the vault password if you have biometrics login setup in the app. Problem is, the app randomly logs you out and deactivates biometrics login. Forcing you to log in ONLY with your password. After almost a year of login in with my Facial-ID I can’t remember my vaults password and after hours spent chatting with a rep I am told the only option is to delete the vault and create a new one, which will trash 60+ passwords saved in it. Why the heck would I want to do that. I delete my vault and I’m uninstalling Norton Password Manager because the single-fail-point engineering is unacceptable. Very disappointing Norton. You guys have really began to slip up on many fronts.

The Mobile Unlock feature is a Fail!. This was a very handy app in the beginning. Then they turned on mobile integration as a form of two-factor authentication. When I open Password Manager on my desktop a notification is sent to my phone to approve opening Password Manager on my Desktop. I approve and I get an error message on my iPhone. Obviously, I have a good network connection because I can sync my vault with no problem. After two rounds with the “help desk” and after deleting the app three times, restarting my phone three times, reinstalling the app three times, and setting the app up again on my iPhone three time, then getting. The same error every time, I am done. I’ll keep the app, but the two-factor authentication between the desktop using the mobile app is worthless. I am actually checking other products because this experience totally bites.

Affordable Norton 360. My Norton 360 Deluxe gives me peace of mind that all my internet devices have superb protection at an affordable price. The Norton Premium product I also use is well priced. I have exclusively been using Norton products and have found no reasons to switch security providers in 20 years. None of my devices have ever been breached with any attacks, personal information theft, malware, or any of the ways hackers take over your computers system. That is attributed to their encryption capabilities. And now Norton comes with the most important protection you have to have voice protocol network or VPN.! The excellent password manager is easy to use and edit as well it warns you of reused passwords that should be changed. I have found they have also improved their products with new enhancements over the years. If you like you can purchase it for two years (I did )or more and forget about renewals until they notify you it’s time again. It’s that affordable and completely reliable. Best of surfing to you.

My Budget Minder. A LOT of times since the turn of the year, when I enter my PIN to retrieve a password or user ID, it rejects my entries — several times before giving me an hour time out. Curiously, this seems to take place whenever customer service advises that representatives have a high volume of service requests. I mean, really! A few hours later — today it was five hours, yesterday it was three hours — and wouldn’t you know, the system recognises my credentials again. Badly impressive, because whenever this happens I cannot get into any of Norton applications, not just the password manager. So, please, Norton, expand your systems’ capacity to process log-in attempts, even during the high-volume hours. Presently, I wonder whether any of the Norton products are doing me any good, or whether they inadvertently seep out my personal information at the very moments I cannot get into my own account or use my password vault to my advantage. I do not like to give a below-par review, so I will add one star to my rating. That is, on a positive note, the password manger should be restyled as a budget minder. The password manager feature seems to do a great job of curbing my spending when I undergo the frustration of rejected PINs and passwords the system should know. Okay, so it protects me from me, which was not my intention in signing up for this.

Locked in with subscriptions!. If you use this app, you’re locked into this app. You can’t go without it but, keychain and other ways haven’t been able to stand time and the Apple wireless direct system is also a problem despite its double encrypted. I like using the notes and not the auto log ins as Apple makes it more difficult not to use their keychain. Until we have a better system, this is the best. I rely on this more than keychain now. I wish the fingerprinting and tracking was on all devices as well as storage in the cloud. iCloud forces you into buying expensive memory despite the lower costs in local and cloud storage has gone down in cost. I’m still trying to figure out how all these PWs from Norton shares its own data across multiple devices.

Works pretty well. I like having an app that works across both the windows and iOS platforms. They seem to have solved the problem of forcing you to sign into your Norton account every tome then sign into your vault. Now the vault just sends me a notification on my phone to approve my pc login, and that notification opens with my face/fingerprint etc. on my phone it comes up to auto fill just like the iPhone keychain. So now I have very complex PWs. The only problem is exporting your vault once in a while to save. It just puts the export in a square on the screen and you have to copy and paste all the text manually into word. It would be VERY helpful to be able to download it and import to excel as a delimited file. There is no save feature when you export. Still glad I started using it!

Great when it works. Email from Norton received warning of dark web identity info that belongs to me. Great! Click on Review This Activity link to review it from laptop running Edge browser. Norton pw manager web extension is installed and has valid pw for Norton account. Norton logon fails for emailed link to check dark web activity. Not so great! If you do a manual logon to Norton you lose the context of the Dark Web email link to Review this Activity. I have used Norton Password Manager for years and the bottom line from my experience is you must have a backup copy of your creds in a pw protected or you will be screwed in a moment of need. 99% of the time it’s great. Pw copy and paste is great, but beware of issues using the web browser extensions for Password Manager pw fills on web links as it just will not work enough to rely on it.

Dependable and Universal, with Room for Improvement. Norton Password Manager has proven to be a reliable and indispensable tool in managing my digital life. It provides robust security features and the convenience of cross-platform access, making it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a comprehensive password management solution. I greatly appreciate its cost-effectiveness - it’s free, a rarity for a service of this caliber. The ability to synchronize passwords across all my devices has been a game-changer, offering seamless access to my accounts no matter where I am or what device I’m using. However, the user experience could benefit from a few tweaks. The recurring authorization alerts, particularly on the mobile platform, can be a bit intrusive. Each time I open the browser, it prompts for approval - an extra step that interrupts the browsing experience. While I understand and respect the importance of security, I would appreciate an option to adjust the frequency of these prompts. Despite this minor gripe, I remain highly satisfied with Norton Password Manager. It strikes a commendable balance between security and convenience, and with some fine-tuning, it could easily become the gold standard of password management. It’s a well-crafted tool that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others seeking a reliable password manager.

