The washer spin. The one item my kid liked in this was the spinning of the washer( on the spectrum)and for some reason that has not been working for several months or years I am not sure. Hope there is something I can do to get this fixed?? Thanks for creating the App.

Highly recommended but some suggestions. To Toca Boca AB, this game is highly recommended for children under 6 years of age but even higher if you’re older too. Here are just some good suggestions for the app: 1. Please give the yellow monster clothes because it’d almost be rated 17+ for nudity (the state of having no clothes on). Try giving him clothes like in Toca Life Town. 2. Please add the new room “Attic” with the 2 mini games: Celebration and Make a Cake. 3. Try adding some new characters. 4. Have unsafe chores be done by the yellow monster and/or the Blue Fairy because what if the three children burn or hurt themselves? Very, Very, Very, (add very 1,000,000,000 times) bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5. Update some or all food items. Thank you. Sincerely, Cupcake

YAs!. This game is great! Even though i’m ten I kinda like games like this! The characters are colorful and creative and hopefully when I have kids these could be the games they play when they are really young, sence it’s rare for kids like to me to like games for younger ages! It's for kids...read the description before you review things.. Not sure why this app is getting such harsh reviews, did you read the part where it's for 2-6 year olds? No, this app is not going to be earth shattering for adults. I watch my nephew & niece often so I figured having this app handy in case they get bored. I have not played with it yet so I cannot give accurate review but once the kids and I play I will update the review to based on how the children enjoyed it (since that is who it was created for) but I thank you for offering something for children to play with. I think that since the future is technology based, they might as well get an early start. And for those complaining "What 4 year old has an iPad", have you ever heard of a family sharing an electronic item? Sometimes mothers have to keep the kids busy while they do chores. Thank you Toca!

Update it, please!. I bought this game back when it first came out (2012ish?) and it was great! But I think it needs updated because it’s rather dull now and kids are getting bored with it. It’s still a great game, but it clearly needs updated.

Really?. This app compared to most $1.99 apps is pretty good but compared to the rest of the Toca portfolio, it really is disappointing. What happened to fantasy, imagination, muliti-player (huddleware) experience my kids have grown to love with Toca tea party, birthday, doctor, salon? There's way too much emphasis on cleaning. The characters aren't very loveable - my kids couldn't connect with any of them. They just aren't identifiable. No mom, dad, sister, brother, grandfather, grandmother, pet bird or dog. How about including activities that make players fix things like a lamp or the washer - GROW a garden rather than picking flowers and putting them in pots. Multi-step activities would greatly improve the app and adding surprise elements like receiving a phone call (ring ring in mid play) or a surprise guest stops by to borrow a cup of surgar??? I wanted to love this app - really! But Toca, you missed the mark with this one.

One of the worst in the company’s catalogue. This game doesn’t allow any bit of kids’ creativity. It’s all repetitive actions that the kid will take minutes to learn. please update.

Fun but boring. It’s fun but it just needs more stuff in it like doing normal things like setting up the table and cleaning a bathtub before they takes a bath. But I love the game

Great routine based learning tool. Toca House is a routine based app for preschoolers that teaches about daily life routines in and about the house. The nice feature about all Toca apps is there is no right or wrong way to play and kid's can freely explore and learn. The Toca house references time of day, for each activity, and reinforces early learning skills in the context of completing daily chores. I especially like the mowing the lawn activity as it helps teach kids to learn control with coloring within defined spaces. There are also matching/sorting games with not only direct attributes, but also ones that increase the complexity, i.e. sorting grandma's fruit - and being careful to trash ones that are a little spoiled. There are links under secured buttons, but no IAPs. Highly recommended.

Easy, basic fun activities. I worked at a school for children with autism and would let them play on my iPad. This was one of the favorite games of all the kids, at different levels. They enjoyed the repetitive tasks and it was basic enough for most of them to understand. After getting married and having kids, now I have a 3 and a half year old and and an almost two year old who love to play this also. Both of them can play it quite well and easily learned the directions for the different activities. This is a great game for little kids but will potentially bore some of the older kids.

