Hard to navigate. I have a 2 year old who loved some of the games but it’s extremely hard to navigate, even for me. There’s no set order you do the activities in for his age group. We just had to pick random ones because there would be two for 2 year olds and the next one in line is for 5-6 year olds. It was just crazy. Also, you do realize that toddlers don’t always hold the phone without touching the screen, correct? My son would get so frustrated because even though he was picking the correct answer it wouldn’t register if a smidge of any other skin contact was on the screen. He would have to sit with me so I could move his other hand off of the screen so it would register. And when he had to drag something to it’s right spot he would get it pretty close but when he would let go it would go back to where he grabbed it from and say he got the answer wrong! It’s not teaching kids, it’s frustrating them! One more thing, the voice overs are terrible. Like, really bad. Some are ok, some seem like they don’t speak very good English and others sound like they were recorded in a warehouse with all of the echos! Please get it together.

Getting out. I just went into this app twice and both times was unable to scroll out to get out of the app leaving me no choice to turn off my phone off and back on. I went back in it the second time to make sure my phone wasn’t having a quick glitch and nope. Nowhere once in the app does it have an exit the app button in the upper right corner or anything. Seems great for learning, but could be way more user friendly as it seems very inconvenient to have to turn my phone off just to get out of the app and back to my Home Screen.

BEST APP FOR TODDLERS!!!. I’m a parent of 4 daughters, their ages range from 2-18. When I ran across this app for my 2 year old, I figured I’ll take advantage of the free trial and cancel when the trials over. I handed her the phone and let her play while I cooked, 5 min went by and she hadn’t called me to switch her game, after 15 min she was still interested in what she was playing and was having no problems maneuvering around on the app. So I had to sit down and watch her, I’m very impressed with the simplicity of the games but the endless amount of information being taught with each mini game. After watching my daughter play the 7.99 is definitely worth paying each month considering the lessons she’s learning from this App. My 6 & 7 year olds have yet to play since my 2 year old loves it!

Love it but hard to set up. I really like this app for as far as learning goes. My children find it very easy to use and really seem to like it. My only complaint so far is that I have it set up as a family account by can’t seem to figure out how to get my two boys set up under my account. Their ages are 5 & 9 so I keep having them login with my user name but I have to keep changing the age preferences. I also am not able to track how they are doing by doing it this way. Still trying to figure it out but frustrated that there isn’t a clear way to do this.

My child doesn’t find the app appealing. I was very excited to let my 4 years old child use the app. But after the first week he lost all the interest. He loves the Lingokids app way more and actively use it every day. Tiny tap was waste of money in our case. The app is simple but not as colorful and playful as Lingokids. My child does not want to use the app at all. Also they are not an apple to apple comparison. Lingokids is way better due to more content, this is the only other one I can compare to since my child is using it. Yearly subscription never works on customers favor I guess. Option to have some refund back will be appreciated. Thank you.

Horrible. It is SOOOOO HARD to cancel. My son is DISABLED AND I having the hardest time getting in touch with a LIVE person. I let him use my phone to keep him calm while we were at an appointment. Then we started receiving random charges. I didn’t even realize he had downloaded this app. I would just like to be left alone from this company. Meaning delete my credentials, stop emailing me with promotions && do the ONLY thing I asked which is refund me. Bad for Business!!!!

This app is. This app looked appealing at first glance, and a friend ended up purchasing a subscription for my daughter for her birthday years ago. Well, the app ended up being a complete fluke. There was too much pressure to purchase other things, ads, and pop ups. She would get frustrated when trying to play a single game. Anyways, well here we are almost 3 years later (the subscription the friend bought under her name was only for ONE YEAR) and they randomly get my Venmo account info and charge my venmo card $50+ for who in the world knows what. We didn’t use the app after the first week and again nothing was under my name, my daughters name, our apple id’s, nothing. So I have no idea how they got my venmo card number now being 2-3 YEARS later, very sketchy. I got no emails about renewing or canceling, TinyTap does not show up on my apple ID or any other accounts— and I even went to redownload the app and “log in” but when I put in my email it said, start your free trial here— meaning no current account. The robotic emails throughout customer support try to blame you/me for “not canceling my trial” to which would mean, i’d have to have one in the first place and I didn’t. And then I think that would mean I would have received other charges or even notices of cancel/renew over the past 2-3 years and none of that either. Just one charge today, $50 for a subscription renewal from 2019…very shady and not a great app to begin with. Just dont!!! :)

Best app for toddlers!. My son is 2 and we’ve been looking for more ways to help him learn and grow. Well, I came across this app and figured, why not give it a shot. I love how all of the games are designed with learning and children in mind. We have tried so many toddler games that were just sort of meh. My son has fallen in love with the app. Since using it he has been able to recognize more colors, he knows quite a bit of the alphabet, and his vocabulary has grown. We do not rely solely on these games as we have puzzles, flash cards, etc that we also use. But these games have been beyond helpful and he actually enjoys them!

Won’t Return my Money. Somehow we accidentally signed up for this app and, even though we never used it and don’t even know what it is, it auto renewed. Once we saw a charge of over $50 on our credit card we tried to engage with the company to explain the situation and get out money back. The company flat out refused to reimburse us. I’m not claiming we don’t share some blame. But no notification of an upcoming auto renewal and refusal to reimburse us for something we didn’t even know we were signed up for? Seems a little cold. Is the negative publicity worth your $50?

Wanted to love it. The ads for this are appealing but the flow is horrible. The login page starts with saying sign up first, doesn’t remember your info and tries to make a new account every time. The remembered password feature doesn’t work for this app even though it’s saved in my passwords. Also appears you need to be connected to the internet to login which so so annoying. What if we’re in the car and want to use it? Nope. It also crashes constantly, I’ve tried to install and uninstall it 3 times now and no difference. The other scary thing was when I tried to delete it I long held it to wait for the x to delete to pop up and then it pulled up personal documents as icons within the tiny tap square? I first thought it was and iPad glitch but it’s up to date and happened 2 separate times when I uninstalled it and brought it back. My next thought is maybe this app is a pathway for hackers? That would explain the other lady’s review about tiny tap appearing to use her Venmo info. Too many glitches, crashes and safety concerns to continue, I deleted it.

Very good. I love this app for my 4 year old Very helpful educational app. Only thing I have a problem with .. in the math learning he has completed alot of lessons and once he leaves the app it doesn’t save his progress so he has to redo the lessons trying to get to the end. I sent a complaint and they said they will resolve the issue so that’s great. Other than that I love it My son loves to see himself get 100s and it helps me do learning time with him because before this app he was giving me a hard time to do any learning. I’ve been spreading the word of this app.

Not a kid friendly game for a 2y/o screen doesn’t lock. I have a 2yo. He loves playing the games, but has trouble with the screen because it doesn’t lock for him. He holds the tablet or phone while touching the screen and it’s super difficult for him to play when the game keeps shutting down due to the screen not locking. Keeps telling him it’s the wrong answer when it’s the correct answer and he doesn’t understand why. Super hard to navigate to which games he wants to play, only takes you on a path the app wants you to go on, unless you start over from the very beginning. It’s not a kid friendly game at all.

Best learning and entertaining app for kids. I downloaded all the apps I could and got the free trials for all and made my kids use them and never got interested in any of them as they did with this one, this has infinite stuff for your kids in different languages, and everything you can imagine, like writing, drawing, reading…seriously everything and all of it made my kids excited because it gives them stars and prices when they did good. I highly recommend it more than any other. Also you can create many profiles. So, totally worth it.

Fun games. It’s a really cool app. My kid loves to play puzzles so it’s cool that there’s a whole section with only puzzles. He really likes the fruits puzzle so he keeps going back to that which is fine by me since he’s learning his fruits. He even repeats the fruits out loud and it’s so cute to see! I’ve tried other apps before for him but this one he really enjoys. He knows the icon on my phone so he’ll go in himself to play. I’m so glad that it’s educational and I don’t have to worry about him getting into something he shouldn’t.

Great Customer Service. I used this for a while with my daughter and then forgot about it for a few months, then comes a year for the renewal for the subscription that pulled automatically. (That’s what I signed up for) Because my daughter was then older after that year and we don’t use it anymore I reached out for a possible refund. They were so quick to respond and give a refund no questions asked! I was pleasantly surprised and I wish everyone could respond and handle things the way Tiny Tap does! Thank you Tiny Tap for an educational game when we needed one, and for assisting in a refund when we no longer needed it. I look forward to using this game again for my next kid!

