BEWARE: Poor Refund Policy & Communication. Fever refused to provide a refund that the Experience promised. When I inquired about the promised refund via live chat, the Fever rep, Victor, moved the communication from live chat to email while he "gathered information", but as soon as the live chat ended I immediately received an email stating I would not be refunded. The email also said "Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any other questions - we're always happy to help.", but when I replied to the email, stating that I disagreed with their decision not to uphold the promised refund, I got an error that said the email I was trying to reply to couldn't receive messages. Not only is the refund policy unnecessarily rigid, the communication tactics are unprofessional and frustrating. I'm sure I'm not the only customer who has had this type of experience. The only way I'd keep using Fever is if they do good on the promised refund.

An absolutely atrocious events company. Fever offers a mix of self-hosted and third party events. I attended one of their self-hosted and run Dining in the Dark events - an event they “copied” from real Dark Dining experiences, and completely, utterly botched. Suffice to say, the experience was terrible across the board - bad and insufficient food, absurdly overpriced, lackluster table service, and additional price gouging at every opportunity. Worst of all, they made a mockery of the tradition - Dark Dining experiences are a very special tradition in the blind community, and Fever cut every possible corner in staging this sham, in a way that would’ve been impossible to know before paying up front. Of course I reached out to them in an attempt to rectify afterwards: wrote a review, responded to an automated customer service reach out, and even proactively wrote customer experience again weeks after the event. What did I get for all my troubles? A response that seemed like a joke - many un-returned emails later, a rep basically pretended to “thank” me for my review and ended with a smiley face, not once even acknowledging or remotely apologizing for the terrible experience, or seeking to rectify the situation. This company is through and through a grift. They may have some momentum for now due to novelty and funding, but with a product and customer service like this, they will fail, and I will cheer their downfall.

Awful process. Avoid this app. Get tickets directly.. First… the verification process is annoying if you’re trying to pull your ticket information. On occasion, you are logged out then need codes to access your tickets. Not user friendly. Where’s the ‘face ID’ option to avoid this mess? I’ve tried FEVER for 2 events. The first event cancelled twice with poor communication from FEVER. The 2nd event (Love Actually Live), I believed we had purchased 2 specific (numbered) seats in a premium seating area only to find they were not specific seat locations, and we would be assigned seats by the ‘house manager’. If I’d gone directly to the venue website, I would have been able to select precise seat locations and for less money in the ‘premium zone’. I have no clue where in ‘zone A - premium viewing’ we are sitting for the show. And the terms for seating locations don’t match the terms at the venue. This ‘middle-man’ app has disappointed 3 times and it can’t be trusted to deliver. If you want tickets for an event, avoid FEVER and go directly to the event/venue. I will be doing just that from now on.

Bad customer service, bad show. We bought tickets for a Taylor Swift concert, then showed up to the venue and were told it was canceled. They offered a voucher to exchange for another show (no refunds), so we booked a different show (Airotic), and it was absolutely terrible. The dancers were uncoordinated, the choreography and music were awful, and overall it felt like we had paid $140 to attend a discount strip club. I emailed Fever asking if it was possible to get a refund so we can rebook the original Taylor Swift concert, and they said no. So I went to the app to try to leave a review for Airotic so other customers know what to expect, and it turns out there’s nowhere in the app to review a show — which means that the current 28 5-star reviews for Airotic are effectively fake marketing. I think the idea for this company is strong and I was really excited to try some shows after a couple of years of Covid hibernation, but after that experience, I feel like I really can’t trust the reviews on any of their events. If you go to one of these events, I would recommend doing extensive research on third-party websites before buying a ticket, since you really can’t trust the reviews in the app.

Cool events but Deceptive Advertising. I know the app isn’t generally responsible for all of the events other than as a marketing/ticketing tool, so I have no issues with that service. They definitely have some cool stuff. However, I think the way they sell tickets is very shady. For the event I bought tickets for, 2/3 days were sold out. No biggie - I bought for the third day while a big red sign flashed at me saying “LESS THAN TEN TICKETS LEFT. BUY NOW” Gross marketing tactic to get people to buy without thinking. Then, if you read the notice fully, it says less than ten tickets left “at their best price.” I was also able to buy at least 12 tickets at their “best price” that supposedly only had 10 left. I obviously only bought two, as that’s all I needed, but it’s a really manipulative system. They also opt you in to sharing a ton of data unless you dig into the permissions and opt out (Which you should do), but that’s not really a surprise today.

Unresponsive customer service. I’ve had fever for a while and the first time I actually bought tickets to an event, the page said the address will be somewhere in Williamsburg. Then after I bought the tickets the address was in Queens. So since I was confused I wanted clarification. I call them and I’m on hold for 30 mins and then they said no one can help me at this time please call later. Then I tried their messaging service. And waited my turn. Then when it was my turn I messaged them and they didn’t respond and then it said I have been unresponsive please try messaging again. Then after 3 more tries of the same thing, a lady named BARBARA asked me what was the name of the event. I immediately responded so that they wouldn’t tell me I was unresponsive. But she never replied and then the message system said I was unresponsive and to please try a new message. I’m thoroughly annoyed and hope I don’t end up going to the wrong address. Won’t be using fever after this.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I will never use this app again. I used it for an event in New York on Halloween at the Hotel Rivington (A View to Kill: 007 Penthouse Halloween Party) and Fever had two types of tickets, one for general admission and one for an open bar. When we got to the location on the day of the event, the staff at Hotel Rivington said the company Fever had not even told them they were selling their tickets so they could not accept ours... We had already spent money, some had spent $50 for the open bar and these tickets could not be accepted and were fraudulent. How can a ticket selling company even let something like that happen? On top of that to get in, they said we had to pay $75 which was ridiculous seeing as we had already bought the tickets through Fever. The staff at the Hotel assured us that we would be refunded through the company. Except it took going back and forth with Fever’s company service for WEEKS before getting refunded. The live chat had even “left the chat” once I told her what the issue was. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE A SCAM!!

Horrible customer service. I purchased 4 tickets for the mad hatter experience to celebrate my friends birthday. My other two friends were in town for the weekend and we purchased the tickets a month in advanced since the tickets sold out quick. Late at night before the event, Fever cancelled all our tickets due to “external reasons to fever” and only offered us vouchers to rebook the experience through fever. Of course this would not work since the experience was sold out for the coming weeks and my friends were only in town for the weekend. I tried to call them on their customer service line connected to the app, but the phone number was diss connected. Not sure why they have the number in the first place. I had to message the team with my issue in order to be connected to live support. Eventually, I was able to get a refund. My friends and I are very disappointed. Never using this app again.

Terrible App: Horrendous Customer Service. DO NOT ORDER TICKETS THROUGH FEVER! Ordered tickets through Fever for my father for Christmas, unfortunately he (and my daughter) became ill the night before the event date. I tried to contact Fever to see if we could reschedule or get a gift certificate. I scoured online and the App to find a way to contact Customer Support to see if we could reschedule or get a gift certificate. The only way I could get in touch was through sending a message. The morning of the event I hadn’t received a reply and began searching again for contact info. The website stated that you could chat with a rep through the App. I followed the instructions and never found this option. Do I continued searching, after an hour I actually found a phone number. When I finally got through to an actual person and explained my situation, he stated they would send me a message with their findings. After a couple of hours, I received an email stating “ …the event organizer’s policies do not allow us to issue any refunds or exchanges once the booking is made.” The reply wasn’t sent until the time of the event. Had Fever’s app been more user friendly, allowing me to actually talk or chat with a person, I could have transferred my tickets to someone else to use.

Scammed out of $80 for something that never existed. Be careful purchasing anything. They ‘postponed’ my birthday dinner. A month later, after many messages I’m told to pick another date. All the dates are sold out for months. How many other people did they do this to? I can’t even tell if it’s a valid event Their customer service is also a joke. No refunds ever. Even when they can’t fulfill their end of the deal. Take forever to get an automated reply which you can’t reply to. I’ve had like 5 cases opened for the same issue. My event from May is now rescheduled for sept. And I have pretty low hopes of it happening. Update - and of course the ‘rescheduled date’ for this event which I suspected would never happen has now been canceled. AND... wait forever if, they’re still holding onto my money. Now I get to work with my bank and file a fraud complaint. Do not buy anything on this site!! I was scammed $80 on something I bought myself for my bday. People are just evil 😡 And I’ve already dealt with their ‘customer service’ dept in this multiple times!!! If anyone there wants to help me, just refund my $80!

ITS A SCAM DO NOT BUY TICKETS. First, notice that all the good reviews are about the service, not about how wonderful the events are. That’s very important (because I’m pretty sure most of the events either don’t actually exist or they are put together very poorly). Second, my story and experience with fever is much the same as those who have given a similar rating. I bought tickets for two events MONTHS in advance. The week before the first one (the candlelight concert) I noticed that the dates on our tickets had changed to a later date. When I tried the “chat live” option, I got a message saying they were busy and then another saying to email my email to them so they could get back to me later. I asked for either the date on our tickets to be changed back to when we had originally booked or for a refund. When someone eventually got back to me, I was told they had to unexpectedly “postpone” the event. I asked for a refund of the tickets for that event as well as the Van Gogh event. I was told I would be receiving a refund and I’m waiting patiently for that to occur. Please look this app up on the Better Business Bureau, those reports say a lot of the same things. This app is a scam and I have no idea how it has such a high rating. It’s the Fyre festival all over again.

Worst most un-user friendly app. I used this app to purchase tickets to the Van Gogh exhibit in Boston. However, I needed to change the date after purchasing the tickets, so I canceled and chose the “voucher” option. But trying to use the voucher to purchase tickets for a *different* date is nearly impossible. I couldn’t find a “use voucher to purchase tickets on a different date” option (if I wanted to outright *buy* new tickets, however, that was easy). Also, on the Van Gogh exhibit *website* (not the app), choosing a date and time is easy (one can clearly see which dates & times still have availability). On the app, however, to find out if there is still availability, one has to scroll through the dates, then scroll through the times, and then scroll through the different ways to pay. I gave up (and maybe this was their goal). I deleted the app. They can keep my money. I will never purchase ANYTHING with them again and will advise others to follow suit.

Who doesn’t know how to run virtual events in 2021?!. Did my first event with fever. It was the Nailed It At Home Challenge. You have to bake the cake and make the icing before the event, and when we went to log in, it said our password was incorrect. Tried the live chat function and was told to email them…there’s no phone number available, and live chat had over 500 people waiting for support. Over an out and a half after our event was supposed to have started they sent an update with a new link and start time that was over 2 hours after the scheduled event time. We planned on the event time and we’re driving for the new time. I let my kid watch it in the car because she had been SO excited about it, but we didn’t get the true experience and fever has done NOTHING to make it right. Don’t waste time or money with them…an event company should be seamless at virtual events after 2020. This is unacceptable.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT USE. I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased. I got lured into a “Dining in the Dark” experience on Facebook. A couple days before the event, it was cancelled with no new date. I waited a few days then finally reached out and never got a reply back except for automated messages. I then got a notification that my case was closed even though I had not received a resolution as to whether or not I could get a refund or the new date. Finally I had to tell them I would dispute the charge with my bank before they replied that they don’t give any refunds. Period. Completely unreasonable considering they cancelled the event & without a new date how would I know I could attend? They offered me a “VIP” voucher. I can’t even use it for anything but the event I originally purchased soooo how is that at all helpful? I tried to use the live chat and no one ever got back to me. They have no phone number and if you look at their FB page, all of their comments are hidden. Sounds sus to me. I wish I had looked at these reviews and reviews on many other sites with people saying the same thing! To hear that I’m not the only one going through this just shows they either really don’t care about the consumer or it’s a SCAM! Save your money.

Worst app experience ever!. I see the service and policy of Fever as criminal. They take the money even without providing what you paid for. The app works incorrectly and jumps the selected event time. And it happened to me TWICE! After the first time (and an 8-day wait), I got a voucher in the amount of what I had paid and the instructions pointed out that the total should be zero if I applied the voucher correctly. However, they still charged me the fees ($30 for 6 tickets) which I accepted to pay as I really wanted to go to this event and there was no other way to purchase tickets. And it happened AGAIN!!! WRONG TIME! This was not my mistake neither I have changed my mind. It was purely an app malfunction BUT the only answer I got is that they have no-refund policy. And that they see the time differently on their platform which is another proof of malfunction as I provided screenshots of what I see in the app but nobody seems to care. In the meantime, a friend managed to buy correct tickets (that’s how much we want to go). And I have 6 tickets for the time nobody needs and $253 less in my account. And the saddest part is that I see now I’m not alone in this as there are many reviewers that experienced the same.