My kid is confused. My son asked me to buy this game as his once a month app. I got they way over priced app. Thinking it was worth it because my son loves toca boca. About fifteen minutes later my son came to me saying he did not understand, So I tried it and found it unentertaining. Don't get the app for your preschooler.

My 2 year old LOOOVES it!!. Yes I got this from the 12days app as a gift. No I am not 2 but my daughter is. I would have never known about this app if not for the 12days app. So all you ungrateful BRATS that are giving it 1 star because you didn't get what you wanted get over yourselves. The world is not going to bow down at your feet. If you don't like the app DELETE it. WOW what a concept!!! I am know there are couple of odd things like the matches and the "yellow monster" getting a bath. I am pretty sure my 2 year old will not be scared from playing this. You parents that are complaining about those little things. I am pretty sure you ACTUALLY played with real matches as a kid and didn't get hurt. We are all way over protective these days, it's no wonder we have such whinny ungrateful kids in this world.

read the app description.... Some of you really need to read the app description. There are people whining and asking for their money back because they thought it was a Toca Life game. Obviously, if you took a little more time to look at the app’s description, you would see that it wasn’t (you should know based on the title—every app in the Toca Life series has “Toca Life: ____” as the title). This is an amazing game for 2-6 year olds, and there are 8-10 year olds whining about how “stupid” and “boring” the game was. I mean, if you’re a parent and your 2-6 year old actually found it boring, that’s fine. But it annoys me that people way outside the targeted age group are giving this terrible reviews when they should’ve read the description more carefully. I’m 12, btw, and I loved to play this when I was like 4-7 :D

There are better games that kids will enjoy.. This is basically like a chore simulator except that all the work you do in it is worth absolutely nothing. Remember that floor you just cleaned? It's somehow dusty again! What sort of family is this? I enjoyed Toca Builders (don't judge) but this is just too boring.

Wow...disappointing. This is by far the most disappointing toca boca game I've seen. The graphics are kitch and cheap, and the activities are dull and lifeless. Certainly not worth any money, let alone $2.99.

REALLY GOOD APP!!. I don't understand why people are writing bad reviews! This game is for small children! And it's a great app which demonstrated that chores are fun! It's a great app so please do not look at reviews that say it's horrible, because those people, even though they may be older than 1-6 they have the brain of a 6 year old.

It serves its purpose.. Unlike other unhelpful reviews, I will put it straight: this app is for SMALL CHILDREN. It is to promote and bring fun to the idea of household chores and keeping things clean. I didn't enjoy this game, and I wasn't meant to. Know why? Because it's for ages 1-6! I don't understand why people don't read up on apps before they buy them. Honestly. It has a lot going for it where children are concerned. It's colourful, and easy to navigate. $3.00 may be a little steep, but most apps for children could be a little cheaper. As my title says: it serves its purpose. It does it well. Not Toca Boca's best effort. My 4 yo loves the Toca Boca games in general but this one is a little on the boring side for her. Also teaching a child to stack wood and then light a fire is probably not a life skill I want them to grasp at such a young age.

Incredibly boring. I bought this app for my 6 year old sister who winged and begged non stop because she wanted it. Biggest mistake ever. Even she admits its boring. Here's my advice to you: instead of forking out 2$ to do an imaginary family's chores, why not do your own chores for free. You'll end up with a cleaner house and cash in your pocket. Advice to Toca Boca: make this game a bit more stimulating. No one likes an easy game. What the point of this is I will never know..

WORST GAME EVER. I bought this game for what? $3.00 and it was DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT! Great for young kids. All Toca Boca games are high quality and my kids love them. Definitely one of the best kids game developers in the App Store. It's a shame this game has taken a review backlash after being in the Apple 12 Gifts promotion. If you have young kids get this and check out all the other Toca apps.