Flee from this company like your life depends on it!. I use this app for about five years and then about a week ago it forced me to sign in with my password and not Face ID. Since I was in a hurry and needed to get a password, I thought it would be quicker to just use the Apple login option on that screen. When it told me that this would link my Norton account to my Apple account I was not happy, but decided it was still better to get into Norton now and change the settings later. The first thing it made me do, after signing in with Apple, was to create a new password. After doing that, it logged me in to my Norton only to find out that the 300+ entries that I had stored in there for my personal and business, we’re all gone. I called Norton tech-support and three representatives, including a supervisor told me that there is no way for me to recover my old account and that anytime you change your password it will delete all information. I wouldn’t be so upset if they had warned me of this prior to using Apple or prior to forcing me to change my password. I will do everything in my power to let anyone interested in a Norton product, that they should run the other direction! This is a massive inconvenience for me as many of these accounts will never be retrievable along with info on multiple different physical safes that I own.

What Happened. I absolutely loved this app because the interface was pretty good and I got to have touch ID logging in. The main reason I used this app though is because I didn't need to put in a URL. Just wanted a place to save passwords. Why'd they have to change it to a requirement.. Guess I'm off to look for a new app. Latest- Kept this app on my phone so I could see the passwords i had previously put in and due to lack of time was slow to move over to other app. Hoping they changed the URL issue I checked back quite a while later to find out that happily the URL wasn’t required anymore. As far as I’m concerned it’s back to being a great app. Could be a little easier to see the password quicker that you put in as right now you have to go into edit first but not an issue for me when I get the other features i want.

Love This App. I had used a couple of the highly rated apps and had issues with them. I started slowly with Identity Safe, just to make sure that it worked at least as well as the others. Since it did perform well, and the fact that I am a long time Norton user, I switched to ID Safe. It has performed nearly perfectly for almost three years. I like the fact that it works with whatever operating system I use plus the reliable trust that I have in Norton products. Having it as a part of my “safety” system makes life much easier. Norton’s customer service is amazing, as it should be, since I am trusting Norton with my most important information.

Peace of Mind. I got Life Lock because family members had there social security number used to get unemployment illegally. But once I signed up and started using all the features of Life Lock by Norton I could not be happier. It stopped people from pulling my credit report, protected my computer phone and laptop from viruses. I would get alerts when a auto draft from one of my band accounts that I did not make. I called the bank and stopped it before the funds where pulled from my account. If you are like me and paying for viruses protection for your company why not get the one that will protect your finances for it’s the same price. I’m a very happy customer of LifeLock by Norton.

Can’t live without it. I know you’re not meant to write your passwords down.....but before having this program I had an address book in my desk drawer with ALL my passwords in it.....gone are those dark days. I’ve used this program for many many years now and couldn’t survive without it.

Security Plus. I like this app. It makes shopping on line so easy. I feel confident about the security too. It’s certainly user friendly. The only thing that concerns me is the inability to print out the information. It would be an absolute pain to lose or break the phone 🤨

Great tool. I'll start by saying that I've never used a password app before except for the one included in web browsers, so this is not a comparison. This is a great way to do the right thing and have a different password for each website. It doesn't work with some websites and apps, but for those you can copy/paste. It isn't a transparent as keychain, but keychain isn't multi platform/browser. It has saved me a lot of time and I don't have to keep written records of my passwords.

Mostly smooth, but misses desktop features. The app works well most of the time. But it’s frustrating that it doesn’t prompt to save new login credentials. So if I change a password on my iPad, I have to save it in my keychain, then go to the app and copy the password from keychain to Norton. It’s annoying this isn’t automatic as it is on the desktop app.

Peace of mind. I use this app to keep a list of all my passwords, it syncs to my iPhone and both iPads. I have found it invaluable to be able to open the app from any device to check on a password, knowing that it is a secure app and needs a password or face ID. Only negative is that I use the notes portion to list my passwords but the character limit is a problem

Reliable and easy to use. I’m not sure how I got by without a password manager before. Nowadays, you can’t safely use the same password for multiple accounts, unless you want to change the password on all of your accounts when one platform has a breach. This is the first password manager I have used (aside from the built-in one on the Apple iOS). It works well and I use the password generator a lot. It makes setting up unique passwords really easy.

Excellent app. It’s a good app, makes me feel much more secure and very easy to use. Only issue is sometimes the Apple password generator and password functionality get in the way of using the app, especially when first adding a service to the Norton app.

Norton. Highly recommended Norton. Great all rounder product, sync between all platforms mobile device and desktop and laptop syncs beautiful with ease, the password manager interface is good but graphically could be a bit better. After sales customer service is also excellent always willing to help resolve problems if you are stuck. Over all Norton products works really well.

Safe n secure. It's great. I would like to be able to synch between Apple passwords and a Norton Vault though. Maybe even Google Chrome password store as well And then compare or reveal when there might be different passwords for a specific site or account and then select and synch the 'current' one.

Flee. Love this app. Every website you use wants you to set up a password and my brain just can't cope with all those passwords especially when I go through and change them.

Will’s review. Nice work with all the apps that are personalised from Norton for whatever area you need protection with! Very simple to use and easy to setup. Absolutely recommend this app to everyone as being safe online is extremely stressful, but after using this app, you will have peace of mind... and much less stress from the unwanted nasties! If I had 4 hands, I would give it 4 thumbs up👍👍👍👍

Easy to Use. I used to use Dashlane for years but this came with my Norton Premium package so I tried it first before deleting Dashlane and I’m pleasantly surprised that it’s actually easier to use. Now I have protection for Firewall, malware and passwords together. It’s great to have all your security in one App

Norton Password Vault. Great product however when it says it has “synced and is up to date”, it isn’t! New passwords that have been created, whether for existing or new websites, and regardless of whether the App is open or not DO NOT update at all. So whilst I love the App, having to manually update passwords when that is the purpose of the program, combined with using Face ID to protect my passwords almost makes it redundant!

If I could remember passwords I wouldn’t need a ***ing vault to store them. Vault is useless and painful - wants a password every time I try to use it to auto fill my password. Half the timeit doesn’t even have the password I need stored but I still have to go through all the rigmarole to find that out. Sincerely regret uploading this security aspect - wouldn’t slow down a hacker, but stops me being able to access my own accounts.

