New bugs found. Hi BB&B App Team - I found a few bugs on the Account > My Offers tab: (1) Clicking “Manage Preferences” at the top right of the screen doesn’t do anything (2) Expired and used coupons are still appearing in my coupons list (3) “scan to add” - i tried scanning a coupon barcode from a mailer and it appeared to take but didn’t show up in my coupons list so I closed and reopened the app then scanned again and received a error message of “oops that’s an invalid input. Please try again.” (4) “add manually” - the keyboard that pops up is a phone number keyboard so you can only type in numbers and not letters but the MO on the mailer includes letters. I tried adding the barcode number, though, after issue (3) and still received an invalid input. Previous issues - FIXED! Thank you! App works well overall but I noticed two issues: (1) opening the app causes any music/podcast to stop and (2) I’m signed in correctly but a random email (not my email) appears on the top of the coupon screen

Jude. I love Bed Bath and Beyond! I know you made some changes in your stores and you don’t have as much beauty products as you used to but I still make it there either once a week or once every two weeks not only because I love your products and your sales, my membership for 20% off on everything, but most importantly, the customer service at Bed Bath and Beyond is truly beyond great ! Everyone is so helpful and happy. That says a lot for not only management, but the atmosphere of how Bed Bath and Beyond operates. Thanks!

Excellent App and Program. This is an awesome app! And they keep a record of every order. This came in handy when my 1-1/2 year old Dyson bit the dust (like the pun?). With the receipt misplaced (and after a year and a half, it really isn't BB&B's fault at all, so the receipt wouldn't have mattered there. But I found out that Dyson has a 2 year manufacture's warranty. This record enabled me to get the $600+ back (we have two Alaskan Malamutes - a good vacuum is essential). Vet told me that the Shark Navigator is better anyways, so I had it delivered from BB&B and she was correct. No more holding onto coupons, plus $20 saving me $600 - priceless!! Very happy customer.

Used APP on iPad. The app was easy to use and even provided a coupon discount to be applied to the order on checkout. I did have one small problem, I used PayPal at the check out, the pop up screen from PayPal showed continue but I accidentally scrolled it and it disappeared. I still had the checkout screen. I cancelled the coupon, cancelled the checkout and the cart still had my items. I checked out again, applied the coupon, checked out with PayPal and tapped continue and the order went through. Good recovery.

Be Careful when Ordering with coupons/offers. I love Bed Bath and Beyond but recently on the app, when I am ordering items, it will remove offers from my order randomly. I am a college student so I have the student savings pass. I will apply the offers that I have, and then when I go to input my credit card information, the offers will be removed. Also, if you click away from your cart, it will remove all offers (i.e If you click to look at the pictures of the items you are buying, and then you return to your cart, it will remove all coupons/promos/offers. Its very annoying. I went and put in a new credit card and pressed order only to see on the next page that they had removed my free shipping and 20% off coupons. Very frustrating! I had to call and cancel my order and then I had to reorder with the promos. Also, I have yet to receive an email or any proof that my original order has been cancelled (including a refund). Bed Bath and Beyond, you need to fix this issue.

Money Missing/My Funds Not Used. I had made a prior purchase where there remained a balance from the gift cards that I selected to keep in My Funds. When I went to make another purchase after that transaction, the money was no longer in the balance of My Funds. I also added a gift card to the My Fund balance to make a purchase and selected my debit card for any additional cost over the amount that would be covered by the gift card. The transaction instead charged my card the entire amount and the My Funds balance has not changed and still includes the gift card balance. It is really frustrating as we do not have extra money to be throwing around and the gift cards are from our wedding two years ago.

Disappointed. I ordered an item on the 14th and received a arrival date of the 16th it didn’t arrive and that’s ok I didn’t need it till Christmas. The weekend came by and bed bath and beyond started advertising last chance to order and get it by Christmas. I reached out to fedex and they said it was the shippers issue. So I reach out to bed bath and beyond saying the package hadn’t moved in days they said not to worry it was still on it way. A couple more days went by and I reached out again. They said there was a 3-5 delay from the original ship date. I said perfect it’s already been 5 days. She then said it would be here by the 22nd. It is now the 22nd and the package like I’ve been telling them still hasn’t left moved on the tracking at all. You shipping is an absolute joke and if there’s an issue I understand but don’t lie to me and at this point I’ve been lied to twice. Don’t purchase from BedBathAndBeyond

Over priced and lack of reasonable products. I’m disappointed on the lack of products in the stores. Selection is blah. Lack of color choices and pricing is too high. In order to find what you want you are forced to look online. Lack of speed to have products. Color selection in sheets has disappeared along with towels. I used to enjoy this store but everything has been downsized. I don’t expect this company to last if something doesn’t change. Coupons used to be accepted even after expiration and that was the only good thing but now that even stopped. Using Covid as an excuse is getting old!

“Beyond” amazing customer service. Our cashier rang up my order and realized that my loyalty rewards expired. Since I spent around $230 she told me that I should renew my reward since I’d save $46 so I’d renew and still save $17 on the remaining items. She then walked us out to my car and lifted two high chairs into my suv since there was no one else available to help us. Just looked on my receipt for her name but it’s not there. She was wonderful and so was the manager who helped me three times with pleasure. I have nothing but good things to say. So sorry the store is closing

Buggy and scam filled. This app is constantly pushing me towards the marketplace items, never keeps my local store options. And shows me availability of items that I might like, only to find out that it’s only available in an obscure color, 30-50 miles away from me. No shipping + no same day availability. Or it shows me a great sale price for an item I wasn’t even searching for, after impulsively, clicking on the option, it’s only available in 1 color, 1 size 1 location that is nowhere near me, but every other color and every other size at my preferred location is full price. I give it to stores, because utilizing the discounts and coupons is easier than some other apps. Though if you look closely, after the discounts, promotions, the discounted price isn’t far from other retailers, we just have to do a lot more work to get it. They mark up a lot of the items so that they can add discount, and leave you with the impression you’re saving money. I often only save $-12 on my entire purchase. lastly, the app is very buggy, constantly bouncing me around and crashing.