Poor purchase interface, lousy refund policy. I tried buying tickets for my family of four… thought I ordered 3 adult and 1 child ticket but realized (after purchase) I’d mistakenly purchased 4 child tickets because the app (and website) can only process one type of ticket at a time. Really?! I immediately contacted customer service (and bravo for their quick reply) but found my only remedy was to accept a voucher for the value of my purchase that could only be used once… which meant I lost some of the value because I had to use that voucher to purchase 3 adult tickets (which was less than the 4 kid tickets) then purchase the child ticket separately with my credit card. How can a ticketing app not enable purchasing adult and child tickets on the same purchase? I would steer clear of using Fever for ticket purchases if I can help it (or until they can improve their purchase process)

I tried.. I wanted this app to work but coming down to certain details I’ve decided I won’t be returning once I’ve used up my remaining voucher. I’ve found details on events don’t explain things clearly, an example being when trying to buy tickets. The first time I bought 2 family tickets when I meant to buy just two tickets. In a panic I immediately bought 2 proper tickets to secure the spots thinking I could get a refund cause why not? It only just happened. No. Only vouchers are allowed which was my first red flag but I kept an open mind. My only main issue with this is that these expire. You’re holding my money hostage then gonna force me to use it under your timescale? It won’t notify of events (one I accidentally missed that was $66. I’m dealing with cancer and hospital visits and depression, I’m doing my best ok?) - but fevers quick to send emails asking how the experience was. Well if you emailed to remind me then I probably could’ve given an answer. The latter is also on me a bit, but overall I’ve had a bad experience with this app that mainly functions when you download the app itself, btw. And the events don’t truly excite. I’m having a difficult time FORCING myself to buy tickets to use up my money before it expires. There won’t be fomo when I delete it. Sorry Fever, but you’ve taken lots of money and given me no fulfillment.

Buyer beware, read the BBB complaints. The app inaccurately shows dates and times that are not actually available. Be sure to read the other reviews, as I wish I had. Customer service was TERRIBLE, and there is no “live chat” that they advertise, only a very badly delayed email response to questions. I bought two tickets for an event, and the dates and times needed to be changed, so they issued two vouchers for the price of the ticket (not including the ticketing fee, which is fine and I understand). But days of trying to use the vouchers, they still were not working, eventually I figured out that the dates and time shown are not actually available. Had to end up just buying a random day that the vouchers actually applied to bc the vouchers also had a limited time they could be used until. I’ll have to take someone else bc the sheer difficulty off getting any assistance to actually purchase the dates I actually wanted. I unfortunately already bought two different sets of tickets for two events, but WILL NOT EVER use this app again.

Bad Customer Service - Scam. 0 Stars. If you have a terrible experience dealing with customer service, your opinion about the app/company is certainly impacted. Customer Service impacts company reputation. I signed up for an event that was supposed to happen in September, but it’s “cancelled” even though the event is going on. Fever canceled my ticket and gave me a voucher to sign up for the same event that happens later in the year rather than giving my money back. I feel like I’ve been cheated and bumped out of my September spot and now have to wait until later in the year to attend. So far I am really disappointed with how this is handled and that I was never notified ahead of time. Seems like they don’t give refunds and force the use of vouchers. Bottom line: notify of cancelled tickets and give refunds in a more automated way, don’t wait for customers to raise eyebrows in order to say , “oh, this happened…”

Gouging Practices. Update: This is a shady, terrible company and you shouldn’t buy anything from them. They replied to my bad review telling me to contact them so they could offer a suitable solution. They didn’t reply when I contacted them — so they clearly try to pretend that they’re a better company than they are. Old Review: One top of the high ticket prices they add unreasonably high fees, and they make you purchase each ticket in a separate transaction so you have to pay the fee many times. We had to cancel because one of us had COVID, and we were given vouchers to reschedule — BUT you don’t get a credit for the fees, and you have to pay them AGAIN. Worse, the ticket prices and fees had gone up. A credit should include the fees you paid. It feels like they’re in the business of gouging. Not worth buying anything from them if this is their business model. Also, they encourage people who are COVID positive to attend the event if they don’t want to exceed their budget by paying the high fees multiple times.

2 bad experiences in row! Buyer beware!!!. Unfortunately, I have had 2 bad experiences over the course of the summer with fever. The 1st was the “nailed it at home experience”. Sadly the event link got hacked and no one was able to access the event and it got cancelled. I never received a refund despite receiving an email stating everyone was refunded. The SECOND bad experience(purchased before the first unfortunate incident unfolded) - I purchased tickets to the Van Gogh experience and it was postponed and my tickets we cancelled. We were offered new dates and had to pay extra because we had to switch to a weekend - not my problem it was postponed -it was theirs but I had to pay the extra weekend ticket price because I could not get a refund. BUYER BEWARE do not use this service to purchase tickets. Customer service is non existent. You can’t speak to a person everything is via online chat. Don’t lose your money!!!!

BEWARE: They Will Not Work With You!!. My husband and I booked a pasta making class for $140 and had to cancel because we caught COVID. I sent Fever a message and they replied that they would send us an email about it, which they never did. We thought they would take care of us since we are return customers and had plans to book more events in the future, so we made the responsible decision to NOT go to the class and get everyone else sick. Not only did they not get back to us in a timely manner, they denied us a refund or even so much as a credit to rebook, so we’re just out $140 because of something that was beyond our control. On top of this, there is no way to contact the people who hold the events directly, so the only person you can reach out to in this type of situation is Fever, and clearly they don’t care. I won’t be booking with them ever again. There are plenty of other companies I can take my business to.

SCAM! Buyer beware!. In March 2021, I saw advertisements for a Van Gogh attraction in Boston. When clicking on the link, I was brought to a website for Fever to purchase tickets. The location had not been secured yet but I was able to pick a date in December and purchased 4 VIP tickets totaling nearly $300. Immediately to my surprise, after purchasing the tickets, I received no email confirmation regarding proof of purchase. I assumed this was a glitch or perhaps the company will send me a summary of purchase at a later date. Months went by and I never heard from Fever. Confused I emailed the Van Gogh attraction that I thought I had purchased tickets for on October 2021. They responded immediately that they had no record of me or my purchase. Like thousands of others, I was confused by the dueling events and duped by Fever. It has now been 1 year and I have received zero communication from Fever regarding my tickets or the Van Gogh event in Boston. Unknowing to me, the event came and went. I recently confronted Fever about this experience, and requested a refund which they promptly denied. They stated their ticket policy is “no refunds.” They claim I had access to my tickets the entire time and could not provide any proof of purchase or email communication sent to me regarding the event.

Buggy design, No notifications and No limit on ticket purchases. Recently tried to get tickets for the BTS Pop Up: PTD and it was an absolute MESS using Fever! I had notifications turned on for the app and I never received a notification when tickets went live even though I received an email notification (that was auto-marked as spam). The event also allowed for people to get unlimited tickets for this incredibly popular event, which is a huge limitation of the app if they just couldn’t limit ticket purchases per person. So one person could panic grab 50 tickets across multiple dates and likely won’t be going to each of those dates, leaving fewer tickets for everyone else. These were free tickets so they should’ve been regulated WAY better as now people are going to try to sell them to people who want them despite being free. There’s also no way to cancel a ticket on your own, and you have to submit a request to remove it but it’s not intuitive to do that. The app also had multiple bugs and kept showing dates/times as available when they were actually sold out no matter how many times I closed and reopened the app. Poor app/event design and a terrible experience!!!!

Worst app customer service even worse. I went to dining in the dark at the hard rock through this app. The ventilation was terrible there & all the people I went with were commenting that it was hard to breathe. My husband passed out it had such poor ventilation. We had to leave the room & they didn’t even give us our dinner that we paid for. I wrote to Fever about this. They gave me a run around & barely responded. The final verdict was that they said we couldn’t have a refund bc the event listed “it was in the dark”—- darkness & ventilation are totally different things. I didn’t complain it was in the dark. I complained that the place was poorly ventilated. Not to mention that our server told us several people had passed out at the event on different occasions. If the customer service is that dismissive of the true issue then that is dishonest. Terrible app, worse customer service.

-UPDATE- Star Wars experience. So someone from feverup finally responded back. And replaced my useless vouchers with vouchers I was able to use on the app. I went to the bubbly brunch mimosas with baby goats and it was pretty fun. I was scared the experience was going to be a scam, but it really wasn’t. The goats were pretty cute and very wild, you get to feed them too so it’s overall a great place to go on a first date. ———————————————————————— I tried to get a refund for the experience but they said they do not do refunds and I can get a voucher instead. So whatever I did. The event is now showing that it has ended and the show wasn’t even supposed to happen until March. I have been trying to reach out to these people to get a voucher to use on something else and they have been of no help. I also have another voucher that I can only use for the Star Wars experience. So at the moment I have two useless vouchers that I can only use for an experience that is not even happening. If someone from fever can reach out to me and get this resolved I will change my review. Until then I do not recommend buying anything on this app.

Unfair business practices, beware. I purchased tickets for an event months ahead of time, then closer to the event the event was postponed and we were given vouchers for the rescheduled event for 3 months out. Fine, I went ahead and scheduled the new dates. Closer to the new dates the event was canceled stating that we would be given vouchers for the same event. However, no new dates were posted. Since no new dates were posted I contacted costumer service requesting a refund (my tickets were $140) since the event had no new dates. After multiple back and forth emails , fever refuses to offer a refund and insists on providing vouchers. I was told the event I initially purchased tickets for is no longer offered and I was told to check the fever app regularly FOR THE NEXT NINE MONTHS just to see if they make new dates available. How does that make any sense? If the original event is not being offered we should be given refunds. Their customer service is poor and their practices are unfair and deceptive. It’s better to look locally online for events you’re interested in than using this app or fever for anything. I won’t be purchasing through them again.

Non-refundable and consultation restrictions. I booked an Orlando Discovery Cove. I was going to buy 2 tickets for each of different types, but the dolphin and swimming tickets continued to be rejected, so I'm going to give up and proceed with a different schedule. But I can't get a refund. There was no notification of non-refundable when purchasing the product for the first time. If I had known, I would have thought about buying it. I'm going to get a refund, but I can't get a refund. I looked it up and found that there is a non-refundable in the Q&A section. Don't you tell me this important thing when you buy it? And I can't even consult with customers. I don't have a phone number and I only submit a consultation, but I inquired, but I didn't even reply after a few days. I feel really bad I don't want to buy through this app again. I will also encourage others not to use this site or app.

Annoying. I bought tickets for myself and my two kids to go to bubble world (it was not an amazing experience, it almost kind of felt like a black mirror episode about vapid ness and selfies/social network content creation) but right after I bought the tickets I realized that my younger child wouldn’t be joining us. I had to download an app (I hate that!) to get the specific confirmation number for the tickets just to reach out to customer service at all to get the ticket refunded. They were definitely quick in their response which I appreciate, but they said they won’t do partial refunds. So I asked for a voucher which they also said they won’t do because two out of three of my tickets were used. This is ridiculous. They should absolutely be able to refund the cost of one ticket- any business can do that and they CERTAINLY can give a voucher. I don’t think I would care so much if it hadn’t also just been a lackluster experience in general so the $30 for a kid ticket feels like something I should be able to get back.

Disappointed in customer service.. UPDATE: Vinnicius replied to me and was able to help me out with an acceptable solution. I am truly happy that the Fever team cares about their customers. I will continue to use the company for my local events! Thank you so much! I’ve been using the fever app for a while to book tickets to events in my city. Me and my spouse had plans to see the Picasso experience but unfortunately she got into an accident and we had to go to the emergency room. I tried to cancel my tickets and was told that wasn’t possible but was offered a voucher. I was thrilled. I tried to redeem the voucher a few weeks later (before the experience ended) and the agent I spoke to regret to inform me that I had to make changes to my tickets that very same day (while we were in the emergency department). Why did the agent not advise me or ask me what day I would like to reschedule to? This is a deceitful practice and I’m disappointed because I’ve supported this company. I understand if the cancellation was something due to something insignificant but this wasn’t something we planned to happened. Extremely frustrated in how Pete and Rafael B decided to handle the situation.

You are forced to download the app to get your tickets. I had to download this app to even get the tickets that I purchased. No ticketing company should ever make you download their app to get access to something that was paid for. This approach is inaccessible to many people who may not be able to download an app on their phone (which is more people than you’d think). My grandma who wanted tickets to the Sistine Chapel exhibit had to have me download the app to get the tickets because she doesn’t have a smart phone. And for being the only ticketing company to sell tickets for this event you would think they’d make it more accessible to purchase and access their tickets. On top of that, there wasn’t any detail on the app as to where exactly the event was, which ironically was in the email confirmation that was sent. So 1. Don’t make people download your app to get their tickets. Like every other ticketing agency, provide the option to send over those tickets in an email and to be printed out. And 2nd: if you’re are going to push people into using your app, then at least make sure you add all the relevant details on there. Now that I’ve attended this event, I’m deleting this app and will avoid using Fever at all costs until they allow another way to access tickets. I’ll be telling all my friends and family to do this same. I expect this is probably a startup with 3 developers and no UX person. Or if there is a UX person, maybe listen to them.

waste of space. Wish I could give a zero rating because I truly feel like this app is garbage. They are fraudulent and are a scam. Their costumer service is useless. First I was on a waiting listing for Kusama’s new exhibit at the NYBG. I purchased two tickets through fever which I thought was for the whole exhibit but turns out I spent 50 dollars for only garden passes. Very misleading. On the day of the event it was total down pour. The weather was awful for an outdoor art exhibit. I contacted NYBG who told me to contact fever since they couldn’t refund me. Fever did nothing to help me. They didn’t offer a refund, didn’t offer a voucher just took my 50 dollars despite being misleading, doesn’t explain their ticketing policy or anything. They were just like lols sorry we only give vouchers 48 hours before the event. They say whatever they can to blow you off and take your money. I had to contact my credit card company to get this charge removed. This app is a waste of time, this company is a waste of space. The user experience of this whole app is bad. The interface is annoying. How does this app have a 4.8 rating when it’s flooded with negative reviews? They probably get their employees to leave good rating. Seriously such a scam.

don’t use this app. What every you do don’t use this app. This company is a big scam and one that could care less about things that come up. I got ticket for a friend that was coming home from the military early and was going to take his wife to a show and he ask me if I could get the stuff for him. I order the ticket in the morning and by afterwards my friend reach out and said he was not coming home early and was going back oversea. I tried and reached out to this “company” many time and nothing back from them. The show is not till June 30 and I just lost my money because they can’t get there story straight. After man email and try’s I was told by one of there “reps” that she would offer me a refund. Now when i try to get ahold of the “rep” there is no one with that name there and they don’t offer refund. When i have a email with all there info on it. DON’T USE THIS APP. When thing come up and life happens this company does not care about anything but the money they stole from me.