Norton Password Manager. It makes life so much easier not having special notebooks or trying to remember difficult passwords. I like the use my phone feature to unlock my Password Manager. But something to note is that I can’t open the Password Manager on one particular desktop. I have checked that both the Password Manager and the app are logged into the same account and have gone through the steps a few times to no avail. But otherwise works perfectly on my other devices.

So difficult and complicated to set up. So difficult and complicated to set up after a long time going through the process I am finally confronted with yet another password to enter so I can enter the vault but it kept telling me the password was incorrect. No option to rest the password so finally gave up afte at least an hour and deleted it. Other similar apps just as difficult so resorted to writing it all down on pieces of paper and locked them away securely.

Wonderful. How could you ask for another security product after you’ve come across Norton? No seriously how do you get rid of Norton from everywhere once you’ve signed up lol

Norton Anti-virus program.. I've held a subscription with Norton for many years now and I'm Extremely impressed with the service that Norton Anti-virus provides my family and to have peace of mind if priceless. There are some issues with having to constantly sign in, which can be a nuisance. Apart from that. Thank you for keeping my PC's and my little family safe. Kind regards, Charles Albert.

Passwords for all platforms. Because Norton is on everything, it combines all the web browser passwords as well as apps and programs… and even credit cards! I would like to see a “wallet” function for other cards as well.

The absolute best internet security suite anyone could ever ask for.. Norton have gone above and beyond to create cyber security software that is second to none. The password manager is in a class of its own and I am confident my personal information is safe with Norton. Please keep up the good work.

Very good. An excellent password manager with mutiple useful functions. The only drawbacks are vault is somewhat slow when you want to open it and the interface is too basic. I surely put my trust on this password manager so don’t make me regret it, dear Norton !

Happy and secure. I have been using Norton security for a while now and I can say I really love and enjoy using the password manager specifically. It’s been easy to use and gives me peace of mind. Will continue to use and am happy with the Norton products.

Too easy. I cant recommend this enough. Once passwords are saved in the App you can log into the sites from within the App or via your browser. I haven’t had to even remember a single password because the App recognises the site and does the log in for you. Its great!

Game changer!. I love this app. It is suoer easy to use and is synced up across all my devices. I never have to remember a password ever again. I also love how it suggests me secure password options and let me know if there’s any vulnerability I should pay attention to.

Great App. This app has saved me so many times when I’ve forgotten passwords, easy to access and use. Helps with updating old passwords. Only complaint is speed of the app but with so much data to collect etc. not surprised it takes abit. But that’s literally a small complaint because I’m impatient

Safe, flexible; navigation fiddly. Very useful to have a password manager - safe. The password generator is a nice touch too. But: a) I will never understand this trend towards simplified graphics, which just makes things harder to navigate. The app used to be both pleasing enough aesthetically and the icons and colouring were user friendly - why discard that!? b) The buttons in the top left are now fiddly. I find myself pressing 10-15 times before hitting just the right spot to open the settings menu or to press the back button, for example. Never had this problem before. The ‘new experience’ update brought one improvement, in that the password manager is now easier to find. But overall, the old experience was just so much better.

Trusted brand but lacks features. I enjoy using this app, but if it wasn’t for the brand I’d probably be looking for a different app. Adding more features to make signing into websites or other apps faster would be great feature as well as pinning a heavily used login details on top of the list would be awesome!

The Best.. Norton has been looking after my online security needs since 2000. I would not use anybody else or go anywhere else. I am subscribed to 5 devices and have never had an issue worth mentioning. They have my continual support. RStec.

Very comprehensive and reliable. Have been with Norton 20+ years always have trusted and when it has got difficult support has been excellent and life saving ( or computer saving)

Norton is a brilliant very useful App. I use Norton on every device including my smartphone.. Its VPN protects me when online and their Password App is SUPER handy when moving from webpage to webpage. It’s also really handy as it reminds me when I need to update my iPhone version. I’ve had Norton for years as has my husband in his business and - for us - no other competitors come near Norton…

Love this. Peace of mind is what I look for on this application gives me that I don’t have to worry about trying to remember and change in different making passwords hard for people thank you Norton

Be careful. When the app works it’s ok. If you do an update on your phone the biometric security automatically stops working meaning if you forget your master password to the vault you will be locked out and loose everything. There is no way around this and you can’t create another account with the same email. To reset the password to the vault you need to use biometric to security to get back in to the vault to reset the password. It’s a very silly loop that the developers of this product need to rectify immediately. None of my other Norton apps have this issue only this one, which is painful as it’s the one I rely on the most. Very disappointed in Norton.

Great tool but…. Awesome app with heaps of features however it could be really outstanding for use if the Search feature worked directly on the opening screen. At present you need to open the app and then choose from the different categories you want to browse before being able to search. I store all my logins and so need to choose login and then do search where as to just open the app and type in my search term would be much more satisfying. But that’s the only minor negative I have. This app is free, trustworthy and super useful.

Getting better all the time. Has all the security built in I would expect. Has been improving all the time. I have over 140 credentials saved all with unique long passwords coz I don’t have to remember them anymore. Would be nice if there was an option to make multiple word passwords that might need to be committed to memory. A password of “I like green eggs!” is just as secure as hskej$87sjdhrbkej, you get my drift. Another nice feature would be to share credentials with family members for shared accounts.

Have been using for years and it’s great!. This is a fantastic tool that I have been using for years. Would recommend to anyone and have recommended many times. It is the only way to go for me. I’m able to use for personal and work. Life saver! Great for families as well as individuals.

I’d be lost without it! 💗. I’ve been happily using Norton’s products since the early ‘90s and this ID safe for well over a decade. I’ve saved hundreds of complicated passwords and it’s never let me down. It’s enabled me to set passwords of twenty-two characters including upper and lower case, numbers and special characters in an attempt to secure my online transactions. Thank you Symantec!

Feeling secure.. Over time Norton has provided me with excellent security. There have been times when Norton products slowed my system performance but over time the patches have fixed problems. I feel that Norton 360 gives me a good sense of security.