Blue screen. I want to love this app. I purchased a $500 iPad and a scribble pencil all because I wanted my little boy to use this app as the content caught my attention. We have only had the app for a few hours and I already had to uninstall and reinstall because the screen turns blue with a continuous loading circle that won’t go away no matter what I do. It’s pretty annoying. If this continues I will have to cancel the subscription. It’s not the WiFi because all the other apps are working as well as the internet.

Data Privacy: ARE YOU KIDDING ME???. I received this email first: “when I saw your feedback, I decided to write you a personal email, hoping to talk and learn from your experience for us to improve. Do you mind sharing more with me?” I responded questioning this “feedback” as I had provided none. I didn’t get a specific answer. Instead, this: “How are you? I would love to see your little one in action! Some parents send me videos of their kid playing, so I can see what they’re experiencing. Others I Skype-call them and play live together. Even though I think it goes without saying, everything is confidential and will not be shared or published with anyone outside of my team. As a token of my appreciation for the feedback, I will gift a FREE annual subscription to TinyTap ($66 value) to your account. I am attaching my parent manual for more details about the videos.”

Needs Work. While this app has a lot of great categories for kids to learn from and really brings a challenge to my 2-year-Old I feel like the age range “2-3” is geared more towards 3-year-olds. There is a huge developmental gap between the two, believe it or not. So while the map was fun for me, there were some milestones that I felt were just a bit too challenging for a 2-year-Old to really grasp without playing it multiple times! That being said, I feel this would be a great tool for older kids! But as of right now it’s not worth the subscription cost and I will be uninstalling.

Needs some work, and difficult to cancel. I signed up for the 1-week trial and cancelled this before the week was over. Or at least I thought I did, until I was charged for the full year. I logged into the website to cancel since going through the app wasn’t working (glitch on their part), but I’m now told I need to cancel through iTunes. Neither TinyTap or iTunes is willing to give me a refund. The games are okay, some are better than others. As others said, the navigation is not very intuitive and needs some work. It took me awhile to figure out how to download games to play offline. Even their own help articles are not accurate on how to do this. Im pretty disappointed with their customer service. I contacted them immediately after being charged. I understand it was partly my mistake for not knowing how to cancel the trial, but if I go through the app and hit the “cancel subscription” button, you would think that would...cancel the subscription. Reputable companies would understand this mishap and refund my money. *** After writing this review, they have agreed to refund my money through PayPal. I may give this app another shot if they clean up the UI and curate the content a bit.

Lots of problems. I really wanted to like this app now the my kids are homeschool I wanted an appt to help them too I have tried so many appt that I thought this would be the one but oh boy is stared good I like that it had learning path for math and English I like all the concepts of the app but the technical problems are horrible it freezes in the middle of a lesson the learning path works sometimes and the technical support is not good hard to get a response back right away I only been using it for a week and i encounter all this problems and i already pay for the year.. please make this app work

Excellent app! Worth the $. My two year old loves this app. The option to filter by age allows me to find games just challenging enough to help him learn. I love how many options there are, seemingly endless. The only flaw I see is while playing on our kindle fire many games will freeze- requiring me to close the app completely and restart it. Which is not awesome with an impatient two year old. This is the only app i have the currently does this on the tablet. Also occasionally games will not advance to the next screen automatically and then I have to help click “next” or my child get frustrated.

They do not refund your money. I had this app for a year I didn’t cancel after a 1 week free trial so I stayed with the app for one year I didn’t like the app I stopped using it so I forgot about it then I was charge for another year which I didn’t want I asked that I wanted a refund they said OK we will give me your money back within 5 to 7 days it has been a month I have messaged them like 10 times and I get no answer so I filed a complain with my bank and hopefully they can get me my money back so if you get this app be careful when you want to cancel because they make it extremely hard to cancel they send you to iTunes you won’t find it in iTunes and now you’re stuck with this app and the only way to maybe or hopefully solve your problem is by getting in contact with your bank and seeing if they can help I do not recommend this app at all like I said they will give you a hard time canceling and they will take your money and tell you they will refund your money and never do so I have The emails to prove it

Stupid glitchy app and useless customer support.. I asked for a refund and they said go and process it using this link. I did and couldn’t do it because it was a few months later when I tried using the app. It was constantly crashing on my new iPad Pro and iPhone as well. Also, the content is total craps. Like seriously you can find such crap I jus wanted to give a slap to whoever approved the content to be seen by kids. Anyway, they couldn’t issues a refund because developers apparently can’t do that even though they get their money through Apple store. Apple store said they don’t have a function to issue a refund pass a few month since purchase. It’s my fault I didn’t check the app right away but on the other hand I never had issues like freezing with apps. Lost my money but will spread a word for sure about this crappy company with careless customer support. I recommend Speech Blubs and LingoKids. They know what they are doing unlike TinyTap scam.

I wish it was as good as the description.. I got this for my 4 yr old. We did the 7 days free and now I am a paid customer. Some fit eh game’s still does not load. Also it shows the same game’s everyday. There is not new content, considering the fact that 4 yr kids have very little attention span and can go thru a lot in a day. I wish there was new content everyday. As the kids finish a particular game or level it needs to auto update to next game / level. For a price tag this big it is unacceptable that some stuff does not load and there is so much repetition of same stuff. I might not renew.

Good concept, but UI needs work. As a parent, the concept sounds great. But my initial experience with the app was really poor on iPhone X. First of all, the resolution is for an older iPhone and the UI got stuck a couple of times within the first 5 minutes of use. The subscription pop up is really annoying for a first time user who just wants to understand how the app works. I tapped on the playground detective and the subscription thing pops up, I close it and go to the learning plan tab and tap start. What do ya know it starts with playground detective. There’s no instructions so I tap around the screen a few times and the subscription pops up again. I close it once more and the game is frozen. In that moment I decide this app is broken on my phone. Let me know when it’s a normal experience on the latest iPhone.

Be VERY careful with the free 2 week trial!. I wanted to try this out for my son so I downloaded the free 2 week trial, mistakenly assuming I would receive an email stating that the trial was ending and ASKING if I’d like to continue with a subscription. Nope. Just a bill for a FULL YEAR of this app, when I thought it would charge me on a month to month basis at least. Nope. A full year that is apparently non-refundable even if you try to cancel it the day it renews. So try it out, there are some cute games (that I’m sure I’ll get to know very well over the next YEAR so we can get our money’s worth), but you’d better set a reminder in your calendar to cancel it a full 24 hours prior to the renewal deadline. Not impressed, TinyTap. Not impressed.

What In the World. This app would be absolutely great if the teachers were all using the same diction. We are from southern part of the USA so when my 4 year old is trying to finish a task with someone from Australia or any other place where their diction is not distinguishable it makes it extremely frustrating and hard for him to figure out what they are asking. One teacher from Australia I believe provides the souls for L and sounds like she’s giving the sound for U instead. You all need to revamp this app especially since we pay for it to help our children grow mental. Oh and some of the audio exercises when the child has to repeat does not accept what the child says when they are repeating. That is disheartening because my son repeats the words perfectly and is told he is incorrect.

Inaccurate Equations. Not only does it continuously crash, but we also paid for a year subscription for all 3 of my children to use. My 9 year old was playing one of the math games when it was asking for multiplications of 6. It was telling him that he was giving the wrong answers when they were absolutely correct, it said 6x6 was 24 ( he said 36) 6x7 was 36 (he said 42) and 6x8 was 42 (he said 48). Who knows what inaccurate information it was feeding to my other children, as they’re only 5 and 2. This app is getting deleted but I am not happy that we paid $50 to support a learning program that is clearly not teaching my children. I’m also quite disturbed to read another review by a user who mentioned our beloved favorite Toy Story character, Woody getting dismembered in one of the Editor’s Picks titled “Death to Woody” and another one where a little girl is repeatedly punched in the face causing her to have a bloody nose. I am DEFINITELY not supporting this app.