Fun. It's a good app but I can't stand it at the end of the mini game. Great fun but the house headed character scares me

Fun lil' App. This clever little app is charming and highly entertaining for kids under 5, it has five characters and six areas to explore as you scroll up and down the house, with the added bright colours vibrant attitude and silly film clip you get after completing the activities cleaning the house, it's a sure way to keep the kiddies entertained for that quick coffee break.

Idea for another game. I have an idea for another toca boca game. Here it is: Toca Jobs: There are 4 jobs to play: Dentist Babysitter Chef Teacher. At the end of the each job, you get some coins depending on how well you worked. Then, when night falls, you count up how much money you earned. It's that simple. Hope you turn it into an actual game.

Amazing for little kids. Ok so this app is amazing for kids but not so great for older kids. I played this game when I was little, but don’t play it now because I think that it is boring. And also there is one problem, so when I am putting the washing in the washing machine it doesn’t seem to be letting me put pants in the washing machine and so I can’t use it. Are you people simple?. Do not believe what people are writing about this app because they seem to have forgotten one thing. This game is aimed at CHILDREN aged 5 and under. It is just a simple, bright and colourful game for kids to mess around with. I'll say that again for kids I don't know what you fools expected?

Teach 'em to work for their keep. Don't you just hate housework? Here is an app to teach your children to do it for you. In fact I am not so sure they even have to be yours. To relieve yourself of many tiresome household chores you can use this app to teach children as young as TWO to use a vacuum cleaner and an iron. (I am not making this up). Here they will learn to bathe the big yellow hairy monster making sure to get the soap everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE. My personal favourite? Build a fire from split, splintery logs and then take a lighted match from someone's hand (stop whining about burnt fingers, child) and set the whole thing ablaze. I have to say I was appalled they are encouraged to put rotten fruit in the recycling. Surely it should be the compost? That aside, I am delighted this app will teach my children to handle heavy electrical appliances and use matches. What could possibly go wrong?

App crashes & will not open.. Just bought this app for my Daughter & it does not open beyond a blank white screen. The app also crashes after a few seconds. Installed & uninstalled the app & restarted my phone. Still not working. Can I get a refund? If I could give no stars, I would.

Great game for young children 2-5yrs. My 2 year old absolutely loves this! She has learnt about sorting and enjoys handing out the letters and presents to the correct house occupant. A simple game with several different mini games for young children to enjoy.

Another gorgeous TOCA BOCA app. TOCA BOCA consistently come up with innovative, educational and beautifully designed original apps for kids. They all encourage imaginative play- this one teaches sorting, colours, matching; promotes understanding of everyday chores and routine, completing tasks and so many other things. Best of all, the apps are fantastic for special needs kids, too!

Money Down The Drain. It took me 5 minutes to finish the game, for 3 bucks it isn't at all at standard. Buy something else!

Please add. Dear Toca Boca, My 2 children are VERY big fans. We have ALL your games, one thing I noticed in this game... The yellow guy is naked. Please change this, also please add a few more chores such as getting ready for school; Getting dressed, making bed, tying their shoes, eating breakfast, brushing teeth. Also please add a dog, as it makes no sense on why there is puppy prints when cleaning but no dog. When you click the dog you clean his Poo, give him food and walk him. Best regards, Marcel

Great. This is a great game and I am not a toddler. This game is getting bad reviews be cause older kids play them. It's for small kids. But children will Learn from this and do some of the chores but I don't think it's a good idea to include ironing and putting wood in the fireplace and lighting it but awesome game.

Great idea age appropriate. I wasn't going to download this from the 12days but I noticed people were bashing it. I don't have kids who would benefit from the app but it is good for the age. The only complaint I can think of was that I was startled when the naked yellow um person popped up on screen in all of his/hers? Glory. I wasn't so much offended but it took me by surprise in a slightly unpleasant way. Since the app is sold internationally and the character is in the bathroom maybe a towel would be helpful?

Lovely for very small children!. Toca's house is a wonderful game for very small children. My son just turned 2, and it's quickly become one of his favorites! One of the few apps out there that a very young child can use outside Guided Access without accidentally toggling menu or language functions - and the little activities are lovely. I can't believe how many adults trashed this app via the 12 Days giveaway because it is "boring." It is clearly designed (and designed WELL) for pre-school aged children.