Works flawlessly. In the past it crashed but has been working flawlessly for the past 2 years, it’s an excellent alternative to original phone software products

Saved my sanity. This app is fantastic. It generates and saves all my unique passwords. After being sick of my data and passwords being caught up in too many data breaches I did a bit of research and found password vaults were a good idea and this one is easy to use and has helped me out of a few password pickles.

makes life easier. The Norton password manager makes life so much easier. I’ve got so many passwords that it’s hard to keep track, Norton does it easily for me. The only thing is that it doesn’t always update them when I change them, so I have to manually do it. Other than that, it’s pretty good.

Great free password safe. We have been using this password manager for years and have always found it very convenient. I haven’t really used anything else - I guess my only complaint is that I’d you want to use this password manager’s password generator feature you have to be using the in- app browser. I haven’t really seen an intuitive way to use the password generator from another browser or app when you are creating a password and the copy password feature only works with the Norton in- app browser. I find it too easy to reach the maximum number of windows open on the browser so you have to make sure you keep them all closed. All this being said, this product is free and it suits my needs.

Something is broken. Have been using Norton products for years now across my Apple products, PC & laptop. Just recently the PC and laptop doesn’t send the request to my mobile to log into password manager. I’ve followed the instructions and done resets. Might be an updated iOS issue but not sure.

5+ year user. I do like the idea of the password volt however do find it a little difficult and still have not over five years got used to exactly how it operates. Quite often I find it pretty fillsMy login details incorrectly or I have more than two or three for the one site and I’m trying to work out how to fix all this. And how much do that’s probably just my own fault because I haven’t had the time to be able to research and easy way to find out exactly how to use this properly

Convenient and secure. It is a great tool for storing, generating passwords and other account details. Easy to use. Only negative issue is that it automatically logs on from the home page rather than a log on button so for those of us who log off after use, you have to avert the screen/camera otherwise it will log you on again.

Been using Norton for Some Time Great product. Been using Norton across wide range of PCs and mobile devices for my small business - password vault really good - saves time and assists with avoiding duplicate passwords & keeping passwords regularly changed. Could improve by helping make password lists transferable between accounts easier eg if I want to share a portion of the list to my office manager. Otherwise great security platform for my SME.

Fantastic app. I have been using this for a few yet now and find it fantastic. Accessible from any device and easy to use. Frankly I could not operate without it. And it’s free. It is probably the thing I use more than anything on all my device’s. Great job team. I highly recommend it.

Really trustworthy and easy to use. I am satisfied with this free app. I am using since 5 years no also suggested my work colleagues and friends to use this app. I have selected different passwords for each login.

So secure and assuring. Since I have been using Norton 360 on three of my devices I’ve felt assured and secure I’m being looked after. The ap is easy to use and for me to access and monitor my account is simple.

Easy to use. Easy to use and well integrated. A family feature like in keeper or other apps be the only feature missing. Has great and easy web extensions so easy to keep in sync. Which the iCloud password manager does not have.

Easy to use and safe. Extremely easy to use and our whole house has been able to easily transition. Love the fact that all our info can be accessed no matter what device we are using

Great PM. Useful, intuitive and helful

Some improvements needed. I like the idea of a password manager. But I am frustrated by the fact that this one does not always pick up changes to passwords. So, then when I go to login again, I’m told that I’m using an old password and even the date that it was last changed, but that doesn’t help if I can’t remember what the new password is. Somehow we need to be able to confirm that the password manager has picked up the change the password.

Very good. Awesome

Great to have. I use this all the time and every time I use it it’s seems to work a lot better then the others and when you get a pop up you know someone on your pc it’s awesome

Secure/ yet easy to use. Great

Rads2709. Excellent tool

Fixed!! Its working great again. Thanks for fixing the most needed app in my iPhone ((in my opinion)) However, the app used to Autosave automatically any username and its password if it happened that I login to a new website, i would truly appreciate having this feature back Thanks again

Sure beats remembering.. Easy and seems secure.

GREAT TO HAVE. Very excellent program. Okay 👌

Perfect solution to strong passwords. Works well and keeps all my accounts safe. Would be nice to be able to unlock browsers with Apple Watch

Nice password safe. Neat free app for saving the passwords. It’s syncs well between different devices. The security is top notch given that it’s Norton it’s a bigger +

Great app. Very useful tool and easy to use

Use it everyday. Won’t work without it

Very happy with it. Nice to use and very secure (it’s Norton after all)

Okay. Some web sites do not auto fill logon and password information. When using web app scroll lock does not work, screen keeps returning to top. Would like more options to control password generator.

Bombarded with notifications across all platforms. Phone, tablet, PC, no mater what device you’re on you get spammed with review requests & useless notifications. All day, every day. I’m seriously considering ending my subscription because I can’t get anything done without constant bombardment of notifications.

Très satisfait. Très satisfait

Top drawer. Easy to use and manage. Keeping me safe

norton. génial

A security tool I can’t live without. This app has quickly become one of my favourite and most dependant on apps. I love how it keeps my accounts safe with generating impossible passwords and making it easy for me to save and retrieve them.

Love it!. Perfect in every way!

A bit buggy but overall a good app. I have also noticed the url issue, and though it hasn't happened in a while, sometimes it won't accept fingerprint scan

Great protection. Love it

Très pratique et sécuritaire. À utiliser

FIXED - Black screen after logging in. Thanks for the update!

Sweet. Yep it works.

Norton. Très bon service

convenient to operate.. Good.

Don’t like the IOS app. Don’t like the IOS app

The bests. Thank

A qualified clap of the hands.. Works quite well. I would have preferred to have a single plug-in or stop for all of the many passwords that over overzealous software programmers insist upon. Surely artificial intelligence should be able to come up with something better. Thanks again have a nice day.

Norton password. Marvelous!