Games for 3-4. So far, We like the majority of the app. Some of the chosen wording for certain items are too difficult for a three year old. When working on the heart puzzle, it did not let them finish, so that was disappointing for a young one. During the flash card / word match, (A card flashes up and a voice will give either the correct or incorrect word), I cannot understand what the voice is saying at times. And the word is so similar to the correct, a three to four year old may not understand. I.e.— gog for dog or cack for cat. When your using from a phone it’s not the best word selection. And for young ones, it’s so close to the actual word.

Grateful Dad. This app is our savior. My son loves using my phone during long car rides, and I'm delighted that he is finally playing games created by actual teachers. When I'm able to, I sit with him while he plays, and I find myself learning, too - about the subjects that are most appropriate for his age and the approach that professional educators use when relating to students. Thank you! To all the teachers stocking the TinyTap marketplace with lessons: keep up the good work!

Games are great but have so many glitch issues.. I love some of the developmental programs within the app for my 1 year old but there are too many glitches in some of them like voices overlapping, the items not dragging the spot or picking correct answers and app saying otherwise so confusing my son. If things get fixed it’ll be the ideal developmental app.

Beyond excellent app AND customer service. This app is awesome. I love that I can engage children of all ages with fun, personalized games. My two year old loves it and so do the students I work with in K-5. The dashboard is easy to use and I love creating games that kids enjoy. Beyond the app, the excellent customer service from Ania, Gil, and the rest of the amazing TinyTap team has been WOW! I will not hesitate to recommend this app to fellow educators and friends with kids.

Inconsistent, not great for toddlers. We bought the annual subscription for traveling and something interactive on our kid’s iPad that was geared toward toddler ages. The profiles and setup were fine - including a second profile in my kid’s second language (neat way to help reinforce!), but after 9 months of this, the activities themselves seem to vary wildly in quality, volume, or developmentally appropriate requests. The precision/dexterity required to complete a puzzle often isn’t broad enough for toddler fingers - so after getting a piece in the right spot 2 or 3 times, my kid will get frustrated and just keep tapping the screen until the guided hints nudge the piece into place. This could be a great tool for preschool and up - especially kids that can follow verbal direction, but it needs some refinement. Also beware the volume discrepancies, especially if your kid is wearing headphones. The soft-spoken steps are too quiet and the WAHOO from the happy little box is twice as loud. I think this is a mis-match between content creators and the program itself.

Great educational app but.... I absolutely love this app for my 3 year old. She started playing it just before she turned two and has done great with it. I would like to continue using, but I am getting tired at how often it freezes. Her individual pathway won't load for days at a time but the game search page will. I want her to be able to keep going with the curriculum it sets for where she is at, but I'm not always able to reach it and it's getting frustrating. I haven't decided if the app is worth keeping without it..

Great app and great customer service. My kid used tiny tap for almost an year and then we deleted it as she was advanced student. This app helped her. The best part was customer service. When I deleted the app, it somehow didn't trigger cancellation (I did cancel in subscription but still due to a different id it didn't work). I was charged for this year and customer service took care of cancellation as well as refunded the charge. Great service. Won my heart with this extremely easy cancellation process.

No response. I use my free trial to see if my 2 year old would like it but it was hard to navigate. When I sent an email 5 days before my free trial ended to cancel I never heard back from Tiny Tap...but I did manage to find out home to cancel and instill was charged. I sent another email today (waiting for a response) and I tried to call several times with no answer and I was not able to leave a voicemail. I would like my money back especially since I tried to cancel before the free trial was over.

Missing so many thing!. I’m not sure how this app is rated at 4 stars when the first word I heard it say was “ Doggie” that is not a word, and definitely not something I want an educational app to encourage my child to say. Fault number two I noticed within the first five minutes, the app gave me a grade because I moved through it too quickly. Given the lack of challenge within the content, I should have moved through it quickly and so would’ve my child. This app is for children who don’t need to be challenged in any way and are behind on the learning curve. Also there is no reason to give grades and if I have to pay for this app then every portion of it should be unlocked. My children go to school to grade themselves they don’t need an app to do that for them. Starfall is better. I downloaded this because I was excited about the offline play but I see this app is just another pay for play game that if not monitored will rot your kids brains.

Dishonest and Sneaky. Don’t get this app they make it impossible to cancel your subscription. It’s not on the website and when you type on cancel plan they show the steps to do it through your settings and you should be able to cancel it through iTunes and Apps but for some reason it’s not showing up. So it says you can also cancel it on the website so I clicked the link and there is no grey cancel button like they say. There is only upgrade buttons. I don not trust this at all. It should not be so difficult to cancel a subscription.

TinyTap can make a difference!. My son has dyslexia and is a visual learner. I was looking for an app that I could take his printed study guides and create an interactive study guide so he can master the material independently. Tiny tap is that app! Studying with TinyTap has helped him to maintain his A average, improved his self-esteem, and how he feels towards school. Dyslexia is more prevalent than you would think, one in five students have some form of it. It is considered to be a specific learning disability, however these kids are enabled to learn, just in a different way!

Tiny Tap. I downloaded this app on IPhone X and on our IPad Mini2 and with each device experienced a glitch when select an activity the option screen for the annual monthly or try it for free screen appears I figure no biggie and select the X on the top right and and click on the refresh button when you try to input your answers the screen just freezes up worse kids think they are doing something wrong so I try to click on the refresh button again hoping it would clear up but screen remains frozen so only thing I could think of to do is to exit activity and try another one so when you do the very same thing happens. I see great potential and it captivated my kids attention but as soon as they could not move foward they lost interest.

Math App helps!. Math was never my strong suit, and I was secretly dreading the day my little Emma would need help with her math homework. I just knew I wanted her to feel confident and enjoy the subject more than I ever did. Enter TinyTap. I got the app on a friend's recommendation, and what a game changer! Emma started with simple counting games, but before I knew it, she was navigating through addition, subtraction, and even some early multiplication. The way TinyTap presents math – it's like a fun puzzle, not a chore. What really impressed me was how the app seemed to adapt to her level. When she breezed through one concept, it offered a slightly trickier challenge, always keeping her engaged and curious. And when she struggled? The games encouraged repetition and practice without ever making her feel discouraged. Now, here's the real kicker: Emma proudly announced that she's the 'math star' in her class and wants to be a "math scientist" when she grows up. I couldn't have imagined such a transformation! So, to all the parents out there looking to give their kiddos a math boost in a fun and interactive way, TinyTap is the secret weapon you didn't know you needed. Happy learning! With gratitude, A super-relieved mom

Great app but flow needs work.. Everything about this app is great except the flow. The search is a bit confusing... every time you open the app it brings you to the search page and it makes it hard for a 4-6 yr old to navigate. It took us a while to get the kids to go straight to their age profile and do their lessons. I think they should make it cleaner and not have the search page as the first thing that pops up. Also, maybe allowing us to personalize the lessons would be a good idea. Children love to see their name on the screen, it gives them ownership (I guess idk if you are able to do that but I haven’t found how to do it.). Finally, I love that they have availability for different languages but they should keep them separate. My kids are constantly frustrated bc they can’t understand something they just tapped on. If hey are trying to expose kids to other languages then they should make stories in other languages, my kids would love that. Once they work on these things I’d rate it five stars bc it is a really good app.

Amazing customer service. I had issues with the subscription for this app and Apple was giving me the run-around. Brooke/Tinytap was phenomenal, helped in every way she could to get things solved to my satisfaction. They even followed up later to make sure everything was all set. I give the customer service for this App a 10/5 stars, they truly want their customers to be happy.

Redoing 1st review. I wanted to try the free trial, but got charged for a full year. It claims there is a 14 day free trial, but customer support Brooke tells me it’s only 7 days. We tried it for a granddaughter who has Down’s Syndrome and it was too frustrating for her. So $60 and it was a bust. It makes me angry! The team at Tiny Tap have been most thoughtful in helping me find an appropriate app for our disabled grandchild. And they refunding the annual fee, but our letting us use it for the year. Hopefully our little sweet pea will grow into it.

Scam. Don’t offer a 14 day trial and when you confirm the trial switch it to the year subscription. I wanted to see how the app worked before purchasing. The 20 minutes that my 2 year old played with it weren’t impressive. The sounds take to long to load, she figured out how to “beat” the game without playing because it took to long to load the sounds for the what do you hear game. Showing the same 2 things during the 2nd round she knew that it was the other picture of the bat. So I’m not happy that I was charged $60 for an app that my child won’t have the patience to sit and play because it’s too slow.