Better Than The Website! - But Change The Customer Chat Please. The app is so easy to use that even a first time customer/user would be able to figure it out! The navigation menu at the bottom is clear and organized! You can see your “my funds” and click on each one to see what they were earned from. The checkout is super easy AND you get a 5% bonus right now when using Apple Pay! The only thing that is a negative is that when you’re in the app and go to “chat” with customer service, it brings you straight to iMessage on the iPhone. On the website when you “chat” it opens up a tiny screen within the website and it shows you how many people are in line in front of you and they get back to you quickly. On the iMessage “chat” which they automatically send you to in the app doesn’t show how many people are in front of you nor any time estimation. On average when using the in-app chat option, and subsequently being led to my iMessage to talk to them, I wait about 2-3 hours to hear back. I’m not sure why it takes so much longer in iMessage but there should be an option to choose whether you’d like to open it in iMessage or stay in the app to chat.

Quite disappointed. I love bed Bath and beyond but now even trying to write a review the app kicks me out. But I frankly have to agree with some of the other reviews about the fact that I apply my offers —take the time to put them into my wallet which yes is a great feature and then boom when it goes to process payment those offers have been removed. Now I don’t want to think that bed bath and beyond is sneaky I’d like to think it’s a glitch and it will be fixed because every time I’ve placed or try to order something it takes me a couple days because it keeps taking out the coupons and I get so frustrated that I just have to stop. Now for the last three days I’m trying to purchase the beyond plus membership and it either freezes takes forever or deletes all my information and I have to keep trying to do it. I am going to try one more time and hopefully I will not have any issues because I love bed Bath and beyond I love your coupons and I’m just so frustrated though with the app but hey listen technology isn’t 100% so if it’s the worst problem I have today it’s a good day

Customer Service. I’ve recently had 3 different occasions where the employees have been extremely patient & cheerful dealing with my weak technology skills at 80yrs old !!! They went out of their way to help me locate things in store, return an item order me on line the product I needed & went out of their way to help me ! That’s why I don’t shop at Targets or Kohl’s kitchen department ! It’s the employee training skills you teach them. I was a college graduate in Merchandising & know how important these skills are ! Thank them for me !

Worst shopping experience at BBB ever. I used to love shopping (in person) at BB&B - I went today and I was sooo disappointed. I am even a “yearly paying member” for the 20% off entire purchase. Can easily buy $250+ in one visit. For starters non of their carts rolled/moved. I asked a salesperson and she actually said that they are awful & most don’t work. The store looked empty and in disarray and SAD - maybe it’s going out of business. It was not appealing. Couldn’t find anything on a wedding registry for bridal shower. At checkout there was the longest line, considering there isn’t anything nice to shop for I couldn’t understand. There were no bags (not even the ones you can buy). The checkout girl was nice but seemed to be confused. I went to use my membership discount but she said I should use a NEW one to get points, but then I couldn’t get my 20%, then you actually have to punch in your cell # instead of scanning my barcode. It was just an awful experience. I will never go again. And this used to be such a high end place to shop. Maybe I’ll have better luck online. It used to be enjoyable to go into bed bath & beyond, but that all changed today. I literally got a headache. Bye bye BB& B

Seemless transactions. I love the idea that they have so much ways to pay your items. I always use my PayPal to pay by 4 installments. If you have the yearly 29 dollar membership, you get at least 20% on all your purchases plus you get more coupons that you can use up to 30% sometimes! The app can be used inside the store by scanning the barcodes, pay as you go, take the item with you show payment barcode of your transaction without hassle. Just a fun way of paying on tight budget.

Bed bath beyond plus. I would probably give BBB a higher rating but a year and a half ago I signed on for their plus plan with 20% off all purchases. Though I used it for a few things I didn’t renew, however, I just got an email congratulating me on my 6 month anniversary. When I called to say I didn’t renew and didn’t want to I was told it is automatic and unfortunately even though I never used it they would not refund my money This is not good practice for a company to get money from unsuspecting buyers. Since I was in the process of moving 6 months ago and then hardly shopped, especially with the Covid shut downs, the plan was useless but I was charged for it anyway. I feel a refund should be in order. But they tell me that’s out of the question.

The perfect store!. Having been a BB&B customer for 40+ years, I’ve bought several homes full of household items. Never once have I been unhappy with their level of service; returns and exchanges have been easy and pleasant as well with the help in finding a particular ‘thing’ whether online or in-store. When they offered the one-time fee to get the automatic 20% off entire purchase for a year, I jumped right on that! No more coupons in my car or purse! It also entitles you to free shipping which is MUCH faster than they say. Their prices are almost always cheaper or at least competitive with discount stores with their quality and selection being far superior. During COVID they couldn’t have been more accommodating and continue to be. An excellent store that still makes shopping FUN!

Tradgedy. For years BB and Beyond has served all of us with excellent service and quality merchandise. I have been a highly satisfied customer for years. Recent news has revealed that some stores are being forced to close. Don’t let yours be next. Support this great American retailer with your next in-store purchase where possible. Don’t let BED BATH AND BEYOND become extinct. Like most of us I enjoy on line ease of purchase however when we take that route local employment suffers. Therefore the local economy also suffers. There is no substitute for the in-store experience. America was built on it.

One of my favorite places. I have been shopping @ BB&B for years. I began on line shopping when driving 50-60 miles to the nearest store was not possible. I love the prices (recently things are out of budget for me), the special offers but most of all I love the quality of the products they offer. I have been more than pleasantly surprised 99% of the time with my orders. Many times I order gifts, each time the recipient was delighted & that makes me happy. I’m a lifetime customer. Even have my husband asking me to order things for him. I recommend BB&B to family & friends. Thanks from a very satisfied customer!