Love it. It’s very easy to use. Makes password security and recollection easy. Would recommend

Thanks. Having had my accounts broken into before I was super careful about everything I did but that doesn’t matter it takes something like these Life locks and the Norton virus protectors and trackers to stop identity theft and just plain theft I’m glad I spent the money. Deanna

Error after downloading. When I try to login after downloading it says error unable to connect to server. Tried multiple times and it is on iPad iOS 14

Best. Works fantastic

Norton password. I have used Norton Safe/ password for many years and highly recommend

Intégration aux applications requises. Pas intégré aux applications sur iOS. Sans cette fonction, c’est presqu’inutile.

Easy peasy. Works as it should not complicated easy to use.

Issues. I wish their was not a limit for notes.

Not liking all steps for saved passwords. Too many steps/passwords to access saved passwords otherwise program is easy to use

Great password app. I have using this app for over 2 years and has worked great

Love it.. User friendly, never any issues and a app I can trust.

Works great. No issues with this app. Works great!

Super storage!. This is one amazing password storage app. I have recommended it to many people. Seems very secure and easy to use.

Go get it!. I’ve used norton for decades. It’s excellent and always improving.

Très pratique!. Aide énormément

Great. A must have for iPhones everywhere

Norton Password Manager Great. Love the utility and ease of use of Norton’s password manager.

Unreliable. I have used Norton products for over three decades now. Saturday without warning all our devices where logged out of our Norton password manager. When I tried to log in a few hours later, my account had been erased. I was forced to create a new account despite that I chose “ I already have an account “ option. What really burns my bacon is the audacity of the technicians to blame me for this. ( probably afraid of liability ) I am grateful that we have our own backed up data on our home devices. I dare not sync them to NPM because the unreliable “ cloud rat fink “ erases the data. I have disabled the sync also for that reason. I don’t trust any remote data storage services and even though my data shows it is backed up in their severs, I cannot restore it. The sync, stinks.

Very Pleased. Have been using since date of inception and have never has any problems on any platform. With the newest release I did have some issues with the “Touch ID” working but it was only a short time before it began functioning properly after making a call to inform the support technicians. Have been using Norton for I don’t remember when, and that was a long time ago. Always have had a good experience, no problems with viruses, etc. And, the support is very good as well when I did have a question.

Keeps track across devices. This seems to work well. It’s great because it connects to my iPhone and PC. When I log into my PC it automatically asks for confirmation on my phone, to connect the 2 devices. I can accept by faceid or password. If I change a password either place, the change is available in both places. I have to assume the password “Vault” is secure, because that’s the bigger point of the password manager. It is hard to check since I don’t know if their has been an illegal attempt to open it.

I really like it but……. It is frustrating that on my phone the pin no longer works. And the vault doesn’t stay unlocked. So I’m having to type in my password multiple times. Even with the pin it got irritating. (And, “No!” I’m not going to use Face ID.) And updating with changes made on other devices can be slow or not at all. When I first started using it, it wasn’t this frustrating. So I’m guessing it’s a security update. Overall I like the product & it’s very helpful. Also, it no longer auto fills when I’m on my phone. Even the computer version can be, but at least it works.

Always marketing, never working. It appears marketing is more important than performance. My app recently updated and then it took me almost 40 minutes to actually get the app back running properly. Captcha wasn’t working well to prove I wasn’t a robot. Then the password they wanted wasn’t properly identified. They wanted My Norton account password, not my password vault password. And all through the process they kept referring to my Norton Lifelock account which I’m not a part of. It’s the same on my PC. Random pop ups trying to upsell me on additional services, some of which I already have. Ironically I stopped the process several times thinking I had malware, only to figure out it was my own security software acting like malware.

So much trouble. Every time I change from one page to another I have to re enter my user name & my password for norton before it will automatically log me in . Not worth the time Well it is pretty self explanatory on my iPad I can be signed in to norton password manager but every time I go to change to a different secured web sight I have to log back into norton all over again it’s kinda like what’s the use of having auto login if you have to log ineverytimeyou switch pages.

Norton and life lock. I have been using Norton’s services for over 20 years. I have not had any problems at all and I rate Norton superior to McAfee or other programs. I chose Norton many years ago because they were the only ones who offered wi-Fi protection for laptops. So we just stayed with them. LifeLock is an app that everyone should have on their devices to protect from hackers and loss of data from thieves who steal or hold your devices hostage for payment. Best all around apps thank you Norton for having our backs.

Not sure of this. I currently use Dashlane which now came out with dashlane for Safari that has never worked so I wanted to try Norton. After reading as many negative reviews that I can stand I have second thoughts. Converting all the accounts and passwords I have now will take not hours but days and my time is much more valuable than that. Your answers to other reviewers who have problems seems to be as they say blowing smoke. Always give us more information for a problem that seems obvious, so you have no answers. I have the same problem with your clean application that spins that little wheel for hour after hour without ever completing the clean. You have problems that I pay for and there aren’t important to you just like many others.

Browser Compatibility. In general, I like the product and use it across multiple devices, multiple browsers and different OS’s. However, the vault does not always recognize the browser (extension?) and fails to prompt me to save a new set of credentials or automatically log me in to a site with credential already saved to the vault. Additionally, there seems to be a conflict when using Chrome to save passwords and the Norton vault. I also use my personal Norton Password Mgr at work, on a WIN10 desktop. I would like to be able to set up a separate group/folder to work related credentials.

Fine If You Like To Troubleshoot. Fine if you want to waste time with glitches and arbitrary UX changes that do not work well on top of being randomly signed out of your account multiple times a year without notice. Desktop app was arbitrarily removed with no warning at update to a browser only version parts of which are in beta and in conflict. If you like having your time wasted by being forced to beta test for free on behalf of a huge corporation then this is the app for you. If you like wasting time on multiple calls to service with no resolution this app is for you. Switched to Keeper allows you to work offline or online and the user interface works seamlessly unlike this. Developer does not need to contact me. I will not update this review.

Norton Security App Review. There should always be ways where this type of company always makes sure that it always keeps all of its own online security apps and the website that they all come from to always be installed with as many unlimited amounts of features as possible so that in this way, no matter what forms of online security that it would all ever have to perform, that then all of those types of apps could always actually multi-task in whatever ways that they all ever could in the sense of any forms of online security and everything regardless of the types of techno products that any types of techno users ever choose to use in general and everything.