So much fun. My two year old son loves this game (and most games by Toca Boca). This game has a lot of color matching activities and simple household tasks (like sorting the mail and putting clothes in the washing machine). After each mini game he says "oh look, mommy, the ---- is happy!" And he identifies the blue character as a grandma, the mailman, the yellow thing is a "guy", and the rest are kids. Since we have been driving long trips across a few states lately, these apps have really helped keep him entertained in the car. I'm not sure why they're rated for kids 4 and up in the App Store...that should probably be changed so parents searching the preschool category can find this.

Disappointing. My three year old son's favorite apps are all in one folder, Toca Boca. Toca House does not meet the high standards previously set by this developer. Two of the characters are actually somewhat scary. My son even said, "I don't like her." The tasks are overly simplistic. For example instead of a multi-step dishwashing task, it's simply moving your finger across the screen. The sweeping and mopping task are othing more than wiping the screen. How could Toca Boca have not kept with the multi step tasks that worked so well in Toca Kitchen or Toca Store. This app lasted a total of 8 minutes. Feels like Toca Boca got lazy and bought some cheap Asian app and rebranded it. You can tell there's something amis when you start the app and it doesn't flip to orient to your iPad. Very disappointing.

Great app for introducing the concept of chores. Writing this to offset the 1 star reviews entitled idiots left when this app was part of Apple's 12 Days promotion. These folks make GREAT apps for young children with no in app purchases or tricking them into buying things. They are educational and the developers are good people. We met them at the SF Apple store recently. Keep up the good work Bjorn and company!

Ok app. This app is kind of weird. If you are older than around 7 years or older, you would probably find it very boring. My sister loves it, but I don't really care for it. There is not much to do, you finish the level and then you do it over and over again. GREAT FOR LITTLE KIDS, BORING FOR OTHERS. I love toca boca but for me to play it, it is a disappointment. Although to teach little kids to do chores this is a very well done app. I don't hate the app, I don't want to be a hater. Just if you are thinking about spending your money on this and you are over about 10 years old, rethink.

It's Good but it could be Great....... My son loves Toca Boca apps and this one will be no exception. I have taken the time to play with the app myself and I agree with some of the other comments made that it would be great if you could choose which activitiy to do, how long you do the activity and a little more activity than sweeping/swiping motions. I had expected a little more with this app due to the high regard I have for Toca Boca! I hope that more activities will be added and I think it would be really great to have some direction/narration at the beginning of the game. These would be great things for Toca Boca to consider in their first update. When they do, I will be able to say "It's not only Good, It's Great!!!"

My Granddaughter LOVES This Game! 🏆. You get an A+ in my book for coming up with this concept! My granddaughter really enjoys helping me clean & do small chores around the house and I absolutely agree with you that if you make these "chores" fun when they're little, they won't dislike them so when they get older. Your apps/games help teach that, as well as being very educational. I think every parent should consider downloading these and playing them with their children, then teach them to help you at home, too!

Cute for small children. I feel bad that their reviews are getting hammered by people who downloaded it without understanding what it was. It's fairly clear that it's an app for young children. The art & animation is beautiful. I found the gameplay to be a bit confusing, but I'm used to small children having more guided experiences. The response to touch is fun. The naked yellow bear thing seems a little bit like a large naked man. I'd probably put his ears more towards the top of his head to make him look less like a man. Not my favorite character design, but definitely unique.

Nice. First of all I think it's funny when people complain that it's an app for kids... It clearly states for 2-6 yr olds! If you don't like it don't complain and tell apple they need to step up their game with these apps. Just don't download it! No a 2 yr old is not going to have their own iTunes acct. but if you are a parent you know you have downloaded kids games to keep them occupied while in town! The game is fine. Just another one for my 3 yr old to push buttons and be entertained for a bit.