Misleading events with terrible customer service. On more than one occasion I have purchased tickets to an event through this app only to arrive at the event to find that the start time listed on the app was much later than the actual start time of the event. This meant that we missed the event, and after speaking with customer service for many hours we were unable to get a refund. On top of that. Despite supposedly having over $60 in my Fever wallet, the app does not allow me to actually use that money for any of the events in the app. It simply doesn’t show up. And again after speaking with customer service for a long time, the issue was never solved. I gave this app two stars because while it seems good in theory, and have been to a couple successful events, The majority of my experience with this app has been underwhelming at best and extremely frustrating at worst.

Amazing stunning experience Celebration!!. I got the tickets to bring my mother on her earlier B-Day celebration. She really loved. All the experience was spectacular. Our server Shelby was fenomenal !! All the Asistant was pretty amazing as well, beautiful atmosphere, wonderful food, good drinks, and the most importa the crew was making feel like the way I wanna she feels.... SPECIAL ON HER DAY !!! She really had a blast night on her early celebration!!! I’m so glad to get that tickets for her and make her feel special and remember old melodies that she love and dance, back on time !! I actually got another day to go enjoy as well !!! Now I’m addicted with this app and no only that shows are amazing, became a member with the app, you, no only get all the info in one.... you even got points that counts like money. So in your next purchase you will have few bocks discount of the total if you use it. Remember you have to check on the expiration. Yesssss like everything, this credit of the previous purchases has expired date as well. So why not to enjoy another show right !! 😁🙉🙈😁👌🏼 I know I’m getting really bad getting so manyyyyyy activity here. I’M IN LOVE WHIT THIS APP NOW. 🤷🏼‍♀️🥰😁😉👌🏼~Jenn Paiz~

Tickets for Van Gogh event thru Fever. I have seen other reviews similar to what I am going to post. I bought my tickets for the Van Gogh Immersive event months in advance (6 to be exact) and spent $300 on them. The venue was TBD. I got an email acknowledging my purchase and then never another word about WHERE this event was going to take place. Since we are mid-pandemic again, I kept thinking this was going to be postponed since I had not been notified of the venue. Surely, I thought, they would be sending more details. Well, October 24th my calendar reminded me of the event and still no email regarding the venue. My calendar was the ONLY clue I had that my tickets were purchased for that date. We had company in town so the day flew by me. I contacted Fever a few days later and the response was “As you can see in our Terms of Use, our policy is that tickets can’t be refunded, changed or modified.” I guess they got me good. Joke is on me. Horrible communication from Fever but that is modern day, non-existent customer service. Do not buy from Fever.

Worst customer service. I’ve had so many bad experience with this app like never before. I bought 2 tickets for an event that was canceled due to weather conditions and postponed so I couldn’t attend the new date and they refused to refund the money. They gave me a voucher to use after 2 weeks emailing back and forth with customer service.I decided to buy some AMC tickets and then the voucher wasn’t working. I contacted customer service and after five emails and two hours they fix the voucher amount and they use. As the app have limited type of events, I decided to buy AMC tickets again just to use my money and the vouchers doesn’t work this time. I contacted customer service again, the agent said that he couldn’t help me in the chat so I should use the email. I waited for the email but as he was taking long, I joined the chat again, the same agent open my inquiry and told me to check the emails and left the chat. So basically he just decided not to answer my emails. If the app offer a live chat it shouldbe within minutes ,I should not be transferred to emails and get answers every other hour. Honestly worst experience overall.

Van Gough Immersion. We had tickets to see the Van Gough Immersion on a day when the weather was horrible. I called and spoke with Alejandro S. The venue asks that you give them 48 hours for any changes. I didn't have 24 hours before our show was to begin. This young man escalated my issue and within a few hours, they voided out my old tickets and allowed me to select another date. I was so appreciative that he was able to assist me, bc, as I said, our tickets were for a show that was less than 24 hours away. I had purchased my tickets far in advance because I love Van Gough’s works of art. We visited his museum in Amsterdam, so I didn't hesitate to have another chance to see his awesome work. Thank you Alejandro S. for being so kind and helpful.

Stressful purchase. I was trying to buy two sought after tickets for an event in DC for myself and my friend in August. I had already given my credit card information and purchased the tickets when I was told I had to download this app. It was the only way I could see my tickets since they didn’t send me an email confirmation. This was extremely annoying since I had no say in getting the app or not. I was forced into it. Then, I had to transverse multiple pages and explanations of club levels for the app which I wasn’t interested in at the time. I just wanted to find proof of my purchase and my tickets. I was asked if I wanted to transfer a ticket and I did but after what I’ve been through I didn’t do it because I didn’t want to force the app on my friend. This was, as another person said, an extremely shady manipulative ordeal to get me to download this app. I’m hoping when the day comes that the whole thing was legit and I actually have tickets. At this point I’m wondering.I have no email confirmation or means to print these tickets.

DONT USE THIS APP HUGE SCAM!. I’ve been struggling for WEEKS for a refund on a event they randomly cancelled my tickets for and never notified me about. I’ve been talking to ONLINE customer service because they lie and tell you they don’t have a customer service line to actually speak to a rep, which is untrue because initially when my tickets were cancelled, and I found out the morning of, they called me and I was able to speak to someone. Since agreeing to a refund, I have not gotten anything since. Like I said I’ve been talking to customer help and they just tell me the same thing over and over “the refund is still processing”. Well today they said it’s BEEN cleared on their end and they’ll send me a statement, which they still haven’t and have otherwise been pretty quick to respond and send emails. I’ve checked my bank statements all the back to the day before I even requested the refund and have spoken to a bank representative and have confirmed I have NOT received a refund or payment for the amount owed or from the company. This company is SKETCHY. I highly suggest using pretty much any other company except this one.

SCAM!!!. This place is a complete scam! Do not purchase any tickets from them!!! I purchased tickets for an event a while back only to see that the date we had purchased them for was not what was on the tickets later. The event was an entire year later and we were moving! So I got ahold of someone and they would not offer a refund but only a voucher that is only good for so long. We go ahead and take the voucher only to see not much later that our event was cancelled anyway. So we are sitting with these vouchers and no way to use them because events keep getting canceled and changed but they will not give a refund. Since these voucher are only good for so long this company just stole over $200 from us and it’s been to long to fight it with our card. This place is 100% a SCAM! I have sent another email to see if they will refund me but I doubt that will happen. Next step is reporting them to the BBB! Keep your money safe! Don’t spend it here!

Repeat customer not returning. I've bought at least four event tickets recently and have really enjoyed this app. But last night around 6:30 EST the app was not working correctly. When I viewed my most recent purchase it said there was only one ticket. I was pretty upset because it was a purchase for my son the next day and I was worried that there would not be tickets left this late. I was confident that I had made a purchase of three but I continued to refresh the app and it continued to display only one. I even showed it to my I then purchased two additional tickets so our family could attend the planned event. Minutes later I returned to the app and it now stated 3 tickets on the original purchase and 2 on the second purchase. I reached out to the customer service line which responded that they do not issue refunds. To me this is a no brainer in customer service. If a customer is telling you the app you developed and regulate had an error which resulted in additional purchases the company should issue a refund. In addition this also to me seems like fraud. If I tell the user they only have one ticket they'll buy more and that increases my sales. Overall I'm not returning to this app, if this is how they operate fraudulently. Disgruntled to say the least.

Really unfortunate customer service. We were gift two tickets to Dining in the Dark, but one of us got really sick the day of so I contacted support to get the date changed. My partner has been in bed and coughing all day, so not sure other diners would appreciate that while eating dinner. I contacted them through chat and let them know my situation, but was told they had to send me an email to make the change, not through chat. Ok, fine. In the email, they said I couldn’t make any changes because I didn’t purchase the gifts tickets. I got the original purchaser on the email thread with support only for them to tell us they can’t make any change, only transfer to other people. Why not just tell me that the first time I contacted them? And really awful policy for being sick…they don’t care that other diners will get sick as well since we will all be seats at communal table, just worried about the cash. Really bummed as we were looking forward to the event.

Horrible customer service. My husband and I were vacationing in New York City for a week and bought 2 VIP tickets for their Stranger Things Experience. We got on the wrong train and got lost and missed our time slot. My husband called the next morning, and a friendly rep sympathized with us and said she would try to exchange the date on our tickets for that evening so we could still go. She assured us she would get us a credit or refund id she was not able to exchange the date, and she said she would email us as soon as there was a resolution. We did not get a response until several days later, and it said that since WE did not follow up with THEM (???), they were closing the case. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and received what sounded like a canned response from a rep named Luis simply stating there are no exchanges, refunds, or credits…. Ok, then why did the earlier rep say she would get us one? I guess we’ll never get to go to this or any other event on Fever since they lied to us and treated us like garbage.

Even If You Follow The Policy They Won't Help. I purchased tickets and after tickets were submitted I called to get a date change, I spoke to a representative and he stated he will call me back and confirm my contact information. I never received a call back. I called a day after the event (since I already previously called days prior before the event) and talked to some and the representative said they would send an email. I called today and the representative hung up on me and stated it was nothing he could do, I was not looking for a refund during my first initial call but a date change and now I want a refund because I could not attend the event, did my part as the policy instructed and was given poor service and no result. I feel robbed and disrespected. I truly just wanted a date change or a voucher since it was my anniversary. Fever, I believe this could have been handled so differently and this causes a lot unnecessary 1 stars if users are granted a date change if they have followed all the rules and still do not receive proper assistance and resolution. How disappointing!

Be cautions when booking. Purchasing is easy through app, but be cautious of booking a show that has not opened. I booked in December, received email titled “New Open Date” that was a cancellation email for May 15 tickets on May 4, with no info on when the show would be ready. The email was lengthy and referenced a voucher and how easy it would be to book in 2 months. Voucher was not available through app, show just said “cancelled” with no information. Long story short FEVER made getting a refund so hard that I had to open dispute to be refunded. As for the other shows I have been to, art was good but poorly organized and staff did not enforce masking. There were technical issues as well and staff clearly had no idea how to resolve. These aren’t super expensive tickets for any of then exhibits/experiences but also, not worth it when you compare to Artechouse (if you’re in DC) or other options that leave you with a great experience. Don’t make the same mistake I did and buy these as a gift or you could be scrambling last minute :-/ I wont use FEVER again

DO NOT USE. FRAUDULENT CHARGES, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I randomly got charged for a event i didn't even know about, the same day of the event. SKETCHY!! I tried contacting the company live chat, they cant do anything, so they will email u back in several days from a different department(what?) then called, the call was dropped or i was hung up on, them i called again where i had this guy basically ask me a series of questions trying to place the blame on me because why? Tickets are non-refundable, asking me like does anyone share my account, or my credit cards, or what kind of phone i have (saying this purchase from a iphone 10, i have a iphone 8, then he said “oh it says 10.4 so that could be yours, i dont know”) he doesnt even know what hes asking, trying so hard yo place the blame on the lack of security for this app. DONT USE. I finally hung up because “customer support” means letigation to them and i was getting nowhere, and also ironically you cant even delete your account!!! You have to email them to ask to delete it? I havent used this account in over 4/5 months, i wont be using it again. What crap.

Fever is ok. The Good: I’ve seen some unique events that I’m not sure I’d have seen if they were just folded into Ticketmaster or some other means of purchase. The Bad: Searching for events in the app is rough. For example, I want to see what options might be in Seattle for a Candlelight in June. Can I use the filter/search to just see that (basic, entry-level for a ticket broker) criteria? I cannot. The best I seem to be able to do is see nationwide in June, or Seattle without the dates I need. The Ugly: when my non-smartphone-owning parents bought tickets via computer without realizing they had no way to use their tickets, my attempt to transfer the tickets via the button made for that on their site failed (broken link), then Fever support required repeated attempts to even understand the transfer I was trying to do, wouldn’t even address their broken website, and offered no meaningful solution. Summary: I like the events they curate (Van Gogh, Astra Lumina, Candlelight Concerts) enough to hate-use their fledgling, garbage service. But why not invest in getting it right so they can operate as a business for a long time?