Terrible customer service. I am canceling my membership and will never shop at bbb again. I purchased an led light bulb for roughly $14 from one of your stores that was closing. Brought it home and it was defective and did not work. I went back to the same store the next day and explained it just did not work. The associate, could have been a manager, said sorry all sales final. I explained again it was defective and did not work, I was sold a $14 bulb that did not work. Same answer, sorry all sales final. I could not believe it, bbb is not going out of business just restructuring. So I am so unhappy with the level of service, and I have spent a ton of money there, I am not renewing my membership and will not shop there. Hope it was worth the $14 bulb to loose a loyal and frequent buyer of merchandise. Very short sighted.

Dont close our store. I love BB&B, I can find things there that I can't find anywhere else. The quality is good and the service is outstanding. I've heard that several stores are going to be closed. Please don't close our store I Elizabethtown, Kenrucky. It's a 30 mile drive to it from my house, but if you close it the nearest store will be 80 miles away. I do not mind driving the 30 miles, but 80 miles is just to far. I Dont know what stores are on the list, but please do not close the Elizabethtown Kenrucky store.

Please fix the sign in bug!. Unable to sign into the app. After I attempt to sign in, the app deletes my password out. When I attempt to log in again I get a username/password error. I’ve confronted my password is accurate on the site. I’ve had this issue for a while now. It was fixed in a previous update and is now back. I’m unable to use my Beyond+ account through the app because of this. And now I’m wondering if I should just cancel my membership all together. I’ve contacted the iOS help staff who attempted to help with no lock. Please fix! Update: Support was able to get to the root of this issue. My rating for this app has been updated.

works well except when using coupons. App generally works well except when its time to add coupons. Upon clicking on the $20 off coupon on the home page, I’m asked to enter an email (why? I’m in the app now) to basically enroll in getting promo emails. While entering my email… i continue to get an error message that says “invalid email”. Now a bit frustrated with this experience…i just stopped browsing and decided to wait on purchasing. From a UX perspective… if i’m in-app and click on a coupon, i’d prefer the app just add the coupon to my cart (like Overstock's app). Why redirect the user out of the app back to their email….in the middle of their shopping. In my view this disrupts the engagement, may delay a purchase, or worse distracts and guides the user to exit the app all together... It would be better to ask a customer to subscribe to future emails/deals during checkout.

Heating How??. I have back pain that has been with me since I was 15. Recently I ordered the Smarter Image massaging, weighted heating pad. What I failed to understand is that the pad must LIE ON the person using it! That requires that I lie on my stomach and apply the pad to my back. 1. That is awkward to do and lying on my stomach is quite painful. 2. As advertised, the pad is quite heavy - more suitable for someone who weighs at least 150! 3. My complaint is that it was not clear until I read the instructions inside the box that I could not LIE ON THE PAD! I like the large size and the fabric covering. But I need a pad that I can lie ON.

COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED. Went through the app to purchase a pot that the app said it was in stock. I use the coupon for 25% off one item. Order was confirmed, upgraded to same-day shipping, text message sent, saying it was being delivered by a certain time, then text message saying it was canceled. I spent an hour with an agent on chat, trying to figure out what happened. The agent could not figure out what the issue was so they were sending it to the same day response team and I would hear back within 24 to 48 hours. At that point, I could no longer make any changes or cancel my order, and the agent could not tell me how long the item would be on sale and could not give me back my coupon, stating the most they could give me is 20% instead of the 25% that I had on my original coupon. Today I received a text message at 11:50 AM stating that my order will be delivered at 12:23 PM. At 12:18 PM. I received a text message that my order has again been canceled. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH BBB?!?! This time of year this is not the kind of shopping experience I want to have. It will also have me taking my shopping to another retailer.

I like that my coupons are always there!. I also like the program of always getting 20% off and free shipping. I have bought several items because it was faster to have them shipped than taking the time and having to drive into Denton to go to your store (I live about a half hour away in a rural part of the county). One thing I don’t like is why do so many items on the website not have any reviews? I am not rich enough to buy cheap things, so when I purchase something expensive (to me), I want verification it is of good quality. You usually do get what you pay for, but not always.

Loving it all!. They have so much stuff and great sales!!If you find the exact coolest thing ever that you have been wanting and then remember you get 20% off-It’s like🥳🥳🥳🥳!!! The only bad thing. As bout BB&B, is you literally have to make some kind of side-blocking, straight through -tunnel vision glasses because it is SOOOO HARD to walk in that store and not want EVERYTHING!! They sincerely have just about the vilest thing ever that you can think of for your bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, personals,💯❤️❤️❤️I LOVE when I find something UGG on sale!! You will not believe how many things UGG makes!! MY BED, BATH& BEYOND IS PROBABLY OF the BEST STORES EVER!!

BB&B Beyond+. Getting the Bed Bath & Beyond+ was the wisest thing I’ve ever done. I shop at the Constitution store often (my “go to” store for nearly everything I need) and having the app on my cell that gives me 20% Off my Entire Purchase (and free shipping, if ordered online) has been priceless. So much better than saving the mailed coupons, hoping you brought enough coupons for each item you bought, or accidentally forgetting to bring them with you. So worth the small yearly fee (it pays for itself after your first visit)!

App crashes and loses your whole cart. I spent about two hours shopping for the right size of cabinet organizers and things I needed for my place. Then when I started adding silverware, it didn’t want me to add anything to my car because it said I had another browser open. All I had was just the app open. So then I tried again and it worked. But then I went through the whole process of putting in my information my credit card. And then as soon as I hit place order app crashes. And I tried really hard to use this very limited coupon, I was excited that’s why I spent two hours shopping for things that I needed. And then the app crashed. So I just reload the app and my entire cart is empty. And nothing that I have done for the last two hours is there. The only things that were still there were items that I saved for later purchase. Sadly the coupon expires in 47 minutes from me writing this review. And I do not have the time, and I’m super tired, too quickly, in 45 minutes to try to find every single item I had in my cart to buy and use this coupon. Also I have a fear now of losing my cart again. I guess I will just visit the app and try to purchase it another time maybe. But they have my money, that’s one thing for sure!!