Completely disgusted. Such a shame we have to put at least one start to leave a review... I REALLY wish I would’ve read further reviews before downloading this app. I’ve never had any other issues with apps when signing up for free trials and canceling it before the week was over. I downloaded this and cancelled it the same day once I read that someone, a few people actually cancelled and were still charged the ANNUAL cost and for some reason which I am still trying to figure out I was charged this ridiculous annual fee as well. I think this is absolutely disgusting and I want my money back! I have emails stating my subscription would be ending by April 9th and it shows under my Apple ID expired so I thought I was good to go until April 10th I saw I was charged. Completely disgusted

Not good for 2 year olds. I chose the 2-3 year age range as I have a 2 year old. It is honestly way too difficult for him. I basically sit there and have to hold his finger and do the games, since his dexterity is not necessarily what the games require. It causes a lot of frustration him, because he is not touching the screen absolutely perfectly or may drag his finger to go the the object rather than “tap” and it doesn’t register what he is doing. I really feel the games are much more geared towards 3 year olds. They are much more advanced than I would expect a 2 year old to understand, it’s actually weird how they do it. I have already been charged the almost $70 and even though I may purchase next year, I don’t want to spend that for games he cannot do on his own.

Worst app, worst customer experience & worst customer service. Buyer beware!! Run... Absolutely do NOT download this horrible app. Complete waste of money. The app stinks it’s way too touchy and your children will loose interest very quickly. Then customer service should be called “the complete lack of customer service”. They automatically sign you up for a year subscription. Then they won’t give you a refund. Go check out ABCMOUSE it has everything for your children to learn!! I am always so amazed at the videos and educational games they have developed. I never write reviews but I really want people to know that this app is a complete waste of money. Run!! It’s not the top app anywhere, they are lying. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!

Don’t trust this app. Don’t trust that you can cancel The subscription anytime because it’s not true. I tried to cancel my subscription with the “free trial” and the link from the app to manage your subscription doesn’t work. I contacted app support and their answers was related to improve the experience with the app but I was clear when I said I wanted to cancel my subscription. Then the emails responds when I continue trying to cancel My subscription took several days. Finally they informed me I have to cancel via Apple but it was late because the charge has gone through. Regarding the app is very slow, searching or access to the games does not have a easy flow, I didn’t lie it and my kid neither.

Free trial. I kinda like the little games but you can only play so much until the sign up screen pops up. It doesn’t even have an exit button to push to return to play some more games. I have to close the app and then get lucky that the sign up screen doesn’t auto pop. My kids love playing these games, but now they are unable to. So why can we play just the few free games anymore? Also it is hard to navigate. Not really user friendly. I get confused as to why 5-6yr old stuff pops up for my selected 2-3 yr old. I seem to have to navigate in the separated subjects to get the right age group; but then the whole sign up for free trial pops up again and the screen is stuck. You can’t exit that screen. So repeat process. Close app and get lucky to play more before free trial, sign up page appears.

Unsubscribe. I was unable to unsubscribe it

Won’t open. I signed up and downloaded the app on to a new iPad Air, but it won’t open, no matter what I try.

Not impressed. Just slow and I have two different aged groups playing would be much easier if you made it a each child has their own accounts

Do not download doesn’t work. I bought this thinking it would be a good option for my child, it doesn’t open when you click on it and I have tried deleting and re downloading it. It’s a waste of money don’t buy it!

Very slow and nothing happens fast enough. I’m a primary school teacher with a little boy. This loads slowly and the games have instructions spoken but are way too slow. E.g, as a child, you are used to motion and things happening. You have to wait for the woman to tell you what you are doing ( if you tap on the screen the voice cuts out) Then, you just have one objective - tap on the dog ... when you tap it says “ great you have tapped on the dog” So, all up you get to tap something every 10 seconds- too slow

Unhappy about charges. I have just deleted the app after finding out I was going to be automatically charged. Is this charge still going to come out if I have deleted it?? It would be a good idea to inform people about the charges before hand!

Poor consistency. Just tried trial and very disappointed. If this is number 1 in 24 countries I really wonder what countries they are! The voices are poor and very variable, one phonics game presenter couldn’t say ‘it’s’! The score goes down because the child touches the screen to count! Overall he asked could he just do a puzzle with me! Another very sneaky thing is the auto subscription which is automatic bills you for a full year after free trial instead of the more appropriate month to month! Don’t get it!

Tiny Tap - 3yr old Loves. My daughter really loves this Ap and there are many games on the ap that are great learning tools. I don’t feel the age guide works very well though. And the interface is not user friendly. Otherwise it would be a 5 stars for me.

Charged $47 randomly with no way to cancel. Do not download this app. I already signed up and paid $4.99 subscription for the first month, now have woken up to a $47 charge to my Apple account and when I try to cancel my subscription I CANNOT do this on my phone or their website, I have to call Apple Support and somehow get them to remove it. It’s a giant scam. Do not download it if you have APPLE. This company will steal your money with no warning and no way to et your money back or cancel easily. I’m definitely taking this further.

Not working. Don’t open since your latest updates, as now requires iOS 14 and my iPad is iOS 12 and stopped working with older version

Amazing. Amazing app you can make your own creations and you can read books and you can play games!

Great program and support. I just wanted to say thank you to Etty and the TinyTap team for their wonderful customer service and product. I had a small issue after downloading the app and Etty responded almost immediately and sorted the problem. She also offered some information on what needed to be done while using TinyTap on an airplane without any internet prior to getting on the plane for an upcoming international trip with a 2-year old toddler and an 8 year old. Their customer service is second to none, and I am happy to recommend the TinyTap program to any parent or grandparent as a learning tool as well as a fun and inviting program that my grandchildren can use for improving their knowledge and confidence in their learning journey. So a big THANK YOU to you TinyTap from a very happy Australian grandparent!

Does not load. The app refuses to load! Just manage to get on the home screen and nothing after that! Reinstalled a few times but same result.

Not working. Won’t open no matter what, very disappointed

Poor programming and UX design. Frequently fails to load the next stage after long waiting time. Oversensitive error triggering (even touching objects whilst counting may trigger an error prompt) tends to frustrate kids. Overall, it doesn’t seem like a professional product.

Transfer. It’s an amazing for my child. However I downloaded this on my phone and wanted to get it in an iPad and it says there is no purchase with that account. Is it device specific??

Not impressed. I find this app slow and frustrating for me and my son. He is 4 and can navigate most things. It constantly comes to me to try and get him out of games, get into games or just stop it because he’s lost interest. I was charged the (very high) subscription fee without any prompting and Apple would not refund. Over priced and disappointing.

Don’t listen to the fake reviews. This app is difficult for children to use, it has no user appeal. The learning isn’t in a logical sequence and the concepts are displayed in a way that the topic isn’t the focus of the activity. There are 100 better free apps. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Primary school teacher, Australia.

Tinytap rules!. Tinytap is really helpful when i am bored and i want to make a slideshow with just pictures! I also use Tinytap to change my lockscreen and background then snap shot my creation and set it as my background! I LOVE TINYTAP!❤️❤️

Thief. After attempting to make contact to cancel subscription and no response, money is still being deducted from my account. I’m having to take further action to protect myself from blatant robbery. Poor form.

Better apps for far less cost. I signed up for the free trial and shortly after was surprised to find $99 taken from my bank account. I’ve already submitted a refund request through apple. I just wanted others to avoid the same situation.

Not worth it. Very inconsistent and overall poor quality, difficult for kids to use and understand, often glitches. Expensive for what it is, and auto charges for a full year. Not happy.

Bad grammar. For an app that is made by teachers, the grammar is terrible- “Doggie” and “Ducky....” It’s DOG and DUCK! I listened to one page and deleted it. How ridiculous. Otherwise it seems like it would be fantastic! Fix the grammar and I’ll download it again.

More accounts. It would be good if you can have more than one child account. As my kids are at different ages.

A bit buggy!. Love the app itself and my 4 yo continues to come back to play. Unfortunately despite keeping the app updated on our device there have been 4 separate occasions thus far which have needed uninstall and reinstall. Even after doing this there has been trouble logging in on our profile. It’s quite a time waster in that sense and if it continues to happen (again today, still trying to rectify it) then I can’t see the sense in an ongoing subscription.