Poor customer service. I planned to attend the Van Gogh exhibit in a city I do not live in. I made it all the way to 20 minutes outside of Atlanta when I received an email that the electricity was out at the facility where the exhibit was. Understandable, but more notice would have been nice so we didn’t drive all the way to Atlanta. Then, was offered to try to reschedule for different dates for a highly sought after event. Again, I do not live in Atlanta and the three of us all work full time jobs (with two of them being full time medical students too) in another city far away from the location. This makes it very limited to reschedule. I contacted them via email thrice to receive refunds as we could not find a new day that worked for the three of us to attend either due to schedule or unavailability of tickets during the slots that we could make it to Atlanta. I just want a refund because my opportunity to attend was taken from me because of their issue, please.

Customer Service Improved. Updated review: I updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars because the customer service department really went out of their way to do the right thing. They showed empathy and allowed my concerns to be heard. I appreciate the follow up. Original review: Fever has horrible customer service and there is no phone number to contact anyone. We had a death in the family and wanted to reschedule our tickets to an event that evening and Israel the live chat agent was very rude to me after I explained the situation. We weren’t asking for a refund, just a reschedule. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and he said that was not possible. He said “I’m not going to bend rules for you or anyone else. If you had contacted us 24 hours in advance we may have been able to help you. No company in world would give you refund the same day.” And then he disconnected the chat before I could respond. Again, we didn’t want a refund, just a reschedule. Horrible way to treat someone who is grieving. Never again!

Worst customer experience I have ever had. I have been dealing with these people for more than a month. Twice they’ve cancelled the exhibition nature illuminated (and it didn’t even rain) twice I’ve asked for a full refund and they have denied it. The first time they said they could refund the cash amount but not the NSW discovery voucher (which I think is really illegal and needs to be escalated to NSW service as they are basically stealing this money! Was such a painful experience I booked another date. This time bought an extra ticket. They cancelled the event once more and now they are saying they won’t refund anything at all!!! They are giving me just a voucher to use in the app. I don’t want anything to do with you and I don’t want you to have MY MONEY nor my NSW discovery voucher which is the government money on my behalf. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN MY LIFE

Do not waste your time and money.. The quality of the performance was poor and unprofessional. They change programmes and advertise their CDs in the middle of the performance. I have bought 2 tickets so far. I regret that bought two different concert tickets at once. Even customer service was awful. Do not waste your time and money.

Convoluted and unnecessary. Got sent a ticket and needed to register on a website for an account, then download the app, log in again, then forced to select interests and dismiss permission requests before being able to view the ticket. Application could be easily replaced with a Apple wallet ticket system without any loss of value.

absolute scam, very misleading. my friends and I booked tickets to enter a disco and meant to book it for that night, but since it was already past midnight we technically booked the tickets for the next day. the app misled us by not specifying what time the tickets started. the lady at the front desk of the disco assured us we would get a refund, so I tried to do so through their website. After speaking to multiple agents they completely refused my request to refund. I lost €25 for nothing. please do not download if you do not want to lose your money.

App vanished along with the tickets. Nightmare to navigate. This app wants your Facebook data if you use your email there is no way to see which email you used at a later date the tickets then vanish from the app. Then when you reinstall thinking it will fix the matter it doesn’t and you receive a huge headache with no human person to contact.

Moved the date !!. FANTASTIC people behind this App. They helped me when I double booked myself and now I can still get to the great Fever Original Event at a different performance... Thankyou Paula!!

Useful entertainment app. Events are interesting and enjoyable. Using app to purchase tickets super easy. Rewards provide discounts on future ticket purchased

Did not provide paid experience or credit. purchased a picnic experience with Fever unfortunately they did not send order to company supplying experience nor payment for it - so my special day ruined with no picnic. Now customer service not responding for a credit. Business seems to take money on false pretense - do not use them.

Unable to get my money back. I booked two tickets to a candlelight event but had to get a voucher as was unable to attend the date. When I went to use the voucher the app glitched and only booked one ticket then the rest of the voucher disappeared. Contacted customer service who are so unhelpful and are refusing to issue a refund and basically stealing my money! Do not use this app the customer service is horrible and takes forever to get a response!

Fabulous follow up service. Thankyou so much for all the patience and time spent trouble shooting my email change issue I really appreciate your consideration communication and resolution Daniela and the fever team are approachable and professional and took care to ensure everything went smoothly even considering the time difference! This is the second time they’ve had to sort out issues of my own making The first being cancelled covid performance and credit reimbursement- again all went smoothly Again Thankyou so much Big thumbs up from me in Sydney Australia!

Changed ticket date without telling us. I purchased tickets from this app and they changed the dates of our tickets without telling us and said that was impossible. After reading reviews I can see other people have experienced the same thing. Don’t waste your money with this app!

Terrible app. The events seem good but the app itself is terrible. The per ticket booking fees add up and to buy multiple ticket types then you have to do it in different transactions and be charged a hefty fee each time. That doesn’t seem to be displayed on the screen or invoice very clearly either. No refunds at all (even when the clunky user experience and check out cart is the reason why). While you can get a credit, you then get charged to use it ($14). You also can’t transfer a credit to different events. Overall an awful experience.

Amazing events. Been to about 4 events on fever and each one is incredible App is easy to use, tickets are always available on there, you get bonus points for buying tickets. Great app, keep up the good work

Cool stuff. Thanks for organising things! Why Do I gotta download the app to see my ticket tho :( I mean I was gonna download it anyway but that is kind of annoying . Please don’t do that (who is he talking to)

Terrible customer service. Had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced after information listed on a booking was incorrect, resulting in us missing the event we bought tickets for. Customer service wouldn’t budge on granting a refund, every email reply I received was ignoring what I said and just gave a generic-sounding response that addressed nothing. Will never use this app again and encourage others to do the same.

Worst customer service. Do not download!!!. We purchased tickets for an event that supposedly went from 1-3pm. The event actually started at 10am and finished at 2pm. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times for a refund and I’m always told someone will get back to me but it’s been 3 weeks and I’m yet to hear anything. Never using the app again.

Voucher issues for cancelled concert. I am one happy customer due to the great service I received with getting my voucher issues sorted. I bought my tickets last year not realising I had used a different email to log on to purchase them. As a consequence I didn’t read the email notification about concert to be cancelled due to Covid. I contacted fever team who assisted me redeem my vouchers. I made another mistake with bookings and mentioned it to Paula@fever who was assisting me not expecting anything. I was pleasantly surprised when told they’d look into it straightaway and resolved that issue as well! I now am able to purchase tickets using the vouchers to a concert of my choice. Thank you very much fever team. Made me confident to purchase tickets with Fever for future events due to great customer support and service!

Tried to change date. Could not change the date, despite falling ill and then could not get a refund for the event. It was within 48h, but the event is a continuous 3 month nightly thing that you walk into (it’s a light show in a park, not like I was taking up a seat in a concert or something) so to change the date should not have been a problem. They should look into having a different cancellation/refund service based on the type of event. This was very disappointing and felt very cold and corporate as a response. Customer service was good if a little slow.

Good events and good for keeping your tickets in the app but app is buggy with purchases. Good events but dangerously the app has one-click purchasing if your bank details have been saved. I accidentally clicked on an event and purchased a ticket. Fever would not refund. There is no safe guard or confirmation required. I also woke up one morning to be delighted to know I had purchased a ticket to an event while I was asleep!! Still waiting to hear back from Fever in that one. My tip is don’t trust the app with your payment details. Pay individually each time you make an event purchase.

Fantastic service!. Couldn’t recommend this app more highly. In addition to the great discount program and ease of purchasing tickets, the customer service is excellent. I’ve used great apps before in relation to content, but the customer service when you need assistance was shocking and stopped using them. No issues with that with this app. It’s soooo easy and helpful to get assistance. (Note this is the first time I think I’ve left a review for anything, that’s how grateful I am).

Worst costumer support. Accidentally double booked tickets and contacted their help care to ask for refund of the tickets. Their response was immediate however they proceeded to asking verifications about my identity and continued giving instructions after series of email exchanges. After everything has been followed and thoroughly submitted, they refused to give a refund for some selfish reasons. And when I emailed again as to the possibility of atleast changing the ticket dates for future use instead of putting paid money to waste, they did not care at all to answer.

Horrible, event cancelled and no notification of rescheduling or refund. Don’t book tickets through this! An event I purchased tickets for was cancelled because of Covid in Melbourne. I was waiting for an email or notification telling me when it would be rescheduled but the only email I got eventually was asking me how I enjoyed the event and to rate it… I did not enjoy it, because I did not attend because I wasn’t told it was rescheduled. Unfortunately, I was really excited for this and now I’m just disappointed and bitter. They also never refunded a ticket mixup. Just awful.

Intrusive and pushy App. Such a pushy, nosey App wanting all your private info like date of birth, gender, friends lists (you can unselect their defaults). I will delete it as soon as I’ve been to the event as they insist on storing your tickets rather than emailing them like any other normal non-data-mining event company. The UX has had little thought too, it’s like taking a step back in time. Massive thumbs down from me.

Useless app and bad customer service. My recent interaction with the ticketing app has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite purchasing three tickets, I never received a confirmation email and had to download the app just to access them. Upon transferring one ticket to a friend, it mysteriously disappeared from both our accounts, leaving us scrambling for a resolution. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, we've been met with conflicting instructions and a lack of responsiveness. Even my credit card statement reflects the purchase of three tickets, contradicting the app's notification of only two. This has undoubtedly been the most frustrating and inefficient app experience I've ever encountered.

So far pretty dissatisfied. So… First I wanted to buy tickets to a thing in Sydney using the Parents NSW vouchers. Despite the app asking for VOUCHERS (not voucher), it wouldn’t let me apply multiple vouchers. I contacted customer support, but they just said it couldn’t be done (but thanks for my feedback). So I made three, separate transactions to buy the tickets and applied a voucher to each. Sorted. Nope. I had inadvertently booked one ticket for a session 30 mins earlier than the others. I contacted customer support again, within minutes of my original purchase. I asked for the session to be amended. Sorry. We don’t do that. We will cancel your ticket and send you a voucher to use. Ok. I get the voucher and use it to rebook at the correct time. Wait! I’m being charged a SECOND booking fee?!?!?’ WTAF?’ By using the Parents NSW vouchers, I was getting the tickets at no cost to me; but now I am out of pocket. 1. This mistake would never have been made if the purchasing platform had accepted multiple vouchers in the first place. 2. They could’ve just amended the time. Really unhappy with the way they are operating.

Fantastic customer service. I booked tickets online but accidentally chose the wrong date. Luis@fever was extremely efficient, clear and helpful after initially conversation over the live chat at 7:30pm I got an immediate response then through emails for confirmation (which he explained in the chat). I have my new tickets (on the correct day) without added stress or having to spend any extra within 12hrs of my first message. Really fantastic customer service. Thank you Luis S. The website to book the tickets and the Fever app to book are very easy to use. I look forward to keeping the app and seeing what else is available through the year as there’s quite a variety they have on offer.

Very poor customer service. Booked a VR activity in Melbourne, but when we showed up to the venue it was closed and no one was there. Raised the issue with Fever at the time who did not offer us a refund or credit and simply closed the query. We have since called them 3 times over the last 2 weeks with zero progress made. At this stage a refund is the least they should do!

Very unhappy. My wife and I paid for an event that did not happen. There was no communication. This was the second time this has happened. The first time we gave them the benifit of the doubt but this time we are just angry. We called twice to confirm without any support and were sent an email that told us they could not help. We drove 3 hours, paid $400 for accommodation. This is unacceptable. Do not use this app. They won't help or refund if things go wrong.

Limited events, bad exchange policy and unhelpful staff. I had an event that was cancelled due to covid and received a voucher with a two month expiry. The event choices are limited, so I tried to get a gift voucher for the amount ($130) but they only had $50, $100 and $200 so I purchased a $100 voucher and had to sacrifice the $30 since there was no events I was interested in. I then wanted to use both vouchers in one transaction and was told I wasn’t able to, nor was I able to merge the vouchers into one again (either by reversing the charge and/or adding $30 to the voucher). So now I have to spend them separately - just a complete waste of an app and service model. These events are also listed on other websites which I would recommend using instead of fever.

Disappointed. Bought tickets for Anime concert for daughters birthday. Date of which got changed four times with no offer of refund. Contacted Fever as the latest day on 4th of January we could not attend and they promised they would issue voucher which has not been done and now when I email them no response.

So sick of false advertisement.. I bought tickets to Banksy. I put in the wrong time slot and needed to change it straight away. The purchase is through Fever. With out me asking it states on the site. ‘If you want to change the time or date you can do this in the Fever App’. Well I did need to do that. But I certainly DID NOT need another app on my phone that is already groaning under the weight of App saturation, but thinking it was a short cut to waiting on the phone for hours, I caved. Guess what you cannot change your date or time through the App. It has no capacity whatsoever to do that grrr. I had to faff around find the contact number wait for the assistant to be told that for security reasons someone will call me back in 2 hours!