Super slow, cannot use coupons as a beyond plus member. This app is SOOOOO slow and has been for the year plus I’ve had it. Adding to lists was improved as it was inaccessible prior. You cannot see photo reviews which is awful. You also cannot write reviews of products in the app which is ridiculous. The most disappointing is that if you are a beyond plus member—a yearly subscription that gives you free shipping and 20% off all items—you cannot use coupons. Not even a $10 or $20 off your purchase. This is also ridiculous and very disappointing. BBB only allows “1 coupon per transaction” and considers being a beyond plus member and utilizing your 20% off as a coupon! It’s not a coupon, it’s a paid in full subscription service. This is appalling honestly and I’m not happy with BBB.

The worst. Customer service is a nightmare, fake promises and terrible estimates, first agent apologized and made a request for another order to be shipped(all lies), after 10 days contacted second agent said sorry the first agent didn’t make the request and i will go ahead and make it(lies again), after few days received an email saying the 2nd agent is refunding my order and i should get a refund in about 3 days, after another 10 days received no refund(I never asked for refund) and i received an email saying sorry for delays and you should get your refund in about 5 days. Now its been more than another 10 days and never heard anything for these guys. I am going directly to my American Express Credit Card to get my money back. My experience showed me the truth behind bbb

Availability of Products. Lately there has been less and less availability of products I’ve been able to purchase in the store. Hope it’s not closings - also there was a disappointing time when I made a purchase of a vacuum I forgot my coupon and the sales person told me to come back with the coupon whereas one other time the same thing happened and the sales person looked me up in the system and gave me the discount. I was later told by a friend that that should of not happened especially as I am in the system. Again I do hope that Bed Bath and Beyond is not closing as I’ve shopped there for years. Can’t let this one incident stop me from returning just wish the sales representative would of taken the time to look me up in the system unless something has changed they did not say.

Frustrations with Beyond+ to Welcome Rewards+ transition. First off. I love the quality of products at BB&B, but I’m primarily reviewing the app and not the store. When I downloaded the new app update mid June, I was given the option to transition my Beyond+ subscription into a Welcome Rewards+ subscription. This was the first time I saw this screen and had inadequate info to make a decision at the time. Because it stated the change can not be undone, I selected “not now” thinking I can return to this option later. Instead there was no longer an option to change over and it would charge me another $29 if I wanted it. I went through customer help chat, but they said they can’t do anything. Now I plan on waiting until my Beyond+ expires in December before considering the new subscription. I am dissatisfied with the implementation of this new rewards launch. If you want me to try out this new plan, don’t give me the free option just the first and only time I log into my account. Let me know if anything changes with giving customers that option back.

Poor service when mgr is on vacation. This Canoga Park BB & B: I shop here 3 x a week. On Jan 11 and 12th at approx noon NO registers were manned or open. To purchase one Sodastream gas canister you had to wait in line at the Refund/ Exchange counter which one overworked girl manned. On the 12th, the second day, three customers in this line were in front of me at this Refund / Exchange counter, the one immed in front of me was refunding at least six items in her cart. I req to speak to mgr. After a full 5 mins, the asst mgr appeared & informed me the actual mgr was on vacation. At that moment three new customers appeared with mdse to purchase and immediately THREE registers suddenly opened. Clearly no one was “ minding the store” TWO DAYS in a row. Not the way to run a store when many BB & B stores are already closing down. Dreadfully Poor service !

Good app, needs some QA testers. I like the app. It does what it needs to. I definitely prefer the app over the website. I wish products had more pictures. I can’t believe the number of products I’ve looked at that only have one photo. Also, idea board products don’t allow you to click into the product. No matter where I click on the product (image, reviews, etc) it brings up the little pop up asking how much I want to add to the cart. I just want to look at the product again for some additional info/specs. Only the Add To Cart button should bring up the add to cart pop up. Right now, there’s no way for me to get back to the product again without manually searching for it, which is frustrating.

Do Not Shop Here! Buyer Beware!. Unfortunately Bed Bath & Beyond has gone down hill. They have terrible customer service. I received my order and 3 out of 4 things were broken. I called to get a replacement for the broken items. The person I talked to took all the information and said he was having technical difficulties so he would call me back to complete this within 2 hours. I never received a return call. The next day I chatted with another rep and they checked and told me it was in progress and I would receive an email with shipping info within a day or two. A week later no info. I chatted again and they checked on it…now they were all out of stock so that is why I didn’t receive an email about shipping. No email or call to inform me of this either!! They said I would receive a full refund. I checked my statement and they gave me a refund for half of the amount!! Now I have to call again!! What a scam…this is an awful business! How many people are they cheating out of money that don’t realize it??? Take your business elsewhere….this place is terrible!!

Support is impossible to reach - app is glitchy. Getting support for the app and rewards membership is next to impossible. Go to the website and they directed to use the app. You go to contact us in the app and it says page cannot be found. One trust data for the app is not available and or misconfigured. I scan the barcode at the store and the cashier told me I still need to use the paper coupons the system won’t accept the rewards membership for some items. I hand her the paper coupon and they work. Really I still need paper couples and the rewards app. The staff also don’t understand how to the the app barcodes in the store. Try following the directions to get 20% off and have them Scan the barcode from rewards app at the end of the sale like instructed and am they don’t need to do that. Tried getting support through the support link in the Apple App Store for the app and the link is misconfigured as well. It just goes to the main BBB website page. I used to love BBB as shopping and returns were easy. Now with all the hoops, exclusions, and no app support, it is becoming inconvenient.