Indispensable. I’ve used this app for years to keep up with Logins. Wouldn’t know what to do without Logins & Notes and the ability to keep critical information safe—no more trying to update a spreadsheet and keep it safe and handy. Notes enables me to keep critical personal information accessible for myself and those I’m responsible for—I used to keep some of that data in my Contacts, but was concerned about security. Don’t use Addresses much, but maybe I need to explore that and Wallet to see what I’m missing.

Norton has restored my peace of mind. There isn’t enough room here to fully describe what this app has done for my family and me. Hackers are getting better and have sadly stolen billions from people, according to a study I just read three days ago. This app has a password generator that creates incredibly long and complicated passwords that we all use now, and it has restored peace of mind, especially since it stores them for you, too! We have authenticator attached to the account and feel so safe! Thank you!

Security With Ease. I’m in the technical industry and I have exactly 185 passwords to keep straight. That’s no joke. Norton’s password manager makes it very simplistic to not only access your passwords with ease, but also has a security dashboard that makes it easy to manage and update passwords on a timely basis. Also, if you have a new site you’re logging into, it automatically asks if you want it to save it for you. I have complete trust and a great sense of security knowing all my passwords can be easily managed.

Initially hesitant, but has made life easier. I initially struggled with the idea of using an app to store everything. But I already have a historical trust in Norton, as I am a long time customer of LifeLock. I thought I’d give it a shot, and I can say it’s made life easier for me. When I finally took the time to work through adding my detail, I realized that this app also allowed me the opportunity to remove any unnecessary or forgotten online accounts and subscriptions. Additionally, it makes updating passwords much easier. It’s a great app!

Fantastic password manager!. Loved this app so much to keep track of, and safely use, for my personal passwords that I implemented it for my business too! If the browser extension is used, it can automatically sign you in to sites for which you’ve already setup login info with NPM. And, if the credentials are not already saved in NPM, it will prompt you to save. Plus, the app has more than password functionality-save addresses, cc info, notes & more. Fantastic app to keep track of personal data!

Great Password App. I love this app and use it for passwords and secure notes. It is very secure and I like that your information is accessible across several platforms. I have to factor authentication set up on my Norton ID so that's another layer of security. I would like the app better if I could place my passwords in predefined or user defined categories, such as work and personal. I would also like the option entering a password without having to enter an associated url; however all in all this is a very solid password application. I definitely recommend it.

I use this for everything, but... it stopped working after many years of good service.. Loaded on iPhone 5s first day I got it four years ago. Worked great until last week when I updated to iOS 12.4.7. Now it starts, takes password, opens for 5 seconds and terminates. Still working on my PCs, so it is the phone to app issue introduced by either iOS or pestword app updates. Chatted for three hours before I got through 7 India based tech reps to get one to upgrade to tech guru. Two weeks later and no information. Phone is 90% less useful without the use of password protected activity. Please fix issue. Before this, 5stars, all my passwords, my life story, all my purchases, emails, banking, investments are behind this app. Trust takes time to establish, don’t ruin a good thing with bad updates!!!!!!

Excellent password keeper. I’m using it for probably ~10+ years now (just teaching my teens to use it too an not trust the browser password manager or lock-in Apple’s keychain). Never an issue. It was always a great service and always improving. More compatibility with web and mobile browsers and phones, quick login QR etc. great app and service for everyone. Shows Norton really cares for security for all. I wish they had a business or vaults family share option. Highly recommend.

Indispensable and mostly smooth to operate. I really feel this is an indispensable app. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because I have in the past occasionally run into delays in accessing it on my devices. It may be that some of this is due to my own learning curve, or attributable to my Internet provider, or particular connectivity situation at the time. It is an important app to have though and the fact that it integrates with Norton’s other services, and frequently encourages improvements the user can make to safeguard services is a big plus. Unfortunately Norton promotional pop-ups can be frequent.

Nearly Perfect. The security protection is bullet-proof; no malware for almost TEN years! The other features in the package (browser, storage, privacy, and LifeLock, and more) is very helpful and comforting. The only gripe I’ve had is the set-up process is that it can seem a little complex (but that’s security for you) and the instructions could be more logical but is manageable. Once set-up is done, no more worries and almost no maintenance, just respond to their messages promptly. Just remember: I’ve had TEN years of effective protection and convenience! This is the REAL deal, it delivers on its promises!

Authentication. -I used to unlock my pc norton vault easily by touch id my iPhone via the norton web request to my iPhone, I loved it this way since it saved time for me to type password to unlock my vault. Please fix this issue. Browser used Microsoft edge. -There should also be a notification controller because each time i close the browser and re-open it a notification pop up will appear, how can i stop it from notify me of logging in even if I don’t want to. - last thing when I use local host for my study I was once shocked to see it filling my information in the textboxes in a browser I haven’t used before specifically with norton. Please fix these issues and the last point is a serious bug.

Life Saver for over 2 years now. In my line of work, password retention becomes an issue; and recently this spilled over to my personal life too. If you’ve paid attention, password security is a critical issue today, with half of my passwords from years ago exposed to the dark web. This app lets me create randomized, secure credentials, at will, meaning that password security is still in my mind, but not at the fore front. Set, secure and forget - until the next big business breach - and all of 2 seconds to generate a new secure one. 🕺 #winning

Excellent Application/Software. Thankyou Norton soo much for making my life and many others much easier, which I really appreciate. With out your products and services, I do not know what I would do. I love the pass word protection and have 360 on my desk top and besides having small issues logging in to pass word protect on my my desk top computers at time, the product is excellent! Great job and again Thank you. I’ve been using Norton for over 15+ years and will continue because you all keep delivering!