Disgraceful. This company (Fever) does not respond to ANY customer service enquiries in Australia. Purchased tickets to an event (exhibit) to turn up and find it doesn’t even exist and hasn’t even come to Australia. No notification received to advise yet happily took my money months ago. This company is a scam in Australia, won’t issue refunds and will not respond. Claims to have a “chat” feature and “phone” but it does not, their is no such thing. I believe their customer service doesn’t even exist either; much like their exhibit. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT download this app or use this company for ANY ticket purchases.

Very disappointing experience. I booked tickets to "Candlelight Open Air: Chopin’s Best Works" for myself and my partner. I was drawn in by the advertised candle lit park overlooking the river, and bought the best tickets I could seated closest to the water (as detailed on the seating plan). I booked the event in time with sunset in view of the setting. I have never before been more disappointed in my life when we arrived at the venue. The candle lit park overlooking the water had been replaced by what looked like didgy school hall you would be embarrassed to see your kids music recital in. Upon arrival the staff didn't know where to direct us after receiving our tickets, we were eventually shown to a spare row of uncomfortable plastic chairs that protested with loud screeches at the slightest of movement. The performance dragged on for an uninspiring hour punctuated only by the extremely regular screeches of the cheap decor, the hacking sound of the ancient aircondition looming over the already low ceilings like some sort of evil spirit, and regular unsilenced phone calls and covid sounding dry coughs. I have never been more embarrassed to have invited someone to such a garbage event. I wouldn’t recommend this app or their events

Great music and ambience. Strings on Fire brought and performed great settings of more modern music. Candlelit settings, either at the Town Hall or Baha'i Centre of Learning, added a softness to the ambience of the beautiful settings, especially the later concerts.

App is fantastic. As above - but on time shows would be nice! And other info - like bring pillows for church performances, so customer service little lacking - and at events, but performers - 10/10 😃

Will never use fever - WORST EXPERIENCE. Event that I had booked for a birthday got cancelled by Fever due to “weather conditions” and was told a refund would be possible if I could not reschedule my booking to another date. After numerous emails and phone calls going back and forth with different Fever Agents - did not receive a refund for my ticket, and received no help whatsoever. Kept getting told different things. DO NOT EVER USE FEVER - basically a scam for your money and will only provide a voucher to purchase another ticket that will get cancelled by them!!!

Worst app and customer service ever. It’s been the worst experience I ever had with an events app. I first bought two tickets to go to a candlelight concert. The concert was canceled due to rain and so the event people told us, they changed the date of our tickets and, in the case that we couldn’t attend that day, to contact fever up to reschedule. Unfortunately we couldn’t attend to the new date so I contacted fever up several times to get my tickets rescheduled as there was another event later on, after two weeks of trying to reach out to them, didn’t get an answer and lost the opportunity to attend the concert as they replied to me when there were no dates available anymore. When I asked for a refund they just gave me a voucher to use in another event. After a while, I saw another event in which I wasn't too interested but I had to use the voucher, right? So I went in and try to purchase two tickets with the voucher. I had so many errors in the app and they ended up charging me $135 in my bank card and only use a bit of the voucher!! SO FRUSTRATING Now they don’t want to refund me the $135. So they’re basically stealing from me. Terrible. Fever up- is that how you make money? Charging users mistakenly and making them use that money again in your terrible app? This will obviously be raised with consumer affairs.

Dodgy service - BEWARE!. I had my tickets automatically change to 8.30 from the 6.30 tickets I purchased without checking if this was ok. As soon as I and my friends realised the day before they were able to change theirs back however the agent Audra said it was impossible and indicated I needed to attend that time as there were no more times available. She did indicate I could attend another fever event for the same price however she didn’t appear to understand that people purchase tickets for things they would like to see. No offer of refund at all. BEWARE - super dodgy and it looks like they can change the time of your ticket at any stage

Money grabber. Fever doesn’t allow you to book different ticket types in the one booking e.g. adults and seniors going to the same session. You have to buy the adult tickets as one booking and the senior tickets as another booking. And you get charged a booking fee for each booking - double dipping! And, as another complainant has stated – your credit card details are automatically stored. No option given. Not good for credit card security! All in all, Fever lacks a professional touch. I’ll be deleting the app as soon as I attend the event and no longer need the app in order to access the tickets.

Paying more!. If you got the wrong time or date, they can’t help you reschedule. All they can do is to issue you a voucher and you would be paying again for the tickets fee although you have paid for them in the first place. Imagine buying five tickets. One is 7.40. Why do you have to make everything so complicated? Never again using this app. 100% regrets.

App Causing More Headaches Than Solutions. My experience with this app was beyond frustrating. Initially, I purchased three tickets totaling $323, but when I needed to make a simple date change and fix an error with my child’s ticket, the app inexplicably cancelled all three tickets. This meant I had to go through the process of rebooking all three tickets again. When attempting to rebook, I found only a small voucher available, forcing me to shell out an extra $208 for the adult tickets. Seeking help from customer service proved futile as I was met with unhelpful responses, essentially being told it was my fault and they couldn’t assist me. What’s worse, I received two vouchers with different amount and will be expired in two months! Overall, the lack of assistance from customer service coupled with the app’s glitchy behaviour and confusing voucher system made for an incredibly disappointing experience. I strongly advise against using this app for ticket purchases. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Do not trust. I have to agree with others - there is so much deception going on here. The prices are advertised in local currency and then charged in foreign currency, so you end up with massive fees on top of your purchase for buying something from Madrid. The ‘legal terms’ tab is conveniently the only tab that is never able to open or finish loading. I’ve tried over multiple days now. I hope more people call them out on it.

Was sold invalid tickets and worst customer service. I had booked tickets to a jetboating experience. Upon travelling over 2 hours, the jetboat company told me that they had contacted Fever to take down their listing because they had advertised an incorrect price and to refund all tickets purchased. I wasn’t sent a single email or notification, nor had I received a refund. This is entirely at the fault of Fever for poor management. I contacted Fever’s customer support who had said they would be able to rebook the experience for me. However, a few days later they then backtracked and told me they wouldn’t be able to rebook it. I then got ghosted. Would not recommend.

Fever is a Scam. I purchased a gift card and made the payment. In the app the payment showed it didn’t go through however it did and my bank has confirmed. Fever customer serviced asked me to check with my bank however because the payment went through they couldn’t do anything. Fever customer service kept closing my chat doors when I looked for a solution . Moreover they kept sending me marketing emails shamelessly even though the I didn’t sign up. All marketing emails come with explanation it says it is not marketing but it is. I am STIL WAITING FOR A REFUND

Concerts on week nights. Pity we can’t go to some of the events planned on week nights, we work or study so we miss some fantastic events. It’s great to bring the kids, who play an instrument, to your concerts but not on school nights.

Cancelled concert. Our concert was cancelled due to lockdown restrictions. They not only offered replacement tickets for same concert, same venue just another date, but also equivalent tickets to any other concert if replacement date did not suit. Great service, no questions asked.

So many options!. So many events I’ve found on here that I didn’t even know were going on. Love that about fever!

They take your money, change the dates and give a voucher for a future event. Do NOT use this company. They took our booking and money then changed the dates. We asked for a refund because the new dates were not suitable for us. They told us multiple times they don’t offer refunds and said we can have a voucher for a future event. So we outlaid money for a special occasion and now cannot book anywhere new because Fever is keeping our money for a cancelled event.

Refund exceptional service. My request was quite complex but I received prompt and excellent service from Fever’s customer service on email. Sincere thanks!

I would avoid using this app at all…. I would avoid using this app at all costs! I recently purchased 3 x tickets to ‘Neighbourhood Earth’ in Melbourne costing nearly $100. My wife and 11yo son contracted COVID-19 the night before the event. I politely emailed the company and requested a refund as our travel plans to Melbourne had been cancelled. We are legally required to isolate at home in the state of Victoria. The customer representative were most unhelpful and referred us to the “terms of use” which state a blanket “no refunds”. They also would not offer a credit to use on another event in the future. I find the lack of leniency or any specific policy relating to COVID cancellations during the middle of a global pandemic to completely lack empathy. The customer service I received was appalling.

Terrible customer service.. First purchase was cancelled. Provided coupon was available for one event only with the most expensive options only. This is my first and last experience with fever

Scammed.. This app is a scam. My ticket got cancelled and when tried to use voucher for the same event time, they wanted to charge me 60% of what I made, on top. Shame on event organizer using this scam of an agent.

App Holds You Hostage. If you purchase tickets for an event using this service you MUST keep the app on your phone. You can’t simply have the tickets in email or even take a snapshot of your screen. This practice holds you hostage for an app that you have little use for.

scam. don't waste your money

App glitched and overcharged. Be careful when you order. We ordered a family pack. Somehow the app added an extra ticket while processing the payment. I let them know immediately and they refused to refund an error made by their app and will not let you speak to a supervisor when you call or email. They just tell you that all sales are non refundable.

Terrible Customer service. Worst experience ever. They cancelled the event, made us reschedule for 2 months later, and tried to charge a $45 booking fee while trying to rebook. I had to exchange 5-6 emails back and forth with customer service, trying to resolve this. Eventually had to escalate to not be charged for no reason. Huge waste of time and crappy overall experience (btw if they say you get a “free gift bag of commemorative items” to apologize for a reschedule / cancellation, they mean a crappy paper lanyard in a brown paper bag.)

Worst customer service. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had with any company I buy a bundle with them, just for them to give me expired voucher that they don’t specify as it expired, then for them not to allow me to even purchase the other part of the bundle I purchased and their outcome is to say sorry for the inconvenience and that’s it no compensation or refund or anything highly don’t recommend.

Laperica. Very easy to use and the response time is great when you have an enquiry. Lots of great options to choose.

Apps good. But the 5 stars is more in relation to their support team. I made a mistake and bought tickets for the same event 2x. This was for 4 people so all total 8 tickets when I needed 4. No questions asked they refunded the extra 4 and it was a great evening. When all else is equal great support is a huge differentiator. You now have a customer for life.

Horrible customer service, poor information. The app seemed great, cool events and credit in your account when you make purchases. I had been to a few really cool ones. I got an email about the wallet ending and needing to use my credit. I contacted customer service and found out my account was locked due to not using it in a few months. And I would have to make a new purchase to use my wallet. I asked on chat if I received an email to notify me of the lock/that it would be locked and why would I get an email telling me to use it if I couldn’t actually use it. The agent closed the chat before I was done talking to her. She wasn’t reading what I was writing because the stock answers didn’t even answer my questions. Poor design and poor customer service. There are better event providers.

This company is confused. Although first-time ticket purchasers receive from Fever a $7.00 voucher, regardless of whether they buy tickets via the webpage for an event or via this mobile app, the voucher can’t be used on your first purchase if you buy via the webpage, which incidentally does not state the benefit of buying tickets via the app instead. What’s worse is that if you had the misfortune of not buying tickets via the app, Fever gives you a 30-day time-limited window in which to use the $7.00 voucher. If you read the FAQs on the app, you’ll notice that the company moved from a rewards system paying out cash to one that rewards you with points. I don’t think Fever understands that consumers would rather be immediately rewarded 1. with a discount upon making a first-time purchase, and 2. with cashback instead of points, especially if the latter are slowly accumulated only by spending more of your hard-earned money on ticketed events.

Inflexible policy. They won’t propose another date for your event even when you have an unfortunate emergency and missed the event. They prioritize business over customer experience. I got in touch with customer service twice (once by chat message and the second time by phone) to explain my situation and got the same answer both times. Now the developer is asking me to get in touch with the customer service for a third time. Unless they tell me that the answer will be different this time, i don’t see the point. Don’t want to be disappointed for a third time.

Terrible customer service. Be aware of no refund policy , they don’t care what happens to the customers. It is really strange to me that you can’t ask for refund even though it is 2 weeks prior to concert start date and tickets sold out already. There is situations when customers need refund as a solution. Simply putting those tickets back for sale and if sold - satisfy the request! It won’t impact your company financially, however it will show that you care for your customers. When you provide services and can’t fix the problem customer asking you to consider - ultimately you are loosing the customer. We will not be back for that reason. Thanks, Oleg and Kristal

Brutal customer service. Drove 2 hours to the big bounce event to find out that it’s canceled. No email was sent to warn us and then we were told we’d receive an email about a new day or refund within 24 hours. It’s been a week and all fever keeps doing is giving me the run around while they still have my money. They have zero control over refunds and they do nothing to provide you with alternative solutions. I never write reviews but I’ve truly had it with both fever and big bounce. Very disappointed

The app is terrible. A friend bought tickets to a concert and in the email she got, there are only numeric codes and no seats assigned. I downloaded the app to try to see what our seats are and it’s not possible to do it. Very basic functionality is missing, i do not know what’s the point of the app if it can’t display the tickets.

No refunds, they will change your dates. I will never purchase tickets from this company. They changed the event date twice and when I was not able to make that new date, they would not give me tickets for the same event on a date that worked for me. Gave me a voucher that had to be used in the next 6 months. Why make me do all the work?! Update ** Response shows a human is not reading reviews.

Scammed by Fever. Bought tickets from Fever and the venue didn't honour the category of ticket I thought I had bought. Don't use Fever!

Apple Wallet Support. Can you add Apple wallet support??