Revised Review...Excellent customer service -.Very disappointing. Developer got in touch with me immediately and turns out the issue with the coupon was a mis-read on my part. Thumbprint is a security issue that they are going to work on – still love bed Bath and beyond What drew me to this app was the opportunity to get 20% off my entire purchase every time I shop – we use bed bath and beyond a lot so the $29 purchase price was worth it. The coupon on the app is always expired, and in addition the thumbprint login doesn’t pop up. You need to manually log in with a password every time – yes I have the thumbprint option checked

Love BB&B!. BB&B has been my go to store for all things related to home. I can always find exactly what I am looking for, from cooking and dining utensils, to bed and bath supplies, not to forget the great variety of decorative items, and even self care products such as shampoo, conditioner and other items often found in department stores or pharmacies. Prices are very competitive, and with the purchase of the annual membership - you receive a 20% discount on almost all purchases as well as other perks such as shipping fees being waved for online orders. My only complaint is that seemingly the availability of many products in store has been reduced, often eliminated entirely. I do not like having to order products online without having the opportunity to see the items in store first. Of course they can’t carry everything in store, but I am seeing a lot of empty shelf space in stores, to the point that they often look like they are going to be closed down. Still, it is my favorite, go-to store for so many things! Highly recommend!

It’s decent.. App overall is easy to use without too many issues. My main gripe is obtaining info about the products. For example, baking sheets. If I click on “features and specifications” to obtain any sort of information on the product, the app tells me to select size and color first. It appears you can do it from that page, but you have to go back to the main product page. I’ll do that, and still receive the same message when going back into “features and specifications.” I tried getting info for sheets and it was the same story. Knowing ahead a time what the product is made out of, washing care, heat point, etc., is extremely useful (and saves in time, shipping, and returning)- I guess I’ll have to use the website over the app until this small but major issue is fixed.

Glitch app-super frustrating waste of time. The app is extremely glitchy! The prices on the product page will show one price, and when you add it to your cart it'll be a higher price. And if you have more than one item in your cart and try to apply multiple coupons, the coupon with the higher percent off will apply to the lower priced item, and the lower percent off to the higher priced item. You have to purchase the items separately if you want the coupons to apply correctly, which then could mean no free shipping. I spent two hours on the chat with a Bed Bath and Beyond representative, which was a complicated mess of trying to honor the price that was listed in the app's product page. This will be the last time I use their app. I just lost hours of my precious time.

Great customer service. I visited the Wesley Chapel store for the first time today but couldn’t find what I wanted, in the store. Ashley asked if I was finding everything ok and I told her no. She then asked me what I was looking for. I told her and she then told me she could check online which she did, and found the UGG Broady 5 piece king size comforter set. She ordered two as I asked her to, and helped me to do my points. She was very patient and kind. I want to again thank her for everything she did. Keep continue to deliver excellent customer service as you don’t hardly see that these days. Cheers.

Very Disappointed. Love local BB but when signed up for $29 for year long discount made an error by leaving out one letter from my email address. So have two id’s with BB, with one with the first letter of last name and another for $29 that I can’t use because of original typo leaving out the one letter of e-mail address. Have spent four hours on phone with BB and another three hours with store personnel. I finally said take the $29 and have a party, (ok was a little more graphic) I’m done with stupid games and incompetence of corporate idiots, local store staff tried and tried to fix several times. So still shop in store but have extreme anger for corporate idiots and lack of success to fix what should be easy piesy problem. Corporate = 0 Local store = 4 for effort. Boise Idaho

Why I like Bed Bath and Beyond. Tho I have always wished the coupons disappeared (and just have the different items featured weekly at a discount as most other stores do ) 1. The stores are interesting and well laid out 2. The merchandise has quality merchandise and it’s always relatively easy to locate as it’s “ logical” 3. The price points are affordable and merchandise keeps current and readily available! Bravo ! Rally your customers ! Don’t let the giant online stores Bully You into closing !

Frustrating. When you are searching through items, many are out of stock. Why do out of stock items even show up? The first five things I looked at had “choose option” and every single option was “out of stock.” Especially annoying when it makes you choose a color and then a size. When there are 5 different colors/patterns and three to four sizes for each, and all are out of stock, you spend ten minutes looking through and it is all wasted effort. My membership won’t get renewed. I bought it for the free shipping but if there isn’t anything to ship, it is useless. Went to a different retailer, found the item I was looking for in less than 30 seconds and it is on its way.

Great app!!. This app makes it so easy to shop or just browse. Sometimes, I want to go to the store and not order online, and the app tells me if the store near me has the items in stock. We have a sleep number bed, and the selection of twinxl sheets at BB&B far surpasses other retailers. The fee to belong to the BB&B site is well worth it. Just last week I downloaded the app while at the store and was able to save $80 on my purchase, so the app paid for itself in one visit! Keep up the excellent work you folks are doing! You are recognized and appreciated!

Horrible experience. Used this to order new sheets for our recently purchased bed. Ordered two different sets of sheets on Dec 2nd, 2018. One order came right away. Second order, which showed it was in stock, had a delivery date of March 2019. Tried to cancel it several time but the app would not let me. Called customer service 5 times and while some reps were trying and were very nice, no one could cancel the order. Finally the order was delivered the first week of January as someone finally got the order expedited. After we received the order, I deleted the app. I recommend you go to a store near you. It’s worth it not to get the hassle through online purchases. BB&B is still a good store but their online web site and app are just horrible.