Password Manager Failed to Recognize Me. I had been using Norton Password Manager for some time and liked it very much. Until last week when it removed itself from iPhone FaceID and … would not accept my password, which I know is correct because I have it duplicated in two secure sources and the Password Hint on the app points to this password. After an online chat and two phones calls totaling over two hours in three days their Technicians advised me basically “Sorry You’ll Jus Have to Start Over with a new Vault and populate all your passwords we already protect.” 😡

On the verge of excellence ! 4.5 stars. Great product. Highly recommend for those of us that have multiple websites with PII information and we want to maintain privacy. If you have several financial institutions and other sites with a litany of passwords - this is the app for you. App has a secure browser, allows for entry of individual notations, and a password generator. It's encrypted so even if you lose your phone you're safe. The app can be accessed via the secure cloud as well. Only improvement I would suggest is a secure notepad or secure doc that allows you to enter free text. Otherwise it's on the verge of excellence.

Non intuitive. I would love the Apple Watch feature except that it doesn’t help because in order to use it you first have to go to your phone and sign in on the Norton app. And your fingerprint doesn’t work and it doesn’t remember you from last time. You must fully sign in every time even though I signed into my phone and even though I signed into my watch. So it doesn’t provide any benefit at all. I removed it from my phone and my watch and I’m using something else entirely. And the App never trusts you. you use your fingerprint to login then it asks you to login with email!! Then it requires the authenticator. All this so that you can use the app to sign in on the computer. It is ridiculously circuitous, redundant and time wasting.

Good app. Functions well, simple, easy to use interface. Would have given it 5 stars if it had the ability to add additional sensitive data fields that could be hidden and copied. Also would like to be able to attach documents like I can in mSecure, and would like it to section off entries by alphabetical order so that you can close and expand the entries as needed. Also should have the password generator right where you craft a new login entry so you don’t have to copy and paste within the app itself. Add those features and it’s an easy 5 stars.

Auto fill freezes on iPad - Update. Previous problems we resolved with the last update. Password manager now works very well. Previous post: When I need to enter a password for a site or app on my iPad, I get the normal prompt to use password Manager, but when I select it and password manager starts to open, auto fill freezes. I can hit the X in the upper left corner and then open password Manager on another screen. There I get “Error communicating with the server, try again” message, but it connects the second time. I can then copy and paste the password into the app’s logon box. Before IOS Update 16.3.1, it worked fine. I’ve rebooted the iPad. I suspect that the server error message might be the reason the auto fill does not work.

HORRIBLE Support. If I could split up a rating, I’d give the app a 3 and Support 0. When the app works- it’s such a time saver. When it stops working it’s literally impossible to get support. The first line of defense rarely understands English well enough to help in any way, and in the lat 2 years I’ve had issues escalated to their second tier- in which they tell me they’ll call me back in a couple of days. Out of 6 of those scheduled calls- I only ever received 1 of them. Calling back in is of no help as they just schedule another call that never happens and it turns into a vicious cycle of utter frustration. A couple years ago they had great support. Totally a different story last couple of years and continues to get worse. I would avoid this platform and service if you can help it!

Confused. I have to be honest, this program has me confused. When I open a browser on my computer it asks me to confirm my password for the vault but I can’t find the iPhone notification for the vault snd no text arrives and why would I need to open my vault to use my browser? Also for any given program, on my iPhone, sometimes it will ask me to use Norton Password Manager and other times it will not. I would love yo use one program for all passwords where I could utilize the password generator to keep all of my passwords, but it is unreliable so I have to keep a separate record. It is probably my fault for not fully understanding the proper way to use the program , but if so please educate me how to make it all work.

Shares info across all devices. This is a very useful tool and a good way to store passwords. I like the feature that updates and shares passwords to all protected devices. I don’t like to be asked each time I use it if I want to share a “new”password. Can’t the app know that I just used it. It assumes a name that is different from the name I gave the account so it thinks it is a new account. I think security would be improved if it automatically cleared the clipboard after a period of time, say 45 seconds. Given that all my account information, passwords and personal information is stored at the Norton server, I hope you never get hacked.

App features sound great but don’t work.. All features including, VPN, Password Manager and other features are just not ready for prime time and still seem in effective. Have been working on getting my VPN to work on IOS for a couple months with customer service promising to research my technical issues but to no avail. Very disappointed being that I am currently a satisfied Lifelong Lifelock customer. I was told they would add two free months for my trouble. Like I mentioned before, my experience with customer service and technical support (both Tier 1&2) have proved underwhelming. Does not seem ready for prime time. Not sure if customer service and technical support is even located in USA. So troubling that all support personal appear to be out of the country. Would like a refund but probably will not be able to recoup my expense for this service.

Good app but could use a couple of features. I do like that it is a free app and it has alot of good features respectively. The AES-256 encryption is very great and the app is simple and easy to use. It could however provide users a secret key for added security to their account as well as a better password or passphrase generator. The password generator only provides a random assortment of letters, numbers and symbols but does not allow for making edits to that generated password and does not support generating random passphrases. Those are really the only things keeping it from 5 stars for me.

All passwords securely at your fingertips. I put off using a password manager for a long time because I didn’t trust them. But when it felt like I was spending half my day resetting passwords, I relented . I already used Norton products, so this kept it consistent. And I trust Norton more than the browser that always asks to remember my passwords. The best thing about it is that I can easily look up my password as long as my phone is with me. I don’t have to depend on the computer prompts. It takes a lot of stress out of my life and saves a ton of time.

Like this app. It’s been very helpful to me because we have to have passwords for so many things these days. I forget which is which so this helps. But now that we have to Log in to Norton Safe, I have trouble because I can’t remember THAT password. Much of my confusion in the first place comes from having to choose new passwords on a semi regular basis, and then setting new ones because I forgot one just adds to the mess. Wish I could just “open” it some simple way.

Great App - but keep your Norton account password handy!. I’ve used Norton security for years on PCs and the password vault has proved a Godsend. I have a terrible habit of jotting down login details on scraps of paper ..... and promptly losing them! Now all my password travel with me securely. Be aware that the app times out every so often and you’ll need your Norton account login details to get back in. I suspect this is a security feature but, let’s face it keeping track of a single scrap of paper, (or even remembering a single password) is a small price to pay! I love this app!