My students love this. I teach a class for students with autism, and they love this app (and everything else by Toca Boca). Easy for them to use and models life skills and everyday activities. It kills me that after being given away for 12days the reviews have been so low, because it wasn't designed for adults. I got bored quickly but some of my students *love* it. Just because an adult doesn't like to play it doesn't mean it's a bad app. Watch a preschooler with it for a few minutes and your opinion will likely change when you see the joy on their face.

My Kids love this app. I have purchased every Toca Boca game on release day, Toca House was no exception. These games are fun for my 5- and 3-year old. This one has enough variety to keep them entertained through multi-hour car trips. Sure Apple gave this away during the 12 Days of Christmas give away, but I would have bought it again if I could.

I'm so happy. My cousin (7 years old) just loves it!! She likes giving the yellow guy a bath. It's funny and when she covers him In soap, she's like " where did he go?" and I say " I don't know" then she screams I found him!! It's so much fun! I play the toca boca games but can you consider lowering the prices? She wants all the games but I can't get them for her because they are so expensive!! But it's great and she loves it.

Toca house 🏡. I really like "toca house". It's fun and entertaining. I like how it teaches kids to have responsibility. But I don't really like that they give u a time limit to do all of the work in the house. Plus you don't get a chance to complete everything! I think that you should defiantly do a couple things on each floor, and be able to complete it and then move on to the next. I like toca house though even if I think that I should be a little different. P.S. why is the yellow person naked??

I Luv It:)!. This game is so entertaining. Im 12 and I still luv playing it!:) Plus my lil sis luvs playing it!:) Every time she comes home from preschool, she asks "Can I play Toca?:) I always say yes:)!! I think its a great way to teach young minds how to help around the house!:) Some of the mini games my lil sis luvs are washing the dishes, putting away groceries, Washing windows, and ironing the clothes!!:):) She has been helping around the house more ever since I got the app:):);)!!! Excellent app for my child. Don't be fooled by the people who are writing ridiculous one star reviews because they are upset with Apple. This developer has put out quality titles for a while, and this title is no exception. The game itself takes the child through several typical household activities, including washing dishes, taking a bath, etc. these things help teach all of the things that are necessary when running a household, and has helped my child be more sympathetic when I need to do housework. I recommend this app for anybody who has a child in the range suggested (2-5 years old).

My three year old loves it!!!. Don't know why anyone is having problems figuring this out as my 3 year plays this all by himself. We have all the toca boca games and he loves them. My one complaint is in the game it should not have the fireplace where you have to put the firewood in and put the match in to start a fire. Maybe have a update where it says the colors of clothes, berries, leaves, mail, etc. Edit:wrote company about fireplace and they will not remove it. They said its ok for kids to pretend play with fire. Removed this app as I will not have my kids pretend play with matches and fire.

Toddler's favorite. This is my two-year-old son's favorite app. He cheers along when he finishes a task and it can keep his attention for 20-30 minutes. Even the tasks that were too difficult at first (sorting flowers, berries, hanging clothes) were mastered after a few tries and he still loves them all. I would love to see more tasks added or an extension we could buy.

GREAT toddler app!!!. My 3-year old LOVES this app! Took her awhile to figure out a few things, but not TOO difficult. Easy things toddlers can learn, like wiping up messes, cleaning up, sorting things into piles. My only suggestion might be if there was a way to choose the task and play it for longer: like, she LOVES sorting the good & yukky berries, but has to wait til that one cycles up, and when it does, it doesn't last long. She LOVES that it "cheers" when she finishes a task, but gets confused when she misses a little spot and it doesn't cheer. Still, those are all minor speed bumps she'll get used to and improve on--she LOVES this app, the characters are diverse, and it's super cool for moms, too, since she's at the stage where she wants to help anyway with everyday tasks--it reinforces it. Lots of goodness all around.

4 year old gives 2 thumbs up. This is by far my daughter's favorite game of all time for the iPhone. She begs for my phone just to play Toca House! My only concern is the limited number of (and number of repetitions of) mini games. She hasn't gotten bored yet, probably because she's 4, but adding more mini games over time would keep her hooked!