First moment experience. Hello Developers, I just tried monthly subscription and it charged AU$48. Why charged more than double? Please clarify or I will need to delete the app straightaway. Thanks

Very frustrated. The “free trial” automatically subscribes you and charges $83 for an annual subscription unless you cancel immediately- very disappointed. Feel betrayed not what I expected

Too expensive!. Way too expensive for myself as a single mum! And you can’t charge monthly, wants a yearly payment straight up 👎

Charged me $100!!. Charged my account when I didn’t even download it!! My kids pressed something while home schooling as it apparently comes up in advert form!! Nowhere on the page did it say it charges $100 every month!! Lucky I have automatic PayPal notifications so I could find out what was going on!! Absolute scam!! Going through kids sights!!

Another example of a non tested app…. Happens way too often - launch an app and expect paying clients to do your beta testing. Probably half the reason you are asked to pay 12 months up front. Concept is good but app is not. Doesn’t work and is buggy on almost every level. Developers response is to contact them via email with details of the issue, so here is my reply before you say that - the entire app is buggy. Take it off line and test it yourselves. Don’t waste app users time and money.

Suggestion. We have just started using this app and my son loves it. However when he counts the animals he touches the screen, making it a wrong answer. It would be better if just the answers were clickable, not the whole screen.

Unhappy. I tried this app for my son who has special needs. It’s looked great, just not what he needed. The problem was trying to cancel the subscription - I unsubscribed through iTunes as instructed, but the company continued to attempt to take money from my account despite multiple requests.

Don’t take money from peoples accounts when they have finished there subscription. Today I finished my monthly subscription and the company still took money from me not Apple the company $65 isn’t a small amount

Educational. It’s an educational app but can be very difficult to navigate. I’ve had to make my sons profile a couple of times for some reason? Some of the games don’t fit on the screen very well for some reason, seems to be too zoomed in.

Not for us. This app somehow deducted a yearly subscription from my card. I couldn’t work out how this has happened, I didn’t even use it for a free trial. I contacted Apple and The developer and have received a refund. Gone from 1 star to 3 star because of prompt & helpful customer service.

Wouldn’t recommend. Games not very well designed, at least for a 3 year old. Very finicky for little fingers. Every few minutes you’re redirected to a screen to pay for the app which is annoying.

amateur voice acting. While there is a lot of variety, this game is very mixed up. The voice actors range from decent to atrocious. It’s like they got some old lady in a trailer to talk into her phone for the voice acting. It ranges from the voice over sounding half asleep to disinterested and high on medication to semi professional audio. The makers obviously don’t have the right budget for voice recording.. The rating is way over the top for what you get!! It’s also very America centric so for Australians your kid will be learning American terms and have to pick out things like the American football player. This was for 3 year old level too!

Navigation isn’t 5yo friendly. Sorry guys. This app just wasn’t clear and clean enough. I used it with my son for all of 15mins before he was frustrated.

Scam - That’s all I can say. You download the app because it’s free to download yet you have to sign up to the 7 day free trial and cancel it yourself. I think it’s a bit unfair, yes you should read the fine print but it only says this AFTER you have downloaded and entered your details already.

Awesome learning app for kids of all ages!. Great variety of games and kids love the interactive aspect of these activities. 💖💖

Subscription. I’m wanting to get this subscription as a monthly fee but it’s only offering it as a yearly subscription , am I missing something

It’s not free. Sell it for what it it is and stop lying to us.

Too expensive, no Monthly option. When you have some competitors offering a similar experience and at a cheaper price point or even the same price point but a monthly subscription, gotta question your idea to only offer. Yearly sub. Cancelled the sub immediately. Look it’s not a bad app but I’m not giving it any more than a one star for this alone as, comparatively speaking, there’s better value for money options that do almost the same thing, if not, they do it slightly better or are more accomodating honestly. Probably won’t make it to the end of the trial without it being deleted at this stage.

I like it. I love craft and drawing and you must like it to but I thought it could be better if you could add more to it 😍

Glitch occurring still continues. Hi Please update the app as there has been soo many glitches

Very disappointed. I downloaded this and it hardly ever works and for $84 I thinks it’s ridiculous!

Payment screen pops up. I couldn’t use the app at all. It just showed screen to pay for the app and it was annoying.

Slow!. It takes so long to load everything, my child has lost interest or is screaming before I can even get the first game loaded. I really don’t think it’s worth what I paid for it which is disappointing.

App often shuts down or simply doesn’t work. The idea behind this app is great but the software is horrendous, often just throws you out the app completely. In 10 months it’s worked less often than it has. Find a different app that actually works.

Really good. I don’t know why I’m seeing some parents say negatives about this app. As a teacher and mother I find this app extremely incredible very good following ups as well for the children. I just love it I’d give it 10 stars cause.

Dishonest Advertising. This app is not free. I won’t be paying upfront for something I have not tested. If the reviews were great, I’d think about it. But with countless reviews about refunds not being applied and unauthorized charges, I’d be foolish to fall for this.

Wow; how bad an experience can you provide?. I couldn’t get past the part where you enter the language and the child’s age. No amount of tapping and typing would let me enter the age and get past this question. I didn’t read the reviews in advance, so I guess I would have known in advance I was wasting my time.

Too expensive. Not billed monthly. Too expensive for a 59.99

Not exactly what I was expecting. Heads up. These aren’t “games” made by software developers or computer programmers. These are clickable slide-deck style “lesson plans” made by school teachers (most appear to be teaching English as a second language). Educational value, medium. Entertainment value, low. Customer support and complaints resolution, five stars. As a company, TinyTap is engaged, invested, and keen. The customer service couldn’t be better. I had a very pleasant experience in response to my questions and concerns.

Don’t click on this app. Says it’s a free trial but gives you no idea for how long, processes as a purchase, not a subscription so you can’t cancel, and doesn’t tell you what you have purchased or for how much. A shame, I was very interested in what the app offers for my child but this is unethical and shady.

Disappointing App. The games within the app take an incredibly long time to load. Some of them over a minute. It is completely unrealistic to expect children, especially very young children, to want to play these games. As a parent even I was annoyed at the required load time. A lot of the games give no instruction to the child. Definitely needs work, as it is currently absolutely not worth any money at all.

Seemed good at first. My 4 year old was enthusiastic about the math games, but after a couple of games all you get is games where you have to match colours or shapes, nothing to do with numbers.

seems great but not interested in the monthly fee. as above

I thought I read it was free?. I tried to download it check out if it was any good. I had read in a previous response to a complaint that it was free but you had the option of premium but when I downloaded and opened it, it only gives the option of paying and then playing. If paying is the only option it shouldn’t be advertised as free.

Bugs need to be fixed otherwise great. Love this for my kid. I can appreciate the development exercises and these are things she is learning in her daycare preschool too. She just turned 3 and I was looking for something that was in an app, rather then buying the books. Having some trouble saving her progress in the learning path, so we’ve been doing the same games for a few days... but I’ve sent them an email and I am sure it will be fixed. I’m a big believer of education and making it fun so that it’s something she continues to do and understand is necessary. So this is great practise to help form those habits and we do them together so she understands when she needs to listen before tapping the screen. The cost??? I spend more money on a dinner out or a few toys so I think my daughter’s education is worth more then any of those things... it’s well worth the cost.

I would like a refund ASAP. I should’ve read the reviews before buying the app. I downloaded it to try and had seven days to delete it. I changed time zones and it hasn’t been seven days yet here so I forgot to delete it in time. The app was terrible. We tried using it once and didn’t even manage to. I read a review here where they replied to email them for help which I did and they just sent me back to apple to request a refund which they would not allow under any circumstances.

Be sure to cancel before your 7 days is up!. It won’t take you 7 days to realize this app is mediocre, at best, but be sure to cancel before then or (like many other reviewers) you’ll be charged $80 for a year’s subscription, with no refund in sight.

My almost 4 year old loves this. My kiddo loves cellphone games and this one is fantastic because it actually teaches her! All the free content is phenomenal it’s our first day using it and a little overwhelming with all the different options. Best download I’ve gotten for her.