Great App! Much get 😃. I wrote a very negative review, a few months back because I was very frustrated with Norton and the service (or lack there of that I thought I wasn’t getting). Since that time everything has changed with my Norton App and it is not only working but changing my life and creating a level of safety that/security for me and the people I care about to be well protected. I can’t speak highly enough of this app. You should get it for sure! If you stick around through the hard times, there are blessings on the other side.

Works sometimes. Sometimes I can approve the vault with my phone, sometimes it makes me log into the phone again, except, when it asks for a login, I have to do several captchas to get to approval, then I’m told the server is down and it can’t approve me. So now when it asks for a new login, I ignore it and in a couple of days it acts normally again. Not sure what to make of a company that sells IT expertise and can’t keep its server running. Also, the constant ads to buy more Norton products have to go. Norton isn’t a free phone game, stop with the ads and stop fearmongering me into buying a higher level of your product. I only have a few months left on my subscription, seriously considering changing companies after having Norton for 15 years.

Vault. I find this feature so useful. It stores passwords with your permission. It auto populates as needed but the best part is you can view them easily and edit when needed. It also allows you reminders when the passwords are old - easy or duplicated. I was skeptical at first but really rely on it now. It alerts you when you browser is used and I have facial recognition set to approve it from my phone. Trust me I am old and it’s easy. I am sure there are more features I haven’t used. The one thing I don’t care for it the reminders about cleaning pc. It’s expensive and frequently asks. Overall I love Norton and rest easy protected.

The best thing since sliced bread!. I have been using Norton password manager for over twenty years and it is the first app I go to for passwords. My phone offers one, browsers offer one and there are probably a couple others out there but Norton is my favorite of them all. It organizes everything you you need and you can name or rename your accounts, change/update your passwords, make notes regarding that account and probably lots of other options directly in the app. You don’t have to switch between Norton and an app to update or change credentials. I love it!

Useless. This app used to just be annoying because half the time it wouldn’t send the unlock request to me device when it said it was. But now it is COMPLETELY USELESS. For some reason it stopped allowing Face ID even though I had it set up in my device settings. I couldn’t remember my password and the only way to reset it is to use Face ID (how lovely and circular). Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. Now it doesn’t even show up in the list of apps that allow Face ID! Neither noting in the online support that is helpful and no number to call for support. Now locked out of any website where I was stupid enough to rely on the password manager. Don’t tell me to message you on twitter or facebook. I don’t use those apps and that’s not customer support!

Good Option for managing passwords. I came from using LastPass to manage passwords. Since Norton included this in my antivirus license I thought it was worth trying. This utility works well and the push notifications to your mobile app to authorize unlocking the vault was a welcome feature that was added in the past year. While I have found it to work well enough to keep using, it does not seem to consistently prompt me to save new logons, but I just always do it manually to avoid the issue. Overall this tool is definitely worth using!!

Not the best—by a long shot. I have another password vault that does just what you expect it to do. Norton, by contrast, is annoying. It constantly pops up messages to re-authenticate via my phone every time I open the laptop, even when I am not using any passwords. If I don’t have my phone or ignore the message, it persists as one who thinks it knows better what’s good for me than I do. The list of saved passwords has no folders or grouping to help me navigate, and I find many duplicates as it does not appear to recognize a known site so it re-saves another copy. No matter how many Norton products I use, it frequently tries to sell me yet another one. I plan to cancel and keep the other one.

Love the app too. I get this App free with my Comcast account and I agree with one of the other reviewers that keeping the password generator screen active once you’ve copied the new password to a website would be helpful or at least a History screen of recently created passwords would work too. Also have one more suggestion. Wish I could print a screen from the app. If I know that I’m going to need to print something I usually just go straight to website to log in via my browser and login using my stored passwords. It would be one less step if I could just use the app.

A Life Saver. I used to have to use the same few passwords over and over again on multiple sites. Due to the many logins on my job and personal ones, it was impossible for me to remember them all. This app has allowed me to make sure I have complicated passwords and my accounts are secure. Improvements have been made on it to make it even better than when I first started. I can use it across multiple platforms as well. It has been a lifesaver.

Used to love this app. This used to be a a great app but mobile unlock stopped working for me awhile back and I’m finally getting around to writing a review. At first, mobile unlock would only fail every once in awhile. Now I receive an error every time I attempt to log in except for the first time after I delete and reinstall the app. The other issue is that the app has not kept up with the competition. No way to share passwords with family members and no way to provide legacy access except by giving my password away. I could live with with thee shortcomings but I’m finally too frustrated with mobile unlock and will be looking to move on. I used to love all of the Norton products but they now seem more focused on pushing identity protection bundles than anything else.

Better browser interface now. The latest version really improved the browser interface. It was a hot mess before, but now I can get my sign in information on a webpage with no problems about 97% of the time. I've used Norton since I got my first home computer in 1999. I've never had a virus or identity theft problem in all these years. Norton is a great product. I'm glad to have the Password Manager available for my iPad as well as my desk computer. It's saved me from having to deal with my copious password list!

Great App. I’ve been using Norton’s Password Manager App for nearly 8 years & I love it. The App is highly efficient & never slows down my iPhone’s performance or causes any system crashes. But more importantly, the App is very secure & always requires authentication to access the vault & main account. In addition, Norton Password Manager constantly receives software updates keeping the App’s performance, security & User Interface relevant & safe. I highly recommend Norton’s Password Manager App for iOS to anyone looking to manage their passwords securely & efficiently.

Highly Recommend It. I really like this app a lot. I have Norton Password Vault on my laptop too. It works seamlessly between the two; update on one device and that update appears on the other almost instantly. Both are very stable, trouble free software. I recommend this software to people all the time. Yes, of course there are other password lockers in the market, but I feel that Norton’s security history and resources available to update constantly are more likely to mean reliable protection than otherwise unknown companies with no reputation or history in the cyber security realm.