This is a great app but......... I thought that is would be a little more fun. I also think that much more people would buy this app if you could change people's clothes and give them makeovers like changing their hair or eyes things like that would make this app a top seller and much more popular. Best game ever. I love this game i recently downloaded this game it pretty sweet but I wish it had more mini games like maybe taking out trash or making dinner lunch or breakfast making beds would be cool maybe take them to Toca store or hair salon possibly even Take them to a Toca birthday party maybe take them to Toca doctors office all the Toca games are awesome so get them and remember Always read the reviews

Ok. Love the game but need more mini games, like let the user go grocery shopping, make beds, take out the trash, set the table, when they wash the window let them squeeze the windex on the window then wipe, when washing dishes let them pick up the soap squeeze it onto the dish then pick up the sponge scrub the plate then rinse, let them sew up some ripped clothes, brush their teeth, get ready in the moorings, tuck them in at night, my daughter love them game but needs more mini games

Excellent. Toca Boca - you did it again. Another app that my 3yr old is hooked on. She adores helping me out around the house so what better than to have an app for her to continue her "chores" on. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that when the characters are mopping the floor, there isn't a dirt trail for the child to clean up. The picture doesn't change as the cleaning progresses so my child isn't sure what else she needs to do to finish the task. Other than that, she has had a blast sorting the mail, ironing clothes, mowing the lawn, etc. She still returns to the Hair Salon and Kitchen game too. :)

Another Toca!. Had the day marked on my calendar for the new Toca. I was so disappointed. However my 4 year old grand daughter simply loves it! She has discovered more and more things to do and keeps thanking me for it. So I've got to rate it high. After all it is for her! I really do like the Toca's and they are all her favorites and provide hours of entertainment on the phone and iPad. Well worth the money, at least at our house.

wonderful, non-obnoxious fun for the little-ones. We keep buying Toca Boca apps because they’re all so wonderful — our twin boys are now almost four, and they’ve been using Toca Boca apps since they were two. The apps are really classy and well-done, featuring good artwork and well-produced sound effects. Many other apps for kids are obnoxious and look like they were farmed out to the lowest bidder; not these. There seem to be many poor Toca Boca reviews on here from kids purchasing these apps for themselves. However, I think if you’re old enough to be buying apps and leaving reviews you’re too old for these apps; they’re clearly targeted at the under-ten crowd. They’re simple enough for a toddler to grasp, yet interactive enough to hold their attention. For a parent with occasionally rowdy children (and which ones aren’t) Toca Boca apps are a godsend. If you’re looking for something for yourself on the app store, you’re too old and won’t enjoy these. wonderful, non-obnoxious fun for the little-ones

Youngest kids only. The graphics are great, and the concept of instilling fun with household chores is good for young kids. Definitely a repetitive little game, could certainly expand to other tasks and rooms, since I could see that even young kids would tire of it quickly. But I ask that the creepy yellow nippled and naked creature man be clothed like the rest of his housemates throughout the game. It doesn't make sense that only when he is ready for the tub, we get a towel around his waist, why not some decency everywhere else? It was a little weird bathing him, but can see how that could help kids like bath time better.

Love toca boca. Hello ppl....this app is for 2 yr olds..it clearly states it (it's wasn't designed for ppl that can write a review). I Love and have all toca boca products for my daughter! My TWO and A HALF yr old enjoys them and so do my pts during therapy. I really don't write reviews, but just felt as if I had to since lots of older ppl that are playing toca boca child games are writing negative reviews. Maybe if they purchase age appropriate games, they won't experience boredom. Anxiously anticipating more toca boca apps! Good job producers!

Good app for what it is.... This app has mini games for young children with short attention spans, that's it & it doesn't claim to be anything more than that. For those people that are mad it was chosen for the 12 days of gifts app, bad reviews don't belong here, write a review for that app. It's too bad this app is getting poor reviews because people don't read the description.