Canada isn’t represented. You have English for America, UK and Australia but not Canada. You realize Canada is not America and we pronounce words differently (For instance, Z is pronounced zed here) and spell words differently (colour verses color). If my children are going to “reach their developmental goals” they will do it by learning the Canadian sounds and spelling first. I find misrepresenting Canada and assuming we are just like Americans incredibly insulting and will not be a customer of yours

never never no more. hello so the story is .....last year my daughter downloaded this program ,i contact tiny tap support ,they retourn me the money ,this year tinytap charged me automatically from my paypal 62$ really???? there is 3 days i send message nobody answer me ,i wait my money back we don’t have any of your product and erase me from automatically charge this is unbelievable,i am waiting for answer

Beware of the Bait-and-switch IAP. No where on the App description mentions a subscription or that app requires one to try their trial to use the App. That is a dishonest way to make a living.

Don’t download. After selecting free trial it went through and the game started, 3 seconds then it all crashed. I cant even open the app it keeps shutting down. Good think im cancelling before i get charged 90$.

Not user friendly at all. The games have no instructions and the sound doesn’t work. Couldn’t even figure out how to play!

No fun. This app is terrible! I'm sorry to have to leave such a bad review but it is in no way comparable to other educational apps out there. The voices are robotic, the functionalities poorly thought out and the games in the 5 year old range very basic. My daughter hated it. I tried a few games out and soon learned why. I do not recommend this app.

Dreadful. I downloaded this app for my grandson to play, it wouldn’t load. I tried three times, my internet was fine, and I had to turn off my phone to get it to stop circling. Annoying and frustrating when you have a three year old wanting to play

Terrible!!!. DO NOT BUY THIS! Poor quality, and disorganized. There are WAY better apps out there for your kids. I accidentally bought a 1 year subscription and I’m not going to use it ☹️

SCAM ALERT. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for them to reply about my refund. Now they are silent. Do not use this app. The content is horrible. I would have no problem spending $$ if the content was worth it but this app has boring games, annoying voices, stupid concepts.

Keeps crashing repeatedly. Keeps crashing repeatedly and won’t even load not worth the money at all I’d better not be charged for it

Old ipad did not work anymore. After upgrading, this app did not open anymore. Please fix.

貴. 超級貴。本來選的是一個月$6 正想取消發現已經直接被收了1年$85。超怒的 連這個app我都刪了不知道交心酸的....

Terrible experience. The app advertises its free but they charged me $90 dollars no refund accepted, been messaging them for two weeks no reply. App is definitely not worth the $90. I download apps for $10 with much better value. Wish I was reading the reviews before

Disappointed. First, doesn't even work. Glitches and my baby gets disinterested it's not worth it. My baby enjoys other apps (free and so worth it). Second, I requested a refund from both the app and the App Store and they gave me the run around saying to ask the other. Third, 10 months later I still don't have my refund Update: now 12 moths still no refund Update 2: 18 months no refund and no response from either developer or iTunes

Do NOT download this app!. I wanted to try the one week, free, trial version. I agreed to pay monthly AFTER the trial period had ended. And if I didn’t like it, I would cancel it during that time. But the app charged me upfront for the whole year WHILE signing up. $90 CAD came out of my account within five minutes of downloading the app. I’ve been trying to get a refund with Tiny Tap, iTunes and PayPal since, to no avail. What a nightmare. Don’t fall for it. It’s a huge scam!

A money grab. As you can see by the countless other people complaining, if you do not discontinue the app before the time frame ends you are not simply charges a monthly fee... it charges you $83 for an entire year. The developers have stated in response to other reviews that there are 2 “warnings” when you sign up that this is the case. However you cannot tell me that you are not just interested in taking as much money from people as possible in the shortest amount of time. All this tells me is that you lack confidence in your product and it’s ability to maintain customer satisfaction for any length of time and therefore try to lock people in by underhanded means. Shame on you.

Charged me $60 and I didn’t sign up. I downloaded the app but didn’t want a subscription. Somehow I was still charged. The only solution was to cancel through iTunes and the subscription isn’t showing up on itunes. I have emailed and got no solutions so far. No refund nothing. I will be cancelling my credit card now due to this.

Charged me 4 times this month. $9.44 each time.. I’ve paid $40 for the month of January as they continue to take money out of my account. Trying to unsubscribe but I can’t find out how to do it? I submitted for a refund but if there willing to steal money from people like this I imagine I won’t ever see my money.

Charging an automatic annual access 😡. I want my money back please I get my money from Apple store and I am satisfy now.

Unhappy. Don’t get this app. I canceled my subscription but got charged $69! Never used the app so canceled same day I downloaded it, what’s up with that ?

Garbage. I usually am skeptical about paying for apps, this one confirms that you pay for trash. 90$ for the year and I’m seeing all the same games throughout all ages. The games are beyond easy and most of them glitch. There are many other brain training games 10x better than this. Don’t waste your money.

Not happy. I tried this app out with my son and it only let me get the year subscription and didn’t offer me the monthly one, now I’m stuck with a one year subscription that I cancelled and can’t get my money back for an app my son and I are not a fan off, I’m extremely irritated by this

Why paying for this???. Why should we pay for a app so much as long as we have google classroom for free I’m ok to pay for something can bring better learning skills to my kids actually i don’t see anywhere what different between this app and GC. This no sense

Scam. Never used it and only received 1 reminder and it was just to say that my free trial is expiring.. nothing about charging my card. They went in and took $109 from my account !!!! Tried to message and report a few times to get my money back but never received a response. So sad they are taking advantage of families... $109 is a lot of money for an app, especially one I didn’t want.

Terrible Game for the Price. This game constantly glitches and you can only access the first game for over $100 subscription. I can’t even access my own parent profile to change settings. I would never recommend this game.

Scam. They charge you for an annual fee upfront while claiming you will only be paying a monthly fee. Impossible to get in contact with someone for a refund. Major scam. I wish I had read the reviews!

Purchase. This is so awful. I have been trying to end this silly download but it’s been unable to unsubscribe. You subscribe and then it keeps taking money out and u can’t unsubscribe easily.

Refund. I'm not even subscription with this app they took money on my account I can't even reach them? How can I get my money back?

Disappointing. If you’re going to say it’s a free app with the option to subscribe to premium content, you should make at least part of the app accessible without paying for a subscription. Upon completing the free trial, I found I didn’t use the app enough with my daughter to make it worth while to pay $80+ a year, or $13.99 a month. Put in the app description that a subscription is REQUIRED to actually use the app.

Bug. Hi! I think a bug has gotten into TinyTap! For some reason, if I go into a text box (that I am supposed to write something in) it moves the screen downwards so I cannot see everything I am writing. Please fix this!

Is not good?. After reading all the reviews I don’t think im gona download this app Lol

Very disappointed and a waste of money. I purchase this gor my daughter who is 3 . She really like the different things on the app ,but she tries to select certain ones and it doesn't work .If it were a free app i wouldn't care but i'm basically paying for no reason so I will be cancelling.

Always crashes. Although the content seems good, we never get to actually use it because if always crashes in the middle of doing the learning plans. It's extremely frustrating. And I'm so upset for having paid this much for something that doesn't work and went to waste.

there is mistke in a lesson. hi there! this app is not free, we are paying money for it because we want our kids to actually learn something istead of beeing misleading. we found a mistake in the lesson K3—How to keep cleanliness designed by Beverly Ramivez Roque. and there is one slide asking to find the picture of “scarping the toilet”, howerver, the answer you guys put in is actually a picture about cleaning shoes instead of the correct anwer. you can teach kids in fun ways, but the information and education is, and must be treated seriously and double check before you design it. you might think this is very small, but if every time you are off by a little, it would becaome a very bid mistake one day. please fix it. hope your app became better, we always support you guys, and that is the reason I am typing this. thank you!

Free app! NO!. I read a review where the developer states tiny tap is free but the premium version you have to pay for. Umm that cAnt be true considering I was asked to pay as soon as the app opened, the only free part is the 7 day trial. This is a rip off.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!. $77+ a Year!!! I’d rather spend that money on Daycare. Take your subscription and… we’ll it’s a kid App so go fly a kite!!! $77 hahahahahaha!

