No English. The app looks great however I don’t see an option for English, I have been trying to pay for serviced credit card or cash but have not been successful.
No transactions history. I can’t see my transactions history about depositing money and buying packages . Why is there only one language support.? At least English language can be added.
Applications for at work if you’re not citizen.. Turkish telecom is the most exclusive in the whole world. The login and balance check is not available unless you became any kind of resident of the country. You either have to be Turkish or have a Turkish residentship in order to login and check your balance. This is ridiculous I’m the 21sr century for any tourist. If you wanted any Turkish hospitality - you definitely won’t find it within any telecom operators and telecom applications.
Doesn’t support another language. Difficult to use for international customers

Unreliable. Unfortunately, this app works only half the time. It has serious connection problems and it also reverts some settings like touch ID authentication after a while without the user’s consent.

why 1 star. I send money to my phone number. Only reason I am using this app to buy packages with that money. I just sent some money twice (since first time it didn’t work out). Now, each time I refresh the app and check my balance I get a different amount and it doesn’t allow me to buy a package. This should be the MOST BASIC functionality of the app and I would expect it to be consistent. It should normally take me 30 secs or so but I am trying to buy a package for an hour now! Not being able to reach a customer representative makes it worse and I feel frustrated. This should be a billion dollar company. PLEASE get some better developers and have a working product for God’s sake!

Annoying marketing consent. Every time I open a page it asks me if I want to receive messages about campaigns, etc. Even if I press on “I’m not interested” it keeps asking. It’s annoying!

Different Language. Dear Sir/Madam I downloaded your app and it seems very nice and loaded with useful stuff, but I can’t read Turkish. I have searched everywhere within the app to change language to English and couldn’t find an option to switch the app to English.