Fire whoever pushed the mandatory app.. What kind of company FORCES YOU to download an app to receive tickets you already paid for. No email confirmation of tickets.. nothing. Just “uSe OuR APp!¡ iTS eAsY!” No thank you. Every page in the app asks you to turn on all notifications and location tracking.. like what is the company doing with that information? Get rid of this and keep your customers. -5/10 stars.

Glitchy vouchers with poor customer support. Absolutely awful customer service experience. Offering a discount code that cannot be applied due to app or database coding problems is false advertizing. An app is only as good as the customer service behind it, and Fever's is very poor. It appears that customer service agents simply scan carefully written customer messages and then pick some generic platitude that is non-specific, unhelpful, and appears to be very similar text to what can be found on FAQ pages. When a true issue with the app arises, I expect a human being to give a human-level response each and every time. Requested replies to emails (following initial contact) often received the generic treatment, meaning the customer service agents either don't read past correspondence before replying or don't have access to it. 24/7 customer support is also false advertizing. My experience was that a response could only be expected between 9 am and 5 pm EST. Do better!

Scam -don’t buy their tickets. Scam scam scam! Customer service just want your money.

No money, no tickets, no support. Absolutely worst

Pathetic Customer Service. Must be working from home, can’t talk to a person, don’t care, will never book through this app again, time to return to accountability, absolutely a terrible experience

Terrible refund policy for event cancellation. Event was cancelled, instead of refunding my tickets, fever credited me a voucher for their app ***that expires in 9 months***. This is so disappointing and completely unacceptable, I will never be using this app again. This policy isn’t disclosed anywhere on their website or during purchasing, and even in their terms of service, it doesn’t mention that the credit expires. Waiting to see what customer support does about this.

Beware of hidden fees for changing time. Tried to change the time of an experience by an hour which was allowed via T&Cs and then they wanted to charge a $8 booking fee again. And then there’s no way to go back to the original time. So you essentially get trapped to double pay the booking fee and there’s no way to cancel out of the process. I just want to go back to the original date/time.

Worst customer service. If you ask to change your dates for any tickets they’ll cancel your tickets without confirming tickets are available or they’ll just shut down ticket sales despite an abundance of tickets being available when you asked to switch. So you get left without tickets to the event and the best they can do is a voucher you have to use for their other events within 9 months instead of a refund. What a scam.

Rip off. I bought premium tickets, for a better experience and a gift at the end. It turns out they were out of the special gifts and supplied something worth nothing. DO NOT BUY PREMIUM PASSES FROM HERE. Also, after speaking to customer support I was assured that I would receive the gifts then I got an email stating that they were out and I wouldn’t be getting them. They are however still charging people for those passes and doing the same thing to them. RIPOFF

Bridgerton + candlelight’s.

Why Did I Get into this?. I’m a senior who just wants to go to one specific event.I don’t want spam.I paid $90. for 2 tickets.I just want to print my tickets and get out of the fever app.How can I get my tickets?

Bad customer service. I have been emailing your support team for over a week and yet no reply but I consistently get your marketing email daily asking me to reply in case of any issues.

Buyer Beware, Triple Check Those Dates.... I bought 7 tickets for an event but the 7th ticket I accidentally scheduled a week after the other 6 tickets. They couldn't do anything to help me change the date on the 7th ticket to match the other 6 we paid good money for. No date exchanges, no refunds, even if the events are good their customer service is terrible. I had to buy an 8th ticket ($50) just so my whole group of 7 people can attend the event together.

Great Events - Hard to see the event date/time. Great line up of events. It would be nice if the app had an option to sort by date, and dates/times were better displayed. You have to click the event to see the date.

Love this app. Some awesome events. I love it.

Remarquable. Magnifique mais plus de concert dans différents endroits

Terrible. Terrible application because forbids reimbursement if you have bought something mistakenly ( wrong date or schedule)

Shady Business Processes.. These guys are a complete rip off. Purchased 2 $100 gift cards and was unable to take advantage of their current discount promos and use a gift card at the same time. Was only able to apply a gift card OR apply the promo code - not both. Also, unable to use both gift cards on a single purchase, can only apply 1 per purchase. Ended up paying 40% more for tickets than I could have paid had I not purchased gift cards. They don’t treat gift card like all other retailers do. Complete disappointment. Stay away from purchasing gift cards from this company.

No refund No changes No cancellation. Accidentally picked the wrong date for an event and the payment process did not have confirmation and proceeded without consent. They do not allow cancellation/ changes to the date or refund. “ We've looked into your case and, unfortunately, the tickets you have purchased are strictly non-refundable. Unless there is a change in the experience, the event organizer’s policies do not allow us to issue any refunds once the booking is made.” Please use this app with cautious!!!! I personally would not recommend or use this app ever again. 😡😡🤬🤬

Policy really sucks. The concert was beautiful it’s the company I dislike. The person I was supposed to go with tested for COVID with an at home antigen test. I asked Fever if I could move my tickets to one of the other concert days (I didn’t even want or ask for a refund just moved to a different concert date). The company asked for a PCR, medical documentation, and the PCR next to valid ID. That’d be fine if PCR tests were 1. Less hard to get (mostly healthcare workers are accepted) 2. Results come back 1-2 days later. They told me it’s policy and they need 48 hours notice so I ended up having to take someone else because the person I bought the tickets for (birthday present) didn’t catch COVID in a timely manner??

Soyez sur vos gardes. Une fois l’argent dépensé sur fever, il est très difficile de la récupérer peu importe la raison. Frais caché, service après vente déficient.

The app gives you other seats that you didn’t choose.. Be careful. Before you check out the order, check the seats you chose (for shows with assigned seats). The app gives you different seats, and later, customer service can't change them. Ask for a refund if this happens.

This company is a scam!. We bought tickets and planned our weekend around the event. We showed up there and there was a group of 30 - 50 people who couldn’t get into the show. They told us our tickets had been “canceled” because Fever had oversold the show. They said they sent an email explaining this, but they did not. (Yes, I checked my spam folder). I HOPE I will get a refund, but I have zero confidence. And I won’t get a refund for the ferry, hotel, and other expenses. I am pretty livid about this. This didn’t only happen to me. As I wrote there were many people on the night I went. The show had been running for weeks with the same thing happening! There was plenty of time for them to get in touch with people and try to let them know so they could cancel their travel plans!

Worst Service. Booked a ticket for 26th and the ticket got issued for 27th. Contacted customer service for rescheduling, because it happened due to some glitch in their system. None of the representative over phone/live chat/ email was helpful. Tried all the way possible. They were not working to help or resolve the issue. You wont get any support for this team. Total waste company. Beware when dealing with this app.

Scam. Do not buy from this company - their app books incorrect dates or locations and they will not refund you or help you

Worst app ever, says my fb, Insta, gmail or credit card don’t exist. Useless app

Spammer. Don’t do it! This company will spam you into oblivion. Their ‘unsubscribe’ button is inactive on their website. You’ll never get off their list.

Customer service is bad. They send an email to change the date at no cost. I didn’t realize that it’s a trap. I ended up paying more. I am not going use this app anymore. As mentioned in other reviews, business is first priority for them not customer satisfaction

Doesn’t work. Select “see all” candlelight concerts and a message comes up that says there is nothing found. Meanwhile there are concerts in the city I have selected. I ended up just using the website not the app.

Annoying app and lame concerts. Nothing much really

Customer service sucks. The events seem fun. But the company seems Scummy. I purchased tickets then 1 month later wanted to exchange for a different date. I contacted them well in advance and nothing was made clear. My ticket was immediately canceled and I couldn’t even get them back. They had marked up the prices by 10 dollars and increase service fee. I ended up paying $50 more to attend the same event on a different date. Even if I wanted my exact ticket back I would have to pay all additional fees. Doesn’t seem like they care about the customer, just the money or capitalizing on children events. Kid things are expensive already on parents & all you’re trying to do is have a fun time.

Atrocious app & customer experience. I was forced to get this app for the Van Gogh event. The entire experience was a disaster. The event was delayed with no notice, resulting in my tickets being cancelled. Their support was slow with a week or more between responses. The company refused to provide a refund, only allowing it as a credit for a future (less convenient) date, since the one I’d planned for ~8 months in advance had been cancelled. Then when I went to rebook since that was the only option, they had increased the price of tickets, and made me pay more! Unbelievably atrocious experience all around, and while the event itself was pretty good, everything else was so awful that I would avoid them at all costs because any events through this company will be a complete nightmare.

🚫Don’t do it!. Had bought 2 tickets for a art exhibition in LA the even was canceled. Had to find a new date and was forced buy more expensive ticket because of availability and scheduling. Then they canceled that show too. All shows are sold out or even more expensive now. Can’t go anymore. Missed 2 days of work over this and money. They will NOT REFUND you money. They make you try and use it on something else you don’t want to. Low key scam…. Also only offer customer service via email and text chat. They make it hard to dispute or fix the situation. Also if you card is on file you could accidentally purchase a ticket instantly. They designed it to go in instantly, it will not ask you to confirm purchase for any type of error like most apps do. I highly recommend not using this app.

Charging extra for kids even when the events don’t. I had a very bad experience with this app. We attended a Dinos Alive event where no tickets were needed for children less than 3 years old. No where on the fever page was this information mentioned. The administrators at the event suggested that we ask Fever for refund for the child ticket. Fever denied our request and took no responsibility. They said we should have read all the FAQs on the event site (nothing was mentioned on Fever) before making the booking. They did not refund us for that one ticket even if the event management did not use it. Most ticketing sites have a an extra field for children and ask for age if there are such exceptions but this is the first time I have come across an app which charges you and takes no responsibility.

Very Accommodating. Customer service is awesome.I needed to change the date of attendance for my ticket event and they responded quickly to make that possible both times. The first time I received a communication at 2:00 am. I did not think I would receive actual help at that hour! I then needed to have my voucher balance combined to complete my new purchase and They quickly assisted me with that also. I gave only 4 out of 5 stars because the vouchers should show their values and/ or the app should give you the option to apply multiple vouchers to pay for purchase. These changes would eliminate the need for customer service involvement.

Cancelled my ticket for no reason. I have never left a review for an app, but this one compelled me to. The UX of this app is horrifying, especially when it comes to the ticket exchange/voucher system. When i clicked to change the ticket, i didnt expect it to cancel my ticket right away until I actually selected the new date. And then when I tried to buy new tickets, it only allowed me to use the voucher once, even tho i had two tickets! And when i tried to buy the new ticket, i saw that there was one vip and one regular. When i bought the regular one, the vip one disappeared. And when i requested refund because i am not going to go alone, they refused. My understanding is that there is always the official site whos actually selling the tickets, they just arbitrage by doing search/social ads and direct traffic to their site. Just dont buy it from here.

Interesting concept but deceptive. I booked tickets for a skating event where the writing was deliberately ambiguous on what you got - it was only after I booked two tickets that I realized each individual ticket was for two people and that I had double purchased for something I couldn’t use and didn’t need. Fever refused to reimburse me. I also had emailed to see if it was possible to change the date and while they did respond right away, they said they would only consider changing the date if I downloaded the app. The combination of these two experiences made me feel really icky about the whole experience and brand - I’ve deleted the app and will not use Fever again.

Never TRUST THEM !. Absolutely disappointed with this app! Purchased tickets for an event, drove three hours only to find out it was canceled due to technical issues by the organizers. Promised a refund, yet three months later, still no refund in sight. Customer service is beyond unhelpful, claiming it's not their responsibility because it's a non-refundable ticket. I have been trying to get my money back for 3 months now , but the customer service is useless and rude. They don’t care about their customers at all. Do not use this app or buy anything from them. They will rip you off and leave you hanging. This app deserves no stars. NEVER trust this app or buy anything from them. Completely frustrated, will never trust or use this app again. Avoid at all costs!"

Purchased wrong time for an event. Fever has been very responsive and helpful with my issue. I purchased a ticket for an event and I accidentally purchased it for the wrong time. I contacted them to see if there was a way to switch the time. They emailed me immediately and told me that they will look into it and see what can be done. They got back to me and let me switch the time without charging me again. I like the fact that they have messaging options where you can text someone and they can assist you and they also communicate through email. Thank you fever for being accommodating . Now I can go and enjoy the event with my friends!

App forces you to have Google or Facebook to login. I generally don’t use free social media services and try to avoid apps that force you to login using them. I bought tickets thru Fever, because the ticket page for the event specifically said “Once in the app, remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your ticket.” This isn’t an option. I downloaded Fever to access my tickets, and it forces you to use Google login or Facebook, neither of which are associated with my tickets. Update: I went ahead and signed in with my Google account - guess what! My tickets aren’t accessible or associated, even when I click the link from the confirmation email and it opens in the Fever app. So I guess I’ll be showing up to the event that I bought VIP tickets for and hoping they’ll let me in. Never using Fever again!

Terrible!. I purchased tickets in March to the van Gough Immersive Experience in Dallas. This was for our 30th anniversary. The tickets were for a Sunday, August 15th 9:30 am time slot. When I try to check our tickets on the Thursday before the show I was told they were canceled I went into their app and used chat. They told me it was cancelled with no explanation. I told them I never been notified it was canceled they apologized with no explanation I requested a refund since they hadn’t given me one or told me I could get one and they said it would take 10 days. The next day I checked and the show had not been canceled. I called them at the number from their app and tried to talk to a person about it and when I tried to ask him what was going on that I felt like this was a scam he hung up on me. I would suggest never buying tickets through them!!!!!!!!!!!