Watch out. I have used the app to order products on several occasions and have never had an issue until now. I purchased a carpet cleaner using the app and it went through a 3rd party vendor to get the carpet cleaner. The 3rd party vendor used UPS for shipping. UPS shipped a 5 pound unknown item to an unknown person delivered by ups that didn’t match my name or my address. Ups says they did their job and item was delivered. No carpet cleaner weighs 5 pounds. I never received the carpet cleaner. BBB, UPS, and 3rd party vender called Infinity Merch all keep blaming each other and telling me they are not responsible therefore I am out $450 for carpet cleaner and taxes on it!!! According to UPS this has happened before and the account gets breeched. If this is the case the app should be shut down and/or never use a 3rd party vendor. I have filed claims with all 3 companies and received and email stating I will be getting my money back but that has yet to happen in a week. Needles to say I won’t be using the app again and if I don’t receive my money back I will never shop at BBB again either.

Bed, Bath and Beyond. This application makes it convenient to shop for products offered by the store. With the app users can shop for items by Brands or Categories. Users can also use the app to manage their account, look for store locations as well as look up one's gift card balance. Users can use in store and offline store promotions within the app. Users can also see if products are available in their local store. The design leaves a bit to be desired being made for the iPhone instead of both the iPhone and the iPad so the resolution quality is a somewhat subpar. Still, for regular shoppers of the store this app meets your needs in about every way.

Always pleasant to shop at bed bath and beyond. It’s always such a wonderful experience to shop at bed bath and beyond stores or online. Every item in our house is brought from bed bath and beyond. We love the 20% discount that is offered. Also the people at Springfield store are wonderful and make our shopping so easy. It has become our default store to shop at and the luxury products that they carry are a treat to touch and feel and finally have them at our home.

Great App. Living out in a rural area this app is ideal and perfect. More than 5 attempts to do a purchase. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I tried more than 5 times to try to buy 7 items and all of the times they cancelled my order, first they told me it was because of my credit card, they made me call my bank making me wasting my time, the second and third time they said that the items were low in stock that I should try again to do the order, the 4th time they told me that those items were restricted and that I should do the purchase again aster 72 hours which I did - 5th time- and they cancelled it again!!! I’ve never got the items!! It was supposed to be a present to a dear friend and they make me waste all that time calling chatting, THE WORST service

This app needs improvement. I tried purchasing on the app 2 different times and I get a message saying that an error occurred please try again. The problem is that the purchase has gone through in my bank account and it looks like a payment is pending. However on the app it shows I have no orders. I called the customer service and was advised to just make the purchases online and not through the app. What’s the purpose of having an app that you can’t buy things on? Please fix it. It’s so frustrating to have your money being held indefinitely.

Wedding register. I went to a store to register for my wedding. I spent hours going through everything thinking about what we would need what would be nice to have and the register was done. I sent my invites out and I received a call saying there’s nothing on your bed Bath and beyond registry. So I go into my personal one and my register is completely gone. I contacted the helpline and they said they thought it would be best for me just to re-add my items. I am so disappointed and so upset. I still don’t understand how my entire register can just disappear and that they aren’t able to retrieve it.

Very frustrated. I’m unable to use the app right now. When I try to check out, the eMail box is auto filled with the incorrect eMail, and it will not let me click the box to edit it—which means I can’t use my student pass OR my eGift Card! Also, the filters glitch out very often, and there’s no indication of a product being out of stock online, which means wasted time as I look at products that I can’t even order. Would really appreciate it if these problems, especially the first one, could be dealt with.

Good Store Bad App. Rather than providing a native experience this app is an unsuccessful attempt to clone their website. Grainy images for sale banners and the lack of dynamic image formatting is really pathetic considering the swift framework can do this for their dev team. Also many of the banners actually open an imbedded browser and don’t take you to the products in the app. The biggest downfall is their inability to accurately report inventory until an item is moved to the cart. An item is in stock, so you add it to the cart and you are greeted with an out of stock alert. You are the only major retailer with this sort of design pattern because it is wrong.

New store. I love BBB, but the new design of the Kirby/Alabama store in Houston just looks cheap, rather than classy - reminds me of Ross or Marshalls, which don’t appeal to me. I am also sad that you have eliminated the dishes - it was so helpful to see the colors in person and feel the weight of the pieces. Please bring them back! I have enjoyed the quality of your merchandise and will vontinue to shop there, just not as happily

Awesome. I have been buying from bed bath and beyond for decades and I love the merchandise. I miss going to my local store, it was closed just before covid19. I love to walk in and smell those scented air fresheners❤️ my husband and I the first time we went in, did not stop until our noses found them. The prices can not be beat here, especially when you can use the 20 percent coupon.

Three tier corner bathroom shelf I just purchased. I am very pleased with the shelf and also the price was very reasonable however there was a sticker on the leg of one of the shelves which was very hard to remove fortunately I used Goo gone spray and did help but was not easy to remove...I think there must be a better way to include the extra instructions other than with that terrible sticker...other than that I love the shelf

Coupons and rewards member. I’ve found a variety of unique items on clearance, from downtown clock, to leopard print towels and wash cloths. Seasonal decor, my reason I started shopping BB&B was for the coffee deals using coupons~ Keurig Italian Dark Roast, a great perk is the paper coupons can be used even if expired in store. Also you can use more than one coupon per purchase. I go to Seal Beach and Lakewood location. Sad to see the Lakewood Mall store is closing it’s actually the closest to me.

Happy Shopper. I’ve been a faithful BB&B shopper for many years. The quality and affordability of the merchandise is better than most other retailers in my opinion. You can find just about whatever you need at BB&B and always with a coupon! I absolutely love the $29 a year, 20% of total purchase, program which I’ve been participating in for several years. And..I’ve shopped at different BB&B while traveling and always the sales people have been eager to help me find whatever it is I’m needing. Thank you BB&B!