Toca House. Love this app. Use it all the time with My special education kids. Gives a great intro to talking about everyone's responsibilities. Only thing that is a bit weird is the big yellow character being bathed. Haven't yet figured out if it's supposed to be the baby or maybe dad. Makes it hard to talk about family with children.

A little limited.. I am a little older than the age range that your apps are designed for, and I really think that your games hold a lot of potential to be fun for all ages! (I personally really enjoy Toca Talior!) But to be truthful, I find this game to be limited. This game only allows mini games to be played, and I think it would be very enjoyable if you could customize the house and the characters. I also think enhancing the mini games might make the game more entertaining. Thanks Toca Boca, I really enjoy your apps for the most part!

Charming and my kids love it!. The illustrations are lovely, and my kids (age 2, 3 and 5) have spent a long time exploring the floors and helping the characters do their chores, without needing any help from me. Great subtle message that helping with cleaning is fun, and the actions were clear enough that my littlest guy could figure out what to do at each little game. We sure appreciated this 12 days gift in our house, thank you Apple and Toca Boca!

Nice app!. I am surprised there have been comments there is not much to do, there are many things to do! You need to look on each level and outside. I would say it is best for preschoolers. The tasks are suitable for a younger age, they are repetitive but that is good for young kids. I like how the characters are in different places when you come back to the game. Maybe a bit more interaction with each task, such as adding soap powder to the laundry or water for the plants. The limits of each task were why I gave a four not five.

AMAZING APP FOR LANGUAGE LEARNING!. I am a speech-language pathologist and this app was immediately very useful, very entertaining, and very wonderful at stimulating basic words and phrses (in speech ad sign) for the minimally verbal students with whom I used it. This and the TOCA Kitchen and TOCA doctor - have taken over as my therapy tools of choice lately! Just wrote a script for the vocabulary and phrases I am targeting using it! keep em coming!!!

Just a wonderful app. Many kids love it and enjoy playing with and so does my niece and nephew they showed me even how to do the stuff on it and I have to say it is amazing maybe add some gardening or cleaning spill on the table and putting Landry away or in the washer and dryer and my niece and nephew wanted me to add please keep making more to a vocal products everyone loves them on my niece and nephews iPad they have all the toca boca games and I guess that shows that the app are loved very much! Nice job Toca Boca🙃🙂

My three-year old could play this for hours. My three-year-old loves many of the Toca Boca apps, and this is one of his favorites. There is a wide range of various household chores to complete on five different levels of the house, including picking up leaves, sorting the mail, ironing clothes, hanging laundry, washing dishes, etc. As with all Toca Boca apps, kids have full autonomy to choose which activity they want to do and there is no objective—no way to win or lose. A great app for kids.

Make a good update. It's a really fun game! But if you ever make an update please put in the following: •mini games to do at night like; brushing teeth, making dinner, tucking people in their beds, reading bedtime stories, etc. Also, I was thinking that during the day they can have a car and they have to wash the car and put gas in it! Those things would make this game GREAT!! 

It's good but. My daughter likes it but keeps getting mad because she wants to do certain things, but she can't choose to do them, has to go in order. I was thinking something like on toca doctor where it has the little targets showing the different games and she can choose to do it or move on. I think something like that on this game would be good. Otherwise it's very creative.

For Kids. This app is most definitely for children. Please read the description and stop complaining the app isn't built for you. The graphics are amazing and there was obviously a lot time and effort put forth to make this app appealing and entertaining for young kids. Don't like it, delete it. Then shut up.

Disappointing Execution. Despite the fact that I love their other apps, or perhaps, because I do, I find Toca House to be very disappointing. Watching my granddaughter playing with the app and be frustrated as the app whipping items in and out, indicated that she'd done things wrong, and move her right along when it deemed she was finished put this app squarely in the 2-star range. It have funny characters and great graphics but has been poorly executed in my opinion. Definitely stepping away from supporting the creativity of children and letting them direct the play. Perhaps future upgrades will bring this closer to the wonderful level of the other apps in their portfolio.