No purchase receipt.. For some questionable reason this app does not provide you purchase receipts, which is a violation of tax laws. They only provide you proof of payment (which is not a legally valid form of receipt), not by default, but only UPON REQUEST with their customer service. And you have to WAIT for them to generate the proof of purchase. In fact when asked why they don’t send out receipts by default, the customer service banned me from using their chat so I could not get any customer support, a very anti consumer move. This means for each of you not asking for receipts, they have the chance NOT to pay tax on that. And YOU as a consumer is NOT legally protected for your purchase. This brings a huge question mark on their business ethics. And I do warn anyone booking events for business purposes to avoid using this app.

Trash. I put myself on the waitlist for an event and logged into the app when it was time to purchase tickets. When I loaded the app I didn’t see the event I was waitlisted for so I had to search for it. When I found the event in the search area and clicked on it the app “thinks” for about 30 seconds and then would show me an “oops” screen with zero helpful information. Just “oops.” I tried clicking on other events and got the same result. Just a poor user experience not being able to easily find an event I’m on the waitlist for and then not letting me access it when I finally find it. At this point in time there also is no excuse for an online ticketing app to experience delay issues due to high traffic. Online ticketing is nothing new so this should be anticipated and built into the backend.

Easy to use but be careful ***No refunds ***. I bought a ticket for an event I already have a ticket to. I sent an email to request a refund and received a reply stating it will take a week to get back to me. Fortunately my event isn’t until September. I was browsing other dates and somehow ended up “Purchasing a ticket”???Not even sure how that happened. Wish me luck🍀🍀🍀🍀🧧🧧🧧 On the other hand, I really appreciate the variety of events. I used to purchase through another sight but found way more events on “Fever”. Just purchased some tickets to another event...

They scammed me out of $323.. We used Fever to purchase 6 tickets for the Ice cream Museum in Manhattan. My mother in law decided she wasn’t going to be able to attend. We contacted Fever to see if we were able to get a refund for 1 ticket. They told us we needed to purchase 5 New tickets then they can refund us for the 6 original tickets. After we purchased the 5 New tickets, they turn around and tell us that the Ice Cream museum does not do refunds. SO WHY WOULD FEVER TELL ME TO PURCHASE 5 NEW TICKETS?!?!? Totally unacceptable on Fevers part. They did nothing to remedy the fact that they told me to buy 5 new tickets and now I’m stuck with 6 tickets that I do not need. If they told me beforehand that the tickets were not refundable then I wouldn’t have bought the 5 tickets. Now I am out $323 for THEIR MISTAKE!! I will never be using Fever again! 😡🙄

Disappointed - not likely to use again. First time using this company to purchase tickets. The area where you choose the time is very confusing. Theres not really any customer support either. You have to email back and forth with someone and it is very very slow. I purchased a ticket to a show not realizing that the little time buttons on the bottom wasn’t selected to the right time for a same day performance. You have to submit an email, then you have to respond to the automatic email reply that it isn’t helpful and then you have to painstaking wait hours and hours for someone to respond. Then they offered vouchers but never would send them. Super unhappy at this point and wondering why I trusted this app.

LA BBQ and Beer Fest (Fyre Fest 2019). I never write reviews but I just have to for this past weekend. Had the worst possible experience using this app. We purchased tickets to the LA Beer and BBQ festival. The day of my wife and I arrive at the event at 1115 with an expected 1130 start time. The even didn’t start at 1130 but instead 1245. Excuse was the fire marshall hadn’t approved entry for one reason or another. Staff were completely unprofessional. Finally after over an hour we are allowed in and the lines are at a minimum a 30-60 min wait. They oversold the event. The venue was extremely small. Rather than creating more sitting areas in the parking area, vendors were allowed to park their POVs which restricted space for customers. Food was amazing but with only 2 alcohol stations, there was no opportunity to try the liquor. Never using this app or attending events hosted by them in the future.

CASH GRAB DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I bought tickets for an event when they went on sale months ago but have since found out I am unable to attend due to health and safety concerns. This is not a good enough reason for them to issue a refund. When you call the person who answers the phone knows absolutely nothing. The people in chat only “gather information” to pass along to the people who answer emails and I have been going in circles with them for MONTHS just trying to get my money back for an event I can’t attend. They will only offer a voucher to attend a future event, but there are none in my town of a similar price and experience and even if there were, I still can’t go because of health and safety concerns. Fever has no idea what they’re doing or how to run their business.

DO NOT BOOK WITH FEVER - SCAM. I have used Fever for several events, but my last experience has been horrid. Last year, I booked to see the Van Gogh: Immersive Experience around Christmas time. Due to a family emergency, I was unable to attend. They offered me a voucher good for nine months. Fast forward to nearly six months later, the voucher expired unlike they said in their email. They renewed the voucher for two more months. However, it can be only used at the Van Gogh Immersive Experience which is NOT available any longer. They refuse to refund me or to apply the voucher to any other event. That is $120 gone. It’s incredibly upsetting when you work hard for your earnings and it’s lost. DO NOT USE FEVER. Poor customer service, lack of empathy, and quite frankly a scam. Always check the Better Business Bureau (BBB) before using any online service or retailer.

Horrible Customer Service. My first time buying tickets from them, and definitely the last. Stay away! They scammed not only me but a bunch of people and sold us tickets to an exhibit that was not even open to the public! Only to cancel after we bought the tickets and never sent an email or notification. Many people drove to the location only to be sent away! After contacting their customer service twice only for the agents to leave me hanging on both occasions did I receive an email saying they do not refund on the cards but with vouchers. Then why sell tickets to a place it’s not open! Now I have a $53 dollar voucher that can only be used on their app for only the same event like what!? They scam please do not buy from them!

Nightmare! The worst, do not buy tickets thru Fever. Dealing with Fever has been a fiasco! First my tickets were cancelled 2 days prior to the exhibit. They said they had saved dates to reschedule. Meanwhile there were absolutely no dates saved. I had ticket to Ban Gogh for September 12th now I have tickets for December 18. Completely unacceptable! But to add insult to injury I was notified my tickets were cancelled but I was told that was a mistake by Fever. Now I go into the Fever App. … NO TICKETS! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, unpleasant company before in my LIFE! NEVER AGAIN! I seriously won’t go to any Event in which Fever is ticketing. Oh, no apologies either..I am completely disgusted by Fever, seriously. I agree with another review giving them 1 star is 1 too many! Think twice before booking thru Fever unless you want to deal with one issue after another. Poorest customer service I have EVER encountered.

Poor customer service. Writing this review because of how flawed the app is in terms of reaching customer service. I had purchased 6 ticket for a light show in NYC, but because of a family emergency I had to reschedule. The app did not allow for refund, instead we got vouchers for the next scheduled time which expired in 2 months. We scheduled for the following week, but only 4 of us were able to go for that time so I had used the voucher for 4 tickets, and the remaining 2 for a later time. However when I tried to purchase the last 2 tickets, it says we no longer have the voucher and required us to purchase the tickets again. I reached out to customer service, but did not get a reply. The light show is in 2 days. Please do yourself a favor and do not go through the hassle with this company.

The app makes Fraudulent Purchases. The App randomly purchased tickets for the events that I was just browsing on numerous occasions. I reported both cases to the customer support and deleted my payment method from the app to make sure it didn’t happen again. Even after I deleted the payment method the random ticket purchasing didn’t stop !!! I’m have been robbed by Fever for $500; my son’s birthday gift. After I contacted customer service at least five time nearly crying I was told that thet are fixing the problem. However, few hours later, The customer service “quoted” a clause from their agreement to me saying tickets are non refundable 😭 The problem is the I didn’t make the purchase !!! The app did while I was browsing the tickets !!! I’m planning to contact my credit card company and Facebook support groups to report the fraudulent activity of the app development. Very sad … because initially I like the app and the idea. Please be careful !!! I’ll be posting transcripts of my conversations with app support and bank statement all over social media so it doesn’t happen again. $500 is a lot of money for me !!!

App is Not at all User Friendly. I booked 2 tickets (one senior and one adult under separate transactions which is the only way you can book them) for Van Gogh in Phila and they canceled the date. They issued 2 vouchers for the full ticket amounts to schedule a new date. Again I had 2 separate transactions and one ticket voucher was for the wrong amount and the wanted to charge $13 more for it. After I emailed and called a total of seven times, and was put on hold for 20 minutes plus each time, several people said they would fix it but they did not until finally today. In the meantime my husband had a ticket and I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to go on the same date. It seems like a very simple fix but clearly it was not! I hope I never have to use this service again.

Still haven’t attended an event. I bought tickets for an event months ago, and have still not gone. The first time, they waited until 2 days before the event and then randomly canceled my tickets on me. I finally got another date for them, and then they waited until 2 days before and canceled the event on me AGAIN! I’m going to try again, but as of now my entire experience with Fever has consisted of them ruining my date night multiple times without reason. Update: the event itself closed down months ago but Fever has been selling tickets to it anyway. When confronted, they denied that the event ended. They agreed to issue a refund, so we’ll see if that comes through, but let it be known that they ARE selling fraudulent tickets to events that no longer exist.

Scam - stay away!!. Most of the reviews on the App Store are fake - do a Google search for Fever or check out Better Business Bureau website for actual reviews. Like many others, I purchased tickets to an event months in advance (as a gift for someone). My friend told me she heard it was a scam, but I was hopeful when I actually received location details a couple weeks before the event date. NOPE, a couple days leading up to the event I got an email that the event was “postponed” and I could select a new date on the app. The only dates “available” were months away, even though the original event date was already 5 months after I had initially purchased tickets. I was thankfully able to call and get a full refund after telling them I would initiate a credit card dispute if they refused.

Customer service very disappointing. Two people from my group came down with the norovirus and didn’t want to increase the spread by going to the event. I tried to switch the dates for them but because we were purchased all together it was either switch them all or don’t switch any. We are from different households, and by the time they figured out what they had the rest of the group was already on our way to Chicago (4 hour drive) so the rest of the group didn’t want to change ticket dates. Moral of the story, if you buy a ticket from here don’t expect any flexibility when unforeseen issues arise. As a nurse I was completely disappointed that the two people that were sick were encouraged to still go to the event.

Couldn’t enter an event with my ticket, no support from company. I bought a ticket to an event, after purchasing my ticket I was emailed from Fever to contact the event planner directly to make sure they had my name. I did as they asked and the event planners told me that I needed to reach out to where I purchased the ticket to make sure I was all set. I sent another email to Fever to let them know what I was told and to confirm I am all set. They told me yes. Once I got to the event turns out my name wasn’t on the list and they were at capacity. I then let Fever know all the details and requested a refund. They said they would look into it but I never got any follow up. I tried reaching out again with no response. Disappointed, will not be using the app anymore. Would have appreciated some kind of follow up

Do not trust with your card info. I started using this app a few weeks ago trying to find some interesting things in the city to explore with my bf. This Saturday evening I purchased tickets to see a comedy show for that same night. When I went to my email to check the order confirmation, I noticed another email from another purchase made to my account which I never made. I contacted customer support immediately and they refused to refund me or even investigate the charges even though I never authorized the charge. I’m in complete disbelief that they didn’t bother to help resolve my issue. It was a charge of $20 that has been deducted from my account. I have completely deleted the app and now I have to contact my bank and change all my card information which is a huge inconvenience. I would not suggest anyone put their card on file with this app for any purchases.

Horrible experience. Save yourself the headache. I purchased 2 tickets to a local event, and I had them transferred to a couple that I am friends with. They showed up to the event only to be told the tickets could not be validated, despite showing proof that I had purchased the tickets and had them transferred. When I contact customer service - they will no longer deal with me for a refund because the tickets were transferred…citing “security reasons.” So let’s talk security reasons. I validated my account, the recipient of the tickets, and can show proof of payment. Where is the security risk? The real security risk is the data that this application collects, and the fact that they force you into the App to access tickets. There is only one reason to do this, and it is to sell the data it collects to a data broker.

At least Ticketmaster pretends to care.. I went to one Fever event in the past without issue, but please pay attention to the reviews: if anything happens you are on your own. They will not refund. They will not reschedule. They will not even have a conversation in a timely manner. The 24/7 customer support claim is a bold-faced lie. The FAQ lists three methods of contact: phone, live chat, and email (through a Zendesk form). In reality, the only method available is the form. There is no direct email address, there is no phone number listed, and there’s no Live Chat button. We had tickets for an event on Saturday. We notified them on preceding Thursday morning that we wanted to see if it was possible to reschedule due to a positive COVID test. Not refund, mind you, reschedule. The response arrived on Tuesday. Enjoy our money, you won’t get any more of it.