No IPad only IPhone. I made an error and was under the impression that I would be able to place my order on my IPad but not certain why I had an issue. Changed to my IPhone and it worked smoothly with no issues of any kind. Easy to use and able to find everything that I needed to. Check out was a breeze

The app is unhelpful. I don’t know if it is just the app or Bed, Bath and Beyond’s own computer system, but trying to locate an item that is supposedly in stock in a store is ridiculous. There is no way to locate where this item is supposed to be in the store. The supposed number available is not accurate. And once you get in the store their system is also not accurate. The employees can’t find items they supposedly carry. It also appears the app and the store systems don’t communicate well because your app can show you have a coupon, and the store system seems to delay it recognizing it. Also when you try to redeem said coupons online with the app, it doesn’t work. The instructions don’t match what is actually occurring.

Can not get onto app. I can not sign into account after my first time of setting up an account and making an order. It is malfunctioning and keeps telling me my password is wrong.. even though it is not (I have screenshots). Part of my order was unavailable and I can not get back on to review how I was charged. I also did the curbside pickup for the discount (can’t review again if I got it) and the app would not let me back on when I was there to check in... so I had to go in and ask for my order which was no problem. But the app is really being a spaz >;(

Pack and hold. I tried to do a pack & hold and I would get a confirmation of my order and then another email canceling my order even though I didn’t cancel it. I called the store and spoke to multiple people and they just told me to redo the order and I kept redoing the order and it kept getting canceled by email. Then the people in the store told me to call corporate because they said it was probably a tech issue but the person in corporate couldn’t help me and said someone would email me after they investigate the problem after a few days and meanwhile I still can’t place my order without it getting canceled

Offering 25 percent off total purchase. I went to buy a stand up mixer and 25 percent was not given to me because the register said it was a product that was excluded from this coupon discount. excluded. No where in the written material was it written that this item was excluded. My husband and I are not young and we came out in the cold because I had received this emailed coupon along with notice that this item was on sale. The item did not ring up on sale. I showed where it said from Bed bath and Beyond advertisement it was on sale so they gave me the sale price but not the 25 percent additional off. This is false advertising and poor service.

Great Place to shop!!. I prefer to order online because the store in town does not always have what I want in stock; however, on the website it tells you if in stock @ the store & gives you multiple options for delivery. Great discounts, rewards & free shipping. With gas prices so HI, these options really save me money. I’m also a member, which pays for it’s self & offers 20% purchase sale even on sale items. I’m very happy with BB&B store.

Consistently Delivers. I love bed bath and beyond for carrying a range of products perfect for any shopper looking to update their home and environments everywhere they go. Items are exactly as depicted online, quality is as described and customer service is easy to navigate when necessary. This is my go-to store when I think of anything I need to purchase for my home.

Coupons. Why is it so hard to get coupons. You used to mail them to me every month. Now that you have my email I never get coupons and when the email says you are giving 20% off there is NO coupon in the email. You better fix this soon or you will have a lot of unhappy customers. I have seen this happen to two other large retailers who have gone out of business because faithful customer got tired of getting worthless coupons and just stopped shopping there.

Needs more consistent functionality. The app (and buy buy baby app) need better consistency. Functionality is spotty at best. Often when certain filters are selected, there are zero results when I know there should be. While the product availability (in store or online) is an option, it almost never lets me choose in store. I feel like stores of this magnitude can have an app that’s a little better quality. I do appreciate the “wish list” feature and feel like product descriptions are good!

Zero QC. When trying to filter/sort items, some of the options are ridiculous. Why are some colors written multiple times in the color section, each with different amounts (ie blue 6 or blue 15)? What is a “covered jar,” “washcloth,” “fingertip towel,” “tissue boutique,” or “vanity set” sized shower curtain? Those are supposed to be sizes And there are items under those filters. Who is supposed to be in charge of managing this app? Other than the filter/sort function being incredibly useless, the app is fine for pulling up my profile and coupons.

Good app!. The app makes it easy to find inspiration for organizing different rooms/spaces. You can easily make “wishlists” for any space/project and add items you think would be useful. I find it helpful to add items that could work to these lists so I don’t forget about them and then have time to measure, keep browsing, look for deals, etc. I wish it was easier to make returns through the app though. Also, I wish there was a way to input your measurements for a space to see how items would fit in your space.

20% off promo doesn't even work on app. I setup an account on here to get 20% off online. It said if I setup an bb&b account and download the app I could 20% off online/app use. It took about 6 hours to receive the offer in my email, I printed the coupon, scanned it with the app and it says in store only. The point of signing up online and getting the app and doing all that was to get the online/app 20% off. The offer was very misleading and now I'm setup for an online account & app I can't even use because I have to go into the store anyways if I want the 20%... So installing this was totally pointless.

Great selection!. Bed Bath & Beyond has a great selection of kitchen tools, organizing ideas, and usually a hidden surprise you never even knew existed! Always sturdy, well made products. They have a ton of items for your bathroom, bedroom, decorative show stoppers, music, candles, make-up, hair dryers, pillows, appliances etc... I could go on, but I’ll stop here. By the way... I love shopping here, you will too!!!

Bug during the account creation process. Hello. There are a couple minor bugs during the account creation process with the iOS app. You cannot enter in a last name like “O’Connor”, even though the app says in an error message that apostrophes are allowed. In addition, when you click inside the “Last Name” input box, the iOS keyboard give me the option to select my saved email addresses. Shouldn’t this keyboard option appear when I click inside of the “Email” input box at the top of the screen? Mildly frustrating!

Always good deals. Buggy app. This platform almost always offers the best deals across the web. However app is buggy perhaps due to its inability to handle high traffic during peak times for example, product shows in stock but when trying to add to cart it shows out of stock; search doesn’t return any results for anything; price changes back and forth in a short time frame; some pages get stuck in loading page and have to end up restarting the app.

My purchase at checkout. Yaharia(not sure of spelling) was very helpful to me while checking out! I purchased a diaper bag and she made sure all six pieces were included! She even went back to get another one to verify the six contents. I appreciated her help! I could have given this gift and it would not have been completed if it weren’t for her! She was also very pleasant! This was at the Paramus store/ Buy Buy Baby!