What is wrong with this app??. I keep trying to click on the free trial yet this app keeps trying to get me to commit to an annual subscription...why even provide a button for the free trial? I clicked on the free trial twice , both times I was asked to confirm subscription to the annual service. Thinking this is more than likely just a glitch I tried a third time, now it’s just frozen and won’t let me get past my child’s language and age. I was excited about this app but now it just seems like a scam.

Won’t refund you. Seriously just downloaded it and purchased it this morning, the website and App is too hard especially for a 4 yr old. It’s always asking you to purchase something else. Gives 1st week free, but you have to pay for it annually up front. So I cancelled my subscription, it was cancelled but will not be refunded. So either way you have to pay before even trying it out for free. Such a scam!

I don’t like this app. This app is great but not for my son he didn’t like it. I downloaded the app and as I was setting it up it showed the option if I want monthly payments or yearly payments.I chose the monthly payment. Few minutes after downloading the app I find out that they took the monthly payment already, and before the free trail ends. I wanted to try get my money back but they barely provide a phone number to call and get the money back . I don’t think the people who own this app r loyal.

Subscription errors already. I just purchased a subscription for a month. It still is saying to purchase so I paid another $10 and it still is saying to do so. For some reason I knew this app would do that. I gave it a chance anyway because so many teachers recommended this. The company and especially the ones over the apps and payments should do better ! Please can I either have my refund or access to the full app ?

Activities that grow with kids. I’m so impressed with this app! It’s fun, engaging, and gets kids learning exactly what you want them to learn. Best of all, if you have a specific skill you want your kiddo to practice, you can search through already made games or even make your own! The age guidelines for the games are especially helpful. My kiddos will be using this app for years!

Fun!. Fun mix of several different games and stories. This app is educational and it is a good way for young children to practice with touch screen technology. I also like how the developers continually strive to improve the app. The only thing that I think could be improved is how it’s organized. Maybe make the menu a little easier to navigate.

My son is addicted! Add Favorites folder. My son he's 2 years old and loves Tiny Tap. I enjoy the tailors lessons that he gets with his age. It's a little hard to navigate on his own. His favorite games are hard to locate after he's completed them. A favorites folder would be great in order to find his favorite games. We really enjoy the games!

Unimpressed. Because of the high review, I decided to give this a shot but I’m very unimpressed with it. Mostly, that it offers a “family subscription” but doesn’t allow for more than one profile. It lets you see what games they suggest based off your scores but don’t allow you to swap between children. That’s kind of huge for me, especially as a home schooling mother of multiple kids. It’s also frustrating that the profile is in my name now with no way to edit it.

Won’t save properly. We saw the game and me and my therapist were so excited to try it out. We downloaded the game and started making our first game. When we were done with the slide we tested it out. We had a big disappointment. Our game glitched and the pictures were half gone. We tried a second time but were careful where we put our icons making sure they were inside the grid. Our fingers were crossed hoping it would work. It didn’t. I was angry and upset that the app wouldn’t save it right. I had tears in my eyes as we tried to look for a similar game.

Poor marketing tactics. This thing said I could start the trial of the app but charged $40 right away and no way of cancelling my “trial”. The graphics aren’t as good and have some bugs on the tapping. Some of the activities are very frustrating. The voices are very low on some activities with the background music too high. My toddler liked some of the activities but got bored with others because of the way it was presented (and so did I). I would like to get a refund because I’ve seen some other apps that are way better than this one.

Problems with trying to CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION!!. My subscription expires on March 6,2021 and for the life of me, I can’t seem to get it canceled. Can you help me? I have followed the online instructions. No luck. Now. my response has arrived from TinyTap! They’re willing to cancel my subscription since I signed up through the web and not iTunes. Let’s see if it works. I have faith

Don’t recommend. Games made by random people. Games look like someone with no experience made them and games often don’t work well. One very basic game involves just clicking on pictures of a cat and dog and at one point showed a picture of a bad guy with a kid’s voice saying “we better call the police before we die.” Not something I want my son playing.

Perfect for creators!. I have been using this app for 5 years to create things for students, and love it. It is incredibly flexible, not locking you into templates that don't meet your needs. I have not found a topic yet that can't be taught using one of the many interactive features. Great for any age level, and for meeting individual students' needs.

App shuts down constantly or freezes. My son loves this app….it worked for a few months, long enough for me to buy in…and now the app won’t load or freezes. I’ve updated, logged out and logged in, it still fails to load. I hope a developer will contact me since I am writing this review. It’s been 2 months since it has worked for me.

Not as advertised. I saw this on instagram and said maybe my daycare toddlers could benefit from this. Well the reviews will always set you free. I haven’t even set up an account and I’m frustrated. I was taken to a screen to sign up. I was asked for my email address. When entered, it reverted to asking me for my password so I could log in. I wouldn’t have a password if I never set up an account. Needless to say, after several tries, I realized that this app isn’t for me.

How tinytap is better then zearn. It’s game where you can create things play games it’s better then abc mouse more game learn more from tinytap not from other games that doesn’t teach good stuff u learn better things on TinyTap and only the app that keeps your children on the app so download it now

Cost no warning subscription price. Extremely frustrated with the steps to get refunded for an app that was never even used being charged $60 is ridiculous then you have to jump through hoops for a refund. I would just like a refund.... please! Maybe someone seeing this review will make them think about downloading the app to test because then you have to agree to some $$ of a subscription after a 30day free trial but then get no email saying your about to be charged...

I want to say something. So when I tried to sign up it asked me to place in my email and password I put the correct password and email put it wouldn’t let me sign in I also tried many different passwords because I changed my password about 5 times and none of them worked??? So if there something I am missing?

Like others say, hard to navigate. I’ve only had this loaded for a day and my 3yo seems to like some of games and puzzles. My only complaints are that the home screen is disorienting and some of the drag and drop items are too close to the top of the screen. This activates the control center on my iphone even though I’ve de-activated control center within apps. Anyway, the frustrations caused by this are not worth it. I felt like I always needed to be next to her to help.

The app is underdeveloped. The app is very slow when loading and that discourages my toddler from participating. I have decided to remove the app but want to make sure that I have not subscribe to the app and paying for something I won’t use and that option is not available. Where most ACCOUNTS would allow you to cancel subscriptions, this app sends you on a wild goose chase. There is no way to contact them but by email and that’s if you’ll even get a response, I’d avoid downloading this app if I were you!!!

Kid friendly. Maybe I could be not using it as well as I could be. But it would be nice if the kids could have separate profiles. I even signed in online(not on mobile device) to try and create their own separate profiles so they didn’t have to go back from age groups when sharing their devices. So they could just click their names instead of switches ages. This would be nice.

Customer support never responded. The trial app was great to start out with. I noticed each day when using the app, certain completed activities would repeat. I wrote to inquire and did not receive a response. Some activities my son would guess on until correct response so it did not seem like my son was responding based on learned material. Finally, first month was charged, and app locked out indicating account is not registering as paid. Again I wrote to customer support, and have not received a response. I canceled my membership and wished I could refunded since I was not able to use the app since charged.

The Sky’s The Limit. I searched and searched for an App that would allow me to create games specifically for my grandson with learning delays. This app exceeded my expectations, for the possibilities are endless. I discovered that not only can I target his learning needs, but the games can be shared with other kiddos in other parts of the world! Thank you, TinyTap!

Awesomeness. I gotta say, it's super easy for the kids to use (they figured it out faster than me ). And the monthly fee? Totally worth it for the peace and quiet, and the learning stuff they sneak in there. Tiny hickup – it does have a bit of a learning curve for us parents, but once you get it, it's smooth sailing.

Hard to manage. We paid for the annual subscription, everything worked, we got an update, it reset something, and now we can’t access the app at all. It just sends us to the connect screen. I’ve tried resetting the passwords, I get the link, reset it, but it’s like it just doesn’t work. Starts asking me a bunch of questions to set up what we already set up. Aggravating.

Very disappointing. I have no idea why TinyTab has changed to this new version, but it literally killed the app. I am subscribed to TinyTap BECAUSE I need my son to learn GERMAN and PORTUGUESE. The original version although not perfect allowed me to at least find very few games and activities for both languages. I didn’t love the fact my son had English games on the dashboard, which many times lead him to choose English activities instead of PT and GE. But now it is even worse. It is impossible to find anything in these languages.