Entertaining for children. I've purchased for my children nearly all of the Toca apps to date, Toca House was my 5 year old daughter's most recent request. She and my 2 year old son have plenty of fun with this app. It keeps them entertained (but not for as long as Toca Town). I like that it instills in them that chores are a fact of life, even for pretend people. Haha kidding. (mostly). Another winner from Toca Boca!

My 2 year old loves this app!. My son really enjoys playing this game. Each time I watch him, he gets better at performing the various tasks. In fact, he can do most by himself with no help from me or his sister. He also seems to find new areas of the house each time which is very exciting for him. Very exciting game! Thanks to Apple for giving us this game during the 12 Days of Christmas. We had Toca Kitchen before, and this one is far better!

5years old loooves these games. Sooooo grateful for the toca boca games! My five year old loves that she doesn't need adult help to figure things out...in fact, she taught me how to move a character through the rooms! She tells stories to me while playing, describing why characters look as they do, or creating an intricate plot to go along with the pictures she's created. Well done, Toca Boca, well done!

One of the best!. Out of all the Toca Games this one is one of the best. Chock full of activities, my 3 yr old boyo never gets bored. And since I make it a point to play with him when he gets screen time, this game doesn't bore me to tears either. I got this through 12 days of Gifts and I think it spoiled us. I've bought a couple of other Toca games but they don't seem to be as involved as Toca House.

Awesome. Toca Boca has done it again! This is amazing and even fun for me and im 12 I wouldve stayed up all night but it was a school night soo i waited till morning... I LOVE IT but its definately for younger kids because after u complete a task, it plays music. The purpose of the music is the same purpose the we didit song had on dora

2 Thumbs Up!. This app is a great way to encourage young kids to help with simple chores, but more dangerous tasks in the game, such as lighting a fire or ironing, toca boca could put a footnote saying to get help when performing these tasks for real. I think this is also a great source of entertainment for older kids too, because I am older than 8 and I enjoy this game. Kids of all ages could have fun and their parents might even receive a request to help with housework. :)

Great toddler app!. FYI: This app is getting lower reviews not based in the merits or how well it works but because people are annoyed that it was offered as one of the gifts on the 12 Days of Gifts app (from December 26- January 6, 2013) offered through iTunes. It is an AWESOME app geared towards younger children. It is simple and easy for a toddler to understand and very thoughtfully designed. Probably a child in the 2-4 year old range would enjoy this the most. I enjoy it a lot too and I find this app to not be overwhelming and annoying like a lot of toddler apps have the tendency to be. It's engaging but not aggravating for the parent. Thanks to Apple for offering this as part of the 12 Days of Gifts app. It's gonna be a favorite of my son's for a while!

4 year old loves it. I downloaded this game a while ago and played it for a few minutes and wrote it off as stupid and didn't even show it to the kids, just threw it in the kids game folder. The 4 year old found it and loves it. She plays just to see the little creatures smile at her when she completes a mini game. She will play this all day long if I let her, and has played for a couple hours in a row before. Perfect for long car rides.

Not worth the $$$. It's kind of fun for the first couple of times but, gets boring after a while. It shouldn't be 2.99 it's price should probably be at least .99. There is a lot of thing for kids to do in it like cleaning laundry,mowing the lawn, and much more. It's a pretty good app over all but they are asking to much for the price. I only gave it 4 stars because it's cost to much, it doesn't have a lot of games, and put some clothes on that yellow guy.

Another Home Run!!. Toca Boca knows how to make apps that are engaging and fun for children.... As well as adults. This app is another example of that. My 3 & 5 yr old boys love every single one of their apps (yes, we have them all), and this one is going to be played ALL the time. Great job Toca Boca.... You hit another one out of the park with this one. You are batting a thousand with my family.

More stuff. Toca house is fun and all I mean my cousin and his brother like it and all but then 3 minutes later they say that it needs more characters and that they need a new home they also say it is weird that the boy gets kitchen supplies but I think it can use stuff to make it better. Try to make it like toca town,toca school and it would be much better and then my little cousins would love it cause they like toca school and toca town