Definitely download. I have recently moved which compelled me to refresh my housing essentials. This app is very easy to use when you want to create ideas but also make sure the items you purchase are available in your local store. Every time I go to the store after a purchase, it is always a easy process that lasts less than 5 min if they aren’t busy. This has become one of my go to apps for home decor and etc.

Great service!!!!. I just bought all new bedding and the lady’s were just so helpful and made the experience very enjoyable. I spent 1,200 but I now have the bedroom of my dreams and sleeping on these 1000 count sheets and laying on the pillow top is almost like laying in a cloud. I was almost afraid I’d have a back ache it was so soft and comfy but still firm enough not to bother my baby. My husband is still trying to figure out why we need a pillow case for our Down comforter .🤷🏼‍♀️🤦‍♀️🥰❣️💯🙏

Coupon scanner no longer works. This app used to work perfectly. Now, it no longer scans coupons to add to your account. It works pretty well for shopping and purchasing, but the coupon scanner won’t open the camera most of the time. The one time it did open, the coupon still did not get added to my account. This seems like a pretty cheesy way to keep people from using coupons. The coupons can’t be entered manually either. The coupon feature has quit working completely.

Love my BB&B. This store has everything (and on-line)! Wonderful products that you need for your home and elsewhere. Great prices, customer service and of course the 20% discount. The quality and selection is wonderful and allows me to shop, shop. Please keep your wonderful stores open - I love shopping there and finding so many different things at great prices that make my life easier, my home cleaner, and decorative.

Gift registry. Annette at bed bath and beyond in Westbury was the most helpful person. She spent 7 hours between 2 days with us showing us everything and explaining everything. My fiancé and I couldn’t of asked for a more helpful associate! The store was clean and organized and so many options. For the few things we couldn’t find she found online for us. Even personalized things. If you are going to do your wedding registry ask for Anette!

Customer Service. I ordered a wedding gift from the on-line registry; said it would be delivered in two days .. but it took longer to receive the gift than I expected,( i didn’t realize it would be shipped from another state far away) so I went to My BB&B which is 35 miles away ; and told the customer service clerk my predicament and He was so helpful !! Went and found the item off the shelf and and assured me he would cancel the online order. I learned my lesson !!

Times are changing!. The way we do business has changed our lives and with those changes we need to adapt, evolve and adjust with those changes. Shopping online costs us to expect quality in our products and services and BBAB is meeting those challenges and changes by delivering to it stockholders the in customer service and goods.

Best customer service. I purchased an item back in February of this year which malfunctioned recently. Brought my receipt and was credited for the item with no hassle. Staff is always courteous and happy to help in any way that they can. I choose to always buy from them as I know my purchase is protected if anything goes wrong. Love being a member also and getting 20% off my entire purchase

Bed Bath & Beyond fan for life!. I have always been a BB&B fan but the Beyond+ membership is AMAZING!!! I’ve saved so much money & I love the quality products & huge selection!! The staff is always so helpful (in multiple states not just one location). I love the app & all the perks too! Love the App, but scanning “my offers” falls short. I love, love, love, the idea of scanning and getting rid of the paper! However, your app could easily improved by including BOTH sets of expiration dates. I like to see the dates that my coupon is going to reduce to 10% so that I can stop at the store before it does. Until then, I still have to carry the paper coupons! When I can see those change over dates and throw out the paper, my review will change to 5 STARS:)

BedBath&Beyond = “Guilt-Free ‘Retail Therapy’”!. OK, let’s face it...I don’t care if you’re 15 or 85+ - sometimes you need that “me time” to gaze over thick, fluffy spa-grade towels and robes, and then do a little “happy dance” inside once you see that you have more than enough money with you to pay for it. But here’s the thing...you may decide that you don’t feel like getting it that day. OK. Fine. No bid deal. No one is going to try to make you stay. And then, if the shopper reeeeeeaaaaaaally wants it, that person will remember that WE never tried to force him to join us. ;) Between the admirable assortment of houseware products, as well as the massive array of colors displayed, I have never had an unpleasant experience as a shopper there, and will continue to be. Disappointment!!. The reason I gave 1 star is because of the continued issue of the app crashing and not being able to search for any items to purchase. On the rare chance I am able to purchase for pickup in store I had an issue where it didn’t complete the transaction on the store end (so I couldn’t pickup)but my credit card was charged. It took me 1 week to resolve and get the item I purchased. Within that timeframe I had to make 7 phone calls and 3 visits because no one knew what to do and card was not credited. BTW customer service line is HORRIBLE. One nugget of goodness is when I go into store I have a favorite salesperson who is great.

After All These Years…. I still absolutely love this store! What I love about it the most is all the personalized items they have. For about 4 yrs now every time someone has a baby I get them a personalized blanket with the babies picture with all the stats of the birth. Everyone LOVES not only how beautiful the blanket is, but how amazingly soft and lush they are! Excellent quality without an overly high price. Great Service. You can always find a staff person to solve your problem. They know where the stock is or where they can order it and have it delivered to your home for free. Keren at the Braintree Store is 100% customer service focused and really knows her way through cyberspace which is a big help for Senior Citizens who get tripped up by the cyber changes and confusion sometimes. Thanks for your customer centered staff development. It shows.

Poor customer service. I put an order and realized I had the wrong address. After speaking with 4 different people and wasting a lot of my time, they said they would reroute it but that didn’t happen. Two of the ladies I spoke with were completely useless and didn’t know what they were doing. The last guy I spoke to seemed to be doing a good job and told me they had responded back and the package was going to be delivered to my address. He also gave me a discount for the inconvenience but I can’t use it on top of my membership discount. Also one of the times they had me waiting for 50 MINUTES before someone answered my call. What a waste of time and energy.