My three year old loves this app. I love that this app engages my three year old so well. There are no sketchy ads that pop up or inappropriate games just simple and sweet games! He’s learning to follow directions and use critical thinking skills! As a homeschool mom this is an A+ app

Unsubscribed Within Trial Period, Still got Charged. I downloaded the free trial. I realized my baby was to small to engage in these games so I’ve opt-out within the free trial period and still got charged aprox. $74 for an annual subscription. I went and downloaded the app again to see if there was a way to cancel short rate my subscriptions and manage subscription option from the menu will only stay in loading mode 😡. I was planning on downloading app when my baby could use it but no thanks.

So frustrating. First off I didn’t confirm any subscription and there was no option to confirm which subscription I wanted after the free trial. I had told delete the whole app and download again just to get back to that option. Secondly it asked for my information even asked if I was the parent and now the profile is under my name and it should be my sons name and age, now it’s showing my name and there is NO ABSOLUTE OPTION To correct it! Definitely gonna cancel after my free trial for my son. See so many complaints for the same reasons. Fix the app.

Thieves. I got billed twice by this app through itunes and their website! Got billed for an annual subscription on the same day with both subscriptions active. And the robot customer service said I “accidentally subscribed twice”? How does that even happen with both subscriptions active???! They say I have to go through itunes for my refund since I purchased it there, and as for their website charge, the phone number listed there has been disconnected! So all in all i got charged $126 for a subscription i already cancelled!

It’s ok, seems to glitch and the user interface is a bit confusing.. The games seem perfect for my toddler and she’s learning progressively. However, there isn’t a tutorial for navigating the app or even an explanation or level up after your child has completed the learning path. Now I just feel stuck with this app and find myself having to pick and choose games instead of being guided by a new path. For the cost of the subscription, this leaves me feeling dissatisfied

Don’t get sucked into the free trial.... Don’t get sucked into the “7-day” free trial, you really only have up to 6 days and then they’ll yank the money for a year’s subscription out of your account so fast your head spins. My son doesn’t even like the games. I went to cancel this morning (day 7), but the renewal had already gone through. TinyTap’s FAQ says contact Apple directly and Apple decided this doesn’t deserve a refund. So now I’m out $70 which may not be tons to some people but I’m hurting over it. Not pleased.

Keeps changing with no subscription. I downloaded this app last year then i was charged a membership fee even after i canceled. One year later the app isn’t even downloaded on my phone and i was charged again through pay pal. Pay pal won’t refund my money and it’s no way to get in contact with tiny Tap customer service. I wonder how many other people has this company charged with out authorization.

App ok. My 2yo son mostly likes this app which is why I gave it 3 stars, but as the parent it’s a bit frustrating. It won’t let you pick a category and stick with it, like fun puzzles, it lets you pick one activity and then goes to their on recommendations so on days he wants to play with colors or shapes, I have to stop what I’m doing and find another activity for him. The games also crash rather frequently.

Erroneous charges. This app has charged me twice for a yearly subscription I did not authorize. The first time they contacted me to let me know about their error, which was nice of them. However, they said they were offering a free trial subscription to reconcile, but it hasn’t been available on my account so...thanks for nothing Tiny Tap! The second charge came out of nowhere and was also unauthorized. The app is also pretty mediocre as far as educational apps go, not worth a $60 annual subscription in any case.

Don’t try the free trial!. I saw the ad on Instagram and I decided to try this game for my 2 1/2-year-old daughter. It entertained her for a while but it is kind of hard to navigate for her. A lot of the games are too easy or they are too hard. There’s not a lot of in between. When I went to cancel my subscription I saw that they had charged me the $60 for the full year. I contacted both Tiny Tapp and Apple and they both refused to refund my money. For some families $60 is a lot of money. It’s sad that I can’t get a refund for something I’ll never use. Don’t be a sucker like me.

Can be better.. App started out great, but then after sometime it stared to glitch and close, some modules aren’t as precise, my daughter would press the recording button to say an answer and the app would glitch, not respond or even pick up on the response as incorrect so she’s stuck on on section repeating the same thing over and over. I just canceled my subscription not worth the hype.

Not for young children. This app prompts my two year old to pay for things without a password when we already purchased a year subscription. There are also prompts on every game to follow people on social media. This app is not good for a young child who is simple touching buttons. On tops of all that, we paid for a year long subscription and the app says it doesn’t see an account for us. This is connected to my Apple ID and I can see the purchase here. Seems like a scam getting children to continuously make purchases without needing an adult.

App keeps crashing. This really could be a wonderful app for kids. My son is almost 3 and he loves it. It worked great for the first few weeks and then all of a sudden it started crashing. It keeps freezing and/or exiting the app itself. I paid $60 for the year and would expect it to work for him with no interruption. I hope it gets fixed. We just did the update too. So it’s not that.

Seven day? More like 30 min trial. I decided to get this app because it popped up on Instagram after I downloaded another educational game for my two year old but I wasn’t about to pay 5.99 a month just for the game to be crappy so I did the trial which lasted 30 min it kept freezing everytime my son completed a task so I had to close the app and open it again we’ll the 5th time I did so it wouldn’t allow me back in the game without paying..... um sorry but your free games were just the games that cost a one time fee of 2.99 but on one app

Glitch? Or forced into free trial of Premium?. Downloaded the app, entered language/age and signed in with Google. Then it brought me to the Premium info page and will not allow me to proceed to any free content without either beginning the free trial or subscribing. I’ve closed the app, restarted phone, deleted & redownloaded app, etc. and each time I open the app now, I am brought directly to the Premium sign up page. There is no way to close that page to access free content. Total bummer as I’d rather not do the free trial yet.

Educational and so addicting!. Even I, the mom, want to play with my kids; I love watching how my kids can’t stop playing! They love this app and so many fun activities in all different aspects! I love books and workbooks but here you have everything in one! The whole family loves it!

Super frustrating installation. I saw this app as an add, I had to sign up and then the password was incorrect, even though I just created it, I had to reset, and then I didn’t see anything I can even try, you are immediately taken to a screen to purchase, the adds I saw had nothing in common with what was available on the app, I wanted an app that it was more fun than just learning because my toddler won’t play it, overall a waste of 15 minutes of my time

Lots of fun, but crashes when you search. Me and my 3 yo love all the different games but she frequently requests more of a certain type, or requests to replay a game she played a while ago, and if I don’t see them in the menu I go to search for them but the app crashes every time I try to search for something, and I have to restart.

Takes your money without you knowing. I downloaded this app a while back, used it with the kids occasionally but haven’t paid much attention to it since. I was quite shocked to receive a notification from Apple that my annual subscription of 60 dollars was about to renew. I do not remember ever agreeing to those terms or charges nor would I ever pay that much for an app. The app itself is good but please pay close attention to what you are getting yourself into so you don’t wind up loosing 60 bucks like I did. Feels very shady.

Amazing. Tiny Tap is so cool! It is also really easy to get to! It if fun to use, and I get the learn out of it to! It is great for mapping and lots of puzzles and other fun things! You can find just about anything you want to learn or play! So download TinyTap and you will learn some much more and very fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Needs work. I like the idea here and with some improvements this could be a good thing. some of the activities are good but others are not and the search function is terrible. The interface is not user friendly especially for children and I hate that you can’t read a description of the activity/video before you launch it. Two stars because if you dig deep enough, you’ll find some good things...just takes a lot of time and going through different activities to find THE one

Scam. After using 3 free trials a day I clicked on the little message on the screen that says “join for $4 a month”. This prompted me to pay little over $50 a year which I didn’t want. Because they say cancel any time… I was able to go in and change it to monthly thing which then went to $11 a month. Absolute garbage of a company just for this. My kid likes it so we’re gonna keep it for couple days but I am looking for something else.

Game creation is full of glitches. I love the idea of this app. As a teacher, I have been looking for something like this for years. The problem is that I have created several games - fun but time consuming - that won’t save or update, losing all my time and work. I’ve written to tech support with either no response or no workable response. If i delete and reload the app, that works for a little while but I lose all my work. So frustrating. If this didn’t happen regularly I would give it five stars.

I love this app. I like being able to use Tiny Tap as a way of introducing material to my students. As a Speech Therapist my students have assorted goals. Tiny Tap is a great resource , not only am I able to create activities to use with my students but find activities created by others