Sistine Chapel Event. I purchased tickets for an event that got moved to a different date, and was sent an email with instructions for how to exchange the tickets and use the voucher so that the exchange would cost me nothing. Tried the exchange and the system was going to charge me extra. Customer service keeps saying that it’s because I’m trying to purchase a weekend ticket. Well, they aren’t offering any other weekday viewings for the event, so I shouldn’t have to make up the difference for the cancelation. I do understand when things happen, but this whole thing wasn’t my fault to begin with. Back and forth all afternoon and getting nowhere. I feel like their events are great but their system and customer service leaves plenty to be desired. Working with Fever is like working with a health insurance company. Just say no. Don’t do it.

I payed $14 for this?. The weird way it does dates changed the date on my tickets before I purchased them. It’s cool I think, I can just go in and change the dates. I paid $14 is service fees after all. Nope, they have to cancel my tickets and issue me a Voucher. They can’t just change the ticket, they can’t just give me a refund and let me try again. So now it won’t let me buy the correct tickets with the voucher. I have spent no less than 2 hours on trying to get this done. Been in email contact at least 3 times. Also, that lie about “chatting live” when you have a problem, nope. Just an email address and a FAQ that doesn’t give you the answer you need. They might have a cool experience on the site, but I couldn’t tell you since I can’t get that far. Very poor customer service and lack of appropriate features to adjust tickets when needed.

No customer service at all. There is no Live Chat as claimed in the app. There is no customer service number to call as claimed in the App. You can only submit a request and wait for a response. Our tickets and VIP passes to Snow Carnival Miami were canceled due to adverse weather conditions (2.5hrs before the scheduled time we got the short notice). Rescheduling of tickets on the app had no problem, but the VIP passes were sold out for the date we wanted. I had no way to contact anybody on the app. As a result, I had to drive to the event next morning and talk to the site manager to sort things out. PS, the email I replied to about canceling “if you have any questions, please reply to this email” did not respond yet, even though we already went to the event yesterday.

Horrible Customer Service. Purchased the wrong ticket time for an event due to the horrendous app layout, having to scroll and scroll and scroll and scroll and scroll and scroll just to find the time I actually wanted. Even after repurchasing my tickets for the appropriate time and contacting Fever within minutes, they refused to refund me for tickets I never ended up being able to use. They originally emailed me and promised credit on their app, but then later on claimed the event space had a no refund policy. NO WHERE on the ticket does it say they have a no refund policy. This company is a scam and I am sure rips off tourists left and right by not at least offering a 30 minute window after ticket purchases to be able to cancel or at least change your time. Horrible app. Horrible service. I never recommend Fever to anyone anymore.

Two processing fees for their mistake?. Thought I was getting somewhere with this company but I was charged a second processing fee of $36 even though their app had no warning and canceled my first batch of tickets with literally no notice. So far, customer service has been no help, and their last reply tried to pin the blame on me, obviously not looking at the support history here. Not looking for a reply from their social team asking me to contact them. I have open tickets, but it’s two steps forward one step back so far, and a really bad first time experience with this company. You’d think the brand and licensing managers at Warner Bros. aren’t a LinkedIn message away. Not a great way to treat fans of Harry Potter, especially nowadays. Looks like it’s not just that brand but many others. Do the right thing.

Cancelation policy. Update: changing my review because this is the worst customer service experience we’ve had in years. They straight up just don’t respond to my wife except to say “hey we’re putting your ticket on pause because we haven’t heard from you” (???) We’ve been trying to get a response for nearly two weeks. We’ve sent multiple requests and haven’t heard back at all. So I say something from my email and they respond! But just to say “sorry we don’t have any tickets associated with this address, please contact us from the other account.” Come ON. This is so stupid. In theory this is great. However, the cancellation policy is absurd. 48 hours to reschedule or we just lose the money? If we wake up with Covid symptoms the day of, our options are spread the illness or lose money? Not cool. We lost money today, we won’t be using fever again, unfortunately.

Horrible App. It’s a red flag to me when I see so many typos on a supposedly “professional” app like this one. I recently bought tickets to an event online and then received an email with confirmation of my purchase…only to find out there’s virtually no way to obtain the tickets without downloading this crummy app. Not wanting to be inundated with marketing emails, I downloaded the App using a “hidden” Apple email address. It first asks you to “choose a city.” When I begin typing “San Antonio,” it immediately tells me my city isn’t listed. It’s listed alright…it just makes you go through all the cities to find the one you’re looking for! Since I didn’t sign up using the same email address I used to purchase the tickets, the app can’t “connect” to my previous purchase. There doesn’t seem to be a way to enter my confirmation number as an alternative. When I finally break down and try to update my email address…only to now get a message saying “ERROR SETTING THE USER DATA.” As soon as I can get my ticket information, I’m deleting this piece o’ garbage. I have to honestly say this has been the WORST app experience I’ve had in a loooong time!

Completely deactivating my account. This is a complete SCAM! They have horrible customer service that don’t provide any actual help and refused to let you speak to management. This “company” has so many complaints about them on the Better Business Bureau. Don’t believe any of the fake bronze, gold status crap and the more you send the more “cash” back you get. They make it impossible for you to use it at check out. On top of that they pull this crap where they don’t tell you when it expires but it’ll still show on your account thinking you’ll use it to save on a purchase. But no and customer service refuse to provide any help. I will be deleting my account and this stupid app. Don’t waste your money on this app. Get your tickets from a reliable source.

SCAMMMMM!!. I bought tickets recently and a day later i was told some personal stuff which made me not be able to go to the experience i bought tickets for. I emailed and called their team for more than 6 times and they only replied to me ONCE out of all the times i reached out I kindly asked them if I could get a refund but was told i couldn’t no matter how important my reasoning was, I didn’t give up and kept on trying but kept getting the same “bot” response saying they can’t and could only give me a voucher but i didn’t want one because i don’t want to buy any more tickets from there and just want my money for personal reasons. I spent $102 which is a lot of money and they’ll be scamming me out of it because they didn’t specify in their terms and conditions that refunds weren’t a thing. I am still trying to get a refund or see how I can get my money back.

Couldn’t even get a refund for having covid. TLDR Fever kept my money, I’m out $60, and they’ll probably resell my ticket anyways. I was really excited about the event I had tickets for! Unfortunately I got sick with covid before the event and won’t be able to go. I message customer service because their FAQ section says sometimes they’re able to make exceptions. I email three days ahead, giving plenty of notice. Customer service weirdly says that since it was less than 48 hours before the event I’d have to submit my test results. Again, it was three days before, not less than 48 hours, but whatever. I send my positive test results and they offer me a voucher for other tickets. Normally, fine but there are no other scheduled events in my area so the voucher is useless. I point this out to customer service and they still say there’s nothing they can do. My account still has not been credited and I haven’t gotten any response from customer service. I jump through hoops (while I’m sick mind you 🤧🫠) only for Fever to keep my money and probably resell my ticket anyways. Really disappointed, it seemed like a really cool idea. Won’t be purchasing again.

Fever. I had gotten 2 tickets to go to the Night Garden with my girlfriend, and unfortunately we could not attend due to her be very i’ll which we then had to rush to the hospital. I had attempted to speak with a fever representative but there is no number to call even tho in the app it says to go to help in profile, it instead just makes you fill out a form in which you don’t get a reply until the day after which is to tell you that you will not be refunded or rescheduled. When I finally got to talk to a representative she was very rude and simply did not care about my distress and failed to understand we missed due to an emergency. She then told me “that in an hour they will let me know what happens with my case” 3 hours later I received a message about their policy. Very unhappy and will not be recommending this app for ticket purchases. Truly Disgusted.

Terrible costumer service & no help. I used Fever to buy tickets for a mad hatters drink event last month. Even though my Uber got into an accident & I emailed/called/live chatted Fever that I couldn't make it in time and would still like to make another event time, no one helped me out. I couldn't get an actual person on the phone till 2 weeks after the event passed, and they told me to handle my request with the event. Despite the event uaigg Fever directly to sell their tickets, they couldn't even provide a number or email to reach the coordinator at. I'm still 120 bucks short over a month later. Oh, and their customer service is trash, notice everyone with a complaint gets redirected to another email for them to tell you we unfortunately don't do refunds cuz it's stated. They will keep your money if there's a problem

Incredible Service. From the moment I purchased tickets for the VanGogh experience, the staff at Fever has been unbelievably helpful. My daughter has a medical issue that prevents us from attending our original date. Though they do not give refunds or allow changes, they offered me a voucher to use to repurchase tickets I could use on a different date. I had to pay a little extra, but it’s worth being able to go to this event. They responded to me quickly, professionally, and courteously. I would definitely go through Fever again for future events!

Hard time getting a refund. Fair warning if you are going to get ticket from this company don’t try and get a refund because they will say they are going to investigate and never give you ya refund. I took my kids to this event called Dino alive and I paid for the tickets and for my son to get a costume and then take a photo when we got there in my sons birthday the costume wasn’t available and the Photo Booth was broken I called to get a refund for my losses and they basically told me they would investigate and I still have not seen a refund yet if your are going to get tickets I definitely wouldn’t go with this company customer service should alway be first and it’s most definitely not with them ….. I will never do it again lost a good customer cuz me and my kids stay on the move

Thank you for reaching out. Update: Charlotte @ Fever was able to settle my dispute. I would preferred to have settled with the first 4 agents I spoke to. Nonetheless, from 1 to 4 stars for the apology. I purchased tickets to a even in San Diego. Unfortunately due to ambitious planning and etc. the event was cancelled and postponed for a month or two. I was given a voucher, although I would have preferred a refund as it appeared that the actual event would be a fraction of the what was promised and there was nothing but filler events on the app. When I finally showed up to event, I was rebuffed at the door. Saying that there a closed door policy after 15 minutes, although they were earnest in that fever was was at fault for not clearly stipulating. So I was advised to tell fever and reschedule. When I asked fever, after speaking to 4 different agents, I was told that because the event passed and because deep in to the FAQ of the event there was a very obscure “late policy”, I was unable to reschedule or get a refund. So I’m out of $180, not to mention the multiple booking fees I’ve had to pay, which are not included in the voucher amount.

Not happy. They don’t work with you if something comes up. I bought tickets to a show in Tampa.(for tomorrow actually). We (my daughter & I) tested positive for Covid 3 days ago. I’ve been so sick I could barely open my eyes (And I know the 48 hour rule is expressed when buying) they told me that they would not reschedule us for another date unless we provide a picture of a positive test with our photo I’d next to it! What?!?! I don’t want my $100 back, just want another day. Sorry I breached the 48 hour rule, but I’m trying to be responsible & respectful to those people how will be attending. I’m sorry Isabela & Ivan, that you don’t care because you won’t be there. And I’m glad that I’m not the type of person to just show up & not infect others even if I am losing $100. Don’t think I’ll use this company ever again which is also sad, because they have some cool stuff to do.

Michaelangelo Sistine Chapel Exhibit. I can not tell you how the exhibit was considering we had a death in the family and missed our show time. The exhibit was rescheduled from our original date by the event coordinators themselves. We picked a new date after they released them, unfortunately we had a death in the family and missed the show. When I reached out to a Fever representative; Maria B she replied that Fever’s rules are that once you’ve picked a date they don’t care why, you can not reschedule your tickets and therefore forfeit any money paid for the event. That’s fine if they’re that hard up that they can’t make exceptions for something so unforeseen I wouldn’t book another event through this organization even if they were the only ones offering tickets. Horrible customer service, if I could give them negative stars I would!!!

Events are fun, but buyer beware…. Mistakenly bought the wrong date for an event. Fever does not give refunds. I contacted them and asked if I could change the tickets for a different day instead. When they finally responded to let me know I could receive a voucher to use on any event of equal value, the event I was trying to purchase for Halloween 2021 was sold out. I thought ok, I’ll use the voucher for a Christmas 2021 event instead. Found one, went to purchase tickets with my voucher and found out that my voucher was only good to repurchase tickets to that Halloween event and that I only had two months to use my voucher. I contacted Fever again and they said they would extend my voucher another two months. I sent the original email to them in which it says my voucher could be used on any event of equal value and they never responded.

This app is surprisingly bad. I bought 2 tickets to a new Van Gogh exhibit. Everything was fine until I realized that despite me being sure I chose the correct time, some-how the time was changed to 9 am. I thought, “ This is fine, I will just change the time for free or maybe a small fee.” No, when I clicked on the option to change it, the app closed on my phone and when I went back to check on my tickets, it said they were cancelled, no option to reschedule, a total of $60+ wasted. I emailed the support and they said to click on the button to change the date/time (that didn’t work). I am waiting to see if they will give me a refund or actually help me. If they don’t I’m going to be pretty upset because $60 may not seem like a lot, but it was supposed to be a very nice gift for my s/o and I don’t have a lot of money to spare on gifts.

YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. Hi all, I was so excited for an app like this, but it is a scam. I tried to buy tickets for two experiences, the first a simple scavenger hunt and the second an ax throwing full night out. The first had no date/time attached and went I reached out to support received automatic responses that had nothing to do with my questions, when I tried to escalate the issue I was met with silence. Still missing the $16 and Christmas present there. The second was for a night out ax throwing and other fun. The money was pulled from my account but the actual business had none of my information. Fever has taken over 5 days to respond and is telling me I may not get any money back, for a mistake 100% on them. Do not trust this app work through the businesses directly this is the worst app I have ever used.
